George is always quick in responding my texts. George & his team came on time & finished the work quickly & professionally. Really appreciate their help for replacing our old garbage disposal. Their price is reasonable & they promised for follow-up services if there is anything wrong.

Showed up on short notice, the problem was sorted out quickly, couldn't ask for more efficient and fairly priced service.  BTW, a previous plumber could not fix this issue.

Eddie was a lifesaver and totally came to the rescue!  We were getting ready to go out of town when the toilet and shower backed up. I called Plumber 2 the Rescue and they were over at our house in minutes! Eddie was great and immediately diagnosed the problem.  They explained the culprit - tree roots!  They took care of the problem and were very reasonably priced.  We were soon back on track for our trip.  Next time we have a plumbing issue - we will be calling Eddie and Plumber 2 the Rescue ASAP.

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later.  He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue.  God bless, this time around the clean out was successful.  I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner.  Thanks Max!

Well--that was easy!  Our sump pump that takes water away from the front of our house (hillside design, yay) had sprung a leak and the float wasn't rising on its own--and we were getting a lot of rain.  Tracy came around, tightened up the elbow joint; it had just gotten loose.  Removing leaves and tweaking the float just a wee bit did the trick.  

No parts needed and then Tracy didn't want to charge for labor!  Thanks, Flood Brothers!

We live over an hour away from our rental property, so whenever our tenants have an issue, it can be a little nerve wracking. Luckily, Ace Plumbing and Rooter  and to our rescue the other day when they found a clog in the bathroom. The were immediate to respond, came out quickly, inspected and fixed the issue all within record time! They were professional, fair, competent and kind. We are very happy we found them and plan to always use them going forward. Don't hesitate to reach out to these guys, you won't regret it!

I'm in tears as I type this, but not in a way you might think. My husband got laid off before quarantine, so when our kitchen sink got clogged, we first tried to fix it ourselves. We were able to clear out the pipes directly beneath the sink but there were still issues. My husband looked up all the local plumbers on Yelp with 5 star reviews and Rockstar was the quickest to respond and also had the best availability. Sal came out and couldn't have been more respectful, thorough, and conscientious. He was very clear in explaining everything, used a 25 foot motorized snake to clear out the line and said he wouldn't charge us (this was before he even knew about my husband losing his job). He did say we might want hydro jetting at some later point to fully clear the pipes, but said the snaking he did would be good for now, and he double checked everything and even tightened other pipes and lines for us that had nothing to do with the problem. Sal voluntarily wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time and also cleaned the sink and cabinet area before he left. Since he wasn't charging us, I tried to tip Sal but he wouldn't even accept the tip!! Sal, our whole family is so touched by your honesty and generosity!!! When it's time for the hydro jetting, we will definitely ONLY call Rockstar and ask for you by name. You've made us loyal customers for life!

Miguel was the best! He was very helpful, on-time, & very affordable. He did the best job. I would recommend him to my friends, family, & strangers, whoever is looking for a great Plummer.

Victor is by far the best plumber/rooter guy I've ever met and used.   The entire experience was top-notch. Scheduling was very easy, and he arrived exactly as planned.   He was super friendly and professional, and the services were most reasonable.   I've got a hillside house with typical rooting issues, and I will never use anyone else again.   Victor is your guy!

Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

I called Rapid Action Rooter on Tuesday in regards to our bathtub not draining and knowing it was the stopper in the back that needed professional services. The initial response time was great in regards to sending photographic evidence. I received a call shortly after explaining the issue and he was spot on actually. He told me he will see when one of his guys are available to come out and I let him know, we'll see what the issue is once they come out. 2 days later and never received a call back or any correspondence. I wanted so badly to support black. The pricing for the small job was very reasonable. I actually got another company to come out pretty quickly and the big job that Rapid Action called correctly over the phone was quoted a few hundred cheaper. Maybe in the future for smaller jobs we'll try again. The reviews brought me here. Thanks tho!

I feel a bit uneasy about this company having my address now. After noticing my review on yelp, I received a call from them which I ignored. I then check my phone and there is a text message stating my guys will be out after  3:30pm today. I responded, no thank you. It is already being fixed. Which I had told him earlier today after writing my initial review. He called after I texted saying, I never received correspondence and he said I never sent my address which I stated I did, and he confirmed the day he asked for pics when he quoted me over the phone.

I had my husband call because after I sent I didn't need him to come out, I wanted to make sure this man didn't show up at my house. He didn't answer the first try but called right back. He claimed it was a mistake, he meant to call and text a different client but then proceeded to have a 2 minute conversation with my husband about how my review can negatively impact his black business. And he just wanted to make up for the miscommunication. That's very weird to me. I wrote a respectable review and the 3 stars was MY experience. This was a matter that I consider urgent and felt ignored. This is MY experience. After reading non five star reviews, someone had the same experience.

When a company steps up to the plate, I believe it's only fair to recognize them.  That's what Rocket Plumbing did.  On 2/19, I wrote an unfavorable review after having issues with their responses.  To their credit, Brian, the owner, contacted me directly to find out what went south this time. He then apologized and asked if they could have a chance to rectify the situation.  I appreciate that kind of company, who cares about their clients and their reputation.  Long story short, they came back, replaced all three faucets and the needed angle-stops, and were willing to negotiate the cost.  We are well satisfied.  Thank you, Brian, Chris and Jose, for stepping up to the plate.

The plumber came to see the problem, we had a leak. The plumber who showed up quoted me $400 for the job. I agreed. After taking everything apart the price went from $400 to $650. In other words, dishonest plumbers. They will give you a reasonable price so that you'll hire them for the job, but then expect a great hike in the price. This is the second time they did that to us.
I will never call them again.

My husband and I came home to a leaking water heater on Friday. We did some research and after calling a few places, we were so lucky to find Z&H plumbing. Not only did they beat everyone else's price but they were willing to come first thing in the morning to replace our water heater. They were punctual and very thorough. They made sure to check everything and do a clean job, not cut corners that would cause us a headache down the line. I would certainly call these guys again and would recommend them to my friends and family!

Philip was amazing he was prompt, honest and effective in quickly resolving my issue. I cannot recommend flood brothers enough and will be using them in the future!!!

I got home 2 am In  the morning and found my kitchen flooded . Didn't know what to do . I called 911 plumbing and they said the plumber will be at my house with in 1 h and they were at my house in 45 min . Who does that? 911 plumbing does -that's who.  1. They answered the phone at 2am in the morning and I spoke to Kathy ( live person ) . 2. They were on time. 3 . Did a great jab on my kitchen sink  4. They cleaned the mess as much as they could. 5. Price was less than expected   Plumbing problem solution can't get any better then this  5 STARS  Thanks to yelp and 911 plumbing

We needed a plumber last minute to come reconnect our new kitchen sink and drinking faucet pipes due to some renovation delays. Lalo came to our rescue and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. He wore booties to keep our floors protected and a mask (due to Covid) the entire time. Their estimate also turned out to be the most reasonably priced compared to a few other plumbers we talked to. Highly recommend this company!
