Whenever I have needed plumbing, Rishon has been there to get the job done! I don't trust anyone else with the plumbing in my house. I have had more than my share of plumbing problems throughout the years, specifically with my water heater. I have had nearly every piece of my old water heater replaced before I actually got them to replace the whole water heater. I wouldn't wish the problems I have had on my worst enemy!
They completed all of the work that I needed without hesitation. At this point, I would not go to anyone else. Every price they have quoted me was spot on and within my budget. All of their staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. From the first step of contacting them over the phone, the whole experience is delightful. Their office staff is happy to send me in the right direction to fix my problem. All appointments are made quickly and the staff that comes out gets to work right way.
They take the time to assess the situation and explain to me what my problem is. They are always happy to answer any question that I have! Not to mention, their work is always top notch. I have never had an issue with work they have completed. I always recommend them to all of my friends. I have never met another team that does as well as they do. I wholeheartedly recommend that you hire them for any of your plumbing needs. You won't find anyone better!

We had used this service previously and luckily had saved the number as they were excellent the first time after a disappointing visit from Mike Diamond plumbing company. We called and were able to get a same day appointment. Freddie and his co-worker were able to come even earlier than promised. Again they were professional and thorough and explained exactly what they needed to do. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up the laundry area completely before they left. I will continue to only use them for all my plumbing needs.

Good work.  A bit of miscommunication between staff about what work for what price needed to be done leaving me feeling skeptical, but overall good work.  Also got the feeling a one hour job was milked to two hours.

I've used him twice, and was satisfied with the work and the price both times.  Max is reasonably priced, does good work and is honest.  We have had problems with our housecleaners putting unflushable things such as paper towels in the toilet and clogging our main line.  Max was able to determine the cause of the clog and retrieve some of the paper towels so we had evidence to go back to the cleaning service with.  I appreciate that he stated the price up front both times and there were no surprises.

Our regular plumber is out of town , so thought I'd try someone new. Had Daniel come out to root out part of our sewer line, a recurring problem we have.  Daniel was pleasant but informed me that the price of doing the job was jumping from $175 to $475 because he needs a second man to come out and help him lift up the auger snake machine up a 2 foot step.  Now let me repeat that- the job price MORE THAN DOUBLED because they did not have 2 guys in the truck. I sent him on his way.  We have had drains snaked dozens of times over the 25 years we've lived in this house, not once has a crew shown up with one guy, then try to charge double to actually do the job the job I called for them to do!  What kind of way is this to run a company?  We can't be the only home in LA that has a step to go up.  You wasted my time, Daniels time, and now we still have a clogged line that needs to be cleared.  The only good thing I can say is that he did not charge me for the service call, or for putting the camera in to look.  That's why it's 2 stars instead of one.

ADDING A RESPONSE TO THE MANAGER'S MESSAGE BELOW

Hi Lulu, in response to your comments on my yelp review.  
1.  The quote for $475 was NOT for hydrojetting.  The $475 was for rooting only.  He explained that because he had to call in a second man, the price for ROOTING ONLY was $475.  He quoted me $575 for hydrojetting.  In fact, I know this is the case, because he told me It's only $100 more to do the hydrojetting . I asked him several times, this is the price he quoted me.  Why did I keep asking him?  Because I couldn't believe he was going to try to upcharge me so much. If he is telling you anything different, he is not remembering the conversation correctly.  If I could have refused the hydrojetting, and had him do the rooter job for $175, I would have done so.  He did not give me the option.
2.  He made ABSOLUTLEY NO MENTION of the tiles. Our house is old, we don't care a bit about the flooring.  If he had mentioned a single word about damaging tile, I would have told him not to worry about it.  Except that he didn't mention anything about the tile.  He kept mentioning the step up,
3.  You are missing the point.  If your company charges double for a two man job, please have your people on the phone explain that up front.  I would have never wasted my time or Daniels time if I had known.  There is no other plumber in the 25 years we've had this house charge double the original quoted price when they show up.
4.  Yes, Daniel was pleasant and explained everything to me.  I just wish he could have rooted the drain, which is why I called you guys in the first place!

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

We had a clogged sink that kept coming back. Every time we called a plumber it would seem like the problem was fixed but like clockwork the sink would return to the same clogged state in a few months. This sink was beginning to get the best of us!
We called Rockstar Plumbing desperate for a solution! Chris came on time and was super nice! He got to the root of the problem so quickly and with a smile on his face. 10/10 would recommend Rockstar Plumbing and use their services again! Thank you Chris! :D

Miguel did a great job installing a new Water Heater - He was punctual and very professional and a nice guy to deal with.  I recommend him!  :)

My son recommended Victor's Rooter and Plumbing, and I can't thank him enough!  He is the nicest owner/operator.  In my son's case, while other companies recommended expensive drainage work when he moved into his new home, Victor's told him that it was not necessary and did an excellent job taking care of the issue for considerably less.  I called Victor's because of a backup that seems to have resolved itself before he got here, and while he spent considerable time investigating the issue, he didn't charge me because there was ultimately no problem.  Honesty leads to good word of mouth in the case of Victor's Rooter and Plumbing.

Excellent all around - the service and the end result were too notch.

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

Will definitely use Hermes in the future!

The process was very easy. He was prompt, professional and quick. We called early in the day and was able to come the same day to fix our shower. Mandel was efficient and very pleasant to meet.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

Water started to sip out of my front yard. And I had a suspicion that it could be a broken water main. I called New Generation Plumbing after my discovery at about 5pm - Fernando, who answered the phone scheduled a next-day 7am free inspection and confirmed my hunch. He and his crew started and finished work the next day.

It's a pricey fix, as those kinds of repairs always are. And I appreciate New Generation's prompt and reliable work, so that I didn't have to run up my water bill or go without water for a prolonged period.

Edit: They followed through. Had to cut into my walls to repair the pipes but they did it and it worked. Got new shower cartridges too.  It was pretty expensive but they did quite a bit of work.  The only slight issue was they didn't cut thru my dry wall very evenly so it made patching it up a bit annoying though it wasn't difficult.

My big thing about them is they followed through promptly and on time after having two other plumbing companies burn me badly so for that they get major props.

This is a preliminary rating.

I contacted them through Yelp's quote option and they got back to me with in the hour.  

We set up an appointment for 7pm and they were smack dab on time.  Like right on the button.  They came up looked and looked at the thing I was hoping was causing the leak in the bath/shower and said it wasn't it (unfortunately for me).  To determine the real reason they said they would need to do much more hardcore things.

I'm probably going to run a lot of tests over the next two weeks to see if I can isolate the problem before having to really figure out a time to have them cut open my wall and maybe my neighbor's ceiling (and yeah part of me is hoping the leak stopped on its own but that's doubtful) but at the very least I know a plumber that seems to be reliable!

I didn't get any actual work done by them yet, but their preliminary visit was awesome.

I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. This is my first time going to them, and if possible, I will try to use them for all of our future plumbing issues. We had a pipe in our kitchen start leaking on (of course) a Friday night. By Saturday morning the leak was much worse and actively gurgling into our wall. Obviously, it was an emergency. We had to shut the water off. I called several plumbing companies and these were the only guys who were able to come out and assess it right away. Brendan was the one who answered the call, and he was quick, incredibly professional, gave us some discounts on the call and assessment and then drew up three detailed quotes for different degrees of repair along with photos of the damage. We rent so we had to clear it with the landlord before proceeding. But once we had the green light a few days later, Brendan and his team showed up immediately. The two guys who actually did the repair, Guilio and Efrain, were just as great - quick, clean, precise and they explained everything they were finding and doing as they moved through the job. They finished in the time they said they would, the house was clean and they showed us the after images of the repair work. Also, I got three other quotes for comparison and their rates were on par with every other quote I got, but the experience, responsiveness and professionalism was just unbeatable. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issue.

We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

Mike fixed my clogged kitchen sink in no time, I had considered changing the garbage disposal as well. He told me that my garbage disposal was all, and good no need to change. Appreciate the honesty! Money saved!

ADW&P came quickly...actually beat us there!  They cleared up the issue in shower and tub quickly.  They were able to communicate with me while I was at work to let me know what the problem was.  Great Service.  Adding them to my rolodex for future clogs.
