I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

My Mother-in-Law and Father-In Law  had a major plumbing problem. He came out within an hour and a half which was awesome in the hottest part of the summer and they were majorly impressed with his professionalism and personality. They and I would definitely recommend him.

You can depend on Generations! I've used Alex twice now for some plumbing at my house. First time he replaced some tub and shower fixtures in two bathrooms.  Second time I called him out to replace my hot water heater. While he was there I had him test my water pressure. Turns out my pressure regulator wasn't working and I was pushing way over 110 psi into my house. Not good and could of had a pipe blow. So the pressure regulator got replaced with the water heater. Alex works clean and cleans up when he's done. Great customer service and reasonably priced.

Saturday afternoon my husband dug up the front lawn to see where the puddle of water was coming from. He found that the pipe had a leak. I began calling to see who could come out and repair it. We knew it would probably be costly because it was a weekend. Thank goodness Bob called me back, spoke with my husband and came out within the hour. I did not want to hear the price but my husband said we recieved a good deal the final cost was less than the estimate. Thank you Bob!!!

The next day Bob contacted my husband to follow up on the service and all was good.

I needed to replace an older toilet in a rental property & found a great deal on a water efficient one @Home Depot O'side. Problem was, HD's 'soonest' delivery was almost a week later. Also, there 'installation service' reviews were less than stellar. I called my well connected handyman who recommended Bob @Personal Plumbing. @1030am he answered my call, quickly understood the logistics of my job request & scheduled his tech to pickup, delivery & install all in the same day! By 2pm, the job was done at a reasonable cost & most importantly, I had one happy tenant! I cannot express enough gratitude to the efficient professionalism Bob & his crew possess. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

this review is way overdue!! matter of fact, ivan came by before covid19 hit. i had my tub redone and wanted to have new fixtures. he was so kind enough to come by for a 'free' estimate. what a gentleman!! i asked if he could extend the shower head so that the flow would hit in the middle of the tub, not close to the wall. ivan provided a new shower are that was the cutest thing ever!! it had moveable pieces and fit right into my decor!!!! when ivan was fixing the faucet, he noticed some outdated plumbing. without further adieu, ivan took his time to go to home depot and pick up the needed pieces!!! what a guy!!! everything went perfectly!! wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire ivan again and again and again!!!

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

I had a clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday morning.  I thought that some drain-o-type stuff would work so I let it sit while I ran errands but that did not work.  I tried to snake it myself, but that did not work.  On Monday, at work, I told my sob story and someone overheard me who referred me to call.  I was able to get same-day-service and they called me from their last stop so that I could meet them during my lunch hour.  Their price was less than half as much as a plumber wanted - it was a win-win!

I could not recommend Bay and Shore more highly.  I don't understand the negative review on this site.  I have had to call Augie a couple of times and he has responded immediately to address my plumbing problems.

I have found his customer service excellent and his prices reasonable.  However it is his prompt service that I appreciate the most.  Because he is on the island he is able to get to my house right away.  Today my Water Heater broke and needed to be replaced.  He was at my house in 15 minutes and had a replacement heater in his inventory on the island.  2 hours later the job was complete.
