Ricardo was responsive and reliable in handling the leaky faucet in our bathroom. He arrived within the time as promised and finished the job without fuzz. His fee is fair and we'll put his number in our future reference.

I called RPS on a Sunday evening when my hot water faucet in the bathroom would not turn off.  I shut the water off at the valve under the sink and took the handle off to see if I could fix the problem myself by replacing a washer or O ring.  This faucet had some kind of cartridge that I had never seen before, so I decided to call in the experts.  Angies List rated RPS with 5 stars as did Yelp.  Bernadette was very accommodating on the phone and said she could have some one out first thing the next day.  The technician, Joseph Salazar and his assistant Isaac showed up the next morning as promised and were very polite and professional.  They diagnosed the problem and gave me my options to correct the issue and the price quote for each.  They completed the job in a very short time period and  gave me the senior citizen discount that I had requested.  I am very pleased with the job they did and will definitely use this company again

I had 5 hose bibs throughout my home and a 45+ year old kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. I put out a request through Yelp for estimates. Yelp generation 9 requests with various plumbing companies. Of the 9, Plumbing Point was the only one that came out the same day and within the time window Nathanael quoted. I had three more of the nine companies schedule quotes and I ultimately chose Plumbing Point.

Plumbing Point's communication was perfect. I received timely texts confirming the date/time when the work would be done. Armando was 5 minutes early ( that's on time in my book lol ) , explained everything he was going to do so there were no surprises, which I appreciated. He's work was perfect!

My toilet was getting backed up due to an odd plumbing system. Matthew, Pablo, and David came on separate occasions and did an exceptional job to diagnose and resolve the clog. Each technician provided great insight and informed me every step of the way. They also had great suggestions on potential solutions for the future. I appreciate their honest opinion and the hard work that they put in while dealing with a bad situation. I would recommend them again to anyone.

There must be a reason that Shane got more stars on yelp than a clear summer night, right? If you want to know the reason, then you should hire him. My house's main valve was leaking from excessive water pressure. Shane professianally installed a new PRV and a ball valve. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest guy. I highly recommend him and wish him good luck in his career.

Needed my drain snaked from calcium build up.   Trevin replied immediately and gave my a quote.  He offered to come out the same day but I put it on hold to tried some acid to dissolve the calcium.   I ended up having to go the mechanical route he was out the next morning after I called him back.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and called drain doctor to replace it but they sent an older guy and  will charge me for lot of money which is way off the normal rates.called Leo 's plumbing and the guys responded within an hour and fixed my problem for a lot less $$ with excellent result. These guys have morals and honest peeps . I will recommend them in a heartbeat for any plumbing jobs.they even do an extra side job on my bathroom for free. Made my  Sunday.

Took a chance on Yelp to help me find a great plumber and I was pleased I gave it  a try.  Based on the other ratings, I took a chance. John was great.
Came to our house on time as scheduled, kept the bathroom area very clean as he worked, and fixed my plugged up bathroom drain very quickly.  
Had called around and the charge was pretty reasonable.
Would definitely use this service again!!!.

We had a large underground pipe that was leaking at a 30 year old coupler.  The pipe was 8 feet underground.  We contacted 4 contractors and none wanted to touch the job.  Meanwhile...we have this leak that is just flowing.  Not a good scene and we're seeing no end in sight.  On a hunch our job foreman called Jaime.  He and his crew were onsite the next day and the repair was done in 4 hours.  After weeks of trying to get one of the big guys to come out and do the work...this company jumps on it.  Look...this was a dirty job yet while on site the whole crew was awesome.  Professional, polite, on time, the works.  I'd recommend Fantastic Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

This company is not closed. My septic system sie-rhombus control box alarm lights up, I found this Able online, called and explained the case, asked if they fix this thing, followed by email with pictures, lady said they will review and call back, they did not. Closed at 430PM, no answering service. I called next day, they said they do and scheduled next morning, said will call me to confirm, but never did, I had to chase after them.

Plumber showed up on schedule, for $98, he said they are not electricians, I need to call an electrician. Didn't I asked that in advance and sent all the pictures?  why didn't they just tell me they don't fix septic sie-rhombus control box over the phone? why do they need me to pay them $98 to sent a very capable plumber to tell me I should call an electrician?

The ladies answering phone are nice but they repeatedly don't call back as promised.  The plumber is super nice, spent an hour running up and down to tell me again at the end of 1 hour that I should call an electrician, as he said at the beginning. and I got some mud or some black stuff on carpet from his shoes to clean up.

Nice people, and my $98 waste is not that big a deal, I really don't want to post negative on Yelp! but it is the truth.  You should be careful dealing with them.

John has done an excellent plumbing work. I called him during the Memorial weekend, and while he was very busy he did make time for our urgent plumbing problem. He gave an approx quote upfront and explained it well. He arrived promptly and finished the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend him.

Jimmy and John did an amazingly quick and complete repipe of my mobile home. I wasn't expecting it, but after they looked under the house and showed me the photos, there wasn't anything else to do. They had told me I wouldn't have water in the house for two or three days, but they set up a provisional line in 24 hours for which I was very grateful! They cleaned up everyday after work and were very sensitive about my needs as a disabled person, always making sure there was an easy path from my car to my lift. I will definitely use Hero Rooter again if I have another plumbing job.

I got an email reply from Sean Counsil, Service Manager 7/3.
And he said the case will be handled by Jose Ponce, the field Supervisor

Let's see what happens. I will keep you guys posted.

$1,765 to repair a cut on a 1/2 copper pipe.
- Can someone here tell me where to make the complaint and to get the money back?

Lately I was replacing a washer drain ABS pipe in a half crawl space, and blindly cut a 1/2 copper pipe hidden behind the old ABS pipe, next to the dry wall. They came 4 hours later and had to removed a tile on kitch floor next to the dry wall and cut floor under the tile for access.
- They used two shark teeth couplers to make the connection, and after that the new section of pipe can freely rotate 360 degree like a fan w/o being secured;
- They also completely broke the second title and partially
damages two other titles on edges
- They didn't repair the floor and install any new titles back, just leaving the floor hole there with all damages and left; I had to fix the floor myself.
- They had to use my own tools to cut the hole: saw, axe, because theirs didn't work.

I put one star to appreciate their coming.
I have to say it was extremly expensive. $1,765 to join a known cut? Excuse me!
The job quality level was very low
I though they could manage to use the dry wall hole I cut for my ABS pipe work. If the kitchen floor had to be cut as they did, I could have done a better job with much less damages on floor. And I only need to buy the shark teeth couplers as they bought from homedepot at that evening. I won't let the new section pipe rotate like a fan!

$15 sewer and drain plumbers are the best. They have very competent plumbers. Customer service is top notch. They are honest, sincere, high integrity, reasonable and competent. Makes you feel good to do business with people like them. They are my go to plumber to call for any issues. Special shout out to plumber Brian Cruz. All their plumbers are awesome but Brian Cruz is extra awesome! Ask for Brian if you want extra awesome!
