No nonsense. I knew the toilet needed an overhaul and that's what they did, and it works perfectly now.

It was very difficult to get ahold of Jeremy from Bullseye. His response with Yelp was very slow and his phone was usually full so impossible to get him. When I finally did reach him we set up an appointment. He never showed for the visit. This caused me precious time in finding someone else. Stay away from this business.

I'd highly recommend Quality Plus. They answered the phone when I first called and came out to give a free quote. When they actually did the work, Robert was great. He did 6 different things and stayed with each until it was completely fixed. This included having to clean out a valve multiple times because it kept getting clogged when water was turned back on but he didn't stop until it was working like it should.

I was sure I wrote these guys up before... outstanding service... both times they gave me the window they'd show up in, and they showed up at the earliest end of the schedule. Friendly, regular guys kind of people... quick and clean, too. I've called them before, and I'll call them again.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. Had leaky shower - Called Marti's first - I had someone come a give me a quote of ~ 300 (do not remember exactly). That is to just fix shower valve - Since I had older generic model, no guarantee he will find parts - If he does not, still  have to pay - it is money drown the drain (He did mention he will offset this if we get additional work get this fixed).

When he started work, he realized he cannot fix it easily - so instead gave me a quote for 1400 $.

Nice part was, he did not charge any money  as no real work started (he shut off water, just got started when he abandoned it - so not a lot of work yet) and he kept things clear.

After an hour, I had California plumbing come by - David  was very systematic, knowledgeable had all tools needed and was creative in getting things done. 115$ later, All done - I am impressed with him.

3-4 stars for Marti's (Rated 4 here) for keeping it professional, 5 stars for California for plumbing for the quick and nice work.

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.

I highly recommend Mario's Plumbing Services and team member Franco, the experienced plumber (of 22 years!) who came out to do the work at my condo in Palo Alto.

I managed to drop a small glass jar into my garbage disposal late on a Sunday evening -- it was almost exactly the same diameter as the drain opening so it was just impossible to extract it manually -- the only way to get it out was to disconnect the disposal.  Unfortunately (and somewhat predictably), while I had the tools to disconnect the disposal, I did not have all the equipment I needed to reinstall it, so I ended up searching for a plumber with immediate availability.

I messaged Mario's at about 11:30 pm Sunday night and had a reply by 7:00 am Monday morning.  They quoted me a price to reinstall my existing disposal and to replace it with a new unit.  Out of an abundance of caution, I opted to replace the aging unit (I live on the second floor and leaks are not something I wanted to deal with)--and I didn't get the feeling they were trying to push me to replace it at all.  Mario's was able to send someone over within about 30 minutes since they'd finished a nearby job ahead of schedule and had a replacement disposal with him in the truck.  

Franco came in (wearing a mask), gave my senior Lab retriever a few quick scratches and then got to work, disconnecting the old unit and installing the new one within about 30 minutes.  He, like everyone else I spoke to at Mario's, was professional, friendly and helpful -- I have not had a better experience with a plumber over the last ten years as a homeowner.

Received same day service for not only our broken water heater but also our shabby shower faucets. No fuss and fantastic professional service.

The house's water heater had suddenly stopped working just as the weather got cold so you bet I was in a bit of a scramble to get the hot water running again. Called Khan in the morning and he swung by around 2PM. By 3PM I had a new, fixed up water heater and shower faucets in peak condition. He and his team took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. I didn't even realize that my shower faucets were overdue for maintenance so it was extremely helpful that Khan took notice of how difficult it was to move the handle. Now that the faucet handles have received proper maintenance, I cannot look back.

Absolutely fantastic service--all team members wore masks and Khan had even taken off his shoes before entering the house! I was ready to take the L for that, so I appreciate not having to.

i sent in a crawl space issue thru request a quote service which messages several service providers at once based on some unknown algorithm. in 5 minutes Trenchfree called to say they do not offer those services. That is above an beyond, in my opinion. They could have just ignored the message. Did not use them, but they get 5 stars.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

100% recommended if you are looking for an honest plumber.

Alex Gonzalez and his team of plumbers from Bayshore Plumbers who had to put new pipes from the main sewerage pipes into my house did a terrific job, were friendly, communicated every day with me and kept me informed when I could use the water and toilets in the house. They cleaned up the mess under the washing machine and dryer and put them back in place. Unfortunately, they reversed the hot and cold so I had them come back and they fixed the problem the day I called. They were life savers to my problems. Bayshore Plumbers will be my plumbers forever. I have used Russ now twice.  Once for a potential water heater problem and then for a clogged drain line.  Here are a few things I really like about him:
1.  He is fast and responsive.  If you don't have hot water or your kitchen sink line is clogged, you need to get it fixed fast.
2.  He explains what he is going to do and then teaches you how to make the simple repairs yourself.  He will tell you which repairs you can do yourself (with tricks of the trade) and which ones to be careful on (that means hire an expert).
3.  I don't feel I am being taken advantage of.  He will not do extra work or make suggestions just to put money in his own pocket.  He only does what needs to get done and gives excellent recommendations about potential improvements should further problems occur.

I found Top Hat Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a try based on the positive reviews.  Now, there is no reason for me to search for a Plumber on Yelp any more.  I have found my Plumber!

Practiced C19 preventive measures. Straight-forward quote over the phone with few questions. Fast response time, very efficient and clean. Steve wore house socks, and not only fixed our clogged toilet, but also a disturbing flushing noise. Job well done!

My parent's commercial building in Redwood City had a worn out main sewer line which clogged up with dirt because the 50+ year old pipe had rusted through to the surrounding dirt.   Marco and his crew were amazing.  They showed up the next day as promised and worked late at night to not disrupt the Tenant's businesses and replaced 60' of main sewer line using a hydraulic machine that saved the foundation from major jack hammering.  As promised the crew replaced the pipe in 3 days and then restored the bathrooms a few days later into better condition than before the main line was plugged.  I trust them 100% and highly recommend them.

Called Victor on Sunday afternoon during holidays, he quickly scheduled a slot. Crew arrived on time within schedule window and with masks. Quickly snake to city sewer line and back up issue solved in less than 30 minutes. Plus he charges reasonable fee. Definitely will use his service if needed.
