Alex is a world class individual. He answered my thermocouple repair questions and recommended a plumbing supply house that stocks the needed parts if I chose to do it my self. Who does that?

This review is well overdue, we've been working with Art and Anthony for 3 years now!

We got our house 3 years ago, and it came with a 3-zone mini-split inverter system.

When our first summer came around, we noticed the A/C wasn't cooling. So they came out, checked our freon levels, and sure enough we had a leak in our system. They sealed whatever they could to what they had access to (2 of the 3 systems inside and the unit outside), and they asked us to try it for some time.

After a few weeks, sure enough the A/C stopped cooling, and the 3rd unit that didn't have an access panel had the leak.

We worked with Anthony to put an access panel on our wall, so he can seal the leaks.

Long story short, it was good and our cooling and heating worked... for a year. So we called them up, and told them that after they fixed it, it stopped working. Each time, they came through and ensured that we were satisfied with the A/C unit.

Beware to homeowners of mini-split systems, if the people who installed it didn't properly seal the system, you'll have issues :) We don't worry because we have Mr. Reliable to take care of us.

This is where my wife and I are impressed and will continue to do business with them: they stand behind their work and will make sure their work, actually fixes the problem.

We loved working with them so much that we hired them to build an automatic pump for the condensation drip -- the previous owner had big buckets in the crawl space that just filled up every summer -- we didn't know until Anthony showed us.

They only charged us for the work to initially fix the system (freon re-fills, diagnosis, and everything) and to install a automatic pump for the condensation drip project... regardless of how many times they've come out to fix it.

All I can say is, we've found our HVAC people as long as we have our house here in the bay area.

Our shower wasn't getting hot water for more than a few minutes, and Kurt came by to check out the problem.  He immediately saw that something funky was going on with our water heater, and when he received the necessary parts, came back with Scott to finish things.  I will call these guys for my plumbing issues as long as I'm in the area- they were courteous, called about their progress, and even called a week later to see that we were happy with the job.  Great people to work with!  

**Some reviews have mentioned that they didn't hear back in a timely way during evenings or weekends; I'm fairly certain their voice mail message explicitly states that they do not do emergency work.  They were very prompt during their normal business hours.**

Joksan is incredible. I called on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend with an emergency water heater leak and he was at my place assessing it in 30 minutes!

He was responsive, upfront and honest - he made some recommendations to prevent future leaks (like replacing a corroded pipe to the water heater) while replacing our heater. He also improved the connections to the gas at no additional charge.

This is the best experience with a plumber I've ever had.

Let me just say... once you call Barnett, don't bother calling anyone else!

The girl on the phone was very efficient and understanding of our horrible situation - toilets, shower, tub, kitchen sink... all backed up!  This is what nightmares are made of.

We received a text confirmation, really cool.  Then, we received another text confirmation with a photo of our Plumber and his background - way cool!

Alberto.... this guy.... AMAZING!!!!  Extremely knowledgeable!!! no B.S.!!! Experienced.   We truly got very lucky.  

Alberto assessed the problem right away, we showed him pictures and he took some on his own.  Found our Clean Out just by CALCULATING where it would be and BOOM! there it was!  (mind you we had two other companies come over the weekend and aside from their astronomical prices, neither of them bothered to try and find the Clean Out and were already talking about ripping up the front yard apart just to find the Pipe)

Alberto cleared our clog, found the clean out, replaced pipe, toilet, and various things, and of course showed us the nightmare that had been building up to this point:  
previous owners had an issue before and didn't even bother to find the clean out so they basically hammered a hole into a random section of the pipe/sewer then sealed it with concrete on an already very old iron rusted pipe, which roots and dirt got into the pipe thru this particular lovely hole... 3 feet underground!  Cause the landscaper they had on their last job completely buried the Clean Out to never be seen again...  Until Alberto!
One of our toilets, they had glued plastic connector to a rusted Iron pipe.. yeah... glue... and you know that wax seal that your toilet sits on? non existent!  All that explained the nasty leak under the house.

All in all, the services provided by Alberto and Barnett as a whole, has been nothing short of spectacular.  Reasonably priced and efficiently completed.

Ive been working with blossom valley plumbing for at least 7 years . They've fixed and upgraded kitchen faucets, toilets, garage disposal, shower fixtures, water heater and many other parts of the property.
They are always responsive, fast and reliable. I don't think I ever had to call them back to follow up on a repair.

Updates:

Tim contacted me personally and schedule a free HVAC heater maintenance, the technician, Kenneth, explained of the maintenance service thoroughly on-site. He tested the temperature of the of the airflow from the fans to ensure that the heater works in good condition after the maintenance. If you are looking for annually heater maintenance, Irbis is the right place to go with. They are willing to provide you with the annual Subscription fee.

The HVAC draining problem was fixed by the other independent guy I found from other website.

Overall, I am happy with their customer service. However, it could be better if Irbis help me with the HVAC draining issue promptly.

Not sure why They sent out a guy who could not fix the problem but was able to assess the situation and then report back. Does it make sense to anyone??

To me, it wastes my time and money ($115). They sent out someone who took a few pictures without offering any treatment options other than replacing the AC unit that cost thousands of dollars. The on-site technicians did not explain to me anything clearly other than the pan is made of metal so he could not do anything about the rust other than replace the entire unit (it costs thousands of dollars).

I requested the assessment document after two days, and they did not get back to me until a week. Then it indicated a drainage issue after I discussed the possibility of drainage problems on the assessment/document.

I am sorry but could you send someone who knows how to fix it as soon as the problem is identified??? It is like I paid a consulting fee and got nothing fixed right away.

Can't say enough thanks to Hector and his work clearing out our sewer drain.  We called multiple plumbing companies and was being quoted to rip out drains and replace.  Hector was the first person to actually listen to what was going on, make an assessment and give me different options.   What he did was exactly what we needed and from now on, I'm calling him for all of my plumbing needs and recommending him to our family owned retail property management business.  

Can't recommend these guys enough.

One gets quite suspicious when one sees a website or restaurant or professional service with 5 Stars especially on this website which is known for its shall we say spurious reviews.  

But Anar is just about amazing. We wanted to upgrade our bathrooms and Anar was responsive in putting together a competitive bid to do the electrical, plumbing, and painting work.

We checked with a few other companies and they said they could not do some of the shower and tile plumbing changes that we wanted. Gave us excuses, claimed it could not be done, said that it would require a complete bathroom tile change ...yadi yada.  But Anar is Mr. Fix and he and his team were able to take care of replacing our old showerheads and faucets and replacing the tile.  I would bet that someone who did not know we got the work done would say that it does not look like a patch job. Just impressive and amazing.  So thanks, Amar and team!!

Finally, Amar is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.

Look at the other reviews. We cannot all be making it up.

Excellent job! Fast, quick, in time! I have pelican water filter to install my house. They told me how to soak the filter before they came. And they did an excellent job to install, they also gave me instructions how to maintain afterwards!!!

We have used Ace Plumbing for the last 10 years for Backflow Prevention service for all of our buildings in San Francisco. Bill has consistently shown reliability and professionalism at each visit. We had our water heater spring a leak and flood our kitchen on a Saturday, of course. After calling a few plumbers Team Contractors were the only ones to respond and I'm glad they did. They arrived ahead of the scheduled time, went with us to pick out a good water heater and stayed until we were up and running. They were responsive, courteous, thorough and had a pleasant attitude. They even offered to stay an extra hour to make sure the water heater worked correctly. I would highly recommend their services.

Early this year we had a significant leak issue on our property and we were desperately trying to find someone to help us fix it.
It's an older home with a good sized crawl space but a few plumbers that we spoke to before refused to even bother figure out where the leak is.. We ended up in a weekend, making us wonder what to do next. Luckily, found All Pro on yelp and gave it a shot!! We are so glad we did, Julio came by to check on it on saturday!  figured where the problem could be, told us what he was going to try and bingo, there was no leak after that fix. Now, he had to cut off supply to a cottage at the back since the buried line had deteriorated.  He gave us a reasonable quote to come by and repipe it. He took his sunday break along with one of his buddies and had everything back on by the end of the day next day. We were amazed by his professionalism, his honesty and sincerity.

We knew that our rather long supply to main house also was going to show a leak again... and seeing Julio's work, we decided to pre-empt that issue. Julio and his team worked again with the same amount of commitment and had us up and running on new supply pipe by end of day! Inspection was done and then they came back and closed refilled the dirt. We have a property with trees and it's not an easy job. This team did a great job with copper repiping!

If anyone needs a repipe done, this team is your team.

George is a great plumber. very knowledgeabl, clean and Reliable.

Had an issue where the toilet started to slide around on the floor and appeared that one of the bolts holding it down broke.  Wasn't sure what to do, and looked on yelp to find a highly rated plumbing company in the concord area.  Lo and behold, Plumbing Solutions comes up.  Figure with all the great ratings, might as well try them.  Not only did they come same day, I got to work with Mike.  Mike is a great guy, great personality, and was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had (including ones I hadn't thought to ask).  When you are dealing with a toilet problem and what resides underneath the toilet (the wax seal, the flange, and whatever else lurks there) it could be any number of problems to deal with and possibly replace.  Mike made the best of the situation and secured the toilet without having to do expensive replacements for no reason.  He explained everything as he went so that I understood what was happening and the reason for it.  He even helped me out with a slow draining sink and explained why using liquid solvents are terrible for the longevity of the pipes.  (nice info to have!)  

All in all, Mike was excellent at his job.  He executed the task at hand with all the efficiency his experience empowered him with.  He was personable, funny and was respectful of our home.  Truly glad I was able to be helped out by Mike today!  Thanks again!  Will definitely look you up in the future if we have any more issues.

After literally 30 years of working with plumbers, I can tell you that Kratzer Plumbing is one of the best. Reasonable rates. Quick response. Prompt arrival at the promised time.
