We called DV Electric to look at a circuit that was shutting off for an unclear reason. Nhan came out only a couple hours later and took his time trying to diagnose the source of the problem, which ended up being an unexpected loose connection in the circuit box that could have ended up being a major problem down the road. He explained everything thoroughly and was very honest about not seeing any other urgent needs.

Ultimately, our issue was solved, future trouble was averted, and we got an honest assessment of our current circuit box; all at a reasonable price. Thank you Nhan and DV Electric!

Richard did a great job fixing my electrical outlets and wiring my garage. He was available on short notice and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be calling him for any future work.

Dimitry installed a Nema 14-50 220V outlet in my garage for EV charging. Not only was his quote considerably cheaper than the others, he was punctual, neat and efficient. The final cost was actually less than the quote. He also breaks down the cost of all his materials so there is complete transparency. Highly recommended.

TD West Electric responded promptly to my request for service. I spoke over the phone with one of the owners, who was personable, clear, and a good listener.  Their price was very reasonable. There was a communication glitch on the day of service, where the electrician who came on site failed to communicate with me and instead went straight to my tenant's unit, but that was resolved. The electrician worked quickly, figured out the problem, and all was resolved! This was for a small problem but I will definitely return to TD West Electric when I have larger electrical needs.

I looked up these guys on yelp and decided to go with them because of the great reviews.     Exactly as advertised !!     I had them install a sconce in my bedroom and replace a fluorescent lighting fixture in the kitchen with recessed lighting.    They did an excellent job,   arrived on time,  did everything in a couple of hours.     I was so impressed I had them come back a couple of weeks later to do some more stuff I had on my to do list.
Brian and Meigs explained everything up front,  offering suggestions and answering my endless question, very patient.   Their price was very competitive.   Will definitely hire again.

The BEST ELECTRICIAN EVER!!!

We had an electrical fire in our house last night in our dining area. The FD came out and made sure everything was safe. I emailed Ted at 12:30am and he responded so quickly. I called him around 9am this morning and he was at our house by 10:30am. Found out later that he worked us in while doing another job, talk about AMAZING service! We also needed someone to repair drywall for us and I happen to ask Ted to see if he knew anyone and he was able to work another miracle for us and his amazing guy Lee from Specialty Textures (which I will also be doing a review for) was able to come out today and patch up everything! It looks as if nothing ever happened. I can't thank Ted enough for coming out to us as quickly as he did. Everyone else told me they were too busy until January 2018. Now we are able to have our Christmas party with our family tomorrow as scheduled all because of Ted.

Thank you again so very much Ted. You truly are our angel!

Cris come over my house at 7:30 am on a Friday morning.   Way too early for me but he did his trouble shooting to figure out what the problem was.  He solved the problem and away he went  1/2 hour later.    Cris was great,  will do business again with Alley Electric.
The 7:30 am app was the only thing they had open for the next 6 weeks, thats how good they are..

We met Rafael when he worked with Dakon Electric and called and asked for him when our dishwasher failed to start. Damon was kind enough to tell us Rafael had started his own business and gave us his number. How many companies do that?  We called Rafael and he came over within 2 days and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.  he then took one of our lamps with him and rewired it and dropped it off within a week.  He is very competent and ethical.  I call him first for everything now. He really is the best.

Elvin helped to install an EV charger. His team also helped with securing city permits. I really appreciated Elvin's communication and responsiveness over SMS. I also think the pricing was very fair and I really liked that all my interaction was just with 1 person, whereas with other companies I had to deal with not just the contractors/technicians themselves but also salespeople, office managers, estimators, etc. which made things needlessly complex. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

UPDATE:
I wrote a scathing and honest review about my interactions with these people. They tried to talk me into $5k+ of work for what turned out to be a $300 bad switch. They insisted that the work I had had done by a licensed electrician a few years ago was dangerous.

But now the issue is not their work, but how they responded to my negative review.

FIRST: Omri  called and left a long, long message saying they were going to take legal steps to get my review removed.

AFTER I edited my review to remove details, TWO MEN SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE. When I didn't answer the door (because I didn't recognize them), they left a letter once again THREATENING legal measures.

They have my address and phone number, obviously, so they could have mailed the letter.   They did not need to send *2* men to my house -- to intimidate me?

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Ed is phenomenal!  I installed a Lucid charger and he was great and detailed through the quoting process.  Had to move a few things on the panel to make room for a DC charger and he was very thorough, creative, and safe.  Ended up with a faulty charger and needed to wait for a replacement from Lucid.  Ed didn't even take payment until things were completely done.  He followed up regularly (not pushy) to make sure customer service was giving me the right info along with timing for the unit.  Once I had the replacement, he came out within a couple of days and replaced the faulty unit.  

Ed is a true professional with great engagement, knowledge, and customer service attitude.  I will be recommending him to all my friends looking to do a EV setup.

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.
