I was on vacation back in 2020 when Bonham updated our electric panel & installed a generator interlock.

I'm on vacation this week, when I made use of the interlock! We lost power here at home about an hour ago, so I started up the generator & attached it to the interlock before our house got too hot.

Backup power is a GOOD THING.

Right Choice Electrical

Right choice Electrical was paid for grounded plugs in my home and did not deliver. When I called and texted, they said my new tester was faulty and they would not complete the job. One full electrical outlet box installed by Right Choice, was not even secured properly within my sheetrock and pulled out from the wall, when I tried to remove a 3 pronged plug. The right choice is the wrong choice. Their work is sloppy. Watch and check all their work carefully. Buyer beware.

I've tried this company for several items (plumbing, electrical work, heating and air) and every time it's been a worse experience. I kept trying to like them because I like the idea of using one company for all my home maintenance issues. The people that take the appointments do not listen or rely the right information to the technicians, so when they come out to do a job they have no idea what's going on.

For example, I called to do a tune up on my heat pump, made an appointment and told the lady we had a an all electrical system (no gas). The technician that came out had never worked one a heat pump or electric furnace before- he did nothing and actually did damage to our heat pump. Such a waste of $100!

This is just one example. Every time we have used this company there has been some sort of issue. Never again!

Don't waste your time and money- go elsewhere!!
