I have been using Letts Plumbing for over 3 years.  Tim, one of their supervisors, is awesome.  Very smart guy who knows how to troubleshoot.  On his first visit, he repaired my Grohe shower controls, which are very complicated.  Three weeks ago, he helped me think through how to design a sump pump system with triple redundancy.  Yesterday, he installed 4 sump pumps around the house in an ingenious manner.  He was accompanied by Jesse, who spent hours crawling under the house installing drain pipes and another sump pump.  Jesse did a great job.  Both Tim and Jesse work really well with customers and are thorough, patient and charge fair prices.  I highly recommend this business.

We had just moved into our home, and found out from a failed appliance installation that our plumbing was all 1960s era and needed replacement. Mr Reliable responded quickly to my inquiry here, and check out my problem that day. This ended up being a large job: replace all the galvanized corroded steel with new copper. I also had them install a garage sink, water filter, hot water re-circulator, and new faucets. Art gave me a cost estimate prior to the work and didn't change the price once we agreed on the work. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient.
This was a big job, and took a couple weeks to finish. But each night the crew cleaned up their dust and made sure we had at least one bathroom working while the project was in-progress. They laid out cloth on the walkways and covered their boots when they were inside. They locked up my garage when they left each day. Little things, but it shows professionalism and attention to detail.
I had another home repair issue (AC wasn't working).  I called Art because he showed me his company gets the job done promptly, and done right the first time.

We called Tom and Scott's after another company failed to do the job. Mitch got the job done in no time at all. Professional, polite and highly recommended. Also very reasonable cost. Thanks Mitch, and Melissa for helping us over the phone!

I reached out to Joksan last night for about a clogged kitchen sink and he was super quick at getting back to me with a quote and when he would be available. I sent him a picture and he asked a few questions before giving me a quote whereas a few other companies said they could only give me a quote after seeing it in person. He was able to fit me in the next day.

Joksan did arrive an hour late to our scheduled time due to traffic (our appointment was at 2PM and traffic can be brutal starting at that time) but he did communicate with me that he was running late and gave me an updated ETA.

He was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes all while explaining to me a bit about why this happens to older houses like mine. Very personable, friendly, and polite.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Seth, Alberto, and Brandon. My fiancé and I checked 4 places to match water heater prices, Barnett Plumbing was very attentive to understand our needs. They were not pushy or salesy either, they were inclined to safety and being completely transparent about what was necessary in our water heater installment.
They were on time, and even helped us with additional plumbing that we had to get fixed.

The furnace they brought turned out to have been damaged during shipping and they called the office and had a replacement delivered within an hour. Super super fast service.

Full HVAC system replacement in one day finishing at 5pm and they both work fantastic.

They gave me a quick, fair quote, didn't charge me extra for connection to the underside of the sink, and did the job in a fair and expert manner connecting my sink handles and pipes, and very nice manner as well. Good plumber!

I have a pulley and wood beam loosely attached to the garage frame at ~ 14 feet from the ground. None of other ppl I requested quote wanted to do the job. My boy Anar showed up on time and got the job done in 10 mins.

Amazing. He was onsite 45 min after I broke my water main digging in the yard and had our water restored less than an hour later. Fast friendly fair price and saved my bacon. I put this number in my favorites. Thanks guys!!

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

We had Patrick from Smart Plumbers come out to repair the p-trap on our urinal on February 18th, 2022. We are located in Santa Clara.

It was not draining properly and Patrick said the p-trap was calcified and needed replacing.

I was not onsite to approve the job but our onsite manager did approve it. She was unaware she was being hosed.

Look at the picture attached for the work performed. They replaced the PVC p-trap.

$375 service charge.
$100 parts charge. (PVC p-trap)
$18 credit card fee.
$493 Total.

I called Smart Plumbers  and asked to have the charges explained to me as I thought the price for the work performed must have been in error. I was told they would have Patrick, the plumber who preformed the work call me back that afternoon. No call. I called two more time and was assured he would call me back. No call. Finally March 1st, a full 10 days later,  Patrick calls me back.  

He very angrily proceeds to tell me the charges are what they are and we approved them. I told him he took advantage of us and although our onsite manager did approve the repair estimate, I would be letting the public know, through Yelp and Diamond Certified, that they are unethical and buyer beware of the price gouging.

Very unprofessional. Over priced.

I had a ridiculous experience buying a dishwasher from Costco. They assured me they removed and installed new dishwasher, but failed to inform me that they didn't uninstall or unhook.  I was desperate to find a quick competent plumber as my regular plumber who I have used for years had a knee replacement.  I called ACE and MUSTAFA was here the next day on time and he was amazing and wonderful.  A fine family man who was generous and kind and wildly helpful in a complicated situation and made this 71 year old grandmother very happy. I will use them again. If you do ask for Mustafa.

Khoa Nguyen and his team are awesome! I had a difficult job for a plumber in which I needed new valves inside my wall between two bathrooms to be replaced as well as new tile and fixtures. Several plumbers refused to do the job because it was too hard or just did not take my calls when I tried to follow up on them being late for an estimate. Khoa was able to come the next day to do an estimate and told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable price. He came the next day with his team and fixed everything beautifully He had to re-tile the big hole they had to make to fix the valves and it looks fabulous. Definitely going to call him for any future plumbing needs!

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

What do you do when you come home from work to find an inch of water underneath the water heater?? You call Kratzer Plumbing, that's what you do.

What does a girl know about a water heater? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I called the number, was leaving a VM, got another call, picked it up and it was Kratzer Plumbing. He was at another job but could he come by in about an hour. YES PLEASE.

A HOT (no pun intended) guy named Sam showed up, (HELLO!) and told me that he'd never seen such an old water heater last this long. He couldn't get my water heater that night, (7pm already) but could have it delivered and replaced at 3pm the next day.

He showed up at promptly 3pm, the water heater was delivered, he was done by 5pm. AMAZING SERVICE.  Every business should take a lesson from Kratzer Plumbing. Simply amazing. THANK YOU!

Bellows is simply the best.  Refreshingly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.  I called Bellows to service my systems and repair a problem with my dehumidifier.  Miguel arrived on time and got right to work.  However, before starting, he went over what he was going to do and explained why he was doing it.  When he found some minor problems, he showed them to me and explained so I fully understood.  It was a pleasure having him service my systems.  Moreover, Miguel explained Bellows' SERVICE CLUB to me.  It was a no-brainer.  For significantly less than I had been quoted, I could join their SERVICE CLUB and get two additional services per year, as well as some other perks, for significantly less money that the current service would have cost (and the current service was included in the SERVICE CLUB price).  Yes, with Bellows, it is truly as good as it gets.  I cannot give a higher recommendation.  This company has the old fashioned view of what customer service should be, and it is wonderfully refreshing.  We need more companies like Bellows.
