Bob the owner of Neighborhood Plumbing has been exceptional in every way. I first contacted Bob based on Yelp reviews after disappointing experiences w plumbers in the South Bay. At that time every plumber I contacted wanted to replace all the sewer lines. Bob evaluated the sewer system via camera and suggested replacing a segment of line where the constriction was with a clean-out that would suffice for some time. It did for years.  We just recently replaced another section of pipe near the main with another clean-out and that has bought me years of being able to use the existing sewer lines from the 1950's. When I have had back-ups from time to time Bob has been there that same or next day at really reasonable prices. And I did all of this while living 2-3K miles away. I have never met Bob in person but look forward to doing so. Bob's brother does excellent concrete work as well as concrete has been involved twice. Neighborhood Plumbing has my strongest recommendation. You will be impressed.  Val Imperial Beach homeowner.

Service was amazing. I thought we had a big problem but Blaine (new owner of the Company) came over to check it out and diagnosed the issue in no time. He fixed our issue on same day at a very reasonable price.
He is by far the best plumber I have hired. He even took the time to explain and show me what he was fixing along the way and cleaned up after. Bottom line, he is outstanding. A gentleman. Knows everything there is to know in the plumbing business. Highly professional, extremely courteous, prompt and always had a smile on his face. Loved his work ethic and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Haven't had great service like this in ages. I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

I've used canyon hills plumbing a few times for services for my grandmother and they have been great every time. The are very prompt and show up in during the window of time they claim they will. They send a message with the picture of the plumber coming to the house so you know who to expect. They are very thorough and explain everything they are doing and why.

Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. The house had hot water and a system compliant with current code later the same day. Will definitely keep this business card on hand for future needs. Thank you!!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Steve did not do his own work, he had an assistant.  He over charged and was rather rude when I asked for a formal invoice.  I asked him to install a new faucet in the kitchen, which was done by his assistant.  And then I needed to have my gas line for my stove moved as it was up high at counter level and needed to be moved down to where the new stove had the attachment for gas.  He didn't do this at all.  He just added some pipe and attached the gas line outside the wall.  When the stove was pushed in again it stuck out about 2 inches.  I couldn't open the dishwasher as it hit the stove.  It's a small kitchen.  I called an he refused to come back and fix it.  I had to call Bill Howe Plumbing to come back and fix it properly.  That plumber cut the dry wall and moved the pipe inside the dry wall and finished the job properly.  I did not send him the full amount he was charging.  I will never hire this plumber again.  I would warn others also.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

They have been to our home twice the first repair was in shower and was perfect  the second repair was for shut off vavle which another company screw up and he did a good job but a little bite pricey and less communication on second repair but you do may more for quality work the only reason for 4 start was the lack of combination on second visit. But as long as it quality work I will call if I need their services again

Needed a new water heater and called Bob.  On the phone, he was very helpful and honest.  He couldn't fix it that night so he told me if I had any problems with leakage, to call him even if I don't use him!  After calling another plumber, I decided to go with Bob.  The price he quoted me was very good, and I like the way he itemized each parts that I need instead of just giving me one big price (which another plumber did and then had the gall to tell me, If you find a better deal, we'll match it-which basically means,  I'll try to ripe you off but only if I get caught!)

Bob was very professional and he takes pride in his work.  I watched some of it and the way he did things was like an artist performing.  

In addition, he looked at my shower faucet and recommended me to contact Moen for replacement parts instead of trying to sell me new faucet.  

I highly recommend Bob for all plumbing.  He will be coming back to my house for those Moen parts!

I needed a plumber on a Sunday and called about 15 that I found on Yelp. No one could get out same day. Personal Plumbing answered the phone immediately and had someone out there within 2 hours. It was for our vacation rental so it needed to be fixed immediately. The plumber took care of a shower head issue and clogged drains. He was polite and communicated the entire time via video and text while in the unit fixing the issues. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

We had 4 different plumbers come to investigate how to fix our broken water heater.  However, it wasn't until Ivan from Aqua Tech Plumbing came out and immediately saw that the heater needed replacement and it was actually covered from the manufacturer. He even assisted me in getting the labor for the replacement water covered under our warranty.

He was professional, polite, licensed and insured. We will be using him for all future plumbing jobs and recommending him to all our friends.

Such a great experience!  I called and spoke with Ruben and he showed up to my house within 30 minutes. He had my water heater installed in my house in no time at all. I would recommend All Time Plumbing to all!

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

I can no longer recommend Bairds. The frustration is not worth the usually inexpensive price. After letting the office know that I would like the line cleared from outside (due to Covid and an immune compromised family member) the plumber wouldn't even try. We called the office back and she assured me that a different plumber would come out and run the line from the roof and that they would honor the $35 price. Unfortunately, he got here and would not do what the office assured me he would. He tried to up sell me (bait and switch perhaps?) to jetting that cost over $400. I would only try them if you have a lot of time and multiple bathrooms so that it doesn't matter as much if they don't do what they say they will. Unfortunately for me, I only have one bathtub which is still clogged.

Front desk was so rude to my aunt.  Looking at the reviews, not much has changes since 2011.  Management should try to hire and train more customer oriented employees.  I probably won't be back and if I'm with people might even steer them away.  There are plenty of great gift shops in Coronado to chose from.
