We woke up to water pouring through our condo ceiling and called Apex as we'd used them before for plumbing. They were very busy and said they might not be able to make it out that day, but then moved things around to fit us in because it was an emergency! The plumber came quickly, called with a 30-minute heads up when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. The upstairs neighbor's plumbing was involved, so he had to communicate with her too, and wound up replacing her toilet. He did his due diligence of making sure the water stopped dripping in our place before confirming that was the problem, which we appreciate as we've had less diligent plumbers in the past. He got everything done quickly and wore a mask and gloves really appreciated too, as we are super paranoid right now. I will say I'm a bit on the crazy side about covid so I was disappointed that he didn't have shoe covers, and the mask was a basic surgical mask, not the N95 advertised on their site, but he was very careful and considerate the whole time, and I think his precautions were all reasonable and professional - plus I can understand they might not be able to access N95 masks right now.

Customer Service Beyond Expectations.  
I had a series of issues related to valves in my bathroom faucets, recently.  I tried working with three other companies before getting to Vanguard.  All the others charged me to come out and look and then I practically had to beg for final quotes and never got them.  I finally found Vanguard and that changed everything.  I was connected with Jan via an email inquiry to them.  I told him of my issues and my hopes to get work done quickly and with minimal visits, due to my works schedule and already wasted time with the other fruitless quotes.  Jan was extremely accommodating.  He was thorough and was very straight-forward with me.  I could not be happier with the level of service I got from Jan and Vanguard plumbing.  They will be my new Go-To plumber.

Thank you for the main water valve replacement. Now I feel safe! The communication was without delays, the visit was fast, the work was professional.

Chang was my Fixer and he did an amazing professional job and was great about explaining everything to me. Prices were reasonable and the door frames they fixed look great! Fixer also has amazing customer service when scheduling appointments, and they were extremely flexible when I needed to made changes to my scheduled times. They came on time and finished efficiently. Would definitely use Fixer again!

He was helpful in giving me a free estimate. He recommended a small DIY fix and did not charge me anything.

It is embarrassing that when I tried to fix a clogged sink myself and end up having a snake/cable stuck in the pipe, so I called Bert for help.

Bert showed up on time, get the stuck cable out, removed the clog, and offered me advices on how to prevent the same problem from happening again.

I had a small plumbing job, to fix a leaking sink drain in my kitchen.  I called Kevin Szabo, jr plumbing and they had a guy come out in 2 days. Joe was great, explaining exactly what was needed.  He fixed the drain in under an hour!  Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. And the price was reasonable.  I highly recommend Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing.

Gary was awesome!!! First time using them and they were excellent. After 2 previous plumbers (and a lot of $$$) these guys did a great job and fixed my problem. They are very clean, professional and courteous.  They came on time, communication was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. These guys are my new go to plumbers! I see why they have all of these good reviews. You just don't find guys like this anymore.

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

As you can see from this business' reply, they admit that they stole my money for 'knowledge' and not actual services!! I did not pay for your knowledge, I paid for repairs that YOU DID NOT DO and you know it!

Take your business elsewhere, y'all! This is a trash way to steal people's money and a waste of time. This is dishonest and unprofessional. After several phone calls over the past month to get a response, this was the only reply I've gotten.

Started out rocky but Dominic knew what he was doing! Very proficient and recognized the problem right away. He even was able to identify problems no one else recognized. He did an excellent job in no time.

I screwed up...

I put some stuff down the garbage disposal that I shouldn't have. Clogged it up. Needed help.

Here comes Jim from Zuniga. Jim was super professional, informative, and went the extra mile to fix the problem. I live in an old building and he had to basically rework the entire system to get me working again. I'm eternally grateful.

I really didn't want to have a conversation with the landlord. Jim hooked me up today and I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs as long as I'm within range of Zuniga's.

If you can't tell, I'm a happy customer.
