We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

This is an honest company with hard-working diligent owners you can trust. Reliable Plumbing is our Plumber for Life. You won't be disappointed.

They truly were our life saver last night. We had sewer back up in our toilet and shower and couldn't get it to stop.  We were trying to contain and call plumbers. They were responsive and had someone at our house within the hour.  (It's amazing how many others say 24 hours and got no response or scheduled for next day). Thank you for figuring out the  problem and helping us to fix it (we are new owners and guess the sump pump was never set up correctly).   Now on to clean up but it would have been so much worse if not for the prompt response.   Thank you again!!  I will be calling you if we ever need a plumber in the future (hopefully not too soon, lol).

These guys were wonderful. Dead 40year old water heater. They were there the next day with a replacement and, despite the challenges of such an ancient installation, were done in short order.  Hot showers. Yay!

I had a leak in my gas pipe and Nicor shut off the gas to my house, so I called the Go Local number and had a plumber out within the hour this evening. He fixed the problem for a decent price, thanks Derek from DRC Plumbing and Sewer. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism!

Had a great experience with this company!  Was quoted an outrageous estimate by another company for a new primary and secondary sump pump.  Called Trojan Plumbing for a 2nd opinion.  They gave me a quote which was much less over the phone, I booked an appointment, they sent Jason out out, he did a great job, explained the new system he put in and cleaned up after himself.  Explained the warranty and asked if I had any other questions before they left!  Price came in exactly as quoted.  Thank you so much, very happy, was an amazing experience!  Will definitely use this company again!

Over the years our old home has had it's puts and takes, and the few times that we've had plumbing or watermain issues, OneStop has been our go to. Last week Joshua and Steven came to our rescue, fixing our kitchen sink back up right up. Josh was going to install a new garbage disposal for us as well, but when he took the old one off he was actually able to repair it, saving us hundreds of dollars for the cost of the new disposal. Good workers, reliable and honest.

We have been using the services of Charlie's Plumbing for several years now and have been so happy with the service we have received. We have used him for furnace issues, as well as plumbing. He always calls us right back, is able to address the issue promptly and has reasonable rates. With our 100 year old building, we keep him busy!

I was having a large bathroom remodel/addition done and the contractor in charge recommended a couple plumbers. I looked up his recommendations and found one I thought I would like until he came out. I never met such a rude business owner.
Then I was talking to a friend who used LaCassa Plumbing and told me how professional the owner was and answered all questions, cleaned up well and explained everything in detail. I called LaCassa Plumbing up and Carmen (the owner) came by at 7:00pm the following evening upon my request.  
When Carmen arrived, he listened to everything I had to say and he gave a couple of his own recommendations. The wife loves the rain shower head and body sprays (his recommendations). Happy wife, happy life . Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!
We will be having him back to replace a leaking hose spigot (only leaks when it's on) and to install a back up sump pump system. Thank you for being professional, clean and reasonable!

I don't know what I said wrong, but, I never experienced such condescension from a professional. It started with a simple phone call just to ask when his estimated time of arrival was going to be. That is where the condescension began. I brushed it off. However, when he came into my house, it continued when I asked him simple questions like, will this project be completed today?

I cannot recommend this company if this person represents the company.

Need rotten pipe replaced on kitchen sink. Edwin responded, apologized fora missed first appointment. He explained the job, giving the price if the pipe is replaced from the connection. The next estimate was if he had to tear out the wall to get to the pipe, which is more costly.  Fortunately Edwin was able to easily replace the pipe.  He was very professional and knowledgeable. He wore a mask as well as feet covering and cleaned up afterwards. Will use again

I needed a handyman to assemble a bookshelf and also to take a look at an outlet in my office that wasn't working ( which also caused my closet lights not to work). I reached out to Nick from Nix Fix It by phone/text. He responded almost immediately, was available to come out the very next day, told me what his rate is and was done with both tasks in 1 hour and 15 minutes! He was courteous, professional, quick, reasonable and overall a very nice guy who got the jobs done well. Would recommend to anyone and am looking through my honey do list to use him again.

The pricing is confusing. I was charged an $89 fee to show up which I understood as what would typically be the diagnostic fee and then $125/hr. The guy was here for 20 min, could not actually do the repair, and needed to go do research to see if the parts were available to do the work and I am left with a $214 bill. As an architect who works with construction people on a daily bases, this is not how I have ever seen someone do business. I would say to make sure that they have the capability to do the job and get everything in writing beforehand.

Customer service was very professional and prompt. Had my faucet and furnace crap out in me in the same week and I was able to get both situations taken care of right away. Jeff the plumber took care of my faucet and was very Profesional and friendly. The next day Charles came and replaced my motor in my furnace. He was also very professional and honest. In a time where most furnace places wanna deny repairs and dig into your pockets for a new replacement, he looked over everything and fixed the problem. I appreciate the honesty. I absolutely will use them in the future and reccomend them to anyone.
