FRAUD ALERT! The only reason this plumber has so many positive reviews is because he cheats his customers. I was majorly duped by Glenn, and was charged $1064 to clear a blocked toilet! He first said that it will cost me $664. Then Glenn said that he could not find the blockage so it's most likely outside the house and he will need to come back in the morning to dig and cut pipes in order to clear the blockage and it will cost me over $2,000.00 and that I will not have any use of toilets until the following day. When I asked him to reinstall the toilet, since it was functioning prior to his arrival and got backed up only while I was using dishwasher and washer at the same time. He said it was not possible, but he could get his partner to come out and bring a better tool that might work for additional $400. I agreed, since being stuck without the use of toilets for the night and next day was not an option. I felt completely ripped off!!! Glenn couldn't find the blockage, and then oh miracle! as soon as I paid $1064 he was able to find and clear the blockage within 15 minutes!
I went ahead and wrote an honest review, warning all the single moms and women out there about Glenn's practices. The following day Glen reached out, offering a full refund in exchange of me removing my negative review. After confirming the refund on my credit card statement, I gave him a 4 star review. Imagine my surprise when refund disappeared from my credit card statement. I made sure to check from computer, thinking there is a glitch with my cell phone. . . . no refund! He must have cancelled it as soon as I changed my review, in hopes I will not notice. DOUBLE DUPED! I bet I am not the first one and there are unsuspecting customers out there who changed their reviews from negative to positive without noticing reversed refunds.
Glenn took advantage of a single mom by MAJORLY OVERCHARGING and CHEATING!!!

No Glen, you took a screenshot of while transaction was pending, and promptly cancelled it. My credit card company confirmed  that no refund has been issued. I have filed a case with fraud department.

We had some large sprinkler leaks in our yard. Jeremy sent Jose out to take a look. We had also been considering a drip system so we asked Jose if he could install drip in addition to fixing the leaks. Jose installed the drip and fixed 2 of the 3 leaks. A new leak was created and one of the original leaks got worse. Jose recognized one of the leaks and fixed but it started leaking again 2 days later and was creating a safety hazard on our easement. 2 sprinklers he capped off were also leaking. When I called Jeremy to check-in about other questions he never called back, and I figured if Jose couldn't fix the leaks the first time it wouldn't be better the second time. Instead I called Dick's Sprinkler Service. Gerardo was able to come out quickly and said he would not leave the property without fixing the leaks. One of the leaks was very bad due to damage from Jose's work. Gerardo took his time and made sure the job was done well. His daughter also showed me how to add teflon tape to close off the capped off sprinklers. A simple fix that Jose skipped. I thought Jose was a nice guy and seemed knowledge but his irrigation work was poor. Many of our shrubs are dying now since he he installed the drip system. I appreciate the care from Dick's Sprinkler service and wish things had been done correctly by Bullseye.

While doing work at a family member's house I smelled gas. I called PG&E who diagnosed a gas leak coming from inside the house so they shut off the gas at the meter and said I needed to call someone to fix the leak. I didn't know who to call so I called a realtor friend who put me in touch with Ramez at Quality Plus Plumbing. Ramez responded quickly and in a very short time he and Saul arrived and came up with a solution to fix the problem. They did a great job and also fixed some other problems in the house. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for friendly service and great work!

I had a urgent problem where the gas line running to my house from the PG&E meter was leaking. I needed it fixed ASAP so I called Tony. Turns out he couldn't get to me that day but gave me some valuable information that allowed me to resolve the issue much cheaper than I was originally quoted. He actually took my call while on his way to another job. He didn't make a cent off of my situation but was able to same me money.

Our boiler was replaced pretty promptly. It was replaced within 2 hrs.  Thanks HR Plumbers!!

Replacement of toilet supply supply line and valve was quick and efficient. Plumber explained every detail. Gave me a price break for that and toilet re-installation since I had already removed the toilet and old valve. It was still very expensive but I haven't gotten a plumbing bill yet from any one that seemed reasonable. I will call them again.

My Rheem water heater was under warranty, but when I call Rheem to schedule a service when there is no hot water, they give us a service company that cannot come out until two weeks later.
I complained to Rheem and they send us Noah plumbing, they came out the next day, it was a long drive for Burnard,  he has to come out again because we did not explain what was wrong, or he would had bought the part with him. I was very grateful that he came with the part next day and fixed the problem, please call him if you have any water heater problem.

It's never fun to have to find a plumber because that means something is not working :(  but i am so glad i found Mario Plumbing. From the start, Mario and his team were quick with scheduling and arrived on time. He was really honest and upfront about the service plan and also pricing. I was dealing with a slow draining tub (not an emergency, but very annoying) and they made 2 house calls to help me resolve the issue. He was always really transparent with what they were doing and what next steps would be. I appreciated that he outlined what he would try and had a conservative approach rather than defaulting to the most expensive and intensive options.

Thank you Mario and team, so glad we found you and (god forbid) we have another plumbing issue, I would definitely use them again.

Based on other yelp reviews I decided to give Plumbing Connection a try.  Khan and his team were excellent: quick response and very professional.  It was a big job (burst pipe in kitchen, replacing 3 shutoffs including the main house shutoff, drain basket, sprinkler shutoff).  They really knew their stuff and didn't try to upsell me, although their prices were so competitive I kept asking them to do more things.  Great service, high quality work, and competitive pricing, what more can you ask for?

Chris from Pure Flow Plumbing went beyond the call of duty.  He dug up the
dirt around the meter to see what kind of piping I had.  He explained every
part of job he was going to do.  He took his time to help me understand the
complete job.  There were 5 estimates given to me from different plumbing
companies.  His estimate was in the middle.  After the job he cleaned up
and showed me what he did to fix the main pipes to the front of the house.

This young man is a professional plumber, you will not be disappointed.

Always suspicious when a company has nothing but 5-star reviews. These guys deserve the entire constellation. Very professional, prompt, courteous, get the job done attitude with minimal intrusion, and leave as though they were never there.

This technology doesn't come cheap but given the option of tearing up asphalt, pavers or concrete patios, the job gets done in 1/10th the time with 1/100th the chaos of trenching up the outdoors. Given the overall expense and inconvenience of trenching and replacing the landscape and hardscape, it's a no-brainer.  6-stars if it was an option!

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are extremely happy with his work and professionalism that we are scheduling our new water heater install with him as well:) Thanks Abel!

Bayshore plumbers is a great company to hire for plumbing. They have great customer service and are very fast at sending over a plumber. My company Peninsula Center of Cosmetic Detistry had a major water overflow in our break room. The plumber Jaciel was very great at helping us out. He made sure to ask all questions necessary for what we needed. He was very well-mannered and had such a great personality. He is the type of person you can easily get along with and handle business with. I would definietly recommend this company for future plumbing issues and highly recommend Jaciel as your go-to PLUMBER for this company. He is fantastic at what he does. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend again you WILL NOT be dissapointed!

Russ installed a Pentair Fleck 5600 SXT water softening system for me in my garage (new construction home). He also set up a custom harnessing system to keep my tank secured. He was on time, communicative, efficient, and installed the system with great attention to detail and quality.  He cleaned up and was easy to work with. I was very satisfied with Russ's service and will be using him again for some other plumbing projects that I have planned.

I had a little pain in the butt project that I was trying to do myself, but my wife suggested that maybe it was time for a professional plumber to take over. I called Talal based upon all the great reviews. Unfortunately he was too busy to fit my schedule, but he took about 15 mins on the phone to discuss my options and coach me through finishing off the job myself. Super nice guy, definitely customer service oriented. Expert Plumbing would be my first call next time I need a plumber without a doubt.

Came in the middle of the night, very quick very friendly service and very reasonable price. We had a massively clogged drain in an apartment building and he had it done it just about an hour or so. If you need a plumber asap without ruining your wallet highly reccomend.

They helped me with their DIY tips without a fee.  I had a clogged drain.  The gentleman I talked to gave DIY tips on opening the drain and cleaning it myself. He also suggested using Muriatic acid if push come to shove. I just opened the drain and cleared up the clog myself. Very helpful company.

I left a message to schedule an appointment. I received a call back a short while later. I needed my garbage disposal changed out soon because it hadn't been working for several weeks. We settled on a day and time that worked for both of us. They had to reschedule because they were booked, but that was fine. We decided on another day. The technician came out and advised that my disposal didn't need to be replaced....instead he fixed my disposal in a couple of minutes. I was very happy....that saved me a couple hundred dollars. He was able to take a look at my slow flushing toilets. He made some adjustments and walla! Much better. He even pointed out some rusting pipes, so I had him change them out. It was a great experience.... They definitely exceeded my expectations. They even asked me after the service how everything went. They definitely deserve all 5 stars.
