Can't say enough about this company. David Biggs is one of the most personable contractors you will ever meet. He really will take time to have a conversation about the work being done in your home.

He did great work, having to be creative to get the job done- and when he came back for another job, he went to check up on his prior work, without being asked. A company you can feel good about working on your house.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism from Virgilio. I posted a project on Yelp and he was the first to respond in a timely manner. He provided his cell number for me to call and explain the issue more in depth. Upon his arrival he's professionalism stood out. He went straight to work and troubleshoot the issue and was able to fix the problem in a very timely manner. Once he found the issue he explained the cause his plan to fix it. I will keep his number for additional electrical work I will need and refer him to friends and neighbors.

Amazing customer service. J was prompt, professional and informative. Had a main breaker that needed to be replaced and was done in a very timely manner especially with this Texas heat. Price was affordable and will rely on his services for future electrical issues or upgrades I may need.

These guys are great. Damien installed new lighting for me in my living room. It was not an easy job, as he had to crawl in our attic which is pretty tiny and filled with pporly laid insulation. He was fast, courteous, and very nice on top of doing a great job for a really good price.

Jason was absolutely PERFECT to work with and I'm not sure about the other reviews here. He was the absolute opposite.

We had a tripped breaker that wouldn't reset and I called him at 2pm. He was at my house at 5:15, 45 minutes EARLIER than we thought he might arrive.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to us very well and fixed it! Boom! Done! He was out of there way before we thought he would even BE at our house!

We had a complex retro-fit panel replacement on a 1931 bungalow.  We needed an electrician who 1) could fit us in during one of the busiest seasons EVER  2) could understand the scope  3) could navigate scheduling and permitting with the city  4) would do it for a reasonable price.  Scott and his team at Capstone did all four. In addition, Scott's communication was BY FAR superior than any electricians or other trades we spoke with.  We knew what to expect and when to expect it.  We are very grateful that Scott & his team were referred to us!  I HIGHLY recommend them.

I was doing a trade show in San Antonio that starts tomorrow morning and needed a same day electrician today, it's a Sunday. I called and John Grass the owner picked right up and was able to have one of his electricians come out and switch out a plug for me.  Stan the electrician that came out was friendly and on time. Stan even texted me his eta before he arrived. This company really saved me in a bind. Great company. The quote even came in a little lower than John quoted on the phone. Awesome company. We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

He ran a new circuit for the aerobic septic we had installed. Did the job quickly and professionally.

I explained to the electrician when I made the appointment, my husband would have to come from the office to let him in as I would be out of town.  Instead of calling, like he did when he arrived to complete the estimate, he left and texted that no one was home at my residence.  He was gone before we even realized he had arrived.  He doesn't charge an estimate fee, so the only time he wasted was his.

Strauch electric was assigned to my work order by my home warranty company.  I can say that I will never use them again.  Roger Strauch's communication skills, professionalism, and customer service were beyond terrible.  He was argumentative when confronting him about his work and when told that he didn't complete the job he said he wouldn't come back for one smoke detector.  He questioned my integrity and did not understand the communication done prior to his arrival time.  Very disappointed and as a Veteran with 26 years of service to our country, I will never recommend this company.

Just wanted to pass along my compliments to Robert for his prompt and efficient service work last night (9/9).  I had come home to find my A/C was out and the temperature in my house at 83 and rising.  

My initial attempts to find the cause didn't succeed, and my schedule for Monday and the coming days wouldn't be suitable for waiting until morning.  Add to that I'm a single guy, have two dogs, one of which wouldn't do great as the heat built up, I needed service without delay.

I arranged for an after hours appointment on a Sunday night, around 830 pm.  Robert was at my home just over an hour after I called for service. He quickly identified the cause (bad capacitor), had the part on his truck, and was done within 30 minutes of arriving onsite.    Both the phone agent and Robert clearly explained the pricing options so I had no questions regarding what I'd be charged.

First talked to Daniel about install of a generac whole house generator on June 8th he comes to house a few days later we talk about install he tells me they have done them before no big deal well by the time i decide to call CPS myself and check on application the lady at CPS tells me they just the day i called submitted application and it was WRONG. They have given me the run around for two months save yourself the headache.

I hired Marcus Reyes for two commercial jobs in San Antonio.  Everything went good up until the end of the projects.  I had a hard time getting Marcus to come out and finish the last few items at both jobs.  He did finally finish after several calls, but thats not why I'm writing this negative review.  A few months after the jobs were finished Marcus sent me two bills for extra work on the stores.  There was never extra work and there was never any type of agreement, verbal or written, that he was going to charge me extra to finish the job.  All he did was come back and correct the work that was unfinished.

I'm assuming that he ran into financial trouble (winter is slow for some contractors) and so he hit me up for more money thinking I would pay if he threatened to file a lien on my customers property.  And when I refused to pay the bogus bills, he did in fact send a letter to my customer threatening to file a lien on their property for unpaid debts.  So he's now committing fraud by filing a fraudulent lien on my customers property.

I would recommend to find another electrician for your electric project.
