Victor came over to unclog my laundry and bathroom drains which both became clogged yesterday. He was prompt, polite, tidy, and explained his diagnosis and his approach on how to correct the problem. Then he did what he said he was going to do and my problems went away. The fee charged was the price given over the phone by Anthony. What a concept! Thanks a million Northstar P & D.

They were clear, reasonably priced, quick to respond to messages, and finished the work in a timely manner. The work also was completed very cleanly and my sink was left looking better than ever. Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

The garbage disposal of my kitchen sink was broken so I used Yelps to get a quote for replacement. Most plumbing service providers replied me without a quote but asked me to schedule a time with them to inspect the issue. Agilis Plumbing is the only one that provided me a clear quote for the labor rate and also labor+new garbage disposal rate. I wanted to upgrade my garbage disposal with a more powerful one so I purchased one from Amazon and contact them again. They came the same day within an hour and replace the broken garbage disposal less than an hour with a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their service again if I have any in the future.

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. I would highly recommend George and his team.  I will be using them for future project. Keep up the great work!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I had an us-usual problem. The plumbing for the gas line in my outdoor fire pit was broken. Specifically the connector pipe that connects the feeder pipe to the fire ring had become old and broke on the ring side. It was still connected to the feeder side. The connection pipe is a short pipe, it had become rusted since it was outside to such an extent that it almost melded with the feeder pipe, it was crumbling and a little amount of pressure was deforming it and more pressure was crumbling it into smaller pieces and it was almost impossible to remove. The standard solution was to replace the entire plumbing and it would cost a lot.

Shawn, however, wasn't ready to give up. He wanted to try to unscrew the connector pipe from the feeder pipe as that would avoid replacing the entire plumbing and only the connector pipe would need to be replaced. He tried hard the conventional ways using different tools, grease etc but the connector pipe was lodged tough and because of its short, rusting and crumbling nature a lot of pressure would break the top part and leave the lower part that connects to the feeder side in its place. At this point many would give up and just go with replacing the entire plumbing assembly.

However Shawn still wanted to figure out a solution to this problem. He came up with an innovative idea to use a blow torch and some grease to try to clear up the rust and grime near the grooves where the connector pipe was connected to feeder pipe simultaneously applying pressure to dislodge the pipe. This wasn't easy either. After considerable effort he removed the connector pipe successfully. I was very impressed by his out-of-box thinking and extra effort to save money and find a solution.

He also put in a new connector pipe and since this was gas installation he took precautions to apply sealant where it connects to feeder side. Overall he worked for an hour and half, did great work and saved significant amount of money.  I would very highly recommend Shawn to anyone.

Beyond a 5 -star experience! I had a water heater problem and called Charley's Plumbing. Everything was fast and convenient from communicating on google and yelp to communicating on the phone. The response time was extremely reassuring and the arrival time was even better! Charles came out within 30 minutes at around 8pm in the evening. The same day service after hours was much appreciated. Charles was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Very skilled plumber with a ton of knowledge. This is the second time I've used Charley's plumbing in the past year. Also had a sewer problem in willow glen at a different house and Charles came out committed to taking care of the problem. They replaced an old sewer line in few days. What stood out to me was how clean they kept the job site. An honest hardworking company in my opinion. The quality of the work is parallel to none. I'm sure anyone who has had work done by Charley's Plumbing can agree. I would recommend to my family and anyone who is in need of any plumbing or drain help and wants things done right and assuring. My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

This is a follow up to my previous review.  I still give Noor the thumbs up.  He called ahead of time to confirm he would be onsite to start the work and was on-time.  First day in, he was able to pull out the snake that was stuck in the pipe.  So he was pretty accurate in his assumption of where the snake was located and what it might be stuck on. Kudos to him for being able to resolve problem #1.  Problem #2 was there was still a clog in the pipe.  He came out day 2 with his snake to clear the line. In doing so, he pulled out another huge root that was growing in our pipes.  After that the water flowed through the pipe as expected.  Day 3, Noor came out to complete the installation of the clean out and clean up the area.  He did a fantastic job.  I would recommend Gladiator, specifically Noor, in the future as they were able to resolve my plumbing problems with someone who was knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage.  Thank you Noor!

We hired Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing to do a sewer line replacement. They did a professional job including calling PGE to mark out the lines, obtaining a permit and then doing the actual digging and trenching for the sewer line. After replacing the line they also did the final inspection with the city. Crew was professional and on time.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Paul gave me a price estimate and date that he would come out to fix a faucet in one of my rentals.  I'm 700 miles away.  He was honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with from afar.  He set me a video of the problem fixed, and met his estimate precisely.  It's hard to find someone this honest and reliable these days.
