Excellent team of plumbers who are very professional and knowledgeable. My complaints however is their phone systems. Everything needs to be routed thru a 24-hour call center, then the office appointment person. There's really no easy way to talk to a plumber directly.

Otherwise, Letts is my go-to for all plumbing issues.

This review is well overdue, we've been working with Art and Anthony for 3 years now!

We got our house 3 years ago, and it came with a 3-zone mini-split inverter system.

When our first summer came around, we noticed the A/C wasn't cooling. So they came out, checked our freon levels, and sure enough we had a leak in our system. They sealed whatever they could to what they had access to (2 of the 3 systems inside and the unit outside), and they asked us to try it for some time.

After a few weeks, sure enough the A/C stopped cooling, and the 3rd unit that didn't have an access panel had the leak.

We worked with Anthony to put an access panel on our wall, so he can seal the leaks.

Long story short, it was good and our cooling and heating worked... for a year. So we called them up, and told them that after they fixed it, it stopped working. Each time, they came through and ensured that we were satisfied with the A/C unit.

Beware to homeowners of mini-split systems, if the people who installed it didn't properly seal the system, you'll have issues :) We don't worry because we have Mr. Reliable to take care of us.

This is where my wife and I are impressed and will continue to do business with them: they stand behind their work and will make sure their work, actually fixes the problem.

We loved working with them so much that we hired them to build an automatic pump for the condensation drip -- the previous owner had big buckets in the crawl space that just filled up every summer -- we didn't know until Anthony showed us.

They only charged us for the work to initially fix the system (freon re-fills, diagnosis, and everything) and to install a automatic pump for the condensation drip project... regardless of how many times they've come out to fix it.

All I can say is, we've found our HVAC people as long as we have our house here in the bay area.

Cody just came to change out my washing machine box because the levers were impossible for me to move up and down.  He said that he could spend 3 hours moving the box up, mess up my wall, and would put the same box and levers in as that's what's available now.  So instead he WD40'd the levers, adjusted my pliers to fit the levers, and now this elderly lady can easily move the levers and have pliers to help if needed.  So appreciate his honesty!!!  Melissa was also great to work with in setting up this appointment.  I HIGHLY recommend this company!!  I have used them several times in the past and they are honest, show up when they say they will, and do great work!!  Can't ask for more than that!!

I needed a toilet installation. I already ordered the specific toilet I wanted from Lowes and just needed someone to take out my old faulty toilet and install a new one.

Joksan was fast and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was substantially cheaper than the other plumbers (some of whom also have high ratings on Yelp). Because of Covid, I didn't want people coming into my house unless necessary. Even though the adults are vaccinated, we have an unvaccinated kid. I took lots of photos and asked many of the plumbers on Yelp to give me a quote based on the pictures and description. Most of them refused to do so, saying they needed to come by for a free inspection to give me a quote. Those that gave an estimate basically decided it was license to charge an arm and a leg. One even had the audacity to quote me $1100 for a toilet install after consulting with his skirted toilet specialist.

Joksan did arrive late initially because of a earlier job that overran. But he communicated to me about it and was flexible enough to come by to do the install despite it already being very late in the day. I understand that such things happen. Midway through, Joksan realized that he didn't have a specific drill bit (which is not usually needed for typical installs) and he then went out to Home Depot to get that part and came back to finish the job. The final result was definitely professional looking. He was also very happy to share his tips and knowledge on how I can do certain fixes in the future, even though it may potentially decrease his future earnings!

He will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Also, unlike some of the other plumbers I have used, I have not had a single request from him for a positive Yelp review.

Blossom Valley Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs for us in the past -- most recently a new water heater.  My water heater was leaking all over the garage, and they responded within 10 minutes to stop the leak.  They have always done top notch work and I would recommend them to friends.

We were extremely impressed with IRBIS, who we recently used for AC installation, furnace replacement, and duct replacement. The individual sent out for the initial consultation was knowledgeable and provided us with a variety of options at different price points. He also talked us through the pros and cons of each option.

When it came to install week, the entire team was polite, punctual, and hard-working. Sergei T. approached our furnace replacement with military-like precision. Daniel C. and Hugo E. were very careful to protect our spare room while removing the old ducting and were super efficient with the new install.

Our system has since passed all the required efficiency and permitting checks. The entire process was seamless from start to finish!

Our water heater was leaking and Hector came by to check it out.  He took the time to explain what the issues were and made his recommendations.  He was very courteous and prompt.  Thank you, Hector!

Anar cam to fix my bathroom door alignment, which was scraping against the floor. He filed the door from the bottom, realigned the hinges and helped get the door back into normal position.

Matt did an outstanding job of installing a kitchen sink for us. We originally called for help connecting the pipes & my husband was going to install the sink but happily Matt did the whole thing for an reasonable price. It took a little longer than anticipated but he did not cut corners and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend him & his company.

Great job Garrison Plumbing team!  Water heater went on the fritz and with three girls in the house we needed a fix fast.  Got ahold of Phil around 8pm and by 2pm the following day we had hot water.

We've used Smart Plumbers in the past and needed their help again. We had a leak under our bathroom sink and put in a call. They sent out their service rep Frederico within a couple of hours. He was fast, efficient and friendly. They have always served our needs and we highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The tub was clogging, yet again, so I called Ace this time. A nice man named Shawn showed up about 30 minutes later. Turns out the drain wasn't clogged -- the stopper was set incorrectly causing the water to drain too slowly. Shawn figured this out in just a couple of minutes, adjusted it, and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. And he didn't even charge me anything! Couldn't ask for better service...

Our water heater was leaking and we called dan on Saturday,  dan , khoa and his team came in 30mins figured out the water heater needs to be replaced. The quote for labor was reasonable and they finished the job in 3 to 4 hrs. They had to come up with some innovative solution since the new heater was 1 inch wider than old one. Overall it was a very neat job and I'm really happy with the work they did.

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

Do you want to be able to trust your plumber? That he gives you an honest appraisal of what the problem is, the options in which it can be fixed, and a price that is fair and reasonable.  This is George, the best plumber I've ever had.
In addition to coming over to assess the reason you called, he will determine any other water leaks or disturbances there are and let you know what they are.

Mine was a complicated project rerouting drain, vent, and water supply lines in a kitchen wall in order to put in a picture window.  I talked to three plumbing companies.  When the exterior siding and soffit were removed a P trap for the upstairs shower was exposed with a line going right through where the window header needed to be.  The work area was extremely tight.  I brought in a plumber who thought he could do the job and he ended up creating a maze of pipes that was unusable.  Using yelp I found Plumbing Solutions.  Joel and Jose came out and Jose carefully analyzed what needed to be done.  The next morning Jose showed up by himself and I am now embarassed to say I was a little apprehensive because he has a strong accent.  This man is a true professional.  He dismantled and reworked 98% of the job done by the previous plumber and did so in a little over four hours.  Everything has been done to my satisfaction and the wall is now ready for the window.  Before Jose left we talked and he mentioned he has plumbed multi storied buildings as the lead plumber.  To the right guy my complicated job was a-piece-of-cake!

Lee gave us the best price per hour of work and was able to give an estimate in hours of work it takes to fix the leaking toilet and shower. He was able to stay pretty close to his quote even though he discovered and had to take care of an additional problem with a leaking shower pipe inside the wall. Lee is also one of the most professional plumbers that I had a pleasure to invite into my house, has tons of experience, is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, and communicates and explains things very clearly. He fixed the problem, and I still had to pay $120 less than any other estimate which I was given by other plumbers, even with an additional hour of work! The shoe covers are a really nice touch, too, since we are always walking barefoot inside the house during the summer.

I've been a home owner for decades and have never received such professional service. Bellows has serviced my heater, and most recently a variety of pluming problems. Paul arrived on time. He has 30 plus years of experience and knows how to quickly find and solve the problem. He took the time to explain how he was repairing each problem. He was friendly and patient as he worked into the early evening. I'm having Paul come back to install new fixtures. Very satisfied.
