Haven't written a review for a while, but had a great experience!  Was able to get a quick appointment thanks to Lucas and Josh coordinating the project.  The person that came and installed a Tesla Charger, installed a ceiling fan, fixed a wiring issue we had for our patio lights, and fixed a gfci outlet issue we had was Junior!  He was very professional and chill, and was great to work with.  Also got a followup call with John who answered my question about the amperage of the breaker being installed.  

All in all a great experience, and I look forward to giving them a call for when I have more electrical work I need done!

Needed a good home electrician quickly for emergency troubleshooting and repair.  Called Mopia Electric and talked to Randy(owner).  He took the time to ask many questions about the problem that I was having with my lights and sockets.  Gave me some great tips on how to solve the problem.  We called him out to do the work for us and he came by within an hour.  He sure knew his stuff.  Troubleshot the problem immediately and fixed the problem within the hour.  Now everything works perfectly again.  I'm really glad I called Mopia and will call again for some electric upgrades in the future.

Rober came on the same day we had our electric work need. He was very polite, humble and courteous. He quickly fixed what we couldn't fix ourselves. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend Electric Chen for electric projects.

Antonio repaired my floors, installed a new window, repaired drywall, installed a new shower head, and fixed the sidewalk door.

I had a great experience with Bay Area Maintenance. I had Dan over to help me hook up my thermostat when I was having AC issues. Dan was able to re-wire and install my thermostat correctly as well as diagnose that my compressor wasn't working properly and that I needed to have HVAC professionals come repair it. Dan seemed very honest and was genuinely reluctant to take my money when my AC still wasn't working even though it wasn't his fault. I cannot recommend him enough.

Jeremy is a consummate professional at his job.  I had him out to look at some electrical wiring issues in my home, and to discuss other potential money saving upgrades.  Once I booked the appointment, I received a calendar invite, and the front office called the day before to confirm.  Jeremy got down to business, had me walk around my home with him, explained all his recommended fixes/upgrades, showed me a rough estimate and then later sent me a detailed, itemized proposal with several options. I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done.  He was very flexible.  I met with two other electricians and they were much less detailed and much more pushy/salesy.  I am very happy with this company and their work/service.

I had several electrical jobs and issues for Den electric to fix. Two bedrooms of can lighting, a ceiling fan, replace a non-working light with a can light over the laundry area, HDMI port and some outdoor lighting. They took care of all of these jobs in a single day. Super professional and friendly guys. I highly recommend them for any electrical need you have.

We recently had Southwest make extensive upgrades to our new home, including a 200 amp upgrade to our panel. They showed up on time, offered excellent observations/insights/ideas (also bringing up things that I'm really glad they pointed out, without being pushy at all), and were meticulous about their work. Steve, Mike and John are a company of three (I think), so you always know who you're dealing with, and they could not be nicer or more professional. I have complete peace of mind in the high quality of the work, and also the knowledge that if I ever did have a problem I could call and it would be taken care of promptly.

If you want responsiveness, reliability, excellent work, reasonable prices and really nice guys you'll enjoy having in your home, Southwest Electric is as good as it gets.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Amazing service! Originally hired Oak Electric to sort out the power situation at our warehouse to handle a second 40 foot refrigerated shipping container. The prep work was done a few days prior to the container's arrival before Oak returned the day of delivery to power the reefer unit up. After seeing how they handled the power situation at the warehouse, we then hired them to help power up a commercial grade sauna unit at our house. The Oak Electric team was awesome to work with. Easy to schedule with. Great at communicating throughout the entire process. Very professional. High quality work. I definitely recommend Oak Electric and will be sure to hire them again for any future electrician needs.

Excellent service, I didn't expect such good service.  Alfredo is the guy you want, he'll take care of it and the service will be great.

Timely (early!), professional, and took the time to get the job done right.  Explained each step of the process in a clear and concise fashion, and left the job site as clean as when they arrived.  Will definitely use these folks again.  Kudos to Gilbert, Kevin, and Alex - nice work gents.

My wife contacted BMH for the below services:
1)  Install a camera door bell
2)  Relocate an existing flood light to a new location
3)  Install wall sconces outside the garage door

The install went okay, but the job took longer and substantially more money than we thought it would be prior to scheduling the appointment.  Unlike what other reviewers wrote, I cannot say the workmanship was excellent.  The caulking was poor (and no effort was made to improve it), and there was no cleanup of the sheetrock dust left behind.  The worst thing was BMH left a live flood light box open, and told me that because his time is up for the day, he could onlyduct tape a foil over the outlet box.

Odom Electric EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

My wife and I own a townhouse that was built in the 70's and was in need of some SERIOUS updating. Because of the poor lighting and outdated electrical box we decided the first thing we needed to update was the electrical.

When I contacted Rob he was quick to reply and we set up an appointment for him to come out and check out our place. He listened to everything we wanted and gave us his expert advise. He was prompt to send our estimate and we were eager to get the work started. Rob was great with answering all my questions and safety concerns. We were even able to make a few last minute adjustments based off our budget.

Here are some things that stand out about the team at Odom Electric:

- Their team is super friendly and professional. The treated my house with respect and did a SUPER job cleaning before they left for the day. They were great with dealing my unsocialized loud dogs as well.

- We had recessed lighting installed in addition to a few other upgrades. The damage to my drywall (very little) was not what I expected. There are just a few areas I need to patch up and Rob and his team did whatever they could to not create any extra damage. They did a great job securing the areas they did have to open up and there were no safety concerns for my young toddler.

- The work is amazing! My 70's townhouse now looks modern just because of the lighting.

- They were finished quicker than the time quoted.

There are some additional projects that we might do down the road. It's great to know that we can depend on Odom Electric!

You want an Electrician who knows what they are doing and somebody who is up front and honest with his pricing...then call LAM Electric.

We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!

I had an old light switch in the kitchen that never was replaced.  It was the original one. It finally needed replacing after 30 years.

The owner of Clever Electric came and he worked on it quickly.  He finished replacing the light switch under 15 minutes.  He was pretty skilled in his craft.  I will use him again when I have a need to fix/replace other electrical outlets and switches.

They installed our system 3 years ago and have kept in touch by monitoring our system to make sure everything is working properly.  I've referred him to friends and they are all very happy with their systems. I'm glad I called / Yelped around until I found Arkadiy.  All I needed was a 240v outlet put into my garage about 1ft from my switch/breaker box.  Most electrical shops in the South Bay were charging $500 for this work - once they found out that I was doing this to install an EV charger, they felt compelled to gouge me on price.

Arkadiy did the work quickly and in a high quality fashion - all for a very fair price.  I would definitely use him again for my home electrical needs.
