My washing machine backed up through my toilet on the rinse cycle. Called Todd and he recommended i try a few things, which all worked but the toilet was running slow. Todd said he'd be out in an hour...20 minutes later he was at my door! Turns out the flapper on the main line was malfunctioning. Todd cleared iti and also addressed a few other odds and ends i had, all in about 30 minutes.

He explained everything he was doing and made sure i understood what he was doing, why, and how much it would cost. All very clear and very helpful with tips for how to check on things in the future. I've used several plumbers in the past, all very good and helpful, but none were as clear and helpful as Todd was. He's my guy from now on!

Had a clogged kitchen/laundry line. Marco was right on time, really friendly, and professional. We're new to the neighborhood and will be calling him with all of our plumbing needs going forward!

Marlon and team were great! They started a bit later than anticipated because of an emergency at another residence but they stayed super late to make sure they were able to finish the job as expected. We replaced our tank water heater with a tankless with wireless control. This really is an upgrade for our household. The quality of work, effort and knowledge of this team really made it easy to work with them.

my shower was not mixing hot and cold water properly. I hired 3 other plumbers before them. they all said they cannot find the cartridge for the shower and I need to replace the whole shower. This company was able to find a cartridge and save me a lot of money and hassles of breaking open a wall to replace whole shower

Local Local Plumbing is five stars. We had a total back up of our plumbing, we had someone come out to snake the main clean out with no success. Steve from Local Local Plumbing responded to my Yelp inquiry within mins and was at my house in less then a hour. He was able to hydrojet our line, after a lot of hard work and having to go over 100 ft in. We finally figured out, with the help of his camera, it is a problem with roots blocking our pipes. He suggested we install a city clean out and gave us a quote to install it.

Great service with quality work! They fixed the clogged drain and even ran a camera to troubleshoot further.  They took their time and went over the do's and don'ts.

Had an appointment Eddie couldn't make but we rescheduled for the following morning.  He came promptly and snaked the kitchen sink drain.  Given the work was quick, he offered a discount from his initial estimate.  Fair price, friendly and courteous.  It's his own business and I like hiring small business owners who take pride in their work.

Called this morning, on Labor Day and got a quick response and visit.  Luis was thorough and gave some options going forward.

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

I reached out through Yelp requesting a consultation for some plumbing issues. Kiet responded to my message within minutes and asked to speak over the phone. Called him and explained the situation, and he was able to come out the same day to our house and take a look. Turns out we had no plumbing issues, so Kiet not only saved us money, but he also did not charge us for the consultation.

My water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning.  Kahn gave me a quote for the entire job over the phone and instructions to turn off the pilot light and water.  His team arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call, and within 2-3 hours the entire job was complete with a new water heater and pump.

Kahn also instructed me to flush the heater for 2 minutes annually to extend the life of the new water heater, and showed me how to operate the heater for maximum efficency.

Kahn's team did great work and were very personable as well.  This is the best plumbing experience I've ever had!

Today I used Drain Masters for the secon time to snake the drain from house to street. Pesty tree roots keep reaching for sewage. Drain Masters has become my #1 preference for plumbing needs. They are friendly, responsive, the prices are competitive, they have done good work for me. I know now that I'll need to call them out for yearly maintenance visits to 'prune' tree roots that manage to make into into the drain system. Drain Masters, please continue your excellent business model. It's good to not have to think twice about who to call.  Ethics is a good thing.

Drain pipes were backed up really bad in half of the house. WQ came out on a Saturday night and performed a snaking. Took the guy about an hour. Problem fixed drain was draining perfect!  On such short notice the price was reasonable!

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

Our toilet got clogged and Vic came back with the most reasonable estimates in 5 minutes. He was able to fit us into a busy schedule and came over within 10 minutes of ending our call. Amazingly quick, and got the job done with no hassle, damage, etc.

Sewer line blockage on a Sunday afternoon.  Sorted Yelp by rating and found Wizard at the top.  Happy to add another 5-star review.  Answered my call right away, said they could have someone out within a few hours.  Checked with two other companies but that was the fastest.  Justin arrived even earlier than promised, snaked my cleanout, removed a big clump of roots, snaked it again for good measure, and we were back in business.  Responsive, friendly, professional service.  And reasonably priced.
