Andy was highly recommended through my wife's co-worker. His repairs were top notch and even recommended improvements on previous work performed by someone else. He is a honest business owner and his pricing is extremely competitive. He will be our go-to guy for any of our future plumbing needs. Thank you Andy!

I called Canyon Hills to replace my leaking water heater. Will was my plumber and did an awesome job. I am satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater. Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail. He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.
Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

I am perplexed as I write this review after reading all of the beaming reviews and actually having had used Steve's before with no issues.
I called Steve out to a rental home I have in Santee to repair a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Steve got out there quickly and performed $225 worth of work, none of which stopped the running. He did call me and inform me that the handle was sticking and he didn't have the part because it was an older model toilet (maybe this information would have been more appropriate if received before racking up a $225 invoice), but he greased it and hopefully that did the trick.
Well, it didn't so I called Steve and asked if he warrantied his work. That didn't sit well with him and he proceeded to scream at me that he can't be expected to carry every part for every toilet on his truck, some other sarcastic comments, information about his years of experience, and that my tenant was OK with the sticking handle. That was true, however, my tenant didn't understand that this would make the running persist. I had actually purchased the handle myself, and was hoping Steve would install it, but he started getting belligerent with me before I could ask. Eventually I was able to tell him that I purchased the handle and he did text me that he would install it for FREE, but at that point, I didn't want anything to do with him.
I was so upset that I never want to speak with this man ever again in my life. It is NOT OK to bully customers who expect that the problem you were paid to fix is fixed. If you didn't have the proper part to make the toilet stop running, you shouldn't accept the job. I would have called another plumber who was willing to order the part and do the job I requested, or for that matter, replace it.

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

My water heater gave up after 13 years of service in the coldest month; I Called Generations Plumbing and spoke with Alex. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. We have an insightful conversation about water heater options. It gave me a warm and fuzzy to get the job done, as we are on day 2 with no hot water. Drew showed up at my home and got the job done! I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Happy Customer. Thank You!

Plumber Bob was fast, honest and the best price I could find. Bob charged half of what some other larger companies quoted and showed up within hours to fix my broken main. He does what he can to save his customer money and I'll definitely be calling him from now on.

They just completed a project for us. Beyond impressed. They had to order special part and researched and found it. Their estimate was exactly what we paid.
Their communications and follow up was perfect.
We hope not to have more problems, but if we do would definitely contact them.
Very nice employees.

I contacted several companies and I must say Ivan was great to work with. He had a very competitive quote, very punctual, and great work. We were able to change out our water heater before it really was an issue. Thanks to Ivan!!

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having. The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem. In the end we had to run a new line. However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator. I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again. Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work. Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Okay I totally realize that usually only angry people write reviews. These guys are seriously the best! I have an older home and awful plumbing. Anytime something goes wrong call them, and BAM they come. Drains clogged last night they were here this afternoon! Infact I even missed them because I was picking my kids up from school and they even CAME BACK fixed it within moments and were done. Polite, socialable, honest, AND AFFORDABLE! I recommend them to any and everyone!

came to inspect my home for plumbing issues and they said I had broken pipes and quoted me $5,000 to fix. I had another plumber come and they said there was no leak only that the line had to be snaked. I am an older person and I think they thought they could take advantage of my lack of mobility and understanding about plumbing. Please avoid them at all costs no honest at all and rude when I confronted them with their lies.
