These guys were great.  They installed the water heater the day that I called them and they were hundreds of dollars less than the 3 other bids I got.  I will definitely be using them again.

I had a leaking toilet and called Jose, hoping to get a same day appointment , Luckily there was an open window and they happened to be in my area , 2 guy showed up within 15 minutes.  They were professional, found the reason for the leaking toilet and  explained the work that needs to be done.    They left the bathroom clean very clean.  I would call and highly recommend Real Plumbers again for future repairs.

Eddie was there on time, quickly fixed my problem, taught me how to fix it myself next time, and left within 5 minutes.  Even gave me a spare tool so I can use it in case this happens again.  Thanks Eddie!

This was the most straightforward and amazing experience. Max was able to give me a fair quote and responded so quickly to my needed job. He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

Very responsive! I had an emergency situation at 4pm - all toilets not flushing and showers not draining. I called Flood brothers and they told me they would have someone out between 5 to 7 PM. An hour later, Brandon came to my home and did an excellent job and was very efficient and extremely polite. Excellent customer service and experience!

Fantastic service! Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Our main sewer line was choked with roots and had to be replaced. Charlie and his crew did an excellent job at a competitive price. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from piling the excavated dirt on a pipe so the gutter could still drain, to finding just the right place to put our new clean-out access. Charlie kept us updated through every step of the process and took the time to explain exactly what was being done and why. They used only the highest-quality parts and the concrete work looks better than it did before the demolition. Plus, the clean-up after the job was very thorough. Doing a renovation like this is stressful, but Charlie made it easy.

Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff.  The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they  didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.

I decided to call Rockstar Plumbing based on  feedback from customers and also because they were a local company. Chris called in advance to give us an ETA and arrived on time, even a few minutes early...amazing!!! Chris cleared out a drain that kept backing up and made sure the drain was working properly before he cleaned up the entire area. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable- would definitely ask for Chris if I have any future plumbing problem.

Miguel was prompt and quick in his response. The toilet was unclogged within minutes. He was quick on his feet and also gave some solid suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.

I called Victor because I was experiencing an issue with my garbage disposal. From the get go, Victor was friendly, professional, and more than ready to help. He walked me through how to fix the issue over FaceTime so we could troubleshoot live. At the end of the day, he saved us a visit and we could not be more appreciative. For timely help from a friendly expert, I highly recommend Victor!

Excellent all around - the service and the end result were too notch.

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

Will definitely use Hermes in the future!

We had a major plumbing issue with our kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom plumbing tied into it incorrectly because of previous bad plumbing work. There was a back up and flooding under the kitchen sink area late at night. I called and Mandel he was very responsive. He showed up, fixed the problem and we are grateful for his professionalism. We highly recommend Mandel and his crew!

I have lived in my neighborhood for 10 years, and have finally found a reliable, reasonable, solid plumber in Rocket.   Sam did the work, showed up on time, worked efficiently and guided me correctly when I had to get a part on my own.   I've had bad experiences with a well known local plumber here who broke something and tried to cover it up.   Sam's and Rocket's work is great.

Nice guy over the phone and in person when he came to evaluate the problem with my shower, but I had to reach out to them after a couple days had passed since the consultation without any response.  They were having trouble finding the parts needed (understandably because my smitty plate was different than what came with the installed hardware), but I was then notified that he was leaving town for several days.  Another guy was supposed to contact me and pick up where he left off, but that never happened.  So I waited until a few days after he was supposed to be back in town, only to find out that they still had no answers for what parts were needed to fix my issue.  Pretty frustrating, and a waste of time considering someone else could've had this fixed by now.

A very good experience!! My water heater gave out and these guys were able to come fix it, with a same day appointment. Not only that but they had the most reasonable prices in the area and they got the job done quick.  Highly recommended

Joe Flores was absolutely amazing! He called about 30 min prior to my appointment to tell me exactly when he'd be arriving.  His professionalism was much appreciated and he seemed to be able to diagnose and fix my problem right away.  I would absolutely call flood brothers again and ask for Joe.

Sal's responded quickly to my inquiry, then came out right away and took care of the issue.

Greg is an angel! 911 has not even come to my apartment yet but I already love them. I called last night around 11pm with no hot water(for about 24 hours at this point) and they were completely booked up. Greg said he would call me back in an hour regardless if he could make it work. True to his word, he called me back an hour later and had no availability for another 40 minutes. At this point, it was midnight, I had exhausted all other options and was extremely frustrated. I declined the service so I did not have to pay the overnight fee. I have to say Greg was incredibly understanding and assured me everything would be okay. He did not have to sit on the phone with me and calm me down, but he did! I called back this morning and booked an appointment for tomorrow morning. Im sure the their plumbing skills match up to their customer service. Thank you, Greg!

Connie is awesome. In the past I have had negative past experiences with plumbers especially male ones taking advantage of me being a female with little knowledge about plumbing. That being said, I gave Connie a shot. She responded quickly via text while I was at work. Came by after work and helped me out. What other male plumbers wanted to charge me, Connie charged me half. To top it off she taught me things about plumbing. Things to do as maintenance, what to look out for, and when I should text or call. She is straightforward and is reasonable  about her pricing. If I could, I would give her 10 stars.
