I had a leaking water heater.  The plumber came within 15 mins of calling them.  It turns out a drain pipe was just loose and they tightened it up.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they wouldn't take it.  I will call them again anytime I need a plumber.

I had a great experience with warranted plumbing. They were able to come out at a convenient time. A quick and free estimate was provided. I needed a new faucet- which I was able to purchase the same day and when I called back to make an appointment, Juan was able to return within 30 minutes. The job was done fast and I am very happy. I would use warranted again. I had called warranted because my normal plumber could not come out for several days and the leak in my house could not wait several days. Our sewer line backed up and we found out it was broken. It was an old ceramic pipe that the tree roots had finally broken up in several places. I got 3 estimates for a trenchless replacement sewer pipe from our yard to the property line and decided to go with Commando Plumbing. Victor came and did the estimate and also was willing to do the asphalt repair after the replacement since it went through our driveway. Victor was always professional. He responded quickly to any messages I left. He got the permits and supervised the inspections (that all passed). It's now all up to code and operating properly. We only had to have our water off for a couple of hours one day. Our yard was not dug up nor the tree roots much disturbed. Any unexpected delays were met with persistence and a positive attitude. I would use Commando Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.

A couple of months ago, my gas water heater couldn't be relit and in any case, approaching the end of its life so I found Dependable and called for a replacement.  Adrian found out that it is potentially fixable by replacing the pilot fixture still, and gave me that option (which I appreciated).  But since he hauled a new heater all the way already and spending another few hundred dollars for just a few more years seems undesirable to me, we went ahead with replacing the heater.

Adrian was friendly and we had nice chats!  And he gave me many tips which could potentially save me more hassles (and which also means money!) in the future. Also, he offered me a $50 discount in the end because it didn't take him as much time as he thought.  What a nice pal!  Definitely recommend using him.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Our back yard drain was filled with roots and sludge and these guys came out, assessed the problem in 5mins and took care of it the next day at a totally fair price.  They are awesome.

I had a couple of great experiences with Plumb Tech recently.   They were very helpful when I called late in the afternoon when I was in a jam.  They came out the next day while I was at work. My wife was home and the tech was very helpful and courteous.  They came back a couple weeks later and we had the same great experience.  The tech took the time to help my wife re-arrange the washer - dryer.

We have called upon this family owned and run business several times, and they always deliver. On the last visit, Tyler took charge with the water department supervisor and our issue was resolved successfully within minutes. We wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks Tyler!

We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

I went from problem (leaky sink) to solution in just under one hour. This outfit was fantastic. They responded to my Yelp quote request in minutes and answered my call right away. Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

Very honest. Good work and was able to come out right away.  Very knowledgable and trustworthy... Which is extremely important to me.

4 1/2 stars rounded up.  In this day and age where plumbers like Barnett and others in LIvermore, routinely ask for $4-$600 or more per man / hour, Reed plumbing was downright reasonable.  They tried to fit us in on short notice and did.  Plumbed in 4 sinks into newly installed countertops.  Two of the sinks had tiny leaks, one because of the plastic drain pipe is hard to tighten around just right.  They came back first thing in the AM, fixed one and came again a day later for a third time for the hard to fix plastic drain pipe.  They lost half a star for not wearing booties on the carpeting automatically, but I guess even that is a pretty hard knock, but I did round up. Marco, always courteous, professional, and helpful.

Off and on, we have been using this company for all of our plumbing issues in the last 10 years. As always, they exceed our expectation in the professionalism and work ethics. No matter who they sent out to fix our plumbing needs, we never had to complain.  Kevin, owner, is super efficient!  I had to call them on an emergency basis today, and within 20 minutes, their worker Angelo was at my doorstep, ready to tackle my big problem with the kitchen faucet. Thank God for these guys!
