My husband booked an appointment with him and he said he is so busy so we had to wait for him for a week. Finally he came today, but instead of ringing the door bell on the front door like everyone else, he came into our backyard, roamed around...??? My husband was working and I was busy taking care of our toddler, I thought I heard something and my husband went out immediately to look for him, but he already took off. My husband called him and he says he was there like 3 min (but our camera shows 40s), and thought no one was at home. Why not ring the door bell or call like normal people do? He has our contact number. He says he won't return now because he is too busy, he MAYBE will come back on Wed but hang up without giving us any time slot. Strange and unprofessional.

People contact plumbers because there is an urgent need. We contacted this company because of great reviews, local business close to us. But turned out to be a time waster and unreliable. We wasted an entire week waiting for him and now have to look for another solution. Why book a time with people if you have no intention whatsoever to do the job?

Yevhan replaced our garbage disposal. He was on time, affordable, reliable and professional.

This is the second time Yevhan has been to our house. He had previously installed a new dishwasher, air gap and p trap for the kitchen sink.

Our 6 year old water heater recently failed on a Saturday morning just before my wife and daughter were to arrive home from a long trip.
Ernie Jr. and Miguel came by within an hour of calling Ernie's Plumbing and Repair Service, diagnosed the problem, and replaced our water heater with a much better, new, water heater.
They hauled away all of the old components and cleaned up the entire work area.
In the evening when my family arrived home they had hot water available and all was good.
I really appreciated the fast service that Ernie Jr. and Miguel provided and I would not hesitate to call them again.

We can't say enough good about the job that Dan from Bay Rooter and Plumbing. We were given a window of between 11:00a.m and 2:00  was here at 11:05. He snaked our drain and put in a new trap in about an hour. Their prices were very good! We will not lose his business card as he is friendly honest, competent,, had a very good price, and most important to my wife, he left the bathroom as clean as it was when he came. I will without hesitation  refer people to him every time I have the chance. In conclusion Dan is the Man!!

I have been having issues with my plumbing for over a year and had multiple attempts in hope to fix them with no results (service was provided not by Fuse in the past), yesterday Nikolay (Nick) came and he was able to fix the issue in the matter of seconds and I am not even exaggerating . I am very impressed with Nikolay's knowledge on how plumbing works; also I am very impressed with his willingness to explain all details on why the system did not work in the past and how exactly he fixed it. I highly recommend Fuse to other people and especially I highly recommend Nikolay in helping you with your house problems. We were doing a remodel and wanted to replace our water pipes and add a gas line for our stove. Ray and his crew did a remarkable job and the price was right. We had gotten a few other quotes and most seem to be on the high end. Ray and his crew were able to work side by side with our contractor without any issues. The thing we liked most was that he was able to thoroughly explain the process and how long it would take to complete the job.

Freedom Underground did an exceptional job for me replacing my lateral sewer line and working within tight deadlines to accommodate a city rebate program.  They worked tirelessly to address unforeseen complexities that were encountered once my line was opened up and Freddy (owner) was highly responsive in communicating things.  The entire crew worked really hard on this job.  Freedom was also cost competitive.  I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

They show up same day few hours after I called (they told me on the phone when they will be here), gave us the price for the first hour and for additional time. It took a little over an hour and they only charged for one hour.
The employee explained everything while he worked and was very nice. In the past I had some bad plumbers from another place that took more than  twice as much for the same time. I will only call Alansi's from now on with any plumbing issues.
