Had some issues with our hot water and George followed up immediately, and was able to come out to take a look. After assessing the situation, George determined the issue is a larger issue than we had anticipated and provided guidance on next steps to take - which was to reach out to the original contractor first. While we weren't able to pinpoint the exact issue, I really appreciate George's patience in communicating what could be causing the issue and did not charge us for anything. He even said he could talk to the original contractor if needed! He was also extremely respectful - wore booties and also put on his mask when he saw me wearing mine. A true professional and I would not hesitate to reach out to George for any future plumbing issues.

Superb......discovered a major leak under our slab and thanks to fellow Yelpers on this site decided to call Jose of Real Plumbers.....he contacted me almost immediately, met on site, gave me a very fair quote and we agreed by a handshake he would start the next day
Jose arrived on time, with his son Alberto, and what followed was one of the best examples of contractor/ client service i have ever personally experienced...and believe me with 3 buildings i have used many of them!!
No fuss, no mess, polite, respectful, arrive when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job ( actually did some extra without adding to the bill)
I want nothing more and 5 stars is the minimum this father/son, local business deserve....if you have any plumbing requirements, call Jose, you will not be disappointed and needless to say he is now my plumbing contractor of choice

Eddie and Cory fixed my drainage problems and I will definitely be using them again.
They are responsive, courteous, fair priced, and good at explaining what needs to be done and how they will fix the problem. These guys are awesome.

Today, I had a gas range delivered from Pacific Sales only to find out that the contractor in charge of the kitchen remodel plumbed the gas fixture incorrectly.
Frustrated, my husband and I started calling around to see if anyone could come and re-plumb the gas fixture (We have been without a kitchen for 6 months, so we just wanted the stove plumbed and working pronto.) We called Max and explained the situation. Even though he was jam packed with clients today, he squeezed us in. Not only that, but he came ASAP. He was amazing!!! He corrected the contractors mistake efficiently and in a matter of minutes the range was working. Hooray Max!!!
We will be using Max again!!!

Had a weekend kitchen faucet leak( don't all leaks happen on weekends lol) and called Flood Brothers. If you have a service on a weekend expect a higher price rate. They sent Kyle Butler for the issue which ended up being more extensive. Kyle was professional and gave new rates before any work was done. Very happy with his service.

Super fast and effective in clearing a bad clog in my shower. Friendly too. Would highly recommend!

I would give it 10 Stars.  Recommended by Drains Unlimited (because they were booked), which was very cool.   Couldn't have a been better service, feeling confident the entire time that I was getting honest, professional work at fair pricing!

We had a massive leak on Memorial Day and had no idea what the issue was since we were gone when it occurred and DWP shut off the water. The team at Ace came over and did their best to fix the issue without the water turned on. Once the water was back on, it was clear there was yet another problem. The team came back and worked even more to fix anything without charging us again. They were so friendly, respectful and courteous. The experience couldn't have been better. Thank you!

It's hard to find a plumber you can trust, especially when you are a female.  I must say Dejon was the best.  He was on time and explained the problem to me.  Also, he explained cost-effective ways to resolve my plumbing problem.  He went above and beyond the call of duty and he fixed the problem quickly.  I will definitely use Rockstar Plumbing again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY if you don't know anything about plumbing. They will take you for a ride through Disney World, and we all know how expensive that can get.

I called New Pro to come do a job at my house, a job that I know how to do, a job I've done before twice in my other two bathrooms. It was a simple job that I knew I could do in two hours. I just didn't have the time to do it, because it was during the holiday season and I was trying to get my house ready for my family to visit.

They sent a plumber named Miguel. Miguel the crook. Miguel the liar. Whatever you want to call him, just don't call him for plumbing service. He forged the work order estimate, he lied to my face numerous times, and he kept trying to add money to the total bill.

MY FIRST MISTAKE, was that I opened my mouth and told Miguel I had family coming the next night. I will never make that mistake again, to anyone performing a service, to tell them I have somewhere to be or people to impress. He tried to hold me hostage over this. For some reason, he also thought I was a totally idiot, because he tried to run the biggest scam on me I've ever seen.

ESTIMATE:
First of all, he told me he was going to need to open up the wall in the bathroom, so that he could install pipe. I damn near fell out of my shoes when I heard that! It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to touch my drywall. All we was doing, was replacing the pipe that connects the sink to the drain pipe. I had all the parts. The job should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. He LIED to my face, and told me that he couldn't fix it without doing that. I had to sit there and argue with him for 5 minutes, show him the other two sinks I installed, before he relented. Okay maybe he's really that stupid he believed that nonsense, either way, no excuse.

MY SECOND MISTAKE, was agreeing for him to do the work after he tried that scam. Honestly, the price he quoted me to do the work was fair, $125 to switch two faucet handles, and then replace some pipes under the sink. Like I said I had family coming so I signed the work order.

JOB:
After an hour and a half. He told me he was done. I checked, and the pipes under the sink were properly connected. However, HE INSTALLED THE HANDLES ON MY SINK BACKWARDS. He tried to play dumb, and tell me that's what I said I wanted, and that in order for him to fix it, it was going to be another hour and a half and that I would have to pay another $100.

I couldn't believe it. His mistake and he wants to charge me for it. BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!!

SHADY CONTRACT:
I asked to see the contract. He showed it to me, and he added $20 to the work estimate I had signed. He added it after the fact, and crossed out the total and wrote in a new total, as if that's what we had agreed upon. He told me he needed to add $20 because it took longer than normal.

I mean can you imagine this. This stranger comes into your house, a week before christmas, and then proceeds to try and completely screw you. I was so absolutely irate.

TRIED TO KICK HIM OUT:
I told him not to finish the job and leave. He continued to argue with me, and then kept trying to lower the price of his final bill. Which BTW, had ballooned over 95% more than the original estimate, totaling $245.

CALLED HIS BOSS:
I threatened with calling the cops, but decided against it. As soon as I pulled out my phone to look up the number, Miguel ran and got his cellphone. I dialed and while the phone was ringing, Miguel called, and his boss picked up HIS line. Then he walked out the front door talking to him, his boss ignored my call.

I left a message, and then tried calling his boss back to no avail. Miguel came back into the house, and said he would do the job for the original price he quoted me. I really wanted him out of the house, but he seemed remorseful and I thought maybe his boss set him straight.

FELT THREATENED!!!
He acted like the biggest prick of life, kept muttering under his breath. I was so nervous the whole time he was in my house, I really thought he was going to try and do something malicious.

FINALLY
He finished the job, which should have taken less than an hour and a half, it took almost FOUR HOURS!!! Because of all the back and forth, and his mistakes/lies. I was so pissed, I had so much stuff to do that afternoon. I tried calling his boss back again that evening, no answer. Two days later his boss left a voice mail message, but I was so mad still I couldn't even talk to him.

Unresponsive!  Contacted Victor's Rooter & Plumbing and they were initially very responsive (called within 10 minutes of initial contact).  After that, it went downhill.  I explained that I would like to hire them for draining cleaning (as my house might have a potential sewer gas issue) and they said they would text me later that day with availability.  No response.  Contacted them 2 days later to follow-up on scheduling an appointment.  Again, they said they didn't have their calendar in front of them and would text me with availability.  No response again.  It's been a week since my initial contact and I'm going to contact other plumbing companies.  If I can't trust this company to be responsive for simple scheduling purposes, I'm not sure if I can trust them with my house and fixing more serious plumbing issues.

Hayk and his partner were great! They came on a Saturday day night when I had literally requested them a few hours beforehand. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, and what they charge was very reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family! Thanks guys!

I had an issue with drainage in one of the bathrooms' tubs and Mandel came out first thing in the morning to snake it out. He was extremely professional and explained a couple things that I might need to pay attention to in regards to my plumbing situation, which he didn't necessarily have to. Even went under my house to take a look at the condition of the drain pipes. Will definitely call him again!

Brian, the owner and Samuel the plumber/technician came thru beautifully for re-installing my toilet in a very narrow space.  Not only was Samuels' work par excellence but the price Brian gave me was very generous.   I would certainly use them for all my plumbing needs in the future .

I called New Generation Plumbing because my sinks and toilet weren't draining properly.  They responded promptly and sent over Jose & Martin.  They took a look and told me the toilets were doing their job, it's just that they were old (from 2005) and I could buy new ones if I wanted the toilets to do a better job, but that they were functioning fine.  They also took hair out of the sink drain, which improved the water flow.  

Jose & Martin were professional, on time, very polite and wore their masks.  I'd definitely recommend New Generation Plumbing and will use them once I decide to upgrade my toilets.

The old water heater in our new home failed on us and stopped running. We called Z&H on a recommendation from a friend and Zorro quoted us a reasonable price, pointed out an available rebate for us (that another plumber didn't), and offered to install a new tankless water heater within 24 hours. Their service was so nice and spot-on I asked Zorro to give me a quote on replacing an old cast iron pipe in my home, and he offered to give me a quote for free.

Zorro quoted me the same amount as my inspector, but his communication style was super honest, kind, helpful and patient and we decided to go with them. No regrets, would recommend.

Flood Brothers were able to do same day service.
Junior came out with his face mask and fixed the leak coming from the copper pipe of the hot water tank.
The power for the entire building went out and Junior was working by the light of his phone.
He gave me great advice on restoring power to the building.
Junior was kind and professional.
He promised to come out tomorrow and check the water meter to see if there's a leak somewhere.
Now that's an amazing service!

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. I called 911 Plumbing based on Yelp Reviews.  Where else do you go at 7 in the evening when there is poop coming out of your shower drain?  Our plumber (our four year old said he was 'magical' and I will agree') is named Greg, and he showed up within the hour.  He really went the extra mile, examining the sewer drain outs that I knew existed, and finding the one that mattered, under the house, that didn't even know it was there!  I feel like an idiot but we had been flushing baby wipes and they had turned into concrete in the drain.  It took Greg quite a while but he stuck with it, I mean he really worked up a sweat, checking over and over that the drains were working.  About an hour and a half later everything is draining correctly, toilet is flushing and I am tremendously relieved.  Thank you Greg, we all appreciate your late night plumbing artistry.

Had an issue with my sink not draining properly, plumbers were at my doorstep almost instantly, service with a smile, it only took the two plumbers a total of 15 minutes to solve the drainage issue, these guys totally know their stuff!  Phone representative identified the problem immediately and recommended a different appliance expert if I ever have any issues with household appliances, I am very pleased and will do business with them when needed anytime and everytime !
