Had a couple of outlets and an A/C unit go out. Brad was able to come by  right away and after a short time had both the outlets and the A/C working again. Brad was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He even called the A/C repairman scheduled to come out later to let him know the unit was working now. His charge was extremely reasonable and probably saved us a fortune had we called an unscrupulous A/C repairman to look at the unit first.

Ed did an awesome job! When he came to fix our heartland machine I could tell he knew what he was doing and he was very honest. He worked diligently for 2 days and got it fixed for us. We are so thankful we found Ed Wheat, and will not hesitate to call in the future. We had other electricians come try to fix the issues for us but it was to no avail. We are very happy with the service that we received!

This company is the only one that's ever done electric work on our 30-year-old foreclosure home and it needed a lot of electric help. This is a family business and the brothers have very high standards. During the most recent repairs, I was taking with the city inspector when he came through for the final inspection. I told him I was very happy with CRI electric and he agreed, they always go above and beyond. I won't trust anyone else with our electric work now. I wish they were a national business.
On the administrative side, they are very well organized as well. They provide emailed invoices and accept credit card payments. It is a small business, but its organized and as modern as any transnational.

I had Deryck come out my home in Austin to add several timer switches for my closets, repair two outdoor lights, add a light over my workbench, and install a whole house surge suppressor.  He was very professional, reasonably priced, and works quickly.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future needs or recommend him to others.

I hired Hill Electric for a big remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I paid them a lot of money for the work they did, and the last project was to install some light fixtures that we were waiting on and to install a power strip in an appliance lift I had built in my kitchen. The light fixtures didn't come in for three months, and when I called them to install them and wire up the lift, they told me that they would not wire up the lift because of some concerns they had, and that they were too busy to come install my light fixtures.
Instead of telling me three months ago that they wouldn't wire up the lift, they left me sitting in my house with no power for my lift for all this time. The owner called me to confirm they would not wire up the lift, and instead of apologizing and telling me they would come and install my light fixtures for free the very next day, as he should have, all he did was give me the names of two other companies.
This was the last of many service lapses over the course of their work on my house. I recommend avoiding this company.

I highly recommend Steven! He did a great job replacing a bad breaker in my home. He showed up promptly at the time he told me he would. I'm not very familiar with electrical stuff, so I really appreciated his explanation of what was happening and the different options he presented me.

I'll be calling him for all of my future electrical needs!

Lightning Electrical just *SAVED* me money by helping me figure out an issue in my new rental. They could have just as easily showed up, fixed the very minor issue and still charged me their consultation fee, but on the phone they walked me through what to investigate and look into and it solved my issue. I feel horrible that I DON'T have a reason to pay them now, because that type of support and those type of ethics are exactly the type of companies I want to work with!

Last weekend I needed and 30 amp electrical box installed in my garage. He was there in a few hours and completed the job within 40 minutes. Incredible service, Quick, friendly. I highly recommend.

first encountered Best Concepts Renovations approximately 5 years ago when I hired them to remodel an outside kitchen.  Eduardo was wonderful to work with and all the workers were skilled, courteous and professional.  The finished project was amazing.  I felt that my kitchen should be on the cover of Kitchen and Bath magazine.  The counter has beautiful marble tiles!   That was just the beginning of the laundry list of projects that I have since then hired Best Concepts to do.  The next big project was to create an upstairs balcony from the window that was in the game room.  I had originally decided to put a pergola over the fabulous kitchen that I had gotten built, but with a few suggestions from Best Concepts,I made an upper balcony instead...with a CEMENT floor to cover the kitchen.  I had never even considered that an upper deck could have a cement floor.  WOW!!!!  another prize winning job was accomplished.  I have since then gone on to hire Best Concepts to to tile my kitchen, build a outdoor deck, replace basketball goals, install basketball court lights, paint inside the house, install a jetted bath tub and more.  Every single project was done with superior quality.  I have made Best Concepts my personal upgrade company, because I have been extremenly impressed by the work ethic, kindness, great prices, and professionalism of the crew.  I offer my highest recommendation  without hesitation for any job that involves construction or remodeling.

Rangel Electrical services called me back the same day and delivered great service the very next day. In fact they showed up early to complete the task before expected. Communication was help throughout the entire process via text and phone call to ensure the job was completed on time and to my liking. For the quickness the task was completed and how convenient it was I feel like the price was very fair. I highly recommend this service.

Has 2 digital timers installed by Cory (electrician) and Tyler this morning.  Wired in accordance with manufacturer's diagram, but diagram was incorrect.  Cory hot checked and had power to the timers.  Didn't ask him to set timers because I felt it would be better to learn to do so by myself.  I attempted to set the timers for approximately 90 minutes without success.  Wasn't able to get power past the timer even with it on override.  I contacted Bryan (owner) and he would have Cory return today.  Cory returned this afternoon, checked his work and wasn't able to get power past the timer.  He contacted Bryan and Bryan was able to determine how to wire timer.  Gave 5 stars because of timely return and completion although Cory should have checked equipment for operation rather than only hot checking timer.

Carbon monoxide sensor went off at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Puppies terrified! Replaced battery....chirp! Knew neither my disabled vet husband or puppies would make it thru a night of beeping while we waited for service. Robert of Ware Electric to the rescue! Fast, friendly, professional and best of all fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes! Definitely will use his services moving forward and highly recommend him!

I was very impressed with Daniel and his staff they did an amazing job from start to finish. Daniel was on time and took his time looking over everything. Explaining what needed to done now and what could wait, since money was an issue for me. Daniel took the time to explain everything carefully and answered a lot of my questions, and I ASK A LOT QUESTIONS. I will be using Citywide from here on for the mere fact that other companies INSIST on doing everything at once, it's like all or nothing. They can't be bothered with a small job or offer a solution  for your predicament and make you feel bad for wasting their time. Some companies say they understand but they really don't.
Citywide really does understand your time and money, are both not to be wasted.

Called and they worked around my schedule so that was a good start. Repair guy Joe called in the beginning of the appointment window, came in, gave me the estimate and in less than 30min got the job done! Overall a very good professional experience would recommend and call on them again for electrical stuff around the house.
