The man only seemed interested in my job ONLY when I said I think I may have a main line problem...which means $$$ to plumbers. Then he started calling me constantly bc he was ready to replace it without even seeing it!!

Dave is simply the best.  He is experienced, reliable and does high quality work.  We did a 1/2 bath remodel.  We were searching for a Dry Wall person as well a a plumber.  We were having a terrible time getting our contractor to provide us with an estimate - I guess the job was too small.  Dave and his contacts did the demo, then after the counter top was installed he did the plumbing.  The job was complete in 1 week - before we even got the estimate from our local contractor.  The icing on the cake - Dave's cost was 1/2 the estimate!

This was great experience. We had a clogged drain and Oscar cleared it right away. He assessed the situation made a recommendation and resolved the issue. I would call him for all my future plumbing needs. Oscar is experienced and professional.  Don't hesitate to call him!

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

Everything was great! Service was terrific, technician was polite and clean and left the area clean.

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring through our ceiling and called several plumbers. MVP was the quickest to respond and had someone out early the next day. The first employee was really nice, but charged us $1800 to replace several pipes that he said were broken. After he replaced everything he said it was all good and left. The next day my daughter went to take a bath and water started pouring through the ceiling once again. We called them back and they came the next day. The plumber that showed up said the previous guy was unexperienced and didn't know what he was doing, but that he was a master plumber and would fix it and all it was was the tub overflow that needed to be switched out. After a bit he said it was all done. Well, a couple weeks later my daughter takes a bath and it starts leaking again, so we had to call for them to come out and fix it for the third time. This time the new plumber said both of the other guys did it wrong, but he'd fix it this time for good by simply putting silicone to seal the overflow connection. So, I was charged $1800 for a simple overflow connection.
Before we had to call the third plumber for the leak in the ceiling we also had a clogged pipe from our washing machine, so we thought we'd give MVP one more chance and have them fix that as well, but I should have known better. This plumber said that our pipes were old under the house and they needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. I asked several times if he guaranteed that was the problem and he said he was absolutely sure it was. So he changed out the pipes, but when he was all done the drain was still clogged. He then said the real problem was one clogged joint behind the washing machine and it needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 more. I said I would not pay that because he guaranteed me that changing the pipes would solve the problem. He then said he would just take care of the problem and not charge me any more, but I still ended up paying $2200 for a job that should've only cost $400.
Overall, I was clearly taken advantage of, charged way too much for relatively simple jobs, had 4 plumbers whom all didn't really know what they were doing, and I'm left wondering if the final work will actually hold up. Even though the employees seemed nice I cannot recommend MVP for any plumbing needs.

I am writing 2 reviews in one today and both are 5 Star!  A few weeks ago a team came by the condo to take a look at some suspected water damage (David, and Jaime).  They were on time, courteous and personable.  They wore masks and put on shoe covers before entry.  They made a thorough inspection and provided an assessment.  It turns out I did not need any work done and they did not try to sell me on a job that was unnecessary.  I think we all can appreciate that with services of this type (oil changes, plumbing, etc).  I often feel like I am being oversold with providers like this when I am not familiar with their trade.  Not with these guys.  They were honest, straight shooters.  

Today I had an actual service done by City Plumbing.  Osman arrived on time and was also very courteous and personable.  I needed my bathroom sink to get snaked to clear up a clog.  He explained in detail what he was about to do, what the snake does, how pipes in houses vs apartments differ, etc.  He was very thorough as well and made me feel comfortable because I was able to gauge his level of expertise. Not only did he lay down a tarp in his work space, but wiped down every surface with a clean rag and surface cleaner that he brought with him. He left the area cleaner than what it was before he arrived.  One thing to note about Osman.  My neighbor must've called for a plumbing service at the same time and assumed he was here to service her condo.  He took the time to go to her place to acknowledge her and let her know that he was called for a different service.  He could've easily ignored her but took that extra step.  A great representative of City Plumbing for sure!

These guys are very good, very courteous, and very professional.  

My washing machine flooded my laundry room, part of my kitchen, and part of my dining room on a Monday night.  My girlfriend found these guys the very next morning and they were at my place Tuesday morning without having a prior appointment or anything.  Merco called me, let me know that he was in the area and that he could come and stop by to check out the damage and what not.  I have hardwood floors so I was hoping that this could be salvaged.  Merco took a look with his thermal-vision (or whatever it's called) camera and let me see where there was humidity.

They did their work, dried the floor, cut out the dry wall that needed to be cut, replaced it, replaced the base boards and quarter rounds, and all seems to be well.  Merco was very very professional, very nice and courteous.  His guys Tony and Leo were also very very cool guys who did their job excellently.  

Should anything happen again, I'll for sure be calling these guys!

Harry's Rooter and Plumbing was referred to us by another company who couldn't come out the day we called. The original call was for a clogged kitchen sink. Steve came out to repair the clog and did a great job, removing years of sludge from the pipes. During the repair, it was noticed that we had a leaking pipe in the wall behind the sink which meant coming out again to break into the wall behind the sink. We have a house that was built in the 1050's and I'm so glad we found the leak because upon further inspection, much of the cast iron pipes under the house had corroded and cracked. It was a disaster in the making and was fixed before getting worse.  I was very surprised that the cost for the repair was well below what I expected and the work was done in a very short amount of time.  I will definitely recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends.

Our shower faucet handles were no longer working, causing the hot water not to be shut off properly. Even after you closed the hot water, you could here it in the walls and the faucet would leak all night. This caused a high gas bill. Fortunately I spoke with Alberto(owner) of Just Rooter and Plumbing. He quickly responded and came out assessed the situation, provided an estimate and quickly got to work. He was honest, reliable and got the job done within a few hours.

Very reliable and quality work the plumbers explain all work and don't charge you for things you do not need.

We have used Fearless Plumbing Service a couple times. They are one of the few that will take home warranty. I have called them a couple times for things I wasn't sure if the job needed plumbing or not and they are always straight and honest!! I have also called them at 6am with a break and they came right away! They fix what is needed and don't try to do more just to make the money. I recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service received from Guardian Plumbing. My bathtub drain was clogged, and Allen was able to very quickly resolve the issue for a good price compared to other plumbers. They also arrived within the time window agreed. Allen is a man of his word all around.

I was removing a cinder block wall from our backyard and got a little smash happy with the sledgehammer, sending a brick flying right into a PVC pipe connected to our sprinkler system. Water was flying everywhere, and the only way to shut it off was to shut off all the water to the entire house. I called a few different plumbers but no one was able to come out on short notice.

When I talked to one of the women at Highsmith & Daughters they were also unable to come out on such short notice, but she gave me incredible advice...that I could fix it myself!

Number one: I'm handy and have men constantly doubting my capabilities, so to have someone not doubt me right off the bat was something I've never experienced before.  Number Two: she was right, I fixed it myself in about 10 minutes after buying the supplies I needed. I had installed PVC air compressor pipe before and it hadn't occurred to me that this was essentially the same thing.

We're planning a big kitchen remodel in February/March and I will 100% be calling Highsmith & Daughters.

Excellent service! Luis was everything that I needed: He responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, showed up on time, did a good, clean job, and charged a fair price.
As to the details, I had a clogged toilet (gross!), and I wanted it to be fixed that same day. Luis got back to me very quickly and his quote was the lowest I received. He showed up exactly at the time he said, which is always fantastic. He also wore booties to protect my carpet, and a mask for COVID protection.

It's very important to have a plumber that you can trust, someone who you can rely on that's knowledgeable and experienced. Christian has come to my moms house several times and always been so respectful and honest about the work that she needs. We don't trust any other plumber and will wait till he is available to come check out our work.

Great communication,  on time, clean, professional!    Had a worn out pipe from the kitchen to the main that kept clogging.   After jetting and scoping the line we were shown pictures of the wear in the pipe.   We decided to replace the pipe.   This was no small project as the pipe needed to run out of the kitchen and under the patio.  Tim and Alex saw to it the job was done in a timely and neat manner.   They laid custom brickwork to match our patio, repaired the stucco where the wall meets the patio along the whole run and painted to match.   Looks better than before the project.   A few days later our main clogged from the house to the street.  They came back out the same day and hydro jetted and scoped the line at no charge.   Awesome!   Great upstanding guys!

I called Sam with a problem of leakage in attic. I had to turn off the water for the house. He was very understanding of the issue and came to see the problem in about 30 minutes. He got up there to little hard to access area without any complaining and did not take advantage of the situation of house being without water. He videotaped the problem and explained it to me thoroughly. He gave very reasonable quote with discounts. Once the problem was fixed he tested all the fixes and pressure, videotaped the job done, and I ended up giving up one more job to him!

The water heater went out in my grooming shop and I needed something done in a hurry to get back to work. Expecting to pay at least $60 or so I called around to at least 5 other places who mostly couldn't schedule me the same day one even said they'd charged me $85 just to knock in the door I almost gave in but wanted to try a few more places first. Luckily I called Die Hard and after just a few minutes of chatting with Kevin he talked me through the process of getting my water heater up and running again without even charging me a dime. I wish I would of called this number first and saved time I definitely found myself a new plumber from here on out.
