Spoke to Mr. Repair! Didnt get any work done but his customer service is awesome. He touched base with me multiple times to see the status of the work i needed completed. It wasnt my call so we didnt use him. But i would have used mr. Repair if it was up to me! Thanks for your constant contact and not forgetting about your clients!!

R.P.S. was very quick to respond and send out a crew to fix a non-emergency. They were quick and thorough in their work. Professional and respectful.  The work completed was well done!

A band of guardian angels landed on my doorstep late Friday afternoon. Their names were Jesse, Luis and Charles. This plumbing trio fixed a worn out valve, explained everything there were doing without talking down to me and finished up the job quickly. And the price they quoted to me was affordable. My worst fears were soothed and the water was back running into the house for the weekend and the upcoming holidays. What's more, this heavenly trio showed me what I need to do in the upcoming months to make make sure the plumbing is running smoothly and efficiently. Thank you. Now I have a preferred plumbing company and a preferred plumbing team.

Natanael did a great job with unclogging.

I had a clogged main sewer line and I asked for a quote from multiple plumbers and Mr. Munoz gave me the best and clear price.  Told me what time he'll be coming and he texted me when he was on his way.  Came right on time!

He worked in the hot sun and told me what kind of other improvements can be done with our house with vague estimates.

Update : I mentioned that another faucet was slow to drain.  Nataneol told me it'll all work now.  I just tried it and it's still clogged.  I understand the logic, but I'm calling a different plumber now to fix the other faucet.

Aaron the owner is very honest and cares about customer satisfaction. I initially had a not so pleasant experience with one of his workers for a toilet installation. However during the job Aaron was incredibly responsive over the phone and he helped me and the worker resolve our issues. To go above and beyond, when he asked me how my experience went after the job was done, I told him about my honest perspective which was mixed. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied so he made additional efforts to make things better the next day (such as stopping by to make sure the toilet was perfect). I recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a great plumbing company.

The employee came by because I was worried about a leak. They Inspected it free of charge and it ended up being just pressure release valve thing. They didn't try to upswell or give any miscellaneous charges. Cant say the same for other repairmen. Elite rooter is on my trusted list now.

We had faucets to both kitchen sinks replaced at a reasonable price. Leo was on time as promised. In addition he replaced the supply lines and valves to one faucet that had corroded and took out an old instant hot water server from under the sink for me. His work was both fast and of excellent quality. He even put away the old faucets and pipes neatly inside the boxes in which the new faucets came....No mess left behind!
I will definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing needs.

This is the second time I used Fantastic Rooter and I have to say, they are now my plumbing company of choice. First of all, Jamie and his son James were very nice and respectful, however, what impressed us most is how conscientious they were about caring for our home. They were very neat and made sure my tile was well protected. They put things back to where they were and I saw no trace that they had even been there.  We called them after hours for a clogged main drain and they were at our home within a reasonable time frame and quickly remedied the issue.  I highly recommend them based on our above experience but  adding to that is how reasonably priced they were especially on a Friday night after hours!  Thanks Fantastic Rooter!

We had 2 faucet leakage and a slow drain sink. Evan changed the small springs inside of the faucets to save the cost of changing 2 whole faucets. He also advised which brand would be a better choice and some ideas to fix the water mineral build-up.
For the slow drain, he pulled out a hair clog and a lot of toothpaste in the pipe. He told us to use broiling hot water once in a while to avoid toothpaste clog. We like the way the job is done professionally and also get educated.

Fast response time via phone and email and quick to repair broken fill valve on the toilet.  Charged a fair reasonable price that was in-line with other quotes.   I will reach out to Israr in the future for my needs going forward.

John stated to me that he prices his work for Seniors needing help.  I hypothesize this is the reason he does not have more yelp reviews on file.  I agree it is a poor reason given that everyone, not only Seniors, needs help living in expensive Silicon Valley.  But my formal education was pre-internet and one of the amazing things I learned on my recent month-long vacation in British Colombia is that some of the friendliest people in North America do not agree with using Yelp  to blackmail.  

John has come to my condo  twice in the past three years.  He is polite, honest, and hardworking in business for himself.   He installed faucets, hooked up a new icemaker inside this time and capped off leaks in my patio during the drought last time.

John also said he has plenty of work.  I pay by personal check.

Our kitchen sink got clogged up so I searched online for someone to take care of it and found Rooter Hero. I'd seen their van(s) around town so I called them and made an appointment. Prior to showing up, they sent a text message with the person's photo who was going to show up. I'm sure that's a big plus for many people. I'll attach his photo to this review. :-) Dispatch in Southern California sent Jonathan Cena out.

There was an outside access point that he rooted all the way to the street and I assumed he was done but then came inside and used a smaller rooter to snake from the sink. He noticed our small drain leak and fixed it, no charge.

Jon was quite the gentleman, very polite and always concerned about the surroundings and clean-up. I told him you clean out the drain and I'll take care of the cleanup.

If/when I ever have any plumbing needs, I'll certainly call this company and ask for Jon. He was superb.

3 months without a sink hooked up and they still can't get it done.   Then they destroyed my sink parts I had special ordered.  They work on commission so it's in their best interest to upsale everything and overcharge you.  I can't recommend.  
After this was posted they are working to finish my sink installation and other plumbing issues.  I am very pleased with their effort and concern.

They did it again! Came out quickly, this time had Benny. Sewer back up was horrible. Took a little longer to clear the back up but job was done professionally.  I manage several rental properties and wouldn't call any other sewer and drain company. Ask for Benny. They get the job done!
