Ricardo came into my house exactly at 1 as requested. He fixed my faucet and even installed a new soap system alongside it. All very quickly done within the hour.

We had some major safety issues with my water heater which was incorrectly installed by another contractor. My colleague recommend me David, gave him a call and he came the very  next morning to inspect. He was very dedicated and he inspected my whole house plumbing rather than just the heater hookups.

In a few days David, Ernie & Patrick were at my place with all the supplies. Half way through David figured out that a few concealed pipes started rusting and he didn't want to leave it like that. The original timeline got stretched by a day and David was kind enough to reschedule another appointment to ensure that he completed the job he already started. Also he accommodated my requests to fix my washer dryer hook ups as well as install my new water purifier.

David, Ernie and Patrick were very dedicated and knew exactly what they are doing. David ensures that he explains every detail so that we understand what they were doing. These guys know exactly what to do and how to get it done.

I'll definitely go with David and team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I was in my family room and heard a tap tap tap sound and looked up and there was water dripping from the ceiling.  Called Mike and he came right over and used an inspection camera to look at the problem.  He found a pipe that was leaking in the ceiling.  Then he removed sheetrock around the leak and fixed the pipe.  Did a great job and cleaned up everything perfectly.  I would recommend him to anybody.

Nathanael responded immediately  to my request to install two new toilets.
There were two other bids on the job and his was the most reasonable.  He
did an amazing job, he also left the bathroom clean.  

There was also a problem with the bathtub draining, he fixed that as well for a very good price.  You will not be disappointed with Nathanael and his crew.

I called Aaron's plumbing for a second opinion on a re-pipe job due to a gas leak that another company was quoting almost $15k for.  
Aaron himself was out the next day (on time) and guess what?  There was NO leak!  I am so appreciative of his honesty and professionalism.  I paid only his diagnostic fee and was happy to do so.  Aaron's will be my go to plumber from now on and I highly recommend him!

I got another quote to install a gas line for my range. The estimate was for installing a T connection from the existing water heater to the new range which will approximately 1.5 foot away from garage (water heater) to the kitchen (proposed range).

Other companies in fact suggested to install a dedicated gas line. The total estimate includes the permit.

Elite did not suggest a dedicated line and did not talk about permit but the estimate was 5 times higher than other company. Elite person did a gas leak test then said there is a gas leak. At last he said i cannot refit the gas line he opened unless the leak is fixed, very tricky :)

No honest estimate, did not offer better suggestion, unrealistic price.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I highly recommend JTR Plumbing and we have already scheduled them to come back and re pipe our home!

Called , got a fast response, I explained to Shane over the phone my issue , he said I'll tell you how fast and easy you can fix this problem, and for me to call him back if it did not work , it worked , I fixed it , saved $$$$$$ and Shane text me asking how it's going and to respond back to be sure it's all good , I did !

Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm.

Had a clogged toilet and needed service quickly. Called Leo and he made an appointment for the next morning.

Showed up on time, took off his shoes, stayed masked the entire time and fixed the issue within about 20 minutes. No mess, no issues, even had his cousin check the exterior sewer lines for me  while he was inside working on the toilet as I was concerned we might have roots growing back in them.

Very polite, pleasant and knows his stuff. Even his prices are good.

This is our second time using Leo's, we will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

John was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, tidy, honest, and easy to talk with. He thoroughly explained the cause of our leak in terms we understood, and even told us about things to watch for, which I really appreciate. I felt completely comfortable with him. Midas Plumbing is now my first choice. I sure wish we had found him a long time ago.

When you have a backed-up sink flowing out into your showers, you definitely don't want to wait a minute longer than you have to in order to get it fixed. I didn't have to wait AT ALL!

I went on Yelp, read the amazing reviews about Fantastic Rooter, sent them an email at 10pm and by 6am, Jaime had responded and showed up at my house at 8:15am. Problem found and fixed by 8:45am. He was friendly, professional and fast. I LOVE THEM - and while I hope I don't need a rooter service ever again - I know exactly who I would call.

I heartily recommend Able for my sewage blockage problem.  After struggling with many other plumbers, Adrian Herrera solved my problem.  My previous sewage blockage problem indicated that about 175 feet of cable was needed from the roof top vent (I have no cleanout).  Andrian brought two 100 ft reels, climbed the roof, and snaked the sewer line to 165 feet to clear it.  Other plumbers would not climb the roof, did not bring enough cable, and made other excuses.  One started (with two people at twice the hourly rate) but could not clear it since they only brought 150 ft of  cable (but still wanted to be paid, of course).

You've found one of the best plumbers in the Bay Area!  Super responsive and very reasonable prices.  They've responded immediately to 2 emergencies and have done same day water heater replacements.  They've even helped me in Mountain View which is out of their service area, and always at lower prices than any other place I've called.

John did replace my kitchen faucet today. He is very responsible, easy to contact with. He is organized and got the job done neatly. He also helped me with small fence fix.  I will definitely call him later for any plumbing or handyman job.

called these guys out to snake my clean out because my toilet was backed up. a technician and field manager came to my house to do the work. Long story short, they weren't able to unclog my toilet and said that the pipe collapsed and they wouldn't be able to do anything without digging everything out and they would send me a quote right away. I didn't get the quote until 3 days later...after we called them to see what the hold up was.

Two days later we called out another plumber who was able to unclog my toilet just by snaking it out without any problems. Not sure why two people weren't able to do the job that one was able to, but I don't think I will be recommending this company to anyone else.

they kept me informed of when they were going to show up and they were on time.  Technician Eddie Cortez did a efficient repair of my leaky faucet and pipes.  he was polite and friendly and got down to business.  I highly recommend.

We called $15 dollar sewer because we had seen the van in our neighborhood. I had twice cleared a back up with my snake but finally it became evident  this time that it was beyond my snaking and plumbing ability. I called at noon and they were here at 2. The service man, Santos, was very diligent and did not give up until he found the problem. He was very professional and really stuck with it until he cleared the back up and figured out what was wrong. Based on the service we received, I would recommend this company to a friend.
