Fast reliable. Not sure about their prices, but they came right away to change my water heater that just stopped providing hot water.

My initial review wasn't too positive.  The owner saw the review, contacted me, and wanted to make things right.  We made an appointment.  The owner, Jose,  actually came and was on time, and fixed the problems. He was sincere, genuine,  very nice, and concerned everything was working the way it was supposed to work.  To me, choosing a repair company is a crapshoot.  I read the reviews, and hope I'll be as happy as most of the glowing reviews are.  Now I know I can rely on this company for future plumbing work. It's nice to know there are still people who are honest, professional, and do the right thing.  My rating for them just leaped to 5 stars.  Thank you, Jose.

I found My Plumbing Doctor from Yelps, and called them to change the garbage disposal for me. Eddie came and did a great job. He was also very patient to answer all my questions about it. And the price turn out to be much cheaper than HomeDepot . I am very happy about that, and will definitely call them again, if I ever need a plumber.

Had a backed-up toilet and shower. Max was recommended by another plumber. Came out that day and fixed our problem. Great service and very reasonable (after checking out other prices). Would definitely use him again and already gave his name to my friends.

My mom had a pipe burst and major flooding in herbmaster bathroom on Sunday night  . They were fast, kept me in the loop the entire time,  Brenden arrived, he was quick to diagnose and treat the broken pipe. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to our situation and my mom age.
I'm very grateful to the flood brothers for all their help!

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

Chris from Ace Plumbing and Rooter just left my house after doing two emergency repairs late at night.  He was excellent in every way!

First it did not take him 15 minutes or even 10 minutes to respond to my call but two minutes.  He said he would be here within 15 minutes and he kept his word.  

He fixed clogs both in my toilet and in my kitchen sink and was super friendly and courteous in every way.   Best of all - He ended up charging me even less than the quoted price.

If you have a plumbing problem I would absolutely recommend Ace Plumbing.  Very well done!

I own TreeCareLA. We had a situation where some work on tree roots required an emergency plumbing repair. We called a other plumber who came out, tried for 2 hours and couldn't fix it!

We called New Pro at about 9pm on a Friday night. He got on site in about 45 minutes. There was some sticker shock at the price and I was already pissed that the other company wasted so much of my time.

I watched every move Miguel made and I could tell he was the real deal. He was basically working in mud, but kept the pipes and tools squeaky clean while he did the repair in pitch dark.

After seeing how involved the repair was and having a previous plumber to compare him to, I was totally happy with the price and the quality of the work. He got it right the first time.

I wish I would've called miguel first.

We hired Victor for the second time, this time for an emergency sewer pipe blockage. He came to the rescue! Major work had to be done to remove the huge root that invaded and blocked our entire pipe connecting to the main street. He is truly reliable and a pleasure to work with. We have a newborn so it was really difficult when we don't have good drainage. I'm glad we came across Victor previously and will continue to use him. I'm keeping his number saved on my phone.

Summary: Quality of work- wonderful. Easy guy to work with. Pricing is reasonable.

HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team. They knew I was dealing with an emergency situation and they showed up on time, took the time to explain the repair work they were completing, and did it all with incredible service. So many service providers act like they don't want to be there when they show up to your house, but not Mike and John. Will be using them for any future needs! They even gave me a fantastic referral to a restoration company after my house was damaged. Thanks guys!

We noticed our sink leaking last night so I looked on Yelp to see who could come out at night. he returned our call within 20min and came about 10pm to assess the situation, give us an estimate,and let my husband know which part to buy. he stopped by to fix the leak this afternoon after my husband confirmed he had purchased the needed parts. I was not home, but my husband was very pleased with the service received. he was friendly, professional, and I liked that he gave us updates on his ETA. I've never had to call a plumber before so I can't really judge if the price was good or not, but the price didn't seem ridiculous and it was worth it to have problem solved so quickly. highly recommended

Rocket was very prompt to send someone over and they were really easy to work with and communicated each step of the way what they would do. They sent Matthew over and he was very courteous and helpful. I appreciate how swiftly they helped me get my leak fixed, and their service. I'd certainly recommend them.

They did a great job. Turned out to be a bigger job than expected but they saw it through to completion. Even recommended a handyman to complete some of the finish work who did an excellent job. The only downside was the price. Not outrageous but more than expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this company,

Extremely fast response and very good communication.  I am remodeling my bathroom in a condo and they replaced my old drain with a brand new one.  Very reasonably priced and arrived right on time.  I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing.  Get tired of people quoting me crazy prices.  They were fair, honest, and professional.

Flood Brothers is the call to make for all your plumbing needs! They respond immediately when you have an emergency. Explain the situation and resolve the issues with integrity and professionalism. Efrain was the tech out recently and handled a emergency broken valve so no damage was done to the property. He was clean, fast and efficient. I will continue to call them for all plumbing needs!

Mike came for a free consultation and was very helpful in explaining what would need to be done. He was up front about the cost and what my best options were. I would call him again if I ran into other issues.

I received wonderful service. Art went above and beyond to offer the best options for my leak. He then answered my questions and offered solutions I had not considered, which I agreed with. I proceeded with his advice. Affordable service with quality customer service and care to match!

Our bathroom sink was completely clogged with an additionally slow-running tub drain and my husband's efforts to snake it had been unsuccessful. As of the Monday before Thanksgiving, we had been unable to use our bathroom sink for 5 days and my shower left me standing in 3 - 4 inches of water.

American Drain Works was recommended by a friend who has used them for years. After calling another plumber who couldn't commit to coming out until AFTER Thanksgiving, I called this company and asked if Chris was available. Unfortunately, he wasn't, but Brenda said that they had some subcontractors who could probably come out same day. She called me back quickly and said someone could actually be here by noon. Great!

The subcontractor, Paxton, called once he was outside (which was around 11:30 a.m.) and he and another man came in and checked out the problem. They were here just about an hour and fixed both the sink and the tub drain. Everything was running smoothly. They were efficient and nice.

However, my mistake, apparently, was in not getting an estimate PRIOR to the work being done. According to my receipt, he snaked my sink & tub (& replaced my sink plug assembly) within 45 minutes of arrival, yet it cost $225! The last time I had a plumber out to do the same thing, it cost me less than $100. I was never provided an estimate by anyone, unfortunately, so I never had the ability to approve the price before the work was done. Darn.

I'm not sure why this was so much more than the last time I had this done, but I am grateful for the speedy and efficient service.
