There is nobody I've ever known that has more integrity or as reliable as Bob. He's always treated us like family and I will continue to give him my business because he is also great at what he does at a reasonable price. This go around we relocated our water to an outdoor tankless and it turned out great. Bonus points that he's also a legend!

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Chihuahua Plumbing is the best. They are quick, efficient and fair priced. They have done work on my house and a rental I have. All of the work has been timely and effective.

Had a pipe break and a major flood. They talked my daughter through turning off the water on the phone and arrived promptly. Jason replaced the pipe and his fee was fair.

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve showed up on time, neat and professional. I had several small jobs that he performed in quick-time. His charge was fair, he left the scene cleaner than he found it, and thanked me with a smile. I asked him about my aging water heater, expecting a sales job. Nope. Your hot water heater is fine It has quite a few good years in it. You just can't beat honesty and integrity!

I had a water heater leak and needed a plumber ASAP.  I contacted Generations and Alex was able to come out to replace the unit (it was later in the day and he was able to scramble and get a new water heater unit set up that day!).  He was very professional and informative.   Price for his service was reasonable as well.  I would fully recommend Generations!   Thank you!

Plumber Bob came to my house to install a water heater about 4 years ago or so. His price and his work was great. Recently, the water heater failed and I asked him how I should go about the warranty repair. He said I just need to call the manufacturer and they will take care of the replacement. He also offered to come take a look to see if it's something minor that maybe he can just tighten or fix. However, it was in fact an internal leak. He helped me go to the warehouse to pick up a new one (under warranty), install it, and take the old one back to the warehouse!

Ryan and Steve showed up ready for work on time. They were friendly, courtesy, and professional. Did a great job on my tankless water heater installation.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

I called at 10:00, and he was at my home within two hours. He repaired my broken water heater at a very reasonable price, and advised me about maintaining it for longevity purposes. He is instantly now my go-to plumber.

Had a leaking toilet - called yesterday afternoon and Ruben was able to come out today and fix it. He called when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. He worked quickly and professionally, and he and his staff were also friendly. Will be using All Time Plumbing for any future problems, and highly recommend them to anyone!!

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

Fortunately, I didn't receive bad customer service like the others.  I called Baird's Drain Cleaning at the recommendation of my plumber who was unable to clear my clogged drain (that was affecting my back-to-back tubs.)  The receptionist did said that she would have to check his schedule and get back to me, which she did promptly.  Nick Baird came out that same day in the time frame provided and was able to clear the drain quickly.  He was friendly and charged me $30 as it was back-to-back drain (instead of $20.)  Hopefully there isn't a next time, but if there is I will definitely call them.

I could not recommend Bay and Shore more highly.  I don't understand the negative review on this site.  I have had to call Augie a couple of times and he has responded immediately to address my plumbing problems.

I have found his customer service excellent and his prices reasonable.  However it is his prompt service that I appreciate the most.  Because he is on the island he is able to get to my house right away.  Today my Water Heater broke and needed to be replaced.  He was at my house in 15 minutes and had a replacement heater in his inventory on the island.  2 hours later the job was complete.
