I called and left a message because our sump pump kept going out.  Bill called me back within the hour and we arranged a time for him to come out and take a look.  He was very accommodating and replaced the pump on our schedule.  The work was done quickly and cleanly(which I really appreciated).  Will keep his number for any future plumbing work.

We have used Moody Plumbing a few times now and we are very happy with their service. They're extremely responsive, we have always gotten them out to do a repair quickly. They are also very efficient and have always fixed our problem quickly.

I had a really bad back up in my basement and I came on yelp looking for a good company to do the job. They have pretty good reviews soooo I called and the rest is history. The have some really good pricing for their services. They found the problem and fixed the problem expeditiously. The customer service was A1. The prices are A1. They give a life time warranty on their services. Highly recommend for any plumbing issue.

I've used this service twice and each time was happy! The estimate they gave me to root my sink was lower than a competitor for the first visit. For the second visit, they allowed me to purchase my own replacement kitchen sink disposable which saved me money. They also replaced my faucet.

Dennis showed up on time and did a great job of reattaching my kitchen sink to the granite counter-top at a reasonable cost. He also replaced some of the older rusted pipes with new ones that he ran out to buy to complete the job. He was pleasant to work with and I will use him again when I have the need.

The preferred plumbing van was dangerously tailgating me today and when I called to complain about it I got the driver who blamed me for driving by looking in my rearview mirror. He's a menace to the road.

A mason jar was lodged in our garbage disposal, and in trying to get the garbage disposal off myself, was not able to reinstall it.

I called Dominick who said he could come out in a 1-hour timeframe, but would have to rely on my tools to get the job done.

Dominick arrived and took care of reinstalling our garbage disposal and also clearing out the mason jar glass that had shattered within it. He was incredibly quick and efficient with his work, completing the job in less than 45 minutes and having done the reinstallation with the limited tools that I had.

I will definitely be calling Dominick the next time I need any type of plumbing done, and cannot recommend him enough.

We just had the best experience with a plumbing emergency. We had water back-up into our basement. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and very nice. For our plumbing needs in the future we will go to DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing.

Highly recommend Andersen.  Guys were very professional, in addition to replacing my old water heaters, they corrected incorrect plumbing another company installed before we purchased the house.  Cleaned everything up as well.  Would definitely use them again.

Called to get quote for installing 2 tubs and 2 water closets.     The job was to install a regular tub not a jacuzzi and the toilets are the same floor mounted toilets we all have in our homes.  The guy tells me he needs to see the new and existing tubs and the toilets.  Right away he started by telling me the drains may be different.   Apparently,  he's used to people thinking there must be something extraordinarily different in your regular homedepot.  With that I can tell he's a high priced scammer.  I'm an architect and deal with contractors all day long.  Don't use this guy.

They priced a basic job 2 1/2 times competitors. They quoted this to my wife. When I called back they drastically lower their expected price. Suck scumbags trying to rip off a woman!
Absolutely will never use

I've lived in many houses & have  had to deal with many plumbers. This particular company however is quite unique &special.Not only are they fairly priced, flexible, & reliable;they are incredibly We'll managed. What I mean by this is that the owner of the company often deals with you personally. You don't have to go through layers of people to get some  thing done. Bill the owner, Actually Calls customers back himself He is very responsive and available.If you have a problem during the day you can text him and he'll get back to you. If it's after hours & you have anything from a plumbing crisis to an EXTRA You've requested you can usually find him working late at the office taking care of details .He has  diligent employees from the skilled workers to the support staff reflecting what the company  prioritizes from the top down..You'll  often be dealing with Bill rather than  him being called in if something goes awry He's truly caring and very hands-on which only servers  to make his customers feel
