Got referred to Bob through a friend at work. My Tankless water heater was on the way out.  He recommended a Similar Noritz model to the one that was on the fritz along with the price of the hardware. From what I can tell he was giving me HIS price without any markup and just going to charge me the labor for the install, relatively unheard of in most any industry. He arranged to come by the next day (Saturday) and showed up on time with his son to do the job. They knocked it out in a few hours, on time and on budget and said he'd guarantee his work indefinitely. I can't recommend Bob enough. My go to guy from now on for sure.

I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various fixes of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.

I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

Very happy that I hired Canyon HIlls to replace and install a new water heater.    Came on time and did a very professional job.  I like to know how things work so I asked some questions about the heater and it was good information to have.    The most important thing is that the water heater is installed per code and therefore safe.    I called and talked to Jason, the owner, on Friday late afternoon and had the water heater installed on Monday.   Communication the whole time was great and the thing I like the best is it's a small family owned business so they do care about the work they do.    Thanks to Canyon Hills for my new water heater.   I did forget to mention that I called and got estimates from several other companies and CHP was the most competitive.

Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. The house had hot water and a system compliant with current code later the same day. Will definitely keep this business card on hand for future needs. Thank you!!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

we had a new fridge delivered but the installers would not complete the installation because the water valve was too old and stuck tight. Steve and his son came the same day and replaced the valve. Steve was very upfront about the work and the cost.  He let me know that he would not be able to repair the drywall where he would need to cut to get to the pipe. That was fine since it's behind the fridge, but I appreciated him being clear about it. I was really glad to see his son doing a lot of the work with Steve's supervision; great for a young man to have those skills. The work was excellent and Steve even helped us with our toilet flush and a recommendation on water heater replacements before he left. Overall a great experience, we'll definitely have them back for the water heater when we're ready.

This was our 2nd time using Generations.  Andrew did a great job installing our new shower valve and trim.  Contacted them through Yelp and he responded right away on a Sunday!!  Communication is solid with them!!  Highly recommended!!

Plumber Bob is hands down the best plumber in San Diego! We had an emergency issue and he walked us through how to shut off the shower valve. The other big plumbing companies were trying to price gouge and charge an arm and a leg to fix our issue. Bob took the time out of his evening to assist us without charging us. He's a standup plumber willing to go out of his way to help a fellow San Diegan.

He is a reliable plumber skilled at his trade, honest, trustworthy, and has reasonable prices! Our experience with Bob was nothing short of amazing.

We are new homeowners & had our floors redone in the whole house, which left us with toilets that needed to be reinstalled. Bob Muller, the owner of Personal Plumbing, was referred to us by our flooring guy Jason, the owner of Today's Friendly Flooring. Bob answered his phone immediately, was very professional, offered us a great deal, and was able to make our preferred appointment with less than a days notice! We were happily met  by our personal plumber, Ryan, the following day right on time with a smile and a can-do attitude, despite the difficulty of finding our place. He walked us through the whole process of the installations, even found and removed a large piece of debris in the main pipe of the second bedroom toilet that would have caused some major clogging issues down the line. Yikes! Ryan to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and we felt very comfortable with him. We also appreciated his attention to detail, his friendliness, and his professionalism. He even helped us with an extremely low flow kitchen sink faucet, and recaulking of the sink edge with no additional cost! Altogether, we were extremely happy with our overall experience with Personal Plumbing and will continue to go to them for our plumbing concerns. We highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

After having bad experiences with Tarpy Plumbing, called All Time based on the strong Yelp and other reviews. Ruben was professional and did strong work, but the pricing was somewhat high. Ended up being about $1,100 for four hours of work (including time to go get parts) for some relatively simple plumbing fixes. Not dissatisfied with the quality, but we were looking to find someone who would be our go-to plumber for all future projects, and we'll be continuing the search.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Make sure you know who they are sending to your home. They subcontracted someone out who was supposed to do an easy fix, they broke the toilet in the process, collected the $200 fee from my tenant (which I provided) then told us after they would come back in a Day or two to fix what they broke. After a month of trying to track them down to fix the toilet I finally asked for a refund. Here we are weeks later and I've still been unable to get my money back. It's always an excuse and the women who takes all the incoming calls couldn't care less. She has me tracking down their subcontractor for the refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that it's been close to two months with no resolve. It's a shame because they have done good work for us in the past with snaking drains. I now question their ability to send trustworthy people into my home. I believe I was robbed of $200.

Provided an inaccurate estimate and then over-charged me. Very rude when I followed up to discuss the charge being more than I was quoted.  Nice owner but not friendly business practices and would not use them again. Please be sure to get a quote in writing before you begin work with this company or you may be over charged as I was.
