We had an issue with our electric panel which caused half of our house electric to go out.  This happened in the evening and we called peralta electric to come out the next day, which was a weekend. They tried to troubleshoot with my husband over the phone.  When he figured out what might be the issue, he found the part and came out immediately and was such a lifesaver.  He came in and fixed the problem right away.  Very reasonable costs.  Thank you! Will think of you next time we need an electrician!

I highly recommend BAM for any EV wall charger install. The technician, Dan, came on time. He listened and accommodated to what and how I wanted from the install, and gave expert advise. We used Hancock and James last year to install recessed lighting in our living room. They did a decent job installing the lights at a fair price. We had a much bigger project this month to replace all our old light fixtures with recessed lights. Hancock confirmed on the phone that they would be using same recessed lights as used in the previous project, however, what they installed were cheap $4 recessed lights you can order from Alibaba.com! I have 3 kids under 5 so was distracted and didn't check on the quality of the lights installed. Plus i was jet lagged coming back from europe the night before, however, it was my fault for not checking the fixtures.
My wife upon returning back to home after the completion of the job noticed that the light quality and look was very different. I asked Hancock to fix the issue by replacing the lights with the ones we can provide and since i take responsibility i can provide the new lights at zero cost to him. But instead of accepting that he used cheap lights and would replace them, he first said that those older lights are no longer being sold!! That was a lie. As i found the same or similar ones at home depot, lowes and ace hardware stores or amazon. Second he asked $60 to replace each light!! That's in addition to the light i will buy and supply him.
Definitely not going to use these guys and will be filing a complaint with the state of california consumer bureau on ethics and the way the business was conducted.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Great service! If you are looking for electrician to install your Tesla Wall Connector here is your man Ja owner of Oak Electric. Jason on very short notice (2 days) squeezed our job in his busy schedule. He was very easy to reach, no needs for leaving message just immediate direct contact. He with his helper come today 1/7/20 at 7AM and within 1 1/2 hr installed Tesla Wall Connector. I was prepared for this installation thinking that this will be difficult job and getting nice clean and not intrusive installation. I sent him pictures with explanation via text messages what I would like to have done. I bought stud finder just in case and have other tools. He did not need all this stuff. He has everything in his van, all tools  and all parts. Jason with his helper knows exactly how this could be done. This required to run wire from an electrical box that was unfortunately installed not in proper place when we originally built the house. Jason easily find out how to run behind the wall wire from electrical box to the place where Tesla Wall Connector was eventually situated. No condescending talks like you often hear from so called experts with years of experience. He run the #6 wire behind the wall and also replaced 50 amps circuits breaker to 60 amps so we could charge our Tesla with 48 amps. He did very clean job and after 1 1/2 hr Tesla had a new feed. Jason is a great communicator, very easy to work with, very professional and doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

John was super nice and friendly to deal with. Explained and recommended the best way to get our job done (hot tub 220 electrical stuff for the garden) and with his co-worker Alex got everything done just great. Highly recommended!

I decided to try Five or Free for some electrical work I needed in my garage and also in our bedrooms.  I was adding several light fixtures and also adding an electrical outlet in the garage.  For the cost of the work performed, I felt they did an adequate job, but I was not impressed with their organization or follow up.

I had to correct an invoice as they did not remove an item that the on-site electrician stated was not needed.  If I hadn't caught that, I would have been over charged.  

I also had to follow up on the permitting process to make sure that this was all done according to code and filed with the city.  I feel like they should have been more proactive in making sure that this was communicated and scheduled accordingly.

Finally, there was a switch that was not installed correctly and had to be corrected by a follow up visit which took a couple of months after the initial work.

I don't mind paying a little more for high quality work and good communication, but I feel they fell a little short in both of these areas.

Brian just finished installing a NEMA 14-50 plug to charge my Tesla. He was super responsive since our first contact and gave me clear and objective feedback, and a very reasonably priced estimate. He showed up on time (early actually) and did an excellent job, explaining everything related to the service. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, and I would definitely hire him again and recommend his services. On top of everything, he is super nice!

I highly recommend Odom Electric. My husband and I embarked (foolishly) on a DIY remodel for our kitchen and living space. We needed extensive electrical work because, not only were we installing new light fixtures, we thought it would be fun to rearrange our kitchen appliances, move receptacles, move our dryer, add numerous receptacles and light switches, install a new electrical panel, install recessed lighting, put up security lights, and run electricity to our shed in the backyard.

Rob did not miss a beat--even when I told him we had no plans and then quickly drew an electrical work map on graph paper. He was flexible and super pleasant to work with. Months after his work was done, I ran into a little snag trying to wrap up our work, and he was back to my kitchen in record time.

Great electrician and very fast! Came relatively on time and brought own equipment. I had minor work done with my breaker box and he knew right away what the issue was. We will use Lam again for future electrical work!

We used them many months ago to replace all our smoke-alarms etc. My Ngo was on-time, thorough and did an outstanding job. Two thumbs up and five-stars! We know who we will call when if we ever have any electrical issues.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Arkadiy Svist is very friendly and helpful.  He moved a garage door opener and capped off a light switch for me in the garage.  The job was done quickly at a fair price.  I would definitely recommend him.
