I needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and my previous plumber has retired.  Not one of my friends has a plumber that they would recommend, so I was picking someone out of thin air!  I saw on Yelp that Rishon Plumbing had all good reviews, so I contacted them.  I am thrilled with their work, and I now have a new plumber; one that I would recommend to anyone who needs work, but doesn't live in a high rise. My mother needs a water filter installed, but she lives on the Wilshire corridor, and even though she is only on the 3rd floor, Rishon Plumbing isn't insured for high rise work.

George is very communicative, which is mandatory for me!  He brought 2 other men, and the job was completed in just over an hour.  They were clean (they didn't smell at all, which is also mandatory for me!) and they knew what they were doing.  They installed a toilet in my 2nd bathroom and told me ahead of time that if my toilet was over 10 years old and didn't stop running, I would need it to be replaced.  I found George to be very fair.  I didn't get the feeling that he was trying to get me to buy anything I didn't need.  He even picked up the toilet from the dealer before he arrived.

It's always difficult to hire someone new for a job in your personal surroundings, and from the moment I met George, I felt comfortable with him and his men.  I would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

Eddie was awesome!! I thought we had a broken toilet. He came over and quickly determined it was a bigger problem that affected multiple units in our building. He was very knowledgable and explained how the plumbing worked. Not only was he incredibly professional with a very reasonable price, but also was able to come over the same day I called. Plus he did not try to sell any unnecessary extra items or services. I couldn't ask for more.

This was the most straightforward and amazing experience. Max was able to give me a fair quote and responded so quickly to my needed job. He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

This morning I woke up and my entire bathroom floor was flooded. Turns out there was a leak inside the wall.

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Right before thanksgiving i had a leak and had a reset done. My original review would not let me edit and update it.

Update: The leak returned a few days later. It must have been under the toilet within 24 hours because the sealant he packed around the toilet melted away and never set. I would have updated sooner but between then and now i had a new baby. I updated the stars due to the cost of the reset and now having to have someone else come out and reset it again. I spoke to a couple others and when i mentioned it was a flat set a couple companies suggested placing double wax rings to avoid the leak. Going to reach out the New Pro to see about having someone come back and look at it since it cost me 600 dollars the first time.

Came out next day on a Sunday and fixed the problem. Victor was so helpful and got the job done quickly. He is now our go to plumber!

I have been battling a sewage smell in my master bathroom for the last few months, and Hermes Plumbing and Rooting came to the rescue!  At first, I thought it was a mildew issue, but after a few weeks, it became apparent (to me) it was sewer-related.  The first plumber I called snaked my shower drain and claimed that would fix it.  Within a day, the smell returned so I tried a home remedy of baking soda and vinegar.  When the smell returned again, I took apart all of the pipes in my sink and cleaned them out.  When that failed, I had no idea what to do.

Finally, I called Hermes Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out the same day.  They scheduled a hydro-jet for the very next day, and as soon as we opened up the access to the sewer pipes, the smell was HORRENDOUS!  It was obvious we were on the right track.  They showed me everything with the camera they inserted, hydro-jetted the pipes to clean out some tree roots, and THE SMELL IS GONE!  I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  They were fairly priced, quick, and honest.  You can't much better than that!

Came quick, price was fair and done correctly. Even cleaned more than the mess that was made.

I had an emergency plumbing situation! I called rocket plumbing and they came within 2 hours..  I had 2 stopped up toilets that Sam fixed quickly & professionally! Thanks rocket plumbing!

Our downstairs toilet and shower overflowed.  First plumber used the 75 fts snake but the water position was still the same.  Find New Generation in Yelp with good review.  They are very responsive even after work hour.  Three technician comes and shows on time.  The original plumber suggested to use hydrojetting since he suspected the root invasion to the sewer line.  After starting to use hydrojetting, the water did not go through as expected.  Using camera one more time and find out the leak of the pipe in the middle of the street.  Juan and his workers dig almost 7 fts deep and replace the plastic pipe with stronger joint.  
The entire project completes in one day.  Thank you Jake and your wonderful crew to assist us to solve this issue immediately.  Highly recommend New Generation plumbing!

Plumbers from Z & H Plumbing did awesome job on my water heater replacement.
Zoro answered phone on Sunday afternoon and I was surprised, he sad he could send his emergency  plumbers on same day to install new heater for me.
2 hour later Jerry and Luie completed the work in less then 2 hours. Very professional  and cleaned after water heater installation like nothing ever happened.

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. Discovered a water leak on Sunday night and had to shut off all water to the house.  Started calling around first thing Monday and they were the only place (out of four) that I called that said they could have someone there in one hour which is the only thing you want to hear when you are going on 12 hours with no running water.  They came and it took them less than an hour to find the leak, fix it and turn the water back on.  Couldn't be more pleased.  The emergency service is an $85 fee on top of the repair which I thought was reasonable given the circumstances.  Thank you!
**Update-had another leak a week later, they had someone at my house in 30 min and he quickly determined that it was my refrigerator, helped me pull it out and disconnect the water line and then checked main water line gauge to ensure there was no more leaking and then told me that hadn't really done anything and said the visit was free of charge.  I couldn't believe it and offered to pay for the visit but haven't encountered an honest old school place like this in a very long time!

Connie and Lalo were great.  They were able to identify and fix a problem 4 other plumbers could not figure out.  Connie explained everything - what must be fixed now to avoid future emergencies and what we should plan to do it the future to update our house.  Everything was clear and understandable and they answered plumbing questions unrelated to the repairs they made so we could understand how things work and make the best decisions.  The fees they charged were very reasonable.  I truly appreciate them!
