We called Mike Regional Elite Plumbing on Sat morning. He called right back and came over. He did a great job and he was very fast and reasonable .Even  came back the next day to tighten some bolts. We will be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike

Brian is the most honest plumber I have had the pleasure of doing business with! He does not charge a service charge or minimum fee. We had a small job and he gave us two choices, the least expensive and the more expensive. He was very articulate in explaining in layman's terms how each procedure would be accomplished. He also promises a free consultation. I had him go ahead with fixing my sink. FYI-he also did not offer an extra deal to go on yelp and writie a review. That is how good he is. I was self-motivated to write this:)

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Called early this morning - had a nonoperational disposal and leak underneath sink....turns out the disposal had seen much better days and one hour later, I am back in business.  PS this all happened during a move in and Marshall was here as promised and super pleasant.  Thanks so much Clairemont Plumbing!

Fantastic service!! The awesome staff (Megan was who we dealt with) was very communicative over the phone and e-mail when setting up a time that worked for everyone. We then had Nick come out and he tackled both of our complex sink problems very quickly. Nick was very friendly and professional all at the same time. I would recommend this business and it's employees any day of the week.

Had clogged toilet issue. I contacted Lefty's on a Monday morning and they were able to schedule me in the same day. The sent Edgar and he was GREAT ! Professional Courteous and Effective. Will definitely use this company again in the future

We had a clogged tub that needed immediate attention. Every other plumber I contacted either didn't get back to me or weren't available for a week at least. Jerry came out the same day and after the repair was more involved than previously thought, came out the next day as well to take care of the issues which included replacing old cast iron pipes. I plan to contact Jerry with any future plumbing issues.

I found out I had a mainline leak hours before a flight out of town. I called Owen Plumbing from the road based on a friend's recommendation and explained the situation. They adjusted their schedule so they could come out immediately.

Rodney called me several times through their diagnosis and quoted me on what I thought was a very fair price for the job. I agreed and they began with their fix right away. Not 10 minutes later, he called me back saying that he overestimated the effort and the actual bill would be HALF of what I agreed to.

What kind of plumber does that anymore - especially when I'm 3,000 miles away and would have been non-the-wiser?

The kind that I will call back for every plumbing problem from now on - that's who.

Have used this company for years as my parents have. (The Deerings). They are on time or the office calls and tells you a new ETA.  Honest and capable, personable and professional, they are the best.

My 2 years old tankless water heater  stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was closed for a 7/4 weekend and no hot water and shower for a week! Called around some people but no progress. Borrowed neighbors shower and all but still gross!

We called Pacific Tankless and he picked up his phone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was VERY reasonable with the price. I am so glad we found him! He will be our forever guy!

Exodus and Jesus were great! Arrived on time in the window given, worked fast and efficiently and didn't try to take advantage of us at all. Overall a great experience!

I have contacted San Jose Drain and Main on two occasions. One was for a water heater drain and the most recent one was for a clogged kitchen sink and slow draining washing machine drain pipe.  SJ Drain and Main responded immediately both times and provided me with fair quotes and same day appointments.

For the water heater drain, Giovanni came with another gentleman and not only drained my water heater, but he also taught me how to do it myself for the next time.  The job was completed in 15 minutes, and it was a very pleasant experience.

For my kitchen sink clog and slow draining washing machine pipe, I ended up having a neighbor help me with the repair, but SJ Drain and Main came through right away after my initial message to them on Yelp.  Sam asked questions regarding the job and did everything he could over text to give me a fair quote on the job.  Although I didn't utilize their service today, I definitely would have if my issue was not resolved with the help of my neighbor.

I will definitely contact SJ Drain and Main for any future plumbing issues.

From the reviews, I'm sure they do quality work.  

But I called and spoke with Patty to set up an appointment for yesterday to obtain a quote for a tankless water heater between 1 - 3 pm with Danny.  I took the day off from work, cleaned out the garage to provide easy access to the existing water heater, and waited around all day.  Three o'clock rolls around and no-call/no-show from anyone.  I called in at about 3:15 pm and spoke with Patty again, who was going to call/text Danny for an ETA.  I never heard back from anyone.  It's 2 pm the next day and no one has bothered to circle back to explain how the ball was dropped.  I understand that things happen or delays may occur, but you call when you're unable to make your commitments so people aren't waiting around and wasting their time and money.  Disappointed that I wasted a PTO day from work for a no-call/no-show from EJ Plumbing.

Two toilets at one of my commercial property were clogged. I called a few plumbers on Yelp , but Handy Rooter & plumbing was the only one that replied and came by within the hour. They inspected the issue and gave me a quote. But they won't charge you a penny unless they can fix the issue.  Trieu and his guy tried the cheapest simple fix first by doing a simple drain unclog from the toilets, but it didn't get unclog and they didn't charge a penny. They had to unclogged the pipe and got the job done!

I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues from now on .

Shower has no hot water, Mike came over in a couple of hours since initial contact. He is excellent at what he's doing, fast, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommended.

First, let me say I wasn't looking specifically for these guys. I had clicked on another highly reviewed company and I used the yelp get a quote feature. And that yelp quote feature led me to these guys. (PS: the get a quote feature is bomb dignity!!!)

So I had a backed up kitchen sink. I tried all of the normal things to try an unclog it. I even tried to snake it for what felt like two hours. No luck.

I hop on yelp and find one guy with a picture of a low price on his page. I call them and he said because my kitchen isn't on the first floor, it'll be x dollars more.

That number more than I thought was fair, so I continued on. I then say the get a quote feature on another page and decided to try it.

Within minutes, I was contacted by about 10 companies, included by these guys.

Communication was quick while these guys were not the absolute cheapest, I trusted them the most. And they were one of the cheaper options.

I was given a window for when they would arrive. And exactly at the beginning of the window, Khoa arrived. The first thing I noticed was his blanket which he would lay on the ground to help protect the floor. Next he put on booties over his work shoes.

He came upstairs and immediately got to work. His first attempt at snaking the drain, all the way down to 20' didn't work. And his second attempt, down to 25' almost didn't either, until all of a sudden, a whoosh of water and the sink is draining as fast as I've ever seen it drain.

I feel like he spent way more time than he had planned, and he stuck to his word and charged me exactly what he quoted me over the yelp message.

I signed the work order which doubles as my receipt and he told me that there was a 30 day guarantee. WHAT!!! 30 day GUARANTEE!!! I was blown away. How are you going to offer a guarantee on something like a drain that I can screw up and block up again. Regardless, I was already planning on giving him 5 stars, but this just solidified my impression of him.

The next day, Khoa messages me and asked if the sink was still draining. Seriously, this is top notch service.

It's been about a week and the sink is doing great!

I will absolutely call them again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

I had them come down because both toilets and showers were clogged due to a poor design a previous plumber did to my house.  Not only did they clean out my drains,  but they also replaced my old piping system with a new and more innovative design. It was truly fascinating.  Even better,  the replacement parts come with a 90 day warranty.  

I told them my price range and what I wanted done.  They were extremely flexible with me and worked with my budget.  

I've had at least 4 different plumbers come to my house to do done fixing and I was surprised that these guys were very knowledgeable and confident in what they do.  They made me feel at ease when I was stressed out. Awesome guys!

Definitely calling them from now on with all my plumbing issues.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!
