I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

Chihuahua Plumbing is now my go-to for plumbing needs!

I needed septic risers installed on my septic tank as well as pumping and canyon hills plumbing was extremely helpful and very reasonable with pricing. They installed the risers just how I wanted and went out of their way to insure everything was top notch.

Jorge Nunez and Jose Navarro we're the gentlemen that came out and we're beyond helpful and accommodating. During the inspection they found a few issues with the tank and they provided outstanding options for repairs. They were willing to work with me to help reduce my price while still providing top care and their communication with the customer with explanation of work is unmatched. They have great attention to detail and they don't cut any corners. I would highly recommend Jorge and Jose and will always call on them when I need a service done. Couldn't be more pleased!!! Thomas was prompt and very thorough about checking out our situation. Calmed my worries about the water heater and then offered suggestions about keeping our home free of possible future problems.  We're calling him when we're ready to take his suggestions.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I called Steve for help getting a faucet repaired because the internal parts were frozen.  He was experienced enough to check our water pressure and discovered that our pressure regulator had failed.  So the repair took longer than anticipated but, based on previous plumbers I've hired, Steve's fee was far lower than I expected to have two plumbers on the job.

Steve and his assistant,  Moises, were professional and very respectful of my home and pets during their time here.   I would not hesitate to call him agsin

My water heater started to leak & cause damage to my home last weekend. Alex responded promptly & gave the best qoute.  His work ethic & quality of work that he does makes me grateful we contacted him. I'm definitely recommending him to everyone.  He's a good honest man.

We called Bob out to replace our water heater and he did a great job at a really good price.
5.30 next morning no hot water, text Bob and we tried to trouble shoot it over the phone but still no luck.
He was at my house at 8 took it out and replaced it no fuss or trouble.
Great guy and great service at last we have found a plumber that I'm happy with and would give us the right service.

So last night my tenant called regarding the toilet in my rental property. It apparently overflowed and was just running aka plumbing issue. So I started looking around for a plumbing company
first thing this morning. Mind you, I'm out of state and no where near my property. Long story short, after reading reviews on different companies on Yelp and google and calling to get someone today I came across Personal plumbing Inc. Wendy is very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. She got me someone right away and explained to me the fees and how the service work. An hr later Oscar Frigo showed up at my property. He fixed what was wrong with the toilet and explained everything to me. So here's where I'm very impressed and happy with the overall outcome. Not only he was prompt showing up but he is a very good communicator and honest. Not once did he made me feel that he was taking advantage of me on the price and work that needs to be done. He explained everything in black and white and sent me pics of the before and after which I've never experienced before with other companies for whatever job that was done. Oscar definitely went above and beyond what I expected and I'm very thankful and appreciative to him and the company. It is so hard to find people like him now a days and a  good company that is not just after the SALES but actually value customers. Needless to say, I'll be doing business with personal plumbing inc from here on and will be referring them to people I know. They are very reliable and have good people working for them. Outstanding service and highly recommended. Ivan was there the next day to install a temporary water heater while the restoration team tore out all of the water damaged areas of our home. He did a great job installing the new water heater at a price that undercut all of the competition. Extremely reliable, friendly and genuinely cares about getting the job done correctly. We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!
