I called and left a message because our sump pump kept going out.  Bill called me back within the hour and we arranged a time for him to come out and take a look.  He was very accommodating and replaced the pump on our schedule.  The work was done quickly and cleanly(which I really appreciated).  Will keep his number for any future plumbing work.

I was very happy with their installation of my Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. It was kind of complicated and I was having a hard time finding someone to install it. They did it quickly and at a good price. Thanks again.

Needed a repair in a hurry as a piece of my siding came off my house and the wood behind it was rotted.  It was at a 4 foot height so I hoped a handyman would be able to repair.  I contacted others who either wouldn't do this type of repair or never responded.  Rossi Handyman contacted me quickly and asked for photos of the repair.  Said he would confirm later that evening if he could schedule me in.  He replied exactly as he said he would and was able to come out the very next morning.  Mo was on time and pleasant to deal with.  He did a wonderful job replacing the rotten wood panel and checked the other areas to make sure there were no other damaged spots.  I could see he was meticulous about the details and took pride in his work to do it right the first time.  He was careful not to leave any debris or nails on the ground.  I will be happy to have him back whenever the need for a handyman arises.  Thank you so much!

As someone new to the area in need of a plumber, I did what I normally do when looking for information - I turned to Yelp. Great reviews always get my attention and Moody had them. So I called and left a message. Joe was quick to respond, had me take a few photos of the plumbing under the kitchen sink and email them so he could give me a quote for the garbage disposal installation.

He responded with an estimate that was significantly lower than another I had received, and we got it scheduled. Martin showed up at 7:30 AM, right on time, put his shoe covers on and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly and without leaks. And when he finished he gave me the invoice and it was $100 less than the estimate! When does that ever happen? That's the way to earn repeat business! I'll certainly keep Moody Plumbing in my approved contractors file.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. Wow, great service on a tricky problem.  We had sewer backup in a flood drain, flood control issue and a clog.  Reeg thoughtfully diagnosed and fixed all the issues quickly and cost effectively.   Very responsive and friendly team.  Can't say enough about Reeg, they certainly get my business and recommendation.

Dennis showed up on time and did a great job of reattaching my kitchen sink to the granite counter-top at a reasonable cost. He also replaced some of the older rusted pipes with new ones that he ran out to buy to complete the job. He was pleasant to work with and I will use him again when I have the need.

I made a request on Yelp for quotes, they responded within minutes and we're here the same day to fix my drain. The estimate was accurate and they had everything fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend them! Very friendly and professional A+++

The preferred plumbing van was dangerously tailgating me today and when I called to complain about it I got the driver who blamed me for driving by looking in my rearview mirror. He's a menace to the road.

A mason jar was lodged in our garbage disposal, and in trying to get the garbage disposal off myself, was not able to reinstall it.

I called Dominick who said he could come out in a 1-hour timeframe, but would have to rely on my tools to get the job done.

Dominick arrived and took care of reinstalling our garbage disposal and also clearing out the mason jar glass that had shattered within it. He was incredibly quick and efficient with his work, completing the job in less than 45 minutes and having done the reinstallation with the limited tools that I had.

I will definitely be calling Dominick the next time I need any type of plumbing done, and cannot recommend him enough.

My toilet and bathtub were backed up due to a broken drain pipe that he had to dig a 4 feet trench along the side of the house to take care of.  I am thankful for this company's services! Andersen Plumbing and Heating is my go-to for plumbing needs.  I moved from one side of town to another, and I'm glad I'm still in a region they serve!  Mario is truly a rockstar, and I always ask for him when I need something fixed.  They dug a trench, re-routed the sump discharge, replaced my dishwasher and disposer and re-did the piping in the sink so it was compliant with Illinois plumbing standards.  A plumber you can trust is worth their weight in gold, and Anderson delivers!

Called to get quote for installing 2 tubs and 2 water closets.     The job was to install a regular tub not a jacuzzi and the toilets are the same floor mounted toilets we all have in our homes.  The guy tells me he needs to see the new and existing tubs and the toilets.  Right away he started by telling me the drains may be different.   Apparently,  he's used to people thinking there must be something extraordinarily different in your regular homedepot.  With that I can tell he's a high priced scammer.  I'm an architect and deal with contractors all day long.  Don't use this guy.

I had called Szabo Plumbing to repair a leaky toilet wax ring on a tenants apartment and was quoted $275, which I considered fair, considering a licensed plumber and fully stocked truck would have to drive there and do the repair. What I didn't consider fair was when the shut off valve didn't work, they charged me an additional $200 to put a new one on. Now I understand if I called them out for just that repair, $200 may be reasonable, but they were already on site for the other repair.
Not to mention they never contacted for any additional approval prior to replacing it, just a text message from the plumber onsite stating the new total would be $475.
I contacted Wade, to discuss the upcharge and was told I actually recieved a discount as they normally charge $250.00 per valve, but he would talk to Kevin himself and see if anything could be done.
As I was away on vacation, I told him I would contact him in A week when we returned.....well, called him twice since returning, NO CALL BACKS.
I decided to check my Credit card, and now see, they not only charged me the $475, plus an additional $14.75, not sure for what reason, as I never received an itemized invoice e-mailed as promised.
I've always considered them fair in past work they had done for me, but as of now, have lost confidence in Szabo Plumbing and will no longer use them, nor recemmend them to friends and family

UPDATE: Upon  Kevin being made aware of this situation , he personnally reached out to me, apologized for the error, and made things right. I will continue to recemmend them and use them as a first choice for my future plumbing needs.
It just shows he is truely compassionate about customer satisfaction, THANK YOU AGAIN KEVIN FOR TAKING TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY DAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS

I think I've reviewed these guys before -- they've certainly done good work for me in the past, which is why I called them in to install my garbage disposal. Did a great job at a great price, and when something went awry, they came back out fast and fixed it. Will definitely use again!
