Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with these plumbers I have used them in the past, and did not  have any issues
I called them to fix the problem that they already worked on in the past they denied that they worked on that problem to begin with and if proceeded to give me a price quote for 3k-5k to fix I'll leak in the front of my home they wanted to excavate my whole front yard to find the leak that was right next to the water meter Joshua the plumber that called me was very condescending on the phone I proceeded to call a different plumber I got the job done for less than $1000 I called them up to speak to someone regarding the fleecing price feelingThat I was trying to be exploited however once I voiced my issues he said a manager will call me back the manager is never called me back I've resorted to doing this I have never left a one star review before somebody be careful be cautious shop around

Quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. Max was so helpful and expedient. I had a leak and had to turn my hot water off to prevent flooding my side yard. He squeezed me in at the end of a long day to make sure I had water ASAP. At a reasonable hourly rate, he was able to take care of swapping out a kitchen faucet, toilet fill valve and flapper, and cap off an old corroded recirculation pump that was no longer in use (the source of the leak) in under an hour. After just one experience with Max, I realize how inept and inconvenient my previous plumbers have been. I wish I'd met Max years ago for all my plumbing needs. Finally, a plumber I can whole heartedly recommend to my real estate clients and friends for plumbing repairs.

Flood Brothers did a great job at fixing our leaky sink & replacing our garbage disposal. Mike was awesome! Really kind and efficient, on time and clearly communicated his process. I like that I received an email with a photo of Mike before he showed up. I'm not an overly cautious person but I can see where that would be re-assuring to some. I would totally recommend them.

My husband and I just bought a condo built in 1972, and needed a plumbing inspection. Chris was there in a heartbeat and gave us helpful recommendations of how to get the place running up to speed. We ended up using a general contractor to do our plumbing with an all inclusive price, but when we found a leak under our kitchen sink, we decided to call Chris at Ace Plumbing back. Once again, he was there in a heartbeat, diagnosed the problem, and came back 2 days later with the appropriate part to fix the problem. It's clear Chris knows his stuff and so far I am very happy with the service I am getting. I've stored them in my phone for future reference.

I first had a shower head issue and a slow dripping outdoor leak. Yesterday, Joe came out and quickly attended to both. I then casually mentioned a concern about my sewer line though it had been functioning okay. Joe pulled out camera equipment and showed to me a number of problems. Long story short, Rockstar was able to return with a crew today and install a new line without tearing up the whole yard. Thanks, Joe and Rockstar, for professionally and promptly taking care of things at a reasonable price.

Best plumbing company I have worked with, Miguel is a great guy he explains things he puts your mind at ease he goes above and beyond his duties he takes his time and does not take shortcuts he gives the appropriate options for a permanent solution,  Our main swewer line had backed out and we were very concerned and confused about what needs to happen he not only was much more thorough in explaining things but his pricing was extremely reasonable,  I will never ever use anybody else and will definitely recommend new pro plumping to anybody that asks have Miguel do your plumbing work and your eyes closed.  Thank you Miguel and crew for you hard work

Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

Mandel and his crew did a fantastic job.  He came out the same day, provided me with a fair quote and completed the job within 24 hours.  I appreciated his patience in educating me about the issues with my plumbing. He has all of the latest equipment, which allows him to work quickly and efficiently.  He also provided more than just one recommendation re: how to approach and resolve the problem. I was very stressed out when he arrived but his expertise and professional demeanor quickly calmed me down - I knew that I was in good hands. I definitely recommend this business and would use them again.

Its easy to give a 5-star review right after an appointment, but the real test is if the work lasts. In  my case it didnt last, and within a couple weeks my drains were clogged again. I can't know for sure if the work they did could have prevented the 2nd clog, all I know is 1) I paid them to do a job that lasted only a couple weeks before having to pay someone again, and 2) when I told them about it they didn't make any effort to rectify it (I would have expected, for example, at least an offer of a dicsount for them to come back out and fix it again).

I called New Generation Plumbing because my sinks and toilet weren't draining properly.  They responded promptly and sent over Jose & Martin.  They took a look and told me the toilets were doing their job, it's just that they were old (from 2005) and I could buy new ones if I wanted the toilets to do a better job, but that they were functioning fine.  They also took hair out of the sink drain, which improved the water flow.  

Jose & Martin were professional, on time, very polite and wore their masks.  I'd definitely recommend New Generation Plumbing and will use them once I decide to upgrade my toilets.

We had an emergency and found out that it was my water booster pump sprung an internal leak and they disconnected it with ease as it was covered my the manufacture warranty.  Had the flush out my tankless water heater and did a first class job and cleaned some extra parts on it without extra charges.  This crew was very friendly and professional and their knowledge of plumbing repair is top notch.  Will definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs

Can't say enough amazing things about Flood Brothers!! Phillip came out on a Sunday when we were having sewage backup.  He found the most cost effective way for us to fix the problem and without involving the city for permits. It was a big job and they fixed it in 48 hrs.  The cleanup was perfect and you can't even tell they dug up two trenches.  I highly recommend this company!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

My husband and I were out of town and our tenants called to say there was a leak coming from the ceiling. I called several plumbers no one picked up it was very early on a Sunday morning. 911 Plumbers were the only ones who picked up, they came promptly, were very clear on the prices and what was going to be done. I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone and will definitely use them again.

I had cracked pipes and clay sewer line with roots causing hangups and backups. The plumbing was originally installed when the house was built in 1951. Connie first came out and inspected everything under the house as well as running a camera through the lines and showing me where the problems were. She then drew a diagram of all the plumbing, educating me on the various lines, connections and trouble spots and then prioritized each section. There was only one area which needed to be fixed as soon as possible and she gave me a more-than-fair estimate on that, but also let me know there was a possibility of needing to repair a slighting longer section if the pipe was too weak for a connection at that point. I was very happy and impressed with Connie's professionalism, service, knowledge, documentation (Contract, license,insurance,etc.), time spent to make sure I understood the options, and of course the completed project itself. There was extensive and hard-to-reach excavation required to get to the problem. It was all done in one day as promised, and everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. Connie even came out the following morning to check and make sure everything was done to my (& her) satisfaction. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Drain Works & Plumbing Company!
