Our garbage disposal was backed up and clogging the kitchen sink. Mr. Harris answered our call right away and was able to come out within 30 minutes and showed up right on time. Initially he quoted us to snake the drain, but soon realized it was a much bigger problem than he thought. He kept us updated on changes in price, explained the problem, and even left twice to get different and bigger speciality tools, but he was determined not to give up and wanted to leave us with a working sink! He was so friendly and great at communicating. Will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Mr. Harris!

I just found my new plumber!!!
After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Called early this morning and a very kind gentleman named Oscar answered the phone. He heard my concerns and said he would be at my house within the hour. He made it before the hour which was great. I re-explained everything again and he gave me some options. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to rip me off at all.

Everything he said and did sounded reasonable so I let him do his work. He was fast, clean, knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST! I would recommend him any day.

I feel grateful to have found him.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

It was 5pm on Sunday, September 1, 2019. The middle of the Labor Day weekend. And that's when my old water heater decided to leak and soak the carpet. I called several places and got voicemail each time. Robert at The Plumber called me back promptly and gave me instructions on how to turn off the gas and water and drain the tank. The next day, he showed up to swap out tanks. Excellent responsiveness and service. Can't beat it!

I made a significant mistake in the morning time of 25 January while drilling through my floor, and hit a water line. An instant disaster, I sent a message on Yelp. MVP was the first to respond. At 10:30, Ignacio arrived. To his credit, he is a jack of all trades and did a fantastic job. He was a consummate professional. He was careful and methodical as he had to remove a section of flooring to uncover the damaged pipe. Nelson, one of the owners, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond with his transparency and ability to resolve any customer concerns.

We had the pipe in our kitchen wall sink break off.  Called for the time and spoke with Jose.  He was wonderful. They sent someone out that night and capped off the faucet, and returned the next day. They also found another cracked fitting we did not know about.  The technician did an awesome job.  I would highly recommend them .

I would definitely recommend Merco to everyone. He does an excellent job and he's so friendly. His crews are very professional. Most importantly he is honest. I've  been trying to call a lot of other companies to do the mold remediation but they all give me a very high price but Merco did quite a reasonable price for me. 5 stars for him

i highly recommend this plumbing company. They look so professional.... Not to mention they show up on time. They got to work right away and fished repair within 8 hours . We had sewer blockage and they dig up and did what they call spot repair 5 feet deep and man I was impressed how fast they fishined the job thanks guys.

Have used them for years.  Recently unplugged a toilet for me.  Took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again.  Came on time as promised and took his shoes off when entering my home.  Reasonable prices also.  Used to be Joe's Plumbing I think.  Great local service.

2nd time using A1 and again very thankful they picked up the phone on a Sunday and by Monday the work was completed and we had Hot water again....they're the best!

Yesterday was a Sunday when I discovered that my toilet wasn't working properly. I called Fearless Plumbing Service and they sent a technician over within one hour. The toilet  needed special parts that wouldn't be available until the next day. But they came back the next day (Monday) with the right parts and had the toilet working within one hour. They left the service a  re ea clean and dry. Nightly recommended!

My toilet was clogged, and when it happened in the last id plunge for a second and it'd get fixed. This time no such luck, I tried everything and no matter what I did it wouldn't go down. I put in a search on yelp and my message was sent to a bunch of local plumbers and these guys had the best price and were the most responsive. They showed up within an hour and had it fixed and running within a few mins. They were super friendly and up front about everything. Definitely saving their info in case it happens again!

Today Trenton installed new faucets for our washer.  Our old washer was 42 years old and the water connections were old and corroded. The Installer could not finish because we needed to replace the connections. Trenton was absolutely fabulous, even helping me to understand some of the 'bells and whistles' that I didn't understand. We've used Highsmith and daughters several times recently and they are undoubtedly the BEST!!  Jason helped us previously for a different problem and he is equally incredible.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

I highly recommend these folks! I called and Christian picked up right away. He came by later that evening to look at the issues and scheduled me for that week. He has great communication which is rare. He and his guys are so thorough... we found we also had a failed water heater so they replaced it the same day and stayed late to get everything done. Their work ethic is outstanding, they did the jobs thoroughly and their charges were in line with the work and I didn't feel gouged. These guys are definitely my go to plumbers for any future issues!

Awesome company!! Can't say enough great things about Tim and American Drain. We had some severe blockages in our outdoor drains and Tim came out right away to help. He cleared out the blockages in the front leading to the street and then also came to the back and made sure all our backyard drains were cleared in time for the rains. Thanks Tim! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Totally cool to be taken care of so personally.  In today's world and especially in LA we loose that home town helpful attitude.  Very attentive and personable.  I highly recommend...because my toilet wasn't going to fix itself!! A pro is a pro!

We called die hard plumbing earlier in the day. We were having some problems with a small leak in one of our walls. They were able to find the problem, we didn't have to  Suffer the inconvenience of big holes in the wall, It only took Mike and Chris ?, 2 hours. But  got the job done and we're really grateful . Would absolutely  Recommend these folks to fix  Plumbing problem. They were courteous, and I'm definitely recommending them to anyone out there in the Palmdale area.
