Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Wilmar and Joseph did a great job.  The job entailed more  than just a faucet change.  The house is old and had rusted pipes.  They did a great job of taking care of all the problems.  Wilmar is very  easy and pleasant  to work with. His knowledge of what needed to be done gave me confidence in his work. His pricing is reasonable and I will be using him again.   I would highly recommend  him!

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! Wonderful people to work with!

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

Is there less than one star? I waited for 6 (+) Hours and they still did not show up.  I was scheduled for 11-1, they requested to be bumped to 2-4, it is 5:15 and no one is here. When requesting my appointment I specifically ask for Saturday availability and I was assured they could accommodate. (Even the hold music said they can be anywhere within an hour.) I cannot be home during the week. Around 4 PM they told me that the plumber was held up, I talk to the plumber  where he then said that the supply stores were now closed.  He indicated that at 11 he may have been able to help me but now that it's 4, no matter how they looked at it they would have to come back. Again the hold music (which I've experienced quite a bit of) indicates that they can save time by not needing to do supply runs.

The only bright spot of this entire encounter was a friendly receptionist named Minerva. I actually feel quite bad for her because no managers are allegedly available on the weekends,  so, even though they could take seven hours of my day a manager could not be bothered to get on the phone for 15 minutes.

Truly appalling service.  So bad in fact,  I went to another plumber.

Ditto on the last 5-star review!  Dan and Brian are the best!!!!  We own 3 properties in Morgan Hill, and I would never consider using anyone other than Sullivan.  More honest than my own family members!  Thx, Dan and Brian. . .

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

We had two issues in our Sur La Table store in Los Gatos and Benjamin Williams and his associate came to fix them both in one afternoon.  They were friendly and professional and took a genuine interest in our business and how their services were helping us continue to provide good service to our customers -- an out of order toilet and a leaking sink faucet really can affect our day!

Thank you guys for being so kind and quick with the repairs.  And for cleaning up afterwards!  You are both the best!

Prompt, pleasant and thorough! I had a flood and needed toilet reseated. They actually replaced toilet with better one I had in the garage. They even took away the old one. They also rooted out at the main empty out pipe.
$300 bargain!
Will use again!

I had Just Plumbing come check out our fireplace which stopped working.  It had turned out that the company that did swimming pool removal earlier this year capped the gas line to the fireplace inadvertently.  Vlad was super professional and courteous.  He brought in a new jumpsuit and a separate pair of shoes to wear to access the crawl space.  He explained exactly what needed to be done and the price he offered was very reasonable.  He showed me the result of the pressure testing to confirm and proceeded to install the piping parts.  Excited to be able to fire up my fireplace again!

I will definitely call Just Plumbing again should a need arises in the future.   Highly recommended!

I finally found a plumbing service I can believe in.  Affordable plumbing is honest, competent and reliable. Richard was able to solve a clogging problem by reworking poorly placed pipes and charged me less than other plumbers have charged just for snaking the lines. He also resolved several other plumbing issues at a fair price.

My Takagi tankless water heater stopped working. Aware of the problem, Andy talked through my options and provided different good/better/best approaches at different price points. He offered guidance to help me decide the best route and he showed up the next day with all the necessary parts for the repair.

He worked diligently for 3.5 hours and the work was completed at the price estimated, which was very fair and significantly less than another plumber I spoke with. My wife reported that he is a super nice guy too!

As with another reviewer, Andy is my new go-to plumber too.

Our kitchen sink drain ran slower and slower over the course of a month so I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment with a plumber.

Dave came at the appointed time and got to work right away.  In less than an hour he had my drain cleared.  He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the drain without harming the pipes.  Then he noticed that my faucet which has an extendable nozzle didn't fully retract so he gave me an extra weight that hangs on the flexible tube for free and told me how to install it.

Dave did a professional job quickly and he was very friendly and helpful.  I would definitely use A & A Plumbing again.

Started out good,  but to hand write a one line item quote they wanted an additional $25. And Jim was quite proud of that!

There's lots  of plumbers around. Just wanted to stay local, but they have changed.

I could accept the original high price but the quote charge (which I needed for my realtor) was plain ridiculous.

Awais is quick, responsive, and knowledgeable in addressing plumbing issues. When it came to my toilet and shower, he knew what parts needed to be fixed right away. Awais was quick in getting the parts and was able to work on the issues same day! (Not all plumbing problems may get resolved in one day like mine, but I know Awais works as soon as he can to address them)

I'd definitely go back to Awais should any plumbing issues arise again for me.
Awais also was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm happy to recommend him as well!

Update Dec 2022: Abdul from Matt Plumbing is basically our lifelong plumber now :) Since the original work he performed on the water heater service valves, he's done the following jobs for us.

1. Replaced a toilet on the 3rd floor of a townhome
2. Cleared clogged pipes throughout the home
3. Replaced a tankless water heater
4. Replaced a regular water heater in our new home

We'll basically go to Adbul for anything plumbing related at this point and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for great workmanship, honesty, fair pricing, and super friendly to deal with. You're a life saver Abdul! Thank you for all your help over the years.

Jovan was my technician this afternoon and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem immediately. Very happy with the job overall!

Dimitrii came out to replace 4 faucets: 1 in our kitchen and 3 in two of our bathrooms. At the last minute I got a garbage disposal and asked if he could replace it too in the same visit and he did. The kitchen project was completed quickly. The bathroom project came with a surprise of a very old valves that could barely turn to shut the water off. One of the valve's handle broke off and I panicked. Dimitrii took care of it on a spot and replaced the broken valves and completed faucets installation. All of that at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely contact Dimitrii in the future for other projects around the house.

Steve Simms is a master.  His team does great work - we've had him do some drain + fixture service work - and the office follows up.  I reffered him to a friend who was having a complex water quality issue and he identified it and fixed it.  He's methodical and thorough - you couldn't want more from a plumber and if you have a water treatment system there is really no finer guy around.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
