We had the pleasure of working with Fitch Electric today.  2 other electricians did not call us back and the 3rd backed out of an appointment at the last minute.  Well, I'm glad it did not work out with the other companies because Fitch did a great job all around.  From talking with Lucas who actually picked up the phone and Scott who initiated the appointment setting, we were off and running.  They were a pleasure to speak with and it is easy to see they want the customer to have a great experience using their services.  Martin and Santiago came to the house today and did a great job hanging a chandelier in the dining room and taking down another light fixture we no longer needed in the living room.  They gave us advice on some outlet issues we were having as well and how to solve them.  They were fast, friendly and did a great job.  I will be having them back for future projects soon.  I already have started the list.  This experience is exactly what I was looking for in an electric company!

Randy was very courteous and professional every step of the way.  He met with me at my home (without charge) to determine what needed to be done and explained exactly what the job entailed.  On the morning we'd scheduled the work, he arrived at my home right on time, explained the basics of the installation process as he worked on replacing my circuit breaker panel, and left everything neat and tidy when the job was complete.  Any necessary follow-up work was included in his very reasonable charges.  I highly recommend him!

Robert is very responsive, show up on time, profession and did an great job on adding new NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage.

Had recessed lighting and electric a couple quad electrical outlets done. I love the job, so clean and professional. My living room doesn't get much natural light and now it looks great. Also now I am able to hide all the cables behind my TV, makes it look so clean. Juan the owner and his worker Shawn showed up on time, got the job done fast but most important a quality job, at a very decent price. The only problem now, for me, is I keep thinking of how many more jobs I can have them do. Highly recommended

Wanted to install EV vehicle 14-50 outlet. Dan was responsive and clear with his communication. Pricing was transparent and work was completed without any issues. He came prepared and completed the work without wasting any time.

These people are Crooks. The quoted me$ 125 over the phone . Then when arriving to my house they charge me 225. On top of that they would not honor their own gift certificate that I purchased off of Yelp to use for their services. I highly recommend you do not use this company. They are shysters. The receptionist does not know her job or how to quote work. They are definitely a bait-and-switch company. If you would like to be overcharged for any work by all means hire them. Absolutely horrible

I usually don't write reviews but they did an amazing job. I got an EV charger installed at a very reasonable price! He was very responsive, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and helped guided me through the process. He came the same day and was able to install it pretty quickly. He came with another gentlemen and both were very respectful and nice. Will definitely use them for electrical work in the future!

Steve is a great electrician and has very fair pricing.  We had a number of projects where I needed help including adding a 240V outlet in the garage for an electric car.  He came out on time and got everything done efficiently and we were very happy.  I would recommend Steve to anybody looking for an electrician.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

Great service! If you are looking for electrician to install your Tesla Wall Connector here is your man Ja owner of Oak Electric. Jason on very short notice (2 days) squeezed our job in his busy schedule. He was very easy to reach, no needs for leaving message just immediate direct contact. He with his helper come today 1/7/20 at 7AM and within 1 1/2 hr installed Tesla Wall Connector. I was prepared for this installation thinking that this will be difficult job and getting nice clean and not intrusive installation. I sent him pictures with explanation via text messages what I would like to have done. I bought stud finder just in case and have other tools. He did not need all this stuff. He has everything in his van, all tools  and all parts. Jason with his helper knows exactly how this could be done. This required to run wire from an electrical box that was unfortunately installed not in proper place when we originally built the house. Jason easily find out how to run behind the wall wire from electrical box to the place where Tesla Wall Connector was eventually situated. No condescending talks like you often hear from so called experts with years of experience. He run the #6 wire behind the wall and also replaced 50 amps circuits breaker to 60 amps so we could charge our Tesla with 48 amps. He did very clean job and after 1 1/2 hr Tesla had a new feed. Jason is a great communicator, very easy to work with, very professional and doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful company.  They kept in touch, notified me as to appointment time. They showed up on time and did excellent work.  They are very professional. They are my GO TO Electrical company and will highly recommend them.

I have a few light switch and fixture fixes and called one other company and was told just to get an estimate will need 2+ weeks. I just called Five or Free and got an estimate appointment the next day.

Eric comes very friendly and gave a reasonable estimate. The crew then came the next morning very on time. All the works are done very clean and neat. We are very satisfied with the works.

In short, they are the BEST.  Hard working, sincere, honest, and responsive.  I am extremely happy with their work.  I wish I have known Rob sooner.

I called Lam on a Saturday morning to help with my kitchen light dimmer which stopped working. He was over in a few hours to fix it, finished the job very quickly and didn't over-charge me for what ended up being a small job.

Clever Electric and My Ngo did an excellent job on our house rewire providing both high quality and a low price. What was most impressive and very much appreciated was that My worked closely with us to confirm along the way adjustments and options for where outlets and switches could be placed to meet the code yet minimize the need to open up the walls. When placing a 3-way switch where we wanted it meant tearing open a wall, My suggested another location that ended up working just as well. He and his team worked diligently and neatly. My also made sure the permits were obtained and the city inspection completed as needed. He even added extras such as a light in the attic and a timer on the bathroom fan.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

I called Arkady in an emergency - the timer my water heater was connected to, gave up on me. He showed up in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, gave me few options and fixed it.

Arkady seem to be very honest and reliable. Would definitely use him again.
