I couldn't be happier with All Star Plumbing.  They were able to help me out in a crunch at a very competitive price point.  Service was exemplary.  I have had some serious issues finding good plumbers... but this crew I called in the morning - just happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to provide a quote - pick up new water heater, and install all in the same day.  I was more than pleased.  And received a call the next day to make sure everything worked ok.  Family run business that has become our go to plumber going forward.  Thanks All Star!

We had a bad situation in our crawlspace with water escaping from a blown check valve. A&T came out within the hour to stop the water and replace the sump pump that was old. The line was also rodded out. The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the service and highly recommend to others. Also, the company is very knowledgeable in mold and offers corrective remediation solutions.

I had reached out to A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. for a plumbing issue that I was having. I had found their business information on the BBB website. I highly recommend this company for any major plumbing repairs. When the plumbers come out to assess the damages, they will have all of their equipment with them. The plumbers that work for this company have good customer service. They are honest, straight to the point, and they listen to the customer. Also, I had used this company as my second opinion company to assess the damages.

The Problem: My main home sewer line was breached and damaged by some shrubs in my front yard. My shrubs' roots were clogging my main sewer, causing my sewer water to come back into my basement. The plumbers told me that I needed to have a portion of my sewer line replace to fix the clogging issue in my front yard.

The Solution: This company had to perform an excavation in my front yard to repair the sewer line. Their treatment plan was to replace the damaged part of the sewer line. Included with the treatment, they had installed an outside cleanout valve to the main sewer line and removed and destroyed the shrubs and their roots in the yard that was damaging my sewer line. This company also coordinated with the City of Chicago by pulling city permits to perform the excavation.

Post Repair: As for my home sewer line, everything is working fine with no problems. This job took two days to repair. The first day was to unclog the line and triage the line to use my plumbing. The second day was to finish off the repair and coordinate the certification of proper sewer line replacement by the City of Chicago.

The recent cold snap caused a pipe to blow.  I woke up at 6:00 am on Dec. 27 and found water that was ankle deep throughout the entire basement.  When I called Reeg, they called back within a half hour.  They asked if I had to turn off the water to the entire house.  I answered yes since the leak was behind a wall.  I can imagine how many calls they received throughout that weekend over Christmas weekend for burst pipes.  It was obvious they were doing triage to get to the people who had no water.  Reeg was out that day to stop the leak and at least get the main water back on.  I'm letting the wall and all the rest of the basement dry out, then will call Reeg back to finish the job.  They were great.

Denny helped remove an old mailbox and helped install a new one in our building. He was efficient with his time and charged at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any handyman services.

Our basement flooded on a Saturday afternoon after running our washing machine, so I put out a request through yelp and Oscar responded within 5 minutes. He was there within two hours, diagnosed the problem and then came back the next morning (Sunday) to replace an ejector pump. His price was very competitive and he worked really hard to solve the problem the right way. Also, Lilly was very reassuring over the phone that they would get the problem diagnosed correctly before doing any work. Most importantly, I didn't have to wait for great service. My first encounter with the Preferred Plumbing team was when they installed a new hot water heater in my home 5 years ago. Over the years I've had a couple of other plumbing issues that required work. I have met Mike, Russ and today Miguel, who did an outstanding job.  ALL of these gentlemen repaired the plumbing issue(s) in my home quickly and proficiently; they are honest, professional and very polite; each time leaving the work area cleaned up and neat. I felt the cost for their work seemed fair, I never felt like I was being gouged or taken advantage of. Noe came to our unit to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he planned to address it. The sink was fixed promptly and he even took a look at our bathtub and gave us some parts to prevent future clogging. We're very happy with his service and plan to call him whenever we have another issue!

HOA asked us to have plumbing inspected for leaks. Di Foggio tech arrived promptly at the appointed time and made a thorough inspection. Provided a write up as requested by the HOA. I was very satisfied.

Highly recommend Andersen.  Guys were very professional, in addition to replacing my old water heaters, they corrected incorrect plumbing another company installed before we purchased the house.  Cleaned everything up as well.  Would definitely use them again.

Right away plumbing and hvac are the best,  I have used them few times for my clogged toilet and heating they are the best fast, clean and very professiona I highly recommend them.

Had sanitary sump pump issues, and they were quick to respond and did an excellent job replacing it with new!

I think I've reviewed these guys before -- they've certainly done good work for me in the past, which is why I called them in to install my garbage disposal. Did a great job at a great price, and when something went awry, they came back out fast and fixed it. Will definitely use again!
