We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

Absolutely love these folks!  Starting with the office staff ( I am drawing a blank on her name). She was friendly with a very positive attitude.  Adam, Natalie and their crew did an amazing job and were responsive to any questions I had.  I was able to get all of my backyard remodel done thru them, which included landscaping, travertine patio, and pergola cover.  I wanted a low maintenance backyard and am truly pleased with the outcome.  What an amazing group of people!

We had a plan. Jose helped us improve on it while keeping what we wanted in mind. Came when he said he would...reliable. Did what he said he would do...dependable. Very good with communicating with us thru phone calls texts, photos and videos.He came to us as a referral and we've already given his info out to another neighbor. His work was spot on and his price was reasonable. We are very, very pleased with our experience with G & S Landscaping and Jose. 5+ with us. We'll hire him again for another phase. I recently had concrete slab stitching done by Gaje. Owner J R is really pleasant to work with. The crew was on time to start and one time to complete. Workmanship is good. I will come back in a year or so to comment on the longivity of the fix. So far I am happy. I would recommend Gaje to anyone that needs floor stitching.

I've been in my house less than a year and my driveway needed to be replaced. Ugh! John did an absolutely beautiful job and was by far the most affordable. His attention to detail is outstanding. Honest, highly skilled, and detail oriented. You won't find better.

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

Paul gets credit for replying to quote requests quickly but little else. The pricing was reasonable until you realize he undercuts the crews he then hires to do the actual work. I doubt he pays them 50% of what you pay him. One crew showed up to do the yard cleanup (Aviles Landscaping, great workers, responsible). A different crew showed up to do the removal of the grass WHICH THEY THEN STUCK IN MY COMPOST along with plastic. Why would I pay them to cleanup something and pay the dump fees so they then leave trash in my house hidden in my compost? Very little communication happens once you agree to the job. One crew showed up and disappeared after lunch. Where did they go? No call. No message. I had to hunt Paul down to hear someone else would do the turf install. Once the turf was put in (great job Mario Galan) there was more trash everywhere which the second crew was supposed to cleanup. I called and requested they finish. Paul then said he would show up the next day and take care of it. He didn't show up, didn't call, didn't text. I spoke with him twice about being honest with clients, keeping them in the loop, setting expectations. Went in one ear, out the other. I'd recommend you hire a different company if you want a professional job done. You're not going to get it here.

Bless Tierra completely remodeled my front yard, and it looks phenomenal! Isai and I sketched out the concept from scratch, and the end result matches perfectly. Replaced the grass with a paver walkway, desert plants, rock, and synthetic grass - also added some beautiful stucco/tile benches. Work was done quickly, the crew was friendly, and my front yard is absolutely gorgeous - especially at night, due to the lighting in the planter beds and the benches. The cost was very reasonable and didn't vary from the initial estimate. I'm very impressed and recommend Bless Tierra highly!

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

On a whim last September my husband and I stopped in to investigate the possibility of upgrading our backyard. We knew kinda of what we wanted and just wanted to see what was out there.  We met with Cindy. She listened. Then Russell came over to introduce himself. What I wanted was a one stop shop.  I got it.  Selected patio cover, travertine pavers, shades. Arranged for an onsite inspection with Russell and got a price. We requested drawings for the HOA and they were delivered electronically. January 6, 2021 was start date & completed by January 20, 2021. We did wait 4-5 additional weeks for shades which we knew about in advance.  Kudos to Cory the GC.  No surprises. Shot out to all the installers Justin & Tyler for the education and top block install.   Note: We asked Cindy that we wanted a start date that would get all the demo & installs done in a row. That happened.  Now with a broken arm that keeps me at home - that space is a welcome addition!  THANKS

John came out right away and made us feel that his re-coating method over our existing coolcrete would look great! We hired this company and they came out right away and re-coated over our existing coolcrete in our back yard with a beautiful stone look pattern. We paid around $11,000 for this process. It looked amazing for the first month. Then it started cracking and coming up all over. John was on vacation but had his crew come out and patch the areas that were coming up. The patch job looked horrible but they said that was all they could do. About 4 months went by and more and more of the re-coated concrete has been coming up little by little. Our backyard looks horrible. We contacted John to come and fix it or to get a refund. He said that he could give us a few hundred dollars off and that was it. To say the least, I wish we had read more of this companies bad reviews and put flagstone or pavers in the back yard, as it would have lasted much longer and looked 10 times better.
UPDATE Jan, 25, 2021- John came out and witnessed all the cracking in his coating product. He informed us that our existing concrete pads were poured long ago and  were poured too large thus when the earth moves, the concrete gets cracks from the movement. As his product is poured directly on top of the large concrete pads then this product which adheres to the concrete will move and crack with the pad. (which is NOT covered in the warranty)  Yes, this makes perfect sense now. However, This would have been great to have had this explained to us BEFORE we paid for his product. The best he could do is,  have his guys come back and add some more stain over the top of the existing bright white cracks to hide them a little better. Which he did. He also said that they could grind out the cracks and re paint the lines to look like flagstone at an additional cost. Again this is another bandaid for our backyard,  the only permanent fix is to demo the existing large concrete pads and re pour them smaller or go with a different product like flagstone or pavers which you will not see cracks as they move with the earth. We will not be giving Arrowhead Deck any more money as Trust in a company, trust in their product and trusting their expertise is huge for us and this company has completely lost our trust.
Update- June 2021- The product coating our backyard continues to disintegrate and keeps coming up and falling apart. This is an extremely expensive product that does not last more than 2 years.

I just had a concrete pad done and the job was done perfectly. Check them out if you need any concrete work done. I'll be using them again for other projects!

Had a great experience with Scott and AZ Dreamscapes. Installed pavers driveway extension and updated front yard. Work was done on time and on budget. No surprises. Scott was easy to work with. Will use them again!

My husband found Citiscapes to come give us a quote for our front yard landscape. I was skeptical thinking someone was coming over to upsell etc. Kendall arrived at our home and I was pleasantly surprised! He took the time to answer every question and worked out exactly what we wanted at a fair and honest price. I came home from work in one day to a beautiful front yard that exceeded my expectations!! Some of our neighbors were watching (without the crew knowing) and told us they saw them doing a neat and professional job throughout! Kudos to Kendall and  the crew!! Highly recommended.

I can't think of anyone else I would rather hire to take care of my lawn.  Big Nick's Lawn Care is the best overall landscaping and maintenance company in the area by a long shot.  Working with them was easy and they guarantee their work.

We made arrangements during the summer to have the deck redone November. David provided good pricing and the work was completed by 2 guys over 5 days. Workmanship is excellent. David with some negotiation added some small details that helped finish the deck the way it should be. Some small issues with the workmen using my tools and bucket in the backyard and not cleaning them afterwards.

I recommend Deck Services for excellent pricing and workmanship.
