super expensive!  and I was told that I could not do something because the part was too old and they couldn't find the part.  well, I found the part and it took an independent plumber 20 minutes to install the part I wanted done by letts.  Letts spent time calling and looking for the part while still on the clock during their time at our house, so we were charged for that too.
always get a second opinion, lesson learned.

Bruce and Anthony were great!  They came within about 20 minutes, did the estimate which we thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done, which all had to be done underneath the house in a very small area to work in.  They were very nice and easy to work with and they did a great job.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.  Thanks so much Bruce and Anthony!

Extremely helpful!! I didn't even need to get the plumber out! My waste disposal unit was not working and I telephoned to arrange for  a quote. The lady I spoke to asked if I had tried the reset button ( which I wasn't aware of ) and that totally fixed the problem. No charge. Extremely satisfied customer. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

It's a total waste of my entire afternoon. I got in touch with Joksan in the morning when he said he would be available at 4pm to inspect the toilet leak on my rental property. I made the trip to the rental at 4pm and waited for over 30 mins and he didn't show up. I tried calling multiple times there is no response. After I left the place, he got back to me saying his phone has died. Then we agreed to meet at 6:30pm on the same day. I again went to the rental at 6:30 and wait for him for another 30 mins. He didn't show up again. When I called him, he sounded like he has completely forgotten about this. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I don't know how he got those 9 good reviews. There are many other plumbing services in this area and I shouldn't have wasted my time with this one. If you can't meet the commitment, don't make the promise, just to save people's precious time!

We noticed a leak in our 2nd Floor ceiling underneath the Master Bathroom Shower that bubbled up and caused water to drip down onto our stairs. I called in and made a same-day appointment with a 2-5pm window (which would have began about an hour after I called). Alberto was assigned and showed up promptly at 2pm. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly as a leak around our shower drain. He told us what needed to be done for repairs and was able to start right away and finished the repairs by 4pm. So what could have been a major headache and inconvenience was diagnosed and solved within 4 hours of us discovering the problem. Would use again if we have other plumbing related needs.

This was our second time using Blossom Valley Plumbing. I sort of remember the first time our water heater went out some seven years ago (just longer than the length of the manufacturer's warranty, of course), and they did a good job so we called them again.

The installation went great. Price was as quoted over the phone and reasonable. I'm happy with the size and brand of heater they chose for us. The plumber was quick, courteous, and did a good job of cleaning up and hauling away the old heater. But-- he was 50 minutes late. He said he got stuck in another city about 20 miles north of us.

It seems to me that if you know it takes 30 minutes to drive where you're going, and you're stuck and not leaving anytime soon, it doesn't take much in the cellphone era to call and say, Hi, I'm going to be 45 minutes to an hour late.

So, minus one star for that. But next time I need a water heater (not for another seven years, hopefully), I'll definitely call Blossom Valley Plumbing.

Tim from IRBIS was all around great and really walked me through what to expect throughout the entire process from quote to certification. Not only were he and his team very friendly and responsive, but he was entirely transparent about the costs of labor, parts, and licenses. Even more, he gave me the best price after I reached out to four other local HVAC contractors for quotes. He was always on time and delivered on his promises. I have a tankless water heater that needed servicing. I contacted the Rinnai, the manufacturer, and they gave me a list of plumbers in my area that are certified to work on tankless water heaters. I called two of them but only spoke to one. The plumber that I spoke to told me that they would call me back to schedule a time for them to come out. They never called me back. The other plumber did not call me back after I left two voice mails.

I called MTZ Plumbing and I was immediately connected with a live person. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. Hector was extremely helpful and walked me through everything he did. He also looked through the manual to make sure everything was covered. We thought that we had to order a part so Hector told me he would call me later in the week to schedule time.

Hector called me a few days later and told me that the manufacturer suggested a few more steps to fix the issue. he came by shortly thereafter and fix the issue.

I highly recommend working with MTZ Plumbing. They are smart, helpful, honest and they follow up with customers. I will be using them moving forward for any and all plumbing challenges I have in the future.

Anar is the man!! He replied to my project inquiry (replacing deck boards) within minutes. We met that same day to assess the work. He gave me a VERY reasonable bid and agreed to start and finish it the next day!

The next day he picked up the boards from Home Depot and arrived early with his helper. Later that afternoon he was done! Beautiful work, attention to detail, and fixed the wobbly part. He honored his bid and cleaned up the old materials.

I came home and found my heater broke. Found Matt on Yelp, he said he was nearby and will come take a quick look. Turns out my heater is leaking and needs to be replaced. He said he will come back at 4:30 with a new heater and replace the old one. He came back at 4:20, and finished everything by 6pm.

Matt is very skilled and efficient. He double checks on all possible leaks. Cleaned everything up when he left. The price is reasonable as well.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great service Garrison Plumbing has done. Byron and Enrique came out to put fixtures in my bathroom and did such a great job. The came out in short notice and both gentlemen were very professional and couldn't be happier with the outcome! I look forward in future work with this company! I appreciate their hard work! I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Min was AMAZING! He helped us with our kitchen sink. It only took him 5 minutes. He was friendly and helpful and very efficient. Our old plumber never showed up on time and would take an hour or more and he never really fixed our problem. Min is my new hero.

I called Ace plumbing for an estimate, they sent adam. They said it would take about an hour, but he came in almost 30 minutes! He quickly figured out the problem and helped me resolve it right away. He was fast and professional, I highly recommend using Ace for your plumbing needs.

Had a 6pm appointment with them for a plumbing issue and they arrived on time. Super nice and did great work. They were very thorough and made sure they fixed the issue. Their work also comes with a 3 month warranty. Can't beat that! Thanks guys!

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

Great job, responsive & professional service by Jacob.  He was very courteous and completed unclogging our kitchen sink & also offered advice for future maintenance & repair of our old kitchen plumbing.  Highly recommend for your future plumbing needs!

Lee replaced a leaky thermal expansion unit on the water heater for a very reasonable rate and walked me through it so I can manage it myself the next time.  Also, gave some good information on what kind of water heater to buy when this one goes (which may be soon).
