Edgar, was our savior, when he arrived in his super hero plumbing uniform.  Just in the nick of time.  He was as fast as a speeding bullet, and with his almost certainly X-ray vision he found the source of our gas leak and replaced the valve that was damages.  It was a great and very professional experience.

I have been having problems with my plumbing for awhile now. I ended up buying a snake and every few months or so I would have to use it to clear the pipes up. Finally, I was fed up and decided to call professionals to see if there was a bigger problem.

I found Northstar Plumbing on Yelp and were impressed by their reviews. I called them and they were at my house within 30 minutes.

They worked on two pipes by using a powerful snake to clear them up. My favorite part was them diagnosing the problem with a camera. It was pretty neat to see what was going on in there. Lo and behold, there were roots growing in my pipe from a huge tree I had out front. It's pretty common and I'll just have to maintain it yearly. They cut through it and told me to poor down root killers to help slow down the growth.

I was surprised at their professionalism and hard work of nearly two hours for only $165. Even at one point, Anthony climbed down a manhole to retrieve something. Now that's dedication!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I'll be calling them next time I have another plumbing problem.

Tino was recommended by my son who has had plumbing issues in the past.  It was very easy to get a hold of him via phone.  He responded to our plumbing circumstance right away.  There was water collecting on our laundry room floor from a leaking water heater.  He diagnosed the situation quickly and promptly remedied the problem.  While he was there, he even looked into a secondary issue with a guest bathroom toilet.  We were all very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

They are super friendly and professional. And very nice to you. They responded to my odor issue very quick and came to my house quickly. They are able to locate the problem and gave me help. And they won't charge you randomly unnecessarily. I will definitely reach out to them first if my house has any issue with plumbing next time! Great people ! Great team! George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

Ivan arrived promptly and fixed the two plumbing issues. He was efficient, friendly, and neat (even wearing booties indoors). We will definitely be calling him for any future issues.

I highly recommend Alex and his awesome service! Our toilet backed up in a bad way late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Alex and he was able to come over quickly, assess the situation and find a solution. Apparently blocked toilet pipes don't necessarily have straight forward solutions. After some brain storming Alex figured out a way to solve the problem, ran out for supplies and had the toilet flowing again within a few hours. Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Alex!

When our tankless went out after just 6 months, it was a challenge to find anyone who assisted with our home remodel to come and take a look at it. So we went to Yelp and requested assistance from multiple sources. SPS came through for us both in speed of communication and honesty in their work. In the end, they were able to identify and resolve the issue as well as worked with us to have our unit correctly updated in the manufacturer's database so that the work was covered by their warranty! They went way beyond what we were hoping for, and are now listed as our primary contact for any of our plumbing needs.

Hai helped us installed all three toilet and the change some of the pipings as the original built were  cheap grade.  He did a great job on the installation and the wiring is seamless as well.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn did an excellent job fixing a plumbing problem in our house. It wasn't a simple problem including corrosion and old fittings that couldn't be taken apart easily.
I was impressed by Shawn's ability to work around the problem and to come up with a solution in the most efficient and least expensive way for us.

He is a great guy to be around and I highly recommend him both as a plumber and a handyman.

Both Charley and Matt are great plumbing professionals.  I need to install water softener in San Jose.  Got 3 quotes.  Other 2 asked me to install their systems which cost over $4500 but couldn't even tell me why their systems worth so much more than Home Depot's .  Yet Charley recommended me Fleck water softener, and told us where to get it for about $850 only.  While I am still waiting for FedEx to deliver parts, they fixed my kitchen drain, bath tub hot water issue, garden faucet.  Charley even noticed and informed us a pipe issue that we didn't even know. He fixed the issue very quickly.  They are very honest and professional.  Can't wait to have Charley and Matt come back to install water softener once FedEx deliver it.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Day 1 arrived on time @ 8:30 am & done by 4:30 pm, completed everything in one day! (minus wall patch). Day 2, City inspection. Day 3 drywall patch. Day 4 city permit final sign off and done, and no sub-contractors.

Super attention to detail and journeyman workmanship. Polite, communicative, punctual, very well coordinated. There were about 7 guys on the job, who focus on their segment, i.e.- a working supervisor, bathroom guy, under house guy, front yard trench guy, garage guy, etc. you get the idea. I had at least 4 vans on site, and when they ran into small issues, they had the part on the truck, and did not nickel and dime me for it, they just fixed it and kept rolling.

James (one of the three brothers) who is their site estimator took his time to explain all aspects of the job and what to expect.. He noticed that I used a cane and suggested that they could mount the outside faucets about 18 higher so I don't have to bend way over, this has worked out great and I truly appreciated his consideration.

All materials used are top notch quality and recognizable as such.

The repiping was the first part of an overall house remodel. If any plumbing reconfiguration issues come up during my remodel I'm calling Gladiator immediately because I want honest quality.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! So lucky Paul was referred to me by a friend!  I was in a panic because my rusted backyard garden faucet/valve could not be tightened and was leaking water. I texted him a picture of the spigot and he said he did not have time to fix it until two days later which I agreed to at first.
