Our water heater randomly stop working on late Friday night. A friend of ours recommended Kevin ( owner or Bueno Plumbing). We called him about 8pm, thinking we would have to leave a message but instead he picked up! We told him the issue and mentioned that we had small kids. He offered to come first thing Saturday, 7am. He was on time and ready to get started. We ended up having to replace the water heater which he was able to help with and have replaced by the afternoon. Kevin was so nice and very knowledgeable. Highly dependable and would absolutely recommend him to anyone we know!

Northstart is the best! Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, we had a water heater problem, other plumbers would suggest a new water heater, which would cost a couple of thousand dollars. Anthony have it fix for less than $100, thank you Anthony!

10 pm Friday night, start of a 3-day weekend we were able to get service for a backed up sewer line.
Service was prompt and very cost affective

Called Ivan for a clog in our toilet/shower drain. He called back within a few minutes,  and showed up on time that he promised.  The clog was due to roots getting into the drain, and it took a lot of effort in pouring rain for him to complete the job, and he did it with utmost professionalism.

Will definitely hire him for any plumbing job in the future.

Sewage is blocked at 9 pm at night. Panicked. The wife digs out the contact for Super Plumber Rooter Service. Alex has helped us with blocked sewage a year ago in another property. And I remember that he did a really good job and help me try out two cleanouts until the blockage is cleared.

Alex arrives within 15mins, I am lucky that he has just finish a job and is ready to move immediately.

Alex help me search for a cleanout and found only one small one for the kitchen sink. Alex is kind to try this out and he really genuinely attempt to fix my problem, instead of pushing me to install a new toilet cleanout that would cost me $2K.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

We were having issues with getting hot water in one of our showers and Charley was recommended by our electrician. When I initially called him, he somehow found the time to fit us in that day and evaluated the situation. He determined that it was the valve and he also suspected that it might be under warrantee (which it was!). This is beyond admirable for a contractor to display such an ethical business approach. As we were waiting for the valve to arrive we experienced another issue with our tankless water heater. We had no hot water in any of our bathrooms. He came out right away and solved the problem for us. He is responsive, efficient, smart, honest and just an all around decent human. I can not recommend him highly enough. A seriously decent and good guy.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Let me tell you about this company, overall excellent. I had my whole house redone in copper including new water heater, added water softener, laundry box and water filter system for the whole house. From the management of the Bailey brothers and the contractors who btw dressed in company shirts, to the inspections went flawlessly. The communication was on point, any questions I had were answered. While the contractors were under my house they not only inspected the pipes but also the sewer and gas lines. They did notice a leak in my sewer line to my bathroom and were able to replace it. This company I totally recommend to anyone who needs work done on their plumbing. One thing I would like to note even though they were pipping my house and almost complete, my neighbors who were around noticed the work they were doing, had asked if they had any time to replace their main water valve in their front, with no doubt, the owner and contractor were able to fit them in at the same time and get it done. Both myself and my neighbors truly appreciate the work they completed and on time. One more thing i would like to mention is I received my permit for all the work done along with the water heater. Mark was amazing at responding to my emails and arrived on time for the job. We had a blocked kitchen sink which had to be snaked. Mark and Adrian treated my home with the utmost care, very careful in making sure nothing was damaged or any leaks after the work.
Mark was very polite and courteous in explaining what the job entails and is generally a fun guy you can have a drink with.

The job probably took them less than 30 mins and the price was excellent.

Jose came to look at our cast iron sewer pipe, which ran under our concrete driveway. He found that the bottom of the pipe had worn out (verified with camera). He provided a reasonable quote for pipe-bursting and started work a few days later. He was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They finished the primary work within half a day. Got us a inspection same week and passed with no issues. Jose talked us through everything. Work was great quality, performed quickly, and workers were efficient.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

We are very pleased with Paul's work in re-caulking our bathroom sink and installing new faucets and drain plumbing. The old caulking was disgusting looking and the new caulking bead is perfect. He did a neat and professional job, arrived as scheduled, and charged a reasonable price.
