We are very happy with the workmanship of French Accent Landscaping.  They installed over 4000 sq ft of driveway pavers and did an outstanding job!!  Our home's curb appeal is beautiful thanks to the work of French Landscaping.  We would highly recommend them and are going to move forward with having them install our entire landscape project.

Joe Garza and his crew just finished a sidewalk and patio pour for us. He came out and gave us a bid and a lot of good advice in order to have an even better finished project. The forms were lazered to keep water draining away from our home. They also put plastic up to keep any splatter off of the walls. We will be recommending them to all of our friends. A complete flake.  Called this guy 2 weeks ago and left message.  Called again the next day and talked to him.  Explained that I'm scheduling painters and need the work done asap.  He took all my info and said he would call me back.  One week later I called again and he said he would come over and look at it, but then changed his mind and had me email him pictures of the work I needed done.  So, i did that.  Now another week later, I call him and his mailbox is full.  I had also called Ken's masonry in Chandler and he was a no show for his appointment which wasted an entire day for me.  What is it with masonry guys in the valley?  Do they all have to act like unprofessional losers?  I have to really wonder about the validity of  the previous reviews of this guy's so-called work!  Frustrating.

Because we are foster parents. Any children below the age of six, we must have a pool fence. Create A Curb was recommended by our fence installer. We needed 50 feet of curb installed, 20 ft of it was added in the last minute. There was no issues, very professional crew. Did the job in one day, matched the color I wanted, and have had no issues since the job was completed.

We put an addition on our home using concrete blocks.  Heser Masonry did the work.   My husband and his dad know how to do masonry work, but this was too big of a job for them.  We were all greatly impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the workmanship.

Rob, the owner, and Roland did an outstanding job of designing and installing pavers on our driveway and creating lovely, flowing garden paths and walkways in our front courtyard and backyard. The result exceeded our expectations. The guys were at all times professional and courteous. From my initial phone call to the very end Rob was responsive to my questions and concerns. Both he and Roland were good humored and made every effort to keep the worksite tidy. Rob's price was very fair and he delivered more than he promised. My husband and I couldn't be happier. The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

I hired Art to extend my driveway. He was way cheaper than all the other quotes I got. His team did a wonderful  job and cleaned up nicely. I couldn't be more happy with the completed job. I would highly recommended them. I will be using them later for my other concrete jobs.

We have never had an experience with a contractor go more smoothly. They far exceeded our expectations in both customer service and the end result. Our project was done in the time frame promised, and our pavers are gorgeous!

The team installed a BBQ grill island, fire pit, travertine pagers, sprinkler system as well as interior and exterior paint.  They had great attention to detail and took pride in their work. Highly recommend and would use again.

We had pavers installed in our backyard.  We chose to use the company Pavers and More in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  The crew that completed the job were true artist and we could not be more pleased with the finished project.  The work was done in a timely manner and the skills of the labors were top notch.

The owner is responsive.  He took a the job is not complete until you are satisfied approach and followed through from start to finish.  Without reservation, I recommend Pavers and More to complete any paver installation job.

I had this company out for an estimate a few years ago and then again recently since I am now really ready (funded) to do the job.   I was really happy with the estimating process (was free) a few years ago; the salesperson/estimator was very professional, thorough, took pictures/measurements, and responded with a reasonably complete looking proposal.  I felt trust because he had spent some time really looking at the issue.  

Fast forward to now.  A different salesperson/estimator came out to give me a (free) estimate; the initial email said that the average time is 90 minutes.  The salesperson who came this time spent about 5 minutes barely looking at my home and suggested that I pay $500ish for an engineering analysis so that I could get an accurate quote.  Anyway, I did get a new proposal, which looked like a WAG; it was missing items that were in the original quote and had a lot of bid required as opposed to actual estimate.  

I want to move forward and repair the issue but I can't really see a way forward with what was provided to me.  I've had a lot of home remodeling done on my home, but this is an odd scenario.  

Maybe the person that came out recently was either too busy or new (so maybe not enough knowledge?).   I've been reading the reviews and I suspect that the people who are giving reasonably good reviews probably had a decent person out to do their initial estimate and the people who are giving low reviews probably had someone like the recent guy that came out (who just seemed to want to sell engineering services; maybe he didn't really understand the job?).   It seems like both my experiences are both reflected in the reviews.  

Just a note because I haven't had any work done so no actual experience, the reviews show a lot of disconnect in the different departments (making even otherwise satisfied customers comment on getting somewhat of a run-around).
