Lucas the owner was super responsive and got us back with power same day we contacted him.  He helped us with getting the proper paperwork to submit for reimbursement with our home warranty and continued to help us navigate to get our electrical panel replaced.  Very straightforward and easy to work with.  Martin the electrician who came out was quick yet took the time to explain what we needed to have done and what he was doing. Highly recommend Fitch Electric!

I called Mopia Electric to put a light in our backyard. Randy came out & put some spot lights in the side of our house & also put some nice featured light for our plants. Humble guy we are very happy with his service & his customer service is excellent we highly recommend going with Mopia Electric.

Rober came on the same day we had our electric work need. He was very polite, humble and courteous. He quickly fixed what we couldn't fix ourselves. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend Electric Chen for electric projects.

We had an issue with our electric panel which caused half of our house electric to go out.  This happened in the evening and we called peralta electric to come out the next day, which was a weekend. They tried to troubleshoot with my husband over the phone.  When he figured out what might be the issue, he found the part and came out immediately and was such a lifesaver.  He came in and fixed the problem right away.  Very reasonable costs.  Thank you! Will think of you next time we need an electrician!

Chris who has done work before on my house which is being updated came out today to do some additional work. Chris always calls if he is running late and will give an estimated new time. When Chris shows up he is ready to work and before Chris starts any job he gives you the upfront cost. I can see why Chris is the lead electrician.

I added 2 additional jobs but Chris said he would be able to handle all the work on this visit. Of course the pricing changed and again before Chris started he explained the additional charges and getting my approval before starting.

Chris is by far the best of the best. Got Watts has done a lot of work for me over the last year and I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed. You can request Chris like I do. You won't regret having him do the work and overall having an excellent company backing up the work

This is my second review of Den Electric. Den has been doing electric work for my from past 3 years on three or four different occasions. The team works diligently and clearly explaining the options and risks. I am impressed with their care to finish the job even if it takes additional time and effort to revisit the store to get the right parts.
The prices are reasonable, and they are flexible to accommodate changes in the project as we discover new issues. I recommend them for your next project.

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

Jason and Issac were great.  We needed a panel upgrade and some minor repairs.  From initial contact and a same day estimate to the work being done was amazing.  Professional, respectful and responsive.  We can say enough about the service and will definitely use them again if services are needed.  If you need work done, no matter the size or scope, give Jason and Oak a call.

Superb. These guys are my new, go-to electricians. The owner, John, called me the day before to better understand the problem ahead of the visit and was super friendly and knowledgable. He personally vouched for the guy he was sending, adding he had more than 20 years of expertise. Levi came to our house this morning and I could not ask for a better experience. He was beyond patient with my endless questions about our electrical system: how it works and some safety concerns. He had such a positive, can-do attitude, really knew his stuff, and did top-quality work. Highly recommended!

We had power go out to half of our home. I am somewhat handy and tried to figure it out myself to no avail,  to the extent that I had to look for an electrician and I found Five or Free Electrical. They were easy to schedule with and able to get out rather quickly. I had Gilbert and Gerry come out on time within the scheduled appointment, and they were able to find the loose connection I had within 30 minutes. Very fast work, and you can tell they know what they are doing. I do have an old home and with that the outlets are old which is where they found out the loose connection was. They told me loose connections are the number 1 reason why electrical fires happen, so I am so happy that they were able to come and make it safe. They were able to fix it for a fair cost, and they were very easy to work with. Any people needing electrical work should call these, you will be very happy with them. Any future work I have I will call only them and nobody else!

Brian's work was off-the-charts great. When I first contacted him to install a ceiling fan, his estimate seemed high. But then he took time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why the job was more complex than I'd realized. Given Brian's minimum charge for work, he encouraged me to line up a few other jobs for him to accomplish in case the fan installation proceeded more quickly than he was anticipating. On the designated day, he arrived right on time with an assistant-- both wearing masks (properly). While his assistant covered the room to minimize mess, Brian surveyed 3 other jobs around the house, declared he could accomplish them all, went to Lowe's to buy supplies, and for the rate he originally quoted, (1) installed the fan with an unbelievably minimal amount of cutting, (2) replaced all of our under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, (3) repaired a worn-out GFI outlet, and (4) replaced a broken pump/fountain in our small pond out back. When one little thing went wrong (our fault, not Brian's), he stayed late doing an unpleasantly dirty job to make it perfect at no extra charge. They say that you get what you pay for. With Brian, we got 4x what we paid for-- quite literally. PS- It was also fun to hear Brian teaching his assistant throughout the day. If Brian develops more Brians, the world will be a better place.

AVOID AT ALL COST! What a joke. This owner shows up in sandals, doesn't have the right tools and has to borrow mine. He did a hack job in my garage. I needed an outlet installed with a switch. He hacked my dry wall, buried the electrical lines in the drywall and filled it in with joint compound! I'm not an electrician, but that does not seem
Up to code? WTH. I wasted $350 and will have to pay a real electrician to come back and unscrew the work that this idiot did. His van doesn't now have a contractor license number either! I can only blame myself for even letting this guy do the work.

My is the best. Honest. Fair. Don't even bother calling anyone else now that I know My. He has done all the remodel work for me.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

I had an electrical emergency at my home late this afternoon and as a result had no power.   I was told by PG&E that I couldn't turn the power back on until I had an electrician come out to look things over and deal with the problem.   Multiple other electricians didn't want to both with the problem at 5:45pm today, but Arkady turned around from his drive home to Mountain View to come to San Mateo and help me.   He fixed it in very little time and explained what we could do in the future to help prevent a similar problem.   He told me he normally is booked 2-3 weeks out.   I'm so grateful that he made the time to help me when no one else would!!!
