Had a main drain clog and Todd came to the rescue. It was late in the evening and I was able to contract Todd, who's helped me out with many plumbing issues before. He made it out that night within 30 mins and was able to clear the main drain that night. He mentioned that there was most likely still issues so he ran a camera and sure enough we had some root issues. My house didn't have a clean out so he installed one the next day for me so future services will be much easier and save money. I didn't even have to be around. Very professional and fair pricing. I've shopped around and his pricing is very reasonable. He's my goto guy for plumbing and I highly recommend him.

My galvanized sewer pipes had lived a good long life, and then some, before Handy Plumbing detected an indoor swimming pool I had no idea I had.  Water was flowing out of the pipes into my basement but Handy was able to repair the problem with all new longer-lasting PVC pipes in a one day turnaround!  The work crew was friendly and efficient, and Miguel did an excellent job of diagnosing and explaining during his initial walkthrough.

We called his company over on a Saturday Morning and they responded promptly. They we were very friendly informative and very intent on helping us with out crisis that day. we were actually going out of town and they still did the work and Not only that they sent us videos and pictures of their work as they were doing it to help ease our minds while leaving for vacation. On Mother's Day, I had a toilet problem. I requested a quote and Ben immediately responded. We set up a time range for service and Tony arrived right on time. Two hours later, toilet was fixed and my bathroom is running again! Ben explained the work done in a very thorough manner and gave me advice for preventative measures.

Came out within an hour of us calling. We were in a real bind because the Airport Appliance installers would not install our washer because they said the hot water valve was bad. Technician replaced  Two Valves quickly, and replaced a third valve for free. Also gave us free consultation on some Faucet And garbage disposal repairs. We will be using them again real soon. Technician also practiced Covid precautions. Extremely happy with the service.

I have a old rental house in Union city build in 1970s and on 6/5 the tenant called with an urgent issue. The water didn't go down when toilets were flushed and actually it went back to the shower. Seems that the main sewer line was clogged.

The tenant called Khan and he came over around 5pm. After he checked the house, he called me and provided me 2 options. One is a one-time solution to go through the roof vent. The other one is to install a clean out access outside of the house so it will be easier to clean if the main line is clogged again in the future. Khan explained to me the 2 options. Since I am not very good at the plumbing thing, I conferenced in my husband and Khan patiently explained the work again.

We decided to use option 2. Khan quickly called up his crew and started work at around 6pm. He located the sewer line with camera and locator through the roof vent. He and Joe dug about 3 1/2 feet deep and installed a sewer clean out and cleared the blockage caused by the root until late 9pm. My tenant was happy to start using toilets and showers again. When I called my tenant the second day, he told me that Khan and his crew did a clean and professional work and he was happy about that.

Khan and I talked at about 10pm that day and he described the work he did and the things I should pay attention to in the future. Also he promised me that he will send me pictures the second day. Even though he had a busy day the second day, he kept his promise and sent pictures of the work he has done at 4am which I really appreciated. I am confident to go back to Khan again in the future.

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street.  I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install.  Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward.  I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.

I had a toilet base leaking problem which is so annoying. Vic came over and identified the issue, it just takes 30 minutes for him to replace the wax seal, and no leak any more!
The charge is fair and I will definitely call him again if I have further issue.

called him on monday at 4:PM he said he could come by on Tues between 7:30 and 8:00 AM this morning he was here at 7:30 looked at our problem and had it cleared by 8:00 AM no upsale just fact our main drain had build up because never cleaned I now have his name and # in my contact's would highley recommend him thank you Santos for your prompt work and honesty

All the toilets in the house were bubbling and backing up. Called at 5pm, dispatch answered immediately and within 15 minutes Omar was on the scene (masked, gloved). He thought there might be tree roots in the sewage line. Our house is old and doesn't have a two-way cleanout, so he had to call his partner Jay to help run it through the roof.  Jay also arrived quickly (also masked) - besides working on the issue at hand, he also explained any options we were considering.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. We love that they are local and they were able to help us so quickly. Definitely worth calling!
