Bob has been my plumber for the last 10 years and he is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and very professional. He has worked on my plumbing at both my home and small business. He is very reliable and gives excellent advice. I would highly recommend him. He isn't the cheapest around but it's worth every penny when you know he won't be coming back to repair the same issue. He has worked on major repairs at my home such as my main sewer line and small repairs like a new faucet. I've had him install toilets and cleared lines. I will definitely be using Bob for any future repairs and would feel confident recommending him to anyone. Bob's the BOMB!

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

I just wanted to say how wonderful Jason the owner is.  I called him from a google review. He came out, cleared my blockage in the sewer and told me honestly what my problems were.  A year ago I called a Rooter person and they quoted me $16000 to do repairs. Jason did it all for less than half that amount.  He told me he'd be there the next day to complete the job and he was there early and completed on time.  He even raked the dirt so it looked nice.  I have nothing but praise for this man. Just to let you know I'm a 68 year old woman who has been taken advantage of before.  He was kind to me and very fair on his pricing. Thank you Jason and your crew for the hard work and kindness

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I have used many plumbers over the years being a landlord. I answered a flyer Steve had sent out about 10 years ago and he is the only plumber I will use. Water can do a lot of damage and as I have learned the hard way, deal with a licensed Plumber!
Steve is punctual. His prices are reasonable, but what I like the most about Steve's
service....he only fixes the problem once!

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

Called several plumbing companies to replace a water heater and this one had the best price. Very responsive, showed up on time and did the job exactly as they said they would. No surprises. Would definitely use again and recommend!

He was a NO-SHOW. Said he would be there at 1pm. Texted me at 1:30 to say he was on way. I texted back ok then he never showed. Two hours later I texted him Lost? and he texted back, I did not hear from you for 35 minutes so went to another appointment.

He didn't CALL, just assumed I wasn't there because he didn't see my return text.

Then he texted that he couldn't come later that same day, nor was he available the next day even though I texted, Hey wait, I ripped apart my kitchen because you were coming, and now I have no kitchen sink and a house full of out-of-town guests, I really need this done TODAY.

Sorry...what can I do for you. was his reply.

Uhhh...how about the plumbing work I needed done and scheduled my day around?

Look, I get it, he's busy. Great for him. But not calling to say you aren't coming? As in CALLING not texting, is totally unprofessional. Whatever happened to using the phone AS A PHONE.

Bad communication.

Ed, our service tech, was friendly, easy to talk to, efficient, professional, and knows his way around plumbing. He looked at all of our projects, told me what needed to be done and got to it. It's a pleasure to have a service tech take his time on a job and not race through to get to the next one. Ed allotted enough time to accomplish everything. He worked carefully to auger one of our toilets due to a drain clog without damaging the unit. However, the toilet will have to be removed on a second visit once we purchase a new one because, unfortunately, the clog (whatever it is) won this battle, despite Ed's tenacity. I highly recommend Personal Plumbing, Inc. and Ed in particular. I'd like to say his work is plumb dandy!

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

Outstanding service and highly recommended. Ivan was there the next day to install a temporary water heater while the restoration team tore out all of the water damaged areas of our home. He did a great job installing the new water heater at a price that undercut all of the competition. Extremely reliable, friendly and genuinely cares about getting the job done correctly. Such a great experience!  I called and spoke with Ruben and he showed up to my house within 30 minutes. He had my water heater installed in my house in no time at all. I would recommend All Time Plumbing to all!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

I've used several dozen drain cleaning services over the years, and from now on I'm only going to use Baird.  They were about half the price of everyone else, were able to come out quickly and arrived right on time. As soon as the technician walked in the door, he was right on it, asking the right questions and figuring out the problem like a skilled surgeon.  It was a difficult clog, but he persevered and bam!, the water started to drain.  I was anticipating having to dig up the concrete and replacing the pipes.  Thanks, Bairds!

Had the pleasure to work with Israel the last two days on a plumbing need in my house, he was great, an all around wonderful experience and I will call them again!
