These people ain't kidding!  Bob is really really amazing!  I got his number from my friend Marco and he's been doing my house in SD for like 7 years.  I always recommend him highly to other people.  The reason being Bob is reliable, fast, honest, super easy to work with, totally experienced (I know he even sets up the plumbing in new apartment buildings and such) and his rates are awesome!  

Also, Bob can hook you up with some other contractors for other projects around your house cause he knows all these really reliable people who are honest and really good at what they do.  We're talking small businesses with small overhead and reasonable rates - the guys the pro's call.  You think apartment building installations hire Rotorouter for over a hundred bucks an hour?  I don't think so!  Bob's basically awesome and does actually a better job than the guy from some big company my mom made me hire for like $350 just to come out for a little over an hour.  

Neighborhood Plumbing, owned by Bob Byerly (sp?) is not the same as Bob The Pumber, by the way so make sure you got the right dude.

Plumbing is a kinda intimate thing, if you really think about it.  In really really bad plumbing emergencies, I wouldn't feel comfortable with anybody else.

This is a review that I hate to write because Andy is one of those people that I would prefer not to share.   Seriously, the guy is over the top professional, fair and honest.  Plus he is a great guy and takes tremendous pride in his work.  Andy has been my go to plumber for over 2 years, including a significant renovation of my house, and everything has been great.  Never once have I had to question his approach or billing.  I grew up in the construction trade, have dealt with over 20 plumbers and Andy is Number 1.

I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Called for a job, told it would be $100 additional for his unlicensed assistants time due to traffic. Wouldn't mind paying extra for a plumber, not two guys that don't know what they're doing. After voicing my concern Steve got angry and told me to find someone else.

Called and asked them a few questions about water heaters with going to a traditional or a tankless. They knew their stuff and were every professional answering all the questions I had.

Answers his phone, returns texts/calls, provides accurate quote, shows up *EARLY*, and gets the job done.  This job probably wasn't terribly difficult or time-consuming, but given the above criteria I was impressed when compared to other plumbers in San Diego.  Will use him again!

Our go to plumber after multiple service calls. This time around they were able to fit me in with very short notice and support my kitchen remodel needs. I have to say, the level of experience has been exceptional and their demeaner and courtesy is always at the forefront. The results show, as a result of good solid performance. They will be back shortly to round out my remodel project and its nice to know that I can count on them without a doubt in the midst of all the other various issues that arise during a remodeling project. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Although more expensive than the average, the service was excellent. Easy, clear, and timely communication. Showed up on time, did a very good job, very professional, neat, and clean. Everything was thorough, efficient, and professional.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Takes a day or two but quick, courteous, and a great price & great work.  We have notorious old drains and get to see one of the guys a couple times a year.  Expert drain cleaners.

Not sure about this service provider yet; they were scheduled and I tried to communicate with the crew and didn't show; I tried again today and busy signal, an hour after they were scheduled; the office hasn't called to confirm but the Bldg. my client is in recommended them-

Its funny as I read other reviews, my experience is exactly like Lindsays in 2016; identical.  No change.
