Had a clog in our kitchen sink. Rishon came to the rescue today after us calling for help. Lucky for us he was able to squeeze us in. Very professional and prompt. He was very knowledgable and took his time. Thanks to him, our sink is in working condition. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving!

I found Real Plumbers via Yelp and they did not disappoint! Jose is very professional and was able to execute on the project I had on a very tight timeline. He is reliable, kind and great at what he does. Will definitely use them again!

A simple job for a leaky bathtub facet became a complete fiasco.

They were great on the phone, but the technician Edwin, had a horrible and superior attitude and all we needed was to fix a leaky faucet.

What started off to be a disaster was remedied by the owner's (Josh's) positive attitude and plumbing skills. He came over less than 45 minutes after the problem with the initial plumber and is working hard to remedy the situation right now.

My faith is restored and as I write this review, I am pleased with how the situation was resolved.

Had a weekend kitchen faucet leak( don't all leaks happen on weekends lol) and called Flood Brothers. If you have a service on a weekend expect a higher price rate. They sent Kyle Butler for the issue which ended up being more extensive. Kyle was professional and gave new rates before any work was done. Very happy with his service.

I'm glad we called Charlie's Sewer and Drain Rooter! Luis is a terrific expert and took care of our plumbing troubles quickly and completely, a leaky slow-draining bathroom sink and a completely backed up kitchen sink are now totally fixed, thanks to Luis and Charlie's Sewer and Drain Rooter Company at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Had a big job, a real nightmare thankfully a good friend who spoke highly of them referred me. I usually don't go with referrals but they did a great job and I'm not just satisfied but thankful that everything went went. I am very picky and I gotta admit I am impressed.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Update!!! I spoke with the owner/manager and his customer service was exceptional and corrected the issue. He seemed to really understand my concerns and made it right. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. He didn't try and come up with excuses like other companies out there do sometimes and just handled the issue at hand, which shows how professional he is. I will be giving Rockstar Plumbing a second chance, since the owner had ROCKSTAR customer service.

My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I decided to call Rockstar Plumbing since I saw good reviews on yelp. I also decided I might as well buy a new faucet, since we wanted to replace to old one anyway at the time. Chris came out and gave me a quote of $250 to put in the new faucet, which I thought was an OK price. As he looked at my current faucet he noticed I needed another part he did not have with him, which I would think someone should bring those parts to a job or ask these questions as to what kind of faucet I have before they come out. He then had to go to Home Depot to try and find the part, which I guess did not happen, because when he came back, he said I needed two extra pieces, since he could not find the one part I needed. These two extra parts were going to cost me an extra $275 on top of the $250, and I knew these parts were sold at Home Depot for $20, so pretty much it was all labor cost. Mind you the new faucet cost me $200. I then asked him how much it would cost me to just fix my current faucet and he said $450, so $250 to replace with a new faucet or $450 to fix the current one? I don't get it. I thought it was very expensive, since it just needed a new rubber seal on the current one. I finally had them do the work and replace the faucet, because I had a leak and did not want to take another day off work. Other than that, I would have called someone else out. So, I had the job done, which at the time seemed like they were kind of rushing to get it done. I confirmed that when one of the new pieces they installed was leaking the next day and they had to come back out to fix the issue. In the end, I ended up spending $625 including my new faucet, after Chris said he gave me a part at Home Depot that cost $10 and they charge $125 for free. Overall it was not a good experience and way over price for labor for a 20 minute job.

Miguel is the best! I've hired him a few times and have bookmarked his yelp page for any future plumbing needs! He does a great job, he is so nice and very professional.  I can't recommend him enough.

Called for an appointment for the next day, he called the next day asking to reschedule which i did, he then never showed up or called for that appointment.  Think he was having vehicle problems.

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

I wish there were pixie dust that I could spread over these 5-stars to make them sparkle and draw your attention in. If you need a plumber, call Hermes.  These guys are so great; they will make you happy you sprung a leak!

Mandel and his team are phenomenal!! We went through 2 other plumbers before I found them and wish I had them from the start. I called late on a weekend and Mandel immediately answered the phone.  Within 2 minutes of discussing the issue he new exactly what caused it when others said something different and they had seen it in person. They were at our home first thing the following day. He made sure we were educated every step of the way and understood the work being done. They were prompt, communicative and went above and beyond. Don't bother calling anyone else because he and his team know what they're doing!

Chris did a great job on checking the sump pump for my 9 unit condo building in West Los Angeles, which another plumber had said needed to be repaired/fixed.  It ended up being just shut down and didn't need to be repaired.  He charged a very reasonable rate for his time as it would have cost greater than $2K to repair/fix.  He double checked the circuits, tested it with water to make sure the floaters were working property.  Was definitely knowledgeable.

Fernando and Martin came to the rescue to asses a leak in our kitchen faucet and unclogged our bathroom sink. They were professional and were able to resolve my issue quickly. Will definitely contact them again.

Zorro showed up for a quote Wednesday, professional and thorough and clearly knows his stuff. Great price. Installed a beautiful tankless water heater Friday. Done by early afternoon. Couldn't ask for anything better, was seamless. Thanks

I am the President of my homeowners association. We've tried many companies and we kept experiencing the same old service. No follow ups. We were in the dark and where not sure if the work was complete and had no idea what was going on. Our property management company recommended Flood Brothers and what an experience. We have been blown away. Photo's, detailed reports and updates have been provided on each and every project big or small. Giovanni and his crew are amazing they work clean and even wear boot covers when coming into our units.  If you are a board member in a condo and your looking a good plumber call Flood Brothers. They are by far the best!

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

Just called them and they wanted to charge $225 for the housecall diagnosis ONLY that would not apply toward the repair!!! As if!!
