Best Concrete Contractors in United States

When things fell through with our landscape designer, my wife and I were looking for a dependable contractor to help us transform our backyard.  Our main focus was to have a section of concrete replaced along with installation of our new paver patio and bbq island foundation.  We had several contractors give us bids, however, Charlie (owner) was probably the most thorough and spent time to explain everything and answer all our questions.  

Charlie is one of those old school contractors that say it how it is and will take the time to explain everything. You can tell that he's experienced in his craft and is willing to share his knowledge. Although his crew was booked solid for a few months, it was well worth the wait.  Charlie shot me a text 2 weeks out and confirmed the start date. He showed up on time and completed the job a day early.  There's no doubt in my mind that he and crew have a strong work ethic and are willing to make the customer happy.

Don't be afraid to give him a chance. If this review didn't convince you to use him, then maybe the other 50 5-Star reviews will.  We have several other projects lined up with him, except he doesn't know it yet ha.

I usually don't write reviews but Alfredo did an amazing job repairing my concrete. He was fast to respond and gave a reasonable quote. I will definitely use him again. Great job!

Excellent service and job. Could easily tell that Ruben has been doing this for years.  Just an excellent process from beginning to end.  Price was not steep. They were in and out in one day. Can now enjoy our area. Thank you guys!

I spoke with 5 companies about my job and ultimately went with Lumby Concrete. This is a family owned company, Mike, his son Travis and 2 employees Carlos and Alex. I'll start off by saying if I could give them 6 or 7 stars I would. I'm no stranger to the building trades and am knowledgeable in those areas. So, to that extent I'll say if you want a top notch concrete job with reliable people Lumby Concrete is the company to go with. They were prompt, if they said they would be there by 8 am they were there. They were good about calling and keeping me informed during the entire job, also very courteous. Their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. They listened to what I had envisioned and worked to make it happen just that way and were good at letting me know if something I was thinking about would not be a good idea and would lead to trouble down the road. I thank them for the good job and there is no doubt I would call them again. By the way they do pavers and other finishes to.

We had gotten a quote from another company from a friend of ours who was going to give us a screaming deal. When I was trying to do my research I couldn't find much. I called Diamond Stone to get a second quote. I talked to Mike. He came over and we told him our ideas. He gave us a quote. We went from grass, rock and mature plants to all rock, new plants (smaller), new drip system, lights, travertine patio for the grill, fixed cracks in block fence, built up 3 ft round for Bush.  I did my research on this company and they come out on top in everything.  Mike kept in constant contact with us to make sure the job was being done right.  Highly recommend.  The backyard looks spectacular.  My granddaughter says it looks like a resort.  Lol. WOW! Can't believe the work Jose, his son Alejandro, and friend Julio did today!! First, they were here bright and early right when they said they'd be, 6:30 am. They reinforced the base of our pool wall facing an alley that was crumbling and becoming unstable. We talked with other craftsman and decided to go with Jose because of his well-thought our solution and reasonable estimate. And they are really nice.  They worked efficiently, and got the task done with a minimum of noise and disruption. Nine hours our wall is fixed - with a sturdy, rebar-reinforced bumper the length of the section. They cleaned up so nicely after themselves ... all I can say is WOW!! We would hire Jose every time we needed concrete or paver work done.

Nacho and Jose are truly first class! Their professionalism and attention to detail sets them apart! They are on time and on budget. Nacho is truly an artist! I highly recommend them for any paver job you have! Honest, trustworthy and just nice people!

They arrived to our appointment on time. Provided a fair estimate. This is a company we would recommend.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Needed a side yard covered with some pavers for a future shed and tools. Also good area for dogs to run without the urge to dig :)
JM Landscaping responding quickly and came out to give a quote the very next day!  Price and Quality of work were on point. I did get 2 other quotes. Thanks again guys. Look forward to using you again in the future!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Very happy with the quick, efficient work provided for new curbing in the backyard. Price was reasonable, they had a wide range of colors to choose from. They were in-n-out quickly!

Wow! Just wow! Cristo and his team are simply amazing. They removed a huge tree for us and installed pavers in our backyard. Cristo is clear and prompt in all his communication and followed through on everything he said he'd do. He also managed all my questions throughout the project with responsiveness and grace. :) I would recommend Green Valley to everyone. Where to begin with how absolutely awesome Colorworks Landscaping is... everything from the initial meeting and estimate, changes/adjustments regarding project plans, the day of installation, to their excellent post-project follow-up was first rate, 5 stars. Jon came out to see our backyard, assess the project and give us an idea of cost. Jon is incredibly professional, polite, funny, and so lighting-fast with text and call response times, it was a pleasure communicating with Colorworks. Everyone, Jon, G Michael, Armando, and Juan were true professionals and so conscientious with communication. We had our drip system extended to the backyard, a new sprinkler system, grass, pavers, trees, and plants installed. The crew that showed up early on a Saturday morning were right on time, incredibly polite, worked very hard, and had everything done by the afternoon. Our backyard is BEAUTIFUL. Just perfect. When I had a question about the drip system after the project was completed, Jon got back to me very quickly with a personal call. It was much appreciated and I feel confident that Colorworks stands by their excellent work.  

If you need landscaping work done, I highly recommend Colorworks.  Their prices are phenomenal (I met with several companies!) and the work exemplary.  5 Big Stars!

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

CSI just finished our garage bump out.  Heath was wonderful to work in kept us updated all they way through!  I can't say enough good things about this company!!

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.

Horrible company please don't waste your time
With them. After several conversations and promises they wanted my business. I set an appointment with them and 15 min before they were supposed to show up they said they don't service the area anymore. So many options out there don't waste time or money on this one.
