As a new homeowner I didn't know what to expect out of a plumber except I figured they usually show up late, do a crappy job and charge too much. Bob was the total opposite! We called at 9am, he left at 3, charged affordable prices and even made two separate trips to the store for more supplies. Efficient, accommodating and courteous (took our toothbrush holder out of the bathroom before drilling through our tile - smart move). Bob has now become our official plumber, though I really do hope we don't have to call too often, as much as we like him. :)

Andy and crew came out for an emergency toilet repair job. They pulled the toilet, adjusted for the uneven floor, replaced the flange, and reinstalled the toilet. Did all the work on a last minute emergency call right before the weekend and charged a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive, would call Andy and Team again in the future.

Alway great service at a reasonable price. Several generations of plumbers in this family run business.

I called them for an  Estimate. outside drain problem that needed a hydro jet they gave me an option to have somebody come out and give me an estimate which I did we agreed on a price they said they can clean the drain out they've tried it 3 times and were unsuccessful then they told me they were gonna stick a camera down the drain and every time I ask for them to do that they never did and I still have the problem.  I don't think a camera exists because every time I ask for one they would never bring it out to show me what's in the drain to be causing the problem.  On top of bringing a Hydro jet out, they use my water to fill up their empty tanks. I only wanted this project to be a positive experience. Unfortunately It was a Total Letdown.

I highly recommended Thomas! He is our go to plumbing expert and is always available when we need him. We use him for our residence as well as maintenance issues for our rental. He has access to a network of other service experts in his industry, should a plumbing problem require additional work to be done.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve is part of our family, being married to my step-niece. We have been using been using Steve for over 15 years. He has been very professional, dependable and responsive, and always willing to assist in emergencies.

During a Thanksgiving holiday there was a leak in the main water line to the house. He came out to make the repair that required custom work and gaskets. On other occasions he fixed a waterline that the compression fitting had exploded going to the ice machine that a handyman hooked up at the same time fixed a value in the bathroom.  This was the same day we invited his family over for dinner.

He has installed a pressurized toilet, a new shutoff value, a new water heater, snaked the waterline from the kitchen to the main line and several fixtures in our home. Several times he went ahead and replace some external facets that I did not know needed to be fixed, but was needed.  Every time Steve does work not once did he have to redo or any rework. When it comes to any plumbing needs, I have the best confidence in Steve to do it right the first time.

He has also done work on our rental property. I had a main waste line break on a cast iron pipe that was over 60 years old. I had a quote of 5K, by a plumber sent from the insurance company only to find out the claim was not going to be covered. Steve did the job for 1.5K and fixing only water was needed. He also did a garbage disposal replacement and fixed some leaking pipes. Although he is family I would not be using him if he was not up to par or did quality work. I have come to realize that if you want quality work done right the first time you have to pay for all the years of experience and wisdom that Steve has to offer.  I will be using Steve in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

Drew showed up and at first i thought he was a local kid doing a fund raiser. He was the actual technician. I felt a bit funny because he was amazing! He knocked out my problem inside of 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend this company.

After several frustrating weeks of what an established San Diego plumbing company referred to as a mystery in the way my water lines were configured, and were unable to rectified the situation, leaving me without water in the bathroom, I called Plumber Bob.

In less than a day, working alone, Plumber Bob was able to solve the mystery and get my plumbing up and running. He performed this work at a quarter of the cost the other plumbing company quoted.

Aside from being a really nice, professional, and interesting guy, Plumber Bob was efficient, thorough, and competent.

Bob will be my go-to plumber from here on out!

I don't know about anyone else, but every time I have to call a plumber I get hives.  I recently had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up into my dishwasher and called a local guy.  He stood over my sink, looked at the pipes, peaked into the dishwasher (full of nasty water at the bottom) and without so much as pulling out a tool or flashlight immediately told me it was not a plumbing issue, rather the dishwasher. I don't know anything about plumbing, but that didn't make sense.  He left within 15 minutes and promptly sent me a $75 home visit/service fee.  I was NOT happy!   I followed his recommendation and called a dishwasher guy who informed me that the dishwasher was in working condition and it was a plumbing issue.    

Ok, now I'm really annoyed.

I managed to throw some Draino down the pipes and it was resolved . . .  temporarily.  

A few months later, the same issue was happening.  I knew Draino wasn't going to fix it.  

My neighbor recommended his plumber and I figured, what do I have to lose?

I honestly can't say enough about Personal Plumbing, Inc.  Where to start?   Bob sent someone out almost immediately, even though it wasn't an urgent issue.  Ed was kind, professional and very detailed.  He tried to snake the drain and when that didn't work, he brought out the longer snake.   When that didn't work he brought out the Mega one.   He was upstairs, downstairs, inside and outside trying to figure out where the issue stemmed from.   Ed was literally working tirelessly for 3 hours with no resolution, but he didn't want to give up.  Ed called Bob, the owner, to see if he could help.  Bob offered to come back the following day with yet more equipment, including a camera to get to the bottom of it.   Bob was early, professional and kind.  He immediately knew the root of the problem and explained each step with great detail.

Bottom line, the piping was improperly installed during construction.  Bob needed to cut open the wall to gain access.  A homeowners nightmare, right?   I trusted Bob and he assured me he had a drywall guy that would make it look as good as new.   Bob made a very small hole, got to the access point and quickly cleared out the clog.  He also determined rather than close off the wall, an access panel would be the best option in the event a plumber needed to access the pipe again.  Perfect!

Bob was in and out in less than an hour!

Not only was I extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and dedication both Ed and Bob displayed Personal Plumbing, Inc. is also reasonably priced.  Bob didn't overcharge or even charge for the hours Ed spent trying to resolve the issues.   Personal Plumbing, Inc. is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.  Don't call anyone else!  You won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. His price beat everyone's not by hundreds but as stated before a couple grand. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ruben. You have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. After my third phone call to the hag who answers, I still have no appointment. They are closed on Wednesdays, good business plan. If I am lucky, maybe she will call back with an appointment time for next week. This place is a joke.

I could not recommend Bay and Shore more highly.  I don't understand the negative review on this site.  I have had to call Augie a couple of times and he has responded immediately to address my plumbing problems.

I have found his customer service excellent and his prices reasonable.  However it is his prompt service that I appreciate the most.  Because he is on the island he is able to get to my house right away.  Today my Water Heater broke and needed to be replaced.  He was at my house in 15 minutes and had a replacement heater in his inventory on the island.  2 hours later the job was complete.
