Our water heater randomly stop working on late Friday night. A friend of ours recommended Kevin ( owner or Bueno Plumbing). We called him about 8pm, thinking we would have to leave a message but instead he picked up! We told him the issue and mentioned that we had small kids. He offered to come first thing Saturday, 7am. He was on time and ready to get started. We ended up having to replace the water heater which he was able to help with and have replaced by the afternoon. Kevin was so nice and very knowledgeable. Highly dependable and would absolutely recommend him to anyone we know!

Victor came to our home to install a new faucet set in one of our bathrooms.  We had a pedestal sink so it was a tough squeeze.  But Victor saw it through to the end and made everything fit, and the faucet has found its new home in our bathroom.  He also gave us some tips and information about our water softener, as that was causing some problems in our house.  This company has a ton of 5 star reviews and I guess we're just adding on the heap, but in this case it is well worth it.  We wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues we have.

I sent out a number of requests for a quote on a new water heater.  Tino was prompt to reply and provided a phone number for me to call.  When I explained the situation, Tino was very helpful.  Not only that but he was sympathetic and understanding while maintaining professionalism.  I felt that he went out of his way to accommodate us while also offering his best price.  Communication via text (to provide ETA, etc) was excellent.  

I highly recommend Mission City Plumbing and will be sure to call Tino again should I have any other plumbing issues.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

John installed our Pelican water system. The installation looks good and works. There was some dripping that they missed the first time and fixed when they came back a few days later for some other plumbing work.
They were wearing masks and cleaned up after themselves.

I know its April and I am JUST writing the review now, but I called All Pipes Plumbing back in December while visiting my moms house in San Jose and received amazing service. I don't remember the owners name, but he was the one who came out. He was super nice, honest and sincere! I would definitely recommend APP to anyone needing a plumber.  We have some improvement plans and definitely plan on having them come our for us again!!! This is the one you need to call!

Showed up on time,  competent.  Knew exactly what he was doing.  Finished in less than 1 hour.  The problem was the leaking tub/shower faucet.  Fixture was old and difficult to get off.  Replacement looks very attractive.

I had a water heater that was leaking from the T&P valve (outside on the side of water heater). I called on Sunday evening at 430pm and the person answered the phone call and immediately guided me on how to operate the valve so it would stop leaking.

I had been emptying buckets of water into my frontyard for last 1 hr to stop it from flooding my garage.

The person (forgot to take name) was happy to help me and warned me about what to watch out for next. Thanks very much!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Called Shawn for water heater service. He hold me exactly what it will cost and what might change the cost depending on expected issues. He is honest and tells you the right thing to do and has very reasonable prices. I will definitely use his service next time.

Both Charley and Matt are great plumbing professionals.  I need to install water softener in San Jose.  Got 3 quotes.  Other 2 asked me to install their systems which cost over $4500 but couldn't even tell me why their systems worth so much more than Home Depot's .  Yet Charley recommended me Fleck water softener, and told us where to get it for about $850 only.  While I am still waiting for FedEx to deliver parts, they fixed my kitchen drain, bath tub hot water issue, garden faucet.  Charley even noticed and informed us a pipe issue that we didn't even know. He fixed the issue very quickly.  They are very honest and professional.  Can't wait to have Charley and Matt come back to install water softener once FedEx deliver it.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I called these people today to get a price on replacing a toilet in my guest bathroom, I should have had them replace it a few years back when they replaced the Master bathroom and middle bathroom toilets and they did a great job.... BUT , yes but...

Today I called and said I needed to have a toilet replaced how much would it cost and that I used them before a few years ago for the other toilets in my house and the girl sounded confused....  So I asked again how much do you charge for a toilet remove and replace and she said I have to check with my boss and see what he says, so I give her my number and 2 hours later I haven't heard back... so I call back and know I think a different person tells me it 250.00 ( WOW ) 2 x what other people are telling me, so much for trying to use the same place that did a good job a few years ago..

Update: I did get a ( few ) calls back later today, about my updated yelp review, but they said due to some mix up the price should have been 215.00 for the quoted job price and that they didn't know I was a prior customer from 2015.. So they would offer/honor me that price..  I said thanks but.. NO

Thanks for updated / offer and calls back people, but if you can't call people back when they are waiting on you and then tell them a price more then double from the 1st time I used you, your not a place I want to deal with. I thank the manager for trying to fix things, and I am sure your plumbers do great work, but your office people need to have the talk about being the face of the company..  Its little things like this that make people walk away...

Next day he shown up and fixed my under sink shut off vavles issue carefully than anyone else whoever I used or I met. Trust me you should hire him because of his skills , knowledge, patient, honesty, integrity and more.

Now it finished all jobs and warranty for 30 days of his work. I am please to have him over to help me.

I hired Jose and his crew after getting 3 competitive bids.  My water line had been leaking under the driveway parking area and I did not notice until I received my water bill from SJ Water. I called SJ Water to send one of their engineer's to evaluate.  At the same time I pulled the 2 X 4 form board from the drive way and could see the leak.  I sent Jose several pictures and he gave me a bid on line.  It was in the area I was looking to pay so, I called and asked when he could come and he said how about tomorrow.  He arrived on time and started working at once.  They replaced the line under the concrete and were finished in less than 4 hours.  I was impressed with the neatness and finish of the process.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Paul Cardona is an excellent handyman. He does great work. Everything he does is done well. Tasks are done completely with an eye for detail.  He communicates well and makes you aware of things you may not have thought about.  He has a wide range of handyman abilities with a lot of different household things he can fix.  

When I first called him I just wanted some touch up paint work done. He did such a good job with this that we expanded to other tasks and I am not only satisfied but very happy and elated with his work.  

His billing is fair and reasonable.  He is easy to work with and he is trustworthy. I don't have to be at home while he is working, I trust him.  

I would recommend Paul to anyone.
