If you want a good and honest electrician in the area, Rick is the man to go to.  I was about to spend over $200 for a job that was not necessary.  What I wanted was to have a shop light come on with my already installed bulbs in the ceiling of my garage.  I thought I needed to add another outlet.  Instead, Rick told me a much more easier and cost effective way.  After speaking with Rick, I just needed to pick up an adapter at Home Depot for a few bucks to accomplish what needed to be done.    Rick was honest enough to share this with me.  If I ever do need to have some real electrical work done, I'll know who to call.  Thanks Rick!

Eric, Christian, and Ebert we're all great. They installed three ceiling fans, which was a huge pain. One of them started clicking a few days after they left, and they were glad to come back and help me fix it. Thanks again, Eric and team!

Andrew is a polite and hard working young man. He replaced our water heater neatly and quickly.

James installed a whole house fan for us.  Everything was done very
professionally and appreciate the clean job.   Arrived on time and did the job in the time indicated.  Provided additional information on operation and knew exactly what was needed.  Also gave the rebate forms and instructions.  Made some modifications as requested and made sure that the aesthetic aspects were covered like labeling switches etc.  Would highly recommend James.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. Emanuel is one of those professionals inspires confidence from the first time you meet him.  He did a lot of work in the backyard and bedrooms.  He was on time and neat as was his helped Pablo.  They discussed what they were doing and make suggestions.  Emanuel found the wiring in my main panel was a mess (not surprising after so many other electricians have worked in their so he completely rewired it and only charged for one hour.  I highly recommend him.

Henry is an expert electrician that does top-notch work. He has just completed a panel upgrade and everything was performed as described and the quality of his work is exceptional. Henry understands what building inspectors look for and he is able to anticipate potential problems when working on my project. I've worked around many trades and by far, California Power and Light is the one you want on your project.

We needed help mounting a TV and Fred was great. Very reliable and polite. He was wearing a mask which is much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone in the Fremont area

This review is for the quote process. Contacted David through Yelp requesting a quote. He got back to us quickly and happened to be in our are (Aptos). He uses text and email promptly so this was nice as well.

5 stars to David because he was nothing but honest with us about what updates we needed and what could wait. He didn't try to upsell us or anything which is very much appreciated. His quote was very fair and reasonably priced and was the best deal we found in comparison to other quotes we heard about from others.

For this reason when we need electrician work we will definitely call him!

Quick response.  Talked to Zhang on the phone regarding upgrading my electrical breaker.  He was very helpful and gave useful tips on troubleshooting to figure out the issue before he would even need to come in to work on it.  Even though I don't need his services yet, if I ever do, I will contact him for sure.

All the lights went out in my kitchen and I couldn't figure out what to do. I called up these guys and they responded super quick and came by and helped me out right away. I never leave reviews but Ronnie was super professional and helpful that I had to say something. U don't get quality honest help like this now a days. Definitely give these guys a shot.

I asked Sam to fix two small things (faucet and a tile repair).  
He showed up within an hour and did a great job on both projects.  Highly recommend.

Larry Strom is not only competent and very professional but he is all about customer service. We used him over five years ago for various projects throughout our house and he made a very good impression then.  Recently we had some electrical projects we needed to deal with and it was a good thing I saved my notes from last time.  I called Larry and it was a continuation of our previous experience. Once again his work was competent, performed efficiently, and, he continues to be all about customer service.
