I used Mr. Reliable Plumbing to replace a water heater and I was most happy with the work that was done.  Isaac is the Plumber who came to my house.  He was efficient, thorough and even cleaned up after himself.

I used Tom &Scott's plumbing in 1998 for my kitchen remodel. Fast forward to December 2020 when my water heater went out on a Sunday (of course!) I left a message for Scott that day and got a call back at 8:00am the next morning. Cody arrived promptly at 11:00 on Monday and I had a new water heater by that afternoon. I love how patient and detailed Cody is in his work. So much so that my my mom decided to have her 26 yo water heater replaced by Cody before it leaked or left her without hot water. Today was another successful installation!! Thanks Cody!

Great service, quick response and the job was done as advertised! Joksan was friendly and explained what he was going to do (snaked the bathtub drain) and what potential other issues there might be. Fortunately it was just a clog of hair, so quick as can be, he was done. Great job.

Was replacing a 75 g water heater with 50 g tank. As per internet, should take 4 hours, which at 200/hr should be 800 labor, tank around 800, misc other stuff I expected to pay 1800 to 2000. Final bids: independent plumber 1900, Fast (installing Home Depot tank) 4500, Barnetts 3300.

Rep was quick to come out for a quote (independent plumber did take more patience in order to get the bid) and did acknowledge they would cost a little more given that they have a full-fledged business that is responsive and can respond quickly for follow-ups. That being said, he first suggested we could buy a tank and exchange it for a hybrid next year when rebates became available, then retracted the offer, saying that program had ended. Then he contradicted himself a few times during the quote process (the leak could be handled in a few weeks, but later he said should be handled in a few hours; the standard tank replacement should be $2500, which became $3300 when he produced the written quote because it would require some work getting it down a 4 inch stair; if we went hybrid, it would save 50%, which became 80% later in the conversation, none of which comports with what I've read about hybrid tanks).

I'm not sure why installing a tank isn't just cost of the tank, materials and 4 hours worth of work when there is nothing complicated at hand. Hopefully mine was an isolated experience.

Blossom Valley Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs for us in the past -- most recently a new water heater.  My water heater was leaking all over the garage, and they responded within 10 minutes to stop the leak.  They have always done top notch work and I would recommend them to friends.

Skyler was fantastic, spent time with me on the phone trying to diagnose the problem. Able to come out that same day even though issue non urgent. Office staff responsive with quote. Great customer service from Skyler upon arrival, fixed the issue within an hour. :)

Alex fixed our shower handle.  It was not obvious to me what the problem was but it turns out to be a simple fix.  Alex was capable and very honest.  The charge was reasonable.  I recommend them.

We used Henthorn Plumbing for my father-in-law's plumbing issue on New Years Day 2016 (Yes I said New Years Day).  I called Henthorn, spoke with Matt and he was great.  He was very courteous and prompt, gave us a great rate; made great recommendations and wasn't trying to sell us things or services we didn't need.  My wife and I along with my sister-in-law have him on our key contacts list on our phones and wouldn't hesitate to call him or recommend him to our family and friends.  He's a good guy and his work is also very good.

I sent out a Yelp quote request for a thermostat replacement, and Andrew responded within minutes. Both Andrew and Charlis were very flexible with their schedules and showed up in a couple of days. They were very courteous, polite, on time, and attentive to details. They did a great job with the electrical rewiring needed for my Google Nest installation. Would recommend these guys anytime.

My water heater started leaking after 15 years and I knew it was time to replace it. I called Smart Plumbers after talking to Ernies plumbing to get another quote. SP came in $400 less than Ernies and did a great job. I worked with Milakka on the phone to setup the appointment. She was awesome and knew exactly what to do. Federico showed up a few hours later and started right in on my water heater replacement. He was friendly, honest and very skilled at his craft. I highly recommend Smart Plumbers over Ernies. Great job Milakka and Federico. You are both a huge asset to your company should never be taken for granted.

Had to use these guys a few times. The first time I was having an issue with my toilet. I was a little disappointed as the technician was pretty late to our appointment. However, it was a minor issue and due to the inconvenience, he didn't charge me to fix it! So I knew if I ever had an issue in the future, these folks would be the ones I would call.

Fast forward a year and my sink had been filling with water due to a blockage in my building. The water began to flood my apartment every time someone turned on their water. They gave me an after hours emergency appointment and the technician was on time and cleared the blockage. He was professional and showed me how the blockage was due to the building's pipe and not mine. By explaining this I was able to get my HOA to pay for the repair!

Several weeks after he left though, something got knocked around during the repair leading to my dishwasher to leak when I ran it. When the issue arose I gave them a call and he came back out. Only to discover that the initial issue was minor but led us to discover a more serious issue which would have lead my dishwasher to flood my unit. He fixed both issues on the spot and everything's been working great since!

I Highly recommend Team Contractors. On time and very fair prices! Friendly and professional service. Team Contractors went the extra mile and threw in some extra labor that I would have had to do myself. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Julio and his team are extremely competitive in their prices and we are definitely satisfied with the results .  My wife and I had 2 other estimates and theirs were by far the lowest.. but don't confuse this for low quality work.  In an industry where name brand, big companies sub-contract companies like Julio's.. they basically pay Julio's price, and then they gouge their prices to you, the customer, and finesse their product to justify their ridiculous prices.  Julio is a very humble and modest person who's work speaks for itself in volumes!  He was at times a little hard to get a hold of, but this is understandable with the amount of work and different jobs he's handling at once.  However, with a little patience, he will get back to you and answer your questions.  On top of the Re-piping of the house, he replaced our Water Heater, removed and disposed one of our vanities, and was able to accommodate a few miscellaneous requests we had around the house.  He is local and we are proud to support somebody like him.  We wish him and his business the best!

Joel and his team live up to the hype! Joel and his crew completed a trenchless sewer line replacement for us.

I reached out to Joel via Yelp at night. He came first thing in the morning the next day and gave me an estimate for the trenchless repair. They were able to start the project within a few days after obtaining the city permits.

The best part about the team: their professionalism and courtesy. I asked Joel to halt the job the morning of as my wife and I decided we wanted to see if we could save a tree that was in the way of the repairs.

Once I told Joel to proceed, his crew actually dig around it (creating harder work) and the tree is doing just fine.

Everything was done in one day and at the exact quoted price. He even provided a 20 year warranty for their work.

Joel is an awesome dude and his hard working team made this trenchless repair seamless.

Our home had an ongoing leak in the backyard that ended up being a small fix. Lee came by and saw that we just needed the hose valve replaced and changed it within 15 min. Great price for the work, too! Highly recommend his work for future plumbing issues!

This was a return trip following a service a month earlier when we needed our AC unit disconnected & reconnected. There was some undetected loss of refrigerant during that first service, and it became evident recently that it was not cooling as effectively as it had been prior to that service. Steve, the same representative, came out the same day I called and evaluated the AC performance. He added more refrigerant and checked the settings and performance, and everything was back to normal. Great and effective service. Truly appreciate the service !
