These guys are true gentlemen.  I called at 6pm with a broken water heater and crying babies and husband gone at work and ... and... freaking out.  They stopped by and diagnosed the issue, made some knowledgeable recommendations, and generally calmed me down.  They said they could come the next afternoon and replace my water heater for $1400.  It turned out I found a lower quote from a friend of a friend who could come much earlier, so I called and offered to pay 911 Plumbing for the time they took to visit the evening before.  Get this: They wouldn't take my money.  Good men.  Of course, this review is probably worth more than the money they would have charged, anyhow.

If you have a problem with your plumbing, I'd trust these guys to fix it and not rip you off.

Steve, the owner is a capable, responsive and reliable businessman. They took care of a small project with care and a high level of competence.  The price was lower than his phone estimate.

My 90 year old mother called me at 5:30pm saying there was water leaking in her garage and spilling over the tray.  She said it wasn't from the water heater, but couldn't explain where it was coming from. I was over an hour away in traffic, so I called a few plumbers, not even sure what was leaking.  On Time Plumbing was the only one that could go out ASAP. They were out there in 20minutes, replaced a leaking hose from the water softening unit, and charged me only $180. They also explained an issue with the water softener that I will call those folks about. I highly recommend On Time Plumbing and will certainly call them again when needed.

Mario and Victor did a great job for me.  I had a sewer pipe backing up, and Mario came right out, talked it over in depth with me, and gave a thorough, knowledgeable quote on the spot.  After some unexpected headaches (ridiculously deep pipe that took 2 full days to dig down to, complicated y-joint, old-fashioned clay pipe fittings) they needed to modify their quote before proceeding.  This made perfect sense, and they even allowed me to climb down into the trench to see the situation for myself.  The new figure was fair, and they completed the job nicely.  As a woman, I want to add that these guys treated me with fairness and respect.  No mansplaining!  We bonded a lot about our kids/ grandkids too.  Really nice people who do great work for the right price!

I just finished repipe with Advanced Repipe Specialist recently. I had a wonderful experience with the company. Start from estimate, Mr. Ramiro was explaining very well how the work will be done, what options we have to repipe, and advantage and disadvantage from different materials. It was a learning experience for me.
Veronica is wonderful too. She provides all details on the permit, time of the inspector coming , and other things Before the inspection, they double check everything to make sure everything is good for the inspection.

I can't say enough how happy I am. Of all the plumbers I called Adrian was the only one that told me there's a massive A. O. Smith water heater recalling and I should check with them first. Turned out my unit was under recall, but I still decided to replace it (Adrian did offer to repair it for a very reasonable price). I am super happy with the result. From now on Adrian is the only water heater guy I will recommend to my friends and family. Not only was he really good at his work, Adrian was the kind of guy you wish you knew as a friend.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

I am very pleased with the service of Plumb Tech Inc...   I initially called the number listed on Yelp and got John.   He was very nice on the phone...  I told him I was getting a foul odor in the Kitchen and assumed it might be a leaky sewer pipe in this 60 year old home...  He sent Don out the next day to meet me at my home...  He looked at the pipes and told me they are not leaking at all when a previous company that looked at the same pipes told me I was getting leakage and needed to replace the pipes soon... Don let me know that the other company was lying to me and just trying to make money and that I didn't need to replace them.   He cleared out the kitchen clean out and found three clogs which might've cause partial backups in the kitchen sink sewer pipe thereby causing an odor... I was very impressed with Don's honesty and professionalism...  I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends...

We love Tyler and his dad. These guys are super honest and hard working. We've used them before for a huge and insane leak that we had. Tyler was upfront and honest with us about the cost, and was able to fix it. Simple and straightforward. We tried to use him to replace a water heater for us, but again, he was upfront and honest with us about how at the moment, he just couldn't do it because they simply didn't have the manpower to do it. We called other places and ended up getting ripped off (ahem, expert plumbing) and they tried to rip us off on a sink repair too. I called Tyler practically in tears since I was about 5 days away from having a baby, and he actually recommended I call the manufacturer and use the warranty on the sink. Expert plumbing actually first told me that a sink repair would be $395 but as a *favor*, they'd only charge us $190 PLUS the cost of the parts. I am SO glad I called Tyler and told the other guys just to forget it. Because of Tyler recommending me calling Hans Grohe, we got FREE replacement parts and he installed it for us only the cost of the service fee (which was only $125). It's hard to find an honest plumber in town, and George Allen and Sons are a gem. They have our business for life!

Simply Green Plumbing turned a plumbing nightmare to a plumbing .....dream.

I own a rental house that had been having plumbing trouble for a few days.  It started with a very slow drain from the bathtub and sink, odd sounds coming from the dishwasher vent, etc.  I tried the typical liquid-type remedies which did nothing, then stronger chemicals - all money down the drain, neither worked. One night while doing laundry my tenant found a puddle of water around the washing machine, then he realized that the bathtub had filled with water.

I contacted Simply Green Plumbing.  They were quick, they responded to my property within about an hour of my call.  After clearing out the initial problem, the technician ran a camera down the pipe and was able to show me two areas in the pipe that were clearly broken.  He was able to present me with a few repair options.  After we settled on a repair option the technician got to work.  The repair process was well organized, my tenants were not disturbed, the work area was clean and orderly,  the work was done on time and completed as promised.   Both the technician and office staff were courteous and conscientious.  In addition, while the work was being done, the technician took time to call and update me on the progress.  I am quite satisfied with the entire process.

In short, Simply Green Plumbing offers highly qualified, responsive, courteous, well equipped, and capable plumbing services.  I would recommend them without question.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

Citywide Plumbing did a great job replacing our old pipes. The job was quite a task getting the new pipes from one part of the house to the other but Tung and Johnny were very skillful and obviously experienced and were able to get the job done for a fair cost compared to the other estimates. Everything is working great and we would highly recommend them!

Marco is awesome. I had made mistake of purchasing a water heater from Sears. Marco had warned me that the offer cheap prices then when they come to install they raise it. I was assured by the Sears rep that that was the final price but when the plumber came, sure enough, he wanted another $400! In addition, sears made me wait a week - an entire week without ar shower, dishes, laundry (luckily some friends came to my need for the shower).

Marco installed a better water heater for the same total price minus that $400 I paid Sears. He told me upfront it was a flat price. He replaced the valves and didn't charge me extra for parts like the other Plumber wanted to.

But I also liked about Marco is that he gets back to you right away and is conscientious about trying to do the work as soon as he can. I called him on a Friday and he apologized to me that he couldn't do it that evening!

Only a few days later, I had a leak from my toilet and of course, I called Marco. He not only took care of it he also replaced some rusted parts.

Like all plumbers, he's not cheap, but he's reliable and will do the job right the first time. He additionally told me that they guarantee their work.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.

I had a great experience with the San Jose Plumbing Company. We accidentally plugged our kitchen sink/garbage disposal with butternut squash peels and potato peels (I later learned that these 2 types of peels are one of the worst things you can put down your garbage disposal).

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke to her on the phone. The day of the scheduled appointment ran very smoothly. The serviceman called before he headed over to our place within the time frame we were given. When he arrived, he first assessed our problem and layout of our kitchen and then went to his truck to gather his needed supplies. He worked diligently making sure he thoroughly snaked our kitchen lines which was a messy process. He did a great job cleaning up so we were glad we called a professional to have this problem taken care of for us.

We received 10% off of the service because of the Yelp coupon for first time customers. After the first hour, the serviceman tracked his time in 15 minute increments which we thought was very fair.

I would highly recommend the San Jose Plumbing Company.
