Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

Oscar came to the rescue when I had a huge problem in my main pipe! He was very professional even after my dog bit him. He fixed the problem very fast and his prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

Very reliable and their guys know their stuff. Prices are fair and don't try to up sell. They are the only plumbers I call and trust.

The plumber they sent was Ignacio Sr.
I sent a request to replace our Garbage disposal and told them that we already have the item just need to replace. The plumber that they sent didn't seem he knows what he was doing. He didn't use all the parts that was included in the box. He re used the items to make his job easier and didn't have a clue regarding the new disposal.
Next time I need a plumber I will definitely call somebody else.
They get 2 stars for participation and Ignacio Sr did connect the new disposal just didn't use all the new parts.

I recently hired this company for a plumbing job and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience with the initial plumber, Ignacio Sr. However, the company more than made up for it with their commitment to customer satisfaction. The owner or manager, Nelson, reached out to me personally to address my concerns and make things right. He sent another plumber, Franco, to my home the same day and Franco did an excellent job in properly installing the garbage disposal and using all the parts included. Franco was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the company's willingness to take responsibility and make sure the job was done correctly. As a result of their efforts, I am happy to change my initial 2 star review to a 5 star one. I would definitely consider using this company again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

my 92 year-old mother had a hot water pipe burst, resulting in a significant leak which lead to a call to the local fire department.  within minutes, city plumbing and rooter responded, then scheduled the permanent repair.  they analyzed the source of the problem and determined that high water pressure contributed significantly to the pipe failure.  

best of all?  they performed the work at no charge!  paul was gracious, calm, and thorough... for which our family is most grateful.

it is rare when a company takes time to recognize the impact an incident like this can have on an elderly person; it is quite another when that company chooses to put people over profits.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! They did an excellent job with a reasonable price and did the job quick. They were accommodating to my schedule and quickly fixed the water damage, replaced the dry wall, resealed the foundation wall paint, and swept and cleaned up everything.

Carlos and his team did a great job installing a cleanout in my house. I was surprised they were able to help me the same day which gave me piece of mind. They are very profecional and his crew really know what they are doing. Im glad i found this company after another plumber had lye to me telling my house didnt had a proprer vent and sewer size was not the right size. We called Harry's to cam the mainline and chop the roots. I showed them a video from the last time it was cam'd and the area of concern.  They let me know the drop in the pipe was normal for my area. They chopped the roots and gave me maintenance advice.  I have found my go-to plumbers.

Luis was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Luis did :) 
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Luis saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call.

I called Guardian Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. That's not easy to find these days! They were in and out, and affordable. Highly recommended! They are my forever go-to for all things plumbing.

I placed a call into Highsmith & Daughter's and was greeted by Phyllis via phone and text. She gave me price quotes. She took down my information and said she could have a plumber out in the afternoon.
TJ came out, was very professional and I showed him the problem and he wet straight to work and installed a new disposal

As a new homeowner, it is very difficult to find folks you can trust. Well, after Luis' treatment and attentiveness, he will be the person I will call for all my plumbing issues. He was straight forward, to the point, and quick. If you need a plumber, Luis is your guy!

We had Christian come out again for our other toilet that wouldn't flush. He came out the next day and when he snaked the toilet he noticed roots in the water. He took off the toilet and there was basically a tree growing out of the toilet! I don't understand how it even flushed at all.
Christian had to remove the roots , cut the tile, break the concrete and then put in a new pipe. He also put in a new clean-out access in the front of the house in 112 degree heat!  Him and his helpers did excellent work and were very clean. Christian is a great guy and does quality work. We were worried about the tile he had to cut around the toilet because we don't have that tile to replace it, but he was very careful not to cut too much tile and you can't even tell anything was done. Highly recommend him!

I have not felt the need to write a yelp review in a while.But because of the service i received at American Drain Company I had to let others know.The service was unbelievable! Brandon was honest and straight forward with me what i REALLY needed and did not try to up sell me.Also his complete understanding of my unique financial situation was a rare and compassionate thing to find these days.He went out of his way to due a few extras for me because my Dogs were in a hazardous situation because of the drain in there area and he was concerned for there well being as was i.The problem was i could not afford to due all my drains,A dog lover to boot! Thank god! Lets talk about my main issue,Which was the clogged drain by my sun room by my pool,during the last big rain the room flooded due to the drains outside my room and the poor drainage on the hill.He diagnosed the problem,found the solution and even gave me a military discount since my son is in the navy.I can honestly say this is was by far the best experience i ever had dealing with a repair service of any kind,I give Brandon and ADS five stars and would highly recommend them to anyone for service. I had water coming down from our bathroom ceiling and needed repair. Saw the good reviews and gave them a call. Sam came in and I saw that he was putting his shoe protectors before coming in the house. Right away a good sign that he will be thorough. He assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was done from getting in the house and writing the plumbers report in an hour. He cleaned up after his work, and gave us recommendations on what to proceed after.

Overall very satisfied with his work.
