He got back to me quickly, was able to replace and install the new water heater all in the same day. He was very fast, knowledgeable and well priced.

We hired Andy to remove our old, outdated tub and showers from our condo and had him install a new tub and shower pan. Andy was beyond professional and didn't hide anything from us.  His quote for the work was very reasonable. He not only brought the plumbing up to code, he also explained to what was going on and if any adjustments had to be made.   Just a really honest, professional job all around and  someone I am happy to refer to others with plumbing needs.

I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

Chihuahua Plumbing is now my go-to for plumbing needs!

Fantastic service and quick service!!  The response time has always been immediate.  Thomas, the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated the time he takes to explain stuff.  Fair pricing makes his services less stressful.  We don't always take the time to do reviews, but after using his services for about the 4th time now, on our properties, I feel we can be very confident in giving a review! It's a well deserved one!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

I found out about Steve's Plumbing at the Santee Street Fair and I am so glad I did. This is my first time ever needed a plumber so I wasn't really sure what to expect.

What I got was a quick response time, very reasonable pricing, efficient and courteous professional plumber. He was so nice even after my garbage disposal spewed him with fishy water. Steve took it in stride by simply brushing off the fish particles and then even cleaning up the mess for us under the sink!

He was also nice enough to seal our sink for us after he saw that it wasn't clipped or bolted in. On top of that he left us with the rest of the sealant, no extra charge for the sink. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone!

Sometimes Yelp can be a let down, but not in this case.

We had a new hot water heater installed by Alex this past December (a couple days after Christmas) and we are so pleased with his work. Everything from beginning to end was perfect, communicating through text and being able to pay with cc. Alex came, assessed the situation and was on it with a solution.

Alex and his assistant were very professional, personable and answered any little questions I had, any mess (they had to replace some additional parts because our house it a older) they made they made sure to clean up after themselves.

As far as price is concerned I think it was fair, it was certainly something we could not do ourselves. I mean, they hauled our old water heater away, bought in a new one, installed the new heater and other components and made sure to not leave a mess.

I also have also been through the hard knocks and have my share of nightmare plumber stories.  I finally gave up on my last plumber, who had been doing poor work, price gouging, and flaking out on appointments.  Working with Bob was like a breath of fresh air.  He was personable, offered to come by on a Saturday - in the middle of his family obligations, and took care of a small but custom plumbing job in a little over an hour.  I was impressed with how fast and skilled he was with  coming up with a solution to fix mistakes the other plumber had made, re-soldering copper pipe and installing shut off valves where needed.  What convinced me to hire Bob was his willingness to come by quickly and offer reasonable hourly rates (versus charging by the job).  All the others wanted to charge time and a half for Saturday and after 5pm on weekdays.  We WILL be using Bob again for future plumbing needs.

The overflow cap in the bathtub was rusted out and broken. Searched everywhere for a kit to repair to no avail. Stopped by a plumbing supply house to see if there was a fix, was told no, had to remove the tub and replace. Went to Angie's list to find a contractor to repair the problem, Bob from Personal Plumbing called and said he could be there that same day. Bob surveyed the job, decided we did not have to R&R tub and could repair from the underneath. Wow, huge savings. Bob gave a fair and reasonable estimate, scheduled the appointment for the NEXT day, the technician showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you, will call again with other projects.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

We had a issue with a pipe that was leaking Ivan came out the same day and fixed our issue. He was professional and super super friendly. Would highly recommend Ivan and day of the week.

We needed someone urgently, when we called Ruben he answered and came out right away. He fixed our leaking faucet immediately and even looked at the bathroom shower and took care of the dripping faucet in there. He was a lifesaver! We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

I called at 8:30 am this morning and the drain was cleared by 10:30 am for a very reasonable cost. The receptionist was professional and courteous as was Travis, the plumber. I highly recommend them for drain cleaning.

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
