Gustavo and his team of electricians was efficient and completed their work professionally in less time than originally estimated.  I appreciated their attention to detail and Gustavo's willingness to make an extra trip to exchange a broken/defective light fixture at Home Depot.

Excellent service. Installed canned lighting for us. Did a super job, cleaned up after, great and reasonably priced quotes.  We've used him more than once and we're about to contact him again for a rental property.

I called Grover Electric on a Monday and they were out here by Tuesday. We had a fairly simple project, but one that required someone with the right tools and expertise so that it got done right. Outside GFI switch ultimately was the culprit, but we determined that one of the outlets that hadn't worked was due to an in-wall problem. The rest of the problem was solved after replacing the GFI. Rich also provided guidance on rip and replacing our existing can lighting with the new and improved LED lights. He showed up in the timeframe he provided and finished up quickly.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Found them on ServiceMagic in 2010. He did a whole house fan with product recommendations I found helpful, put in arbor lights with wiring and switches, fixed a couple of problem plugs and wirings, and gave me a couple of plugs and switches in attics and crawlspaces. He gave me a couple of additional minor items to add to the list that really made things like my attic light more useable and didn't add much to the bill. He came on time, knew what he was doing, had good recommendations for the work items, and left things neat when he was done. I had no worries about leaving him alone in the house. He goes in my book for my electrician of need.
   Used again to update house from 100 AMP to 200, fix doorbell, put in lights in and outside garage. He patiently worked through the PG&E process and delays, did another professional job for a reasonable price. Explains why he's the electrician I call for anything.
   Skip ahead to 2019. I have a new house and I had him replace 20 CFL cans with LED cans, put in 20 new LED cans, add 2 96 LED fixtures to my garage, and give me a quad plug on a wall in the garage that didn't have one and is where I would like to put a workbench. As always he's on time, quick, meticulous, and cleans up completely.
    I won't decide about solar til I've been in the new house for a year, but if I decide I'll use James. There's a bunch of reasons all his reviews are 5 star.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I worked with Chuck on my home's electricity. Although he was very busy, he came to my house to fix the main panel and switches for 3 times. I had many questions about what needs to be done and he was very sincere to answer all the question. What helped me a lot was that he made a phone call to the manufacturer and gave me the information of what material I should purchase. I had a very difficult problem. A source line to a set of sockets just started working. The team came out an searched everywhere - and I mean everywhere. At the end of the day the source of the problem could not be found, so we devised a workaround and then they fixed it. The problem is still a mystery, but the solution is more than satisfactory.

Fred did an excellent job hanging our TVs and mounting our ceiling fans. He's such a nice guy. He feels like family already, and we just met. He's very professional and extremely reliable.

We had several light fixtures that needed replacing. I called David on a Thursday and he offered to meet us the upcoming Saturday to coincide with our availability. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly and competently, and charged a fair rate. He even took away the old fixtures! We'll be calling him whenever future needs arise.

All the lights went out in my kitchen and I couldn't figure out what to do. I called up these guys and they responded super quick and came by and helped me out right away. I never leave reviews but Ronnie was super professional and helpful that I had to say something. U don't get quality honest help like this now a days. Definitely give these guys a shot.

I put out a request on Yelp in the morning and Sam came by in less than an hour to complete the task. A few hours after he had left, I had another job for him and he came back within the hour (twice in a day) to finish this second task. I would recommend him if you have any projects that you need help with around the house.
