Woke up this morning with a puddle of water in front of my dishwasher and under the cabinet. I immediately called Letts and their on call plumber, Andy, called me back within 30 minutes (on a Saturday no less). Andy was able to walk me through how to fix an issue with the pull out sprayer over the phone. It fixed the issue right away. Good to know these guys are out there as they will be my first call for plumbing issues going forward...

My HAV stopped cooling and it was refilled with coolant last year. It's an old unit and suspected a leak somewhere. I selected a few companies to get diagnostic done at reasonable cost through Yelp reviews. Some companies either kept guessing the issue, charge a lot more to have better diagnostic or recommend to get completely new system.
Only Art came in and really diagnosed the issue and he got it all fixed, refilled and thoroughly checked on a hot Saturday to ensure everything worked with no more leaks. Thank you Art. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a more expansive review but that is difficult when your call is never returned. Too busy I guess.

This was the 3rd time we have used Creativity Plumbing, and Joksan again did top-notch work. Today's job involved  installing a Kohler Transpose  skirted toilet which I had picked up at Lowes. This model, like other Kohler skirted models, uses Kohler's non standard ReadyLock system for installation.

Our old toilet had grout around its base, and Joksan carefully removed the grout and later caulked all around the base of the new toilet. We also had him replace the old builder-grade shutoff valve, which was on its last legs.

I paid Koksan to dispose of our old Kohler toilet, and I was very happy when he volunteered to also take away the large cardboard box from the new toilet.  This saved me from having to go at the box with a box cutter and cut it up into small pieces as required by our Sunnyvale garbage unit.

Today, after doing significant research, I chose this great company to install a new water heater. I've used their services 2 other times to deal with toilet issues and their service and excellent work has been spot on all 3 times.

Today Rob did the work and, besides being a great guy, he is knowledgeable, efficient, great at his job, and fast. On top of that, he was helpful (moved a couple things for me and rolled up my garden hose), explained things very well, cleaned up afterwards and generally made getting a new water heater actually a pleasant experience!

Also, kudos to the business owner, Phil. He was willing to work with me resulting in a win/win for us both. Not only did I get a very fair price, the job was started within minutes of us coming to an agreement so that his employee was utilized and I got what I needed early in the day.

The bottom line is, if you want excellent work done by a dependable company at a fair price along with peace of mind, hire Barnett Plumbing. (No, I don't work in advertising, I'm just really happy with these guys!)

The folks at Blossom Valley Plumbing are outstanding!!!  I called them because I had water coming out of the ceiling in my garage.  They walked  me through steps to limit the damage and were onsite in less than 90 mins.  The problem was identified and fixed in less than an hour and very professionally done I might add.  This is the second time I have used them and they have surpassed my expectations both times.  Give them a call!!!

They tried to sell me on the the most expensive unnecessary solution. Be careful when looking for someone to help with your HVAC system.

I reached out to MTZ plumbing for help with a leaky ceiling on recommendation from another plumber. Hector & Alex did an amazing job on a very complicated project. We ended up fixing leaking water pipes & replacing drain pipes. Thru the entire project, hector & Alex were extremely professional. We were informed when they were on the road to our house, given complete details & photo evidence of the work being performed, multiple options for fixes & so much work. The entire project was painless & the cleanup after the job was done was thorough & extremely well done. Thank you Hector & Alex for being incredible professionals & doing such quality work.

I messaged them about replacing a leaky gas valve.  They came on time right away the next morning and did an excellent job.  Later that night, I found I had trouble re-lighting my water heater.  They came within 10 minutes and helped me work the issue out at 11PM.  Now, I don't expect them to do that for me ever again and we still need to respect the working hours of our professionals.  But I really appreciate that when I was scared about a possible gas leak in my garage from the pilot light going on on my water furnace, they took the time to come by.  Really excellent people and I would call them again.

Matt is amazing --he comes when says he will and does great work with a great attitude and work ethic.  We've worked with him for years.  Highly recommend him.

Phil is courteous, honest and very reasonable about his rates. He's replaced several faucets and toilet fixtures for us with no callbacks to redo anything. I highly recommend his service.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Professional, courteous, and timely. We've used them on many occasions. Perhaps not the cheapest, but they do good work, will come anytime and stand behind their work. Five stars.

I woke up one morning to a puddle around a toilet on 2nd floor and then a few hours later there's a puddle downstairs in the garage directly beneath the toilet. I reached out to Ace Plumbing and originally they said the earliest they have availability was two days, but they did a little scheduling magic and was able to send someone that day few hours after my call. Kenner came and assessed the leak - found it immediately... it was a cracked toilet! I thought toilets cracked only in Bourne Identity fight scenes. In any case Kenner was able to come next morning to replace the toilet and opened some spots in the garage ceiling downstairs to drain the accumulated water under the toilet.
I really appreciated that Ace was able to help me so quickly, and they were really helpful in texting because I am hard of hearing and can't hear on phone.

I am so happy to have found Khoa and Team Contractors. I scoured Yelp before deciding on them - they had great reviews, they're kind enough to respond to reviewers, and they actually answered their phone!!!  You often have to leave a message with contractors and hope someone gets back to you in a timely manner. (Of the other 2 plumbers I called, I had to leave messages, and one never called back.)  

Khoa was extremely nice, professional, polite, and clean. Snaked my kitchen drain and charged a fair price. He also came back right away when I noticed that there was now a bit of water underneath my sink. Turned out that the last time pipe was worked on, it wasn't tightened properly, and with all the water being flushed through from the visit, some leaked out. He tightened it for me (no charge) and was very sweet about doing it.

I have programmed their number into my phone and will be happy to refer everyone I know to them who needs fast, friendly, and outstanding work done.

Exceptional Install team - Replaced Furnace and Installed A/C

The team led by Jose Vega were competent, conscientious and professional. Jose led Mikey, Kevin and Jorge to make sure the work was performed in an excellent manner. Sealing the registers, sealing all the areas around the furnace making sure the grade slope was proper to drain the condensate and being sure to keep the site clean. Tim installed the electrical lines, new breakers and outside receptacle in a timely manner and without causing damage to sheetrock. Derek the technician for system startup ran new wires for the thermostat, made sure the systems A/C and Furnace passed all tests and installed the new thermostat. He also explained that the next steps were for the office to contact me for the HERS testing, completion of the install by adding fire stops where the flue went into the wall and to have an inspection by the city inspector. A highly competent team. HERS testing passed followed by passing city inspection. Unfortunately there was a delay for the completion of the work of installing the sheetrock/firestops. Note that if you live South of San Jose it will be late morning before work is underway as the crews are dispatched from Soquel. It was three days for the install. It is recommended that you speak with the field manager when the site is reviewed for the work. That is the person who is responsible for ordering the equipment and will direct the install team on the first morning. Ask the field manager how long the job will take, what to expect, the hours the crew will work, etc. The more you know the better prepared you will be.
