Fred was prompt,efficient and friendly.  He did an excellent job replacing a  valve and adding an extra shutoff valve.  They have done other work around our house and we are always pleased.

driving my hollister  5/18/22 around 11am we are merging onto one lane while a young Hispanic looking kid got off to the side of the road to cut us off. I have my freaking 4 year old in the car hauling a camper! He could have totally caused a Accident! That was completely uncalled for and not okay!  I wouldn't care as much if it was adults but my child was in the car, if anything happend this company would be 100% reliable. Check who you hire.

Cody, I believe the son of one of the owners, was a consummate professional when he came to look at our house's plumbing issues.  He inspected everything from the showers, toilets, disposal, dishwasher, and to the washer outside even though it was initially called in as a pressure problem.  It wasn't an up sell by any means like other vendors seem to do more of these days but a consultative approach.  Cody solved our plumbing situation in a thorough, timely, and safe manner.  I highly recommend them if you're in need of a plumber.

We used Creativity Plumbing services for inspection of a major leak in the bathroom pipeline. Jokson was very quick to respond - he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in his work.  He took his time to also patiently walk through the steps to fix this and also looked at other plumbing issues we had in the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We are planning to use this services for this and going forward.

Our tank-less water heater bit the dust.....Barnett to the rescue! Having no hot water is no fun and they made the replacement process quick and easy. What I liked the best is they answer the phone every time, we called a few other plumbers that might not get back to you for hours, something to be said for customer service!!

Doug is simply the most reliable and expert plumber I have used in over 30 years of home ownership. He arrives on time, does quality work in an efficient manner and recommends the least expensive solutions.  Even on very difficult jobs, such as the kitchen sink problem which involved drilling and resetting the sink, he was persistent in ensuring that the everything would be fixed properly. Mark runs a fantastic operation.  You won't be taken sorry you called.

I called Brian for a dispatch and thermostat installation. He gave an exorbitant quote of $200 usd per thermostat.

However when I spoke with their another customer service employee Jane, she quoted 115 for dispatch which included thermostats installation.

I feel cheated with Brian's quote and looks like they are exploiting client who aren't well aware of costs involved in thermostat installation.

It did not even cost 200 usd to buy a thermostat but the installation will cost 200 usd if you choose these guys. Even google costs only 50 usd per thermostat installation.

I have had a good customer service with Jane, however I feel Brian isn't honest.

I would like the owners to review the experiences of clients and improve.

My father's rental had leaking that caused a hole in the wall so I decided to call a few plumbers to take a look and give me a quote.  Not only did I get an extremely low quote from MTZ Plumbing, but they were extremely professional and thorough.  

The business owner, I can't recall his name, checked all the pipes and even went underneath the crawl space to check leaks in those pipes since my father's house still had the old galvanize pipes from the 60s. Wow, what amazing customer service.

We agreed on a price to fix the leaking and after about 45 minutes, he had fixed it, but because the pipes were so old, it was still slightly leaking.  As a result, he did not want to get paid despite me asking him how much he wanted. His complete fix recommendation was going to be a little too much for us right now, but I would definitely go to them again in the future for business especially since they have a 2 year guarantee on their piping job.  Don't miss out on your chance to give MTZ plumbing a chance.

Hired for TV mounting. If I could give six stars I would....

I called them in the morning, and they were able to complete the job the same day! When other handyman companies were telling me that it wouldn't be possible the same day, his first response was I can come right now, if you like.

The two were polite, clean, wore masks, and did a great job. They even came back because I thought they didn't mount the TV right, just for us to find out it was actually the wall mount being bent (got the mount for a deal too good to be true, of course). Nonetheless they fixed the issue (that they didn't even create) and wouldn't accept any more money for payment! Really stand-up guys that have integrity.

Will definitely be using them again in the future for any more repairs, and would recommend for anyone.

We first called Matt about sewer problems. We had first called Roto-Rooter who installed a cleanup in the middle of our front lawn. When that failed, we called Matt. He determined that the problem was with the city. He helped me contact the city and arrange for a free repair.

Today I called Matt with three problems, a water heater that was turning off, and repairs to two toilets. All of these he fixed quickly.

They have re piped my house, installed faucets, repaired leaks, and just finished installing my new 5000 gallon rain water catchment tank ! I am so excited to have it done before we get rain !!! Thank you !

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

5 Star Service - Fair, Honest & Timely

I have been using Smart Plumbers for small plumbing issues for about 5 years and they have always done a great job.  We recently had our main sewer line back up and I was worried this was going to be very expensive and ruin my walkway and grass.

I called Smart Plumbers and they came out right away.  They cleared the clog inside the house quickly so we could use our bathroom again (thank you!) and then showed me what was causing the back up.  Using their camera system, I could clearly see the roots in my main line.  The manager, Min, used a locator to find the sewer pipe and then suggested a simple, less expensive, more long term fix.  No ruined grass, no ruined walkway and under $2000.

My technician, Frederico, carefully and neatly dug out the old pipe, replaced it and added a new clean out.  He was really great at showing me what was happening along the way.  He was extremely conscientious about my landscaping and did a great job cleaning up.  Thank you Smart Plumbers!

I fully support and recommend Ace Plumbing and Rooter. There are several things one should do when becoming a responsible homeowner. Having a plumber who you trust is like having a good auto mechanic. When things are bad and you need help, it just feels better to have someone you can trust. Call Ace. I'm not kidding. Jasmine in the office simply couldn't have been kinder. She set me up with rapid appointment and got someone with expertise with my issue to come out and give me advice. I had an issue with my construction build and Sean from Ace stepped up and gave me fantastic advice. I'm very grateful. This is the guy you need to call when you have a plumbing problem. Dan came to my place to unclog the sink. Within an hour, problem solved.  Highly recommended to friends or anyone who needs plumbing  service.

These guys are great! My grandparents needed help finding a good plumbing company to do some much needed re-piping in their home. One of my friends referred me to this company. Chris explained the whole process and gave me an estimate and was able to schedule the work immediately. I thought the process would take some time but they expedited the process. I definitely will be using them and recommending them in the future.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

I'm conflicted.  Called Plumbing Solutions to replace the underground water line from the meter to the house.  They answered the phone right away, came out promptly, gave me a quote, and did the work the same day.  That part was all good!

I posted a negative Yelp review based on price - the quote turned out to equate to $350/hr(+) for 2 plumbers based on hours worked.  I asked them to consider reducing it, and they declined to do so.

A few days later, I discovered that one fitting that probably should have been replaced was not, and that fitting started to leak. That's a problem, and one neither of us wanted to deal with.  I give them huge props that they came out to fix the leak, without complaining, and were very professional about it in light of the negative Yelp review.  At no additional cost.  That speaks highly of them.

So you see my conflicted feelings about it.  On one hand, fast service and high integrity.  On the other hand, pricey plus had an error on this job. 3 stars seems about right.

I had to call Lee as we needed him to update our bathroom for a new shower, faucet, and toilet. He and  Dakota showed up on time. What impressed me first off was that they were both wearing their masks and wanted to be sure that we were not experiencing any Covid sympotms. They both began their work and as this is an old house there were challenges.  As in the past, no job is to difficulult for these guys. It is such a relief to be able to call a plumber and have a job done on time and within budget rather than hear the excuses it can't be done unless we do this ...... for $$$$$$.
Save yourself a lot of headaches, and calll these guys. They are the best.

I usually go with Surf City Plumbing but when they were too busy, they recommended these guys.

We were really hoping to get our dishwasher working for the weekend so we called on Friday. They weren't able to schedule anything for Friday but could be there on Saturday between 11-2. Great! Well, we waited around and around 4pm got a message saying they wouldn't be able to make it until Tuesday. Saturday wasted. Doh!

On the upside, they were very apologetic and gave us a discount for our troubles. When Tim arrived, he bent over backwards (literally) to make sure everything was done right, and even did a small bit of extra work that he could have easily charged extra for but didn't. He also stuck around long enough to make sure the dishwasher was draining right (and made some adjustments when it wasn't).

Overall, a very good experience. I'd go with them again in a heartbeat.
