He is incredibly rude.  He doesn't tell you his prices until he is finished.  We paid over $700 to install a water heater.  Our dish washer broke when he had just fixed it.  He told us to buy a new one after he just fixed it!

Responded quickly to my Yelp request for a quote.  Met me at home at my convenience and gave me different options for a replacement 40 gallon gas water heater.  The next day they came as promised and completed the job quickly.  They threw in a few of the options that were in the higher price quote at no extra cost.

I contacted this company via Yelp for a simple faucet replacement. Responsiveness was a problem and when I finally got them to engage, they required I pay in advance to set up an appointment. Actual message from the company: I can get you set up in our system and send the invoice to be paid through email.  Once we receive this payment, your appointment window will be locked in.  This does get credited towards any work that we do for you.  

Wait, you want me to send you money before I even have an appointment set and before anyone shows up at my house? You must be kidding.

I've been using Kenny Rogers Plumbing for quite a long time now and have had good experiences with every plumbing job they've done for my home or business.  Although I've used their plumbers at home, mostly I've needed them for my business, since I've got a commercial property with a number of bathrooms, kitchen, and so on.  I cannot afford to have down time with the plumbing at my business, so if I have a plumbing issue, I call Kenny Rogers Plumbing right away.

They are knowledgeable, capable, give accurate quotes on projects, arrive on time, and their work is impeccable.  I highly recommend Kenny Rogers Plumbing for residential and commercial plumbing needs.  I have found over the years that it is better for me to hire the best, get the plumbing problem taken care of correctly, for the right price, and get on with my business.  Whether it is just a broken toilet or I need a new sink or shower, I know I can count on them to keep my business operating.  Previous to working with Kenny Rogers Plumbing I tried hiring other plumbers years ago and wound up in a mess, so I always call Kenny now.  He and his crew are the best plumbers in the area, as far as I'm concerned.

Fred and Joseph from royal plumbing are going to be my go to resource for all my plumbing needs. On Friday evening I noticed a leak near the wall that's adjacent to washing machine. Joseph picked up call on Saturday morning at 7 and sent Fred in couple of hours. Fred got to work and explained what he was going to do to figure out the leak. After he figured out multiple leaks he installed new p-traps. However, Saturday night when my wife ran the kitchen sink drain the sewer water overflowed from washing machine drain pipe and our p-trap in the kitchen sink also broke. It was a night mare and I immediately called Fred and he mentioned he will
Come out first thing Sunday morning since his tools were already locked. He came on time Sunday morning with Joseph and figured there was also a clog. He and Joseph then helped remove the clog and got everything again. Their pricing was reasonable and more importantly their honesty and not try to rip me off. They told me what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I will be hiring them for my next plumbing jobs as well. Overall honest, prompt and really 2 amazing individuals with lot of plumbing expertise and they are licensed too!

He was nice, friendly, professional and very efficient. He knew his stuff.  There was more work to be done than was expected but he was patient and got it done.

Keith arrived right on time and was respectful and professional. The Plumbing Guys gave me a quote for fixing a clogged and rotted out ptrap and drain pipe in the bathroom. The quote was reasonable and after patiently discussing options and alternatives with me, I agreed to a final quote, and then they got started immediately. The work was completed quickly and after the work was completed a walk thru of what was done with me took place.
I enjoyed the onetime arrival, thorough explanation, professional manner, efficient work completed, and was completely satisfied. I contacted them thru Yelp and all initial communication was thru Yelp which I like. My wife was happy with the work as well so it's all good now.

Danny Ochoa has given us great service.  He did a copper repipe of our home, as well as replaced the sewer line to the street, and everything was done satisfactorily and on time.

He also did sewer line replacement for our church, and whenever we had questions or needed him to come and check on something, he always came right out.

He's not like some contractors who, after he is paid, you can never get a hold of him again.  Danny is a true professional, taking pride in his work.  I cannot recommend him enough.

Rich recently installed a new hot water heater and fixed another problem under a sink. He responded very quickly to our call and was extremely efficient and courteous. He was also reasonably priced. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He could not have done it better.

Their yelp review was great thats why i gave them a call when our water heater broke. Phil and Chris are the one who fixed and replaced the pipe and repaired a water hook up. They were professional, yet friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing great work!

Needed a faucet replaced. Todd (phone), Bruce (diagnosis) and Justin (repairman) were all friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. It's great to find a reliable, small, local plumbing company to have on speed dial in case of future problems.

Plumbing Care is responsive and efficient. I called for a toilet repair and learned that I needed a new toilet.  I had the toilet repaired several times before by another company.  Boyko was the plumber.  He was professional and on-time.  He provided step-by-step instructions for purchasing the toilet.  He picked it up from the store and disposed of the old toilet.  He was pleasant and efficient.  He left my bathroom spotless.  Ask for Boyko - - he's great!  I'd use them again.

Wally is nothing short of amazing! With COVID going on, I wasn't exactly thrilled to have someone come to my house but with Wally, I felt extremely safe and comfortable having him inside. He was masked the entire time and even had his son come in to help who was also masked. Wally was very prompt, professional, fast, and friendly throughout the job. He sent frequent ETAs so we could know when to expect him which was SO much better than a huge timeframe that most plumbers give you. I highly suggest you hire Wally for all of your plumbing needs. I have used their plumbing services twice and both work out great and satisfied.

The first time was for replacing a cartridge for my master bathroom shower. The old cartridge was hard to be taken out and the guy work hard to take it out and finish the job.

Today I have them to fix my leaking backyard faucet connection. Not only the job was completed perfectly. The guy also help to diagnose the fountain which stopped working for almost a year. Although he did not do anything to fix it but just to test out the electric parts, somehow the fountain started working again,

Both guys came were friendly and hardworking. Both jobs completed with reasonable price. Since the jobs are small, so I have no idea about some other comments regarding the pricing issue. At least so far it work out great for me.

Fuse replaced my 30+ year old furnace, removed the old duct work, added new ducts, and added an A/C unit.  Relocated the furnace from a closest and into the attic.  The team was quick on getting things done as fast as they could.   Job took almost 3.5 days but they worked over the weekend to get most of it done.   I received quotes from 7 vendors.  Quotes varied from $12.5k to $21.1K.   Their quote was competitive and even came with a 95% high efficiency furnace when some only quoted 80%.   I even receive a quote from Costco but Fuse was cheaper by over $3k.

The reason why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, some of the vent locations where they cut thru the drywall ceiling to place the vents, were not clean.  Drywall was cracked or had small gaps at the vents which I had to patch but was not a bid deal though.

We have used this company several times and refer them to all our clients. They always go above and beyond and are very fairly priced but most of all have a faster turnaround time than anyone in the leak detection industry.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

Really nice guy!
I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!
