We had a pipe burst and water leaking everywhere.  We called Apex and the emergency team was here within 40 minutes.  Super helpful, kind, informative and fixed the problem.  I highly recommended them.

I needed some work done on some shutoff valves and a broken hose faucet on the side of my house. George did a great job of replacing everything that needed to be done and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Vanguard in the future for any plumbing work. Great job guys!

We hired Fixer for a laundry list of repairs needed around our condo.  Scheduling is easy, everything was online and we were able to quickly detail the work we needed done and scheduled a time.  Someone was out in the next couple of days.  The workers that showed up were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.  We had a few follow-up questions and customer service was very responsive - they care about getting the job done right.  We're happy with our experience with Fixer and would work with them again.

He was helpful in giving me a free estimate. He recommended a small DIY fix and did not charge me anything.

It is embarrassing that when I tried to fix a clogged sink myself and end up having a snake/cable stuck in the pipe, so I called Bert for help.

Bert showed up on time, get the stuck cable out, removed the clog, and offered me advices on how to prevent the same problem from happening again.

Brandon and Joe were life savers and amazing people to do business with at Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable.  I am usually weary of hiring plumbers, but this business is extremely honest and more than fair with there pricing I finally got rid of the drum trap attached to my bathtub that would produce standing water and caused very slow drain thanks to this business.  I will definitley do business with Kevin Szabo Jr plumbing. Plumbing Pros fixed a horribly stopped up kitchen sink...that had supposedly been unclogged only a short time before by another company. The clog was far worse than first expected and Gary had to go into pipes in the basement. The price was cheaper than the other service, yet much more work was done. Gary  explained everything, gave us some chemical to treat the sink should it stop up again, and called a few days later to make sure everything was working. I'm with Katie P - if I could give a higher rating, I would. Plumbing Pros is my only plumber from now on.

I had several issues all at once toilet stopped up hot water heater went out. Arco tech john came out to snake the toilet turns out nothing in the line.  I need a new toilet I ran to Home Depot to buy new toilet. they put in the new toilet and water heater on the same afternoon.  so awesome   would highly recommend. very professional and clean. Thank you

Ally Handyman came to install an attic door. He did not install in the place I asked. Unfortunately I paid before the work was performed. The door opened directly into piping and could not be used. When I called back to have the issue of a nonfunctional door addressed my calls and voicemails were entirely ignored. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same problem of wasted money.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I had two loose toilets and thought I needed new wax rings for both. Brian and his partner arrived on time, assessed the repairs, and told me that both needed a simple tightening. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism. In light of how quick the repair was, Brian even asked if there were any other issues I wanted them to look at so that I would get more value for the money. However, their honesty and professionalism is worth every penny! They will be my go-to plumber.

Very nice guys. But I paid them over $1,300
And couldn't fix the clog. Their next step they were going to dig and fix it. But I had to pay extra $1200.
I called some one else and fix it for $500.
I request a refound of at least half of the $1300.
That I paid for nothing. But just said they will ask the office. The office say they will ask the guy. And still nothing. This is over a month now.

Goode Plumbing took care of an issue with my shower so quickly. I've been trying to get someone there for the past 6 months and finally was referred to them, thank goodness! They set up the appointment with my tenants and informed me of everything before, to get approval and payment, and then contacted me right away when they were finished.

David and his crew were great the team fixed my hot water leak in a matter of two hours they were very polite and knowledgeable. Yes I would refer them to others
