Honest and reliable electricians. I had Fitch install multiple electrical outlets and lighting fixtures. Scheduling was a breeze and service was prompt and efficient.

I've used Mopia Electric on several occasions and have always been very pleased with his work.  He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and tries to save you money by doing only what is really necessary and safe.

Robert was great. He was quick, efficient and responsive to all my questions prior to the work. He came prepared and on time and was very respectful to our home (brought his own shoe covers and mask) His pricing was competitive/fair.

The work completed:
I needed to convert 3 outdated wall outlets to 3 prong GFCI outlets. He made great recommendations as to what my options were. Both the budget route and more expensive route. No matter the option, he was very knowledgeable and ensured the work he did was safe.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Robert / Electric Chen.

We had an issue with our electric panel which caused half of our house electric to go out.  This happened in the evening and we called peralta electric to come out the next day, which was a weekend. They tried to troubleshoot with my husband over the phone.  When he figured out what might be the issue, he found the part and came out immediately and was such a lifesaver.  He came in and fixed the problem right away.  Very reasonable costs.  Thank you! Will think of you next time we need an electrician!

Fantastic service!  We had a new Nest camera we needed setup and Dan came right over and did a great job on helping us choose the best approach to getting it all installed and working.   He is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely competent at what he does.  What a great find!  Well deserved 5-stars.    I would highly recommend Bay Area Maintenance.

Needed someone to come over to install a new charger for my Tesla and I'm very glad I went with Hancock! He was such a great guy to work with, we spoke over the phone and he was very straightforward and upfront about the price. He also gave me suggestions of how I could save money etc. Everything went great on the day of the project, quick and easy.
Definitely making him my electricity guy!

So a few months after I'd left the messages and wrote the 1-star review, Steve called me. He apologized and explained that he'd been dealing with some family issues. He had also let go one of the workers who had done my electrical. After making an appointment to come out the following week, I sent him my list of things that needed to be fixed, detailed in my original review.

As promised, Chris came out on Monday. He was on time--even early--friendly and courteous. Chris made some recommendations on how to fix some of the problems, did the work, and also saved the day with some quick thinking. He also changed out a motion detector switch to a regular one even though it was out of scope.

Steve himself came out and we smoothed things over. I was happy to have the work completed quickly and even talked to him about coming back to install a new light over my dining table.

Although I would have preferred the work had been done properly originally, Steve takes pride in his work and I know he felt bad that there had been issues.

I understand when family matters come up, and I told him as much. However, I do think he should have left an outgoing voice message explaining that he was taking time off and would not be returning calls for an extended amount of time.

I was actually about to hire another electrician to fix all the problems, so I would been pretty upset if I had done so only to have Steve contact me afterward.

My initial experience with Steve and John, who were recommended by my contractor, was good. However, I've now left two messages this year for Steve asking him to come back and fix small issues that came up within weeks of my moving back into my remodeled home: canned light went out, dimmer makes a buzzing noise, smoke alarm fell off my master bedroom ceiling. And the big one: fans in both baths come on when heat/air does and not necessarily when they should. I.e., when I'm showering and the bathroom steams up.

I'm sure all of these problems are easy to fix, so I'm frustrated that I've left two very polite messages (one on Steve's cell phone; one at the shop) and still haven't received a call back in over two weeks. I spent more than $10k with Southwest and thought Steve and John were very professional and helpful during the remodel. I think it's very unprofessional now for Steve to not follow up on these issues that I've documented through date-stamped photos.

I think it's interesting that the majority of these 5-star reviews for Southwest are from people who don't write many reviews. This can be a sign of business owners asking for favorable reviews in return for providing a discount. If you're researching electricians or any other businesses on Yelp, I recommend doing your homework. Just because the business has 5-star reviews does not mean they truly are a 5-star business.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

I got in touch with Allison just as our hot tub was being installed on deck on Thursday. Allison was a total rock star despite me catching her at a very busy time - she had us scheduled with Alfredo and Hector for later that day.

The guys showed up on time, did all the necessary things to make sure our hot tub was up and running and also did their best to make the hook up job as aesthetically pleasing as well as practical.

Truly an amazing team. Really grateful to you guys for everything!

We had an electrical problem so we reached out for service. Alex  with Five or Free Electrical came the next morning with an arrival window of 7-9 am. The response time was excellent, he was punctual, communication was excellent, and the service call was impeccable! Alex was polite, professional and very respectful of our property. He wore a mask, booties over his shoes when he came inside, and even wiped down the switch plate and door jambs where he worked. He inspected the main service panel, removed and reinstalled the breaker that was loose that caused arcing and photographed everything to provide his recommendation for repairs. I highly recommend this company. While other local electricians were three weeks out to even come look at our problem Five or Free was amazing! No charge for the service call/ estimate! Thank you!

We are getting ready to move and needed to replace plugs, switches, fixtures and have outdoor lighting issues resolved.  Looked on Yelp for good local electrician and saw the reviews for Brian at BMH Electric.  Emailed Brian with our list of needs, he responded quickly - came and took a look, and provided a fair quote.  We agreed and he and his team came in and did the work quickly, cleaned up, and were super friendly and professional.  The day they were working, PG&E turned the power off on the street.  They couldn't test all the work when they finished.  A couple of minor things didn't work, we emailed and he was back the next day to complete.  My wife (the real boss) and I were very pleased with Brian and BMH and highly recommend them.

Rob Odom is awesome!  We moved into a new home and the dryer plug was the wrong type, he asked me a few questions about the dryer plug and the breaker box and had me send him pictures of the wall plug, dryer plug and breaker.  The use of technology to help with the job assessment was great and when he got to the house the installation of the dryer plug went seemless.

In addition to the dryer plug I needed a few of my power oulets grounded.  Rob was willing to work within my budget to get these tasks done.  He performed the job right on the spot and left the house just as clean as it was prior to the work.  

Rob is courteous, enthusiastic about his work and knowledgeable in his field.  I would definitely call him back if I need any addtional electrical work done and would recommend him to my friends and family.

You want an Electrician who knows what they are doing and somebody who is up front and honest with his pricing...then call LAM Electric.

We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!

My Ngo did a great job installing a 220v charger for my electric car.  No only did he install the charger, he also installed a rack to hold the charger hose when it wasn't in use.

I had a problem at my house, three rooms upstairs are out of power. I got an electrician came over, he spent a couple hours and did not find out exactly where it disconnected. Then I got one of my friends referred Arkadiy to me. When he came over, I can feel he is sharp and systematic. It seems to be a hard problem to solve initially, but Arkadiy got it all figured out eventually. Very impressive. (The previous electrician told me he might have to open the wall to trace down the lines. Then it will become a big project.) I am so happy Arkadiy came and helped me.

The work is done professionally. The price is very reasonable. Now I know when I need any electrical work to be done, whom should I turn to.
