I've only had an initial consultation and estimate from Counsil Plumbing - for switching all our pipes out to copper - but am very impressed so far with their responsiveness, courtesy, knowledge and thoughfulness.

Wife was sitting on the sofa and noticed a water spot on the ceiling, 12 feet above the ground. Got on a ladder, leaned over, touching the spot, leaving my fingerprint impression in the ceiling. Bad news: spot was wet.
Turned off the water to the toilet on the second floor above the ceiling water spot, and put out bids on Yelp, stating that we had a water leak likely requiring the removal of the toilet, and fixing of the pipes.
One person estimated $320, but others say no estimate until they come out, with various charges of $88-$240 onwards just to come out. This is not your standard water heater leak or backed up sewer pipe clog.
Pablo and Giovanni come on out, both wearing masks. First time met a Hispanic named Giovanni. They put a small hole in the ceiling 12 feet above the floor, sticking a camera inside. Flush the toilet, and sure enough water showering the inside of the ceiling.
Pablo explains that the leak is from the toilet flange and connection, requiring removal of the toilet, replacement of the flange and new pipe connection. Giovanni works out an estimate, based on the difficulty of the task.
Work starts once terms agreed to. Drop cloths over the drilling area underneath. He chips and power saws away at the grout attaching the toilet to the uneven tile floor. Don't want to damage the toilet, nor the tiles. Opens up the ceiling using a power saw to cut a 17 inch square hole in the ceiling, while standing on an 18 foot extension ladder.
The ceiling panel and wooden beams have a light surface of black mold on them. Clean and dry the insides of the ceiling area under the toilet. Leaves it there to dry overnight.
Turns out won't have to replace any of the lengthy plastic PCV pipes, only the specialized connection, without having to saw through the wooden beams in the floor, as compiled in the original estimate.
Comes back a second day with Jorges, who work together to remove and replace the rotting wooden toilet flange, rubber inner seal, and pipe connection. Heavy duty rubber and steel new toilet flange. They flush the toilet a half dozen times, and watch the new connections. No leaks. Complete clean up hauling away all construction debris.
Will get back to me with a contact for a friend who does drywall and ceiling plaster work to fix that 17 inch square hole in the middle of my living room ceiling, 12 feet off the floor. Pay with credit card, thinking how a $320 estimate job from one company ended up being a $3500 hole in the ceiling!
At least it wasn't as expensive as the Elite Rooter 3 day job replacing 70 feet of tree root congested sewer line and the entire drainage system under my rental house in March, which ran $18,069!

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years. Great service, on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time. Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Developed on a Sunday morning a pin-hole water leak in a joint on the copper hot water recirculating line coming from the water heater and feeding the home recirculating pump. Call Trevin at Bullet Plumbing and immediately scheduled an emergency visit. Trevin was able to be out to my house within an hour! He quickly replaced and welded into place a replacement copper pipe and joining elbows and sleeves. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the job and his work, pointing out code requirements and other invaluable information for a homeowner to know about the water heater, recirculating pump, and associated piping. Pricing was commensurate/in-line with the work performed. Trevin provided 5-Star service and the highest level of professional plumbing work. I will certainly be calling him for any plumbing jobs in the future!

I thought I would give this business a second chance but I was completely dissatisfied. When I called the female call I taker to schedule an appointment to get a quote or estimate she made an unprovoked derogatory comment about me. Regarding the appointment for the quote/estimate Eduardo arrived at the job site at the scheduled time to get an estimate of plumbing work to be done. But Eduardo was not very good in my opinion as well. When Eduardo arrived he sat in the driveway in his car for 10 minutes and did not even come to the door of the property. I had to go outside and stand outside to get his attention only then did he come out of his minivan. When he came inside as I was going thru the items on my list of things to do he didn't even have a pen and paper to take notes. When he left (2/18/2021 sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 am) Eduardo said to me he would email me the quote today or by tomorrow afternoon. Here it is Friday feb 19th at 5:07 pm and no email with a quote or phone call to my primary contact phone number which they have on file. Eduardo was equally aggressive when he suggested things to do not on my to do list even after I declined.

when we had issues with our septic tank they were prompt in getting out to help even in the pouring rain. My 84-year-old grandmother couldn't remember where the septic tank was and they were able to find it in no time flat. I would definitely hire them again

We had an issue with our shower where water would Continue coming out of the spout when the shower head got turned on. I reached out and they responded immediately with a competitive price compared to others I had reached out to and fixed the issue. Did good job overall. Would recommend.

Yes, I used John again, this time to paint my crown moulding. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and he repaied a spot that wasn't right. He has a nail gun so he offered to hang more and some base boards too.
He also came on last minute notice to help me with this before my party. I would call him again.

I wouldn't trust this company for as far as I could throw it. Just as you see in a few other reviews, you may have a minor plumbing issue.
You call them to have them resolve it for you.
They will absolutely create a fictitious large problem for you so they can charge you a large sum of money to handle work that you don't really need.
Go to craigslist and get an independent for small or more significant issues.
But, use these guys to your own peril.

Leaking water from my tub valve that is chronic and persistent. After Ytubes and Google to try and figure it out myself, I callled due to high rating. Mario and Alfonso came out. I received a call in the morning for eta. They called when on their way. After evaluating the problem, Mario gave me a written estimate. It was fixed. Very happy.

Called them up for a main line sewer back up that my home warranty didn't cover. Their scheduling was super accomadating and they came out on time. The tech snake the line from the roof vent as diidn't want to pull toilet, this would,ve cost more.
Cleared the line, and also scoped the line for a great price, however it came with no warranty.
He also gave me a quote to install a clean out which seemed high to me, and from the quote I received from another company confirmed my thoughts.
The line backed up again 1 week later, but without a warranty what could I do, but get a clean out installed by another company for half the cost.
Overall good service to clear a line with a video scope though.
