We had a problem with rodents under the house and Lett's came out promptly and also discovered two sewage leaks. All repairs made in two consecutive days. The workers from Lett's were prompt, reliable and professional. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! Friendly, professional, good price. Put in a new furnace and did all the duct work. They were also very careful and neat- cleaned up better than they found the basement! Would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give a more expansive review but that is difficult when your call is never returned. Too busy I guess.

I contacted them for a small but unusual job, to install a bidet seat in a shade where i couldn't quite do it on my own - plus a couple of other small tasks.  They responded quickly, were able to provide a quote based on pictures i took, and have me an estimate led than half that of others that i spoke with. They scheduled to come the next day. Noe was nice, professional, and let me know early on that or was going to be a much bigger job than i thought - he had to remove the toilet entirely to install the seat! But he honored the original, low estimate anyway - i didn't even have to negotiate. The job obviously took a little longer than he said it would but he finished it at the end of a long day, without complaint. And when he reinstalled the toilet, it actually looked like a better job than the contractor who did it originally. I will gladly hire these guys again in future.

The folks at Blossom Valley Plumbing are outstanding!!!  I called them because I had water coming out of the ceiling in my garage.  They walked  me through steps to limit the damage and were onsite in less than 90 mins.  The problem was identified and fixed in less than an hour and very professionally done I might add.  This is the second time I have used them and they have surpassed my expectations both times.  Give them a call!!!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with IRBIS, a local family owned business, for a new furnace and AC unit installation. Jose, Omar, and their crew were the ones who came to our house to do the installation, and they were great. From the timely appointment (within two days of discovering our furnace stopped working) to the final installation, they were friendly, informative, professional, and clean. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered all of our questions.

We needed a new furnace because our old one that came with the house was 24 years old. We looked for a local family owned business to support, and we were not disappointed with IRBIS. Raymond, the initial sales rep, didn't try to oversell or upsell unnecessarily, and provided all options that suited my house's needs. Had a problem with my kitchen faucet which needed replacement . Hector was upfront with his pricing and came and got the job done perfectly in time . Appreciate the professionalism and the good job done.

Good help is really hard to come by these days.  We had water damage from the series of storms here in the Bay Area and I had to call upon someone without vetting too many bids.  Anar came in at a reasonable rate and I'm very glad I went with him.  Him and his uncle worked for the past two weeks tirelessly doing the investigation and repairs. I'm was very impressed by their professionalism and how everything was turnkey.  They laid down resin paper everywhere, covered up everything and really put a lot of attention to detail - something that's very important to me given how much time and effort I put into the finishes when we built our home. They worked well into the evening and weekends and I really admire their work ethic and wish them much success. Anar even quickly fixed a door that had been catching while he was on his way out! I'll be using them for various projects that have been on my weekend list now that I've seen the quality and effort they put into it.

Excellent and honest plumbing company.  We have used their services twice - once Matt did the work and just this week Bernardo removed and replaced a kitchen faucet for us.  Their estimates were spot on and both men are very pleasant.  This is the best and most honest plumbing company that we have used - and will continue to use.

We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

I sent out a Yelp quote request for a thermostat replacement, and Andrew responded within minutes. Both Andrew and Charlis were very flexible with their schedules and showed up in a couple of days. They were very courteous, polite, on time, and attentive to details. They did a great job with the electrical rewiring needed for my Google Nest installation. Would recommend these guys anytime.

Dan is awesome! We had another company install a new water heater and they screwed up the installation and PG&E had to come to our house and shut it off. Dan came over on a Sunday, when the other company couldn't even be reached, and fixed the installation for a very reasonable fee. Everything is working great now. Thank you, Dan, for your help! I got estimates from 2 other companies and he was the only one that did a total evaluation and gave me a very competitive price , much lower than the others. Chris, Julio and the whole crew came at the time promised, finished the job, cleaned up afterwards and were there to answer all my questions during the whole process. The job was done perfectly! Do yourself a favor and call these guys for your repipe, you'll be glad you did!

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

We had been putting off replacing a leaky toilet because of the pain of finding a reliable plumber, but when I called Plumbing Solutions, they were able to get us in the very next day, and they provided a new low-flow toilet for a reasonable price. Brian was very nice and reliable, and my mom is happy with how the new toilet works.

I recently had my heater repaired when it would not stay lite. It was getting really cold! Michael Podielski came out and fixed it right up. Kind and courteous service that I highly recommend!
