This is a review that I hate to write because Andy is one of those people that I would prefer not to share.   Seriously, the guy is over the top professional, fair and honest.  Plus he is a great guy and takes tremendous pride in his work.  Andy has been my go to plumber for over 2 years, including a significant renovation of my house, and everything has been great.  Never once have I had to question his approach or billing.  I grew up in the construction trade, have dealt with over 20 plumbers and Andy is Number 1.

Alway great service at a reasonable price. Several generations of plumbers in this family run business.

I really appreciated Canyon Hills and the quality of their work. Richie and Alex came out and on quick inspection found the source of my septic problem and were able to act immediately to fix it.

Richie made sure to spell out multiple options, gave me important information and advice about best practices, discounted some services and set me up with financing. He also called his boss to our place to review his findings and advise on how to approach a long-term solution

The work was done in two days with almost no interruption of service, and you would barely even know that they had been there.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

So, I've used this company twice. The first time he drained a water heater and put on a brass valve and replaced the pressure regulator for my house. The job went great.

I called him again to put a box in for a gas valve behind my oven (old gas pipe was too far from the wall for the oven to be pushed in all the way). I asked him for an estimate on the job. He said he would need to see it first. I asked him if $250 would be enough to cut some pipe and install the valve, he said he wasn't sure it could be cheaper. So I pull out the 300 just to be safe. He asked me to find the box I would need and buy it.

He's there for an hour and a half and charges $260.00.  I thought the price was a bit excessive and asked him about it. Apparently, he brought an assistant out and billed labor at a cost for 2 plumbers even though only one plumber could be working on the pipe at a time. He also gave me a discount for paying the cost in cash last time, but didn't mention anything about it to my wife when she was paying him. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth which is a shame because he did good work.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

This review is late, but better than never.

Had an overflowing kitchen sink a couple weeks back and had no idea who to contact.  Thank you yelp!  I found Bob's info (yes his name is Bob) and had him out here in an hour on a Sunday with no extra charge.  Bob reassured me the typical do-it-yourself methods (draino, mini snake, broom handle down garbage disposal) wouldn't have worked since the blockage was down the pipeline, out near the front of the house.

Bob is honest; I felt like a friend/family member was working on my plumbing issue (which is saying a lot since Bob was a Yelp reference and not a personal reference). If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.  Why do I say this?  Bob gave me tips on how I could fix a problem like this by myself in the future.  Who does that??  Honest people who genuinely want to help and aren't out to gouge you.

This company converted an electric stove to gas and sent out two professional men who completed the job in good time.
The owner is responsive and places high value on customer service.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Although I wound up not needing his services, he was going to be super accommodating last minute on a Saturday to come check out my water heater since he's in the neighborhood. If we have any problems in the future we know where to turn, thank you again!

I recently had a leak in my home somewhere in the master bathroom that was causing water damage to nearly the entire room and part of the master bedroom wall. After several plumbers telling me different things but no resolution in sight, I decided to reach out to Ruben for help after hearing great things about him on Yelp. Ruben gave me a courtesy call and showed up on time, unlike all the other plumbers I tried before. Finding the leak was an adventure, considering the spot it was in was a tight and sort of hidden spot, but thankfully it was found and taken care of. Ruben was very hardworking, professional, and friendly. If I ever have another problem with plumbing, then I would definitely give All Time Plumbing a call again.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

I'm sad to revise my review so shortly after having given them a great review. The lady who sometimes answers the phone and sometimes calls back left me in a really bad spot with my tenant. I've always had a great experience with the guys who have come out but her bad customer service has forced me have to find someone else for my drain needs. Property managers need to give tenants time frames and be able to update if there's a change, Mr. Baird.

I found a really great guy from one of the reviews below. Anthony Carlson Drain Service called me within 10 minutes after leaving him a voice mail. I'll leave two stars for the guys, but  you need a new receptionist /scheduler.

Been using them for 20 plus years and they are very good at what they do and very professional, as well as reasonable. I highly recommend them.
