Bob has been my plumber for the last 10 years and he is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and very professional. He has worked on my plumbing at both my home and small business. He is very reliable and gives excellent advice. I would highly recommend him. He isn't the cheapest around but it's worth every penny when you know he won't be coming back to repair the same issue. He has worked on major repairs at my home such as my main sewer line and small repairs like a new faucet. I've had him install toilets and cleared lines. I will definitely be using Bob for any future repairs and would feel confident recommending him to anyone. Bob's the BOMB!

You can tell a good contractor by how they respond when you need to have them come back and fix something.  We called Andy and he was very diligent to respond to our request.   He was conscientious to test every possibility and find the actual source of our problem.  As it turned out it wasn't anything that he had done but completely another issue that was causing the problem. Not only is Andy a good contractor, clean , respectful but he is a admirable and kind person.

This company may have named themselves after a yippy, annoying dog.  That's where the resemblance ends.  After all, this is a PLUMBING company.  This is NOT the kind of company I really relish doing business with; does anyone?!

Five years ago, we remodeled our kitchen, and Chihuahua Plumbing did the waterworks part of the job.  A couple of years ago, we installed a gas fireplace in our house; again, the same company came out.  Oh, and the time our son backed up the shower in his bathroom?  Chihuahua Plumbing to the Rescue!

So, fast-forward to this past week.  My kitchen sink was backed up, but after a couple of days of gingerly usage, all seemed well.  I started a load of laundry, and when it spun out, all of a sudden I heard a large burp in the kitchen, and lo and behold, the sinks were full of black, disgusting water.  Oh, No!  What to do?!  Fortunately, with a name like Chihuahua Plumbing, I can easily remember this company, so 2 hours later, we had a plumber in our house, and within one hour, and $95, my emergency was over.  

All I can say, is thank God for plumbers when you need them.  And thank God for unusual, quirky names that make it easy to recall said plumbers.  They truly are a godsend when you need them....and let's face it, it takes a special person to do that kind of work!  Thank you, guys, for being fast, efficient and affordable.

Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. The house had hot water and a system compliant with current code later the same day. Will definitely keep this business card on hand for future needs. Thank you!!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

My water heater started leaking so I called Steve's Plumbing for a water heater replacement.
He came right out the same day and measured for a new one. Within just a few hours he installed a brand new commercial grade water heater. Steve was very friendly and professional. The install turned out awesome. Steve is a very experienced plumber who knows exactly what he is doing.
Before I found out about Steve's I called around to the big box stores and got nothing but a run around and their prices were much higher than Steve's
I am glad I chose Steve's Plumbing. Thanks Steve for a job well done.

This business was so awesome! They were able to come out within 24 hours, even though it was the week of Christmas! They worked quickly and efficiently, and was very careful to detail in the process. They also turned out to be much more reasonably priced than other top competitors on yelp. Thank you for a wonderful installation process!!

I texted Bob yesterday evening because my fiancé had a leak in his front yard and had hired a company called Home Leak and Drain Solutions to detect and possibly correct the problem. They came in Saturday evening and told us the repair of the service line (copper pipe) would cost us 1875 and would take 4-6 hours of time. I told my fiancé that the price tag seemed high and that we should text my plumber and at least ask him if the price was fair. We didn't originally called Bob because I believed Bob did not service the area my fiancé lives in. He quickly replied to my text message and told me that the estimate given to me was very high and that he would do the job for significantly less. He came this morning on father's day as he was already pretty much booked all week. It took him about 5 minutes to find the leak, which was in a different spot that the leak company thought. Within 20 minutes he had already dug the ground and found the leak area. Total time at job was about 1:30-2 hours, and the price tag was less than half of the estimate done by the other company. I believe this an example of how honest he is.

After getting a couple of quotes to unblock a toilet that seemed ridiculous a friend recommended Personal \Plumbing. They were awesome. By far the most professional and friendly of anyone I contacted. The job turned out to be quite difficult due to lack of access and really old plumbing but they went above and beyond to get it all fixed. Since then I've used them to fix a plumbing issue at my business and will only be using them going forward. Highly recommended.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare!!!! We recently contacted this company to schedule an appointment and a service date was scheduled. We were told someone would be calling to let us know what time the plumbers would show up. NO ONE EVER CAME. We waited and waited and basically our day was ruined since we took time away from work for this. When we called the office they stated they never had scheduled an appointment with us. I was weary about scheduling another appointment however the homeowner was having a bit of a plumbing emergency so we went ahead and gave them another chance. We scheduled another appointment for the following week. Again, we were told someone would be calling us in the morning to let us know what time the plumbers would arrive. We waited all morning and no one called. We the called the office and they had NO IDEA we had  service call. They also stated they could not give us a time. We insisted they keep our scheduled appointment (although they seem completely confused about it). The receptionist stated she would call back then hung up before I finished talking. At 1pm the two plumbers arrived: One got out of the truck and the other one stayed in the vehicle. After looking at the pipes and showing the plumber the issues we were having he stated he couldn't do anything about it. Then, he asked the homeowner to write him a check. The homeowner told the plumber How can I write you a check if I don't know what you are going to do? What am I paying for?? She stated she was forced to give him a 60 dollar check. After that, both plumbers left.
We have NO idea why the homeowner paid 60 dollars. We did not receive a service invoice for ANY work that was done. The homeowner did not see them do ANY work, bring any equipment inside the house. No ladders were seen around the house. Basically, the plumber took the check and drove away.
I think this company is shady and I would STAY AWAY.

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
