I cannot say enough great things about Bob. He was referred by a friend after we had a leak under the kitchen sink. We knew it was due to a new water system recently installed, and he came and made a good thing even better- and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! He removed the old system with ease and fine tuned the new. So grateful for his expertise and responsiveness. Will definitely call Bob again.

Andy and crew came out for an emergency toilet repair job. They pulled the toilet, adjusted for the uneven floor, replaced the flange, and reinstalled the toilet. Did all the work on a last minute emergency call right before the weekend and charged a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive, would call Andy and Team again in the future.

I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

Old water heater died and needed a new water installed...on Thanksgiving! Even though Fitzgerald Plumbing was closed Thurs/Fri, Thomas still came out on Friday to assess and provide 4 tiers of options for the installation of a new water heater, without pressure to choose the most expensive option. Thomas was nothing short of professional. Great communication throughout, showed up within time frame he provided, and even provided same day service for us! His pricing was comparable to other quotes I received, without the wait. Overall, very happy with this experience! Would not hesitate to use their services again. Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

By only a phone call, I determined this guy had an anger issue. He was bullying, intimidating, claiming he just wanted to get IN and OUT without wasting time. His arrogance also demanded $150 up front to even come out to quote the job.
NOT the guy for me.

I'm always a bit unnerved when someone has soo many great reviews but took a chance as we had a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved. You can't go wrong with Plumber Bob. He's a nice guy, does a good honest job at a decent price. He fixed our issue in good time and even came in under his original estimate (the original estimate which was already half of what others were asking). I'm now planning on having him come back to take care of our other less urgent plumbing issues.

Take a chance on Bob and he wont let you down- and will probably save you some headaches and dough in the meantime.

Bob Muller, Michael and team are awesome. We have worked with them since early 2014 for many different needs. They have helped with two full bathroom remodels, two water heater installs and several other full kitchen plumbing replacements (instant hot, filtration, faucets dishwasher, disposal etc) and other ad-hoc needs. From complete demo's to inspection and repairs we have found Bob and Michael to be extremely fair and honest. Definitely will be using this company for our next project.

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

Another excellent experience with Ivan. We needed our washing machine valves replaced due to heavy corrosion and he was quick, punctual, and his prices were reasonable.
I called him to get an estimate for the job and he also happened to be available the same day. I had gotten several quotes from other plumbers and decided to go with Ivan because of his availability and pricing. He came when he said he would, gave me a heads up before heading over, and finished the job quickly. I'm happy with the work and would recommend him!

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment and was given a time frame of when they would show up. I received a call from the receptionist asking if my tenant is home and I said yes, should be. Very rudely she told me that I had to confirm if she was home because he drain person was there. I called my tenant and confirmed that she was home and called the receptionist back in less then 2 minutes and confirmed to which she responded that the gentleman already left to his next job. I asked her how is that possible if he was there less then 3 minutes ago? I told her that my tenant had been there all day waiting for them because there was such a big gap in the time frame we were given and he didn't even bother knocking on the door... she then placed me on hold several times without telling me... was very rude and then hung up on me. We were recommended to this company because of their rates and superb work but regardless of how good your work is if you have horrible customer service it will turn business away.

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
