We had a plastic pipe leak in the front yard near the main. We got few offers after inspection, Travis the owner was at another job but I really would like him to have a look because all of those 5 star reviews I had read about him. Travis was able to give us very reasonable quote by just have a look of the pic(of the landscape!!) I sent to his cell and described the problem via text message. He also said he could fix it today which is a big Plus as it's already 2, or 3 pm.
He showed up around 5 and job done by 6. Very friendly and informative. Would refer to anyone who needs this kind of services!

Our water heater stopped working over the weekend and I noticed there was water in the bottom pan. I started with the plumbing company on the Rheem sticker. They came and quoted me various plans well above $2500-$5000 for a new water heater and varying between the number of years for labor warranty. I'm glad I declined.

I went to Home Depot and to get information on how I can get a new water heater which still has 6 years left on the 9 years warranty. They recommended I use their service which got me in touch with Plumb365. They came by on a Sunday to remove the broken water heater and went with me back to Home Depot to return it for a full replacement. I purchased the Home Depot Protection Plan via All-State to insure the new unit for 5 years including parts and labor for only $80. My home had hot water after 3 hours and met the new city code requiring an expansion tank. I only spent $1150 with labor coverage for 5 years which could have cost me $5000 if I went with the company listed on the water heater's sticker. I really can't remember the technician's name. It was Randolf maybe but he was professional, patient, and knowledgeable.

I'm glad Home Depot and Plumb365 have a partnership that benefits its customers.

I highly recommend calling Diaz for any plumbing services you need done. We had our sink and bathtub clogged up several times and Diaz was fast and friendly and got the job done.

My patio storm drains were all clogged up with mud & roots and it was taking hours to drain...even after light showers. So I was very concerned about flooding because of the impeding El Nino rains expected in S.California. Brian came out the next day and used a hydro jet and cleared out all 5 drains in about 1 1/2 hours.

He was friendly, knowledgeable & fair. I will use him again and highly recommend his company to everyone.

Great plumbers but their prices are outrageous.  We used to call them for our apartment buildings.  Never again.

Called Pipeline Plumbing first thing Monday morning and spoke with Eric. He tried to help me over the phone to save me a few for them responding. I appreciated the fact this company was honest and wasn't about the money. They tried to save me money. Ultimately I still needed an appointment. Scheduled for Tuesday. Few minutes later Eric called back with a cancellation. They were sending out Jay who arrived 30 minutes later. Jay was very professional and just awesome! He  was't trying to sell me anything. He checked the pressure. Showed me where the shut off valve is. Just very comprehensive. Ultimately we discovered a crack in the toilet then needed to be replaced ASAP. My original problem was fixed and I had a brand new toilet installed all before 11am. This company is just outstanding and I will be calling them for any plumbing needs. Kudos to Eric and Jay for great customer service!! One happy customer here!

Today I inspected the work that you performed at Crest Cafe. My first reaction was WOW! I have never seen a more professional job in my life. Needless to say I was super impressed.  A forensic scientist looking at that wall would never have known there were two ugly holes in the walls there. Great Job!

My water heater was leaking. Juan the GM messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend Juan and his business!

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

I can't praise Victor enough.  After trying many different plumbers over the years, I finally found someone who is efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, and personable.  Victor has had some tough jobs at our house (massive tree roots in pipes!), I've found that there's nothing he can't do.  He will tell you if you need something to be done, he'll also tell you if what you're asking is unnecessary or can be done a different way.  I recommend Victor to everyone, and anyone who has used him stays with him.  It's so wonderful to have a dependable, pleasant plumber!

I'm the director of dining here at Brookdale San Marcos. Every time we have a plumbing issue, I always request Billy to come and fix our stuff because he's so experienced and has an abundance of knowledge that his years of expertise clearly shows. Often times they have to call him after the first technician already came, because they weren't experienced enough to take the job. He's always professional and a funny guy to talk to. Guardian Plumbers (John and his helper) came to my house promptly to fix my tankless water heater. They were honest with their work and completed the job in a timely manner.  
I made the mistake of calling another company out first that didn't want to do the job and left.

They left my 82 year old disabled and wheelchair bound mother with a glogged toilet and sink.  

$485 to clear a clogged sink?!  I don't think so...  

When I said that was too expensive, the plumber just left.

I tried to get them to run a snake and they refused....  just left.  

My Mom is 82 and her sink isn't working and they didn't do anything because I didn't want to pay for a pressure way of clearing the drain and use a snake.

Plus her toilet was plugged.

I cleared the toilet with a plunger and the sink with $5 of Drayno and a snake.  Me...  an amateur... someone who knows nothing about plumbing did the job in a matter of minutes.

My review a few years ago was 5 stars and now a regret it.  UGH!

So... if you want someone who is willing to leave a Grandmother in need and do nothing, absolutely nothing, then this is your company to hire.

Had minor emergency repair of leaky supply line to the water heater. Call was taken right away on a Saturday afternoon. After a quick phone call I forwarded over a pic of the problem and was given quote. Within 15 min. the serviceman was at my door and ready to tackle the problem.  Quick swap out of the supply line and I was back in business.  I would say 30 min. turnaround from call to repair is worth 5 stars. Wow. So impressed by this company. Needed an emergent repair done. Sent out a general message to contractors early in the morning on a weekend day. Mike responded right away. He was very friendly, spoke with us over the phone, and was able to solve our problem within a couple hours. Highly recommend him and his team. They have 5 stars for a reason. Will definitely use them in the future for any unforeseeable plumbing issues/concerns.

I have been a home owner for 7 years now and everything about being a home owner is AMAZING except when something breaks.  As a renter you don't worry about stuff like that because you just call your landlord and they deal with it at their expense.  Recently, last Saturday, my husband and I noticed a leak in the ceiling of our garage.  It appeared to be leaking for quit some time based on the drywall whole that had formed.  We immediately turned to yelp to find us a plumber because all the referrals we got from our family and friends were super sketchy and some way or another they were not satisfied with their work.  We found Fallbrook Plumbing and called Mitch.  They are a small family owned business locally and we always like to use our local guys.  I left him a message and he called me back the same day within a few hours to set up a time to come see us on Monday.  Mitch, the owner, showed up to our house at his promised time and took one look at our leak and new EXACTLY what it was!  My husband and I could not believe it!!!  In an hour and a half he was finished and he even gave us a name of a drywall contractor to help patch the whole.  Mitch thank you so much for coming out so quickly and for fixing our leak!  We are so grateful to have a trustworthy plumber that is local.  I recommend Fallbrook Plumbing to anyone that needs a trustworthy, reliable plumber!  Thank you Mitch!!!
