One of the nicest and most professional people I dealt with. George and John was on time and courteous and evaluated the problem and gave me a overall comprehensive overlook before advising me on all my options. They came the same day and installed a brand new system right away in less than 3 hours! I can't recommend them enough and strongly advise anyone to use them before anyone else!

We had a toilet that was not working due to a down-line clog.
The job necessitated removing the toilet (not easy, as it had been grouted in place), cleaning the line, replacing the wax plug and reinstalling the toilet and replacing the shut-off valve which was old.
The job was done in only a little over an hour, including recaulking.
They left the place clean and they saved me a lot of grief and future problems.  Not cheap, but worth every penny.
I will use them again.

This is the third time I have used Max for fixing my problems with plumbing.  He is fast and efficient and seems to be able to handle any problem, and if not, he tells you that he can't...A lot of companies just come in and charge you and then can't fix the problem...Not Max...Give him a call ...he is a local guy and we need to support our local people....I am very pleased with his work...

Had one of my drains clog up while my dad was out of town. I had no idea who to call, I took the chance with Flood Brothers and I loved the great service I recieved! Highly recommended this to anyone in need of having thier drains unclogged. Guilo was a delight to have work for us. Any question I had he answered. He was fast and didnt get annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions.

The best plumber I ever hired. I always have some kind of trouble. Too expensive, don't know what they are doing, take too long, don't get back to me, trying to rip me off.

I sent a message through Yelp, and they got back to me an hour later. No big deal. If I was in a hurry, I would have called them. They told me someone could come by in an hour and told me the cost. We set up an appointment and the guy was punctual. He was friendly and wore a mask, gloves and feet protection. He showed my husband what the problem was and since it was NOT past the clean out, it was going to be a little more. Since it was obvious and my husband could see he was being honest, we went ahead with the job. Luis ran a snake through the sink and it cleared up right away. He cleaned everything up, ran the water for a long time to make sure it wall all good, and left. Very happy with them.

We were recommended to Saucedo Plumbing by another plumbing company that simply didn't have the availability to help us with an urgent problem. Alberto was communicative, quick, and professional. His rates were reasonable, and it felt like he knew what he was doing the whole time.

It was obvious that he was willing to go a little out of his way to make sure he was doing a good job.

We will be using Saucedo Plumbing again.

30 days after Chris answered to my emergency call last time, I brought him back to remove the osmosis water system and dishwasher in my kitchen. There were always unexpected issues with the old worn pipes in my unit, Chris got enough tricks to deal with them, including soldering an extension tube which connects the stop valve. Thanks to his work, the flooding risk in my kitchen is minimized as much as possible.

I recently moved into a new townhouse and was dealing with some pretty major issues (Shower leak through my living room ceiling, broken toilet and leak, etc.). The guys at Rockstar were super fast, thorough, and very communicative and were able to get all of my issues resolved. I can't recommend them enough.

Prompt, polite, thorough, checks everything out to see if there are problems, advises solutions. Charges by the individual job not per hour, so you can decide beforehand and agree.

Victor and his crew were friendly, efficient, and he was able to assist us with our sewer line the same day we contacted him. Highly recommend!

Mike from Hermes Plumbing came by just now to fix a hot water issue, checked out everything and made really constructive suggestions.
He was fast, professional and I didn't feel pressured or that he was suggesting things that I didn't need.

Called yesterday morning for our garbage disposal! He had other clients during the day but still made time for our house! I took pics of the problem and he called me back to tell me what was wrong and by 4pm he was here and fixed the problem in 30 mins! Keep in mind I called around 10am so the fact that he responded so fast and was willing to fix the problem day of was truly something! If you need a plumber please use rapid action rooter!

Its easy to give a 5-star review right after an appointment, but the real test is if the work lasts. In  my case it didnt last, and within a couple weeks my drains were clogged again. I can't know for sure if the work they did could have prevented the 2nd clog, all I know is 1) I paid them to do a job that lasted only a couple weeks before having to pay someone again, and 2) when I told them about it they didn't make any effort to rectify it (I would have expected, for example, at least an offer of a dicsount for them to come back out and fix it again).

Techs came out next day to troubleshoot drain line clog. Turned out to be roots. Had to replace about 6' of old pipe due to root and pipe damage. New Gen was reliable and worked hard to hydro-jet line plus make repairs. Would recommend them, they give free estimates.

They are extremely professional, thorough, and they provide options with prices so you can make an informed decision. We recently had a leak and Flood Brothers was there within two hours to fix it. Brenden kept us up to speed with when he would be arriving and took care of the issue promptly. Everyone we have met actually enjoys what they do and truly wants to help you out as plumbing issues can be quite frustrating. Highly, highly recommend them.

I had a plumbing emergency on a National Holiday (4th of July) and still received speedy, courteous, and reasonably priced work from plumbing 911. I've used American Drain Works for small jobs around my condo.  Recently I called them to get an estimate on my house for a fairly big job (updating drain/water lines);  because this house was further away, Connie recommended another company that they have worked with before.  First, I really liked the company that they referred me to, and felt that I could trust them (which you don't always get in this line of work!).  Second, I called Connie back to get her opinion on some of the things they proposed and she took the time to explain everything in a way that I understood it.  And she was very quick to respond to a couple of emails I sent her.  Wonderful customer service and someone that I could trust.
