George and John did a great job installing a new water heater in my house earlier this month. They responded quickly to a call my husband made to repair our water heater. But after they told us our water heater was 10yrs old they suggested replacing it completely. They had a 50 gallon water heater in their truck and installed it that night. Everything seems great and is working properly.

Our toilet wouldn't stop filling and I hunted for a plumber on line.  It's an odd high-class toilet with a mechanism that isn't easily found.  I called Jose and he came and checked it over that afternoon and  as I guessed didn't have that particular mechanism in his truck.  But he went to three supply house until he found something similar and came the next morning to install it.  Two trips to my condo and several trips to supply houses and he charged me what I expected for one visit.  And he clearly knew what he was doing.  I'll never go to anyone else.

I needed a to hire a plumber to fix a tenant's sink and disposer on a Sunday.  Not an ideal situation from the landlords perspective.  My normal plumbing solution is family owned/operated and do not work on Sundays.  So I yelped out to find Plumber 2 The Rescue.  Warren was prompt, swift and comes prepared with quality parts on his truck--which was appropriate for this higher end Culver City rental property.

Since the disposer went kaputts, we had Warren install a new one, unfortunately the drain pipe started to leak after he was gone.  With all fairness to Warren, I did not blame him, the pipes down there were pretty old and hard to look at.  When I phoned him late Sunday night to let him know, he was very kind, made no attempt to deflect responsibility and  said We need to make it right.  Warren was happy to fix the leak even if it meant coming back for an evening call, which he did.

I value people who stand behind their work and am glad to have a 24-hour plumber that I will hopefully not need to call.

Max was super responsive for a bathroom emergency we had over a holiday weekend. He helped resolve the issue and figure out what was going on. Would highly recommend!

best plumbing company ever .. huge props to Jeff Young ! hes the best plumber weve ever had ! saved our asses this past saturday with a huge flood issue that we had due to common sewer line from the building that was clogged! he also saved our 1st plumber that got to our place asses as he had a 100 feet snake and a camera system to do full investigation !  and for the remediation his guy Anthony did a great job! i full recommend that company ! thank you so much!

Came on time, rooted out the shower drain and were neat and clean throughout. Hopefully I won't have another clogged drain for many years, but if I do, I will call Charlie's.

We kept hearing a drip when we flushed our upstairs toilet. Alberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggest that he fix the wax seal first and see if the dripping stopped. All other plumbers I talked to said that they would have to open the ceiling to figure out the problem. I appreciated that he was willing to attempt this fix first before having to open up our ceiling. Alberto was able to come the very next day after I called. The pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to call Saucedo plumbing in the future.

My kitchen sink drain had a leak that another plumber had not been able to fix.  Darcy sent Chris the next day and he did a perfect job using the right parts in a short time and for a great price.  Thank you Ace Plumbing !!!

Chris from Rockstar came to clean tree roots out of our sewer pipe.  Before he even unloaded his tools, Chris examined the scene and diagnosed the problem.  He recommended hydrojetting the pipe to clean out the tree roots then he would inspect the pipe with his camera.  Chris finished the job and discovered the pipe was in bad shape, pointing out the small trees that had started growing above it, despite us not watering them.  Chris explained the process to replace the pipe and gave me a quote.  We look forward to having Chris return to replace the pipe.  He gave good advice and did the work at a fair price.

Miguel helped me to replace 3 broken drain pipes in my apartment. Two of them have cracks that extend all the way to the unit upstairs. He responses fast, detects the problem quickly, finishes the repair up to code, and in a timely manner so my other projects can continue in time. He is also very considerate and putting shoe covers on at all times for my new flooring. Highly recommend!

We had a pipe backup emergency at night and Victor was able to come out the very next morning. He provided very good customer service from the moment we called him and he was very knowledgable on the phone about what was going on with our pipes when we described our problem to him. He did the job himself and finished quickly. He was kind, professional and accommodating. He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to hydro jet the line. His prices were fair. Most importantly, he fixed our problem. It's been a few days and everything is in working order. I would 100% recommend him and hire him again.

Within a minute, he was able to determine the possible thing causing the problem. He advised me to wait a week to see if anything changes and if not, to give them a call back.

Overall, friendly and reliable company! I especially appreciate Fernando's honesty and willingness to help. Instead of urging me to spend unnecessary money on services, Fernando advised me to try out this solution first. Definitely would recommend.

AOK.  Top of my list!  Excellent work, extremely accommodating, went to the store for me and gave me a great deal when I needed it the most!  They replaced copper risers, cleaned out the water heater, replaced one shower's stems, seats, and fittings, and another shower's head, and fixed my sink drain.  Super nice, great personalities, clean and professional!
