Came first thing in the morning, on time, verified all concerns, and walked me through the entire process. After shopping around for a salt water conditioning system I decided to go through Rayne water as they were the most competitive in pricing. Dave the salesman came out the same day I called and inquired and was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. My tank took a little while to come in due to Covid shipping etc but they always kept me in the loop. The day of install, Adam my technician arrived promptly and walked me through everything. He was kind and courteous and very thorough with his work. He answered all our questions and we are very satisfied with our setup. Would definitely recommend Rayne to our family and friends.

John from Pure Plumbing Company was amazing. We had a lot of plumbing problems in our 31 year old house from leaky faucets, water flow problems, to needing to relocate the drain line in the kitchen. We were in a hurry to get the plumbing done as we were in a time crunch to get our kitchen remodel done on schedule. He came out to give us a same-day quote and was able to fit us in on short notice on the weekend. John was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to take care of our problems. His attention to detail as well as his cleanliness and consideration was much appreciated. He was able to get a lot of work done efficiently and for a great competitive price. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends and family and will use him in our future projects. Really can't sing enough of his praises for the amazing price and quality of work.

Called early Friday morning about a root issue backing up a sink drain.  Was there within the hour.  Very communicative throughout the process, explaining everything as he went.  Brought out another crew within a half hour to perform further inspection.  Robert was top notch.  Highly recommend!

I was looking for someone that could help me with a couple projects in our home. I requested some quotes through Yelp and Farhad responded fairly quick. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair for the job. I requested to have our upstairs toilet fixed, some baseboards placed in our bathroom and for our stair railings to be reinstalled because they were crooked and too high. After buying the materials, he came into our home and got on the job right away. He seems like a really hard worker and overall I am happy with the results. Farhad came and fixed everything we requested. We still have some projects to do around our house so I wouldn't hesitate to hire Farhad again.

He was prompt to come to the house for estimate and schedule and complete the installation. He gave me good prices, even I upgraded to tankless water heater. He was referred to me and I will definitely recommend him.

Disgusting, I Just called this office and they don't know nothing about my problem. When I placed the problem already on yelp. Why they are asking me million questions. Very unprofessional. There is no coordination among the person who is on yelp and their customer service. Complete waste of time

KC came over to the house on a Saturday to take a look at a leak from my dishwasher.  He saw that it was a simple issue to correct but I know nothing about plumbing so I was very grateful for his help.  I panicked when I saw water under the sink and all over the floor and figured it would be very expensive, turned out to be the opposite.  Dishwasher is working perfectly now, thanks KC!!!

I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I had a great experience with this company. Chris and his partner did a great job. I had an emergency in my house and had to call a few other companies before I found a spot in their schedule. The Guys arrived right away on time and I can't even tell you how fast and efficient were they. The price is absolutely reasonable and fair. Super reliable company.

Last week I had a gas leak in my house so I called Pipe Bros to get my gas back on ASAP. Christian came out that same day and fixed it super fast. I highly recommend them for their great customer service and speedy quality service. :)
