After scheduling an appointment, Anthony came out to our home in Morgan Hill and did a phenomenal job fixing our water heater.  He even called a few hours after the job was done to ensure we were getting hot water.  Friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL.  Everything from the scheduler of appointments to the follow-up phone call.  We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.   Thanks, Plumbtree!!

Needed to troubleshoot a was leak in the subfloor of my home.  Contacted Jeremy to verify if the issue was with the water supply lines.  Jeremy came to the property on time.  Performed an acoustic test on all of the supply lines in the house.  Test was completed in less than hour.  Definately would use the service again if needed.  Now I need to look for a drain line specialist.

Out kitchen sink was completely blocked.  I tried a couple liquids from Home depot, and the problem still existed.

I found Quality Plus Plumbing and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews.  Ramez came to my place within 2 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem in 45 min.

It was a professional and friendly experience overall.  I was very pleased with their service, and would strongly recommend Quality Plus Plumbing to whomever needs a good plumbing service.

Was glad I called Tony! It was a pleasant experience with Tony and Ricky. They were right on time. Got all of my clogs unclogged in one visit, and they threw in a free part. They didn't have a magnet business card so I'll stick their paper card on my fridge in case I need more plumbing later.

They have completed the job, but will think twice before calling them again.
They didn't use boot/dirt protectors and left my house very dirty.
Usually plumbers clean their mess before they leave. HR Silicon Valley just left the worksite very dirty behind them.

I do not believe these good reviews.

I called them to get an estimate on connecting a water softener (GE) to an existing softener plumbing (replacing the old softener). The job consists of connecting two pipes  (hard, soft) and a little discharge hose. The quote was $1600 - I'm not kidding. Then the guy said that he need to build a new discharge pipe the leads to the street(!).

It took me 90 minutes to disconnect the old machine and connect the new one. I'm not a plumber, never had been. I'm not even good with my hands.

Very professional. He came and replace the water lines and valves for our toilets. The job was well done. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.

My water heater stopped working. I tried to fix it by myself but messed up. Then I decided to find someone on Yelp to replace the whole unit. It was late at night but I sent messages to a few plumbing companies. Mario responded pretty quick with a competitive price, and his name is Mario (you know Mario the plumber from video games), so I asked him to do the work the next morning. Mario and his assistant showed up on time, got the new water heater up and running in about an hour and cleaned things up. I was prepared to be charged extra but Mario stick to the price he quoted over Yelp.

My garbage disposal stopped working and the day that I reached out to the business, they were able to get someone out to me within a couple of hours! The repair was super quick and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues!

My house, our toilet starting leaking in December, days before the holiday. He was knowledgeable on our options. Great work replacing our toilet. We will definitely contact him again on all our plumbing needs.

Top marks for these folks. They returned all calls promptly; they showed up as promised, and on time; and they were super courteous with my 90 year old mother who was getting the work done.

I made all of the arrangements from the South Bay for the work to be done at my Mom's house in Hayward. I couldn't be there when Carlos went out to quote, but in reviewing with Mom later in the day Carlos had even shown her the scope of the pipe that needed sleeving (sewer line from the house to the street). He also had no problem answering my follow up questions.

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and got right to work. The job took a little longer than anticipated as the line was WAY deeper than everyone thought it would be, but they made sure it was hooked up at the end of Day 1 so that Mom could do her thing. Day 2 they got the city inspection and sign off, and started the finishing work. Day 3 was for the finishing touches.

Mom's comment today: Drains doing well.  I think I would give them a five.  On time, kept things neat, cleaned up when they were done.  Haven't had any problems.

Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. They're fantastic to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for our future plumbing projects

My shower in the 3rd bathroom back flow with doing laundry every year and requires rotor root. I use different plumbers previously with good results. My house was built in 1956 with partial updated plumbing . Eight months ago I called 24 hours drain pro and they rotor root it and it works fine....so this time I called Steve from 24 hours drain pro, because I had a good experience with the company. This time Steve's nephew, James came out with Jose, they rotor root and got resistance, so James scoped it with a camera and noted the 2 inch diameter pipe had narrowed to 50% or more, causing a funnel affect.  He went down to the crawl  space noted some of the previous plumbing were sub par and was not graded for optimal drainage and some of the pipe was rotting away. Long story short he replaced the rotted pipes and created separate drainage for the shower and kitchen/laundry... also replaced shower strain and p -trap without additional cost. All pipes work was strap and secured properly. I went down in the crawl space myself to inspect the work... 2 thumbs up! water flows like a well orchestrated symphony. They were happy with their work and so was I. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Great business... Friendly knowledgable staff and they get the job done! Weather is a antique sink or a sewer back, these guys can manage to solve all problems.

Victor did a great job.  I called him on a Monday morning with a clogged drain line.  After texting him my name and address, he arrived within about an hour, on time as promised.  He rooted the drain line and was finished in about 30 minutes.  He stayed to make sure the problem was fixed by running the water for another 10 minutes or so.  He offered a 30-day warranty just in case.  Easy to work with, I'd recommend strongly.
