We had a fantastic experience w/ Travis of Prescription Plumbing. He is the owner / operator, so you're not dealing with a chain or bigger company that doesn't care. He takes the time that's needed and is super knowledgeable. I only wish we had found him sooner! We did our homework and got about 3 other quotes. Not only was Travis the most affordable but he's the ONLY one my husband felt confident that he knew his stuff. Don't call anyone else for your plumbing needs, Travis is the best there is!

We needed a water softener removed and a new pressure regulator installed. We had half a dozen quotes and Plumb365 provided quick responses and asked pertinent questions and provided a fair price. The plumber was on time and did a terrific job, even taking a look at something not on the order. The cost was a little lower than the quote and we're very happy with the results.

I chose Diaz Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I have to say they were right. I first called DSI Dry fix services for a plumber and got the run around for 2 whole weeks. Called Mr. Diaz on 9/4/18 and made an appt. for 9/5/18. He showed up on time and he solved the problem that I had. I had no idea what was wrong, I had a toilet seal leak in my upstairs bathroom. He will be the only plumber I will call.

Jared was incredible - came over, saw what he needed to do, made some great suggestions - He got all the right parts for a large job, the first time (this never happens). Have recommended to contractor friends and family members. Amazing guy!

Once you use Just Plumbing you will never worry about plumbing problems again. They do great work at a reasonable price and are very responsive to emergencies. Over the years they have fixed or replaced my toilets, garbage disposal, water regulator, leaky faucet and pipes, water heater, clogged drains, etc. They get the job done fast and right the first time. I had a major drain leak that involved wet walls, tearing out walls, floor, including foundation, testing for lead, and restoration. Pipeline came out the same day I called, found out the mess I was in and lined up the other three companies I needed. I never had to make another phone call. Saved me I don't know how much time on the phone. The other companies they sent were also very prompt, and professional.
Can't say enough good things about Jon who did the plumbing work. He was very professional, and did the work in one day. He is a very nice person as well.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever you're home.   From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing.  He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship. James and Juan were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

Rude. Spoke to a lady named Emily regarding a 30 day warranty. They were hired and hydro-jetted the sewer line, then came back out 2 days later to snake the main line then gave an estimate on Friday the 16th to repair the problem which they stated were the roots at the septic tank connection.  However, 9am Monday the 19th sewage backed up again- they charged $125 for that service call. My question was- is the sewer line the same as the main line?... and she said yes. And if its the same wouldn't it be covered under the warranty? I manage this property and wanted to be able to explain it to my owner when he saw the invoice. When I asked about the 30 day warranty, she said that's not how it works and we had time to approve the estimate to fix the problem... really? So 30 days isn't really 30 days and an estimate presented on Friday then new sewage back up on Monday morning was enough time to get an approval? How rude! Oh and she said she would waive the $125 if we approved the work. The estimate was for $9700; however, that wasn't my issue. She also said she's not going to keep sending her guys out there. Rude! Just Rude! Is this how you treat your clients? Isn't this what you do? Isn't this your business? If we're bothering you- we will call someone else. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time we've used Guardian  Plumbers.  This time it was a leaky faucet in the kitchen.  They came to do an estimate and see about the problem.  Recommended we get a new faucet and they would come back to install.  We ordered a new one, and once gotten, within a few days they came to install.  Very courteous, on time repairman.  Office very  helpful in setting up appt.

These guys are the best. Especially Mark and Steve. They are extremely courteous and professional. They go above and beyond, keeping you informed of every step. Very knowledgable and know how to talk to you. They listened to our concerns and answered all our questions with extreme patience. They were there to help and not to try to rip you off.

This company was very responsive and did a great job replacing our hot water heater. We called for a quote on Wednesday at 4:00 and they were at our house in Fallbrook at 8:00 the next day. The water heater they replaced was inside a cabinet with a big steel post in front of it to protect it from cars in the garage. Despite these obstacles they were able to quickly remove the old and install the new without incident. They completed the job and were gone by 9:30----all for the quoted price which was very competitive.

These guys were outstanding! Not only did they have a fast response time, with a professional approach, but they are cost effective and get the job done right. I had two other companies provide quotes for my main-line repairs and new clean-out  - Mike was the most accurate, friendly, easy to work with, and had an excellent price on top of it all. I'm super happy, and recommend Cross Plumbing for sure! I'll never call anyone else in the region - these guys are the best choice!

We had a slab leak under our sink in our kitchen island on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Mitch and discussed our options. He gave suggestions and reaffirmed things we had already done to diagnose. Fortunately because my husband is handy we were able to fix our leak on our own. Mitch took it upon himself to call us just to check in and see how we did. Hopefully we don't need to call a plumber again but would definitely call Mitch with Fallbrook Plumbing.
