I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I have been very impressed with the quality and service I received with Steve's Plumbing. My water heater finally gave out on me on a Saturday morning and when I called Steve he answered promptly and was able to come diagnose the situation and get me back up and running.

Steve made sure to be thorough in explaining the entire process to me and making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. He's a very honest person which I greatly appreciate and definitely has a vast wealth of experience.

One other thing I particularly found helpful was his willingness to share information in order to make sure we are not only taken care of now, but also going forward in the future. I could not be happier with my experience.

I'm in San Diego - just had our drains cleaned - $20 for the first one, $10 for the second. He said he charges $65 on a Saturday to snake a sewer clean-out... I told him for what we pay in Big Bear - he can drive up there, charge us the $30 for 2 drains and we'll buy him a lift ticket...and dinner... and to boot - he gives great maintenance advice... Front desk was so rude to my aunt.  Looking at the reviews, not much has changes since 2011.  Management should try to hire and train more customer oriented employees.  I probably won't be back and if I'm with people might even steer them away.  There are plenty of great gift shops in Coronado to chose from.
