I had an obnoxiously rude experience with these folks. I called up on the number listed on Yelp and I spoke to a pleasant lady who took down my details and said one of their technicians would get back to me. Promptly, I get a call back from a person called Chu Van who said it'd coat me $95 to repair one clogged toilet. He said he can be at my place in 15 minutes. After I hung up, I realized that I hadn't confirmed if $95 includes everything, so I called him back and asked the same. Also, I enquired if $95 is a fixed price to which Mr. Van took great offense and he hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he wouldn't pick up the call. Assuming there has been some misunderstanding and to give the benefit of the doubt to Mr.Van, my wife called back on the number listed on Yelp. She explained what transpired with Mr.Van and was told to expect a call back. Within a minute, Mr.Van calls back on my wife's number and very rudely replies to her saying that he has an appointment available for tomorrow morning at 9am but he wouldn't be helping her. She was taken aback by what he said. So, Mr.Van called us back just to convey that he won't help us. This is just pure spitefulness and we definitely don't deserve this sort of discourteous and nasty behavior. I have no idea of the kind of service they offer but if their social skills are anything to go by, I would never approach them.

I am at Hillsborough.  OC came over to fix the very difficult drain clog issue.  He tried so many different solutions to get the thing working again.  He was very persistent and patient.  I appreciate his help and will use him for other projects in the future.

I called Bailey plumbing for a broken hot water heater. They had it installed and fixed within the day of the appointment. Elijah and Jose handled the installation and assessment. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend their services.

OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened:  1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc.  I know.  Whaaat?  and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I called Davila back in early January because my toilet and tub were suddenly backing up, and I had two pre-existing clog issues with the kitchen and bathroom sinks that I finally wanted to get rid of. Luis is a real nice guy, he's a calm rockabilly dude who listens and explains things in detail and offers various scenarios. First, a guy named Josh (I think that was his name, sorry Josh!) came in the afternoon, and tried snaking the drains, but it wouldn't budge. The next day, Josh came back with Pickle (lol, his little brother), and Luis and ran the cam as far as they could. They found a few trouble spots, which in the end we agreed to fix as minimal as possible (for now), including digging up pipe and replacing a damaged section. Oh, and they installed a riser with a plastic cap also. They ran water for a good while to check for any more stoppages or leaks, and then ran the cam again and it looked good! Got a DVR movie of my sewer line with Luis's remarks on it, as they go down. I still have an issue that needs to be addressed, but could be put off for awhile. I'll be giving them a call once I am ready to have it fixed! Thank you guys! :)

The guy seems to have done a good job. I feel they over charged me. Since it was an emergency and I was busy, I did not wait for other quotes. I learned my lesson. Don't fall for sales pressure. Get the quote and price shop if you can.

This plumbing company is beyond excellent! They are a family-owned business, and they are professional and efficient and reasonable! They go beyond the call of duty to help you and explain what they are doing. They are hard-working and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company without reservations!!

Awesome job.  Came out within an hour of my call to fix a blocked drain.  Identified some corroded pipes (even though the house is relatively new) and changed those for me too.

The cost was very reasonable. My experience with  plumbers in the past has tended to leave me feeling like I have been taken for a ride.  

Not this time.  I would not hesitate to use Briscoe again.

This place is untrustworthy. After fixing the drain clog I asked if they will fix it if happen again. They told me they would come fix it again for 30 days. Next day clog again but they charge $400 again for it and said 0 day warranty.

Aptos Plumbing came out and replaced our gas lines the same day we called. It was a major fix, and they were fantastic: professional, thorough, and efficient.. I highly recommend them!!!

What a savior.!!! Got his contact from my neighbor and less than 30 minutes he arrived to look at my water / sink kitchen leaked. Completed the work within an hour without any set back.

These guys are the BEST!!!  I needed a water heater replacement. They came the same day and did a perfect job.

Ryan came by yesterday to fix our freezer which had a deposit of ice on the bottom shelf and was leaking. He was very thorough while examining the freezer and patiently explained the possible points of failure. He helped clean the dust from the back of the unit. He was completely professional and calmly fixed the unit. Today the freezer is back to normal and doesn't leak any more. Thank you, Ryan!

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

Since then we have used George for all our plumbing  problems.

He makes time to fix urgent problems.
