I signed up on Yelp just so I could write this review.

Travis was great.  He arrived on-time with everything needed to do the job, re-seated a toilet and installed a new kitchen faucet, and gave me a quick tutorial on the ins and outs of my garbage disposer.  His communication was spot-on before and during the visit and worked around another repairman while doing the job.  I have him coming next week for some other work and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I anticipate him becoming very busy due to the great service he provides and the happy clients here on Yelp.

Update: he came the next week as planned,  on-time and ready to work.  Finished up the other toilet quicker than I thought.  Also found out that he does water and gas plumbing for BBQ islands and firepits.  Dangit...now I have that stuck in my head!

Quality of the work was good and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable. We called ahead and he was pretty straightforward about the labor charge and how long he thought it would take to fix the issue. However, I was really disappointed in the amount he charged for parts and materials. Basically charging a 500% markup. Perhaps I should have asked beforehand but I wasn't expecting such a  significant charge for parts that I know the retail cost. I think he would have been honest if asked beforehand so just make sure you do so as the work was done well, but just felt that he took advantage of us not asking. Oh well!

Well these guys really saved us had emergency gas leak they're able to come over here within a couple hours to get everything fixed up back to New and no one else could including my existing plumber who's no longer my existing plumber.. Plumb 365 will be my go-to from now on thanks again guys!!

This is the BEST plumber hands down. I have owned a business for many years and Hank has always come through no matter what my needs are. Hes quick to respond and always professional. I would recommend Diaz Plumbing a million times over!!

We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

I had found an review of Just Plumbing and that is why I called for service. They were very competent and did such good job with our toilet leak that i asked them to put in a valve to make the shower not effected by other water uses. Again they were quick, clean and competent . And the charges were very reasonable and just what he estimated.

These guys were awesome. Jay replaced 2 old toilets. The drain camera crew also was out and identified a issue that caused a toilet drain stoppage. They indicated it may be a issue in the future but did not try to sell me additional repairs now that may/may not be needed n he future.

I will absolutely call Fernando from ARS Neighborhood Rooter & Plumbing again and will recommend him to others.  He is communicative, kind, honest, and skilled.  I sent a message requesting a quote at about midnight and he responded by 8 AM the next morning.  He came to my home and repaired my toilet before lunchtime that day, charging exactly what he quoted and getting the work done quickly.  When I called later that day about a subsequent problem he was back within 20 minutes to fix it, and everything's working as it should now. We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

I highly recommend Victor Lee Plumbing.  Our long-time regular plumber wasn't available so he recommended Victor to us.  I didn't know what to expect.  Well, let me say I wasn't disappointed.  Victor was standing on my doorstep within 24 hours of my phone call to him.  He was professional, quick and efficient, and reasonably priced.  He listened carefully when I described my two problems and talked to me about the different approaches we could take.  When I wasn't quite sure about the results of the path we chose, without complaint or hesitation he switched to a bigger machine and solved the problem to my satisfaction.  He cleaned up the area and put everything back perfectly when he was done.  Moreover, he inadvertently fixed the second problem by fixing the first problem and didn't charge me for it.  And, he's friendly and funny.  Give Victor a call; he'll take care of you.

When they come to your house to give you an estimate, make SURE  that you get it in writing!  I didn't and at the end of the day, the bill was totally different than what was quoted!  Also,  the guy tried to charge me full labor for a job that he could Not fix. Would not recommend this company!

Customer service  Kristen was very nice and refunded the money on labor for the job that wasn't fixed!

These guys were awesome. I attempted to replace my water shutoff valve on my own and learn a new skill but I ran into an issue when routing the copper pipes correctly and realized that I was in over my head on the task, leaving the house without water overnight.

No thanks to requesting quotes on Yelp, I only got a response from one company but they couldn't come out for a couple days.

Thankfully, I found proactive plumbing. I called them up and they were able to come out the same day. Carl was great and informed me how a typical system is from the supply to main shutoff valve at the house. To my surprise, the cost was less than I had expected to be quoted, based on on my previous interactions with other companies. I'm so glad he had the right tools to finish the job. He was able to quickly finish the last section and test my soldering job for leaks, I had doubts about my work but to my surprise we had no leaks. I will definitely keep these guys on my back pocket if I need work in the future. Thanks again Carl!

I was looking for Water Heater San Marcos and his site popped up on page one with 50 5 Star ratings on Yelp (I thought this might be too good to be true).
We were moving to a new home and the current water heater needed replacement. I contacted several companies, but most were trying to up-sell me on their services and expensive equipment.
I contacted him Saturday and he stated he could come on Father's Day. I did not want to that, so we opted for Monday. He told me to text images from the current system and explained what I needed, what was best, plain and simple - no sales pitch etc.
He texted me 45 min in advance to let me know I was coming - always a good sign. I paid him in advance as I could stay behind. He did a great job and I would recommend to anyone.

Jerry was a great help.  I was very stressed that the gas leak I had would have require me to tear up flat work in order to fix.   He provided a strategy to locate where the leak was coming from. We talked it through and he explained clearly how best to test.  He has quick, left no mess, provided detailed information.  He was able to fix my gas leak and we did not have to tear up concrete!  It was a huge relief.  He also sent me videos of his testing and results for my files.  He was very professional and I highly recommend using them to all my friends and family.  Superior Service.

We had a crack in an exterior plastic pipe. I called Mitch at Fallbrook Plumbing and he fit us in that afternoon. It was fast, seamless and professionally done. Thank you!
