Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing! I called for an appointment for an emergency and was able to get a plumber within an hour! Angel was knowledgeable and very reasonable with price. He also followed Covid guidelines.  I will definitely use this company again!

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Our bathroom sink and washer were having issues and they came out right away! They were super helpful, friendly and got the job done! I really appreciate their work and will use them again if/when it is needed!

Guys, if you're looking for a plumber, I personally wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Oakland Rooter and Plumbing are consummate professionals and the entire experience was flawless. I reached out with an emergency (old pipes, major leak under my kitchen sink, and piping was poorly installed to begin with), heard back in less than 10 minutes, and was fortunate enough that someone happened to cancel their appointment the same day I desperately needed one. They told me someone would be there between 1-3pm and that Alberto would be the one helping me that day.

Alberto showed up right before 1pm and from the very beginning I knew I was in great hands. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple different options on fixing my leak without trying to push me in one direction or another. He changed the piping which fixed the leak and now we have someone on speed dial we know we can count on when something goes wrong. Thanks Alberto and everyone else at Oakland Rooter Plumbing! You guys rock!

Vlad was excellent. He arrived early and kept his mask on the entire time he did his work. He was thorough and professional and explained the problem I was having with my water tank. He completed the task and I am happy with the cost. I will use Vlad in the future.

so I had him come give me an estimate to run a dedicated gas line. we ran through the plan of attack and we agreed to everything. I told him I pulled a permit and he gave me a ballpark price and recommended to get other bids.

a few days go by and I call him back with an offer and he agrees and we set a start date.

the start day comes and we run through it again, I reiterate that I pulled a permit and he gets angry any says you can't pull this shit on people complaining that he has to do a pressure test and this and that. accusing me of not mentioning a permit at our initial meeting. um, huh? real professional right? he hops in his van so fast, as of he had diarrhea continuing to curse down the street.

But I mean why would I NOT pull a permit, it's a GAS line!

i'm so glad he's on yelp so that true incidents like this can be documented for you and me, honest paying consumers.

bottom line: Richard very abrasive, rude, anxious (in a rush) and intimidating verbally/physically and will act like he doesn't need your business. work is under his terms or he's not scared to walk away. so would you hire someone like that?

he'll do work without pulling permits. so that means his work doesn't have to be up to code. sooo it's your house, work should be done properly and up to code (for safety and resale value).

his prices may be affordable but at what cost? quality? safety? no thanks.

i really hope he doesn't come beat me up.

Don't bother calling this guy, he does not return phone calls or emails. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an email.

Way to high quotation.
Nothing about the service, but the minimum quote was 4x my regular plumber.

So be wary of the cost.

I can't say enough good things about Frank's Plumbing.  They've been my plumber since I moved to Morgan Hill (over 19 years ago!).  They do their best to accommodate your schedule and get your problem fixed, especially if it's an emergency.   Last December (2016) my dishwasher became possessed and flooded my kitchen on a Saturday just after midnight. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out to assess the damage and shut off the connection from dishwasher to sink plumbing so at least I would have water in the kitchen to do dishes/cook etc.  Jim also recommended that I call my house insurance asap to report it due to the possibility of mold under the house if left untreated. I hadn't thought of that due to dealing with the emergency all through Sunday morning  from 1 a.m. onward.

They also stand behind their work. I know  If something isn't quite right, they will come back and make it good'.

As others have said, they are honest, hard working and also contribute to our community.  I never have to worry that someone is trying to get more money out of me when they give me an estimate.

So, here's another stellar review for Awais and Elite Plumbing. We had a water heater leak, and Awais was able to come out the next day and install the new water heater. Prompt, professional and polite! We've already scheduled another job that has been on the back burner for awhile (replacing the water main shut off valve) and will schedule another project with Awais when that one is done. It's a relief to know that you've found someone you can count on-job well done, Awais!

Punctual, quick, patient. In plumbing emergency,he came an hour early to fix it on a holiday with no extra charge.

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

We have had the pleasure of using Simm's twice since we moved to the coast. In both cases they were excellent!  Ada came out today. We live in Canada Cove and have been Coastside residents for over 15 years. Simm's is locally owned and operated with the same employees, that says a lot!  Thanks Simm's

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
