I have known Steve Davis for several years. So when my toilet overflowed he was my go-to person. He called back and 20 minutes later he was at my front door. He snaked my toilet and voila, I was much relieved and a happy customer. Once he arrives I know he will stay till whatever the problem I had is resolved. Thanks Steve.

I called them early morning for a leakage under tub. They showed up in ~1hr, found the leak in crawlspace and fixed the problem in ~1hr. Quick response and quality service. Will hire them again.

We experienced some banging noises from our hallway bathroom pipes then  the cold water seized to flow out! Terrible... our 3 kids had to share our small master shower with me and my husband. So my husband sent a quote request in Yelp. Warranted Plumbing Services was the first to respond! Juan came the next day and assessed the problem, 1st he changed the cartridge inside the shower control, but it didn't fix the problem. The valves needed replacing! Yikes! They cut through the dry wall behind the shower area and replaced the pipes and valves (that were probably original ones from the 50's). The job was finished the same day. Luis also came to help, which was great to see them work as team. Our shower is working well! They did such a great job cleaning up, my drywall was patched up with no sign of damage and  shower fixtures look amazing. Thank you Juan and Luis! I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues!!

Our second toilet clogged at around 6pm and we called multiple other 24 hour plumbing companies and all gave us a really hard time and either wanted to go the next day, told us to all use the one working toilet (there are 5 of us in the house + one Air BnB guest), or said that because it was after 5 pm that it would be around $480 - $600 which is too expensive.

Commando was so nice and I spoke to Victor. We got his cell number and he was at our house in less than 15 minutes. He unclogged our toilet in less than 5 minutes and it costed only $225.00

1500 sq foot home in Sacramento w/ Kitec piping that needed to be replaced with a high quality PEX and copper. We had offers for replacement that varied by $9000 and that that did not include putting the walls back together. ARS came in near the low end of our lowest bid and put the wall back w/ texture. They were fast and efficient. The plumbing was replaced in a day and the walls done in 2 days. Very happy we saw their ad. Saved us time and money.

Adrian take his installation and service seriously. The heater installed by him was making noise after the installation. He came back 3 times with no complaint at all. He is the type of contractors that you can trust because he respects his own work.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

This review is not for plumbing, per se, but business practices and ethics.
On Easter, we had a gross leak, and assumed due to placement that it was our kitchen pipes. No one from any shop could come out (it was a holiday on a weekend, so understandable).
They came on time (8am), ready to handle things. The gent took the time to *definitively* find the source of the leak. It turned out to be the roof, not our plumbing.
He showed us the imaging from the roof, down the wall, and on. He took his time, gave us suggestions for who to call, what to tell them, and why one specialist vs another.
I tried to pay him for his time, since he really spent awhile sorting this out. He politely declined payment.
I deeply appreciate their thoroughness and their ethics, and I think I've found a new plumber for my future projects.

I feel that Plumb Tech is a very trustworthy company. I called Ivan for an issue I was having with a water heater. Instead of immediately sending someone over and charging me a diagnostic fee, he took the time to walk through the problem I was having with my water heater and walking me through all of the possible scenarios.
Turns out the pilot light just needed to get lit.
I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

Very happy with the service. Worked with Tyler and they gave me a quote on the phone and were able to do the work the same day. Their quote was much lower than three others I checked with. The great thing about it was the actual cost was lower than the low end of the quote. They were able to do same day service. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

Nick is a very friendly and experienced handyman. He came to my house earlier than scheduled. Went through all the details and made sure we're aligned on everything before doing any work. He's got all the tools and materials ready in his van so it was zero work for me. It was super awesome, and I would definitely work with him again in the future

Our water heater of 15 years started leaking late Saturday night. We called a number of plumbers starting Sunday morning. Russell's called us back in less than 30 minutes of us leaving a message. Most of the others who claimed to be 24/7 called much later or wanted to go to the big box stores and get a unit that is to small for our needs. We have a large capacity water heater that is not stocked. The folks at Simply Green called some contacts on Sunday, found the latest replacement got it delivered first thing on Monday. It was installed in the early afternoon. They did a far better job than the original installation; it was a very neat and clean install.

I would use them again without hesitation.

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Used these guys on the advice of a contractor friend.  Needed someone to install a gas line to our washer/dryer room in our house, built in 1977. They got it done in less than 2 hours and went out of their way to clean up, make the inlet look nice, re-lit our pilot lights, and even installed the clothes drier FOR me!  All of this for $200 less than they quoted to just do the line.  Marco and Pepe were polite,  efficient, and knowledgeable.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills. THE BEST! HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING & GREAT SERVICE. We have been using San Jose Plumbing for years and they are simply the best. Kevin (the founder/owner) was still working in the field and still is as far as I know. We called them to install a main line clean out a couple years back. Kevin came out and did some 'experienced investigating' and started digging a 12x12 area. Shazam! We already had a clean out that had been covered for decades. My family has lived in our home for 55 years and never knew it was there. Kevin's honesty and professionalism saved us over $1000! He did the work himself and was here until after 8pm. Who else would have done that much investigative work to save a customer money?! I wish the answer was 'everybody', but we know that simply isn't true. But San Jose Plumbing did!
They are the best! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
