I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween.  I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call.  Incredibly professional from the initial call through the service.  They arrived in less than 30 minutes!!  Quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed Ejector Pump.  They had the parts and equipment to service on the spot, provided me with honest options to resolve and quickly got to work.  Truly a 5-star experience all around.  Friendly service, knowledgeable work and complete transparency.  It is a family run business and it shows from the dedication to customer service, being straightforward in explanation and ability to guarantee their work.  Can't say enough positive things about Apex and will be the only company I call with any future needs.

We unfortunately had our water heater go and leak water all over our basement bedroom over the holidays.  Vanguard Plumbing not only fit us in quickly and completed excellent work; but they went above and beyond to correct additional existing issues that may have caused us further issues in the future.  Jan was responsive and provided excellent value for the cost; particularly given the timing between Christmas and New Years and the below zero temperatures.  He and his crew stayed well past 9 PM to ensure the old water heater was removed (requiring the destruction of a partial wall), the new one was installed, our pipes/drainage were re-routed, a gas pipe was resealed, and the entire area was cleaned.  While we wished we didn't have this urgent plumbing issue, we were beyond satisfied with Vanguard Plumbing and plan to use them for all plumbing needs going forward.  Highly recommend for quality of service and customer service.

Victor came out for an evening emergency situation & went above & beyond to solve the clog issue. He advised that the issue likely should not be my sole responsibility in my condo building as it was 50 feet away from my place. He offered to speak to my landlord/building manager for me & then provided further detail on a 2nd revised invoice nearly immediately. I will likely be reimbursed and I'm thrilled, I wouldn't have known it wasn't my problem if he hadn't told me.

They provided an estimate, scheduled an appointment and then cancelled 2 hours before expected arrival.

All Rooter was fast and responsive. They were able to come the same day I requested an appointment. They unclogged my kitchen sink no problem and left it cleaner than how they found it! They were extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things regarding this company! Very knowledgeable, professional, reliable. Would not quit until the job was working perfectly! Also checked a few other concerns and cleaned up any mess that might have been made! Shocked how very reasonable their fee was especially how difficult the job ended up being. Contacted Plumbing Pros because water was backing up into our lower level any time we used water in the house. Gary contacted me back after I left a message. He was able to give me a window of when he could come the same day. About a half hour before the window discussed, Gary contacted me to let me know their previous job had ran long, but they were still coming out as soon as they could. A couple of hours later he contacted me again to let me know their previous job had just completed and they were on their way.  I greatly appreciated the way they kept informed of their estimated arrival time. From the moment they arrived, Gary explained everything they were doing and then gave me an up front price. They got straight to work rodding the sewer line. After rodding the line, they cleaned up the bathroom and had me watch as they ran the camera down the line. Luckily the line wasn't as bad as it could be. Gary offered some next steps that didn't need to be done right away, but would be beneficial to do in the future. Based on the amount of roots they pulled from our line, and the time they spent working here, the price seemed more than fair. We just moved to the area, and I think we found our go to plumber.

Had a really great experience with 24/7. We had a (non emergency) shower cartridge change. They were super responsive to my quote request, gave us a very competitive rate, and came promptly on times they offered to come that same day.

Our old water softener failed after so many years. We called different contractors and Arco was able to come out soon and at a reasonable price. They replaced the water softener and left our home clean too. Thank you. If we have other issues with our plumbing, we will be back for sure.

Ally Handyman came to install an attic door. He did not install in the place I asked. Unfortunately I paid before the work was performed. The door opened directly into piping and could not be used. When I called back to have the issue of a nonfunctional door addressed my calls and voicemails were entirely ignored. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same problem of wasted money.

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

We have a boiler system to heat our water and the first floor of our home. We contacted them over the weekend to fix a gas leak that was found by our gas company on the boiler. After multiple texts and reaching out for more communication, they got the part and replaced it after 36-48 hours. They left and my husband presumed everything was working. When the water wasn't hot and the heater was still not working another 36 hours later they came back again, didn't even take off the door of the boiler to see what I was explaining the problem was (the burner was not turning on) and didn't believe me when I explained how our system worked. I paid 500 dollars for a 55 dollar part and a boiler left without working. Would never recommend. Shared this with the people who recommended them and they'll also stop using them. Honesty instead of charging us money for a system they didn't get would've been better.

Hands down THE worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had an issue with the work that was done, called 3 times to speak with someone and kept getting pushed off. Our business used to refer them tons of clients but I will be sure to deter clients from using them at all costs.

Called them on Monday. Tell them that I'm getting water in my basement and sumps don't seem to be working. Guy says he can come over Tuesday and takes my address.  Tells me that he goes to church on next block. Tuesday -  no call no show.  Wednesday call to reschedule. No answer. No returned call. Same thing on Wednesday. Thursday - worst rain ever. Basement smells like sewage. Shameful business practice.
