Jacob did a great job installing my faucet. Work was quoted as a fixed price for the job so I felt no pressure. I could ask questions and such. Price was middle of the road. No surprises.

I don't see their receipt in my emails yet. I did get a verbal quote on another job and I'm seriously considering using them for that.

We had a leak, but it was a hidden leak.  As it turned out, it was in the wall behind the  kitchen sink.  Mike came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options based on price.  He even corrected another problem with the pipes servicing the garbage disposal.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, ability, and reasonable prices.  I would gladly recommend him to anyone and plane to have him back soon to install a kitchen faucet and dishwasher.

Pretty great! I called them in the evening looking to get a small job done same-day. I had low hopes anyone could do this on such short notice, but  to my surprise, they were able to get to my place in just 25 minutes! That's impressive service right there.

The technician was super friendly and a great communicator, making the whole experience stress-free. They took the time to explain what they were doing and did a good and detail oriented job, cleaning up after themselves. The plumber was also very efficient, completing the job well under an hour without any delays.

Admittedly, the price was much higher than I expected, but given the level and speed of service that I received, it was acceptable. I was also given the quote before work began, which is fair.

Overall, I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. They showed up lightning fast, were excellent communicators, worked quickly, and delivered top-notch service that, while pricey, was high quality.

To wake up to water on the floor is a nightmare. I called, set up a time and they came in and handled things right away. They wore all covid protective gear and took care of my situation with no problem. They were detailed about everything and are very transparent in all they were doing. I will never go else where. Customer for life.

David just cleared our bathroom sink drain under Elite's $69.00 special offer by snaking out the drain line. He was polite, tidy and knowledgable.

Be aware that the offer is only good if the snake can go through the sink or through a cleanout, otherwise it will cost over $200.00.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Warning!  This guy is a flake!  I Scheduled a month in advance.  His site gave a 2 hour window.  I wait for 2 hours.  Nothing.  Tried calling, straight to voicemail.  30 minutes after the window I get a text saying he had an emergency and he would see me the next day at the same time.   The next day, I'm waiting.... I call.  No pickup.  I text, no reply.  I Guess my time is worthless?  Super unprofessional.  2x noshow!!! Do not trust Yelp.   reviews are wrong.

I called trevin off of a different app, nextdoor, and scheduled him to come out today, he called me and said he was available early, wich happened to work out great for me. He arrived and was a very polite/nice guy. His partner xavier was also very nice. They cleared a drain that no other plumber could unclog! It's an outdoor drain in my patio that's been Clogged for years, it was full of sand like debris, trevin attempted woth a snake and lots of water at first but it would not clear, he ended up leaving and  coming back again within the hour with a big white truck with this machine called a hydrojetter that used high pressure water to blast everything out of the drain. The then showed me all of the other tools and specialized equipment he has to tackle any job you throw at him. Good guys and great plumbers.

I sent Leo a message and he called right away. Came by and assessed the situation within half an hour. He left and got the necessary parts and returned and fixed two toilets in less than thirty minutes. Fast, efficient, professional service. I highly recommend Leo!

Able,gave me a great estement to replace my sewer line and install a clean out. They have been very professional and curtaius. I watched from beginning to end and was very impressed. I recently called this plumbing operation because I had a leak in one of my pipes between the irrigation system and the main to my house.   I tried several plumbers/landscaping operations with no success until I called Plumbing Connection.  The plumber, Nevy, surveyed the leak and gave me a quote that was reasonable.  He had the job done in an hour an a half and did a good clean up job around the work site.

I am pleased to have this problem solved thanks to Nevy.

I called The Plumber's Handyman to help me fix a cracked terrazzo shower pan, and they turned down the job because the work it would require (tile, etc) was out of their area of expertise. Instead, they recommended we hire a general contractor.

I wanted to write a good review for them because I think a lot of handymen would have said they could do the job because they wanted the work, and those other guys would have left me with a botched or half-finished job when it turned out to be beyond them.

I will definitely call The Plumber's Handyman with other jobs in the future.

These guys are terrible. Called for a snaking of the main line back in June, and dude showed up with (no joke) no cutter for the end of the snake.

Not surprisingly, clogged up again a few months later. Against my better judgment, used them to clear out the main line again. Spent 5 minutes poking through the clog, but three weeks later it's clogged again. No warranty.

They're just in business to try to upsell you on digging up and replacing your main line. They're uninterested in actually clearing the pipes in a satisfactory manner.

Just finished up a complete house and sewer drains replacement due to pipe failures after 60+ years of use.  The job was big and extended as drain failures were encountered when access to different drainage areas (all in or under a concrete slab) were accessible and viewed with cameras. My previous experience with Mike Council Plumbing on a water main leak led me to using them again.  They aren't cheap, but they make every effort to do the job right, with quality materials. They bring in senior staff for consultation and rethinking the solution.  If there was a problem, like breaking a hidden radiant heating or water pipe during jackhammering the slab, they were repaired right.  They always made sure we had  a working bathroom for the night, even if it meant temporary connections.  They were as clean as can be expected, using plastic sheets, zippered plastic doors and vacuums during periods of high dust production.  They covered my floors where they required access. They swept up before leaving each day.   They pressure washed areas where excavated dirt soiled walkways and the driveway. They paid for a cleaning crew to come in and clean up the house after work was done. All the employees were courteous and responded positively to my questions and requests.  When I asked for some redos or small fixes in restoring the house to it original  appearance, it was fixed right away.  All their finishing work, from concrete, tiling and drywall restoration & texturing is done by their finishing crew.

I had a slow draining bathroom sink. Called a 5* rated plumber from yelp, he came, made rude remarks and fully clogged my bathroom sink and left a messy bathroom. (The only saving grace was he did not charge me for clogging my sink.). Then came checked my neighborhood reviews and called 15$ sewer and drain. They came in with in 30 minutes after my call. Ramiro was the service person who came, he was very courteous, resourceful. Tried to use the cable from roof, but since my bathroom didn't have a roof access, he tried the cable via the P-Trap. After 4 tries, the clog was removed. The sink was draining. Within 45 - 60 minutes, the job was done.

I wish I had called them first. If I had, I would have saved myself from bad plumber, 2 hours of cleaning the bathroom, 2 hours of plunging and covered in sewage water, and 24 hours of pure agony. I will use them anytime.
