Timeline:
12/13 @ 1PM: Estimate Request went out to several contractors
12/13 @ 3PM: Gustavo(Owner) was in my house for an estimate
12/15 @ 8AM: Work Starts
12/16 @ 5PM: Work Ends

Communication:
Excellent communication throughout the entire project. Corresponded via Yelp, Text, Email and over the phone. Gustavo's understanding of the work/scope was on point and he was able to give ideas on how he'd execute the work for the project.

Pricing:
After receiving several free estimates from other electricians GNH's pricing was very competitive and fair.

Professionalism:
Extremely professional and is very thorough with his work. Gustavo's YEARS of experience really shined through during the estimate walkthrough. It was VERY evident that he knew what he was doing and CLEARLY understood my asks. Always showed up prompt and on time for the work. Wore shoe coverings every time while walking on the carpet.

Execution of Project:
Gustavo and his team were AMAZING. In the event decisions were needed, Gustavo did an excellent job looping me in on the details and his recommendations. On the day of the project, I gave him a curve ball and asked him to install 2 more recessed lights and he took on the new scope with a smile. The end product of the project was GREAT! The effort and detail that Gustavo and his team put into my home was outstanding. My new recessed lighting and updated electrical makes my house feel BRAND new!

Conclusion:

Moises did a lot of work at our shop. He redid all of our electric work, which we needed to add plugs, and switch out some of the wattage on the amps we had which needed be up to code. Came in and gave me some good insight and knocked it out in one night. He didn't try and cut corners and did what was needed plus more. I called him today as i was in a bind and needed to put up these lights which i tried to do myself and couldn't. Moises came by took one look, gave me a price and went to work. Hour and half later all the lights were put up. Shop was super bright!

I recently had some major issues with a general contractor I hired for a remodel.  In order to get the job done, I started watching youtube on how to do electrical work (first mistake).  On two separate occasions, I had to call Ric to help me out after I had made some mistakes.  He was able to come the same day (and even came the day before Thanksgiving).  The two lessons I have learned:  don't do any more electrical work myself and always hire Grover Electric for any electrical needs.

I setup an appointment a few days ago, and today, 2 hours before the appointment, they called to cancel and gave me some other numbers to call.
When I asked if I can reschedule for a day later, they said the next available appointment is next month!!
Very disappointed.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I have used Emanuel twice to trouble shoot electrical problems for me.  He is quick to respond, prompt and professional.  The first time he and Pablo replaced a burnt out fuse and rewired to accommodate the additional amps my new dryer required.  

On the second visit I asked him to diagnose why my fridge stopped working and my circuit breaker tripped all around the same time.  It turned out these were unrelated but he tested everything and explained it all to me.  

I feel lucky to have found someone I can trust to do good work and would highly recommend him.

This is the second time I have called Henry to do a job.  The first time, he installed an overhead light over my sink. It was a complicated job because of previous wiring and a cramped location.  He did a wonderful job for a fair price.  Today, I called to have a burnt circuit breaker replaced for my dryer.  Henry was here within an hour, replaced the circuit breaker in not time at all for a fair price.  Could not ask for better service.

Fred did an excellent job hanging our TVs and mounting our ceiling fans. He's such a nice guy. He feels like family already, and we just met. He's very professional and extremely reliable.

David did an excellent job putting in a new circuit to charge my EV.  He was on time and on budget.  Very pleasant to work with and cleaned up when he was done.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

You can't go wrong with Larry from ELS Electric.  We had a serious problem with our panel, and he installed a new panel with all the associated work for a great price even though it was an emergency.  He explained everything as he went, gave a thorough explanation of the problem to our insurance adjuster, and was wonderfully professional and personable.  A true gem!
