Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

We have been having this sewer like smell lately when we start our washer, and I for one I like to get involved and get my hands dirty. So I decided to fix it my self, it might be a clog after all right? I went to home depot got a 25' snake and as dirty as it was tried to unclog the pipes from the clean-out. Strangely it would not go beyond 10-15 feet, I still would be able to clean the pipes but no luck with the smell. I tried a couple of plumbers who came saw the issue - one even said your washer is the problem which did not make sense. Desperate to fix it as it was smelling, I checked online and found Anthony on Yelp to be highly rated. With some confidence in the system and the testimonials I called him, he came out on the day he said he would and I will tell you this man knows his sh..stuff. He diagnosed it correctly to be a clogged sewer pipe(like I did) but when he could not get his professional 60Ft long snake in to clean it(which was what I had experienced). He went crawling under the house and voilà there was a sagging plastic pipe, which caused the blockage. He had to push it up for the snake to go all the way and the lines were cleaned. We need to fix the pipe which he will do some time soon. So I learned something and think he is the best plumber I have met and trust me I have had my share of plumbers.  I would recommend him any day. Thanks Anthony!!

Tino is very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced. He responds quickly and keeps you posted on arrival. I have called him on two different occasions to fix problems with my old faucets. My house was built in 1958 and he knew exactly what to do to repair the problems. Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Replaced p-trap under kitchen sink. William did not finish the job by sealing the pipe. Just placed one pipe inside another. We didn't notice the gallons of water that leaked under the cabinets and down to subfloor for months. Beware of this company. I had another professional plumber come fix it. He could not believe the incompetence!

Making a decision to repipe my home is tough. I have been dwelling on the idea for over 6 months, and after getting 5 estimates from various contractors, I was flustered and still cannot make up my mind. But after speaking with George from All Pipes Plumbing, I made my decision right on the spot. His experience, knowledge, honesty and sincerity got me totally convinced that he is the right man for the job (not to mention that his bid is also the lowest). He did not promise to finish the job in one day, which I am always skeptic about the quality of the workmanship. George is a perfectionist, and rather do the job right than to rush through it. He also came up with very innovative ways to replace the old pipes without cutting up any of my walls. Not only did George did what he promised, but also went above and beyond his responsibility (including removing 2 dead rats and a dead cat from the crawlspace, and found the source of my rodents infestation). The quality of his work is so good that the final inspection took only 30 minutes (from other reviews, I found that some repipe jobs require multiple visits from the inspector). George knows the codes very well, and did everything that is expected before the inspection. I am so happy with my experience that I already have a few projects lined up for Georg, such as installing a sewer clean-out and replacing the indoor drain lines (another potential problem). Thanks to the raving reviews from Yelp and NextDoor, I am very happy to have found a plumber for all seasons!

Just our luck running into plumbing issues before our big move. So when you call a plumber, what do you want? You want someone who will arrive on time, charge the price quoted on the phone, have a good attitude, do the job right, and not leave a filthy mess behind. Pretty simple - right? Well, not all plumbers can do that. But, this one can! Great friendly service, a job done well, and a price that doesn't kill my monthly budget. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. With him coming last minute it became miracle!

We lost hot water due to old leaking tank. Alex responded in less than 10min from Yelp inquiry and gave me a cost effective quote. Also, advised me what is needed and what is not. We get our new tank installed professionally the next day and my son was so happy to get his hot shower on that day.

Second time using SPS Plumbing.  Once again, outstanding service.  Booked an appointment to have them come out and take a look at our circ pump which we thought would need to be replaced at significant $$$.  Reuben arrived on time and promptly resolved the issue with the pump, no new unit required, yay!  We also wanted his consult on how to properly drain our water heater.  We ended up having him do it for us while showing us how to do it ourselves next time.  Reuben was very personable, knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process.  Can't say enough good things in our experiences with this company.  They are genuinely committed in providing top notch service.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I called Shawn because my garbage disposal was not working. He returned my call within 30 min. He took the time to guide my husband over the phone by trying a few things to fix the disposal. It worked! This was a free call. I will for sure use Shawn for any other problems I have and also on my parents rental house. Thank You Shawn so much.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I'd want to give this company a 4 star for the below:
(1) Quality Work and knowing their domain, work pretty well.
(2) Professional, Courteous crew (I had asked that they wear Masks etc and largely they all did)

Project: Entire Home Repiping.
While an army (feels like 100!) arrive on Day 1 and cover the floor etc, the team wraps up the entire Piping by late afternoon, its the Day 2 that you realize it deteriorates and the condition they'll leave you with. The Patching & Sheet Rock team (Day 2) led by Juan is very hard working and fantastic too btw but IF there is any issue unattended at the end of Day 1 in the house, like below at my site, the service feels like an unlicensed contractor/company!

Tip to you Home Owners: Ask that every part, inch of your home is walked through AND make them either finish right then OR commit a qualified person onsite on Day 2!

Issues I reported:
(1) One of my branded Kohler Toilet Malfunctions (after the repipe)
(2) Unfinished work (couple of holes, connections missed out) and some minor issue such as Fixtures removed for the work not reinstalled but also a high degree of dust in a few rooms. This is on top of coverings we did ourselves and cleared all the work areas!!

I spoke to the management re: #1 and the nickle & dime approach (+ a few others) is a bit unbelievable! Even if I didn't fault the piping for the issue, there seemed no real intent to solve (leave alone display any excellence)!

This company did complain Cost allocation issue but with what I incurred for the above issues, I'm now thinking if awarding the project at a 25% premium compared to the next highest contract was all so much worth it. It's unfair to the business to post the $ amount but I can add that the project was at least 100+ TIMES the $150/200 that these folks haggled ....

Mark was amazing at responding to my emails and arrived on time for the job. We had a blocked kitchen sink which had to be snaked. Mark and Adrian treated my home with the utmost care, very careful in making sure nothing was damaged or any leaks after the work.
Mark was very polite and courteous in explaining what the job entails and is generally a fun guy you can have a drink with.

The job probably took them less than 30 mins and the price was excellent.

Jose is THE PERSON to go to! I had an emergency overflow on SAT EVENING and called Jose. By the way, he did our backflow for our permit and did a great job! He came by on Sunday morning and diagnosed the issue right away. I was thankful that he came out. The review is overdue but Jose is the go to person for ANYTHING related to plumbing. Thank you!!

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paul is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. He rescheduled multiple times and would come really late in the day for 30 minutes which made the work extend for several more days than it needed to.
Was extremely rude and disrespectful - I was told things like I'm not your personal shopper I can choose what I want to work on.
The eventual work quality was SLOPPY. He left in a huff, did not clean up after himself and left debris all over the kitchen floor. Terrible experience - do not hire Paul. I am expecting Paul to rudely respond to this Yelp review, as he has done so repeatedly to his previous customers (scroll below on yelp). So be it, but it's time to grow up and behave in a professional manner if you want business from this community.
