Was at our house in 20 minutes on a Saturday night to fix our backed up sewer line.  Good customer service and quickly fixed the problem so we can use our bathrooms again.  Gave us discounts for being repeat customer.  Will definitely call them again.

They gave me the best quote out of multiple other plumbers and did an excellent job replacing my water heater and bringing it up to code. Very professional, courteous and friendly service. Recommend 100%!

Bailey Plumbing has become very expensive. They quote exorbitant prices. I got the under sink RO system installed for $995 and for filter replacement with parts they quoted me $300, that is about 30% cost of installation. This is rip off for returning customers. You are better choosing someone else for under sink RO system

Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done.  I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street).  Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting.  Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price.  He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms.  They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up.  Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing.  Not sure how he does it, but  he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about  your decision to call him.

Joseph & Team from Royal Plumbing has finished the plumbing work, for new Washer & Dryer hookup in garage, perfectly.   He made several visits to plan the work and provided the estimate (free !!!).  Cost is reasonable.   Quality of work is excellent.  They are very friendly and suggested best & cost effective way to meet the requirements.  In-spite of personnel issue, he arranged alternative resource to complete the work very quickly !!! I will use them again.

I'm writing this review in hopes that no one else becomes a victim of davila plumbing company.

We contacted them because of the great reviews on Yelp to install a new toilet. For a plumber that should be a walk in the park right? Not for davila. After installing our new toilet, a couple months later there was a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We had them come out again in the plumber said it was because of a faulty toilet. So we contacted the toilet company , who sent us a new one and he reinstalled it.

We thought everything was over until a couple weeks ago when I was luckily working from home and all of a sudden splashes of water came pouring down from ours kitchen ceiling. I called other plumbing companies and everyone who came to inspect said that the toilet had been leaking this entire time because it was installed incorrectly. The plumbers who repaired the leak said that the wax seal was not done properly and there should have been two instead of one so there was a big space between the toilet bowl and the pipe, meaning our PEE AND POO WATER was splashing on our kitchen ceiling this whole time and the water that came flooding down was part of it. SO. DISGUSTING.

When we call them back regarding this issue they told us that we are way past the warranty and there's nothing they can do about it. Um, how are we supposed to know the toilet is leaking on our ceiling until there's actual water leaking through? Luckily we have great home insurance and they will be going after davila for the repair cost of thousands of dollars. STILL, IT'S NOT FUN NOT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR KITCHEN FOR A WEEKS AND HAVING TO BE HOME TO LET THE REPAIR PEOPLE IN AND OUT.

Please spare yourself a similar saga and go with different plumbers.

Replace the main water service line, or buy insurance to cover the line, in case the line fails? How much is it to replace a water main? This was my quandary.

Called after five on a Monday. They returned my call within five minutes.

Spoke with Aaron, he was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the situation and provided some basic ballpark estimates and great information. He also helped me weigh costs and service expectations. Exactly the kind of straight up plumber and information I was looking for.

Aaron made some great suggestions and offered a free inspection and quote.

I was leaning toward buying the insurance (which Aaron also suggested) but that was before I took Aaron up on his offer of a free inspection. Juan and David came out on Tuesday, took a look at the main line - and were able to determine it had already been replaced.

Not buying the insurance or replacing the line. The Plumbing Guys saved me a few thousand dollars and gave me a great education in the process.

Ruben and the Alert Plumbing crew do a great job with anything that you need in the plumbing department.  We appreciate their expertise and ability to solve problems!

Rich did a great job fixing our leaking kitchen sink pipes and installing a new faucet.  He is professional, personable, and reasonable with his fees.  He seems to be very busy no doubt because of the quality of his work.

I hired them to locate and snake out the drainage on my property.  The price discussed on the phone was no where near the price in person.  1500 vs 2400.  This I can understand as he didn't know the extent of the job on the phone.

They started doing the job and found that they couldn't do the job properly because of root balls in the pipes and their equipment was not adequate for making turns in drainage pipe.  The camera and locator was a very basic camera on a cable without any panning or turning ability.  They also didn't want to cut the root balls in the pipe because they said it posed a safety risk to them.  I have had this performed on other properties and have never heard this.  

After 4 hours they decided they couldn't get anything else accomplished and that it was time to give up.  Sounds reasonable to me that if you didn't accomplish the task you were hired for, not to mention you have only been there for 4 hours, you would reevaluate what you can ethically charge.  Nope, they want full pop regardless of their time or effectiveness, with the response (I charge flat rate.)

Bottom line, I would never do business with this company again.

Took me a while to write this review!
Needed to install bidets for two toilets. I had done multiple such installs myself in the past, but this time around eroded threads on the flush pipe started causing leaks and I reaced for professional help.

Found Wally through yelp. The appointment was scheduled entirely over yelp. He was quick to respond to all the questions over yelp.

He was punctual to the appointment and professional throughout the job. He replaced the flush mechanisms on both the toilets and continued on to the bidet installations.
Not only did he complete the work professionally, the information he provided was quite useful for us, the new, first-time homeowners. His leak sensor recommendation later helped us detect a dishwasher leak and turn it off before any damage was done.

When contacted for a different job later, he was quick to notify of his unavailability during our desired time window. If the work wasn't time sensetive, would've waited for his availability too.

Definitely recommended. Five stars.

My water heater started leaking a few days ago and I couldn't find the source of the leak. I called Magnificient plumbing yesterday and they sent someone out to my house on the same day. I was able to make an appointment for this morning. Sergio showed up and replaced my water heater within 2 hours. Thanks for the great customer service!

We hired The leak Detection Company to find a water leak in our concrete slab house in Redwood City when other company was trying to brake concrete all over our house the technician from Leak Detection Company find exactly where the problem was and we where available to repair it a much better price, no doubt about it they know what they where doing  very trustworthy company.

We were referred to Mike/Redwood through another plumbing company which didn't do the type of work we needed. Mike and crew were great to deal with. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got, but they did great work. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. We ended up adding a couple of additional features that we didn't think to ask for and Mike suggested, but all pretty minor things we should have thought of and didn't, he def wasn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. We got waters and drains repiping, an on demand heater with recirculation and some gas line work. All of it is working great. I'm also very confident that he will stand by his work if any issues ever come up

I've done business with George for years, and he will continue to be my first call whenever I have a plumbing need.
