Moises was very responsive, professional and reasonable.

The job was to run electrical from our main panel through underground PVC pipe and hooked up to our shed. From there he had to install a junction box as well as a weatherproof outlet for our sprinkler control panel.

In addition, Moises and his crew also installed a dozen exterior light fixtures around the house as well as 3 ring cameras.

All went very smoothly.  And even the small mistakes were corrected super fast and without conflict.  I would highly recommend Tari electric.

Roman is extremely responsive.  My air conditioner stopped working and I thought it was a blown fuse that needed replacing. He fit me into his very busy schedule and came the same day to check it.  Although it turned out that my fuses were good and I still need to wait for the air-conditioner guy to figure out what's going on I have a better idea of what to tell him now. I'm happy because now I found a great electrician and I will definitely use him for my new stairway lights!  I highly recommend Roman and Penguin Electric

Rick and his assistant installed 14 Lutron Caseta switches in my house today as I needed to replace all of my insteon equipment. After leaving a voicemail with Rick explaining exactly what I needed I got a return call that stated a price that was clear and straight forward. I called him back to schedule and he showed up on time and texted prior to his arrival to let me know his ETA. He completed the job quickly after sorting through some wiring issues from the previous install and everything works as designed. My job would have been completed an hour sooner had I ordered all the correct parts which Rick picked up during the job. I had a competing bid from BR Electric who I have used in the past and their bid was THREE TIMES the cost of work completed by Rick. As I mentioned it would have been even lower if I had all the correct items to complete the job. Very pleased with the work, cost, and professionalism. Kept his card for future work.

Great isn't a high enough rating as far as I'm concerned. Hector and Carlos arrived right on time and got to work. The job involved installing a light in a first floor bathroom and it looked like it would involve cutting holes in the ceiling  to thread the wires through the joists above. Hector figured out a way to use an existing vent opening so we were able to avoid having to patch and paint after the wiring was done. That not only saved a lot of hassle, it also saved us a bunch of money. And when the job was done, Hector did a great job cleaning up.

All the people at Dalcon I dealt with were efficient, professional, and courteous. They will be my go-to company for any future work and I recommend them most highly. (They also were relatively inexpensive.)

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

I had James install EV charging outlet in my garage. He gave a quite over the phone. Showed up on time. Was extremely knowledgeable about all things electric. Pleasure to work with. Did a perfect job. Now we hire him for all electrical work. He now has a customer for life. Thanks James!!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. Chuck was quick to respond and fixed a couple of situations - plumbing and electrical - that had stumped someone else. He's also super reasonable.

We had an issue with the GFI outlet in the bathroom and called to see if they could check it out.  He answered the phone right away.  He gave me some guidance on how to fix it and offered to walk me thru it or come out the next day.  I followed his advice and was able to fix the new GFI myself.  Super helpful and high integrity!

This review is for the quote process. Contacted David through Yelp requesting a quote. He got back to us quickly and happened to be in our are (Aptos). He uses text and email promptly so this was nice as well.

5 stars to David because he was nothing but honest with us about what updates we needed and what could wait. He didn't try to upsell us or anything which is very much appreciated. His quote was very fair and reasonably priced and was the best deal we found in comparison to other quotes we heard about from others.

For this reason when we need electrician work we will definitely call him!

Our lights were not working so we called at 6:30pm on a Friday thinking we will leave a message for the following week, to our surprise they answered and said they can be here at 1pm the next day (a Saturday).  They showed up on time, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and charged under their original quote.  They were really good, polite and efficient.  I would highly recommend.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

I called ELS Electric this morning because our oven keeps tripping the breaker and this last time we smelled some burning near the electrical panel. Larry returned my call within 10 mins and after discussion the issue he said he would be over in a few hours.

They checked both the main panel and sub panel, tightened a connection and determined that both panels looked fine. They did find that one of the two hot lines to the oven was drawing more current than the other, and that it was possible a problem with the oven it's self, or there was a problem on PG&E's end outside the house (which was likely because we do get some dimming of lights in the house). We agreed that he should replace the breaker to be on the safe side and that then we would know for sure that wasn't the problem. It wasn't the breaker. Larry suggested that I call PG&E before calling an appliance repair person and even wrote down some notes for me on what he learned so I could give the information to PG&E and/or the appliance person.

A short time later PG&E showed up, he looked over then notes and we talked about everything Larry had done and told me. Sure enough he found the connections in the box in the ground our front yard were badly corroded, and in fact that the technology was very old and should be replaced and put in an work order to replace them. The corrosion was so bad he was unable to clean them and a crew will be out in the morning.

Larry worked hard to find a solution to my problem without breaking my bank and I really appreciate that. Both Larry and Dan were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They spent more time than the one hour service call but only charged me for that one service call plus the cost of the breaker. My husband has been feeling like we need to upgrade our electrical panel and Larry assured me that although he would love to take my money we really do not need to upgrade our panel. The work would be costly and it really is not necessary (the PG&E technician also agreed with this assessment). So, add trustworthy to the list.

If and when I have a need for an electrician in the future I will be calling ELS Electric!
