I was incredibly impressed with Shane and his assistant. Prior to calling Letts, I had asked another big name plumbing company to come and help with a problem. I called Letts after that company had to cancel my original appointment and failed to call when promised to reschedule.

Shane went well above and beyond what I ever expected in order to fix a very leaky (and as it turned out very corroded) pipe in my garage. First, he explained the problem clearly and concisely. Second, he explained to me exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. And he explained all of it in plain English.

When the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than expected (owing to the fact that my pipes were put in by someone who was clearly not a plumber - Shane is NOT the first person to bring this my attention so unfortunately this was not news), Shane stuck with the problem trying solution after solution, until he found one that permanently fixed the problem. And at the end of the day, his price was significantly lower than what I both expected and was completely prepared to pay. When I queried him on this he said I'm charging what I am because it's the right thing to do.

Throughout the entire process he was polite, professional, and extremely patient with my 3 year old daughter who insisted on peppering him with questions throughout the whole process. I will absolutely without hesitation recommend and refer Letts plumbing.

Art came and fixed a plumbing issued that two other plumbers could not fix in a rental I have.  After wasting hundreds of dollars with other companies, I won't take my business anywhere else. He was prompt, reliable (as his name states) and has very competitive pricing!

We called Tom and Scott's after another company failed to do the job. Mitch got the job done in no time at all. Professional, polite and highly recommended. Also very reasonable cost. Thanks Mitch, and Melissa for helping us over the phone!

It's a total waste of my entire afternoon. I got in touch with Joksan in the morning when he said he would be available at 4pm to inspect the toilet leak on my rental property. I made the trip to the rental at 4pm and waited for over 30 mins and he didn't show up. I tried calling multiple times there is no response. After I left the place, he got back to me saying his phone has died. Then we agreed to meet at 6:30pm on the same day. I again went to the rental at 6:30 and wait for him for another 30 mins. He didn't show up again. When I called him, he sounded like he has completely forgotten about this. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I don't know how he got those 9 good reviews. There are many other plumbing services in this area and I shouldn't have wasted my time with this one. If you can't meet the commitment, don't make the promise, just to save people's precious time!

Wow! One of the best companies I've worked with. Reliable, on time (they pulled me up twice due to openings, so technically early!) and Ron M. Was very professional and knowledgeable! I had an emergency with backed up sewer, Ron took care of it in 25 minutes!

The other half attempted a DIY on a minor toilet leak and ended up flooding our bathroom floor. I called this place to have someone come as soon as possible, and after dealing with a dispatcher/middleman, an employee was able to respond after an hour.
The employee did not have any identifying uniform besides a box of tools, but was courteous and upfront about our problem. Apparently, the valves should have been tighter and definitely should have been sealed prior to turning the water back on. This was an easy fix, about ten minutes, but still amounted to $80 despite him conferring with the business owner about the easiness of the repair. Much like other service professions, there is a flat per hour, minimum one hour rate, so that suck--but my auto mechanic will charge only half an hour if it a service takes less than half an hour.
Anyhow, the leak wasn't entirely repaired when the plumber left since drops of water were still leaking from the water supply tube to the toilet. With the $80 diagnosis, my boyfriend was able to repair the leak himself, and follow-up calls to the business for service were disregarded.
I'm calling someone else for our garbage disposal replacement.
Just okay. If we didn't have such an emergency, I probably would've gone with a different plumbing company, but BVP was able to respond quickly.

Our AC unit was finally due for a total replacement after years of quick fixes.

Ryan came out and gave a very honest assessment of our situation. He gave us an estimate and didn't pressure us to make any quick decisions.

It took us a few weeks before we decided on using IRBIS to replace our air conditioner. Ryan did have to come back once for a quick review of our setup.

Ryan and his assistant did have a little hiccup on the morning of the scheduled work--something about getting parts that weren't available in their primary spot. Nonetheless, they finished the work in only 1 day and were very nice and courteous throughout the process.

I would recommend them to a friend.

I decided to play a little Yelp Roulette, and submitted a request for plumbing services to contact me. The idea being that the first one to contact me wins. Hector at MTZ contacted me right away, and told me someone could be there later in the morning.

Tim shows up in a mask, and put on two footies before entering the house. I explain to him that I have a leaking faucet in one bathroom, and possible a 2nd leak in another bathroom. He goes in to take a look, and 10 minutes later, shows me the problems in the 2 sinks. He tells me he'll be back in a few minutes with a quote. When he comes back, he shows me 4 different quotes of what he can do, ranked from highest priced to lowest. I opt for something in the middle.

He goes out to get some parts, and from the time he arrives, until the time he leaves, he has taken only about 2 hours.

I asked him about how long he has been working at MTZ, and he told me that the company is brand new, opening up at the beginning of the year. That explains the low count of reviews, but the 5-star rating (as of today) is true.

I needed someone to fix my shower and toilet and looked at Yelp.  I picked this company because of the reviews and I am glad I did because Ananr was responsive and fixed everything within 2 hours (even going out himself and buying needed materials). I will definitely use him again. Very honest and courteous as well.

I found Matt through Yelp. We had a plumbing emergency (clogged mainline sewer) on Jan 1 and Matt was the only plumber who was available and he answered the phone promptly. A couple of other plumbing agencies got back to me (after I left text messages) and quoted double and triple their usual rates since it was a holiday. Matt arrived within 15 minutes and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was. He snaked the main sewer line and cleaned out roots that had grown within the pipe. He also gave us recommendations on how to fix this problem in the long term. Matt is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has very reasonable rates. He even emailed us a e-receipt and accepted payment through check (no sketchy cash-only payments). I would highly recommend him to anyone!

So on a Friday..... need a plumber.... Called them all.

Andrew and team were real professionals. Extremely punctual and got the job done within the timeframe.

We had a main line sewer backup and used yelp and checkbook to identify plumbers to call.  Smart Plumber was the only plumbing firm to call us back and they came out quickly to give us an estimate and then were able to fix our main line sewer backup. They were professional and timely.  The work was expensive to me, $450 to clean out the sewer line through the toilet and another $1200 to install a main line sewer outlet but the work was done well and we have had no followup issues.  We did ask for an estimate for another job to be done and the plumber refused to give me a written estimate, only gave me a verbal estimate which appeared to be really high.

Excellent experience w/my water heater installation:

-Courteous staff on the phone and open late, I think I called at 8pm.
-Call back from the tech, Shawn immediately the next day & an estimate was set up.
-Shawn explained to me what needed to be done and the price was significantly lower than competitor's in the area.  PLUS a 10% discount on labor.  
-Called the office for a written estimate and got it instantly.  
-Work was done in a professional manner and as described.  

I'll be happy to use Ace for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Thanks to Team Contractors for their professional service at reasonable prices. They came on time, clear my clogged toilet, clean up after their work and good customer services. I difinitely using this company again

Julio and his crew came and knocked out our repipe in one day(minus the backfill which had to be inspected first). We had both our main to entry and inside house re-done. The price was great and done in a reasonable time from when we received the quote. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them. They even came back free of charge to relocate a shower valve that needed a custom measurement.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

These guys are the best!   We've used them twice in our new home in Alamo and both times they replied back quickly, came to our house the next day and fixed our issue during the visit.  Armando Talavera was our plumber both times who also give us some simple maintenance tips to prevent future issues.  I have them programmed in my phone and highly recommend them.

Kratzer Plumbing is unbelievable, and It is clear that he is very knowledgeable. Lee is very professional, and efficient, and does a great job clearly explaining each issue. I also appreciated his cleanliness and thoroughness. I was extremely pleased with his work, and will definitely call him the next time I have ANY plumbing issues.

I had not turned the heat on since the Pandemic and lit the pilot and it kept going off when I turned the knob to the on position. I called and set up and did an internet chat to set up the appointment. They called right away. I had to give them three numbers since I do not have cell phone service at work. On the day of the appointment, they sent a picture of Jeff who was coming out to do the assessment. He was very professional and went through all of the possible scenarios. A bad valve would have been almost half of a new unit. He even suggested that I keep the thermocouple I bought as a attempt to see what if that was the issue. If I scheduled the new heater within 30 days, I would get the assessment money taken off the total price.
I get a call two days later and there was an opening. I received another picture of Eli who was here in 30 minutes of the phone call from the Bellows Office.  Eli did a great job and was very professional. He explained everything and tried to light it one more time before installing the new Williams Wall Unit.  Some companies that I called did not deal with Williams Wall Units but Bellows does, and I was happy about it. Eli went into the attic and checked the flume and vacuumed and bagged all of the trash.  I give Bellows 5 stars.
Also, Noelle called and was very nice. She was training someone and did a great job telling me the options to pay. Great company.
