Woohoo! As good as it gets! is right. I called Letts at 4pm yesterday in a pinch. I had a gas leak and PG&E had turned off my gas until the leak got fixed. That meant cold showers and no heat for the near future... Shane answered my call right away and told me he would have someone at my house no matter what within the hour. What relief when his qualified team (Patrick & Sean) arrived, found the leak and repaired it right away. PG&E had my gas back on at 7pm. Woohoo! Shane even called back to check in later to make sure everything was ok. Now that's service!
I will definitely be calling Letts again for all my plumbing needs. They're responsive and very experienced. I highly recommend Letts!

We used Creativity Plumbing services for inspection of a major leak in the bathroom pipeline. Jokson was very quick to respond - he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in his work.  He took his time to also patiently walk through the steps to fix this and also looked at other plumbing issues we had in the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We are planning to use this services for this and going forward.

We noticed a leak in our 2nd Floor ceiling underneath the Master Bathroom Shower that bubbled up and caused water to drip down onto our stairs. I called in and made a same-day appointment with a 2-5pm window (which would have began about an hour after I called). Alberto was assigned and showed up promptly at 2pm. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly as a leak around our shower drain. He told us what needed to be done for repairs and was able to start right away and finished the repairs by 4pm. So what could have been a major headache and inconvenience was diagnosed and solved within 4 hours of us discovering the problem. Would use again if we have other plumbing related needs.

The other half attempted a DIY on a minor toilet leak and ended up flooding our bathroom floor. I called this place to have someone come as soon as possible, and after dealing with a dispatcher/middleman, an employee was able to respond after an hour.
The employee did not have any identifying uniform besides a box of tools, but was courteous and upfront about our problem. Apparently, the valves should have been tighter and definitely should have been sealed prior to turning the water back on. This was an easy fix, about ten minutes, but still amounted to $80 despite him conferring with the business owner about the easiness of the repair. Much like other service professions, there is a flat per hour, minimum one hour rate, so that suck--but my auto mechanic will charge only half an hour if it a service takes less than half an hour.
Anyhow, the leak wasn't entirely repaired when the plumber left since drops of water were still leaking from the water supply tube to the toilet. With the $80 diagnosis, my boyfriend was able to repair the leak himself, and follow-up calls to the business for service were disregarded.
I'm calling someone else for our garbage disposal replacement.
Just okay. If we didn't have such an emergency, I probably would've gone with a different plumbing company, but BVP was able to respond quickly.

So I decided to get my A/C fixed and they sent them out quick! The guy was super nice and fixed the problem immediately which is a bonus :) it's running great and they have is a 6 month warranty which is also nice. $455 for a leak test , labor , refill on Freon and sealant which should be good for a long time he said. Definitely satisfied but we'll see how it does in the long run.

Hector is great. Hector helped with my clogged kitchen drain on a weekend. Outstanding work and communication that far exceeded my expectations.

I would use this company again based on our most recent experience last week. We were in a rush to fix a few items before our newborn arrived - water-damaged baseboard in children's bathroom, a broken bottle-trap bathroom drain that allowed sewer smell to get into house and a big hole left by an incorrectly installed dryer box. Anar contacted me and gave me a quote on site to fix all of the above in addition to installing five smart switches, adjusting a sagging door, repairing house trims damaged by birds and installing bird deterrents. I took a chance on this company despite it not having many reviews because we needed to get things done and I was not disappointed. The team finished the work on time as promised. What set the company apart is Anar's committment to get things done correctly. He and his crew went to several places in order to find the right bottle trap parts to fit under our tight sink space to maintain the look of modern plumbing. After finding out a tiny piece less than 0.5 inches of baseboard was missed during repair and knowing our need to get the bathroom ready, Anar even came to our house after finishing his other work for that day to get our baseboard all fixed, although it was already 10pm. I will definitely call this company again when I need handyman service again.

I hate plumbing issues. Working with Matt Henthorn has given us a trusted advisor to turn to with these difficult issues. We're grateful to have Matt on our team and we rest easy because of Matt's expert and reasonably priced service.

Smart Plumber is my choice for all plumbing solution. I have been using Smart Plumber for many years now. Their responses were quick and reasonable. My latest was a faulty kitchen faucet, and Joel with his help fixed it in reasonable time!

I have only used Ace for light stuff (clearing and re-routing internal plumbing, replacing/repairing fixtures), but they were total pros from start to finish.

The receptionist is unfailingly friendly, and knows exactly when people can be available.  The people they send out have arrived on time, have been presentable and have  done their work quickly.  

Amounts charged have been better than fair - they have even comped me on a quick fix because they were in the neighborhood anyway.

Julio an Chris run a great team at All Pro.

After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.

Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).

Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.

Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything.  They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

I used the Yelp contact form to ask for a quote to replace water heater. I was first told I'm booked at this time, even though I didn't specify a time, just as soon as possible.

Asked for clarification, and the response was I am sorry but we are booked for the next couple of weeks. Nothing specific, giving me the impression that they are not interested in my business.

Suggestion to business... it would be better to say something like sorry, we are currently heavily booked for a couple of weeks, but we normally try to get to existing customers faster or something like that. Otherwise, I don't want to deal with such slow service if problems arise in the future.

It's as good as it gets. Hire with confidence that Kratzer Plumbing can get the job done. I had a plumbing need, went to the local store to get the part so I could fix it myself. Little did I know only a plumber / someone who knew how to weld could do the job. I asked for a recommendation for plumbers by the plumbing store and they pointed to Lee who happened to be at the store while I was and in less than an hour from the time I met Lee at the parts store Kratzer  completed the job. Efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

We've now used Bellows twice.

First time we were on vacation in Hawaii when our neighbor called to report a break in our main water line just outside the house.  I contacted Bellows after finding excellent Yelp reviews.  Their office answered immediately, and I was able to arrange for a same day emergency repair with everything including the estimate and billing handled over the phone.  They even called to assure me the work was done.  It was great not to have to worry during the vacation about what we would find when we got home.

Second time was a simple leak around the base of a toilette.  Andrew found the problem and even did a camera inspection of our sewer line before putting the toilette back in place.  He was professional and personable, a great guy to work with.

Prices seemed reasonable, although I don't have much to compare them with, and didn't get competitive bids.  I definitely felt I got my money's worth.
