Had them here today to install a steel security screen door and lock.  I texted and talked with Ricardo during the week to iron out the details, scheduling a date & time.  Showing up promptly, they set to work and were finished sooner than expected.  Afterwards, I talked to Ricardo about a few other jobs that were needed and I will definitely have them back to put in a bid.

Superlative service on a difficult job, detecting a leak. After finding it, I received an initial quote but was it reasonable? Like most consumers, I
wasn't sure but the quote was in the cost range and Tim thoroughly explained all my options. Turns out, the cost was out of pocket and the area was behind the water heater in the back of our water heater/furnace closet.
After excavation and moving the heater, they discovered the problem, a good sized hole in one of pipes underneath the flooring. The team (Tim, David and Angel went to work, planning, analyzing, cleaning and turned a possible 2 day job into 1, and I was more than satisfied with the superb workmanship that they did. It is comforting to know I have found a company I can trust. They are reasonable, professional, thorough and courteous, all

Natanael did a great job with unclogging.

I had a clogged main sewer line and I asked for a quote from multiple plumbers and Mr. Munoz gave me the best and clear price.  Told me what time he'll be coming and he texted me when he was on his way.  Came right on time!

He worked in the hot sun and told me what kind of other improvements can be done with our house with vague estimates.

Update : I mentioned that another faucet was slow to drain.  Nataneol told me it'll all work now.  I just tried it and it's still clogged.  I understand the logic, but I'm calling a different plumber now to fix the other faucet.

I was dealing with what was an emergency situation for a client whose Gas Stove/range was not working.

Firstly, Aaron was reachable on the phone  vs others that we called and got voicemails. While Aaron, on account of our last minute call and his schedule couldn't come until couple of days later, he asked a series of diagnostic questions on the phone and determined the probable cause. We shared that with another contractor that was working on the site who had not been able to diagnose the issue and it turned out that the probable Aaron had diagnosed was spot on.

While we didn't get a chance to directly work with Aaron, the way he handled the call, the confidence and knowledge he demonstrated and the confidence he gave us encouraged me to post this review. I will definitely have Aaron in mind next time I/my clients need the services he offers.

Eddie and Armando were very professional and helpful. They came to check the water softener and explained what should I do to resolve the problems. Though they couldn't make everything done right away, they do gave me some good suggestions. Really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Leo came out to install a toilet a few months ago and he did a FANTASTIC job; therefore, when we had another plumbing problem today, we called Leo again.  He came out and again...did a GREAT JOB!  He is so smart, fast, and clean=).  No doubt that Leo is your guy when it comes to assisting you with your plumbing needs.  Thank you so much.

Jaime and his team has been my Go To plumber for years. . I have used their services for personal projects as well as I have recommended Fantastic Rooter to my clients with a need for plumbing services (both new install and repairs). It's rare you run into a trade company which is so consistent in the way they treat their customers: They answer their phone or call back in minutes if you need to leave a voice-mail, service calls are scheduled promptly, and the work is done in a professional manner. Yesterday, Edwardo visited my home to clear a slow shower drain. He arrived on time, prior to fixing the drain; he laid out drop cloths to protect the floors leading to the master bath. He repaired the problem in minutes and cleaned up the debris after he was done. What more could you ask for?

Being a Realtor, I have recommended Jamie and Fantastic Rooter my friends and clients multiple times. Our washing machine pipe kept over flowing. Evan came same day and fixed it. He first checked our bathroom and kitchen and tested the machine afterward. He cleared the pipe and it no longer overflows :)

My disposer leaked on Friday night, since it was after business hour, I searched Yelp and sent a quote request to Plumbing Connection. Khan response very quickly and set up appointment immediately for Sunday morning. Khan had a reasonable price and reliable. Definitely recommend him to everybody.

We've used John for most of our basic plumbing tasks for a few years now. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable. There are few, if any, plumbing jobs he can't do.
He is local, which makes it convenient for us since he's just minutes away.
We will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing and handyman tasks.

We were dealing with a leak with tub, it caused over 100's of dollars in our water bill.  Angel came through, looked at everything, consulted with me, ensured that I knew what we're stepping into, and fixed everything in a jiff.  

He's a good guy and wasn't offset like other plumbers.  Rooter hero's pricing works extremely well for my family too. Being that I am a disabled veteran it means the most to me to see that we can get a percentage of the bill knocked down.  

All in all,  my highest recommendation for this company if I was able to give 10 stars you'd see them!

What started out as a pretty big job became a REALLY big job, but the team at Mike Counsil was polite, respectful, answered any and all questions, was clean, safe (masks, floor covers, shoe covers, etc) and all of this never made me doubt my choice in using them for the work.  Bobby Mata was the lead tech that came twice for the discovery and discussion around work, explained plan, process, and pricing - and  moved forward once agreed to; he came twice since my job expanded after some findings of previously badly done fix-it work; Bobby was professional, explained things, drew out examples to answer questions, etc.  My job site was then turned over to be run by JJ Cabrera and his team; one of the main staff here throughout the job was Hector.  JJ, Hector, and others were incredibly hard working, friendly, communicative, respectful of my property and cleaned up each day so the job site was left tidy and safe.  They were just a pleasure to work with.  I ended up having to replace my main lines under the house, through laundry and kitchen, and all the way through my front yard out to where it connects to the city sewer; replaced was the original cast iron from when the house was built, so at least 58+ years old.  It was corroded, crumbling apart in some places, had lots of roots making their way in, etc.  Additionally, as mentioned, some interesting previous fixes were found that this crew now had to tackle - 15' length of a 3 pipe slid into the 4 pipe to bypass the crumbling that started out under my house where it was accessible and then went to the 5-7 deep under my porch area, this was obviously a band-aid done by a previous owner that didn't want the huge cost and effort it needed.  A pipe that was part of a decorative water feature that had been covered over - this was just a hole cut into the main, the drain pipe held over that hole and cement poured around to connect them - obviously this led to an eventually cracked main.  Overall, it was A LOT of work that they did well, professionally, and fully permitted and inspected - the guys were present for the inspector visits.  Though it was a costly project, they offer a 40 year warranty, and since it was to replace something already more than 50 years old, I think I won't have to worry about it again!  Thank you Mike Counsil Plumbing!

Estimates are $20, which is not competitive given the sheer volume of options in the area. We passed and chose another company.
