Best Plumbing Services in California

We live in the Crossing in Concord. I had a broken seal in a pipe beneath the right side drain of my kitchen sink. I searched Yelp and found a plumber but soon got caught in some online plumbers referral system where I had to answer a lot of questions about my problem. In the end they asked how much I was willing to spend and the choices ranged form $50,000 to the lowest choice level of less than $1,000. Once I clicked on less than $1,000 a message popped up that basically said Sorry, but the plumbers listed in our system will not come out for a job less than  $1,000. Geez!!! Then I remembered that we had successfully used Lett's previously for our bathroom toilets so I decided to call them.  I got an appointment and the plumber who came out was very pleasant and followed all CV-19 procedures. I told him about the $1,000 minimum for the other plumbers and he said that is because they are on commission but we are paid a fair salary by Lett's so you don't get overcharged. I have been with Lett's for more than 20 years. He quickly diagnosed the problem and some other issues. My pipes were very clogged up with who knows what gunk, had questionable seals, so he recommended that I replace all of the pipes underneath my sink. I agreed and he went out to his truck for the pipes. He removed all of the old pipes and carefully installed  the new ones.  He was done installing and testing the pipes in about 20 minutes. Total job took about 45 minutes. They have a minimum first hour rate of $165 plus parts and the parts cost $30. It was only $195 for a sense of relief from leaky old pipes. As he was outside by his truck after leaving my house, my neighbor across the street stopped him and asked if he could repair a leaky faucet in his front yard.  The plumber went over to check out the leak, walked back to his truck, got his plumber's wrench and in about 5 minutes made some adjustments that stopped the leak. My neighbor was very grateful and asked How much?. The plumber said Not to worry, no charge!. It was very nice of him, and although my neighbor was stunned, he offered him $10 and said please buy yourself lunch. The plumber was very reluctant to take the money but I lightheartedly said You'll make  my neighbor feel bad if you don't take it and he smiled took the money and said thank you. In all, a good day for everyone. I recommend Lett's. They seem honest, reasonable, and fair.

Art Flores, the owner of Mr. Reliable did all the heating and air conditioning duct work and units for our new home.  He did a great job.....always professional, friendly, fair and reliable.  We could not recommend him more. There was not one problem on a very big job!!!!

I wouldn't use this company. We did and we have regrets for many reasons:

1) They worked T&M and padded the hours and overcharged us.
2) We've had many problems with plumbing they worked on and it resulted in thousands of dollars in repair to fix their faulty work.

The most recent problem is a leak in a pipe in a new shower, just completed less than 3 years ago. The cause was a screw in the pipe. Why? Mitch from Tom and Scott's Plumbing forgot to put a nail plate in front of it to protect it.

It is this type of negligent work that has caused us to regret using this company. It was also very clear to us that Scott, the owner has lost interest in the business and in neither proactive or conscientious. He constantly blames someone else for his faulty workmanship. I'd use a diff company.

Following my last review post, we tried to fix the shower head amount by ourselves but it still has water leaking problem. I contacted Joksan again and he quickly came to our place, got the problem fixed without any charge. I would definitely choose and recommend creativity plumbing in the future!

Let me just say... once you call Barnett, don't bother calling anyone else!

The girl on the phone was very efficient and understanding of our horrible situation - toilets, shower, tub, kitchen sink... all backed up!  This is what nightmares are made of.

We received a text confirmation, really cool.  Then, we received another text confirmation with a photo of our Plumber and his background - way cool!

Alberto.... this guy.... AMAZING!!!!  Extremely knowledgeable!!! no B.S.!!! Experienced.   We truly got very lucky.  

Alberto assessed the problem right away, we showed him pictures and he took some on his own.  Found our Clean Out just by CALCULATING where it would be and BOOM! there it was!  (mind you we had two other companies come over the weekend and aside from their astronomical prices, neither of them bothered to try and find the Clean Out and were already talking about ripping up the front yard apart just to find the Pipe)

Alberto cleared our clog, found the clean out, replaced pipe, toilet, and various things, and of course showed us the nightmare that had been building up to this point:  
previous owners had an issue before and didn't even bother to find the clean out so they basically hammered a hole into a random section of the pipe/sewer then sealed it with concrete on an already very old iron rusted pipe, which roots and dirt got into the pipe thru this particular lovely hole... 3 feet underground!  Cause the landscaper they had on their last job completely buried the Clean Out to never be seen again...  Until Alberto!
One of our toilets, they had glued plastic connector to a rusted Iron pipe.. yeah... glue... and you know that wax seal that your toilet sits on? non existent!  All that explained the nasty leak under the house.

All in all, the services provided by Alberto and Barnett as a whole, has been nothing short of spectacular.  Reasonably priced and efficiently completed.

I used Blossom Valley Plumbing for the first time this week to replace a water heater at my home. I chose the company based on customer reviews on Yelp and Bay Area Checkbook. I made an appointment and they were able to come a few hours earlier than scheduled. That worked out well. I like it when service providers look like they genuinely enjoy their work and the end product reflects the professional image. Mark and his partner fit that criteria and I was quite satisfied with the installation. They were fast, methodical, friendly and helpful with some added 'how to' information. I would call them again when the need arises.

Francisco did a wonderful job repairing our broken heater. He promptly arrived in the window quoted; efficiently trouble shot and fixed it!

Everything about the process went as smoothly as it could have gone. The initial quoting process was easy and I got responses back within minutes of sending the inquiry. Scheduling was fast and easy. They also had multiple availability slots on the day of...and luckily Francisco was able to repair right on the spot.

Highly recommended, and will definitely be calling IRBIS again for the next time we need HVAC work done!

They gave me a quick, fair quote, didn't charge me extra for connection to the underside of the sink, and did the job in a fair and expert manner connecting my sink handles and pipes, and very nice manner as well. Good plumber!

our fence fell down and Anar did a great job in fixing it by adding extra support to it. He is reasonable and came asap to fix the issue. I would contact him for all handyman jobs in future.

Excellent and honest plumbing company.  We have used their services twice - once Matt did the work and just this week Bernardo removed and replaced a kitchen faucet for us.  Their estimates were spot on and both men are very pleasant.  This is the best and most honest plumbing company that we have used - and will continue to use.
Highly recommended.

Solid recommendation for Phil and his assistant. They arrived promptly as scheduled, and worked tirelessly all morning. The old pipes/faucets proved more time consuming than originally expected( hard water/30+ years without replacement), but Phil and I easily agreed on a fair price. Will definitely call Garrison plumbing for future needs.

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

I had a leak in my bathtub and called them Tuesday late afternoon.  Someone came within the hour and by Wednesday morning at 10am, my tub was fixed!  It's been over a month and still, no leak.  The plumber was really courteous, helpful and fast!  Great work and very reasonable cost.

Our in-wall toilet tank kept running water, so i called Ace on Saturday to schedule an appointment for the upcoming week. They were so helpful on the phone and sent JORDAN over within 30 minutes on a saturday to my surprise.
JORDAN was so professional and helpful - went above and beyond fixing our toilet tank with a very complicated and small space to work with, and then advised us on lots of different options to consider how to close up the wall for better access. He also showed us how all the parts work and walked us through what was breaking and how we could maintain them in the future.
Thanks so much JORDAN, we sincerely appreciate it.

These guys are great! My grandparents needed help finding a good plumbing company to do some much needed re-piping in their home. One of my friends referred me to this company. Chris explained the whole process and gave me an estimate and was able to schedule the work immediately. I thought the process would take some time but they expedited the process. I definitely will be using them and recommending them in the future.

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

He gave us options on what and how to fix our issues, as well as the different prices before doing any work.
The other thing he did,which was greatly appreciated, was he checked the pipes around the toilet and sink and found that one of the valves will need to be changed soon.

My insink erator had a problme and I called. A gentleman (named Lee, I think) gave a very honest opinion on what could be the problem and he suggest me to try first, along with a tip link on youtube. I tried and indeed the problem was solved in a couple of minutes.
In contrast, I actually called another plumber in Palo Alto (who got a 5 star review too) first, and he told me he could come and fix it, with a minimum charge of $240, with a possible extra material charge.

Finding a reliable service nowadays seems an almost impossible task but Bellows not only has great service but absolutely wonderful people working there. My son has used you in the past and he had a very positive experience with you but I spoke with a young man who had a very professional and very positive attitude on him and did his very best to reassure that you folk could work arround my needs being that I'm stuck in a wheel chair and sometimes my doctor's appointments make it a chore to schedule around them. I met him in the grocery store last week and his name was Carlos or Charles, I can't remember now, While I couldn't schedule anything at that time I will definitely be calling you back for future work. He's a keeper and great for reaching items on high shelves!
