Wow, Todd was a godsend! It was the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and around 8pm our toilet clogged, and plunging it made the dirty water come out through the bathtubs in our house, only aggravating things. We called around for an emergency plumber but most places were overbooked til morning or wanted to charge a fee before even knowing what the issue was or knowing whether they'd be able to solve it. When I called Todd, his energy was completely different - he was interested in figuring out how he could access the sewage to let us know if he could even help us at all. He seemed very knowledgeable and creative with his problem solving. Since we didn't have two-way sewage access, he came up with a solution of using a hyrdrojett from the roof. He was on the scene within 20 minutes, tackled the problem and fixed what could've been a much larger problem come Thanksgiving day. We were in great hands with Todd and he was very helpful and honest. 100% would recommend.

I can't believe that I went most of my life without ever having to call a plumber, and then in the last 12 months or so, I've had to call a plumber 5 Times! I guess that happens to home owners with old homes, but since I previously only rented, I never had to worry about these issues.

So since our house was built back in 1965 and never had the original cast iron pipes replaced, in December of 2022, the dreaded decision had to be made to replace the main sewer line along with the lines coming down from both bathrooms before they burst wide open. Small cracks were already apparent and slight leakage. Of course it was a major expense, but the owner Marco really worked with me to keep the estimate as reasonable as possible and gave us a few different payment options. He's never opposed to his customers checking with other high quality plumbers should they want to obtain 2 or 3 estimates. I always do and then I always end up choosing Handy Plumbing Man! Even if another company has 4.5 to 5 stars [ Handy Plumbing Man currently has 5 Stars ], and comes back with an estimate that's a little bit less than them, I always choose Handy Plumbing Man. At this point, I know the quality of their workers, I know that they will always stand behind their work, and I know that they'll always bend over backwards to make me a priority whenever possible.

Then on Sunday, January 22, 2023, our Water Heater burst and flooded our garage!! Yes, it was old too! I'm sure you know who I had to call.

As the owner Marco says, If customers continually reward them with their loyalty by coming back to them, how can they not reward their customers with the best service, availability and prices possible. At this point, I feel like a part of the family. Maybe Marco will adopt me, so that I can get the family discount next time!

Very quick response and efficient work.

Update- Marlon came out today and replaced a pipe under the sink, installed a new disposal with a push button on the sink and faucet. I even added a backed up drain problem to the list. He finished everything and under my sink looks amazing. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely use him again!

Integrity was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a leak under the kitchen cabinet that he was able to fix in a matter of minutes. Waiting on a quote for additional work. Will update when completed!

They answered my call on a Sunday morning and scheduled someone to come out within a couple of hours. Upon hearing about the issue, they provided me with pricing expectations over the phone, showed me the issue while on-site, and the final price was exactly as expected. Great/friendly service, responsive, and reasonably priced.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Daniel's quote is reasonable and his team is very professional. Had him replaced all the water and sewer pipes in 2 days. wating for inspections now.   I'm planning to let him upgrade gas pipes also. He also kindly helped me dumped my old washer and dryer for free. Thank u！

contacted drain master  based on yelp review and it does not appear that this company wants my business.  This company treated their time more important than mines. I had to follow up 3 times.  an appointment was scheduled, no show and no call. Finally contacted me a day later and said is ready to do the work.  I finally got the job done without Drain Master. It's a waste of my time.

Excellent service! I had our 2 floor home repiped (copper plumbing). I was dreading cost overrun. But, Marty and his crew finished the task right on budget. The crew (repipers and sheetrock contractor) knew what they were doing and kept us abreast of progress. Work was of high quality. Marty also arranged for the inspection and asked for payment only after the inspection was complete. Marty runs a solid operation with qualified workers.I would not hesitate to hire Marty and his crew for any other job in the future.

This is an update for Vic as another job well done! We had a massive clog the week of Christmas that was backing up our master bath shower and toilet. Vic came within a few hours and with COVID he and his worker had on face masks and kept a distance. He was able to easily do a clean out where he cleaned the pipes to the sewer line all within about a half hour. Overall, super pleased with Vic's communication and work!

Fidel from Gomez Plumbing is AMAZING.
He is professional, very knowledgeable, and has a great personality.

We were in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and found one of the toilet was making this weird sound and the shower would not drain well. We couldn't figure out why this was happening until Fidel came out and analyzed  the issue.

Long story short, he and his crew replaced the 60+ year old sewer line under the house within a day. Extremely efficient and we do not have the drainage issue anymore.

We were so satisfied with his service that we asked Fidel to install our new tankless water heater. He provided the full service, including hauling away our old water heater, applying for permit to the city, and being there for the inspection.

I cannot recommend him more, best plumber in the area!
