I recommend All Star Plumbing. They really did an incredible job at my old house. They work really hard to replace and repair old pipes. They are very profesional and kind. They explain the process well and Finish the job. I applaud them for their awesome job.

I was very happy with their installation of my Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. It was kind of complicated and I was having a hard time finding someone to install it. They did it quickly and at a good price. Thanks again.

We just bought a home and had a number of projects that we needed completed, and Mo was on time for the appointment and had all of the tools necessary for everything needed. He also wore his mask the entire time, was thorough, professional, and one of the nicest people we've met!

We had a really hard time finding someone to come out and help with the projects in our new home (new toilet installation, switching out the washer and drier, caulking several areas, and fixing a few minor issues). Larger companies rescheduled on us twice, so we decided to go with Mo and I'm extremely happy with did.

I found a leak in my basement and tracked it down to the kitchen sink. I reached out to Reeg for a repair. I spoke with Chris (who is VERY friendly). After sending a photo, he booked for the next day as the job should only take an hour or two. I was stoked to get it resolved.

Bode was assigned and scheduled to arrive between 10-12am. He was running late (it happens) and Reeg called to let me know. No worries! Bode is super friendly also. After looking at the issue in person he spotted another BIGGER leak... CRAP (literally). He said he needed to get the owner out to do an estimate.

I called the following day after not hearing from them. I thought they would call me but might have been confused on that. I left a message. When they called me back the following morning their scheduler told me she could get me on the schedule for an ESTIMATE 2 weeks later! No idea how long completing the work might take... No bueno. At this point I am doing dishes in the powder room sink and dumping a bucket catching leak water several times a day to prevent a damaging basement flood.

I guess I don't understand why a 2 hour repair could be performed next day but an ESTIMATE on a big job (wouldn't they want the work?) takes TWO FREAKING WEEKS! If there had been a temporary solution offered I might have waited. It just isn't reasonable to not have a functioning kitchen sink for 3 weeks or longer.

They are nice folks but I had to go elsewhere. I wanted to hire Reeg. Maybe additional time could be allotted for estimates? ‍ Or someone in addition to the owner could be empowered to perform estimates?

I would try them again for other plumbing projects if it wasn't an urgent issue.

Denny helped remove an old mailbox and helped install a new one in our building. He was efficient with his time and charged at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any handyman services.

Our basement flooded on a Saturday afternoon after running our washing machine, so I put out a request through yelp and Oscar responded within 5 minutes. He was there within two hours, diagnosed the problem and then came back the next morning (Sunday) to replace an ejector pump. His price was very competitive and he worked really hard to solve the problem the right way. Also, Lilly was very reassuring over the phone that they would get the problem diagnosed correctly before doing any work. Most importantly, I didn't have to wait for great service. My first encounter with the Preferred Plumbing team was when they installed a new hot water heater in my home 5 years ago. Over the years I've had a couple of other plumbing issues that required work. I have met Mike, Russ and today Miguel, who did an outstanding job.  ALL of these gentlemen repaired the plumbing issue(s) in my home quickly and proficiently; they are honest, professional and very polite; each time leaving the work area cleaned up and neat. I felt the cost for their work seemed fair, I never felt like I was being gouged or taken advantage of. I hope not to have anymore plumbing issues, you never know, but if I do I have Preferred Plumbing Services on speed dial. Thank you gentlemen!!

My sewage pump was continuously running and not shutting off so I called Sinks-N-Sumps at 10:30pm because I was worried it would fail overnight. I spoke with Dominick who asked me a series of questions and had me send a picture of my pump. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to debug the problem and applying simple solutions, but nothing worked. We concluded that the pump was too old and needed to be replaced so I made an appointment for the next day (Christmas Eve). The next day Dominick and Alonzo worked tirelessly for five hours to replace my pump. Several issues cropped up due to how the original builder installed the pump, but Dominick kept me informed throughout the process while educating me on how everything worked. What I appreciated most, is that there were several times when the pump was in a good-enough state and they could have left to enjoy their Christmas Eve but instead they made sure things were working perfectly before they left. I can't thank them enough for the work they put into replacing my pump and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing problems.

Called Patrick for a problem with our water tank. He came out the next day to fix the problem, very fair prices and efficient.

We just had the best experience with a plumbing emergency. We had water back-up into our basement. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and very nice. For our plumbing needs in the future we will go to DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing.

I don't usually post reviews but given the technical
Incompetence of this company and the unnecessary headache this cost me I felt compelled to warn others.

I wasn't getting enough hot water in my house so I called these guys to take a look. They did an inspection and told me nothing was wrong. In fact they pointed out an error on my part in how I was using the shower faucet. This cost me about $300 - a tad expensive but it was my fault so I didn't complain. Everything was working great again!

They then recommended I have someone clean/service my tankless water heater as it needs to be done annually. During that process they inexplicably disconnected the small (second) water heater I had downstairs. They said I didn't need it. I trusted they were the experts so agreed.

From that moment forward it was a disaster - the showers upstairs would run cold after two minutes. This issue didn't happen until AFTER they serviced the upstairs tank and disconnected the second tank. I called them back out. At the same time my furnace broke so I asked them to take a look at the furnace while they were here.

Tony said he figured out the issue the cold and hot water pipes were mixing. I asked if it could be anything to do with the previous gentleman messing with the other water tank and disconnecting something. He quickly shot me down that this wasn't related. He said we would need to rip up the ceilings and walls of my house to find the location of the mix and it would cost between $20k and $40k.  My home isn't even a year older btw.

The furnace he said we needed to order all these parts that were broken. Again the furnace isn't even a year old.

In the end I did what I should have done all along. I called another HVAC specialist and another plumber.

The 1st company told me immediately that it was a super easy fix for the heat. A spider crawled into the furnace and was disrupting the flame pattern. It took literally 10 mins to fix and cost $89. I asked him about the super expensive parts that Tony told me needed to be replaced. He just shook his head and laughed. He assured me NOTHING needed to be replaced - it's a brand new furnace.

Next the other plumbers came out. My instincts were right - during the servicing I had been sold the week before they had indeed opened a valve causing cold water from the kitchen to mix with the rest of the house.  Turns out I didn't need $40k worth of work - just five minutes and $129  for someone to fix what this company caused!!

This has been an absolutely disastrous encounter.  The people at the company were pleasant but completely and utterly incompetent. I am not posting this review to be nasty but simply to warn other unsuspecting customers to give these guys a miss.

** You charged me over $500 in total for the first two trips. It would be crazy to charge me the 3rd time considering you created the issue.

Secondly, as stated another company fixed the problem in 10 minutes and confirmed that it is was because of what you did. That hardly seems like bad plumbing to me.

Finally, the fact that you respond in a hostile way to your customers on a public forum doesn't reflect well on you. Just thank people for their feedback and try to do better. Feedback is a gift!!! **

I called Szabo plumbing for a clog in my master bath. 2 plumbers came out and in fixing the clog released water into my foyer. They cut a hole in my ceiling and left me with it. I spoke with many people at Szabo plumbing including Kevin, who promised a repair. A drywaller called twice and didn't show up both times. Calling Szabo again didn't get any results, so I was left to hire someone to repair my ceiling.

I would like to say that 4S plumbing was great but unfortunately I was never contacted or serviced for my scheduled estimate. I reached out for a help with a project via Yelp on 3/8/2021. The response from 4S was timely and provided me with all the information necessary to schedule my estimate. It was recommended that I schedule my estimate by texting William/Bill for the quickest response.

I texted the number provided on 3/9/2021 and scheduled an estimate for my project with William/Bill for 3/10/2021 between 1pm and 3pm. It definitely was a quick and efficient way for scheduling a time that worked for both of us.

A little bit before 1pm on 3/10 I texted asking for him to let me know when he was en route to my location so I could crate my dog prior to his arrival. I never heard back. I never received a phone call or text. Heck, not when even an email which he had as he asked for it when I provided all of my contact information. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.

This is unfortunate and has lead me to be believe that I will most likely not be reaching out for 4S for an future plumbing needs.
