Gustavo and his son are top notch electricians as well as people.  Super friendly and clean.  They rolled out paper to keep the house clean. Everything was done quickly and according to plan and budget.

Moises from Tari Electric installed a NEMA 14-50R receptacle (50 amps, 240v) and EV Charging Dock for homes in Fremont and Santa Clara.   The installation was done very professionally, with extreme care in correctly torquing to specs for the NEMA receptacle and taking extra care in plumbing and aligning the conduits and charging docks.  The work was done in a timely manner as well as taking extra care in cleaning for any metal burrs.   I would highly recommend Tari Electric for all electrical work.

Roman (the owner of Penguin Electric) is everything you would want in an electrician.  He's very responsive, efficient, quality-minded and reasonable.  We recently sought his service to install outside carriage lights, repair a number of electrical issues, and upgrade some equipment.  He provided us with a guaranteed price and an estimate of how long it would take to perform the job.

I had requested some additional upgrades to the service and he talked me out of it by noting that as long as there are no problems, I should save my $.  How refreshing to hear that!

Ric has a pleasant personality and gives you a very reasonable upfront quote over the phone, unlike his competitors. I have back problems and have trouble in walking he was super empathetic in listening to my issues and was very easy to work with.  Did not waste his time despite being on an hourly assignment.

John (owner? of Dalcon) upgraded my 49 year-old property by adding GFCI switches, new lights, proper grounding, new panel box, etc.  He responded to an emergency call on weekend.  His team showed up on-time, finished on-time, even pitched in to fix my emergency (I had to pay overtime, but it was fair.)  I had called several electricians before I selected Dalcon: one never showed up, one said he was too busy to do the work (this was back in May '07), and another one gave me a quote nearly double of Dalcon's quote.  That's my experience...

Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.

James is really a fantastic electrician.  Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented.  He goes over all the options that are available and will make sure that the job is done right the first time.  I have had James do quite a bit of work to our house and have been happy with all of it.  I highly recommend James.

Enrique (Henry) at California Power and Light (based in Morgan Hill but serving the South Bay) offers a GREAT service as an electrician... on time (having called me to let me know he was on his way!) knew exactly what he had to do and did so quickly and efficiently (installed electrical boxes in 2 fireplaces for conversions) and BEST OF ALL, charged me LESS than his quote because, as he said, it was an easier job than he had anticipated!  Will absolutely call Henry again when an electrician is needed, and recommend his service with enthusiasm.
