Letts Plumbing was quick to respond in our shower and toilet backup nightmare. Erik showed up and offered solutions. After discussing what could be done we chose one of the options. He got the clog cleared a bit and the problem seemed fixed. Later when we found it wasn't 100% he came back and made things right. Letts's Plumbing Guarantees their work.

Mixed feeling. A small job should have been completed in 15 mins took 2 days and 300$+. I asked these folks over for their good reviews and I am not pleased by their service. They come over and present you a rate sheet in which there is no mention or relevance of the issue. It's starts at 300$.

I had to cycle through 2 technicians as first one did not know or have right equipment. A lot of frustration due to waiting either on the phone or waiting for technicians. Had to take a day off.

Anyhow.. gave them 3 stars because the finally did the work.

Melissa returned my phone call today Dec 30th at 8:15 am. Scott was here by 9:00 am. Fixed the toilet in under an hour. I could not be more pleased.  Good plumbers are hard to find. Scott is a great plumber. My dear neighbor told me to call this company and I am very thankful that I did.

Great service, quick response and the job was done as advertised! Joksan was friendly and explained what he was going to do (snaked the bathtub drain) and what potential other issues there might be. Fortunately it was just a clog of hair, so quick as can be, he was done. Great job.

Huge thanks to Matt from Barnett Plumbing for correcting our water pressure issues. After listening to my explanation and asking a few questions, he diagnosed the problem as not enough pressure coming through the pipes. He zeroed in on the fix and started making adjustments.

The adjustments did the trick and now we have the optimal water pressure in all faucets and showers throughout the house. He and I did several tests to make sure the pressure did not drop when multiple faucets or showers were turned on simultaneously. Matt took his time and assured me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. I can definitively say the answer is Yes!

He was kind of enough to look into a couple issues with our outdoor hose bibs and suggest how to correct the issues there.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I interviewed at least 10 plumbers and narrowed it down to Blossom Valley Plumbing as my top choice. Very, very, very honest and fair pricing for top quality work. Mark and his team rock. We've had Doug do several fixes in our home and George, Frank, and Juan flawlessly installed a water heater.

I got heating cooling unit installed for my sun room and very satisfied with their timely installation and troubleshooting that was needed couple of days later. Ryan was very prompt and showed up very next day to make sure unit worked properly to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend IRBIS.

Issue we had:  tree roots have grown into the sewer pipe and had to be replaced.  We did not have a clean out, so cleaning had to be attempted through a roof vent. The 30' length of sewer pipe was filled with tiny tree roots and no way a complete cleaning could have been done.   We saved $6100 by not choosing MTZ plumbing and deciding to go with some other company.

Pros:  Hector came in mask...COVID prepared. Hector was on time.   Came the same day.   Friendly.

Cons:  Hector gave us 2 options & their respective quotes : one was cleaning($3800) and the other option was replacement of the sewer pipe($11,600).   We got few other quotes for both options through yelp.  Sorry to say that Hector's quotes were the highest with a huge diff.  We ended up going with another company and was charged $5500 for the complete 30' replacement of sewer pipe with 2 new clean outs, with a 5 year warranty.   The guy from the other company did a perfect job of laying a new ABS pipe with pipe-burst technology(u can google, youtube video...) and did not have to dig a trench, but just dug 2 pits for that process.   He also took care of the sprinkler line and water line which were in the way.  Never complained.  Left the place clean and we are extremely satisfied with their work.

Tips for choosing the right contractor (our learning):   First, there is no need to panic for plumbing issues, however urgent it looks to be.  Please use google or any search technology to gain knowledge about your plumbing/sewer issues and all available solutions.  You might have to spend 4 or 5 hours in the net.  But, it is worth it.  Otherwise, we will get over-charged for all the so-called details contractors share with us.  We end up paying for their marketing talk and we are left to believe that the contractor took time to explain everything..., was nice..., gave us all the options etc....Due to fear or lack of knowledge, we might even end up choosing the expensive option.  The more knowledgeable we are, the more we save on our hard-earned money.  It might be worth to even spend few hundred dollars on a hotel-stay during the decision making process, rather than spending thousands more on an expensive contractor.  Wishing you all well!  God bless!!

I highly recommend Matt. We called him to fix a clogged drain and he happened to be in the area so arrived within 5 mins of our call.  He was super nice and fixed the problem very quickly.

We have a community well association and we just had a tree come down and shatter the piping from our well holding tank to our main. Phil came out on time and did a great job replacing the line (4 inch PVC piping). The next day when we turned on the power we found another big leak from the well line and Phil was there within a couple of hours to take care of it.
We will be using Garrison again this summer for some dry season work.

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

Fast, excellent service and very courteous staff. Min went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, including explaining what he was doing during various stages of the job. Arrived when promised and finished the work in a timely manner.

Highly recommended. Our plumber, Leo, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We discovered a ~1 foot piece of lumber clogging our main pipe, and he needed to cut through and replace that section of the pipe. Not a small job!

Leo managed to remove the clog and replace the new section of the pipe within the few hours. The new section looked very secure, and we have not had any issues whatsoever.

I really cannot recommend Leo enough. Not only was he very professional, he also was extremely courteous and kept our place clean while he was doing the repair.

Plumbing emergencies are always stressful. We got a response from Joel immediately stating that he could have a technician out Monday morning at 8am. Promptly at 8am the technician arrived.  Our technician Ed was amazing. He Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our copper line within an hour or so. He also came in to make sure that our faucets weren't clogged with dirt and purged the system. I highly recommend Ed and Plumbing Solutions!
