Sheldon was dispatched on New Year's Eve to repair a broken faucet diverter and the broken copper pipe feeding it. Sheldon was prompt, polite and obviously experienced. All repairs were completed in less than an hour, cleaned up and ready for use. A true professional!

After experiencing an initial unfavorable service experience with Mr. Reliable Plumbing, I had posted a negative review thinking I would never receive a response back.  

After a few months past I was extremely surprised to see that both the Business Owner and Manager were both eager to listen to my service concern and went out of the way to turn my negative experience into a positive one.  So many companies today are so eager to take your money and once they receive it, they don't want to have anything to do with you if you have any issues.  I can truly say that this is not one of those companies.   They really do care about their customers, and this means a lot.

I have bumped my review up to 5 stars and would certainly do business with Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating again.

Was referred to Scott via the Plumbing Gallery. I had a grohe showery/tub parts and the prior plumber that we hired did not have the slightest clue on how to fix it and wanted us to strip everything out and go with something at Home Depot.

I am very happy with the service that we received. I received a call back the day I called in trying to set up an appointment. Scott came over to our house. He was punctual, friendly, and really down to earth to talk to. He was able to get my plumbing needs done and I had further inquired on other projects that I wanted done to my house. I would recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

I loved this plumber. He was very responsive, did a great job at a good price. Joksan was  professional and seemed very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. I would give him six stars if I could.

I'm writing this as a former Barnett employee, and I can honestly say I've never been more impressed with a company. They're well-run from top to bottom. They treat their employees like human beings -- not always a guarantee in this industry -- and do a fantastic job of communicating clearly with each individual worker. The leadership team has worked hard to put together a group of true professionals, and I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work here.

We had Mark Brewer come out and install 2 hand held showers several years ago and we were captivated by the fact that he was a really nice guy and knew what he was doing. We got Mark's name from Sisbro Plumbing, which is no longer in business which is too bad because it was a great business and I would send a lot of people there.  Since that time we have given Mark's name to many friends and acquaintances and everyone has told us that he was a great recommendation. Just gave his name out again today and I expect that Mark will have another happy home owner.

Quality of work or the price - am I pleasantly amazed? No I will have to say. Having said that tho.. they provided service right away and they made a second trip to my home the same day (with a missing replacement part). So I am happy overall.

MTZ did a great job all around on a full sewer re-pipe of our home.  We had 65 yr old galvanized / iron sewer lines in our home that were starting to corrode, so we called a few plumbers on yelp to come diagnose the issue.  

MTZ responded in minutes and Tim came out for a free inspection within a couple days.  He spent about a hour inspecting our whole plumbing system (the two other plumbers who provided estimates spent about 10 minutes).  After his inspection, he explained everything he found, shared pictures from under the house, provided 3 project proposals at different price points, and explained the benefits of each.  It never felt like he was trying to up-sell anything that was unnecessary, but rather providing information and options.  Tim was also super responsive after he left, answering all of my many follow-up questions and working with me to finalized the plan.

We ended up doing a full sewer-side re-pipe from the drains to the property line.  They worked with us to schedule all the work while we were out of town for a week and coordinating everything through final inspection to be completed before we got back.  They sent photos from under the house showing all the new connections and lines, and also showing that they completely cleaned up our crawlspace of the junk previous contractors had left behind.  There were a couple of very minor issues that needed follow-up when we returned, but Hector came out the next day on a Sunday to fix those last issues.  

Overall, they did a great job and were extremely professional and responsive.  Highly recommend MTZ plumbing and will call them again in the future if needed.

Anar cam to fix my bathroom door alignment, which was scraping against the floor. He filed the door from the bottom, realigned the hinges and helped get the door back into normal position.

Matt called to confirm my appointment, he was on time, explained the work to be done and did an excellent job! I would not hesitate to recommend Henthorn Plumbing!!!

We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

We have been customers of Smart Plumbers for over a decade. We recently had an urgent situation with hooking up our new refrigerator where we needed plumbing services. Victor came on time, listened carefully, and understood the situation immediately. He got to work and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. All of the communication was excellent! I had a million questions and Feras, the Project Manager, answered them confidently and knowledgeably. I had done a ton of research in materials and Feras outlined my options clearly, the pros and cons of each option and allowed me to make an educated decision. He talked though longevity of each option, materials involved, time, factoring in my resources, and answered every other question I could think of. I had complete trust in the team by the first conversation. In addition to all of that, I thought Feras was a genuinely kind person and was involved from day 1-wrapping the project up.

Joel lead the charge on the concrete work and worked quickly and comprehensively, while also  answering my questions, including aftercare.

Jasmine was a delight to work with as well! Although we never met in person, she was amazing in helping orchestrate the backend paperwork easily, and super helpful on calls.

There are a few people who's names I missed, but it takes a team, and Ace has an all-star team!

We used Dan and his team to install and water softener system in our kitchen. Not only their price is very reasonable, the service they provided was also excellent. Staff were very professional and polite, cleaned things up after the job is done.

Also wanted to call out that Dan's team went under the crawl space and diagnosed some the weird connection problem of my plumbing (lots of 90 degree connections believe it or not), free of charge. Really appreciate it.

I highly recommend All Pro Repipe for your repipe and plumbing work.  I am doing some work in my kitchen and we found out that all the pipes under the house are rusted and ready to burst.  Julio came and did the estimate.  He was honest and very thoroughly with his evaluation.  He found additional issues and gave us options.  When he provides the estimate he stated that if they find any additional issues, they will cover the cost and the estimate was final.  Julio stayed true to his words.  We found additional things and his team took care of it.  Also, in order to move my kitchen forward, Julio made sure he did the work during same week and in one day.  It was a big job but they delivered - they worked late.

The quality of their work was great.  All patching was done.  They replaced my bathroom shower faucet, pipes, etc without touching one single tile.

My contractor saw their work in the kitchen pipes and say they did really good work.  But what I appreciate most their thoroughness in their work and trust that I don't have to worry about my pipes anymore.

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

Called Lee to help with a clogged kitchen sink after Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain tried to inflate the job by telling me they would need to replace the entire sink plumbing (!!!) because the way it was installed, my snake wouldn't fit in there.

Lee arrived promptly at 9am as agreed. He explained what would need to be done, and was clean, pleasant and polite. At first he quoted $200 ($120/hour and he said clearing the clog should take about 90 minutes), but 10 minutes later he surprised me by saying that he was actually able to clear the clog by using a plunger!

Last night, after dealing with the Fifteen Dollar plumber, I was so frustrated, I was close to tears. Being ripped off and taken advantage of feels awful. I thought I would never find an honest plumber. But hey - I just found one!

Beware of the unnecessary upsell. Was quoted $7k to replace the heating unit because it was old and bad. Had another vendor repair the unit for $350.
