I give him 5 stars cause he's professional, communicates to you the amount, cost and what it would require ahead of time and also gives his honest recommendation while cutting cost to save you more money.
I totally recommend him. I used him once and haven't stopped since day 1.

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

I honestly recommend mr.plumber. I called about my kitchen sink  and Oscar immediately picked up and said he will be at my house in 20 minutes. Needless to say he was here in under 20 minutes and took less than 30 to replace and fix my sink pipe/drain. He was very nice, efficient, and reasonably price. My family and I will definitely be doing business with if need be in the future. Don't think about another plumber just call Mr. Plumber!

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

Had Robert Richardson out to repair my water heater. Had a bad pressure valve and a leaking spigot. He showed up at the beginning of the two hour window and finished all work in about 45 minutes. Did great work and he was very knowledgeable. I had some plumbing questions not related to the job he was doing and he gave me some great honest advice, very nice of him. I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

MVP was one of the first who contacted me. Reached out via Yelp and then called me which I appreciated.

Owner was very sweet over the phone. Was able to answer my questions and explain next steps.

It wasn't an emergency but we were able to get someone out here next day.

They came earlier than the schedule time frame. I didn't mind. I ended up finishing with my meetings sooner than anticipated.
Maybe would suggest doing a phone call or text if the plumber can go sooner.

Luckily our issue was something they were able to get done in a few minutes.

I would hire them again in the future.

I bought a townhouse and discovered a number of plumbing issues before and during move in.  I also wanted to have an atypical shower unit installed (ask him about it...it saved us money).  After speaking with a few plumbers, I went with Paul.  He was phenomenal.  As I was discovering new issues every other day, he quickly came to help troubleshoot and repair.  He was incredibly helpful and I never felt once he wasn't all in on getting the job done right.  I highly recommend working with him and his team!

After the really big rain storms which took place in early 2017, I was starting to work on some house projects such as painting.  I took down a canvas piece and behind on the wall was MOLD!  I couldn't believe it, plus I always knew there was an odor but I figured maybe it's just the wooden floors perhaps.  Little did I knew...

I had a few companies come and give an estimate.  First one was Dry Pro Restoration when Merco arrived, he was very nice and had a pleasant energy to him.  We walked around the property and when he saw the room that was definitely effected, you can tell he was really into his profession.

He took out his UV-Ray (more or less) type of device to show moisture happening through the wall.  Sure enough, exactly where the mold was growing, it was dark blue.  other parts where lighter but it was very obvious that room/wall was effected.  He did this on the house actually as they usually charge around $250 just to X-ray the walls.  He did scan another area of the house where water did leak inside and showed dry.

What's interesting is the other companies came and kept saying all this stuff about awards they won, he even brought a friend with and they were joking around and I am standing there like, can I get an estimate please? Point is, everything was $$$$ with the other companies and when the other companies did the UV-Ray (asked to do at least 1 room) he said he found moisture randomly EVERYWHERE, I was like so the whole house is effected or what?!

I totally smelled a used car salesmen on this guy and was like no way man.  Third proposal came and it was similar so I figured let's work with Dry Pro Restoration.  I negotiated with him and he was fair with the rate.  After a giant storm came he officially did each and every room and you can really tell the difference because it was 100% accurate there was a problem!  That's when I decided to go with Merco.  He was on time, his workers did a great job and they do before and after pictures showing proof was the deal is and what they did.

After he was done, you can totally smell the freshness.  What I was smelling was all the pores and unfortunately I had someone staying in that room and they kept getting sinus issues.  I would definitely recommend Merco and his company because they do solid work, there is no BS, the remove the mold, sanitize, and create a healthy natural environment back in your home to enjoy.

Thank you Merco for helping and assisting with the mold issue.  It feels great to be mold free!  :D

One of the more pleasant plumbing companies I spoke to about my issue. Very responsive and understanding. Reasonable pricing for the job as well. I was very appreciative of the whole thing even if I didn't select them to do the job

We called Harry's Rooter today after a main line clog and subsequent flood of our bathrooms (ewwww) . They came out promptly. Cleaned the roots out of the drain.  Reasonably priced, efficient and polite. Did not try to sell us additional services.
Could not have asked for better service.

Called me back after I left a voicemail.
Arrived on time with professional and clean work van.
He and his helper were very cordial and cleaned up when finished.

Gave me a reasonable estimate and started the job.
Installed a new kitchen faucet.
Installed new water dispenser spout for alkaline water.
Installed new garbage disposal.
Replaced hot and cold shut off valves with new 1/4 turn valves.

Love the fact that he is local in the SGV area.

FAIL!!!  NEVER AGAIN!!!  Please , Please save yourself the time, stress, money and the time off work etc. ... Called made an appointment, rep sounded kinda sketchy as if he wasn't even paying attention to the details of my plumbing issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. Long Story Short NO CALL... NO SHOW . not even a call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I called them about 25 min after my appointment time. No answer, they called me back and apologized and told me that there is a plumber on the way ETA 15 min. .... ok ...I waited another 20 min. Got another call from the plumber: he asked me my name, asked if i had an appointment today..? .. Immediately began to explain that he was just told by dispatch that there was an appointment for me. he looked me up in his system and could not find any info on me. He then began to explain that he was already on his way home and that if i really wanted him to come out then I would be charged for overtime because it was past regular hours and that all he could do is come and shut off the water ( which i had already done) for $180. this company does not care about the customer or consider the frustration a plumbing issue can cause a customer . I had to get out of work early which costs me money, drive across town to shower and wash at my inlaws, not able to shower in the morning. A-1 Plumbing you are so fired. Also its very obvious that majority of the good reviews on your Yelp are fake.

Luis was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Luis did :) 
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Luis saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call.

Our mainline kept backing up. Nonstop repairs and overpriced estimates to replace the whole line. Guardian came in and quoted us a less expensive fix that did the job and kept us under our budget. We could not have made a better decision!

Saturday mornings always seem to require a home repair.  I do appreciate that every time I need a plumber, I can always call and get Matt out to help me in a timely manner.

Luis was very responsive. He came out same day, had my problem pinpointed in minutes and quickly fixed it.

Just had a great experience with Incredible Plumber. Called late in the afternoon for a pressing issue that had left me unable to turn my water on. Chris was able to accommodate my needs and even communicated traffic updates on his drive over. He fixed my leaking shower and had the water back on in an hour. He proved knowledgeable, reliable and is friendly on top of it - truly a great asset to have if plumbing issues should arise.

After getting a few quotes, we worked with Tim and Alex to repair a slab leak at our home. They were responsive, quick to assess  our options and provided detailed online quotes including guarantees. We're first time home owners and Tim also provided helpful information about home insurance claims.  Everyone we interacted with was communicative and great to work with. American Drain was even able to repair the leak through the closet without damaging the kitchen tile. Highly recommend!

I had called several plumbers earlier this week including Sam whom promptly returned my call and said he would stop by later in the week to meet with me and to assess the issue I was having with tree roots that penetrated the sewage drain line underneath the concrete driveway of my house.  Although I had forgotten about our phone discussion Sam promptly followed up as he promised and came out to my house today.  This was the first positive indication of his professionalism & character-true to his word.  

When he arrived, I explained to Sam that another plumbing contractor had come out a couple of weeks earlier and snaked/cleared the sewage line when it backed up inside my house.  After they cleared the blockage, they snaked the line again with a video cam which showed where the tree roots penetration occurred.  Their recommendation was to replace a section of the line which meant having to demolish the concrete, excavate, replace a four foot section of wedge line followed by masonry work to patch the portion of concrete that was demolished.  Otherwise the tree roots would grow back and I would encounter the same issue again in a matter of months.  In theory their recommendation was reasonable but at a significant expense considering the demolition of concrete, excavation, & masonry repair, etc.

Although my wife and I have prepared for the worst case scenario to include now having to replace the entire driveway, I decided to seek 2nd, 3rd, 4th, professional opinions.  In the end, Sam enlightened me with the most practical recommendation of all; the minor root issue in our drain can be mitigated with proactive, annual line cleaning maintenance. Sam conducted another video screen to show that other than the minor root penetration the rest of the line was intact, and the root growth can be prevented thereby avoiding the need for major repairs at least for several years with proper maintenance.  Save the big expense for when & where it's really needed.  I realized then that Sam's opinion was not only practical but makes economic sense.

Sam is a true professional and gentleman.  I truly appreciate his approach (methodical) to identifying cause of problem and laying out practical solutions.  Sam didn't charge me despite the time spent to conduct another video screening for his own assessment.  In addition, he also repaired worn out faucet valves and stems in my bathroom shower at a very reasonable price.

In closing, we finally found another professional to replace our long time  plumber whom helped us for many years but have recently retired.  We look forward to a long term working relationship with you Sam.

We had a leaking garbage disposal and running toilet that needed repair/replacement ASAP.  Kevin was quick to get back to me with a very reasonable quote and availabilities.  Chris came to do the work and completed the job in 30 min.  His service was excellent! Would definitely recommend Die Hard for those in the AV for your plumbing needs.  Thanks guys!
