Fred was very helpful! He was professional, thoughtful and worked quickly to fix the 3 issues I had, even though when I called I had only mentioned 1!  I've used Letts plumbing twice now, and its nice to have a honest and very competent company to call when we need help. Thank you!

I would recommend this plumbing  company to everyone that needs plumbing work done from the smallest job to the largest job. They were quick to respond to me and Tony the plumber was cordial and informed me step by step on everything that he was doing. Great job Tony!

My contractor initially referred me to Tom's and Scott's Plumbing.  I have now used them several times over the past few years, and again this past week.  So this review is based on more than just one service call.  Scott and his team are the definition of professional.  They are everything you would hope for in a professional service or tradesman.  Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate enough to thoroughly clean up after themselves, etc. They've worked outside and inside with the same careful approach and attention to detail.  I am happy to give them 5 stars.

Jackson was on time and solved the problem quickly. Spent the time to troubleshoot and provide me a report of the condition of the system. Providing recommendations without any pressure or fear tactics to do more work.

Our hot water ran out yesterday morning and we called several places w/o any luck.  Most couldn't have a tech here until the next day or the day after.  One place told us to call a bigger company so that they have more availability, especially with parts.
I've seen Barnett Plumbing's trucks drive around livermore and I noticed they have amazing reviews on Yelp.  I gather they're not the the cheapest, nor the most expensive, so they're somewhere in the middle.  We gave them a call this morning and they had a technician here within 45 minutes.

Jesse T was our tech and he was fantastic.  He called when he was on his way.  He was very honest and upfront.  He said he could try to repair the box on our heater, but we would pay the per hour charge and he would have go around and look for the particular unit.  In the end, we decided to replace it since our heater is 12 years old and we just moved in to our home 4 months ago.  

He gave us 3 package options and we chose the one with a 6 year warranty on the heater and 6 year warranty on labor.  Again, they're not the cheapest, but their work is guaranteed and they finished within 3 hours.  Jesse did a walkthrough with us when he was done.  We felt that this was simple, honest, straightforward.....no gimmicks and we didn't feel like they were upselling.

Overall, I highly recommend and the next time we need anything, we will go to Barnett's again.

The other half attempted a DIY on a minor toilet leak and ended up flooding our bathroom floor. I called this place to have someone come as soon as possible, and after dealing with a dispatcher/middleman, an employee was able to respond after an hour.
The employee did not have any identifying uniform besides a box of tools, but was courteous and upfront about our problem. Apparently, the valves should have been tighter and definitely should have been sealed prior to turning the water back on. This was an easy fix, about ten minutes, but still amounted to $80 despite him conferring with the business owner about the easiness of the repair. Much like other service professions, there is a flat per hour, minimum one hour rate, so that suck--but my auto mechanic will charge only half an hour if it a service takes less than half an hour.
Anyhow, the leak wasn't entirely repaired when the plumber left since drops of water were still leaking from the water supply tube to the toilet. With the $80 diagnosis, my boyfriend was able to repair the leak himself, and follow-up calls to the business for service were disregarded.
I'm calling someone else for our garbage disposal replacement.
Just okay. If we didn't have such an emergency, I probably would've gone with a different plumbing company, but BVP was able to respond quickly.

I was in a bind, because my heater went out about two weeks ago. I check the reviews and found this company to have amazing reviews. I felt very skeptical, but thought I would give them a call anyways. Now I know why they have amazing reviews. They were very communicative, on time and knowledgeable. When they came out, they showed me a very great detail. What was the problem and offered me mini repair options. They were not aggressive in their sales tactics. Instead of repairing a 25-year-old system I asked him to give me an estimate of what it would be to replace the furnace. Again they offered me many more options. I chose what I felt was best for my budget and use. They came out two days later and installed a new system, including repairing a new duct. The communication was amazing on when a repair person will be over and while doing the repairs what they have completed. Overall, the level of communication and options I was given was above and beyond

Great service from beginning to end. Quick response via Yelp, they were able to come out same day, very professional and courteous. Safe with masks and distance, wore covers for boots in the house. Explained the problem clearly and charged as per the quote we approved. Would recommend to others!

Everything is good with Mr Fix Bay Area. Very fast and immediately help me with my leaky window. He even checks all My windows and seals all of them. Highly recommend his service.

In addition to to windows, he also come and fixes my leaning fences due to after the strong winds. Good job and will done.

Awesome company. They came in with a tightly organized team day one got right to work and were done and cleaned up by 4:00. They next day the wall patch duo repeated the excellent work.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

To begin, I never write yelp reviews, but I had such a great experience with Plumbing Solutions that I felt it was necessary. I called them yesterday and asked if anyone was available to come out today and they gave me a time frame between 10am-noon. Joel arrived within that time frame at 11:30, introduced himself and confirmed that the information he had on the problem was correct. Before entering he put boot covers on to ensure that he kept my home clean. Upon seeing the problem he explained the options available to fix the drain that was clogged and that he would try the least expensive method first, and if that did not work he would let me know and we would move onto the second option. This business is clearly honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and absolutely respects their customers. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Solutions (especially for those in the Concord area looking to support their local businesses).

I called Kratzer plumbing for some water main line work. When the guy shows up, he gave his honest and frank assessment that I did not need any work because whatever I have was working alright and there was no safety issue. I admire this level of honesty when rest of the plumber fraternity is out to get you.

I have a few jobs done by Bellows Plumbing company. The heater installation has still not passed city inspection after tree times! The other one is Sewage upgrade. The permit is sill not closed after two years! I also had Bellows Plumbing company replaced two toilets,  the screws were lose, so it caused leaking, my bathroom floor was flooded! I'm also unhappy about the toilets Bellows company got for me. They are too cheap and too small for the high price I paid.

07/30/2020 update: After posting the negative review I finally got their attention and closed the permits.so I changed the stars from one to three.
