We contacted Fitch Electric for a full re-wire of our home in Danville. We took our house to the studs for a remodel, and Fitch came in to remove all old / dead wires, upgrade our sub-panel, ran new wiring, and completed the job with all finish work (can lights, outlets, switches, smart doorbell, appliance powering, under cabinet lighting, electric mirrors, garage, etc.). After consulting several electricians, Fitch was priced competitively for the quality of work that did.
Lucas Fitch along with every member of the team was professional, on time, communicative and saw the project through to the finish. We would recommend Fitch Electrical for any serious electrical work.

Randy did a great job handing the whole process from the beginning. He was able to find the most efficient solution to our project and accommodated to our work schedules. We're very happy with the results.

Robert installed our EV charger in a professional fashion. He's very responsive via text and the consultation was done by sending photos of the existing panel. He explained the process clearly and provided all the hardware needed for the install (expect for the charger). After installing we tested the charger to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up the area afterwards. Very happy with the service and will call him again for future electrical work around the house.

Antonio did a good job in installing the sliding door. The price was very reasonable. I would difinitely call he back on my future projects. He has my confidence. I give him six stars

Juan was prompt to complete the job (bringing main panel up to code), and provided and invoice for the work.

Suddenly my Tesla charging rate dropped from 32 to 8 amps. Called Dan and with his help we solved the problem within 30 minutes. The issue was that the high voltage adapter was not well seated in the main adapter body. I must have accidentally dislodged it.
After a few questions Dan without having to come out and looking at it quickly diagnosed the problem. Friendly and professional as usual.

I am quite shocked to be writing a one-star review as I contacted this company based primarily upon a solid 5-star Yelp reputation. I sought a contractor to install solar panels on my house. After the installer came out to the house to do the site inspection, I was given a quote for the project and let them know that the quote was acceptable and that I wanted to schedule the install. I also wanted a separate quote for some other electrical projects around the house and I was given an appointment for 9:30 AM to go over the projects. I received a call the evening before the appointment and confirmed the appointment. At around 9:35 AM I received another call stating that the contractor is not going to be able to make the appointment and wanted to see if I could do an appointment that afternoon instead. I told the person that I had to get back to work and that it was extremely difficult for me to clear my schedule to set the initial appointment given the nature of my work and that I needed to go to work. The lady apologized and told me that I would receive a phone call that afternoon and that I could go over each of the projects over the phone with the contractor to get an estimate by phone. I received no phone call that afternoon. I received no phone call the following day. At the end of day 2, I did receive an email from the president of the company apologizing, and stating that someone would call me the next day. Next day, no phone call. Next day, again no phone call. I finally emailed back on the 6th day asking if they had any intention of moving forward on my project. I received a call the next day apologizing for the situation and stating that the contractor who was supposed to meet me at 9:30AM was booked for another appointment and couldn't show up. (I don't understand how this could happen when I received a confirmation the evening before.)
I was next told that upon further discussion they weren't comfortable moving forward on my project due to the pitch of my roof and attempted to refer me to another contractor for a quote. I requested an explanation as to why the pitch of the roof was factored into the original quote and why the initial quote was even given (after a site inspection) if they did not feel comfortable with the project. I didn't receive an answer and to be frank, I think they were lying. This was my biggest concern of all. I can handle delays and missed appointments, but when seeking a contractor, the biggest red flag for me is when they lie about little stuff. If you're willing to lie about little stuff, then you're willing to lie about big stuff too.
Don't tell me that you double booked an appointment after confirming that appointment the night before and that's why the contractor didn't show up. Tell me the truth - i.e. he forgot, he overslept, he had diarrhea all over the toilet. If you're going to lie, at least be convincing.
When you drop the ball and don't call someone for six days, don't lie and claim that you aren't comfortable with the pitch of the roof after you looked at it and already gave a quote for it. Tell the truth - we think you're mad at us because we've completely ignored you and we don't want to enter into a contract with you. The main reason for the one-star review is not necessarily because of them dropping the ball. Had they sincerely apologized and picked up the project, I would have forgotten about it. The one-star review is because when this company drops the ball, they lie to you and leave you sitting on the floor.
I declined the referral and advised that I wouldn't be pursuing this project with them any further as they hadn't conducted themselves in a professional manner. The representative agreed that they had not done so and apologized.
All in all, Gott Watts Electric wasted a complete month of my time. While I appreciate all of the apologies given, there didn't seem to be much sincerity. When I'm seeking a contractor for a major project, I want results - not apologies.

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.
So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.
He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house. They are very responsive and professional. Gave me different options without being pushy. I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly. They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic. Workers were polite and hard working. Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work. Everything was finished on budget and under time! I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater. I'm sure they will deliver! Strongest recommendation!

I bought a new washer. After used it for only a few days, I cannot turn it on. My husband checked breaker panel and turn it on and off couple of times but the outlet still does not have electric. I think it is beyond our safety zone to fix it by ourselves, so I searched my nextdoor and found couple of recommendations for Jason. I am so glad we called him. He found the neutral line for washer outlet was lose, seems previous electrician did not tight it up and it can be pull off at the site. That neutral line has burned and it could cause fire if not been fixed! Jason told me that normally he will do diagnostic before he drove to client home to save their money if it may just need to reset breaker panel. I will definitely call him again if I need an electrician.

Great service! We were referred by Hot Tub Warehouse. Jon was responsive to all my questions and was flexible in scheduling. Jacob, the technician who did the work, was friendly and thorough. He made sure everything was working properly, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I knew how to operate all the features of the spa. Great experience; I would highly recommend them.

Totally disappointed with this electrical business. Our first appt, they rescheduled it bec one of their electrician was sick. On the rescheduled day of appt. their staff was running late and we told them it was ok. We have adjusted our schedule for this appointment and no one showed up. We called their office and no one was answering.

Excellent work and professional service. I called Brian on a weekend after my garage lights wouldn't turn on and he was able to book me Monday morning - I am always happy to pay for quick turnaround. Knowledgable, personable, and patient - I'll be referring Brian to all my friends.

We asked Rob Odom to replace most of the wiring at our home, and upgrade the electric connection to 200Amps. We had requested bids from four other electric contractors and Rob's had turned out to be the lowest. We had initially thought that it might be because he was cutting some corners, but we gave him the contract seeing these reviews on yelp.
Rob exceeded our expectations in many ways:
(1)All the new wiring in the home looks extremely neat and tidy.
(2)He installed dimmer switches in all the rooms; something we had not put in the contract and had not expected.
(3)When an issue came up that the inspector would not pass without wired smoke alarms being installed at the home, Rob dealt with it swiftly and efficiently.
(4)All the inspections were handled efficiently and completed fine.
If you are going to hire Rob for your work, and the work requires multiple electricians, I would recommend you to ask Rob about Richard. Richard is great too, he spotted that the laundry area that we wanted to build would not be sufficient for a stackable laundry unit, and suggested the changes so the laundry unit could be built properly.

You want an Electrician who knows what they are doing and somebody who is up front and honest with his pricing...then call LAM Electric.
We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!

My and his team are really nice and efficient. I really appreciate their quick response time and service. Since we've moved into our 1980s home, we've been working hard to bring it to the times with our SmartThings. When one of our smart switches wasn't working in the hallway, My came quickly and found the problem. We also hired him to install a NEMA outlet for us and he was able to give us a competitive rate for it as well. While he was here for the NEMA outlet, I asked him about my garbage disposal outlet in the kitchen, and he was able to find out what was wrong with it and fix it for me. Honestly, his team is great and I know he will be the only electrician we will be using for now on!

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

We hired Arkadiy to improve our home and he did a terrific job, on time, and on budget.
We had him
- install new light switches on the wall
- install new light fixtures on the ceiling
- hide cables underground between our home and the garage
- install a LED light in the shower
- connect outlets to the ground in the living room
and more.
His fee was fair and he had good ideas on how to improve our installation. We will hire him again.
