Absolutely the WORST experience.

We had a 911 emergency with leaking water at our house. Tai said he was going to show up the following day at 1p. Well, guess what - he never showed.

No big deal, right? Things happen, and I understand that.

Then the guy totally ghosts me on text, and stops responding to phone calls. Until he FINALLY picks up (accidentally I think) and scolds me for ... what? He said he showed up, but I was in a meeting. Does Tai not have my phone number? Does he not know how to send a text message? Instead, he just decides to leave without even letting me know he arrived.

Ugh. I'm still trying to get rid of the bad taste in my mouth ...

Marquez Plumbing did a GREAT job for me on my mom's house.  I had them re-plumb her whole house from the fixtures to the street and they did a GREAT job.  They also did me a favor and came to my house in Salinas to checked all my plumbing in my house.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a leak on our pipe a few hours before we were leaving for a trip. You can imagine the stress- to find a plumber very last minute early in the morning. He agreed to come out at 9am & was able to fix the leak before our departure time without gouging us with such a last minute urgent call. We appreciate his promptness, his expertise, his incredible fair rates (was much much lower than we would expect). Highly recommend!!!!

These guys were not easy to work with. When they came to our home to replace the kitchen faucet (I was out of town) the Plummer didn't have a few simple parts with him. He left our home without fixing the problem and gave instructions to my wife for what i would need to buy (a simple water supply hose). Then when I came back in town a few days later he came out to replace and complained about how bad the construction was under the sink (remodeled within the last 10 years). Grumbled about how difficult it was for him to hook up the new faucet (duh! i would have done it if it would have been easy). In the end, he charged me for two full visits (even though the first time he didn't fix anything) .

Now, about two months later, the darn thing is loose! I call them back and the same guy gets on the phone and tells me I'm going to have to get a contractor to modify the cabinet under the sink. I have 15+ years experience as an electrician and if I had to get a contractor to fix every little problem I ran into while installing lights, fans, equipment, i would have never completed a job!

These guys aren't concerned about customer service or quality and they over charge. Very sad for a local business.

I was originally referred to Dan by my father who lives in the area, and now that I'm posting on Yelp, I'm not surprised to see Bay Rooter has so many 5 star reviews.  Dan has been helping us with our various plumbing needs for several years now, installing new toilets, troubleshooting kitchen sink issues, and most recently replacing our broken hot water heater.

Scheduling with them is easy as the woman in their office always picks up the phone quickly and is helpful.  Dan shows up on time, is very friendly, and never gives up on an issue until everything is completely fixed and working 100%.  Their pricing also always seems very reasonable for me.

Great option if you're in need of a local plumber.

I recently used FUSE Plumbing for a plumbing repair in my home and I have to say, I was very impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team at FUSE was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

The plumber (Kirill) who came to my home was courteous and respectful, and he quickly identified and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated.

Freddy and crew are awesome.  If I could give them ten stars I would.  I had my septic tank back up over the holidays.  We had no idea where the septic tank was. I called a local septic GC nearby and I got nowhere (Told me, let me know when you find your tank and pump it out then I will come and inspect??).  I reached out to Freddy and he was great. He came out on a Saturday to try and stick a camera down our drain pipe to find the septic.  It was blocked.  His crew came out the following Monday and saw cut my sidewalk, hand dug down 3 ft to find a clogged orange burg pipe.   They ended up having to saw cut the floor of my pool pump house and dig (by shovel) down 4' to replace all the bad pipe.  I didn't think it would be possible.  They were like surgeons only removing what they needed to expose the work area. I was amazed at how fast they were able to dig and find the problem.
We discussed with Freddy and decided to expose the septic tank and put risers on it so now we know where our tank is and can pump out if needed. They also installed a cleanout to allow future maintenance if needed.  Very professional job and price was very reasonable. If you need help with a septic or underground pipe.  Call Freddy!!

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. He also painted and installed our interior garage door. Not only was he fairly priced, his work was top-notch. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

Yehia wouldn't take my tip and instead asked for a Yelp review. He was telling me that their company is relatively new and they wanna build up a good reputation - but he still seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. In hanging around while he was working he even told me a few things about the way the Doelger homes were built.

Anyways, he got out here on a moment's notice, mid-evening in Daly City. He wasn't late. The after hours price is significantly higher than their normal working hour rate, but that didn't seem unreasonable to me.

I had a clog somewhere in the main sewer drain (I was guessing, as the sewage backed up a little into my floor drain in my garage). Over the phone he asked me a question or two and estimated it would be about an hour job. After arriving, checking it out, and actually doing the work the actual time estimate did not change. The hourly rate, times one hour, was what I paid - nothing more.

Not that I enjoy looking at sewage, but I watched him work and he was very professional, even helping clean up the little splatters from the motorized snake (Yehia - one of those bicycle splash guards might help there...). He even washed the poop back down the drain for me. He probably figured I didn't want to clean that up - he was right :)

So in general, if you're looking for an honest plumber who knows what they're doing at a reasonable price - give these guys a try. I'll definitely give Yehia a call again if I need some plumbing help.

Highly recommended! My water heater broke and I submitted several requests for quotes via Yelp.  Emil responded right away, came the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate and replaced the heater the same day.  From start to finish, my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours.
