The guy came and did a job walk at my house and I never heard from him again. Called multiple times and never received an estimate or a call back.

Minh helped us install some recessed lighting in our family room.  He came on time to give a quote and his quote was the most reasonable.  I got quotes for almost 2X what he quoted me!  He quickly got me on the schedule and we communicated via text to confirm that I bought the right kind of lights (sorry to text you on a Saturday night, Minh!).  He and his associates did a wonderful job.  I was expecting it to take all day, but the crew was done before lunch.   And he happily changed the temperature of the lighting after his crew cleaned and packed up everything.  The whole process was great from start to finish.  Knowledeable, friendly, efficient.  I will hire Minh again in a heartbeat.

Roger and his team installed recessed light for our kitchen, living room, family, hallway, and 3 bedrooms. Him and his team worked very fast and did a great job in installing them. Duke's response rate is excellent. He got back to me right away on my inquiry about my outdoor electrical project which required 5 new electrical outlets for an outdoor kitchen, pergola lighting, and landscape lighting. He came the very next day to scope out the project and provided a quote the same day that he honored to the exact amount. Henry is awesome!

We talked to 5 electricians, 1 of which was there the same time as Henry. Henry took a picture and said, That's all I need. He left me alone to talk to the other electrician who kept all his notes on his hand and felt it necessary to talk to me for 40 minutes.

This was on a Friday meaning that permit applications were nearing their close time before the weekend.

We got a call back from Henry saying that he has applied for the permit already.

Wait what?!

We haven't even confirmed we're working with him yet but he understood our concern on getting power to the complex asap. His bid was among the lowest and his proactive approach in getting the permit ready is what we needed for our rushed project.

The other contractor couldn't believe the price and said to make sure the box he's buying for us is D squared, which it is.

He's also really friendly and accountable.

Best value in the Bay! I was quoted $120/hr and the electrician, Devin, was efficient. It'd have been better had it been disclosed that driving time would be included in the number of hours, I wish the default were to wear booties (instead of having to ask), and I've been finding many wire sheathes from the stripped wire and other detritus from the job. But it ended up being $100 lower than others so overall I'm satisfied.

Nick from Electrica was excellent. Clear communication, timely arrival, quick & efficient work. I needed several Light switches swapped and Nick handled them all with care.

Electric Heroes installed a line for my outdoor sauna. Before that, I had a bad experience with another company. Electric Heroes amazed me with their skill, timeliness, and reliability. They also charged exactly what they estimated, which was a real pleasure. Will use again.

I stumbled upon some electrical issues when i was trying to replace a fountain pump and emailed three companies. Dan was the only one who called back. We originally set up an appointment without scheduling the time of day. When i tried to contact him later about a time, i was worried because i did not receive a reply. I found out later he wasn't well and so that one gets a pass. . .

He is Covid-safe, is professional, diagnosed the problem, installed a GFI and made a couple more recommendations about my options for the circuit in question. I asked if i could tag along behind him so i could learn and he had no problem with this.

Then we went up in the attic where i had some Romex cable that was poorly routed. He quickly fixed this, making sure everything was done professionally (keeping the new junction box in an out of the way location, routing the new cable and securing it, etc.). He does good work.

The price was a bit higher than others i had contacted but for the service, I'll take that any day. Thanks Dan!

I contacted Jim for a price quote to change out my dimmer switch to a regular switch. We communicated over text, I sent him pictures of what I needed done and he was very responsive and provided a fair quote.

He arrived on time, put on shoe covers before entering the house, switched the dimmers to a regular switch, made sure the lights worked and cleaned up after themselves.  Done in no time.

I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

I had a problem with the lights flickering in my home. Called a reputable electrician, who came out to my home and indicated that it was a light fixture in the bathroom.  Suggest I buy another light fixture and they would install it. Which they did, I asked if that was the problem and they said yes.  WRONG!!!! The flickering lights continued until Finally I called Fast Handy.  They came out and immediately found that the problem was in the panel, one of the circuit breakers was hot and loose. No hesitation, problem fixed.  Theses guys were awesome, I fact they also installed new smoke alarms in my home.  
They are extremely professional and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.   I highly recommend this company.  They are now in my phone book.

David and his assistant continues to impress me as a customer. I reported hearing a snap from the attic, not knowing what it can be. David quickly responded and came back to double and triple check everything. Turns out if was not an electrical issue. He is very thorough and takes his time to make sure everything is right and working in a safe fashion. I will definitely keep him in mind for future needs.

I have used Fuse Service Inc. a couple of time now.  I had an issue with my Maytag washer and the door not opening.  Chirill was the tech. that came out this time and he was on time and was very courteous by putting on shoe covers on prior to entering my home.  He quickly identified the issue and made a minor adjustment to correct it.   He tested the washer and gave me some insight on how to correct the issue if it was to happen in the future.  Chirill was highly professional and just a nice guy.  He did  not charge me for the repair or the appointment fee.  Seriously great customer service.  I would absolutely use Fuse Service in the future.  They have earned my trust and secured a future customer in me.  Thanks!

I've worked with Mike twice. First time for a 200A panel upgrade, and second time for a 240V Tesla EV charger and 240V AC unit wiring (indoor and outdoor). Hormoz and his partner responded to my request for a quote to install a 240V plug within an hour.  They were extremely responsive with their communications and flexible around my schedule.  In addition they fixed a power issue I had with one of my smart light switches for free...even before I selected them for the plug install.  They were punctual and finished the work within the estimated time that I was quoted.  I would look to them again for any future electric work.
