Our water heater started leaking, and George was able to come out within a day to replace it. He and John worked quickly and professionally, and they triple-checked their work. I would highly recommend them again.

Real Plumbers (and Jose) is fantastic. I reached out to install an RO/DI system on Yelp, and Jose was extremely quick to respond and worked to accommodate my schedule. Jose was very professional, and was immediately clear the moment he stepped through my door that he's very good at his job. Jose went above and beyond to make sure the installation worked for my use case (carnivorous plants and a small reef aquarium).

The quote for the installation was extremely reasonable, and when all was said and done the price was at the very low end of the initial estimate. Hiring a professional is always a crap shoot, but I'm extremely happy with Real Plumbers and will be calling them with any plumbing needs in the future!

Awesome service! Eddie was a friendly guy and he was knowledgable. He managed to fix all 5 things in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.  Plus they didnt try to rip me off and I really appreciated that.

Max came out and installed plumbing for a washer dryer.  He spent a lot of time under our home and worked late to help us get the job done and not be without hit water for too long.  He even billed us slightly under his original esta one because he discovered we already had ductwork done.

I called Flood brother because of an recommendation from a friend. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and could not use the hot water. We had our kitchen sink clog, the night before we were suppose to host a party and Charlie's Plumbing saved us! We could not say better things about Charlie, and his company. He got to our house faster than most pizza's do, and it was 10 o'clock at night. I didn't even know that there were plumbers that worked 24 hours a day. Charlie was so friendly, and so helpful. He fixed the problem thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. On top of great service, the price was very reasonable. If i have anymore issues, I am definitely going to go back to Charlie. He was willing to help with any issue, and even looked at our washing machine even though it wasn't the issue. He will travel all over LA. Most importantly, he is someone you can trust!

I needed a leaking angle stop repaired under my kitchen sink on short notice in order to install a new dishwasher. I called countless plumbers and didn't hear back from many of them. Chris called me back within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He said he was booked for the weekend, but could come out first thing Monday morning. Chris was on time, nice, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Darcy was great with scheduling and communication as well! Highly recommend!

Woke up to a pool of water in my kitchen. I sprung a leak!  Looked through Yelp on who to call and found Rockstar Plumbing. They were super responsive on the phone. E (that's his name) came out, looked at the problem, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.  E then gave me a quote for repairs. Once approved, E got the parts and repaired the leak in about 15 minutes. Really fast! Super pleasant guy too.

Would use Rockstar Plumbing again. They make plumbing repairs easy!

I called Miguel at evening for a clog in our kitchen sink. He stopped by 2 hours later and fixed the problem quickly. He was knowledgable and professional, and I am happy with his work.

Victor runs the show!  He fixed the problem in 15 minutes flat, and he's professional, clean cut and drives a big yellow truck. Victor was able to fix in 15 minutes what a less able plumber took 8 hours to try and fail at.

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

Heard about the great service, called about 2 clogged sinks. They responded very fast. Very knowledgeable. Customer service was great! Would highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Rocket Plumbing was extremely easy to work with, I was looking for someone to come in the day of and take care of a clogged kitchen sink after being away for a month. They were in and out within half hour!

The dispatcher / operator is incredibly helpful. The plumbers are professional and reliable. They also communicate well.

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

It's the morning of New Year's Eve and we're expecting a load of people at our house to ring in the new year... the night before, the powder room toilet wasn't flushing well, so we spent some time plunging, looking up home solutions like hot water, baking soda & vinegar, etc.  Nothing worked.  So I looked on Yelp and found a plumbing service near the area.  After a brief discussion with dispatch, Greg came to our house around 2p.   We explained the situation and quietly, Greg set to work assessing the situation.  He's a man of few words, but he's knowledgeable and quoted us $175 for snaking the mainline.  After taking one look at our clean-out pipe, he stated it would be an extra $150 if he had to remove the toilet because the clean out pipe was so corroded and tightly affixed that he didn't feel confident removing it without breakage.  My husband agreed to the pricing, as we had never accessed the clean-out pipes in the 10 years that we've lived in the house.  After snaking the mainline and pulling out some gnarly looking tree roots, Greg said it wasn't quite fixed and said that he had bigger equipment he could use for the clean-out pipe, but cautioned us about getting the pipe open in first place.  My husband set to work on trying to chip off the corroded areas of the pipe and the two of them got it open allowing Greg to snake that only to pull out more tree roots and branches.  It looked really bad... but now we have a working toilet.   In the end, the job was done without having to remove the toilet, we paid the $175 he quoted and he cleaned up the area very neatly.  I would highly recommend and I am keeping his number for the next time we need him.

My first experience with this company was when I contacted them about servicing of a water heater located on the roof of our building. Although they were not able to do the job, Connie took the time to not only explain some of the details & pitfalls, but also gave me two referrals to other plumbers. I was very impressed by her knowledge and attitude and bookmarked them for future reference.

Yesterday, I called American at 9am, and by 10:30am Connie showed up at our door. She was able to not only fix the issues, but explained why they occurred as well as how to prevent them in the future. I now feel better equipped as a home owner, plus I now have a toilet that flushes ;)
