OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened:  1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc.  I know.  Whaaat?  and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I hired Royal plumbing to redo the entire plumbing at my house in San Francisco. The work has recently been completed. Over the past few months that I've been working with this team, I've seen nothing but a professional team that delivers high quality. The team is always responsive and available to answer my questions and address any concerns.

The scope included redoing the entire plumbing, installing water heater as well as the plumbing fixtures. They not only did a great job at the rough plumbing part and schedule/passed all inspections on time but also did a great job installing all my finishes.

Working at San Francisco is not easy as it has its own code and regulations. Royal plumbing offered a great price and completed the job without and issues at reasonable time. They showed up on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed and proved that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

I took a chance on this start-up and was beyond satisfied with their work. I was originally quoted almost $1,000 for some plumbing work from another plumbing company and this company quoted me at $375 with a one-year warranty.

Luis is the main guy and he is fantastic! He works with an ethical standard most contractors do not. My husband was out for the day and so I was home alone with Luis and his worker, George. I felt completely safe with both of them there.  

I will call Luis for future plumbing/sewer work and will tell anyone that will listen to me to call them as well. I would give them 10 stars if it was available.

Our sewer backed up on new year day :( and we called The Plumbing guys next day Morning. They managed to send Eric to our home that morning. (I called several plumbing company. The plumbing guys is the only one can send technician out ASAP)
After inspection, Eric suggested us to call city Sanitation instead of spending $350 because the problem should be out of our property line and city sanitation should be responsible for that. We followed his suggestion and city sanitation did confirm what Eric told us. We had our blockage solved without breaking out bank.

Came within two hours to assess and provide quote.  Returned next day to make repairs.  Knowledgeable and friendly.  Fast, fair, efficient.

We recently got a new washing machine and it couldn't be installed by the seller as the connectors to the water supply weren't standard. I called Rich and he came out the next day, took at look at the connections and fixed it within a hour or so. He also replaced an outside faucet that was leaking.

He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and the total charge for the work was very reasonable and fair. I cannot recommend him highly enough and hope to use him for any future project.

Had these guys out for a $8500 job to change out sewer drain pipe plus a couple other related things.  When plumber started digging out the pipe, we found out one part of the quote was not necessary.  The plumber told me they took care of me on the quote, and I didn't check his numbers. After the job was done, I stupidly didn't look over the invoice carefully.  I checked the invoice the next day when I had some time and found I had still been charged $700 (down from the original $1200) for the part of the job that was already done when they got here and they literally had to do nothing for.  I called to ask a supervisor about this and he (Phil) told me I Should have negotiated on the spot.  Fair enough. Hopefully somebody else can learn from my mistake. When these guys say they took care of you they're still expecting you to negotiate in order to not pay for work you didn't get... I'm actually really happy with the quality of the work, but I feel like I got screwed on the pricing.

Our water tank had reached end of life and we decided to install an on demand water heater. They are very knowledgable, thorough and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumping needs.

We found a leak in our hot water heater today, so called Plumbing Care right away.  I figured we wouldn't be able to have it fixed for a few days, at least.  Not the case.  They came out today to replace it and all is working!  Originally, they were going to come between 5:00 and 7:00pm, but they ended up having an opening and were able to come around 3:15pm, instead.  Even better!!  They followed up with texts saying when they would be coming, along with a photo of the technician, which helped make me feel more comfortable, especially given all of the scammers out there.  Andrew, the technician, was super helpful and very professional.  He explained so much to us and I'm so thankful!  Luckily, we caught it before the leak really did any damage.  Will absolutely be using them again, for any plumbing needs.  We highly recommend them!

We had a sudden clog in our master bathroom that was causing all the toilets to back up into our shower. Wally and his company came highly recommended from several friends. Wally was able to come out that evening and identify the issue immediately. He was extremely professional, kind, thorough, and most importantly honest. The issue was repaired in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. He also took the time to explain some plumbing questions I had and how we could make sure we were doing our part in keeping the plumbing in good order. Like other reviewers have mentioned, he truly is excellent and does quality work.  Thank you again!

I found Magnificent Plumbing by carefully reading Yelp and other reviews and requested a quote from them for a guest bath remodel. I was acting as my own general contractor and had already purchased most of the hardware from fixtures to vanity and shower door to toilet. The existing faucet plumbing was to be changed out to accept a double with drains and I arranged for them to do the rough-in so that other cosmetic work from sheet rock to baseboards and flooring could proceed. When we were finally ready for the final installations to go forward I called them back to make a date for the work to be completed.
Firstly, Magnificent got my business because they were willing to install my counter tops and sinks and the other plumber that was in the running didn't offer that service.
Second, Rene was very good at explaining exactly what each portion of the job would cost and how I would be billed due to the time lag in between the rough-in to the final finishing installations. Their price was very competitive, especially given the extra services rendered. I was warned well ahead of time of potential problem areas that could've ended up adding to the total cost such as possible leaks in the drain to tub and shower control valve. There were no surprises!
In every step of this job Magnificent (support staff and plumbers) were professional, prompt to respond to any of my questions, always returned my phone calls and did exactly what was required to finish the job to my exacting standards! They were neat and clean and were respectful of my property.
I will be calling Magnificent again after the first of the year for a planned master bath remodel!

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.
