did an amazing job, he also left the bathroom clean.  

There was also a problem with the bathtub draining, he fixed that as well for a very good price.  You will not be disappointed with Nathanael and his crew.

Was introduced to Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter after sending a general blanket inquiry via Yelp regarding a gas line repair, and they were one of the first businesses to reply that had a consistent and positive reputation.

The truth is they weren't our first contact in resolving our issue, however what set them apart after screening other plumbers was their clear understanding and explanation on how they would measure the level of damage to our gas line, solutions on the various possible outcomes, and a clear time frame and price on when they could get the job done depending on their findings. Was this a costly fix? Yes. But their ability to offer a solutions roadmap showcased professionalism and trust in their field. At the end of the day Aaron and his entire team (China, Steven, and the gentlemen whose name I didn't catch) were responsive, easy to work and chat with and delivered the exact repairs as promised in the allotted time frame.

Erick did a good job unclog my kitchen sink. He does keep floor and everything clean after work. Good price for the service also. Highly recommended.

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I had a water heater pipe leaking accident.  They responded very fast and they did a great job replacing the pipes.  I would recommend them!

My kitchen sink had what seemed to be only a corroded pipe,  apparently it was pretty much everything under there. Leo told me the issues,  replaced everything within 90 min and gave a fair price.

I was installing a water softener and needed a hard water copper line run to the backyard outlet and to the cold water kitchen sink.  Midas gave me a reasonable quote so I told them to go ahead and do it.  It took about 5 to 6 hours and the job was done.  I had to clean up after them and remind the guy to do a pressure check since I wasn't sure if he was going to do it or not, but glad I had him checked since we found a small leak in the line he fixed.

Otherwise pretty happy with the job and would hire these guys again

Jaime and his team has been my Go To plumber for years. . I have used their services for personal projects as well as I have recommended Fantastic Rooter to my clients with a need for plumbing services (both new install and repairs). It's rare you run into a trade company which is so consistent in the way they treat their customers: They answer their phone or call back in minutes if you need to leave a voice-mail, service calls are scheduled promptly, and the work is done in a professional manner. Yesterday, Edwardo visited my home to clear a slow shower drain. He arrived on time, prior to fixing the drain; he laid out drop cloths to protect the floors leading to the master bath. He repaired the problem in minutes and cleaned up the debris after he was done. What more could you ask for?

I had Able come out to fix some piping issues that were a result of the other company, and I cannot express how happy I am with the work that Konrad did. He was methodical, meticulous, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even found some hidden issues that I never would have known to look for, and overall did the job with such a great demeanor. I *wish* I would have called Able sooner because I know Konrad would have taken care of everything without issue. These guys will be my first call next time, and without hesitation I will be asking for Konrad. Thanks again!

My toilet has been serviced last December 2022 because it was clogged fast forward in less than a month problem seems to reappeared again. I sent multiple quotes in yelp with descriptions and pictures of my clogged toilet. Israr is the only who stands out with his professional opinion, his recommendations. He is very honest . He was very prompt in answering all my inquiries. ISrar gave me options on how to proceed. Today my new toilet was installed and he discovered the source of the clog. John is friendly and explains everything he is doing.  His prices are very reasonable and we are so happy with him that we will call him any time we have a plumbing issue, and gladly recommend him to all our friends.

I had my business with the company back in 2016, was originally pleased with the services until last week when the drain broken and water over flow everywhere in my backyard. I looked back the receipt and called them up as I thought I was supposed to cover for 10 years part and 5 years labor warranty. The person came to my house, take a look at it and said the pipe for hot water was installed wrong and not under their warranty. They looked at the receipt and said back then,  the pipe was there already and they just rerouted and adding drain and such for the work. My problem is, I had them came and and pointed to them what I need, they run the whole line from my house to the guest house, if they saw or even notice the pipe was wrong, why didn't they say anything at that time, yet, continue doing without letting me know. I paid over $15,000 for their work and not even negotiate, so what is so hard to let me know the pipe is wrong and need another pipe instead?!?!? Then they charging me almost $1000 this time to have it fix while MVP only charges me $650. Never again Rooter Heroes. Very disappointed!!!!

$400 to turn the pressure valve to high! Wrote 3 page reviews on what's happening. But seriously that just seems a little too much!

If you have a simple hair clog and you need someone right away, this company might be good. An actual person answers the phone and is professional. They got someone out immediately. There were two bad parts: 1)Alicia said that it was $88 the first hour and $70 for the second but the employees who came out both were adamant that it was $88 for the first DRAIN (i.e. sink) and $70 for the next one even if it only took ten minutes to do each. So I felt lied to. (I suppose when the company is named $15 sewer and drain, one shouldn't expect truth, but still)
2) You won't be getting a licensed plumber or anything like it. You will be given someone with minimal training. Victor was polite and timely but he said my toilet was running fine and I knew it wasn't. They did send out a supervisor who was very knowledgeable and helpful and in the end my toilet is great. But should customers have to go to those lengths?
Oh, a little annoyance: Victor left stinky gray splashes in the shower and  sink. Bringing a rag along to clean up would be something I'd recommend.
It was basically $218 for two easy clean outs and one hard. (they gave a slight discount $85 instead of $88 and $63 instead of $70 possibly because people like to think they're getting a bargain) So unless you get a supervisor, no better than any neighborhood guy who owns a drain snake.
