I wanted to update my review since it's been so many years and we've had so much more work done. The most amazing part of this outfit is their consistency. Letts plumbing has continually provides excellent service and outstanding workmanship. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and have done some upgrades.
Our tankless water heater was installed flawlessly. We are about to remodel our bathroom and with a huge amount of direction from Lett's, we are so excited to get underway.

I called for a person to come out and give me an estimate for removing a water heater and installing a tankless unit, as well as replacing the current furnace with a heater/AC unit.  Every other company I've talked to has come out for free.  Mr Reliable Plumbing wanted $69 just to give me an estimate.   Sorry, there are many other companies that must want my business because they don't charge for estimates.

These guys know what they're doing! I was referred by my sister in law and they were able to help me with the problem immediately and with great professionalism. They are honest when it comes to the recommendations and opinions they offer.

We noticed a leak in our 2nd Floor ceiling underneath the Master Bathroom Shower that bubbled up and caused water to drip down onto our stairs. I called in and made a same-day appointment with a 2-5pm window (which would have began about an hour after I called). Alberto was assigned and showed up promptly at 2pm. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly as a leak around our shower drain. He told us what needed to be done for repairs and was able to start right away and finished the repairs by 4pm. So what could have been a major headache and inconvenience was diagnosed and solved within 4 hours of us discovering the problem. Would use again if we have other plumbing related needs.

Called late in evening and they called straight back. Scheduled them in the morning for a very backed up toilet (I wasn't in a rush). The team showed on time and very quickly solved our issue. They explained it step by step prior to starting and executed exactly as described. Price was more than fair and would without any hesitation use them in the future.

My current HVAC system is pretty old and giving me loud noise when it's on. IRBIS helped me installed a new HVAC system. They are super responsive and the customer service is awesome as well. On the installation day, they pay attention to all the details and follow up on the cleaning and testing. I'll definitely hire IRBIS again for my future projects because of their attention to quality of work.

Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appointment for a non-urgent issue. The plumber Tim was personable and fixed the problem quickly and cheaply. Thank you! Will call MTZ if I need plumbing work again.

I messaged them about replacing a leaky gas valve.  They came on time right away the next morning and did an excellent job.  Later that night, I found I had trouble re-lighting my water heater.  They came within 10 minutes and helped me work the issue out at 11PM.  Now, I don't expect them to do that for me ever again and we still need to respect the working hours of our professionals.  But I really appreciate that when I was scared about a possible gas leak in my garage from the pilot light going on on my water furnace, they took the time to come by.  Really excellent people and I would call them again.

Matt came out no more than two hours after I called. He snaked a clogged drain via the roof and in no time he was done and gone. Great service.

We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with Smart Plumbers and Rooters.

We had a pipe that burst and flooded the kitchen. Our water shut-off valve was old and broken and we couldn't turn off the water. Bobby came out right away, shut off the water at the meter, and fixed our leak.

It was after hours, so he recommended we leave the water off overnight and he would come back in the morning when we wouldn't pay overtime to save us money.  He came on time the next day and fixed our water shut off valve for a reasonable price.  It works perfectly now and is easy to use.

He checked the house in general and found out that the vent for our sink did not go through the new raised roof.  We saw it too. He fixed that as well, and it didn't cost much.  

Smart Plumbers and Rooters and definitely are go-to plumbers from now on.

My mom had a sewage catastrophe to say the least this took place at 1 am cali time. This was last week. At the time I was fast asleep in new york. She calls and says that the living room is filled with sewage. I was lucky enough to call ace plumbing. I communicated with them from my hotel room they got to mothers place in less than 30 minutes,  and they actually out me at b peace. The 2 different guys I spoke with were extremely customer oriented and kept my mom calm which put me at ease. Amazing work all at an amazing price. I cannot stress enough how great these guys are. No question who I will use/recommend for any and all plumbing repairs. THANK YOU GUYS

My water heater broken and started leaking. I contact few contractors and asked for quotation. one was fully booked and cannot coming at the same day. One willing to do but don't want to do permit, even you pay him and he just don't want to do it.

He asked me sent the picture and gave me a quote. Fixed rate. I agreed. He showing up early and took me with him to Lowes to shop the materials we need for this project.

He is very nice and patient. answering any questions I have and explain why he want to this. like why some materials looks new but he don't want to re-use.

He finished the job at around 7pm and tell me this job required the permit. He told me I can go online to apply the permit, he is very confident everything is up to code.

I went online to apply the permit and schedule it. the inspector said he did a excellent  job and pass the inspection without any problem.

I highly recommend All Pro Repipe. Julio was professional from the start. I got estimates from 2 other companies and he was the only one that did a total evaluation and gave me a very competitive price , much lower than the others. Chris, Julio and the whole crew came at the time promised, finished the job, cleaned up afterwards and were there to answer all my questions during the whole process. The job was done perfectly! Do yourself a favor and call these guys for your repipe, you'll be glad you did!

Plumbing Solutions is great. Our kitchen sink was leaking with water everwhere. I saw the great reviews on Yelp and called them. They came out several hours later. The 2 men they sent were friendly and very professional. They fixed the leak and also fixed a running toilet I showed them. They provided me with a quote that included different options. I chose what I wanted done and thought the price was fair. I would rather pay more and get the job done right. 2 hours later they were done and explained exactly what they had done. I was so impressed that I got a quote for a future product. Call them, you won't be sorry.

Lee is awesome. He made time even though he was busy that day. Called me before getting to my house; was very thorough in his work. Explained to me what was going on, as well as why some other plumbers would quote large amounts for small problems (we just had to clean our shower head but he was thorough to even go in our crawl space to check for leaks!) Absolutely loved his honesty and dedication. Strongly recommended.

Well, it looks like we're starting 2022 with this whole ordeal behind us.  The morning after I posted my angry review, Bellows did send a crew to pump out the water from the trench, pull out the remaining debris that was left, and complete the backfill.  I spoke to Stephanie and to Mike, who handles operations, and Mike ended up coming out the morning of the 31st to double check that the job had been completed and gave us a video of how it now looks under the house.
For the most part they apologized and took responsibility; there was a little bit of blame shifting because the County had signed off on a permit that I guess they shouldn't have until the job was finished, but ultimately I think they agree the buck stops with them.
I added one star because we had originally used Bellows for a re-pipe that went fine (some communications hiccups but we were out of town so that was partly on us).  Unfortunately this job was the polar opposite of that experience so I can no longer use them or recommend them to someone else.
