Highly recommend. I got a water heater thermocouple replacement. Here's my take on what I liked about George's service. Quick response on quoting the service via yelp, next day service, quick and efficient, and nice honest personality. he is also oriented in detail he surrounded some clean coverings over his shoes to keep my house clean. Thanks George and will recommend you whenever my people needs service.

Second time using this company.  Office returned the call on Labor Day.  George was on time, professional and highly competent.  Will be replacing the kitchen faucet next and will be using them a third time.  Requesting George if possible.  Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Alberto was readily available to fix my water heater, and two days later repaired my toilet (no labor charge) for cost of one part only (although I needed additional parts).  He is friendly and affable and works quickly.

These guys are off the chart amazing!!  Chris and Randy were totally professional, but also friendly (and funny!) and explained everything they were doing, answering all my questions fully and patiently.  They arrived right on time, went right to work, and had solved my plumbing problem in no time!   In a way I was sorry that they worked so quickly, as I was sorry to see them go!  I wish I'd known about them months ago when I needed a major pipe replacement! - but I will definitely use them again and have already been recommending them to all my homeowner friends.  They are totally awesome!!

We woke up to a gurgling noise and a funny smell coming out of the bathroom only to discover that all our bathtubs, showers and toilets were all backed up!
We called rockstar in a panic and they had someone out to the house within about an hour.
Well our main sewer line under the house had collapsed the day before our 4th of July party!
Chris and his team worked tirelessly to get things to a manageable state so we could have people over and use the bathrooms-sparingly. He explained every part of the problem and repair process so that we fully understood what was happening and why.
He even called us on the 4th of July to check that things we're working ok.
The next day the really big work began! There was major digging, root cleaning and giant sewer pipe replacement. Chris and his team  started at 7:00 am and worked tirelessly until the huge job was completed around 6pm.
They even replanted all the landscape and lawn that had to be dug up to replace the sewer line out to the street.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone for their plumbing needs large or small!

I do not know much about plumbing, but I called miguel when I had problem with my garbage disposal based on his yelp review . He came on time, as promised, a big point for me who value punctuality.  He explained the problem and quoted me a reasonable price and fixed everything as promised. I haven't had problem since. Thank you, Miguel.

Victor was efficient, friendly and honest. He fixed our garbage disposal in 5 minutes and he could of charged us for a new one. Very honest! He also fixed our shower drains that were filled with conditioner and hair build up quickly. I will definitely be using Victor again for any plumbing needs. Thank you Victor!

This review based off my own personal experience with representatives of Hermes Plumbing. They were sent to my place by Fidelity National Home Insurance Co. to stop the running water in the toilet.

I found them incompetent (didn't know how to open my washlet, even with the Manual, I have provided), hence, couldn't diagnose the problem. On top of it all, they broke the filter, which they attempted to pull out to wipe it off.

The service was performed on 07/12/22, invoice #1642.

If I could have given them no stars at all, I would have done it. Consider yourselves warned!

Came home late to find out I had a leak under the house.  I called Rapid Action Rooter in a panic and they were so nice and calmly walked me through the process of shutting of the main water line and bleeding out the pipes to prep for the plumber to come.  Unfortunately, they could net send someone out until later the next day as they had a lot of calls that night and were so understanding when I was able to get my normal plumber to help me in the morning and cancelled with them.

I will call them again for sure during an emergency.

These guys did a great job! Got here on time, got the job done quick, and perfectly. These are kind and very friendly people. Chris was very knowledgable and professional when he came over.

I tried to install an under-sink filtration system myself, but ended up having to call a pro. I contacted a few local plumbers, some declined, some charged twice the amount. NGP ended up charging a reasonable price, did a great job, and even pointed to another issue which I had not noticed (without forcing my hand).

Gotta hand it to these guys. They know their trade! Authentic and not salesish...reliable. Fast. Considerate. Zoro is a pleasure to deal with. I was constantly running out of hot water and after many people suggested various sized tanks for a new hot water heater, Zoro recommended and installed a tankless heater. Sent me some options to review and didn't pressure my choice. The result is a noritz whole house tankless system that his dad expertly installed (model NRC1111) that is very powerful and I can literally run three showers at one time without running out of hot water. Will definitely hire them again, very conscientious even in follow up to a job well done - they are my new go to plumbers!!!

Very happy with the service. I called yesterday evening and they came out the next day during the time frame I requested. Giulio and Brenden were the ones that handled the work and were very professional and clear with costs before any work started. I also like that it was two people as sometimes the problem is not apparently

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Tony came to the rescue! He did a great job and was so easy to work with. We would definitely call him again!

After my review was read by the owner of the company he called me right away to make things right I think that's very professional and honorable. He definitely made things right even though I already had my plumbing need serviced.  But the fact that this owner takes care and really is concerned about his customers makes me feel really really good about this company and his company work ethic. So I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

I had some issues with a prior plumber that this company had who had over charged me for a simple service,  but the owner had called me and rectified the issue. I greatly appreciate their attentiveness to their customers.
