Absolute great experience working with Fitch Electric on a backup home generator. Out of the half dozen estimates we recieved, Fitch was the most transparent, professional and communicative. The installation team was friendly, had great attention to detail, did high quality work and was very accommodating to our needs.  Best of all, their pricing was fair and competitive. It's rare to find a company that exceeds all those expectations.  

We will definitely be using Fitch for any future electrical needs.

Randy spent 10min on the phone with me, explaining fuse box replacements and discussing quotes I received from other electricians, even though he doesn't work in my area and will never make any money from me! It was so helpful to know why I was getting one $2000 quote and several $5000 quotes for what I thought was the same thing; it turns out the amps (100 vs 200) makes a huge difference!

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Juan was awesome!  My lights were flickering Friday night and he fixed the issue and made improvements to my panel the next morning!

However I asked him for a quote on switching out the panel and was told he would send it when he gets home. Then I asked him again and was told tomorrow. Then he just disappeared. Busy I guess.

Let me start by saying that under most circumstances I'd definitely recommend Got Watts. While I didn't end up working with the company, for reasons I'll explain below, it seems like a solid operation. The representative I dealt with, Troy, was well-informed and helpful, and put up with my many phone and email questions. For the most part, my impression of the company was otherwise favorable as well.

However, one big glitch popped up as I was preparing to sign with Got Watts for it to install solar panels on my house. Since the deadline for signing up for NEM 2.0 is approaching, I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be committed to NEM 3.0 and to Got Watts' full $28,000 contract price if for some reason the NEM 2.0 application wasn't submitted on time or was rejected. I knew that this was highly unlikely, but just wanted to be certain.

To my surprise, after checking with his manager, Troy informed me that in fact I'd be responsible for the full $28,000 and for proceeding with NEM 3.0 (which I would not want) if somehow my NEM 2.0 application did not work out.

I was so surprised by this that I emailed with Troy a couple of times just to be sure that there was no misunderstanding. He was perfectly polite in relaying this information, but the manager stood firm in their position.

For what it;s worth, the other solar panel firms I was in touch with had no problem with confirming that I would only be responsible for my $1,000 deposit, at most, if my application failed to qualify for NEM 2.0. To be clear, they also informed me that, no, I would not have to proceed under NEM 3.0 either. So I went with one of those other firms.

I came away from this episode somewhat chagrined about the situation. If Got Watts is going to have such a policy, it should inform potential customers up-front. As it is, I wasted a good amoung of time discussing the plans and preparing to work with the company, before finding out about the full-payment-regardless policy. It also obviously delayed my finding another firm to work with.

Again, my impression is that Got Watts is fine to work with under most circumstances. But I'd check and ask about the fine print of its service and contracts carefully before commiting to the company.

Hancock from Den Electric came over to install an outlet in my garage so I can charge my Electric Vehicle.

Upon initially reaching out, he was immediately communicative. He answered every one of my upfront questions thoroughly, quoted a price range over Yelp Chat, shared his license number (so I could look it up), and was forthcoming about his schedule. Due to his responsiveness, articulateness, honesty, price, and availability, I made the decision to hire him.

When he came out to do the work (on time), he was quick doing it. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, too.

Also seemed like a nice guy -- easy to get along with and talk to. Didn't seem to mind me glaring at him from the other side of the garage.

He accepted payment over Venmo. I paid him after I verified his work was functioning as promised.

It's now been a week and everything is still working just fine.

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I shopped five different electricians and I am so happy I hired Jason and his team. In one hour they happily took down three chandeliers and replaced with two vintage ones. They are cheerful, have a can do attitude, and fast working. Thank you Jason

I was referred to JMC by Hotsprings Hot tubs and I couldn't be more pleased.   The owner came over the next day after the initial call and shot be a bid right away and made me feel comfortable that they could fix the issue.

Jacob showed up on time and began walking me through everything about the electrical issues that could be causing the problem and promptly got to work troubleshooting the issues.   He really knows what hes doing.  I had another electrician come out and he was scratching his head.  However, Jacob was able to pin pin point the issues immediately and also went above and beyond to get some replacement parts so I could have my hot tub running this weekend.   I cant say thank you to Jacob enough for the great service and superior knowledge of the Hot tub products.

Rarely to write a review on Yelp, but these guys are great! I called them for the estimation. My job is very small. Take out ceiling fans and replace the new lights. A lot of company does not even give me a quote because they think this is a small job. But, Five or Free they call me right away to schedule an estimation. On the day of the estimation, Sal, a technician will give me a quote. He got a flat tire and he calls me right away said he will come late. I am okay with that. But they should charge me for the estimation service fee. He waived for me because he shows late.
Today is the project day. Chris is my technician today. He shows up on time and does the thing perfect and fast! Both of guys even give me a free check out for other electricity in my house. I will recommend them to my friend and also if i need help they will be my first option.

Don't waste your time and money with this company!!!  The owner, Brian, initially asked for photos of the exterior sides of my house where I wanted the three Ring cameras installed.  After receiving the requested photos, he quoted me $1,800 over the phone which includes redoing a Ring system that was previously installed by another electrician. Then, I asked if he can come over to see exactly where and how we wanted them installed, and he did.  However, during the walk-through appointment, he took pictures of the mentioned redo project, sent and texted it to someone while arrogantly smirked.  In the midst of conveying our wishes, he constantly looked on his phone, texting and smirking, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then, he gave us a verbal quote that is higher than what he originally quoted me during our phone conversation. It is now, $2,300!  At the end of the appointment, he told us that he'll send us a final written estimate for the entire project and left his business card.  Little did we know, he had no intentions on working on the project and left us hanging.  It's been a 3-4 weeks and we never heard back from him.  Honestly, we would have hired this man and proceeded from there, but he couldn't even make a courtesy call to inform us he's not interested.  Brian has no word of honor and no concept of what it is to be a professional and business owner. Go elsewhere if you want someone who is professional and still has human compassion, rather than someone who has a superiority complex (like he's the only qualified individual to perform the task on hand) and whose only objective is to gain profit!!!

We have used Odom Electric on three separate projects at our home and each time have been very pleased with the work Rob has done. The first project was installing lighting in our back patio room as well as running electrical throughout our outdoor kitchen and upgrading our electrical box. Next he updated electrical on an outlet in a bedroom wall. Most recently he completed a lighting and electrical upgrade job on our kitchen reface project including setting up dedicated circuits, recommending and installing under cabinet lighting and adding/upgrading outlets. Communication is always clear, he ensures work is done in a timely manner and in line with our vision, he is conscientious about keeping the work area clean and he's a really nice guy. Clever Electric and My Ngo did an excellent job on our house rewire providing both high quality and a low price. What was most impressive and very much appreciated was that My worked closely with us to confirm along the way adjustments and options for where outlets and switches could be placed to meet the code yet minimize the need to open up the walls. When placing a 3-way switch where we wanted it meant tearing open a wall, My suggested another location that ended up working just as well. He and his team worked diligently and neatly. My also made sure the permits were obtained and the city inspection completed as needed. He even added extras such as a light in the attic and a timer on the bathroom fan.

We have Arkadiy installed lights and vents for our home. He is very knowledgeable and careful. Everything that he has done is working very well and I couldnt complain. He is also very honest and he will not try to lure you around. Very professional and affordable. I always text him at least a day ahead to confirm appointment, because lets face it...the need for good electricians is very high, and sometimes they do get very busy. We're very happt with him and I'd recommend him to a friend.
