Best Concrete Contractors in United States
Just had Nick and his Scape Tech crew finish landscaping the front and back yards of our newly constructed house. We started with not much more than dirt and mud but within a week and a half we had beautiful front and back yards. They started on time and stayed on our job until it was complete. They showed up early, worked late and kept the work site neat. Even on the last day there was no rushing or hurrying to get done. Nick was excellent to work with - easy to communicate and stay in touch with and his guys were great as well. Nick listened to what we were looking for, offered some excellent suggestions, incorporated some nice touches along the way that we wouldn't have even thought about, and was very open to input from us the entire time. He and his crew are sticklers for details and care about what they do. A great example was the extension on our existing pavers driveway. The crew didn't just add on to the edges - they took old pavers out and mixed them with the new. We added to both sides but now even we can't tell where the old pavers ended and new pavers began. That's unlike several other jobs in our neighborhood where you can see a very clear distinction between the old and the new. We would not hesitate to use Nick and Scape Tech again - and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality, professional landscaping.

This place has everything you need to build an amazing backyard. We all had such a great time looking around. The staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of things. The selection of vegetation is immense and almost overwhelming. All the plants inside looked happy and healthy. I'm not an experienced plant person but I was not overwhelmed because they were there to help.

Luis and his crew are the real deal! Luis was wonderful to work with, very responsive with clear communication. They spread 20 tons of gravel in my back yard for a very fair price, and it looks fantastic. Luis knows how to run a business and he takes great pride in what he does...it shows! I definitely plan on using Luis for future landscape projects and highly recommend him!!

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy. My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

Crash of Rhinos finished painting our house yesterday. I can't say enough good things about them. From start to finish they exceeded expectations and over delivered. Zac explained the process to us and what to expect every step of the way so thoroughly that we signed up before he left our neighborhood. Kim and Mary took care of us start to finish, sending documents in a timely manner and providing end of day status reports. Jeff, the foreman made sure the schedule was convenient, and our crew was amazing; meticulous and extremely neat. They were the only company we spoke with that brought a test gallon of each color prior to starting the project to insure a color match. Those seemingly little details add up and separate them from the rest of the companies we spoke with. Our final walk through was with Jose and his team who made sure we were satisfied with the project. Perhaps the best indicator of the quality of their work is that while our house was being painted, 3 neighbors signed up with them and started work. Two others came by to get quotes and are signing up. You won't go wrong hiring Crash of Rhinos.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

They came out and quoted me $60 a visit for bi-weekly service for trimming of hedges, weeds and blowing leaves (no lawn was needed). They also wanted $250 for the first visit. I agreed and paid the $250 then thought we had a visit scheduled for the next cleaning two weeks later and they ghosted me and won't respond to messages. Left the yard with weeds. Seems like this first visit price is standard with most companies but come on.

I had the opportunity to work with Rock Solid QC Department as a student at Arizona State University. Staff was very supportive and donated many hours to my project. The QC manager was always available for questions and advisement.

Rick was great. He looked at some cracks in our stem wall, did some testing with a meter to assess the foundation settling and made an honest affordable recommendation for another contractor to handle the repair. Thanks!

George was fast and prompt with the response! He got the job done just as described and his price was very reasonable. I recommend George for any kind of landscape work!

We asked Valleywide to come out and give a quote for quite a bit of demo work in our back and front yards that included haul away, concrete demo, block demo. Initially, Ben was so friendly and promised quite of bit on behalf of his company. His initial consultation with us even gave hope that he could eventually help us do some extensive remodel to the back door/patio of our house and the back wall of our master bedroom. When it came time to estimate the project, Valleywide advised they were equipped to do not only our demo and haul away, but also construct a new block wall, lay a new cement slab and install new gates for us. We were so excited to have found an all-in-one company, so we scheduled our project as soon as they were free.
Once the project started, it was downhill from there. They first advised they'd be a day late, then days late, then over a week late. Once they began, the demo went okay aside from a cracked drip line that we repaired ourselves. The pivot from demo to construction was atrocious. We were told a mason was scheduled to come out to construct our block wall. They didn't show for a week. After some serious questioning from our neighbors and HOA, we pressured Valleywide to get back out ASAP, and they ultimately did show up the following Monday but without a mason. Ben and his partner, who didn't appear to be masons, spent the better part of three days trying to figure out how to properly align our wall. They laid slab over the footings and ultimately created an uneven base for their project. We don't love the end result, but the wall was finally finished after the mason arrived on Thursday that week. In short, it as a sloppy finish that we'll have to sand down before we paint.
Lastly, the real kicker for me is in the details. From the beginning of this project, our biggest concern was installing new gates that properly fit the fence openings, opened and closed with ease (unlike our last RV gate) and did not offer any openings big enough for our small dogs to fit through. Late Friday afternoon, the final day of the project, one guy was left on the job installing the gates. They were installed with a substantial opening at the bottom that our dogs could easily crawl under. The gentleman was nice enough to adjust the height at the end of his shift. When I opened and closed the RV gate, i realized they overlapped slightly and will not close without some force. Worse off, you have to throw your shoulder into the gate to get it to open. And as if that's not frustrating enough, they used the smallest screws to attach the composite slats to the frame that do not go all the way through the slat. In less than 2 weeks, most of those screws popped right off and are completely incapable of holding the fence slats together. When I asked Ben about the construction and size of the frame, his answer was that's as good as we can get it. We'll be in the market soon for a properly fitted gate to replace the complete waste of money this gate ended up being.
If it isn't clear by now. I would not recommend allowing this company to take your money and contract out some truly terrible work. Their demo quality (the namesake of their company) was fine. Do yourself a favor and put in the extra leg work to have other professional companies do the rest of the job.

Called these guys to come and look at my garage floor. The guy supposedly could not find the house even though I am on a major intersection in Phoenix. I even delayed a trip out of town that afternoon to wait for them. They finally called back and he had me text him photos of the job. Said he would get back with a bid. It is now 2 weeks later. Even though I have called the office many times the receptionist keeps saying, Oh! He will do it tonight.
Totally unreliable company, and, if you read the other reviews, I would say Don't even bother to call them. I do not know what their problem is, but it will definitely not be my problem anymore.
