Just hired Mr Repair for the new bathroom  caulking and he did very good job , prompt response and delivered good service.

R.P.S is a good plumbing company which are honest, professional and most importantly have great customer service. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, he is very enthusiastic, hardworking and has a very positive attitude.Jordan took the trouble to do a free inspection of the plumbing and sewer line in the crawl space, which I am glad he did as there were a fewvproblem spots discovered which required fixing.
They aren't the cheapest price wise, but does quality work and have great warranty on work done.
Work done: replace garbage disposal unit, replace leaky exterior faucet with new copper pipe and new shut off valve and replace and repair leaking toilet outlet area.

I called Plumbing Point for what I thought was a clogged toilet. They arrived on time and did a detailed troubleshooting and we figured out that the clog was actually in the main sewer line. They did over and beyond what the original scope of the work was. Eventually when we found that the septic tank was clogged, they had to stop because it was outside their scope. I found them very honest, very transparent and willing to do what it takes to get everything working. I'll happy recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Alex C arrived within 30min after a phone confirmation. He was very clear and knew exactly what to do for a leak under the kitchen sink.  Changed all piping to ABS and secured the connections. Work done looks clean and professional. He tested and made sure everything was good. He also fixed a bathroom sink faucet (he picked  a couple out from Depot and texted me and I chose one) he had this done as well with no issues. Overall I am very happy and would have no problem calling this company back for other work.

We contacted Elite Rooter due to our laundry line being clogged causing it to overflow our garage. Eddie contacted us confirming our appointment and was punctual. He was excellent at keeping the work space clean by setting up plastic and paper on his work area. After fixing our laundry line he gave us recommendations on how to prevent future clogs

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

John is wonderful!   We've been using him for various plumbing jobs over the years.   He has replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, repaired leaks, replaced toilets, etc...   He's always prompt, professional, quick and fair.   Today, I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and decided to finally replace the faucet. He came later in the afternoon and was in and out in 30 minutes.  He even offered to pick up the faucet on his way, but I figured I would want to see it before buying it. I ended up getting exactly what he suggested so I could have just let him pick up the part.  Really great  guy!

Able dismantled our septic system and hooked us up to the sewage system. It's a big job and they did it quickly and I think at a fair price. Each person I dealt with was very professional.

John did an incredible job on the crown moulding in my home.  In addition requested some last minute touch up paint work and it looked flawless! Highly recommend.  Now I am spoiled!

This is a terrible outfit. They came to unclog a simple bathroom drain.  After first requesting $270 to do it, they agreed to their Internet special of $79. The technician then proceeded to try to snake the drain with a 25 foot snake. He failed after 45 minutes and said that he couldn't do it and the water was backed up more than it was before he arrived. When I asked him why didn't he use utilize a 75 foot snake, he said it was being repaired and he didn't have one. Needless to say, we didn't pay them and now are contacting a plumber

Can't help but feel I have been cheated by this company.  I had a leaking toilet drain pipe, probably had been leaking for some time and was now dripping through the ceiling. The good news was it was over the garage ceiling with easy access to be able to fix it.Two guys showed up, one was an estimator and the other a tech. I was told that I would have to pay $1,500 to cut away the drywall to be able to access the damaged pipe but the $1,500 would be applied to the cost of repair, which if it was a simple repair would be covered. IfI didn't agree to have them fix it I would still have to pay the $1,500 for the removal of the drywall and estimate.

I agreed, it took all of 2 minutes to cut the drywall away, then after a quick assessment I was given an estimate of $11,000. After the estimator could see my shock at the price to fix and after some discussion he offered another simpler but still permanent fix which would bring the cost down to $7k. Not wanting to be out the $1,500 and start over with another company I agreed to have them proceed.

Two other techs came and fixed the pipe, no complaints. A project manager then came to inspect the work and told me he would follow up with an appointment for the city inspector to come out and review/approve of the fix. This was also in the estimate, a whopping $811.

After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called to ask about the delay then after a hold was told they were able to make an appointment the next day. The city inspector comes (Mike's council did not show up) and guess what? It fails the inspection. The inspector was mortified when I told him how much I how much I had to pay for the repair. So here I am a month later, still with a hole in the garage ceiling, a job done incorrectly, no follow-up and $7k out the pocket.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere as Mike's Council is incredibly overpriced, unorganized & under qualified to do the job right.

I work in property management and we have worked with $15 Sewer in the past, but was recently charged $95 to snake two drains in the same unit on the same visit and then they charged $295 to install pop-up drain in a bathroom sink. These charges are extremely high and the treatment I received when asking about these charges was terrible. I called and told them I thought I was overcharged and they said they'd look into it. I got a call back later that day saying the actual charges should have been$257 in total instead of the exorbitant $485 I was originally charged, but would just need to finalize everything the next day. When I called the following day to followed up they told me that actually the pop-up drain should have been $175, so different from the number they quoted me the previous day, but that she was just finalizing the charges with her boss. Since no one returned my call that day, I called again the following day. The woman I spoke to was not in and the man who I spoke to tried to justify the original charges and told me he's speak to his boss and call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard from him again, so I called two days later and asked to speak to a manager. This manager claimed never to have heard anything about my issue, took a very rude tone and told me simply that her employee was wrong to have ever discussed the price with me and that the original charges were correct. She told me that she would, however, check with her plumber who did the work and call me back. That was yesterday morning. She, too, as disappeared. So after 5 calls, speaking with three people and then never hearing from them again is the run around, I don't know what is. AVOID this place and find yourself a reasonable, honest and respectful company. There are plenty around.
