I initially reached out to Mr. Harris to install a sink and snake my bathtub drain. I was impressed with his level of transparency and communication so I decided to hire him for 2 more jobs: dishwasher and garbage disposal install. If you want fair prices and a professional who will get the job done, mr. Harris is your man!!

Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

Needing to have plumbing fixed is scary enough on its own, having to trust the person fixing because you aren't available to assess the situation yourself is truly a leap of faith! Eddie showed up on time, sent me pictures, and repaired the problem perfectly! This work was for a rental and caring for my parents did not permit me to drive out to the property. Mr Plumber will have all our business from here on out for sure!

We had a backup in the main sewage line causing backups in our bathroom and Orlando was able to come out same day and resolve the issue for a fair price. I highly recommend Archi's Plumbing!

I am not usually a person who writes yelp reviews but The Plumber has now done two jobs for me and both times have done stellar work.    They came when expected and took care of the problems quickly.   Both jobs were less expensive than the initial estimates when they proved much less difficult than expected.

I feel like these guys are much more trustworthy than the other plumbers i used in the past.    Brad was the representative that came out both times and he worked quick and got it right the first time.     These guys are the best in Lancaster.

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring through our ceiling and called several plumbers. MVP was the quickest to respond and had someone out early the next day. The first employee was really nice, but charged us $1800 to replace several pipes that he said were broken. After he replaced everything he said it was all good and left. The next day my daughter went to take a bath and water started pouring through the ceiling once again. We called them back and they came the next day. The plumber that showed up said the previous guy was unexperienced and didn't know what he was doing, but that he was a master plumber and would fix it and all it was was the tub overflow that needed to be switched out. After a bit he said it was all done. Well, a couple weeks later my daughter takes a bath and it starts leaking again, so we had to call for them to come out and fix it for the third time. This time the new plumber said both of the other guys did it wrong, but he'd fix it this time for good by simply putting silicone to seal the overflow connection. So, I was charged $1800 for a simple overflow connection.
Before we had to call the third plumber for the leak in the ceiling we also had a clogged pipe from our washing machine, so we thought we'd give MVP one more chance and have them fix that as well, but I should have known better. This plumber said that our pipes were old under the house and they needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. I asked several times if he guaranteed that was the problem and he said he was absolutely sure it was. So he changed out the pipes, but when he was all done the drain was still clogged. He then said the real problem was one clogged joint behind the washing machine and it needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 more. I said I would not pay that because he guaranteed me that changing the pipes would solve the problem. He then said he would just take care of the problem and not charge me any more, but I still ended up paying $2200 for a job that should've only cost $400.
Overall, I was clearly taken advantage of, charged way too much for relatively simple jobs, had 4 plumbers whom all didn't really know what they were doing, and I'm left wondering if the final work will actually hold up. Even though the employees seemed nice I cannot recommend MVP for any plumbing needs.

We moved to a new place which needed a lot of work done. Repairs can be overwhelming, but Jorge and the team helped us every step of the way. We started with a sewer inspection, and Jorge showed us the camera feed and explained things really well. We knew from home inspection that the pipes were original cast iron, but didn't realize how bad it was. Some were corroded and were in horrible shape. To top it all off, there was a section that was penetrated by roots. The team worked really fast to replace all the pipes. It's amazing how it only took them a couple of days to do all the work.

Jorge also did an assessment of the rest of our plumbing, which was pretty bad. Imagine patched up and mismatched pipes (i.e. larger to smaller tubes, etc). Got that replaced pretty quick as well while they were doing the sewer stuff. As a bonus, we got our garbage disposal (which was probably leaking) replaced and p-trap installed in the kitchen.

The bill can be pretty hefty, but they do offer financing. Johana is super helpful and helped us sort that out.

There's still some work we'd like to do and we're definitely going to give them a call when we're ready!

Just wanted to add yet another excellent review. Called Merco with a major mold issue in a unit from a slow leak that had gone undetected for a long time, allowing the mold to grow and grow.

Merco was exceptionally responsive, knowledgable and trustworthy. He didn't try to sell extra tests and push for extra work as other companies, did not try to prey on the general fear associated with mold. He always came as promised, did the work within the timeframe as promised and charge a fare fee.  Would highly recommend Merco and his straightforward business practices. His great reviews are no accident, he clearly earns his excellent reputation one client at a time. Thank you Dry Pro!

Thank you Eusebio and Francisco for saving my day!! I'm so happy that this team was able to come by on a Sunday just 1 hour after I called. They were really quick to fix a backed up toilet and also made sure that there wasn't a bigger problem and I also must add that most importantly they were very reasonable $$$. I called aprox. 6 other pluming companies and were almost double the cost. I will definitely keep these guys on call for my plumbing needs. A+ 5 stars

Good Plumber.  Called on a Sunday morning to fix a clogged drain, and he came by 20 minutes later.  Normal price of $90, but had to pay for Sunday overtime (which he did warn me about) and paid $132.

I would use them again.

Company set up a time promptly. The plumber (his name was Ralph Gutierrez) traced the location of the stoppage -- it was in the main line and not inside our house. He cleaned the line and got things running again. Quick service.

I'm big on punctuality so arriving on time was a good first impression.  The tech was very professional and friendly, made all the assessments and recommendations in a timely manner considering I have 4 kids and no time for anything. He was able to fix our problem and educate us to make sure we could avoid spending money on too many plumbing services. I recommended them to my neighbors and I know they hired them right after getting the quote.

Had a toilet shut off valve break. Couldn't get hold of our usual plumber so called Highsmith as I've heard great reviews. They came out early this morning and got us back and working. Also gave us some tips for future situations. Very professional and friendly and fast. Thank you. I think we have a new plumber.

Luis, is what many plumbers are not. He's honest, reliable, and dependable. I needed some work done and he answered almost immediately. He pointed out the problem and gave me some options on how to correct it. The following day, the job was complete. Barbosa Plumbing is going to be my go to plumbers for any and all plumbing needs. First let me start off by saying that I am a fairly particular person but I am reasonable to work with as well. On Sunday, recognizing that rains were about to come our way, I contacted American Drain Co and wanted to see if they were available to come out the next day to do a Hydro jet of my drains. Within 10 minutes! I had a return message and they accommodated the exact hour that would work for me...Exactly on the hour, a large van drove up with TIM and BRANDON. We Quickly spoke about what needed to be done and they were no nonsense in their approach. Sure they could have said I needed all kinds of other things to be done to accomplish what I needed, but they did not. They chose to do what needed to be done and gave me some recommendations. They worked hard and they worked fast. They knew just what they were doing. At the end of the day, I handed them a check, shook their hands, asked for their business cards and thought they did a great job.

Sam, Cristian and everyone else from Valley United Plumbing are absolute stars. They are extremely friendly, honest, never feel like they are trying to swindle or overcharge and do an amazing job. Highly recommended to anyone needing plumbing work!
