I recently had a huge emergency in the middle of the night where flooding in the laundry and Bathroom had occurred. I was referred to Bueno plumbing and instantly made a call. A woman who was really kind referred me to Kevin who's the Owner. He and his team came as quickly as he could get here. That man worked tirelessly to solve the issue, troubleshooting every imaginable way to fix the leak. Unfortunately, it resulted in needing to power saw the wall open, but he handled it like a pro and got everything fixed within the same day. An absolute lifesaver. 10/10 would use their services again. Thanks, Kevin I thought this issue would be much more of a hassle and time consuming

I have a 40' galvanized drain line running under my house (in the crawlspace) that has rusted through. I was looking for a plumber with solid reputation and experience to replace it.  I came across Anthony from Northstar Plumbing on Yelp. I read through the reviews and It looks as though everyone only has positive thing to say about him. I decided to contact him. He came over to have a look at how he is going to tackle the job. He told me he will send me the estimates in a few days and that he can start the job in about a week.  I got the estimate and it was an excellent price for what needed to be done. I told him I want him to do the job. He told me he will start in the following Friday. He kept me inform on when to expect him and how long the job will take. On Friday, he came and did an awesome job replacing the drain line. BTW, I just noticed on Yelp that during the week he worked on my job, he has referred some businesses to other people because he stands by his commitments. I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do.  But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help.  Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!)  He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes.  He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4 underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction.  I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

Our kitchen sink sprung a leak this past weekend. I called John on Sunday and even though he had a full schedule on Monday, he came first thing in the morning to resolve the problem. He had suggested that I get a new faucet before he came in case that was the issue and indeed it was. Since I had a new one here, he was able to replace the old one quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased that he was able to help us in such a speedy manner. He's always pleasant to work with and his fees are very reasonable.

I really liked that George was knowledgeable and efficient, really pleasant to work with and excellent pricing.  He'll be my go to plumber from now on.  Lucky to have found him!

Wilshire Fireplace recommended Patterson Plumbing to us because we had a gas leak in the fireplace.  We I called to schedule the plumber they were very nice and gave me an appointment for 11:30 the following day.  

At 11:20 the next day I get a call from their plumber telling me he has to schedule for another day as he has had a lot of calls because of the rain. I was not too happy as they had waited until the last minute to cancel me, leaving me with little option.  The plumber was not happy that I was upset so he told me he would not come out as I had ruined any chance of a working relationship with him, so find another plumber.

I was able to get someone else out and the gas leak was fixed.  I think Patterson Plumbing behaved in an unprofessional manner and I had every right to be upset with their last minute cancellation.

Alex is an honest plumber, a previous plumber told me that there is a leak under my house, so I called Alex for a another quote. After inspection Alex told me there is no leak and I do not need anything fixed. I will hire him again for a few other projects in my house.

They have an answering service who will take down your information, but they cannot make appointments.  You need to wait up to 24 hours to hear back if they can show up!  This is not a great business model when you're dealing with plumbing emergencies!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

He did the repair on the faucet, but he wasn't completely satisfied so he ordered a part (it's an older model faucet) that came in after the work was completed. As soon as the part came in, he called to see if he could come install it. Above and Beyond service!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

This company came repipe  my house in one day and I couldn't be more happier there professional and there work is outstanding I would recommend anyone I know to have them to do the job

Mark is an honest man and a very good plumber. He will do quality work and will not rip you off.
My external water supply PVC pipe broke, I called Mark at 6.09 PM. Mark suggested me to wait till next day to save money as he has to charge for after-hours. But I cannot wait for next day.  Mark reached my house at 6.40 PM. Fixed it in a hour. His price was reasonable, the workmanship is excellent and a jovial person altogether. I'll call Mark again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a puddle of water in my crawlspace and I thought my galvanized rusted sewer pipe cracked.  I got quotes from 5 plumber contractors to replace my sewer pipes.  Jose was the only person who immediately told me the sewer pipes were not cracked because the water did not smell bad.  He then spent 20 minutes finding out what the real problem was.  I had a leaking water pipe.

I eventually decided to replaced my galvanized sewer pipes to eliminate any problems in the future.  Jose's quote was the most competitive.  He had a crew of 5 or 6 and they finished the job in 1.5 days. They did a great job even though the crawlspace was very small and it was filled with mud. More importantly, they kept my house, porch and outside area clean during the entire process.  Thanks!

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.
