They did a fantastic job changing our water heater in a really challenging location and fixed our kitchen plumbing issues.  They were extremely professional, thorough and took great safety precautions.  I highly recommend them.

Charlie and his staff was the most professional and experienced service we worked with after moving in to our home! We were aware, from sewer inspection, of a filled drain that is still draining, but is problematic. Charlie was honest and advised from the beginning that they may be able to take care of it with flushing, rather than replacing the whole sewer line. He and a technician came and ran a video in the line, and found that there was not adequate grading, causing water to completely fill the line. Therefore he proposed to create a 55-60 ft trench running from the back to the front of the yard, with more than half that length being a concrete driveway they'd cut through. He was very clear to communicate the scope of the work, the costs, and the time frame, and stuck perfectly to his proposal. What's key is he coordinated with city inspectors and got it all done a week after we first met.

On the first day of the work, Charlie was here the whole day with his crew of 6 men. It was a lot of work and they made great progress. They finished the second day, digging a trench in the front yard that was more than 15 feet deep! Lots of work for sure. Charlie was also here the second day to oversee operations and communicate what they're doing with us. We were out of town during the third day, when inspection occurred, but Charlie oversaw that and everything went smoothly. They then finished the driveway concrete and even created the pattern that was there before. It was dark initially and contrasted with our existing driveway, so I brought that up with Charlie. He was responsive and said the concrete color would fade, though it may not be an exact match to our decade-old driveway. It indeed faded and now blends in well enough.

I could not recommend Charlie enough. His costs were also more reasonable than a couple of other quotes we got. It was a big job digging up the concrete, lawn, and into the main pipe, and they really excelled!

We were recommended to Saucedo Plumbing by another plumbing company that simply didn't have the availability to help us with an urgent problem. Alberto was communicative, quick, and professional. His rates were reasonable, and it felt like he knew what he was doing the whole time.

It was obvious that he was willing to go a little out of his way to make sure he was doing a good job.

We had a massive leak on Memorial Day and had no idea what the issue was since we were gone when it occurred and DWP shut off the water. The team at Ace came over and did their best to fix the issue without the water turned on. Once the water was back on, it was clear there was yet another problem. The team came back and worked even more to fix anything without charging us again. They were so friendly, respectful and courteous. The experience couldn't have been better. Thank you!

I called Victor's Rooter and Plumbing, they immediately picked up, and I encountered a helpful, wonderful, person with great phone etiquette. A rarity these days! And what is even MORE rare to find is someone who cares to know what the situation is so they can trouble shoot and correctly quote before arriving. After explaining the situation with my garbage disposal, the person shared that it sounded like my disposal needed a simple fix that they guided me through AND even offered to face time with me if I needed further guidance. Their verbal guidance helped me fix my disposal! No face time needed.  They had correctly diagnosed the issue and had helped me fix my disposal for free!? -A fix that was going to be a  minimum of $100 according to everyone else I called. As it turned out, I was speaking to Victor himself! I will be calling Victor from here on out for ANY plumbing need I have. He is quick, kind, knowledgable, honest, AND his pricing is fair. Thank you Victor for being excellent at what you do and being a wonderful human being!

Hermes Plumbing came to fix a water leak in our crawl space. They were fast, professional, and didn't try to upsell us on other services. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be hiring them again for future plumbing needs!

Mandel is five star plumber all the way! He was available to come replace our water heater on SUPER short notice (same day) after we had been going back and forth with our warranty plumber for 4 days... 4 days with no hot water.... anyway, not only was Mandel readily available, he was full of much needed information and recommendations regarding our water heater (we're new homeowners). there was no pressure to buy extras simply good, honest and VALUABLE info. we'll keep him on speed dial for all of our future plumbing needs.

Matt didn't give up. Finally unclogged that drain. Transparency about the cost, a little high but it wasn't a simple snake the drain and go.

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

Less than 24 hours after emailing Z&H Plumbing I have a new water heater and it was installed at a fair price. They were on-time and the job was completed in under an hour. Easy/quick communication and updates sent via text; they also invoiced via email for easy record keeping, which (surprisingly) not all contractors seem to have adapted to yet. Would definitely recommend!

I had a clogged bathtub and was in dire need to have someone come out after hours to see if they are able to fix the clog.  I tried a drain cleaner from Home Depot.  After several attempts at this product, it didn't seem like it was working.  So, I reached out on Yelp for a quote and the owner was very responsive and texted me within 10 minutes of me submitting my quote request on Yelp.  Luckily, they are 24 hours and had Brendan as the on call tech.  He called me to gather some further information as to what the issue was and was very professional and courteous over the phone.  He was just finishing up a project and said that he would be at my place in 30-40 minutes.  He actually ended up at my apartment sooner than that.  While waiting for Brendan to arrive, I decided to try pouring boiling water down the drain and using the drain cleaner one last time.  It didn't look good.  When Brendan arrived, he and his partner put on booties as to not dirty up my floors.  When he went into the bathroom, it looked like what I did fixed the clog and he confirmed that the water is draining well.  Not only were they nice and professional, but he did not even charge me for the false alarm.  I really appreciate the hospitality and will definitely add them to my contacts list when I encounter another plumbing issue.

Thomas got to the root of the problem right away and will defiantly hire this company fir future plumbing problem. They also wear proactive gear including mask and shoe covering. I hope Connie isn't mad for our review being so late!  Connie and Lalo deserve all the kudos they're getting; they are the real deal.  A few months ago, my wife, Kristen, and I bought our 1930s home in Inglewood knowing full well the original cast iron pipes needed to be replaced.  We had one company come out who gave a quote, but mysteriously some of the things the service guy said would be covered wasn't in the agreement, hmmm...We pulled the ripcord on them and reached out to Connie; her reviews were great and we respect a female-owned company in what seems to be predominantly a male industry.  Well, Kristen and I could not have been more happy with our decision.  What stood out right away was COMMUNICATION.  After Lalo inspected the pipes, Connie literally sat us down and did a drawing of our pipe system and explained where the weak spots were and what she was going to do and how much it cost.  Blown. Away.  No technical jargon, just a complete plan of what needed to be done.  And a great price as well!  Connie is a no bull person, her and Lalo get the job done, and they're nice people, too!
