I wanted to update my review since it's been so many years and we've had so much more work done. The most amazing part of this outfit is their consistency. Letts plumbing has continually provides excellent service and outstanding workmanship. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and have done some upgrades.
Our tankless water heater was installed flawlessly. We are about to remodel our bathroom and with a huge amount of direction from Lett's, we are so excited to get underway.

After experiencing an initial unfavorable service experience with Mr. Reliable Plumbing, I had posted a negative review thinking I would never receive a response back.  

After a few months past I was extremely surprised to see that both the Business Owner and Manager were both eager to listen to my service concern and went out of the way to turn my negative experience into a positive one.  So many companies today are so eager to take your money and once they receive it, they don't want to have anything to do with you if you have any issues.  I can truly say that this is not one of those companies.   They really do care about their customers, and this means a lot.

I have bumped my review up to 5 stars and would certainly do business with Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating again.

Had washer drain snaked. Hugo came out an hour early. Clean and professional job. Hugo also gave helpful tips to prevent future backups. Great job!

Was replacing a 75 g water heater with 50 g tank. As per internet, should take 4 hours, which at 200/hr should be 800 labor, tank around 800, misc other stuff I expected to pay 1800 to 2000. Final bids: independent plumber 1900, Fast (installing Home Depot tank) 4500, Barnetts 3300.

Rep was quick to come out for a quote (independent plumber did take more patience in order to get the bid) and did acknowledge they would cost a little more given that they have a full-fledged business that is responsive and can respond quickly for follow-ups. That being said, he first suggested we could buy a tank and exchange it for a hybrid next year when rebates became available, then retracted the offer, saying that program had ended. Then he contradicted himself a few times during the quote process (the leak could be handled in a few weeks, but later he said should be handled in a few hours; the standard tank replacement should be $2500, which became $3300 when he produced the written quote because it would require some work getting it down a 4 inch stair; if we went hybrid, it would save 50%, which became 80% later in the conversation, none of which comports with what I've read about hybrid tanks).

I'm not sure why installing a tank isn't just cost of the tank, materials and 4 hours worth of work when there is nothing complicated at hand. Hopefully mine was an isolated experience.

Mark of blossom valley plumbing treats me like family, I have used him ever since he started his business, he is dependable and never lets me down, I highly recommend him and his crew , he has plumbed the entire house with copper pipe and new water heater recently. Five stars!!!!!

Our home that we purchased three years ago didn't have cooling and central heating broke down two years ago. We finally decided we couldn't live without HVAC and started looking for options. Through thumbtack I came across IRBIS and they seemed to have great reviews. Called the guys over and Raymond (their project manager i think) came n explained all the details to me and my wife. We chose middle of three options offered to us.

It took three days for complete installation which was undertaken by Oscar and Jonathan. I hadn't realized before that total work spanned over multiple different tasks such as plumbing, crawl-space inspection, gas-line, welding, electrical, carpentry and much more. The guys were up to the task though and I was surprised by how professional and thorough their conduct was. For all three days I got a message telling me when they were on their way, then they would work tirelessly until evening and keep me posted on everything. They would also clean everything after each day and made sure my house wasn't disrupted. They seemed knowledgeable about the work and also the compliance requirements.

I would recommend their work and IRBIS in general 100% to anyone planning to install HVAC.

Thanks to MTZ for the prompt and helpful service. My hot water heater had stopped working. With a couple of minor adjustments, the service person was able to get it started again. Because it wasn't clear what the issue was and there is a possibility of a recurrence, they didn't even charge me for the visit.

I hired Anar from Mr. Fix Bay Area to remove 3 large wood beams from my front courtyard.

After reviewing what I needed, he provided a quick estimate on Yelp and came to work on a Sunday! His work was really high quality and cleaned up after. The price was very fair.

I was so happy with the first project I ended up hiring Anar to repair my stucco side fence that was in bad shape. He patched, build new support (rebar + concrete), and painted the wall after.

I highly recommend Anar for projects around the house whether it's large or small. We'll be using him for future projects.

Called Matt for a third time when my kitchen sink was draining very slowly.  This seems to happen every 7 to 8 years and so I figured I was due for a snake cleanout.  He ran the snake for 90' with no change in slow drain.  It ended up being a partially clogged 20-year-old garbage disposal.  Fortunately Matt had a replacement in his truck and competed the 90' snake cleanout and disposal replacement with a 1 hour labor fee.  Everything is great now and I'm once again pleased with his service and attention to detail.  As need for plumbers are, I am hopeful that I will not soon need his services, but I would certainly select him again.

Thank you to the Garrison Plumbing team!  My pressure tank finally blew out for once and for all and wasn't going to take another patchwork job by my hand. Shanna answered right away and Philip Garrison responded quickly to assess the situation who.  Gratefully, he prioritized my job so I could have running water again.  Garrison's great crew of Byron and Jacob went right to work on my 20+ year old mess, diligently working until a beautiful new pressure tank was installed with PVC piping that didn't look like a pretzel!  Great communication, great work, competitive price, and I'm a new fan.  I'll call again for future needs and you should too!

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

This is my second time for using Smart Plumbers and again very satisfied with there service we had a faucet leaking make a call to the office and with in two hours they where here Freddy was our plumber tech and did a great job of explaining if what went wrong and gave us several options on how to go forward with fixing it. Jonathan did an awesome job in fixing the clogged kitchen sink. The sink wasn't draining properly, and he went multiple times to his truck to get the right parts and tools to make sure he can help us solve the problem.

He was friendly, professional, and now the kitchen sink drains properly! Thank you for going above and beyond, and I would recommend Jonathan and Ace Plumbing to others in the future. :)

Quick response, replies and able to do same day appointment.  Quick diagnosis of a clog at the main plumbing line and cleared it out with minimal supervision.  Work is also guaranteed for 30 days, hopefully I won't need to call them back for that.

Excellent, immaculate, attentive and professional project management and completion. Replaced our sewer system on time and left the lawn in a perfect condition.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

I finally learned not to renew my hone warranty based on my experiences over the past 2 years. For almost 1.5 years I've been dealing with a leak under my kitchen sink that has been fixed by at least 4 other plumbers that Fidelity Home Warranty would dispatch. The people that would show up never wore uniforms, nor wanted to put on booties over their shoes. And of course the same problem would come back in months if not weeks. After having the worst experience last month with Fidelity I decided to save the money I would have spent on the warranty to fix things as they need it. Glad I did. As Mark the plumber came over wearing not only a uniform, he had his own booties and was putting them on before I could even let him in. He isolated the problem and didn't charge me; instead he gave me a work estimate with 3 options. My faucet was the problem and why the problem would come and go; depends on where I had the handle and the nozzle as it was older, worn out, and had a lot of mineral build up. No more leak!!! And Mark is super nice and explained everything to me.

Lee replaced a leaky thermal expansion unit on the water heater for a very reasonable rate and walked me through it so I can manage it myself the next time.  Also, gave some good information on what kind of water heater to buy when this one goes (which may be soon).

Great work installing our new furnace and AC units that we purchased through Lowe's. Our vent system didn't pass the HERS test and Bellows had to send a crew out to seal the vents and get it prepped for retesting. Bellows sent another crew out to do a pre-test before sending the HERS guy back out to make sure it would pass. Nice that they do that, but would have been nice (and saved us time) if they had done that from the get-go. The City inspector is out today to sign off on the permit. Nice that Bellows sent one of their way plumbers to accompany the inspection. Would recommend Bellows.
