Water from my showers and toilets weren't draining correctly and 'everything' came out of the downstairs bathroom toilet and shower drain and flooded my bathroom. The technician, I believe his name was Erik, came out early morning and was great. He not only fixed the nasty problem but explained what was going on and what can could be done to help prevent the problem in the future. I have used Letts plumbing before a few years ago and they fixed the problem we had then

Art came and fixed a plumbing issued that two other plumbers could not fix in a rental I have.  After wasting hundreds of dollars with other companies, I won't take my business anywhere else. He was prompt, reliable (as his name states) and has very competitive pricing!

First time I have used Tom's Plumbing service. Called this morning and a friendly receptionist answered the phone. She said she would call me back in 1 hour after she checked with her plumbers. She did, and said Doug would be at my house in 30 minutes. He showed up on time and completed the plumbing repair quickly and competently. He cleaned everything up and just charged his minimal service charge. I'm totally satisfied!

They came by to work on a clean-out for our house. They also snaked the pipes to the main sewerage. They did an excellent job!

I was scheduled for an appointment with Barnett plumbing for Wednesday. However I received a call this morning advising me that there was a slot available today.   The tech was here literally within an hour of the phone call.

The technician Matt was cheerful and informative.  He gave me the two choices for our kitchen faucet replacement and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. He was very friendly  and knowledgeable as well as being easy and fun to talk to.

He did a great job and  willingly provided info regarding additional work I am considering having done.

I've used Barnett Plumbing for several years and would not entrust my plumbing repairs and service to  any other company.

Honest fast repairs. George was great, fixed a leak in a pvc pipe in about an hour and was nice, polite, and very deferential to my mom. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, was clear and not condescending. It's rare to come across a company that takes pride in their work, is honest (he fixed the pipe twice at no charge because there was a crack in the first repair he did).

How sad it it to be so surprised about great service and nice guys?

Excellent repair work on my Whirlpool washer. Very professional and courteous technicians. IRBIS honored their original quote without hesitation.  Will use them in the future.

Helpful, polite, and seemingly honest plumber. He helped us snake our drain. I received two other quotes for the work. His price was reasonable and he didn't try to upsell me to replace my sewage pipes right away. After the work, he went into my crawl space and gave me a quote if I did decide to replace the sewage line in the future.

Anar was great. He responded to request for quote quickly and with a reasonable price. Other handyman services said they will take small jobs but not true or they ask for an unreasonable high price. Anar repainted 8 exterior wooden shutters in less than 3 hours. Courteous and good quality. Will definitely use him again for other work. Thanks.

I found Matt through Yelp. We had a plumbing emergency (clogged mainline sewer) on Jan 1 and Matt was the only plumber who was available and he answered the phone promptly. A couple of other plumbing agencies got back to me (after I left text messages) and quoted double and triple their usual rates since it was a holiday. Matt arrived within 15 minutes and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was. He snaked the main sewer line and cleaned out roots that had grown within the pipe. He also gave us recommendations on how to fix this problem in the long term. Matt is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has very reasonable rates. He even emailed us a e-receipt and accepted payment through check (no sketchy cash-only payments). I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Phil has helped us several times. Installing new toilets, troubleshooting sink leaks, etc. He is totally honest, competent, fair priced and persistant. We recommend him without hesitation.

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.

I would definitely recommend Andrew, he was very courteous, attentive and explained all the work that needed to be done. It feels good knowing that we have an Electrician that we trust and can reach out to for future work. Many thanks!

I can't believe all the 4 and 5 star reviews here...As another reviewer said, the best thing is they come very promptly. We had no choice but to use them to fix our water heater when it stopped working Thursday night before a long weekend. They got $85 Thurs night to light the pilot. At that time, the guy was trying to upsell all the time about replacing the whole unit and talking constantly without being clear that the thermocouple needed to be changed. I am no expert on water heater repairs and was relying on his advice. Next morning the water heater doesn't work again. I call them and they are home within 30 mins. Great...but wait, now the charge is $190 to replace the thermocouple. I ask them if I get a discount because I just paid $85 the night before. The guy gets rude and says they don't work for free. I tried calling around other companies but nobody could come in that weekend. I have a 2 yr old at home and could not go the whole weekend without hot water. So we asked Smart plumbers to come in on Saturday. Now, a new guy shows up who claims to be the water heater expert. He says the first guy gave me a wrong estimate and it is $250 to replace the thermocouple. Basically we paid them $335 to fix something that was probably $150 or less...I would be very cautious before calling them in for anything.

We had a clogged drain which my husband tried to fix which then turned into a leak due to the washers breaking. I called Ace they answered quickly and told me they could have a person out by the next morning. Mario came earlier than the arrival time which was awesome, he was friendly, funny and he fixed our sink extremely quick. He gave us options on ways we can go about fixing our problem being that our pipes are dated and helped us save money. All and all I will absolutely be calling for Mario again when the next thing inevitably breaks. Thanks for the fast and friendly service.

These guys do incredible work!  They responded within 10 minutes when I requested a quote on Yelp.  It was even after 7pm (they were closed).  Khoa came out the next morning and fixed our clogged and broken washer drain and then came out in the afternoon with Dan to fix our kitchen faucet and install a new tub/shower valve control and all associated hardware.  The only reason he had to come back in the afternoon was because we hadn't purchased the fixtures yet.  

Khoa explained all the repairs in layman's terms for me and finished everything faster than I thought possible.  From now on Team Contractors are my go to plumbers.

Julio was fast, reliable, and kind. His crew performed the job extremely fast, efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up their work and patched up all the drywall they needed to cut. Their prices were also significantly lower than all the larger plumbing companies we got quotes from, and stayed competitive against smaller plumbers' prices. We're very happy we went with them.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

Mike is fantastic!  Super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.  He came out to see if we had a leak or not (we had no evidence of a leak but were suspicious that we might).  He invited me along in his troubleshooting process so I would know what he was doing and learn how to troubleshoot this kind of issue myself in the future.  He even drew me a map of how the water comes into my house from the street, where it goes and how the pipes are vented out of the house.  After his assessment proved we had no leak and the smell in our bathroom could easily be fixed by running the water in the shower on occasion, he asked is there was anything else he could do.  He answered some other plumbing related questions we had and even gave me some good tips on very easy maintenance steps I can take on a regular basis to keep my sinks from clogging (i.e. so I won't need to pay him to come fix it) and keep my garbage disposal running smoothly.  He didn't need to take the extra time to save me money in the future, but he did.  He even asked me to let my Great Dane in so he could meet her and then asked if I had any treats he could give her.  If I wasn't already sold on Mike, that sure did it!  Great guy all around and he will be my plumber in the future without a doubt!

Definitely the best plumber I've ever worked with. Lee Kratzer crawled under our house to find and diagnose a leak under our kitchen that was having gross side effects (drain flies everywhere). He even did the quote on a Saturday so we could schedule the repair ASAP.

He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with; he answered all of my nitpicky questions and even let me crawl under the house with him to watch the repair in action. In addition, he did the work despite the puddle of water in the way (which another plumber refused to do), and he sprayed the entire area down with a bleach mix I made (he provided the spray bottle) to combat the grossness. He was extremely punctual and very efficient. Highly recommended!

This company installed our new heater. Four years later, it stopped working, I called them and they were too busy to come out, their waiting list is nearly a month. Their fee to show up is $140. I ended up calling JB Heating and Air, they came out three hours later and fixed everything for $89.
Two great businesses, but one is too successful, and one is up-and-coming!
