I attempted to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and ended up pulling the pipe right out of the wall. I called several plumbers to help me. Kristian from Elite Rooter came over and told me it would be a huge job, it would take half the day. He said my bathroom wall would need to be cut open. The pipe would need to be completely replaced for $1,200. Then Mike from Regional Elite Plumbing checked it out and said he could repair the damage using a pipe fitting connector. Took him about 30 minutes and cost $150. My sink is working perfectly now. I am so grateful for his honesty and skills. I would highly recommend Regional Elite Plumbing to anyone in need of a highly qualified honest plumber.

I couldn't say anything but great things about Brian. He is flexible, reliable, and great at what he does. I own a small business and he's someone we can rely on when it comes to our plumbing needs. Just recently, we had a water faucet emergency and in less than 30 minutes he was there to fix it. Thanks Brian!

Marshal is a very friendly man. I called at 1130 and he was there at 12 He took the time between calls to come by my house and spent an hour and a half or so fixing my toilet. He did a great job, diagnosed an odd problem and was on his way. Very reasonable cost! only 84 dollars! Will definitely use again

When we returned from a trip this weekend, our toilets had backed up.  Our family was coming in a few days, so we urgently needed a plumbing service.  Mr. Rooter was highly rated on Angie's list, so we called them.  Rosa, who works in the office was efficient, supportive and friendly.  She dispatched their knowledgeable technician, Jesus, who promptly came 45 min after I made the call to the office.
Jesus was efficient and friendly and was able to clear the clog so that we could use our toilets.  He even discovered that we had a leaky toilet valve which he replaced for us.
We have an older home with iron pipes that have corroded.  When Jesus and Javier, the supervisor, looked at the line with the camera, they saw that roots have entered the pipes, so we elected to have a clean out box installed to better clear the line of roots.   While working in the rain the day before Christmas eve.,Jesus carefully dug up our plants and covered them with a tarp.  I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with the efficiency and expertise of Jesus.  He is truly a genuinely helpful person and an asset to the company.  Javier, as well, was friendly and great to work with.  The price for the work done was very reasonable.

Mike Demitris came over to switch out my laundry valves so I could replace my stacked laundry unit. He arrived on time, with a mask on and was very professional. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and even taught me a few plumbing things while he worked.
He worked quickly, accurately and was detail oriented. Lefty's has competitive prices and competent staff.
As a first time homeowner, I am glad to have found the plumbing company that will now be my go-to for all my home's plumbing needs. Lefty's was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service & prices!

Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.
I would use them again.

I had a prompt response from them when my water heater burst. Owner (AJ) was ready to work with me as I had warranty to my needs and budget, Overall great service. Very prompt phone communication. IT was a pleasant experience. Will definitely reuse services for future plumbing problems. Thanks.

Don't post a ton to Yelp, unless it really deserves it. These guys are horrible. I don't think they understand if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Aside from rescheduling on us three times, here is a summary of their semi-annual reviews:

1) everything working fine, somehow technician disconnects the AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Have a newborn sleeping in 85 degree room, horrible customer service for a problem they caused (everything worked great before they showed up to check).

2) no issues checking functioning equipment, a miracle!

3) Semi-annual inspection and literally they leave with the water heater leaking all over the garage. Call the technician, water everywhere, to his credit he comes back and stops the leak.

Friday PM and our hot water is not working. Everything was fine before the inspection, if anything too hot. Now, no hot water, and 2 kids under the age of 3 w/ no call back.

Takes a lot for 1 star, but would give them negative if I could.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

When your toilets and tubs back up, call Giovani! He fixed the issue in a half hour and was here on time. The price was very reasonable. We will keep is card on file for future mishaps.

They are competent plumbers and we had a positive experience with them the first time - responsive and got tjr job done quickly. The second time did not go so well. If you have covid concerns, this might not be the right company to hire; they were not following protocols and also when a problem came up, they were squirrelly about handling it. It eventually worked out ok but I won't be hiring them again.

Trieu was great and responsive. It was very hard for me to find a plumber on President's Day to fix leaking issue in my house. Trieu was a lifesaver and came right away. The job was neat and quick. I'm very happy with his work.

I had a tub drain backup that needed fixing. Mike gave me a quote and was able to come out quickly. He took care of the clog and did a great job cleaning up. You never knew he was there.

Khoa was great and knowledgeable . Was surprised that he was able to accommodate on short notice and came to the rescue.  He was upfront about the options with cost and wanted to best scenario for cost savings if further work was not needed. Very professional.

I was very satisfied with this service. My appointment time was respected. Tino listened carefully to my issue and figured out what would work best for me. He fixed the problem with my toilet and made sure I understood that I should call him back if I had a problem, but I didn't. I didn't call back because the problem is fixed! Thanks Tino!

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.
