I called Richon based on the great reviews and was not disappointed. George was able to assess the problem and give me an accurate quote from 1 picture. He arrived the next day with another plumber ahead of schedule, (after checking with me). They were both very courteous and took a lot of care with everything while here. Well Done! Thank-you.

Jose and his team are amazing! Incredibly friendly. After calling him, he came the next day, promptly, and fixed both toilets within 20 minutes.

I couldn't be happier with Flood Brothers! We've been struggling with identifying the source of the sewage smell coming from our dishwasher. We've used three different plumbers and none were able to figure it out (new drain hose, use cleaners, clean filter regularly, air stop, etc). Philip showed up on time, listened to my woes and figured out that one of the drain hoses was too long and was likely housing food bits. He pulled his screwdriver out, cleaned it thoroughly with bleach, cut the hose to the right size and put it all back together. We haven't had that smell come back since his visit. I was ready to replace the entire sewage line near the kitchen! These guys care and do things right.

I wish I could give more stars! QUALITY WORK! Reasonable prices. Charlie and his team know what they are doing and deliver quality on time. They are friendly and have integrity. Integrity is hard to find in this business. Charlie and his team are the best. They have done several services for us and we are so happy that we chose them.

Chris showed up on time after he call me 30min courtesy call. He made sure my plumbing issue was resolved very carefully, testing all the faucets in my house before he left. I will definitely call back Ace plumbing next time I have an plumbing issue.

Miguel is great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called him for first-time service and he was able to come out that same day. He inspected and identified the source of the leak, and repaired the leak all in the same day. He was professional and respectful of my home. I will definitely be calling Miguel again in the future for my plumbing needs.

We had been having draining issues for years and would have a plumber come out every 6-8 months or so. It wasn't working. As with any plumber, we were unsure how it would go trying someone new and what we would be charged... we were so incredibly happily to discover Victor is so helpful and honest. He showed us the roots blocking our pipes, via an underground camera. He tried a couple ways of clearing them and showed us the difference with the camera. The high pressure water cleaning (hydro cleaning) completely cleared away the roots blocking our pipes. It's been 3
months and our pipes are perfect! Victor said we'd be good for a few years. So happy and could not recommend more!!!! Victor is the best!!!!! Thank you again!!!

We had the best experience, he was referred to us by a friend. We had a problem with our sink. He came promptly. Did his work and cleaned up after himself. Very nice and friendly. I would definitely call him for future plumbing issues again.

We had a leaky shower and wanted it repaired ASAP. All the other plumbers we called said it would be days to weeks before they could come.  Jose with Rocket Plumbing came out the same day and did a great job.  Very nice professional young man.

These guys are fantastic! They are very responsive, super fast and very good at what they are doing. They were able to replace my faucet in the most efficient and professional way and went a step further to explain why I didn't need a part I originally thought was needed. I recently contacted Z & H based on the ratings with the better business bureau. I needed a plumber to install a toilet repair a few faucet leaks. I received a return phone call within minutes after leaving a message. After their arrival at our home, they assessed the situation and quickly provided me with a reasonable estimate. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed. They were professional, friendly, neat and knowledgeable. I was so satisfied with their work that they will come back to re-pipe our house. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

I used this company three times and their crew blew me away each time. First for a camera inspection prior to buying a house. Second for installment of new faucet. Third was for a general house call to tighten and seal up some loose, leaky pipes. I didn't catch the names of the two awesome guys who came out the first time. Brendan and Giulio came to my house the second and third times. Their customer service, professional demeanor and their quality of work were outstanding. These guys are champs and totally trustworthy. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing them. You would have to try very hard to dislike these pros. Their price was very reasonable and they gave good recommendations to avoid unnecessary cost! Thanks again guys and best wishes to your continued success. I'll continue to recommend you to everyone I know just as I have been doing for the last two years!

Just want to post a quick update to how great this business is! We had a toilet clog with slow flush one morning with clients coming that same day. The customer service is, once again, outstanding!  The office answers the phone right away and gave a prompt follow-up call to schedule service. They were able to work around our schedule. Thank you!!! And they also give a call 10 minutes before service arrives. So pro! What was even better was the service that Art gave us. It wasn't a simple fix to just unclog the toilet. We have a 100 year-old house with odd plumbing pipes. Art cleaned out the first drain and spent some time into the night to figure out the issue was farther down the line. Anyway, I don't know what kind of magic he did, but he worked hard to get the problem solved. Once again, THANK YOU, ART!!!

Be careful with large projects or placing trust in American Drainworks.  Though my story is more complex than clean-out it indicates a surprising lack of trust and ownership.  Several thousand dollars was pre-paid to American Drainworks for ongoing maintenance and an eventual planned overhaul to drain lines.  In mid 2015 American Drainworks went through some personnel/management changes and afterwords refused to honor the remaining funds in my pre-paid account (balance still at thousands of dollars due to overhaul not yet scheduled).  Their response was that the pre-paid account was upset during their personnel/owernship change, but the fact remains, from a customer perspective, this company was paid $ which has now disappeared with only partial work completed.  For months I tried to have patience and discuss options to get follow through on this, but was denied and referred to lawyers.

The lesson here, is despite appearances, I don't recommend trusting this current company.  If the situation is ever tough the customer is likely to be left hanging while American focuses on protecting itself first.

I thought long and hard before sharing this experience as Connie and team aren't all bad but having now completely lost thousands of dollars and gotten repeated refusal to offer any work or return I feel its important for this to be shared to others looking for a small company they can trust.
