Ricardo was responsive and reliable in handling the leaky faucet in our bathroom. He arrived within the time as promised and finished the job without fuzz. His fee is fair and we'll put his number in our future reference.

On Friday, couple weeks ago, we woke up with no hot water. I have called several companies for help and was told that earlier appointment is at the next day which is Saturday ( extra money). Then I found R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing Rooter. I was given a window for the appointment from 1 pm to 3 pm, but in one-hour, the dispatcher calls me and tell me that she can send somebody in half an hour. In 20 min Dave and Patrick came, inspected our heater and told me we need to replace it.  Dave saw a sticker on our old heater and told me we have a 9 years warranty from Sears, he did call Sears and speak with an operator. We were told that Sears might call me in 2 - 3 days to schedule a delivery, what will happen in next week or two. That means we supposed to leave without hot water for two weeks, for a family of 5 it is not possible. When this option was not on the table anymore David did the very quick estimation, got my approval, they went and bought the water heater, came back, installed it. We had hot water by 5 pm the same day, as David and Patrick promissed. BTW Sears never called me back. David and Patrick did an amazing job, fast and professional, they even pull a city permit for as. Thanks a lot. I recomenned this company to everybody.

What a great team, Valerie and Mike make together... They really care about their customers.  Valerie made sure she juggled their busy schedules to accommodate mine.  Mike was so prompt when he got to my house, replaced the old broken pipes underneath the house, and cleaned up all the particles himself... thank you both!

I am so glad so have found myself, a good plumber.  Nathanael installed a new toilet for me, and he did a great job. The rate he charged, was very reasonable. He also a very nice person, worked hard, and cleaned everything up, before he left.  I am recommending Plumbing Point, to any one needing, a good and honest plumbing service.

After discovering a water leak, we were able to reach Aaron plumbing late in the night to get an emergency appointment for the next day on a short notice. Michael and his team did a very good job of replacing our leaking pipe which was not an easy job given the complexity of our old pipes and tight crawling space. They also promptly followed up the next day to finish the pending tasks. Would definitely recommend Aaron plumbing and Michael.

I got another quote to install a gas line for my range. The estimate was for installing a T connection from the existing water heater to the new range which will approximately 1.5 foot away from garage (water heater) to the kitchen (proposed range).

Other companies in fact suggested to install a dedicated gas line. The total estimate includes the permit.

Elite did not suggest a dedicated line and did not talk about permit but the estimate was 5 times higher than other company. Elite person did a gas leak test then said there is a gas leak. At last he said i cannot refit the gas line he opened unless the leak is fixed, very tricky :)

No honest estimate, did not offer better suggestion, unrealistic price.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I called trevin off of a different app, nextdoor, and scheduled him to come out today, he called me and said he was available early, wich happened to work out great for me. He arrived and was a very polite/nice guy. His partner xavier was also very nice. They cleared a drain that no other plumber could unclog! It's an outdoor drain in my patio that's been Clogged for years, it was full of sand like debris, trevin attempted woth a snake and lots of water at first but it would not clear, he ended up leaving and  coming back again within the hour with a big white truck with this machine called a hydrojetter that used high pressure water to blast everything out of the drain. The then showed me all of the other tools and specialized equipment he has to tackle any job you throw at him. Good guys and great plumbers.

Leo is the BEST! I had to have my kitchen faucet replaced and I made an appointment with Leo who replied back within a half hour and made an appointment with him. When he came he discovered I had to have my water turned off because I share a valve with the main water line in my condo building. He explained to me what needed to be done and he even answered questions my HOA had as to why they needed to turn off the water. Once they were satisfied we made a new appointment for him to do the installation and valve replacements. He was so patient and understanding and I really appreciated his flexibility.  My new faucet works great and now I have an in unit shutoff valve so I won't need to bother the HOA to shut off water in the future. Thank you Leo!  I will definitely use your services again and will recommend you to everyone I know!!

After I saw great reviews for them, I had hired them in February, 2013 to fix a leaky main water pipe joint. The leak started happening again at the same spot so I called them over the weekend to report this. John called me right away and had James come and fix the leak in 2 days.

Our water heater went out, pilot light was off and could not restart it.  I called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to get a quote and availability.  Their plumber was busy by the time I got home so I wasn't expecting him to make it the same day, Jasmine assured that he's coming right after he finishes with the job he's currently attending to.  It was close to 7pm and Eduardo still came to our house to fix our water heater.  Right away when he was able to start up the water heater,  he knew what the problem was.  Gave me a quote and started working on it.  He's knowledgeable and very professional.  Fast and efficient service.  Would definitely recommend Fantastic Rooter Plumbing,  awesome customer service from Jasmine and Eduardo.

If there were more stars to add I would! Cant say enough about how incredible EVAN is. He came out to my house all by himself and had to reconstruct my rusted 70 year old water pipe from whatever he had in his van. He stayed for as long as it took and did whatever he had to do to make sure my house could at least have running water until the pipe could be replaced! Good company too! Thanks for everything, I'd highly recommend this company and especially EVAN!!

I have used their services multiple times and did an excellent job every time. This time I used their service to replace the bathroom sink faucet and to replace the kitchen sink strainer. Their prices are always reasonable and they did a very well job.

John is friendly, professional, responsive and trustworthy. He responded right away and we were able to schedule an appointment to replace a faucet and toilet. I needed a drain line snaked between atmospheric river rainstorms ... so I was expecting all such businesses to be busy.

Rooter Hero was quick to take my call and gave me a half hour arrival window only 90 minutes after the time of my call. I was delighted to receive service so quickly. Alas, after waiting nearly an hour after the window had passed to inquire, I was given a new 2 hour window about an hour out. Midway through that window I received a text stating that they were very busy and giving me a new, later 2-hour arrival window and asking that I call if it was not going to work for me. Luckily, I guess, the 3rd time was the charm and technician Edgar Sanchez and his helper showed up and quickly and efficiently snaked the drain of the roots blocking it via a convenient clean-out at their advertised $77 drain clearing special price. Edgar was friendly and professional and so I assured him I'd mention his good service. I have taken one star off this review due to the scheduling snafu  I understand that they were busy, but I cannot understand why a 10:30 window has to unexpectedly be moved twice to ultimately be closer to 4 pm if they knew they were busy. As a result, I spent much of the day waiting around for them to show up instead of doing errands I needed to do. Had the schedulers been realistic about their technician's availability & workload, they should've been able to provide a more accurate service window from the start.

OUTSTANDING, is my description of the service that I received from Bobby and his associate Jacob from Mike Counsil Plumbing. I chose their company, because they are local and have been in business for over 35 years. They were on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my garbage disposal problem as electrical rather than a plumbing issue.I asked for a referral for an electrician and was given a choice. A great big thank you to Bobby and Jacob.I will absolutely recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing. They will be my first choice if I have a plumbing issue again. Thank you.

My land lord hired them so I am not sure about the prices, but Martin came and he was very professional and friendly, he unclogged the pipes from the roof which quickly fixed the issue.
