Mike at Fisher Electric was the first to respond to my request to install a Nest Thermostat E at my home with an old Williams In-Wall heater. We setup a Saturday morning appointment to accommodate our working schedule and Mike was easy to schedule with. Before his arrival, he setup an auto text message that informed me of his real-time arrival. Upon his arrival for a 7am appointment, he was cordial, and began looking at my thermostat setup. He had to call Nest after looking at their app to troubleshoot the setup, and ultimately we were not able to install the thermostat; by no fault of Mikes. He refused to charge me for his time and said he would feel wrong doing so without being able to accomplish the task. One never gets and honest professional with old fashioned business ethics anymore. Mike will receive my business and referrals for a lifetime! When I find a compatible thermostat, you better believe I'm calling Mike at Fisher Electric!

I had what I thought was an emergency on a Friday night during a pandemic and Dan called me right back and came over and not only fixed our issue, he put our mind at ease and was so kind~. It's great to have a trustworthy, LOCAL, reliable and very skilled person to call for our electrical needs. Also, his skills are way beyond what we needed.. I highly recommend him. I contacted Gustavo regarding some blown fuses at my house and to review the electrical installation overall.

He was very professional and did a full inspection and fixed the issue. After his work was done he gave me all the details as to why the fuses were blown and the things that needed to be changed in order to avoid future electrical problems.

Bob's Handyman Service, who I have been doing business with for over 14 years, referred me to you. I called and you were supposed to set up an appointment with my tenant. I texted his number to you and vice versa. He tried calling, and did not get through. I asked him if you called that day you were supposed to go out and give me a bid on a compete re-wire of his house, he said no. I then called your number and it was disconnected. I tried again, and it was the same.

I have up dated my review to give you the benefit of the doubt as to why this number might have been disconnected, maybe you were out of reach ? But, I still waited, as he did, for you to call back.

I am glad that you responded to this review, I guess Yelp does work, but it should not take a review to value potential clients. My time, and my tenants time are limited. He has to pull over to respond to my texts, and phone calls during his busy day, as well as make time to meet with you and other contractors. I have to fly out of state to be there. I am meeting a team of contractors to rennovate his house. I have a time line that I am trying to meet, and by not calling me back interfers with my plans by causing unnecessary delays.
