My kitchen sink backed up on Saturday afternoon of my 4-day weekend. On Sunday morning, I called Lett's to find out what my options were.  I received a call back almost immediately. The technician disclosed immediately that it would cost double time due to being after hours BUT would be back to normal rate Monday. I appreciated the transparency.  I was advised to call on Monday morning.
I was pleasantly surprised by the follow-up call I got from Lett's early Monday morning.  I was able to schedule a service call between 10-12 that day.  The plumber, Joe, called when he was 20 minutes out and arrived promptly.  He listened to the background No the chronic drain problem and got right to work on snaking the clean-out, then ultimately the sink drain directly.  He was kind, patient, and efficient.  (Even better, he was a dog lover so my two ankle-biters were at ease).
Once again, Lett's has done an efficient and professional job. I highly recommend this company.

The service technician visited my house, told he could do the work and the administrative assistant confirmed that he could do the work.  I never received the quote and was told that he needed to come again to provide the formal quote.  After multiple emails and rescheduled appointments they just stopped responding.  Definitely not reliable.

I used Tom &Scott's plumbing in 1998 for my kitchen remodel. Fast forward to December 2020 when my water heater went out on a Sunday (of course!) I left a message for Scott that day and got a call back at 8:00am the next morning. Cody arrived promptly at 11:00 on Monday and I had a new water heater by that afternoon. I love how patient and detailed Cody is in his work. So much so that my my mom decided to have her 26 yo water heater replaced by Cody before it leaked or left her without hot water. Today was another successful installation!! Thanks Cody!

Jackson was on time and solved the problem quickly. Spent the time to troubleshoot and provide me a report of the condition of the system. Providing recommendations without any pressure or fear tactics to do more work.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Barnett plumbing for Wednesday. However I received a call this morning advising me that there was a slot available today.   The tech was here literally within an hour of the phone call.

The technician Matt was cheerful and informative.  He gave me the two choices for our kitchen faucet replacement and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. He was very friendly  and knowledgeable as well as being easy and fun to talk to.

He did a great job and  willingly provided info regarding additional work I am considering having done.

I've used Barnett Plumbing for several years and would not entrust my plumbing repairs and service to  any other company.

Mike and Doug from Blossom Valley Plumbing was super helpful and fixed a leaky riser leading to my lawn irrigation in a snap at a reasonable price as quoted.  Doug also took some feedback on the answering service very positively.  Overall, I can recommend Blossom Valley Plumbing!

Anar ghosted me twice. I wrote a negative review the first time he ghosted me so he called I couldn't pick up no message no email no nothing ghosted twice .As property owner property ,manager & builder no way would I hire this guy.

I was doing the dishes and my sink started bubbling up through the disposal :(  We live in an old cottage in mountain view and have had a couple plumbing issues since we got here in September '14.  After the last fiasco (and bill...430 dollars!) we were dreading calling a plumber again.  My uncle-in-law said that we should call Matt this time and we are so glad we did.  He was friendly, professional, a heck of a lot less expensive than the previous guy and he did more.  We will definitely be calling him again if we have any other plumbing issues.  Thanks Matt!

After a late night toilet backup discovery I text Garrison in the morning to get my septic pumped. They got back to me a little over an hour later with a breakdown of estimated costs, and a time that same day. No fuss and very easy.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Smart Plumbers have been with us for the last ten years or so--when we receive their calendar magnet in the mail--we keep it!  They even send us a holiday card!  Wanted to thank Joel and José for visiting us recent to help us with our water heater.  Smart Plumbers are totally reliable, fair with their pricing, and pretty much awesome.  Glad to be together for a decade!

Ace showed up within 3 hours of my initial call (approximately 1pm) and determined that our water heater, which had severe leakage, needed replacement. They found a new one (large industrial strength) and came back at 4pm to make the installation even though it took them until approximately 7pm to finish. John, the lead technician, was very efficient and the fact they returned on the same day was truly evidence of great customer service.

Julio was fast, reliable, and kind. His crew performed the job extremely fast, efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up their work and patched up all the drywall they needed to cut. Their prices were also significantly lower than all the larger plumbing companies we got quotes from, and stayed competitive against smaller plumbers' prices. We're very happy we went with them.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

As the owner of a water damage restoration company, I see jobs all the time where plumbers come to a home to fix a leaky faucet or a broken hot water heater yet they never tell the homeowner that the leak that they experienced might have caused a secondary issue - water damage!  Bellows is one of the few plumbers that extends their concern for the customer beyond just their line of work.  

Numerous times I have received calls from either the customer or Bellows themselves, letting me know that there had been a leak and could we come and check things out - either to help dry things out - or simply just check the area out and make sure everything is dry.  If those areas are not dried properly, there is a good chance that by the time we are called, rather than drying something out we are looking at mold remediation.  That's where Bellows is different.  They don't just walk away after their job is done.  Because they have been educated....they educate others.  Great job Bellows!!
