I initially reached out to Mr. Harris to install a sink and snake my bathtub drain. I was impressed with his level of transparency and communication so I decided to hire him for 2 more jobs: dishwasher and garbage disposal install. If you want fair prices and a professional who will get the job done, mr. Harris is your man!!

Dave is wonderful -- very professional and organized.  He comes on time. His bids are accurate.  He pays attention, works very hard, and is very conscientious. He focuses on quality, and clearly does things beyond what he needs to.  We are very happy with his work, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Update: Dave is great.  We had a leak in the bathroom and needed help fast.  Dave came and fixed in a jiffy.  You can't go wrong with him.

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

This was an absolute disaster of a company.  The owner is unwilling to listen to the customer, the plumbers they send smell like smoke, and they cut every corner possible.  When you complain about an issue, they will not do anything to help, just deny.  I am glad this was not an ongoing project!!  Stay away...far far away!

Luis, Oscar, Gaspar, Jose and Sam-- an absolutely great team!

Luis & Oscar ran a camera through the entire length of our drain, from the entry in the back yard to the street out front, and showed us, in real time, what the issues were.

Gaspar, Jose and Sam then spent two days digging through tree roots, cutting concrete, then replacing a segment of our drain, and pouring new concrete.  These guys work incredibly hard and do great work, at a reasonable price!

Best experience I've had with a plumber, hands down. Honest, competent, hard working, and affordable. Even the switchboard operators are competent, friendly, and effective. (I'm told it's a family owned business.)  I've saved their number in my database.

We were preparing to sell a home that had we discovered had mold in and around the water heater, the laundry area and the kitchen.  Merco came out and gave us a comprehensive quote and timeline for the remediation and repairs. (Note: Many places will only quote the mold part and then you have to find a contractor to repair the wood/walls -- Dry Pro does it all, end to end)  

The crew started the work a couple days later and had it done in a few days.   The work was well done and cleanup was top shelf.

It's been over two months before I decided to leave a review. I contacted several plumbing companies on a late Sunday night unfortunately most of them are close or there were trying to schedule me in for the next business day but I needed somebody to come ASAP. I had a sewage blockage That was causing flooding inside restroom. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Carlos and sent out couple of their guys to come and assist with this matter. After snaking the pipes we still didn't had no luck clearing blockage so they recommended to hydro jet mainline sewer....That worked out very well they cleared out blockage and recommended to install a cleanout access. We waited a week before me and my wife made Our final decision called them and had then come back to install the clean out.... now everything's working fine

I have used Harry's twice and cant complain.  Jeff is friendly, professional and prices are good.  I would highly recommended Harry's and they will be my first call for my plumbing needs.

Alberto and his team of master plumbers are excellent. Kind and friendly, who clearly are skilled at what they do. Jose saved the day!

A hose in our bathroom broke, so we had to turn off our water main... on a 90 degree Saturday... during a pandemic... with a toddler. I called in, and the dispatcher was helpful and easy to communicate with. Within an hour, Jose was at our door.

He gave me a quick breakdown of what needed to be fixed and what it would cost, and then he got right to work. Everything was fixed within the next hour, and now my toilet is good as new.

I love how easy it all was. I had called around for any plumber in the neighborhood, but since it was a weekend, I ended up leaving a lot of voicemails. A-1 answered right away, let me know when Jose was near, and got the job done. Thank you!

Luis was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Luis did :) 
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Luis saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call.

Our mainline kept backing up. Nonstop repairs and overpriced estimates to replace the whole line. Guardian came in and quoted us a less expensive fix that did the job and kept us under our budget. We could not have made a better decision!

Luis, is what many plumbers are not. He's honest, reliable, and dependable. I needed some work done and he answered almost immediately. I can not fully express how much my family and I appreciate the work done by Tim and his company. My in-laws have had problems with their drains for years and the time had come to make a definitive repair. The owner, Tim, came himself to see what was wrong. Of all the plumbers were met with, he was the only one who took the time to use the scope and examine the pipes. He also spent a great deal of time explaining what was wrong, the possible options, and what the work would involve. I was impressed by his honesty, professionalism, and patience in explaining all of this to us. The quote was detailed and transparent.

We selected them to replace the drains in the bathroom and install a liner in the sewer lateral to the main sewer line. His team completed the work efficiently and Tim kept us updated about the daily developments. They handled all of the inspections and paperwork with the city. The price of the work was an excellent value, the service was above and beyond our expectations.

Finally, payment was flexible and financing options are available. We will definitely reach out to them again if we decide to continue repairing the drainage from the kitchen and washer.
