We used an exceptional plumber before but lost his number.  Henry was up against tough competition.
So my husband found Henry and since we needed plumping help ASAP just gave him a call. Henry showed up the same day, quickly figured out what was causing the problem with our leaking toilet and plugged sink drain (two different bathrooms!) and fixed it! He didn't do a quick fix but instead went ahead and killed the tree roots that were clogging the toilet drain (took off the toilet bowl to do that). He was done in less than two hours! Super polite and nice.

And the price! Oh, very reasonable!
We have found a new awesome plumber and that, my friends, is priceless!

My husband & I just purchased a single family home & we wanted to reroute the washer/dryer hookup from the kitchen to the garage. Carlos is the best!

After a few months of purchasing our first home, we had a plumbing catastrophe that left us without running water for three days! Our homeowner's warranty covered the cost for three plumbers to come out and tell us that they couldn't fix the issue unless we promised our first born. I mean, 3k to just assess the situation. We finally decided to go off the warranty grid and contact Carlos at CM Jetting Services.  After shopping around for someone who could come over at 4pm on a Friday, Carlos graciously agreed to load up his truck and meet us at our home...for far less than the first 2 hydro jetting providers.

Carlos was punctual, factual, and super dedicated to fixing our plumbing disaster.  He surveyed our area and identified different ports for entry before he started jetting...super important when you have old cast iron pipes from 1929! He gradually increased the PSI using a special head for his jetting hose and BAM! We were flowing once again :)

He is knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and patient. He was here for over 3 hours and never seemed rushed. He spoke of how he understands that that in his line of work, he has to be available around the clock and treat others' emergencies as his own.  He values his customers and his reputation.  When he left, we were dissonanced by wanting to see him again but not. lol.

P.S. He has other plumbing experience (not just hydro jetting) and heating and cooling.  We'll be calling him when we're ready to install our air conditioning.

We purchased our Rayne Water Treatment on October 14, 2014.  Mark installed it and he did an excellent job.  The unit is in our garage and very compact.  So far we love it! The water feels so nice and best of all I know this will help with out plumbing fixtures, faucets, the calcium deposits left on our shower glass stall and the tub itself.  I highly recommend this product!

Mike is always on time, wears a mask, and does a great job for a fair price. He explains problems really well and it's a nice guy to deal with.

We have an Air B&B and our master bathroom was plugged up. The shower, tub and toilet  were all plugged. We had guests coming the next day and were desperate to have the problem fixed as quickly as possible. It only took John 5 minutes to figure out the problem! I was amazed! We had a sewer main line clog that needed attention. We had our contractor snake the line but it clogged up again two days later. So we called VIP Sewer & Drain Services to help find the problem. They have all the equipment to visualize the problem, descale, jet, and epoxy the sewer main line. Nick and his team were very quick to respond and fixed all our sewer issues. Farhad was super responsive via Yelp. I had many questions and each time I sent a message he answered quickly. And answered each and every one. I was looking for the next day due to work. He gave me a day and said he would try to do it the next day since he was booked. He said he would call me. Sure enough the next day in the afternoon I received his call and said he could come that afternoon and do it. So accommodating and I was so appreciative. Hands down the best experience I've had working with a handyman. Farhad was punctual,professional and did exceptional work. Super service from start to finish! Outstanding handyman services. Vlad is 100% honest, Licensed, very smart, hardworking, very friendly with an excellent sense of humor. He gets the job done ON TIME at the price he quoted. I would have given Vlad 5 STARS if the sewer line he installed didn't need to be repaired. Vlad repaired it immediately with no charge and gave me a heartfelt apology as well. Vlad and his wife Yana answer all calls and questions quickly and completely.

About three weeks ago we had Simpex Repipe do a complete repipe of our home.  Bottom line, we are very happy with the job Simpex did. From the estimate through to the completion of the job, everything took place as promised and according to schedule. Brian, the owner of Simpex did the estimate and provided a detailed explanation of the process and the timeline.  He supported this explanation with written material that he left with us. The repipe team were careful to cover and protect the contents of the rooms they needed to work in and thoroughly cleaned up those areas when they completed the job. We have had no problems with how the plumbing operates--actually, it works better. The second team came the next day to patch and retexture the areas where the drywall needed to be removed.  They too were careful and left the areas where they worked clean and tidy.  They also did a very solid job matching the texture of the drywall. A quality job throughout the process.  We recommend Simpex Repipe without reservation.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

I woke up on Saturday at 2:30 a.m. to find our home flooded from a broken pipe.  KC from Monty's Plumbing was at my home a month earlier for a clogged drain, and so I called him again for this problem.  He was at our home within 10 minutes of the call...on a SATURDAY!  He rerouted the pipes (copper installed in '49)  around the break and we were able to turn our water back on and start the clean up process.  Monty's Plumbing provides outstanding, professional service at a fair price, (which seems to be a rarity these days - I tried five other plumbing services before finding Monty's) and I will definitely use them in the future!!

We needed an emergency repair due to a break in an irrigation system that was quickly turning our street into a small lake.

Unfortunately, this situation happened around 5 pm on Saturday, which meant that repair options were limited. Within 2 hours, we called about 10-12 different businesses that advertised emergency plumbing services. Out of them, about half called back and admitted that they have no staff on call in Encinitas ; the rest did not bother answering at all.

Out of pure desperation, I created a project on Yelp and Get Rooter& Plumbing got in touch with me right away (the other 5 businesses on the project list did not have anyone on call until Monday). Within 45 minutes, a service truck pulled in our driveway and the technician, Mani (Manuel) immediately got to work.

The repair was not easy, since the pipe got squeezed by a giant tree root that wrapped around it it. Plus, it was dark, slippery and mosquitos were merciless.

I was very impressed at Mani's level of dedication and professionalism during those several hours. He was great in communicating what the issue was, what he is planning to do, what is happening now and what's next and he did a great job on fixing the repair.

They did a great job.  Flexible with time constraints we had to fix the issue.

Yesterday, I had problems connecting with this company and wrote a negative review. The communication problem was like something out of the Twilight Zone. Somehow, my call to Pipe Brothers was received by Rescue Rooter. This caused all kinds of confusion, with multiple calls telling me someone would be out between 2 and 4 p.m. another that someone would be out between 4 and 6 and, finally, a call from Rescue Rooter that they couldn't make that evening.

Today, as promised by Pipe Brothers, one of their technicians, Dave came out and patiently dealt with a seeming minor job that became a major job. In the process of working in cramped conditions with ancient plumbing, he was patient, courteous and thorough.

I can highly recommend Pipe Brothers.
