I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I'm very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under and hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don't use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Eddie was there on time, quickly fixed my problem, taught me how to fix it myself next time, and left within 5 minutes.  Even gave me a spare tool so I can use it in case this happens again.  Thanks Eddie!

Max is beyond amazing. I was put through hell by what seemed like a simple clogged toilet / sump pump.  Advised to get a hydro-jet, I set-up appointments with 2 hydro-jetters, found on Yelp. One didn't show; the other called at the end of the 4 hour window to say they were just picking up the hydro-jet and on the way.

Max responded to my request for a quote right away with humor and sympathy. He arrived exactly when agreed. Solved the problem, which was NOT a clog but an unplugged sump pump.  I had him look at other stuff inside my house.

He's a gem, a keeper.  I recommend A-1: reliable, not overly priced, honest.  What more can you ask for?

I called Flood Brothers about a potential problem with my water heater. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly... over the phone, he walked me through the process of checking my water heater and the water meter out by the street. He was extremely patient in explaining how the various meters worked.

It turned out there wasn't anything in need of repair, but he still offered to come to the house to check for a gas leak if I wanted... FOR FREE!

I've dealt with some EXTREMELY crooked plumbers in the past, so needless to say, it was quite refreshing to deal with someone so helpful and generous with his time.

The next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely calling FLOOD BROTHERS. Honest companies like this are extremely rare nowadays.

Chris was extremely helpful today! I called for an estimate and was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help unclog the drain in the kitchen sink! He took his time to make sure he didn't rush through anything and leave any problems behind and even showed me how I can deal with minor blockages myself! Would definitely use their service again.

I found Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Joe and his team were great in helping me with replacing old rustic cast iron pipes, they were professional, patient, and easy to talk to.  They provided options, went extra miles to get things done right.  Overall, it was a pleasure to work with a crew like them.

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

Had work done today my kitchen sink was clogged up reached out to the company they were at my house within 90 mins got the job done great service, efficient they clean up for you as well as stated in previous reviews. Would recommend their service to a friend or family member.

So far I am very pleased.  I found them on Yelp and figured I'd try them out based on the good reviews.  I have no idea of how their pricing competes with others, but I didn't have time to shop around as I had a 24 hour window to repair a gas line.  Within 24 hours the line was repaired and all was good.  Good communication and follow up too.

Jake is an amazing plumber with excellent attitude and customer services. I had a toilet replacement job in one of my rental apartment units. My tenant called in with this emergency situation since their toilet came lose and fell off. Jake came for the rescue within 12 hours.

When he arrived, my tenant has managed to re-secure the toilet back in place and made it functional again without any water leaking. Jake inspected it and could not find anything to repair. However, Jake inspected my sewer with his camera since we complained about seeing roots in the drainage pipe. He took his time to clear that rooter dranage concern while he was there.

I asked him how much I owe him later on. He surprisingly said nothing. He said that this is always part of his customer services to quote and inspect. No money is necessary if the need to repair is not discovered and no repair is done. Wow not even gas money!!! That's why I said that Jake is amazing!!!

I have searched and communicated with a dozen of plumbers before hiring New Generation. So glad that I chose Jake. He is not just honest but prices are very reasonable too.

Amazing!! Phillip P was great letting us know his ETA and being on time. He arrived with a mask and booties for his shoes. Love it!!! I showed him a picture and he looked under the sink and knew immediately the problem. He was able to grab all the supplies off his truck. It was a small issue and it was fixed in 30 or less. I saved his work number and Phillip is my go to Plumber from now on. I couldn't recommend a better company or a better employee than Phillip P. I LOVE Connie! I work in real estate and design and she is one of the best plumbers I know! My husband and I had a horrible leak in our personal residence (broken pipe in upstairs bathroom that went thru to the ground floor!) and she came out, diagnosed it and fixed it ASAP, with no BS or upsell. She also gave us great referrals for a damage repair company and is just such a sweet nice person on top of being super knowledgable. And she always picks up her phone- huge plus!
