They did a fantastic job changing our water heater in a really challenging location and fixed our kitchen plumbing issues.  They were extremely professional, thorough and took great safety precautions.  I highly recommend them.

First time using this plumber, George did a great job for us.   Installed a new bathroom faucet, relocated the pedestal sink stand, new angle stops on the water supply.   George's gorilla arms came in handy for the job, try to not be afraid of them.   He did the job in good time and the charges were clear up front.   Would recommend to friends.

I would highly recommend Flood Brothers any time. No questions asked. Just ask for Brendan and Giulio. The two of them worked on my sewer under my house and did an excellent job. Very punctual, transparent and friendly. They also worked with my budget. They went above and beyond to find the exact type of shower head and tub spout that I wanted and they left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend these guys to anybody!

If you are looking for a quality lumber that will provide you with information and knowledge to make the best decision about what you do or do not need, Charlie and his team are the plumbers for you.  They were great availability, punctual, came out a provided an itemized estimate, scheduled the service quickly, fixed the problems until all issues were resolved and even mopped the floor on their way out.  I would 100% use Charlie's Rooter Service again and recommend them to others as well!

Backstory:
Drain for my washing machine was spouting water like a geysers on to my wood floor instead of draining.  Thank goodness I was home to clean it before any damage.

Called a plumber that was a casual friend of my husband.  Took several hours for them to figure out the issue.  Had to come out the next day with a bigger team, and then spent 2 hours assessing and gave me a quote that took my breath away (in a bad way).  

Enter me crying to my best friend about the issue and prospect for having to go weeks without a washer until we could afford to get the issue fixed.  She recommended Charlie's Rooter Service!  

Am so thankful she did.  Charlie and this team were efficient and honest, the quote only took about 20 minutes (vs. hours).  Quote was itemized and Charlie was able to quickly and simply explain each part of job.

Work is now complete and it was better than it was before.  Would highly recommend Charlie's Rooter Service to anyone who wants an expert level plumber with fair pricing, and none of those scare tactics.

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

Back again to give another 5-star rating for a quality experience! After so much back and forth with my HOA about fixes, Chris and Darcy were so patient with requests for new quotes and changes to the work order. I was able to schedule Chris to come out the same day my new dishwasher was delivered (within two days of purchasing it) and had it all hooked up before dinner time. They've done incredible work, and I will continue to use them for anything I need going forward. You won't regret doing business with them!

I thought I had a major old pipe leak on the outside side of my house that would be $$$. Matt ask couple of questions and he determine it might be the fridge leaking. Well, he was right. It was some part of the fridge water line connector. He went to get the part and fixed it. This company rocks!

I called Miguel last minute to fix a clogged drain and he was able to come the next day. He took care of the issue right away and I would definitely use Miguel again for other plumbing needs in the future.

Victor has done both minor and major plumbing work for my husband and my properties. We first got to know him through another plumbing company. We were sad to learn that he had left the company. We used the same company but had another plumber assigned to us. Not all plumbers have the same approach to doing business even from the same company. We thought we had lost touch with a remarkable plumber, but after some searching, we found Victor again!

Victor sets himself apart - he does HIGH quality work for a fair price. Victor is our go-to plumber.

These guys were really great.  Water heater broke, after getting my replacement parts from the manufacturer, these guys were able to come out quick and repair it in about 30 minutes.

They followed safety/health guidelines.

They were quick and honest about the condition of my heater.

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me when my house flooded. They came in and really did the job well and were very nice in the process. The boss Jerry also came by to make sure everything was great! I would hire them again and again!

Outstanding experience with a highly skilled plumber. Very flexible schedule and shows up generally within the windows provided. Fixed a few little issues around the house we had and did it very quickly. This included a leaky tub faucet other plumbers told us would need $700+ worth of work - American Drain Works fixed it for less than half the cost. Very generous with his time also, tries to fix things in a cost efficient way. Honest folks, and will use them again.
