Bob is great.  He's courteous, reliable, honest, and fast.  He's not as cheap as the other plumbers in town, but you get what you pay for.

The owner of the company is Blaine, and he has got to be the nicest, most reliable, reasonable get it done right no matter if it takes longer and no extra charges, professional Plumber in the history of San Diego!!!!!
Blaine removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new one.  Oh, and BTW he hauled away our old one (extra$) but well worth it!
He's a busy guy, but give him a call when you need plumbing work, you won't regret it!!!

I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

2 days before thanksgiving and the master toilet is leaking into the downstairs bedroom, also causing a short in the wiring in that room.  I must have called 10 plumbers, all without availability for a full week.  R&R plumbing recommended canyon hills, I checked their reviews and made the call.  Initially they said that they wouldn't be out until the end of the day, but then she found a technician that was in the area and re-arranged the schedule and had Richie at our house in under an hour!!! Wow!!!  I showed Richie the issue with the leak and the different plumbing fixtures upstairs that were possible culprits.  He identified almost immediately that the wax ring failed and was causing our problem.  He replaced the wax ring in under an hour!  I'm so incredibly grateful for Richie and for the team at canyon hills plumbing for helping me with this emergency on a holiday week!  Richie was so kind, attentive, and thorough.  Thank you all soooooo much!!!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve is part of our family, being married to my step-niece. We have been using been using Steve for over 15 years. He has been very professional, dependable and responsive, and always willing to assist in emergencies.

During a Thanksgiving holiday there was a leak in the main water line to the house. He came out to make the repair that required custom work and gaskets. On other occasions he fixed a waterline that the compression fitting had exploded going to the ice machine that a handyman hooked up at the same time fixed a value in the bathroom.  This was the same day we invited his family over for dinner.

He has installed a pressurized toilet, a new shutoff value, a new water heater, snaked the waterline from the kitchen to the main line and several fixtures in our home. Several times he went ahead and replace some external facets that I did not know needed to be fixed, but was needed.  Every time Steve does work not once did he have to redo or any rework. When it comes to any plumbing needs, I have the best confidence in Steve to do it right the first time.

He has also done work on our rental property. I had a main waste line break on a cast iron pipe that was over 60 years old. I had a quote of 5K, by a plumber sent from the insurance company only to find out the claim was not going to be covered. Steve did the job for 1.5K and fixing only water was needed. He also did a garbage disposal replacement and fixed some leaking pipes. Although he is family I would not be using him if he was not up to par or did quality work. I have come to realize that if you want quality work done right the first time you have to pay for all the years of experience and wisdom that Steve has to offer.  I will be using Steve in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

Bob is great. I originally wanted to put two regulators on my house because someone recommended it since we have really high pressure in the neighborhood and all of my faucets leak. Two other companies I called were going to come do it, no problem. However, when I talked to Bob, he set me straight. Apparently two regulators makes no sense. Bob repaired the bathroom faucets and replaced my kitchen faucet. BAM! No more leaky faucets!! The two other companies were going to add the second regulator, probably would have charged me a lot and I still would have had leaky faucets. Thanks Bob for being an honest plumber and not charging me an arm and a leg. Bob is now on my speed dial.

I called on a Thursday , requesting Friday Morning Visit , I was informed as to the time they would arrive . Upon arrival , they were professional , knowledgeable, kind and reasonable.
In our case the part was not on their truck . But as promised they returned Monday as arranged .
Our issues was fixed . Just so happened that I need to be out of town , their billing process was super easy to navigate from another state .
When our past plumber passed away last year, I was terrified that I would never find another honest, easy to deal with plumber . Personal Plumbing was awesome !
I will call on them for all my plumbing needs in the future .

It's very hard to find reliable contractors with the right skills and also fair with their estimates. Ivan provides reasonable pricing, finds solution to all issues and gets all your plumbing fixed up!

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. Highly recommend Ruben and All Time Plumbing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

I called Nov. 10, 2013 Tuesday am and was told someone would come out the next day Wednesday between 12:00 & 2:00.  Took the day off from work and waited, and waited, and waited...2:30 I called and got the same woman (not customer friendly), she again asked for my address and said she would call the tech and call me back.  Obviously no one ever called back.  I then called again at 4:00 and got a voicemail, left a message, no return call. This morning, Thursday, you would think they would at least call me back this morning, but No.  Either they don't check their messages, or just plain don't care about customer service. I called at 9:00am, and the same drone woman answered, asking again for my info, which I gave, and she acted like she never knew anything about it.  Then after refreshing her memory, she came up with the answer I called you back but no one answered, which is a total fabrication, I was home all day, waiting for them to show up.  I told her this, and then she said that my answering machine was full and she couldn't leave a message...odd since I don't have an answering machine nor a voicemail on my landline.  Then she said that the tech already left my area today, and possibly they could come out tomorrow, Friday.  I said I wouldn't be home, then she said maybe next Monday.  I said I didn't know if I'd be able to miss work again and be available to wait all day, especially with no guarantee of anyone showing up.  I asked her what happened yesterday with the no show, and she just said I don't know, I haven't talked to him.  
All I can say is what a horrible way to conduct a business.  Perhaps they have enough clientele and clogged drains to keep them in business, but from other reviews I've read, if they keep up their inconsiderate business practices, I hope customers take note.  Word of mouth goes a long way.  For the people that gave them more than 1 star, I suppose you were the homes where they actually showed up.  If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
Barring Baird's Drain Cleaning  - BAD !

Been using them for 20 plus years and they are very good at what they do and very professional, as well as reasonable. I highly recommend them.
