Very impressed.  This company was prompt and did a great job installing our faucets.  The price was fair, they were very respectful, and the communication was good from start to finish.

I feel taken advantage of by this company. My tankless water heater stopped providing hot water when the gas was temporarily cut off for a short interval.  When the gas was restored (by me) there was still no hot water.  Jose at the company stated that tankless water heaters are supposed to be automatic, but failed to mention that you only have to unplug and replug the water heater cord for the hot water to come back on.  Instead of informing/allowing me to try this, he sent out a crew to unplug/replug the water heater cord (that's all it took to make the hot water come back on); to the tune of a charge of $160!  It is hard to believe that he had my best interests at heart!

Plumber to the rescue will be the only plumbing service I use from now on. George came by earlier then the expected time an was a pleasure to do business with. He took care of the clogged shower drain quickly an efficiently while explaining everything to me as he went. He also looked at other issues for us an told us what we needed an what was not needed. He never pressured or exaggerated any of the things we needed done or that could happen down the road. He was upfront an most of all honest about all the work an pricing. 6  stars if I could thanks George!

A-1 (Max) was scheduled to come out to my condo to replace a bathroom faucet on 6/27 at 9am.  Not only was he 30 minutes late for the appointment, but upon arrival, he stated that he could not find parking so he left.  We agreed to reschedule for 6/28 at 9am.  Reluctantly, we took off work for the second day in a row, hoping that our sink would finally get fixed.  Just in case, I parked my vehicle outside the night before to save him a spot in case he could not find one.  On 6/28, 9:15am rolls around and I get no call from Max, after I finally get a hold of him, he states that he could not find a parking spot and that he would not fit in my spot, and that he is already on the freeway.   I asked him to come back and park in the alley near my building and if he is ticketed, I would pay the ticket on the spot.  His response was I do not want to take the risk.  What risk? I agreed to pay any citation he receives, no? Maybe I was not speaking english or maybe Max and A-1 are just the most unprofessional inconsiderate plumber out there.  He could have easily increased his rate to come back and make the customer happy.  At this point, I doubt that he even attempted to come to my address and likely lied.  I have numerous properties and have worked with many contractors and NEVER have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism.  There are lots of plumbers in the area, I recommend looking elsewhere!!

UPDATE: I called another plumber and they came out right away, found parking and replaced my faucet without any issues! No excuses,  no lies, great service, same price as A-1. LOL

I had a persistently leaky shower that other plumbers had been unable to fix. Chris came out, diagnosed the issue right away, helped me find the right parts and installed them, all in the span of about two hours. My first call should've been to Flood Brothers. I won't make the same mistake next time. Thank you Chris and team!

I called this morning about a backed up bathroom sink (standing water), and had Luis and his assistant here this afternoon. Within 20 minutes, they had the sink running clear again. Very courteous and professional, and they cleaned everything up afterward. Highly recommeded!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

On time and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the source of the leak very easily. Highly recommended.

Guys are cool and responsive. The owner Matt, offered to take me through something over the phone which I certainly appreciated. We weren't able to completely fix the problem so he and his partner David sent over Jack who saved the day. These dudes are legit. Ask lots of questions, always boil down the fix to the most minimal impact and cost. But Rockstar gives it to you straight.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY if you don't know anything about plumbing. They will take you for a ride through Disney World, and we all know how expensive that can get.

I called New Pro to come do a job at my house, a job that I know how to do, a job I've done before twice in my other two bathrooms. It was a simple job that I knew I could do in two hours. I just didn't have the time to do it, because it was during the holiday season and I was trying to get my house ready for my family to visit.

They sent a plumber named Miguel. Miguel the crook. Miguel the liar. Whatever you want to call him, just don't call him for plumbing service. He forged the work order estimate, he lied to my face numerous times, and he kept trying to add money to the total bill.

MY FIRST MISTAKE, was that I opened my mouth and told Miguel I had family coming the next night. I will never make that mistake again, to anyone performing a service, to tell them I have somewhere to be or people to impress. He tried to hold me hostage over this. For some reason, he also thought I was a totally idiot, because he tried to run the biggest scam on me I've ever seen.

ESTIMATE:
First of all, he told me he was going to need to open up the wall in the bathroom, so that he could install pipe. I damn near fell out of my shoes when I heard that! It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to touch my drywall. All we was doing, was replacing the pipe that connects the sink to the drain pipe. I had all the parts. The job should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. He LIED to my face, and told me that he couldn't fix it without doing that. I had to sit there and argue with him for 5 minutes, show him the other two sinks I installed, before he relented. Okay maybe he's really that stupid he believed that nonsense, either way, no excuse.

MY SECOND MISTAKE, was agreeing for him to do the work after he tried that scam. Honestly, the price he quoted me to do the work was fair, $125 to switch two faucet handles, and then replace some pipes under the sink. Like I said I had family coming so I signed the work order.

JOB:
After an hour and a half. He told me he was done. I checked, and the pipes under the sink were properly connected. However, HE INSTALLED THE HANDLES ON MY SINK BACKWARDS. He tried to play dumb, and tell me that's what I said I wanted, and that in order for him to fix it, it was going to be another hour and a half and that I would have to pay another $100.

I couldn't believe it. His mistake and he wants to charge me for it. BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!!

SHADY CONTRACT:
I asked to see the contract. He showed it to me, and he added $20 to the work estimate I had signed. He added it after the fact, and crossed out the total and wrote in a new total, as if that's what we had agreed upon. He told me he needed to add $20 because it took longer than normal.

I mean can you imagine this. This stranger comes into your house, a week before christmas, and then proceeds to try and completely screw you. I was so absolutely irate.

TRIED TO KICK HIM OUT:
I told him not to finish the job and leave. He continued to argue with me, and then kept trying to lower the price of his final bill. Which BTW, had ballooned over 95% more than the original estimate, totaling $245.

CALLED HIS BOSS:
I threatened with calling the cops, but decided against it. As soon as I pulled out my phone to look up the number, Miguel ran and got his cellphone. I dialed and while the phone was ringing, Miguel called, and his boss picked up HIS line. Then he walked out the front door talking to him, his boss ignored my call.

I left a message, and then tried calling his boss back to no avail. Miguel came back into the house, and said he would do the job for the original price he quoted me. I really wanted him out of the house, but he seemed remorseful and I thought maybe his boss set him straight.

FELT THREATENED!!!
He acted like the biggest prick of life, kept muttering under his breath. I was so nervous the whole time he was in my house, I really thought he was going to try and do something malicious.

FINALLY
He finished the job, which should have taken less than an hour and a half, it took almost FOUR HOURS!!! Because of all the back and forth, and his mistakes/lies. I was so pissed, I had so much stuff to do that afternoon. I tried calling his boss back again that evening, no answer. Two days later his boss left a voice mail message, but I was so mad still I couldn't even talk to him.

Since I don't know much about plumbing, I am sometimes unsure of whether I am being given accurate information or a competitive price.  

After meeting Victor yesterday, I felt so relieved.  He was knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly.  I am grateful for his honesty and for  his professionalism.  Don't hesitate, use Victor's Rooter & Plumbing.

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

This my go-to plumber.  I have had him work on my plumbing twice now and will be calling him again.  He is very responsive, and came on short notice.  He is clearly a professional and is able to fix basic backups and clogs in 20 minutes.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!

There is this loud hammer noise in my bathroom wall every time the sink in the kitchen was turned on. I tried installing water hammer arrestors but they didn't help. I finally decided to call a plumber for an estimate to see what needs to be done and hopefully the cost won't be too much. I scheduled multiple appointments but New Generation Plumbing was the quickest one to offer assistance.  From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the service. The owner Jake was really responsive and I was able to schedule a free estimate same day. I was lucky that someone was nearby and was able to come within 30 mins. Jesse and Carlos came out within half an hour from the time I scheduled the appointment. They were very professional and neat. They figured out what the problem was and was able to do a quick fix at no charge since it was an estimate. They didn't try to upsell me and explained how the water hammer arrestors I installed were not necessary. I very much appreciated their honesty. I would recommend this company and will call them for future service. Thank you Jesse and Carlos!

I'm usually more of a review reader, not a writer, but compelled to recommend Z&H. Water heater quit on a Sunday afternoon. Z&H were great to work with:

a. They responded (on Sunday afternoon) to my call, as promised, within one hour
b. They had parts on hand (others required 3 days lead time)
c. They could schedule service next day
d. They arrived on time, completed work as promised, worked as long as promised
e. Price quote upfront was fair, competitive and consistent with final charge
f. Easy and prompt communication throughout

I had a pretty serious and delicate sewer problem that involved a lot of work, including digging up a neighbor's yard -- never a position you want to be in. However, Michael and Jerry were fast, considerate, and responsive, and did really great work. You can tell that they care about doing the job right and keeping their customers happy. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Abel and Greg (and the lady who called in so sorry I don't remember your name) were excellent. We woke up w a kitchen sink build up and they were here within 45 mins of calling and were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable . Most importantly - got the job done quick and easy and they are very personable and nice. Would highly recommend to anyone!
