used rishon a couple years back to repair my ancient water heater. when it finally died yesterday, it took them less than 12 hours to come out and replace my water heater. friendly, fast, and efficient.

I called Jose and immediately found a professional I could have confidence in. Jose is the owner, manager and leader who ensures you receive quality trustworthy service. Freddy did the inspect and was thorough, considerate and took his time to be sure everything is in working order. It was clear from my experience that Real Plumbing takes pride in their work.

My window was between 8:30-9am because Jose was squeezing me into an already tight workflow which I appreciated. At 9:07am no one had arrived so I called Jose and learned his team was running a little behind. Jose was gracious, apologized which was not necessary from my view because we all run late and over. He shared that he was already in contact with Freddy who was on his way. I mention this because I see negative reviews below about being late. I get that waiting on appointments is frustrating. So is traffic and unexpected plumbing issues so it's good to kindly call and inquire about delays and when I did I was met with more great customer service.

When Freddy arrived he was very respectful. Had shoe coverings, asked before moving things and took very great care of the space and left it clean as if he was never there. I do appreciated how aware he was.

I highly recommend Real Plumbing and am grateful they were my first call! Thank you Jose and Freddy for the peace of mind! If I ever need a plumber again I am coming to you!

Kitchen sinks backed up last night along with the dishwasher, what a mess. Warren came out this morning, right on time, very personable and knowledgeable and took care of it quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

Broc really helped me out with our plumbing issues. He did good work and was very reasonable.

Michael came out to my place late at night to fix a clogged tub. He was on time, thorough and his rates were super competitive. Will 100% use Flood Brothers in the future.

Finding a reliable plumber these days is a crap shoot. If you do find yourself lucky enough to have them come within the 8-hour time window, chances are you'll get the hard sell on something you probably don't need, and he'll tell you you have to decide immediately to get the house call ($$) applied to the estimate.

Now, let me tell you about Charlie's Sewer and Drain, and their ace in the hole, Moise. He returns calls; he does what he says he's going to do; and his prices are reasonable. Doesn't sound like the plumber you're used to, does it?

Honest service people are a rarity! Alberto does not disappoint! He is honest, on time and efficient!

Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

Alberto cares about his work and ot shows. He would not leave until he fully snaked one of my drains! That extra care tells me it is more than money, he protects his reputation!

Reasonably priced! Wait, I dont think you heard me...REASONABLY PRICED!

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

I had the most down to earth plumber, Sal, come out and help me with my pipping issue connected to my washing machine. He was thorough and did his trouble shooting and eventually figured out and solved my problem. Highly recommended!

Miguel was available immediately to help us repair our fridge supply line after a leak.  He was kind and knowledgeable and very thorough - truly did excellent work.  I will definitely call him again!!

Thanks yelpers! We found Victor on yelp and I could not be more pleased.  We had a sewage line issue (roots growing into our 1930s ceramic line). He explained everything very clearly and was super efficient about getting the work done.  He is knowledgeable, honest, kind, and generous with his time.  He and his team do great work at fair prices.  I'm so glad to have met our go-to plumber after many years not so great experiences.

Great, prompt service.  They wore masks and booties while in the house and were very communicative about what needed fixing, how long it would take, and the cost.  I would hire them again.

Mandel is awesome!  I called about a shower leak that was really bad and Mandel arrived within the hour.  He is very professional and immediately discovered the problem.  He then had to go to 3 stores to get the part and was back to finish the job.  I would highly recommend him!

Their website is plastered with the assurance that it costs $35 for them to come out to the house.  The plumber who arrived said it was $140.  When I referred him to the website, he said
Oh, that must be our Chicago site.
Really. The one that says you're at Westwood and Olympic.
He had no answer.
In fact, he had no answer for a lot of things. Every time I asked him a question - especially one that showed I had a clue about plumbing - he simply ignored me.

As for my leak, he said my fixture was old and it would be nigh impossible to find a replacement stem to fix the leak. And then, even if he were to find one, it would cost another $140 for him just to show up again, plus parts and labor.

As soon as he was gone, I went down the street to the nearest hardware store, and replaced the stem myself.  No more leak.

EDIT: The owner, Brian, gave me a call in response to my review. He seemed genuinely distressed (as he should be) and told me his man plain and simply got it wrong about the travel fee.

Thank you New Generation Plumbing. Completed all my projects and made it easy for me! They picked up the toilet and installed it, installed and purchased a sink disposal for me. I requested a quote, sent pictures of the old water heater and its location and got a very reasonable and detailed quote back in a few minutes.  We accepted the offer and in 1-1/2 hrs they were here. New pipes, gas lines, drain pans et al. were replaced.  The vent was installed correctly and screwed together and sealed (which the previous installers has not done).  Everything was cleaned up before they left.

The team was friendly and professional.  It was clear they knew what they were doing and were invested in doing exceptional quality work.

I recommend them and will use them again.

In addition, the followed good COVID-19 procedures that we very much appreciated.

I called at 8:40 pm on a Sunday evening and their technician, Giulio, was able to come by in less than 15 minutes! It was a plugged toilet. He used his magic wand LOL and in less than a minute the clog was no more! He was professional, clean (not only wore a mask, but gloves and booties too), quick, and very nice. I'm sooo happy and pleased with Flood Brothers Plumbing and especially Giulio! Will definitely recommend and use again!

I Highly recommend Sal's plumbing. This is the second time using them. They did a Great job as usual.  Thomas was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions.

I called 911 Plumbing services this afternoon when a corroded pipe in the bathroom started spraying water everywhere!  

From start to finish, the service was exceptional.  Mike and Greg arrived within 20 mins, and got the job done fast and professionally, and they were both friendly and explained what needed to be done, and what the options were.

I will definitely call them again if needed, and would recommend them to others!
