Nick has done previous work at my house before.  The first time which was at least 5 years ago we had a sink in one of our bathrooms that needed to be hooked up, another time about a year ago we needed the shower knob replaced and most recently our water heater needed to be replaced.  What I like about Nick is he always comes out to see what needs to be done, informs us & then comes back the next day to get the job done.  He is very quick, efficient and most importantly honest.  We got other quotes from other plumbing companies regarding the water heater and they were at least $100 to $300 dollars more than what Nick quoted us.  We never have had any issues with the work he has done.  He is definitely my go to guy when I need any plumbing work done.

Steve is someone I've relied upon for many years. He's always willing to work and he's honest!

Just adding a long overdue review of this stellar company.  We've used them three times over the last few years for various plumbing issues ranging from snaking a shower drain to installing a new water heater and the service has been fantastic each time, regardless of which technician was helping us.  Prompt service, quality work, reasonable pricing.  Can't ask for much more, besides wishing all contractors were like Warranted Plumbing Services!

Leo was Amazing! We had a problem with our garbage disposal and he was able to come by and give a free assessment as for what was going wrong. He was very professional wearing booties and a face-mask.  Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. Summary of Advanced Repipe Specialist is below:

PROS:
* They worked really hard
* Great sheet rock work
* No leaks
* All new fixtures (look and work great)
* Fast and friendly quoting; Bill was very knowledgeable and efficient

CONS:
* They abandoned the job:
 - I had to hire a new plumber after 10 months of no work
 - I had to spend an extra $3,000 to finish the job
* They promised 1-2 day max to complete the first phase of plumbing work, but it took 4 days. That was difficult because I had only scheduled two days off work to keep the house open for them to work there.
* They left trash (excess pipes, pieces) under the house. It took me about two hours of crawling under the house to clean it up, which was required to pass inspection.
* Pipes were not secured correctly. Pipes fell down after plumbers left with no willingness to fix it. Another plumber was required to fix it and pass inspection.
* Too much up-selling, when working on plumbing
* The contract says the plumber will be there for inspections, but they did not show up.

Adrian was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to speak with.  He asked for photos of my old leaky water heater and called back promptly to provide me with a quote and next day appointment to replace the water heater.  Adrian was punctual per the appointment time and complete the job as promised.  My wife and I are very happy with the work done by Adrian.  I can see why he has so many 5 stars reviews.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

Contacted the owner Billy and he came out as soon as possible to fix our clogged drain and reattach our garbage disposal.
He was out of town on a weekend when I called with another emergency and although he couldn't come, he texted me with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem.

My company does work with Ivan all the time. He is always on time and available when he is needed!

I've used George Allen and Son's Plumbing for over 20 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They return calls in a timely manner and have been good at getting back to me and scheduling a time for repairs. They do really good work and seem reasonable price-wise.  We have almost always worked with Butch and think he's terrific! He's asset for the business and have appreciated his talent and professionalism.

I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

Nick did an awesome job setting up a custom shelf for my window AC. I had an AC, an AC bracket, and an unusual window, and none of these were compatible with each other, so I was stuck. I was also getting tired of suffering through heat waves with the windows shut (bad AQI) when I had an AC right. there. taking up space in my living room.

Nick enthusiastically worked with me to come up with a custom solution from start to finish, and clearly relished the challenge. He texted with me the night before to learn what model AC and AC bracket I had. He promised he wouldn't charge me if he came by and couldn't solve my problem, which I appreciated, although I would've paid him anyway for his time.

Nick communicated clearly with me about his arrival times, and wore a mask at all times inside the house. He identified rotting wood in the window frame, thought ahead about how to take the AC down in the winter, made sure to check up on the AC's water collection and drainage, and measured and built the custom AC shelf quickly, precisely, and sturdily. He also sought my opinion at every step and gave me informed choices.

The whole experience working with Nick was a lot of fun for a nerd like me, and I'm also thrilled to be enjoying cool, dehumidified air at home now. Given his professionalism, reasonable rates, quality work, and preparedness, I'm not surprised he's plenty busy. I will definitely hire him again if there's something I need fixing around the house.

The owner Russell and his apprentice Kirk were here quickly, worked with me to come up with a fair price, and then went above and beyond the scope of work. I highly recommend them.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

Johnny be Good no way! More like Johnny be GREAT!

The day before meeting Johnny we called another plumber that shall not be named from Yelp. He came to our house and TALKED to us for almost 2 hours!!! Explaining how he's never seen stems(which he refused to even try to take out) like ours and that he would have to research but ultimately tried to charge us 280.00 without doing any work or even knowing what was causing our bathtub faucet to leak.

We called Johnny the following morning and he was @ our house within 20 minutes. He took out the stem and explained that it's an unusual stem but he had a hutch on where to find it. He left and called us within 30 minutes letting us know he found our unusual stems. So if we track the time, Johnny came out to our home & within a hour not only knew what our problem was but had the replacement parts.

He was professional, did a great job of explaining our options but most importantly he knew what he was talking about.

Johnny saved us who knows how much $$?! After just one service with him, we've already decided we will call no one else for plumbing issues except Johnny. Yeah he's that good....I meant GREAT!

4 1/2 stars rounded up.  In this day and age where plumbers like Barnett and others in LIvermore, routinely ask for $4-$600 or more per man / hour, Reed plumbing was downright reasonable.  They tried to fit us in on short notice and did.  Plumbed in 4 sinks into newly installed countertops.  Two of the sinks had tiny leaks, one because of the plastic drain pipe is hard to tighten around just right.  They came back first thing in the AM, fixed one and came again a day later for a third time for the hard to fix plastic drain pipe.  They lost half a star for not wearing booties on the carpeting automatically, but I guess even that is a pretty hard knock, but I did round up. Marco, always courteous, professional, and helpful.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction. He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of satisfaction guaranteed.
