Gustavo and his son are top notch electricians as well as people.  Super friendly and clean.  They rolled out paper to keep the house clean. Everything was done quickly and according to plan and budget.

Moises and his crew are great! I had a bunch of miscellaneous electrical home improvement projects spanning the replacement of two bathroom fans, kitchen under and above cabinet lighting, and the swapping of various switches throughout the house.

The crew were pretty flexible around scheduling around my constraints. They're also pretty responsive to text and email.

At one point, I wasn't sure of where the location of the LED strip above the cabinets should be (that is, towards the back or the front or the middle). After they installed the above cabinet lighting, I didn't like the shadow cast from the cabinets onto the ceiling. I asked if they could fix that, and they happily obliged and moved the LED strips, which now give a soft glow on the ceiling.

Lastly, they were local to my area, so I'll definitely be using them again in the future for my electrical project needs. Thank you!

Our rental unit had an electric outage and it was late in the day. We called Rick to come by and fix it. He was nice enough to walk us through on the phone and helped us to reset the main and sub breakers. Really appreciated his professionalism and patience. Would highly recommend!!

Dalcon Electric is great. David  Lee is  a professional and knows his craft. .The job was to install a 240V circuit,  David and Hector Ortiz, did it in half a day.The lay out was nice and clean. Definitely will call them again for future projects

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

I cannot say enough good things about James. From my first phone call with James, I was impressed by his knowledge of all things electrical and his professionalism. I also liked that he owns his own company (SV Electric) and does all the work himself.

James came to our house to give us a quote on various projects, and he spent over an hour and half going through various parts of our house with us. (As new homeowners, it was great to be able to ask so many questions, and to get thorough answers... and new ideas!) We hired James to do a few projects today, and I certainly can say we'll be calling on him again! James is very clean (I think he left the areas cleaner than when he came!), thoughtful, thorough, and honest. We never got the sense he was trying to push more on us than we needed. In fact, he suggested less expensive alternatives to things we thought we had needed/wanted. He went above and beyond what was expected of him, and I strongly recommend him if you're considering doing anything electrical -- however big or small. We are extremely satisfied with everything he did today -- he does excellent work!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I highly recommend them.

I found Emanuel through yelp and requested a quote through yelp's service.  He responded back and I called him up and he drove down for an estimate.   He was very professional and was able to give good insight into the placement of the extra outlets I requested.  Initially I called him to install an outlet for my tv and for my driveway camera but I ended up using him to install a few more outlets.  I recommend him highly.  He does a very clean job running the new wiring and always cleans up any debris he's made while installing the outlets.  Thanks again Emanuel and Pablo!

I actually called a few company before going with california power and light . All I wanted was a dedicated 110 outlet outdoor and next to my garage. Everyone didn't want to do it unless it was for a car charger or a solar install.  One electrician said it was not even possible. After one call ; they came the next day and installed my outlet . Great service and no bs! thanks again

Fred/Jay is super easy to work with and very punctual.  We communicated before he showed up to ensure he had the right parts (via pictures).  None of the back and forth stuff with some of the people we used previously.  Everything came together well and the entire process was extremely easy.   Would definitely call him again for my future projects!

David was wonderful to work with and figured out an electrical issue that two other electricians missed. He is very thorough, friendly and reliable. His prices are very reasonable as well. We will be using David going forward for all our electrical needs. I highly recommend him to others.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

I put out a request on Yelp in the morning and Sam came by in less than an hour to complete the task. A few hours after he had left, I had another job for him and he came back within the hour (twice in a day) to finish this second task. I would recommend him if you have any projects that you need help with around the house.

Larry Strom from ELS Electric was referred to me thru my neighborhood watch app. I was having some issues with three of my light switches that I didn't want to tackle myself. I knew the job wouldn't be that challenging but still wanted to call in a professional. I called Larry on a Monday and he said he should be able to come out the next day! The next day he called to give me an accurate ETA. That worked out great because I was able to leave work and meet them instead of waiting around all day. When I pulled into my driveway, Larry and Dan were there waiting for me! Such wonderful customer service!  Turns out I bought the wrong light switch for my 3-way light so thank goodness Larry had the right switch in his truck. Larry and Dan are both professional, polite and very customer service oriented. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs!
