I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

They showed up on a Saturday night on call and took care of the issue, we had a problem with the water heater. It got solved, no more spilling water

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

I needed shower drain cleaning . I googled to find a plumber in my area,. they advertised drain cleaning for $33 so I called I was given $99 estimate over the phone ?? I didn't care , i needed the job to be done.  Esteban Serrano was on time it took him less then 15 minutes to clean my shower drain . it was very fast  I was charged $ 130 ....good service polite but little pricy  ....

I don't like false advertisement.... Funny Esteban came with a truck even on the truck there was an advertising sign which said drain cleaning $33 or it's free .... why was I charged $ 130 when I asked for a receipt he said I'll email it to you ...  I feel I've been overcharged... False advertisement...I'm little disappointed

Technician was very professional and friendly, explained to me in detail  what he was doing and condition of the pipes.  While we did have to wait for service longer then we liked the technician Keven made up for that and because of Kevin who is the best we will use this service again in the future.

Merco, Tony and the crew were the best. They were thoughtful and considerate throughout the job. I had some issues with my contractor and Dry Pro made things much better - it was like night and day compared to my contractor. My contractor tried charging me $9,550 for a job that Dry Pro did for less than half with way better service. On top of that, Dry Pro remediated my bedroom and replaced all the drywall in my bathroom. The $9,550 from previous contractor only covered bathroom remediation and taking away 3 feet of drywall. Exceptional service and results from Dry Pro. I cannot recommend them enough.

It was 8:30pm on Wednesday night. CV-19 is all we're hearing about until our bathroom sinks decide now is a great time to stop draining :( . I jump on YELP and the search is on.  Fortunately, I came across I  Love sewers who had great ratings. I sent Carlos a txt and within minutes he responded and we set up a time for the following morning. His guys showed up at our scheduled time, went right to work and finished in less than 1 hour.  The price was great and we have peace of mind knowing all is well again with our plumbing.  Very professional, they didn't make a mess and they fixed our problem.  We will refer friends & family and use them again when needed.  Customer service is top notch.  Thank you Carlos and guys for taking care of business with great professionalism ;)

If I could give zero stars, I would because they didn't show up for the appointment. They told me they'd arrive between 2-3pm. The guy called at 3:20 and said he'd be at my home in 20-30 minutes. I told him I had to pick up my kids but I would for sure be here in 30 minutes. Well 45 minutes later he still wasn't there. I had to run my kid around the corner to his sports so I called the number he called me from earlier and left a message saying I'd be back at 4:15. I get home and there's a card on my door. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT!  At least try to work with the client if you are in the wrong. And giving an ETA then not arriving at that time TWICE IS WRONG!!  I'm so mad now that I called another company.

I called today just before 5:00 PM after my neighbor alerted me that a pipe in front of my house unexpectedly burst causing water to pour onto the lawn and down the street. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I was concerned that my experience with whoever responded would be less than favorable. I could not have been more surprised/ wrong . Albert was responsive, had an easy disposition, was very professional, and very affordable.

Do not hire!!! Ridiculously overpriced and not accurate. Quoted $4200 for $800 worth of work.

We paid $465 to determine the general location of the leak. They said the leak was in the wall. Then they quoted us $4200 for a simple repair. We denied and hired another plumber to do the same service for $800!! When the new plumber came he found that the leak is not in the wall and actually in the floor. I understand not having pin-point leak detection but it was in a completely different spot!! Very unsatisfied and feel scammed out of the $470.

Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I was very pleased with the service received from Guardian Plumbing. My bathtub drain was clogged, and Allen was able to very quickly resolve the issue for a good price compared to other plumbers. They also arrived within the time window agreed. Allen is a man of his word all around.

Matt the owner and Phylis are fantastic. Seriously look no further cause this is the best plumbing company I have ever used and over the last 20 yrs had a few. Called and next day he came out. They are honest, great at communication giving me email and call updates. They run a very efficient business and I'd highly recommend them and for me to do that they have to be excellent.

Luis was responsive and upfront and did a great job clearing out a bad drain blockage. I will definitely seek out his services for future plumbing needs.

Incredible Plumber Christian Lopez, lives up to his company name. We found him, thanks to you neighbors, and he was here in a flash and fixed the potty. Looking ahead to a full house repipe, but did not push hard. Polite, professional, knowledgeable.

We all know the term you get what you pay for, and this is the case with hydro-jetting by American Drain Co. Tim & Brandon care about their work.  I must first say that I am an active builder for 48 years, so I do have some knowledge and experience in how to do things properly.  I am doing mostly construction management now, guiding owners on how to properly build their projects.  Technology has advanced significantly over the years, and using a Hydro-jet to clean your area drains is (in my opinion) the ONLY way to properly diagnose, clean & repair your area drain and sewer systems.   Most Plumbing subcontractors do NOT specialize in exterior area drain cleaning, but they might have a drain snake on their service truck. This does not mean they know how to deal with area drain or sewer drain line stoppages.  Everyone has their specialty, and these guys have the specialty of cleaning and replacing drain lines, period!  
This was my 3rd attempt to try to clear my area drain systems before having to jackhammer my patio to try to clear my drains, which I did not want to do.  You should know that not all hardscape contractors have their area drain systems permitted or inspected, as these systems are not required as long as your yard is graded and capable of draining over the surface.  However, often homeowners of new homes will opt to have their Landscape and Hardscape subcontractors install their hardscape with below grade area drainage systems, and the majority of these systems are installed in the past using inferior products which cause major problems in the future.  Until about 20 years ago, the common method was to use a slip fitting type drainage pipe with tight corner fittings (not sewer drain fittings), which work fine for area drains until you have a stoppage.   Since their joints are not glued, they often get roots in them, which grow and block the pipe, preventing it from draining. Then try to clear that stoppage with a snake, and I wish you good luck.  The best method for all drain installations, and the one which I have used over the past 20+ years is to use normal sewer drain fittings and glued pipe (ABS or SDR-35), and make sure that all fittings are sweeps, and not tight 90 degree turns, as snakes cannot get by these turns.  So, as you would guess, my home of 22 years (which I did NOT install the drains in) is about 29 years old, and the contractor who installed these drains used the old fashioned drains with tight turn fittings and no glued joints.  Needless to say, after 2 previous attempts to clear my stoppages myself, I finally called these 2 guys to Hydro-flush my drains, based on their Yelp rating.  They arrived together, both the owners of this company, with the intent of resolving my stoppage issues.  This is unheard of in the new construction industry, and these 2 guys do NOT mess around.  Also know that I seldom ever call someone I don't know, as I work in the building industry.  But I found these guys on Yelp, as I knew I needed a hydro-wash specialist, and I liked the comments on their reviews, so I gave it a shot.  
They arrived on time, 2 owners, a relatively new truck, new equipment, and extremely efficient from the moment they came out of their truck.  Within 4 minutes they were working on my drains with a camera and ready to flush out my drains.  They succeeded in flushing out both of my area drain systems within a matter of about 1-1/4 hours, and my systems were clear and ready for the winter rain!  They ran into some obstructions in each of my drains, and after several attempts they managed to break through the stoppages!  I am extremely grateful to Tim & Brandon, as I do NOT need to jackhammer up my patio just to clear a drain stoppage!   Also, if you are installing new drains around your home, and you want it done the right way, then I would recommend these guys as a great choice. They know what they are doing, and they were fair with me.  What else can you ask for?....

Great service with Die Hard Plumbing, they were responsive, fast, professional and honest. Within a days notice they responded and did a pipe reroute throughout my house. Kevin and Jake were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire them again for more plumbing work.
