Saturday early morning my breaker tripped and would not reset.  Called Fitch.  Owner called me back on Saturday afternoon.  Martin was here at 7:30am Monday morning and had my office back on by 8:00am.  Great guy, knowledgeable, friendly.  They will be troubleshooting my entire electrical system and installing my EV plug as soon as I can get onto their regular schedule.  Finally found an electrician interested in providing high quality, timely service.

Needed a good home electrician quickly for emergency troubleshooting and repair.  Called Mopia Electric and talked to Randy(owner).  He took the time to ask many questions about the problem that I was having with my lights and sockets.  Gave me some great tips on how to solve the problem.  We called him out to do the work for us and he came by within an hour.  He sure knew his stuff.  Troubleshot the problem immediately and fixed the problem within the hour.  Now everything works perfectly again.  I'm really glad I called Mopia and will call again for some electric upgrades in the future.

Robert gave me 2 options: (1) replace the sub panel box and (2) reconfigure the existing sub-panel.  He provided pro/con (cost, user application and technical reasons) and let me decide.

A couple of month in this late review, had to give them the recognition they deserve; normally I don't write reviews. They resolved my issue quickly given their experience and was patient in explaining. Trust worthy person to do business with.

We called Hancock to install a 220v outlet and our JuiceBox 40 amp EV charger.  He came out the same day (within an hour!) and quickly installed it at a reasonable price.  He was very friendly and explained everything to us.  Also very professional.  We highly recommend him for your electrical work.

I was looking to get a 240V line put in my garage from my EV Charger.. Steve came out and gave me an estimate without any BS like many of the other contractors. His priciig was the lowest from anyone else and he was able to fit in the install within a few days whereas others were making me wait for over a month.

On the day of the job, Steve showed up early with his crew and were done within a couple of hours.. Work was done excellent with no mess left for me to clean.. I was very impressed.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I called Oak Electric about hanging a lighted mirror in a bathroom. Jason replied promptly and courteously. He came exactly at the appointed time and completed the job perfectly. The scope of the work was larger than either of us anticipated. He was careful, conscientious, courteous and efficient. I will certainly call Jason/Oak Electric for any future electrical needs. I trust him without ANY hesitation.

Wonderful company.  They kept in touch, notified me as to appointment time. They showed up on time and did excellent work.  They are very professional. They are my GO TO Electrical company and will highly recommend them.

I had a message out to 5 companies for help with my outlets and they were the only company to respond. They were efficient in getting me scheduled and communicated before, during, and after the appointment. Alex came out and went over a few of the outlets I had concern with. He was knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions.
I was quoted $300 to replace just 4 outlets (which seems pretty high to me considering I can easily go buy them cheaper myself). Having worked with an HVAC company I get the up sell, but it wasn't explained to me why so much and what warranties I would get or anything and I was kind of taken a back by that.
All in all a good experience though.

Brian and Moses did a fantastic job of replacing the knob & tube wiring in our house, replacing 2 old panels with one new outdoor panel, and running new conduit to our pool equipment. Tracing and troubleshooting a crazy mix of old knob & tube and romex is quite the job and they were efficient and did a great job.

Really enjoyed working with them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any future electrical work.

I was having my kitchen remodeled and my contractor recommended upgrading my house to a 200amp circuit.  The quote they came back with was almost 4 times their estimate so I decided to look for my own electrician

Rob was recommended to me by a friend that works at PG&E.  Note: this was not a recommendation from PG&E, but they had good experiences with Rob.

He was one of 5 electricians I called: all recommended by friends.  Two never returned my calls, one was inadequate for the job, and the last one never completed my quote.  I was beginning to feel like I would have better luck finding a unicorn.  All of that said: I had a great experience with Rob.  

Rob came to my house and took down all of the details of the work I wanted done and made a suggestion: I have a plug-in hybrid car so he suggested adding a 220 outlet for a car charger.  

He got back to me with a quote within the week and it was 33% lower than my contractor.  I signed the contract and had to put the work on hold due to issues with the general contractor.  Once I was ready to begin the work Rob made himself available and did excellent work.  He took care of all of the permits and did the work he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it.

If you need any electrical work done I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.

You want an Electrician who knows what they are doing and somebody who is up front and honest with his pricing...then call LAM Electric.

We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!

My and his team are really nice and efficient. I really appreciate their quick response time and service. Since we've moved into our 1980s home, we've been working hard to bring it to the times with our SmartThings. When one of our smart switches wasn't working in the hallway, My came quickly and found the problem. We also hired him to install a NEMA outlet for us and he was able to give us a competitive rate for it as well. While he was here for the NEMA outlet, I asked him about my garbage disposal outlet in the kitchen, and he was able to find out what was wrong with it and fix it for me. Honestly, his team is great and I know he will be the only electrician we will be using for now on!

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Making an appointment was easy and Arkadiy arrived on time and worked two full days.  He is professional and courteous.  The work was performed on time and up to satisfaction.  His prices are competitive. He also provided good suggestions related to lighting and he was flexible with small changes to the work.
