Letts is our go-to for plumbing needs! Since moving into the area 8 years ago, Letts has done multiple jobs for us and we've always been satisfied with the quality of the work and the cost.  They've installed from one side of the house to the kitchen on the house so we could switch to a gas range; they've installed our dishwasher and plumbed our utility sink;they've installed new toilets and sink faucets in each of our three full baths; they've installed our undersink insta-hot water dispenser with filtering system and our garbage disposal.  And to my everlasting relief, they also installed a hot water recirclating pump which means I don't have to wait eons and waste gallons of water waiting for my shower (opposite end of the house from the water heater) to get warm!  (Believe me, that was the highlight of my year!!)  So, when our 50 gallon water heater finally gave up the ghost Monday of the week before Christmas, I was more than grateful that Letts was able to replace and install a new water heater quickly.  Frank came out and got it done efficiently and with quality as always (he's done much of the previously mentioned work on our house as well!).  It's so nice to work with someone so personable, knowledgeable, and professional.  I'm grateful to have Letts as one of our reliable home maintenance sources!

Under the kitchen pluming broke. Danielle was able to attend to it immediately and solved our problem. There was a leak the next day but they promptly came back to fix the problem. I would recommend them.

Cody just came to change out my washing machine box because the levers were impossible for me to move up and down.  He said that he could spend 3 hours moving the box up, mess up my wall, and would put the same box and levers in as that's what's available now.  So instead he WD40'd the levers, adjusted my pliers to fit the levers, and now this elderly lady can easily move the levers and have pliers to help if needed.  So appreciate his honesty!!!  Melissa was also great to work with in setting up this appointment.  I HIGHLY recommend this company!!  I have used them several times in the past and they are honest, show up when they say they will, and do great work!!  Can't ask for more than that!!

I had an extremely positive experience throughout -- from my first phone call with Lee for a quote to Alberto coming onsite to inspect and replace our 34-year old water heater. Communication was excellent, and everyone was also courteous, professional, and efficient. It was a tremendous amount of work, but Alberto managed to complete it in one day. What I appreciate very much about Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters is their transparency about the itemized costs for the job. The company's honesty and dedication to the highest quality work has earned my trust, and I will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good about Mark and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, professional and fair. They know what they're talking about and do what they are asked to do. I am in the remodeling business and I have seen plenty of people who claim to be plumbers but end up not having the depth of knowledge necessary to solve the problem in the best way. Mark and his crew have that knowledge. And when they don't, they know how to find the answer. I have had Mark work on my own house and rental and I refer him to friends and business associates. And, on top of it all, he was referred to me by one of the most particular contractors I know, which says a lot since this contractor has impeccably high standards. Highly recommended!

Raymond came out to give an estimate for replacing our furnace and a/c. Although we did not end up going with them this time, the whole team was professional, responsible and knowledgeable.

-Was chill & pleasant both on the phone and in person
-Solved our plumbing problem promptly
-And for a reasonable rate -- $125/hour, with no extra $50-70 BS surcharge for the simple act of climbing on the roof, unlike two other places I called (He-Man and Kratzer Plumbing)

My one beef is he failed to return a follow-up call.  But otherwise, so far so good...

My house in Spring Lakes  (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service.  Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique.  They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems.  They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water.  They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do.  I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

Andrew was amazing he was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and quick he was able to replace my old water heater quickly at a reasonable price would highly recommend Andrew and his crew

I called this morning at 8:30, and at 10:00 AM Richard was at my house after a 40 plus mile drive! He was excellent! He not only fixed the problem, but took measures to avoid it happening again. He explained everything he was doing step by step and exuded confidence. Just a couple of hours after making the initial call, I was able to use my kitchen faucet. I will always call Smart Plumbers for any plumbing problem!

We had a sewer line back up in the garage and we called Ace Plumbing to come clear it out.  We also wanted to fix our sewer lateral so we requested to have a camera inspection.  Rafael supposedly cleared the pipe but we didn't get the video of the camera inspection.  When we called, we were told that they had to come out again because the video was corrupted.

A week later, Joel came out and said he couldn't do the camera inspection because the sewer pipe was starting to clog up again.  WITHIN A WEEK the roots had grown back that much to clog up the pipe??

Now we were out the cost of a cleaning done wrong as well as a camera inspection for which we had no video of, which totaled $539.

We ended up using another plumber to clear the pipe and to get the camera inspection done, and it costed us 1/3 of what Ace Plumbing charged us.  The new plumber was able to get the pipe completely cleared of all roots.

We called to have a portion of what we paid refunded because they did shoddy work.  It took Jonathan, the owner, a week to return our calls/emails and when we finally spoke to him, he was RUDE.  He told us how he had 8 different insurance companies (why did we need to know this?), how we should've told them that we wanted a copy of the camera inspection ahead of time (he has x amount of cameras and only 2 cameras were able to produce a video file), how he's wasting his time on the phone with us (how he was on the phone with me for 30 minutes already when we were not even on the phone for 10 minutes by that time), that he had paying customers he'd rather take care of (we paid!), and how we were trying to rip him off.  After telling him that I was going to call BBB, he decided to return the camera inspection fee.

Jonathan needs to take a phone etiquette course.  He interrupted me several times on the call, was very argumentative, and was not apologetic or empathetic.  We will NOT be using this company at all ever again.  

On the other hand, all the office employees I dealt with over the phone were nice.

We used Team Contractors a couple of weeks ago to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Khoa and Dan promptly replied to my quote request.  We set an appointment time and they arrived on time and replaced the leaking pipe.  I was very satisfied with their work so when I had a bathtub drain stop up I contacted them again. Today they came here and resolved the problem so that our bathtub drain flows again. Once again I am very satisfied with their service.  Always returns calls, always shows up as promised, always professional and solve our plumbing issues!

I can't speak highly enough of Christopher and his crew. Cristopher was a professional who kept constant communication with us throughout the process and addressed all of our questions and requests thoroughly. On the day of the job, Christopher and the rest of his crew were able to complete the job in a single day, even though it took them till 8 pm to truly finish. It was amazing to see their hard work and I have no regrets choosing all pro for my repipe job and would recommend everyone to go with them. Affordable pricing, customer satisfaction, and efficacy of the job were truly superb.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

Edwin is a hero, was very helpful and quickly snaked our line and removed a tangle. Our bathroom was quickly back in service for our house guests. I was impressed how fast Plumbing Solutions responded, their price was very fair and the work top notch - highly recommend!!

Kratzer Plumbing is fantastic!   They fixed our severely clogged toilet/shower issue in under an hour. No small task since there is carpet in the bathroom!!   Luis and Mary worked quickly and explained how to avoid problems in the future. Thanks Kratzer!

This is an update to my previous post. I received a call from the owner and she was kind and apologetic.  I hope my experience was an isolated incident.

Bellows sent two techs out to bid a new furnace. I was told the bid would be ready in two days. After a week I called to check on the bid, it still wasn't ready. Two days later I received the bid. In the meantime I had requested a bid from ASAP appliances. This bid was given within hours of my appointment and was $1000 less.
