Our electrician had a mishap with our rewire project and drilled into a water line.

Anthony from plumbtree plumbing came and resolved the issue. He was extremely kind, professional, thorough, took before/after photos and left us with a much better setup!

I had a tiny leak somewhere on my main water line (~300'), and was concerned that It won't be detectable (hence I'll have to replace the line / very pricey and tedious process to find it). While it was not easy, Jeremy was able to find the leak within an hour. I'm very happy with his service. Jeremy was kind, honest, and professional. He's the owner of this small business (unlike other leak detection company with grandiose/catchy name that popped up on Yelp), and I was happy to support him and his business. Another thing I liked about Jeremy is that he offered an option to pay a fairly small service fee if he's not able to detect the leak, which made me more comfortable using his services. This was not the case when I called the other company.  Bottom line - I highly recommend Jeremy!

Shibli is great.  I've called him 4 times in the past few year.  I  finally got around to giving him a review.   He's professional, courteous and clearly knows his stuff.  You can tell a lot by the way someone maintains his equipment, van and attire.  He's fast and explains things in layman terms, which is also a good sign.

This is actually one review for two fantastic jobs that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers have done for us in April and May, respectively.

First job was installing a new Smart Toilet and moving one existing toilet to another bathroom. Henry and his crew showed up on time with all the preparations - coverage for our hardwood floors all the way from the bathrooms to the entrance, shoe covers, etc - and got the job done within two hours.  They were professional, friendly and effective.

I didn't write the review as it was our first time.   And I want to wait until we have another job to see if they are consistent.  And boy, they did.

My second job was fixing the kitchen sink for an rental property.  I was traveling when the tenant called in a panicky way - Kitchen sink was clogged!  Help!.  

I contacted HR Silicon Valley in the morning.  In two hours,  Henry and his crew were there - yes on the same day - and voila.  They fixed the problem in no time.

Now, that's when I know that these guys - especially Henry - are totally accountable.  And I will never have to find any other plumbers in the Bay Area!

PS - Did I mention how comfortable that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers use real-time messaging scheduling platform to keep me informed at every step when they dispatch someone?   And the entire order-to-invoice process is so smooth?  Wow.  It's really THE Silicon Valley experience!

I may have written a previous review, and I'm writing another now. Marti's Plumbing has been great to work with. We had a problem show up with an on-demand water heater a year and a half after installing it. They right away sent out a repair person who fixed it in a good mood, in little time, and he did not charge us. We've never had less than great service.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.

One of our toilet drains wasn't working and we called Mario's   The crew was here within 30 minutes and used a snake to clear the line.
We were so relieved that it was a simple job! Thank you, once again, Mario's Plumbing and Drains!

Of all the plumbers I called for a quote, Khan was the only one to answer the call, provide an estimate and come out the very next day.  His price was the most reasonable and he was:

He fixed a wobbly running toilet and did a wonderful job.  He is now our family's go to plumber!

Responded very quickly to my initial message. He ran into a personal problem and couldn't make the appointment time but offered a discount to come on a later day. Handled my issue quickly and effectively.

We found a water leaks around water main initially and hired someone else and thought the problem was fixed.  Later the water bill was still too high.  We did not know where the other leaks were.  Then we called TrenchFree and Carlos showed up quickly.  After some investigation he concluded it was the water main but there was no visible evidence where the leak was and did not know how many leaks were there.  He recommended replacing the water main and at the end we went for it.  During the time we had communication with Carlos and he always responded to our concerns.  The workers (Jacob ...) just completed the work in 1.5 days and looks pretty good.  There are some loose ends Carlos promises will come back and take care of it.  So overall we are very pleased with their services.

Highly recommended. Abel and his team was very professional, knowledgeable, quick response (inquiries, messages and concerns), readily available and have excellent customer service. They repair our clogged kitchen sink, installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal unit and changed our old pipe.

Michael is responsive and prompt in delivering his services. I've had him come a couple of times and he got the job done quickly and thoroughly resolved the issues. He is professional and his prices fair. I highly recommend him.

Jose replaced our water heater and found him to be professional, courteous and knowledgable. Our go to plumbers will be Bayshore Plumbers from now on.

This was our second time using Expert Plumbing to help us solve a serious plumbing issue at our son's condo - and as usual, Talal and his crew did a fantastic job - they properly diagnosed the issue, which was an older drainage system under the condo (built about 45 years ago) - the drains were 3-inch cast iron and there had been a lot of deterioration and corrosion - the symptoms were very slow drainage from the showers and sinks and stopped-up toilets etc.

Also, when the condos were originally built, there wasn't a cleanout installed - so when Expert Plumbing ripped out the old drainage system and put in the new one (using modern PVC pipes that were 4-inch), they also went ahead and installed a nice cleanout so any future issues could be addressed more efficiently and properly, too (like if the drain ever needs to be snaked - the cleanout will allow the more heavy-duty snake equipment to be used to flush out the drain properly).

And as usual, Expert Plumbing charged a very fair price - and managed to do the tough job without needing to tear up the floors (which would have made the cost of the job really expensive) - they had to negotiate a fairly tight crawl space under the condo to get the old drainage system dug out and extracted - and then install the new, superior drainage system.

We can't say enough about Expert Plumbing - Talal runs a totally honest business - they do exactly what they say they'll do - and most importantly, they explain in detail what the issues are and the various options you have to fix the problem - and they also keep you informed of their progress while getting the job done - basically, they run their business the way you'd hope that every business would be run - but Expert Plumbing both talks the talk and walks the walk - we can't recommend them highly enough to help you address any plumbing issue, large or small.

Super fast response!  I had a unit with a clogged bathroom sink.  Steve showed up within one hour and had the clog cleared with in no time. Would use again in the future.

Leo was fantastic. We just bought a new home and had several issues, he fixed them all quickly and gave us some great advice. I highly recommend Pro Roto & Leo!

When I called, Victor was able to come out right away.  After fixing my issue, he went further to diagnose why the issue was occurring.  Turns out the pipe under my house is not angled correctly, ugh!  So my current problem is fixed and now I know why it is happening... next step it to fix the issue, but I will leave that for another day.
