All good with Randy. My tankless installer forgot to mention that they didn't do electrical work, so when the day arrived for it to be installed (Saturday) I needed help fast. My tankless unit is external and it needs to be hardwired, so Randy called the local inspector to double check on what the local code is. Then he tied into an existing outlet, ran a line through the studs in the garage,drilled through the stucco, installed the switch, GFCI outlet,  weather proof enclosure, hardwired the tankless system, sealed it up, and tested it all, in about 3 hours. Fantastic. I have finally found my go to guy for electrical.

Robert was great. He was quick, efficient and responsive to all my questions prior to the work. He came prepared and on time and was very respectful to our home (brought his own shoe covers and mask) His pricing was competitive/fair.

The work completed:
I needed to convert 3 outdated wall outlets to 3 prong GFCI outlets. He made great recommendations as to what my options were. Both the budget route and more expensive route. No matter the option, he was very knowledgeable and ensured the work he did was safe.

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

I sent a quote request and Juan responded very quickly. Was able to come out and give us a quote in person within a couple days. A few days later he was able to start and did an amazing job. He added an external outlet to our front yard for us to use install sprinklers and walkways lights as well as 2 new lights flanking the garage. He even went to extra step and sealed around the new lights. Super happy with his work and would use him for any future needs!

After reading Yelp reviews from others, I requested an estimate online and Dan was super responsive via email and asked me to send him pictures.  He determined he couldn't do the job and recommended another firm.  But he offered to come by and look at it and give me advice.  So he came over on a Saturday and was really helpful.  He went above and beyond!

We chose Got Watts for some new lighting. They did a great job. Prompt estimate, phone follow ups for install appt.  The guys showed on time and when finished did walk thru with us.

Took care of  circuit breaker issue on Sunday.  They even optimized their schedule to get to mom's place  a couple of hours earlier than the initial  appointment time.  They were very communicative with text from initial contact to the end.

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. I was referred to them by Hot Springs of San Jose.  Very responsive.  Called on a Sunday and Jon the owner came out that day.  Even though his schedule was full, he was able to get our hot tub hooked up on Wednesday when it was delivered!  There was an issue with the breaker supplied by Hot Springs and Jon went to the store after hours and promptly came out and replaced it within hours.  Great service!  Great estimation, scheduling and invoicing system.  Even allows you to view where the technician is when he is on the way!!

I have had these guys out before to install chandeliers and they did a great job so when we had a power outage yesterday in my husband's office I knew who to call. Gilbert came out with his apprentice Judah the next morning and searched for the problem. There were lots of options for what could have gone wrong and my husband had done a lot of the testing. Gilbert found a lose connection in a hidden Junction box and was able to get it fixed in no time. Power is back on. Yeah! Thank you Five or Free. You are awesome!

Rob did an amazing job routing an EV charger all the way across our garage and additionally helped with relocating our recirculating water pump. The job was fast and clean. No drywall damage and everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend him more. Pricing is the most competitive in the area, the work is 5 stars, and the comms were seamless. Will always defer to Odom Electric as my default electrician.

I called Lam on a Saturday morning to help with my kitchen light dimmer which stopped working. He was over in a few hours to fix it, finished the job very quickly and didn't over-charge me for what ended up being a small job.

He knows what he is doing. The transformer was mounted, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and overall delivery was straight forward. I'd ne happy to call him again for work needed.
