Mr. Harris was wonderful. He has 30 years of experience and was able to fix our toilet water supply line fast and skillfully. He didn't overcharge and he was knowledgeable and showed us how the wrong valve had been used previously. Excellent work! Would definitely call again in the future :)

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

Oscar did a great job! I called him at 8pm for an emergency drain problem and he showed up within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and informative. Besides his great knowledge, his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

Called The Plumber based on my nieghbor's experienced and she was right.  Jim showed up and came several times more finishing my remodeling project.   Jim was outstanding with a superior work ethic.   The staff in the front office was also super.  Thank you, Jim and everyone at The Plumber for a job well done.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly, no hot water, so I created a project on Yelp to get quotes and support. MVP was the first to respond, almost instantly, and considering it was around 10pm at night. Most other companies I reached out to responded the next day or even a few days later. They were able to come out the next morning and replace it same day. I appreciated their quick reply, quick appointment, and quick replacement. Very nice tech also. Thank you!

I recently had my house re-piped by another company but have had multiple issues with my outside faucets since then.  Finally, instead of calling the contractor who did the job, I decided to look on Yelp for a company who might be able to get the job done right the first time around.  I called on a Friday and got an appointment on a Sunday.  David was on time, courteous and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about how happy we are with these guys. We were shocked and scared when, during quarantine, we found a slow leak above our dining room. Making matters much worse, when the plumber opened up the ceiling he found extensive black mold. I had a suspicion for several months that there was something in our home that was causing me to wake up every day with a cough and congestion and occasional headaches. My hope was that the newly discovered mold was the culprit.

Because a neighbor had a similar issue, I called him to find out who he used to remove the mold. Without hesitation, he said, Call Merko at Dry Pro.

Around 9PM that night I called. Merko picked up immediately and told me he was sorry to hear of our problems and that he would come over first thing the next day to take a look.

Sure enough he showed up on time, in mask and gloves. He brought a moisture sensor to identify how extensive the leak was. After his analysis he said, don't worry. We can fix this and get your home back to normal. I can't tell you how that made me and my family feel. He then quoted me a very reasonable price that, based on my research, was right in the middle of quotes I was receiving elsewhere. I told him of my suspicions of mold allergies. He confirmed that my symptoms were in line with the reaction mold causes. This gave me a sense of relief and hope that these symptoms might go away. More on that below.

You can imagine the disruption this whole ordeal wrought on our lives while also living in quarantine. We have two small daughters and we were very nervous. Merko and his crew were very sensitive to this. We were blown away at how clean everything was throughout the whole process, which took about 6 days. They were on time and communicative every step of the way.

Day One - visual inspection, closed off the entire area with plastic to contain everything. Mold removal. Then industrial air purifier and dryer were left inside the area for round the clock, complete drying and purification. We were told that we needed to let this process happen for a minimum of two days.

Day Two - continued drying and purification. (No workers present) Note: this was the first day in more than 6 months that I woke up in my own home without a cough or congestion which I now realize was due to mold!! Hooray!!

Day Three - continued drying and purification. (No workers present) No allergies present either!

Day Four - Merko personally came out to test air quality and do all inspections. His digital air purity reader registered no lingering mold. He called in his crew to close up the whole in the ceiling and bring everything back to normal - including finishing elements like drywall and paint.

Day Five - Merko came in for final inspection. We were happy with the work but, here's the kicker... Merko felt it could be done better and, at his own expense, brought the painter back to make everything like normal again. I was blown away at his honesty and integrity to deliver a job perfectly done.

Day Six - Sure enough, his painter arrived and redid the finishing work. It looks great and we could NOT BE HAPPIER!

In short, whether it's mold or water damage or any other work that you might need done in your home, you can trust that Merko and his team at Dry Pro will treat you like family.

I now find myself looking around my home for reasons to hire them again. In such an uncertain and scary time, it's nice knowing good, honest people will bring this level of professionalism into a difficult situation. He could have exploited our fear. He could have phoned everything in. But instead he personally guaranteed every single element of the job. That's a business worth supporting!

Carlos (owner), Andrew and Jesus, we're absolutely amazing. I requested a quote at midnight and Carlos actually responded very quickly! I had a clogged main sewer main which was in turn starting to overflow a drain. We were having a birthday party at noon. They came out earlier than their estimated time of arrival. They quickly hydrojet and found heavy scaling. They were able to descale and jet the pipes clean in 2 hours! I can't say enough praise about them. If you want quality work, friendly service, and timely repairs. Then they are who to go to. So now the party can go on as planned and they definitely saved the day.

So far so good.  Plumbers are expensive.  Having one in the book that makes it not feel expensive is a plus plus.  Called at 7:30 AM.  They were at the house at 8AM.  Charged me $90 to cut the copper line and install a new valve for the dishwasher.  He was quick about it and really made me feel like I made the right decision in calling them out.  Will be having them come back to do recessed gas and water outlets for fridge and gas stove.

We have , unfortunately, had really extreme main line issues in the span of 3 months on 2 different properties (my boss' main house and a rental). Alberto was referred to us after one of our plumbers said the work needed a rooter & hydrojet flush. He was professional and explained to us the issues and worked in a timely manner. His estimates were fair given the difficulty of the job. Alberto also showed us photos via text on the work they have done when we cannot be there physically. Simply put, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional & the response time is fast.

Alberto is on our emergency call list now for our plumbing and rooting needs, as he takes care of his clients well. We highly recommend him.

Robert and Andrew were my technicians today.  I was very happy with the service they provided, they both explained in detail everything they were doing and what could be done.... I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  Also the dispatchers keep me updated as to when the service techs would show up.  All the staff I was in contact with today were every professional and were very helpful!!!

Moses and his crew did a great job with our sewer repair. The job turned out to be much more extensive than we had originally thought, but they gave us a very competitive price. They also finished the job in one day. They were very professional throughout the whole process. The roots should no longer be an issue now that we have lined and replaced the cracked sewer lines. If we have issues in other areas of the house, we will definitely call them again.

After some miscommunication with a staffer, Ed the owner stepped up and went to great lengths to make everything right. Thank you, Ed!

Mr. Barbosa has come to the rescue twice for me.  The first was to install a toilet onto an uneven floor.  The toilet is stable and problem free.  The 2nd job was the trouble shooting/investigation of a very slow bath drain. Mr. Barbosa discovered a very old bath drain stopper had fallen from its support and become fused to the inside of the pipe.  Luis replaced the whole mechanism and the bath drains perfectly!  
Mr. Barbosa went out of his way to work with my schedule, arrived at the times arranged, is professional and works with integrity.  His attention to detail and advice are much appreciated.  I do not look forward to plumbing issues but feel assured the job will be done right and at a competitive price with Barbosa Plumbing.

I haven't seen their work quite yet but had to write a review.  Christian came to the rescue when I needed a plumber....and fast! He diagnosed the problem immediately and was very knowledgeable and friendly too.  And responsive which is key when you have a dire situation that needs attention. Thank you Christian!!

Brandon and Tim are amazing they came and snaked out my main line and even offered some fixes long term solution is the route I went and let me tell you this company is great they had everyone working non stop and done In a timely manner and even gave me a free jetting in the future thanks B&T!

Sam was great - I had a pipe burst and they answered within minutes, and had someone out (Christian) within the hour.  Their pricing was very fair and clear from the beginning, they were friendly and easy to communicate with during and after the service when I needed something for insurance.  I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.  A+ Service!
