I called on a Wednesday afternoon and Bob answered. He said he would call on Thursday morning and come over to diagnose the problem.  As promised he called and then came over on Thursday morning.  He was able to quickly detect and fix the plumbing problem.  He was friendly, but professional.  He worked quickly and when he was finished showed me what the problem was and suggested some optional things I might consider for the future (without a sales pitch).  I would highly recommend him and will call him, should I need a plumber in the future.

Andy and crew came out for an emergency toilet repair job. They pulled the toilet, adjusted for the uneven floor, replaced the flange, and reinstalled the toilet. Did all the work on a last minute emergency call right before the weekend and charged a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive, would call Andy and Team again in the future.

These stars don't go low enough. Burtoe Vazquez shows up an hour late without apology. Babbles incessant and tracks dirt in the house. I show him what's wrong. He says fill valve and adds on flapper (unneeded overcharge item). I ask him about the sinks. He states he can fix them if I give him the parts. His prices are very high. He makes a rude remark about how clean our faucets are (yes; we wipe them after usage as adults do). He looks for items to charge us for. I catch him at his BS. He makes a rude remark that I should fix the plumbing myself. I agree yet why should I when I called a plumber to do it? Rude, unprofessional, possibly high individual with very little actual knowledge. I get the written quotes from him $645 and with that, $420 with my parts provided he has to shut off the water to the home to switch out cartridges! He doesn't know how to turn off the supply lines at each sink! No $50 discount included. Pure incompetence and ripping off seniors. Stay clear!

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Great response; had to wait (called on Sat afternoon) until Monday but not an emergency for us and we weren't around on Sunday anyways. First thing Monday, he shows up, snaking the drain was a bit challenging (it had been ~10 year since the last time) but he was able to clear the line nicely. My drain/sewer system is not the most logical or easy to snake, so the hour plus on the job was really quite fast. Price was not the cheapest (careful, you get what you pay for) but will within reason and very efficient. I will hire him again in a minute.

Excellent Service from this business! Our water heater needed to be replaced. We reached out to them, they called us right back, reasonably priced, came out and installed the water heater next day. Andrew was our service person, he did a great job, made sure everything was in working order before he left, cleaned up the area where he was working, disposed of the old water heater. Highly recommend this business!!!

After reading five star reviews on yelp for Bob Plumber, called him up for taking a look at a leak in my home. He was not able to figure what the actual issue was with the leak, instead he was leading us in the wrong direction. It seemed that he wanted to do a temporary fix instead of fixing the real issue. After we pointed out what the actual problem was he seemed to be little ticked off with that. Now he quotes me four times the normal price to fix the problem. I then asked him to provide a detailed quote. He now becomes very defensive and simply denies to provide a detailed quote. We did not hire him to fix the issue. This whole experience would make me think twice on the authencity of the various 5 star yelp reviews.

Since I started using Personal Plumbing, I've never needed to look for another company, and never will! Since my last review I used Personal Plumbing for several jobs. Emergency leak in a rental garage, pressure regulator replacement and adjustment,  replacing copper pipes/fixtures to avoid future leaks (old house) in several bathrooms. Bob is a respectable business man and cares most about quality work and happy customers.

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

Another excellent experience with Ivan. We needed our washing machine valves replaced due to heavy corrosion and he was quick, punctual, and his prices were reasonable.
I called him to get an estimate for the job and he also happened to be available the same day. I had gotten several quotes from other plumbers and decided to go with Ivan because of his availability and pricing. He came when he said he would, gave me a heads up before heading over, and finished the job quickly. I'm happy with the work and would recommend him!

Very responsive and professional. Came same day and put in a brand new water heater in. Got it all up to code and put on an anti scale device called flowtech to protect my whole house. I was so impressed with how thorough he was checking water pressure and making sure everything was precise. Highly recommended! Thanks Rueben

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

I was recommended to this business for a laundry room drain service.

As confirmed by the many other reviews on here, the lady on the phone is extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful. She spoke to me like I was an idiot for not understanding what she was asking me to do and like I was wasting her time, couldn't make it more obvious that she was trying to get me off the phone. She also made it sound like if my property didn't have a certain hose connected to the laundry room they couldn't come because it would take too long.

Despite the fact that the prices, timing, and service sound great, they just lost my apt buildings business because of how I was just spoken to. Owner of the company may want to consider training this woman on basic customer service and how to speak to a human being in general! And if she is the owner, she should consider retiring!!
We live in a transparent world now and this BS doesn't fly anymore. I ran a search for drain cleaners on Yelp and we customers have MANY other options. Best of luck with that attitude CAROL

This not a trustworthy company. They told me there was something wrong with the pipes under my home,  that they were leaking and had to be replaced for 6500.  Had a suspicion something didn't seem right so I called another plumber.He said nothing was wrong. Snaked the drains and everything has been perfect since. Get a second opinion before spending any money with this company. Others in our neighborhood have had the same experience with Bay and Shore.
