Ricardo answered the call on a weekend! He tirelessly tackled my horrible kitchen sink clog over both Saturday and Sunday.  He is very professional, replies quickly, on time and has reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend him for your repair needs.

It all started with my husband installing a new water in our house. He turned off the water and then after he turned the water back on sewage would come up our shower and bathtub drain after flushing the downstairs bathroom.

That night I messaged a plumber that I found on yelp that was quick to respond via message that evening, but not the next day. I contacted two plumbers prior to speaking with David and they both said it was a main sewage blockage and that I would need my sewer clean out to be snaked to clear the blockage. Little did I know that my newly bought home did not have one.

Then my friend recommended David at RPS Ribbs Premier Services. I called David and he was quick to explain everything and quoted me right over the phone. He was really knowledgeable with regards to the issue that I was going through and even advised me to not go with the route that my friend had suggested because it could turn into a huge liability by having someone on my roof to snake my pipes. He told me that he could install the sewer clean out the next morning. I spoke with my husband and my home insurance carrier and then called David back to set the appointment. He took down my info and told me that he could be at my house in 10 minutes to take a look at what's going on and to meet me in person since I wouldn't be home for the appointment. I was impressed by his customer service and his willingness to want to meet me in person even though he had other jobs that he could have been doing.

When he and Pancho arrived they were really friendly. He introduced the both of them and then asked for me to show him what the problem was. After showing him, he thought there was something strange so he began to look in our backyard. He found two clean outs in my backyard and ran his camera in both of them, he even tried to snake one of them because he found a blockage. Unfortunately, after about a hour and a half of trying to figure out what was going on he determined that both clean outs did not give access to the actual blockage that was causing the issue. I then scheduled the appointment for the next morning that was a one man job, but became a two man job due to how high my house was elevated. He quoted me a very competitive price.

The next morning his team showed up on time and worked on the installation for the majority of the workday. David called me after the installation to review everything with me and what they found with regards to the blockage. Everything is now working in my home thanks to David and his team.

David was amazing to deal with! Not only did he and his team finish the installation, but everything looks great in my front yard. What I really appreciated is that he was genuinely looking to figure out what the issue was instead of just suggesting something without inspecting everything. You can tell that the customer experience and ensuring that his customers are in a good place with their plumbing and sewage issues are his top priorities. He even suggested preventive measures that we could take to help with dealing with the old pipes in our home. I would definitely recommend David and his team to my friends and family that have any plumbing related issues.

I would like to thank Matt for the hardwork he did today. What thought to be a simple job turned into an all day event. He was very courteous and offered alot of different options. My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

He came on Monday morning on time, and took care of the faucet issue. He got it fixed quickly and the job is really well done. He was courteous and definitely added to my address book for future plumbing work if/when needed.

Amazing job! I had to replace inlet and outlet copper flex pipes on water heater. Leo was the first to responded to job quote and book a free quote estimate. He arrived on time, with face mask (COVID-19 precautions), looked at job, gave an excellent quote and estimated completion time. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent as a plumber. We will definitely be calling him again if any other needs arise.

We had a recurring problem with a leaking kitchen sink after our remodel. The contractor pretty much screwed up all of our kitchen appliances when he reinstalled them. Frustrating, to say the least! That's why Eduardo from Fantastic Rooter was such a godsend... He repaired the leak right after the remodel, was extremely friendly, explained everything he needed to do, and got it taken care of. Four months later it started leaking again. Not only did he come back after hours to help us out, he didn't charge us for the second visit. Since the drain install was done improperly by the contractor, it seems we may run into this problem from time to time. He showed my husband how to do the quick and easy repair himself and even left us with a tool to do it. Amazing! Talk about service going above and beyond...

This place was referred to me after I used roter rooter and received horrible diagnostics and an insane quote. I am beyond happy to say that they showed up within an hour, did some legitimate digging and found the culprit. They were here half the time and the price was far worth it. Rooter has quoted me 30k to fix the leaky pipes while able actually fixed the problem within 2 hours. I was shocked. The problem was my washer was leaking, but we couldn't find the clogged area, my husband tried a snake and so did rooter. We were going in the wrong area. Able showed up and explained it all and fixed it! I have a newborn and a toddler and I can't believe I am saying this but I can't wait to do laundry:) thank you able!!!!

My water heater was not producing hot water, so I checked the unit and found out the pilot light/burner flame was out. I called a couple of local water heater/plumbing companies in my area and most of them would charge a fee just to come out and check my unit. They would then ask how old your unit is and if it is 7 years or older they would automatically recommend replacing your unit and no options for repair. Replacement price would range from $2100 up to $3500. for a 50 gallons unit. My brother in law told me call Plumbing Connection which he highly recommended since they did an excellent job when he had his unit replaced. It was last Sunday when I called Plumbing Connections and the person who answered my call was very accommodating and he told me he would come by 9am Monday to my house and check my unit. And impromptu at 9:05 I think it was the business owner Israr and his technician arrived and immediately took a look at my water heater. Nesy the technician did some inspection and reignited the unit. The unit restarted and Israr and Nesy told me the unit is still okay and just wait for 30 minutes and hot water will be available again. I can thank enough this people for the free service they provided. They never mentioned charging any fee when they came out. They are an honest people to deal with. I will surely call for their service in the future. I give this company a five star. Very professional and honest.

Yes, I used John again, this time to paint my crown moulding. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and he repaied a spot that wasn't right. He has a nail gun so he offered to hang more and some base boards too.

He also came on last minute notice to help me with this before my party. I would call him again.

We had a blockage in our main line. They came out and removed the blockage. They ran a camera through the line to determine the cause. It turns out to be a failing anti-backflow valve. They gave us a quote for repairing it. The drain clean was $77.00. We are happy.

Called at 2:30, promised someone would be here around 3:30. Edwin -- the friendliest guy in the biz -- got here early, got the drain snaked out immediately, comped me the temporary plug, and was out the door before 3:45. Would definitely call Fifteen Dollar again!
