Called and made an appt. on Thursday to come out on Saturday.  I gave my complete address and then explained my plumbing problem with the guy that was going to be coming out on Saturday.  He said he'd give me a call between 9 and 11 a.m.  Well, 11:15 rolls around and I called the office.  After I give the receptionist all my info again, one of the owners, Shane, gets on the line and tells me that they don't do service where I live?  A big waste of time on a Saturday.

Art came out exactly on time and was very professional and easy to work with.
I am a general contractor and I've had the chance to work with many different people and companies in the field when I needed to take care of a job for my clients around the Bay.

Had a rusty galvanized supply pipe which was very very set in place. Phillip came by within a couple hours and fixed everything. Fast, friendly, not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommended!

I was scheduled for an appointment with Barnett plumbing for Wednesday. However I received a call this morning advising me that there was a slot available today.   The tech was here literally within an hour of the phone call.

The technician Matt was cheerful and informative.  He gave me the two choices for our kitchen faucet replacement and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. He was very friendly  and knowledgeable as well as being easy and fun to talk to.

He did a great job and  willingly provided info regarding additional work I am considering having done.

I've used Barnett Plumbing for several years and would not entrust my plumbing repairs and service to  any other company.

Fantastic service, had a problem installing a new kitchen faucet. The owner Mark came to my home late Friday before a holiday weekend and installed a new shut off valve also ordered a new part because the new faucet was broken and said he will come back to install the part once I received it. The part came after the holiday and he came back to install the broken part as promise. All this was done at a very very reasonable cost. Will call him again for my plumbing needs.

Responsive and easy to work with. Spelled out all my options. William was great to work with and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

I asked for an in person quote for: 1) the plumbing in my master bath moved over by one foot for each  of my two sinks, 2) for new plumbing to be added in my garage for a utility sink, 3) the valve on one toilet replaced and 4) a drip in the shower repaired. I was quoted $7000!! My regular licensed plumber, which I have worked with for ten years, was out of town for a month and I didn't want to wait: he had quoted me $1200 for the same job. I've decided to wait. Make sure you get multiple bids before going with this company

our fence fell down and Anar did a great job in fixing it by adding extra support to it. He is reasonable and came asap to fix the issue. I would contact him for all handyman jobs in future.

He showed up, reviewed the situation, and went through good trouble shooting techniques (which took some time) and was able to get the job done.
Above average communication skills - plain and simple with no BS.
He enlisted help from his colleagues, which were also good people and did good work.
He was empathetic to our situation, and gave it priority.
I would recommend him for further jobs.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

The technician, Richard, was courteous and  informative -in summary, totally professional. I would recommend the company based on the impression I recieved.

I called Ace plumbing for an estimate, they sent adam. They said it would take about an hour, but he came in almost 30 minutes! He quickly figured out the problem and helped me resolve it right away. He was fast and professional, I highly recommend using Ace for your plumbing needs.

Dan & Khoa responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes and Khoa was at my residence less than an hour from first contact to give me a quote.  Could not ask for a more timely and helpful response.  Everyone with Team Contractors was completely professional and did a top notch job.  Once on site, we even had a couple additional questions and ideas that they took in stride and added to the scope of work without hesitation.  So helpful to get everything done and we would definitely recommend them.

After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.

Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).

Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.

Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything.  They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

Watch their pricing. Do your homework before booking with these guys. They gave me horrible pricing options for fixing my water heater. I trusted the Yelp reviews that I would get fair pricing but that wasn't the case and ended up paying for a repair that cost more than installing a brand new water heater. In the end, they did a good job, but beware.

Lee is your dream plumber! He is very honest and very good at what he does. His rate is also very reasonable. Lately, I paid $98/hr and I knew exactly how much a service would cost. There are no surprises. Lee will not push you to do unnecessary work just to get more money, he will recommend you only what is needed. If you insist, of course he will do what you want, but it is a good idea to listen to him.

I purchased replacement heating and a/c systems from Bellows. I was very happy with the installation experience and everyone was great. About 6 months after initial installation, summer time hit and after using our a/c for a few days, it would cut off with what turned out to be a drain problem. Bellows was great about responding, however, the issue was difficult to pinpoint and after multiple visits the problem would reoccur. Then, they sent Tom Magsam out to see why this wasn't resolved. He took a back to basics approach and instead of just assuming what the problem was started from square one to make sure no issue was missed with any part of the system. And found the issue and it now seems to be resolved. Tom truly understands the nuances of how these systems worked. Yes, it would have been great if if could have been resolved by others on the first try, but I am glad that Bellows stood behind their work and seemed determined to resolve the issue as much as I was. If not for this issue, I would have given 5 stars because everything else has been great and Tom always deserves 5 star reviews.
