They were quick and responsive over yelp when giving a quote. They arrived early, and texted/phoned to let us know. I wasn't home and they were happy to wait. There were 3 of them and they finished very quickly. They descaled our tankless heater and also looked at a faucet that had low pressure. They thoroughly took apart everything to find the problem and then got everything running! They really took their time and care and were just really nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jose and his son did an outstanding job for us.  He was able to diagnose our issue and provide an accurate (and very fair) quote over the phone.  He promptly fixed the problem, and even reduced our final bill because he was able to repair rather than replace a component.

Excellent service. Our water heater broke on a Sunday morning and MPD was able to come out and replace the water heater within a few hours. They even worked directly with our insurance to ensure everything was covered. They were friendly, quick, and did a great job. We will be using them again.

Our water heater went out late Friday, we didn't get a chance to deal with it until the weekend.  I found Max on Yelp, and the reviews seemed really positive. You're always taking a chance when relying on reviews - perhaps they're fake?  

I called on Saturday morning, Max was there that morning checking it out.  Quoted us a price for a basic fix, very fair price.  Turned out it was more complicated said he'd be back on Monday first thing to diagnose and fix.  Max got the parts we needed and he fixed it all really quickly and reliably.  He gave us a legible invoice, explained everything to us, got everything back up and running.  The price was more than fair, and he was more than reliable.  I can't say enough nice things about Max and A-1, he did everything you could hope he would do, quickly, expeditiously and friendly.

The positive reviews of A-1 are definitely not fake!  He's the real deal!

We had a corroded pipe that needed replacing and Mike and his team took every measure to make sure we were getting the best options to fix the problem at a very fair price! They were available for a free consultation the same day I called. Highly recommend!

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

I am currently remodeling my kitchen and needed to relocate a gas line. I called New Pro Plumbing to schedule a same day estimate. I elected to go with them because of the reviews I read and their availability. I was not disappointed. Not only was Miguel very friendly and professional but he also did excellent work. I am very pleased with the end result and the amount of time it took him to complete the project.

I was in trouble today..Went to flush the toilet and well.. Let's just say it wasn't a pretty site.. After cleaning up .. I started to yelp a plumber  and found Victor. Read the reviews and gave it a shot ( past experience with plumbers have not been good). I called at 8:30 am, Victor immediately picked up and promptly scheduled an appointment within the hour.. Victor showed up on time and he smelled nice too ( sorry little plumbers humor).. He got straight to work .. Assessed and quickly isolated the issue.. Within 45 minutes we were back up and running . Overall Victor's was professional , courteous , respectful and cost effective.. Thank you for showing up on short notice and appreciate your hard work!!

Luckily for me Hermès Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company...They did a great job and are also really nice guys...I will definitely use them again if needed...

It's a Saturday morning and our toilet is totally back up. Plunger didn't work, YouTube DIY didn't work, and chemicals didn't work, so I gave Rapid Action Rooter a try. Mandel responded to my request in less than 10 minutes.

We had a crazy day planned but Mandel worked with our schedule.  After finding out we only had one bathroom, he offered to come by any time that worked for us same day. Such a relief!

The process took less than 10 minutes, knowledgeable and great customer service. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

We needed to replace a leaking hose spigot, they were able to send out two technicians very quickly, and fixed it in a short time at a fair price, even though they had to come back separately to be able to turn off the water.

He was courteous, upon entry immediately producing identification, wearing a mask and even putting on booties.
He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and answered all of the questions me & my mom had. He provided an estimate as requested and explained everything throughly.
