We needed a 240 V EV plug installed.  I think the tech's name was Martin (Jan 21 at 8 am).  He explained everything and my engineer boyfriend said Martin knew his stuff.  The work was done quickly and neatly and the plug is working great.  Would definitely use them again.

I needed a light switch replaced. I called several electricians (highly rated I might add) who were either too busy to take my business or return my call. Randy returned my call in a timely manner and was able to fit me in between appointments. He understood my concern of having the job performed by a licensed electrician. Randy is a true professional, very friendly and down to earth.  To top it off, his rate was AMAZING! Thank you Randy

Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies.   Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Juan arrived next day I asked him for help. He came on Sunday morning, that was extremely convenient for me. Juan found and fixed one issue in about hour and helped to figure out what is wrong with my other outlet.

The outlet for our dryer wasn't providing enough voltage. Dan picked up the phone on the first ring and was at our house the following morning. He even showed up early! He's responsive, friendly, trustworthy and efficient. I will be calling on BAM for as long as I live in the SFBA.

This is my second review of Den Electric. Den has been doing electric work for my from past 3 years on three or four different occasions. I've had Steve and Mike of Southwest Electric work on my house multiple times, and they do really terrific work.

They can do a wide range of jobs, including simple home fixes to They are a locally-owned business, extremely personable, and very professional in their work. Steve (the owner) always comes out personally to check on the job, and they get things done promptly and correctly. As my house is a 1970's era house, it really helps to have somebody who knows all the particulars (oddities?) of how the wiring works in the neighborhood.

I've had SW Electric work on my pool equipment, my interior lighting, add a ceiling fan, add attic fans, etc -- their prices are always reasonable and they take care of me quickly.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. I highly recommend JMC Electric! I had a hard time finding a qualified electrician that does quality work. I interviewed  and received quotes from at least 6. Those that I didn't use were are questionable and flaky. Alfredo from JMC Electric came to my house to do electrical work for a hot tub. He was on time and got the job done when he said it was going to be done. They were kind and answered all questions I had and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

We hired Five or Free Electrical to do a full rewiring of our house. We wanted to replace our knob and tube and bring our electric system to code and after doing our homework and looking at so many estimates we're glad we went with this company. They were very clear since the first time Sal came to scope the work.

After reading the reviews and I decided to contact Odom Electric earlier this month. I needed to service some electrical issues with my home.

Some of the issues I was having is shorts happening with a few light switch, missing fuse in electrical box and basic hardware install (ceiling fan, chandelier, running cable behind the wall for tv, etc.).

These guys are absolutely awesome and professional. As all the other review states, they come on-time, clean-up during and after projects. Most of all they are super friendly.

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
