I wanted to replace the ceiling lights in two bathrooms and have ceiling fans installed in two bedrooms.  The project manager, Martin, arrived when he said he would, discussed options with me, worked out a plan, and completed the plan within the time frame.  In addition, Martin and his crew were a pleasure to work with and remarkably tidy (for men).

I messaged Mopia about a partial outage at my house and he called me back promptly to say that he had an emergency that he was on already. He further recommended that from what I described, I should call PG&E first before spending money on an electrician. He was correct and one of my feeds from PG&E went down. His promptness and honesty has gained a customer in me!

We just got an EV, and did not have a level 2 charging point at home. Robert responded to our request, and was very prompt to come and take a look at what we had going at our home. Electric Chen was very knowledgeable, explained all the options, and made recommendations along with pros and cons of all options. Made it very transparent and easy for us to make a decision. Once we made the decision, he even offered to come in the very next day, even though it was a Sunday, to complete the job.

I contracted Peralta Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 100 Amps to 200 Amps, to run power to a workshop that I'm building in the backyard, and install a generator hook-up and sub-panel by the main electrical panel.  He got all of that accomplished on time and on budget.  He also took care of all the permit work and the PG&E scheduling.  When I asked him to do a few other small tasks, like installing a ground rod and an additional outdoor outlet, he said, No problem!  If I have any other electrical work that needs to be done in the future, he will be my first call.

Needed to replace the stationary wall mount for my large screen TV with an articulating mount. The folks who originally installed the stationary mount were referred as excellent and somewhat high end. They were fine but expensive, not particularly great, and left in a rush with some details still not resolved.  Based on good reviews, I called Dan for this swap-out. He did an excellent job; took his time and made adjustments that we requested; cleaned up completely; and was super polite throughout. And he cost less than the other guys. Would definitely use him for other projects that come up.

I interviewed 3 electricians to hook up our spa. John took the time to look at our house and layout to come up with the most reasonable way to get power out to the spa. He explained the process and his recommendation. He was always responsive when I reached out.

I cannot recommend BMH Electric and Brian enough: If you need any electrical work done in the San Carlos area, call Brian!!!  We had a difficult electric project, which included adding outlets to our ceiling (for wireless speakers), adding an outlet to a cement brick wall, and installing several ceiling lights/fans, all through a very narrow attic -- after other electricians had told us that the project wasn't possible, Brian came out and understood exactly what we wanted to achieve.  He gave us great advice and had creative suggestions for the results we wanted.  Brian and his team did a great job completing our project -- we are so happy and will be using Brian for all future electric projects.

If you have a quick project start by calling Arkadiy. He was great. None of the other three (5 star) electricians I called even bothered to return my call. Arkadiy set and kept his appointment time well. He listened well to the description of the problem. Then found and fixed the wiring issue. He's knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
