We called Regional Elite Plumbing to assist with a plumbing problem in our bathroom.  Mike responded to our home a couple hours later and fixed the problem.  He was professional and his rates were very reasonable.  I would definately use this company in the future and would recommend him to others.

Had a late Sunday emergency with a stuck bathroom faucet that would not turn off. Called Definitive Plumbing solutions and although they weren't available for that evening, they had availability first thing the next morning, and were super friendly advising that if we couldn't find anyone late that night, to give them a call. We found someone and they came out, but they couldn't help and even suggested that it would cost $1k+ to fix. We called Definitive Plumbing back and they came out first thing and fixed it for such a reasonable price and were quick and in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

We have used Clairemont Plumbing many times over the past 30 years for both big jobs, (under the house leak) and small jobs.  They have always been thorough, helpful, honest, and professional.  I look forward to them helping us now with our bathroom toilet, since we started having problems just now over the weekend.

$89 drain cleaning is what they quoted me on the phone for a drain cleaning, aka snake. Price quoted was $240 at this time the tech arrived. Laundry line with no obstructions too. Actually, one of the easier drain cleanings to deal with.

Be prepared to show these guys the door after their dishonest business practices. All you did was waste everyone's time.

Rafael came out and did a super job for me.  I attached some photos to show the before and after. I hadn't even requested new pipes, but was happy to get them. Way better.

I've used Owen Plumbing twice now and both times they were great (Jiovany and Ruben were my technicians) They do quality work, are friendly (scheduling the appts and the technicians) but are more reasonably priced than the big brand  plumbers. I also like the that they tell me what doesn't really need to be fixed yet and thats one of the many reasons I'll be back when it does.

Awesome job!  Had a water leak and they came out the same day.  Work was scheduled and came in under cost including a small patch of concrete.   Will definitely use them again

We needed our water heater repaired. We were getting hot water most of the time but not consistently. AJ came out and said there really wasn't anything we could do to fix it since it was an older system. He said he would personally ride it out as long as possible until we needed to replace it. So we did and we called AJ when it was time for a new tankless water heater. He came out the next day and replaced it. It was a big job and he and his partner completed it within 6 hours including a quick run to the hardware store. The cost was competitive and AJ is honest, kind and super knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Pacific Tankless.

Buying HVAC for an entire house is not an investment to be undertaken without some research. It's probably going to cost more than $15K and will require a crew of techs working in your house for several days. When they are done, you need to get an inspection in order to get permits for the job. That kind of headache seemed like more of a drag than dealing with the few excessively hot or cold days we get here in San Diego. But we met a Sherlock rep at Costco who bid on the job, which was a split level house with a detached studio. The bid was within our budget and the customer service promised a lot, so we went for it. The install crew was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well and came back to fix a minor issue required by the inspector. Sherlock's service and professionalism has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

Our visitors let us know that the drain was very slow in our guest bathroom.  It was the day before Thanksgiving, so I called to make an appointment to get it cleared early the next week.  We were very pleasantly surprised when Mr Mauricio told us he could be there in an hour!

Very satisfied with his work and the charge - very competitive with the advertisements that come in the mail each week, but without the fuss of trying to use a coupon, etc.  Even better, we discovered that they are right here in the Bay Ho orbit - I could walk to the business from my house.  We will be using Exodus as our go-to plumbing service going forward.

They came and fixed my garbage disposal and did an excellent job. Fast and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They came on time and didn't try to sell me any other services and answered all my questions. Giovanni was very friendly and I was worried because I had other problems with my plumbing in my kitchen, but he was able to clean the drain out and the  problem was fixed.

We still have the same issue and a new problem after a repair service plumber came to our home. He had great customer service however our problem is still there. And we have even a bigger problem of a leaking faucet under our kitchen sink. I don't believe we can trust that we can get the rest of the work done because we are being it's the garbage disposal???? And we are not getting any of our money that was spent on parts spent for the what he thought was the hose at first.

Good quality and fast service. I have called them for two jobs and both times very satisfied.

Our water softener broke, and garage was flooded with water. I turned off the main valve to stop the water. I called Mike @ Affordable plumbing, he showed up on time, removed the water softener and connect the pipes to fix the water supply in our home.

I really appreciate his help to fix the issue on time. We were living without water for 24 hours. Thank you Mike!

Khao came over to replace the kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job- professional work. Khao answered all my question. Plus he was wearing boots covers that kept the house clean, and cleaned the the sink area after installing the faucet, a quality procedure we appreciate greatly. He asked if we wanted to keep old parts and offered to recycle for us if we didn't want. He also called the next day to check if everything satisfactory and working right. Highly recommended!

We had a horribly clogged toilet and had to call a plumber. I tried David for the first time. Not only did he knock $20 off of his usual price, but he unclogged the toilet successfully, caulked around the base of the toilet, and when he noticed that both sinks in our double vanity were very slow to drain he fixed that too. Now I know who I'll be calling for plumbing problems in the future!

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.
