George responded quickly to my call for a garbage disposal issue.  He asked me questions to figure out if it was a repair or replacement.  He was able to fix it the next day - showed up promptly, super professional, and of course did a great job.  New disposal works great and def affordable.

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!

Line between bathroom sink and shower stall had impregnable blockage preventing me from using either one.
Called big rooter company and after 10 minutes they gave up and quoted me $1800 to have line replaced.
I wanted second opinion and googled best cheap plumber and found Eddie. Within an hour of his punctual arrival he had it repaired for a fraction of the quote from the first company.
This guy was born to be a plumber, and I will keep his phone number close at hand for any future plumbing emergencies.

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

Flood Brothers were great! They were super responsive over the phone and by email. They had a cancellation so were able to fit me in same day. Tracy was friendly and had the toilet unclogged within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Good from start to finish. When we called, the woman we talked to was courteous, super professional and knowledgeable. They had Charlie and one of his associates come out within an hour. They said what they were going to do and they did what they said at the price that was promised. No hassle or upsell. We had a sewer line backup. They cleaned the line and the area in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. We contemplated using one of those coupons for $47 a drain clean. But after reading the reviews on yelp for those companies, we called Charlie's instead (because of the great reviews -- thanks Yelpers!!!!). Two thumbs up!

Couldn't be happier.  Sal and his entire group were very courteous, professional and personable. They came out when they said they would and did a wonderful job replacing all the old cast iron pipe with new ABS plastic pipe and our home's plumbing has never worked better. I highly recommend them.  I needed a plumber on short notice and read the Yelp reviews which were very good so I went with Rockstar and they are great. I will have them come out again for even more work for sure.   If you are looking for a a plumber that does great work and is honest and caring, these are your guys.  They even came back after they left to free up a washer drain in part of the plumbing that they hadn't worked on.   Very nice and I am very pleased. They knew I was dealing with an emergency situation and they showed up on time, took the time to explain the repair work they were completing, and did it all with incredible service. So many service providers act like they don't want to be there when they show up to your house, but not Mike and John. Will be using them for any future needs! Fixed a broken pipe under the house and got me back in business on a Sunday.  Highly recommend.

Sam from Rocket plumbing came out to unclog my kitchen sink. He was nice and explained everything he was going to do.  I had a another problem with a pipe that needed to be replaced.  He left to get the parts and came back quickly. I was very pleased with the work he did. He gave me a deal in the price.  Super happy.

When my sink clogged, they came out and quoted me a very high estimate for what they claimed was an in-depth job. I got a second opinion and learned it was a simple job that could be done fairly cheaply. I'm not sure I trust this company. It seems like they were lying and/or price gouging.

Z&H Plumbing came and helped fix all of the crazy plumbing issues installed by the horrible house flippers that had no idea what they were doing. Never trust a flipper, they used the cheapest means possible and never addressed the problem. Z&H came to our rescue! They were fast, efficient, on time and the price was great too. Gotta love that. Next time you have a plumbing issue give them a call!

Brendan, at Flood Brothers, has been my saving grace ever since I bought my condo, 5 years ago. We have counted on him to help with a bathroom remodel, fix a complex problem with underground piping in another bathroom, and help with water heater and clogging issues that have arisen. Brendan is quick to respond and help, extremely fair with pricing (at times he hasn't charged me for quick fixes), highly responsible, meticulously clean, and trust worthy. Brendan is kind and a joy to work with. My grandma would have called him a mensch, or an absolute angel.

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

Mike fixed my clogged kitchen sink in no time, I had considered changing the garbage disposal as well. He told me that my garbage disposal was all, and good no need to change. Appreciate the honesty! Money saved!
