Best Plumbing Services in California

The utility sink in the garage backed up into the washing machine. The 2 guys who came from Letts Plumbing worked hard to unplug the drain and quickly resolved my problem. They cleaned up very nicely and even drained the washing machine! I've used them before and will call them  again.

Bruce and Anthony were great!  They came within about 20 minutes, did the estimate which we thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done, which all had to be done underneath the house in a very small area to work in.  They were very nice and easy to work with and they did a great job.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.  Thanks so much Bruce and Anthony!

Melissa returned my phone call today Dec 30th at 8:15 am. Scott was here by 9:00 am. Fixed the toilet in under an hour. I could not be more pleased.  Good plumbers are hard to find. Scott is a great plumber. My dear neighbor told me to call this company and I am very thankful that I did.

Late review but had a technician come out to look at a few items.  They provided an estimate for my bath/shower project but shared that I might be able to fix it myself if I'm handy and told me the other two projects weren't necessary and shared easy fixes.  

I ended up being able to fix my bath/shower myself but almost made things worse.  It took an entire day for me to replace the positemp water valve.  After the time and stress, I wished I would have just gave Barnett the business.  Will definitely give them my business next time.

Fantastic service! The guy was just here and he did great (and quick) work of the 3 issues I had for him. He was honest up front about one of the problems, saying it might be something that he'd have to come back another day for. Happily, he was able to clear the block in the pipes and the sink is now working. No ripping up of the wall - yay!

It took a couple days of phone tag, but once I was able to speak with the owner, he had someone lined up right away. Fair costs and great service. I'd definitely use them again, when my hubby gets too frustrated with the plumbing repairs.

The team at IRBIS is amazing all around. From their response time, pricing, and quality of work, everything is top notch. I reached out to them initially to request a quote for replacing an AC unit in one of my clients' homes. We were able to schedule the visit the next day, got the quote shortly after and hired them to do the work. After meeting with them compared to the other company we reached out to, IRBIS was a no-brainer. Vadim, who came out to do the inspection, was great with explaining their process and the work that needed to be done.

Their work was very thorough and they were sure to keep everything tidy and clean during and after they were done. Since this experience, both my clients and I have high regard for the work IRBIS does and have recommended them to others as well. Hector of MTZ plumbing came out on short notice to fix a bathtub drain flange that had rusted some resisting removal.  Somehow in the process the underside flange nut stuck to the flange rather than the drain pipe causing the problem.   Hector quickly crawled right under, removed the flange nut and installed the new flange.  It was a quick fix for him so he didn't even allow me to pay him.    Not sure what else you can ask in a plumber - would definitely call again and highly recommend.  Note that I had called a different plumber who was booked for many days out so they recommended Hector.

I looked up a plumber on Yelp and found Henthorn Plumbing.  I called one other company, but I really liked Matt's manner on the phone.  The other company I called started throwing out all kinds of caveats: we may have to go on the roof ($), etc, etc.
Matt Henthorn knew what the problem was from my description, and said it would probably be an easy fix, which it was.  His price is very reasonable, he showed up on time, and got the job done.  Solid 5 stars, and we will use him for our future plumbing needs.

The people here have attitudes - bad attitudes. Did not even get a chance to get them to do work - but they charged for the quote (something Bellows and Mountain did not)..

I was helping my GF with the technical details. I asked about a mixer valve as an option of controlling the heat (water furnace) separately from the hot water in showers (bellows idea in their quote).. they told me I didnt know what I was talking about (rudely I might add)..

Next - I was calling all three for schedule (that was almost more important than price) and they would not answer.. I went to my office (upstairs) and called from that phone - they were ignoring me.. I asked why and she told me - we are only dealing with my GF.. it is none of your business.. My GF asked me to deal with them because they were so rude to her and she figured it was from her lack of knowledge.

Bellows is a great company and understand the heating and air business.. They are more expensive, but can meet your needs with things you may want different (higher water flow/more hot water in power failure, more savings on monthly bill).. because they understand the business.. Not sure I can say the same about Garrison.. they know how to unclog your drain and solder pipes maybe.. but they don't understand the business..

The biggest complaint is that they are rude to people and do not act professionally.. I have worked in high stress positions ! You always treat people with respect, you always put the customer first and you always communicate with them politely and timely.. Sadly - this company does not understand that

The owner called me to set up a meeting to talk about my complaints. He even gave me a refund check, so that was satisfying. He gave me some suggestions of what I should do because we both know the problem isn't fixed yet. However, the suggestions are pricey. Even though I'm undecided about what to do, I wanted to update this review because the owner took time to try and help me. At least he cared enough to do so.

Our new go-to plumbers from Team Contractors Plumbing Services are absolutely amazing! We came home from vacation to leaking supply line, called Team Contractor after a few others couldn't get here soon, and they were here within an hour, identified the problem, offered a temporary fix, then got the part and repaired the very next day (less than 16 hours from the initial call). The Grand total was less than half of other estimates and the service was amazing and prompt. Thank you, Khoa for the great service at an amazing rate, and for being our new go-to plumbers!

They re-piped my house back in 2017 at a good reasonable price.   Very good response time and friendly.  I've had them come back a couple times to repair a banging pipe and leak near my hose (not sure if either repair was related to the re-piping), but they did it both times free of charge.  Very happy with the continued service over the years.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

We contacted Plumbing Solutions due to a leaking sink in our business break room. Andres was great he was thorough with discussing repair options and even completed the work the same day. Highly recommend this company 5 stars!

Had a guy come out to replace 3 toilets, 2 sinks and clean out a shower drain pipe. He did a great job and was very quick. One of the toilets was broken upon delivery so he helped me pack it back up to be shipped back and replaced; at which time he came back out to install.

The one thing that he could have done to go the extra mile was advise/help with cleaning/painting the spot behind the toilet in between removal and installation. The originals left a spot that could be seen when the newer narrower toilets were installed which was difficult to get to after installation.

Came back from a trip and our furnace was blowing just cold air and no heat. Granted that it doesn't snow in Aptos but we were have some very cold nights. Called Bellows on Thursday and they said that they could have a technician out Friday. On schedule, their tech Adonnis came out, assessed the situation and resolved the issue. We have heat again! Great job by Adonnis. Friendly, professional and got the job done.
