My 20 yr old water heater w 60 yr old plumbing broke, leaking water everywhere. I chose Letts based on the reviews on yelp, and I'm glad I did. The dispatcher was friendly and efficient. The plumbers came w a new water heater and installed it and all new piping within a few hours of my call. It was a hard job and they were professional and trustworthy. I will definitely use these guys again.

Daniel did a great job for my house water pipe leak and dryer vent fix. He gave detail inspection and provided full scope of work and got the job done right. I would recommend this company toanyone with plumbing issues.

Extremely helpful!! I didn't even need to get the plumber out! My waste disposal unit was not working and I telephoned to arrange for  a quote. The lady I spoke to asked if I had tried the reset button ( which I wasn't aware of ) and that totally fixed the problem. No charge. Extremely satisfied customer. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Joksan is a great guy. Will definitely work with him again. He shows up on time as promised and does great work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm writing this as a former Barnett employee, and I can honestly say I've never been more impressed with a company. They're well-run from top to bottom. They treat their employees like human beings -- not always a guarantee in this industry -- and do a fantastic job of communicating clearly with each individual worker. The leadership team has worked hard to put together a group of true professionals, and I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work here.

We were referred to Mark of Blossom Valley Plumbing by a contractor who was going to put in pavers at our home. Reason being is that the sewage drain pipe was sticking out pretty high above the ground. Mark scheduled his technician, Doug, to come out and cut the pipe down to the level needed by the pavers team. The only glitch was that the sewage drain pipe was not properly installed by our home's builder and it was broken during the demo phase. Mark was able to have Doug take care of repairing and refitting with better materials and have it lowered. Initially we were worried that the technician was going to move on to his other appointments as our matter turned out a little more complicated. We could not have asked for a  better outcome. We were very impressed by Mark's professionalism and his concern to have this issue taken care of for us in a timely manner that did not set us back with the pavers crew. Their pricing was very reasonable for the work done.

I got 5 quotes for a new heat pump HVAC. It was going to be an expensive job, no matter who I went with. All the quotes were roughly within $2k of each other, but only two stood out as likely giving me the quality, craftsmanship, and customer service I wanted. When IRBIS said they'd price match the other quote, I went with them and have not been disappointed. They did quick, excellent work without making a mess, and all their employees were friendly. At the end they insisted on taking me into the attic to give me a tour of all the work they did. It was extremely well done and super-clean, which I appreciate immensely. They have followed up and taken care of inspections and rebates, and I just saved $44 in my first full month with the heat pump vs what it would have cost had I still been using gas heat.

This is the 2nd time I've used Matt, and it was another great experience. I can't recommend him enough.

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace that needed to be replace. Within 1 hour (that was fast!) he had the pipe fixed, and the water back on.

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. My sink was clogged and the kitchen sink including dishwasher could not be used.  The plumber originally called in the afternoon to reschedule but then arrived late anyway.  I was charged too much to clear the sink and replace a pipe under the sink.  The estimate was for two trips, first to clear the sink and next to replace the pipe, which was acceptable because the sink needed to be cleared immediately for family use.  The sink could not be cleared on the first trip, but I was still charged the whole estimate.  The plumbers should have the flexibility to lower the estimate when the work is not done as expected.  The plumber tried to keep the floor clean but kept forgetting to put the little booties he had brought back on whenever he came back into the house.  Overall, the work quality was OK, but the price and customer service left something to be desired.

The pull down sprayer on the kitchen faucet frayed from use and was spraying water under the sink. The water was turned off by me but, as we found out before Russ arrived, the universal replacement hose I bought did not fit and the original could not easily be replaced; a new fixture was required. I could not leave home as I care for my mother, so Russ saved me and went to the supply store before arriving and bought two for me to choose from. Installation was trouble free and relatively quick. Five stars for Russ for his professionalism and courtesy!

My home's main shut off valve is leaking and reached out to them on friday night around 10:30pm and confirmed the appointment on next day and leak has fixed. They stand behind their work and deserve 5 stars!

The guy came in to look at the items but did not provide the complete quote and said that his brother who is the owner of the company will provide the complete quote later today. Never heard from his brother. Called several times but could not reach him. We finally got the work done from another plumbing company but wasted 2 days for the work to start. Will never do business with this guy.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Mark is absolutely amazing. Always goes above and beyond to fix an issue and provides multiple solutions. He's great at letting me know what's going on  and doesn't give up until the problem is fixed.

I had some plumbing work done by Bellows and the work was satisfactory. Here is the problem- I signed up for their  'Exclusive Home Service' for $120 that we would receive 3 annual tune-ups per year.

I was told it would be a one time cost and they would come out and inspect our home and would get a 10% discount on any work that may need doing. I called today to set up an appointment but was told my 'service' was only good for a year and had expired.

I went onto explain we were not told that there was an expiration and that I would not have signed up for this if I had been told that. In addition, the paperwork they provided doesn't mention an expiration date which to me means it is ongoing.

Be aware that their 'Exclusive Home Service' is only good for one year......
