I wrote Fitch Electric via Yelp to request electrical inspection of an old home. We had our first call the same day and 2 qualified electricians were sent out to my home the following day. The electricians were highly knowledgeable and took time to educate me on the electrical system as they checked under outlets. They were honest and reasonable with their feedback on what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical work.

I called Randy to fix a few outlets and a light on the deck that was not working. Randy tried for a few hours to fix and came up with some suggestions that involved extensive repair work like wall breaking etc. Initially he took approx. $200 for the 2 hours he spent and said he would need to return to fix everything. Next day, I called up another electrician and he came and fixed the problem in 5 min by going to the breaker panel. In fact, undoing what Randy did cost me more than actually fixing the problem itself.

Typically for this I would have given 0 to 1 star. The reason I give Randy 2 stars is when I called him and complained about the whole thing, he quickly refunded the money I gave him.

Chen was highly responsive in getting Tesla charger installed. Even though the work turned out to be more than initial estimate he completed everything on time

Antonio repaired my floors, installed a new window, repaired drywall, installed a new shower head, and fixed the sidewalk door.

Not only was he very patient, but he also provided good quality work. I highly recommend hiring Antonio as your handyman, he is the best handyman I have ever seen and hired!

Juan was prompt to complete the job (bringing main panel up to code), and provided and invoice for the work.

Do yourself a favor and call Dan right now.  He's the real deal: Courteous, Hardworking, knows his stuff, quick, and honest.  Can't recommend him enough!

After having multiple companies come out and give us a quote, we are beyond happy to have chosen​ Got Watts Electric to work on our house. Hancock is the best! I called him today for a quote for dimmer switch installation. He gave me a fair price and let me know he could come right over and do the job. I was immediately impressed by him on the phone and was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to do the job on the same day, almost unheard of.
The job was much more complex than we originally planned on. Hancock was amazing and figured it all out. He went above and beyond and had a great disposition. I will only hire him for all of my future electrical needs. You can't go wrong and will be in good hands with him. Five star all the way!

We recently had Southwest make extensive upgrades to our new home, including a 200 amp upgrade to our panel. They showed up on time, offered excellent observations/insights/ideas (also bringing up things that I'm really glad they pointed out, without being pushy at all), and were meticulous about their work. Steve, Mike and John are a company of three (I think), so you always know who you're dealing with, and they could not be nicer or more professional. I have complete peace of mind in the high quality of the work, and also the knowledge that if I ever did have a problem I could call and it would be taken care of promptly.

If you want responsiveness, reliability, excellent work, reasonable prices and really nice guys you'll enjoy having in your home, Southwest Electric is as good as it gets.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

George and Johnny switched out a laundry room light and installed 2 GFCi outlets in our backyard. They were efficient and respectful (wore shoe coverings, cleaned up after they were done).  They were detailed in their explanation of the work they completed and took pride in the job! Prior to that, Tim completed a free estimate and was clear about the work involved. The interactions with the front office (Jon) were efficient with scheduling. We will use their services for future electrical work!

We had quite a bit of work to do, from changing a location of an outlet, a faulty breaker outside the house, and loose/dangling outlets everywhere. He showed up for a free quote, provided the pricing which was very competitive to others, but he had a flat fee which I loved vs somebody charging you by the hour. He also provided us some ideas for future renovations for our recess lighting. I will definitely be using LAM Electric again!!!
