There is nobody I've ever known that has more integrity or as reliable as Bob. He's always treated us like family and I will continue to give him my business because he is also great at what he does at a reasonable price. This go around we relocated our water to an outdoor tankless and it turned out great. Bonus points that he's also a legend!

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

This is the second time I've had Personal Plumbing out to my house. Ed showed up again, and all I can say is he is a consummate professional. Punctual, knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and best of all HONEST. He pointed out things, other people had done, that he could have easily let slide. Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

Called up Ivan with a pinhole leak in my house and he made a point to come over to my house within an hour to take care of the problem. Although it turned out to be a small leak, he took care of the problem like I was a long time customer.  Absolutely wonderful guy and can't be more happy with his willingness to help with my water leak. This guy is just awesome.

I recently had a leak in my home somewhere in the master bathroom that was causing water damage to nearly the entire room and part of the master bedroom wall. After several plumbers telling me different things but no resolution in sight, I decided to reach out to Ruben for help after hearing great things about him on Yelp. Ruben gave me a courtesy call and showed up on time, unlike all the other plumbers I tried before. Finding the leak was an adventure, considering the spot it was in was a tight and sort of hidden spot, but thankfully it was found and taken care of. Ruben was very hardworking, professional, and friendly. If I ever have another problem with plumbing, then I would definitely give All Time Plumbing a call again.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

SO happy with the service and with the reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our main line needed to be snaked and we called 2 separate companies to come out and give us an estimate. Because we live in an older neighborhood and don't have 'clean-outs' in the yard, the other companies wanted to charge us $1200 & $1500 to install them and snake our line. Are you kidding? We haven't had an issue in 10 years with our drains and the last time we did someone just went on the roof and snaked to the street. Simple. But its not for the other companies because they don't get on roofs. Again, really??

So thank God we got 3 separate recommendations for Baird's Drain Cleaning. Jess came out the next day, immediately knew what to do, climbed up on the roof and within 30 minutes the drains are clean and everything is running great! He was incredibly nice, professional, and never tried to up-sell us to installing clean-outs. In fact, he told us since we rarely have issues and the pipes look good, we are fine without them. When we asked about price in case we want to install them in the future, he quoted me $650. HALF of what the other companies wanted. The bill for today? $125!! Worth every penny and I can't tell you how much I appreciate an honest business!! I will never call anyone else for our drains and highly recommend them :)

I could not recommend Bay and Shore more highly.  I don't understand the negative review on this site.  I have had to call Augie a couple of times and he has responded immediately to address my plumbing problems.

I have found his customer service excellent and his prices reasonable.  However it is his prompt service that I appreciate the most.  Because he is on the island he is able to get to my house right away.  Today my Water Heater broke and needed to be replaced.  He was at my house in 15 minutes and had a replacement heater in his inventory on the island.  2 hours later the job was complete.
