I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into.  Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would.  He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work.  If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.

Chihuahua Plumbing was a great referral. Paul did a great job on my parent's shower. He was very professional and knowledgable, plus he provided excellent customer service.

I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I called on Monday to schedule a Saturday appointment. I was given a two hour time frame for a technician to arrive on Saturday. Saturday arrived and my given two hour time frame came and went, with no contact from Canyon Hills Plumbing. I then called the office, leaving a voice message and asked them to call me back. I never received a return call back...I waited all day Saturday...I'll be reaching out to another business on Monday.

I highly recommended Thomas! He is our go to plumbing expert and is always available when we need him. We use him for our residence as well as maintenance issues for our rental. He has access to a network of other service experts in his industry, should a plumbing problem require additional work to be done.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Steve came out with fairly short notice and reamed out a bathroom drain in our rental house. He returned my call, gave a good estimate, showed up on time, did the job very thoroughly and carefully and was done quickly for a very reasonable price on 2/2/18.  I will have him do all our plumbing in the future.

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

I called Bob to replace two toilets and a kitchen and bath faucet. His quote was reasonable and with the high scores on Yelp I decided to hire him. He arrived on time and was very pleasent. However, things immediately started to go sour. I was painting the main bath and wanted to get the wall painted behind the toilet while it was out. Bob was very accomodating. However, once he was done pulling the toilet out I had gone into the bathroom and noticed he had taken the shop vac filter out and tossed it in my tub. There was dirt all over the tub and I can only image the dust that was being spread all over my bathroom because the filter had been removed.

The next toilet seemed to be an issue. Bob found it leaking and replaced a part even though he noticed there was a defect. He didn't tell me he was going to charge me $35 for this part and it didn't fix the issue anyway. Instead of just stopping when he first noticed the leak he continued with the install of the toilet, he even caulked around it. Since replacing the part didn't fix the issue he had to now remove the toilet and I had to get a replacement.

I spoke to Kohler and they agreed to pay for the hour of labor Bob charged me to replaced the defective toilet. But it's been over a month and I am still waiting for a invoice that listes each item out seperately so I can submit it with my claim. Kohler won't pay for the $35 part he charged me.

I'm surprised by my experience but thought it was important to post on Yelp since this is where I found Bob. At $80 an hour I didn't expect my bathroom to be a dusty mess or to get the run around on getting a simple invoice mailed out. Nothing is leaking and he was curtious while here; that is why I gave him 2 stars. However, the toilets needed a little adjusting to flush properly and I had to call Kohler and get a quick education on plumbing so the toilets functioning properly.

I went with Mueller because they were the most communicative and I appreciated that they were able to give me an estimate range. The best part is that they were able to complete the work at the low end of their estimate. The work site was clean and the technician, Chris, took the time to write up and draw a diagram of what part I needed to purchase.  They have definitely earned my business for my next project.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Outstanding service and highly recommended. Ivan was there the next day to install a temporary water heater while the restoration team tore out all of the water damaged areas of our home. He did a great job installing the new water heater at a price that undercut all of the competition. Extremely reliable, friendly and genuinely cares about getting the job done correctly. Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Love George Baird. Today George was unavailable so they sent Spencer. What a HORRIBLE experience! He left my shower filled with still black water and even got upset at me because he said his hose broke. He demanded his $70 and said he was here to do me a favor. What?!? A favor? It's his job!!! $70 for an unfinished job and to be yelled at? I still have to pay for a real plumber to come back. I give it one star because I love Baird but hate Spencer!  I MISS GEORGE BAIRD! FIRE SPENCER!

Provided an inaccurate estimate and then over-charged me. Very rude when I followed up to discuss the charge being more than I was quoted.  Nice owner but not friendly business practices and would not use them again. Please be sure to get a quote in writing before you begin work with this company or you may be over charged as I was.
