Contacted Randy (owner) about updating my electrical panel. Very responsive, came out the same day and provided a quote later that afternoon. Pricing was on-par with what I had received from other companies but I liked how Randy was locally based and was very responsive. His team installed the new panel and did a few updates for me around the house. Very professional and amazing work. If you are looking for a great electrician in the Castro Valley area, Randy is your guy.

Needed a new plug installed and Robert came that same day at the time promised and finished the job quickly and for the best price. Highly recommend!

Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies.   Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Juan happened to be available on short notice (next day) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with one of our circuit breakers. Turns out it wasn't a major problem, and the other circuits were fine.

He made the adjustments, fixed it, replaced the faulty outlet that causes the problem, checked all the other outlets/switches, and tightened all the connections in our box before finishing up.

I also appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell me on new equipment and services that I didn't need or ask for. Sure it doesn't hurt to upgrade, but he knew that's not what I asked for or needed. He gave me some tips and let me know to call him for any future needs. Solid work all-around.

Highly recommended for a Tesla wall charger install. Dan was quick to respond to all my questions. Tesla online was sold out for weeks on wall chargers but Dan was able to secure one for me in a matter of days--that's service. I watched Dan install from beginning to end and all I was impressed with his work. Definitely agree with all the yelp reviews about being professional and responsive. He also is quite competitive in pricing.

Wanted an exhaust fan installed in the garage. Hancock and Albert talked me through the process. Spent the time carefully measuring and cutting the right space. Sealed the holes after and cleaned up.

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

We hired Five or Free Electrical Solutions few months ago for rewiring 7 of our circuits, Alexis &  Gilbert and the rest of their team were super friendly and professional from the beginning to the end. They communicated what they intended to do and they did exactly that! They finished our electrical project with EXCELLENCE, they passed the inspection and left our home neat. We have used Odom Electric on three separate projects at our home and each time have been very pleased with the work Rob has done. The first project was installing lighting in our back patio room as well as running electrical throughout our outdoor kitchen and upgrading our electrical box. Next he updated electrical on an outlet in a bedroom wall. Most recently he completed a lighting and electrical upgrade job on our kitchen reface project including setting up dedicated circuits, recommending and installing under cabinet lighting and adding/upgrading outlets. Great electrician and very fast! Came relatively on time and brought own equipment. I had minor work done with my breaker box and he knew right away what the issue was. We will use Lam again for future electrical work!

We used them many months ago to replace all our smoke-alarms etc. My Ngo was on-time, thorough and did an outstanding job. Two thumbs up and five-stars! We know who we will call when if we ever have any electrical issues.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

We have Arkadiy installed lights and vents for our home. He is very knowledgeable and careful. Everything that he has done is working very well and I couldnt complain. He is also very honest and he will not try to lure you around. Very professional and affordable. I always text him at least a day ahead to confirm appointment, because lets face it...the need for good electricians is very high, and sometimes they do get very busy. We're very happt with him and I'd recommend him to a friend.
