Mike came by to check our oven. Power on but no heat. He managed to diagnose the problem and fix our oven the same week he did our breakers. This guy can do it all. Definitely would call back and recommend to others for almost ANY problem

This company promised me 2 times to come to my house to look at the problem, but no body showed up at either times!!

James helped us out with some lighting and a ceiling fan in a pergola in our backyard.  He was a total professional and easy to work with!  He did everything he said he would in the timeframe he committed to.  We would love to work with James again!

I got my Tesla wall connector installed from Dmitry. He was on time and completed the task quickly. He was very corteous and made sure everything worked properly along with making minor cosmetic changes on the wall. He even cleaned up the area after work was completed. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work.

We wanted to change our old electrical panel and rewire our electrical wiring.  We settled for the electrical panel and put a hold on the rewiring due to COViD protocol Dinh came to my house and checked what we needed.  He submitted a quote and we're satisfied with the price. Once we set up a date for the job, Dinh texted me and assured us that the job will be done And his electrician is safe and fully boosted. His electrician came and did the job in one day. He covered the place with a plastic tarp and cleaned the place once done. Dinh came over during the day and checked the work and mentioned to me that the old house don't have a ground wire from the main panel to an electrical panel. He recommended and I was obliged to add the wiring at a minimal addition to the cost.
The panel I have installed has additional circuit breakers and can add if I wanted to upgrade my electrical wiring.
The job needs a permit and Dinh made an arrangement to file. Dinh said that they will be present once the inspection is set. Dinh hasn't responded yet on when the inspection will be done. I will be awaiting this process and expecting this to be done in order.
We still have additional work to be done inside the house. Once we feel it's safe for his electrician to do work inside the house, we will proceed and complete this work.
I gave him 5 stars because I think he works professionally and follows up on his work.

We're about to start construction on a Kitchen remodel in El Cerrito, and I feel lucky to have Mickey H. from Coastwide Electric helping fill my team.
He came *highly* recommended by my excellent GC for this project, so I trust Coastwide by extension.
When Mickey came by last week and talked through stuff with me I was filled with confidence. We were able to quickly confirm we are on the same page. I'm expecting the utmost professional experience throughout the next couple months. I'd highly recommend Coastwide Electric already, and I expect to come back after the remodel to share photos and a glowing update (bad pun intended).

While I did not actually receive service from these guys, I requested a quote and received a response within minutes that expressed they were not doing the type of work that I needed. They then proceeded to refer me to someone else who might be able to do it. 5 stars for the excellent customer service!

Ted and his crew are top notch. Showed up on time, completed the EV charger installation within a few hours. Very clean, professional and organized. The best part is the pre and post response time to any and all queries and questions I had. Highly recommended.

Ever try and reach these folks for a small job for a couple $100 worth they are not interested. I can see why but then again that's just bad business. Wonder if there are good folks that are certified.

We had power outage at an office space in a commercial building. Kfir the supervisor was here to help and was able to solve the problem in 10 minutes! Super kind and helpful! Will recommend their services to anyone in need.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

I am very happy with Jamil.  He was thoroughly, respectful and cleaned up once the work was done.  I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again.

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.

Horrible services, dishonest, bad communication.

I want to have a wall heater replaced; at first I want to buy a new one myself and have PCHS install it, they agreed; but at the day they send technician, PCHS said they can't install it and I have to pay for a new one. I agreed as most other home services also said I have to pay for a new one.

On Jan 5th they sent a technician to take a look. Technician is a nice guy, and said I should get a quote the next week.

The quote never arrive.

I got frustrated 1 week later, and called PCHS several times. They promised that they are onto it, that I should get a response in a day or two.

The response never arrive.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
