I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

I request a quote from 4 plumbers to fix a slow leaking in a shower tub with a suggestion of what I thought was the culprit.  3 responded, but only owner Anthony confirmed my suspicion and suggested it was an easy job to do myself (I had replaced washer myself already) by looking up at YouTube.  I took up the suggestion and finally fixed myself.  It was indeed an easy job but it took me (inexperienced) some time to get it right.  It was his encouragement that pushed me to plunge into DIY.  Feel good afterwards.  One plumber offered to replace the whole valve for $600 labor + materials.  It cost me less than $20 to rebuild and replace the whole valve.  Thanks, Anthony.

We have an old sewer line outside our house that seems to get clogged every few months. Tino came over without hesitation and got straight to work. He fixed the problem faster than I thought at a very reasonable price. He also offered suggestions to help improve our sewer line. We are very satisfied. We found our new plumber.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

Agilis installed my washer/dryer unit in a small space. They were great. Friendly, fast, and reasonable charges. They cleaned up too. Can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend them!

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. I would highly recommend George and his team.  I will be using them for future project. Keep up the great work!

Ivan was amazing! I would recommend his services to anyone. We had a sewer drain emergency first thing in the morning. After public works showed up and told us it was our responsibility to deal with the issue, I called Ivan. He was flexible and eager to help. He showed up almost immediately - only 30 min after I called! He gave me an initial quote based on the work that needed to be done and quickly got to work. Once he discovered there was more to the problem, he worked to resolve the clog and did everything he could to help us avoid a larger cost and pipe replacement. He was here for about 2 hours and kept me updated on the progress as he was working. He was very professional and personable. When the work took longer than expected, he was very willing to negotiate a final price that was reasonable for both of us. I will definitely use him for future plumbing and drain issues that may arise.

Late on a Sunday evening, our sewer lateral became blocked - an emergency for a family of 5, as it starts backing up into the house.  Not only did Alex answer the phone immediately, he said he could be there in 40 minutes, and he was!  (Other top Yelp places said they'd get back to me on Monday morning - which was not acceptable!)

He was completely professional, and solved the problem immediately.  And it wasn't easy, since he had to work in the dark, outside in a sloped, wooded area to get to our clean-out.  There's nothing that causes more anxiety than a problem like this, and Alex was a life-saver.  I'll definitely keep his phone number handy.

I moved into a remodeled house with a new tankless water heater. Within a couple weeks the water heater would shut off mid shower. I called SPS to see what was wrong. The manufacturer had them run several hours worth of troubleshooting to prove that the water heater was defective. Other plumbers may have given up since the manufacturer was originally not giving into the fact that the water heater was actually defective. Eventually they relented and the manufacturer replaced the water heater for free. I had SPS then install a filter to prevent future scale build up from hard water as well as a direct gas line between the water heater and gas regulator. SPS did excellent work, showed up exactly on schedule, and was professional. The owner was also reachable by cell for any concerns. I had issues where other plumbers either didn't know how to work on a tankless water heater or didn't even call back to schedule and appointment. I'll definitely call SPS again for any plumbing needs.

Hai is great.  Have used him for several projects now and he has been nothing but conscientious, honest and professional!  My new plumber of choice.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

We contracted Charley's Plumbing to replace an old water heater that was on it's last leg.  Charles came out on time and performed the work efficiently with great communication all along the way.  He also solved a problem that we thought was going to be a much bigger job than it actually was in helping get hot water instantly to the faucets which are a very long run from our water heater.  The job came in exactly as quoted.  Charles and Matt were both incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home.  The work is top notch and we feel lucky to have found someone so trustworthy.  Added bonus that they like coming up to the mountains and doing work which is sometimes difficult to find.  I highly recommend them to all, and especially the mountain folk.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I have a long over due repiping work for my house. I got many bids. Yuri explained to me the detailed process and put it in the bid as well. The price is moderate among others. During the repiping, we found the drain pipes are also due to replace.

Their office did a wonderful job to communicate. That includes daily schedule as well as city inspection. The guys working in my house are super friendly. They came in time and seems very considerable.  They even put a service clean-out at back of the house so it will no longer require to get into crawl space to clean out main drain.

Here comes the losing star. I have an upscale European valve (Grohe) for my shower. After repiping, no more hot water, only cold water comes out. They suggested us to pay $300+ extra and replace it with Delta. After resistance from me, they send their master plumber. They ask me to pay parts plus hourly rate. Based the feedback from Grohe support and other plumbers on Yelp, I understand it's matter of flushing the valve after repiping. By then, I realized that they are a repiping company, not a plumbing specialist. With the information from Grohe support and other plumbers, I worked along with their guys, step by step, it didn't take long to get the valve flushed. Then everything back to normal.

All in all, I have pretty good experience with them. I feel if you have valves due to replace as well, they should do a much smoother job.

Mark (Triton Plumbing) was able to fit me in his schedule on very short notice on a Saturday and did a fantastic job. A pipe in my bathroom/bedroom wall sprung a leak and Mark took care of the issue quickly.  I am very pleased with the work he did and I will definitely use Triton Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal stopped working due to a clog and we submitted an emergency request. Jose responded quickly and came to help us the next morning. He helped us to fix it right away. We are super grateful and recommend their service to anyone in need!

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! Thank goodness for Honey Do! Handyman Services.  I have hired Paul in the past and I was pleased with the work he did then.  I am happy once again with the work he did for me today.  I am in the process of moving out of the place that I am currently renting.  I need to make sure everything is as it was when I first moved in.  I needed a couple of shower heads replaced, a new toilet seat and one of the tubs needed caulking.  

Paul responded promptly to the text I sent him about the repairs I needed done.  He was able to coordinate with my schedule within the week.  He was on time and came on the day that he said he would come.  He was fast and efficient in his work.  As a courtesy, he even tightened a shower rod that kept falling on me when I sometimes moved the shower curtain.

I plan to use Paul's services again in the near future.  His prices are good and his work is great!
