Fast, friendly, professional and affordable!!! If I can give more stars I would. George understood the urgency in replacing our old water heater and came out the next day and installed a tankless water heater. He did everything right and beat the competition with not only price but with the time frame. Very happy to find him and will be giving him all of my business from now on. I've used Real Plumbers twice in the past two weeks, first to fix a running toilet, then to replace some showerheads. In both cases, they were easy to schedule, arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up completely. Very personable over the phone and while here in our home. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had two issues.  A leaking faucet and a leaking shower head.  Making an appointment was easy, they showed up on time.  Two guys showed up, looked at both, said I needed to order parts and there was nothing they could do, so asked if there was anything else they could do since I was already on the hook for the $70 service charge.  They tightened and aligned one of my sink handles.   So $70 later, I had an aligned sink handle and two leaky faucets.  They were going to order parts and make an appointment to come back and install.  They never called back.  I followed up with the company and these two guys left the company.  So they sent someone else and he came by, took a look at my leaking faucet and replaced the o-ring and it was great!  The shower head needed a new part so he said he'd order and come back when it came in.  I asked for credit on the first job and the company gave that to me which was very fair.  To end the story, i never got a call back on the shower.  I ended up just using someone else to repair it.

Long story short, if for specialty items (i guess my fixtures are high end) these guys are probably not the right guys.  That being said, I give them three stars for being upstanding citizens and being fair for not charging me for the first trip where the guys got nothing done.

My bathroom was flooded with an inch of water. Max replaced both hot and cold angle stops in my bathroom with higher quality ones- nice. He is friendly, honest and fair. He did not make a mess and gave me some pointers on drying out the blistered wall from the water leak. I told him I have anxiety about future water leaks while I'm away for long hours at work and he advised me to simply turn off the main water supply to the house...and thought to myself why didn't I think of that? I would recommend him.

Had one of my drains clog up while my dad was out of town. I had no idea who to call, I took the chance with Flood Brothers and I loved the great service I recieved! Highly recommended this to anyone in need of having thier drains unclogged. Guilo was a delight to have work for us. Any question I had he answered. He was fast and didnt get annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions.

5 stars for Charlie's Rooter Service! The water pressure at my Mom's house was off the charts high last week. I called a local realtor, Irish Doyle, for a referral to a good plumber. She highly recommended Charlie's Rooter Service and now I know why. He came out to check the regulator right away, while I was remote and dealt with him via phone. He was professional and friendly with my Mom and he replaced the regulator right away. He was also very fair priced, unlike some other plumbing services we've dealt with in the valley. I have helped my Mom through 2 other negative Plumber issues and what a breath of fresh air to deal with Charlie. The next day I had a question about the irrigation unit that was attached to the regulator - he took my call and even looked at pics I sent him via text, then explained what was happening. Charlie is up-to-date, does quality work, was easy to deal with, and fair priced. I'm really thankful we found you!

I paid them $300 to fix a leaking toilet two times in 3 months.  After the toilet started leaking a third time, they quoted me over $800 with a discount to redo the drain pipe.  I ended up paying someone else under $400 to do the same job.  They are very responsive to your calls.

Chris is a friendly guy, gets down to business, works efficiently, and would summarize what's going on as he worked through the problems. For the reasonable pricing, I had him clear out the kitchen pipes and the two bathrooms.  He also made sure the unit below me didn't get clogged up from the work. From the telephone call with the office manager, Darcy, the whole process was easy, professional and I felt like I was getting an honest work done. I would definitely call them again for future needs. Nice people, forthright way of doing business, and gets the job done.

Matt was fantastic not only did they come to my house on time when they said they were going to come, but they did the job for free because it didn't cost them any money to do it. I couldn't speak more about these guys call rockstar for any of your needs

I needed my toilet replaced, and after getting an outrageous quote from another plumbing company, a coworker referred me to Miguel at New Pro Plumbing. He did the job for an excellent price, and I am so happy with the results!
I had some other plumbing issues that he took care of as well, thoroughly and for a great price.
I feel really lucky to have found an honest plumber, and he'll be the first one I call for any future plumbing problems.
I have already referred him to another friend of mine.

I am so glad I called Victor. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I called him this morning & he came out the same day. He knew what was wrong right away & how to best fix it. His prices are extremely affordable too!  If you have any plumbing issues, you should call him first.

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.
I would highly recommend Hermes.

Rapid Action Rooter - Mandel the owner respond same day to give me an estimate. Came back the next day and completed the job in a timely manner. The plumbing problems were the result from a house flip. Rapid Action Rooter corrected the problem. Mandel is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. I highly recommend.

I finally decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater and I couldn't be happier with Z & H plumbing for getting the job done.  I also needed it relocated to the other side of the house and his crew did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them first for future plumbing needs.

Our lateral sewer line backed up from root obstruction and was on the verge of failing completely. I reached out to Brandon and he was at the house within 2.5 hrs and ran a snake to clear it. After assessing the condition of the pipe he offered a replacement of the top 30% of the line (the best solution for my finances). They were here the next day to start the process and finished within a few days. Always responsive and polite. My no. 1 pick for any plumbing issues going forward!

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

Kathy got us an appointment the same day when we called in a panic due to a pipe leaking thru the ceiling...Vic came and fixed the leak.   Communication with Kathy and Vic was clear and consistent and responsive the entire time.  Their prices are reasonable and they do not play games; they show up when they say they will show up and they are clear and forthright with their pricing.  I  recommend this company to anyone out there that needs an excellent and responsible plumbing company that they can truly rely on.  Thank you Kathy and Vic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Connie is the greatest.  I had her do an inspection on a house we were buying and she provided a detailed through report in a timely manner.   She also asked if I wanted to go under the house with her when  she did her inspection so I joined her.  While we crawled through, she walked me though everything I was seeing and pointed out the areas of concern.  I also had her do a quote on some plumbing issues at my current place and she ended up getting me the parts for free from the manufacturer and advised me on how to install them.  I will definitely come back to her with any of my plumbing needs.  She clearly loves what she does, is knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter.
