We have used Rishon Plumbing twice now and have been very happy with their service. They replaced the hot/cold water valves for our washer & dryer. And, this latest time, they fixed a water heater and enclosure that was sloppily installed by a contractor. What I appreciate about George is that he is very responsive and honest. He will explain what needs to be done, he sticks to what is necessary, and never looks for other things to charge you for. He has a great team; they show up on time and do quality work. I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing.

I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

I had searched through Yelp and found this company. I called and left word and within 30 minutes I got a call back and they came right over to fix our sump pump. I dealt with Josh and he was very professional and did an amazing job. The charge was very reasonable. I like this family operated company for their ethics and professionalism.

Jerry is always easy to get a hold of, does not waste my time making me wait around for him, and gives me quick solutions with long-lasting results.  He has done everything from minor faucet leaks to fixing rattling pipes in my crawlspace to a full sewer line repair leading up to the city's sewer. His estimates are reasonable and his work is terrific.  Most importantly, if we have a real problem that needs a fix FAST, he always makes time for us.  I am under the impression that this concierge-type service is not just reserved for our family, but for all of his customers.

First time using Ace Plumbing and my experience lives up to the hype! I had a  water heater leaking emergency on Sunday that sent me into a spiral. I was really stressed that the leak could impact my downstairs neighbors. I reached out to Ace Plumbing via Yelp and Christopher was responsive and gave me a reasonable quote for weekend service. Warren, who is an absolute hoot, came by within a few hours and took care of the leaks. He was affable, quick, and explained everything he was doing. Really put me at ease and saved my Sunday. Who knew a great plumber actually existed?? I sure didn't, until now. Josh came out and fixed all my problems for a fraction of the price other guys quoted me. Plus he actually cared to get my home running in tip top shape without demanding more and more money. They charge per job not by the hour, so there's no overcharging at all. Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

Have you ever procrastinated on a repair that you know was going to one day blow up on you ?  My sewer line had backed up on me a year and half ago. On top of that I needed my kitchen line repaired due to a corroded pipe that had caused my laundry line to overflow.  I had another plumber band-aid the kitchen line issue to get me by.  When it came time to deal with my sewer line, that former plumber never returned my calls. In the course of the last couple of years, I had a couple of different companies tell me I needed to cut into the foundation of my home by way of my entry and kitchen floor to fix the kitchen pipe. This was not a cost I could wrap my head around. In my search for an honest plumber, I found Victor on Yelp. My first impression of Victor was how knowledgeable he was. I knew within the first 10 minutes I could trust him. He was the only contractor who suggested putting in a whole new kitchen line along side of the house and under the driveway. There was no pressure to do the repairs that day. Even though it took me a year and half to move forward with repairs, Victor always answered the phone to come out and rooter my sewer line to keep it operating , checked my kitchen line and even unclogged my bathroom sink. This last visit my sewer pipes were further deteriorating. I decided to call my insurance agent to go over the sewer line issue and Victor helped discuss the situation with my agent, who by the way was so impressed with Victor that he started asking him questions on materials and advice on his own house. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with a new sewer line and kitchen line that Victor and his crew whipped through in 2 days. He even patched up the concrete in my driveway and stucco on side my house. I was left to handle the homestead myself as my family had to go out of state. Victor always kept me informed, took pictures for me to send my husband out of state, explained the process and time line as things unfolded. He made my life easy! His crew was always on time and made me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend Victor enough. He is one of the last good guys on this planet.  Please don't bother contacting anyone else. Victor is the real deal.

Mike and his brother are not just professional but also very patient and friendly. They arrived at my place to replace my garbage disposal. The price is way below than the quotes I received from other companies. I'll definitely use them as my to-go plumbers!

Mandel and his team worked through the night to get the job done toilet was backed up bad, Mandel checked out the main pipe outside of the house with a camera that showed the problem and there it was roots in the pipe it was so bad the pipe was collapsing I looked and seen everything with my own eyes so. So they replaced the old pipe with a new one in efficient time cleaned up everything when they was done like no one was even there , Mandel communicated with me the whole time letting me know what was going on while the work was being done great customer service and employees are great will definitely use Rapid Action Plumbing again and I will refer them to friends and family I appreciate it.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

I needed a leaking shower faucet fixed and I called all 5 places next to my house. It seems like nobody wants business because nobody picked up or responded to my texts/voicemails even after two days! The next day I expanded my search and New Generation Plumbing picked up right away and they had a tech, Martin, out to my house 3 hours later the SAME DAY. That's service! Martin greased up the cartridge and retightened everything (as the cartridge was only a year old). It fixed the problem!

Martin was very respectful, wore his booties and cleaned up going the extra mile to provide good service. I'd highly recommend you guys call them for your needs - it's great to have somebody to recommend in the NELA area.

Came back from holiday and wanted the home shower to clean off the travel grim from the late night airline trip.
So what did I get? - A warm to quickly cold shower. The water heater decided to take its permanent vacation too but it wasn't coming back.
Called Zorro the next morning and he had it up and running again. You get what you pay for and he doesn't need to come back with the out of stock part. I'd have to say Zorro was very efficient, effective and reasonable. To me a well worth expense of owning a home and keeping the peace - hot water for that Hollywood Shower.

We called Flood Brothers on Labor Day afternoon for a sudden leak in the garage and we got someone to come out the very next morning. David was attentive and professional and easy to work with. Great service and super efficient. Will call again for any plumbing needs.

We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

In a very short time he diagnosis a problem and fix it in a short time. Price are very reasonable.. I would definitely call him again in future if I needed,

Everything was explained that needed to be completed, and after a few hours I had wonderfully functional pipes! This is by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. I'll be a customer for life.
