Outstanding service!  We needed a new gas line installed for a fireplace and contacted the guy Capo Fireside recommended. After getting the estimate, there was zero communication from him despite many calls/emails/texts.  After waiting 2 months, we finally gave up and called Lett's, who was fantastic at communicating with us.  Tim Givens immediately came out, gave us an estimate, found a better way to install the a gas line and even gave a better price than the other guy! Tim put in the gas line and was extremely professional & conscientious; he even set up the fireplace insert and cleaned everything up for us.  Save yourself a lot of time & frustration by going to Lett's Plumbing!

These guys were great! Friendly, professional, good price. Put in a new furnace and did all the duct work. They were also very careful and neat- cleaned up better than they found the basement! Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic! They arrive on time, are super friendly, are happy to explain issues in terms easy for non-plumbers to understand, and really know their plumbing. We had a huge list of issues (some large, some small) that we needed addressed and they were on top of the diagnosis and had a fix ready for each problem. We highly recommend them!

Very good experience with Joksan and his team. Great communications starting with a timely and reasonable quote to adjusting the appointment time as I need a replacement valve to arrive via mail before he can begin the work. Although Joksan was not on this job, the plumber he sent was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and staying on site until everything was tested. He was an hour later than the appointment time, but forgiven given the quality and the unpredictable nature of the work. I would not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing needs.

Wanted to replace our gas water heater with a new heat pump water heater.  They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and they were the lowest price and took care of all the rebates.  Within a few days, they had scheduled a technician (Alex C.) to come over for the installation.  It was estimated to be a two day job, but Alex worked late to get it done in one day!

Our AC unit was finally due for a total replacement after years of quick fixes.

Ryan came out and gave a very honest assessment of our situation. He gave us an estimate and didn't pressure us to make any quick decisions.

It took us a few weeks before we decided on using IRBIS to replace our air conditioner. Ryan did have to come back once for a quick review of our setup.

Ryan and his assistant did have a little hiccup on the morning of the scheduled work--something about getting parts that weren't available in their primary spot. Nonetheless, they finished the work in only 1 day and were very nice and courteous throughout the process.

I would recommend them to a friend.

72 Degrees Cooper Brothers (another excellent company) recommended MTZ to take a look at a gas pipe problem.

Hector picked up the phone right away, was very nice, ask some questions, then sent Tim to my house the same day!

Tim came out, remediated the gas pressure problem, looked around, found some other issues, took some pictures, and talked about some things to look out for in the future.  Tim will get some quotes for us, and we'll use MTZ when the time comes.

I was hesitant to write this review, because it feels like I stumbled on a secret that I want to keep for myself.

Good help is really hard to come by these days.  We had water damage from the series of storms here in the Bay Area and I had to call upon someone without vetting too many bids.  Anar came in at a reasonable rate and I'm very glad I went with him.  Him and his uncle worked for the past two weeks tirelessly doing the investigation and repairs. I'm was very impressed by their professionalism and how everything was turnkey.  They laid down resin paper everywhere, covered up everything and really put a lot of attention to detail - something that's very important to me given how much time and effort I put into the finishes when we built our home. They worked well into the evening and weekends and I really admire their work ethic and wish them much success. Anar even quickly fixed a door that had been catching while he was on his way out! I'll be using them for various projects that have been on my weekend list now that I've seen the quality and effort they put into it.

If I could give more stars I would. Matt was quick to respond and come out for my problem, easy to communicate with, knowledgable and beyond reasonably priced. Billing was simple, he left my place neat. Everything about his service was 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent job! Fast, quick, in time! I have pelican water filter to install my house. They told me how to soak the filter before they came. And they did an excellent job to install, they also gave me instructions how to maintain afterwards!!!

They did an great job. Well planned and excellent execution. Real experts.

We appreciate Dan's help today to fix our clogged pipes.  He responded quickly. I would definitely call him again.

We had old main water supply line between the water meter to outside of garage repiped in June this year.  Among the contractors we talked to, we picked All Pro Repipe.

The work was done in one day, using L-type copper pipe.  The water was shut off for about 3 - 4 hours.

All Pro Repipe team is easy to work with; and they did a great job.  It has been roughly three months since, and there has been no issues.  We really enjoy the improved water flow.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

(Lee) Kratzer Plumbing was recommended to me by a mutual friend of another mutual friend. (What  better advertisement can a business have through word of mouth?)  Lee arrived at my home on time and was finished in 1 1/2 hrs.  He charged me a VERY FAIR RATE and had the necessary parts already with him.  Based in the Mt. Exceptional Install team - Replaced Furnace and Installed A/C

The team led by Jose Vega were competent, conscientious and professional. Jose led Mikey, Kevin and Jorge to make sure the work was performed in an excellent manner. Sealing the registers, sealing all the areas around the furnace making sure the grade slope was proper to drain the condensate and being sure to keep the site clean. Tim installed the electrical lines, new breakers and outside receptacle in a timely manner and without causing damage to sheetrock. Derek the technician for system startup ran new wires for the thermostat, made sure the systems A/C and Furnace passed all tests and installed the new thermostat. He also explained that the next steps were for the office to contact me for the HERS testing, completion of the install by adding fire stops where the flue went into the wall and to have an inspection by the city inspector. A highly competent team. HERS testing passed followed by passing city inspection. Unfortunately there was a delay for the completion of the work of installing the sheetrock/firestops. Note that if you live South of San Jose it will be late morning before work is underway as the crews are dispatched from Soquel. It was three days for the install. It is recommended that you speak with the field manager when the site is reviewed for the work. That is the person who is responsible for ordering the equipment and will direct the install team on the first morning. Ask the field manager how long the job will take, what to expect, the hours the crew will work, etc. The more you know the better prepared you will be.
