We hired them twice, once for our kids bathroom and our bathroom         ( parents' bathroom).Anthony and Victor fixed the faucets of the kids bathtub and fixed the faucet of one of our sink too. they were very efficient - that was last year.

This year, I had to replace the fridge and because  of that, as I discover later,  we had also to replace the shut-off valve that was not working .
I messaged them on Friday afternoon and got an answer the same day. Anthony came over on Sunday and replace the valve.Problem fixed!!

Anthony is super professional,very nice and extremely knowledgeable  they are very reasonably priced and they won't try to overcharge you for things you don't need.

Excellent work -- 6 plus stars!  I am so thankful that a friend told me about this great plumber she found.  He is now my plumber too.  Experienced, professional, efficient, thorough, polite, honest and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

(1)  George from All Pipes Plumbing replaced my old sewer line last year.  After vetting several other plumbers, he was definitely the right choice.  All the other plumbers said they would start by digging next to the sidewalk to search for the sewer line.  He located the line first, then dug which minimized the amount of trenching done to my lawn.  I asked all the plumbers about saving the grass that they would remove so that it could be put back after the work was done.  Not all the other plumbers wanted to do this, but George said he assumed that was what I wanted.  The grass was placed in a tarp; a few days later George neatly put it back and watered it after the job was completed.  Now the lawn looks great and you cannot even see where the trenching was done.  After he tamped down the ground there was a small pile of leftover dirt so he hauled it away. Then he hosed off the sidewalk so the job site was neat and clean.  George took care of the permitting process with the city and gave me the permit after everything was done.  (One of the other plumbers I vetted told me he would handle everything with the city but I would never need to see the permit; this sounded sketchy to me.)

(2)  A couple of months ago I hired All Pipes Plumbing for another major plumbing project to replace all the original outgoing pipes/drains under my house which have been a problem for years.  He took photos and showed me the poor condition of the corroded and clogged pipes which I already knew needed replacing.  I also had him replace the bathroom sinks, faucets and vanities.  My second Sears water softener was broken and George recommended a Pelican combination filter and water softener.  I really like the Pelican combo system plus it is salt-free and better for the environment.  George was so considerate in coordinating and minimizing the downtime when the plumbing would be unavailable.  He and his son, Anthony, did an outstanding job from demolition, installation, haul away and clean up.

This is an updated review.  I am still giving 5 stars for the service I received, but I was not able to get a contractors license number from them (it's not on website or invoice) and do not find them when I search the License Board website.  I had planned on having them bid two larger jobs I have coming up, but without knowing if they are licensed and insured, i would not be able to do that. I emailed them for that information a week ago and have not yet received a response.  This does not, however, in any way change the initial service and good work I received from Jaime.  If I get the information I need, I will update my review and will have them bid my jobs.

I had two great experiences with SPS last year. This year, not so much. The job was to service my A.O. Smith Vertex hot water heater.  That meant drain, flush, pull out as much sediment as possible, and replace anode rods. (There are two.). On the first service call, everything was fine except he had no anode rods.  He said he would order the rods and call me.  A month later, after no word, I called them.  On the second service call, one of the anode rods was the wrong part. He was to order the right part and call me.  Two months later, I called them. On the third service call, he again had the wrong part, but it could be made to fit by rerunning some of the piping, which was done without talking to me first and seriously inflated the bill.  I called SPS with my concerns, and she was to talk to people in charge and get back to me. That was a week ago.  I'm still waiting.

Hai helped us installed all three toilet and the change some of the pipings as the original built were  cheap grade.  He did a great job on the installation and the wiring is seamless as well.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Awesome service at a very reasonable price!  I would HIGHLY recommend Gladiator Plumbing and Repipe for any plumbing needs.  The plumbing repairman, Julio, showed up on time and explained what he was going to do.  Basically, he repaired a ball valve and a bunch of rusted galvanized pipes.  He did an outstanding job and was very professional.  I called a bunch of other plumbers who didn't return my call or were too difficult to work with on my problem.  It's is very difficult to find a good plumber who actually returns phone calls.  I will always call Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe for all my plumbing issues.

I had a broken water main near the street and called Mark Taylor frantically for immediate service.  He was so responsive and came out as soon as he could!
He was referred to me by my friend, so I was a new customer to him.  He dug out landscape, moved a huge rock and repaired a line and put in new fittings, plus took on an additional job of snaking out a line to the city sewer. I'm going to use him for all my future plumbing needs.  He was responsibly priced, informative, and considerate.

Jose did job estimate thoroughly and explained his expertise. Excellent communication (texting is the way to go). Labor showed up on time and finished up job efficiently. Reasonable pricing. We will definitely contact Jose again for next job.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Thank goodness for Honey Do! Handyman Services.  I have hired Paul in the past and I was pleased with the work he did then.  I am happy once again with the work he did for me today.  I am in the process of moving out of the place that I am currently renting.  I need to make sure everything is as it was when I first moved in.  I needed a couple of shower heads replaced, a new toilet seat and one of the tubs needed caulking.  

Paul responded promptly to the text I sent him about the repairs I needed done.  He was able to coordinate with my schedule within the week.  He was on time and came on the day that he said he would come.  He was fast and efficient in his work.  As a courtesy, he even tightened a shower rod that kept falling on me when I sometimes moved the shower curtain.

I plan to use Paul's services again in the near future.  His prices are good and his work is great!
