Superlative service on a difficult job, detecting a leak. After finding it, I received an initial quote but was it reasonable? Like most consumers, I
wasn't sure but the quote was in the cost range and Tim thoroughly explained all my options. Turns out, the cost was out of pocket and the area was behind the water heater in the back of our water heater/furnace closet.
After excavation and moving the heater, they discovered the problem, a good sized hole in one of pipes underneath the flooring. The team (Tim, David and Angel went to work, planning, analyzing, cleaning and turned a possible 2 day job into 1, and I was more than satisfied with the superb workmanship that they did. It is comforting to know I have found a company I can trust. They are reasonable, professional, thorough and courteous, all

When a different plumber wanted to charge us $3000 to dig up our driveway and replace the sewer main, Mike showed us how the other plumber had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that work wasn't needed at all.  He saved us $3000 and didn't charge us.

Later, we had Mike return to install two toilets.  On his recommendation, we had ordered the toilets ourselves directly from the retailer to save on the price; one of them turned out to have been damaged in shipping, and Mike took it and had it exchanged without charging us for his trouble.

The work was done well and professionally, and Mike is a pleasure to deal with.

Nathaniel was professional and courteous and had our kitchen sink draining again very quickly. I would use his company again.

Called for a quote. The turnaround was fast. Aaron and his team showed up to address a leak coming front he water heater. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. my laundry room pipe was clogged. I yelp messaged several companies for a quote, and Elite Rooter replied me right away to schedule an appointment. ( This quick response deserved this one start)

Their contractor stopped by and claimed to fix the issue and left me tons of text messages to ask me leave a good review for them. But the laundry room pipe was still clogged !!! I ended up finding someone else to do the work and fix the pipeline. At the mean time, I never received a call or email from their contractor on what they did and why they did not fix the issue but claimed they did. ( When they stopped by, I was not present at the house, but only have my general contractors in the house to open the door for Elite Rooter's technician. I thought they will at least call me to notify me the status of the work but they never did, nor never send me an invoice after. But, they did send me tons of text messages to ask me leave a review! )

After receiving another text message from their owner and asked me to leave a review for them, I decided to call them and asked for an invoice or explanation email for what they performed and why they did not fix the issue but still charged. Kaitlyn claimed that they already emailed the invoice to me ( She mentioned some email id that I have never heard of ).

I also noticed one thing that they really enjoy hanging up in me after I paid for their service. I called the office twice to request Kaitlyn resend me the invoice since she consistently sent it to incorrect email ids, and both times she just hand up in me right after she clicks the send button.

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Sean did a great job. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Plus, he came within two hours of calling. He snaked and cleaned out our kitchen sink pipes. We would definitely call him again. He gave us some tips and tricks, too!

I had someone who had already agreed to come out but I got a reply to my request from this business saying estimate: $80 and availability: [today's date 12-2pm].  So I canceled the person I had coming out and booked this one through Yelp, receiving a confirmed appointment.  Then I got this message: You need to call me for pricing and availability. Yelp makes me put a price down before I can reply. I just put 80 dollars.

I called and he said he put down a random price and a random availability and said he didn't even know where I lived and whether he could help (despite that I'd put down my address on my service request.)  I replied that those aren't supposed to be random and took them at face value, then gave the phone to my husband so he could explain the plumbing situation.    The plumber said Hey bro, I don't work for $80, at which point my husband said that we'd decline his service.

He told my husband Go fuck yourself, bitch. Lol we couldn't believe it.  After we got off the phone we just laughed.  Still don't have a plumbing appointment, though.

Edit:  The plumber claims I tried to blackmail him.  This is not the case.  I believe my exact words were I would hope you'd honor the price you quoted me because I already cancelled another appointment based on your estimate.  Never mentioned reviews on the phone whatsoever.  This is an honest review of what happened with direct quotes where possible.  Trying to say you said Have a good day when I clearly heard you curse at my husband through the phone is something else.  I almost never post reviews but only did so in this case due to the exceptional experience.

I'll provide a screenshot of the conversation so you all can see that, yes he says to call him for pricing and availability, but also clearly provides a price estimate and availability which allowed me to book and confirm, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't take that at face value.  He later said on the phone those were random numbers.  The reader can decide whether that's an honest way to do business.

We had a leak in our kitchen pipes under the house. It was leaking down into the foundation area. We called Leo and he responded in about 20 minutes and came out that same afternoon. He arrived right on time and discussed the issue with my husband, gave us a price and went right to work. He repaired the pipe and finished the job in a quick efficient manner. He showed us the portion of the pipe that had been leaking.  His price was very reasonable and fair. Leo is very pleasant, polite and professional. He has provided us service prior to this call and made a very positive impression on us so we were happy to call him back for our most recent plumbing need.  We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and will definitely hire him again in the future!

Wow I can not say enough about this company. John came out to are house and had our water heater fixed in about an hour. Another company came and tried to get my business but my spouse was set on this guy. So happy I waited!!!!The other company came by trying to sell me a new water heater telling me how fast they could install it and how old mine was. They only wanted about 1500. I told them I was already waiting for someone to come out. So glad I did. John was very honest and fair. He saved us so much money and I found out we have a great water heater and its not even that old! Thank you so much John!! Loved having hot water tonight. I would recommend this man to anyone who wanted a fair, honest, hard working man. Did I mention it was 7:30pm and he was still working. Thanks again!

Just wanted to take a second to give Evan a shout out! He came out a couple of months ago and snaked the pipe-have not had any trouble since then. He was so informative and kind--wanted to make sure I let other customers and Able management know.  Thx for the great customer service!

The sink in my master bathroom was clogged so I call and got a service within 40 min , he fix the problem fast and also change some part .
The price was very reasonable and the service was quickly and clean.

John was on time, professional and did good work for us.  We had an urgent water leak issue at the water meter.  We called a few plumbers and handy men, they were either too busy or wanted to charge us an arm and leg for some basic plumbing work.   We finally found John via Yelp, he returned our call right away.  

He arrived promptly with appropriate tools, and was able to assess the issue quickly.   He did a good job fixing the pipe, removed some roots, and gave the pipe a good angel to help alleviate some future pressure that may come from a nearby tree.  Since he was already there, we asked if he could help take a look at our broken sprinkler system.  He fixed those for us too.  I would definitely recommend him not only because he is a honest guy with a great attitude, but also he does excellent plumbing work.  And the price is very reasonable.  I would call him again.

Very unprofessional service. They do not care about the customer at all, and simply charge outrageous amounts. I had to change a faucet that was not working. The technician first quotes 600$ for it, and tried to upsell saying that plumbing is expensive. When I told him flat out that I won't pay it, he immediately reduced the price to 520$. The work only involved 20 minutes of Labour and 520
Is outrageous. I called another company who did the same work for 300$. I will never use them again. You should be ashamed of trying to cheat your customers to fill your pockets. Rooter Zero Plumbing sounds more apt name for this company.

I used this company a few years back to install a new water heater.  I've been having a few problems as of late with my water heater and
Anthony came out to the house to diagnose the problem.  After a few minutes of discussion and what has been going wrong, he got on the phone with the company and long story short, they replaced my water heater with a new improved updated water heater and installation for no charge at all.  Anthony was so compassionate and caring and worked with the head office and resolved the problem including my high anxiety.  They did a wonderful job same day, with installation and new water heater.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  They stand behind their product.  Thanks again for all you help  and support.  You have a wonderful team!

Playing Mr. Fix-it, I thought I could replace a leaky drippy shower valve. This easy fix turned into a major problem when the cartridge broke as I tried to remove it. Since it was late Friday night and my weekend plans looked to be going up in smoke, I looked to yelp for help and called $15  Sewer and Drain. Robert showed up within 30 minutes to tackle the problem. I was worried that he would not be able to remove the broken cartridge and that this little problem would be an expensive fix. Robert was persistent and eventually got that stubborn broken cartridge out. He replaced the broken cartridge, tested for leaks and cleaned up the mess. Robert saved my weekend and saved me from the wife laying the smack-down on my Mr Fix-it a$$. Let's just say, what she doesn't know won't hurt me.
