I was doing laundry this last Sunday and heard bubbling noises coming from the toilet.  The water in the toilet started slowly going down.  Then I noticed dirty water was coming up and out of both the master shower and the tub in the guest bathroom.  I was freaked!  

I looked online to find the a plumbing company with the best reviews... and THANK YOU YELPERS for your help!  I made an appointment and it was quick and easy.  Stephano came last night and unclogged my main drainage from outside.  He said most old houses need a good cleaning every two years to get out all the roots that get stuck in there (between the house and the city sewage line).  He double checked everything and made sure everything was working properly.  Although he was an hour late for the appointment (he was running late from another appointment), I was totally fine with it.  He was nice, polite and very professional.  

And the best part of it is... The service charge was SOOOO reasonable.  I thought I was going to be charged an arm and a leg (from past experiences with plumbing companies).  Letts has definitely gotten a lifetime customer with me.  Great work guys!

Bruce and Anthony were great!  They came within about 20 minutes, did the estimate which we thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done, which all had to be done underneath the house in a very small area to work in.  They were very nice and easy to work with and they did a great job.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.  Thanks so much Bruce and Anthony!

Called this morning and left a message for service. They called me back within an hour with a time window. Kurt showed up within the time window and did an excellent job fixing our sink backup issue. He was really a class act.

Not that anyone hopes for plumbing problems to happen but if/when they do again I will gladly use Tom and Scotts as well as refer them to anyone having plumbing issues.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days.
Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter. In hindsight, any experienced plumber should be able to spot that. But apparently no one else did. Joksan's tip helped me to fix my RO filter over the Labor Day weekend, it saved me not only time but also money.
I will definitely call him back for anything plumbing related in my home.

Huge thanks to Matt from Barnett Plumbing for correcting our water pressure issues. After listening to my explanation and asking a few questions, he diagnosed the problem as not enough pressure coming through the pipes. He zeroed in on the fix and started making adjustments.

The adjustments did the trick and now we have the optimal water pressure in all faucets and showers throughout the house. He and I did several tests to make sure the pressure did not drop when multiple faucets or showers were turned on simultaneously. Matt took his time and assured me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. I can definitively say the answer is Yes!

He was kind of enough to look into a couple issues with our outdoor hose bibs and suggest how to correct the issues there.

These guys have been wonderful and very responsive. I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and diligent service. The in-home consultation from Sonny to inspection and installation from Daniel and Alberto were all done within the day itself. Technicians were great with the install and setup of a new heater and wiring of the thermostat. Highly recommend this business.

My new favorite, go-to plumber! Hector came out on a Sunday night for an urgent issue and he got us back in business in no time. He answered all my questions, explained everything he wanted to do, and got it fixed quickly. Bonus that he is a friendly, professional, polite dude who really cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommended.

Anar was very quick and responsive. He was reasonable priced and did a great job. He did need to go get some things at Home Depot,  it came back quickly and let me know exactly what he was doing. He also cleaned up the area and it was a really efficient and well done job. We'll be using him again the future.

Matt just installed a water return line from my master bathroom to my water heater, along with a pump. Now I have instant hot water at all my taps and showers, thus saving water waiting for the hot water to show up. Matt was timely, tidy, honest, knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly. He is also very amicable to work with.  I asked Matt to re-work the pump piping to fit it closer to the water heater so my kid would not damage it passing by with her bulky metal book bag and he did it cheerfully.   I recommend Matt highly. He will be installing my Ultra Low Flush (1.06G) Toto toilets when they arrive.

After a late night toilet backup discovery I text Garrison in the morning to get my septic pumped. They got back to me a little over an hour later with a breakdown of estimated costs, and a time that same day. No fuss and very easy.

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. We had a major problem with a toilet, raining through the floor into a closet below. I called at 10:20 AM. Joel came and removed the toilet, showed me the problem and explained my options, then cut out the old flange and installed a new one and seal, replaced the toilet, tested the repair,  and checked from below too. I have paid and he has left, and it is 1:00 PM. Two and a half hours from first call to me sitting and doing this review.  What fantastic and skilled service!

I had literally the best experience with this Ace Plumbing. With a leaky bathroom faucet in an old house, I knew I was going to need someone who really knows what they are doing. Scotty and Carey were just the answer. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, very clean (changed their gloves, face masks, and shoe coverings before they came in our home) and were efficient. Dan is a true professional. He was quick to diagnose our plumbing issue and was upfront about the potential cost. Given the quality of his work, I believe his rates are more than reasonable. I will definitely use his services if we ever need more plumbing work.

Completed a repipe job for me and did an excellent job. My water pressure is amazing! They adhered to the timeline, did a nice clean job where they covered everything, and were helpful and answered all my questions. Even after the job was complete, I had an issue with my kitchen sink water pressure due to a clogged fixture (not related to their work). They came back out and fixed the problem and ensured it was not an issue with the repipe job. Excellent service all around and strong communication from manager Julio

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

This is a fantastic father-son team! I loved the way they worked-- professionally, quickly, skillfully. We are sooooo pleased with they way they changed the master bath faucets and drains; they had all the correct tools to modify the faucet openings. They offered very good advice for future work and use. We will use them again to work on the other bathroom. Communication by text only was fantastic!!! No waiting for info and answers to all questions.

In short, working with Bellows was the best contractor experience I have ever had.

I have some portable air conditioning units in my house for the hot summer months.  They are ugly and don't cool the entire house.  I also wanted to move my thermostat from the 2nd floor to the first where we spend most of our time.  I was looking for fan functionality that would circulate and filter the air as well.

I decided to talk to a gentleman that represented Bellows at Costco.  He had me fill our a contact card, and shortly after I heard from the Bellows office.

Anthony Garay came out to my house and spent over an hour talking to me about my options.  Great vibe, straight forward, and offered multiple options and price tiers.  Anthony was GREAT.

As far as the work was concerned, it was scheduled about three weeks out.  Bellows office called me and said there was an opening the next week!

My crew arrived as scheduled for a two-day affair.  Michael, Rudy, Mikey, and Elijah were fantastic.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  I am so impressed with the work and how clean it all was.  They took the time to show me everything and I could not be more pleased.

All in all, my experience with Bellows was all 5 stars.  I signed up for their maintenance program and have found my plumbing, heating, and cooling contractor for life.  I am having an ADU built later this year, and they already have the job.
