Great speedy service from Ricardo! He was professional throughout our text communication, arrived right on time with his partner, identified the issue with my kitchen faucet very quickly, and replaced the faucet in about an hour! I highly recommend Ricardo for handyman work!

We used RPS a couple time so far. The first time we needed some work done under our kitchen sink before we could have our new dishwasher installed. Tim came out and took great care of us; he was extremely thorough and personable during the process. We enjoyed him so much, we personally requested him when we needed to repair one of our bathroom faucets. Highly recommend RPS and would strongly suggest to request Tim. You won't be disappointed.

I own a condo and my tenants reported a leak in the shower... they live upstairs, and the unit downstairs was starting to see evidence of water instrusion. Mike made me feel so much better after explaining what the problem was and the true extent of the damage - which wasn't nearly as frightening as I had imagined! He came back two days in a row to ensure the problem got fixed and was extremely nice. I was completely confident in his skills. He made me feel completely at ease.

To wake up to water on the floor is a nightmare. I called, set up a time and they came in and handled things right away. We've been in construction and Real Estate for 40 years and have met a lot of plumbers.  Pablo from Elite Rooter was fantastic and by far one of the very best we've ever worked with.  
We had a difficult clog in an old sewer line with no clean-out available to access clogs. Pablo came in and did a great job! It was a challenge because the clog was under our new patio.  But Pablo was able to install the new clean-out and repair the patio perfectly.  (You can't tell the new clean-out wasn't installed as part of the original new patio construction).

He got here on time, was super professional, articulate and polite.  He was very careful to keep his work areas clean, eventually found the clog in our sewer line using his camera and high tech GPS then made the repair while installing the new, much needed clean-out.  
Pablo explained why the old line failed, how the clog originated and clearly communicated how the repairs would be made.

I had great experience with Leo.  Very nice guy. I highly recommend him to anybody who's looking for a plumbing service.

John came to our house and worked for 2.5 hours to clear a clog that was really stumping him.  He ran 130' feet of snake through our sewer pipe and still would not work.  He said my clog was making him mad and he would keep attacking it.  He never stopped working and eventually went on the roof and put a garden hose down the air vent pipe and voila, clog cleared!!  He was telling me all about my plumbing and that I don't need a new sewer pipe that another company said would cost $10k!  I would call John again in a heartbeat. He gave me some tips to make sure my sewer line would not clog like that again.  He also got to my house at 7:30 pm within an hour of calling him.

Brian from Fantasic Rooter came out to one of my rental properties today. He was very courteous, polite, and respectful of my home and to me. An honest plumbing company that does the work that's needed without overcharging. I buy and renovate properties from houses to commercial buildings. I also manage properties. When I have a plumbing problem these are my go-to guys. I've used them to snake lines to replacing sewer lines under driveways. They have a good size staff of well-trained plumbers with just about all the equipment you would ever need -- from long snakes, to cameras, to trenching equipment. And their people are friendly too. Just recently I had them determine the source of a problem and repair it. This was no small task as it required digging up part of the driveway to access an incorrectly installed kitchen sink line. Just to be safe I had my general contractor and his plumber review the work and they both concurred that it was the right thing to do and it was done right. I recommend them to other people in the business as well.

Wonderful service and very fair price. Mr. Khan stopped on his way home from a job in San Leandro to take care of a clogged tub drain. Couldn't be happier with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call again when I screw up something else.

Yes, I used John again, this time to paint my crown moulding. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and he repaied a spot that wasn't right. He has a nail gun so he offered to hang more and some base boards too.

He also came on last minute notice to help me with this before my party. I would call him again.

I had John Castaneda as the service technician to unclog our kitchen sink.  He is professional and courteous.  He explains the situation and give the estimate to honor the special $77 since we have clean out right under the sink.  He used the snake tool and pushed all the way 75 ft.  I have used other plumbers in the past, but he really stands out from other where some are lazy or stop the snake as soon as clog clear.  
He cleaned up after the work is completed.  I highly recommend him and will only ask for him in the future.

Had a great experience with Mike Counsil plumbing after so many experiences with grouchy, thuggy and stinky plumbers who did the minimum.  Great communication leading up to the service and equally great analysis of the issue and resolution.  Not cheap but you get what you pay for!

I hired this company to replace a valve cartridge in my rental property shower.  Unfortunately, the main water line was shared with 3 other condos, which I do not own so I could not easily do the job since I didn't want to shut the water off for very long.  I hired this company since I thought they had the expertise to do the job efficiently and would identify the valve cartridge and do the job quickly without interfering with my neighbors' water.  The technican called me when he was on-site and he quoted me $200 to replace the valve cartridge.  He told me he did not have to shut the main water line off.  Two hours later, he said that he had shut the main water line off and he could not get the bad cartridge out and I would have to pay $1400 to get a new valve installed and the main water service restored. Per other plumbers, a shower valve costs $450 installed.  This plumber basically extorted $850 extra from me to avoid me angering my neighbors.  He did not come with a new valve, and had to call in another truck.  Avoid this crook at all costs.
