Art and his crew installed a natural gas line and an electrical line to my backyard and then connected all my appliances.  I am very happy with the results. My overhead heater had a defective part and Art stepped in to work with the vendor and get the part replaced under warranty.  He is the consummate professional and made sure the entire project was completed to my satisfaction.

My dilemma was to either buy a new dryer or have a gas line installed.  Tom and Scotts plumbing assured me that their option would be a better one and less costly than buying a new Dryer.  
My mistake was in not getting a formal/written quote, i trusted their input, based on all the good reviews. But  I now know why there are a few negative reviews about price.  if they see an opportunity they'll take it.  in hind site, i wish I'd bought a new washer and dryer set, instead of having a gas line installed, it would've saved me a lot of money.

Joksan is a great guy. Will definitely work with him again. He shows up on time as promised and does great work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ive been working with blossom valley plumbing for at least 7 years . They've fixed and upgraded kitchen faucets, toilets, garage disposal, shower fixtures, water heater and many other parts of the property.

Anar cam to fix my bathroom door alignment, which was scraping against the floor. He filed the door from the bottom, realigned the hinges and helped get the door back into normal position.

We have a community well association and we just had a tree come down and shatter the piping from our well holding tank to our main. Phil came out on time and did a great job replacing the line (4 inch PVC piping). The next day when we turned on the power we found another big leak from the well line and Phil was there within a couple of hours to take care of it.
We will be using Garrison again this summer for some dry season work.

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.

The main sewer line in my house was clogged and I called Ace Plumbing they came right away and diagnosed the problem with their camera. It was blocked with roots and my pipes where the old clay pot it had cracked and leaked.

Quoted me the best price and fixed the problem on time. Ace Plumbing replaced the pipes as needed.
They were professions and did a great job.

Not only the regulator, He found out the valve was also not working good having leak, and he changed those together with no additional labor charge. I had a water leak under my house that I could not find.  One phone call later, Lee met me at my house.  He quickly had his gear on and started crawling around under my house and found the source of the leak.   Turns out fixing it was quite tricky since the leak was in a slab beneath my family room.  Lee  figured out a way to bypass the bad pipe even though it was a bit of challenge he stayed until the job was completed 100%.  

In my opinion - Kratzer Plumbing offers the best service at very reasonable rates!  I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Excellent service.  Received a couple of emails prior to techs arriving letting me know they were on their way.  Miguel and Chris showed up on time, diagnosed the problem - it was different that we had thought, offered a fix, then did the fix.  Our system is now working.
