Our water heater went off Friday night, I re lit it Saturday and went surfing expecting a hot shower on my return.  Unfortunately it had gone out again so no hot shower.  

I hit yelp and looked up local business and went through 4 companies who either didn't answer or couldn't come out until days later.  I got to Rishon who are a little further out but had great reviews.  What a pleasant experience, a few questions, an exchange of address via txt and they promised to be here in 30 mins.  

George and John showed up on time, carefully put booties over their shes and quickly sorted the problem out.  To come out within 30 mins on a Saturday, I would say the price was reasonable.  I am bookmarking these guys for any future plumbing needs.

They are The Best!! So safe with Covid, kind, professional and really thorough. There was a issue with our gas line and they replaced the whole system and even came back right away for a follow up issue. Very professional and caring to get our needs met as soon as he could. This is the only plumber I'd ever want to work with again! Thank you thank you!

Max was great - we had an emergency back up in our guest house - he came right away and after business hours and had the problem solved in less that 20 minutes.  Super nice guy!  Definitely would use him again.

I had a persistently leaky shower that other plumbers had been unable to fix. Chris came out, diagnosed the issue right away, helped me find the right parts and installed them, all in the span of about two hours. My first call should've been to Flood Brothers. Charlie is always so great.  We have been using him for about 3 years now for our plumbing needs.  He is extremely reliable and efficient.  the thing we love the most is we never feel like we are being taken advantage of when comes to do work for us, wether it is snaking a drain or digging up the front yard to repair a mistake by the previous owner.

Alberto was readily available to fix my water heater, and two days later repaired my toilet (no labor charge) for cost of one part only (although I needed additional parts).  He is friendly and affable and works quickly.

Great service. I had a toilet leak after hours on a weekend. Chris the plumber was at my home within 1 hour, professional, courteous, completed job well and fast. Would definitely use this service again. He charged what he quoted and didn't overcharge .

Kudos to Rockstar Plumbing for having such awesome team members.  Sal and Josh were super polite and patient, and they practice social distancing both with mask and shoe booties.  

Both were very supportive about the issue even it not being a sever plumbing problem but more of restoration and explained exactly what needs to be done.

Sal and Josh had such a great attitudes towards my questions and were always happy to answer genuinely.

I needed a plumber after hours to fix a sewage back up issue. Mike from Hermes Plumbing came extremely quickly when I called them, quickly diagnosed the problem and called to advise me.  They were very prompt about taking care of the issue and were also very courteous!  I would highly recommend them!!!

Saved our lives!  Super nice and friendly to talk to. We had a tiny emergency, but nonetheless he treated us with priority.  Came over at the end of day to help us with our tub.   I highly recommend!

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. After checking out several plumbers for water heater replacement, Z&H seems to be the most knowledgeable and trustworthy.  Zorro was responsive, and his price was fair.  They knew what they were doing--they came in and for about 2 hours, the job was completed.  The whole team was professional. Wow!  Christmas Eve and the sink starts to overflow. They come out within 30 mins and fix everything at a reasonable price with exceptional service.  This company is fantastic!

Update!  We called this company again when we had trouble with our shower and bathtub.   Greg and Abel came out on 4/3 and fixed everything!  They were super friendly, quick, and professional.  We'll definitely call this company again if we have any other issues in the future.

I just had a wonderful experience  with Connie from American Drain Works.  She unplugged 3 separate drains and did so quickly and efficiently.  She explained what she was doing in such a way that I could understand and see the issues, and she helped me to find some long-term solutions to keeping these now functioning drains open and clear.  She charged me what she estimated it would cost with no extras and let me know what to do if I had any further issues.  What a pleasure.  I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
