Very smooth process, highly recommend these guys. Kevin came out himself and he's the owner. I got to know of the company from a friends experience. These guys are honest and not out there to rip off customers. Kevin guided me and took care of my water leak immediately. I am looking to have these guys help during my renovations soon. My kitchen sink got clogged while prepping dinner and we tried to do a baking soda bomb that didn't work. At 10pm, I requested quotes on Yelp with 4 different vendors. Anthony was the first one who could give me a quote right away and told me he could come the next morning. I was impressed. All the other vendors wanted me to make an appt for a free estimate. I like knowing approx right away.

Upon arrival, he gave me his business card and put on booties. Totally appreciate the booties.  

After inspecting the issue with sink clog only on the garbage disposal side, he figured that he would not have to snake my entire pipeline and found the blockage in the p-trap. Therefore, I ended up paying only half price of the quote.

Professional, friendly, honest, and super fast response time. I'm so glad I found a vendor I could contact in the future. Anytime I have plumbing issues, it stresses me out because good service oriented and TRUSTED folks are hard to find.

Thank you Tino!  Our plumbing backed up late night (about 6:30 p.m.) and I called a few different plumbers to see if they could come out.  Tino responded and said he could be over within about 45 minutes.  He showed up, unloaded his equipment and snaked the main line in a matter of minutes.  I would recommend Mission City Plumbing in the future.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

Did not end up using Agilis due to their high cost/quote. I got four separate quotes and Agilis were over 60% higher than the other three quotes. The other three were all similar in pricing. This is comparing apples/apples: full house re-piping from street to fixtures, materials, labor, permit..etc. Text Agilis to see why the big cost delta as I was curious....never heard back so I went with a different contractor. Net-Net: do your homework and get comps.

Ivan provides great service at a competitive price. Great communication, speedy service and everything works well when finished. He worked on a toilet replacement, garbage disposal replacement and snaking pipe.

We had an emergency situation with a pipe that broke in our house. Jaime was very responsive on the phone, gave us advice on what to do while we waited for him and arrived within 30 minutes to resolve the situation. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

Hai helped us installed all three toilet and the change some of the pipings as the original built were  cheap grade.  He did a great job on the installation and the wiring is seamless as well.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is the best!! I've had him over to install a garbage disposal and fix some toilet issues.  He is very responsive and does a great job.  I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

I first met Charley when the hot water knob broke on our tub  late one evening. The water wouldn't turn off. Despite the after hours call, he came right over and even had the part on his truck!!  He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing! He will answer your text right away if you have any type of problem. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. Also, he makes you feel very comfortable about allowing him in your house (for all the women out there). He's been our go to guy for all plumbing issues for the last 3 years. Thanks Charley!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I did a lot of shopping around before choosing gladiator re-pipe. They were not the least expensive but they were not the most expensive either. The engagement with them was fine and they are all really nice. I had them remove two old tank water heaters and re-pipe the entire house replacing the  the old water heaters with tank less models. I did a copper / pex combination. The job lasted about 3 days and they were very careful and respectful of my home and property.  They did a great prep job and nothing really got dirty inside the house. After the job was done.....my water pressure is worse. I had the job done in the winter and my landscaping was not using the automated sprinklers. So what i have noticed now is that the sprinklers are kicking on but there is so little pressure to them that they barely even pop up so all of my lawns and landscaping are dying and I have very little pressure to any outside lines. Again, all broken. Also, my hose bibs, barely have enough pressure to wash your hands. All of this was fine on the old pipes.  While doing the re-pipe they moved a gas line (propane) that was rotted out under ground. There were some issues with the pipe due to it being rusted out. They claimed they fixed it but did not and it drained a 500 gal propane tank costing me a bunch of money. I called them to tell them about it and they were like oh well, pay us 3500 and we will come look at it. I opted to have another company replace the entire line to the propane tank for 1500 and they commented on how it was a half ass fix and were laughing at it. So now add about 4500 hundred to the total for the re-pipe for a new line and refill of the propane tank. Then....in the master bath, I have two sinks right next to each other, turn one on, hot in like 8 seconds, turn the one on that is right next to it, 45 to 50 seconds. I don't want to call them because I feel like they are going to treat me like they did about the gas line and blow me off or offer to help me fix their janky job for some huge price tag or try and blame me. They are great up front but I do not feel like they give a crap about you or the job they do after they get their money. Personally I would wish i would have went with another company. The showers all have far less pressure as well and if you are using a shower and someone turns on anything, I mean anything the pressure goes down to unusable levels.

There was a problem with the main water supply line at my parents' house. It happened late in the afternoon.  Mark was the first plumber to respond (within less than 5 min) of the 5 plumbers I had contacted.  He agreed to fit my parents in first thing next morning due to my parents' emergency situation.

Mark and Mike are courteous. They showed up on time the next morning, checked under the crawl space and all faucets (including faucets in the backyard), and quickly diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes after arrival.  They cut off the corroded galvanized iron pipe used for front yard irrigation from the main water supply line, added another new faucet for the front yard and quickly restored water supply to my parents' entire house.  They finished the job in less than 30 minutes.

Mark is honest and pleasant. The price that he charged is also very reasonable and affordable, even for the elderly.  We shall definitely contact him again for future plumbing jobs.

I've done 2 projects (one immediately after another) w/ these guys.  I'm going to make 2 reviews here.

Overall, Pipe-Thru did a good job on both projects.  They also cleaned up (mostly) after they are done.  They also finished on time.  There were a couple of minor issues that they could improve on.  The cost was competitive.

First project.

The sewer pipes underneath my house are all cast-iron.  Many of them are corroded and have been acting up lately.  I've gone through a couple of other plumbing shops, and both of them shown videos of how bad the pipes were.  I've then decided to replace all the sewer lines underneath the house.

Jose's quote for the job was more competitive than the others.  Based on Yelp review, we chose Jose's Pipe-Thru.  One caution, Pipe-Thru tends to be very busy.

On the scheduled date, the crew showed up early, did a good job, and finished on time, as promised.  I did not go into the crawl space to check.  Looking through the crawl space openings, looked like they did a good job.
They also cleaned out all the old pipes.

On minor negative is that between the 1st and 2nd job, they have to put a temporary pipe between the new pipes and the old pipe between property foundation and the street.  This temporary pipe was not sealed/tied-down in anyway.  So the sewer was leaking between the 1st and 2nd job.  They could have done a better job w/ this temporary pipe.

Second project.

We also wanted to replace the sewer pipe between the property foundation and the street, also adding two clean-outs at the two ends of this replacement pipe.  We chose Pipe-Thru for this job as well, to be done the next day after the first project.

Again, on the scheduled date, the crew showed up early, did a good job, and finished on time, as promised.  The technology that they used was pretty interesting.  It prevented from digging a long trench from the property foundation through the front yard.  I now appreciate what pipe-thru means.

The city needs to inspect this 2nd project.  It was scheduled more than a week after Pipe-Thru put in the new pipe.  On the scheduled inspection date, Jose showed up before the inspector and prepared everything.  The inspection went through smoothly.  On the next day, Pipe-Thru showed up and completed all the loose ends.

Overall, Pipe-Thru did a good job on both projects.  They also cleaned up (mostly) after they are done.  They also finished on time.  There were a couple of minor issues that they could improve on.  The cost was competitive.

A minor minus point here:

After I've made the final payment, I'm still waiting for my final receipt (usually email), after 2 days.  I'm also still waiting for an email/text/phone-call from Jose about an issue that he discovered during the inspection.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Paul's a genuine godsend. He's completed numerous projects for us now and has always done a solid job. He's timely, professional and has incredibly reasonable rates. We worked with several handyman before finding Paul, and none of them compare. You won't be disappointed!
