Wow Robert was fast, honest, knowledgeable, and competitive price! He was fast and prepared. I hate it when installers don't have what they need and have to run to stores for supplies. He had everything in his van and was a professional. He installed my EV charger after I got a quote saying I needed to replace my entire electrical panel. Robert explained to me what my options were if I didn't have thousands of dollars to spend. Definitely recommend and would use him again.

Every single step of the way, they are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and respectful.  We recently had all of our electrical upgraded which took about 5 days.  Every day the electricians arrived on time, would go over their job scope for the day, while recapping the prior day and always cleaned up after themselves when they left. We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

I bought a new washer. After used it for only a few days, I cannot turn it on. My husband checked breaker panel and turn it on and off couple of times but the outlet still does not have electric. I think it is beyond our safety zone to fix it by ourselves, so I searched my nextdoor and found couple of recommendations for Jason. I am so glad we called him. He found the neutral line for washer outlet was lose, seems previous electrician did not tight it up and it can be pull off at the site. That neutral line has burned and it could cause fire if not been fixed! Jason told me that normally he will do diagnostic before he drove to client home to save their money if it may just need to reset breaker panel. I will definitely call him again if I need an  electrician.

I interviewed 3 electricians to hook up our spa. John took the time to look at our house and layout to come up with the most reasonable way to get power out to the spa. He explained the process and his recommendation. He was always responsive when I reached out.

Alfredo came out to do the work. He arrived early, was careful when in our house, and answered all questions I had. He stayed late to make sure the spa was hooked up and running.  There was one small item he promised to come and take care of the next day. He came as planned and we are all set.

Yelp previously removed my review because I posted the same on two of their locations so I'll fix that. I'll include my initial review below with this update. In addition to my review below the quote they gave me for my work was $6,500 ~ and I ended up getting work done for $1,730 receiving two other quotes for $2,030 and $3,000. They are more than twice the price for lackluster customer service. And no I didn't change the scope of work to what I was quoted.

Original review; I've decided to turn my detached garage into a home gym and needed some help with electrical work so I called Five or Free Electrical to schedule an appointment for them to look at the scope of my work. Scheduling was easy and professional and a few days later they're at my house to look at my job. Gilbert arrived early and I was ready for him to review. We have no insulation or drywall up so everything is open and ready, a seemingly easy job. He verified some power lines running out and took some pictures to create a quote. I paid the $50 deposit which can be applied to the job if done. Gilbert mentioned he'd probably have it to me by next day. I told him I wasn't in a rush and that would be fine. 2 days later I called requesting an update. I received a call the day after my message saying the project would come to my email within the next day. Well Friday came and went, the weekend too. So yet again I call, a full week after having the first visit, and the representative promised that Gilbert would be notified and that I'll have it by end of day. The scope of work may be too easy or small and not worth their time. My emails correct on file - they sent me all the links to review them on all their linked 3rd party reviewers the day after my visit. No quote, no call, no updates. An absolute waste of time to even consider using this company if you value your time. This poor execution on how they treat their customers may reflect in the actual work they perform. Why do I, a customer, have to try and chase YOU down for work?

Brian did a fantastic job.  I had him install ethernet cables in my home.  My situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly helpful in advising me ahead of time.  He took the time to explain things to me ahead of time both over email and then in person when he came to my house so I could figure out exactly what I wanted done.  He showed up right on time and both he and his assistant were very friendly and respectful and followed all COVID safety protocols.  Most importantly the job was done perfectly.  He also left my home completely clean.  And he finished his work on budget and ahead of schedule.  I even learned a lot from him and he very kindly stayed later to answer some of my other questions about installing a home stereo system.  There is no question, I will absolutely be calling Brian again for any more electrical work I have in the future!

Odom Electric is the electrician my company uses for its rental units. Odom Electric repaired all the electrical wiring in one unit and replaced the garage lights in another.

Mr. Odom is very knowledgeable, affordable and friendly.

I would strongly recommend his services to anybody who needs electric work done or handyman type work as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Clever Electric!  My responded to my inquiry in a very timely manner and came out two days later to assess the project.  The quote was very fair and the work was completed the following week.  Very impressed with the customer service, level of efficiency and quality of work!

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Quick response, fixed everything quickly with no hassle. Gave good advice for possible future upgrades.
