Moises is THE BEST-he will be my electrician from now on. He came on short notice on a Saturday after 5 pm and replaced 4 smoke detectors and fixed a light fixture as well.  Really nice guy, very competent and fairly priced.  Will definitely be calling him back to do some more work at our home.

Roman is fantastic.

He handled all of the electrical work for our kitchen remodel in our condo: replacing/adding GFCI outlets, adding new dedicated circuits for appliances, and installing recessed cans and under cabinet lighting.

He's very professional and does high quality work quickly and efficiently.  He's extremely responsive, stopping by the same afternoon that we called.  

He was particularly helpful during the permit/inspection process, as we had little experience in the area and were concerned about meeting code for the electrical piece.  We had talked to several other electricians and had received varying responses about what was required, with bids for work that we weren't sure were even necessary.  We felt a lot more comfortable after talking to Roman.  He had a very good sense for and was open about what would be needed, had worked with many of the Mountain View inspectors, and he stood in during the rough-in inspection.  He gave us a very reasonable quote, and his final bill was actually under his own quote when it turned out we didn't need to do everything from his initial quote.

We're very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.  We'll certainly be calling him again for any future electrical work.

Our rental unit had an electric outage and it was late in the day. We called Rick to come by and fix it. He was nice enough to walk us through on the phone and helped us to reset the main and sub breakers. Really appreciated his professionalism and patience. Would highly recommend!!

We happen to meet James from a contractor. James grounded some of our outlets, reversed some outlets, installed a garage door plug, installed GFCIs, stapled wires in the attic, and enclosed some loose electrical splices.  He was efficient and he did a thorough job. He was also reasonably priced and he made some cost-saving suggestions. As new homeowners, we really appreciate that he patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely call on James again for electrical work, and I highly recommend him to other people!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. We are so happy with the service we had from Henry!!! We had an old house that needed lots of work. We thought we would just re wire it and be done with it. We were so wrong! Henry explained everthing he would do to update the house and make it safe to live in. Henry put in new lighting and grounded everything. The work was done very well. He got back to us quickly when we called. My husband and I are very happy we hired Henry! I would recommend very highly!

Our electricity was out in our upstairs master bedroom. We thought it might be due to rats that had gotten into a wall near the circuit panel.
When they were gone, we called a couple of other companies who said they could put us on their list for a month later. They didn't want to come out & diagnose, but bring both the electrician and an apprentice. Total cost $200. an hour.
After looking at Yelp, we called David Bertsch. He answered the phone(in the evening) and asked if it could wait til the next day! He would have come right out if we needed him then.
The next day, he called to say that he was ahead of schedule and would it be ok if he can early. He arrived on time, a very pleasant man. He almost immediately found the problem (not due to chewed wiring), fixed it, found the GFI switch we needed reset in the garage and even replaced the burned out lightbulbs in the high up stairwell for us.
He was here an hour, charged us $80. and we paid him $100.
We consider him a miracle worker and he will be our go to electrician from now on!

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

I asked Sam to fix two small things (faucet and a tile repair).  
He showed up within an hour and did a great job on both projects.  Highly recommend.

Larry is fantastic! The circuit breaker tripped for our bedroom and wouldn't reset. I called 3 electricians, and Larry responded promptly and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He is diligent, patient, and thorough in his work, which is exactly the attitude needed when troubleshooting electrical gremlins. I felt that I was in good hands with somebody who cared about the quality of his work and fixing it right. Thanks Larry!
