George (and John) were absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency water heater leak that caused water damage in the garage and sub-floor. The first company that quoted us said they would come out to change the system for just south of $5K (!!!). We contacted George, texted photos back and forth, and he won us over. Came out the very next day and did everything we needed, and more, at a much fairer price. Both George and John are exactly what you hope for when repair workers show up at your home--incredibly professional, detailed, and no nonsense. We would recommend Rishon to anyone that needs repair. My initial review wasn't too positive.  The owner saw the review, contacted me, and wanted to make things right.  We made an appointment.  The owner, Jose,  actually came and was on time, and fixed the problems. He was sincere, genuine,  very nice, and concerned everything was working the way it was supposed to work.  To me, choosing a repair company is a crapshoot.  I read the reviews, and hope I'll be as happy as most of the glowing reviews are.  Now I know I can rely on this company for future plumbing work. It's nice to know there are still people who are honest, professional, and do the right thing.  My rating for them just leaped to 5 stars.  Thank you, Jose.

Lifesaver! Our sink was severely backed up for a couple days because no other plumber was able to fix it (2 literally just left without fixing it).

My husband called at 730pm and Max was at our place by 930pm. We have a newborn baby so we were desperate for someone to finally fix the issue. Max had a great attitude, was very professional and was able to do what seemed impossible -- unclog our kitchen drain!

I called Flood Brothers because our gas and hot water were turned off Phillip came right over and solved the problem in 2 minutes. Totally professional and reliable I can not recommend them enough especially having gone through so many plumbers who dont know what they are doing.

Luis from Charlie's Rooter Service just finished up clearing a clogged sink drain I had in the kitchen. He was here within about an hour of me calling. Luis is awesome. Extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He also educated me on other plumbing concerns I had in my home. My usual plumber just got replaced because they weren't able to address my problem for another 2 days. I'm calling Charlie's Rooter Service every time from now on. Highly recommend them. I called Alberto about some plumbing issues.  He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job.  I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day.  I gotta give him two thumbs up.  He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator.  Did exactly what he promised.  Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

Back again to give another 5-star rating for a quality experience! After so much back and forth with my HOA about fixes, Chris and Darcy were so patient with requests for new quotes and changes to the work order. I was able to schedule Chris to come out the same day my new dishwasher was delivered (within two days of purchasing it) and had it all hooked up before dinner time. They've done incredible work, and I will continue to use them for anything I need going forward. You won't regret doing business with them!

We needed water line installed for the refrigerator/ice maker and washing machine outlet box.  Christian showed up and performed the work the same day.  He is highly motivated with an extremely positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with.  He's very thorough and cleaned up everything before he left.  He takes his job seriously.  Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing and if you are lucky enough to get Christian as your service tech even better!

I called on a Sunday morning, and Miguel as able to get here at the time I wanted (late in the afternoon - they had an earlier time open as well!!)

Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

My main line from my house to the street got blocked up. Victor texted me  just before his arrival, and was actually early. He handled the blockage, showed me the video of the line, and explained perfectly my options, and did not try to upsell me in any way. He was great and I'm happy with writing this review.

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

The name says it all, Rapid Action Rooter! I had a clogged toilet, called to make a service request, and received a 60-90 min time frame. They were at my door in 45mins. Professional,knowledgeable, courteous,clean and finished the job within minutes.  The price was fair. I will 100% use this company again in an emergency and any other plumbing needs!

Chris was very responsive in terms of helping us fix our shower drain. He went above and beyond and helped find us a new drain catch to prevent future clogging. He also installed it seamlessly. We've used him twice in the last year and would highly recommend

Nice guy over the phone and in person when he came to evaluate the problem with my shower, but I had to reach out to them after a couple days had passed since the consultation without any response.  They were having trouble finding the parts needed (understandably because my smitty plate was different than what came with the installed hardware), but I was then notified that he was leaving town for several days.  Another guy was supposed to contact me and pick up where he left off, but that never happened.  So I waited until a few days after he was supposed to be back in town, only to find out that they still had no answers for what parts were needed to fix my issue.  Pretty frustrating, and a waste of time considering someone else could've had this fixed by now.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WORK!!! My water heater went out on a Monday morning right as I was going to work. I didn't have the time to buy and install one myself. I work during the daytime and it was next to impossible to find a company that would replace and install in the evening. The big name hardware stores were a hassle to deal with. They didn't do late afternoon or evening appts and had a 5 hour appointment window. I happened to find this company on yelp and read their stellar reviews. This company had very flexible appointment times and their work is perfect. Not only were they less expensive than Home Depot, but they sell a far better quality water heater and brand.  They left the area around my water heater better than they found it. On top of that the water heater I got had a longer warranty than what I could have gotten at Home Depot. Go with these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I've called Gio for all my plumbing headaches for the last couple years, and he and his team are always quick to come out, figure out the problem, suggest the most cost-effective and reliable/lasting solutions. They get the work done quickly and efficiently, with minimal impact to my schedule and wallet.

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

Bear Plumbing had fixed the kitchen faucet twice in a week, including yesterday. Today, the dishwasher connected to the same faucet, flooded the kitchen and basement because the fix broke. So I had no water to the house because I had to shut off the main to stop the flooding.

American Home Shield, the insurance company, was very good. They told me to go ahead and find someone who could fix the problem on this Friday afternoon of the Christmas holiday weekend.

Kathy, the dispatcher, said she'd call right back. They did a terrific job.

Today, Art and Tony came to replace my broken kitchen sink faucet. They discovered that the cold water valve under the sink also leaked. They turned off the water to the house, replaced everything, tightened both water filter faucets and made it all better than ever.

This is THE best plumbing company I have ever used. They have been here multiple times for various jobs, always professional, always neat, always pleasant. Bear Plumbing had been dispatched by American Home Shield two months ago. They hustled me, never fixed the problem. I do not trust them.
