I was able to reach George from Rishon last Sunday on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day to install a new, already-purchased water heater. He and John met me at the store to pick up the unit, then arrived at my house for the basement job. Everything went smoothly including draining the old heater, swapping them out, and hooking up all water, gas and venting connections with new, quality components. These guys work quickly and expertly, and get the job done professionally at a very competitive price. Just be aware, their focused approach leaves little time for small talk or philosophical musings on the nature of fluid dynamics, so if you have any concerns about the install process and approach, be sure to make a list and prepare in advance!

Horrible service. We had an appointment between 10-12. The van parked outside our house for about ten minutes and then drove away. They claimed they called and yelled to get our attention (front door was open), but neither me nor my wife ever received a call or heard them. I noticed the van as it drove away, and I tried to wave down and yell to the driver, but he just ignored me. I then called shortly thereafter, and the plumber said it wasn't going to work out. When my wife called him a few minutes later, he claimed he had waited outside the house for 90 minutes, which is false and contradicted what he had told me just a few minutes earlier, that he had been parked outside for ten minutes. I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but this plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional.

To respond to the comments below, all it would have taken for both parties to win in this instance would have been to (i) call one of us to let us know you had arrived; (ii) ask one of the workers present in our home to let us know you had arrived; (iii) not ignore me when I tried to wave you down as you drove away; (iv) not be extremely rude and untruthful when my wife and I called to ask why you drove away; or (v) agree to come back at a later time, at your convenience, rather than refusing to provide service entirely merely because you were impatient and failed to try any of the options above. Any of these would have resulted in a win.

Ed is amazing. Saturday night we discovered that we had no hot water. When we couldn't relight the pilot light ourselves, we tried to set up a So Cal Gas Co appt, but the next one was on Friday. First thing Monday morning, called Gas Co, but their guy didn't come until late that afternoon, and it took him almost 2 hours to diagnose that our water heater, only 6 years old, had an inoperative gas control valve. Thank Heaven for Plumber to the Rescue. They couldn't come that evening because they needed to get the part, but Ed showed up bright and early Tuesday, installed the part, and  [here's the awesome part] when the electronic pilot light wouldn't work despite new control valve, Ed look around and discovered that an electric line inside was broken. Who knows when that had happened since we'd never had to light the pilot since the water heater was installed. Ed twisted the broken ends together, replaced the insulation and - Hallelujah - it works. Now that's what I call 5-star service.

Refused to repair the kitchen sink clog in the house we own because it's part of HOA with no explanation.

Elias (maybe spelling his name wrong) just came out and fixed our issue within moments, and didn't charge us anything. Was super friendly and knew his stuff. We've used this company before for big major projects, and we were worried this was going to be another big expense, but it was a quick (and free) easy job. Thanks Elias.

Luis from Charlie's Rooter is an expert!  I highly recommend! We have had another plumber that we have trusted for a couple of years now..unfortunately he doesn't work on weekends.  Of course, emergencies always happen on the weekends..never fails!  We needed another reputable plumber stat.. I found Charlie's Rooter on Yelp with great success! Luis arrived within his promised time frame..a couple hours after my call!  Luis went above and beyond to fix our issue, while taking the time to explain all the issues in detail.  He was super patient with all of my husband's questions...THANK YOU!  ; ) It is challenging to find a plumber that will be prompt, upfront, honest, professional, and super informative (We have been burned in the past!) ..Luis exceeded all of those qualities.  I was so impressed! They also offer fair pricing for quality work.  We have found our new plumber..that works on weekends!  I will be referring you guys! Thank you Luis!

Alberto Saucedo is my plumber for life!  Quick to respond, straight-shooter, honest, and arrived when promised.  He is professional, courteous and very reasonably priced.  He and his crew were very careful with our hardwood floors and the job was spotless when they finished.

We had Chris recently help us with major drain pipe repairs/replacement at our home. It started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain. We emailed and Darcy got us an appointment right away. Chris arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a major, systemic issue with the plumbing system in our crawlspace. He explained the problems clearly, described available options and got the right people on the spot to do the repairs very quickly. Within 48 hours everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. We are glad to have Ace Plumbing and Rooter in our neighborhood and will definitely work with Chris and Darcy for any future plumbing issues.

We called Rockstar for a 3rd opinion on a plumbing issue were having. They seemed the most honest (relative to the two other companies we dealt with). Chris and his team did a great job and addressed the issue. We will certainly call them again. They were simply reasonable, honest and professional.

I've used New Pro Plumbing a number of times and I've found Miguel to be honest and very good at what he does. He's conscientious, shows up on time and will take the time to explain things to you even when he is very busy. Furthermore I've recommended him to my friends.

Water heater was causing a leak, so I called around for a plumber on a Thursday night. While most other plumbers were charging a ton + unavailable till the following week, Victor was able to give a diagnosis over the phone (via photo by text message) and show up Friday afternoon.

He arrived within the time he confirmed, observed the leak, and explained a few possibilities for what could be causing the problem. Wanting an immediate fix, we continued with the original solution he mentioned over the phone.

I asked many questions about avoiding our issue in the future and he was very knowledgable.

We called to get someone out for a clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and Mandel was able to come out that same night. He fixed our issue quickly and even showed us how to fix the disposal ourselves if it happens again. He's obviously very knowledgable about his craft, and I appreciate that he's willing to share that knowledge!

My experience was great! I called for service on a Saturday and I got a call back from Chris within 10 minutes. I told him the time frame I was available and he was able to come to my rescue the same day. Chris came on time and got the job done quickly. He kept the area clean and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing!

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

We had a leak from main line into house. Flood Brothers was professional from the service request call to the repair. David C performed the repair and was a true professional. We will use Flood Brothers again.

Yes,  911 gets one star.   Your staff stated that we were out of the service area by less than one mile.   We didn't answer the phone because we were on the line calling someone else.   Why would anyone be expected to wait around to see of a company would change their mind?? And what's with the multiple voicemails stating that you want to make it right?  The problem was fixed,  so how can another company make it right after the fact?  The first review was nothing but fact....1)Our city was listed on your website as being within your service area.  2)Only after several minutes of taking our information were we asked about our location.   3)We were then told we were out of the service area.   4) After stating that our location is on the website did the woman say she would call back.   5) She did call back,  but did NOT leave a voicemail - we called her back.   6) Upon calling her,  she restated that we e were out of the service area.   When we complained that it was less than a mile she apologized,  but that was it.  7) We called someone else who was able to come within 30 minutes.   8) Awhile later we noticed a voicemail saying that they would make an exception and help us out.  Didn't return the call because we didn't need their sympathy help , we'd moved on after being told no - just like anyone else in our position would have.

Great experience with Connie and crew repairing plumbing and sewer line so I could sell my house. The inspection turned up some problems as we were selling and Connie got everything fixed at a great price. It was a stressful time and she made it better.
