They were able to complete my installation request under short notice and even on a weekend. They did a great job.

Very disappointed in this service. The Tech who came out to diagnose my water heater issue immediately jumped to sell me a new water heater versus lead with the option of repair.  Didn't seem knowledgeable and did excessive follow up.  I went with another company who offered a repair solution and was straight forward. Would not recommend these guys. Sketchy.

Our main water entrance leaked right behind the meter. After Mike checked the pipe he recommended to change the old pipe to copper pipe from the meter to the wall of our house. (about 50'). Since we had spent several thousands to change all the pipes in house four years ago, so originally we thought the quote is pricy. But after checked with friends, they said it is okay. The work is done very well within one day. We are happy!

The pipe that connected my washer and dryer combo machine clogged with a bunch of pet hair. I called Nathanael - he came and completed the work perfectly! The communication is great and the price is affordable. I really recommend his service and this company!

Called for a quote. The turnaround was fast. Aaron and his team showed up to address a leak coming front he water heater. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. Highly recommended.

I called with a clogged pipe and had someone out within one day.  Very professional. Everything from the notice they send you that your technician is on his way (with a picture ) to entering your house with booties and respecting your property, these guys are the best plumbers I have had to work with. They used a camera to locate my problem, returned a second day at no charge to help remedy my problem and were very helpful. Great Customer service, would use again.

I needed an urgent fix on my clogged kitchen sink and found Shane on Yelp few months ago. Shane was a very sharp and friendly plumber. He explained the issues to me in detail very patiently and proposed his solutions with pros and cons for my consideration. He was super considerate to take off his shoes without needing my request as he entered my house. He did his work very cleanly and carefully to make sure not to mess up my place and he also cleaned up all the trash upon finishing his work. He helped me remove the garbage disposal and drain the clogged kitchen pipe which works just perfectly until now. He is passionate about serving the community and is committed to offer after-service support. I feel very good about his work attitude and honesty to his customers. His pricing was also very reasonable. I am glad to have met him and definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I do not usually write reviews, but I must write this one to show my appreciation for Shane!

Called this morning for no hot water. He showed up a few minutes early (yay!- most shows up late) and replaced the water heater's pilot light quickly. Repeat business here!

We had a fantastic service experience today with Evan. He came to help with a faulty faucet for a 30m job, but ended up staying for longer until he got the job done (that proved more difficult due to the sink setup- no fault of his own). He was thorough and professional and we would have happy to work with him again.

Let me start by saying how upsetting it was to have to drive 20 mins out to my parent's home at 2AM just to use their shower bc our main sewer line was clogged and backed out!! Gross... We knew that we could not go another day with this plumbing issue so first thing in the morning I started calling around for plumbers for estimates and availabilities on a Sunday of holiday weekend.

Mr. Khan was the only one who was available to come out the same day and had more reasonable prices than the others I called.  He came in and in the hour was able to clear our drains, cleanup the mess, and had us test it. What I also appreciated afterwards was that he explained the situation with us and our best solution for a more permanent/ long term fix. We will definitely call him again for any issues.

John was absolutely great. He installed two toilets and got my sinks draining better while he was at it. He is really nice and his pricing is extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be calling him for future projects.

If you have a clogged drain DO NOT I will repeat DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!  If I could give zero stars I would!  On 6/8/18 Rooter Hero came out to clear a clogged drain at the house.  The first problem was they arrived late, then they looked at the clogged toilets, shower and sink and told us it would cost $277 to clear them.  When we asked about the coupons they had on line they told us they weren't valid for this job because they had to go on the roof!  Since we needed the drains cleared we authorized them to do go ahead and clear the drains.

There were two guys in the crew one was quite large and the other was smaller but not skinny!   The large guy stayed on the ground and sent his apprentice on the roof with a small power snake with no cutter on it to snake the drain.  When I asked aren't you going to use a cutter on the snake? The large guy said you never use a cutter when going down the vent stack on a house! I told him that's funny because $15 Dollar and Rescue Rooter uses them all the time!  He then told me well then, they don't know what they are doing!  His apprentice started sending the cable down the vent and 10 minutes later pulled it out with a few roots attached, the big guy then had him send it down the drain again and had me turn on a little water.  When I got back out he told me we had two problems, first, we had a leak under the house and they would need to go under the house and check it out and second, we had a major root problem in the line.  I asked him how he knew there was a leak under the house?  Could he hear it?  He said no, but he knew from experience! I then asked when they needed to go under the house?  He told me another guy was coming and I surmised it was because  the size of these two guys precluded them form going under the house because they would not fit through the access hole!   As they continued with the snake with just the cable down the main,  I could see where we were headed so I called $15 Dollar Sewer and Drain to have them come out and went under the house myself to see if anything was leaking, there was nothing  leaking!  When I got back outside they were  pulling out the cable for a second time with a few more roots attached.  The big guy then said you have a root problem and the camera will tell us where the problem is.  They then sent the camera down and as I watched the screen you could see NOTHING  on the screen, just black!  I asked him how are you going to see where the problem is when you CAN'T SEE ANYTHING on the screen!  He told me the snake had steered up the sewage in the line and he knew what he was looking at!  He then got his locator and waving it over the front lawn said this is where the problem is and you need a clean out installed right at the sidewalk to solve the problem and then told me it was going to cost $4,375 for the clean out and if they found more problems with the sewer main it could cost more! While he was telling me this the apprentice was pulling out the camera and putting it back on the truck.  I told him how about clearing the line of the roots to get the water out of the line and then actually showing me the damage so we can actually see where it's located? he told me we can't clear the line without the clean out, so we have to do that work first!  I then told him I had $15 Dollar on the way, so they could get in their truck and take it down the road!

In my conversation with the big guy I found out that Rooter Hero had been Mr. Rooter and they had changed their name a few years earlier.  This information was critical to sending them down the road because Mr. Rooter had socked it to a 94 year old family friend about 6 years ago when they charged her $25,000 to put new drain lines under her 5 unit apartment and when that didn't fix the problem charged her another $7 grand to fix the problem!  The new company is just like the old company and is run by con men!  

Long story short $15 Dollar came out charged $176 because they needed two men to run the snake down the roof vent.  They ran their 3/4 snake down the main with a 3 cutter on the first pass and a 4 cutter on the second pass and cleared the drain in less than 20 minutes!  I then had Carlos of Trenchfree come out and camera the line and they will be installing a cleanout at the sidewalk for $2,300 and the problem with the roots is on the city's side of the main, so the city will be out to repair there broken pipe once the clean out is installed.

Come and look at a leak under the sink.  Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider.

Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. They even cleaned under the sink before they left.  Amazingly professional.

I will use them again and highly recommend them.  Well done.

It's not 15 dollars, but the cost is among the cheaper ones. They did help to unclog our sink.
