We hired Andy to remove our old, outdated tub and showers from our condo and had him install a new tub and shower pan. Andy was beyond professional and didn't hide anything from us.  His quote for the work was very reasonable. He not only brought the plumbing up to code, he also explained to what was going on and if any adjustments had to be made.   Just a really honest, professional job all around and  someone I am happy to refer to others with plumbing needs.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I called Steve out based on yelp reviews alone. He was here the next business day. I had a non flushing toilet and a smelly shower and originally asked him to snake all drains which I knew could be pricey! Instead he showed up on time, fixed my toilet and used a chemical to make my drain smell go away. He checked all my fixtures and drains throughout the house and gave me tips as a home owner as to keeping things running well. He did not snake my drains and told me it wasn't needed. He could have easily gotten near 300 dollars from me today and instead did the minimum to solve my issues. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I will be renting my home soon and his card is going in my file cabinet for sure!

My water heater gave up after 13 years of service in the coldest month; I Called Generations Plumbing and spoke with Alex. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. We have an insightful conversation about water heater options. It gave me a warm and fuzzy to get the job done, as we are on day 2 with no hot water. Drew showed up at my home and got the job done! Bob's service and response was invaluable.  Our upstairs bathtub had sprung a bad leak and water was literally showering down into our kitchen counter and breakfast nook!  Apparently the builders did a poor job connecting the bathtub drain and when our houseguest took a shower above us we experienced the consequences!  Upon shutting off the main water valve to our house I called Bob immediately and within 2 hours they arrived to survey the issue.  As mentioned it was merely a poorly attached tub drainpipe - but since we had never used the Jack/Jill bathroom before, there was never an issue till yesterday.  Anyways, within an hour the problem was diagnosed, repaired and tested, and only a small 6 x 12 hole had to be cut in our ceiling below the drainpipe to determine the cause of the leak.  Fortunately we didn't require any remediation as the leak only happened for less than 15 minutes, so we were lucky!  Bob's team handled this job PROMPTLY and PROFESSIONALLY and very REASONABLY!  I can highly recommend Bob's Personal Plumbing to anyone who has any sort of plumbing issue - we used them in our previous home in Encinitas, and now as well in San Juan Capistrano.  You won't be sorry you did!!

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

this review is way overdue!! matter of fact, ivan came by before covid19 hit. i had my tub redone and wanted to have new fixtures. he was so kind enough to come by for a 'free' estimate. what a gentleman!! i asked if he could extend the shower head so that the flow would hit in the middle of the tub, not close to the wall. ivan provided a new shower are that was the cutest thing ever!! it had moveable pieces and fit right into my decor!!!! when ivan was fixing the faucet, he noticed some outdated plumbing. without further adieu, ivan took his time to go to home depot and pick up the needed pieces!!! what a guy!!! everything went perfectly!! wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire ivan again and again and again!!!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

My mom referred me to Baird's when my dishwasher overflowed into my kitchen sink. They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable rate with no BS. I liked them so much that when my guest bath started draining slowly, I called them right away. I wish I could find more companies like this who are both reasonable and reliable.

I called them twice two days apart asking them for a quote to perform some plumbing repairs in Coronado where they are located. When I called the answering machine said please leave your phone number name and a description of the work request and a technician will call you immediately. I left this information and never received a call back. This is not a company I would trust to provide any service that was time sensitive. If they cannot be relied upon to give a quote how can they be relied upon to do the work?
