Had to replace a 50 GAL water heater on the fourth floor of an apartment complex with a non-functioning elevator....not the friendliest task. Nevertheless, George and John arrived promptly with a brand new heater (after an initial consultation visit) and lugged that thing up four flights of stairs. Not only that, but they brought the old heater back down those same stairs when they were finished, and switched out the heaters in under 2 hours. They did extremely professional and cost-friendly work, and I will certainly be utilizing their services again in the future.

We cannot say enough about what a great job Real Plumbers did on our renovation project.  Amazing value for our money  considering the professionalism, punctuality and above all excellent workmanship.  They presented us with multiple options and helped guide us in an honest and responsible way.  Their recommendations helped save us thousands of dollars that other contractors were trying to charge us for extra work that our small house did not require. 

We contracted them to replace the old and outdated plumbing, they re-routed all drains, vents, water and gas lines to accommodate our specific design in the kitchen and laundry room.  We could not be happier with the end results.  In the kitchen, they installed our sink fixtures, drain, garbage disposal, and set up a recessed waterline for our refrigerator.  They also roughed in a water line for a pot filler to be installed when we finish tiling the backsplash.  In the laundry room, they recommended and installed the appropriate tankless water heater and water softener for the size of our house, set up the recessed laundry hook ups and installed our utility sink fixtures and drain.

Our kitchen sink got clogged, like SUPER clogged such that there's not enough Drano in the world to help. My husband is pretty handy and he snaked the drain, etc, it was gross and didn't help. He called Plumber 2 The Rescue and was told someone could come by the next morning. Cool. THEN, later that afternoon, we got a call that George was in the area and finished a job early and could come over in about half an hour. George came over, was super professional (we are a no shoes household and he even politely asked about taking his shoes off), then he fixed the problem in like five minutes, even taking care not to kill my Sugar Snap Peas, which were growing in a box right under the clean out drain thing. Thanks George!!

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

Highly recommend them. Had a very nasty sewage back up in two bathrooms and Jerry came out and addressed the problem. He was on time, very courteous and didn't leave until the issues were fixed. He came out on Saturday, his day off, and didn't waste my time and did the job quickly. A complete pro.

Had a backed up kitchen sink that really shuts you down with two kids.  Danny came out and had us fixed up in twenty minutes.  Great service and pricing.  Highly recommend these guys.

I can truly say that it was so refreshing to find honest and committed people that have VERY fair pricing but also are honest and will get the job done. I had a backed up toilet and bathtub and it was a complicated job... Chris really cared about getting the job done right!!! They took their time until everything was done... they left the bathroom like new!! I have always been reticent about hiring tradesmen vis Yelp and follow personal references. This time I was completely wrong. After getting two outrageous estimates I found Rockstar on Yelp.  Dejon and the rest of the company did a great job.  I will be recommending Rockstar to friends and family.  They are cost efficient but do not skip out on quality of work.

Quickly scheduled an appointment to address clogged pipes and handled the issues with ease and efficiency. Miguel was very friendly and went above and beyond to keep the area clean. Nice to have a plumber in the area.

We called Victor because of a leak that originated in the master bathroom tub on the second floor and ended in the kitchen on the first.   Victor came along with Abram, his assistance, and, after  inspecting the damage, reassured us (to our great relief..) that the problem is not with the pipes but merely with the sealer around the tub. Victor fixed the problem, gave us warranty and charged us very little for the work.  We even got a curtesy call a day later to ensure that all is well.
We strongly recommend Victor and will use no one else!

We had the best experience, he was referred to us by a friend. We had a problem with our sink. He came promptly. Did his work and cleaned up after himself. Very nice and friendly. I would definitely call him for future plumbing issues again.

My upstairs toilet overflowed into my downstairs bathroom. I call Mandel at 8:00 A.M. He told me he would be at my home between 10 -11. He called me to let me know he was running late. Once he came to fix the matter he educated me on some safety facts. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Thank you for the knot and the help.

Z&H Plumbing Did an outstanding job. Arsen and Crew were able to come out the same day I called.  They were very professional and reasonably priced, and the new water heater works perfectly!  They were also able to help with a kitchen plumbing problem I had. The Wifey is a HAPPY CAMPER. They were also Covid-19 safe and wore masks the whole time.  I will use them for any future plumbing issues that may come up.  Zorro has a good team.

2nd time using Flood brothers and a 2nd great experience. Professional attentive work. There was even a small hitch with my original estimate because it happened several months prior, but they handled it and got what I needed finished within a few days of my calling. Big thanks to Ahmad for walking me through the details and suggesting the best way forward on a couple items.

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

Kathy got us an appointment the same day when we called in a panic due to a pipe leaking thru the ceiling...Vic came and fixed the leak.   Communication with Kathy and Vic was clear and consistent and responsive the entire time.  Their prices are reasonable and they do not play games; they show up when they say they will show up and they are clear and forthright with their pricing.  I  recommend this company to anyone out there that needs an excellent and responsible plumbing company that they can truly rely on.  Thank you Kathy and Vic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very similar negative experience detailed in other reviews. Connie goes into full sales mode and earns your trust/confidence, but completely left me in the lurch when it came to the crunch of providing the estimate. I had wanted to work with her and delayed giving an answer to other contractors only to be told at the very last minute that they had another job (despite me telling her from day one the time window I had). Don't do business with her and call someone else first.
