Had to replace a 50 GAL water heater on the fourth floor of an apartment complex with a non-functioning elevator....not the friendliest task. Nevertheless, George and John arrived promptly with a brand new heater (after an initial consultation visit) and lugged that thing up four flights of stairs. Not only that, but they brought the old heater back down those same stairs when they were finished, and switched out the heaters in under 2 hours. They did extremely professional and cost-friendly work, and I will certainly be utilizing their services again in the future.

Jose and his team were great. Simple job, a deep clog in our master bathroom which they took care of in less than 30minutes. They also provided an estimate of both time and money for a separate dishwasher installation (apparently the hot water valve was unsafe, a recalled part from a long time ago that never got replaced). Friendly, efficient, didn't make me wait a long time, and gave no excuses or other nonsense. No need to shop around, will be calling these guys from here on out!

I asked for an estimate on a job through yelp and got an immediate response from Max saying he's unavailable. I tried to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe and that I just wanted to know what he thought the cost would be so I can compare with other providers, but he again responded immediately saying I can't give an estimate if I'm not available. I'm not entirely sure why he couldn't have waited until he was available to give me a proper estimate rather than shutting me down immediately - it was rather disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most people seemed to praise how great their experience with him was.

Christopher Gonzalez came to us on a Saturday night to fix our water heater which was not working all day long. Call around several places and no other business was responsive or helpful. Christopher was prompt, educational and effective. He saved our night! Thank you again Christopher.

Charlie and his team are very fair and professional plumbers.  They came out and helped me with a root clog, and later came back to replace a section of old clay pipe underneath my house.   Jorge and Jose did a fantastic job - spent the whole day at the house and by the time they were done I could barely tell a trench was dug out on the side of the house at all.  They also installed a new toilet and made sure the job was done super clean and thorough.  Very impressed

We kept hearing a drip when we flushed our upstairs toilet. Alberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggest that he fix the wax seal first and see if the dripping stopped. All other plumbers I talked to said that they would have to open the ceiling to figure out the problem. I appreciated that he was willing to attempt this fix first before having to open up our ceiling. Alberto was able to come the very next day after I called. The pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to call Saucedo plumbing in the future.

Back again to give another 5-star rating for a quality experience! After so much back and forth with my HOA about fixes, Chris and Darcy were so patient with requests for new quotes and changes to the work order. I was able to schedule Chris to come out the same day my new dishwasher was delivered (within two days of purchasing it) and had it all hooked up before dinner time. They've done incredible work, and I will continue to use them for anything I need going forward. You won't regret doing business with them!

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

I found Victor on Yelp. I just had to write a review because my experience was amazing. First he picked up the phone on the first try. I had called 4 other plumbers before him and got machines. He asked me to take a picture of the  fixtures inside the tank so he could make sure to have any and all the parts that he may need. We set a time for him to come out to look at my toilet.  He got out to me before our scheduled appointment and had my toilet fixed in about 15 minutes! His pricing is more than reasonable!!
I have had two other plumbers come out over the last 2 years for the same issue. Victor will be my go to plumber from now on!! I Highly Highly recommend him :)

Excellent all around - the service and the end result were too notch.

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

Will definitely use Hermes in the future!

Rapid Action Rooter saved the day! Recently, my wife and I returned home from the hospital with my our first-born child only to find a massive water leak had caused significant damage inside our home during our time away. Mandel and his team were courteous and professional, arriving at our house within the hour to begin the repairs. Thankfully, they fixed the problem quickly, and we had running water again without having to get a hotel for the night. I am extremely grateful to Mandel, along with his team at Rapid Action Rooter. I highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

When a company steps up to the plate, I believe it's only fair to recognize them.  That's what Rocket Plumbing did.  On 2/19, I wrote an unfavorable review after having issues with their responses.  To their credit, Brian, the owner, contacted me directly to find out what went south this time. He then apologized and asked if they could have a chance to rectify the situation.  I appreciate that kind of company, who cares about their clients and their reputation.  Long story short, they came back, replaced all three faucets and the needed angle-stops, and were willing to negotiate the cost.  We are well satisfied.  Thank you, Brian, Chris and Jose, for stepping up to the plate.

The owner and staff were all super responsive to our request and was able to complete the job in a few days. Also, the price was much more reasonable that a previous quote we got from another company!

I attempted to receive 5 bids and Z&H Plumbing was the only one that was prompt to respond and answered all of my questions. They offered a very competitive price too. Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

Seriously amazing plumbings! Vic & Abel came to fix two severely blocked pipes in our old building - and these guys were absolutely incredible! They talked us through every step of the way, and did phenomenal work in no time at all! There were numerous aspects of the process that they didn't even charge us for, and didn't do any sort of unnecessary procedures! I will call these guys every time - 100% awesome!
