I contacted this plumber because of the great reviews on here and he's close by. He seemed really nice and told me to text him my information and he'd keep me updated on whether he could make it out to help us or not. I text him twice with no response. We waited on him all day to see if he'd at least say he wouldn't make it so we could call someone else. We didn't have any water by the end of the day and it got very frustrating. Now we had to call a plumber to come out in an emergency because this guy didn't even bother to let us know if he'd come. We trusted him bc of the reviews and didn't expect this. Now we're stuck paying extra emergency service fees for the weekend when we could've called someone else before our problem got worse. I didn't get a text until this morning so I know he was getting my messages. I would not use them or recommend. Very unprofessional.

I contacted this plumbing company on Friday, Dec.30th to fix a leaky bathtub spout. The posi-temp cartridge inside the shower control needed to be replaced, and I related this info to the dispatcher. He advised me that someone would be out btw. 3pm -5pm that day. The plumber assigned called me to advise that he was running late, and arrived at 5:15 pm. He went right to work, but was unable to pull the cartridge out of the valve stem, causing a flow of water to run from the valve and into the bathtub. He advised me that the job required more work than originally planned for, and that he would return by 10:00 am the next day (Sat, New Year's Eve). The water now flowing from the valve, which was originally just a drip coming from the bathtub spout, was now substantial, about the amount coming out of a faucet halfway open. He left without doing anything to stem the flow other than putting a plastic bag underneath the valve so water didn't get behind the wall. He then left and said he would return by 10:00 am tomorrow. I had to turn the water off for the entire house so the water flow was not continuous for the entire evening.
       The plumber never returned that morning, and did not even call. I called the plumbing company, advised of the situation, and asked for the owner to call me. Kevin Szabo did call me back, and after I explained what occurred, he told me that the water flow should have at least been capped and should not have been left in that condition. He told me he would call me back in a few minutes, and when he did, he advised me that he would be coming out himself to do the work in about 2 hours. After almost 3 hr, Mr. Szabo called me to advise that he was running late, and would arrive in about an hour and a half. After waiting almost 2 and a half hours, I called Mr. Szabo to ask his status, but I just got his voicemail. I then called the dispatcher to request he get a hold of Mr. Szabo and have him call me.
      Mr. Szabo called me back at 4:35 pm, and said he was at least another hour away, if not longer. As this was New Year's Eve, I asked him if he was going to make it out to my house at all today. He advised me that he did not think so. He did not offer any options, further assistance, or advice. But he said he was sorry.
       The plumber had not only made my plumbing problem worse, but caused my family and I great inconvenience. I had to scramble to furiously make phone calls to other plumbers to get someone to come out on a holiday weekend to repair the damage this plumber caused. I have used many different contractors over the years for home projects, and not all experiences have been positive. But this lack of concern, irresponsibility, and complete absence of professionalism on the part of this plumbing company takes the cake.

I chose flush plumbing based on the reviews I read on yelp which is why I am writing a review.  I called them to come out to look at a laundry room drain that is overflowing occasionally which I have had looked at by ABC plumbing in the past year and the problem is not fixed.  The called before the appointment, they were on time, and they appear to have fixed the issue all for a very reasonable price.  They also cleaned up very well, I wouldn't even have known they were here!  I'd highly recommend them, it's hard to fine good and honest plumbers!

Go-Rooter was great to us - especially Alex. He came out quickly and helped us fix a problem with our ejector pump that had caused serious flooding. They pointed us in the right direction in terms of how to handle the clean-up and repair. They came back a second time and didn't charge us. It was fairly obvious that I was clueless about plumbing and they were patient and helped make sure we understood the root of the problem and the associated costs.

Finally a plumbing company you can trust.  From the moment I called everything was up front and the service call was exceptional.  Mike came out and explained everything and answered all our questions.  They were up front about pricing.  We had our drains rodded out and they gave advice and ideas for future improvements.  They were very clean and personable.  I am glad my family found a company we can trust.

We contacted Specialty because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed.  Kevin was able to come out and replace our sump pump seamlessly.  Very nice guy, prompt and fair prices.   We will save Kevin's number anytime we need a plumber and will refer him to our friends. Thanks again!

I contacted Dunbar Plumbing they came out the next day and fixed my water spigot and they were quick and cleaned up after themselves.  The price was good and I will use again hopefully nothing soon but yes check them out.

Showed up on time.  Knew the unit I purchased (from Lowe's) wouldn't fit before even opening the box.  While Don & his assistant remove my old water heater, I ran to a plumbing supply store to get a model that would work (I have a small utility closet in my garage, so space is very tight, but Lowe's didn't sell any models thinner than the one I bought.  Paid quoted price, which was about 25% below what Lowe's installation would have cost.

We had a pipe freeze and I gave Boss Plumbing a call in a panic. He had me explain the situation and then laid out my options. Finally, he provided a recommendation and I took it. He was logical, courteous, and a real stand up guy.

Thankfully I didn't need his services this time around (he assured me that everything I was already doing should be enough to solve the problem, and it was!) but I know who I'm calling the next time I need any kind of plumbing work done.

We were in need of duct cleaning at used Yelp to help us locate the right company for us.

I can't recommend Excellent Plumbing Inc enough. They responded to our inquiry online almost immediately and quoted us an extremely fair price for the cleaning.

Stan and his partner arrived bright and early for the appointment and explained every step of the process including making several helpful suggestions.

I will be using their services for a few other jobs we need assistance with and we think you should too.

Our technician, Martin F., was great! My family and I had been dealing with a kitchen sink that would not drain for quite some time now, and had literally been draining it ourselves with a bucket and dumping the water into the toilet every time we washed dishes. We tried everything from plungers to Drano to using a drain snake and everything in between until we finally gave in and decided to call a professional. Our appointment/arrival window was from 10AM - 12PM but Martin arrived between 5-10 minutes before 10AM which we definitely appreciated! He was very friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and got right to work to assess the situation. He set clear expectations about all the possible outcomes as well as what it everything would cost and gained our consent before starting the work. At the first attempt to rod the line it did not seem to work and the sink still would not drain properly, but he did not give up there. Instead of just telling us we may need to have the kitchen re-piped, he did his best to find out why it didn't work. Turns out it was just because of the way our house is, and the set up of such older pipes, the rod was going upward towards the roof vent instead of downward. Martin then tried it again but this time guiding the rod the best he could in the opposite direction (down). I am grateful to say that he was successful in clearing the line and our sink now drains the way it should! Very happy with the level of service we received and the cost was reasonable. Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Victor came to out Home in the middle of the night. 1:00am. I mean who does that and still carries the most positive attitude possible. In a word.....amazing. He was a true professional and did one amazing job fixing all of our issues. This is the first review I've ever done but I can assure you hiring Victor would be the smartest move you could ever make no matter what the time. I would recommend him to the highest degree possible. You are a breath of fresh air In the service industry!  Thanks again!!!!

I had a bad sewer backup and got the number for Glennon Sewer from a trusted friend. I was so blown away! They scheduled an appointment quickly, assessed my issues and worked quickly and efficiently. Shaun and Luke explained what was needed, what would be done and gave me a thorough overview of their work. Price was fair, everything works and I'm so grateful that I called them.

i have to say that these guys ACTUALLY came through for me on a shower mixer issue.  They came out and problem solved as per Delta's suggestions and then came back after i received the part which was under warranty.  

the other plumbers on yelp were a disappointment.

Had a toilet clog came out rodded it-Keith did an excellent job, even  helped me with my master sink in my bedroom.  Great plumbers would recommended them to family and friends.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Just used A&D for the first time, and happy to say it won't be my last. The staff is fast, efficient and friendly, which lately seems impossible to find these days!
