These guys are HONEST!  They'll come out for free to see a job before giving a quote, and won't push you to go with them if you can get the work done for less with a smaller company or misrepresent anything to get your business (even after driving a long way).  Chris was extremely kind.

We have a sink that has been clogged for the last few months. We called Charlie's Sewer & Drain and got an appointment quite quickly. Ramon came and very quickly solved the problem. We will definitely be calling Charlie's Sewer and Drain if we have another plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

It's Thanksgiving Day. Water is backing up and coming into the house. What started as an emergency turned into something wonderful. Warren came out - the owner of this father son company. He was reassuring, ran a snake through an outside drain and found it was damaged by roots. Left us with a stump pump to handle the situation for the day and is returning to install a hidden stump pumpkin so this never happens again. (Repairing the pipe would be not cost effective given it runs thirty feet and is under six feet of dirt.)

He was cheery, experienced, prompt, and offered a solution no one else had thought of. I actually feel lucky this happened so I can know him and have a plumber I can trust. (I've tried so many.) Can't recommended them more highly.

Have had them out twice, got straight answers, paid a fair price and fast, professional, courteous service. It means something to have professionals come to your home in uniform, with the correct tools, and a professional attitude. From the description and the names, I think the 1-star review here must have a case of mistaken identity. These guys are the best. Don't hesitate to call them.

Miguel came within 30 minutes & had our clogged drain snaked & clear within another 30 minutes! He is such a nice guy, & he even put shoe covers on to not track things in our house. We also thought the price he quoted was very reasonable. Could not be happier! Will definitely call Miguel again the next time we need plumbing help.

Victor did a great job for us on our construction.  He not only did what he said he would, but he went above and beyond and did things that he knew would help for other aspects of our construction like putting in drains for our driveway we were having done, and removing the cheap house draining lines and replaced them with quality solid drain ones so roots wouldn't damage the line.

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

I would like to thank Mandel for his kind service yesterday. Rapid Action Rooter was actually the 3rd plumbing services I called as I went in order of the ratings listed on yelp. The first place I called closest to my area in Westchester was AA Twin Brothers plumbing. While someone answered the phone immediately, the customer service via phone was not kind, warm or welcoming at all. The lady seemed like she didn't care and just wanted to get off the phone. I had to interject so I can even ask a question so I called back to cancel. Another place I called had better phone customer service but starting prices compared to others seemed more expensive. I then called Rapid Action Rooter and phone was immediately answered by Mandel who was cheerful and was able to schedule within a few hours, sooner than the other place to help with our toilet and shower drain problem. He even took time to have me share the problem I observed and provided a quote of $99 if toilet did not need to be removed. He asked me to simply text him my name, address and appointment time we agreed on. I then called back just to check and see if my text was received, and his wife kindly responded immediately to assure me I was on the schedule. When he arrived he greeted me kindly, I showed him to the bathroom with the drain issues, and he did his best to try using his metal snake machine to get through the old drains of the house from the side of the outside of the house to try to save on money. Unfortunately while he did his best, the drains were not unclogging so the toilet did need to be removed and he needed to bring his snake machine into the house to unclog the situation and that was $375. He then noticed that the shower drain was also pretty clogged up so he asked if I wanted to go ahead and have him unclog that one too and he would give me a discount so the whole total ended up being $400. The job took over 2 hours which was longer than he anticipated but he stuck around to get it done. I thank him for his kind help. I kind of wished that he brought his own towels or cleaning items to help clean the mess in the bathroom afterwards but I don't know if it is customary for that to be part of the job so I just hired a cleaner to come in to help clean and sanitize the bathroom from all the mud, dirt and sewage stuff that came out of the drains which splashed around the walls and floors. Anyway, Mandel loves his job and I was thankful for his prompt and honest assistance.

Jose from Rocket Plumbing is amazing! After discovering a leak under our new house late in the afternoon before moving day, we needed help ASAP.  Rocket Plumbing was able to fit us in first thing the following morning.  Jose showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, worked on a repair and got us back up and running.  We will always use Rocket Plumbing in the future.

After reading the multiple positive reviews, I decided to call on a Saturday morning to snake my bathroom shower for a slow drainage after a bathroom remodel.  My call was answered immediately and the appointment was set. I did receive a call from a staff member to inform me the technician was running 30 minutes late but surprisingly arrived much sooner.  Tony, the technician and his partner, were super professional!  Took them less than 30 minutes to snake the drain and I am now a happy customer!   Tony also suggested some repairs for the future, which I was well aware of other issues.  Excellent price and excellent experience! Very professional company/staff!

I emailed Z&H at 10:15pm on a Saturday night requesting information for a tankless water heater and Zorro responded back at 10:59pm with the estimate and a short description about the work being done. That's customer service right there emailing clients on a Saturday night!

Jerry @ flood brothers is above a class act.  I rent, and its an old house.  Our bathtub and shower backed up black water on Christmas Eve.  Needless to say we weren't getting help from anyone.  YAY! No bathing for Christmas!! After 4 days of not being able to get anyone out cause of the holiday Jerry was willing to come to our place late even after he had been dealing with other peoples backed up holiday calamities.  He tried to snake out shower and tub to but it kept getting stuck.  He suspected it was something much more serious. He had already planned to come back the next day and go under the house when he had his crawl suit. But seeing my frustration and how serious the issue was he said, I'm just gonna do it.  I sat in my living room watching tv and could hear his grunts, and wails of pain as he shimmied through the crawl space in the cold and dark, in a t-shirt.  I kept one ear peeled to make sure I didn't need to call the fire department.  But after a while he knocked on the door with some minor scrapes and dirty as hell.  He showed me pictures on his cell of the old piece that was cracked. So old in fact they don't even make things like this anymore. For like 50 years.  In years previous we had supposedly had all the pipes under the house replaced, but for some reason they just left this.  He did all that after hours for $150!! The next day he sent me the pics with the issues labeled and full itemized list of what needed to be done to complete the job. I forwarded them along to my Landlords daughter (she stepped in for her mom as she fell ill).  But before really did any kind of comparisons like her mother asked she just hired some rando her friend used.  They came out and went under the house drew the same conclusions and she told them to just fix it.  SO unfortunately flood brothers got robbed in my opinion. They earned that job cause of Jerry's outstanding service.  I think a lot of plumbers are shadey AF.  But with the consistent second opinion it shows Jerry is a honest guy.  So alls well that ends well, but between the people she hired and Flood Brothers I way more impressed with the solid impression they left. HIRE THEM. ASK FOR JERRY.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

I have been putting off fixing a leaky shower for years.  A handyman replaced all hardware and it still leaked so I always kept a bucket under it to catch the water.  I was so hesitant to call a plumber in fear of a huge bill but the shower was leaking more and more.  So I finally went on Yelp to look at reviews.  Many had good reviews interlaced with a few bad ones.  At 911 Plumbing, there were no bad reviews, so I called them.  They arrived within the time frame promised.  Vic and Able were courteous and professional, analyzed the problem and said the first step of replacing 2 parts would cost $125 (less a 10% first time customer discount).  They fixed the problem and I am thrilled with the service and cost.  How refreshing!  I will not hesitate to use them again either for my home or my business.

Connie responded within minutes to my text, and although this was non-urgent, she made a point to come to me on the same day/evening despite a very demanding schedule. One of the jobs I had involved pipes rusting on the outside and she explained to me the parts of the job I could easily do myself to save $$ and prevent future rusting. She had other money saving suggestions, too. I am very happy with her work. She is professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and accommodating. I will be using her again for several other non-emergency jobs. And I love the fact that I am supporting a woman-owned business.
