Highly efficient and skillful company . Randy set up 2 new panels for my residence and re wire some complicated setup. He arrived everyday on time and finished the job within budget. Highly recommended!! The only problem is he is very busy but he is the best if your schedule allows

We had an amazing experience with Robert Chen. He was referred to us by a friend this morning. We called him up in the morning. He was very responsive and was ready to come down the same day to give us a quote to install our Tesla wall charger. A lot of the other companies that we spoke to either quoted too high or they were going to send someone for an estimate. For the estimate, I had to fill out forms and send them pictures etc. so it was a complicated process. But Robert came to give us a quote the same day and he was very considerate of our house. Asked us the right questions of where do you want it installed and have us suggestions on how to save on material by installing it in a certain place. That way, it will not be expensive. He quoted reasonable amount and less than big companies. He finished his work and cleaned up after he was done too. Very neat end product as it can be seen in the picture. I highly recommend Robert for this and I am also planning to call him for any of our electrical needs at hour home in the future.

Antonio repaired my floors, installed a new window, repaired drywall, installed a new shower head, and fixed the sidewalk door.

Not only was he very patient, but he also provided good quality work. I highly recommend hiring Antonio as your handyman, he is the best handyman I have ever seen and hired!

Juan happened to be available on short notice (next day) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with one of our circuit breakers. Turns out it wasn't a major problem, and the other circuits were fine.

He made the adjustments, fixed it, replaced the faulty outlet that causes the problem, checked all the other outlets/switches, and tightened all the connections in our box before finishing up.

I also appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell me on new equipment and services that I didn't need or ask for. Sure it doesn't hurt to upgrade, but he knew that's not what I asked for or needed. He gave me some tips and let me know to call him for any future needs. Solid work all-around.

I called BAM to install my TV during a 90-minute time window I had between work meetings. Dan was on time, fast, effective, friendly (to my dog too), and did everything he could to ensure my customer satisfaction (including recommending my TV purchase, offering different mounts, cleaning up cords, and trying to help me save money).

I initially got a bid through Costco, and while it seemed in order, I wanted to investigate other options (I'm glad I did). I contacted Diamond Certified Got Watts for a second opinion, and right away it was apparent that the other guys had proposed a system that was nowhere near the requirements that we needed, and still would have left us with a significant power bill. Rick Perez produced a design that gave us a 100% offset and most importantly, is virtually invisible from the street (obviously that may not always be possible). Watching our meter run backward definitely makes me smile. Additionally he incorporated the very important (imo) battery back-up which ended up proving itself invaluable during the recent power outages. We had all the power we needed to run the essentials such as the built in refrigerator, lights, outlets and microwave. Remember, even with solar, if you don't have a battery back-up, you will have zero power during a blackout (it's a safety measure). Lindsay then stepped in to provide absolutely seamless financing, scheduling and follow-up care. Installation proved to be challenging because - and this is important - they didn't take short cuts. James (J2) and his team did a fantastic job of ensuring the house was properly and professionally prepared for panel install - 5 days worth of properly. This is where the difference in company pays off. If you want a system installed with minimal care and time, leaving conduit running all over your roof - hire a company that doesn't use professional electricians. You'll get what you pay for - I promise. James' 1 and 3 :) and Jeremy stepped in to ensure the battery and components were functioning properly (no easy task). Jeremiah (who is also a professional roofer) and his team installed the panels and even went above and beyond by replacing a few broken tiles that we had. When it was all said and done, it turned out there was a small glitch with one of the two inverters (through no fault of Got Watts) and Lindsay immediately had a replacement ordered and had it installed before I knew it. Again, if you don't care about service after the sale, there are plenty of other options. Let me be clear, this was a BIG JOB with many hurdles. Anyone who has ever done any major home improvement can attest to the fact that there are always surprises. Hire a company that can navigate and manage those unexpected surprises and get you a superior finished product - hire Got Watts Electric and Solar.

Requested a quote to look at my bedroom light switch that smell burnt. Not even 10min,I got response back and gave me quote right away and they're be able to come by the house within 15min. Hancock looked at the burned light switch and fix the problem in a timely manner. He was informative and explained what caused the problem.

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

We needed to get the electrical set up for our new hot tub in the backyard.  We had talked to a few potential companies, but when I friend shared JMC's info, and they came out, I was so impressed.

Jon showed up promptly, keeping me up to date on his timing, and knew exactly the best way to handle our situation.  His bid was very detailed, in terms of time and equipment and was not the lowest, nor the highest but I knew immediately it was the right one.

He has been doing this for decades, and has trained his associate Jose very well.  Jose did the work in the time allocated (in fact, even did it a day early to beat the rain coming on the originally scheduled day) and was so helpful in terms of helping me understand how to operate and care for our new family meeting spot!

Great customer service! Great communication- emails and text messages to let me know what job will be done and when a tech will be arriving. Also the company provides background info on the tech so you know a bit about who's coming into your home. Tim came to do a free assessment and consultation. He was polite and friendly and gave me all the info I needed. Quickly was able to set up an appointment to get the job done a few days later. Christian was amazing! Even found a way to get the job done more efficiently than anticipated so I ended up saving a couple hundred dollars! They are not only friendly and good at their job, but were very safe when entering my home (shoe coverings, face mask and gloves). Highly recommend these guys! Top notch service!

Brian has come out to do a couple of electrical-related upgrades for us at our home in Redwood Shores. First job was to do remove some old track lighting and replace with several sets of canned lighting in the living room, sitting room, and master bedroom. We also upgraded some light switches and installed an extra outlet in the bathroom. Everything was completed on time and looks great. Brian also came out again to help us troubleshoot one of the smarthome switches we had installed. Another job had him installing an extra GFCI outlet in the garage for a elliptical. He managed to find a simpler and cheaper way to install install it, without running a surface conduit, for a much cleaner look.

We'd definitely recommend him for any electrical work you might have. He does tend to get busy so def plan ahead if you need him to come out. And def echo other comments saying that he was pleasant, professional, and affordable.

Odom Electric EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

My wife and I own a townhouse that was built in the 70's and was in need of some SERIOUS updating. Because of the poor lighting and outdated electrical box we decided the first thing we needed to update was the electrical.

When I contacted Rob he was quick to reply and we set up an appointment for him to come out and check out our place. He listened to everything we wanted and gave us his expert advise. He was prompt to send our estimate and we were eager to get the work started. Rob was great with answering all my questions and safety concerns. We were even able to make a few last minute adjustments based off our budget.

Here are some things that stand out about the team at Odom Electric:

- Their team is super friendly and professional. The treated my house with respect and did a SUPER job cleaning before they left for the day. They were great with dealing my unsocialized loud dogs as well.

- We had recessed lighting installed in addition to a few other upgrades. The damage to my drywall (very little) was not what I expected. There are just a few areas I need to patch up and Rob and his team did whatever they could to not create any extra damage. They did a great job securing the areas they did have to open up and there were no safety concerns for my young toddler.

- The work is amazing! My 70's townhouse now looks modern just because of the lighting.

- They were finished quicker than the time quoted.

There are some additional projects that we might do down the road. It's great to know that we can depend on Odom Electric!
