I had to have a new toilet installed at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances.  It was about 6:30 in the evening when I contacted Mr Harris by phone to see if he could do the job that evening.  He had just finished another job and was done for the day but, instead of going home, he came right over and installed the new toilet.  Not only did he do it quickly, professionally, and expertly, but he charged me a VERY reasonable price.  He could have taken advantage of the situation, being well after normal business hours (it was about 8:45pm when he finished), but he didn't!  In fact, he charged me much less than other plumbers would have charged at regular times of the day.  I was more than pleased with his work and his ethics and you can be sure I will be calling Mr Harris Plumbing next time I need any job done!  I highly recommend him!!

Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

Oscar was straightforward with his pricing and did a good job fixing our kitchen sink. Highly recommend using Mr. Plumber.

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

I had an appointment with James from The Plumber for our water hammer issues. He was very punctual. The issue seemed to be almost non-existent for unknown reason while he was here but he spent a good hour on finding out what caused it. We had another small project for him and after he finished it, he advised us to call his own number and let him know if the water hammer issue continues because we are a team, working on it together. We recently found that our former plumber that we had business with in the past 18 years out of business and we felt lost and worried to find a plumber we can trust. We are so relieved that we have someone like James at The Plumber that we can count on.

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring through our ceiling and called several plumbers. MVP was the quickest to respond and had someone out early the next day. The first employee was really nice, but charged us $1800 to replace several pipes that he said were broken. After he replaced everything he said it was all good and left. The next day my daughter went to take a bath and water started pouring through the ceiling once again. We called them back and they came the next day. The plumber that showed up said the previous guy was unexperienced and didn't know what he was doing, but that he was a master plumber and would fix it and all it was was the tub overflow that needed to be switched out. After a bit he said it was all done. Well, a couple weeks later my daughter takes a bath and it starts leaking again, so we had to call for them to come out and fix it for the third time. This time the new plumber said both of the other guys did it wrong, but he'd fix it this time for good by simply putting silicone to seal the overflow connection. So, I was charged $1800 for a simple overflow connection.
Before we had to call the third plumber for the leak in the ceiling we also had a clogged pipe from our washing machine, so we thought we'd give MVP one more chance and have them fix that as well, but I should have known better. This plumber said that our pipes were old under the house and they needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. I asked several times if he guaranteed that was the problem and he said he was absolutely sure it was. So he changed out the pipes, but when he was all done the drain was still clogged. He then said the real problem was one clogged joint behind the washing machine and it needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 more. I said I would not pay that because he guaranteed me that changing the pipes would solve the problem. He then said he would just take care of the problem and not charge me any more, but I still ended up paying $2200 for a job that should've only cost $400.
Overall, I was clearly taken advantage of, charged way too much for relatively simple jobs, had 4 plumbers whom all didn't really know what they were doing, and I'm left wondering if the final work will actually hold up. Even though the employees seemed nice I cannot recommend MVP for any plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber urgently to investigate a hot water leak showing up outside the property near the foundation. We were concerned it could be a serious slab leak, which could get expensive to repair.

City sent David out immediately when everyone else wouldn't be able to come out for a couple of days.

David gave me a very reasonable quote for a pipe repair on the outside, hoping for the best. He then dug out the area by the leak and within minutes we both were relieved to find a buried hot water pressure release pipe. The leak was just the hot water heater running too hot. He charged me a nominal investigation fee, double checked everything, and cleaned up.

I highly recommend City and David and will be calling them whenever I have a plumbing need.

Just wanted to add yet another excellent review. Called Merco with a major mold issue in a unit from a slow leak that had gone undetected for a long time, allowing the mold to grow and grow.

Merco was exceptionally responsive, knowledgable and trustworthy. He didn't try to sell extra tests and push for extra work as other companies, did not try to prey on the general fear associated with mold. He always came as promised, did the work within the timeframe as promised and charge a fare fee.  Would highly recommend Merco and his straightforward business practices. His great reviews are no accident, he clearly earns his excellent reputation one client at a time. Thank you Dry Pro!

I want to thank Carlos for the great customer service very knowledgeable in explaining to me the process of the Hydro jetting very quick and effective repair first time having it done and I'm very thankful he was honest with me definitely will call him again....

As if Monday's aren't hard enough, our plumbing backup yesterday AM.

A neighbor recommended Harry's Rooter & Plumbing (562) 598-7813. I called them and a few others. Harry (seriously, I think it was 'the Harry') rang me back at exactly 8 am. Brandon showed up at 830 and had dug a 4ft hole to access my main line, cut the main line, snaked it and patched it in such a way that it no longer required digging all by 1230.

All is well.

This was all for a reasonable price.

He was polite, communicative and professional.

I highly recommend them.

Few months ago, I had some main line issues with older plumbing in a Craftsman home.   Back-ed up and looked serious.

Alberto responded and provided a fair and reasonable estimate.   More than 6 months - still going well.   They also installed a new toilet.

Today ( 1/29/2020), I attempted to install new kitchen faucet.  Rusted shut; worked on it for 3 hours.  Frustrated, called Alberto again.  He responded from San Pedro same day and fixed the issue/installed the new item with perfection.

Highly recommended.    Will call back and excellent response times.

I had a problem with a back house plumbing problem. I was searching on yelp and came across Guardian Plumbing and saw their reviews and decided to give them a call. They did return my cal within a few minutes which was a good start.
I hired them because from our first conversation he was knowledgeable of the specific situation I had at hand. I knew they'll take care of the job without me searching for someone that hopefully understood the situation. Gave me a next day e.t.a and were right on to take care of the job. I like that he gave me options on the cost before proceeding to fix the problem.

Awesome company!! Can't say enough great things about Tim and American Drain. We had some severe blockages in our outdoor drains and Tim came out right away to help. The most HONEST Plummer I have ever meet. Water heater burst in my home and created a huge mess. Called Sam and explained the situation on how important it was to get it fixed ASAP. We have a new born in the home while my wife is freaking out. Sam didn't take advantage of the situation and gave me a truly honest quote with amazing service in under 24hrs.
