I recently had Will Glen electric doing my Tesla EV charger. Here is the summary about their work.

1. Installation scheduling, city permit scheduling. Virginia did a good job by providing the schedule promptly and courteously.
2. Quality of work: I have attached 3 pictures of their work.
Point a) The first picture is the box which connects to the conduit from the outside wall into the garage.
Point b) The second picture is the conduit pipe on the other side of the top garage that scratches the wall.
Point c) The third picture is the picture on the left side of the EV charger. The installer did not check the stub correctly and punched 2 holes in the left of the EV charger.

Point a) was done correctly and nicely, but I was disappointed about point b) and c). Especially point c since it is the most critical part of the whole installation and such a visible main target  where the EV charger is located. Why can't the installer be more careful before he started drilling the hole?
Installer did not take care of point b) at all. Installer did patch point c) up but it is still very visible compared to the existing paint that I have so now I have to call a professional painter to fix both point b) and c). I hope they can improve their installation quality in the future to reduce the cleanup painting work that customers need to take care of themselves afterwards.

Overall I will give them 3 stars based on the above observation.

I would give Minh more stars if I could. He replaced an electrical panel and helped me with my quest of installing recessed lighting in my condo. He was super on top of it all especially with the very involved permitting process in Palo Alto. He is a true and trusted professional and immensely thorough and thoughtful. He will be my go to electrician from now on. Thank you Minh and team!

Julio and His Team are Awesome!

From start to finish they were on top of every detail and always took care to ensure that the outcome of our project (installing 30 recessed LED lights throughout our home and garage all in 1 day) was totally successful!!!  

Also, I greatly appreciated the fact that Julio was always providing several options for us to consider and allowed us to expand the project so that we got exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget!!!!

Bottom line; Great Team, Outstanding Professionalism, and Perfect Execution!!

I have a 60 years old house with original power panels. I have recently replaced furnace and added A/C. I was told by HVAC I don't have enough amp in my power panel. HVAC referred a couple of Electricians. I also asked my brother-in-law regarding EV charging. He has 2 EVs and I am planning to get one. He referred his electrician, Roger Lin from Formosa Electric. Roger asked me to take some photo of my panels and send over cell phone. The others came to my house to see my panels. Roger was the first to provide quote. Others took much longer. I signed with Roger rather quickly before other quotes came. Others in fact were 30 to 40 percent higher. Roger arranged PG&E schedule and the work started and completed yesterday. They show up on time with generator my family can continue to work from home with computers. Job done nicely. Roger replaced both my inside and outside panels. Also added 2 EV charging nema. The way EV going, we will all end up with 2 EV in garage. I will be calling Roger again to upgrade panels for my rental properties soon.

Duke did an amazing job at our house, he was fast and professional. He was able to make great suggestions we didn't think of which was awesome to get a professionals input. He came and installed can lights for our entire house. He was super knowledgeable, honest and great to work with. He is very responsive and quick to return calls/ text. Highly recommend Duke.

We had an old panel that needed a replacement for a long time. Henry did a great job sharing the quote and getting the whole permitting process to get the installation completed. On the installation day, Henry had a personal emergency, and his crew showed up. They did a decent job but conveniently left a hole on my roof. I noticed it while they were waiting for the city inspector to show up. They said it was a new panel, and it had a different alignment.  I need to get my roofing contractor to fix this.  It wasn't comforting to hear such an explanation. Funnily they took a metal plate and nailed it to hide the whole. Neither the city inspector nor the pg&e person noticed anything wrong. The crew also forgot to label the furnace.  Which they returned did the next day.  Then came the rain, and I found my roof leaking and water going inside the panel. I called a roofing contractor to fix the problem, and thankfully, there wasn't much damage inside the house. I may still need to repaint the interior of the house and fix some open cracks left by hammering.
The stucco person did fantastic work. Overall I am a bit disappointed. If Henry were physically here, it would have been a better experience. So if any of you are upgrading panel, please do close attention to the roof.

First time using and our electrician was able to fix everything.   Very happy and will use again.

Excellent and quick service. We wanted to replace a hardwired electric stove with a new one that needed a 3-prong outlet. Jim responded quickly, upgraded our outlet, and even installed our stove. Super satisfied.

This was the worst service i have ever received. I got ripped off by spending $425 to fix one outlet. I had multiple issues and The tech that came out spent 3 hours just to give me general advice on what could be wrong ( he didnt even go under the house or attic) and then charged me $250 service call and $175 to fix 1 outlet.  Total rip-off and the manager patronized me over the phone when i wanted an explanation.  Ugh. So frustrating.

Excellent service and great experience working with David. He is very responsive, professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Highly recommended business. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with his service. It started out with replacing a doorbell transformer to power the ring doorbell, which led to a few other minor glitches (not his fault), and he helped all the way through. I will call again for future needs!

Because of the convenience of multiple services, we ended up booking an electrician and a plumber. Both technicians were fantastic!

Arsen T was our electrician and completed three separate jobs: kitchen lights, outlets, and thermostat replacement. All jobs were completed efficiently and with precision. He was very polite and thorough.

Nikolay B was our plumber and he was awesome. He identified a leak a previous plumber missed (which caused water damage to continue). He had a methodical approach to figuring out the problem, and when he started the job, figured out additional areas that needed to be addressed (drywall mold). At the end, he spent time re-testing for leaks and cleaning up (the area was left cleaner than before his arrival). He was also very polite and thorough.

Kyle was able to come quickly and identify the issue. He was thorough and patient in explaining what was seen and great at helping us understand what to look out for and options for the future if it happened again.  Really appreciated his help and kindness.

I am satisfied their services. He responses fast and able to provide service on time. His electric work looks nice and keeps the working area clean. He is willing to discuss the potential issue and how to solve it and fee before processing. Overall, I give 5 stars.

Carlos was quick o respond to my first call and while busy ended up accommodating my schedule. He showed up at 8pm and with great patience troubleshoot the electrical issue we had in the kitchen. He ended up spending almost three hours and solved the problem. His price was fair and he is worth every dollar.
Highly recommended.

Mike is now my go-to electrician. He's very organized, responsive and on time. He replaced my electrical panel and pulled all the necessary permits, guiding me through the whole process. It took him only a couple days to complete the job and he was promptly available to start, the first time I called him. Can't recommend him enough!
