Nathan and joey did an excellent job. They came the next day and discovered I had a couple of problems. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Kudos to Tim Stefl, he's great plumber and human, has always been reasonable but this one was above and beyond   - I called when my kitchen faucet filter blew out and instead of coming over and charging to look at it he asked me to take pictures and email them to him.  He looked at the pictures and recommended that I go to Elmwood Supply and ask if they had the part I needed to repair it.  The gentleman there found me the part and gave me a detailed explanation on how to replace it - I was able to do it myself for $1.61

Brandon was a star. Very professional, communicative, and courteous. The work was completed on time and to perfection. Will definitely contact Brandon again for more projects.

Stephens plumbing is fair and reasonable.  They came out quickly and did the job for less than half the cost Jay's Plumbing wanted.  Additionally, their products are far more fairly priced.  Where Jay's wanted five times the cost for a garbage disposal sold at Home Depot, Stephens was only $50 more.  And they were happy to let me buy it from Home Depot and still install it.  Don installed it and rodded out my drain in less time than was originally suggested, saving me on labor.  He also was able to fix a couple of things that needed to be done in that time.  Thanks, Stephens! I will be calling on you in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency and reached out to 3 plumbers.  Augustine at Orange Line Plumbing was the only one that responded immediately and sent someone out to help on a late Sunday afternoon.
Xavier and Brandon are such hard workers, and assured us that they don't leave until the problem is solved.  They broke through the clog and showed us where the problem was using a camera.
I appreciate that they have all the proper and up-to-date tools to get the job done. Augustine returned the next day to help locate the broken tile pipe under our basement flooring. Amazing technology, and they have it!
They worked with my schedule, and
a week later my broken tile was repaired at a very difficult Y joint due to other fittings in the area of the break.  They were able to solve it and get us running again in one day.
Can't reiterate how fortunate we feel to have guys like this helping us with our plumbing problem and recommend them highly to everyone else.

Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

My mom's toilet was leaking and I called several plumbers for estimates. Chalmers was about half the price of several of them, and Dave said he could come out that day. He fixed the toilet and checked the sewer to make sure it was clear. Then he went down in the crawl space which is scary and gross to check out a wet area that I was concerned about. I was really worried that a recent bathtub renovation was causing extensive water damage, but he immediately identified a leak from the other toilet and replaced the seal. The total charge for two toilets was the price for one from other estimates. Dave was very nice, honest, and professional, and we will definitely use him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

so happy to have been referred to Heritage Plumbing! We thought we had a sump issue and when they arrived they found it was as simple as adding water to the drain. The owners took the time to teach us about the cause of our issue as well as to solve another simple problem in our house. And, they are super friendly guys as well! Heritage is now our go-to plumber.

Submitted a request on Sunday and Jeff responded quickly scheduling for Monday. The price was quoted, and Jeff was on time. He got to work unclogging the sink and we discovered the clog was further down the line, and went to work cleaning it out from the basement. Jeff remained calm, professional, and got the clog removed, while also teaching g me a thing or two. Jeff even looked at something else, continued the education, and quoted me for another job. When it came time to pay the price charged was the agreed upon price even though he was here longer than either of us expected. I've had my eyes ripped out by plumbers in the past, but I now feel confident that I found a company that will charge a fair price for fair work.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Karl and his crew helped with me two toilets at my house.  Everyone I worked with was friendly and good at what they do.  They were super fast and did great work.  It turned out that one of the toilets needed to be replaced.  Karl had me go get a new one right away and then sent someone back to my house as soon as I got home to come install it.  I'm really grateful for how easy they were to work with and will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects.

Our pipes were in bad shape and it all came to a head on a Sunday morning.  Alex was very timely with his response.  He was on time for his visit which came on a same day call on a Sunday! He Wass very professional, and courteous of our home.  Wearing booties, laying down tarps, etc.  He diagnosed an issue that had gone unnoticed for 10+ years.  He fixed the issue and got our plumbing running like new in just a few hours.

I scheduled a service call in December, and they ran late on another job.  They offered to come the next day, which I agreed to, but they failed to show up.  I rescheduled a few weeks out in January for 9 AM and took the day off work.  I get a phone call at 10 AM today from a plumber who had no idea what the issue was and was suggesting I flush lemon juice down my drain.  Sorry bud, but I've tried that, and it won't fix the issue.  I told them to send somebody who knew what the problem was. They said they would send somebody else out.  It's 5 PM, and no one has bothered to show up or call.  Three missed appointments.

Discovered the problem moments before plumber (Justin or Jason?) arrived. Plastic tubing from my fridge ice maker sprung a leak just above floor boards before the tubing proceeded down to basement to connect to water valve.  Was immediately told entire valve needed replacement assuming he would not be able to unscrew the nut without even trying first.   Then was told cost to replace plastic tubing with copper tubing was $1,496 for the job.  When I said I can't afford $1500 copper tubing and asked if we couldn't just replace it with the same plastic tubing, he told me they don't carry plastic. (BTW 15 feet of copper tubing only costs $36 at the hardware store). He then proceeded to ask me how much I thought I should pay. Odd, right? When I said closer to $200, he laughed, turned around and walked out without so much as an explanation or a thank you for calling J Blanton.  I called my local hardware store and the helpful clerk explained how easy this was to fix.  I spent literally less than $5 on a coupling and fixed the leak in under 5 mins by myself with nothing but a pair of scissors.  Had the plumber explained this to me, I would be calling them in the future to replace my toilet that needs replacing, but I WILL NEVER CALL J.BLANTON AGAIN. No one wants to be taken advantage of and this plumber tried to pull a fast one.  What a rude jerk!
