Chuck is a great guy who really cares about his clients.  I called for a problem that my tenants were having with an electrical outlet.  He advised on testing to do to see if the problem could be resolved without a visit.  I knew then that I could trust him.  He talked me through all of the possibilities and explained everything clearly and succinctly.  Within 2 hours, he made his way to my home and addressed the problem.  Follow-up text, call, and detailed invoice within 1 hour of the visit.  So easy. Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

As a maintenance club member I had a Bellows technician (Josh P.) come out and do a regular flush of my water heater. While he was here and the water heater was clearing out he did an inspection of my bathrooms and kitchen. I mentioned to him that my shower head was leaking, but I'd been told previously that without a name and model of the valve cartridge the entire shower plumbing would need to be ripped out and new plumbing installed (which would have included removing a significant amount of tile).

Josh took it as his personal mission to find the cartridge and get it replaced (without destroying my bathroom). Within a couple of days he'd located the correct cartridge and replaced it. I am very thankful for his enthusiasm and willingness to take on (and solve) a tricky problem.

He did a perfect job! Couldn't ask for more.
Reached out to few folks but none of them was confident if they would be able to fix the leak without causing major damage.
Shawn assured me that it can be done without any damage and won't charge in case he is unable to fix it ( Never seen anyone more confident about their work).

Was in and out in less than an hour and resolved it to perfection.

These guys fixed the water pressure in my house, they were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and knew it was our house water filtering system that was old that was broken.

They explained options and pricing, and did not force us to opt with the more expensive route. They were able to just disassemble the filter and re-route the piping. It really did fix the problem.

It was a quick process. They knew to take off their shoes when entering. Very polite, considerate, and competitive pricing.

Got Ray through the realtor selling the house. He was able to come out very quickly to replace a water heater that would not pass inspection. Very friendly and informative. He has over 20 years experience and he is the one who comes and does the work. He does not sub it out like some other companies I have used.

We were getting some bathroom work done and the City / West Valley Sanitation district needed us to install a new property line clean out. We contacted a few plumbers and some of them flat out refused. In hindsight I know why- the West Valley Sanitation district is pretty tough to work with and I actually think their (West Valley Sanitation's 'draconian: processes makes it very hard for both home owners and plumbers, ultimately driving up the pricing for such jobs. Freddy gave us a quote which was right in the middle of other quotes, but he seemed to be most professional, courteous. He came on time and his crew started work right away. It was a bit tricky to find the sewer line in our property, but they got that done eventually. They had to dig a pretty deep trench, but they were careful with enclosing that while working and then in the evenings they covered it really well.

The inspection schedule was tricky and we didnt expect inspection to spread over almost 3 week period- there were 3 inspection milestones. and Freddy was patient and understanding of that. We feel he and his guys went over and beyond and were honest, trustworthy and the price they charged was worth the work they did. For another plumbing job, I will have no hesitation in calling them again or referring them to friends and neighbors. They did a really good job and our inspection passed without any issues (there was a minor issue, but Freddy was able to fix that right away).

Sent Viktor a Yelp and responded quickly.   Quoted a great price and was able to come out the next day to install my new garbage disposal.  He arrived and had slippers to change into for the house.  He did a very thorough and precise job.  He made sure that everything was working and made sure there was no leakage what so ever.  He also replaced some small parts to my pipes for no extra charge.  He cleaned up everything before leaving and showed me that my new garbage disposal was working fine without any issues.  Great service and value for the excellent work provided.   Will definitely hire for other small jobs around the house.  Thank you.

Arrived right on time, fast, efficient, friendly, and honored a quoted price over the phone when there was some confusion around whether or not the job had expanded scope. That was resolved quickly and courteously, and in my favor. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

Finding a decent plumber has been one of the many expensive woes of homeownership. We had gotten several exhorbitant quotes before stumbling upon reviews for Emil. I texted him, heard back immediately and he stopped by to give us an estimate within 2 hours. We had to go buy a replacement part (specific to the toilet model), otherwise he would have done the work same day. He came back the next day, shockingly on a Sunday and completed all the work in a timely and affordable manner. We will definitely keep his number around as our old house falls apart more every year.

I've always had fantastic service from Ernie's. Miguel just fixed my clogged kitchen sink quickly and efficiently, but I've had great experiences with all of their technicians every time I've needed help with a plumbing issue. They are always very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Can't really comment on their actual work as I had to cancel my work order, but their customer service and response time warranted that I write a little review based on just that - I had a problem with my dryer tripping an old breaker. I called around and every other electrician service quoted me at least a week lead time before a technician could check it out. Matt had someone at my home within 2 hours. The technician was very personable and made mention that my circuit box was an obsolete model known to cause electrical home fires. At first I thought it was an upsell play, but after doing research I found out that the box I had really was the cause of several house fires and had been put out of production in the 1970's. My wife and I were going to pay to replace the box (which we were quoted an average price for parts and labor), however the landlord did not want us to make the improvements ourselves so we had to cancel it - Voltz hassle free refunded us our down payment so quickly we actually had the check in hand the very next day. I regret not being able to have Voltz complete the work, if its anything like their customer service it would have been top-notch.

Jason was very responsive, friendly and fair. Only replaced the breakers not working and gave us great advice on upgrading the panel in the future (when we upgrade to solar).
