We had a great experience with Fitch Electric.  I was looking for electrical support after our recent outages with the atmospheric rains.  We had several outlets and appliances blow out with recent outages.  I called several paces and got an immediate response from Josh.  Luis was dispatched as our electrician after a couple of days and was able to diagnose and fix our problems.  Luis recommended a surge protector for our entire house.   We agreed to his recommendation and he was in and out within an hour.  Luis was very professional and made sure he accommodated my work from home requirements and kept power while he was making repairs.  Highly recommend Fitch and Luis as the electrician.

I've had a somewhat major electrical upgrade on my list of to-dos for quite some time, and connected with a number of different contractors through Yelp before selecting Mopia. Randy came for an initial review and pointed out some things, and then offered his team to come out for a deep exploratory review for an hour to give me a more detailed estimate, the cost of which would then apply to any work they did for me in the future. Since I wasn't entirely sure what needed to be done, I hired him for the hour.

In that hour, I knew that I should go with him - his team was thorough, documented everything, and Randy explained what was to code and what wasn't, and why. This information armed me when I was evaluating the other estimates as well. I found his pricing more than fair for the amount of work that was involved.

Randy and his team were on time, thorough, careful, friendly, clean, and blasted through my large project in two days. At any point where there was a decision, I was brought out to look at the issue, align on a solution, and approve any deviation from the original estimate. He sent me text message reminders that his team was coming.

We recently had a bunch of odd jobs that we needed done including installing a ceiling fan, replacing a bathroom  fan and lighting fixture, and installing some external  outlets. Steve provided an estimate and his 2 guys arrived promptly ready to work- they were here for about 1/2 a day and got everything done as promised,  We will use these guys again for more jobs bc they were very professional, clean, and yoy could tell they knew what they were doing. Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

Jason came by and helped us out in a pinch, by bribing our main panel up to code so we could reconnect power.  super honest and professional.  Gave a fair estimate.

Called them up recently with an emergency situation and they were able to address the problem right away.

The estimate process was easy and the job was scheduled to be completed within a few days.  The guys came reviewed the work with me, double checked at a couple of stages and explained what they were doing.  They completed the project about 1/2 through the day.  They cleaned up prior to leaving taking all of the parts I requested.  Completion of the project to payment was smooth.

16 recessed lights throughout the house.  All that's left to do is painting.

This is a long delayed review.  Yet better late than never.  Brian and his team did an excellent job installing lighting in my entire house.  I cannot be happier.  Everything is done beautifully.  
Brian offered good suggestions and did not suggest whatever not necessary.  They are on time, came as scheduled and finished all work on time.  The team is very polite, quiet while working, and cleaned up afterwards.  Plus Brian is very amicable to changes even after job had started.  After 9 months, everything is working well.

Rob Odom was recommended to me by 2 friends. He and his crew were great. We had to rewire the whole house which was a huge job and they had to work in tight crawl spaces and very hot attic. Our schedule was very tight but Rob came thru for us. They did a tremendous job. We're very pleased with the quality of their work and the price. Top notch service. Highly recommended.

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
Lam approaches all tasks enthusiastically and confidentially. His work is meticulous, focused and efficient. If you find yourself in a jam with either electrical or gas related problems, don't hesitate to call Binh. We did, and we do not regret it. You won't either.

What I needed done: My son's room has a stupid fluorescent lighting ballast hanging on the ceiling for lighting and I hate it. The cord runs down the wall and INTO the socket where I can't get to it (as it's electrical and will kill me). I also need that outlet to be always on instead of switched and the lighting to run directly from the switch.

Called Clever Electric last Thursday. We set up a date for Tuesday. He arrived at around 8:10 a.m., looked at the room and went to work. He and another electrician had the job done in LESS THAN AN HOUR. The good news? They didn't even have to turn off the electricity in the house to do it!

Good work. Great price. They put plastic sheets down over all of my son's stuff before working, cleaned up after themselves and generally left the house nicer than it had been before they got there.

I am hiring them back to do all of the other rooms in my house. I highly, highly recommend them!

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

I called Arkady in an emergency - the timer my water heater was connected to, gave up on me. He showed up in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, gave me few options and fixed it.

Arkady seem to be very honest and reliable. Would definitely use him again.
