Work order:
22 recessed lights , 3 points for ceiling fans and 1 GCFI outlet.
Costing was approximately 4k plus some equipment that I decided to purchase by myself.

Had to have a few electrical issues taken care. Needed a new 220V socket and some other sockets placed. Moises took care of it, no problem and on a very timely manner.
He is now my go to guy for any electrical issues.

Roman called me back after my being patient for a day or two. (The best are always busy, for good reason!) He did a great job assessing a problem with a non-standard wiring job that the previous homeowner did. He quickly put everything back together the way it should be, and charged me a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Don't want to do a negative review for a local business but this is what happened.

I had 2 electrical problems: a wall socket/switch that wasn't working and a canned ceiling light with bad ballast (I mentioned over the phone that it was a fluorescent light from sea gull lighting and that I had tried multiple good bulbs).

He found the switch was part of a 3 way switch and the 2nd switch was just stuck so pressing it fixed it.  Great.

The canned light, he asked me to order a ballast and he'd come and install it (because he didn't know it was a fluorescent  light, odd, since I said that on the phone).  He insisted that I could order the ballast by simply called sea gull lighting with the bulb part number.

The total was $135 for touching a switch and I'm on the hook to order the right things for the bigger problem and pay again for another visit.  Out the door in 10 minutes for the easy money.  Argh, the whole idea of calling a professional was so they would take care of the problem.

Of course, I called sea gull lighting and they need a ballast model number which I have no clue.  So, if I need to pay more money, then I'm going to call another company.

Luckily, another company came out, simply replaced the canned light unit all together, and the total was only $125.  He said that for a 26W bulb, almost any ballast would have worked.

In summary, my disappointment was not so much the price but not handling the job from start to finish.

Our GFI went out and needed to be replaced. This is the second time I have called them and they provided great service both times.  They called when they were on their way over within the 2 hour window that was provided, found the problem and made the repair.  They cleaned up and were genuinely nice people.  Awesome customer service, I would highly recommend them.

A water inlet into our house developed a pretty nasty leak and just like that we had to look for plumbing services that could come fix the issue for us quickly. I found AY EMP and requested for a quote, they were very timely in their response, and offered to come take a look the next day.

When they showed up, I had some concerns for our water filtration system, and they offered to replace it the very next day, and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and installing a pre filter and a water softener. They showed up promptly the next day at the agreed upon time and did the work with utmost professionalism. They were respectful of the property and in fact left it in a cleaner state than what it had been when they arrived!

They were very thorough and got the job done the same day even though it was past sunset(and chilly outside) and they had to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the job(because a part did not contain all the components). They explained how to perform routine maintenance on the new system, and cleaned up the work area after they were done.

I am very impressed with AY EMP and will be calling them for any other plumbing, or electrical work around the house!

James was on time for both the quote and the job.  His quote was so reasonable and his work excellent, we are having him back to do additional work.  His attention to detail is great.  Highly recommend James.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I tried to work with Emanuel based on a recommendation from a friend. It took a long time to get hold of him, but I waited.  Then I spent a lot of time explaining in detail (to Emanuel) what my issues and concerns were and we set a time and day for Emanuel to come by and take care of things.  Day of the appointment, someone knocks on my door and says he doesn't know where Emanuel is, but he's here to fix my electrical issues.  Then he asks me what my issues are.  My head caught fire at that point.  Emanuel literally texted me right before that knock, saying that HE was on his way - then someone else shows up with no clue of what I needed?  I got no notice, no call, no text, no nothing from Emanuel to explain this??  Not before, during, or after.  This happened months ago and I'm still fuming about this entire experience.  I paid hundreds of dollars for 10 minutes of work and not even half of what I expected to get.  I could have hired a handyman and paid 1/4 for the same work (changing two outlets).  They may not care about my business, but best believe they cashed my check real QUICK.

I almost walked away from writing this review, but nobody had any basic courtesy to follow up like they told me they would.  Naive me was even willing to give them more business.  Honesty, integrity, and communication are important in any service business.  It seems Emanuel has too much business to worry about every customer.  Glad I moved on.

Henry and his team from California Power and LIght did an excellent job. We recently bought a house that was built in 1950. Henry very thoroughly explained the worked that needed to be done and did a great job sticking to our budget and our timeline. He was very professional and easy to work with to get the projects done to make our home safe and updated.

Fred is awesome!
He fixed my ceiling with new drywall I had some water damage, he did some drywall work in the bathroom, installed my toilet with new plumbing and fixed my tub that was sitting way too low on my subfloor.

Not only did he put my house back together, he taught me so much along the way and he even let me borrow his tools!!!

Yong did a great job installing my EV charger. He worked efficiently, was polite, clean. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future if I need an electrician.

All the lights went out in my kitchen and I couldn't figure out what to do. I called up these guys and they responded super quick and came by and helped me out right away. I never leave reviews but Ronnie was super professional and helpful that I had to say something. U don't get quality honest help like this now a days. Definitely give these guys a shot.

Sam is very honest in his work and pricing. He helped us look at our fridge outlet and install a new bathroom light/vent. Appreciate his flexibility and that he can help with a variety of issues that we are not familiar with!

ELS electric was a lifesaver! I called them during the busy Thanksgiving week and they were able to come out the same day and fix my electrical problem! They were friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly. I was so thankful for them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family
