They were able to complete my installation request under short notice and even on a weekend. They did a great job.

We just had a toilet put in by Ray Ibanez.  He was fast and did an excellent job!  Also, we purchased a grab bar to assist my 91-year old mother when she comes to visit us and Ray installed it for free.  Ray was very personable and very knowledgeable and we appreciated him very much.  Also, it was so refreshing to be able to call RPS at all hours of the day, even on weekends, and they actually answered.  We set up service on Sunday afternoon for the following week.  Bernadette in the office was great.  I highly recommend RPS - they are reliable and fast and they know how to give excellent customer service.  Thank you, Ray and Bernadette!

I bought a new double sink vanity and I needed to move the pipes to fit the new cut outs in the back. Nathanael came out the same week and did a great job. Also, when he went to shut off the water, the valve to the house was not working so he fixed that too. I'm super happy with him and the job he did. I have already asked him to do another project. He was friendly, professional, thorough, clean and fairly priced. I highly recommend Nathanael and Plumbing Point.

First the quality and attention to detail was superb, William was knowledgeable and professional in every detail, he worked two days repairing our lawn watering system, capping broken lines and spent time to insure the system was working properly, he wore a mask to protect us and was prompt and made us aware of his arrival times and kept us informed during the process, I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs

They are very responsive at the beginning but once appointment was scheduled there was barely any response anymore. No one came during the appointment. Don't waste your time, I guess they're just trying to get you with their low estimates.

I had a water heater pipe leaking accident.  They responded very fast and they did a great job replacing the pipes.  I would recommend them!

John answered the phone right away after a few rings.  Was here this afternoon to take care of my minor faucet leak.  I would recommend him highly.  He definitely knows what he's doing, came on time.  Is a no-frills professional, who doesn't charge expensive prices.  Gave me a reasonable quote, did the job in half an hour and gave me pointers on what to look for next time.  I would definitely use him again!  He's great!  Professional, cordial, considerate, patient...even in this hot weather!

I needed a plumber to check out a waterspot on the ceiling of my dining room - right underneath the shower in the master bathroom.

I yelped for a plumber and found Jaime. He was available to come by the next day, arrived on time. He diagnosed a leaking shower pan and also tested the installed jet tub for leaks (luckily none), all for a reasonable fee. Happy with his work, I invited him to bid on my upcoming bathroom remodel and selected him based on his quote. Jaime was very responsive, and kept patiently answering my questions regarding the plumbing hardware and accessories that I needed to order for the remodel.

When the contractors were ready for him, Jaime was able to work with the overall remodel schedule, arrived on time and installed all valves, pipes, faucets and miscellaneous other hardware together with his team. I was happy to see that they really took time to do the job right, staying late both times to install everything properly. Not only did they do great work, they also cleaned up after themselves!  

We'll hire Jaime again for any plumbing projects, and recommend him highly!

These people are not only unethical, they are as rude as they come. After speaking to Glen, the owner, it was obvious why the the office people are incredibly rude. Glen was not only rude, he was downright combative. They will take days or weeks to return your calls with issues related to work or overcharges but will call incessantly to collect an unpaid bill. Stay away from this company.

The shower drain on the bathroom of our new home was totally blocked, likely due to grout from when it was remodeled.
Israr quickly replied when I first contacted him, then scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He and his co-worker arrived on time and quickly solved the problem.
I will definitely come back if needed in the future.

This review is really way over due. I should have done this long time ago
I believe John knows all around our house by now. He has been giving us a lots of great services around our home for the last 6 months to one year  so far.
I started to contact John about 6 months ago when we had a problem in our kitchen sink and Garbage disposal  that haven't been working for a very long time.

John come on time and checked the issue and explained to me how he work and how he will bill me, he get paid by the hours and the trip he will spend going to do the purchase for you if the work requires new piece from Home Depot. He finished the job at the time but then the next day I found out that there was a leek under the sink and I call him again and he showed up and checked it out and realize that while he was working there a pipe cracked which caused the leek, he then fix it without charge and to me that make sense.
I was very satisfied with John's work in my house  so every since each times we have an issue in the house I now know who to call and he has been doing bathtub fixture who has been broken for more than 10 years from raising my kids to a bathroom wall trim from a leek in the bath room and needed to be changed.
Finally for months I have been wanting a larger fridge but I don't have enough space for large fridge under  the cabinet so I decided to call John and have him take a look at it and how he can help me to make the space, we talked on the phone and he decided to come without charge to check my situation and realized that he couldn't offer me the service it was more than he can handle but then John helped me to find someone who could perform the job, he was doing the calls for me and we found the right person to do the job and I am now waiting for this work to be done in a few days and I will have my chef collection refrigerator and the review for that will be on the way.

Do I recommend John ? Yes Yes
I really like John,  he is very easy to get along, easy to talk too, honest  and respectful as well
I don't think he is cheap but his price is very  reasonable  I think and he get the job done so for now as long as we are in the area we will be using John as our handyman

My kitchen sink got clogged today and I tried to call multiple different plumbing services but either not available or simply quote you a roof high price without even seeing the problem. Then I found Rooter Hero Plumbing from the Google search. They took my information and immediately dispatch a technician come over.

Chris F. shown up and looked at the problem then immediately know the issue. He fixed the clog in about 20 min. No hassle, very professional, service was great, and friendly to work with.

Highly recommended.

The 3 stars is an average of what I thought of the services.

First of all, the 15$ is only for them to come in glance at your exploding toilet and say something along the lines of, wow....there's water coming out of your toilet! Really??? Did I really need to pay you 15$ to come to that conclusion? Because I'm pretty sure a 3-year-old could've told me that free of charge.  The actual price for them to even bring out their tool kits is 69.00$/hour.  However, this is really a small price to pay for you to be able to even use your bathroom in this lifetime again. So the price? Not too bad.
Now, the first time I had a draining problem a worker named Nicholas helped me out- not only was he friendly, polite, and nice he got the job done. He had another worker with him at the time and there was a whole teaching session going on about why the toilet resembled a water fountain and why excrement was coming out of my shower floor.  This friendly service had me tape their name card on my fridge of fame and when my drain clogged up this time I immediately set up an appointment with them and had them coming over a second time (mind you, this second incident happened like 2-3 years later so it was of no relation to the first incident)

I skipped the 15$ inspection and went straight with calling a service appointment. This time, a guy named Mora Antonio came by. Before I even knew what was happening, this guy was ripping up my bathroom floorboards and removing my toilet. He told me that the toilet was 1 higher than it should be and told me that it'll be 500$ for the service (not including the hourly fee) he THEN left for 2+ hours with no explanation on where he was going or what he was doing.  After 2 hours he came back and told me that the boards (that he ripped up) needed replacing and will cost me another 600$ with a total coming to 1,100$ NOT including the hourly fee. So I got frustrated and asked, so what exactly is wrong with my toilet? All I got from you is that my toilet is 1 higher than the norm, is that why there's a draining problem? He actually looked me straight in the face and told me he had no idea what was actually wrong and that the replacement was an attempt.

1,100$ for an attempt? I paid this guy 100$ and sent him on his merry way (the 100$ for coming and ripping up my stuff with no diagnosis of what was even wrong).

I called another plumber and this guy came in and told me that the 1 height was not the problem, there's a difference in toilet height only because of the different floor designs and support. All I needed was a ring replacement.

After not being able to use any of my toilets for the entire day, I called in frustration to 15$ Sewer & Drain. The girl (Evonne) answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the manager she had the nerve to tell me that the owner of my mobilehome had already given them a call and that she had given him the manager's number. She then suggested that I should talk to the owner first since I'm only a tenant.

1.) I never talked to the owner/manager of the mobilehome park regarding the matter
2.) I OWN the mobilehome just not the land- so why would I even need to go to my mobilehome park manager for the matter?
3.) This girl was RUDE.

So I called them back and I asked to speak to the manager. Few minutes later, this guy got on the phone- not only was he not apologetic for what had happened (uhm, hello, I couldn't use my toilets in the house for the last 8 hours) or even sorry for the inconvenience that the incident had caused me but he did not even care to look into the problem. He actually said, and what do you want me to do about it? HE HUNG UP.

So I can honestly say, I had a really good experience and a really bad experience with 15$ sewer and drain. If I really need help again next time, I'll probably just request for Nicholas instead of trusting all their employees with having a good attitude/work ethic.
