This is my third time calling Charlie's and they always get back to me quickly and provide expert help.   Luis came out yesterday for a sewage blockage due to heavy root growth throughout the lines in the front yard.   He also ran the camera through to show me the problem areas (although I could have managed without being shown that bug crawling in there - ugh - LOL).   Luis explained the work needed, which will be installing new lines,  but to buy me some time he got everything running smoothly by clearing the lines of as much roots as he could.   So helpful, thank you Luis.  See you for the big project soon.....

Chris and Randy are very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our kitchen sink faucet. In addition, they fixed a longstanding shower problem that we had that many other plumbers didn't know what to do with. Their prices are also very reasonable. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing problem.

Chris from Rockstar plumbing came this morning to my house.  First, the customer service from this business is excellent.  Second, they are punctual.  The appointment time was given between 8 am and 9 am and they arrived between that time.  Third, again customer service.  They looked at the leak underneath my sink and it was something very simple, however, to the non expert, I would not have know.  So simple that he fixed it and at no charge (flipping a rubber seal so that it was facing in the right direction).  Chris was very upfront, honest and great at explaining everything.  I even asked him about an outside drain that we had outside and he was able to explain the options that we had in needing to unclog it.  I would recommend Rockstar Plumbing to anyone and plan on using them again.

Miguel did an incredible job at repairing two of our toilets in a quick and efficient manner. He even came back today to help repair an additional part of the toilet that required the purchase of two pieces. We are so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Miguel wore a mask, gloves and booties to protect our home during this crazy time of COVID-19.  Thank you, Miguel!

My son clogged the toilet and usually I can unclog it with soap and hot water but this clog wouldn't clear. I messaged Victor on Yelp and he responded within minutes. He sent his guy Oscar out the next morning and had my toilet fixed in 5 minutes. It wasn't cheap but it's worth every penny for how quick and efficient they were.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

Just very professional and friendly all the way around. My mom and I live alone and when it comes to plumbing issues we are lost in the forest. Rocket Plumbing made our problems as simple as day. They even told us that our plumbing issue was not as big as we thought it was. Chris came out and he was more than helpful, giving us tips for the future so that we didn't have the same issues. It was all about good customer service. Definitely will call them again!

**update**  NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED!! YOU WERE NOT EVEN THERE, AND ARE ONLY ASSUMING THEY COMMUNICATED.  YOU ARE CORRECT THE INVOICE WAS PAID AT A LATER TIME, BUT ONLY BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS ASKEDNUS FOR OUR CREDIT CARD INFO AFTER THEY MADE THE HOLE IN THE WALL , AND SAID THE CARD WOULD BE CHARGE.   We had a leak in our bathroom and we figured it out where the leak was coming from.  The workers came as they advised, they were shown to the  restroom to inspect, and told us that we needed an access panel (we didn't have one) but before any further updates/explanations they went ahead and broke out some drywall lower to the floor (not where the panel access door would go). It was not a small section it was pretty big.  They left to home depot they got the access panel, and new faucets, which we only found out after they came back because all they said was we will return and they did a few hours later.  

Once the access panel was complete I said, well you can't leave me that mess you made, and at that time they said, oh we don't do drywall, umm ok but you were quick to destroy my drywall and not even think to ask if it was ok, or to explain what the process was before you destroyed my wall.   It definitely was lesson learned, and an expensive one ($1200) not to mention now I have to find someone to come and make it right.  Now that I am writing this review, I am thinking they didn't ask for permission to destroy my wall, nor advise us of what they were going to do.

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

I have used 911 plumbing a few times now. I've had them replace my water heater and fix leaky toilets. Today, I had them come out to investigate a potential leak in an underground pipe in front of the house. Vic and Henry were really great. They investigated the situation, explained to me what they were doing at each step of the way, and determined that there was no cause for concern. They were fast, polite, and professional. What I really love about 911 is that everyone at the company has been friendly, upfront, and honest, with a no-nonsense approach. You get a service window for the appointment and then a call 30 minutes before the guys show up. They email you pictures of the work they've done with the invoice. I so impressed by the professionalism of the company. I can't say enough good things about them. :-)

Connie has helped us with our plumbing several times and she is the best plumber we've worked with.  She explains things clearly, she and her team do quality work and are fair and reasonable with their billing.  I would strongly recommend them.
