Brian just completed a complete repipe of our house and we highly recommend him!  We also had him replace worn faucets and a toilet.   He went beyond what would be the norm to provide us with materials that we had no way of knowing were needed.  Brian was very responsive to emails and texts and always let us know when he was coming or if he had any delays.  He provided us with a 3 year labor warranty and a 25 year parts warranty.  Brian was very kind and courteous at all times and was careful to put protective covering over our furniture/floors to minimize dust as much as possible.  We felt he charged a fair price also.  Please call him, you won't be sorry!

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Marshall is great. Used him multiple times for different things: clear clogged drain, fix leaky faucet, install double clean out. Very nice, honest, and reasonably priced. Definitely call them first.

Very professional. Not sure why anyone would give a bad review, which actually discouraged me from contacting them... glad I called.

Had to make an emergency call over the weekend, and they picked up the phone right away. Very easy to make appointment. They sent two reminders.

I got home from early, and the plumber was flexible and arrived early as well. The technician who showed up was very transparent about the problem and explained the problem to me well.

The quote they gave me was  higher than another company associated with my HOA (which is very normal and acceptable for me).

Needed to replace a faulty spigot that just wouldn't come off when I tried myself,  with map gas and crescent wrench. Had to call on the professionals and I'm glad I called Lefty's! Quoted me a fair price! Other guys quoted $175 more which to me is B.S.! So much respect to Lefty's for providing great prices to match great service!

Took Andres half hour and he even explained why I was having trouble removing it. Because of that,  this will always be our plumber peeps!  Thanks Andres for the great service!

Jerry and his Team were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and came to help with my plumbing issue right away. Jerry made it a point to not only fix my problem but made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. He did a great job at a great price. I will definitely continue to use him as my plumber and would strongly recommend him and his team.

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

called the owner Al  to make him aware that when they replaced my water heater that the valve should of been replaced as well. Had to call SDGE  cause i smelled gas. they came and there was a severe gas leak. called the office never got a return call back after several calls. to get my money that i had to pay sdge to replace the valve that should of been replaced. I then was fed up and left a voice message that i was going to report this to my Home warranty that sent them. well after i left that message who calls back the owner Al telling lies that  the valve it was not damaged when they came , but i didn't have a gas leak or smell gas until his horrible company came and did work at my home. then he even fixed his lips to say i will send you a gift card for him not calling back and  paying me back the money i had to pay sdge. Well i did call and explained to my home insurance company and they will not be using them. this could of been tragic to my home and family with the cars in the garage.

Ask for Kyle! He came out for a system check and thermostat installation and he was extremely knowledgeable, comfortably personable, and very trustworthy. Kyle is our new go-to HVAC guy! Very happy to have found him and this company. Also, Bob at the calling center/office helped to schedule us the next day and walked me through the services offered and what to expect on the day of service.

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that needed fixing. We called Exodus and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. They sent text updates regarding the appointment. Mauricio came on time, was friendly and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. We plan to use them for any future plumbing issues.

I have been very fortunate to have used EJ Plumbing for a multiude of unforseen events such as a gas leak and mainline sewer repair for my home.
Most recently, I experienced a leak below my sink and my first call was to EJ.  They responded that day by sending out a service rep within a couple of hours!  I shouldn't have been surprised because this was the same response I had with them before.  
The plumber that arrived was PAUL SURDEZ and he immediately surveyed the situation and carefully explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate.  I agreed and he went to work replacing many of the old parts under the sink.  He successfully completed the repair and tested the sink out.  
I couldn't be more please with his professional manner and expertise!!  He was effienct, patient and friendly .  He left the kitchen work area clean and tidy after finishing the job.

Toilet wouldn't stop running. Plus a broken valve.  Text Owner and got quote for installation and repair. Came the scheduled day on-time and repair in under 1 hr. Definitely will use the service again.  
Include faucet repair, toilet repair and replace, water softner installation.

If there are more  stars I can give, I'll have no hesitation to give Khoa.  After one year, I didn't imagine I'll need to call Khoa again, especially at this time of the pandemic.  I have leaking problem with the shutoff valve that Khoa helped to replace a year ago and that's only what I thought.  I asked Khoa on Yelp and he was as responsive as ever and replied me quickly to understand the problem.  He came to my house the next day to look and find out that it was not the problem of the shutoff valve but it's the other valve for my water filter system that caused the leaking.  He patiently explained to me the design problem of the valve and advised me to buy another one.  He also helped to uninstall the water filter valve and splitter and attached back the pipe...all for free.  Khoa take pride of his work and I admire his  professionalism.  I really appreciate his visit and have no hesitation to recommend him.  Thanks Khoa!

Same issue as The Plumbing Guys. Free call out but $285 diagnostic for a plumbing leak in the crawlspace. I called and mentioned the issue was in the crawl space but the guys couldn't review it in depth unless the $285 was paid.  I wish they could have told me the fee over the phone so I wouldn't waste their time or mine.

They wanted to remove my ceiling to access the leak. I refused the service/diagnostic. Instead, after I got a friend to watch my newborn, I went down and within 15 minutes found it was the fridge water line, turned off water to the line, and cleaned up the water that had come in. It'll probably take me another hour to replace the line (but need to go visit a Home Depot first). Saved myself $285 and a headache of opening a ceiling and then finding a contractor to put it back together.

I have a home in Richmond, California and a diagnostic (with crawl space access and accessing 3 different leaks) was free with Smart Rooter (3 others quoted under $100 to diagnose). The $285 diagnostic charge is crazy for just looking at the issue.

I need to find a regular plumber down here... This business practice feels sketchy to me. The technicians were kind but the owner's business practice makes me realize I won't be doing business with them any time soon.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!
