I'm a small business owner so I like to give a shout out to companies that exemplify the traits of a quality business.  We called these guys a few days ago and told them what was going on with our heater.  They advised us to call the water heater company and order the parts, which should be free of charge b/c under warranty and once in they will come out and install.  My parts arrived and I called and left a message to schedule a time.  I got a call back literally within 5 minutes and George and John were at my home within 30 minutes.  Install was seamless, they were very friendly to deal with, and even made recommendations on how I can prevent the issue from happening again.  And their prices are very reasonable.  Will absolutely reach out to them with future issues and would highly recommend their service.  Thank you!

I'm completely satisfied with the service. After meeting with two other plumbing companies who lied so as to charge more, I called to make an appointment with this company. The receptionist lady was helpful and patient with my questions and even offered to give me the owner's cell phone to answer further questions.I was able to get a straightforward quote right there. When the plumber came, he simply did his job without pumping up the cost - he replaced my water heater in a few hours which is functioning perfectly so far. I will go back to this company for any future plumbing issues.

Called to schedule, no appointments until next week. Said they'd call back on Monday to schedule. No call back. Finally get technician out and he doesn't have the part to replace the flood valve that needed to replaced. Technician says he'll call to schedule an appointment. No call. I call 3 times and finally got an answer over text message to schedule for Monday morning. Monday evening comes around and no one shows up. When I ask why, Unfortunately we do not have the availability we apologize for the inconvenience. My advice: find another plumber, not worth the hassle if they don't have availability to send out a technician to an appointment already scheduled.

I feel very fortunate to have found Charlie and his team. Sometimes I feel skeptical about a company that has so many 5 star reviews, but it's clear that they are for real. He showed up right away to provide a full/accurate estimate based on his camera inspection and was very upfront about things. Price was so reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work (and made me realize that some other companies were way overpriced). He and his team replaced our entire sewer line from underneath our house to the sidewalk in 2 days, and also created a new and easy access point. They were all so friendly, skilled, experienced, and patient with our questions. Everything was left clean and undamaged, and Charlie performed a follow-up camera inspection at the end to show us that everything was perfect. It's been weeks and there are zero issues with our pipes so far. Would definitely trust them again and recommend to family/friends.

Alberto has a pleasant, friendly disposition. He came round at relatively short notice and gave me a reasonable quote on fixing my dripping shower which was beginning to drive me nuts. We made an appointment, and he showed up on time when he said he would. His co-worker Adam did the actual job, and worked quietly and efficiently at my home for a few hours. Alberto returned and they completed the job together. He explained the job they had done, and they cleaned up nicely before leaving. They did a nice job installing my shower and were professional and courteous at all times. The price was exactly as quoted, and there was no nonsense or messing around. Just what you want from a plumber. I am happy to recommend his services.

4 months since my service and everything is working leak-free as Chris guaranteed.  i had a bit of a custom job to install my moen smart valve and a whole house filter for my garden irrigation lines.  because this was custom, i had to work with Chris directly on laying out the job, but i am happy with their clean and professional implementation.  i will call them soon for the next job.  recommended.

Miguel was prompt and quick in his response. The toilet was unclogged within minutes. He was quick on his feet and also gave some solid suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.

Victor is my hero! My AC unit started leaking into my ceiling on the hottest weekend of the year. I called 3 other plumbers/AC repair places who either didn't know what the problem was or didn't have the tools to fix it. Victor came right away (on Labor Day weekend nonetheless!!!) and fixed the issue for me within 20 minutes. Now my dog and I can luxuriate in the air conditioning and not melt in the 100 degree heat. 10/10 would always recommend.

Hermes sent Mike and his brother out to address our broken kitchen line to the drain. They showed up on time, identified and fixed the problem in short order. They were courteous and professional. I am pleased to be able to recommend these tradesmen.

I spoke with Mandel, we came up with a game plan and two days later everything was complete. Each day he said he and his team (also amazing youngmen) would arrive at a certain time and sure enough they were there (working hard in the blazing sun) on time, ready to work. My 60 year old clay pipes were replaced with a new plumbing system.

This is the 3rd time I used Rocket Plumbing.  Sam, the plumber, was very professional.  He solved the leaking toilet, and 6 months later when it started to leak again he came out and fixed it within 2 minutes by resetting the water level.

My kitchen sink was leaking, I called a few plumbers and no one was available. I called new generation, Martin and his buddy came in 20 minutes, they didn't even charge for an on site estimate, while others charge $90 just to show up. I used them for a few times and they always come fast and fix it perfectly. Their work is efficient and reliable. I definitely recommend them.

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. We had a drain stoppage in the house at around 9pm. All the toilets and shower drains were backed up. We were afraid to use any of the sinks or anything that used water for fear of backing up waste.

I hopped online and did a search for emergency plumbing and this company popped up. I headed over here to read their reviews and decided to give them a call. After giving the woman on the other end of the line my information she gave me a quote of $225 and said we can expect someone in an hour to an hour and a half. Sure enough an hour and a half later Gus and his partner showed up to take a look at what was wrong.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They snaked the main line and cleared the blockage. To make sure it was clear they dawned their booties (to keep our floor clean/keep dirt out) and made sure all the toilets, shower and sink drains were clear. Gus even offered to snake a camera down the pipe to see what the problem was free of charge.

When all was said and done the total was the original quote of $225. Not bad for emergency service close to midnight. Definitely know who I'll be calling if I have another plumbing issue.
