A huge thank you to Ricardo and his team for fitting me into their busy schedule.  I needed multiple services done in our home and they were up for the challenge.  Thank you again for a job well done!

This review is long overdue.  
In the latter part of 2016, my girlfriend had a major plumbing issue.
We had an add on to her house, which by the way was done by a friend of mine who is the owner of his own company.
She always had problems with a line backing up.
So we did some research and decided to call David ( R. P. S ) and we both are very glad that we did.
From the start, I got a good vibe from David.
This young man came across to me as a true professional. I believe he mentioned that he is the fifth generation of plumbers in his family and it shows.
Very honest, fair and professional.
David and another gentleman took care of the problem at my gf's house without taking any shortcuts.
Since then, the back up issue has not reoccurred.

I had a minor problem with my toilet leaking at the base. David told me that the wax ring would need replacing and possibly the flange may need replacing as well.
After removing the toilet, he discovered that the flange was good and all that needed replacing was the ring.
I appreciate this mans honesty and work ethic. I will most definitely be calling him for all of my plumbing issues in the future.
Oh, and he upgraded the waterline with braided hoses without me even asking.

They did a good job replacing my Sewer line and adding two drain outs in 2013. Ever since, I have referred them to at-least 3 friends and all of them are happy with the service.

Nathaniel was amazing. He went above and beyond. Wasn't able to fix the issue right away so investigated further and come up with an alternative solution that worked even better. Super nice guy and great communicator too. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend these guys.  They were responsive and easy to work with.  Roy was great all around, he came by to discuss the main sewer line block that I had and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options on how to solve it.  I had gotten around 5 quotes and Roy matched the best one and did an awesome job snaking the line with hydro jet and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.  Easy going, professional and knowledgeable.

Salvador was super friendly and professional in replacing our garbage disposal, even helped us put everything back under the sink for us. Awesome customer service. Fast turnaround time and customer service by Elite Rooter as well.

Working with Russell and his team was an absolute pleasure through an incredibly stressful situation. As someone who does not know about plumbing, he took the time to ensure I understood everything. He gave me a thorough explanation of what it would take to fix it and a competitive quote that beat others I received. They were honest, knowledgeable, communicative, timely, and professional. Overall, it was excellent service, and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Bullet plumbing did a great job replacing my water softener. I got a bit over my head with the project and they came out quickly to save the day. I got a fair estimate and a couple options to consider. They even evaluated another potential job while on site and didn't pressure me to tackle it right away. Good local small biz team that I'll hire again.

Leo was great! I scheduled a complete plumbing inspection for my single family house with him. He was on time and very professional.

He was very helpful on explaining all the different piping in my house and which ones that needed to be replaced. I felt like he was very honest and up front about everything.

I would refer him to my friends and family.

After reading YELP reviews, contacted Midas plumbing to get an estimate for replacing a pedestal sink and faucet.  I got a live person who answered the phone and was easily able to set up an appointment for my preferred date/time and the over the phone estimate was reasonable.  

On the day of the appointment, Eric arrived right on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and checked out  the materials making sure we had everything needed. He made a quick trip to Home Depot to get a missing part and got to work on the job.  He worked quickly, efficiently and got everything done without any problems.  PLUS, he came in under the estimate and left everything neat and cleaned up. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend Midas for plumbing services. I'll definitely use them again when I have a plumbing job!

This is long overdue....  We needed to have our sewer line replaced.  One of my neighbors had theirs done a month or two earlier.  I went and asked for a business card.  I liked the way they worked, and so decided to use them when it was time to replace mine.  I called them and Jaime came.  He quoted a reasonable price.  I have to tell you, it was the best decision we made.  They came, dug and replaced the sewer line and finished in less than 4 hours!!  And I have to say we have been clogged free for more than a year.  Thank you Jaime and Fidel.  You guys are great.   Fantastic Rooter Plumbing, you are highly recommended!!!

Do not use these guys for anything.  My apartment complex has some huge contract with Able to do all plumbing work outside of most in-unit stuff.  On this most recent visit three guys have been looking at the same hole in the ground and the same two inches of broken pipe for two hours.  I guarantee they'll knock off in ten minutes and go to lunch for an hour and a half.  See, with Able they'll always make any work take at least four hours.  They don't give a rat's ass about getting the job done correctly or promptly.  Now on this visit they actually have some tarps down to protect the landscaping but that's only because of the havoc they caused the last time they were here.

Last time they serviced the complex they changed the shut off valves inside each unit - as well as did a bunch of unnecessary work.  How do I know this?  Well when they bailed for lunch I came home from work and saw their entire worklist on the floor in front of my front door.  As for my unit?  Rusty and debris filled pipes all over my carpet and rugs.  Tools on the floor throughout the apartment.  When the worker came back over an hour later, it took him another hour to finish up two valves.  Replace the pipes?  No way!  Not when you can stab the debris out all over my carpet with a screwdriver.  Bleed the lines to knock all the debris out before reconnecting to my faucets?  Of course not!  If they did that then they couldn't come back and tell me know my plumbing sucks because my faucets are running slow - which I later fixed myself by disassembling my faucets and cleaning all the fresh debris and sediment out.  And I'm still trying to clean threadlock off my toilet - thanks for that, dude!  Let's also not forget how they left many people's apartments unlocked with the doors open while they were completely MIA - probably off screwing around or taking another two hour lunch.

Employees of this company just stand around and shoot their mouths off.  One hand on the cell phone on a personal call, one hand on the wrench - that's Able Plumbing.  MAYBE if you have a septic issue they know what they're doing but I have yet to see a single service event where Able has appeared to be even the slightest bit competent.  I have the suspicion that half the positive reviews here are shills for the boss as that's all they talk about.

After reading good review, we decided to call them to replce our water heater since it was leaking. We found the leaking problem on Sunday, after we calling Khan he came to our house in the same day and replaced new one. Also they do very good follow up. I recommand them to others.

I called John about 2 months back to remove a pedestal sink and replace with a new vanity and plumbing. John came out on time and did a very good job including having to deal with some unique plumbing angles. I have also had him out more recently to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one and he did a great job. John is careful and does really good work. I would recommend him for not only plumbing but other house repair work.

Omar was great. Really friendly. Explained everything in detail that he would try.  $77 deal for unclogging from under sink, but didn't work. He said it would be $280ish for snaking.  Tried snake, didn't work.  Then he said has to use hydrojet. Which they wanted to charge around $1000. That's too steep, out of budget. I called around and got a quote for $350, which is a lot more reasonable.  Everyone has their prices tho

I am giving a HUGE shoutout to Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter!!! I had what seemed like a minor plumbing issue that expanded into a more serious situation, along with plenty of shock and surprise at what was happening in my home. Quick response and rapid dispatch within a couple of hours. Every plumbing technician I've worked with is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and cares deeply about clients...especially since this happened at the start of New Year's weekend. Special recognition to Timothy, Besmir, Luis, and Pablo for giving (and continuing to give) 110% to solving my plumbing job. They are AMAZING!!! I feel very taken care of, knowing they will stay on top of it, keeping me well-informed and educated every step of the way. I am recommending Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter to everyone I know.

I just had James Smith from $15 Sewer fix my problem in quick order.  He snaked and cleared the line for $85.  Then he had me run water and re-snaked the pipe for good measure.  Previously, I had the Drain Doctor out 3 times for $148.50.  One of their clowns sucked out the line with a wet-vac and dumped the sewage on the plants.  Assuming this fix holds up, from now on my first call will go to $15.  And, prior to reading yelp reviews, I never thought about tipping - but I did tip James- and will ask for him next time.  Nothing like a Professional - with the right equipment.  They also provided a 30 day warranty.  Update 4/1/10 - No problems with line for over a year
