A leak broke out in the kitchen of my parents' rental, so I called several plumbers that service the area.  

Having never worked with a plumber before, I had a lot of questions and Mary, with Letts, was very helpful in answering them.  We scheduled a visit for the next morning for Sheldon to come by between a 8am-8:30am window.  At 8 'o clock on the dot, Sheldon gave me a call to let me know he was 20 min away (fantastic customer service).

Sheldon was very professional and got to work right away (was even very patient with my dad who had a bazillion questions).  The source of the leak was quickly identified and remedied -- which was a **huge** relief for my parents.  

There's some additional plumbing work that needs to be completed in the unit, so we'll definitely be using Letts again.  If you're looking for a plumber in this area, I highly recommend calling Letts.

I want to thank Technician Lee for his excellent customer service. It was not easy for him to locate the backup problem with my sewer line, but he he knew the importance of getting the problem resolved because I have a family of five. He stayed until we were able to find the problem and cleared the line.

Phillip gave us perfect service. He knew more about my shower valve system than Google, or the local specialty hardware store. Best of all, he left the site exactly like he found it. Definitely calling Tom's & Scott's again.

Joksan is hands down the best plumber I worked with. His price is very reasonable. The guy is friendly, no hassle and gets the job done. My shower handle broke at 9 pm in the night. Spoke to a few plumbers who quoted more than 500 bucks to fix, Jocksan quoted $275. Guess what the work is way more complicated than a broken handle. Jocksan spent 2-3 hrs in the night resolving the issue and he never complained in the process. He is likely the best value for the buck in terms of pricing and job quality.

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

We had a terrific experience with BVP. During a consultation for landscaping in our front yard, one of the contractors advised that we replace our main line because our plumbing was ready to fail. The whole house was still original 1955 galvanized steel, so we knew re-piping was something we'd need to consider at some point. We were referred to Mark Brewer, at Blossom Valley Plumbing.

Mark was quick to reply when engaged and immediately sent Doug to the house to evaluate our needs. Doug is tremendously good natured and helpful. He walked through the house and checked the crawl space out. Ultimately, we decided to tackle the main line AND the pipes under the house at the same time. It seemed like a big project... but Mark estimated that his guys would be in and out in a single day.

The day of the project, Doug, George, and their crew were very prompt and polite. My wife showed them their access points and, from there, they went to work. The crew in the front yard had our main line dug up, replaced, and working in less than 8-hours. The backyard crew, going under the house to replace the pipes, were equally prompt and helpful. When something didn't work as intended, they'd take it apart and start over. George took apart our bathroom faucet 3 different times to improve the water pressure, at no additional cost. They even offered to put in a new hose valve in our side yard, since they saw we had a garden over there. It wasn't very expensive and it helps me water without having to drag an extra large hose from the backyard to the side yard.

Blossom Valley Plumbing will be handling all of our plumbing needs going forward. We're so glad they were recommended to us!

MTZ Plumbing sent a uniformed plumber very quickly free of charge to detect the leak. He arrived on-time. Other plumbers came and didn't find any leak. With a puddle of water on the ground and the drywall damp, there was obviously a leak... MTZ Plumbing was not afraid by the challenge and finally found the leak: I saw myself the water pouring when they were able to replicate the problem. They proposed a few options, one for $200 and another for $1,200. I picked the cheaper one and got an appointment scheduled for the fix. The day after, another uniformed plumber showed up on-time and fixed the issue. No leak anymore. The insurance sent an expert a few days later to assess the damages. The expert confirmed the drywall were dried.
Pro's: showed up, on-time, quick, sober, clean, professional, licensed, good communication
Con's: no competitor was able to issue an estimate since they were not able to detect the leak, I cannot compare.

They answered my Yelp request with a fair quote and came the same day and did the job. For the second summer in a row, we got an ant infestation in the bathroom due to cracks in the caulking. They came, fixed the outside wall, the inside wall, and also did the shower in the other bathroom, all in under two hours. Very pleased. Thanks again!

Matt is now my go-to plumber.  I called several plumbers, all with 5 star ratings on yelp who wanted to charge me double what Matt charged me.  All I needed was a  cartridge changed in the guest bathroom shower.  Matt came over in the morning, fixed it but I needed a new handle.  My shower hardware was 15 to 20 years old and Matt called around and found one to match and had it installed by the end of the day. No extra charge!!  He should be the first plumber you call.  Nice guy, excellent customer service and he knows his stuff.  Thanks Matt.

Great service. Able to come on short notice and get the work done quickly. Installed an on-demand hot water heater and it looks and works great.

AYEMP came, solved our weird problem and fixed it on less than 20 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. We'll call them for sure, if we ever need more work done!

Federico and team from Smart Plumbers worked on my bathroom renovation.  i was changing from tub to shower and floor-mounted toilet to wall-mounted toilet.  the drains are connected under three feet of solid concrete.  Federico and team did a marvelous job changing the drain pipes and air vent pipes.  Overall a great plumbing job.

My water heater was leaking this morning, so I called Ace. They sent Franco within a few hours to come check things out. He determined that we needed to replace the water heater (which we suspected since it was ancient), and he returned a few hours later to do the work. Franco was friendly, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. The work was done quickly, with minimal disruption to my day, and they cleaned everything up afterwards, including hauling away the old water heater. Very pleased with the work and service.

Excellent service from team contractors.  I contacted them via yelp and received a quote in minutes.  Later that day they arrived to perform the work.  Very friendly and professional.  They left the work area clean. I would recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

The guy came in to look at the items but did not provide the complete quote and said that his brother who is the owner of the company will provide the complete quote later today. Never heard from his brother. Called several times but could not reach him. We finally got the work done from another plumbing company but wasted 2 days for the work to start. Will never do business with this guy.

Do you want to be able to trust your plumber? That he gives you an honest appraisal of what the problem is, the options in which it can be fixed, and a price that is fair and reasonable.  This is George, the best plumber I've ever had.
In addition to coming over to assess the reason you called, he will determine any other water leaks or disturbances there are and let you know what they are.
Honest, trustworthy, generous, kind, AND EXPERIENCED!  Grab him while you can for any plumbing problem that appears.

At home and my nieghbor calls and said I should check out the side yard. Long story short looked like a leak so I called and spoke to Mark this time who advised me to call Contra Costa Water first then call him back. Love an honest plumber and that's what Mark and the rest of the people here are. Would recommend these guys in a second! Thanks!!!

I'm in the middle of a plumbing mystery and Lee has saved my bacon.  Another firm wanted to charge me $2K just to get the water out before they diagnosed the problem.  He came right over and checked it out and helped me out tremendously.  When we solve the mystery I'll finish this rating:  it will still be 5 stars. Hire this guy.  I've worked with other plumbers for 3 years, all kinds, there is really no comparison.

I chose bellows to help with an error my contractor made with our new sink installation.  They came and provided guidance and an estimate.  Bruce was kind and honest.  He recommended I have my contractor repair his mistakes but offered a solution if not.  Contractor fessed up to his mistakes and is working on it but I know who to call if he can't get it done.  I am having them back next week to work on several other projects due to their excellent knowledge and customer experience.
