My wife called from the shower in our basement bathroom this morning, the water isn't going down!
I checked the breaker for our ejector pump and found no problem there.

I began searching for a plumber.  I found All Star Plumbing and Sewer.
I called them around 6:30 a.m.
I described my problem to Bill and asked if he could have someone out to look at it today.

Bill got my information and said I would hear from someone by 7:00 a.m.
A bit before 7, Bill called back and informed me Vince would be out before 10:00 a.m.

Vince called me about 8:45 to tell me he was in front of the house.
By 9:20 he had diagnosed the problem and left to pick up a new float switch.  He returned about 10:00 and by 10:30 the part was replaced, adjusted and thoroughly tested.

Great service from Bill and Vince both!  Reasonably priced service, and the work is guaranteed for 1 year.

I was very happy with their installation of my Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. It was kind of complicated and I was having a hard time finding someone to install it. They did it quickly and at a good price. Thanks again.

Needed a repair in a hurry as a piece of my siding came off my house and the wood behind it was rotted.  It was at a 4 foot height so I hoped a handyman would be able to repair.  I contacted others who either wouldn't do this type of repair or never responded.  Rossi Handyman contacted me quickly and asked for photos of the repair.  Said he would confirm later that evening if he could schedule me in.  He replied exactly as he said he would and was able to come out the very next morning.  Mo was on time and pleasant to deal with.  He did a wonderful job replacing the rotten wood panel and checked the other areas to make sure there were no other damaged spots.  I could see he was meticulous about the details and took pride in his work to do it right the first time.  He was careful not to leave any debris or nails on the ground.  I will be happy to have him back whenever the need for a handyman arises.  Thank you so much!

We had a few major things that need to be done and this crew worked with our budget and got the job done under schedule. This is what you want in plumbers, right? Good and friendly crew. Best of all they were unfazed by my very excited dog. Well, actually, the best part was they got the job done.

I had reached out to A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. for a plumbing issue that I was having. I had found their business information on the BBB website. I highly recommend this company for any major plumbing repairs. When the plumbers come out to assess the damages, they will have all of their equipment with them. The plumbers that work for this company have good customer service. They are honest, straight to the point, and they listen to the customer. Also, I had used this company as my second opinion company to assess the damages.

The Problem: My main home sewer line was breached and damaged by some shrubs in my front yard. My shrubs' roots were clogging my main sewer, causing my sewer water to come back into my basement. The plumbers told me that I needed to have a portion of my sewer line replace to fix the clogging issue in my front yard.

The Solution: This company had to perform an excavation in my front yard to repair the sewer line. Their treatment plan was to replace the damaged part of the sewer line. Included with the treatment, they had installed an outside cleanout valve to the main sewer line and removed and destroyed the shrubs and their roots in the yard that was damaging my sewer line. This company also coordinated with the City of Chicago by pulling city permits to perform the excavation.

Post Repair: As for my home sewer line, everything is working fine with no problems. This job took two days to repair. The first day was to unclog the line and triage the line to use my plumbing. The second day was to finish off the repair and coordinate the certification of proper sewer line replacement by the City of Chicago.

I have used Reeg a few times. They come out quickly, work fast, and do a great job. They are super professional and their rates are competitive. They are my go to.

Reasonably priced however I requested work for a ceiling patch up job and requested that it look flat which it did not after the 1st 2 coats of spackle. The initial price included up to 2 hours of which he worked about 1-1hr15 minutes. He charged an extra hour to apply a 3rd coat. He also forgot to do touch up painting initially which he said he'd do but did a mediocre job after he came back so I will need to repaint anyways. Communication was okay. He does ask for a deposit.

We needed to get some last minute plumbing fixes completed prior to selling our home and Oscar fit us in on short notice. He was super communicative and did great work at a super reasonable price. We'll definitely be using the company again!

Noe came to our unit to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he planned to address it. The sink was fixed promptly and he even took a look at our bathtub and gave us some parts to prevent future clogging. Our kitchen sink was backed up so I gave these guys a call. Kristen was super nice taking my call and had a technician out to us in LITERALLY 20 MINUTES! Andrew came out and took care of the backup-the whole process took maybe an hour tops. Andrew was very friendly and professional-my cats who are normally super shy really liked him too haha. It was a reasonable price-$135 but they also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash.

Super grateful and happy with these guys!

We had a leak and the issue was resolved quickly and at a fair price. The guys that came out to do the service were personable as well. We will use this Company again in the future.

Found NAZ plumbing at the hardware store, local family owned in Bridgeview (872) 800-7943 for balance of work, at an affordable price.

I have been dealing with 4S plumbing for few years, every time they provide excellent service that make me come back.

Two days ago we had problem with bathtub faucet leaking issue, I called 4S, they sent great plumber, Marcus, he is so professional and very nice guy, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly with very competitive price.

Definitely will keep working with 4S plumbing and I believe they are providing the best plumbing service in Chicago.
