I was looking to have my water softener installed. I had a couple of proposals from other contractors. But David and Isaac provided a solution I was happy with. The drain pipe was not tighten properly after installation and they sent another guy and fixed it immediately.

We received excellent service from this plumber.  Kevin  did the work efficiently at a fair rate.  He was knowledgeable and professional.  He explained the process and offered good advise concerning additional service options.

I'm forced to put a star on this in order for Yelp to be able to publish my review.

I engaged Elite Rooter on 10/2/22 to fix a blockage in my septic system pipes and to install new pumps and a new sewage ejection control panel. I told the supervisor that I would buy their control panel, but asked if I could provide the pumps from my contact at Northern Tool. They agreed.

They proceeded to charge me $6,000 for two guys to dig out a six-foot hole to replace a worn clean-out (took one guy one day), $3,000 to replace a T-Section of PVC pipe (took one guy a day) and then quoted me $1,500 to install my two new pumps and another $1,750 to install the control panel.

Look, I know we're in the middle of the highest inflationary rates for the last 20 years, but this was usurious. An incredible markup of expenses. And then, just before they were to come out, Dion says that it turns out they cannot do the job becasue the pumps I bought weren't from Elite's parts supplier. Excuse me- I have it in writing that Elite accepted my Northern Tool pumps to be used in this job. They were much better pumps than what Elite quoted me, with a 55' head, as opposed to their pumps, which only had a 25 ' foot head (not enough to push sewage over the 30' hill I have. That was the last straw. Dion lied to my face!

I complained to the supervisor Dion. He sent my request to the District Manager Grayson to complete this job. I heard nothing. And then I called Grayson. I was only able to leave a message and none of my calls were returned.

Here's what I'm left with. A job half done and a company who has abandoned their responsibility. My septic system is currently overflowing into the drain pipe that goes into my backyard! This has been left undone for 30 days now!

Talk about a health hazard!!!! My next call will be to the health department.
Then, as I'm an attorney, you know what they say- See you in court.

Leo quickly responded to my service request, came out to inspect issues and provided quote. He is very honest with problems that I have with my toilets and provides suggestions on how to solve the issues.

The repair/replace/installation of my toilets were completed efficiently and professionally. He makes sure all works were done correctly, check any leakages afterward, and cleanup all working spaces. Provides me with additional warranty.

Fantastic Rooter installed a new water heater for me.  Eduardo was great to work with.  He offered a couple of options, priced each and answered all my questions.  He also suggested that I check to see if the old water heater was still under warranty which would save me some money - it wasn't, but it was very nice of Eduardo to suggest it.  Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.  They were on time, the work was completed in the timeframe given, upgrades were done to bring the job up to code and they cleaned up.  Eduardo was patient when answering all my questions about how the water heater operated and how to shut it down in case of an emergency.  

I highly recommend Eduardo and Fantastic Rooter.  I think the highest praise you can give a service provider is that you were so satisfied with the job, that you'd rehire them.  I will definitely rehire Eduardo for my plumbing needs in the future.  Great job!

I  am pleased with the work done on this project.  Most impressive are all of the people who  worked on it including you all in the office.  The on-site crews deserve the highest acclaim, as they seemed very knowledgeable, willing to work, and quite pleasant.  My involvement with them along the way was extensive, so I do believe this feedback is accurate.  Please give special mention to the young man who, on the first day, accomplished most of the by-hand digging.  He just never quit!  Further, I could see that, when Jose was taking the lead, this same young man (name difficult for me to recall) was always seeing what he could do to speed things along; impressive.

Let me break down my experience

1. I used Yelp to Request a Quote on a Sunday. Israr responded under an hour and was very transparent on expectations and pricing. We was willing to work with me over text to look at photos of the job areas and was able to give me a fair pricing. He was even able to schedule next day, to get the work done.

2. Israr came out with his crew. Showed him the job areas and he they went to work immediately. Great professionalism and they tested everything.

The workmanship looks and tested great. I'm very happy with the results.

Israr was very easy to communicate from the Request for Quote moment through paying the bill.

Being friendly is not a requirement as the quality of work and timeliness matters more. As an added bonus, Israr and his crew were friendly throughout and patiently answered my questions.

I would hire them again for future jobs. Thank you!

I agree with the other folks here. David Sanchez was cool: quick, efficient, pleasant. You're lucky to have a good representative for your company, especially a company providing a service that can be stressful for the homeowner.

Project started with a quote for a gas line extension and then realized we had a gas leak and corroded sewage line. This could have turned into a horrific bad experience, but the MCP team did a great job explaining what needed to happen and always gave us several options for how to resolve the issue at hand.

Ernest was one of the leads on our project and was a fantastic communicator. He always knocked on the door and told us good morning before they got to work.

Each of the technicians on the MCP team paid an unbelievable amount of attention to detail for every part of the project. I only have good things to say about everything they did.

Santos just left my house and everything's good now.  

I made the biggest bonehead move of the year, and decided to put soybean pods through my garbage disposal.  They turned in to a big fibrous clog that backed up my sink, and in to my dishwasher.  Then the dishwasher backed up, and leaked under my expensive floating floor.  Yikes!

Now that I saw how he fixed it I could do it myself the next time.  I'm just not that experienced with plumbing, and I got my first lesson.  But it was worth $80 to have him show up within the hour, and have it fixed in 40 minutes.

If I had let it go much longer I think my floor would have been ruined so I'm relieved now.

And Santos refused my offer of a tip because he said he didn't work that hard.
