Our garbage disposal was backed up and clogging the kitchen sink. Mr. Harris answered our call right away and was able to come out within 30 minutes and showed up right on time. Initially he quoted us to snake the drain, but soon realized it was a much bigger problem than he thought. He kept us updated on changes in price, explained the problem, and even left twice to get different and bigger speciality tools, but he was determined not to give up and wanted to leave us with a working sink! He was so friendly and great at communicating. Will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Mr. Harris!

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

I called The Plumber at 6:00pm and Brad Wade arrived at 7:00pm and fixed my problem in 20 minutes. The technician at The Plumber was polite, professional, and reasonable for the job I had. I had a mainline blockage that backed up both of my toilets and clogged a tub. I went to YouTube first and watched a variety of do it yourself videos before calling a professional company. I put on my latex gloves, leaned my mop against the wall, and tried snaking my toilet after plunging it. I even used a waterproof wireless inspection camera that I purchased at Harbor Freights to search for any toy blockage (courtesy of my 1 year old). After all that, Nothing! That's when I realized I was over my head, through in the white towel, and began searching for a professional company. I searched the Services column under skill'd trade on Craigslist and came up with the same company advertising clearing any drain for $29.95. I quickly found out that the any drain really means $29.95 per clogged item and did not include a clogged mainline. At 9:00am I call this $29.95 company, which was sorta rude, and let me know that someone will arrive at 1:30pm. At 5:00pm, I was told that they were busy and will send someone out first thing in the morning. That's when I called The Plumber and my problem was solved quickly.

My mother in law had a gas leak and a plugged sink. I went online and read this companies review . I called them and they scheduled an appointment for Monday. We are all beyond pleased with the service and the pricing. They arrived early, were super clean and organized. They worked all day to fix the problem and by the end-of the day the job was done. Where do I start? I woke up one morning , I noticed my carpets are wet and then I had a leak coming from the upstairs unit! I completely panicked and didn't know what to do. I found Dry pro on yelp and called him right away! Merco responded immediately and told me that he would come out the same day! Within hours, he was out at my unit inspecting the damage! He tested the water damage and told me everything that needed to be done and we began the restoration the next day!

His workers Tony and Javier were amazing! They always communicated what time they were coming and were always on time. They made sure to wear masks at all times and I felt very safe with social distancing and then being safe in my home. They were always very polite and made sure that everything was done perfectly! Any questions I had, they would answer no problem!!' They left my place very clean each day they came to work!!

We have been clients of Harry's Rooter & Plumbing for a few years now. They are always professional, on time, do excellent work, and are honest. Their prices are also very reasonable. They charge far less to clear out a sewer line of tree roots than other outfits. They earn 5 stars.

Alberto was referred to me and was everything I could ask for and more. He answered his phone right away when I called on a Saturday morning. He practically diagnosed the problem over the phone as tree roots. He already had two jobs, but said he would get to my house about 2pm and he was spot-on. I like that he uses a camera and can show you live footage of where the problem is located and what needs to be done. As he suspected, it was tree roots. He went the extra mile and cleaned out another pipe that wasn't causing a problem as a precaution. We opted for the hydro-jet method. Thank you Alberto! Professional, courteous, clean, and fair.

Late on a rainy Sunday, my sister and I realized that the toilets in both bathrooms of our mother's house were blocked.  Then we noticed the backup in the bathtub and shower.  Very unpleasant.  My mother is 89 years old and suffers from dementia and has full time caregivers.  To go all night without a working toilet would be impossible.  My sister and I immediately searched google for 24 hour plumbing services, of which there were many.  However, we were told over and over again that they didn't have anyone available to come out until the morning.  As I worked my way through the list I came upon A1 Total Service.  I couldn't believe my ears when I was told by the very patient and kind dispatcher that he would have someone out within the hour!  I even said, Really?  For sure someone is going to come out?  And instead of being irritated with me for being so doubtful, he continued to be just so nice!  And within an hour, Mario arrived, wearing a mask, which I appreciated, and just proceeded to do his work ( a very miserable job, seriously) at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night in the rain.  He was professional, friendly, also very patient and kind, just a real pleasure to deal with, especially under these really unpleasant conditions.  He took care of the problem in less than 20 minutes, then waited until I made sure the toilets would flush and the shower and bathtubs drained and everything seemed to back in order.  I was happily prepared to pay an exorbitant price for this late night service, as several other plumbing companies I called told me that if they did send someone, there would be a surcharge of several hundred dollars to come at night.  But the rate was just totally reasonable and not a price gouge at all,  and I just couldn't be more pleased with the service I received, from the dispatcher, to Mario, to the price.  I cannot recommend A1 more highly.  Really a great company!!!  Thanks for saving the day for us!!!

My experience as a client was great. Contacted the plumbing team to have the bathtub drains unclogged and repair 2 bathroom faucets. They haven't been working as great ever since more people moved in. Thankfully the process was quick and easy!

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Christian came a few hours after I called, and fixed a clog toilet.  He did a fantastic job, and even replaced an old shower head for me.  Highly recommended!

My husband found this company on Yelp and we hired them due to the positive reviews we read about them.  Brandon and Tim came out the next day and assessed the cause of our drainage problems.  The whole crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up each day after they were done for the day.  We ended up having major repiping work, but we felt that Brandon and Tim were being honest with us, and they had  videos to show us the causes of our problems and the work that needed to be done.  Although we hope we will only need to call them out for maintenance work, if we run into any issues in the future, we would not hesitate to call them again.

I got a quote from another plumber for replacing three sinks, wanted to get a second opinion and found Sam.  He came, measured, and checked everything out and his estimate came in almost $500 less than the other company.  Sam and Robert came and replaced all three sinks within 2.5 hours, they were very friendly, didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, and they were very upfront about all of their work and had me check everything out.  I would definitely recommend their services.

We called die hard plumbing earlier in the day. We were having some problems with a small leak in one of our walls. They were able to find the problem, we didn't have to  Suffer the inconvenience of big holes in the wall, It only took Mike and Chris ?, 2 hours. But  got the job done and we're really grateful . Would absolutely  Recommend these folks to fix  Plumbing problem. They were courteous, and I'm definitely recommending them to anyone out there in the Palmdale area.
