They showed up very quickly and were very polite. Looked the job over and had it repaired in no time. Fast and efficient. Finished in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend them.

I got there reference from Angie's list.  It said $49 of your service call.  However, they informed me it will be taken of repair charges.  However, it is a scam.  There only goal is to collect the service fee, as predatory pricing schemes and poor service.  For example, for a small job like Toilet flush repair - they asked for $200+.  Anthony was only interested in collecting his service fee and had very bad attitude toward customer satisfaction.

These guys know what they're doing! I was referred by my sister in law and they were able to help me with the problem immediately and with great professionalism. They are honest when it comes to the recommendations and opinions they offer.

Replacing a water heater isn't one of those things you ever dream about doing to your home but is inevitable if you stay long enough. However, with that being said, we were very pleased with the customer service that was extended to us.
The technicians were polite and professional.
Brandon and Rob worked well together and thoroughly explained the new unit. These guys were super efficient. After they completed the installation both cleaned up and left our premises clean and orderly.

We had an issue with our water heater and had Doug from Blossom Valley come our (was able to come same day too, in fact he arrived in about 30 minutes!) He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, spotted what was wrong quickly and set about fixing it. He was able to fix the issue in about 20 minutes and gave us great information and tips while he did it. Best part was he also charged us far less than we were expecting and left us with hot water. Could not be happier with the service and will definitely call Doug and Blossom Valley again.

Our water heater leaked causing a leak in the kitchen soffit and ceiling. Hector checked all possible sources of the leak. The following day I managed to get the key to the water heater closet and sure enough there was the problem. While I did not end up using MTZ for the water heater replacement  -I need to say this: they are on time and sends a message they are on their way. This system is much appreciated. Highly recommend Phillip and his team. I have a rural mountain property with outdated plumbing, and had a major leak. It was very challenging to locate the leak, then to access the space, and Phillip went above and beyond to fix it. Additionally, it was a messy (and rancid smelling) job, and Phillip was so careful to keep everything clean! I was so impressed.

I scheduled with Shanna easily through a call and text confirmation, then Phillip and his team members came the very next day! Not only was the price very reasonable, but my work was done quick and accurately! Due to Covid, they followed all guidelines - mask, distancing, etc. I felt safe and trusted this wonderful plumbing service with my home.

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

We had a leak in a copper pipe repaired by this company three short years ago.  It just leaked again.  Did it leak at the joints where they guy did the soldering?  No.  The new piece of pipe itself formed not one but two (primary) leaks in the copper.  We called a different plumbing company this time.  Turns out the piece that that Smart Plumbers had inserted was the thinnest pipe, Type M, whereas our normal pipe in the house was thicker Type L.  According to our new plumber, Smart Plumbers also didn't ream out the pipe which is a common practice, apparently, to ensure that water flows smoothly.  This new leak costs us THOUSANDS of dollars -- it ruined baseboards, sheetrock, paint, electrical, not to mention that we have now paid two plumbers to fix the same thing.  Totally unnecessary and all due to shoddy and cheap work the first time around.  Pipes should last more than three years ..... shame on you.

Have used these guys at my work now on 3 occasions.  Opened Yelp account only to leave review for these guys.  Of the 3 times I've used them, they charged me $165 one of the times, and no charge for the other 2 because they were user errors, no real plumbing involved.  I've had the owner, Jonathan, come out on one occasion, Joe (their service manager), on another, and Fidel on yet another.  I can tell that the Owner is very involved and hands on, as well as the service manager.  These guys are very professional, and a pleasure to work with.  Had the feeling that these guys were not looking to nickel and dime me, but rather, took pride in their company, and it's well earned, good reputation.  Would not even consider using any other company.  You won't be dissappointed!!!

The Team Contractors are extremely professional company with prompt response, great customer service and very good prices. No hidden fees. I got my WC replaced in less than 2 hours from the time I contracted the company. Easy communication and very straightforward.

Strongly recommend Julio and his team at All Pro Repipe for value and professional service. I hired them for a copper repipe of my townhouse, both inside the house as well as to the meter. As it was a 2 floor home with no crawlspace, all pipes were behind walls and so it included more than average opening up of sheetrock and so that repair was also a big component. After taking quotes from 6 firms (4 repipe specialists including All Pro, and 2 general plumbers), I decided to go with All Pro cause they were not just comparable to the lowest bids, but they took ownership for the sheet rock repair too. While most others would tell me I have to hire someone else for that portion, Julio gave me an all in price by sub-contracting someone who also did a great job. Juliio was extremely courteous throughout the project, and was flexible to address things such as installing a new faucet I provided, or installing a grounding rod to satisfy the inspector (I suspect most other firms would have said that I would have to pay extra for it). The repiping work was scheduled for 2 days (install new pipes, repair sheetrock) with an inspection after each work. Yes, due to inspection scheduling challenges, and the repair effort taking slightly longer than estimated, there was some extended inconvenience, but when everything else is considered it was not material. It has been 6 months since the job was completed and not a single issue. Hiring All Pro Repipe has been the best decision I have taken for any home repairs ... the five starts dont do justice to recommend them strong enough!

P.S: You might notice that there are not as many yelp reviews as some other Repipe specialists have, but this is cause the firm is relatively newer. I had slight hesitation originally due to this context, but it was inadvertently addressed by one of their top competitors. When one of the larger repipe specialists who has 4 times the reviews and also highly rated, came by to provide me a quote, he saw Julio leaving at that time. He knew his quote would be much higher than Julio's so to rationalize it he said while Julio was a great repipe professional while working for them for many years Julio's firm and team is newer. So, I bet on a professional who decided to start his own firm after gaining years of experience at a top firm in this space, and it paid off.

Came home yesterday to see water coming out from garage door. Yep, water heater leaking. Mike arrived this morning right on time and a few hours later new water heater was installed. I had a water leak under my house that I could not find.  One phone call later, Lee met me at my house.  He quickly had his gear on and started crawling around under my house and found the source of the leak.   Turns out fixing it was quite tricky since the leak was in a slab beneath my family room.  Lee  figured out a way to bypass the bad pipe even though it was a bit of challenge he stayed until the job was completed 100%.  

In my opinion - Kratzer Plumbing offers the best service at very reasonable rates!  I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We hired Bellows through an offer from Costco to install Lennox HVAC mini-split individual room A/C and heaters. The estimator came out and gave his recommendations on what would meet our needs. The project manager came out to survey our property and explain what work would be required and how it would be performed. We were then given a start date and time and an estimated finish date. The team was there promptly on time the 1st day and every other day. They finished on the estimated completion date. Everything went as planned and was exactly how it had been explained to us.  The installers were professional, courteous and friendly. They left their workspace clean each day. They always wore shoe coverings while inside, and observed Covid-19 prevention protocols.
