Couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Needed routine cleaning done for tankless water heaters. Responded to request for quote within minutes. Scheduling was just as easy. They texted on day of service that they could arrive early. Work met the quote and everyone was incredibly friendly, taking time to explain what they were doing. Will definitely call for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Superb......discovered a major leak under our slab and thanks to fellow Yelpers on this site decided to call Jose of Real Plumbers.....he contacted me almost immediately, met on site, gave me a very fair quote and we agreed by a handshake he would start the next day
Jose arrived on time, with his son Alberto, and what followed was one of the best examples of contractor/ client service i have ever personally experienced...and believe me with 3 buildings i have used many of them!!
No fuss, no mess, polite, respectful, arrive when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job ( actually did some extra without adding to the bill)
I want nothing more and 5 stars is the minimum this father/son, local business deserve....if you have any plumbing requirements, call Jose, you will not be disappointed and needless to say he is now my plumbing contractor of choice

Thank goodness for Warren and company! Had a water issue. Initially called another plumbing company, Fisk It. They came out and said they would have to tear out the outside wall to fix problem. $1200 estimate! Long story short, I told Fisk It that I needed another estimate and they immediately dropped the price to $900! I thought this was shady.
Warren at Rescue sent out a plumber, James, who took some time to diagnose my problem and run a few tests. He said let me try something.
He fixed the problem 5 minutes later and charged me $145!!! Thank God for James and Plumber to the Rescue!

A-1 (Max) was scheduled to come out to my condo to replace a bathroom faucet on 6/27 at 9am.  Not only was he 30 minutes late for the appointment, but upon arrival, he stated that he could not find parking so he left.  We agreed to reschedule for 6/28 at 9am.  Reluctantly, we took off work for the second day in a row, hoping that our sink would finally get fixed.  Just in case, I parked my vehicle outside the night before to save him a spot in case he could not find one.  On 6/28, 9:15am rolls around and I get no call from Max, after I finally get a hold of him, he states that he could not find a parking spot and that he would not fit in my spot, and that he is already on the freeway.   I asked him to come back and park in the alley near my building and if he is ticketed, I would pay the ticket on the spot.  His response was I do not want to take the risk.  What risk? I agreed to pay any citation he receives, no? Maybe I was not speaking english or maybe Max and A-1 are just the most unprofessional inconsiderate plumber out there.  He could have easily increased his rate to come back and make the customer happy.  At this point, I doubt that he even attempted to come to my address and likely lied.  I have numerous properties and have worked with many contractors and NEVER have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism.  There are lots of plumbers in the area, I recommend looking elsewhere!!

UPDATE: I called another plumber and they came out right away, found parking and replaced my faucet without any issues! No excuses,  no lies, great service, same price as A-1. LOL

best plumbing company ever .. huge props to Jeff Young ! hes the best plumber weve ever had ! saved our asses this past saturday with a huge flood issue that we had due to common sewer line from the building that was clogged! he also saved our 1st plumber that got to our place asses as he had a 100 feet snake and a camera system to do full investigation !  and for the remediation his guy Anthony did a great job! i full recommend that company ! thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! Alberto asked all the right questions to identify the problem. Skylar came came out to install our shower valve and trim. Amazing job! Skylar was very honest and professional. I find it challenging finding plumbers that are genuine and detailed as Saucedo. I will be using Saucedo for now on.

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a puddle on the floor in front of my kitchen sink.  By the time I had time to call around for help, it was about 5:30pm and the puddle / pile of soaked towels had been growing all day.  

I reached out to several plumbers that were listed as open 24 hours a day, and Ace was the first to actually pick up.  Chris was friendly and professional, and he made me aware upfront that having him come out on a Sunday evening would be $180/hr vs. $135/hr if I waited until Monday morning.  I was concerned about the speed of the leak and that it had already been dripping all day, so I asked him to come ASAP.  He was on his way to another job at the time but said he could get to me around 7pm.  He texted me to let me know when he was on his way to me and his ETA and arrived at almost exactly 7pm.  He also had the courtesy to text me when he arrived rather than ringing the doorbell (as requested), so that my dogs wouldn't start a bark riot.

Chris identified the issue quickly (a damaged 2-way angle stop) and had all the parts necessary to fix it in his truck.  He explained everything to me as he was doing it and worked cleanly and efficiently.  He even offered to help me mop up the remaining puddle on the floor!  Very nice guy!

Ace is my new go-to plumber!  Highly recommended.

New Pro Plumbing is great, Miguel was up to the task of putting in a water softener for me, he did great work in soldering some custom copper pipes, it all works flawlessly thanks to his help. I also got a great deal!

Victor came by to take a look at our sewer and some drainage issues in the bathroom. He was quick, explained what needed to be done, and the costs and benefits of remedying the problem. Will definitely be having him back for any issues!

I called these guys for a clogged sewer line. They were very efficient and professional. I'd recommend these guys for any plumbing job.

Its easy to give a 5-star review right after an appointment, but the real test is if the work lasts. In  my case it didnt last, and within a couple weeks my drains were clogged again. I can't know for sure if the work they did could have prevented the 2nd clog, all I know is 1) I paid them to do a job that lasted only a couple weeks before having to pay someone again, and 2) when I told them about it they didn't make any effort to rectify it (I would have expected, for example, at least an offer of a dicsount for them to come back out and fix it again).

These guys are great. They ran a gas line for a BBQ underneath my house and did so promptly and efficiently. Furthermore we have a newborn baby at home and the technicians were very sweet to do their work as quietly as possible. Very thoughtful and professional! I will use you guys forever. Thank you!!!!!!!

I was looking for a emergency plumber on yelp for my water heater replacement.
Called Z & H Plumbing on Friday  based on good yelp reviews. I spoke with Zoro on phone he gave me fair price and hour later he was on my property. I agreed with estimate and very next day He came to do the work on time.
Water heater installation was the easiest part bat taking my old and heavy water heater out was hardest part.
Overall my experience with ZH Plumbing was positive, they did clean and professional work. I will use them again for any other plumbing repair in the future for sure and I will recommend them to all.

I contacted the company on Friday, and they scheduled the visit for Monday morning.  I was very happy with the turn around time.

Then everything went downhill, at full speed...

Andy was sent out to provide a quote for changing an outside compression hose bibb that was leaking.  Andy told my son that all the piping had to be replaced unless he could remove just the hose bibb from the pipe which would not be likely because it was so damaged.  My son asked him to send me the pricing for the work.  First quote was for about $1200 IF he could remove JUST the hose bibb and replace it.  The second quote was for $1600 if he had to change out all the piping which was more than likely to be the case, according to his statements.

We had a second plumber scheduled for a quote the same day.  American Plumbing quoted $175 and could do the work on the spot.  Joseph was done in less than 15 minutes.  The work included some light soldering which was the only reason we could not replace the hose bibb ourselves. The work was completed perfectly, and we no longer have a leak.  

My husband contacted Flood Brothers and received a call back from a supervisor who said he has been with the company since 2014.  The supervisor stated that Andy had just started working with them a few weeks ago and that they would never up charge so much.  The supervisor stated that Andy said we needed a full replacement of all the pipes and that was the reason for the price.  Then he accepted this was not the case since American Plumbing was able to complete the task, so he offered my husband free services because he wanted us as customers and he was very sorry about the situation.

Thanks, but NO freaking thanks.

Our impression was that Andy saw a young son and mom dealing with a plumbing issue and assumed that mom would pay $1200 plus for a job that could be done in 15 minutes because I would not know any better.  

Shocking that this happens, and I am sure has happened to many of their customers.  Do not do business with this group.  Bunch of thieves trying to hose (pun intended) innocent people of their hard-earned money.  Go elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

Had a clogged drain.. it was an emergency.. I messaged Sals company via Yelp they responded with a number to call. My father called, they took our info and said a tech will be out within the hour. I forget the techs name who showed up 45mins later and fixed our drain in literally 15seconds. It was $98. We appreciate the work. Infinite Blessings to your company.

They are fast and on time. Two gentlemen named Mike and Greg came to help me. They fixed my kitchen sink fast. I recommend their service.

Connie is the greatest.  I had her do an inspection on a house we were buying and she provided a detailed through report in a timely manner.   She also asked if I wanted to go under the house with her when  she did her inspection so I joined her.  While we crawled through, she walked me though everything I was seeing and pointed out the areas of concern.  I also had her do a quote on some plumbing issues at my current place and she ended up getting me the parts for free from the manufacturer and advised me on how to install them.  I will definitely come back to her with any of my plumbing needs.  She clearly loves what she does, is knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter.
