Amazing service!  John and George are true professionals They are prompt, helpful, extremely competent, honest and resourceful. Our water heater went bad and they worked so hard in getting it replaced.  They came on Sunday morning to help us out, even thouth they do not typically work on Sundays. You can see they truly care about what they do and about the interests of the customer. They are highly dependable and just very nice people.  I wish I knew them earlier.

I requested a quote for water heater maintenance on Yelp and got a response from Jose right away. At first I was scheduled for the following day, but Freddy was finishing a job in my area so he was able to come to my house the same day. I found both Jose and Freddy to be friendly and easy to communicate with. My project was not very complicated -- just a regular flush of the system -- but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a different project.

i remember having a very positive experience with them in the past, but unfortunately they no longer service the Silverlake area!

A-1 Plumbing rocks!! Came out to my house for a clogged drain.  They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced.  Without a doubt, I will call upon them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Called to schedule, no appointments until next week. Said they'd call back on Monday to schedule. No call back. Finally get technician out and he doesn't have the part to replace the flood valve that needed to replaced. Technician says he'll call to schedule an appointment. No call. I call 3 times and finally got an answer over text message to schedule for Monday morning. Monday evening comes around and no one shows up. When I ask why, Unfortunately we do not have the availability we apologize for the inconvenience. My advice: find another plumber, not worth the hassle if they don't have availability to send out a technician to an appointment already scheduled.

Louis and Charlie were great, on time, diagnosed my problem and cleared my drains showing the progress with wired cameras. They answered all my questions patiently and were professional but very nice. Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber for any reason not just drain clearing

jose was very knowledgeable, courteous  and reliable.  finally have a plumber that is honest.  highly recommend

Darcy the office manager was so pleasant to talk to ,  Chris came to my unit on time and did a wonderful job, Ace plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on !

This morning I again had to call Rockstar.  They had someone coming out between 3-4, they called back to say they would be there at 10.   Omg.  These guys are wonderful.   The best plumbers on the planet.  They treat you with respect and dignity.   They are professional and nice.   I had a complete panic attack because there was a smoke smell.   Phil stayed until my daughter got home.  

If you need a plumber call Rockstar you will not be disappointed.   Great company, great customer service.   You will not be disappointed.     If I could give them 10 million stars I would.

I called Miguel last minute to fix a clogged drain and he was able to come the next day. He took care of the issue right away and I would definitely use Miguel again for other plumbing needs in the future.

I've never reviewed anything on Yelp before, but Victor was so great that I had to, to let everyone know! I called him today, a Saturday, at 2pm, he said the earliest he could come was at 6pm, but he would call me back if he could schedule me sooner. Well, about an hour later, he was calling to tell me he could be there at 4pm. Every other plumber I called either didn't answer or couldn't get me in at all this weekend

Victor and his partner were on time, super nice and fixed the clog in no time! They charged what they said, and cleaned up afterwards, all in all, great service!

Hopefully you won't have a plumbing emergency, but if you do, definitely call Victor!

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Within 2 hours after I called because of a completely clogged kitchen sink, Chris contacted me to let me know he was on the way to my condo. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & friendly, and he was able to resolve the issue in about 20-30 minutes. I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing!

These guys are great to work with and Zoro is a true professional.  

I had a huge project on my first home and first remodel.  I called a few plumbers but Zoro was the only one to come out and look at the work without me asking.  He installed a tankless hot water heater and gas line.  He even helped me with some stuff I was taking on myself.  The job is done but I find myself calling Zoro often for advice and other things I need done when I know I need a professional.

He holds himself to a very high standard and the quality of his work shows.  He doesn't cut corners and I feel 100% comfortable with the job he's done.

It's great to know I have a excellent plumber to help me take care of my home.

On Friday night, my business had an emergency plumbing issue. After calling countless '24hr emergency' plumbers who were all unable to provide immediate service, I found Flood Brothers.  When speaking to dispatch and describing our issue, he immediately routed Someone to take a look. Within an hour, Jeff was at the business ready to assist. I am still blown away by the communication, professionalism, kindness and customer service that Flood Brothers provided. They are now our go-to for all plumbing needs for all of my LA locations.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

Vic and Able fixed my bathroom faucet which was stuck.  It was a quick, easy and reasonably priced job.

Connie is fantastic and I can not recommend her and American Drain Works enough! Our sewer line broke and they came out promptly and repaired everything in one day! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional as is her team. She was super communicative and walked us through the entire process and did the repairs perfectly and gave us a warranty too.
If I could give Connie and her team 10 stars on here I would! I will definitely be calling her ANYTIME I have a plumbing need and you should too.
