So far great! Had some prior electrician mess up a change from a 3 to 4 prong dryer outlet conversion. Biggs was quick to respond and got in to diagnose and fix the problem first thing the next morning. Professional, timely & thorough. Will use again.

I had a laundry list of items - replace 2 floor plugs, add an led recessed light in the powder bath, add two led recessed lights in master,  correct switch problem  that last electrician hooked up wrong, re-wire electrical in master bath remodel, remove and cap off wall sconce, add electrical outlet in office, and correctly re-wire switches in master bedroom.    All done with perfect execution and with a great price! Local Austin electricians with the experience and expertise that I was looking for.  They installed 5 exterior lights (on brick) and moved some outlets for us.  They are friendly and knowledgeable and do excellent work.  They had to run some wires through the garage and they made it look neat and clean.  They do what they promise. Highly recommended!

I first saw Scott Breen's list of Kudos on Nextdoor. I reached out to him about a good sized project I had here. I needed a brand new service, meter, 200amp breaker panel and two 3-1/2 ton heat-pump with emergency back-up's connected. I was not only blown away with the efficiency of the crew, I was also very impressed with their level of professionalism. Every member of the team (and there were about 5 of them over the two days) were very polite and had great attitudes. I will indeed be using them again for other projects I have going forward as they are now my Go To for electrical work. And I must add, before they left they scoured the area both inside and outside the building and left absolutely no trash whatsoever. Great job Scott, you are running a class act....

We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

He ran a new circuit for the aerobic septic we had installed. Did the job quickly and professionally.

I explained to the electrician when I made the appointment, my husband would have to come from the office to let him in as I would be out of town.  Instead of calling, like he did when he arrived to complete the estimate, he left and texted that no one was home at my residence.  He was gone before we even realized he had arrived.  He doesn't charge an estimate fee, so the only time he wasted was his.

Throughout home ownership over the years I have dealt with multiple electrictions, this time it was the first going through my home warranty company.  Roger was phenomal and one of the nicest people I have dealt with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician and will definitely be calling him for all additional needs.

Zero stars!!! Laundry room was flooding called the girl scheduled and appointment from 12-6. I called back a few hours later to see what time they thought they would be here because it was my daughter's birthday and either my husband or I would have to stay behind and I was trying to get a window of time so maybe we could go for a little while. When I called back they ended up telling me that they WERE NOT COMING!!! I couldn't believe it! When were they going to call me and let me know this??? Then they acted like it was no big deal and that I'm over reacting!! My laundry room  is flooded I called early in the morning it's now noon and you tell me you're not coming and I found out only because I called you??? Sorry way of doing business sorry response to their mess up and no responsibility!!
Please don't use this company please call Clarke-Kent instead much better company who keeps their promise of coming and cheaper!!!

First talked to Daniel about install of a generac whole house generator on June 8th he comes to house a few days later we talk about install he tells me they have done them before no big deal well by the time i decide to call CPS myself and check on application the lady at CPS tells me they just the day i called submitted application and it was WRONG. They have given me the run around for two months save yourself the headache.

I hired Marcus Reyes for two commercial jobs in San Antonio.  Everything went good up until the end of the projects.  I had a hard time getting Marcus to come out and finish the last few items at both jobs.  He did finally finish after several calls, but thats not why I'm writing this negative review.  A few months after the jobs were finished Marcus sent me two bills for extra work on the stores.  There was never extra work and there was never any type of agreement, verbal or written, that he was going to charge me extra to finish the job.  All he did was come back and correct the work that was unfinished.

I'm assuming that he ran into financial trouble (winter is slow for some contractors) and so he hit me up for more money thinking I would pay if he threatened to file a lien on my customers property.  And when I refused to pay the bogus bills, he did in fact send a letter to my customer threatening to file a lien on their property for unpaid debts.  So he's now committing fraud by filing a fraudulent lien on my customers property.

I would recommend to find another electrician for your electric project.
