You can tell a good contractor by how they respond when you need to have them come back and fix something.  We called Andy and he was very diligent to respond to our request.   He was conscientious to test every possibility and find the actual source of our problem.  As it turned out it wasn't anything that he had done but completely another issue that was causing the problem. Not only is Andy a good contractor, clean , respectful but he is a admirable and kind person.

Chihuahua Plumbing was a great referral. Paul did a great job on my parent's shower. He was very professional and knowledgable, plus he provided excellent customer service.

I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Called canyon hills plumbing to service my septic tank. They came out the next day and took care of me. They were super professional and very fast. Thank you Manny and Oscar, you guys were great. Definitely recommend these guy's if you need your septic tank cleaned. Great price as well!

Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. The house had hot water and a system compliant with current code later the same day. Will definitely keep this business card on hand for future needs. Thank you!!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

I called Steve out based on yelp reviews alone. He was here the next business day. I had a non flushing toilet and a smelly shower and originally asked him to snake all drains which I knew could be pricey! Instead he showed up on time, fixed my toilet and used a chemical to make my drain smell go away. He checked all my fixtures and drains throughout the house and gave me tips as a home owner as to keeping things running well. He did not snake my drains and told me it wasn't needed. He could have easily gotten near 300 dollars from me today and instead did the minimum to solve my issues. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I will be renting my home soon and his card is going in my file cabinet for sure!

I had a leaking water heater that was about to bust. Alex was able to get to my house the next morning on Saturday (I noticed the leak at 10 PM Friday) to assess the situation and get me a new hot water heater quickly and at a great price.  Generations Plumbing is highly recommended!

Thank goodness for Plumber Bob!  I discovered a gas leak last week.  Bob was able to come over quickly and discovered some leaking pipes.  Bob showed up on time, was professional and officious in his work.  He returned to make a full repair and by Monday I was taking hot showers at home again!  Bob estimated the cost of the repair at the beginning of the job and the final cost was consistent with the estimate.  I highly recommend Bob to all homeowners who want a reliable plumber who will take the time to tell them what the problem is- and fix it!

We are new homeowners & had our floors redone in the whole house, which left us with toilets that needed to be reinstalled. Bob Muller, the owner of Personal Plumbing, was referred to us by our flooring guy Jason, the owner of Today's Friendly Flooring. Bob answered his phone immediately, was very professional, offered us a great deal, and was able to make our preferred appointment with less than a days notice! We were happily met  by our personal plumber, Ryan, the following day right on time with a smile and a can-do attitude, despite the difficulty of finding our place. He walked us through the whole process of the installations, even found and removed a large piece of debris in the main pipe of the second bedroom toilet that would have caused some major clogging issues down the line. Yikes! Ryan to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and we felt very comfortable with him. We also appreciated his attention to detail, his friendliness, and his professionalism. He even helped us with an extremely low flow kitchen sink faucet, and recaulking of the sink edge with no additional cost! Altogether, we were extremely happy with our overall experience with Personal Plumbing and will continue to go to them for our plumbing concerns. We highly recommend!!

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I didn't even get to use there service they were so bad.  Originally called and spoke to a lady who answers the phone to have a clogged drain cleared.  They have to call back hours later to just schedule a time.  So I waited all day to just get a phone call stating they couldn't get to it until the next day.  I called someone else for that job but had another job come up two days later.  Called and spoke to the same RUDE LADY, stated very clearly that I had called two days ago about a different address, and said I had a new issue at a different address.  Said she would call in the AM to schedule an appointment.  Didn't hear from her so I called just to make sure I was going to still get a call to schedule an appt.  She asked what address and confirmed the address.  I got a call hours later they can be at the location in 10 minutes and again they stated the address.  Went to the location and waited, nobody shows and I receive a call asking what the address was again.  After I told her, she stated Oh no this was for the job at the other address I called about 2 days ago.  SERIOUSLY!!   She tried telling me that she was talking about the 1st address the whole time and she never referred to my 2nd correct address.  Then she says for this job its not until later in the day and she will call with an updated time.  So I go back to work and receive a call 2 hours later, my guy will be there in 5 minutes, if you can't be there, it will be rescheduled for tomorrow.  UNBELIEVABLE!!  Needless to say, I told her I was done with their company.  They or should I say the RUDE LADY, is very unprofessional and clearly ahas no clue what she is doing and could careless what you think.  You are just another number to them, not an important customer because they know you are at their mercy.  My advice, don't bother calling.

Not sure about this service provider yet; they were scheduled and I tried to communicate with the crew and didn't show; I tried again today and busy signal, an hour after they were scheduled; the office hasn't called to confirm but the Bldg. my client is in recommended them-

Its funny as I read other reviews, my experience is exactly like Lindsays in 2016; identical.  No change.
