Joseph did a great job!  He gave a few options depending on what we wanted to get done currently.  Very professional, honest, and fair.  I will recommend RPS to my friends whenever they need plumbing issues fixed.

R.J. himself was a top-notch lead plumber for this project, taking care of all of our concerns and kept the household running with working plumbing so that we were able to live in our house despite a complete rework of our plumbing.  We appreciated the water and sewer working at almost all times!  We appreciated his notes left for us detailing what had been accomplished that day, and what would happen the next day.  We are very grateful for their exemplary service, despite our delayed praise.

Nathaniel was very quick to respond to my initial request. He was available to come over within a couple of hours, and resolved our clogged drain quickly for a reasonable price. After he left, we identified a separate issue with our sink and because he was right outside our home we asked if he would check out the other issue as well. He was kind enough to diagnose the other issue and stopped by the next day to fix that as well! Highly recommended and will definitely be our go to plumber going forward!

Aaron and his team at a professional and know what they are doing. They offer superior service from any other plumber that I've ever met. They came in they diagnosed the issue made a great recommendation for my water heater and long and behold now we have a great tankless water heater installed that is going to save me money. And when they left, it was like they were never there they made sure that the whole area was clean and everything was returned back to the way it was... Thanks ice cream amazing job.

Erick from Elite Rooter helped me open up my bath drain which had tons of deposit. We had issue taking out the drain face plate as the screws were rusted. Erick explained the options very well to me and we went ahead with carefully cutting only part of the face plate which we can put back on easily. He was able to do it quickly and they did for a fraction of price what others were quoting! I would highly recommend him and would definitely use them again.

We had a guest bathroom shower that had not worked for years. We'd turn the water on and nothing came out. Shane of Good 1 Minor Plumbing came out to identify and resolve the problem. First, he arrived at the scheduled time. The problem turned out to be quite complicated (too complicated for me to explain). When the initial solution did not work as assumed, Shane went through a series of tests until he was able to identify exactly where and what the problem was. It ultimately required some cutting of the shower tile (that required no replacement), and the replacement of piping and other related parts but the shower now works for the first time in a long time. I was very impressed with Shane's technical knowledge of plumbing and his systematic approach to identifying the problem. He also cleaned the work area in the bathroom after he finished, which I appreciated. I would definitely call him again if we have plumbing issues in the future.

I had Bullet Plumbing come out and replaced my water heater and toilet flush valve.

It's cheaper overall if you have multiple things you need work for.

Pricing was reasonable and Trevin did an amazing job. I called him on a weekend and he suggested I wait until Monday because the plumbing warehouse has better water heaters than the big box stores.

He was very honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Didn't try to upsell any additional or unnecessary work. And he's experienced in residential and commercial work.

Had a kitchen faucet to replace. His quote was very competitive. Was courteous and professional and did an good job explaining on what needs to be done.

John answered the phone right away after a few rings.  Was here this afternoon to take care of my minor faucet leak.  I would recommend him highly.  He definitely knows what he's doing, came on time.  Is a no-frills professional, who doesn't charge expensive prices.  Gave me a reasonable quote, did the job in half an hour and gave me pointers on what to look for next time.  I would definitely use him again!  He's great!  Professional, cordial, considerate, patient...even in this hot weather!

Asked for a consultation on a kitchen project (replacing kitchen sink). They replied super fast and dropped by my place an hour later. Brian was super friendly and gave honest, good advice.  Thanks a bunch!

Vincent climbed up on my roof in the high heat with this huge snake. He unplugged my toilet and bathtub. He explained that my pipes are uneven so you can't send the snake all the way. It is an older home. He was a very pleasant young man and very strong.

I am so grateful to Plumbing Connection. They went above and beyond by really helping me in a pinch. Very honest and hard working. Highly recommended

I called The Plumber's Handyman to help me fix a cracked terrazzo shower pan, and they turned down the job because the work it would require (tile, etc) was out of their area of expertise. Instead, they recommended we hire a general contractor.

I wanted to write a good review for them because I think a lot of handymen would have said they could do the job because they wanted the work, and those other guys would have left me with a botched or half-finished job when it turned out to be beyond them.

I will definitely call The Plumber's Handyman with other jobs in the future.

Tech was showed up 4 hours after 2 hour window.  He could not snake out the drain.  He needed to come back the next day with his supervisor.  They showed up the next day and still couldn't get the drain unclogged.  They then said they needed to go under the house, then say I need to re pipe the whole house!  They provided an unprofessional hand written quote with serval options and still charge me $77 for trying to clear my drain.  I SEE other people had the same exact experience with this company.

I called Roto-Rooter and they snaked and cleared the drain quickly!  I would never let Rooter Hero work on my house ever again.  These guys are either incompetent or dishonest, either way....don't call them!

7/6 Update -
I got an email reply from Sean Counsil, Service Manager 7/3.
And he said the case will be handled by Jose Ponce, the field Supervisor

Let's see what happens. I will keep you guys posted.

$1,765 to repair a cut on a 1/2 copper pipe.
- Can someone here tell me where to make the complaint and to get the money back?

Lately I was replacing a washer drain ABS pipe in a half crawl space, and blindly cut a 1/2 copper pipe hidden behind the old ABS pipe, next to the dry wall. They came 4 hours later and had to removed a tile on kitch floor next to the dry wall and cut floor under the tile for access.
- They used two shark teeth couplers to make the connection, and after that the new section of pipe can freely rotate 360 degree like a fan w/o being secured;
- They also completely broke the second title and partially
damages two other titles on edges
- They didn't repair the floor and install any new titles back, just leaving the floor hole there with all damages and left; I had to fix the floor myself.
- They had to use my own tools to cut the hole: saw, axe, because theirs didn't work.

I put one star to appreciate their coming.
I have to say it was extremly expensive. $1,765 to join a known cut? Excuse me!
The job quality level was very low
I though they could manage to use the dry wall hole I cut for my ABS pipe work. If the kitchen floor had to be cut as they did, I could have done a better job with much less damages on floor. And I only need to buy the shark teeth couplers as they bought from homedepot at that evening. I won't let the new section pipe rotate like a fan!

I would have given them 5 stars if they had more respect for customer's time. The window for arriving was 11-1pm. At 1:30 we called when we hadn't heard anything. At 2:15 they called back to say they were on their way.  Once they arrived plumber was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Got the job done in 2 hours. I'd call them again.
