I lost all my faith in Connell Plumbing. We have used him for several years. And was always happy But lately he has been no help at all. When I thought a pipe was leaking form my dish water, his assistant came over told me that it was not the pipe. He told me that it was the casket and that my dish washer was old and it needed to be replaced. He refused to fix  it. Guess what , all it needed was a rubber casket. We have another person fix it. And no problems or leaks since  This was early this year.

Now the last straw is we need our sump pump cleaned out and a new pump replaced. I explained the problem. First I was first given a quote on a price of $,600.00 . Then Wayne kept insisting that it was our sewer back up system that was causing the problem. Perma Seal already checked out and it is working just fine. I told Wayne this but he said it is not the reason my pump is not working. I'm not STUPID. I ran the water in the sink and I saw how the pump (he sold us) is not working at all. And my Sump Pump pit is full of mud. When I told him this, all of a sudden he said he dose not clean out sump
pumps or replace the other pump (which  I also got from when my basement flooded prior to my correcting the problem ).

I will get another plumber and NEVER USE CONNELL PLUMBING AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!!!

Another excellent experience with Zak and Tim Stefl plumbing. My particular needs have included a new water heater, kitchen sink and toilet repair. Total pleasure to deal with. Totally professional. And a local business well worth supporting.

We sent a request for an estimate to five contractors.  KBN Homes was the ONLY one to reply.  Brandon came out several hours later to look at our deck rehab project.  He had some good suggestions.  He later sent us an estimate.  We thought the price was fair so we asked him to go ahead with the project.  He was prompt every day of the work.  Brandon was very communicative.  He let us know what he was doing and what would be next.  We had a custom design in mind for the new railing.  Brandon worked with us and made it happen.  Brandon's by-line should be attention to detail.  Brandon finished the job on time even though he was stopped at least twice by heavy rain and wind.  The job site was clean at the end of every day.  We are very pleased with the result of his work.  We would hire him again.

Bottom line:  We would recommend Brandon and KBN Homes without reservation.

I recently called this plumber for an emergency situation with my kitchen sink and was blown away by his exceptional service. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly and worked efficiently to fix the sink (and even cleaned the kitchen afterward). His knowledge and expertise in the field was evident and he was able to offer helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. The plumber was also friendly, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend this plumber and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all around!

We scheduled a service call and were able to get someone to arrive within 45 minutes of our call.  John serviced our furnace and humidifer and fixed a couple of problems.  His experience helped him isolate the problems quickly and resolve them.  He did a great job.  We're happy with Stephens, based on this, our first experience with them.

Excellent experience with them when I had a leak under our sink. Tavis was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything as he went along.

Tom is awesome. I've used him and his team for several projects and have always been super happy with his work. He responds very fast and is very affordable. We will definitely be using him again when needed.

Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

Since moving into This Old House 2 1/2 years ago we've found issues left and right that needed fixing.   For almost that entire length of time, our upstairs toilet was out of commission.  The downstairs one always had to have the handle held to flush completely.  Also we discovered a leak in the basement everytime we flushed it.   The kitchen faucet was constantly leaking.  The basement laundry basin was nonfunctional and in recent months the upstairs sink kept getting clogged.    In short it was a mess.

Of course we had to prioritize that against old gutters, inefficient windows, an old radiator, and general maintenance.   To top it off I was laid off last September.   So money of course was as Simply Red would sing..too tight to mention.    Yep showing my age.

Things thankfully turned around for the time being and we finally were able to tackle the plumbing this summer.

I searched Yelp and Chalmers was among the three I reached out to.   One I didn't hear back from and Chalmers and another company reached back saying to contact for more details.

I read the Yelp reviews of the remaining contender and those scared me off.  I saw Chalmers had all positive  (albeit only a few).  

I took a chance and am glad I did.  David was courteous on phone as I detailed all that needed to be done.  I scheduled a free estimate and he came by promptly as D showed him our situation.

The price he came back with seemed pretty fair so I agreed to have him do the work.    He finished everything on my laundry list within 2 hours.   It ended up for the toilets that both had shoddy work on the wax ring which caused the leaking.    Replacing the toilets and putting the wax ring properly solved the leaking issue.  He was very professional and through during the whole visit.    And I was very pleased with the results.

David's the real deal.  If you need any kind of plumbing work, take a chance on him.   Flush the rest...LOL.

I needed some quick help.  I called arrow plumbing told them my problem and they told me they had the perfect person for the job.  They arrived on time and were quick.  I was impressed with the responsiveness of this company.

They did some sump pump and septic repairs for me. Pricing was good and they were very responsive and reliable. I'd definitely recommend them.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Karl and his crew helped with me two toilets at my house.  Everyone I worked with was friendly and good at what they do.  They were super fast and did great work.  It turned out that one of the toilets needed to be replaced.  Karl had me go get a new one right away and then sent someone back to my house as soon as I got home to come install it.  I'm really grateful for how easy they were to work with and will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects.

It helps me as a consumer when I can review messages within one platform and don't have to go back to phone calls or text messages to determine conversations. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours and get the job done, which was essential for me because the drain that was unclogged meant I couldn't washing clothes. The technicians kept things tidy and were efficient.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAW AWAY! You've been warned. I called them when my laundry washer was leaking due to a faulty valve. They sent a man over who explained they could repair a washer anywhere from an $800 package to $1800. I picked the middle package and gave them a $500 deposit. Before they came to fix said washer I told my boyfriend about all that had transpired. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy a pair of channel locks and some washers.

I was completely ripped off and feel it was most likely due to the fact I'm female. Doesn't matter, I wouldn't trust anything they say to you!!!
