Todd worked was very friendly, efficient with his work, very communicative while working and was very clean with every step it took in repairing my clogged plumbing. He was on time and his work was fast and clean. I definitely would recommend Drain Rooter Service for any plumbing issues!

We had a backup in all the pipes in our house. Marco was very quick to respond via text and honest about how it would cost less to come on a weekday, if it wasn't super urgent. His team came as scheduled to snake our pipes and identified the problem as tree roots. They were friendly and thorough, and Marco came a few days later to use a camera in our pipes to record whether the tree roots originated on our property or the city's. He also sanitized our sewage backup (ew-- thank you!). We appreciate that he's local and glad that he seems to be in demand. We'd definitely call Handy Plumbing Man again!

They came and saved the day twice. First to install toilets and a kitchen faucet. Second to install bathroom faucets and clear a shower drain. Both times came on short notice, purchased the parts for us, and charged us below estimates. I will go to them again for sure.

Update- Marlon came out today and replaced a pipe under the sink, installed a new disposal with a push button on the sink and faucet. I even added a backed up drain problem to the list. He finished everything and under my sink looks amazing. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely use him again!

Integrity was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a leak under the kitchen cabinet that he was able to fix in a matter of minutes. Waiting on a quote for additional work. Will update when completed!

I called United Plumbing first thing in the morning with a request for a plumber the same day for a clogged toilet.  I left a message and they called me back with an appointment for the afternoon.  Ujin later contacted me to say he could come earlier if I was available, which was great.  He did a good job, wore a mask, covered his shoes to protect the floor, and was friendly.  The whole visit took less than 20 minutes.

My only complaint is the cost.  I understand that it takes time to get to the call, have the right equipment, have the experience, etc.  However $220 (+5% processing fee to use a credit card) seems excessive to unclog one toilet.

They did a great job replacing a water heater.  I had purchased new water heater separately.  Then they were best price for install.  I recommend Always Rescue.

We had to replace our old cast iron sewer line under the house as clogs became more frequent.

We started looking for a contractor and It was extremely hard to deal with most of the plumbers we contacted. Multiple no shows, no follow ups, quote takes days, inadequate pricing, etc.

We eventually contacted the City of Sewer and it's been a very good experience from the very beginning. Super fast responses from the owner (Steven); they arrived on time, gave as a quote during the appointment and were able to schedule the work for the same week.

The actual replacement took less than 5 hours and we were able to use water in the afternoon.

So far everything works well. Going to work with this company for other plumbing needs in the future.

I contacted Eddie twice recently. In October, the drain pipe for the kitchen sink broke, I called several plumbers who were all busy, and told me no one they can recommend to do the job when I asked. I found #1 Honest Plumber from Yelp, Eddie was busy, but gave me a name of another plumber who came to fix my problems the same day. In November, while I was away, we had a very slow-flow toilet. After pouring, pumping, etc, he removed the toilet seat, and found roots blocking the intake. I called Eddie, who suggested ways to handle this before he showed up when I came back. Eddie was here today with his heavy duty snake, and told me due to the way my 50 years old house was constructed, a camera scanning in the pipe is a waste of money as suggested by others (He did bring the camera as we discussed on the phone). His charge is very reasonable, and very knowledgeable  and patient in explaining what we should do. Eddie is the best!

They were fast to respond and sent a technician right away, which is highly appreciated when dealing with water related disasters

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. The two gents that came to install our toilet and fix a leaky pipe, were super sufficient, timely and polite. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing services.

Quoted a fixed price of $175 over the phone to unclogg the kitchen drain. After job was completed, asked for more payment, said because my kitchen is on the second floor.  Not happy!!!

They saved me! My tenants pipe behind the water heater broke and flooded the house. They were prompt in simply booking an estimate and when they were $400 cheaper than the plumber who was there 10 minutes earlier I decided to go with them. They spent quality time on the repair that took hours to complete same day. No small talk, just got to work, which I appreciated when I was stressed beyond belief.  The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they included some drywall which wasn't included in the quote that they mentioned at the end, but it wasn't too much more. Honestly, I'm pretty sure the job cost more than what I was charged but I'm unemployed and I pleaded for help, seeing that everyone else quoted much higher. I'm thankful that they rescued me and when I have a problem next time I know who I'm calling!

Excellent service! I had our 2 floor home repiped (copper plumbing). I was dreading cost overrun. But, Marty and his crew finished the task right on budget. The crew (repipers and sheetrock contractor) knew what they were doing and kept us abreast of progress. Work was of high quality. Marty also arranged for the inspection and asked for payment only after the inspection was complete. Marty runs a solid operation with qualified workers.I would not hesitate to hire Marty and his crew for any other job in the future.

Quick follow up and easy scheduling for the next day.  Also called right before the scheduled appointment to reconfirm when he would arrive.  Charge is standard.  Took 15 mins to clear the blockage and run a snake.

Would use again and recommend as well.

Kitchen sink was backing up into laundry sink in garage which was draining extremely slowly. I tried draino and manual snake but did not work. They responded within an hour or so of the Yelp Request Quote feature on a Sunday. On Monday we scheduled service for Tuesday morning and they were on time. The plumber described what was likely happening in clear detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He worked quick and snaked it from the vent on the roof so that my garage would not get flooded. Then the water started draining again! Highly recommend these guys as they are honest, on time, no hassle, quick, care about their customers, friendly, and have competitive prices!

Used a national based plumbing company a couple weeks ago and had a good experience. But when another leaked was detected in a tight crawl space, they couldn't or didn't want to handle it.

In comes Wizard. Mike and his assistant Sam showed up on time and assessed the situation.  Having a bathtub ptrap leak in a 18 inch high crawl space, Sam called in Wizard's resident 'contortionist' Rafael.  

Rafael showed up within the hour and squeezed himself under the tub. Less than hour later the job was complete and the price was beyond reasonable.  

I understand now that it's better to deal with local companies than national because they know their crew.  You're not speaking to someone in Arizona.
