Horrible Horrible. Charged a lot of bad quality work. I was going to give him more work but nah his attitude and damage that he did, I cannot give him more work.

Dave was very quick to respond.  He kept me apprised of his schedule and was at my home at the exact time promised.  The price was fair; even less than his initial estimate.  He was quick installing my kitchen faucet and cleaned everything perfectly before he left.  I am thrilled with my lovely, WORKING faucet.  I will definitely call Delta Bay Plumbing if I require any more plumbing help!

I'm a new home owner, and as such, I don't have a short list of go-to guys for common household problems like back to back bathroom sinks that won't drain even though the pipe isn't clogged.  The recommendations from friends weren't too keen on making the trip to Winnetka, which I understand, gas being like gold now, so I jumped on Yelp.

I liked what I read about City Plumbing and Rooter.  Oddly, all the 5 star reviews made me a bit suspicious.  Yeah, kinda back asswards right?  I've probably watched too many episodes of X-Files and trust no one sunk into my subconscious.  None the less, I called City Plumbing and Rooter.

Man, I'm glad I did.  Not only did they schedule me quicker than expected, but I got a call a day early asking if I wanted the job done sooner - Hell yes I do - awesome!  Not too long after that, Brandon showed up and got to work.

He was very diligent, and took a lot of care to respect the house, flooring, vanity, and even an overly curious cat named Ollie.  He informed me every step of the way about what he was doing, and what he needed to do to  fix the problem.  Once he explained what he was going to do, a work order was created on his Ipad with the work being done, and the cost.  We signed it, and it was emailed to me.

The work took an unexpected part of a second day to complete, which didn't bother me because I rather the work be done right, than for it to be done fast just to finish and move on to the next guy.  And it was done right.  The back to back bathroom sinks now drain as fast as the water flows.  And if you're curious, the price remained the same.

Brandon cleaned up all the plumbing debris, showed me his work - great.  I paid with my credit card, and got the receipt instantly.

Really about the only thing they could have done to make me happier is to have said, You know what kid?  It's all on us today.  
Like that would ever happen - lol.

Don't hesitate.  Give them a call.  They solved my problem, and can solve yours too.

Merco was great! I called him about a possible Mold issue and a clogged drain. My kitchen sink had been backed up & not draining for 2-3 days. It was getting pretty nasty. I couldn't make it work schedule wise for him to come by to snake it, so he ended up fixing it over the phone (SKILLS!!). He walked me through the steps & it worked like magic! Mind you, I had tried all the baking soda & vinegar tricks the internet suggested.
Today, he came for the mold inspection & swiftly did the readings to determine whether our air was clean or not. He used a particle reader and thermo-camera. Tbh, at first the mold inspection price seemed a bit high to me, BUT if you check the competition, it's actually incredibly low & very competitive for the value provided. You won't find a price like that anywhere else. Plus I got the free drain repair. Would recommend & hire again!

Harry's Rooter and Plumbing was referred to us by another company who couldn't come out the day we called. The original call was for a clogged kitchen sink. Steve came out to repair the clog and did a great job, removing years of sludge from the pipes. During the repair, it was noticed that we had a leaking pipe in the wall behind the sink which meant coming out again to break into the wall behind the sink. We have a house that was built in the 1050's and I'm so glad we found the leak because upon further inspection, much of the cast iron pipes under the house had corroded and cracked. It was a disaster in the making and was fixed before getting worse.  I was very surprised that the cost for the repair was well below what I expected and the work was done in a very short amount of time.  I will definitely recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends.

Our toilet flooded Sunday night, after 9p. We had to find a place to stay while we figured out how and when the situation would get fixed. My husband found Just Rooter and Plumbing on Google. He called them this morning, and they were there within a couple of hours. The issue has been fixed, and Alberto gave maintenance recommendations for the HOA and their plumber, who did work on a different condo on Friday and caused issues for us a couple of days later. All of this for less than what I paid getting a hotel room! Reasonable prices, fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Company set up a time promptly. The plumber (his name was Ralph Gutierrez) traced the location of the stoppage -- it was in the main line and not inside our house. He cleaned the line and got things running again. Quick service.

We recently had some plumbing issues and Guardian plumbing was responsive and came out on time and we were very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend their services if you have any issues. Easy communication as well.

Matt was great replacing our shower faucet and valve.  He explained the quality of the valve and faucet he installed.  I really appreciate making sure we have a great quality faucet that will last a long time and if we wanted to replace the face plate, that would be easy to do.  I could sense that he knew what we wanted and needed when talking with him over the phone.  They were able to fit us in sooner than what they had available when first scheduling and he arrived sooner the day of as well.  Thank you for the great service.

Mr. Barbosa has come to the rescue twice for me.  The first was to install a toilet onto an uneven floor.  The toilet is stable and problem free.  The 2nd job was the trouble shooting/investigation of a very slow bath drain. Mr. Barbosa discovered a very old bath drain stopper had fallen from its support and become fused to the inside of the pipe.  Luis replaced the whole mechanism and the bath drains perfectly!  
Mr. Barbosa went out of his way to work with my schedule, arrived at the times arranged, is professional and works with integrity.  His attention to detail and advice are much appreciated.  I do not look forward to plumbing issues but feel assured the job will be done right and at a competitive price with Barbosa Plumbing.

Our 35 year old septic tank needed to be replaced. We were so blessed to find Tim, Alex and their team at American Drain Company. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and provide excellent customer service. They kept us informed every step of the way.  They made a very stressful time a little easier. Needed a shower valve cartridge replaced.  Not only did Jake come on time, he inspected my issue and said he could take cate of it that afternoon.  He was pleasant and easy to talk to.  He knew his craft and solved my problem very quickly.  The gal on the phone when I scheduled the appointment was super friendly and very helpful.  Overall, I was very happy with my service.
