Rishon Plumbing is the way to go. Not only was he priced very fair, his knowledge of water heater replacement was outstanding. He made a number of observation that a home owner needs to keep in mind when replacing and maintaining a heater.

I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers.  Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one.  I definitely plan to call him again with any future plumbing issues.

My bill was adjusted for time and materials that did not include the wait time for the arrival of tools.

Luis came to my house for what was to be a simple drain cleaning.  When he began to work we realized that there was more to our story....we opened the proverbial can of worms.

We had some work done in the kitchen a few years ago and we thought it was a job well done.  Turns out that our Luis of Charlie's Rooter service caught some serious issues with the sink's plumbing and the garbage disposal!  Turns out that left unchecked and not corrected we could have ended up with a flooded house and there was a potential for electrical shock due to the sloppy installment of our garbage disposal by the previous plumber!

Luis explained everything in great detail and was very methodical in his approach to finding the problem and a solution for it.  

Luis went beyond the point where other plumbers in the past would have given up.  Example:  Luis realized a couple days after completing the job that there might be another potential issue with our kitchen plumbing....think about it, he was thinking about our situation days after he had completed it!  Who does that?  

He called me and said he wanted to come back to our house to review his work and to correct a potential problem that may become an issue in the future. Talk about preventative measures!  

Charlie's Rooter service are efficient, HONEST all at a very reasonable price.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

This is one amazing company. They answer the phone pronto, are upbeat and immediately responsive. They checked in before arriving and came on time! Today Christian and Ricardo came to fix my problem sink. They were kind, respectful, fixed the sink and left. Saying No Charge! This is a new level of service. My bank could take a page out of their Customer Service handbook!

I called Victor to have him take a look at 5 clogged toilets and 1 clogged shower at a Fraternity house. Excess toilet paper and low flush toilets were the problem. He adjusted the toilets and unclogged all the drains. He took care of everything at a reasonable price and I'm a satisfied customer that will use him for all my future plumbing needs.

Contacted Mandel and in less than 3 hours, he had not only arrived, but fully unclogged my slow shower drain and cleaned up afterward. He also gave some great advice on how to best replace my impractical drain cover. Thanks for the great service!

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Awesome job!!!

Last night we found that our water heater had reached the end of its lifespan. I began communicating with Zorro this morning at 7 am. He assessed our situation, answered all of our questions and made recommendations. At 1045 this morning I had two technicians at my door to replace our water heater.

The technicians that replaced our water heater arrived on time and were knowledgeable. The area was cleaned and the old water heater was hauled away. I would definitely recommend Z&H based on my experience today.

Our downstairs toIlet was a slow flushing for about a week... Giulio came into our home taking all necessary Covid 19 precautions, mask, gloves... he was super professional cleaned up after himself and was able to solve our issue quickly! For any of my future plumbing needs I will definitely be calling Flood Brothers FIRST!!!

Found these guys almost by accident when I confused them with another plumbing service and dialed 911 instead. Kathy was very courteous on the phone and set me up with a same-day appointment to address my backed-up kitchen sink and a dishwasher drainage issue.

A couple hours later, Vic and Abel arrived at my downtown loft to save the day. Both were polite and professional and didn't waste any time getting to work. After assessing the problem, they gave me a very reasonable quote. Upon my approval, they brought in their equipment and got 'er done. The pipe under my sink was unclogged in a matter of minutes, and they also fixed my dishwasher's air gap so that my machine would drain into my sink and not flood my counter top (like it was doing before).

I highly recommend Vic and Abel - they were fast, friendly and most importantly fixed the problem for a very fair price. No question I will call 911 again for any and all plumbing needs. You should too!

Connie was so great! She helped us with our electric water heater and was able to provide us with information and resources on how to fix our water heater. She's definitely a professional and trustworthy!
