Todd was very prompt in responding to messages on Yelp. His estimate was very competitive. On the day of the job, he arrived promptly (actually sooner) and finished the job professionally. We got a toilet replaced, and he took care of disposing off the old toilet as well. Overall very good service.

Marcos came over last week to fix a leak in one of our toilets.  He came over just a few hours after I called, so I am grateful that he was able to respond so promptly.  He wore an N95 mask, gloves and shoe covers, just like he said he would, so that was reassuring.

He was very efficient and kept on working without pause, even though it took at least a couple hours to fix the problem.

At this point, I am quite happy with the job Marcos did.  

If you want a plumber who answers your call right away, is ready to come over on the same day, works hard to fix the problem, AND is careful about social distancing by wearing the full panoply of protective gear, then Marcos is the man to call for your plumbing needs.

Javed is the best in the bay area! Not only is his prices affordable, he follows through in a couple of days to double make sure the problem has cleared. He is very friendly and a professional. I got my toilet unclogged by Javed and in a couple of days he asked me if the problem was solved and I said yes. But a couple of days later, I dropped another cap in the toilet. When I called him, he came to my house in 5 minutes!! On top of that since the problem was similar to the first time I called him, he did not charge in ANYTHING. If you need work done on your toilet...javed your answer.

My short review would be, he is my designated plumber.
Marion walks his talk. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4. He replaced my kitchen sink plumbing. He did exactly what I wanted to do in less time he said it would take. Fun guy to talk to explaining exactly what he was doing. If you want an honest, fast, do it right plumber, he is your guy. Aww just go with the short review

To say that I am impressed by United Plumbing is an understatement.  I contacted United and several other plumbers on a late Saturday afternoon to fix a leaking pipe connected to my water heater.  Most others did not respond at all or simply stated that they would be open on Monday.  United reached out to me within ten minutes, diagnosed the issue over the phone/email, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled a tech to come out first thing Sunday morning.

The next day Frank and Anton arrived promptly during the scheduled window. They were extremely friendly and professional, explained the work to be done (including the fact that the supply line to the pipe did not need to be replaced as previously thought), and did a great job fixing the issue.  They also explained why the pipe likely failed (static electricity buildup due to faulty grounding related to the recirculation pump) and recommended that I have an electrician look at this to avoid future problems.  Overall, the communication and service was fantastic. I will definitely call on United in the future for my plumbing needs.

Always Rescue was able to take care of our clogged sink and pinpoint the cause of the problem we were having with a toilet.  We will definitely keep their contact details for future plumbing issues.

Steve was able to help on short notice and fix our broken garbage disposal. He was very professional, wore a mask, and was thorough in his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Ed was terrific.  We have an older home, and frankly the plumbing is a bit mysterious.  Things a bit backed up, and Ed was able to come out same day and snake the lines to get things running again.  He then helped explain some of the plumbing mysteries of our home.  Perhaps most notable is that while he could have suggested and charged me for a camera inspection and a bunch of other stuff, he was really up front and honest and said he didn't think it was needed (at least not right now).  Bottom like is Ed provided quick, neat, courteous, insightful, communicative, and honest plumbing service.  I don't think you can ask for anything more.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. I was in search of a local plumber we to replace some drainage pipes for a clogged bathroom sink and a leaky garbage disposal. Another plumber at Lucky Rooter and Plumbing responded to my inquiry, and I was fortunate enough to have them partner up with Kiet and his crew to do the job - a great two for one deal! Kiet was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and all-around helpful and trustworthy. He knew exactly was he was talking about and was able to effectively communicate the progress with me throughout the 6-hour job. I was thoroughly impressed with his work and would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job, big or small!

If you need a plumbing job done ASAP, these guys are great!  They were at my rental home within an hour of my inquiry!  They provided a free estimate, and the price was very reasonable.  They accept all kinds of payments, which made it much easier to pay remotely.  And they even gave me a $20 discount to thank me for my business!

Gomez installed a water heater, and when a issue arose with the unit which was under warranty, they quickly sent out a technician to diagnose the issue. They worked with the manufacturer to obtain the replacement part and were extremely thorough with their service, testing several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Santos (the owner) was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company and will use for future work.
