What a sigh of relief! Great customer service with a construction company? Such is unheard of!

A little back story: I had a few problems in my house since before Covid, and unfortunately the HOA of my community would not take care of them! They would say that it wasn't covered by the warranty or it was done by the previous owner etc. I am not the most handy or technologically advanced person in this world, so it was time to call an electrician.  

I searched far and wide for electricians, and the most responsive and professional was fitch electric; it was as if they wanted our business without us being a burden to them. The other electricians I reached out to were either incredibly unresponsive, or incredibly unprofessional. Fitch Electric replied, gave us a quote, and fixed all the electrical problems within a 4 day span!

Needed a good home electrician quickly for emergency troubleshooting and repair.  Called Mopia Electric and talked to Randy(owner).  He took the time to ask many questions about the problem that I was having with my lights and sockets.  Gave me some great tips on how to solve the problem.  We called him out to do the work for us and he came by within an hour.  He sure knew his stuff.  Troubleshot the problem immediately and fixed the problem within the hour.  Now everything works perfectly again.  I'm really glad I called Mopia and will call again for some electric upgrades in the future.

Robert was able to help replace our exhaust fan in the bathroom.  He is simply awesome, very honest and hardworking. Our home had an old exhaust fan which was not working and many electricians did not even attempt to replace. Robert took the time to make that happen. Does a very clean job. He would be the person to go to, for me for my future electrical needs. Also his charges are very fair.  Thanks Robert.

I am very happy with Antonio's work on our opened drywall ceiling. The final outcome is what I wanted. It is hard to imagine there was any opening there at all. He  closed it, matched the texture, went same evening to  a store and bought some paint.  He was going back and forth to his car for tools and never forgot to wear shoe protectors. He fixed the light that was not working too. It was ultra easy to hire him. I think I got lucky on one of those crazy rainy days. He responded to my message very quickly and was at my place fixing the ceiling in like 1.5 hours. Wow. I was trying to hire the drywall guy here at yelp for a week going back and forth through his manager and I hired Antonio in a blink of an eye. The bonus: he charges very reasonably. I liked his attitude and demeanor as well. I cannot thank Antonio enough and plan to hire him for more projects around my house.

I have worked with Juan Peralta and his crew on three projects this summer at my home in Saratoga, the largest of which was the installation of a new circuit breaker panel and whole house generator at my home in Saratoga.  I found Juan to be responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, respectful and very customer oriented.  He showed up when he said he would, didn't leave until he accomplished what he set out to do and always left my property the way he found it when he came.  His workers are equally diligent and respectful.

After contacting about 4 other electricians, I reached out to BAM on a Saturday morning about installing my Tesla Wall Charger. Within 10 minutes Dan replied. On Monday morning Dan arrived to my house and gave me a quote. It was by far the most reasonable quote I received and he was available to do the work the very next day.  The work was as described as well as the price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very professional and straight forward.   I totally trusted them with the work they did and while managing the project I felt they could be trusted with their word and quality of work.   Always felt we were in good hands.

Hancock is the best! I called him today for a quote for dimmer switch installation. He gave me a fair price and let me know he could come right over and do the job. I was immediately impressed by him on the phone and was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to do the job on the same day, almost unheard of.
The job was much more complex than we originally planned on. Hancock was amazing and figured it all out. He went above and beyond and had a great disposition. I will only hire him for all of my future electrical needs. You can't go wrong and will be in good hands with him. Five star all the way!

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I was referred to them by Hot Springs of San Jose.  Very responsive.  Called on a Sunday and Jon the owner came out that day.  Even though his schedule was full, he was able to get our hot tub hooked up on Wednesday when it was delivered!  There was an issue with the breaker supplied by Hot Springs and Jon went to the store after hours and promptly came out and replaced it within hours.  Great service!  Great estimation, scheduling and invoicing system.  Even allows you to view where the technician is when he is on the way!!

Outstanding service on the phone and very prompt! I like the person on the phone and the technician who showed up was very pleasant and very nice . He tried to work around the numbers with the price and to be honest - I couldn't accept their offer because of my budget.

Brian did a fantastic job.  I had him install ethernet cables in my home.  My situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly helpful in advising me ahead of time.  He took the time to explain things to me ahead of time both over email and then in person when he came to my house so I could figure out exactly what I wanted done.  He showed up right on time and both he and his assistant were very friendly and respectful and followed all COVID safety protocols.  Most importantly the job was done perfectly.  He also left my home completely clean.  And he finished his work on budget and ahead of schedule.  I even learned a lot from him and he very kindly stayed later to answer some of my other questions about installing a home stereo system.  There is no question, I will absolutely be calling Brian again for any more electrical work I have in the future!

We used Clever Electric to install a new sub panel and grounding conductor for our 50 years old rental.  This was the second time we use them.  Our experience with them both times were very pleasant.  My, the owner, was very reliable and professional.  The rates were reasonable.  We would definitely use them again.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Great work! Work was professional and done quick. Would recommend anyone looking for an electrician in the Bay Area.
