I cannot tell you how great Rick O'Brien from O'Brien Electrical was. He was able to identify our issues within minutes! Not only did he fix the issue at hand, but he was able to identify some long term issues that we had, that other electricians weren't able to figure out! As new residents to Colorado, this will be the Electritian that we will call ! Rick is professional, fair, and smart!

Frank helped us avoid replacing a vintage sink by tracking down specialty faucet replacement parts and installing them promptly.
Frank was at our Highlands home within 24 hours after the initial call and the sink was as good as new (minus the vintage status) 24 hours later.

Joshua installed a new electric panel at our home. He is easy to work with, gave us a fair price, coordinated everything with the city and did an awesome job.  We highly recommend Peterson Electric for any electrical work.

Fred has been a lifesaver for us!  First there was a problem with our breaker and we needed to add a new circuit, which sounded complicated to me but Fred just whipped it out in no time!  He's also replaced outlets for us and done anything electric we dream of!

Recently we were in the process of selling our house when we realized that we (my husband) really couldn't DIY a project and needed new recessed lighting THE DAY BEFORE THE STAGERS WERE COMING.
 
I called Fred at 11 am and told him the situation.  He said he could squeeze me in the next day at 10 am and I was effusively grateful.  Then he called back and said he could be there SAME DAY at 4 PM!  Oh my goodness.  What a hero!

Terry Hansen did an outstanding electrical repair at my house today.  It's obvious from watching him work and listening to his explanation of the repair he did that he has years of experience and wonderful knowledge of electrical systems.  He's also friendly and patiently listened to my explanation of what was going on with the electrical problem I was having with my house.  I highly recommend this man.  He knows what he's doing.  His price was reasonable also.

Mark and Jessica did a great job on my porch. I have a 100+ year home....Mark was able to tear apart and replace the tiles and rotted wood underneath and replace with beautiful porcelain tile. Jessica helped to pick out a neutral tile that blends well with the outdoor facade. I'm excited to hire them again next summer to add a basement wine cellar!

We really appreciated Mark's fair pricing, his competence, and his attention to detail. He arrived on time and got right to work hanging a fan and a couple of large light fixtures. Plus he's very personable. We highly recommend him!

We recently utilized the services of an excellent Master Electrician .Tony has had his own business for about 4 years & is very responsive & quite reasonable,in addition to being a very nice guy. What can I say about ZAE Electric, other than Zach you are awesome!  You take great pride in the work you do and it shows.  The price you quoted for the entire electrical upgrade was reasonable.  Your work was clean, you were careful, patient, and were willing to teach and allow me to ask question and help you out with the electrical installation. A few other contractors I reached out to in the estimation process gave off a vibe that the job was going to be a burden, but not you.  You arrived when you said you were going to and stayed late to get to a stopping point, or finish the job entirely.  I will continue to recommend you to anyone that needs to have a new electrical installation, remodel, or just to have trouble-shooting of their electrical system.

I remodeled a 4 unit apartment building and found the JVI flooring group to be exceptional and very dependable in delivering what they said they would. I gave them the floors, drywall and texture work and the paint. Dominic was the job site superintendent and was very easy to communicate with.
