I called RPS on 09-25-20 for a low water pressure situation and corrosion on my pipes and the ball joint connections. David came out that afternoon and we discussed what repairs needed to be done. David quickly determined the low pressure was being caused by my water softener. He also found that the previous plumber I used a few years ago connected some of the copper pipes with galvanized metal fittings which was causing the corrosion. Maybe I was just lucky, but he was able to do the repairs the next morning, Saturday the 26th. Saturday he came out at 9:30 am with Josh and they began the work. They showed me all the piping that was almost completely blocked by the corrosion as they did the repairs. David and Josh were very informative explaining everything they were doing and why. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. There was no additional cost for doing the work on Saturday and the price was very reasonable.I will definitely use RPS Ribbs Premier Services again and I will ask to have David and Josh come out and do the work.

Mike came highly recommended by a friend, and I can definitely see why.  Both Mike, and Valerie, who scheduled the appointment, were quite nice and very helpful.  Mike arrived within the scheduled time frame, and I got a heads up 10 minutes before he arrived.  My kitchen sink had backed up, and the air gap to the dishwasher was leaking.  He quickly fixed the problem, and when he noticed that the swivel on the faucet had become tight, he fixed that too.  He also consulted with me on an issue we've been having with one of our toilets and confirmed my belief that it is something I can fix myself without much trouble.  Mike will definitely be getting my business next time I have a plumbing problem or need new fixtures installed.

Eddie, who is both professional and pleasant to work with, did a great job, in and out and knowledgable about what the potential cause of our problem is.  The cleanout with the snake went well but we have a larger problem which we have a ballpark estimate to solve.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a double kitchen sink clog for a couple of days and tried all methods we could do to unclog it, but nothing was working. Requested a quote from Leo on Friday night and he came to our rescue on Saturday morning. With his magic, the clog was fixed within minutes. Very professional and highly recommended.

Thank goodness for Yelp! I would've never found out about Midas! I'm new to the area & needed a plumber nearby, post haste! John Hong had a very quick response time! He got straight to the root of my plumbing issue promptly after arriving. John was very courteous and helped answered any questions that I had. I didn't get the feeling that some plumbing companies give out when they try to swindle you for all the money they can squeeze out of you! Our water heater went out, pilot light was off and could not restart it.  I called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to get a quote and availability.  Their plumber was busy by the time I got home so I wasn't expecting him to make it the same day, Jasmine assured that he's coming right after he finishes with the job he's currently attending to.  It was close to 7pm and Eduardo still came to our house to fix our water heater.  Right away when he was able to start up the water heater,  he knew what the problem was.  Gave me a quote and started working on it.  He's knowledgeable and very professional.  Fast and efficient service.  Would definitely recommend Fantastic Rooter Plumbing,  awesome customer service from Jasmine and Eduardo.

If you are looking for a professional company with a personal touch, I would highly recommend Able. Glen, their president, showed up on time and assessed the situation. He told me what the process was and what, and more importantly, when I can expect service. Our sewage ejector pump died over the Xmas holidays. I had a house full of guests and kids who needed to use the bathroom! It stunk big time and I was soo grateful when Albert showed up on time. He had a smile on his face and told me what he was going to do and finished ahead of schedule (when does that ever happen these days?). He cleaned up everything and there was no more smell. He connected with the plumber and called me to tell me personally when the plumber will arrive. Infact the plumber showed up within 5mins and went to work. John was so good at explaining what he was doing and had to make a run to the store to get some parts for the pump. He spent so much time and care putting everything back together. The area was cleaner after he left.

This company was a one-stop shop and was very competent. I wish I had called them sooner, instead of waiting. My bathrooms are up and running and they have one happy customer.

John is a great man. I have a problem with a shower head and it only outputs hot water (no cold). Reviewed his online comments and decided to give him a call. Unfortunately, his schedule is so tight and he can't fit me in in two weeks so I decided to give other company a try. They came and give me three options. The cheapest is to change cartridge at around $500 and they can't guarantee it will fix the problem. The next choice to poke holes into my wall and fix the valve problem they believe so much it's the root cause. The cost of the second option is $2700. They didn't stop here and gave me a third option at a cost of $3500. I simply chickened out and let these guy go. I called John a second time and asked him how much he would charge for changing the cartridge (I take gamble that it is the problem). John said it's going to be $70 labor plus parts and travel to shop for the right part. The only problem is that I have to wait for two weeks as he's completely booked. Luckily I have a backup shower so time is on my side.On the day before the service day John called me and informed that he is due to come tomorrow at 11. Right on time he showed up on the door next day. He fixed not only my immediate issue but also at request of mine changed my shower head for two bath rooms with very little add-ons. In the end, I'm paying half what I would have paid others to fix my problem yet exempt from the phycological fear something even bigger happening to the house.
I immediately made a second appointment with John to come to my house and fix a few other small issues. You can't get a better man for your service if you are lucky to book him in time.

I had a pretty simple problem - a drain line from my kitchen sink was stopped up. I called rooter hero and they sent out Marco. He came in with social distancing and cleanliness and quickly diagnosed the problem. He brought in some equipment (very neatly) and quickly fixed and tested the system. I was very happy with his work, and his prices were reasonable.

We are very pleased with the professional service that we received from MCP. The number of knowledgeable employees that they assigned to our major home repair project worked as a well practiced team and that was very reassuring during this very stressful time.  A special shout out to the project lead Jose Romero and to plumbers Jose Rene Melendez & Pedro Caldera for their marvelous pipe work.

I have used these guys twice.  I got their name from my plummer because he does not unclog drains.  They were great... on time, not expensive, professional.  I use them whenever I need something done with drains and pipes.  They fixed something that broke and I had water all over the garage.   I love this company !
