Just had James from Connell Plumbing over today to install a Moen kitchen faucet.  The faucet was supplied by Moen under their lifetime guarantee and James did the labor to properly install it.  He breezed through it and did an excellent job.  I could not install it myself because the location of my kitchen sink was close to the wall and the old faucet was rusted on.  He made it look simple because he knew what he was doing unlike me and obviously had much experience with doing this.  He was on time and stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone and even added a 10% senior discount.  Other plumbing places will not give you a price for simple work like this and then nail you when they complete the job.  In the past Connell Plumbing has installed a quality water heater for me, American made, not made cheaply in Mexico.  They try to use American made parts that are quality.  James also answered other plumbing questions for me which prevented me from having additional work done which may not have been successful.  Great to have trusted plumbers... I highly recommend Connell Plumbing.

Ever since I got a new faucet in the bathroom sink, I've had trouble with clogging in the drain. I relied on handymen to unclog it. This time I called Tim Stefl Plumbing. Will did a great job in getting the clog out, and also put in a small part that lets me pull out the stopper completely, so I can clean it before a clog starts to build up. In 25 minutes the job was done. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

I purchased a home that had heating, AC, plumbing all exclusively installed and maintained by Stephen's Plumbing.
Apparently the previous homeowner did not know they were being swindled.
In one zone, Stephen's charged for installation and later maintenance of a humidifer; however there is no water line attached, nor is one located within 20 feet.
There were also gaps in the main duct attached to the same zone above, that were large enough to stick your hand into it.
I decided to check them out and talk to them in the store after they charged me $225 in labor (labor only) for 3# Refrigerant; well, OTC they charged me double the going rate for an air filter ($70+).

Excellent experience with them when I had a leak under our sink. Tavis was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything as he went along.

Tom is awesome. I've used him and his team for several projects and have always been super happy with his work. He responds very fast and is very affordable. We will definitely be using him again when needed.

A few years ago we were struck by lightening... It blew out electricity and some of our plumbing... Lane owner of Whiting Plumbing, came to the rescue and repaired what needed to be repaired... He was so pleasant and did take such PRIDE IN HIS WORK we decided to upgrade our old plumbing... He made us feel very comfortable and we felt the estimate was pretty REASONABLE for the amount of work that we chose to have done... He returns calls promptly... He has been on time for any appointment made... AND he stands behind his work... Very knowledgeable in his field... VERY PLEASED... * * *

I recently had Paul and Dave from Heritage Plumbing install a new commode for me in one of our bathrooms. They set up and confirmed our appointment time, and then arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient, moving quickly to properly complete the installation of the new fixture and the removal of the old one.
They also fixed a couple of minor plumbing issues which my wife and I appreciated. They wore masks as we requested and totally cleaned up everything when they finished all the work. I will use them again, without hesitation, if I need further plumbing work.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

They came within a reasonable time (2 1/2 hours )from when I called for service. Unfortunately they only rodded for 30 minutes.  As soon as they cut some roots and water got through they stopped.  For $300 they could have  rodded some more roots at least for another 15-30 minutes especially since they were not providing any type of warranty. Drain clogged up again in 2.5 months.

Great communication, work, punctuality, cleanliness Alex and his worker were able to take care of our older cast iron pipes and convert them to PVC with no leaks and peace of mind. Alex will communicate and was punctual the two days he and his partner did work. We had one issue with cast iron pipe falling out of ceiling while cutting and gouging our stair railing. Alex told us about the issue and offered to fix it, I told him I would take care of it and appreciated him pointing the issue out. We would hire him again easy to work with and quality work and knowledge. Thank you Alex!!

I take SERIOUS issue with Bill stating that my review contained any embellishments or inaccuracies -- what I wrote in my original review is how the events went down and I stand by my statements.

To summarize: there was no proactive communication of delays on multiple occasions, many days of our time were wasted, and the work was not done well. Period.

Regardless of what was happening behind the scenes or the issues Four Seasons Sewer & Plumbing had internally with their plumber, it was their responsibility to proactively communicate status updates whenever anything changed. If email wasn't the preferred medium, they should have called us to let us know. I was never once told not to communicate directly with the plumber or to only communicate with the office. Once they were made aware that there were issues with this particular job, they should have taken better care to make sure things went smoothly by practicing the customer service for which they're apparently so well-known. 

According to Bill, the plumber wasn't being honest with either of us and that is entirely possible. However, there is absolutely NO reason to claim my comments were embellished or in any part inaccurate. I was involved in every interaction with the plumber doing the work, Bill was not. Nor had he ever been on-site.

Also: my landlord was never out of the country during this time -- Bill told us via email that HE (Bill) was out of the country and that was why our multiple emails had gone unanswered by Four Seasons. Nothing about the scheduling delay was due to after-hours scheduling, calls or work -- I was sitting in my home waiting for the plumber each and every day, all day (which I stated in my original review). We were never told that a supervisor was going to be coming to do the work in place of the tech, and the reason I told Bill to go easy on the guy he eventually fired was because the guy told me he was scared of being fired for being late (the tech told me he had never been given our address by Four Seasons (and to his credit, our place is hard to find once you do have an address)).

I suppose these details don't really matter now but I'm HIGHLY irritated that I'm going to be accused of falsifying my actual experience with a fake story made up by the owner. I have no reason to lie about anything here, I have absolutely nothing to gain by doing so.

Realistic scheduling expectations, effective communication, and a quality job would have greatly reduced the amount of frustration felt by everyone. We hope that the remedial actions taken will improve future customer experiences but we will not be taking up the discounted offer on future work.

They replaced parts that didn't need replacing (because they didn't know how faucet worked), and way overcharged. They were also several hours late. Not knowledgeable, poor service, too expensive.
