Estimate: I reached out to Ricardo for an estimate to replace all of our interior doors.  He measured each door and gave me an estimate.  The estimate was very reasonable compared to others I had called.  He was very professional and told me the exact process, what I would need in order to purchase the doors, hinges, door handles, etc.

Installation: Ricardo and Allen came out and started their work immediately.  They were very professional, precise and considerate for our home.  They covered their working area and made sure to clean up before they left for the day.

I purchased solid slab doors that needed to be cut for the hinges and door handles.  They measured twice if not three times before cutting and took their time on each door.  This was something that I greatly appreciated.  They didn't rush to get the job done fast!  

I would definitely call Ricardo for any repairs/installations I may have in the future.  Thank you Ricardo and Allen for your patience and hard work!  It did not go unnoticed.

David & Javier came out today for a cleanout backup.  I can't imagine going anywhere else for plumbing problems. We have used this business a few times and every time they are so nice, on time, respectful, they know what they are doing, and.....they don't try to overcharge you for the work they do!  So many businesses up their fees as soon as they see where you live or your zip code.  RPS Ribbs is the BEST! Anyone going somewhere else is CLUELESS!!

I needed help with making my kitchen sink functional again before Thanksgiving.  A different plumber quoted me $480 to replace the garbage disposal, which I knew from previous experience was very high.  Then he told me that my kitchen faucet should be replaced, since the water was not flowing well (it wasn't).  He was going to charge me $643 to replace with essentially the same faucet.  I cancelled the work and called up Counsil Plumbing to take a look.  Mike fixed the faucet flow by taking out the little inner filter that was blocked by sediment.  Although I bought a similar faucet from Lowes to install, he said it wasn't necessary to replace yet.  Now I have as much water pressure as I could need, and the faucet works well.  I bought my own garbage disposal--the same as the one I had previously, and that cost about $110 from Lowes.  Mike installed the garbage disposal, and my final bill was $90 for the work.   So, essentially, I saved about $900 by choosing Counsil Plumbing over the other plumber.  If you look up Counsil Plumbing, be careful....there is another business with a similar name....you want Counsil!!!

Had a failure of a pressure regulator.  Created a project in Yelp to request bids.  Nathanael, the owner, came out with his brother to provide an estimate and spent 40 minutes to try to clear out the existing regulator.  Unfortunately this didn't work, but the initiative was recognized.  Plumbing point was competitive and selected out of 3 bids, the work was done the next day in less than an hour.  Very happy with Nathanael's work.

Stephen did an excellent job unclogging a tricky downspout clog using hydro jetting. He did a thorough job inspecting all the exterior drains all the way to the curb exit.

We had a clogged toilet that had run up into the adjacent tub.  The contractors assigned to us by our warranty company determined it was a partial mainline blockage and refused to do the work / tried to pawn it off to one of their friends. After a few weeks of going back and forth with our warranty company and their respective contractors dragging their feet, we decided to take a shot at finding our own contractor

Elite Rooter responded same day, and their prices seemed to be fair ($79 drain care special, further quotes upon arrival if needed). Erick explained everything very clearly, concisely, and professionally. He explained that because our condo was upstairs, it was impossible to do a clear out from the ground drain because the auger / pump won't work when trying to aim it upwards. So they unfortunately had to remove our toilet and use the tools in a downward vertical trajectory and that seemed to clear out the drain. So what was $79 became closer to $180 (still reasonable considering what our previous contractors quoted us i.e. $400 - $500 for a clear out).

After an hour or so, Erick could've left and said job done, but instead he wanted to ensure the problem didn't persist--great customer service!

His instinct was apparently spot on, because when he added pressure to the line the water still backed up (although not as bad as before). His supervisor / sewer line specialist came with a fiber optic camera and ran it down the line and that's where we discovered that large sections of the pipes were corroded.

Elite Rooter explained the only way to fix this is to replace the pipes, which is pretty darn expensive (seriously google it and try not to have a heart attack). Usually I would remain skeptical and say a contractor was trying to pull a fast one on me. However the fact that they showed me the pipes through the camera feed, I could clearly see the difference, and I did research after they left to validate the severity of the problem, proved that Elite Rooter is committed to customer care and customer confidence.

I would definitely recommend Elite Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

I called Good 1 Plumbing because our toilet downstairs was leaking around the base. At least for me, calling a new repairman is like bringing your car to a new mechanic. You're never know who you're going to get and if they are going to treat you right. I can say for sure that Good 1 Plumbing will treat you right. You have nothing to worry about.

I was able to make an appointment online and was given an estimate via email. When Shane arrived, he was very professional and funny at the same time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. He not only took care of the issue but repaired another issue at no charge and gave me some good advice for the future. After Shane was done, he collected a check for the amount of the estimate and left the bathroom as he found it.

Going forward, I will call Good 1 Plumbing for any new plumbing issues. Let's hope there isn't any.

I found Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called them because the company I have relied on in the past, didn't get back to me. Trevin picked up my call and was able to come out the same day!

I had a fairly simple kitchen sink backup and Trevin and his coworker (didn't get his name) snaked it for me. I explained to him my frequent experiences of having kitchen sink backups at this house and was advised to stop putting any food ie even small table scraps down the sink. This worked well for the last 3 years yet somehow it managed to backup once again.

After a further inspection under the house (which previous plumbers never did), Trevin explained where the blockage was most likely coming from and suggested a sink line replacement and an addition of a clean out, which we didn't have.

Trevin was able to come out again just a few days later to start the work.

Trevin and his coworker did a great job! Reliable, quote was fair and overall great customer service. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Another successful project completed by Leo and his team! Our entire home needed to be repiped due to the aging of the existing pipes.   Leo and his team came in and completed the repipe in two days -- one day for the repipe and the second day to wrap up minor items and drywall patching.   Leo and his team made sure I had running water by the end of the first day.   During this time, Leo also helped me with installing plumbing for a second sink in my master bathroom, a new water heater stand, and plumbing for my new sink in the garage.  Thank you again Leo for all your hard work!

We have been calling John for our plumbing needs since getting our home back in 2011. He is so reliable and honestly lightning fast. Every single time we have any issues with plumbing he is able to quickly resolve the situation and fix it with quality work. There has never been a problem he could not handle.

I've historically had bad luck with plumbers resulting in a lot of water damage in the home I just bought, so now I am hesitant to trust plumbers because I know how quickly things can go wrong causing months of headache and tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. I had Able come out to fix some piping issues that were a result of the other company, and I cannot express how happy I am with the work that Konrad did. He was methodical, meticulous, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even found some hidden issues that I never would have known to look for, and overall did the job with such a great demeanor. I *wish* I would have called Able sooner because I know Konrad would have taken care of everything without issue. These guys will be my first call next time, and without hesitation I will be asking for Konrad. Thanks again!

I had a clogged kitchen sink.  The gentleman was polite, quick, and also gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging.  Very helpful and I'll be sure to call them if this happens again.

We've used John several times now and have been happy with his ability to improvise fixing and installing shelving, curtains and repairing shower doors, not to mention installing new faucets in previous visits.  We appreciate his honesty and forthcoming when a job is NOT within his scope of expertise.  We'll continue to use him in the future for other projects that arise.

This is the second time I have used Rooter Hero.
My first experience was VERY good. Since I have been cheated by other plumbing companies in the past, when I had another plugged drain, their $ 77.00 sale price was very appealing to me. I wanted to see if this was a scam or honest.
In fact it was very honest and the fellow who came was pleasant, clean, did the whole job, solved the problem and it was as advertised at $ 77.00.
That brought me back as a repeat customer when I had another plugged drain. A different drain problem in a different line a year later.
    This time my service provider was Matthew and he was by far over the top terrific. He really worked his heart out to make sure he was doing the whole job and properly.
Bottom Line: I just could not be more pleased and now for the very first time, I have a recommendation to my friends for a really good honest plumber.

In 30 years I have not been able to make a statement like this before and that includes my 27 years experience as a licensed general contractor who did business with plumbers.

We are very pleased with the professional service that we received from MCP. The number of knowledgeable employees that they assigned to our major home repair project worked as a well practiced team and that was very reassuring during this very stressful time.  A special shout out to the project lead Jose Romero and to plumbers Jose Rene Melendez & Pedro Caldera for their marvelous pipe work.

This should be 4.5 stars because they arrived 2 hours past the appointment window, then again when I made the appointment the night before it wasn't an emergency yet.
By the time they showed up at 5pm on Saturday (at least they still showed up) it was a full fledged sewer emergency: completely blocked and overflowing into the house.
So that meant snaking at $88, which I think is a reasonable price. That took a while (75ft) but certainly solved the problem.
The camera did not show any problems in the first 45ft, which is as far as it could go.
On Monday Jason (right on time) came back to install a clean out. With that in place the camera showed the real problem: roots in the city maintained part of the pipe.

Throughout the ordeal Jason, clearly explained all the options with clear pricing. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He also was careful to make sure not to cause any damage to our bathroom (on top of the water damage).

I certainly will use then again if the need arrives.
