We had a toilet that was not working due to a down-line clog.
The job necessitated removing the toilet (not easy, as it had been grouted in place), cleaning the line, replacing the wax plug and reinstalling the toilet and replacing the shut-off valve which was old.
The job was done in only a little over an hour, including recaulking.
They left the place clean and they saved me a lot of grief and future problems.  Not cheap, but worth every penny.
I will use them again.

I live in an older apartment building in West LA under a lease that doesn't cover non-emergency plumbing problems or drainage issues. My kitchen sink has been slow draining for almost as long as I've lived here (~6 years) but last week it stopped draining completely and I had standing water from a clog that I couldn't fix with with my usual go-to solution (yay for Drano!).

I booked an appointment via Yelp in large part due to the convenience of it and was prepared to wait three days for a plumber to come by. To my surprise, Brittany called me moments later and said a plumber could come by that same day thanks to a cancelation. Within an hour, Edwin and an assistant, Bianca, arrived ready to troubleshoot the issue, which seemed easy enough to resolve until he discovered a leak in the P-trap. I was worried that the cost of fixing the clog would skyrocket because I have old brass pipes but Edwin suggested replacing the pipe with a plastic one (which would only set me back $25).

Unfortunately, they couldn't find the part in the truck and had to go fetch it and came back, which took about ~30-45 min. Upon returning, however, fixing everything took maybe 20 minutes max and the sink is now draining better than ever (no thanks to my landlord!).

I also appreciate the 30-day guarantee. If I happen to have any more plumbing troubles in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment with Plumber 2 the Rescue.

Max cleared up my clog real fast. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. One thing I wish he did was call to notify me that he was running late, as I had to take of some time from work. I would definitely call him again if I get another clog

Garbage disposal was acting up so Tommy from Flood Brothers came to check it out. Not only was he on time but he showed up promptly at the start of the scheduled two hour window. His service was top notch and he completed the job with ease. Don't look any further. Use these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Luis and team were lifesavers. As part of our home buying inspection period, we had Luis out to inspect the sewer drain on our new home. Complications led to him needing to return on another day, and Luis went above and beyond when it comes to accommodating our needs.

He gave us a thorough inspection and walked us through all of the things to know, what needed to be fixed now, and what to look out for in the future.

The main pipe going to my apartment was clogged under the ground.  Tree roots were overgrown and clogged the pipe.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Victor responded quickly and was able to see me the same day, he was very knowledgeable and able to fix the toilet in minutes. Very pleased with the work. My sink is currently broken and I'm calling him again to help with that. Would definitely recommend.

We had a frustrating day when a dryer was delivered for installment. Found out a gas valve was missing and they couldn't finish the installment. We called around and thankfully Kelly from Rapid Action Rooter was able to come out quickly and help us out. He was kind, patient, and even funny which we needed after a long day.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and were heading on vacation.  I called Rocket and they were able to send Jose right away.  Jose was so fast and considerate.  I'm really happy with the work and how fast my issue was addressed.

We needed to replace a leaking hose spigot, they were able to send out two technicians very quickly, and fixed it in a short time at a fair price, even though they had to come back separately to be able to turn off the water.

The water heater of my duplex where the tenants reside finally went out on me. I reached out to my plumber but he wasn't available due to knee issues. I used Yelp to get quotes and chose Zorro. He just asked to text me some pictures of the water heater and gave me a quote. I got quote from others, he was in the middle but impressed by all his reviews and he still has a 5 star rating. Never met the guy but the communication was professional and his response time was quick. He showed up early the next day and did a great job, sent me picture of the new water heater. Impressed that invoiced was emailed to me as well. I may have a new plumber. Thanks Zorro! BTW he didn't ask me to do a review.

Giulio is really amazing. Not only did he complete the job (an overflowing kitchen sink) -- he informed us of what he was doing throughout, was so careful to avoid the spread of germs (wore full-on protective gear, changed his gloves each time he left, etc.). And to top it off, he was so friendly and kind. I can't recommend him enough. We are especially thankful for their services during such tumultuous times.

What I can tell you is, after over 5 years of trusting Greg and his team with my house, I am a loyal customer.  I have had countless plumbing issues, disasters, minor maintenance... you name it.  I'm also comfortable and confident in Greg.  There was one time in all these years when the technician (someone new who I didn't know) left me feeling disappointed and Greg handled it RIGHT AWAY.  Sent someone back to my house, and did so for no additional fee.  So I believe in this company in a way that is earned by trust and quality of service.

We just moved into a condo in Heather Village, Culver City, that had multiple plumbing problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Connie performed the work better than I have ever seen. I know she takes great pride in her work as well she should. She did have a huge smile on her face after she finished. I don't have a photo but the problem she found under the master bedroom sink was a huge mess of tape, prior poor plumbing work, and corroded pipes. Her finished product is masterful. Anyway, we not only like her work but thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. She is in our permanent contact list and I don't mind telling everyone about her service and competency.
