Got referred to Bob through a friend at work. My Tankless water heater was on the way out.  He recommended a Similar Noritz model to the one that was on the fritz along with the price of the hardware. From what I can tell he was giving me HIS price without any markup and just going to charge me the labor for the install, relatively unheard of in most any industry. He arranged to come by the next day (Saturday) and showed up on time with his son to do the job. They knocked it out in a few hours, on time and on budget and said he'd guarantee his work indefinitely. I can't recommend Bob enough. My go to guy from now on for sure.

Reliability, friendliness, responsiveness, and qualified professionals can be hard to come by these days, but Andy's Plumbing checked all the boxes for me.

The work I requested was to replaced the oven/range gas supply valve.  He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.

Blaine was also easy to work with and has fair prices!

I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

Thomas saved the day! After struggling with a washing machine that was continuously backing up and calling a plumber who cleared it multiple times, someone recommended Thomas. His response time was quick and his solution was to resize the pipe. I have not had an issue since! Thank you Thomas for a job well done!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Finally found the Best Plumber! Steve came highly recommended by Santee Chamber of Commerce. He picked up my call personally, and had one of his guys out here within 2 hours. Repaired a shower, 3 toilets, leaking dishwasher drain & did caulking around sink, Work was completely done in 2 hours for about $100 less than other companies low-ball phone quotes.
I'll use him and refer him again and again! Thank you Steve & Russell.

I had a leaking water heater that was about to bust. Alex was able to get to my house the next morning on Saturday (I noticed the leak at 10 PM Friday) to assess the situation and get me a new hot water heater quickly and at a great price.  Generations Plumbing is highly recommended!

I used his service many times. My fire pit did not light up. A bad contractor gave me estimate for $3000, Bob came over and fixed it for less than $100. Recently, he checked all my sprinkler's heads and even taught me how to replace it for a very reasonable price. It is fun to work with him. He is very skillful and trustworthy.

The main water line to our house was leaking. We received one estimate of anywhere from $1200 - 1500.00 dollars. I then sought an estimate from Personal Plumbing for a fraction of the above quote.
All the online ratings motivated me to choose them; those ratings were SPOT on.
From my first phone call to the very end, I was impressed with the communication, customer service, work ethic (I can go on...). Always on time and even early at other times.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

We've used their service a handful of times - water heater, faucets, shutoff values and a couple of toilet bowls - different times.  Also, called them for a disposal replacement but advised to check a couple of things first - circuit break tripped on the disposal itself - saved me $. Price is more than fair - cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot so far.  Excellent, clean and professional.  They also suggested preventive maintenance to keep the parts from failing sooner.  Also, very accommodating with scheduling - weekend or after work if not too late.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

We've been using George Baird drain service for years and have always had our garbage disposal clog cleaned out in a timely manner. This time, they sent Michael B and he did not know where our clean outs would be and refused to go on our roof indicating he was nervous about our solar panels (every other time someone came from Baird, they went on the roof). He ended up doing a snake in our sink and told us he fixed the clog. We paid the $35 and tipped him $20 and he left. He cashed the check that day. Later on when we went to do dishes, the worst clog backup occurred and water starting coming up when black soot. And then water came up with black soot in our laundry room sink also! We called that night and left a message. Called again the next day and was told soMeone would call us back. We didn't hear from anyone so had to hire someone else to come in and fix the clog that also now backed up into our laundry room sink, which was never that bad before Michael came to us. $90+ later to the new plumber and we're grateful that the clog is fixed but super dissatisfied with the service Baird provided us this time around. Sadly, we won't be using them again and would not recommend anyone else do so - they don't honor their 24 hour guaranty and they are not bonded so if they were to break something in your home you would be responsible. We were so nervous he broke our pipes by snaking the sink but fortunately he just made the clog worse. Sad this happened!

Provided an inaccurate estimate and then over-charged me. Very rude when I followed up to discuss the charge being more than I was quoted.  Nice owner but not friendly business practices and would not use them again. Please be sure to get a quote in writing before you begin work with this company or you may be over charged as I was.
