Bob came to my rescue when a faulty kitchen tap caused me to have no water in my sink (not fun washing dishes in my bathtub)! He stopped by later that day after he finished a scheduled job, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a new faucet to purchase. He even called his wholesalers to see if he could get me a better deal than what I found online. When it arrived I contacted him and he arrived early (always appreciated) to do the work. Of course it wasn't as straightforward as we would have hoped but we had fun talking while he worked. Bob is thoroughly experienced, completely trustworthy and I will have him back to check out my tankless water heater soon! You get what you pay for with tradesmen and while you may find someone cheaper, you won't find anyone better. Reasonably priced in my opinion. Quality work, reliable and dependable. Can't recommend Bob enough!

I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into.  Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would.  He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work.  If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.

This company may have named themselves after a yippy, annoying dog.  That's where the resemblance ends.  After all, this is a PLUMBING company.  This is NOT the kind of company I really relish doing business with; does anyone?!

Five years ago, we remodeled our kitchen, and Chihuahua Plumbing did the waterworks part of the job.  A couple of years ago, we installed a gas fireplace in our house; again, the same company came out.  Oh, and the time our son backed up the shower in his bathroom?  Chihuahua Plumbing to the Rescue!

So, fast-forward to this past week.  My kitchen sink was backed up, but after a couple of days of gingerly usage, all seemed well.  I started a load of laundry, and when it spun out, all of a sudden I heard a large burp in the kitchen, and lo and behold, the sinks were full of black, disgusting water.  Oh, No!  What to do?!  Fortunately, with a name like Chihuahua Plumbing, I can easily remember this company, so 2 hours later, we had a plumber in our house, and within one hour, and $95, my emergency was over.  

All I can say, is thank God for plumbers when you need them.  And thank God for unusual, quirky names that make it easy to recall said plumbers.  They truly are a godsend when you need them....and let's face it, it takes a special person to do that kind of work!  Thank you, guys, for being fast, efficient and affordable.

They've helped us to solve a couple problems we've been having for months. We've called out multiple plumbing companies, each one charging us for quick fixes only for the problem to quickly reoccur, so disappointing. The guys at Canyon Hills plumbing put in real effort to solve our problem, not give us quick fixes. Anthony took the time to find the source of our problem and was great at answering questions and taking time to explain everything along the way. Jason was able to come out quickly to resolve an issue we thought we had fixed at no additional charge to us. Such friendly, knowledgeable staff all the way around. We're so pleased with their services and will continue to recommend them. Thank you guys, I'm so glad our kitchen sink drains and I can finally use my own shower again! We appreciate your help!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

My water heater had gone out and I looked on yelp for a plumber and Steve's popped up.  So we call him around 4 and by the next morning the water heater was fixed. Steve and his helper did a great job!!!  Would recommend him to all my friends and family

for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

They have been to our home twice the first repair was in shower and was perfect  the second repair was for shut off vavle which another company screw up and he did a good job but a little bite pricey and less communication on second repair but you do may more for quality work the only reason for 4 start was the lack of combination on second visit. But as long as it quality work I will call if I need their services again

Plumber Bob fixed our leaky toilet.  Wax ring needed to be replaced.  Good communication.  Was running late - but did contact me to tell me.  Cleaned up the whole area well and asked for disinfectant to spray before remounting toilet. Nice guy.  Fair prices.

Long story short, I had a sewage back up in my shower, I called Personal Plumbing because I had used them before and trusted that I would get good service at a fair price.  After charging me $500 to clear the drain, they told me I had a tree root problem.  They gave me an estimate (I was naive in thinking that this small locally owned company was offering me, a repeat customer, a fair price)   The estimate was for $1650, I called Bob and talked to him personally about reducing the price considering I was a repeat customer, his exact words were, if I give you a discount on the service, then I would loose money if I have to do any warrenty work.   He couldnt tell me how long of a warrenty they could offer me on my pipes after they clear the line until they are able to look at the pipes after the roots are cleared.  I agreed to the work and they came out to start, 1/2 way through, I approach the plumber and asked him what kind of warrently am I looking at based on my pipes, he said, we NEVER issue a warrently of tree root work, company policy  So I tell him about my conversation with bob, he calls bob.  Bob offers me two options: clean up and leave and I don't pay anthing or continue with the work, pay full price and he would give me a 1 week warrenty.  His plumber strongly advised that I continue with the work considering another back up could happen anytime and if it were his house, he would continue.   So I did.  Their equipement (the knocker) could only reach 60 feet from my clean out, the camera went further and ran into a root intrusion at 71 feet.  Their equipment couldn't reach it.  They suggested that I install a double sweep clean out at the cost of $3500 in order to clean the roots.  After paying Personal Plumbing $2210, I was still left with roots in my pipes that they couldn't reach.  Based on their assessment, the tree that was causing the intrusion at 71 ft was owned by the city, I called the city and told them the whole stroy.  They suggested that, instead of installing a cleanout, hire a plumber that had a longer knocker.  I was again, naive and didn't know that that existed.  So i called Bill Howe.  Bill Howe came out, ran their knocker 111 feet at the total cost of $223.  ($154 for the first 100 feet and $69 for each 25 feet after).   I paid personal plumbing 7.6  ($2210) times what I paid Bill Howe to do, and they did an additional 51 feet.  (leaving NO tree roots in my pipes)  Bill Howes plumber also ran his camera the full 111 feet to make sure that the pipe was cleared and didn't charge me a dime for that.  Just wanted to show me that they did what they were hired for.    I emailed Bob and explained everything, suddenly, the very responsive bob is now silent.  No response to my email.  I'm asking him to explain why the inflated charges or what special service did his company give me that justifies such an increase in cost for the same services from another company, especially considering Personal Plumbing left me with tree roots still invading my pipes because they lacked long enough equipment to reach it.   I'm asking for a reimbursement for some of the money I paid his company based on the very contradictory warrenty' information, the inability to complete the job and the inflated costs.   Not such a short story!   Good luck with any plumbng issue you're having (if your reading this you must be looking for a plumber, do your due diligence by getting a couple estimates.  tw  (Bill Howe's estimate for a double sweep clean out was also $1000 less than PP)

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

We had a issue with a pipe that was leaking Ivan came out the same day and fixed our issue. He was professional and super super friendly. Would highly recommend Ivan and day of the week.

You don't know how hesitant I was calling a new plumber to replace the faucet and shower head in my bathroom. Previous plumbing jobs have always been a dirty and expensive experience; Why do they always have to leave such a disaster area? Ruben was the complete opposite. I know it wasn't easy replacing the shower head and faucet without going through the drywall in the back, but Ruben did it! It's always a relief when you find the right professional for the job; Ruben is now officially in my contacts. Phew.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

My neighbor gave me their number when we moved into this cute but old-boweled house. Baird's has always come to the rescue win less than 24 hrs. Michael has been out a few times, always professional and helpful. Neil and also an older gentleman have been great too. They are reasonable, hard-working people and they guarantee their work for 30 days.
Michael even cleaned the small mess from the job. I highly recommend calling them for slow or clogged drains and toilets over anyone else who would gouge you.

This not a trustworthy company. They told me there was something wrong with the pipes under my home,  that they were leaking and had to be replaced for 6500.  Had a suspicion something didn't seem right so I called another plumber.He said nothing was wrong. Snaked the drains and everything has been perfect since. Get a second opinion before spending any money with this company. Others in our neighborhood have had the same experience with Bay and Shore.
