Great service.  Very nice guy.  I recommend.  He did a garbage disposal install for me.

I used them in January for a faucet replacement. They did such a good job, when my washing machine drain pipe started to backup I called them again. This time Thomas did the work. He explained to me what he was doing and why. He did a great job and I highly recommend them.

What a great team, Valerie and Mike make together... They really care about their customers.  Valerie made sure she juggled their busy schedules to accommodate mine.  Mike was so prompt when he got to my house, replaced the old broken pipes underneath the house, and cleaned up all the particles himself... thank you both!

Our handyman recommended Nathanael and Plumbing Point for a kitchen faucet + valve replacement. Armando took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Will not hesitate to call them again. Very satisfied.

We wanted to increase our existing hot water capacity and asked for quotes of various solutions from a few highly rated companies. Alex from Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter came. Of the different companies, he was the only one who actually crawled into the crawl space and attic to check out everything before giving us the recommendation and quote.  Their quote was not the lowest but we felt they had done the most due diligence and had built our trust with their attitude and professionalism.  

Alex and Steve installed a tankless water heater to supplement our existing water heater tank.  The job was professionally and beautifully done and works great!

After installing the tankless water heater, we asked Alex to inspect the crawl space for any leaks.  Alex found 5 leaks, fixed them and installed a 2-way clean out for easy diagnose in case we have problems in the future. They also fixed some other issues and pointed out things we need to take precaution for the future.

All in all, we were extremely impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work.  They were also timely, and explained things really well.  I would highly recommend Alex and Aaron Plumbing to anyone!

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I sent them a quote late last night for an emergency repair of our kitchen garbage disposal. Shane, the owner, called me this morning and explained that we may not have to get it replaced after all. I told him the brand and model and he knew just how to deal with it. He confidently said we could get it to work again even if it's past its warranty. Leo came quickly and was able to get everything done in 2 hours.

I had an old faucet handle attached to my washing machine that won't turn off the water. I wanted to replace it so I can turn off the water and replace the washing machine.

Leo came, gave me a very affordable quote including labor and parts. After inspecting he also advised me to repipe parts of my pipes from galvanized to copper, showing me the rust.

I especially like that he was clear and educated me in all decisions. He also explained and showed me that my other pipes connected were already copper which made changing the small section of pipes to copper a reasonable advice. Best of all, the upgrade in project scope was still very affordable.

We noticed some insects and sewage smell from the crawl space vents. Jordan, the service technician who was assigned to inspect was on time, extremely patient and thorough in root causing the issue to be a broken pipe from the kitchen drain. Just to be proactive I requested him to check couple of other drain outlets which he did. The professionalism he showed in patiently explaining and drawing out the issue and what needs to be fixed was extremely helpful. The estimate was reasonable and he provided breakdown for labor and material. Based on how he conducted the inspection, explained patiently and answered all my question, he most certainly gained our trust.

Mr. Khan did a great job!  I had a stopped up sink they picked up the phone right away in the evening when I called.  We scheduled an appointment for the next morning on 10/21/14.  I live in Union City.  They were on time and fixed the problem within 30min and cleaned everything up.  The estimate via phone was what I was charged.  I will definitely call Plumbing Connection Inc again the next time I need a plumber.

John was absolutely great. He installed two toilets and got my sinks draining better while he was at it. He is really nice and his pricing is extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be calling him for future projects.

Such a terrible company, just be careful to call them to have the service. I can't believe they charge me$2144.24  but didn't and not able to resolve the plumbing problem, so I had another contractor to resolve the issue only cost $600

Mike Council re-piped our whole house (inc 40 years warranty) over 2 weeks and they did a great job (unfortunate we had leak in our slab). Thank you to Joseph who managed the project and Oscar Carrasco & Rene Melendez for the quality workmanship. We decided to also upgrade our water tank (from 2006) to a newer/more efficient model. Happy customer.

I discovered a small leak coming from the garbage disposal unit of my sink about a week ago. So, I gave my landlord a call and he said he'd get right on it. He initially was going to get a friend out to take a look at it but when that fell through (Thank goodness!) he opted to go with Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain (FSD). I was a little nervous because I've heard a lot of horror stories about Professional plumbers. I asked him to give them my number so that we could schedule a time.

Office: The lady I spoke with initially was very nice and was able to schedule an appointment (Mon between 4-6) to match my work schedule so I wouldn't have to take time off. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that my son already had a dentist appointment that day and I didn't realize it until Sunday at 6pm! I called thinking I'd leave a message and have to follow up the next day but, lo and behold, someone was actually there to reschedule for the following day at the same time! They also called the day of to let me know the Plumber was en route at 4:33! Normally with a 2-hour window you expect them to show up at 5:59!

Plumber: Robert, the Plumber, showed up around 4:50 and quickly came in and set about getting to work diagnosing the issue. Robert's a really nice and honest guy who takes his job seriously; highly coveted qualities in any employee.  He soon discovered that the reason for the leak was the garbage disposal unit (GD) was rusting out at one of the connections. He said he could fix the connection but advised that a new unit was most likely in order because it would most likely only be a temporary fix; a new unit would only cost (±)$100 more. After examining the old unit and conferring with my landlord we opted to go with the new install. Robert then quickly set about to install the GD and ended up having to replace several sections of pipe as well as the P-Trap because the old install was Mickey Moused. There was no extra charge for this work; which he could easily have done because it was a lot. After all was said and done the entire visit took about 2hrs and cost (±)$300, which seems very reasonable to me.

The entire experience was rife with professionalism and honesty -- terms that are not usually synonymous with Plumbers. From the office staff (I wish I wrote down their names) to Robert the Plumber. Next time I have a plumbing issue I won't hesitate to call FDS. Bravo!
