Mr. Harris is very professional and honest. He provided a good price for the services completed at my home. He responded timely to my same day request to install fixtures in my bathroom for my sink, shower, toilet and also cleared the shower drain. He kept me informed along the way when changes occurred during the installs and even picked up additional items to complete the job. Job well done.

So in early 2022 we had a MAJOR plumbing project we needed to address. City Plumbing was the 3rd company we got advice and quotes from. They were the first guys who told us our options while explaining everything to the T, which made us feel involved and informed. The others made me wonder if they were being completely honest with us.
Customer service has been impeccable-especially when getting the help from Johana. She has such a gift to help tie and coordinate all that needed to take place, great communication skills and she talked me off the ledge many times while also making herself available in person, above and beyond.  Johana and Luis make SUCH a perfect team! Paul has made himself very available as well, and also has explained the intricacies of plumbing like the boss that he is.
I just called them to schedule our annual maintenance clean out, and I feel completely comfortable that they will take care of us. We have an old house, with an old system, but having them keep an eye on us lowers my stress, which is priceless!

I help manage multi family properties in Los Angeles and Dry Pro is one of the most honest and professional companies that I worked with. A tenant discovered a wet spot in their wall and dry pro was very responsive and came out to assess the situation. Tony and Merco could not have been more professional. I had a similar issue a few years ago and another company took 3x as long to fix! Super fair pricing too. Highly recommend working with them!

We had a sewage backlog, it was a late Saturday night and they answered my text and phone calls right away.

The owner was understanding and knew what to do right away and offered different options and came out early to get everything fixed before anyone came aroun.

Price is bit more compared to other plumbers but reliability and quality is more important in my opinion.

Jeff from Harry's Rooter and Plumbing *just* left my house and I hopped on yelp immediately so I can write this review bc I am so pleased with the work.

I needed a dryer installed so I called the Gas Company to do it. Waited 10 days for my appointment date only for them to arrive and tell me we had hazardous conditions with how our water heater and old dryer were installed. So they turned off our gas and ordered us to fix everything.

Being in a bit of a panic over the fact that we would soon have no hot water, I called four - count em - four plumbers and a handyman. One guy I had used before was no longer taking work because he was too busy, according to his voicemail.

Another wouldn't come out to my area, which is annoying bc if I search for plumbers near my location, I would expect the results to actually be relevant.

The other guy didn't call back till late, and the last plumber was also too busy but referred me to Harry's.

God bless that man who referred me to Harry's.

Harry (or whoever answered the phone) told me they could assist and because it seemed urgent (they gathered this without me telling them), they'd be there in an hour. I'll also note that unlike many plumbers, each time I called someone answered the phone so I didn't have to leave a voicemail and wait around.

Brandon showed up reasonably soon thereafter, gave me a quote, and a general idea of what had to be done. Unfortunately, he didn't have the tools, so the work had to be postponed till he next day.

Jeff came back the following day to finish the job. He was knowledgeable on everything that the work involved - which included code requirements, some knowledge of roofing where our water heater would vent out of, and also agreed to install our dryer.

Although I'm no home repair expert, I appreciated Jeff walking through the steps he was going to take, our options and potential issues we would come across. He was polite, efficient and skilled. He finished the work, stuck to our original estimate and also gave me a lesson on water heaters.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional job to be done. The one thing I wish they would have done was to call me and let me know they were coming in the afternoon and not the morning on the second day, as I waited around for them. But the quality of work and professionalism still earns Harry's (and Jeff) a true five star review.

Alberto was very honest and professional. Water heater broke and he came in the evening with just 1 hr advance notice. I really appreciate it. He didn't charge me anything because I ended up needing a replacement not a repair. He told me I was welcome to get another opinion and not pushy at all.

John was referred to me and I am sure glad he was.  He came out right away to bid a complete plumbing replacement job on a two unit building. He was very competitive with pricing. He came out exactly when he said he would and explained everything he was doing.  He really knows his stuff. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years and John is the real deal, knowledgable, precise, he gets the job done, even working weekends.  Change orders...not to worry! John worked with me on every little change I made along the way.  A really nice guy and so easy to work with.  He is one of those rare ones who takes real pride in his job.  He is now holds the Plumber position under P in my contacts!

The only good thing about having a third slab leak is that I found this Plumbing business ! I have met all of the staff and I used another one of his guys, Robert, for drywall repairs & painting. The Plumbing Company is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, timely, and competitively priced. They are so helpful and I have now used them in multiple plumbing situations. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I'm big on punctuality so arriving on time was a good first impression.  The tech was very professional and friendly, made all the assessments and recommendations in a timely manner considering I have 4 kids and no time for anything. He was able to fix our problem and educate us to make sure we could avoid spending money on too many plumbing services. I recommended them to my neighbors and I know they hired them right after getting the quote.

As a new homeowner, it is very difficult to find folks you can trust. Well, after Luis' treatment and attentiveness, he will be the person I will call for all my plumbing issues. He was straight forward, to the point, and quick. If you need a plumber, Luis is your guy!

Christian is an amazing plumber.  Part of me didn't want to write this review because I am afraid of him being too busy to do my plumbing when I need him.  He just did a huge job for me -- replacing all of my sewer lines in my house. His men were here every day until the job was completed.  He also double-checked everything, answered all of my questions, and was personable.  I highly recommend Christian.

I want to recommend Tim Bradon and American Drain Company. We recently had to have some major plumbing work done at our home and the entire team was amazing. Our poor old house has a history of plumbing issues and we have had many plumbing companies in over the yeas. While they were all good, Tim and ADC were far superior!  They replaced the main from the house to the street. They were fast (we were only without water for about an hour or so) and the front yard looks exactly like it did when they started. You can't even tell they were there!

The other reviews were spot on - thank you fellow Yelpers!  Sam's availability was much appreciated on a Sunday.   He assured me he had a supplier of pressure assisted toilets that I learned are not available locally to the general public and arranged to pick it up (supplier open Monday) AND come out first thing in the morning to install.  As others have noted, he was true to his word, did a great job, efficiently completed with his trusty assistant, and charged a very reasonable price.  These are qualities I have learned not to take for granted, and it is my pleasure to add another 5-star, high recommendation.

I was so pleased with their service. I messaged them early morning and they responded within the hour. They also made time to visit our home for repairs the same day! They were reasonably priced and fixed out leaking shower, clogged toilet and tub as well. Will definitely use them again.
