My small job didn't prevent them from providing me with BIG service.

I needed a new outlet installed above water heater in garage, which required a very long cord from breaker box into attic crawl space and across the width of garage.  First, I had a tight deadline, and Fitch's owner, Lucas, responded to my desperate call via text while he was driving on vacation in Portland OR.
He set up my appointment for the following week, and a young electrician named Cole arrived, on time and ready for the challenge.  For his age, he was a good communicator with a professional attitude and a polite demeanor.
In less than 2 hours the job was finished.  He told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it.  That's good customer service; being up-front and explanatory to the customer.  Afterwards, he offered to vacuum the drywall dust and debris from the install. Based on my first experience with this local small business, I have only good things to report about the efficiency and expertise of Fitch electric.

Randy and team just upgraded the panel to our home we recently purchased.  Mopia Electric handled all of the permitting and communications with the inspector and PG&E; we did not have to lift a finger.  They also recently re-wired our home-office which was needed.
This is hands-down THE only company that will be doing all other electrical work in our home.

I am very happy with Antonio's work on our opened drywall ceiling. The final outcome is what I wanted. It is hard to imagine there was any opening there at all. He  closed it, matched the texture, went same evening to  a store and bought some paint.  He was going back and forth to his car for tools and never forgot to wear shoe protectors. He fixed the light that was not working too. It was ultra easy to hire him. I think I got lucky on one of those crazy rainy days. He responded to my message very quickly and was at my place fixing the ceiling in like 1.5 hours. Wow. I was trying to hire the drywall guy here at yelp for a week going back and forth through his manager and I hired Antonio in a blink of an eye. The bonus: he charges very reasonably. I liked his attitude and demeanor as well. I cannot thank Antonio enough and plan to hire him for more projects around my house.

Juan is great. He answered our call right away and came in the next day. He helped us get the 240v outlet for the new electric range. He is also so kind to help us with the range installation as well. We highly recommend him!

We recently purchased our condo in Walnut Creek and after only living in the place for a few short months, our bathroom light blew out. We didn't know if it was the switch, the unit, wiring, etc.

Hancock is the best! I called him today for a quote for dimmer switch installation. He gave me a fair price and let me know he could come right over and do the job. I was immediately impressed by him on the phone and was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to do the job on the same day, almost unheard of.
The job was much more complex than we originally planned on. Hancock was amazing and figured it all out. He went above and beyond and had a great disposition. I will only hire him for all of my future electrical needs. You can't go wrong and will be in good hands with him. Five star all the way!

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

Great service! If you are looking for electrician to install your Tesla Wall Connector here is your man Ja owner of Oak Electric. Jason on very short notice (2 days) squeezed our job in his busy schedule. He was very easy to reach, no needs for leaving message just immediate direct contact. He with his helper come today 1/7/20 at 7AM and within 1 1/2 hr installed Tesla Wall Connector. I was prepared for this installation thinking that this will be difficult job and getting nice clean and not intrusive installation. I sent him pictures with explanation via text messages what I would like to have done. I bought stud finder just in case and have other tools. He did not need all this stuff. He has everything in his van, all tools  and all parts. Jason with his helper knows exactly how this could be done. This required to run wire from an electrical box that was unfortunately installed not in proper place when we originally built the house. Jason easily find out how to run behind the wall wire from electrical box to the place where Tesla Wall Connector was eventually situated. No condescending talks like you often hear from so called experts with years of experience. He run the #6 wire behind the wall and also replaced 50 amps circuits breaker to 60 amps so we could charge our Tesla with 48 amps. He did very clean job and after 1 1/2 hr Tesla had a new feed. Jason is a great communicator, very easy to work with, very professional and doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

I have worked with these guys on two occasions.  It feels like you are back in the 1950s with polite, in-shape, young men coming to your house to do electrical work.  The results both times were perfect.  They keep their promise to keep thing clean and they are always proper in their speech and conduct.  The quality of their work is also unmatched.  I would recommend them highly and won't use anyone else.

Brian is our go-to electrician, the kind of person you can call for big jobs or small, or even just to ask a question. He has rewired our entire garage, making it much safer and more accessible than it had been, replaced switches and light fixtures, even installed a ceiling fan that looks great and runs perfectly, making our living room so much more comfortable.

Brian's prices are extremely reasonable. He is very accessible and quick to respond when you have a problem. He is very gracious, being especially kind to my mom when she needed his help with a small problem.

As a homeowner you like to feel like you have your regular contractor, plumber, handyman or electrician. I haven't had much luck with the first three, but can definitely say that Brian is my electrician, and I'd never call anyone else.

We hired Odom Electric to install and setup stage lighting and reroute some switches.  The work was done on time.  It was clean and everything is in perfect working condition.  We couldn't be any happier and highly recommend Odom Electric.

I was referred to LAM- we had a great experience with owner and crew.  There were several electrical fixes around the house that weren't substantial enough to get interest from other electricians.  Called LAM, got owner to come out next day and start work following day.

Crew cleaned up after themselves and got done after two visits with positive results- everything works great and price was extremely reasonable!  I've already referred Mr. Binh to several folks- I will definitely use him again!

Was able to convert my conventional tube lights to led after my handyman couldn't do it. Great service and keeps his word.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Horrible electrical business. The owner and staff we're not very professional. Ask them very detailed questions about residential and Commercial work. they did not know half of the answers. I noticed that they were using a lot of workers that seemed to be more of Labor workers than professional electricians. When I checked into recommendations from other customers they all said that they were very dissatisfied. I would highly recommend to seek a qualified company with higher recommendations and standards.
