Saw all the great reviews on yelp and needed help with my kitchen sink that was flooding. CK Plumbing could only come the next day so I made it work and waited since it got so many positive reviews. The next day, they looked at the street parking situation and told me that they could not come inside. Refusing service because they were unwilling to find street parking is not a good enough reason. They shouldn't have left me hoping and then just drive off. Very poor service...

Great service.  They came the same day!  Paul was very knowledgeable and we will definitely be calling them for our plumbing needs.

There were 3 issues we had with our kitchen sink and dishwasher. First, our new dishwasher was difficult to install; we tried but it kept leaking. Second, our p trap was leaking. Third, the air gap wouldn't connect to our new dishwasher correctly.
Eugene was prompt and helpful while assessing the various issues. He was prepared to fix each issue. He explained why our dishwasher wasn't connecting easily, why our p trap was leaking and why the air gap had to be replaced. He performed all of the work in a timely manner. I have met many plumbers and Eugene is exceptional. Highly recommend his professionalism and aptitude.

Ernie Jr. was professional and meticulous in his work as was his partner. I can now go to the next stage of my drainage project for the front of my home now that I know the dimensions and placement of my once elusive drainage pipe. These guys rock!

The plumber (Kirill) who came to my home was courteous and respectful, and he quickly identified and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated.

Quality work, friendly and affordable. It was a pleasure talking with both of them while they were working.
They added a bypass and replaced a whole house water softener, snaked and acid flushed the drains.
Everything is flowing and working perfectly now.

Thanks to Freddy for coming to diagnose our problem. Showed up on time with a call ahead to say he was on his way. Thorough inspection, gave good advice even though it was for work his company does not do. Charged nothing for the visit. Seems honest, knowledgeable and fair.

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. He also painted and installed our interior garage door. Not only was he fairly priced, his work was top-notch. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

So we had our first leaky pipes in our home and naturally, I was nervous about finding a good plumber since I've never needed one. Thanks goodness for Yelp. Did a search and Yehia at Alansi's sounded like a great plumber. Sure enough, he's exactly as everyone here describes. Honest, Punctual, Competent, Fairly Priced...I have a plumber I would WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend and use in the future. Thanks Yehia!

Called Polis due to a burst water heater. They responded right away and was able to schedule quickly. Repaced the broken heater with a new unit in about 2 hours. Cleaned-up the area and tested. Price was very reasonable. I would use them again. In fact a month later, I needed to replace a leaking shower valve. They came on time, got the valves replaced and everything worked perfect. Price was very reasonable and quality of work was top notch. They are my go-to plumber.
