Jose, Freddie and the rest of the team are polite, super friendly and very competent! We had some challenging plumbing issues and they were like good detectives until they found the root of it, and did an excellent job repairing it. So grateful !

Warren and Eddie showed up on time and did a great job fixing our sink. The side with the drain basket leaked and we had tried to replace ourselves, but the nuts were corroded and we decided to just let a professional take care of it. They fixed it very quickly, were able to use most of the parts we'd already bought, and also gave us an estimate on replacing our toilet. We will be calling them again to install the toilet, for sure!!! The cost was VERY reasonable and they accept cash, check or charge. We have a relative who is a plumber, so we have pretty high standards, and we just can't say enough good things about these guys.

Tankless Water Heater went one night. Started to search for vendors and Max was one of the 1st to respond. Very smart guy, knows what he is doing.  

My Noritz was about 9 years hold (never serviced - my fault)

Max was able to diagnose the issue and was able to get all the parts covered under the warranty. Call up Nortiz and mailed him the parts to fix my tankless.

Even put in his extra back up Tankless he had so we can have hot water while he repaired my unit.  Then 1.5 week later he came back to install my repaired unit.

Hoping the unit last another 5-10 years before I have to call Max again to instal a new unit.  :)

I really am pleased with the level of quality and professionalism of work that Flood Brothers Plumbing (service tech: Kyle) performed. The job was to fix our toilet/shower (wouldn't flush and water backed up). It was a great experience from start to finish. Kyle arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process. My mom and I had several questions about the process and maintenance etc - all of which were answered. Also they provided me with several options and opinions moving forward. Flood Brothers Plumbing did it all at a very reasonable price and worked quick and on time. The communication was prompt and easy. We had Chris recently help us with major drain pipe repairs/replacement at our home. It started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain. We emailed and Darcy got us an appointment right away. Chris arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a major, systemic issue with the plumbing system in our crawlspace. He explained the problems clearly, described available options and got the right people on the spot to do the repairs very quickly. Within 48 hours everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. We are glad to have Ace Plumbing and Rooter in our neighborhood and will definitely work with Chris and Darcy for any future plumbing issues.

They drilled out and installed new toilet flange, installed new toilet, and replaced hose nozzle. I bought toilet directly. $1300 total bill. Seems to be great work and definitely nice guys.

New Pro Plumbing is great, Miguel was up to the task of putting in a water softener for me, he did great work in soldering some custom copper pipes, it all works flawlessly thanks to his help. I also got a great deal!

I had some one come to fix my laundry drain and was told my pipe was too narrow and can not be fixed. Then I found Victor through Yelp. Victor was able to identify the problem right away and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He is friendly and seems very enjoy his work. It is important that people like what they are doing because they will do a really good job if they like their job. Now I know whenever I have plumbing issue who I can call for help! Highly recommended.

The work was done competently and efficiently but most importantly, they showed up when they said they would come and the estimate was fair and accurate.  Hard to find a contractor/vendor in LA that is reliable so kudos to Rocket for standing out.

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

This is 2nd time I'm using my Z & H Plumbing in 2 months.
1st time i needed a emergency plumber for unclogging my kitchen sink drain line and garbage disposal replacement.
2nd time was my water heater replacement, i had water heater that was 8 years old with no problems.
I have a family of 4 and 40 gallon water heater was enough for us bat after my parents moved to live with me, we start running out of hot water so I decided to replace water heater with bigger 50 gallon water heater.
Price i got from ZH Plumbing was $950 including water heater and installation for 6 year warranty, i wanted to get few more quotes and called few other local plumbers bat after getting prices ZH price was 10-15 % lower then other companies.
Zoro arrived on a scheduled time and did the work in 2 hours, even he had few little extra work to do to get the job done, he did it all that extra work not even charging me for it.

I called at 8:40 pm on a Sunday evening and their technician, Giulio, was able to come by in less than 15 minutes! It was a plugged toilet. He used his magic wand LOL and in less than a minute the clog was no more! He was professional, clean (not only wore a mask, but gloves and booties too), quick, and very nice. I'm sooo happy and pleased with Flood Brothers Plumbing and especially Giulio! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

I contacted 911 Plumbing after reading the reviews on Yelp.  They are very respectful and professional.  We had a draining issue in our shower and toilet which was very frustrating.  I called 911 Plumbing and they were able to schedule us right away.  They said they would have a technician come out between 11 to 2.  Around 11 I received a call informing us the technician is on his way, which was great instead of other companies where you have to sit around and wait.  The technicians came, identified the issue and fixed it with no problem! I also asked one of the technician's if they would look at our dishwasher,  lately the water comes out of the air gap instead of draining inside the sink hole when running the washer.  He said not a problem, he fixed it while the 2nd technician was working on our bathroom issues.  Thank you so much 911 Plumbing, you are our number one recommendation for plumbing company.  Keep up the great customer service!

Connie and her team are the best -- reliable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Connie answers her phone on the first ring, calls back promptly; gets there when she says she will (or if late due to traffic, etc., texts to keep you posted), assesses the problem quickly and explains in detail what you need and what your options are, is reasonably priced,and is kind and respectful. I could not recommend her more highly especially for complicated drain and sewage problems.
