Very pleased with the services this business provided for me today. I had been dealing with a loud water pipe issue off an on for years. They were able to come do a free diagnostic (on a July 4th holiday) which was great as I had a rare day off.
The tech assessed the noises and felt they were related to a valve in the back of the toilets which he was able to replace, and also assured everything was under warranty and to please call if any future problems. I was very grateful, and impressed with their friendliness and professionalism.

Joe Salazsar come to the house and was very professional and did a great job. Had slight scheduling problem  but was taken care of.  Will use Mike Councel Plumbing in the

Nathanael, the owner of Plumbing Point and his brother Armando are amazingly honest, punctual, professional plumbers.

I had 5 hose bibs throughout my home and a 45+ year old kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. I put out a request through Yelp for estimates. Yelp generation 9 requests with various plumbing companies. Of the 9, Plumbing Point was the only one that came out the same day and within the time window Nathanael quoted. I had three more of the nine companies schedule quotes and I ultimately chose Plumbing Point.

I chose Plumbing Point  because they were the fastest to act on my request, very transparent and the pricing was very affordable.

Plumbing Point's communication was perfect. I received timely texts confirming the date/time when the work would be done. Armando was 5 minutes early ( that's on time in my book lol ) , explained everything he was going to do so there were no surprises, which I appreciated. He's work was perfect!

I really believe I found the plumbing company for any jobs I may need in the future. I recommend Plumbing Point to everyone! Thank you Nathanael and Armando!!!!

Water heater at my rental property failed in the middle of winter, and Aaron's Plumbing sent Arizona out to take a look. Arizona was helpful and suggested that my water heater has aged out of warranty and a diagnose and fix might be able to extend the life of the water heater, but I'm looking at probably more out-of-pocket down the line and probably won't be cost efficient.

He quoted me 5500-6000 range to change a 50 gallon, power vent system, which I was told to be more expensive (about 2x the cost of regular water heater tanks). I was having a bit of a sticker shock, because I had not anticipated the cost to get so high. He was able to cut it down to 5000 if I get it done immediately since he doesn't have to come back out to do it.

After some consideration, I looked online to see comparisons for a power vent systems and a high end system would cost more than $2000 online, so I'm guessing after retail costs, transportation, and taxes, I'm probably looking at 2500 at the least, for just the heater. I'd probably be paying around 1-2k for labor and warranty, which I thought, given how quickly it was turned around. Yes, the cost was at a premium, but I've paid for happy tenants, and a load off my mind.

Aaron and Steve also came out to help during the install. There were some adjustments to be made but it looked like a good install so far.

Matt Sanchez was so helpful managing the work we had done.  Elite was the first company to take time to diagnose our plumbing problems in our 1904 home.  Both  Matt and Joe Shumpert explained all our options.  Matt was here for all aspects of the job;  very responsive and here on time!  The crew was thorough.  Job well done.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I highly recommend JTR Plumbing and we have already scheduled them to come back and re pipe our home!

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).
They were very polite, efficient, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bullet Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs

Leo's plumbing is one of the very best in bay area. This time, when the rental home had a leaking, we chose Leo again. Leo came the next day, prompt and courteous. He checked the area, including the crawl space thoroughly. To my surprise, he solved the problem within 15 minutes. His fee is very reasonable. Great experience, highly recommend Leo!

John came over and didn't even look at the spot I asked for. I don't understand what he did. I think he doesn't know what to do.
Also, I called for asking to redo or fixing that I already told him, he rejected it.
He is very unprofessional.

Jaime and his team are awesome.  I hired Fantastic Rooter to replace a 132 ft  2-gas line that went from the front of the house and all the way to the far side of the backyard.  Jaime and his team had to trench a line for the entire distance without breaking the concrete patio,walkway or gas fire pit.  This project took a full 4 days and they completed on schedule with no issues.  His team showed up on time and stayed late to get the work done on time.  I would highly recommend them for any of your small or large projects.

They sent 2 workers out and we paid for 2 workers but 1 guy did all the work while the other guy sat on his ### the whole day. They also were supposed to give us a quote on some work and after several attempts i just gave up. They promised they will call back and never do. Very unprofessional both on the administrative side and out in the field.

Toilet replacement- got a quote from them and confirmed they are license and bonded. (Got cheaper quote with other Yelp responses but they were not licensed.)

They were helping in recommending me what type of toilet to buy and show up on time. In and out within a hour. Good service and would use them again.

I believe John knows all around our house by now. He has been giving us a lots of great services around our home for the last 6 months to one year  so far.
I started to contact John about 6 months ago when we had a problem in our kitchen sink and Garbage disposal  that haven't been working for a very long time.

John come on time and checked the issue and explained to me how he work and how he will bill me, he get paid by the hours and the trip he will spend going to do the purchase for you if the work requires new piece from Home Depot. He finished the job at the time but then the next day I found out that there was a leek under the sink and I call him again and he showed up and checked it out and realize that while he was working there a pipe cracked which caused the leek, he then fix it without charge and to me that make sense.
I was very satisfied with John's work in my house  so every since each times we have an issue in the house I now know who to call and he has been doing bathtub fixture who has been broken for more than 10 years from raising my kids to a bathroom wall trim from a leek in the bath room and needed to be changed.
Finally for months I have been wanting a larger fridge but I don't have enough space for large fridge under  the cabinet so I decided to call John and have him take a look at it and how he can help me to make the space, we talked on the phone and he decided to come without charge to check my situation and realized that he couldn't offer me the service it was more than he can handle but then John helped me to find someone who could perform the job, he was doing the calls for me and we found the right person to do the job and I am now waiting for this work to be done in a few days and I will have my chef collection refrigerator and the review for that will be on the way.

Do I recommend John ? Yes Yes
I really like John,  he is very easy to get along, easy to talk too, honest  and respectful as well
I don't think he is cheap but his price is very  reasonable  I think and he get the job done so for now as long as we are in the area we will be using John as our handyman

We needed quick service to replace a water valve in order to hook up our new refrigerator.  Rooter Hero sent out David Sanchez within an hour to come and take care of the problem.  He was very honest in his assessment and was able to fix the problem very quickly.  We had contacted several plumbers in the area who were unable to do same day service. Will definitely use Rooter Hero again, they were professional and reasonably priced.

We had a backed up sink. Bobby and Jose were here today. They were on time, skilled, and most pleasant.
They made 3 recommendations for our stopped up sink after checking our old pipes in the crawl space. We chose to have them snake the drain, which was the less expensive one due to our already having indoor and outdoor plumbing insurance. We wanted a quick fix and they got that done. In addition, Bobby helped us reattach our outdoor grill connection. Honestly, we'd trust them implicitly with any plumbing issues. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I  have used this company for years.  Their accounting system crashed and they are trying to rebuild their records.  They sent me a letter threating to take me to small claims court for an $88 dollar bill that I had already paid.   No nice letter asking for assistance, straight to threating.  Stupid move, they just lost a long time customer.
