Letts is the best! We've used them multiple times and they are always friendly, reliable and honest. One plumber went out of his way to find a special part so that we wouldn't have to replace our whole system. I recommend them!

Do not give these people your plumbing business. The company should be called Mr. Incompetent. They don't know what they are doing. I hired them to replace a shower valve that had scale build up. The plumber Tony admitted he didn't know much about Hansgrohe valves but would order the valve and 'study up' on it. Well he didn't study enough. After the valve finally arriving and repeated calls for an appointment, he guy shows up on the wrong day. He proceeds to leave me a voicemail saying that I was 'on my own and he was going to return the valve'. I should of walked away then, but I called him back and reminded him of the correct appointment date. 'Oh yeah!' When he showed up at the correct date and time, he removed the valve and simply wiped out the scale residue without flushing the pipe. He put in the new value but it leaked. So he removed it again to discover that the brand new valve had scale debris in it and could not be shut off. He completely botched my job and charged me $1435 for doing it. I have to start all over with another plumber. I should have stopped payment on the check. What a bunch of crooks.

I have been using Tom and Scott's plumbing for over 10 years. Pat who works in the office is always helpful and friendly. The owner Scott has been amazing! He is such a nice guy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

I loved this plumber. He was very responsive, did a great job at a good price. Joksan was  professional and seemed very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. I would give him six stars if I could.

We had a service line break near our main. Alex C was our technician and did an excellent job, fixing the problem and communicating well throughout.
Barnett is quite expensive, but I needed the job done urgently so I went with them. They were upfront about their charges, and Alex C provided excellent service.

Doug is simply the most reliable and expert plumber I have used in over 30 years of home ownership. He arrives on time, does quality work in an efficient manner and recommends the least expensive solutions.  Even on very difficult jobs, such as the kitchen sink problem which involved drilling and resetting the sink, he was persistent in ensuring that the everything would be fixed properly. Mark runs a fantastic operation.  You won't be taken sorry you called.

A couple of months ago I had IRBIS replace all of my underfloor furnace ducts as well as repair the vents inside the house that were in poor condition after 34 years of use.  The crew consisted of Robert, Daniel and Alex as well as other technicians that I did not get their names.  

They were on time, professional, cleaned up very well and took care inside my house. They answered all my questions.

Highly recommended and I would call them first for any future need.

Can't say enough thanks to Hector and his work clearing out our sewer drain.  We called multiple plumbing companies and was being quoted to rip out drains and replace.  Hector was the first person to actually listen to what was going on, make an assessment and give me different options.   What he did was exactly what we needed and from now on, I'm calling him for all of my plumbing needs and recommending him to our family owned retail property management business.

Anar and his team came over on a short notice and remodeled my bathroom tub to shower. He was really professional in his quote and the work he  did.  His  team came on time and worked late hours to  do the job in time.

There were other issues at my place besides the remodel of my bathroom, Anar gave a nice quote for that and fixed the smaller issues.

After Anar's team left as well, there were a few issues I saw in what was done in  the remodel. I called up Anar and he came back to fix  all the issues.

I will recommend Anar and his team for any remodel task.

Excellent and honest plumbing company.  We have used their services twice - once Matt did the work and just this week Bernardo removed and replaced a kitchen faucet for us.  Their estimates were spot on and both men are very pleasant.  This is the best and most honest plumbing company that we have used - and will continue to use.

My house in Spring Lakes  (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service.  Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique.  They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems.  They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water.  They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do.  I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

I had a tough sewer line clog. Smart Plumbers did an excellent job. I highly recommend Smart Plumbers - They are BBB accredited.

Update! Turns out they had apparently let the plumber go. Jonathan reached out to me and went above and beyond in addressing the issues and more. Highly recommend.

I would give them an A+ for my front yard and back yard projects. They cared for what I asked for and they enjoyed whatever projects they were working on. They shared me creative ideas and their work came out much more beautiful than I expected. I am so in love with the additional closet/storage room they built for me. I feel myself so special with all fashion stuffs stored in one room which made all my visitors envied.  I also got compliments for the relaxing finished look of front yard and back yard. I am very sure that all their clients are happy and satisfied with their good quality artwork. Thank you for all the hard work.

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

George is a great plumber. very knowledgeabl, clean and Reliable.

Our main water line to our home broke while we were away. When we returned our water service was off on a Sunday afternoon. We contacted Plumbing Solutions at 6am Monday Morning, They had a service tech at our home before 9 am that day and repaired our service. They are professional and excellent at what they do. The service is great. Highly recommended.

These guys are simply the best. So incredible honest. They came right on time, super responsive, super clear with the scope of the work. Highly recommend. If they are busy wait until they have an opening, you can trust they will take care of the job for the long term and not do a temporary easy fix. We purchased a furnace and air purification system from Costco, installed by Bellows. Bellows was amazing in getting us started at choosing a system, to final installation.
