Bob is a wonderful plumber and human being. With years of experience, he provides quality work. He replaced the entire plumbing in my two homes and couldn't have made the experience easier. He also has provided quick services for smaller jobs such as a leaky faucets and blocked toilet. You can trust him with your home. Not only does he provide top quality work, he is a man of his word. This is rare to in today's modern city where corners almost always are cut and where clients seem to be treated as numbers. I would recommended him to anyone for any job big or small.

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

Much appreciation and respect for Jason. I inboxed him in the early morning hours (pre-cup of coffee) a few weeks ago since our water heater had gone out during the night. He called me right away! I shared what was going on and the brand of the water heater. From our conversation, Jason shared that GE only authorizes certain companies to carry their replacement parts.

Although he knew this, he asked me for the information off the water heater. He took the time to call the GE 800 number and get a report started.

In less than thirty minutes he calls me back with plumbing companies that are authorized to work on our water heater.

What can I say, Jason is an honest businessman and saved our day.  From what I have seen others post about his work quality and ethic it does not surprise me why he took the time to help me and my family.

Thomas saved the day! After struggling with a washing machine that was continuously backing up and calling a plumber who cleared it multiple times, someone recommended Thomas. His response time was quick and his solution was to resize the pipe. I have not had an issue since! Thank you Thomas for a job well done!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Bob Muller originally installed our water heater, expansion tank and re-plumbed 1/2 my house about 6 years ago. There was an issue with corrosion from a part used at the joint for the expansion tank. Ed was sent out and he fixed it right up and didn't bill me. That is standing by your work and I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I would use this company exclusively just for that!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

this review is way overdue!! matter of fact, ivan came by before covid19 hit. i had my tub redone and wanted to have new fixtures. he was so kind enough to come by for a 'free' estimate. what a gentleman!! i asked if he could extend the shower head so that the flow would hit in the middle of the tub, not close to the wall. ivan provided a new shower are that was the cutest thing ever!! it had moveable pieces and fit right into my decor!!!! when ivan was fixing the faucet, he noticed some outdated plumbing. without further adieu, ivan took his time to go to home depot and pick up the needed pieces!!! what a guy!!! everything went perfectly!! wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire ivan again and again and again!!!

We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

Good luck getting on the schedule with them. I called over a hour after leaving a message and like the other reviewer here, could tell they hadn't even heard my message.  The ofice person answered and we got disconected, I called back and she told me she would call me back.  I have up.  If I can't get on the schedule in 2.5 hours, somethings wrong.  Unfortunately, our plumber is temp. closed until July and Baird was referred by our neighbor.  I don't know what is going on with them but when your sewer is backed up, you can't wait all day for an answer!

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
