Had a couple of outlets and an A/C unit go out. Brad was able to come by  right away and after a short time had both the outlets and the A/C working again. Brad was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He even called the A/C repairman scheduled to come out later to let him know the unit was working now. His charge was extremely reasonable and probably saved us a fortune had we called an unscrupulous A/C repairman to look at the unit first.

This is the second time we have used Wheat Electrical. Once during the holidays where I failed to cover the ends of the outdoor light plugs and we blew a fuse on one side of our house! I called several companies and no one could come for several days. Ed answered the phone and was working out of town on a job but sent someone to our house within 2 hours. Today he came over to install ceiling fans and he and his helper, Jose were both so polite.
Wheat Electric will always be the first company I call for any electrical needs!!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I even had a follow up call that was quickly answered. Kelly was quick with the booking and explanation of needed repairs and Charles came in and checked our outlet and replaced as needed. This company is the only one that's ever done electric work on our 30-year-old foreclosure home and it needed a lot of electric help. This is a family business and the brothers have very high standards. During the most recent repairs, I was taking with the city inspector when he came through for the final inspection. I told him I was very happy with CRI electric and he agreed, they always go above and beyond. I won't trust anyone else with our electric work now. I wish they were a national business.
On the administrative side, they are very well organized as well. They provide emailed invoices and accept credit card payments. It is a small business, but its organized and as modern as any transnational.

Our experience has been beyond pitiful.
We utilized Zellner for a warranty call on a new generator and when they showed up they didn't even have the correct equipment to repair/confirm the gas leak. I communicated thoroughly to Linda that it was an internal gas leak but when the crew showed up they started looking for an oil leak and we had to redirect them. I had even emailed them the direct verbiage from the plumber on what needed to be warranty repaired with the gas days ahead of time.
They didn't even bring a detector to locate the gas leak or ensure the gas was no longer leaking.
One young man pretended to know what he was doing but admitted they were new at this and the other man walked around criticizing how other trades had done their work when it had nothing to do with why he was there.
Once they finished the repair, the installer called his boss and and then told me since we didn't use a part, my boss says we have to charge you a service call and this won't go under warranty. I started to call Generac and they back-tracked and suddenly it was covered.
Once electric was hooked up and and we attempted start the generator, we learned it still wasn't repaired. We called Zellner to back to come out and finish their work since it still isn't working and we were told it would be under warranty this time also.
They called me yesterday to verify that they would be out for the warranty call today.
Then, this morning Linda calls and says the owner won't do it as a warranty call since their guys have already been out once. I explained that they didn't repair it correctly the first time NOR even bring a detector to Lacey and repair the gas leak.
Linda's response was, I'm just the messenger.
I am a Generac Dealer and between my partner and I, we have over 50 years of business ownership combined. We would never be this unprofessional. Stay away from doing business with this company.

Hill Electric Installed new load centers in my 50-year-old condo. They supply the best electrical equipment on the market. The workmanship is extraordinary. I am more than happy with the results.

I scheduled ECS to replace ceiling light bulbs.  The angled ceiling varies from 12' to 18', and two bulbs are over a set of stairs.  I had to reschedule due to a sudden illness, and they accommodated my last minute rescheduling.  Arrived on time, despite an emergency call out due to weather damage very early in the morning, and got the bulbs changed out.  They had the necessary ladders to quickly change the bulbs, and were very careful around the furniture.  Highly recommend!  I will use them again for future electrician needs.

We had pendant lights installed above the kitchen island.  They look great and even match some of my cabinet pulls!  I highly recommend Lighting Electrical they were professional, prompt and even cleaned up after the job!

first encountered Best Concepts Renovations approximately 5 years ago when I hired them to remodel an outside kitchen.  Eduardo was wonderful to work with and all the workers were skilled, courteous and professional.  The finished project was amazing.  I felt that my kitchen should be on the cover of Kitchen and Bath magazine.  The counter has beautiful marble tiles!   That was just the beginning of the laundry list of projects that I have since then hired Best Concepts to do.  The next big project was to create an upstairs balcony from the window that was in the game room.  I had originally decided to put a pergola over the fabulous kitchen that I had gotten built, but with a few suggestions from Best Concepts,I made an upper balcony instead...with a CEMENT floor to cover the kitchen.  I had never even considered that an upper deck could have a cement floor.  WOW!!!!  another prize winning job was accomplished.  I have since then gone on to hire Best Concepts to to tile my kitchen, build a outdoor deck, replace basketball goals, install basketball court lights, paint inside the house, install a jetted bath tub and more.  Every single project was done with superior quality.  I have made Best Concepts my personal upgrade company, because I have been extremenly impressed by the work ethic, kindness, great prices, and professionalism of the crew.  I offer my highest recommendation  without hesitation for any job that involves construction or remodeling.

The estimate was well over priced. I have gotten a whole sewer replaced for less than half of that if this man is more concerned with making a hefty profit for himself than he is for helping senior citizens, and two minutes after I sent him a reply, I got a response from another electrical company which was significantly less And more affordable so goodbye to Ware electric I hope he's not related to Ware plumber

Our experience with Citywide was just awful.  Certainly they are not local, they way overcharge for parts, and they will not give satisfaction when you complain.  Support your LOCAL electrician, not these big-city crooks!  I certainly will never use them again.

John and Rick are outstanding electricians who know how to treat their customers.  We have used Mr. Electric on numerous occasions and always request them by name.  In the 12 years since we built our home they have corrected many deficiencies from the original electrical contractor.  Could not be more satisfied.  Highly recommend to get the job done right the first time at a fair price.
