The kitchen sink got clogged, and I talked to Tai over phone. They arrived on time, and figured out there were grease buildup inside drain pipeline under sink. They took out the drain pipeline, cleaned it and put it back. Quick and efficient with reasonable price. 5 star.

Plumber was pretty chatty and wanted to bill me for the total time. He was finished with the work but kept talking and tried to bill me for it. I had to call their office to get it worked out.

Had toilets installed. Very responsive to calls and text. Came into the house and took shoes off without even having g to ask!!! Toilets look great and didn't leave a mess after. He even called a week later to make sure all was well, which of course it was. Definitely reccomend

These guys were not easy to work with. When they came to our home to replace the kitchen faucet (I was out of town) the Plummer didn't have a few simple parts with him. He left our home without fixing the problem and gave instructions to my wife for what i would need to buy (a simple water supply hose). Then when I came back in town a few days later he came out to replace and complained about how bad the construction was under the sink (remodeled within the last 10 years). Grumbled about how difficult it was for him to hook up the new faucet (duh! i would have done it if it would have been easy). In the end, he charged me for two full visits (even though the first time he didn't fix anything) .

Now, about two months later, the darn thing is loose! I call them back and the same guy gets on the phone and tells me I'm going to have to get a contractor to modify the cabinet under the sink. I have 15+ years experience as an electrician and if I had to get a contractor to fix every little problem I ran into while installing lights, fans, equipment, i would have never completed a job!

These guys aren't concerned about customer service or quality and they over charge. Very sad for a local business.

Bay Rooter promptly responded within half an hour to my quote request to fix a leaky kitchen sink.  I sent the message before 6 am on a Sunday so they really are on top of it.  I received the quote, not cheap but plumbers usually are not, and then I scheduled the appointment for Monday morning at 10 am.  Dan arrived at exactly 10 am.  He took a look, told me exactly what was wrong and noted another issue with the water pressure.  He identified the cause of the water pressure problem, cleaned it up and fixed the broken cartridge which was causing the leak.  In addition, he cleaned up the messy grout work around the faucet that was done by the original plumber who installed it.  Dan was fast and efficient.  Overall, it took him less than an hour to do the job and I am very satisfied with his work.  I will definitely use him again.

Their technician Nikolay B fixed 3 plumbing issues: one leaking shower faucet, two toilets. Nikolay B was fast and efficient. He did the diagnostics, returned with the parts the same day and finished the repairs. I was able to pay with a credit card and got the invoice via email.

The company is exceptionally good in communication. I placed my order thru the chat on the website, got a call from their service rep right after. On the day of service, the technician was running late because of some unexpected work on the previous order - and I was notified about the delay in a timely manner. I even received a text with the name and a picture of the technician prior to his arrival - really appreciate how they care about safety. The technician himself was very friendly and eager to explain what he was doing.

This company cares! i have used this company several times. Once you find a reputable company, you stick with them! This week I contacted RMB Plumbling to come in and install new faucets in our daughters double sink. I received immediate support to have the faucet installed! Owner and operator Ray was kind and so professional. Years ago he came to our home to replace the guest bath toilet, he did such a great job, we asked him to replace the master bath toilet too. He was very knowledgeable and honest. At some point, we scheduled him to return and replace our kitchen sink as well. He also checked our pipes that run from the washer and dryer. It's hard to find good professional companies. I've had my water heater over 20 years and have RMB Plumbing on stand by when it needs to be replaced! I know we will be in good hands! I have recommended this company whenever anyone asks for a plumber. You will be in good hands!

Freddie did a great job with a new main line from the meter to our house.  His crew showed up on time, did the job as described and the inspections went smoothly.  I'll give them a call next time I need trench-less plumbing work done.

Came out promptly to address our leaking showerhead. While he did run into a slight problem (a piece broke while he was working on it), he fixed it up. He charged exactly what he quoted me over text. My son took a shower this morning and it works great, with no more leaks!

Dante was timely and courteous.  The insink garbage disposer was broken - it was an old one with weird dimensions,   which required some extra work to get the pipes adjusted and fit a new model.  He did an excellent job - left no mess behind .  I would definitely call them again

Emil was fantastic! He installed an automatic gas shutoff valve and installed a moen flow valve for me that really was not an easy setup. He has all the parts, was on time and did an excellent job. He is like finding a great dentist. You won't choose anyone else. Will use him for all my future water needs.
