I lost all my faith in Connell Plumbing. We have used him for several years. And was always happy But lately he has been no help at all. When I thought a pipe was leaking form my dish water, his assistant came over told me that it was not the pipe. He told me that it was the casket and that my dish washer was old and it needed to be replaced. He refused to fix  it. Guess what , all it needed was a rubber casket. We have another person fix it. And no problems or leaks since  This was early this year.

Now the last straw is we need our sump pump cleaned out and a new pump replaced. I explained the problem. First I was first given a quote on a price of $,600.00 . Then Wayne kept insisting that it was our sewer back up system that was causing the problem. Perma Seal already checked out and it is working just fine. I told Wayne this but he said it is not the reason my pump is not working. I'm not STUPID. I ran the water in the sink and I saw how the pump (he sold us) is not working at all. And my Sump Pump pit is full of mud. When I told him this, all of a sudden he said he dose not clean out sump
pumps or replace the other pump (which  I also got from when my basement flooded prior to my correcting the problem ).

I will get another plumber and NEVER USE CONNELL PLUMBING AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!!!

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

I recently used Chalmer's Plumbing services and I must say that I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, competitive pricing, and expertise in resolving my kitchen sink clog issue. David, the plumber who assisted me, was not only friendly but also knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what caused the clog and how to avoid similar problems in the future.

David arrived on time and was well equipped to handle the job. He was quick to identify the issue and came up with a solution that didn't require any major repairs or replacement of parts. David's pricing was very reasonable, and he worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner.

My sump pump battery backup system needed a replacement so I figured I might as well replace both my sump pump as well as my backup system together. Paul picked up the phone when I called and I was pleased with his explanation of the different sump pump brands and why he chose his particular brand of choice. I got a fair and competitive quote for my sump pump project - quality parts and installation included, so I decided to give this project a go.

Paul and Dave showed up as a two-person team a few days later and did a quality job. With my permission, they got rid of my old sump pump which was already rusted out, disposed all the old parts in a contractor bag, replaced a couple of pvc pipes leading into my sump pump which showed signs of water leakage, and properly tightened the pipe fittings. Within 1 hour, a brand new sump pump and a battery (5-year maintenance free AGM) backup system was properly installed. Paul then explained to me how the backup system worked and what to look out for.

There were no unexpected surprises nor hidden, extra costs above the initial quote for a job done right. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for quality, honest plumbing services in your area. This is a family-run business and my experience with them has been quite positive.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our recent service from Arrow Plumbing.  We needed to have two outdoor leaking spigots replaced, a leaking shower cartridge replaced, and a new faucet installed.  Joseph showed up right on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and worked hard the entire time he was here.  He also took the time to explain what he needed to do and review the job when he was done.  He had all the materials needed on his truck and the pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend Arrow and Joseph!

Our ejector pump went out and John was able to be here within an hour. He provided excellent service and we couldn't be happier.

Alex and his assistant quickly fixed our problem (trees are gonna have roots, and they're going to work their way into your tiles).  They were early to arrive and very efficient.  Alex even offered some advice on an anticipated bathroom upgrade.  We've used Karl's plumbers since moving here in 1992 and have always been satisfied with their work.

Response was quick and we have a brand new 50 gallon water heater. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends who need any plumbing needs.

Don't deal with these plumbers. Made an appt thru angie's list and Four Seasons didn't show up. THEN they called and said they would do the fix at a discount. Ending up charging me twice and I have been chasing them to refund my money. FIND A MORE RELIABLE PLUMBER

Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly, we've only been in our house for a little over a year so I had no idea how old our heater really was (spoiler...it was past it's prime, for sure!) The plumber came and inspected the old tank to see if they could get it to work. We eventually decided to just replace it - they were in and out and got rid of the old tank, too!l
