Best Plumbing Services in California

I had my garbage disposal replaced today with one that I previously purchased from Home Depot. I contacted George on Monday and I scheduled an installation for Saturday, he showed up on time and executed professionally the task in 20 minutes without over charging with a week end mark up.
His initial estimate matched what I paid, he cleaned everything before he left and he also took care of disposing of the old equipment. It was such a pleasure to do business with him that not only I decided to write a review here that he definitely deserves, but also I scheduled him for another small home project to take place next week.

Superb......discovered a major leak under our slab and thanks to fellow Yelpers on this site decided to call Jose of Real Plumbers.....he contacted me almost immediately, met on site, gave me a very fair quote and we agreed by a handshake he would start the next day
Jose arrived on time, with his son Alberto, and what followed was one of the best examples of contractor/ client service i have ever personally experienced...and believe me with 3 buildings i have used many of them!!
No fuss, no mess, polite, respectful, arrive when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job ( actually did some extra without adding to the bill)
I want nothing more and 5 stars is the minimum this father/son, local business deserve....if you have any plumbing requirements, call Jose, you will not be disappointed and needless to say he is now my plumbing contractor of choice

This is a legit operation. After suffering through the horridly unprofessional con artistry of Pete the Plumber, I called these new cats - The Plumbing Doctor with some understandable hesitancy.

In truth, they were coming out to FIX what Pete had broken (they broke the toilet they were there to fix, causing thousands of $ of water damage to my bathroom).

Back to the story at hand - James rolled out. Dude was quirky and cool and dominated my toilet. Errr that sounded bad. But he did dominate it.  

To put a cherry on it, he was kind enough to charge me the incorrectly low quoted price over the phone (based on the distance my home is from their office, so please be sure to ask this when getting a price).

I like a company that does what they say there are going to do and does it for the price they originally quoted. I like a company that dominates.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

Hugo and team were amazing! We purchased a new smart toilet. They gave me a free estimate which was fair, very knowledgeable, and they came out within 2 days to do the job. I didn't even bother comparing with other companies after Hugo came out initially for the estimate, I just knew they would do solid work (also based on their solid 5 star reviews, which is almost unheard of for plumbing companies). They did a wonderful, clean, and FAST job. Hugo is very personable and friendly as well, went the extra mile to throw out the boxes everything came in (which was a mess). I hope I never have plumbing issues, but will definitely call them if I need it. Highly recommend this plumbing company!!!!

We had Miguel come over due to flooding under our kitchen sink. He was able to come that same day, just a couple of hours after I called, and he was super pleasant and approachable. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues with the faucet, as well as with the incorrect manner in which some of the pipes under the sink had been connected and installed. I would highly recommend.

Oscar and his helper helped unclog my shower drain. Well done!

Mandel is the man. In three weeks he's unfortunately already had to help me twice. Once was later in the evening with a toilet which wouldn't stop overflowing, and now with a kitchen sink that wasn't working! In both cases he took the time to see what he could do so I wouldn't have to throw away the kitchen sink! (So to speak..) he got both fixed and working in a matter of minutes. He also asked for pics in advance and tried to talk me through fixing them first if I could. He seems to really know what he's talking about, and is very customer service oriented. Thanks Mandel.

New Bradford White water heaters.
My old water heaters were 10yrs old and I decided to get new ones before running into problems. I got a couple of estimates from a couple of local plumbing companies. At the end of the search New Generation Plumbing had the best customer service representative that was on top of my questions and concerns. The crew that came to review the project was the same crew that showed up on day of water heater exchange.
Henry and Martin showed up promptly at 8am and 2 hrs later the job was done. 2 new water heaters installed and working.

Z&H plumbing came to take a look at a leaking water heater within hours of my calling them. They were able to install a new one the same day. 5 stars for excellent service and responsiveness, would definitely recommend!

Im a property manager with no time to waste, everytime I call they answer. No hassles, they just go and handle the issue. If you need someone in a pinch to take care of an emergency leak, call 'em.  Also, they communicate very clearly and have a nice automated system set up to inform you of when the tech is coming.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Mike was GREAT! He went out of his way late on a Sunday to get the right snake to unclog our system. I called 911 with guests coming for dinner late on a Sunday. So grateful!!! God is good.
