I never thought my first Yelp review would be for a plumber but I can stay silent no more: This guy is awesome. He's responsive, quick to fix any problem we've thrown at him and loyal. And, not only does he fix the problem, but he always tells us why it happened, what we can do in the future to prevent it, and how to fix it ourselves (if we want to). If not, he's always happy to come back out! We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs, and you shouldn't either.

I'm afraid I have to downgrade TSP as we never heard back on our hot water heater quote. While I appreciate Tim coming out to check on the sewer backup, I think we were fired when we asked for a hot water heater quote, and here's why I think that... We're in a town house without a basement, only a utility closet with two bi-fold doors that holds our furnace and hot water heater. When I mentioned wanting to replace the hot water heater before it 'goes' I sensed apprehension. We have a 50 gallon and Tim was telling me with all the new hot water heater standards in place, that a 50 would be slightly larger, mean reconfiguring some things in the closet space. That he did not seem too keen on doing. In fact he suggested downgrading to a 40 gallon, as that would fit in the space. While a 40 gallon may work for us, I have to say that I do enjoy long hot showers and would prefer the 50, especially since it's a three bath home.

When we never received the hot water heater replacement quote, and we followed up with Abby and were told we would hear back from someone, and we heard nothing. I believe my husband followed up with her twice. Either someone dropped the ball, or our job was not of interest to TSP. Before Tim left after checking out the sewer backup I asked for the hot water heater quote, and I also mentioned having other plumbing jobs like switching out shower fixtures, and possibly redoing the master bath, but I guess that too wasn't of interest either.

I liked the quick response time of Tim and his staff on my first call, but when there's no follow up on a quote after a couple of calls I'm left to move on find someone who will actually send a quote and do the work. I really wanted to like TSP, but I'm left disappointed.

We sent a request for an estimate to five contractors.  KBN Homes was the ONLY one to reply.  Brandon came out several hours later to look at our deck rehab project.  He had some good suggestions.  He later sent us an estimate.  We thought the price was fair so we asked him to go ahead with the project.  He was prompt every day of the work.  Brandon was very communicative.  He let us know what he was doing and what would be next.  We had a custom design in mind for the new railing.  Brandon worked with us and made it happen.  Brandon's by-line should be attention to detail.  Brandon finished the job on time even though he was stopped at least twice by heavy rain and wind.  The job site was clean at the end of every day.  We are very pleased with the result of his work.  We would hire him again.

Bottom line:  We would recommend Brandon and KBN Homes without reservation.

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

Called Sunday evening requesting early a.m. service on backed up sink. They called first thing and did both my main sewer line and sink for $400. They waived the service charge on the sink and finished before I had to leave for work as I requested. Nothing bad to say!

I had a plumbing emergency and reached out to 3 plumbers.  Augustine at Orange Line Plumbing was the only one that responded immediately and sent someone out to help on a late Sunday afternoon.
Xavier and Brandon are such hard workers, and assured us that they don't leave until the problem is solved.  They broke through the clog and showed us where the problem was using a camera.
I appreciate that they have all the proper and up-to-date tools to get the job done. Augustine returned the next day to help locate the broken tile pipe under our basement flooring. Amazing technology, and they have it!
They worked with my schedule, and
a week later my broken tile was repaired at a very difficult Y joint due to other fittings in the area of the break.  They were able to solve it and get us running again in one day.
Can't reiterate how fortunate we feel to have guys like this helping us with our plumbing problem and recommend them highly to everyone else.

Tom is awesome. I've used him and his team for several projects and have always been super happy with his work. He responds very fast and is very affordable. We will definitely be using him again when needed.

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

So happy with the service we received when faced with an degraded old seal between the tank and toilet bowl. originally said they could arrive the next day, but when the opportunity arose to be there same day, they revised the appointment. I was so thankful. The problem was immediately diagnosed. You should definitely give them the opportunity to help you.

Our ejector pump went out and John was able to be here within an hour. He provided excellent service and we couldn't be happier.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Alex and his assistant quickly fixed our problem (trees are gonna have roots, and they're going to work their way into your tiles).  They were early to arrive and very efficient.  Alex even offered some advice on an anticipated bathroom upgrade.  We've used Karl's plumbers since moving here in 1992 and have always been satisfied with their work.

WOW!  If you want to get a new or replace your current Tankless water heater- this is the company!

They are really the best!!   I am super glad the Yelp reviews were correct.  These guys do a fantastic job!  So my 10yr+ tankless went out and I needed to get a new tankless water heater because the bypass control value failed.

I called 5 other companies and the prices were all over the place.  They gave me a fantastic price considering the old tankless still had most of the wires and plumbing.   Their knowledge, understanding, code, and meticulous ability to install a new tankless was flawless!!   These guys are real professionals and took about 3/4hrs to install and replace the old one.

I will be going to them for my annual service checkup and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing!  These guys are the real deal!

I was a little confused because I thought I was getting Good Plumbing, which is a company that must also provide leads for a few local subcontractors.  The two-man team came 15 minutes ahead of schedule and kind of barked an estimate at me before digging into the problem (leaking toilet, probably pretty easy to diagnose).  Given the fact that they have to establish some cost parameters before doing the work  is understandable, but when I mentioned I had a coupon, their instant answer was this amount already includes that, which I found slightly suspicious. I'm in Marketing, so I'm always suspicious of coupons that require the bearer to notify the company that a coupon is going to be used before an estimate is prepared. I know what's up with that.
I was surprised that they didn't have the wax seal I needed and wanted to know where the nearest hardware store is located.  They seemed a little irritated that it was maybe a half mile away. Was my wax ring an odd size (this house is 100 years old)? I don't know. If it was, the local Ace Hardware had one.
They did come back within ten minutes or so and in another 20 or 25 had the job completed.  By that time, they were friendlier and more courteous.
It would have helped if they had stated We've been sent here by Good Plumbing and if their initial approach had been a little warmer.
Was $200 a fair price for this work?  It's hard to say.  The last guy charged $80, but he didn't fix the problem which resulted in damage to the dining room ceiling.

Way overcharged. They wanted close to $800 to reinstall a faucet and garbage disposal. I do not recommend them as their prices exceed what is fair.
