I had a minor issue with my sump pump and they were able to come out and fix it within a hour.   They also gave me some good advice on a seepage issue that I was having.

This company is very quick and gets the job done. We have called Tim before when our basement drain was not working. Today it was our sink and tub. They were fast and did get both tub and sink to drain quickly.

Outstanding quality of work.  Brandon has ability to solve problems and make good decisions. Great communicator during all phases of repair or installation.  He always asks homeowner's preference.  
I requested a second stair rail for safety. He made a duplicate of the original oak rail in shape and color. So impressive!

We called them because we noticed a wet patch on the ceiling which is below a second floor bathroom. Rick arrived the same morning, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it . we payed 250 in labor for the 1.5 hour and 30 something in material cost.  he did a good job and it was worth the expensive rate.

I had a pipe that was corroded and all the rust was leaking onto my washer. The pipes were old and it was leaking severely. I needed someone to take a look it quickly before it got worse. I went onto my neighborhood facebook group and everyone recommend orange line plumbing. I called the owner Augustin and he told me he was out of town but that he would find someone to help me while he was gone. The next day someone came out and fixed the problem immediately. Problem fixed quickly. I was super thankful.

Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

Called Chalmers Plumbing after being completely no-showed by another plumbing company and I couldn't have been happier with my decision.  Dave came right out within a couple hours and was able to replace my broken hot water heater the very next day.  He's professional, courteous, quick to respond, very fairly priced, and stands by his work... everything you could want from a plumbing business.

I had Heritage install a new sump pump with a battery backup after finishing my basement.   They gave a quick quote which was competitive and were prompt, did good work and I'll use them for sure for future projects.

Bruce came out to replace my garbage disposal and check out a toilet that has had  issues over the past year. He clearly explained the differences in disposals of differing prices and I am very happy with the mid priced disposal we chose. Bruce worked quickly and neatly. He was able to make my toilet workings like new for a reasonable price. He did great work, was very professional and had the highest standards for being safe during Covid.

Our toilet had been running. At times, I could adjust the float or tweak the valve to get it to shut off. Eventually, nothing I did could get it to stop. That's when I discovered that the shut off valve couldn't actually shut off the water to the toilet. I used yelp Project feature to get interest from some area plumbers. Not only was Jason from Southland Plumbing first to respond, he was also the cheapest. He was very straightforward and transparent about the process to fix this toilet. He even found a way to quickly source parts that normally would have been special order. He stayed to make sure the job was done right. From now on, I'm calling Jason for all our plumbing needs.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done.  Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch.  I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700).  Did a professional job and got it done.  What more you want in a plumber?

I needed a line snaked to clear a clog, reached out to Alex at Aquapro thru Yelp and was able to quickly schedule the job.  

Quick turnaround, fair price, and the problem is resolved.  I would hire them again.

Well, I had a kitchen sink clog on Labor Day weekend, so I was pretty much going to pay whoever showed up first.  Four Seasons was the first of four to get someone on site, and we paid $275 for about 20min of work.  When it comes down to it, nothing I did got the sink to drain, and I kind of wanted to use my kitchen.  The total bill of $275 was rather expensive, but I didn't have a choice.   Not sure if I would call them again unless I had to.  I am pretty sure like others that I got a subcontractor, but at least the showed up, got the job done, explained what they did and were nice about it.

Discovered the problem moments before plumber (Justin or Jason?) arrived. Plastic tubing from my fridge ice maker sprung a leak just above floor boards before the tubing proceeded down to basement to connect to water valve.  Was immediately told entire valve needed replacement assuming he would not be able to unscrew the nut without even trying first.   Then was told cost to replace plastic tubing with copper tubing was $1,496 for the job.  When I said I can't afford $1500 copper tubing and asked if we couldn't just replace it with the same plastic tubing, he told me they don't carry plastic. (BTW 15 feet of copper tubing only costs $36 at the hardware store). He then proceeded to ask me how much I thought I should pay. Odd, right? When I said closer to $200, he laughed, turned around and walked out without so much as an explanation or a thank you for calling J Blanton.  I called my local hardware store and the helpful clerk explained how easy this was to fix.  I spent literally less than $5 on a coupling and fixed the leak in under 5 mins by myself with nothing but a pair of scissors.  Had the plumber explained this to me, I would be calling them in the future to replace my toilet that needs replacing, but I WILL NEVER CALL J.BLANTON AGAIN. No one wants to be taken advantage of and this plumber tried to pull a fast one.  What a rude jerk!
