This is a review that I hate to write because Andy is one of those people that I would prefer not to share.   Seriously, the guy is over the top professional, fair and honest.  Plus he is a great guy and takes tremendous pride in his work.  Andy has been my go to plumber for over 2 years, including a significant renovation of my house, and everything has been great.  Never once have I had to question his approach or billing.  I grew up in the construction trade, have dealt with over 20 plumbers and Andy is Number 1.

I bought a new-to-me condo with an old water heater, and part of the deal was a credit to replace it and modify the original, obviously-cost-cutting installation to bring it up to code.  There were about four other trivial things I wanted done on the same trip as well.

Chihuahua was on the advice of a realtor, and while not the cheapest, they're a family-staffed, small business, and I discussed some water heater options (replace tank or do more expensive tankless water heater).  

Anthony was knowledgeable about the code requirements and what would and wouldn't work, and was honest that they'd never installed the newest version of the tankless water heater that would work without additional venting requirements.  I chose the old-fashioned tank.

After the water heater was installed, I inspected it and asked Where's the (quoted) drip pan? and saw the realization of the error on his face, but he politely and apologetically asked if we could schedule a follow-up visit at no charge.  We did; it was done perfectly.

And on the subsequent visit, there was some more work to be done that I requested, but the final bill was cheap enough that I don't think he charged me for the visit at all.

Anthony was also honest about the threads on a shower valve being (previously) stripped and suggested it might not be worth the time/effort to fix the issue (rather than working for extra hours just to add revenue, as some would).  

I don't know who the previous Yelper talked to that impatiently sent them away, but I'm happy to say that this wasn't my experience at all!

Owner Jason Carrol gave me excellent service! Gave him a call for a last minute service today (Sunday) when most plumbing businesses are closed and he came as quick as he could, I definitely recommend this plumbing business. Great service and great attitude! Thank you Jason. -Azucena Kitt

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

So last night my tenant called regarding the toilet in my rental property. It apparently overflowed and was just running aka plumbing issue. So I started looking around for a plumbing company
first thing this morning. Mind you, I'm out of state and no where near my property. Long story short, after reading reviews on different companies on Yelp and google and calling to get someone today I came across Personal plumbing Inc. Wendy is very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. She got me someone right away and explained to me the fees and how the service work. An hr later Oscar Frigo showed up at my property. He fixed what was wrong with the toilet and explained everything to me. So here's where I'm very impressed and happy with the overall outcome. Not only he was prompt showing up but he is a very good communicator and honest. Not once did he made me feel that he was taking advantage of me on the price and work that needs to be done. He explained everything in black and white and sent me pics of the before and after which I've never experienced before with other companies for whatever job that was done. Oscar definitely went above and beyond what I expected and I'm very thankful and appreciative to him and the company. It is so hard to find people like him now a days and a  good company that is not just after the SALES but actually value customers. Needless to say, I'll be doing business with personal plumbing inc from here on and will be referring them to people I know. They are very reliable and have good people working for them. Was having trouble with our kitchen sink. I took all three pipes out and they weren't clogged. So I called our plumber. Are I described the situation to him he told me to call Baird's. I was sceptical at first. I called them 8 am the last on the phone said they would call me around 9 to give me a time they would come by. She called on time and gave me a window of 10-12. They showed up at 11. They were great. He knew right away what the problem was. Took care of it quickly. The best part was that it only cost me $25. I would highly recommend them.

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
