Ricardo answered the call on a weekend! He tirelessly tackled my horrible kitchen sink clog over both Saturday and Sunday.  He is very professional, replies quickly, on time and has reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend him for your repair needs.

Had to get a water softener tank and pressure regulator valve for the house water connection replaced. Called in bunch of service providers but Jonathan was the guy who gave me the honest inputs and from the beginning to end was great; professional but casual enough which is a great mix. Confident but practical and gave me honest inputs. TBH was totally surprised to see a young guy so skilled. RPS has my plumbing business going forward.

Counsil Plumbing features Mike, a second generation plumber.  He is honest, does not overcharge or attempt to take advantage of anyone.  If the problem turns out to be smaller than you thought, he won't overcharge.  He knows his stuff.

First the quality and attention to detail was superb, William was knowledgeable and professional in every detail, he worked two days repairing our lawn watering system, capping broken lines and spent time to insure the system was working properly, he wore a mask to protect us and was prompt and made us aware of his arrival times and kept us informed during the process, I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs

DO NOT LET THIS KIND OF COMPANY IN BUSINESS!!!

I called them just for snake the sewer due to the clog in sewer line. It took him at least 20 min to clear the line. Then they will start selling you for the camera inspection with credit toward more work if there's any issue in the sewer pipe. I'm okay with the camera inspection since they will charge me total of $189 for snake and inspection. The next day, 2 guys came and put camera in the line, pushed fairly quick and he said he saw pipe offset which will create backup soon (days) to scare you. He recommended to just install the city cleanout ($4,600) and told that the sewer line is not needed to be replaced (which is another $4,000). It was my fault to fall into his words, with discount, with credit etc. I agreed to contract them to do the city cleanout installation. Next day, not sure when, they started digging. They used shovel and jack hammer as tools for digging 5-6ft wide by 6 ft deep and end up breaking the existing sewer line around 7pm. I got home around 6pm and saw 4-5 crew members looking worried then I felt that something is not right. They brought up the pipe to show me that it's corrode and would not recommend to leave it like this. The connector will not hold the new section or the pipe will not withstand the torque and pressure from the connector, create more problems down the road etc. They want another $4,000 to replace the pipe. At this point, I NO longer trust them, as any other people should, and I look for other professionals for opinion and quotes. They ended up the night by just laying down ABS pipe 3-4ft long as the temporary line, no connector of anything.

In the morning, I checked around and got quotes from multiple companies. I asked them to stop any work and would like to pay for labor cost for a day of digging and permit. They want $3,000 and non-negotiable.

Lessons I learned
- They used in-expensive service (snake) as bait. If you just need that, they're okay
- Do not fall for their special discount, it doesn't exist
- If they have experience or be honest to customer, they should have told me at the beginning that the pipe is in bad shape and need to be replaced. I think they know but they just tried to be nice to help save money on what only need.
- They have steps like snake = pipe leak/tree root = camera inspection (will be credited) = pipe offset = will backup soon = need cleanout installation = start work = found more problems = need new sewer line = end up will be paying ~$3,000 more than other companies
- Beware that they might start work the next morning without any call to city to survey the area before. You might not be lucky like me that they didn't hit the gas line.

This is my honest review from my experience. They didn't push me or force me that I need to do all these. But they use tactic like discount/credit toward next work, or put you in situation that you feel miserable and want to get thing done with them.

Beware if you have old house with old sewer line. They will definitely tell you the same story like I just experienced above. In fact, this is similar to other reviewer.

I had someone who had already agreed to come out but I got a reply to my request from this business saying estimate: $80 and availability: [today's date 12-2pm].  So I canceled the person I had coming out and booked this one through Yelp, receiving a confirmed appointment.  Then I got this message: You need to call me for pricing and availability. Yelp makes me put a price down before I can reply. I just put 80 dollars.

I called and he said he put down a random price and a random availability and said he didn't even know where I lived and whether he could help (despite that I'd put down my address on my service request.)  I replied that those aren't supposed to be random and took them at face value, then gave the phone to my husband so he could explain the plumbing situation.    The plumber said Hey bro, I don't work for $80, at which point my husband said that we'd decline his service.

He told my husband Go fuck yourself, bitch. Lol we couldn't believe it.  After we got off the phone we just laughed.  Still don't have a plumbing appointment, though.

Edit:  The plumber claims I tried to blackmail him.  This is not the case.  I believe my exact words were I would hope you'd honor the price you quoted me because I already cancelled another appointment based on your estimate.  Never mentioned reviews on the phone whatsoever.  This is an honest review of what happened with direct quotes where possible.  Trying to say you said Have a good day when I clearly heard you curse at my husband through the phone is something else.  I almost never post reviews but only did so in this case due to the exceptional experience.

I'll provide a screenshot of the conversation so you all can see that, yes he says to call him for pricing and availability, but also clearly provides a price estimate and availability which allowed me to book and confirm, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't take that at face value.  He later said on the phone those were random numbers.  The reader can decide whether that's an honest way to do business.

Fantastic service! We called Leo's Plumbing for a quote for a toilet replacement and scheduled service for 4 days later (they could have done next day but I requested the later date). During the service everything was done so efficiently and professionally. We ran into a few hiccups during the install due to existing conditions that were all taken care of during the job without the need to come back for a second trip. We highly recommend Leo's Plumbing and will use him in the future for any additional projects!!

We had pinhole leak in copper pipe embedded in ceiling. We opened up ceiling and found leak location.  Called Midas and Eric arrived in less than an hour.  He examined problem, made copper pipe repair, and reduced initial estimate because it was very straightforward job.  Eric is a young man, very professional, takes pride in his work, and knows what he is doing.  Wonderful for work he did for us.  We have an old house so I am sure we will need him in future.

Gerardo arrived at my home on time and as scheduled he was very cordial.  He made me feel comfortable and advised that he was going to have a couple guys come and help him later on.  Gerardo is very knowledgeable on plumbing codes and he does not take any shortcuts you can count on him to do it right.  Fantastic gets the permit I did not have to worry about it they scheduled inspection with city I don't have to worry about it.  Gerardo and his crew make sure the house is picked up and that all appliances are working properly. Last but not least Gerardo meet with me and discussed all that was done explained the paperwork and and warranty.  I had three bids and Fantastic was very competitively priced.  I feel real good about my gas line replacement job thanks to Fantastic I will recommend them to family and friends.

Do not use these guys for anything.  My apartment complex has some huge contract with Able to do all plumbing work outside of most in-unit stuff.  On this most recent visit three guys have been looking at the same hole in the ground and the same two inches of broken pipe for two hours.  I guarantee they'll knock off in ten minutes and go to lunch for an hour and a half.  See, with Able they'll always make any work take at least four hours.  They don't give a rat's ass about getting the job done correctly or promptly.  Now on this visit they actually have some tarps down to protect the landscaping but that's only because of the havoc they caused the last time they were here.

Last time they serviced the complex they changed the shut off valves inside each unit - as well as did a bunch of unnecessary work.  How do I know this?  Well when they bailed for lunch I came home from work and saw their entire worklist on the floor in front of my front door.  As for my unit?  Rusty and debris filled pipes all over my carpet and rugs.  Tools on the floor throughout the apartment.  When the worker came back over an hour later, it took him another hour to finish up two valves.  Replace the pipes?  No way!  Not when you can stab the debris out all over my carpet with a screwdriver.  Bleed the lines to knock all the debris out before reconnecting to my faucets?  Of course not!  If they did that then they couldn't come back and tell me know my plumbing sucks because my faucets are running slow - which I later fixed myself by disassembling my faucets and cleaning all the fresh debris and sediment out.  And I'm still trying to clean threadlock off my toilet - thanks for that, dude!  Let's also not forget how they left many people's apartments unlocked with the doors open while they were completely MIA - probably off screwing around or taking another two hour lunch.

Employees of this company just stand around and shoot their mouths off.  One hand on the cell phone on a personal call, one hand on the wrench - that's Able Plumbing.  MAYBE if you have a septic issue they know what they're doing but I have yet to see a single service event where Able has appeared to be even the slightest bit competent.  I have the suspicion that half the positive reviews here are shills for the boss as that's all they talk about.

First time customer based on great Yelp reviews.  They delivered!  We were without water to our house due to a leak in the main line near the meter.  I called Plumbing Connection and they came out within 90 minutes, repaired the leak, and fixed up the lawn area where the leak was located.  Highly recommended.

John has performed several jobs for us, including plumbing repairs, installing a closet system and fixing our broken pocket doors. Plumbing is his specialty but he was willing to tackle the other jobs as well and did great work. He is punctual, polite and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

Jeronimo and David M. came to our home to provide an estimate for snaking a clogged kitchen sink and doing some other minor plumbing-related repairs. They offered to snake the sink clog for a very reasonable price so that we could use the sink again even while we were waiting on other estimates. They were very friendly and efficient. They also wore disposable booties inside the house.

Come and look at a leak under the sink.  Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider.

Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. They even cleaned under the sink before they left.  Amazingly professional.

I will use them again and highly recommend them.  Well done.

These guys have been my go to plumbers for the past 15 years and know the ins and outs of commercial plumbing.
