VERY impressed with Mike and Faith Electric - HIGHLY recommended!

I recently hired Mike and Faith Electric to do a hot tub install on our covered patio.  I originally submitted a request on Yelp that went out to 5 or 6 different companies and Mike was the first to get back to me directly with more information on the project, etc.  The other companies took anywhere from 12-48 hours - and most of them were fishing to see how big the project was before committing to any kind of service or even an estimate.

We were under a bit of a time constraint as we acquired the tub on Saturday (that had not been winterized) and it was supposed to freeze on Monday night - so I wasn't leaving much time for an electrician to get in and install a completely new sub panel, conduit, wire the tub, etc.  Mike was AMAZING and actually came over on Sunday afternoon to start the project.  Little did we know that the wiring for this tub is completely different than 90% of the hot tubs on the market - so we hit a block on Sunday evening and Mike was unable to finish the install without needing more parts.

I was a little nervous that we were going to be able to finish this on time, but Mike came back after sourcing parts on Monday morning and told me on the phone that he had lights, etc. with him and would complete the job today no matter what it takes.  He showed up right on time around 2PM in 28 degree weather and falling snow and worked outside on the panel until almost 7PM...keep in mind, it's below freezing the entire time, snowing, and causing all kinds of problems with freezing / stiff cable, tape that won't stick, etc.

I was getting very nervous about a brand new (to us) tub with pipes full of water and lows on Monday night below 20 degrees...but Mike put all of those to rest and completed the job in very difficult circumstances AND with high quality work that is neat, clean, and professional.

I was extremely impressed - not only with the quality of work, but the communication and follow-through..something seriously lacking in most of the electricians and contractors I've worked with over the years.

We will definitely be using Faith again for our future needs and I'm happy to have found a reliable company that we can count on regardless of the circumstances.

We needed a pendant light fixed but Michael convinced us that it might be better to replace them.  He responded right away, has very fair prices, and is very knowledgeable.  Just a note:  since he is so good he is in high demand and sometimes might be 2 or 3 weeks out.

Scheduling was straight forward and he clearly communicated the cost. He installed a dining room light fixture with a dimmer. The work was fast and professional.

Michael did a phenomenal job with our recessed lighting. He was fantastic - he was quick, kind, and very personable. Michael even made sure he would minimize dust and clean up after himself after each day of work. The recessed lighting came out great and I really appreciated he would always ask and give options prior to each step. Great job Michael and I cannot wait to use you again in our next endeavor!

First and foremost, I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Michael. Incredibly responsive and did exactly what I requested. He even was able to fit me in over the weekend as he is so busy.  Had a 240v line installed in the basement and was very clean with his work. Wish there was a higher score than 5 stars

Mike is amazing! He helped to set up the power to my hot tub and he did it within 2-3 days of me asking. A+ for responding quickly and getting things set up. At one point I thought the power had gone out when I was at work and he came back to check on things. He is extremely responsible!!! I will definitely be hiring him for more projects!

Great communication, excellent rates and very professional. He hung and connected my ceiling fan that has a remote.

Mike showed up in a mask (covid) , was very courteous, and did a super job for quite a bit less than some of the other estimates I got. He's awesome!!

Mike did an awesome job running a new electrical line from our circuit breaker panel to our sauna in our garage. The work was clean and professional and it turned out looking much better than I had imagined. His responses time was fast, his cost reasonable, and he came out on a Sunday during a snowstorm to make sure he took care of us ASAP. Highly recommend Faith Electric!

Mike was able to come to the house and check out my request very soon after making contact. What would have been a major project that would take 10+ hours, Mike did his due diligence, checked out all possibilities, and found a way to do it in 2 hours! And he pulled it off beautifully. Michael installed a 240 outlet in my garage for an electric car. He is professional and knowledgeable. Quote for project was very reasonable. He went above and beyond replace some of the switches in the electrical box which were old. I would definitely hire him again.

He was the first of many electricians to respond and came in at the best price. We received quotes from 5 companies and felt very confident choosing him to do our electrical. He was communicative and was able to get the work done fast. I also appreciate that he made suggestions that helped me decide how to configure the electrical layout since I've never had to do something like this before.
