We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

Adam and Natalie, the whole team, was amazing! Our yard was a total disaster, and needed a ton of work. Other companies wouldn't even touch it but Adam didn't skip a beat. He (and his whole team) was reliable, took the time to talk to us and explain things, and we always felt they were there for us. I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation

Raul and his crew did an EXCELLENT job - he showed up for an estimate exactly on time, once we agreed on work and $ he gave me a day and time, showed up early and did everything perfectly and was meticulous with cleanup, I will be using him for future landscape needs!!

G & S did amazing work on our old backyard and turned it into the oasis we've always dreamed of. Jose and his company installed artificial turf, new trees, a new rock border, a wall, 2 areas of pavers, and some lighting. Everything was done professionally and in a neat 2 week window. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail that we received from G & S.

Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. ~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

Paul and his team were very professional!  They were prompt, efficient and did exactly what they promised.   They even removed a large mesquite root system that had been left behind when the tree was cut down several years ago.   Good job!   Highly recommended!

Individual from bless tierra was very responsive initially by scheduling a time to come look at my BIG project. He had great idea and suggestions which made me feel great about them. But then that was it, like every other landscaper I've ran into, did not bother sending back an estimate (going on 3 weeks now) and did not respond to my last text about the estimate.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October.  They delivered it to my patio already put together.  After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing.  I immediately called the store and reported the missing items.  I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of.  Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

Great to work with! We had some really old concrete that was chipping and not looking good. John came out and measured and was very up front about the process and how it would work. Their crew worked VERY hard over several days to strip the old stuff, and make sure our new coating was really solid. It also looks great and we are very happy!

I just moved from the PNW and after caring for 1/3 acre myself for years, I wanted to make my Arizona backyard simple but easy to enjoy. For the time being, I just needed to get started and all I needed was some synthetic grass for my little dog and rocks to cover the dirt. Scott came in and gave his opinions and thoughts - since I was used to a lush, green, high-maintenance backyard - I told him I wanted this to eventually be an extension of the living room, but over time. We came up with plans for the future (I.e. pavers, patios, outdoor kitchen, etc) but for now we lay the foundation and build off of it later. Scott and his team came through and did it quickly! They are extremely efficient and their quality is unmatched, even for this small of a job. I'm very excited to have Scott out again to extend our patio with pavers. Having just moved into our new home in Surprise, we needed to have our backyard landscaped.  I contacted Kendall in August of 2021 and he responded quickly by meeting us at our home. Kendall has alot of great ideas to compliment your vision.  He is very knowledgeable and doesn't leave a question unanswered.  Kendall was 1 of 3 contractors we called.  His pricing was average for what needed to be done and his estimate on all materials requested was reasonable.  Kendall is not a high pressure sales man.  He tells you how much and will work with you if you have a budget.  We contracted to have turf, pavers and gravel installed.  A block wall with gate was also installed after the landscaping was complete. All materials were ordered and delivered on time, his team worked very hard to move and place all materials in their designated spots.  Our project took 3-4 days to complete and we love the results.  Kendall has also just recently constructed a solid top Pergola to cover our Jacuzzi which took a day to install.  We would definitley hire Kendall again for future projects.

Nick was super responsive to help immediately with our landscaping needs and knew exactly what to do to help with our lawn issues.

We had a traditional pool deck that was over 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. After obtaining three bids, we went with David and Deck Services. A real pleasure to work with! Estimate process was simple and straight forward. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, responded to e-mails/phone calls quickly and had samples available of the drain replacement and color options. Fortunately, he had an opening to begin work immediately.
This is an incredibly messy job but Adrian and his assistants were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day! They protected our pool so clean up was not nearly as bad as we feared. Adrian is a master at what he does and was so helpful with some additional feature choices.
The job was finished within the stated time frame - actually they finished early.
The final product is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled with the results!
I would definitely and forever recommend David and Deck Services.
