Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Wilmar was scheduled to come to do a free estimate between 1:00 & 3:00 and never showed up. I called him and he said he would text me, but never did. This plumbing company started off on the wrong foot. If you can't even show up for the estimate how can someone rely on your work!!

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Called discount plumbing and within an hour I had a plumber at my door. Efrain followed his covid PPE showed him the problem and solved my problem. Thank you Efrain. You're a cutie

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

We had an emergency situation early in the morning. We called few companies and Just Plumbing Handyman responded first. Vlad came within 30 mins and was able to fix the leak in our kitchen in a blink of an eye. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Richard was very close to perfection.  He was my second quote for the copper repipe, he was the most affordable and he was very fast with his work.  He gave me the quote of $6,500 and he even upgraded me to a 50 gal tank for free when he found out I was a military Veteran and willing to write a review on Yelp.  It took about 2 weeks from the quote date until he started because he was on other projects, but he was upfront and precise with his timeline.  

A bit overenthusiastic, he stayed until 9pm the first day of work and then he was done by 4pm the second day!  He had one partner the first day and finished the job the second day by himself.  He wasn't the most professional of my selection pool but he was the most charismatic and approachable.  Richard and his Apprentice were extremely hard working the first day and I couldn't imagine Richard returning that early the next day, but he was there at 6:45 am just like the day prior.

He does not file permits for his work but I did not desire that additional hassle and cost.  Richard also confirmed my suspicion of a drain issue under one of my bathrooms.  He was so good with his work we decided to accept his $1,400 bid on a main drain line replace without seeking alternative bids.

I fully recommend Richard for his friendliness, fairness, and affordability.

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.

I needed some help with the laundry drain at my house in Sunnyvale.
The standpipe was leaking and the whole drain pipework was old and corroded.

There was some problem with scheduling my job at the office which left me stuck waiting hours at the house.....my phone messages took a long time to be returned.

When Germane finally arrived to do the work he was great!
- cut out the damaged iron pipework in the wall and replaced with new ABS fittings to get things back working again.
- price was very fair for what turned out to be a bigger job than I expected

I'm keeping these guys number in my phone.

After moving to CA in 2009, we chose Frank's Plumbing services as our go-to-specialist for all our plumbing needs.  Haven't been disappointed yet!  Just recently the main input valve to a toilet failed with water spewing all over the floor.  It was an obvious fix, but what was not so obvious was the almost undetectable leak into the bowl after the flush was complete .  Joel, through careful observation, determined the cause almost immediately.  The repair was in and we were on our way again.  We are so grateful for Frank's Plumbing!  Try them out!

Jared Brown is the plumber who came to help me at my store today.  He is experienced and very professional, he knows what he is doing and at the same time he is able to explain to me in a simple language. He will be the only guy I call next time when there is a problem at my store, he just won my business.

Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

Simms gets back to you quickly, shows up on time, and gets the job done. Have used them several times and keep coming back.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
