Last Friday I woke up to a water heater leak and I needed to get a new one right away. I called George at Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters because of their excellent Yelp reviews. George sent Mike over and he was here with a new water heater in about an hour which was impressive it self. The first thing Mike did was check the water pressure and he said that we needed a new water pressure regulator because the water pressure was way too high so he replaced that first. Then Mike replaced the water heater and installed new hoses, water heater straps, gas shut off valve and a particle trap in the gas line. Mike is a very nice guy and did a great job and cleaned up before he left. Now I know why Rishon has such great Yelp reviews. Thank you Mike and George.

Jose was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. The generous integrity Jose has as a person is a natural guarantee that his work is equally excellent. He will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that no amount of Drano would be able to solve. So I yelped for plumbers and Plumbing Dr. came up with great reviews.

I called at 11:30 that morning and the lady on the other end was very friendly and said that they'd be there around noon. Half an hour! What great turnaround time!

I'm assuming the gentleman that came was Warren, but he just introduced himself as the plumber. He came in, did his work, and left within about 20 minutes. Super fast, efficient and no BS.

And $75 for a service call is very reasonable as well. Will definitely call him up again if we have another problem!

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

Flood Brothers is great! Kyle Butler came out and fixed our upstairs toilet. Not only did he fix the problem, but was so friendly to the whole family. Now our son can use the bathroom for his potty training. I would recommend Flood Brothers to anyone.

I called Monday morning and Luis was at the house that afternoon. He was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. My kitchen drain was clogged and he snaked it 50 feet twice but the build up was too much. (We had it snaked a couple years ago and obviously that had just freed up the drain enough to get us to this point.) He ended up Hydroblasting it all the way down to the sewer and now all the build up is gone setting us up for a free flowing drain for several years if we treat it right. Luis was done with everything in under an hour and left the place clean and orderly. I'd definitely call Charlie's again (though obviously hope I don't have to!)

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

Chris is the best plumber I've ever dealt with (and I dealt with a lot).  Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and very fair in terms of pricing.  I also talked with Darcy on the phone and she was very pleasant and efficient. I am fortunate to have found this plumbing company.

I had rockstar plumbing come take a look at an issue I was having with my toilets. He suggested to swap them out due to the quality of our flapper fill valve and one other thing. He advised me that it would cost the same in labour and parts to just get a new toilet. We had another plumber come by and suggested the same thing but we told the new plumber that we just wanted to switch out what was wrong. He's ends up switching out the flapper fill valve and flush handle. And a week later my toilet was still running. Called rockstar again and they sent out Hugo again who switched it for us (the toilet was already off we just weren't to sure how to make water seal) no charge! These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to fixes or changes. They do it the right way no short cuts and tell the customer the truth even if sometimes it's not the answer we wanted.

I am currently remodeling my kitchen and needed to relocate a gas line. I called New Pro Plumbing to schedule a same day estimate. I elected to go with them because of the reviews I read and their availability. I was not disappointed. Not only was Miguel very friendly and professional but he also did excellent work. I am very pleased with the end result and the amount of time it took him to complete the project.

Victor is awesome! I have a recurring issue with roots clogging my main line. Have been through a few plumbers over the years and Victor stands head and shoulders above the rest. He's friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the problem is fixed. Highly recommended!!!

Love Chris at Rocket Plumbing!  He has worked on two of my properties.  Rocket may cost a little more than the others but service is prompt, on time, clean, organized and knowledgeable.   I would recommend them.

I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater. Water was getting hot but then turning cold right away. I called new generation and they sent somebody out very promptly. Martin and John showed up and right away. They pointed out that there was a large sediment buildup in the fixtures themselves. They opened up and cleaned those out in a couple minutes, and then advised that the next step would be more drastic and involved flushing the tankless system, which has on occasion caused other issues. They advised I see if cleaning out the sediment fixes the problem before moving forward. They didn't charge me for the service call. It may not work in the end and I may need to go ahead and get the system, flushed or replaced, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness and light touch.

Water heater gave up the ghost last weekend on Saturday.  Placed a few calls on Sunday and got a return call from Zorro within 20 minutes.  Zorro asked a few questions, I sent over a couple of iPhone photos, told him a bit about the history of the water heater, its location in the basement.  He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Next day (Monday) John and George (no Ringo or Paul) showed up on time.  Very courteous, they looked over the situation to confirm and then quickly got to work.  They came up with a couple of ideas to improve the installation.  No surprises on having to pump out the old water heater because its in a basement-they came prepared!  Ninety minutes later, we had hot water!  No fuss, no haggling, no you got this problem or you get that problem.  This is the way service ought to be delivered by all repair companies.  Way to go Z& H!

We've always had good experiences with Flood Brothers and they delivered again last week.  Mike was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, and swift.  Arrived CO-VID protocol in place:  masked, gloved, booted.  He gave us a quote one afternoon and was finished with the job by the next afternoon.  Mike and his co-worker replaced the faucets of our bathroom sinks, upgraded the drains and supply lines.  They did the same for the shower, which had not worked correctly in years, due to the previous owners DIY job.  Very satisfied with the results, and feel secure in the fact the work comes with a 1 year warranty.  Thank you!

They are very responsive. I have had them do work for me twice. I had another estimate for installing 2 faucets that was three times as much as 911. The previous company even had me send pictures so they knew what they were dealing with. 911 was on time and they were very polite and explained everything so i knew the cost before they began.

I emailed Chris over the holiday weekend as my in-sink garbage disposal had stopped working.  He quoted me a very reasonable price and, alternatively, offered to walk me through the process myself so I could avoid having to pay him to come over.  He told me what tool to use and I was able to fix it myself with his guidance.  If the garbage disposal really does shutdown on me or any plumbing issues come up, I will be sure to email or call him again.  Very honest and helpful.
