This plumber is great! He's very knowledgeable and doesn't try to take advantage. His prices are very fair and he does a great job. I highly recommend him.

Frank from Marquez plumbing did great work  installing the new water heater and removing and disposing of the old one and he was very experienced and frendly. We are quite pleased with the Installation and the quality of the product. We highly recommend Marquez plumbing to anyone.

Eugene fixed a problematic and tricky drain solution. He was reliable, communicative and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. We gave them two chances to fix their errors and failed again the second time. Had a house in gilroy took 25 min and charged 200 dollars. The entire water pressure was normal but after they came to fix the water temp issue, they messed up the water pressure. It's like someone is peeing out of our shower.

We called them, then they blamed us and said that it was our fault and we must have touched something.

Real good customer service. They came yesterday, the water pressure is gone and now they are complaining and now accusing  me that I touched something.

That must be the way he operates business.

Update from previous review: I am grateful to Mr. Brown, and this update is because of Mr. Brown's prompt - I'd say immediate - response, re-work and dilligence. Mr. Brown came over the same day I contacted him (11-17-20), per my general contractor's and inspector's instructions, and worked close to 8 pm with my contractor to work on what the SJ City Inspector instructed us to do. I understand he worked well with Mr. Kim, and put forth a lot of effort.  He had given me a 1 year warranty of work when RMB installed my new water heater tank back in July 2020.   I was required by SJ City to pull a permit for my water heater tank replacement.  I did not know that before, but since I obtained the permit, I had an inspection 11-17-20 with the Permits Dept. Inspector Supervisor. My contractor's rep, GM, Mr. Kim was present also. The inspector gave us instructions about what needs to be redone/fixed etc. related to the water heater tank. I texted a thank you to Mr. Brown, and I wish him/his company/his crew well. With this review, I would definitely recommend Mr. Brown/RMB Plumbing. I believe now that he would go the extra mile for you/his clients. Thank you Mr. Brown.

It looks they want bigger jobs only. For my small plumbing work they did replay by email that they are booked and have no time to do it. However I told them it is not emergency and I expected (if they are busy) message that they can do it in 2 months (or whenever they are not  fully booked), but not to simple reject job.

Viktor was quick to respond to my project request and arrived early! The work was done on time and as expected. He can be relied upon!

Again these guys come through!! There was a question of some damage which could have been caused by anyone on the  remodel team. Yehia stepped up and helped me out by trying to make the situation right and reinstalling something pretty major for me and not charging me any labor. I should say he is the ONLY professional out of my team that did so and in such a pleasant, 'make me feel special' kind of way. LOVE these guys!!!

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to after the level of service Emil of Polis Plumbing provided.  I called asking for him to install a tankless hot water heater as my water heater tank sprung a leak and was beyond repair.  Emil provided all parts for the new system and had it installed the next day.  His price was far better than any other and his service exceeded any reasonable expectation.  He warned me that the wireless component with they system I chose was weak at best.  I did not heed his advice and had to ask him to come out and replace it the next day.  Again, he provided all parts and only charged me for the parts, no additional charge for the install even though it was my decision which resulted in the extra work.
