the pipe under my kitchen sink decided to let loose at 3pm on a friday. our main water shut off was frozen so i called one of the larger plumbing companies (one of the ones with all the vans around town) for help thinking they have a large team and could come in a hurry. they said they'd come within a couple hours and quoted me over time rates ($235 /hr, min 1 hr). I then called a local plumber who we've used in the past  (tomo-- he's a gem also). he was out of range but called on bob of neighborhood plumbing to come and help me.  

bob got here within 15 min, had the problem fixed in 10 min and charge me $90. super nice guy, professional- explained what went wrong and gave some useful advice. highly recommended.

The owner of the company is Blaine, and he has got to be the nicest, most reliable, reasonable get it done right no matter if it takes longer and no extra charges, professional Plumber in the history of San Diego!!!!!
Blaine removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new one.  Oh, and BTW he hauled away our old one (extra$) but well worth it!
He's a busy guy, but give him a call when you need plumbing work, you won't regret it!!!

Chihuahua Plumbing is great! Paul and Anthony are awesome, and know what they are doing. They are efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg. Another plus is that they will get the job done right then and there. No need to reschedule after getting a fair quote. Chihuahua Plumbing is my go-to for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. The house had hot water and a system compliant with current code later the same day. Will definitely keep this business card on hand for future needs. Thank you!!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve is great! He has worked on several of my properties and takes the time to explain my plumbing issue to me in a way I can understand. He is personable and professional. The business responded very quickly even though it was the evening.  They were able to schedule a visit for the next morning.  The technician showed up on time, was very polite, and gave me the price before he started.  I highly recommend Generations Plumbing and will use them again.

Recently had a leaky faucet and did not have time to call around for estimates.  Figured this is a local company and needed to find a good plumber.  We did not find a good company and will never use them again.   For minutes of work and a part under $20 we were over charged.  When I called the owner the next day to question this charge and give him the opportunity to make it right his only defensive response was you do not know my expenses, you do not run my company, you agreed to the cost, you can call any plumber and it will be the same cost.  When it was clear he would not make it right, I stated that I would be sharing my story on Yelp.  He said I do not care, I have hundreds of 5 star reviews and you can call around that is a fair price.  Well,  I did call around and you grossly over charged.  I can see now from reading other poor reviews the owner will respond to this poor review with the same cavalier response he gave me on the phone.  So, move on to the next company, lots of plumbers in town!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

This review is months overdue, but better late than never! We have used All Time twice now. The first was for a faucet installation,the second was to have a gas line for stove moved. Both times our calls were returned promptly. The prices are fair (a price list of common services printed right on estimate sheet!)and the work quality! I would not hesitate to refer this company!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

This not a trustworthy company. They told me there was something wrong with the pipes under my home,  that they were leaking and had to be replaced for 6500.  Had a suspicion something didn't seem right so I called another plumber.He said nothing was wrong. Snaked the drains and everything has been perfect since. Get a second opinion before spending any money with this company. Others in our neighborhood have had the same experience with Bay and Shore.
