The company is a scam.  After doing research company is out of a house in Milpitas.   I asked for a quote to change a was seal and install a bidet in my house.  The quote was 200 dollars.  When the plumber had the toilet off he called me in and said the flange needed to be changed.  He went out and talked to the owner and came back and said it will be between 300 - 400 because this could take time to get off.  He had the flange off in 20 minutes and said the boss was coming to help.  He was going to get a flange.  Next thing I know 4 guys out house 3 guys in bathroom to install a flange.  A total of 3 hours including 40 ;minutes for parts and the owner gave me a bill for 800 dollars.  Never said why he just said not by the hour but by the job.  I would never deal with this company again.  I also reported them to the BBB.

Alex hurried over to repair a broken water main and did a fantastic job explaining why the pipe broke where it did and how we can reduce the chance of it happening again.

He made sure the pipe was routed in a manner that put less stress on it and did really great work on the repair.

I agreed to pay this company $89 to come to my home to replace a shower valve. I was told that that amount would be applied to the actual  cost for that replacement (time and materials). The rep that came to my home took one very quick look at the valve (I had already taken the handle and trim off, exposing the actual valve), and accessing a computer app estimator, he quoted a $589 cost, less the $89 I prepaid. I said that was an outrageous amount, and asked him to leave. Instead, he took a photo of the valve, called his office and came back to tell me that he would do the job for $489, less the $89. I told him, NO and asked him to leave. I have since had my valve successfully replaced by a handyman for a total cost of $150. The repair took less than one half hour; therefore I would not recommend Bailey Plumbing, Inc. to anyone!!!

Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done.  I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street).  Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting.  Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price.  He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms.  They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up.  Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing.  Not sure how he does it, but  he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about  your decision to call him.

We lost water pressure in our bathroom faucet on a Friday. With both handles turned on all the way, we could only get a trickle of water to come out of the faucet. We really needed it fixed ASAP. We received a recommendation to use Davila Plumbing Company. They were very responsive and provided great communication and customer service. Their plumber did an amazing job and put in extra effort to ensure we could have water again before the weekend. I highly recommend contacting Davila. If we ever have any other plumbing issues, they will be the first company we call. Highly recommended.

We had a water pipe leak inside our wall and leaking through the concrete slab and needed a plumber ASAP. We found 3 plumbers on Yelp based on people's good reviews. The other two plumber's prices was way out of our price range. Eric responded within couple of hours and after assessing the water leak damage he provided a reasonable price.  The following day, Eric and his assistant rerouted my pipes to my attic instead of breaking the concrete slab. So far problem solved!  Very happy with the price and service!

Ruben Ochoa from Alert Plumbing did a fantastic job clearing a very challenging clog in my kitchen sink.  I had another plumber come earlier in the week and he couldn't clear the clog. Ruben was professional, wore a mask and put in the extra effort needed to get the job done right! Thank you!!!

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

Updated - I found that one end of my mainline is opened. It means he just push the snake into that corner and let the sewage go out to the crawl space. I found it by myself by checking the crawl space for a few minutes. He insisted a lot that he is an experienced plumber, but he didn't figure out the issue and how to resolve it. What he did is just ruin my master bathroom and charge me a lot.

They will let you know how much it costs in advance without additional fees, but the price will be already super high. I had a clogged toilet/tub issue and got charged $860 which is twice more expensive than others. But that's not the main issue.

Let me start from the beginning. When he first arrived, he asked about the clean-out which I didn't know cause I'm a first-time homeowner and did not know much about managing the house. Anyway, he spent a lot of time looking for it without carefully investigating the scene. Although I'm not knowledgeable, it is quite reasonable to see and check the severity of the issue and guess exactly where is clogged by flowing water and start from the small things, which didn't happen. Every time I tried to explain something and ask questions, his response was aggressive and a bit rude. He kept saying he is an expert and has a long experience and knows what to do. Also saying I'm disrupting his job and he could leave if I don't like his way. If that's true, why did he keep calling his colleague (or manage) to ask a lot of questions? If that's true, he should've prepared some towels and a wet vacuum when he detached the toilet cause it's quite obvious that it will overflow. But he didn't and the sewage overflowed and get my master bathroom dirty. The worst thing is he yelled at me making me bring his wet vacuum. Although he said could you.. or Please, but still yelled at me. After that, he asked me to empty his dirty vacuum and bring it back to him a couple of more times. I did that cause I wanted to resolve the issue asap, but I believe that that's not common or acceptable even after paying nearly $1000. It was quite frustrating.

At least, he worked hard pushing in 150ft long cable into the pipe. He did it for over an hour kept complaining about many things (one-piece toilet makes his job difficult, my question bothers him, he got a lot of work to do, the pipe is not in good shape, more and more), but didn't find anything. In the beginning, I clearly explained that one toilet and two tubs are affected and they are closely located and everything else is fine. It means that the blockage should be that far even if it's a mainline issue or anything. I do believe that this could be resolved with the small machine without detaching the toilet and ruining my master bathroom. If it really requires 150ft long drain snake, my entire house should be affected. It doesn't make any sense. Fortunately, the issue was somehow resolved and his explanation was it might be a lot of papers were stuck to the cable and dropped when he pulled out the cable. haha.

I was trying to be nice and polite, but it doesn't mean that he could treat his client in that way. I believe that he is not a bad guy, but his attitude needs to be improved. More importantly, their work and price are much more than necessary.

It's definitely not a good experience for the price. Not recommendable.

The city water utility let me know that I needed to install a check valve on my water main due to pressure fluctuations increasing the risk of backflow ...so I called a few plumbers.  Bruce from Aptos Plumbing came out and was very informative about the possible causes of the fluctuations and my install options.  He completed the check valve install within an hour and at half the cost of one of the other quotes!  In the same time Bruce also helped determine if an unused circulating pump was working properly, and he explained where and how to troubleshoot further if hot water wasn't making its way quickly to different parts of the house.  I will be calling these guys in the future if I need more plumbing work.  Bruce was experienced, honest, and very helpful.

Wally responded to me immediately with a great price quote and was at my house within 90 minutes to replace a broken garbage disposal. Extremely customer focused and amazing work. Will use Save Plumbing for any upcoming plumbing projects.

I called Rene for a toilet and shower backed up rescue for a rental at Livermore. All toilets and showers in the house were backed up, so my tenants could not use any of restrooms in the house. I truly appreciate that Rene could squeeze our appointment in his busy schedules in the same day. He gave me a courtesy call 45 minutes earlier before he arrived to the house. Rene diagnosed the problems carefully and he explained the solutions to me patiently. I found Rene really knows his field. What an honest place. Frank came out to give me an estimate for a problem I thought I had with my HVAC system. After a thorough assessment, he told me what we had was sufficient and made a few recommendations that had nothing to do with the HVAC system itself. If I *ever* need assistance with our HVAC in the future, I'll definitely call Fuse.

I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The plumbing under my kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the previous homeowner. It was leaking badly and my wife also wanted a new kitchen faucet installed.
