We had the pleasure of working with Fitch Electric today.  2 other electricians did not call us back and the 3rd backed out of an appointment at the last minute.  Well, I'm glad it did not work out with the other companies because Fitch did a great job all around.  From talking with Lucas who actually picked up the phone and Scott who initiated the appointment setting, we were off and running.  They were a pleasure to speak with and it is easy to see they want the customer to have a great experience using their services.  Martin and Santiago came to the house today and did a great job hanging a chandelier in the dining room and taking down another light fixture we no longer needed in the living room.  They gave us advice on some outlet issues we were having as well and how to solve them.  They were fast, friendly and did a great job.  I will be having them back for future projects soon.  I already have started the list.  This experience is exactly what I was looking for in an electric company!

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Had recessed lighting and electric a couple quad electrical outlets done. I love the job, so clean and professional. My living room doesn't get much natural light and now it looks great. Also now I am able to hide all the cables behind my TV, makes it look so clean. Juan the owner and his worker Shawn showed up on time, got the job done fast but most important a quality job, at a very decent price. The only problem now, for me, is I keep thinking of how many more jobs I can have them do. Highly recommended

Dan is reliable, courteous & professional. He very quickly installed the 3rd gen tesla wall charger for us & installed our google nest doorbell in the same visit. We will reach out again for any future projects and will highly recommend to anyone that'll listen.

Jeremy wrote me a quote for recessed lights, and found an option to save me hundreds of dollars. When he and Abe came on the scheduled day to do the work, they were prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgable. Both Jeremy and Abe went out of their way to help with information and courtesy; they wore bootees into the house, and even whispered when my child was napping.

It is clear that they have a strong work ethic and want to do the job right (and safely) and never take advantage of the customer.  I will definitely be using them again, thanks!

Great service. Came out to install circuit breaker at very late at night. Finally we had AC and everything worked out very well. Very responsive.

I was looking to get a 240V line put in my garage from my EV Charger.. Steve came out and gave me an estimate without any BS like many of the other contractors. His priciig was the lowest from anyone else and he was able to fit in the install within a few days whereas others were making me wait for over a month.

On the day of the job, Steve showed up early with his crew and were done within a couple of hours.. Work was done excellent with no mess left for me to clean.. I was very impressed.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

Great service! If you are looking for electrician to install your Tesla Wall Connector here is your man Ja owner of Oak Electric. Jason on very short notice (2 days) squeezed our job in his busy schedule. He was very easy to reach, no needs for leaving message just immediate direct contact. He with his helper come today 1/7/20 at 7AM and within 1 1/2 hr installed Tesla Wall Connector. I was prepared for this installation thinking that this will be difficult job and getting nice clean and not intrusive installation. I sent him pictures with explanation via text messages what I would like to have done. I bought stud finder just in case and have other tools. He did not need all this stuff. He has everything in his van, all tools  and all parts. Jason with his helper knows exactly how this could be done. This required to run wire from an electrical box that was unfortunately installed not in proper place when we originally built the house. Jason easily find out how to run behind the wall wire from electrical box to the place where Tesla Wall Connector was eventually situated. No condescending talks like you often hear from so called experts with years of experience. He run the #6 wire behind the wall and also replaced 50 amps circuits breaker to 60 amps so we could charge our Tesla with 48 amps. He did very clean job and after 1 1/2 hr Tesla had a new feed. Jason is a great communicator, very easy to work with, very professional and doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

JMC is an excellent company with great owners and experienced employees.  I needed electrical installed for a hot tub and they were recommended.  Jon came out the next day and did a very good job explaining the process and the duration.  I explained the hot tub was a surprise for my wife and he ensured it would be done the same day and he would stay to make sure it was up and running by the end of the day before she got home. After I received their detailed quote sent a few hours later, I went with them.

The day came for the hot tub install and the hot tub company was short workers, so Jon and two of his employees helped unload it and get it to it's desired location.  Just so happens I misjudged the level of the foundation for it per the hot tub company rep, and it was recommended I get it fixed before filling it.  Jon called a contractor who gave me a quote, but in the meantime his crew knocked out the electrical install within a few hours.  The contractor was available that day and came out a few hours later.  They fixed the problem in a couple hours, but by that time it was already 5 PM.  Jon personally came back to the house to complete the rest of the install and get the tub up and running before my wife came home, so the surprise wouldn't be ruined.  I let him know he could leave, but he was intent in getting it filled up, primed and running, which he did.  He was finally able to get away around 6 PM.

Jon and his team went above and beyond when they could've walked away and finished another day being it was my mistake.  Thank you JMC and crew for your dedication and professionalism, it meant a lot to my wife and I, she loves it!

We had Five or Free Electrical Solutions from Livermore put in recessed lighting in our kitchen and dining area. They removed the outdated florescent lights, hanging light and ceiling panel.  Therefore, the ceiling had to be patched up with new wallboard and plaster.  They don't paint, but we knew that from the initial quote.  We knew exactly what we were getting from Eric, who gave us the quote.  

Gerry and Chris were very knowledgeable about their trade and quite efficient.  They answered all questions asked.  They were good natured and warm and friendly with us as well as with each other.  They worked very well as a team.  

We highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

Brian was affordable, on time, did great work and was very open and honest to deal with throughout. When I found a small issue with the work that was not Brian's fault (I had him put a light fixture in a place where the door blocked it), he came back out soon after and was able to quickly and easily fix it.

We're new home owners so we very much appreciate having an electrician we can trust and will be using him for future jobs.

Rob helped us with a wonky light fixture and plug.  He was friendly, helpful, thorough- made sure to explain the why and how. Helped me figure out if we should replace an exhaust fan, what it would take to install a new one, and talking me out of a higher-priced option. Highly recommend him!

Great electrician and very fast! Came relatively on time and brought own equipment. I had minor work done with my breaker box and he knew right away what the issue was. We will use Lam again for future electrical work!

My Ngo did a great job installing a 220v charger for my electric car.  No only did he install the charger, he also installed a rack to hold the charger hose when it wasn't in use.

Great to work with.  He returned calls, was on time, cleaned up after himself and charged what he estimated.  Also, he offered up some services that I was wanting to look into.  A very perceptive and consciencous worker.  Will definitely use his services again, more than likely to install can lights like he suggested.  BTW, he was more than happy to help mark my circuit box as we worked through to find the breaker for the area he was working in.  Very nice to find someone that is so honest and dependable.
