My toilet was leaking around the base, so I called yesterday and left a message. Mary, who was very friendly, called back within 10 minutes and said that Sheldon would be over in about 10 minutes.  Sure enough, Sheldon arrived as promised and was able to fix the problem.  He explained that the contractor who'd installed the toilet stacked two seals to make the height flush with the floor, when he should've used one seal and some extenders.  This is not the first time we've called on Letts Plumbing.  Last year, also on Christmas Eve, they came over to snake a line.  I highly recommend them for their friendly service, competence, and reasonable rates.

These guys are fantastic.  Utterly professional, friendly and responsive.  They treated my house like it was their own.  Next time I need any work on my HVAC system, they'll be my first call.  Highly recommend.

I used Tom &Scott's plumbing in 1998 for my kitchen remodel. Fast forward to December 2020 when my water heater went out on a Sunday (of course!) I left a message for Scott that day and got a call back at 8:00am the next morning. Cody arrived promptly at 11:00 on Monday and I had a new water heater by that afternoon. I love how patient and detailed Cody is in his work. So much so that my my mom decided to have her 26 yo water heater replaced by Cody before it leaked or left her without hot water. Today was another successful installation!! Thanks Cody!

Following my last review post, we tried to fix the shower head amount by ourselves but it still has water leaking problem. I contacted Joksan again and he quickly came to our place, got the problem fixed without any charge. I would definitely choose and recommend creativity plumbing in the future!

The other half attempted a DIY on a minor toilet leak and ended up flooding our bathroom floor. I called this place to have someone come as soon as possible, and after dealing with a dispatcher/middleman, an employee was able to respond after an hour.
The employee did not have any identifying uniform besides a box of tools, but was courteous and upfront about our problem. Apparently, the valves should have been tighter and definitely should have been sealed prior to turning the water back on. This was an easy fix, about ten minutes, but still amounted to $80 despite him conferring with the business owner about the easiness of the repair. Much like other service professions, there is a flat per hour, minimum one hour rate, so that suck--but my auto mechanic will charge only half an hour if it a service takes less than half an hour.
Anyhow, the leak wasn't entirely repaired when the plumber left since drops of water were still leaking from the water supply tube to the toilet. With the $80 diagnosis, my boyfriend was able to repair the leak himself, and follow-up calls to the business for service were disregarded.
I'm calling someone else for our garbage disposal replacement.
Just okay. If we didn't have such an emergency, I probably would've gone with a different plumbing company, but BVP was able to respond quickly.

Matt came recommended by a family member of mine.  He is a super nice guy, explains things well, and is very trustworthy.  His prices are super reasonable, and he even fixed a random broken part on my toilet for free!  I highly recommend him - great guy.

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

Fast, excellent service and very courteous staff. Min went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, including explaining what he was doing during various stages of the job. Arrived when promised and finished the work in a timely manner.

Big shoutout to Omar! He came after hours and did miracle repair for several hours. Although he could have stopped after several attempts to fix our mess, he persevered and 2 hours later left successfully at 11 pm, onto his next project...Omar was fast efficient, professional polite and fun to work with! Early this year we had a significant leak issue on our property and we were desperately trying to find someone to help us fix it.
It's an older home with a good sized crawl space but a few plumbers that we spoke to before refused to even bother figure out where the leak is.. We ended up in a weekend, making us wonder what to do next. Luckily, found All Pro on yelp and gave it a shot!! We are so glad we did, Julio came by to check on it on saturday!  figured where the problem could be, told us what he was going to try and bingo, there was no leak after that fix. Now, he had to cut off supply to a cottage at the back since the buried line had deteriorated.  He gave us a reasonable quote to come by and repipe it. He took his sunday break along with one of his buddies and had everything back on by the end of the day next day. We were amazed by his professionalism, his honesty and sincerity.

We knew that our rather long supply to main house also was going to show a leak again... and seeing Julio's work, we decided to pre-empt that issue. Julio and his team worked again with the same amount of commitment and had us up and running on new supply pipe by end of day! Inspection was done and then they came back and closed refilled the dirt. We have a property with trees and it's not an easy job. This team did a great job with copper repiping!

If anyone needs a repipe done, this team is your team.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

Had a good experience with Plumbing Solutions.  I found this company by reading reviews on Yelp. I first emailed to get a quote to replace an old Hot Water Heater.  Received an email a short time later and we set up an appointment.  Joel was on time for his appointment and quickly got to work on giving my husband and myself a quote.  We decided to have them go ahead and do the job.  Joel left and came back a short time later with a new Hot Water heater and started the job.  Several hours later he was done and we were happy!

I agree with the other reviewers - would definitely all them again.  Lee didn't come himself but our plumber (I believe it was Luiz) was nice, very quick at solving our drain problem, gave helpful advice, and very reasonable price.

I would give bellows a zero stars review of that was an option but unfortunately it's not. I feel extremely ripped off by the entire process. I was completely overcharged and Bellows plumbing,  all of their plumbers are on commission. Their whole job is to charge as much as they can for each job that happens. I found another plumber in the area and was able to reduce my charge by $8000. I wish I would of never called them for this job. I owe them 1600.00 for a job that is not even complete. Check around and there is so many other options in our county over bellows.
