I have use Bob w/ Neighborhood Plumbing for about 25 yrs now.  He has done everything from cleaned drains to install a tankless water heater.  He normally can come over same day.  He's very reliable, and extremely honest.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

So, I've used this company twice. The first time he drained a water heater and put on a brass valve and replaced the pressure regulator for my house. The job went great.

I called him again to put a box in for a gas valve behind my oven (old gas pipe was too far from the wall for the oven to be pushed in all the way). I asked him for an estimate on the job. He said he would need to see it first. I asked him if $250 would be enough to cut some pipe and install the valve, he said he wasn't sure it could be cheaper. So I pull out the 300 just to be safe. He asked me to find the box I would need and buy it.

He's there for an hour and a half and charges $260.00.  I thought the price was a bit excessive and asked him about it. Apparently, he brought an assistant out and billed labor at a cost for 2 plumbers even though only one plumber could be working on the pipe at a time. He also gave me a discount for paying the cost in cash last time, but didn't mention anything about it to my wife when she was paying him. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth which is a shame because he did good work.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

We came home to water leaking out of our water heater all over our garage. I called a few plumbers and Alex was the only one who offered to come out that same day literally within 2 hours of when I called him. Within 4 hours of getting home and seeing the leak, Alex had our water heater replaced and the old one hauled away. A truly phenomenal guy and his response time was unheard of for a plumber. I have found my new go to plumber and will refer him to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber. He also helped me getting my home warranty to cover some of the cost which he didn't have to do. Truly exceptional. Thanks again Alex you are awesome!!!!

High quality work, attention to detail, flexible if you want to do some of the  grunt work yourself (ie demo and trenching).  I'm really picky about quality and Bob did not let me down.  He returns calls and texts promptly and gives notice if he will not meet original arrival time.  Keep in mind this is a one-man show, so if one of his earlier jobs of the day takes more time than expected you need to be flexible.  The great thing about a one-man show is there is no bait and switch between the quote and who actually does the work.  I've fallen victim to that a few times in the past with other contractors and it usually does not end well.  Take those one-star reviews with a grain of salt.  Some people who hire contractors expect Nordstrom's customer service at Walmart prices.  If that is what you want, then go pick up a random laborer from the Home Depot parking lot and let them do the work.

This company converted an electric stove to gas and sent out two professional men who completed the job in good time.
The owner is responsive and places high value on customer service.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

My go to plumbing company is All Time Plumbing.  Ruben does an outstanding job.  Their prices are competitive and his work is flawless.

Throughout the years, I have used several San Diego based plumbing companies.  All TIme Plumbing is at the top of my list.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

I am only giving this a 1 because of the receptionist. She does not call back in a timely manner, rude, and unprofessional. I have called a total of 6 times in 2 days. The gentlemen that came out was very nice and knowledgeable, though he had to have someone else do what needed to be done, he left saying that if I don't hear from the receptionist within 20 mins that I should call back, so an hour went by and nothing, she was not even planning on calling, nor did she know who it was that was calling when I gave her my name and situation of the past few days, she needs costumer service training, organizational skills, and new attitude. This was to be costumer is looking at another company, and at this point I don't care if I spend double and it is sad knowing that it is only because of the receptionist.

This not a trustworthy company. They told me there was something wrong with the pipes under my home,  that they were leaking and had to be replaced for 6500.  Had a suspicion something didn't seem right so I called another plumber.He said nothing was wrong. Snaked the drains and everything has been perfect since. Get a second opinion before spending any money with this company. Others in our neighborhood have had the same experience with Bay and Shore.
