We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do.  But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help.  Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!)  He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes.  He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4 underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction.  I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

I wanted the main shutoff valve replaced in my townhome. Used yelp's 'requests quote' feature; I got many quotes, but Agilis had the best quote. They reduced the estimate once I sent them the photo of the valve to be replaced. They were also very responsive to my messages and got the job done quickly, for the provided estimate. Highly recommend them.

Our Takagi tankless water heater stopped working on a fine morning 1 week back. I spoke with Vanessa at SPS the same day and she managed to get someone to look at the issue within 2 days. The technician John quickly root-caused the issue, spoke with AO Smith (service provider), and got us a full unit replacement for free. Before the week ended Vanessa ensured to place an order for our heater and got us an appointment today (1 week since the problem happened). Today Bob and Ruben were here as scheduled and took care of the replacement in under 2 hours. Hot water is back!

Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

This review is about a year late. We bought a 40+ year old home in winter of 2016. One of the known issues with the house was mixed plumbing and some known leakages in the past. I got few quotes from some big name repiping companies in our area. While not the cheapest, Gladiator Repipe's quotes were very competitive. The best thing I liked about the company and what made me go with Gladiator Repipe was how it was run - like a family.

The sales person (Yuri) explained in details what will be done and gave me an elaborate quote with all the options listed. In addition to repiping I asked them to install a water softener and whole house filter. They gave me the quote for installation and asked me to buy a softener of my choice myself. This was totally different from some other companies that I talked to who would only install the softener if I bought the (marked-up) system from them. We also got a hot water circulation system on Yuri's suggestion which has turned out to be a blessing in winter months.

The work was done in 1 day flat. They handled the permits and all the complications associated with them. Once the permits were approved, they came back to patch the walls. They even matched the texture for each of the patch they made.

After the install I have called them for a couple of things in the last 1 year to look at small things that were related to the work they did and they have shown up and looked at those and fixed them as needed.  

Overall I had a great experience working with Gladiator, its owners and its employees. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they need such work done in their houses.

Paul did great work, quick to respond, and very reasonably priced. I had a leaky faucet that got progressively worse over the last few month. I wanted to get it repaired, but turns out it's better to just replace the whole faucet for future reliability and roughly the same cost. Paul also found the valves to have rusted significantly, and recommended replacement for those. He only charged for the additional labor, and provided itemized receipt for all the supplies used for this project. Very satisfied with Paul's work and would use him again for fixes around the house.
