My home was built in 1932 and I was required to remove the old knob and tube wiring to add insulation. I reached out to several companies in the area but the expertise and quality of service of Juan and his team was solid. Here is why:

PRECISION. Other contractors came to my home and gave me unreasonable quotes just based on a rough count of switches and outlets. On the other hand, Juan immediately opened the breaker box, identified how many circuits were using the old system -- and by turning them off -- he was able to quickly identify the exact number of outlets and switches needed to be replaced.

COMMUNICATION. From the beginning, Juan was very responsive as we scheduled the project. At all points in time he answered all my technical -- and project related questions -- in a friendly an professional way. Before the project started he let me know of all the potential risks ahead of time, to avoid surprises. During the project he kept me in the loop as the work progressed.

PROFESSIONALISM. Juan and his team were on time for every appointment. During the project, after completing a section of it, they made sure to clean the entire work area. What really impressed me was Juan's ability to trouble shoot. There were a couple of situations where he could have taken a shortcut to just get the job done. Instead he took the time to root cause the problem and come up with very elegant solutions.

In conclusion, working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to his great work I was able to put insulation in my house before the summer started. I will definitely contact, and recommend, Juan's company in the future.

Daniel did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using him for Tesla charger installations (and any other electrical work). He showed up for a site survey the same day, walked me through a range of options, and set the appointment to knock out the project. All in 15 minutes! 3 days later the work was done on time and $50 under budget. What more could I ask for?

Jeremy promptly returned my call and came out to our home the same day to provide me with estimates. We upgraded our electrical sub panel (which was a fire hazard), installed LED lighting, rewired a couple switches, and installed a whole house fan. The fans that Jeremy uses are quality made, super quiet and very efficient. Our house feels significantly cooler when we use it. We were considering an a/c unit but I'm not sure we need one anymore. Troy and his crew arrived promptly the day of and took care to cover and move the furniture. They worked efficiently and cleaned as each job was finished. Any concern I had was immediately addressed. Jeremy followed up when the job was done and immediately sent someone over the following day to take care of some finishing work. The guys at Den Electric were superb. They answered my initial questions promptly and patiently, taking the time to talk about hardware, best practices and giving me options to purchase our own lights if we wanted. They even pointed out a missed outlet that would have not been up to code. Hancock and crew were finished the job faster than they estimated and the final walkthrough was thorough and informative. They'll be coming back to do our kitchen once we start reno's and cant wait to have them back! I absolutely recommend these guys.

We recently had a bunch of odd jobs that we needed done including installing a ceiling fan, replacing a bathroom  fan and lighting fixture, and installing some external  outlets. Steve provided an estimate and his 2 guys arrived promptly ready to work- they were here for about 1/2 a day and got everything done as promised,  We will use these guys again for more jobs bc they were very professional, clean, and yoy could tell they knew what they were doing. Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I trusted Brian Hanson of BMH electric because he is clearly a reliable, organized, communicative person.  He kept his scheduled appointment and called ahead when he realized he would be stuck in traffic.  He took the time to explain what was needed for my service upgrade and gave an extremely reasonable quote.  Although I did not end up hiring him for my major service upgrade, I would definitely call him for future jobs based upon his honesty and reliability in my interaction with him.

We needed AC power receptacles installed in our building, and the electricians that our landlords having been using for years were closing shop, which we weren't aware of until a few days before our deadline.  I found Odom on Yelp with a whole lot of great reviews, and I explained our scenario to Rob.  He arranged a site visit and got his proof of insurance and all the necessary paperwork to our building management, along with a quote, within a couple of days.  His guys showed up right on time, explained their plan of what and how they were going to proceed, finished within a couple hours, called me to demonstrate that everything worked as it should, and it all looked tidy and well-done.  Their prices were reasonable, they did a top-notch job, and I think just as important - every employee I dealt with presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional.  Thanks to Odom we were able to keep our project on-track.  I've recommended them to our building management so hopefully they'll get more work from them, and we would surely call on them again.

Great electrician and very fast! Came relatively on time and brought own equipment. I had minor work done with my breaker box and he knew right away what the issue was. We will use Lam again for future electrical work!

I cannot say enough good things about Clever Electric. The team recently did electrical work at my house and I was impressed with the fact that they always arrived on time, cleaned up after the work area before leaving. Also the owner My was very helpful in accommodating my tight schedule. I'd use Clever Electric again without a hesitation.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

We used Arkadiy several times. He is very reliable, provides clear estimates, does very good job and is very thorough. The best part is that he always has great suggestions, most of which saved us some money and resulted in major improvements.
