Service Pro Electrical

I contacted Mike for an estimate on an electrical panel upgrade. We moved into a home that had an old 100 amp panel and I needed to put in a 200 amp panel for the EV and to get the home ready for solar. Mike was very responsive and sent me an estimate based on our conversation and photos I sent.

After agreeing on the estimate and scheduling an installation date, Mike took care of the permit and kept in contact with me up until the installation date. Mike and his employee (also named Mike) showed up on time and explained what was about to take place.  They were both very friendly and professional. During the job, I asked Mike if he can upgrade an existing outlet to a NEMA 14-50 and he did it with no questions asked. He also pointed out numerous issues that the previous owner had done that was not up to code and possibly hazardous within the electrical panel itself. Mike provided a quote on the spot for the outlet and to fix the hazards and took care of it all the same day.

After the panel was installed and the initial inspection was conducted, Mike and Mike returned to button things up and to complete the stucco and painting. After all was said and done, everything turned out perfect as if the panel was always there to begin with.

We used Mike's company prior to getting a new electric gate installed, and had him run a conduit under our driveway. Mike's communication was great throughout; he answered any questions I had, was clear with the plan/pricing and was always really responsive via text to any questions I had, which is hugely important for me.

Mike and a colleague came out on site the following week to perform the work, and again clearly explained the process and answered any questions I had. They completed the work promptly (even with our 18 month old running around!) and left our property in spotless condition. We just had the rest of the gate successfully installed today and it works a charm! I'll be using Mike for any electrical needs going forward.

We were in need of a fan and doorbell installation and an outlet repaired at our home. After calling another company, I tried Service Pro. Mike was very friendly and was able to pencil us in extremely quickly. Mike and his associate did an excellent job in a respectable amount of time. And very reasonable prices too! Michael and his colleague did some electrical work on my house back in April of 2022. They were fantastic! Got it done quickly, answered any questions I had regarding the installation of my 30Amp circuit unit, and they even were nice enough to go above and beyond to remove an old satellite dish from my roof! Mike and Mike responded to my initial inquiry in a very timely manner, and was able to answer all of my questions. They showed up on time both days, were very polite, and most importantly, did fantastic work to replace my old kitchen box light fixtures with beautiful recessed lighting and crown molding. They even went the extra mile and left us some touch up paint. The work far exceeded our expectations, and we definitely plan to use them again in the future!

We needed a circuit added for a car charger.  Mike was quick to respond, quick to schedule, quick to install, and the quality of the work was great.  He even mounted and hung the charger!  Prior to leaving, they cleaned up nicely; no dust or any remnants of the service were left behind.  Even after the service, when I had questions, he was quick to respond to texts.  I highly recommend them!

Both Mikes were awesome helping us update the electrical in our 1960s house that had a lot of problems!  We knew that all of the outlets needed to be grounded and updated to be safe for our new baby, but they also helped make everything far more functional.  They came to the house to give a free estimate, stuck to the quoted pricing, and they even went above and beyond to accommodate our tight budget when inevitably more problems were discovered once they began their work.  Completely fair prices and top notch work!  We will definitely be bringing them back for any/all future projects.

Michael did a great job installing my electrical panel on my older 1950's home. He did a thorough job explaining the steps necessary to have the installation permitted and completed. His price is not the cheapest of the quotes I had gathered he was in the middle. The work was professional, prompt, and he repaired some minor things I mentioned without any question. Michael and Michael team come highly recommend for your electrical needs.

Michael and his associate did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, we had previously discussed what I needed done and upon arrival had a few adjustments to make as per the fiancée; it was no problem and Michael was happy to oblige.

He replaced two light fixtures, one in the kitchen and one in the nook area we have. Both look stunning and work perfectly. He also added two dimmer switches that I had bought and they work perfectly as well.

He also replaced all the outlets in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms with GFCI outlets as well as adding four additional outlets, two in the bathroom upstairs and two in the living room.

He also helped mount my 75 tv in the living room and ran the cables for the Apple TV and sound bar through the wall to hide them.

Everything looks wonderful and works perfectly.

We have a couple more light fixtures to install once the fiancée decides on them, and we definitely will be using Michael and Service Pro Electrical Inc.

Mike from Service Pro Electrical was super honest and courteous with us.  We experienced a GCFI problem that disabled all of our electrical outlets in our bathrooms.  When we called Service Pro, Mike got back to us immediately and we made an appointment.  Mike arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem.  While Mike was at our home, we also had Mike replace five old light switches with new wall switches.  We are very happy that we called Service Pro!

Call these guys, seriously. We recently moved in to an older home that needed quite a few things looked at, fixed, and installed. Mike and the team came out quickly and timely and completed the job in one and a half days, including replacing 41 outlets and 26 switches, installing recessed lighting, running Ethernet throughout the house, cut and pulled old bad wiring, among many other items. I contacted Service Pro Electrical to have the AC conduit moved closer to the unit. Mike was very responsive from the beginning, showed up on time and exceeded all my expectations. He went the extra mile to hide the conduit, even replaced our old breaker box. We will be painting the house soon I'm very happy Mike was able to get this done so nicely.

Mike is very professional and responds to your questions and concerns quickly. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He helped install a manual transfer switch so I can run a backup generator for emergencies.  He always recommended what was best for me, not what was easy for him. Really appreciate that! They were punctual and Fair  in pricing and cleaned up well after their work. There was a blunder where one worker actually fell in attic so they had to fix a spot in the ceiling. They made good on the repair and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the repair they did. The repair turned out great. I now have a new ceiling fan in my bedroom and new LED lights in my kitchen.  I would give them 5 stars if there was no mistake on the job. I would give them 4.5 star but you can't do it on the app.

I reached via Yelp for electrician services.  Service Pro was the first to respond.  After some communication, I decided to use their services. Mike and Mike were on time for the appointment. They installed a ceiling fan that was higher than normal and completed the job effectively.  Both were friendly and didn't try to upsell me on services I did not need. They are going to be my 1st call for future electrical needs.

Service Pro was very quick to respond with next day availability (if I used their services) with a very reasonable quote. Once Mike came to the house, he was very professional as well as accommodating by wearing booties and face covering. He troubleshooted and fixed my 5 outlet issues and also secured on one of the ports. While here, Mike also switched out an old bathroom light to a LED light which made room much brighter. Service pro. installed a EV charger at my garage. I am so happy with what they did. Alex showed on time and has done a great job with a reasonable price. Alex was great.  He was here on time.  He was very nice and did a great job.  He explained everything he did and was very knowledgable.  We installed a 240V for our electric car.  The pricing was very reasonable, he beat out the rest.  Would definitely use him again for other electrical projects.

What can I say, but absolutely amazing work. Mike and Alex are fantastic and they are the best at what they do. Mike came out for an estimate and gave us tons of options for our home garage upgrade. We needed a new 240v line put in for my welder and compressor. Mike was able to give me many choices on how to proceed with the job, whereas the competition usually only gave me one option. I requested a quote for a lighting project we needed done. Mike got back to me right away and communicated super well from that point forward. His work was impeccable and he even cleaned up after himself. We already are looking to have him back out for other projects.

Mike and his team were so great to work with!  We just bought a new house and the electrical work was old (1960s), inconsistent, and not up to code. Mike came in and gave us a cost and time estimate, and he was very up front about how long the work could take given the lack of availability for electricians right now, permitting, and labor. While this was not the cheapest quote we got, the service and quality were worth it. We installed a new breaker box, a 220 volt outlet to charge our electric cars, all new outlets throughout the house inside and outside, recessed lights installation, multiple chandeliers installation, fans installation, outside light installations, attic lights, all new smart switches, and several new outlets. It was a significant amount of work but Mike and his team were patient with out requests and, most importantly, advised us if something was not worth the cost or explained the differences between the options. Also, Mike patched up the drywall holes, repaired exterior stucco damage, and also filled in any broken concrete outside for the breakers box and patched it extremely well.  We would 100% use Mike and team again and would not hesitate to recommend his company to our friends and family. We needed a cable run through a wall. After the initial request for a quote, Mike got back to me in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. When the technician,Alex, showed up he was polite and did the work exactly as I asked for. I would use this business again without hesitation.

Eric did an outstanding job. He fixed my GFI problem, used my purchased switch, plus he did some checking of the entire circuit. We found a problem which we fixed.

I had a worn out outlet in the yard that needed replacing. Mike showed up on time, was professional and fixed the problem quickly. I would use Service Pro Electrical again.

Mike helped us to fix a plug problem in our garage. The problem was very small but Mike is very patient on helping us. At the end it turns out we need to replace a low voltage transformer and after the replacement we have no issue with the plug anymore.

I hired Mike from Service Pro after reviewing 4 other licensed Electricians Quotes. He was reasonably priced and provided detailed quote for my Electrical Panel upgrade. It took little longer due to City Inspections approval required at certain stage of completion. But Mike was very responsive to accommodate these requests. He is polite, well mannered and cleaned up work areas neatly after every visit. I recommend him to everyone who is need of good honest Electrician for their projects. Keep up the good work Mike.

Mike installed a new overhead fan in our kitchen a couple of years ago and did a great job! So we hired them again to replace an old fan in our enclosed patio. This time another technician (Alex) came to install the fan. He arrived on time, replaced the fan with no issues and fixed another fan in our room. That's what I call excellent service. We're now ready for this upcoming hot summer! If you need a fan installed or any electrical work, I highly recommend this company.

Service Pro Electric was the ONLY company that called me back - and they called back within 10 minutes!  Mike came out hours after that call and was able to switch out a breaker to solve my problem. We received a very prompt reply from Mike in response our request for a service call. He was able to schedule a time that worked well for us. After a description of the problem, potential faulty light switch, Mike provided a very reasonable quote for the job. Indeed, it was a switch that needed replacing, a small job for a professional, but monumental for someone reluctant to touch anything related to electricity...who wants to get shocked?! Anyway, within 15 minutes, new switch installed, invoice prepared at half the quoted price, and Mike was out the door. I have to say the services received From Service Pro was beyond excellent!  We were having problems with our circuit breaker and were in desperate need of an electrician. I called 4 different places and each were not available, no answer, or we'll get back to you.  Mike from service pro answered right away and was at our house in an hour as promised. His rates were very reasonable, service was great, and got the job done quickly.  He even found an outlet that was melted and could have been more disastrous since we didn't even discover it.  Thank you, Mike! I had some electrical issues at my home and i called Mike. He was absolutely a delight to work with. He arrived on time, finished all the work and cleaned up after himself. He is a certified electrician and really knows his trade. I also know that he has a lot of experience in electrical panel upgrades and troubleshooting solar systems. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work.

This review is so long overdue.  Back in September,  Mike and his team came to upgrade our electrical panel, add an EV charger, and add an electrical outlet for a dryer.  When I was looking for quotes, we reached out to three electricians, one person said he didn't  do panel upgrades in Anaheim, another came to my house but wouldn't give me a quote on paper which made me nervous. When I contacted Mike,  he came out right away to look at our place and gave me a quote.  He told me exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions.  Once I got my permits Mike and his team came out and worked their butts off to get everything done.  This was in September when temps were in the 90s and they had to spend lots of time in the attic and the crawl space for everything that needed to be done.  They always maintained a great attitude and when it was time for the city inspection, his work passed with flying colors and the inspector told me they were doing a great job and that I had nothing to worry about.  The job was scheduled for two days but because the inspector had to come the next day for a final inspection Mike had to come back two days later at 5pm and stayed until around 8pm to close everything and clean everything up.  He double checked and triple checked that everything was working even as it got late into the evening. Hiring someone to do a job like this is always tough since you never know if you hired the right person until its too late.  We were lucky that Mike and Service Pro Electric came as advertised.  He's honest, professional, does great work and loves what he does. His enthusiasm and great attitude really sets him apart.  I absolutely recommend Mike for anyone needing electrical work!!
