I has a major leaking toilet and I called Bueno Plumbing.  They didn't have any appointments but said they would try and fit me in.  At 2:00 Jimmy Souza called to tell me he was on his way.  15 minutes later he arrived and 30 minutes later I was back in business.  I don't think I will ever call just any plumber.  It is going to be Bueno Plumbing moving forward.   Thank you Jimmy for your professionalism and for doing such a great job.  5 stars for sure!

Anthony and his associate are very professional.  They came at the scheduled time and identified the problem right away.  I had the worst smell coming from my washer machine and after having another plumber come, they could not diagnose the problem.  Anthony knew what to do right away.  My washer machine doesn't smell anymore and he even unclogged my other sinks for me.

What can I say amazing service. I have been trying to get my tub and sink unclogged for three days finally I had enough its been hot and I needed to shower. I did not want to take a shower in dirty black water so I called around. From the time I called to the time he came it was only 20 minutes super fast. He was so professional and he was very nice. He fixed the clog and thanks to him I can now shower in a clean tub. If i ever need a plumber this is the plumber im going to call he is fast, reliable, and professional. Very happy with the service.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

I know its April and I am JUST writing the review now, but I called All Pipes Plumbing back in December while visiting my moms house in San Jose and received amazing service. I don't remember the owners name, but he was the one who came out. He was super nice, honest and sincere! I would definitely recommend APP to anyone needing a plumber.  We have some improvement plans and definitely plan on having them come our for us again!!! This is the one you need to call!

Great service today in Mountain View - Ivan quickly responded to a voice message, came by a short time later and fixed the problem quickly.  At a very fair price too (compared to a similar situation a while ago that another  unmentioned local plumbing company worked  on before.)  Very professional and friendly, highly recommended!

Alex was great when I had a non-working garbage disposal.  He answered my call, came in an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour for a reasonable price.  Highly recommended!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is fantastic. He is friendly, quick and responsive, trustworthy and focused on saving money for his customers.

I called Shawn for a quote to replace my leaking water heater.  The first thing Shawn suggested was that the water heater might not need to be replaced... that perhaps it could be repaired (or a part replaced) and he came out to my house (free-of-charge) to take a look.  When we realized that the water heater would need to be replaced, Shawn suggested that I contact the manufacturer because the water heater was still under warranty.  I had 3 quotes from other plumbers and all of them were more expensive than Shawn and 2 of them told me that the manufacturer would not replace the water heater because it had not been flushed regularly.  I called the manufacturer on Shawn's advice and, as it turns out, they offered to swap out the water heater with a new one no questions asked.  Shawn helped me to locate a distributor for the water heater and I ended up with a free water heater!    

Shawn was completely up-front about his fees. He quoted me a flat fee for labor to repair or replace the water heater. Parts were additional, but not expensive.  He was very flexible on timing for installation.  I needed to repair some water damage to the floor, so he came out to de-install the water heater and came back a week later to install. He totally works with your schedule.  In addition, when Shawn was in the crawl space under my house, he offered to repair a heating vent that he noticed was broken at no extra charge.  

I really appreciated my experience with Shawn.  He gave me great advice and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price.  I would definitely use him again!

Charley is fantastic! We had a power surge which blew the motherboard in our tankless water heater. He responded within five minutes through Yelp and was so willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution. He even came out on a Saturday and drove to Santa Cruz to service the unit. Since it was a holiday weekend, the company was closed but he was on it and had numbers for me to replace by 8:30 the following business day. I will definitely refer him to others and call on him for help in the future. Charley documents everything! Thanks Charley (and Matt)!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

My water main recently broke and required replacement.  In addition I had some galvanized spigots that needed to be replaced.

Gladiator was fast to come out and quote and their pricing was reasonable.  Installation went very well and the area where they dug up the yard to run the pipe is almost back to the way it was prior.  It took them a little over 1 day for the whole job and they were very quick to come back out and replace the new spigot valve handles with 1/4 turn valve handles.

The only issue that I had was that they left a large root over the new water main piping.  Over a certain size they are required to leave the root which I could see being a problem years down the line.   I did catch this and removed it myself prior to the city's final inspection.

Overall I would highly recommend!

Great experience with Pipe-Thru Trenchless!  We had an urgent situation as our water supply line burst.  The plumber said the fix wouldn't be easy because the line went under our driveway.  We didn't want to rip up the driveway to replace the line.  We used Yelp to message Pipe-Thru Trenchless.  Jose responded promptly.  We got an estimate that was actually less than the original plumber's estimate.  They can do PEX or copper - we opted for copper.  We also requested a permit (requires an additional fee) which he was able to accommodate.  They showed up on the scheduled day, and within hours the water was back on!  They used a mole device, which allowed them to easily direct the pipe at least 50 ft and underneath our driveway. No mess!  The crew did a great job cleaning up after too!  (Dealing with the city to complete the permit was unfortunately not as easy...)
