We recently moved into a new house and discovered some leaks coming from our master bathroom. As a lot of people do I jumped on Yelp and looked for local plumbers and that's where I found Letts plumbing. Sheldon and Mike came out to my house, diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed it by replacing an incorrectly installed tub drain. They were extremely professional, prompt and affordable. Once we settle into the house a bit more I know we'll call them again to help us out with other plumbing projects that we want to do. Thank you guys for helping us feel at home again in our new house!

Art came out exactly on time and was very professional and easy to work with.

Our shower wasn't getting hot water for more than a few minutes, and Kurt came by to check out the problem.  He immediately saw that something funky was going on with our water heater, and when he received the necessary parts, came back with Scott to finish things.  I will call these guys for my plumbing issues as long as I'm in the area- they were courteous, called about their progress, and even called a week later to see that we were happy with the job.  Great people to work with!  

**Some reviews have mentioned that they didn't hear back in a timely way during evenings or weekends; I'm fairly certain their voice mail message explicitly states that they do not do emergency work.  They were very prompt during their normal business hours.**

I had a constant water running problem that I discovered in the afternoon.   Joksan came out that same evening at 6:30 pm.   He crawled under the house to look for any water leaks and found everything was dry.   Then he checked all the house toilets and found one fill valve that was constantly running.   He promptly repaired and provided a receipt and warranty.   He was very clean and wore a mask during his entire service in my home.   Joksan was fast, efficient and clear in his diagnosis and repair.  The repair bill was very reasonable.   I would definitely use him again!

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

Legit.  Mark and his guy came over to fix 5 problems including a clogged dishwasher port, couple of slow drains, a leaky faucet stem, and a shower pressure balancing valve problem.

They were on time.  They got straight to the point.

The great thing is that they thought they needed two parts (1 for shower and 1 for faucet), they were able to diagnose and fix it without having to replace the part.  Score.

They were both super courteous and local SJ folks - they are invested in their company and do not want to risk it due to bad reviews.

Great job and will be hiring them to install a whole house filter (which Mark gave me some really good advice and consulting on which system to go with, what to look for, and good brands to check out.)

We had problems with our washer leaking Sunday night; I did a search on Thumbtack and IRBIS was the first to respond. Tim did a good evaluation and didn't find any problems. We likely overloaded but he was reassuring to let him know if the problem does return. Great service and efficient

They just did an excellent work at my house. I called them for a leakage problem in my bathroom and they showed up in less than an hour and fixed the leakage properly in less than an hour with good quality. The charge was also very fair and I highly recommend them.

One gets quite suspicious when one sees a website or restaurant or professional service with 5 Stars especially on this website which is known for its shall we say spurious reviews.  

But Anar is just about amazing. We wanted to upgrade our bathrooms and Anar was responsive in putting together a competitive bid to do the electrical, plumbing, and painting work.

We checked with a few other companies and they said they could not do some of the shower and tile plumbing changes that we wanted. Gave us excuses, claimed it could not be done, said that it would require a complete bathroom tile change ...yadi yada.  But Anar is Mr. Fix and he and his team were able to take care of replacing our old showerheads and faucets and replacing the tile.  I would bet that someone who did not know we got the work done would say that it does not look like a patch job. Just impressive and amazing.  So thanks, Amar and team!!

Finally, Amar is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.

I send e-mail message to Matt through yelp; he called back and we scheduled visit after I come back from work.   Matt came on-time at 6pm.  It took ~25 min to clean our main sewer line from obstruction using 150 ft long electrical snake.    Matt mentioned the expected price upfront and it was reasonable and this was exactly what I paid.  He then e-mail invoice to me.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great service Garrison Plumbing has done. Byron and Enrique came out to put fixtures in my bathroom and did such a great job. The came out in short notice and both gentlemen were very professional and couldn't be happier with the outcome! I look forward in future work with this company! I appreciate their hard work! Thanks!!!!

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

These guys were AMAZING!!  Called them after 7, bc that's when my lovely sink started leaking water everywhere!!!

They were responsive, communicative, and arrived shortly!  Ed was respectful of what I needed, worked on it until he found the issue, then offered to go to Home Depot for me at 9:20pm, to get me a new pipe, and new disposal.

Poor guy didn't finish until after 11:00pm!!!!

Awkward chatty guy, late without communicating about it, poor interpersonal skills made it difficult navigating getting permission from the HoA to do a water shutoff, etc, etc, find a different plumber!

I am very impressed with the service of Khoa provided on changing my water pressure regulator. Not only the regulator, He found out the valve was also not working good having leak, and he changed those together with no additional labor charge. Now the whole input water line looks brand new. 100% recommend team contractors.

Julio and Christopher are the best at repipe!! If you are looking for a repipe at a good cost, give them a call.
I contacted 4 companies for my repipe job. Julio came in for the quote from All pro repipe and told me that he would provide a good quote upfront rather than quote high and then offer discounts. It worked out exactly that way. Julio's quote was the lowest and the others were ready to offer discounts from their initial high quotes. Obviously, i chose Julio for being upfront and honest in his quotes.
Julio was able to get me in for an appointment a week later. On the day of the work, Julio's brother Christopher was leading their 5 man army on the job. They were polite, hard working and ensured we were kept up to date of the progress. They also installed new faucets and shower heads at no extra cost for me. They finished on time and were very accommodating of all my last minute requests.
Inspection passed with flying colors and both Julio and Christopher have been super with after job support.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Mike came out to our house last Friday and was super friendly and helpful. He adjusted our water pressure, replaced two converters (can't remember if that's the technical term or not - fixed some water heating problems we were having), and removed our old kitchen faucet. He showed up right on time and the whole visit lasted less than 2 hours. Mike also explained how to turn off our water supply and ways to tell if our old water heater starts giving out. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Prices seemed fair for the work that he did.

Definitely go with this company again for their professionalism and honesty.   Lee and Mary, what a pair of nice, trust-worthy people.  Fast in, fast out.  Do only what need to be done...  They treat you like a person, and not a business transaction (ie. trying to get the most revenue from you.)  For example Lee called out which services should be done by him (a prof plumber) vs Roto Rooter, an irrigation company, or  just my gardener. He explained the most effective solution that I can make the most of my bucks.  He even told me not to replace the pipes underneath the house because they are still in good shape (when i have no clue how good or bad they are, and want to replace as a prevention...)  My bill today could have been 10x more if Lee was not honest.  So thank you Lee!
