Our home did not have its water heater installed correctly and Rishon plumbing came to the rescue.  They were on time, provided an accurate quote, reviewed all of the findings from our home inspection, and quickly got to work.  The job was done professionally and I am completely satisfied with their service.  I will definitely use them in the future.

Great company to work with reliable, efficient and integrity. To sum it up, I had to repair a about 80 feet of sewer line at my restaurant that has been there since 1980. It was a big job new check valve, 65 feet of pipe liner and 15 feet new abs pipe. It was a lot of work the majority of the pipe was deteriorating badly. They adapted to the circumstances of our restaurant and did a big part of the job over a couple long nights. The whole crew was great with or without supervision. They respected all COVID protocols even at night when they were the only people in building. The owner Jose is a solid stand up man of his word. Would not think twice about hiring them again.

This is truly a professional and honest local business that provides unparalleled care. The first time I used it was half a year ago. A leaky toilet, one phone call, same day service and repair, very reasonable and competitive pricing. Easy. The second time was today for a sink problem. My sink has been rumbling terribly when turned on full. I called the # listed and Eddie took my call. He offered both times today and tomorrow to come fix it. We agreed on a time tomorrow, but he asked me first to try a simple fix over the phone, knowing full well that this may obviate the need for his services. The fix worked, he charged me nothing for his help to fix this nagging sink problem that has plagued me for months. Can't recommend them enough.

Spoke to receptionist took ALL my info gave me a quote of $75 when I made clear I needed an emergency service. The plumber calls me and tells me that just to come it's $275 and that just the emergency, no service. I knew it would be more but they should have well informed receptionists to provide this insight prior to getting the call from the Plummer himself and having taken my credit card information.

This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Scheduling is easy and their technicians are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had them out to my house several times for a myriad of issues, and they have always provided excellent and professional service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a great plumbing service. They are also a family  company, so if you're into supporting local businesses you are in luck.

Charlie himself came to unclog my kitchen drain pipe. Final price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone and he couldn't have been there more than 20 minutes. After many bad (and shady) plumber experiences I'll never call anyone but Charlie again!!

Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

Our main water line burst on Friday night. We got a lot bids on Saturday. Ace Plumbing gave us the best deal and did great work. The repair began Sunday at 8 am and was complete by 1:30. We could not be happier.

This is in response to Matthew of Rockstar plumbing.  I have no idea what kind of plumbers they are, other than the many positive reviews in Yelp.  If Matthew had read my previous review, I had nothing bad to say about his company, I was complaining about Yelp, and their putting Rockstar as a plumber who would service Torrance, which they don't.  I specifically said not Rockstar's fault in the review.  I said it wasted my time and I believe it wasted Rockstar's time as they had to respond to my request.  So Matthew, I did not write a bad review of your company, please re-read the original post.

Total Scammers. Miguel came to my house and quoted $900.00 to replace toilet. Toilet is $200.00 at Home Depot. I told Miguel his price was ridiculous and he reply's this is Mar Vista and you have very valuable home. $900.00 for toilet that won't stop running repair. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday. Watch out with these guys!

Victor's Rooter came out, assesses the situation, and was supper professional. I highly recommend them! They are prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Very mindful of wearing masks and being careful during the pandemic.

I have been battling a sewage smell in my master bathroom for the last few months, and Hermes Plumbing and Rooting came to the rescue!  At first, I thought it was a mildew issue, but after a few weeks, it became apparent (to me) it was sewer-related.  The first plumber I called snaked my shower drain and claimed that would fix it.  Within a day, the smell returned so I tried a home remedy of baking soda and vinegar.  When the smell returned again, I took apart all of the pipes in my sink and cleaned them out.  When that failed, I had no idea what to do.

Finally, I called Hermes Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out the same day.  They scheduled a hydro-jet for the very next day, and as soon as we opened up the access to the sewer pipes, the smell was HORRENDOUS!  It was obvious we were on the right track.  They showed me everything with the camera they inserted, hydro-jetted the pipes to clean out some tree roots, and THE SMELL IS GONE!  I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  They were fairly priced, quick, and honest.  You can't much better than that!

I can't recommend Mandel and Rapid Action Rooter more! I had a plumbing problem that needed to be addressed quickly, and after sending out an inquiry on Yelp Mandel responded right away. After following up on the phone for details about the problem he was at the house within an hour to help. He was great, know the issue well and how to fix it. Thanks Mandel!

My experience was great! I called for service on a Saturday and I got a call back from Chris within 10 minutes. I told him the time frame I was available and he was able to come to my rescue the same day. Chris came on time and got the job done quickly. He kept the area clean and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing!

We called them and explained our situation about our kitchen sink and they were so fast to respond.
They came in the next day to do estimate , and the day after to fix it because we need it fixed asap.

Turns out that we have used their service twice and would be our go to people for plumbing problem!

The water heater broke in my rental unit.  I contacted American Home Shield (AHS), the company I have a home warranty contract with.  They sent out a plumbing company 2 days later, so my renter was without hot water for 2 days.  When the AHS plumber arrived I had to pay him $75 only to be informed that it wasn't covered by American Home Shield.  I was in a bind and needed the hot water to be restored quickly.  I contacted Zoro and he came out the very same day and gave me a free estimate.  His estimate was very reasonable, $850  to replace the water heater and place it on a concrete block, since the old water heater was directly on top of outside soil.  Zoro returned the next morning and completed the job quickly and professionally.  The $850 included parts and labor and he hauled the old water heater away.  Thank you Zoro!!!

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

I had a sink that wouldn't drain and, earlier, a toilet that wouldn't flush or if it did, the water wouldn't stop running. It was time to call for a professional, so after checking Yelp, I called 911 Plumbing Services.

From the first contact via the phone call, to the visit to examine the issue, to the authorization to do the work, to the performance of the work and the explanation of the charges after the work was done (which matched what was provided during the authorization call), I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. The service was polite and very competent.

While I don't know if there are less expensive plumbers with such high quality service, their price seemed reasonable and now that the visit is complete, I feel it was a great value.

I do not hesitate recommending them and will use them the next time I need plumbing services.

This female owned business is the best plumbing company I've ever used and they continue to be great. I won't go anywhere else.
