These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Jeff explains what's going on with the plumbing & is ready to fix it in the same appointment. He stays on time & cleans up any mess before he leaves. Phil and Tracy were so wonderful! They came out to provide a free estimate for some extensive plumbing work at our house and they took their time and were quite thorough. I was quite impressed by how thorough they were because the first plumber who came by was in and out by 5 minutes.  Phil explained that the work could not be done because of several reasons, but that our general contractor would be able to resolve the issue on their own without a plumber. I was so impressed by his honesty. I am definitely going to use Phil and Tracy for our future plumbing needs. If you need an honest, thorough, and all around great company, no need to look further, definitely give Phil and Tracy a phone call, you won't regret it!

Have a low flow toilet that frequently gets clogged.  I usually auger the clog out and be on my way.  But yesterday on Veteran's Day,  I had no such luck.   Called several plumbers in the area, (a couple still haven't called back despite their rave reviews on Next Door App.) but none could work me in until Monday of next week until I talked to Angel.  She was great, worked me in for first thing this morning and gave me a 2 hour window (8-10 am), super friendly and responsive.   At 8:00 I received a text from Colton he was on his way.  By 9 am the issue had been resolved!  Come to find out this was Colton's first customer call on his own since he completed his training.   He was great - very thorough, informative as he assessed the issue and possible solutions.  I won't hesitate to call Angel again with any plumbing issues - fast, reliable and good quality work.

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

This is the second time I have utilized Greg's services. Of course the result was the same as the last. Great! If you are a thin skinned pansy you might find his demeanor a little gruff. He is a straight shooter and does not sugarcoat anything. Upfront honesty is hard to find these days. Very accommodating when there was a hiccup in my schedule. I had two issues needing his expertise, he explained them fully. Completely repaired one and once I realized I could do the other after his explanation, he stated the entire (rare) fixture did not have to be purchased  equaling $500. We ordered the innards at 1/10 the cost. When all was said and done, did not gouge me in the pocketbook.      Recommended

We were without hot water for 6 days and our home warranty program was still dragging thier feet when we decided to get it done ourselves. I looked on Yelp, read reviews and found Water Heaters Only. Living in Santee! We like to use local businesses when possible. Derek arrived within an hour of my call and, as he was described in other reviews, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest and competent, Derek is an outstanding representative for this company! The only negative was the price. While I was quoted $400.00 or $500.00 over the phone, the final price was more towards $700.00. I cannot fault the quality of the installation, however and they came through on short notice and made my wife & I happy.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

These guys know what they're doing! Tom and Paul spent a few hours at my home btwn different days trying to help us with our water hammer/banging pipes issue. We live in an old 1960's mid-century with crazy piping.. They found the issue in the shower fixture and cured our problem. The banging was crazy. All in they were at my house 5 times making sure the problem was solved and also pointed out other issues that needed fixing. Would absolutely recommend these guys. They are fair but most importantly, educated and knowledgeable on plumbing problems.

I have called Jerry & Miles for multiple issues I have had with my a/c and also had them do some pvc pipe work for a utility sink we have in our home.  Let me just say that they are the best.  Read through the other reviews and have to agree with everything their customers are saying about them.  They are extremely professional, very knowledgable, honest, and super reliable.  I would highly recommend you give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

We had a somewhat small job of replacing patio pavers and installing a gas line for our fire pit.  They were professional the whole way through.  Clear contract, volunteered to show insurance documentation, prompt return of calls and messages.  The color was tougher to match than anticipated, yet they honored their agreement to match the color and ultimately found a great match.  They were conscientious about cleanup and preventing damage coming through the house.

The one mistake I made was I did not ask what equipment they'd be using.  They used a jackhammer and I didn't warn my neighbors ahead of time.  Jackhammers are extremely loud!  

I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Aaron was extremely professional and helpful. Our plumbing had been messed up since we moved in and we were able to get multiple issues worked out with him very quickly. He xplained everything well as he worked, too. Would definitely recommend this company and especially Aaron for any plumbing project.
