I have referred a number of people to Chris who does beautiful work.

I have used Garza Concrete on multiple jobs. I was a general contractor for over 30 years and good contractors are few and far between here in Az. Garza Concrete is very competitively priced  and professional and you do not often find both. They do the things you would expect a professional to do and these days most don't.

A complete flake.  Called this guy 2 weeks ago and left message.  Called again the next day and talked to him.  Explained that I'm scheduling painters and need the work done asap.  He took all my info and said he would call me back.  One week later I called again and he said he would come over and look at it, but then changed his mind and had me email him pictures of the work I needed done.  So, i did that.  Now another week later, I call him and his mailbox is full.  I had also called Ken's masonry in Chandler and he was a no show for his appointment which wasted an entire day for me.  What is it with masonry guys in the valley?  Do they all have to act like unprofessional losers?  I have to really wonder about the validity of  the previous reviews of this guy's so-called work!  Frustrating.

We have had them put in new curbing (six different areas!) and re-lay our front walk.  Every piece of work has been impeccable and the guys that come out are so nice.  I can't recommend them high enough.  Very economical too.  You can't get any better than this company for response time, quality of work and price.

Gordon and his crew did a wonderful job constructing a new block wall around our backyard.  He was even able to have two new swinging gates installed while the wall was being constructed.  Looks great!

I met Rob while he was installing pavers at a neighboring property and was impressed with his work. I hired Rob to remove an existing asphalt driveway leading to my garage and install approximately 2,200 square feet of pavers. The job was completed in about two weeks. I met Rob each morning before he started work and discuss the plan for the day, and then again in the afternoon to review the progress of the day. Rob was always very professional. I had a general idea of what I wanted the new driveway to look like and Rob guided me through the process and offered a lot of suggestions for improving the size, shape, and drainage of the new driveway. I wanted to install an irrigation line under the driveway and Rob helped to make that possible. Rob used sand excavated from the driveway to make sand for the paver joints and the color matches the pavers and my landscaping perfectly. We have had a few rainstorms since installing the new pavers and the driveway is sloped perfectly so water drains away from the garage and into an arroyo. Rob also designed the driveway with curves and bends to complement the native Sonoran Desert landscape. I really like the 8 x 8' pavers that he used as a border. It gives the driveway a nice, finished look. Rob and his workers are very friendly and easy to talk to and I give Rob my highest recommendation.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

I hired Art to extend my driveway. He was way cheaper than all the other quotes I got. His team did a wonderful  job and cleaned up nicely. I couldn't be more happy with the completed job. I would highly recommended them. I will be using them later for my other concrete jobs.

Jim Cook and his Crew of Guys are Awesome!  They did a beautiful and flawless job on our driveway and back porch extension!  They are very knowledgeable about their work!  The Guys are all Very Hard Workers!!  Jim is very easy to work with and they are all very friendly and easy to talk too!  We will recommend them to anyone!  We are so happy we hired Jim and His Crew for the Job!!  Thank You for doing such a Great Job at our home!!!  Very reasonable price for the job!  Worth every cent!!  That is very hard work!!

The team installed a BBQ grill island, fire pit, travertine pagers, sprinkler system as well as interior and exterior paint.  They had great attention to detail and took pride in their work. Highly recommend and would use again.

From start to finish this company was as good as it gets.  I could name a few who dropped the ball on even getting me a quote and actually will probably circle back and do just that -- leave a review on their pages to show that they never even showed up or got back to me with a quote.  Mike, the owner of this company was in touch with me the day I first sent an email inquiry, even though it was a holiday and he was sick.

He provided me with an estimate based on my scale drawing.  He was out to give me a hard estimate within two weeks (when we decided it was within our budget) and was right on the money when it came to approximately how far out he was on the books with getting the install scheduled.  

When it was time to install, he let me know about a week ahead of time that we'd be having the pavers installed.  I am so thrilled - the photos look just like those posted here already.  I am posting mine too, I put a watermark on mine because I think it looks so nice that some other company would want to use the photo themselves!  I am so thrilled with the professionalism, and would suggest this company to anyone.  

The estimate was exact, cost me just what he quoted per foot (granted, my scale drawing was PERFECT) and his crew was hard working and had the job done in one day.  700 square foot winding deck is to die for and I'm just so happy.  Thank you MIKE DISTRUD and Pavers and More!

How to make thousands off of evaluating peoples foundation without a real solution.

*Send smooth talking sales men who have seen it all or say they have...

*Avoid pinpointing any one issue (make it seem like everything can be one)

*Use scare tactics  

We were dupped!  Arizona Foundation Solutions uses scare tactics by sending out their sales team to evaluate your foundation issue. However, the person they send doesn't actually fix, treat, or do anything more then scare you into paying upfront to schedule with another person (who also is not an engineer) to take measurements and provide an expansive book to convince you to do their most expensive plan to fix your foundation. Because if you don't do this with them, you will have big issues!
So, thats what happened my husband called Arizona Foundation Solutions. They schedule with us a week and a half later, to come out and look at the crack that had come from a hot water leak we fixed in our slab floor. Well, of course this salesman took a look around the perimeter of the house and found other major issues! He convinced us to pay 50% $242.50 upfront (non-refundable!) to schedule again and get measurements done so they could identify the situation.
Well, luckily we smartened up, before our next visit where we were to pay another $250 (mind you before we got anything in hand or any answers at all!) we did research. We found a foundation guy that has been doing this for years, identifies, and does the work most times himself. But I want to point out how important it is to have an expert who is familiar with the work themselves because they  do it. Well guess what, he took measurements  ON THE SPOT and found that we were in no imminent danger, and to monitor a few spots. We're going to fix the floor crack with him to ensure our new floors lay properly and doesn't continue to spread (for a very small cost). But ultimately he was truthful, knowledgeable, and was able to give me immediate answers, without scaring me for money. It cost me nothing to diagnose it. Did you hear that?!? It was FREE!!! In fact he said I would have to do this anyway to determine the issue. What? Yes! Finally! Why couldn't Arizona Foundation Solutions do that? He gave us so much great (real) knowledge and answers for free! and it means we can move forward with the other work we planned on doing to the house.

If you want to throw your money away for no answers then contact them. You will be sure to have a salesman come to your house and act like it's October 31st. You will get the scare of a lifetime.

Arizona Foundation Solutions if you want to prove you are not an untrustworthy company. Why would you need a non-fundable deposit to even get someone out to take measurements?? Give me the $242.50 you stole from me! You diagnosed and did absolutely NOTHING!
