Fantastic job from start to finish. Very fast with providing a quote via yelp messages. Had same day availability and arrived on the dot of our appointment time. Explained what the issue was with the septic ejector pump and answered all follow up questions. Did the job well and were very friendly and professional. BOTTOM LINE- Would use them again!!

These guys are great. My kid flushed a toy down the toilet and it over flowed. I couldn't for the life of me get it out.

Real plumbers were the first guys I found on the internet and I called them in a panic. They were able to come out relatively quick. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Garbage disposal was acting up so Tommy from Flood Brothers came to check it out. Not only was he on time but he showed up promptly at the start of the scheduled two hour window. 4 months since my service and everything is working leak-free as Chris guaranteed.  i had a bit of a custom job to install my moen smart valve and a whole house filter for my garden irrigation lines.  because this was custom, i had to work with Chris directly on laying out the job, but i am happy with their clean and professional implementation.  i will call them soon for the next job.  recommended.

My 9 year old water heater decided to take a dump on me last Saturday. I made a call to Rockstar Plumbing and a guy named David assured me someone would be out to take a look at it within the hour. 45 minutes later a tech named Jason (very professional, nicely groomed, and well educated) arrived and immediately was able to figure out the problem. Jason laid out my options and told me I could replace the burner of a 9 year old water heater and get a good couple more years out of it...or invest in a new water heater for almost the same price and give me another 9+ years)

I decide spending  the extra money was worth it and went with a tankless water heater with a 15 year extended warranty. Jason made me realize it was the smarter option. He was not only up front and honest but also did not make me feel pressured or obligated to make a decision as most plumbers have in my past experiences. I feel confident that I made the right decision.

I own TreeCareLA. We had a situation where some work on tree roots required an emergency plumbing repair. We called a other plumber who came out, tried for 2 hours and couldn't fix it!

We called New Pro at about 9pm on a Friday night. He got on site in about 45 minutes. There was some sticker shock at the price and I was already pissed that the other company wasted so much of my time.

I watched every move Miguel made and I could tell he was the real deal. He was basically working in mud, but kept the pipes and tools squeaky clean while he did the repair in pitch dark.

After seeing how involved the repair was and having a previous plumber to compare him to, I was totally happy with the price and the quality of the work. He got it right the first time.

I wish I would've called miguel first.

Victor showed up right on schedule and took care of the problem that a 75' snake couldn't fix. Very friendly, efficient and effective....not cheap- but hydrojetting isn't!

These guys are awesome! Just bought a house and realized we had a blocked pipe leading to the street which needed to be addressed.  We called these guys, they fixed the issue in 24hrs! It was a big job but these guys were speedy, thorough and extremely knowledgeable, they even gave me some gardening advice! Recommending these guys to all my soCal friends! A++++++ Service

Sam came to fix our sink, he was wonderful.  He came in within half hour of calling him and he fixed it very quick.  It was a great service and we were very happy with him.

When my sink clogged, they came out and quoted me a very high estimate for what they claimed was an in-depth job. I got a second opinion and learned it was a simple job that could be done fairly cheaply. I'm not sure I trust this company. It seems like they were lying and/or price gouging.

I needed to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The Z&H Plumbing team was fast, efficient, reliable and very clean. If they needed to enter the house they would always put booties on and even laid down some tarp as to not dirty the home. They worked with my schedule and were a reasonable price. Would recommend their services

For some insane to me reason, plumbers are super booked just before the Christmas holidays with people wanting their plumbing checked BEFORE it can get blocked up.  Let that sit in your head for a minute YUK!!!  So, I was having a dickens of a time finding someone available to unblock my kitchen sink (after an unruly albeit fun as all hell, family dinner party the week b4 Christmas.  When I contacted Flood Bros. the person who answered was so helpful ans managed to squeeze me in the next afternoon.  The plumber was really thorough, fast, and very nice too boot.  It was the best thing that happened that entire day. After two days of champagne, wine glasses and stacks of plates stacked around my usually clean kitchen I could use my garbage disposal and dishwasher again!!  Cue the hallelujah chorus.  
I will use them solely in future and def recommend FLOOD Bros.

Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing.  They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.

Everyone hates to actually have to get a plumber because it is often not a good thing going on.  Anyhow, if you have to I can't recommend how helpful, quick, downright nice Greg and Mike were.  They were also honest and got to work immediately.  Thanks Greg and Mike - while I don't want to need a plumber anytime soon, you were as pleasant and professional as I could ever ask for.

Connie responded within minutes to my text, and although this was non-urgent, she made a point to come to me on the same day/evening despite a very demanding schedule. One of the jobs I had involved pipes rusting on the outside and she explained to me the parts of the job I could easily do myself to save $$ and prevent future rusting. She had other money saving suggestions, too. I am very happy with her work. She is professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and accommodating. I will be using her again for several other non-emergency jobs. And I love the fact that I am supporting a woman-owned business.
