After receiving an usually high water bill, I called Jeremy to check for a leak in the water line. He came out the next day and took the time to explain what he would be doing. He was thorough with his inspection and very courteous, answering all the questions I had along the way. Highly recommended.

I contacted many plumbers for a repair in a rental unit, and Shibli, the owner of Quality Plus Plaumbing had the best solution to fix a valve that would not require breaking existing tiles, placing an ugly huge plate, or remodeling.

We had a nightmare left in our house a few days ago by another plumber sent to us by our warranty company. This plumber made a plumbing leak worse, left us with unusable shower, then the warranty company refused to cover the additional damages.

My husband called Shibli who stopped by a few hours later on the same day, and provided a temporary solution so that we could use the shower. He then scheduled a time a few days later to fix it with one of his employees.

The owner and staff are very professional, polite, and offer solutions that make sense. Shibli, the owner will try his best to make his customers happy.

I've used Tony for both my business and personal plumbing issues. He is very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. Tony does great quality work.

Our out side water hose pipe was leaking. We gave HR Silicon Valley Plumbing a call and was given an appointment that was available the next day. The technician came assessed the problem and was able to complete the pipe replacement in no time with reasonable pricing.

Great service. I had some blocked pipes and although they were busy, they could squeeze me in and actually came on time in the late afternoon. Problem was fixed and the guys were friendly.

Everytime I've set up an appointment with Fast Water Heater company, it's exactly 15 days until a person comes in. It's absurd and an unrealistic time frame for someone to come in. And when the guy did come in, he didn't even have the part ready. For an hour, he was ordering the correct part and I was left with signing papers proving that he was there. No work was done and I had to wait another 15 days.

Decided to call up Noah's Plumbing the same day and he was able to arrive in 20 minutes and he even had extra parts ready.
He competently worked on fixing the heater and provided details on what was causing it. Before leaving, he made sure that I can call/text him if another problem arises. I'm finally stress-free and can have hot water running again!

Had Manny and Vidal help us with various drain issues at our home from kitchen sinks  to bathrooms, needing to replace pipes and various parts.  Both men worked conscientiously.  They were focused on their jobs and took care to clean up ( never made a mess the first place） We thank them for their courteous and thoughtfulness toward us and our home besides the professional work they did, so very organized and careful with each step !

People complain often about workers hard to find ,careless on their jobs,  late on appointments, and poor attitudes.  

We have the opposite to say about Mario's from calling for service, scheduling, on time, and such professional attitudes toward work and customers.

professional, nice service.  Came a little earlier than they said they would.  But, otherwise explained everything nicely and fixed the problem in a timely manner!

Chris is really helpful to detect a major leak in the crawlspace! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take DIRTY jobs. He is the only plumber who is willing to go down the crawlspace to confirm the leak. While other plumbers just use flashlight and try to see and guess the problem.

I will strongly recommend Pure Flow and Chris for any plumbing needs. And will use Chris again if I have any plumbing installation and repair.

My elderly nextdoor neighbor needed his water main replaced - it was leaking 166 gals an hour and it was too old to be worth trying to fix. We got four quotes.  Three of them wanted to trench the entire distance (something like 230 feet) which involved tearing up the driveway, cutting lots of roots on some very old and valuable oak trees, three days of work, and a huge mess.  Those quotes ranged from $14,000 to over $25,000.

Carlos came and looked at it and said he could do it with just a small hole at each end, no damage to the trees or driveway, etc.  He was super nice and answered all of my and my neighbor's questions.  The quote was about $8000 including an upgrade to a larger line in case a future remodel forces sprinkler installation.

They had a crew out a few days later.  Again, really nice guys, super respectful toward my neighbor.  They were there less than a day.  They replaced all the mess of old galvanized pipes, and multiple valves and a hose spigot at the front of the house with a nice neat, clean, all copper (type-k!) manifold.  They cleaned up really well and checked back a few days later to make sure all was well.  

I can't think of a single thing I would want them to have done differently.

Thanks for also working with our budget to get it repaired. Will definitely be using and  recommending your company for all future plumbing repairs.

My kitchen sink was stopped up but luckily still draining. Pure plumbing was recommend by a friend so I called them. My problem was not an emergency so we scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. Nathan came over to work on the sink. He got the job done, cleaned up and all was good. I appreciate the good work and fair prices. I recommend Pure Plumbing.

I was looking for a water softener installer and got four estimates including Bay Shore (Manual).  The other three estimates were in $300.0 +/- 25, and they told me on the spot.  Bay Shore's was $1000. And was a day late than what he promised.  This was my first time dealing with Bay Shore but did not find the guy who is someone i would do business with.  The first impression is definitely not good.

Quality reasonable service. I highly recommend. Russ doesn't unnesceraily upsell and provides the service that you requested without surprise additional fees at the end.

We have used Expert Plumbing multiple times at both our home and business office and have had nothing but amazing experiences. They're very responsive and provide high quality service.  Both Talal and Moe are really knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely nice people.

Good quality and fast service. But the price is sky high. If you don't care about money, maybe he is a good option. You pay around 3-4x more with him. If you care about money, I would suggest you can ask around the quotes on yelp, and you'll find out how much he charges you more.

Based on my experience, I think Pro Roto is a honest company doing responsible work.

I suspected my main drain pipe was leaking so I called plumbers to come and check.  I contacted three companies with good yelp reviews.  The first company went into my crawl space, checked the pipe by digging around and looking and told me that I have a leak.  The second company only looked at the pipe at a distance from the entrance of my crawl space (he did not go into my crawl space), and told me my pipe is fine.  I would be charged $100 if he actually go into the crawl space to check on the pipe, so I did not ask him to enter the crawl space.    I could not make a decision given the 50/50 answer, so I called the third company Pro Roto and I am so glad I did.  

Leo, the field supervisor, and another plumber from Pro Roto came. They asked me to turn on all the water in my house and flushed my toilets multiple times for a minute while they were checking my pipe in the crawl space.  Out of the three companies, they were the only one did the running water test, which I think is the proper way to check for leakage.  They confirmed that my pipe is currently not leaking.  I do have an old cast iron drain pipe, so eventually it will give out.   When it does, I will call Pro Roto for a replacement for sure.

Each year I have the main drain from the house to the street, snaked.  I do this to keep the draining of the toilets and bathtubs running smoothly.   I live in an older home.  Anyway, I failed to schedule my regular service with another company and low and behold the bathtub backed up.  I called Happy Rooter and spoke to Victor.  He came out within 2 hours and snaked the main drain.  Unfortunately that did not clear up the backup of the tub.  He then called Richardo, his technician, who came out in an hour and he snake the drain from the kitchen.  That did the trick!.  Richardo also changed out the plug to the drain outside to make it easier to get to the next time.  I am very pleased with their work, responsiveness, pricing and of course professionalism.  I highly recommend them!!!!!!
