We had several plumbing issues that we needed addressed for our home and Bob of Neighborhood Plumbing did a great job for us! Bob and his crew worked with us and formulated a plan and problem solved so that they took care of the issues and provided solutions for the upgrades and maintenance of our plumbing; They efficiently and effectively installed some toilets, bathroom faucets and sinks, tankless water heater, shut-off valve, and located our water pipes. We did have some initial issues with hot water flowing from the tankless after the first day; Bob immediately responded the next day and problem-solved the issue step-by-step; very impressive indeed! I will be using Neighborhood Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

This company may have named themselves after a yippy, annoying dog.  That's where the resemblance ends.  After all, this is a PLUMBING company.  This is NOT the kind of company I really relish doing business with; does anyone?!

Five years ago, we remodeled our kitchen, and Chihuahua Plumbing did the waterworks part of the job.  A couple of years ago, we installed a gas fireplace in our house; again, the same company came out.  Oh, and the time our son backed up the shower in his bathroom?  Chihuahua Plumbing to the Rescue!

So, fast-forward to this past week.  My kitchen sink was backed up, but after a couple of days of gingerly usage, all seemed well.  I started a load of laundry, and when it spun out, all of a sudden I heard a large burp in the kitchen, and lo and behold, the sinks were full of black, disgusting water.  Oh, No!  What to do?!  Fortunately, with a name like Chihuahua Plumbing, I can easily remember this company, so 2 hours later, we had a plumber in our house, and within one hour, and $95, my emergency was over.  

All I can say, is thank God for plumbers when you need them.  And thank God for unusual, quirky names that make it easy to recall said plumbers.  They truly are a godsend when you need them....and let's face it, it takes a special person to do that kind of work!  Thank you, guys, for being fast, efficient and affordable.

Wow 10 stars for Jason for helping out my husband and I! Jason solved the mystery to our cold showers!!! lol To begin with, I hired a handyman to install a new gas valve so that my new Lg dryer could be installed  and when the handyman was done he never re ignited my water heater. I kindly messaged the handyman and he said that if the stove and everything else iss working then there is something else wrong with my water heater. He only had a couple review, but he was the only one that was available asap and i was impatient so I hired him for for the small task. Definitely a lesson learned! Yelp is based on reviews and i should've followed my instincts. After i searched for someone who specializes in water  heaters on yelp that could help me, I came across Jason's company and he was so quick in response. He even helped me trouble shoot it over the phone and offered to come over if we are still having trouble. He walked us step by step over the phone and we got it to work! It definitely saved us some money and i am so thankful to have came across a kind soul. I will definitely save his number in my contact for future services. Jason was also so kind to remind me of my home owners insurance since my husband and I just bought this home! We couldn't even figure out how to ignite the water heater with you tube and google lol Jason was more helpful and all we had to do was send over a picture! Again thank you so much and even though it may sound like a simple act of kindness, it really is a huge thing for my husband and I and we are beyond grateful for your help! God Bless you Jason!!

Fantastic service and quick service!!  The response time has always been immediate.  Thomas, the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated the time he takes to explain stuff.  Fair pricing makes his services less stressful.  We don't always take the time to do reviews, but after using his services for about the 4th time now, on our properties, I feel we can be very confident in giving a review! It's a well deserved one!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

I tried to replace the wax seal on my toilet myself and had problems with the bolts breaking loose from the flange.  Very frustrated, I found Steve on YELP, and called him.  He told me he could be over in two hours.  He actually texted me and showed up in one hour after the initial call.  He is knowledgeable and his price was very fair.  He works on customers houses like it was his own.  Thank you very much Steve!

Although I use Yelp as a search resource I rarely write reviews, but this plumbing experience compelled me to do so! Plumber Bob is an around trustworthy and knowledgeable small business man. He solved all our home plumbing issues quickly and efficiently while being very reasonably priced. I don't even think he charged me for the minor stuff that made a huge difference in our daily water usage.  Truly signs of a great business man who works passionately and not just out to rip people off.  It puzzles me when people complain about the mark up of some of the material and products used during the process of repairs. Consider the fact that sometimes you are paying for the convenience and the person's knowledge and skill to resolve the issue.  If you were simply paying for cost then you'd go out and buy the items yourself and fix it yourself!  I'd recommend Plumber Bob to anyone who's in need of a pipes specialists! Michael came out and knew what my issue was right away!  He went down the street picked out a faucet I wanted and installed it.  Dog friendly too! I told him I'm interested in a bathroom remodel in the future so they do that as well.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

Quick and inexpensive.  I have used Baird twice on the recommendation of my contractor.  $25 for each visit.  They showed up within the time specified (2 hr block) and called when they were on their way.  The work was done quickly (15 minutes) and they kept the work area clean.  

As mentioned in other posts, they use a dispatch system.  You call and speak to the scheduler/dispatcher.  She is direct, but efficient. She'll just need your address and phone number, then she can set you up with a time window for the work.

I would recommend these guys to friends and family.

I called them twice two days apart asking them for a quote to perform some plumbing repairs in Coronado where they are located. When I called the answering machine said please leave your phone number name and a description of the work request and a technician will call you immediately. I left this information and never received a call back. This is not a company I would trust to provide any service that was time sensitive. If they cannot be relied upon to give a quote how can they be relied upon to do the work?
