Top notch service. Knowledgeable, reliable, and excellent customer service. Lindsay the phone receptionist was very responsive to my yelp quote request, and called me back the same day, and knew exactly what needed to be replaced.  She also gave me an estimate that was spot on.  Tim, the technician, was very knowledgeable, and knew even what tools/parts to bring, and fixed our water heater efficiently and kept me informed the whole way through.

driving my hollister  5/18/22 around 11am we are merging onto one lane while a young Hispanic looking kid got off to the side of the road to cut us off. I have my freaking 4 year old in the car hauling a camper! He could have totally caused a Accident! That was completely uncalled for and not okay!  I wouldn't care as much if it was adults but my child was in the car, if anything happend this company would be 100% reliable. Check who you hire.

I wish I could give a more expansive review but that is difficult when your call is never returned. Too busy I guess.

Joksan to is a incredible plumber. His response time was fast. Our plumbing broke in the middle of the night and he responded and fixed it within the hour. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Edit: After I got a replacement from another company. Barton called me back to apologize. On the weekend, they have an answering service that books appointments for them. The person on the other end of the phone was not an official Barton employee, and had no idea about any kind of figures to quote, nor could they even ask someone on the weekend.  That being said, they just kept reading from a script and didn't represent themselves properly.
An apology goes a long way. They wanted to make it right. So I am retracting my one star. I'm giving them 4. For maybe hiring a bad phone service.

Wouldn't offer a quote. Wouldn't even entertain the idea of a ball park figure. Said they would arrive with a water heater already bought and paid for, without telling me what kind, or how much it would cost me. I would have to wait two days to pay them to show up so that I could have the privilege of a quote. Hung up on me when I suggested that was no better than extortion.

We were referred to this company from another company that did fantastic work for us, so I had high hopes, and after reading the reviews here, was even more encouraged. However, my experience was far from any of the reviews. I called the first time (yes, there were multiple calls) and gave my information and reason for my call to the girl at the other end of the phone, and was told 'he' would be paged. I waited for a phone call, but it never came. Okay, maybe 'he' was super busy. I called the next morning, and was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I hung up. I called for the third time later in the morning, and after giving my information again, was told 'I'll give him the message'. That was over 2 hours ago, and I'm still waiting for the call. Maybe the girl answering the phone is not doing her job, but if this is how they treat customers, I won't patronize the business. I'm looking elswhere to a company that really knows what customer service means. This company may do great work (though I'll never know that), but their initial business impression leaves much to be desired.

I've had a really great experience with IRBIS. Our AC unit was having some issues and no longer cooled down the house. I messaged many AC repair places, but IRBIS was the quickest to reply with a reasonable quote for inspection and was able send someone within the next few days. I was surprised by their speediness because i understand that this season is extremely busy. Francisco came to do the inspection and offered to repair our units within the same day. Unfortunately, our AC units were not repairable and Vadim came by our house the very next day to re-evaluate our system. I appreciate the efforts of both Francisco and Vadim in trying repairing before recommending that we needed a full replacement. Vadim was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was able to schedule the replacement as soon as the following week. Vadim arrived exactly on time with his team, Thomas and Richardo. They were able to do the full replacement the same day and got our ac running before another heat wave! Everyone here was extremely nice and professional - I would recommend IRBIS HVAC to anyone!

Thanks to MTZ for the prompt and helpful service. My hot water heater had stopped working. With a couple of minor adjustments, the service person was able to get it started again. Because it wasn't clear what the issue was and there is a possibility of a recurrence, they didn't even charge me for the visit.

Anar showed up the same day of my inquiry and fixed my sticking patio door promptly, even vacuuming up the sawdust with his own machine. Very professional. I highly recommend!

I never talked to Matt, only text, but he was accommodating and easy to work with.  He sent Bernardo who I couldn't have been more pleased with.  He showed up on time and got everything done when he said he would.  Could not recommend them enough.

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). The rate was perfectly reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again when I need a plumber. Thank you!

Professional and efficient work. Addressed my primary project requests and also took time to fix additional issues. Finished the work in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after. Great value.

Jin sent Alex out to give me an estimate to re-plumb a new sink after a kitchen remodel. I was stunned when Alex quoted me 1400 plus for the job. But, he said because I was a good customer he would reduce it to 1000!! I called Jin to complain but he never follwed up. I ended up going to Dempster plumbing and had it done for 400. Avoid these folks!

ACE was my choice over 3 - 4 other estimates to remedy bathroom hot/cold plumbing
issues.  Their estimates were the most reasonable, and w/o high-pressure suggestions.

The receptionist was very polite, and quick to dispatch a plumber (JAMES) who proved to be a very prompt, analytical & competent technician who assessed a number of other issues
which need addressing in the future.

I am a particular homeowner, very 'sweat equity' kinda guy,  I highly recommend ACE
to remedy my future plumbing issues, and having 'JAMES' perform the task.

Dan and his team replaced our kitchen and bathroom sinks,  toilet, and bathtub, including all fixtures. They were easy to work with and finished the job quickly. They  put in the extra effort to ensure that all of the work was flawless and to our liking. We had bids from other contractors and their bid was one of the lowest bids. We really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

I was given an arrival time, for my repair, from 9-10am.  Wow!  Only an hour?  I don't have to sit around all day waiting for the repairman?  I'll take it.  Not only was that wonderful but he was on time....no, he was actually a few minutes early.

Fixed my problem with ease.  Very personable guy.  Respectful and left the repair area clean.  An added bonus, he was nice to my dogs.

Would DEFINITELY recommend and use again.

It's true...those 5 stars you see so many times for Kratzer Plumbing are well deserved. Lee Kratzer knows all aspects of plumbing. He replaced our leaky main water valve shut off along with the sprinkler shut off valve ...and the copper work he did is truly a work of art.  In fact, I now refer to the new valves as the hood ornament for our house because the look so good. Hats off to Lee, Marian and Luis....nice work all the way around.

John came to our rescue on a Sunday morning after water from a leaking pipe in the ceiling finally broke through the drywall and started dripping into the living room.  We didn't expect such fast, efficient service on a Sunday, but Bellows quickly responded.  John was able to put a temporary fix on a big problem so we would have water until significant repairs can be made by Bellows. Exceptional and friendly service by John!
