Connell plumbing responded to my call very promptly. While they did not provide the specific service I needed, I spoke to the owner who took the time to provide a a ton of information and a great referral. Came across as honest and knowledgeable and would definitely request service from them in the future.

This company is very quick and gets the job done. We have called Tim before when our basement drain was not working. Today it was our sink and tub. They were fast and did get both tub and sink to drain quickly.

I was going to hang my own Laundry room cabinets but chickened out and hired KBN.  I'm really glad I did as they're installed properly, including the side trim pieces. Pricing was very fair- and they quoted a price instead of just an hourly rate.  

They even broke down all the cardboard boxes and cleaned up when they were done.  I'd definitely use them again.

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up and tried the standard plunging and Drano without success.  D & L answered the Yelp quote quickly and on a Sunday morning and on top of that came out within an hour without an emergency fee and took care of the problem.  This is not normal, and it's exceptional service.

We have used Stephen's many times for heating, AC and plumbing at both our Home and a Rental House that used to be our home.  Both are 5 BR, 4Bath houses with multiple heating/AC systems and plumbing to support a big family.  I have always felt like Stephen's does a quality job, and does only what is needed.  There have been a couple of times where they frankly could have taken advantage of me.  But they didn't, what they recommended is what I think they would have done if it was their own home and if they were paying.  I really appreciate that...They come quickly, they warn you if it's going to be overtime, and they do what they think is right.  I trust them more than any other service business.
It's a bit hard for me to rate this kind of service 5 stars, but I have zero reason not to.  For 20 years they have always treated me like a valued customer that want my repeat business more than they want a quick buck.

Reliable service, very professional, and fast. I called OLP because I had something urgent and he said no problem. Very happy I went with this company. My problem was fixed so fast and the price was reasonable. Will be using this company for any plumbing issues in the future and recommending to friends/ family. Thank you Augustine!

Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

A few years ago we were struck by lightening... It blew out electricity and some of our plumbing... Lane owner of Whiting Plumbing, came to the rescue and repaired what needed to be repaired... He was so pleasant and did take such PRIDE IN HIS WORK we decided to upgrade our old plumbing... He made us feel very comfortable and we felt the estimate was pretty REASONABLE for the amount of work that we chose to have done... He returns calls promptly... He has been on time for any appointment made... AND he stands behind his work... Very knowledgeable in his field... VERY PLEASED... * * *

It's difficult to find a qualified, honest plumber. But, now that has changed! We had a slow running laundry tub drain.  After getting to response from the big rooting companies, we found Chalmers with good Yelp reviews. I submitted a quote request and heard back within minutes.  So far, so good!

He indicated he could come out at anytime without any overtime fees. Since this was not an emergency, we agreed on a mid afternoon appointment, which was the same day of the request.  

He arrived and immediately tackled the problem.  Routed the slow moving drain.  Fixed it with no issues.  We had him then look at a couple of other minor things. Fixed those and provided good recommendations on what to do with an intermittent dripping kitchen faucet.

Now, here's the main thing that differentiates Chalmers from other plumbers I have used. His estimate was fair and he stuck to it. And, he charged a nominal amount to look at the other things we asked him to resolve.

We had an emergency flooding issue they arrived quickly and began working right away. They were fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and friendly. After issue was fixed explained in detail problem and solutions. Will be using Heritage Plumbing again. Great business highly recommend.

I needed some quick help.  I called arrow plumbing told them my problem and they told me they had the perfect person for the job.  They arrived on time and were quick.  I was impressed with the responsiveness of this company.

They did some sump pump and septic repairs for me. Pricing was good and they were very responsive and reliable. I'd definitely recommend them.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

This company is excellent.  I had an emergency happen and Karl showed up to take a look within 15 minutes of my phone call.  I had used their services once before and was happy with their pricing and work.  He calmed me down explaining what needed to be done and his crew was at my house at 8 am next day.  Roland is a very expert plumber, honest and down to earth.  I am so happy to have them as my plumbers.  I trust them implicitly.

I cannot praise Alex and the AquaPro plumbing team enough. We had water flowing from our basement ceiling on Easter Sunday. I called Alex and he was here within an hour. Upon arriving he quickly identified our sewer line was backed up. He rodded our sewer line, explained everything in plain English, and had it fixed within an hour. We will be using Alex and his team going forward for all plumbing needs.

I have had about 3 or 4 years of using Bill and his team at Four Seasons, and decided to write a review today because yet again, he has gone out of his way to help me fix plumbing issues with my condo within a few days notice. A few months ago, my pipes burst outside on the deck because after i had winterized, the condo's deck cleaning company had turned my outside water back on without my knowledge. ( I now live in California, and only return to my Chicago condo on occasion) With a frozen waterfall forming off my roofdeck, Bill sent his team out the same day. They assessed it, stabilized it and came back within the week to make repairs. They have helped me with my Kohler ceiling shower that clogged up,  and last summer a leak that went into my neighbors condo from my 2nd bathroom. They even wrote up descriptions for the insurance company within days of me asking.
They have always kept cost to a minimum and Bill has been so nice and helped me in any way he could. He's been nothing but helpful.
To comment on other reviews.... well, plumbing is not cheap,and its not cheap to run a business. You have to pay for your crew, your equipment, parts, supplies, rent for the office, the trucks/ transportation and gas to get you to each job. $200-275 for a well running sink or toilet with the job done right the first time, doesnt sound unreasonable if you consider that. Were there parts bought? And if it takes only 20 minutes is that so bad? Would you feel better if it took them an hour or 2? I'd prefer efficiency over time.
Sometimes i think people only review when they have a bad experience, so i wanted to make sure to write a review since i have had years of good work done with Bill and his company. I keep coming back when i need him and i will continue to do so!

Had an emergency plumbing problem in our building where water was spraying everywhere! At midnight, a plumber from J. Blanton came out and got it to stop. The next day they were back with a crew to make a repair and there was barely any down time with the water shut off. 5/5 recommend.
