Had an electric breaker issue on a dryer circuit. Dalcon scheduled an appointment almost instantly via text, showed up on time, and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. The technician Eric was knowledgeable, polite, competent, and communicative. Cannot ask for more. I'll use Dalcon again if the need arises.

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

I recently had a section of my fence fall apart, and after searching a week for someone to come (lots of left messages - no responses) - I contacted Chuck at All Systems Home Service. I texted Chuck on Monday, got a response on Tuesday, and he came by on Wednesday morning to look at the fence. On Wednesday afternoon, he sent me a quote for labor and materials (recommended using redwood) and then completed the job on Thursday. He was a little bit late on Thursday, but he communicated that to me, so that is fine.  The fixed 6 foot portion of the fence looks great!  Thank you!

Recently, I had noticed that my upstairs bathroom ceiling fan was making louder and louder noises, and I decided that this fan definitely needed to be replaced.  I contacted Emanuel Perakis, from ECP Electric, discussed the situation with him, received a quote, and we agreed that he would come to my home for this job.  I indicated to him that, as long as I was having the upstairs bathroom fan replaced, I would like to have him replace the ceiling fan in the downstairs bathroom, as well.  On the agreed-upon date, and at the agreed-upon time, Emanuel and Pablo arrived at my home.  They were polite, friendly, got right to work, and I now have two brand new QUIET bathroom ceiling fans.  I was impressed with the fact that they covered the areas where they were working with tarps and, when the job was done, they completely vacuumed and cleaned the areas where they had worked.  I am very grateful to Emanuel and Pablo for a timely, careful, neat job.  I also very much appreciate how friendly and helpful they were with any questions that I had asked.  They deserve to be recognized for this great job!

Henry was the lowest price we found compared (roughly $50-100/plug more for other contractors, also upgrading our panel was half as much as some other contractors!) to other diamond certified companies. Really easy to work with. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our dozens of questions. He was very responsive, even on nights and weekends. He made the whole process of upgrading our panel smooth, and gave us good recommendations and had a lot of knowledge and was not trying to sell us anything extra we did not need.

The work he did for us:
-grounded 20 outlets
-he gave us 2 extra dedicated circuits in the kitchen so it would not trip
-updated our light switches
-upgraded our panel from the 50's from 100 amps to a 200 amp SquareD panel
-got permits for all the electric work and panel upgrade
-helped worked with PG&E with upgrading the panel and moving our wiring on top of our home since we used to have a pool in the backyard and we no longer needed to go on the side of the house, so to save on wiring as well as not having to run wire on top of our roof to the panel we moved the wiring to go directly to the panel
-told us the ceiling fans and lights the previous owner installed were too much weight and recommended us not to use the fans anymore as it could fall in the future, thanks Henry!
-helped make things safer in our garage as some wires were hanging and not stapled in or an electric box was just hanging by its wire
-He recommended and coordinated a great stucco contractor to patch around our larger panel and other holes that were necessary for the electrical work.
-He identified potentially dangerous wiring in our master bedroom bathroom, educated us on it, and asked if we wanted him to inspect it; for peace of mind, we chose to have him inspect it.
-He recommended and coordinated for us a great drywall contractor to fix the various small openings in the interior wall need to do the electrical work, as well as fix and seal old cracks we had in the ceiling and wall heater gaps we had removed with another contractor.

We would recommend Henry to anyone needing electrical work.

Fred did a great job. Not only did he fix the problem with my garbage disposal quickly but he kept working on what could have caused it to fail til it was fixed, it worked btr  then before and he told me the condition of it so I didnt have to be spending the money to replace or expect more failures. Was honest had not issues since. Will be using him for other projects in the future.

This review is for the quote process. Contacted David through Yelp requesting a quote. He got back to us quickly and happened to be in our are (Aptos). He uses text and email promptly so this was nice as well.

5 stars to David because he was nothing but honest with us about what updates we needed and what could wait. He didn't try to upsell us or anything which is very much appreciated. His quote was very fair and reasonably priced and was the best deal we found in comparison to other quotes we heard about from others.

For this reason when we need electrician work we will definitely call him!

This review is long overdue.  Zhang and his crew helped us install an electric panel last year.  Very professional and fair pricing.  I enjoyed working with them and will definitely come back again when I need other electric services.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

I asked Sam to fix two small things (faucet and a tile repair).  
He showed up within an hour and did a great job on both projects.  Highly recommend.

Larry is professional and trustworthy.
He took time explaining to me how I miswired an outlet and did a nice job replacing a broken electrical box. He also finished the job by cleaning all the dust.
I'm happy to have Larry do the work and definitely recommend him to everyone else.
