Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Steve is amazing! I have had him do many jobs for me over the years. For one he always calls me back and always let's me know when he is on the way. He is on time and a very honest man. He brought along his daughter today and she was just as amazing. They had to remove a few items under my sink. She was so sweet and put everything back nice and neatly, better than I had it. Steve always cleans up when he is done, I don't have to do anything and I really appreciate that.
Today I had an extra job not expecting that he would do it today but he was more than happy to do so.
I will always call Steve, there is never any BS with him. He will tell you the truth and I appreciate that as well.

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Alex was punctual with a capital P, right on time and arrived in a very awesome looking work van, he ran tubing from the main sewage line all the way around my house to a bathroom we added to a guest room. He installed all the required parts for my new bathroom, and even performed a test to make sure everything would pass for city inspection. Even the city inspector asked who did our plumbing, because it was a very clean job.  I will definitely recommend generations plumbing to anyone who is looking for professional,honest and affordable work.

So last night my tenant called regarding the toilet in my rental property. It apparently overflowed and was just running aka plumbing issue. So I started looking around for a plumbing company
first thing this morning. Mind you, I'm out of state and no where near my property. Long story short, after reading reviews on different companies on Yelp and google and calling to get someone today I came across Personal plumbing Inc. Wendy is very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. She got me someone right away and explained to me the fees and how the service work. An hr later Oscar Frigo showed up at my property. He fixed what was wrong with the toilet and explained everything to me. So here's where I'm very impressed and happy with the overall outcome. Not only he was prompt showing up but he is a very good communicator and honest. Not once did he made me feel that he was taking advantage of me on the price and work that needs to be done. He explained everything in black and white and sent me pics of the before and after which I've never experienced before with other companies for whatever job that was done. Oscar definitely went above and beyond what I expected and I'm very thankful and appreciative to him and the company. It is so hard to find people like him now a days and a  good company that is not just after the SALES but actually value customers. Needless to say, I'll be doing business with personal plumbing inc from here on and will be referring them to people I know. They are very reliable and have good people working for them. I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

We needed someone urgently, when we called Ruben he answered and came out right away. He fixed our leaking faucet immediately and even looked at the bathroom shower and took care of the dripping faucet in there. He was a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends! Thank you guys!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. I got the quote when the worker showed up on site -- to clear a drain from the house to the main sewer line would cost $485 and include a year guarantee. We agreed. After 5 minutes of work (we happened to time it because our 3 year old started watching a movie when he started the work), the man stopped and said job could not be done. We asked what we owed him and he said we had to pay full price. When we balked, he called management and came back and said $85 less, so only $400. When I called management, they said the discount was up to him (see - each was saying it was up to the other to offer a lower price.) On the phone with management, I explained the job wasn't done, that we didn't need the value or cost of a year's warranty, that even if we paid for his time on site and his drive time, it would be a much lower charge than $400. THE KICKER -- the woman said they always get paid because they put mechanical liens on customer's homes. I feel like I was mugged in my own home. What a horrible experience and a total shock.

Been using them for 20 plus years and they are very good at what they do and very professional, as well as reasonable. I highly recommend them.
