The work that Mr. Harris completed was good.
However, we gave Mr. Harris a list of jobs around the house that needed to be completed. He gave us an estimate for the complete list (minus some outlet covers in the kitchen, a window lock and insulation, tub glazing - things he said we'd have to find someone else for, and that was fine).
The problem was that he did not complete the other items on the list. He didn't replace (one of the outlet covers - wires left without plates covering them).
He didn't grout and caulk in the kitchen.
He said the doors didn't fit and couldn't be hung. We had someone else go and hang them for us even though we paid Mr. Harris for the job.
Before I paid him, he told me that his work was guaranteed, and that I could call him to come back if there was any problem.
When I called, he was very defensive and told me he had finished the job.
We paid him too much for an incomplete job.

If you need a plumber Oscar is the man to go to. He replaced a main drain waste valve and installed an access all in a single day. In addition to that gave me valuable knowledge on upkeep and fixed my toilets without charging extra. Overall work was great, honest rate, would definitely recommend Mr.Plumber.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

On Wednesday, 6/16/21, I contacted City Plumbing and Rooter via their website to have them come out and take care of a sluggish drain, as well as give us estimates on two other jobs: fixture replacement in a bathroom, and reinstallation of a recirc pump on a water heater they replaced in October 2020. Tonya called me back within 2 hrs, and indicated they would call around 2pm with a specific time that day. After that point, things went bad, and I WILL NOT USE CITY PLUMBING AGAIN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND THEM FOR FUTURE USE. Here's what happened.
1. They never quoted a price for the initial service. This didn't bother me at the time, as there was a price on their website.
2. They called around 215pm, indicating someone would be there in 20 minutes. No one showed up. They called again around 430p. Again, promised 20 minutes. No one showed up until 550pm.
3. Someone showed around 550p in a City Plumbing truck. I showed him the work to be performed and explained the estimates required. He attempted to upsell me on a whole house filter (not needed), and said they could connect the recirc pump to the water heater drain, despite there being two inlets explicitly labeled for the recirc pump.
4. When he described the work, he indicated there were two options: an approx $39 teaser that used a narrow cable, and a larger cable that actually cleaned the pipes and had a 2 year warranty for $174. We opted for the latter.
5. He worked for approx 40 minutes. He took a camera to the front drain line (which isn't where the clog was), then came inside and used the narrow cable to pull some hair from the drain. He snaked further, but then said something about dirt in the pipes. In doing this, he broke a screw on the drain cover. The amount of cable he used covered perhaps 60% of the bathroom, no further.
6. He noted, while working in the bathroom, that he was supposed to be wearing shoe coverings but wasn't, and he was a bit inconsistent on his mask (although both of us are vaccinated).
7. Afterwards, he said there was dirt in the pipe in the bedroom area, and that some of the drain lines outside had dropped. I was starting to get a headache from the heat, but was suspicious. We noted the information. We asked him how much: He said $174 and I gave him a check. I asked for the work receipt that detailed what they did: he indicated it would be emailed the next day. That's what they did with the water heater, so I said OK.
8. After he left, I realized that he actually hadn't snaked far enough in the bathroom to make the claim he did. He also indicated the front cleanout was directional and didn't allow him to snake or run a camera back towards the bedroom: so he had no idea what the line there was like. He hadn't used any other cleanout to investigate. I feel he was attempting to use scare tactics to get us to do major work. Further, he left the drain cover partially attached with sharp edges exposed. I had to remove it and use a mesh strainer I had.
9. As of two days after the service call, we have not received the promised invoice/receipt (meaning the supposed two year warranty we paid for is meaningless), nor have we received the estimates we asked for. The drain seems to be draining OK, but that was due to the narrow cable and removing some hair, not the larger cable promised. We feel ripped off.
We will not use City Plumbing again, and recommend others to not use them.

I had a dishwasher that leaked only to find out when my replacement dishwasher arrived, there was water damage and mold. I had several restoration companies come out to give an estimate. I was extremely worried about the cost and saving as much as my kitchen cabinets and countertops since I just had my kitchen redone 5 years ago. Merco with dry pro restoration was the ONLY company that said my countertops could be saved by supporting them with wood while the restoration occurred. Merco and all his employees were extremely professional and respectful especially during COVID. Whole job was completed in 3 days and I am happy. They were reasonably priced, addressed any concerns I had immediately and did the job well. I would recommend this company to anyone. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again but if I do, this is the company I will call.

I came home to a clogged kitchen sink that my wife and Drano couldn't cure.
After a short attempt at self repair (and the small flood that ensued..) I decided to call a professional.
Harry's Plumbing Rocks!
30 minutes, from my initial phone call to them being paid, finished, and on their way. (Ryan, even went on the roof to snake the thru vent....In the Rain!)
We have had to call Harry's for various reasons, and each time have been completely satisfied.

I contacted this company for my neighbor's overflowing toilet because I knew I could count on Alberto doing a thorough job. He has helped me in the past with an emergency repair and proved he was very dependable. My neighbor was quite relieved and satisfied with his work today, too!

As a commercial contractor and maintenance company we use A-1 frequently. Office staff is friendly and helpful, and communication is unmatched in the industry. If a sub doesn't make us look good, we don't use them.

Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Our mainline kept backing up. Nonstop repairs and overpriced estimates to replace the whole line. Guardian came in and quoted us a less expensive fix that did the job and kept us under our budget. We could not have made a better decision!

I had the absolute best experience with Highsmith & Daughters Plumbing!! I had a issue at 9pm and somebody answered the phone right away and they connected me with a plumber, Matthew, who was wonderful and patient with me while he walked me though what needed to be done until they could get there the next day. I called this morning and spoke with Vanessa who was amazing and did whatever she could to accommodate me. I 100% recommended them! They are saved in my phone and will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.
On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.
Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!
Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Incredibly Incompetent, Dishonest, or Both!
Originally we had an appointment on Saturday 1pm; I called Christian at 1:10pm to confirm appointment, he told me he needs to reschedule to 4:30pm, almost 3.5hours late! Now that should have been a warning sign already; .....
...he shows up for the appointment at around 4:20pm.
Had a leaking sprinkler line under the pavement, Christian diagnosed issue; agreed on a price to fix for $700.
On the actual day of work, he said could not find the leak and surprise-surprise, he wanted $2500 to complete job. We told him no and he left without cleaning up.
Be careful of the Incredible Plumber; this fella is either incredibly incompetent, dishonest, or both.
Stay away!!!!!

What can really test a contractor is when they face a drain line challenge and won't give up until it's fixed right. My job involved repairing sixty plus feet of damaged, root and mud clogged, six inch drain line which ran under some mature and irreplaceable landscape in space restricted area next to my driveway. Brandon and Tim assessed the situation and give me several options with the best choice going to replacing the entire line...no easy chore for a six-inch pipe install. Despite several days of constant rain, tree roots, interfering irrigation lines, and a constant three gallons/minute water flow from a natural spring, the crew from ADC got it done...and cleaned up too. I'd like to personally thank Brandon, Tim, Eric, Bryce, Grant and the rest of the onsite crew for their devotion to the job and customer satisfaction. For such a highly difficult job, this is the company to call for drain repair and hydro jetting.
Thanks again,
Gary B.

Sam was great - I had a pipe burst and they answered within minutes, and had someone out (Christian) within the hour. Their pricing was very fair and clear from the beginning, they were friendly and easy to communicate with during and after the service when I needed something for insurance. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs. A+ Service!
