Had a quick chat with the owner, Mike P.  Super honest about the electrical problems I have even though I did not ask for his service.  He'll be my go to guy for electricity problem for years to come.

Mike was able to come by on short notice to give me a honest estimate for installing LED lights for my living room.  I also wanted to add some lights to the bedrooms.The project came out beautiful.  Mike is a talented Electrician Thank You for making my place look so nice.

I can't say enough nice things  about JCM electric. I found James when I was I was having an electrical emergency and he was able to come out an hour later. He saved the day! I have since had him back to take care of other electrical issues. James is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile. I am so glad to have found him!

This is a long overdue review. We used the service of Arsen Electric twice.

Dmitry from Arsen Electric helped in installing the Tesla charger for our home.  These guys were great. They gave an estimate and once it was accepted they gave a date and time. They were on time(not even a minute late) and did a clean job. The price was also reasonable and no hidden cost.  

We were out of power 3 weeks back due to a issue on our circuit breaker. We didnt think twice and immediately contacted Arsen Electric around 5.30 AM in the morning without calling anyone else. Dmitry appeared in front of our home around 7.30 AM and immediately took care of it.  We will definitely use their service again.

Requested a 250v 50amp service line pulled. They were the best quote by $50.

Very friendly and fast. Nice work. However I realized I was so happy when they finished I paid them and realized I did not receive a receipt. Unfortunately they installed a 30amp outlet, which they replaced. The wire was only 8 gauge rather than 6 gauge. The breaker looked used but they claimed it was a new 50amp breaker and offered to change it with a 40amp breaker which I declined.

The guys at TD West did a great job with my project back in March 2021. I hired them to install recessed lighting in my dining room and wire my living room and bedrooms (3) so I could install ceiling fans. Everything was done in one day.

The team that worked on my house was informative, efficient and did quality work. Dinh was great at communicating throughout the process from the first day I reached out for an estimate to the actual day of my project.

Overall, it was a great experience working with TD West and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great to work with. Been doing a small remodel and need some electrical help. Came across coastwide while they were working on a neighbors house. They stopped by gave a very reasonable quote then told me they would call me as soon as they freed up to schedule. Sure enough, a few days later they called and in a few hours had our master bath all wired and working. They are great to work with.

I can't say enough great things about Hewlett. Our family has used them for years, and every time they wrap up I'm sad to see them go. Meigs and Alex not just the best electricians I've ever hired -- they're the best contractors I've ever worked with.

Our house is ancient, and the wiring is a mess, and Meigs went out of his way to walk me through every circuit in the house at the end of the job. He relabeled every breaker on our main and sub-panel. Our main panel's got some life left in it, but he's the type of person that says Here's what to watch for, and I really hope you don't have to call me to replace this, because replacing this would be super expensive.

We even have a mystery switch in our living room -- 20 years and nobody's been able to figure out what it does. Alex figured it out in about half an hour. Turns out there's a junction box that's buried in our ceiling.

I've called Hewlett before for an outlet that was giving me trouble, and Meigs called to give me a few ~$10 DIY suggestions to try on my own before hiring him to come out. Turns out one of his ideas worked perfectly.

Hewlett's prices are fair and transparent, and they bill based on the project -- not hourly. If there are any changes that need to be made once they've started on a task and discovered something unexpected, Meigs will make sure we talk through the issue before he moves forward. There are never any surprises when it comes time to write the check.

They set expectations for their schedule at the start and end of every day (if it's a multi-day project), and they always show up on time. One day on our last project, Meigs called to say that he hit traffic and was going to arrive ten minutes later than he told us he'd be. My family doesn't even do that.

They clean up after themselves very well. I think our house is cleaner when they leave for the day.

I've got a sweetheart of a dog, but he likes to bark at strangers until he has a chance to meet them. And so Meigs and his crew took a few minutes at the start of every day and a few again on their lunch to throw a frisbee for my little monster just to get him to settle down.

I never thought I'd say this about electricians, but I'm kind of bummed that they've run out of things to do at my house for the time being.

So long as I'm in the area and they're in business, they're the only electricians I'll ever use. If Hewlett is booked, I'll just wait until they're free.

Ted has done two jobs for me now - one planned Tesla charger installation, and another unplanned issue with my electrical panel. In both instances, Ted went above and beyond in his work. We had issues getting a permit due to an expired (and unrelated) permit on the house. Ted helped to get all the paperwork from the city to provide to me so that I could figure out which permit it was in order to get it resolved. He also did a quick and very clean installation of the Tesla charger and 2 years later, everything is working smoothly.

Recently, Ted managed to find time in his busy schedule right before the holidays to come out and help with an electrical panel problem resulting in no power to some kitchen outlets. Ted quickly found the problem, and worked his very busy schedule to come help me the next day. While he was there, he also kindly helped install a transformer for my ring doorbell.

I would highly recommend Ted for any electrical work and am very thankful to have found a great and trustworthy electrician!

Last week I had a wonderful experience with Wesley from Alley Electric.

I had a problem in which several outlets in my master bedroom and 1 switch in my master bathroom weren't working.  Alley Electric was actually the 3rd electrical company I had come out to take a look at my problem.

The first company sent an electrician who spent a few hours searching for the root cause, but couldn't find it and recommended I find another contractor.

The second company sent an electrician who spent about an hour searching for the root cause, but also couldn't find it.  However, he said that if we run a wire in the walls between one working outlet and another non-working outlet, that will fix the problem.  He quoted us $675 for the job.

Because of the high cost estimate, we decided to get a second opinion from a more experienced electrician. This time we called Alley Electric, based on the strong Yelp reviews and a recommendation from someone we knew.  Wesley came out to our house and -- in about half an hour -- identified the root cause and fixed it.  It turned out that the problem was a loose connection with one of the wires.  No need to run a new wire in the wall!  As a result, the total cost of Wesley's service was much, much less than I would have paid for that second contractor to run the new wire.

On top of saving us a lot of money, Wesley was also very kind and friendly.  I'm very thankful that we trusted the strong reviews here on Yelp and decided to give Alley Electric a try.  Next time, Wesley is going to be the *first* person I contact with any other electrical issues I have in the future!

Contacted Raphael via Yelp, he was very responsive and prompt. We had a violation for our mobile unit and he took his time explaining the issue and offered multiple options on how to correct it.

I had a very good experience with CA Electrical Groups my mom called me for following maintenance there was a lot of work regarding electricity need repairing, like

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

I am very happy with Jamil.  He was thoroughly, respectful and cleaned up once the work was done.  I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again.

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.

Yesterday (7/27/22), I made an appointment to get some electrical work done on my brother's house. I was impressed that Pacific Coast was able to get us a next-day appointment.

Andrew Hernandez was our technician. He text messaged me that he was on his way. He arrived before the scheduled 9:00am appointment. Andrew was polite and professional the entire 2 hours or so that he worked. Andrew is an
