Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

Best service and on time. Very friendly and wore a mask and was courteous about the house.

Honest, efficient, assessed the issues and quoted costs that met the needs of  the customer. Saturday morning, have a busted valve to a dishwasher that we need pulled out for our electrician the next week. I pull a few quick quotes from plumbers on Yelp and I Love Sewers came out within a few hours and pulled off everything we needed done in time for other contractor work. Excellent service, friendly folks, great value.

We have a big ficus tree in our front yard and called a few rooter companies, one our neighbor happened to have over and another the prior owner had used to put lining in the sewer line.  

Long story short, after going with my gut, and not hiring Hero Rooter or Rapid Plumbing, I called Harry's based on Yelp reviews.  It turns out, Hero Rooter said we needed 20-30 feet of lining when we did not (Harry's plumbing had exact measurements and a sensor that could tell them exactly where the lining ended), and we didn't need hydrojetting.  They used a snake and blades to cut the root ball and everything is fine.

I called Harry's because Yelpers said they were honest.  I can vouch for that.  I think the guys were named Jarrod and Brandon, both highly recommended.  We would hire them again in a second for all of our plumbing and sewage needs.  

I definitely do my homework, but something told me that the other companies weren't people I could fully trust.  I definitely trust Harry's.

I called today just before 5:00 PM after my neighbor alerted me that a pipe in front of my house unexpectedly burst causing water to pour onto the lawn and down the street. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I was concerned that my experience with whoever responded would be less than favorable. I could not have been more surprised/ wrong . Albert was responsive, had an easy disposition, was very professional, and very affordable.

Called this plumbing team  on a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. They came in, were able to give us a quote and do the work right then and there, no rescheduling or change in price. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

I called Guardian Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. That's not easy to find these days! They were in and out, and affordable. Highly recommended! They are my forever go-to for all things plumbing.

I had a problem with the toilet in my guest bathroom. My daughter had been flushing 'flushable wipes' down it and it overflowed. I called Highsmith & Daughters and Matt came out promptly. He ended up snaking out the drain and pulled all of the wipes out which cleared up the problem. Matt was extremely polite and efficient. Well, fast forward about a year and I started to have problems with the same toilet not flushing correctly. Luckily, it didn't overflow but was threatening to. I again called Highsmith & Daughters and they dispatched Jay. He resolved the problem at the time but highly recommended a new toilet due to the age of the toilet - 30+ years. He gave me two prices - one if they provided the toilet and the second a charge for installation if I purchased it. Sure enough, I got by for 2 more weeks before the toilet was not flushable so I bit the bullet and called Highsmith & Daughters and said I would like the toilet replaced. In looking for a replacement toilet, I realized I knew nothing about toilets so I decided to go with them providing the toilet. Well, it was scheduled for 3 days out and Jay showed up ready to go. I decided to educated myself a little so I hung around the edge and he explained in detail what he was finding and what he was doing. It is a miracle the problem with the old toilet was not a lot worse as it had tree roots that had grown up into the toilet and wax seal. Jay was efficient and kind, putting up with my questions and patiently explaining. The toilet was installed quickly and efficiently and all the minimal mess was cleaned up.

I cannot say enough positive about my experiences with the ladies answering the phone and Jay and Matt. They will always be my 'go to'! I would give them a 10 if it was possible

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Christian from Incredible Plumber did an amazing job for us! This was our best experience ever working with a plumber, and we've had a few we've called over our last six months of owning an old home which has had a lot of piecemeal work done to it over the years. Christian was responsive, able to come the next day (when we had called at close to 11pm the night before), and then able to schedule needed work, including full pipe replacement that involved jack hammering concrete for access and then repaving once the work was completed, to be completed quickly over two days. We couldn't be more pleased to have the work completed so quickly and at an amazing price. We'd previously had quotes from other plumbers that had come out and they were much higher. Christian also gave us a warranty on his work for the next 10 years and it is such a relief to finally have this needed work taken care of without breaking the bank for us. We can't recommend him highly enough.

The American Drain Company and team are great! They offered the lowest quote, a same day opening and fixed the clogged drain within 10 minutes! Tim and Brandon were super helpful and super friendly - they just earned themselves another regular customer! I'll be recommending them to all! Thanks so much again, Tim and Brandon!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Die Hard Plumbing for a plumbing issue I was having with my upstairs shower not delivering any hot water, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jake, the plumber who was sent to assist me, was not only incredibly professional, but also very amicable and friendly.

Jake was prompt, arriving right on time as scheduled, and got right to work assessing the issue. He explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions with ease and expertise.
