I had a dripping bathtub faucet and wanted to try a local plumber; preferably someone located in Elmhurst, Illinois. Although there were only a few reviews for JSR Plumbing Company, all of them were good. Thus, I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to the owner Jeff. He was very polite and asked me to text a photo of the dripping faucet which I did. After exchanging a few texts, he was able to accommodate me by coming over on a Sunday afternoon to fix the faucet. He was professional and efficient. I will definitely call Jeff the next time I need a plumber.

0 stars. Came out to my house to fix a toilet issue. Took $600 to order a part then never came back to complete the return. Worst part is I was eventually able to fix it myself (and I'm no repair expert) with a $30 part and advice from Home Depot. I would never trust this company again - ripping off a single mother.

I'm very happy with Flush Plumbing.

My kitchen sink was backed up.  I contacted Flush through Yelp, and they got back to me within 5 minutes.  They had 2 plumbers over to my place within 1 hour.  The plumbers were  professional, and got my sink working in a very short period of time.

This all happened on a Saturday afternoon.  I appreciate that they got the work was done on a weekend.  Also, I found the price fair and reasonable.

I plan on using them again when needed.

Excellent service, great value.  The plumbers were efficient, courteous and responsive.  They rodded the sewer via the clean out in my front yard.  They worked hard to get rid of the root clogging the pipe using hydro cleaning.  I was very happy with their work.  I highly recommend this company.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A neighbor recommended them to me. We bought a new house and had sewer gas leaking into our basement. It smelled horrible and I could not figure out the source. I had multiple plumbers look at it. Then I called Rocco. He suggested that I remove the grease trap in our basement to solve the problem. His price was VERY reasonable. I basically hired them on the spot over the phone. They were able to get a crew out the NEXT day! Crew was great, helped with a couple of other unrelated minor issues I had, removed grease trap..were very professional, clean, and courteous. Horrible odor that I've been dealing with for the past 3 months is gone. Our newborn baby is safe from the fumes. I am beyond happy with the outcome.
Will use Roc's for any of our future plumbing needs.

I called Kevin last night and he came out the next day. Did a great job. Helped me trouble shoot a very tricky leak and fixed it for a very fair price. I'd recommend him 100% if your looking for an honest fair plumber

I rarely leave negative reviews but this one had me really upset.  I called Dunbar when In discovered a leak in my house.  To my surprise and delight they could send someone there  in the next few hours. I left work early, hurried home, and was there 30mins before the scheduled 4-5pm window to tidy up a bit.  During cleaning Dunbar called to say they were en route and about 2 min later they called to say they were there but I missed the calls (as my phone was on silent from work) but I do have a working doorbell. I called them about 15 mins after they called me and no answer, I waited and waited. Called, texted and said I was home and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. No response, no call back, nothing! We have a smart doorbell and I reviewed the video footage and you see a guy walk up to the door, doesn't knock, doesn't ring the doorbell, puts something on the door and leaves. I opened the door and it was a business card. Seriously? I called and/or texted at least 15 times and no response.  Pretty rude. At least say I'm not coming-- I was still within the 4-5pm window. And honestly, leaving your business card? I would never call or recommend your business to anyone. You can't even return a call? No way. Hired Clear Water Plumbing instead and so far so good.

Don is great!  He is honest and professional, informative, on time and friendly.  Today I called regarding a past due backflow sprinkler test, and he was able to accommodate us the same day.  He also fixed a broken outside spigot pipe for us as well.  Competitive pricing.  Definitely would recommend.

Joe answered the phone late at night when I got voicemails of five other plumbers. He came first thing in the morning and fixed our busted frozen pipe. Carlos did great work and both were very nice and helpful.

Found this company on Yelp and called them to clean my air ducts. Stan did a great job. Friendly, thorough and on time. Great price too!

Recently I had a sewage plump failure, and I needed a sewage professional to fix my problem. Through Home Advisor I acquired Flo-Maxx Sewer and Plumbing, their staff and technicians are were attentive and courteous to all my questions and concerns. They provided a technician (Martin) that same day. One major priority for me is the professionalism technicians display as they are performing the job, needless to say they exceeded my expectations replacing the pump. I highly recommend this company and I'm definitely calling them again if needed.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

I called the company three times today and waited all day for them to come I was assured by the person on the phone that they were coming. now that it is 5:15 pm they tell me they don't come out to Lemont. A lot of good that does me as water is leakIng  all over my kitchen. Great communication on their part. I would never ever  recommend them.

I had a bad sewer backup and got the number for Glennon Sewer from a trusted friend. I was so blown away! They scheduled an appointment quickly, assessed my issues and worked quickly and efficiently. Shaun and Luke explained what was needed, what would be done and gave me a thorough overview of their work. Price was fair, everything works and I'm so grateful that I called them.

Had to call good plumbing on the fly while staying at my friend's apartment to fix a leak in drain pipe. Gave Good Plumbing a call and could not have asked for better service. The plumber arrived not too long after the call was made and fixed the leak quickly and with efficiency. I would highly recommend Good Plumbing for on the spot  plumbing issues.

Fast, affordable and knowledgeable service. Joe came out on a Saturday and took care of our problem in a very timely manner and at an affordable price. We had had a couple other estimates for what needed to be done and Joe explained that it was a much simpler and cost efficient fix than we were told. This is a company that will not try to sell you unnecessary services, but instead diagnose the problem in an honest and affordable way to the homeowner. Thanks so much Joe!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I was looking for a service minded, honest, professional Plumbing Service and was not disappointed. I Spoke with Debbie on the phone who took the time to actually listen and discuss my issue before scheduling an appointment, which was kept in a timely manner. The price was fair, Brandon the Service Tech. was courteous and offered to follow up with any issues if necessary. How refreshing, a service call without all the frustration and disappointment.
