Mike was very prompt in responding to our inquiry on Yelp. He was able to come by the very next day to give a quote for our recessed light installation. He was very upfront about pricing, and very responsive throughout the process.  He clearly explained what he would need to do, and walked us through our different options. The price isn't the cheapest we were able to find (some contractors/unlicensed folks will be cheaper), but we felt it was important to choose someone we could trust with electrical work. Considering how great the lights look and the ease of doing business with Mike, it was definitely worth it!

Sent out a few requests to local electricians on a Sunday for  recessed lighting installation and Mike called me within the hour and came by to scope the project that afternoon. Mike was very responsive and great communications throughout the whole project.

Mike does know about LED lights and provided a competitive quote for install 6 new lights + replacing 13 incandescent lights with LED single units. When Mike arrive, he discovered the old cans were square instead of round and the CREE lights would not work. However, Mike knew right away some options and we went with another light option that could fit. With a couple of calls, Mike's light supplier personally drove the new lights to my house (thanks Tal @ Lite Line Illuminations!).

During installation, Mike was able install the new wiring without cutting any drywall, a big plus, no need to follow up with drywall fixing. Then it was on to replacing lights on a 19' ceiling. There were a couple of hard to get to lights and with some great acrobatic and balancing skills, Mike was able to replace the old lights.

Overall, a great job and satisfied with the lights; looks really clean and great lights.

James showed up on time and gave me a realistic idea of what the job entailed. He gave me a very fair price and did the work up to code and pointed out some issues with previous electrical work that he had to work around, and did a great job. I would highly recommend JCM Electric!

I was having a problem with the garage outdoor light where it wouldn't turn on. Made an appointment for the same day I called with Richard he was very nice and professional. Richard took a look at it and inspected the light and moved the top of the light and it turn on. I was a bit embarrassed that it was something so simple. I was surprised that Richard didn't charge me for coming out.  I would definitely call them again.

I needed a 20-ft circuit run for a heat pump water heater in my garage and decided to get quotes over Yelp. TD West had good reviews and after asking me for a few extra photos, quoted me a fixed price. A few days later, they sent a technician Edgar who brought the special breaker I needed for my old panel, installed the circuit without much trouble and tidied up when he was done. Along the way, there were a few decisions where Edgar asked for my input, which I appreciated. All in all, a good experience. I would definitely use TD West Electric again.

I chose Coastwide Electric for a full home re-wire and a panel upgrade to 200amp. I must say working with Mickey and his crew was an amazing experience. Every single person he brought into my house was very professional and barely took any breaks. It took them 4 days to complete all of the work and I couldn't believe it. Mickey, the manager, was on top of his crew every step of the project. He also educated me on what is running through my attic and through my walls. I have worked with a lot of contractors before but never with someone so efficient and straight to the chase. He also did all of the coordinating with PG&E and took care of the entire project while I was busy at work. If I could give them 50 stars I would. My living room lights stopped working, and despite his being totally slammed, Ted responded promptly to my queries and sent a crew out a couple of times in between other jobs to diagnose and fix the problem (dead transformer). Excellent customer service...I will definitely be contacting Apollo Electric for future jobs!

We met Rafael when he worked with Dakon Electric and called and asked for him when our dishwasher failed to start. Damon was kind enough to tell us Rafael had started his own business and gave us his number. How many companies do that?  We called Rafael and he came over within 2 days and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.  he then took one of our lamps with him and rewired it and dropped it off within a week.  He is very competent and ethical.  I call him first for everything now. He really is the best.

Our dryer stopped working all of a sudden, so we had to hang our clothes to dry in the backyard (like the good ol' days) I've had just about enough with the hanging clothes outside ordeal, and cause the sun barely was coming out from behind the clouds (Daly City weather ‍) that I did some research and stumbled upon CA Electrical Group 24/7. I got a call back and was able to get a free consultation the same day of the call back. Knock on the door and I greet Omri, I tell him what's going on and within 3-4 mins he found the problem. I was lucky cause the part that needed to be replaced he had one hanging out in his truck. Soon as he replaced the breaker in the electric box, he went to my laundry area and the sound of my dryer turning on was music to my ears! I'm glad I found this company and Omri and his team are lifesavers for this mama and her loads of laundry! Highly recommend and we definitely will be keeping in touch!

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Five stars on all front. Price, Responsiveness, Know-How, Professionalism and Courtesy. My total time from first chat to EV charger installation was 40 days but the whole time, his responses and guidance was spot on. Once confirmed, an appointment window was finalised and he arrived earlier than his allotted time on the date. Then, he went diligently by his work and even gave pointers on best use of EV charger. He did not left until all my questions were answered and unit was up and working. Overall, an instant 5 star.

Contacted Right Away Electric (Jonathan) to get a quote on adding 2 to 3 new electrical lines for a master bath renovation.  He responded to my request for a quote promptly and was able to get out the same morning to see the work site.  Meeting him went very well - he was prompt, courteous, professional, honest, and gave me a good idea what the work would entail.  By that afternoon, I had his quote in hand and gave him the green light go go ahead.  He was flexible with the start date (I moved it out from a Monday to a Tuesday and he accommodated with no problem).  Tuesday morning came around and he was early to start at the agreed time (great!).  Working efficiently, he did the job as discussed and even went ahead and helped wire one of the lines to be optionally 240V - something I had thought about but wasn't fully sure.  With his expert help, I can now run 120V or 240V depending on my future needs.  Very satisfied with his work, his diligence, attention to detail, responsiveness, and courteous demeanor.  I wish Jonathan all the luck in growing his business and look forward to calling upon him again in the future.  Thanks!
