His priorities were to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and that we were satisfied, which was greatly appreciated. I had a main water line leak and water appeared on both sides of the driveway. Jeremy came out and identified exactly where the leak was.  It was a PVC joint/union where the leak was. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I have hired Shibli numerous times for home and business.  The most recent time I had a backed up pipe.  He cleared the blockage but it clogged up again two weeks later.  He came back and said that the pipe was definitely blocked by tree roots and that the pipe from the street to the house had to be replaced.  I had worked with him for years so for $3,000, I agreed to have it done.  He came with a type of divining rod to locate the pipe, of which both his worker and I were a little skeptical.  It was not accurate as the bulldozer proceeded to dig up my yard and some of the driveway looking for it.  Eventually, the pipe was found and the replacement began.  However, by the end of the day only half the pipe was replaced and Shibli said that was all he would do.  I said the yard and driveway are ruined and I didn't want to have to go through this again as the root damage might be in the second section of the pipe.  He said it took longer for him to find the pipe so it would cost me another $2,500 for him to come back the following day to finish the job.  What choice did I have?  All said and done, he finished the job, but after examining the replaced pipe, there was no root damage.  Shame on me for trusting him without getting other quotes or drawing up a contract.

Second time using Tony.  First time was a Trenchless water line.  This time was a clean-out where another plumber came out and couldn't clear it (turns out he was using too small of an auger - both the diameter and length were inadequate).  Tony had it unclogged in a jiffy.  His came equipped with his fantastic attitude, professionalism and sense of humor which was very welcome considering we had gone several days with a clogged sewer clean-out line.   Showed up on time and got the job done efficiently.  Highly recommend him.

Henry, Auggie, and Troy did a remarkable job with an assortment of tasks I wanted to handle at the same time as addressing a leak. (I also appreciated Henry teaching his son Issac the family trade.)

For my leak, they uncovered a nonstandard installation, found a replacement gasket, and bound the pipe into place. I'm optimistic that this repair will last.

Henry was also the only plumber I talked to that inspected my water heater and shower in detail and that I felt confident in maintaining the water heater and installing a new shower panel.

Not impressed.  $330 to tighten a faucet and turn up the hot water heater.  This also included time to troubleshoot a shower that was stuck on hot.  But the shower analysis was inconclusive; it ended with a promise for a quote.  It has been a week, and we still haven't received the quote to fix the shower.  At $165/hour, I'd expect more efficiency and professionalism.

We had an issue with the water heater, and he fit us into his schedule on the same day as our call. He came over at the exact time that he said he would. He was thorough in his evaluation of the problem, and I was impressed in his approach to customer service. I would definitely call again.

I had two positive experiences with Mario's in the past year.  One was a major issue that required digging under my driveway, and Mario's had it fixed by lunchtime same day.  Another was a minor clog that they handled with the same professionalism and speed. I'm happy to have found this business and would recommend it to others in the RWC area.

Chris knocked it out of the park with a bath tub blocked drain and slow flowing kitchen faucet fix where he installed a brand new faucet. Responsive, professional, punctual, personable.

I called a couple of plumbing companies for outdoor sewer line repair. TrenchFree is one of them. When I met with Carlos, their project man, I was impressed by his thorough camera and radio inspection, trenchless knowledge, and courtesy. He understood the usual concern house owners could have with this type of (major) work and well anticipated various aspect of questions. His patience, detailed explanations and real-time communication -- not only before the project, but also throughout the entire project and after finish -- gave me confident they know what they are doing.

There is no BS on the job itself. VERY clean and neat. For example, the impact to the lawn that needed to dig out a hole was fairly minimal -- not more than what they initially explained to me what to expect. After about 2 months of use, the work has no problem.

The price from TrenchFree was reasonable comparing to other quotes, perhaps partly because they knew exactly what scope needed to be repaired and didn't over-quote.

I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. Much appreciated and would recommend to others looking for honest help.

On Sunday afternoon one of the toilets seemed to have a blockage. It wasn't until I plunged it a dozen times that I discovered the plunging forced nasty water into the tub in the other bathroom. I knew this was a bigger problem.

My regular plumber told me they don't do sewer line clean outs and referred me to Pure Plumbing. My call went to voice mail but Mike texted to say he'd call in a few minutes.

Long story short, Mike sent Nate, who arrived less than 30 minutes after my call. He assessed the problem, explained the process and gave me an estimate before any work was done. After he cleared the blockage 40' down the line, he waited 10-15 minutes while the water ran and everything got tested, cleaning up and remounting the toilet. The bathroom looked better after he left than it did when he arrived. He then spent extra time answering my questions about what needs to be done to keep this from happening again.

I hope you don't have this happen to you but if it does, you can't go wrong with these guys.

This company is a total fraud and relies on classic bait and switch techniques.  Spoke on the phone today with Talal asking about the advertised Main Line Drain Cleaning Special on his website for $125 (check it out in its Specials & Coupons section).  The coupon says only that a Cleanout Access Must be Available.  I told Talal that I had a Cleanout plug easily accessible near my deck so there would be no problem.  
Talal replied that the coupon only applied if the Cleanout access was IN FRONT of a house.  He didn't bother to ask the location of my deck.  Just said that he would not honor the coupon and could not give me an estimate on the phone for such a job without the coupon.  Besides, he added, he was busy for two weeks out, and I ought to call someone else.  Really!!!!!!!
These are the type of guys that give the trade a bad name.  I wonder what they pay for all their good reviews.

These guys came out at 10:00 at night on a weekend after our bathroom shower and toilet backed up. It was my first call as a new homeowner, and I was feeling kind of desperate about my situation.
Steve assessed the age of our pipes based off the age of our house and was able to install a cleanout for us the following Tuesday. He even found and repaired a large hole in the pipe running out to the street while installing the cleanout. The night of our call, he and his assistant unclogged our bathroom pipes in under an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were very conscientious. I appreciated their efficiency and desire to give us all the information we needed about our plumbing. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

What a class-act. They called ahead, came even before the window started, found and fixed the problem quickly and left us with some non-toxic drain cleaner to avoid problems in the future. I second the rave reviews for this company.  I called on Christmas Eve for a stopped drain and Victor was there within a hour and a half.  Just amazing!  This plumber is professional, prompt, and efficient.  He was in and out within minutes and he gave me a 30-day guarantee.  This is the kind of business you would recommend to your mom.
