Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

Asked for a quote to rod out the main sewer line...a project they did less than two years ago. At that time it was an emergency as everything was backing up into our shower. It was super expensive for the emergency call, so this time we were being proactive and wanted it done before it HAD to be done. They had all the info they needed to give us a non-emergency quote but kept emailing saying they needed more info. We went with another service after getting two instant quotes through Yelp at a significantly lower rate. The other service did a fantastic job. Sorry PR Plumbing....you lost a customer.

I just had a great experience (from first call to job completion) with Maximum Plumbing.  The attention to detail from both Max and Lukas from my first call was outstanding.

Lukas quickly identified the issue I figured needed to be serviced, but then went above and beyond to assess a few other potential issues I hadn't even considered.  His desire to do the job right likely saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future flood damage in the very near future.

We had a new washer and dryer being delivered in a couple days. Went to remove the washer and found a defective shut off valve. Could not turn off the water.  Contacted DRC Plumbing on a Saturday and they responded immediately. The job turned out to be much more than we thought, but the technician handled it quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

So thankful for Mike  helping us out when our hot water heater went out. He went above and beyond. We were able to show him pictures and get his opinion. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them again if we ever have any plumbing needs.

Long Story:

I called a half dozen companies on a Sunday when I found water surging out of one of my laundry room drains.  I was given lead times and soft commitments of 12-24 hours by everyone until Charlie. He helped me troubleshot right then and there, which is a level of care that you will not get from a larger company.

We spent 20 minutes troubleshooting my system over the phone before determining that he needed to come out.  He even suggested a temporary solution I could implement myself to prevent additional water in the area until his arrival; it worked.

Once onsite, he was able to diagnose a complex issue (that was entirely behind the wall) quickly.  We discussed the pro/cons of several solutions and he was able estimate the cost of the repair on the spot.  Doing my own research after the fact, the price was very fair.

During the repair, Charlie was polite , professional, hard working, and a pleasure to have doing work in my home.  I would highly recommend him to those in need of plumbing, sewage, or heating solutions.

I have a satellite office in Wheaton and had some plumbing issues that the landlord was not responsible for.  I searched my trusty Yelp and LaCassa Plumbing was 5 stars and high on the list.  Melissa answered the phone right away and when I described the problem and that my folks only had 1 restroom, she and the plumbers put us in priority.  They settled the issue quickly, but also cited some bigger issues we might want to address in the future.  A few weeks later, yes, we needed to call again, as they were correct and yet again the plumbers came right out, assessed the issue and made plans to replace the toilet.  All completed quickly and on time.Grateful for quick service and creating a phased plan that didn't need us to spend a lot of money unless needed. A+

Needed a plumber to do a ton of work after I purchased my new home . Jaryd is as good as it gets ! He literally took care of everything from start to finish . Installed a new water filtration system , new water heater , new toilets , and so much more . I will never use another plumber again ! He is the man !

I hired them to install a new dishwasher and fix the flusher on the toilet in our office.  Both jobs were completed promptly and the service excellent.  I would definitely use them again.

My sump pump went bad so had to call someone out for the replacement. Nick responded immediately and was available for the repair. He arrived to the house at the promised time and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost of the repair was reasonable and beat others I requested an estimate from. I'd highly recommend Nick and would hire him again for other repairs around the house.

When other handymen refused to work on my job, Rob stepped up with his crew to get it done.  Alex was great when he showed up and got things done quickly.

Another great experience with M&R.  First, let me start by saying these guys pick up the phone.   When I had HVAC problems, I couldn't get anyone to show up or answer the phone.  So, it's good to have responsive service people.  

Art W. was great.    He showed up on time and even called ahead with an ETA.   He knew what he was doing and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for service.   Will definitely use them again.    I wish I could get HVAC guys that were this responsive and reliable.
