Ricardo was responsive and reliable in handling the leaky faucet in our bathroom. He arrived within the time as promised and finished the job without fuzz. His fee is fair and we'll put his number in our future reference.

A simple yelp review does not allow me to express the level of gratitude I have for R.P.S. plumbing!!!! From my first interaction w/ them via phone to my in-person experience w the technician has been nothing short of amazing. The technician assigned to my job, Joseph demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. From the start, he was extremely responsive, informative and helpful! Not to mention he was super patient with me as I am not very well versed in this plumbing business! He helped me resolve my plumbing issues as well as educated me on how to prevent this problem in the future. These people are the real deal! I'd give them (Specifically Joseph) 10 starts if I could! I highly recommend R.P.S and their awesome technician, Joseph, for any of your plumbing needs!

I usually call someone else for our plumbing needs. But they were unavailable when we needed them this time. Then I found Ben Franklin Plumbing here on yelp. They referred me to their sister company, Counsil Plumbing.  They were all very kind, respectful, very professional, honest and prompt. They knew what was going on within 30 minutes of their arrival. Yes, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

On time , very poor English  and tried to head conversation to unrelated plumbing. Was a waste of time. Very frustrated

Aaron the owner is very honest and cares about customer satisfaction. I initially had a not so pleasant experience with one of his workers for a toilet installation. However during the job Aaron was incredibly responsive over the phone and he helped me and the worker resolve our issues. To go above and beyond, when he asked me how my experience went after the job was done, I told him about my honest perspective which was mixed. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied so he made additional efforts to make things better the next day (such as stopping by to make sure the toilet was perfect). I recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a great plumbing company.

This Company is a sham.  Never show up without any courtesy to let you know.

Working with Russell and his team was an absolute pleasure through an incredibly stressful situation. As someone who does not know about plumbing, he took the time to ensure I understood everything. He gave me a thorough explanation of what it would take to fix it and a competitive quote that beat others I received. They were honest, knowledgeable, communicative, timely, and professional. Overall, it was excellent service, and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Emergency call, we have no water at our house-our water line broke!!!
So I Called Leo around 9:30 am and he said he could come at 11am.
Perfect!
He was punctual, friendly and make sure he answered all my questions.
This is his own company, so I feel so great being able to support his company and not a huge company where only the CEO gets paid.
I was able to support him and he repaired our pipes pretty fast and he did an exceptional job!!!
He truly cared and was not out to take your money!

Eric was quick to arrive on Friday afternoon to assess our situation. We had a leak coming from our wash room area and it was coming from the cement slab floor. He recommend we find a leak detection specialist, informed us of what to expect from the other company, then went as far as to help us find someone to come to our house that same day.

Eric is very professional, young (don't let that fool you), he has solid/strong business knowledge of the trade and is very thorough. He communicates wonderfully, works quickly and cleanly. He went in the area where the leak detection company said the problem was (Company name is Bullseye leak detection) and they were 100% accurate. Eric broke the cement slab nicely, quickly seen the problem, fixed the leak beautifully and made sure that he finished the job on Saturday so my family could return home with running water!

The owner called us back each evening to make sure we were pleased with the work and I can't rave enough of how professional and courteous both companies were to our family during this emergency. I would highly recommend both Midas and Bullseye Leak detection companies to friends and family.

We had Brian come to our home to fix a broken pipe under the sink.  After SJ water company had done work in the area we were left with a flood of water under the sink.  At 430pm I called the office was greeted by very friendly staff and had a tech in route to our home with in the hour.  Brian was great, very helpful explained everything that happened ways for us to protect our home in the future.  

He replaced all the parts, made sure to check all other sinks in case any other issues came up.  He left and we trusted a job was completed and no more stress.  

The company had our issue resolved with in 2 hours.  The cost was so responsible.  Highly recommend them!!!!!!

I had a minor incident with my septic system and, unfortunately, Able was the 3rd place I went to before feeling confident the issue was getting resolved in a reasonably priced manner.  The first guy made things worse and charged 2x Able's price.  The 2nd company was also 2x Able's price.  I will not hesitate to use Able again!

Great Service and reasonable rates from Mr Khan.  I got the same day appointment for blocked sink and he arrived with his worker between the hours he said.  Would highly recommend Plumbing Connection for your next plumbing needs.

John did an incredible job on the crown moulding in my home.  In addition requested some last minute touch up paint work and it looked flawless! Highly recommend.  Now I am spoiled!

We had water leak outside. Rooter Hero sent an inexperienced technician over that could not even find the shut off valve. They asked for $390 to uncover the leak that took about 5 minutes of digging. After that Sal the supervisor came back with $2764 quote for repair. When I asked why he is asking for so much money for something that at most take 2 hours to fix, he gave me the usual answer: parts, labor, permit, warranty. He was not willing to send me an estimate.
Rooter hero Plumbing is a rip-off. Don't call them even if you are desperate.

Mike Counsil came out to replace my water heater.  They arrived at my house 2 hours after I called them, which made us very happy since we didn't have hot water. They were very professional, and had amazing warranty packages. The best options I have seen. They took care of us and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Mike Counsil!!

Do not consider to use this company at all.
I used this company since 1996. And never had problem before.
8/12/19 I call them, because I had leak from the pipe under the sink in the kitchen.
The guy came, looked the area few seconds and said, leak is from tankless heater, need special parts which he does not have. If we want  him to fix it cost $700. He just left. He did not give us any chance to ask more questions.
I took pictures and talked with the person at the the customer service in tankless heater company. I found leak is not from there, came from plastic pipe supply the water to the refrigerator. I hired handy man (not plumber) next day and he fixed $90 including the parts. Nothing special parts required.
I complain to $15 sewer, asked them to give me money back, they charged travel fee for $40. They said they will. But 4 times I spoke to them, and they said they will every time, I have not see credit back to my account. They are lying!
I know it's only $40, but I do not like someone cheats me. Well I won't use them anymore.
