These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Called them on Saturday morning when our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and water was coming up in the garage sink. Edwin and his partner showed up well within the timeframe they gave us. They were polite and courteous, taking off their shoes before entering our home. They worked in tandem in the garage and the kitchen and at one outside clear out and one inside. It took about an hour to solve the problem. We were pleasantly surprised with what they charged.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Scheduling is easy and their technicians are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had them out to my house several times for a myriad of issues, and they have always provided excellent and professional service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a great plumbing service. OK, so I got a major clog in the kitchen. My plumber never called me back, so I decided to go with Charlie's. Ramon was here within an hour after I called, he recommended the Hydro jet cleaner so I went with it. The job was done in a very timely manner, and very professionally! I then googled what the Hydro jet cleaner is, and I feel very happy that I listened to Ramon!  From now on I'm only calling Charlie's Rooter service.

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

Matt showed up to take a look the same day we called, gave us an estimate and got to work the next day (it wasn't an emergency). He finished the job in one day, did lots of little extra things under the category of above and beyond, and was generally great to work with. Got plumbing problems? Miguel did a great job, very friendly and worked persistently to solve the problem - which turned out to be pretty involved. Very professional and courteous.

I spoke to Victor and he asked me to send him pictures of the problems and he would come and help. After sending to him and following up, I never heard from him.  I called and texted and just ignored me.  Finally after a day I sent him another text he responded saying he doesn't service my area.  Never told me that or even asked what area I was in.  I counted on him and now my basement is flooded even more.  Surprised this guy has decent ratings, he doesn't desert 1/2 a star in my book.  DO NOT USE in my humble opinion...

I am a new homeowner and sadly ran into issues with my old shower handle (cold water one). You can imagine my distress since I was days away from moving in and wouldn't even be able to shower comfortably because only the hot water shower handle worked. Mandel took my call right away and gave me an estimate based on the potential issue. Same day he sent Kelly over to check on the problem. By end of day I had a solution. I did have to come back to the property the next day to get it fixed, but that was just because the plumbing store had closed since I requested a visit later in the day. If not I am positive it would've been fixed the same day. Kelly was very attentive and even though I had no idea what he was talking about (LOL) he shared with me and explained what was going on and was even showing me parts. He did not have to keep me so informed, but the fact that he did helped provide great customer service. I will definitely be giving Mandel and Kelly a call next time I want more work done in my home in regard to plumbing!

My home was built in 1912 and still had the majority of the original cast iron pipes, only now they were all cracked and broken.  I got 3 estimates which were all close.  The other 3 quotes however, included a 2 week work period.  These guys finished it in 3 days!  They had a crew of 3 and worked on different aspects at the same time. They were young and skillful. They did a great job. I do highly recommend them

I hired Zorro to Install a tank less water heater for me. I had a few estimates and his price was the best. I didn't hire him only because of the price, he was very professional and gave good suggestions where to install the tank less water heater. The day of installation, they were on time, worked very clean, and got it done the same day so we had hot water already in the afternoon. I would recommend Zorro to anyone, in fact, I already referred him to two of my friends. Thanks

This review is just based on the consultation experience.  Unlike Red Lilly Plumbing who was awful and a no show for a consultation appointment even though I confirmed the day prior and day of, Jaime Jimmy Flores from Flood Brothers showed up promptly at 1 pm (I was given a window of 1 - 4), handed me his business card, had his Covid face mask on, and put on his shoe booties to assess & provide a quote on various work I needed around the condo. I will need to compare other quotes, but so far, it is in line with another quote I received.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

An excellent job! Greg and Abel fixed a tub leak that another plumber couldn't solve in five visits. Also appreciated the courtesy call from the office when they were en route. Professional all around. Will definitely use again.
