Lucas the owner was super responsive and got us back with power same day we contacted him.  He helped us with getting the proper paperwork to submit for reimbursement with our home warranty and continued to help us navigate to get our electrical panel replaced.  Very straightforward and easy to work with.  Martin the electrician who came out was quick yet took the time to explain what we needed to have done and what he was doing. Highly recommend Fitch Electric!

He showed up on time - great.

Now the not so good. In my original Yelp request, I explained the problem in detail (a wiring fault in an existing house circuit). Then I explained it again on the phone.
After an hour of troubleshooting the electrical problem, he concluded the problem is exactly what I had called him about. He then told me I have to pay for the consultation and an extra hour on top, even though he was only at my house for 1 hour 15 minutes.

I asked Robert if he can find and fix the problem, he said he cannot and that it requires a builder and he cannot do it. He showed no interest in suggesting any alternatives.

I spent almost $200 for him to tell me he can't fix the problem. :-/

Antonio came and installed my wired ring camera. Very professional, clean and reliable. Always kept in contact with me via text text  to confirm our appointment. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again soon.

I had a very good experience with these guys installing recessed lighting on a new circuit for my living room. Excellent communication up front. I like how they worked with me to plan the work. I wanted fixtures with some custom features (gimbal trims, 4000K color temp, use of existing LED bulbs in some) so I ordered the materials for the lights.  They were professional and efficient at completing the work on the scheduled day. Pricing is competitive.

We recently had a bunch of odd jobs that we needed done including installing a ceiling fan, replacing a bathroom  fan and lighting fixture, and installing some external  outlets. Steve provided an estimate and his 2 guys arrived promptly ready to work- they were here for about 1/2 a day and got everything done as promised,  We will use these guys again for more jobs bc they were very professional, clean, and yoy could tell they knew what they were doing. Brian asked all the right questions and provided a quick and reasonable quote to install my EVHome charger.  He was available as soon as my charger arrived and installed it professionally, quickly and cleanly.  I work with a lot of contractors in my business and Brian from BHE Electronics is a 5 star pro. I will be recommending him to my design clients as well!

Rob helped upgraded my electrical panel and installed a new subpanel in the garage. He finished the work in one day and took care of coordinating with pg & e, patching the wall and painting with matching paint. Rob also helped us handle a demanding inspector request and was able to convince the inspector with his workarounds. 

The communication is great and everything was explained to me clearly. Highly recommend if you need any electrical work done.

Installed a crawl space gfci outlet for me to connect the sump pump. His price was reasonable so I worked with him. He did a good job finished in a timely manner. He also explained everything to me.

Great Electrician!  

After getting few bids, I decided to try this company after I saw a review for a Eichler panel upgrade.   Pricing was fair than most of the other bids I got.  

Job schedule was flexible and they were able to upgrade my Eichler panel to 200amp at the same location where the old panel was with minimum downtime.   (No overnight without power). The job was clean and passed inspection on the first time.   (^_^)

If you are looking to get your Eichler power panel upgraded, make sure you talk to these guys!

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Seemed not interested in really solving my other electrical problem (sump pump), because he felt he may get dirty.
Charged me $80 for 10 min work. He just rewired my GFCI. I don't recommend
