Art Flores, the owner of Mr. Reliable did all the heating and air conditioning duct work and units for our new home.  He did a great job.....always professional, friendly, fair and reliable.  We could not recommend him more. There was not one problem on a very big job!!!!

My contractor initially referred me to Tom's and Scott's Plumbing.  I have now used them several times over the past few years, and again this past week.  So this review is based on more than just one service call.  Scott and his team are the definition of professional.  They are everything you would hope for in a professional service or tradesman.  Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate enough to thoroughly clean up after themselves, etc. They've worked outside and inside with the same careful approach and attention to detail.  I am happy to give them 5 stars.

Jokson was super responsive when I reached out for a quote when a pipe broke late on a Friday night. He gave me an estimate based on a picture and offered to come the next morning Saturday at 8am before his next appointment. He arrived only a couple of minutes late, but texted me beforehand to let me know. He was clean, wore a mask, and took extra care to describe the solution he recommended. The price was reasonable. He had the primary part (a valve) with him and was able to get the water flowing back to my house (after a night with no water). He then made a quick trip to the store to pick up a part that he didn't have on hand and he soon completed the work. He cleaned up after himself and everything worked as expected. No leaks. Jokson was friendly, careful, responsive, and tidy. I'd recommend Jokson for your next plumbing job.

I'm writing this as a former Barnett employee, and I can honestly say I've never been more impressed with a company. They're well-run from top to bottom. They treat their employees like human beings -- not always a guarantee in this industry -- and do a fantastic job of communicating clearly with each individual worker. The leadership team has worked hard to put together a group of true professionals, and I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work here.

I can't say enough good about Mark and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, professional and fair. They know what they're talking about and do what they are asked to do. I am in the remodeling business and I have seen plenty of people who claim to be plumbers but end up not having the depth of knowledge necessary to solve the problem in the best way. Mark and his crew have that knowledge. And when they don't, they know how to find the answer. I have had Mark work on my own house and rental and I refer him to friends and business associates. And, on top of it all, he was referred to me by one of the most particular contractors I know, which says a lot since this contractor has impeccably high standards. Highly recommended!

In Silicon Valley one has to accept that everything is super expensive, and contractor quotes are no exception.  So I've decided might as well go with a great rated compamy.  IRBIS was pretty top notch, thanks (still expensive but no regrets, had another contractor calling me rudely and pushy like some Bronx car salesman).

This is now my go to plumber! I first contacted them when my ten year old kitchen faucet died (it was leaking constantly). I called 4 different companies and they were they only ones who actually answered on the first try. Everyone is always very professional and polite, which I appreciate. The first replacement faucet I bought was a dud, so I had to buy *another* one and have them come back to do another install. Although I had to pay for 2 installs (which I thought very fair since they spent a lot of time installing and then uninstalling again), they were very upfront the whole time about prices and costs of various options and took the time to walk me through everything. They even helped me choose a better faucet.

That faucet randomly stopped working a month later, they came next morning, got it to work in 5 min and didn't charge me. An hour later my water heater stopped working! I called and they came back, same day!

They got the water heater working but talked me through my options in case we want to replace, since it's ten years old. No charge for the assessment.

I have found them to be super fair, patient, and nice in all my interactions. And especially, very responsive!! Plumbing can get expensive but if you need to deal with it, these are the team you want to do the work!

I had to do some handyman work at my condo.  I reached out and he responded quickly. He came out, gave me a quote and we started the work.  He and his team worked hard and mostly importantly, followed up on all items that were not to my satisfaction and resolved those items as well.

Great customer service and response. We had a leak in the garage - old PVC pipe which provided irrigation on the outside (which is critical to some plantings we have on the west side yard). Called on Saturday and they came out on Sunday.  Chris G scoped out the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote within 2 days. We wanted to convert the pipe to copper. We scheduled the repair/replacement, and Chris G, again (one of their master plumbers) did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and happy to share all information we needed to know. I'll definitely call them for plumbing help in the future!

This is my second review for Ace Plumbing. They did such a great job for me last time, I called them immediately when we had to have a camera inspection of our property's sewer that is related to our home rebuilding project.

Anthony arrived ahead of our scheduled time to set up his tools because he knew city inspectors were pretty strict with timing. And even though the inspector himself ran late, Anthony was patient and understanding. He carried out his job well and addressed all questions and concerns.

I am very pleased with his service, timeliness and work ethics. I will definitely use his services again!

We used Dan and his team to install and water softener system in our kitchen. Not only their price is very reasonable, the service they provided was also excellent. Staff were very professional and polite, cleaned things up after the job is done.

Also wanted to call out that Dan's team went under the crawl space and diagnosed some the weird connection problem of my plumbing (lots of 90 degree connections believe it or not), free of charge. Really appreciate it.

Highly recommend! I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, Francielle is always there to assist and help with any questions. Julio and Christopher, owners were hands on. When they arrived to begin my repipe they explained what they were doing, even added a new pipe outside. They all worked together like an orchestra, and everyone was so happy and friendly. This is more like a family. The job was done on time. They cleaned up. When the inspector came to inspect job for permit, it passed without issue and after all pro came and did the patching, which looked great, the same inspector came back and said it was a really nice job. I definitely would hire them again! This is a company you can trust and these days that's hard to find!

I was in a desperate situation or so it seemed at the time. Sears was installing my beautiful new Samsung slide in range and informed me that it required a different set-up from the old one, and that I needed a plumber to move a gas line or the range would stick out an inch or so and there would be a gap in the back.

What do do? Send it back (and have no range) or call a plumber? What if it didn't work out? I would have more problems on my hands. Well, this has a happy ending. I called Plumbing Solutions and to my delight, Joel answered the phone. He came over in 45 minutes and fixed everything while the Sears installers were still here.

All is well. They left. I made quesadillas, on my new range of course, and went back to work!

Kratzer Plumbing is unbelievable, and It is clear that he is very knowledgeable. Lee is very professional, and efficient, and does a great job clearly explaining each issue. We called Bellows on a Tuesday of what was one of the coldest weeks of the year, as our wall heater wasn't functioning. Surprisingly and thankfully, Bellows was able to schedule us the same week. Found the issue to be a minor one, which was addressed immediately. And Sal cleaned the filter as well, then called to report his findings (as I was unable to be on site when he did the work). This is our second dealing with Bellows, and we've found them to be professional, friendly and efficient. Will be calling them again when future issues arise.
