I find myself fortunate to have found this-honest, reliable, professional, and thorough company. I needed them for a clogged kitchen sink. The auger was not enough this time and I needed the hydro jet. They had to install a trap through the wall behind the sink and even patched and restuccoed. I have an older Clairemont home and I see  a lot of neighbors dealing with the house pipe/sewer to main failures. So I am glad I have an honest go to plumber. I highly recommend them. I already have them lined up to fix a water pressure issue.

Truly blown away.  My family is going through an extremely tough time and we needed to make sure that our home toilets were taken care of prior to an event on a Saturday.  I called early Wednesday morning & explained that not only it was a time sensitive issue but also we were financially limited.  Owen plumbing sent out Scott Owen and his associate who's name I wish I remembered THAT SAME DAY & they took care of our issue and kept the cost under $100.  This company has been in business for a long time & this is an example as to why.  They treated us like people not as clients.

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

Mauricio took my call and we scheduled an appointment the next day for a small job in La Jolla Shores that I decided (as I think I'm getting too old for this!) I would hire a professional for. His license is indeed valid and he's a very polite professional who did the job WELL in half the time I could have done it.

Don't assume any job is too small or big for him. He's obviously done larger projects and he didn't brush me aside for this small job. I'll definitely call him again when a plumbing need arises.

Called them for a leaky kitchen faucet. They were very busy so it would be three days before they can come, however, they listened to the symptoms and diagnosed our problem by phone and we were able to fix it ourselves. While we didn't use them this time, I trust them to take care of all our future needs. Really customer focused rather than trying to get us with diagnostic fees, etc. They won me over!

Update: After doing our research, we decided to go with EJ Plumbing for a complete re-piping of sewer lines to our 60 year old house.  We now see why they consistently earn top rated 800+ reviews.  Professional, Prompt/Clear Communication, Quality, Fast Service. They thoroughly answered all of our questions before we moved  forward.  No matter where you go, a complete re-piping will be daunting, but they worked with us in delivering a fair quote. Our priority: responsive, fast turnaround, quality service. Well, EJ delivered!  They first referred us to a restoration company to prep/cleanup the water damage underneath our house before they started the job.  The very next day after the cleanup, EJ arrived at 7:30a armed with a team of 10-13 crew members and their equipment (3 trucks)!  It looked like a military operation:  well-organized, planned, thorough and timely executed.  By 12:30, they were cleaning up!  They tarped all areas that they set their feet upon.  Any holes they created, they closed up.  They tested and inspected for leaks before they left.  Our family was blown away on how fast they were!  I was prepared for a 2 day shutdown and we were up and running the same day!  Also appreciate the 10 year warranty. With their stellar reputation, I expect this company will be around for a while. Highly recommend EJ Plumbing!

I hired Handy Rooter & Plumbing to re-install a toilet wax ring after i noticed some leaking around the base of my toilet. Trieu responded on yelp within minutes & we set up a time for the install on the same day.

They installed the wax ring without incident and cleaned up the work area leaving it better than it was when they arrived! Trieu also went into my crawl space to check for leaks and took pictures & video from there to show me - because i'm too fat to fit down there :)

Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely use Handy Rooter again!

Very pleasant experience with Michael. We had a sink backup and he was very fast to respond to our service request. He was punctual, knew what he was doing, and his rates are reasonable. We will use Affordable Plumbing Services again.

Super timely, honest and more than fair pricing. I initially called them to replace a couple garbage disposals and Khoa came and took care of it the next day. Communication was great! He worked around my schedule and had the work done very efficiently. Since then I've called him back for a couple other issues that turned out to be very minor (honestly I should have figured it out on my own) and refused to take any payment. I highly recommend!

Best customer service everrrr!!!! I called Local Rooter & Plumbing to ask for a quote. Duy answered the phone and asked me a couple questions. Then he walked me through some simple trouble shooting techniques which fixed the issue. He could have easily just came to my place and charged hundreds of dollars, but he decided to be a good samaritan and help me over the phone. If something is easily fixable, they will walk you thought the steps. Duy, you made a permanent customer!!!!! Thank you!

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!
