Used Jeremy for pool leak detection.  Was prompt showing up, explained the process, then quickly inspected my pool and gave recommendations on how to fix the leaks.  Would definitely recommend!

Because of good reviews on Yelp I called them when there was a partial water leak  with bath tub faucet/shower head.  Ramez evaluated the problem and we ended up with replacing it with a new one.  When I tested out, it worked so smoothly.  He just did the work very quickly and perfectly.  While he was working, I asked several other questions such as water temp, water damage, kitchen faucet, and etc.  He game me valuable professional advice/solutions without extra charge.  Thank you!

Tony did a great job for me. He fixed my leak  problem promptly and when it turned out there was a separate problem causing a second leak that he had not noticed, he came back and fixed it fast at no charge. Now that's great service!

Michael was great.  Timely, polite, masked, and helpful.  He even tolerated me helping him while I stood around with my headset on for business calls.  New toilet looks great and was installed perfectly.

Please don't ever call Marti's plumbing service. I called for replacing the faucet in my bathroom. My need was to simply remove the broken faucet and replace it.  And I will be providing all the hardware. A service man by the name Bernardo came in and said he will charge $150 for just REMOVING the broken faucet. At this point I declined his service.

An absolute life-saver!  I had a two month old new RUUD water heater fail in my disabled mother and father in law's home and Bernard took time out of his schedule to stop by on his way back from another job to take a look.  If you have elderly or disabled family members, you know how big of a problem this can be.  In 35-45 minutes Bernard had the problem fixed and we were up and running.  This was after a complete meltdown by the original so-called licensed company that installed it last November.  They sent a tech out the day before and he said what I already new, yeah, the pilot doesn't ingite, I'll place a service order with the manufacturer.  He just passed the buck off to the manufacturer and said basically that's all we can do here.  

If you ever need a new water heater, or service on an existing one, this is your guy.  He had the part in his truck, knew what was wrong and found two other things the original company had done wrong on the installation!    I can't thank Bernard enough, he actually took the time out of his busy dayt to listen to me describe my problem.  5 stars many times over.

Baktiar came very quickly when our sewer seemed totally backed up and clogged and fixed it the very next day. Extremely kind and professional people, I will definitely call them again! I felt that he really cared about not only getting the work done but also making sure that the repair would last. They had to change a lot of our pipe, as it was still the original from the 50s and broken + full of soil and roots. After the work was done, our lawn looked very clean and they even watered it to make sure it would grow back perfectly. I did appreciate that very much.

We had a major backup in our home's sewage system, and Chris was able to respond quickly and came first thing in the morning to our house. He quickly identified the problem, found the location of our pipes, and got to work with the snake. After some effort, he broke through the clog and got our system to work again. He was upfront about the flat fee and also provided an estimate to repair pipes that were damaged due to the tree roots from the tree in our front yard.

Overall I'd recommend his service. It's transparent and he got the job done, whereas others might have given up trying to break through the roots in the pipe. Very professional.

We had an appointment for 10 am today. They did not show and did not call. I don't know how they can stay in business with such poor service. We now have to wait 2 more days for anyone else to come. I don't know how they have such glowing reviews. This is my first experience with them. I will modify my review if they have a good excuse.

It appears there was an honest miscommunication and they responded within hours and have already come and fixed the issue. Great way to redeem themselves. I'm happy to modify my original rating.

Abel is the most honest one out there. Explained what we needed to do so he doesnt have to come back when out shower clogged. Also, he could've charged us all these extra fees like so many others wouldve but he didn't.

Also, hes willing to squeeze in a home visit on short notice if he can. he will work with you to make sure that you get the help you need as soon as possible.

Highly recommended.

We had a underground pipe leak last night and Michael and his crews showed up first thing in the morning to help us fix it. Michael and his entire team are so approachable and professional. The work flow is very smooth - Michael scheduled an appointment confirmation via text, came to assess the issue, explained the solutions, sent out the estimate in writing, completed  the job, cleaned up the site and then sent out the invoice. Having plumbing issue is unpleasant but knowing that I have a team of reliable professionals to reach out to when problems arise is just reassuring.

A HUGE thank you to Eddy and Marvin who recently installed a new water heater for my dad! They overcame many obstacles including bad weather, water damage, confined spaces and limited access. Also, they're response was immediate. They exceeded our expectations  hats off to you and your business.

We were in the process of moving so our schedule was less flexible than normal and Russ was willing to work with us on a time to work up an estimate.  The job was to install a larger gas line to the back unit of a duplex and add some branches for new and future gas appliances.  When here to make up the estimate he was great at brainstorming to determine the best route for the pipe to fit our budget and also make the finished job look great.  The bid was absolutely fair and he never asked for more. He always started on time, put in a full day and cleaned up.  He originally stated that he would be done by Friday and ended up being done on early Wednesday afternoon.  We have had no issues with the work and would absolutely call Russ again.

Talal came and solved a problem with our instant hot water heater right away. We really appreciate his approach and care.

Could be more satisfied with this company! I called for an after hours emergency service. They answered immediately and arrived within 45min! The technician was knowledgeable and sufficient. I will absolutely be using this company again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for such fantastic and quick service!!!

We had an issue with our tubs and toilets backing up about 7:00 am. I ran to my computer to do some research about plumbers. After a few phone calls to other plumbing companies that didn't respond, I called Pro Roto. The phone was answered after a few rings by a guy Marco. Marco told me he would be at my house in thirty minutes. About 20 minutes later Marcos was at my front door. He snaked the clean out and solved the problem almost immediately. Marco could have taken my money and been on his way, but told me that he thought that something just wasn't right. So, Marco sent his camera down the sewer line and showed me the bad news. My sewer line had collapsed. Bad news any homeowner doesn't want to hear. We talked about a price and Marco told me that he could have the job done by next day. The next morning at 8:30 Pro Roto showed up to start the work. I was thinking there is noway that they will finish the job in one day. By 4:00 that afternoon the doorbell rang, the workers were telling me that they had finished and were leaving. I walked out to check things out and to my amazement, they had done a great job. It almost looked like they were never there. The sidewalk and walkway were washed down and the hose had been put back where it belonged. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL PRO ROTO FIRST!! They are by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

My sewer cleanout was clogged and I called up Happy Rooter and spoke to Victor to get an estimate.  He was very prompt and told me he would get back to me because he needed to check with his tech guy on his availability.  As promised, he called back and told me his tech guy could be onsite between 12pm and 2:00pm because his tech guy was at another site doing some work.

Prior to the tech guy arrival, I get a text and call from Victor confirming his tech is on route to my home.

Richard, the tech guy, knew exactly what needed to be done and was in-n-out within 30 min or less.  FAST SERVICE!

Lastly, which was unexpected, Richard informed me I had a one month warranty when he handed me my receipt.  I'm glad they stand behind their work!
