I am so impressed and happy with the service I just received from Lucas and Fitch electric. I was in a huge bind and Lucas was able to come out same day, and replace our breaker in less than 30 minutes. Randy and team just upgraded the panel to our home we recently purchased.  Mopia Electric handled all of the permitting and communications with the inspector and PG&E; we did not have to lift a finger.  They also recently re-wired our home-office which was needed.
This is hands-down THE only company that will be doing all other electrical work in our home.

I contacted Robert for installing Recessed lighting throughout our home, and had a very smooth experience working with him. He scheduled a time slot to visit our home and provided a free quote, which is much more reasonable than the other quotes I have received from other electricians. He was punctual and very quick to respond. He answered all my phone calls even during weekends and late evenings. Installing recessed lighting was very tricky in our home with very small attic space. But, Robert never complained about it, and finished the job, installing 20 lights in a single day, without opening up any interior dry walls. I highly recommend Robert for his efficiency and straight forwardness and is very easy to work with.

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

Juan was professional, thorough and beyond reasonable in terms of rates. He's my electrician going forward! Can't recommend him enough.

Daniel is great. It was really easy to book an appointment via Yelp, especially since he was prompt with his responses. He was quick with the work and we were so impressed that we lined up a few small projects around the house to get his help with. So important to have a trustworthy electrician, just a yelp message away :)

It's super hard to find someone who can trusted, especially for a woman who don't know anything about house, construction, electric....  Our house lights always not stable, which bugs me for a long time already.  It feels like living in a haunted house or something.  One day when I went out with my girlfriends, I mentioned my issue.  One of my friend told me about this company.  She said that they helped her to set up the lights in their garage n did a great job.  I called Hancock, the owner next day.  She was totally right.  He's so nice.  He scheduled me right away.  Arrived on time.  It didn't take him too long to find the problem.  I was really impressed.  I would totally recommend this company.

So a few months after I'd left the messages and wrote the 1-star review, Steve called me. He apologized and explained that he'd been dealing with some family issues. He had also let go one of the workers who had done my electrical. After making an appointment to come out the following week, I sent him my list of things that needed to be fixed, detailed in my original review.

As promised, Chris came out on Monday. He was on time--even early--friendly and courteous. Chris made some recommendations on how to fix some of the problems, did the work, and also saved the day with some quick thinking. He also changed out a motion detector switch to a regular one even though it was out of scope.

Steve himself came out and we smoothed things over. I was happy to have the work completed quickly and even talked to him about coming back to install a new light over my dining table.

Although I would have preferred the work had been done properly originally, Steve takes pride in his work and I know he felt bad that there had been issues.

I understand when family matters come up, and I told him as much. However, I do think he should have left an outgoing voice message explaining that he was taking time off and would not be returning calls for an extended amount of time.

I was actually about to hire another electrician to fix all the problems, so I would been pretty upset if I had done so only to have Steve contact me afterward.

My initial experience with Steve and John, who were recommended by my contractor, was good. However, I've now left two messages this year for Steve asking him to come back and fix small issues that came up within weeks of my moving back into my remodeled home: canned light went out, dimmer makes a buzzing noise, smoke alarm fell off my master bedroom ceiling. And the big one: fans in both baths come on when heat/air does and not necessarily when they should. I.e., when I'm showering and the bathroom steams up.

I'm sure all of these problems are easy to fix, so I'm frustrated that I've left two very polite messages (one on Steve's cell phone; one at the shop) and still haven't received a call back in over two weeks. I spent more than $10k with Southwest and thought Steve and John were very professional and helpful during the remodel. I think it's very unprofessional now for Steve to not follow up on these issues that I've documented through date-stamped photos.

I think it's interesting that the majority of these 5-star reviews for Southwest are from people who don't write many reviews. This can be a sign of business owners asking for favorable reviews in return for providing a discount. If you're researching electricians or any other businesses on Yelp, I recommend doing your homework. Just because the business has 5-star reviews does not mean they truly are a 5-star business.

I ordered 3 mini splits for our home and were suppose to be basiclly plug and go.
After spending several hours with the manufactures service technicians and absolutemy unknowledgeabl, i decided to call Bellows.
They sent me Two technicians and were able to find the problem.
Mike and Jeff were very professional and got the job done in a highly efficiant time.
And as for thier cost, i can tell you they are very reasonable in thier fees.
They will be my go to ser ice company if ever needed! That said i would higly recommend you call for your needs.

Jason provided amazing service and educated me on proper electric code. He and his team were very professional and quick. I'd recommend Jason and his team to anyone.

I highly recommend JMC Electric! I had a hard time finding a qualified electrician that does quality work. I interviewed  and received quotes from at least 6. Those that I didn't use were are questionable and flaky. Alfredo from JMC Electric came to my house to do electrical work for a hot tub. He was on time and got the job done when he said it was going to be done. They were kind and answered all questions I had and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

I hired an electrician to come check out some outlets that stopped working after a storm. I know nothing about this sort of thing, but I knew well enough to check the basics (breakers, fuses, etc). Well, apparently I didn't know enough!
I was easily able to schedule an appointment and the technician was here on time. Sal arrived, and after checking out several outlets, he knew what the problem was and quickly fixed it. Everything is working well! He noticed we were military veterans and compensated us for that. I'd never call another electrician. From now on, we will use Sal. Thanks so much!

After an electrical fire in our garden we needed a total rewire. The first company we had out to quote spent more time telling me what they couldn't do vs what they could. Brian walked in and was a breath of fresh air! He inspected the electrics and summarized the job clearly and within 24 hours provided an estimate. He knows what he's talking about and is committed to doing a good job. His assistant electrician, Moses, was also very experienced and professional. Rob Odom was recommended to me by 2 friends. He and his crew were great. We had to rewire the whole house which was a huge job and they had to work in tight crawl spaces and very hot attic. Our schedule was very tight but Rob came thru for us. They did a tremendous job. We're very pleased with the quality of their work and the price. Top notch service. Highly recommended.

AVOID AT ALL COST! What a joke. This owner shows up in sandals, doesn't have the right tools and has to borrow mine. He did a hack job in my garage. I needed an outlet installed with a switch. He hacked my dry wall, buried the electrical lines in the drywall and filled it in with joint compound! I'm not an electrician, but that does not seem
Up to code? WTH. I wasted $350 and will have to pay a real electrician to come back and unscrew the work that this idiot did. His van doesn't now have a contractor license number either! I can only blame myself for even letting this guy do the work.

I've used My and his team twice in the last 18 months. They installed our security cameras, our security lights and several interior lights. My is really easy going and I've always felt comfortable around him and his crew. When I informed My today that his guy hadn't yet shown, he ended up driving over to make sure I was taken care of. Minh came today, and despite him being a little late, he's a nice guy and did a good job. Between the two of them making up for lost time, I was happy. I will continue to use My and his team in the future.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Arkadiy knows his stuff. He pointed the problem out quickly. I was able to call PGE to fix the issue. He is also responsive and reasonable.
