Best Plumbing Services in California

I have used Letts Plumbing 3 times in the past couple years. Most recently, they replaced-repaired some bathroom stuff. I also have used them to clean out the drainage lines under the house. They always respond quickly and show up when they say they are going to-that's huge to me! The prices might be a little higher than some other shops ($140 to snake a line on standard jobs). The guys are polite and pay extra attention to make sure they don't leave any marks on your floors or carpet. The only drawback and it's minor to me, is that only only accept cash or checks-no plastic. Not a big deal but if I had to get a major renovation done, that might be a factor.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would.  They know what they're doing in both the plumbing and HVAC areas.  The guys are friendly and all are willing to take the time to explain whatever is going on.  We used them for a major HVAC overhaul, as well as some shower pan replacement and re-caulking.  Both jobs were done carefully and on time.  And when a small event occurred with the HVAC system, Anthony came right out to take care of the problem.  On a Saturday!  I wish all of my contractor experiences were as good as this one has been!

Cody came to our house to unclog our toilet. We were expecting house guests and needed the downstairs toilet to be functional. The work was done professionally, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this wonderful company!

Joksan has done now 4 different projects for us. From fixing the kitchen faucet causing a leak under the sink to installing a water filter. His work is very thorough and professional. Joksan himself very courteous and always on time. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who is in need of plumbing work.

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

They might have been good plumber, but I didn't get that far to find out. Called the first time and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Called again a couple hours later and was also asked to hold. I stayed on for 5 minutes before I gave up and moved on to the next plumber. It's too bad that they are either too busy to care or don't hire enough help to streamline their incoming calls better.

IRBIS responded in a very timely manner when I requested a quote on Yelp for my AC repair.  When at first I didn't respond, they even reached back out to see if I still needed assistance. Indeed I did! They were able to make a next day appointment. The day of my appointment I  received a text letting me know that technician Hugo E. was on his way. Technician Hugo was professional, tidy and had excellent customer service and communication skills. He was able to explain to me what the problem was and the different options/packages I could purchase. This felt very respectful of my autonomy to choose the best option that works for us at this time. His work was efficient and he was very knowledgable about AC units. I highly recommend the services of IRBIS.

Can't say enough thanks to Hector and his work clearing out our sewer drain.  We called multiple plumbing companies and was being quoted to rip out drains and replace.  Hector was the first person to actually listen to what was going on, make an assessment and give me different options.   What he did was exactly what we needed and from now on, I'm calling him for all of my plumbing needs and recommending him to our family owned retail property management business.  

Can't recommend these guys enough.

Anar and one of his associates came and fixed a gazebo in our backyard, they did a very meticulous job and got through it pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend him and use him for future jobs at my home. They wore masks and maintained all the necessary safely precautions while communicating with us.

I called Matt to clear a clogged toilet. Matt quoted $125 to clear the line between the toilet and the septic tank. I chose Matt because the other plumbers I called quoted $200, $250 and $338 to do the same job. Matt provided quality work and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He charged exactly what he quoted. He is professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Matt for my next plumbing job.

I've used Garrison plumbing on 3 different occasions. Each time they have been prompt, professional and reasonable. I was in a real bind recently due to the failure of a water heater at a vacation rental property I own. With guests scheduled to arrive in two days, I was in a desperate situation and called Garrison Plumbing. Whereas other professionals may have been unavailable or charged extra because of the emergency nature of the situation, Phil came off another job to asses the situation. Within 24 hours he had removed the old heater and installed the new one. It was all done at a fair price, and I didn't lose any rental income. Phil Garrison is a stand up guy who aims to please. It's great to have a person in the trades on who I can rely and trust.

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

I have used Smart Plumbers in the past for our company's repairs, so this is why I chose them to replace the thermo-coupler on my home water heater. Joel arrived promptly and did the job well. When there was a miscommunication in the estimate and job price, Jin worked with me to make things right. I would use this company again and will continue to give them my business.

Showered mid-evening on a Saturday and, to our dismay, the faucet would not turn off the shower at all! After about a half hour of trying to get the faucet to shut the water off, we notified our Property Management group and were at first turned down by Plumber #1, who would have rather had us wait for 15 hours until the next day to have it fixed.

A few hours later and giving up any hope that this would be fixed, and not even wanting to think about how much water had been wasted already, Ace Plumbing and Rooter sent Moustafa over incredibly late at night to save the day. Moustafa was incredibly helpful and figured out what was wrong immediately. He did a fantastic job of explaining the problem to me and letting me know what needed to be done and how he was going to fix the issue, and was not only very kind but also instructive. He stayed here working on the faucet and water issue until past 1AM, and we are very thankful for his service. Thank you, Moustafa!

Dan is a very honest man! No scare tactics or slick talking, Dan has proven himself to be very fair in his assessments of problems and price quotes.

We have used his team's services multiple times on our old house and have not been disappointed yet. He has definitely earned his place as our go-to guy. Work also comes with a warranty. Thank you Team Contractors!

Julio and his team did a fantastic job! They repiped the main water line, replaced our old pipes with PEX, replaced our old water heater with a tankless water heater and installed a dedicated gas line. Came in the morning, left in the evening and the job was done. As an added bonus they left the house as tidy as they entered it! Julio took great care of the quote, the job, the permits, and the inspections. On top of that he responds promptly to any question you may have. To sum it up: I was dreading to repipe the house, I expected it to be a headache. Didn't have to worry, Julio did a great job - with an awesome price tag! Highly recommended!

Do you want to be able to trust your plumber? That he gives you an honest appraisal of what the problem is, the options in which it can be fixed, and a price that is fair and reasonable.  This is George, the best plumber I've ever had.
In addition to coming over to assess the reason you called, he will determine any other water leaks or disturbances there are and let you know what they are.
Honest, trustworthy, generous, kind, AND EXPERIENCED!  Grab him while you can for any plumbing problem that appears.

One star earned only because Mike answered phone and came out within a couple of hours to clear my sewer line.  I told him I had periodic problems with tree roots and had to have line cleared every year to year and a half, could not shower and had limited use of the toilets.  
Instead of using a root cutting bit, which is what all the other companies have used in the past, he insisted on using a small, bitless ineffective snake which failed to clear the line.  He went into the crawl space for a visual of the line to see if he could find out why it didn't work and advised he thought there was a major, expensive issue with the line under a foundation wall.
He came out the next day to inspect the line with a camera to confirm his suspicions but his camera didn't work and claimed the turns in the plumbing broke it even though he had problems with it working before he put it in the line.  (He had seen the plumbing in the crawl space the day before so why did he put his camera in if it was going to get broken?)  Told me he'd try to get another camera and come back out Monday.  So, I'm still without normal plumbing over the weekend and worrying about how to pay for thousands in plumbing repairs underneath my kitchen.  
Monday - he says no camera available and call someone else so I did.  They used a root cutting bit, which cleared the line easily, and camera inspected without any problem (same type of camera he had) which just showed the normal root incursion.
My conclusion - ill-equipped and not competent. Never again.

This review is long overdue - while we haven't had Lee come out for any projects in recent years, he was able to help us out on several occasions in the past. He was always very responsive and efficient - he's still on my list of contact in case we ever have any projects/needs in the future!

I've wanted to add air conditioning to my house for a while, and this summer I finally started making calls. I talked to a couple other AC companies first and they were so awful I nearly gave up on the project.

I'm glad I didn't give up! I called Bellows, and they made the process unbelievably easy, and every single person has been a pleasure to interact with.

Jeremy came out, looked at the site, and made a very reasonable quote based on what my realistic needs were. He didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive system, and instead suggested a system that was exactly right for my needs in terms of size, energy efficiency, sound, etc. It was a straightforward, thorough, and honest interaction. He wasn't sure if my panel would need an upgrade, so he had Russell come out to double check.

Like Jeremy, Russell was a pleasure to work with. He looked over my system, confirmed we didn't need a panel upgrade, and immediately noted some code violations from the existing heating system ... and said he'd have his guys fix them for free.

When I had questions about the payment process, Colleen from the office was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional, and sorted my questions out immediately.

Finally, the day of the install! Michael and Mikey show up (on time) and immediately got to work. They're rockstars! The second they showed up, they immediately got to work, and they worked hard all day. Not only did they do a fantastic job of installing the new system, they went way above and beyond to fix a ton of issues that weren't their problem to begin with. They replaced old rusty gas line, insulated a bunch of my system, fixed code violations, repaired drain lines, and a few other things. They also went through and ensured everything in my system was strapped down in case of earthquake. Total rockstars and I can't say enough good things about them, or Bellows.

My experience with Bellows was universally positive. I don't have a single complaint about the whole process, and i'm so happy I called the professionals. I have some plumbing work I need fixed, and there's no question who i'll be calling to fix it!
