I just found my new plumber!!!
After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Called early this morning and a very kind gentleman named Oscar answered the phone. He heard my concerns and said he would be at my house within the hour. He made it before the hour which was great. I re-explained everything again and he gave me some options. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to rip me off at all.

Everything he said and did sounded reasonable so I let him do his work. He was fast, clean, knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST! I would recommend him any day.

I feel grateful to have found him.

We had a backup in the main sewage line causing backups in our bathroom and Orlando was able to come out same day and resolve the issue for a fair price. I highly recommend Archi's Plumbing!

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring through our ceiling and called several plumbers. MVP was the quickest to respond and had someone out early the next day. The first employee was really nice, but charged us $1800 to replace several pipes that he said were broken. After he replaced everything he said it was all good and left. The next day my daughter went to take a bath and water started pouring through the ceiling once again. We called them back and they came the next day. The plumber that showed up said the previous guy was unexperienced and didn't know what he was doing, but that he was a master plumber and would fix it and all it was was the tub overflow that needed to be switched out. After a bit he said it was all done. Well, a couple weeks later my daughter takes a bath and it starts leaking again, so we had to call for them to come out and fix it for the third time. This time the new plumber said both of the other guys did it wrong, but he'd fix it this time for good by simply putting silicone to seal the overflow connection. So, I was charged $1800 for a simple overflow connection.
Before we had to call the third plumber for the leak in the ceiling we also had a clogged pipe from our washing machine, so we thought we'd give MVP one more chance and have them fix that as well, but I should have known better. This plumber said that our pipes were old under the house and they needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. I asked several times if he guaranteed that was the problem and he said he was absolutely sure it was. So he changed out the pipes, but when he was all done the drain was still clogged. He then said the real problem was one clogged joint behind the washing machine and it needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 more. I said I would not pay that because he guaranteed me that changing the pipes would solve the problem. He then said he would just take care of the problem and not charge me any more, but I still ended up paying $2200 for a job that should've only cost $400.
Overall, I was clearly taken advantage of, charged way too much for relatively simple jobs, had 4 plumbers whom all didn't really know what they were doing, and I'm left wondering if the final work will actually hold up. Even though the employees seemed nice I cannot recommend MVP for any plumbing needs.

Recently the main water pipe to our house broke and sent a fountain of water 20 feet n the air. After turning off the water to the house I called City Plumbing because they advertised that they did emergency work. They came the same afternoon and did a temporary repair so we could have water to the house. They clearly explained what went wrong and why (tree roots pushed up pipe until it cracked).  They had to put in a new line to the house.  They worked long days in bad weather and the work was done quickly. They were a pleasure to work with. It was an expensive job, but I don't know if anyone else could have done it as well less expensively.

I had a great experience with Merco and his team at Dry Pro. They repaired my water damage in the living room and redid the waterproofing on the exterior of my house as well.

Merco came out to my house quickly and was able to rapidly assess what was going on with the water situation. At my home there was an exterior siding board that was soaking up water from a broken sprinkler pipe, and that had basically sucked water into the living room through the drywall, molding, and carpet.

Merco's team was able to tackle the interior water damage as well as rework the exterior of the house so that it was properly waterproofed and wouldn't leak again. A few other companies that I spoke to were not willing to fix the root of the problem on the exterior of the house.

It was really great that they were able to dry and treat the water damaged areas as well as do the reconstruction! Most other companies simply do the deconstruction and then leave you searching for another contractor to put things back together -- Dry Pro did a great job on my drywall and paint, and even found a match for my unusual baseboards.

Once I got in touch with Merco, everything went really quickly. He met me one day, had his team there the next morning sealing off the space and doing mold treatment, and finished the reconstruction in time for the holiday weekend. It was great to have the house dried out and back together in time for Labor Day -- ahead of schedule.

Merco is super responsive and made me feel very comfortable. He took a crummy water damage situation and made me feel confident it would be resolved -- and then his team delivered.

UPDATE: These guys are BEYOND AMAZING. We needed a toilet service and they delivered beyond expectations. When I called they happened to be in the area and arrived within 5 minutes! I was expecting to set up an appointment but to my surprise my problems were fixed within 20 minutes (including call time!) I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with Carlos and his guys. They truly do everything! They have fixed so many issues at my house I truly feel like I can trust them with any home problems.

Our toilet flooded Sunday night, after 9p. We had to find a place to stay while we figured out how and when the situation would get fixed. My husband found Just Rooter and Plumbing on Google. He called them this morning, and they were there within a couple of hours. The issue has been fixed, and Alberto gave maintenance recommendations for the HOA and their plumber, who did work on a different condo on Friday and caused issues for us a couple of days later. All of this for less than what I paid getting a hotel room! Reasonable prices, fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

I was having a party for Labor Day and my kitchen sink started clogging up. I called A1 and they sent Edgar out in a few short hours! He opens up the drain and released all of the gunk and oil and he even cleaned the concrete with a water hose, to be sure there was no residue left over. Amazing service, amazing prices, amazing company!

What a great company. I can't recommend them highly enough. They show up on time at a fair price and do a great job.  They take pride in doing quality work and are careful about Covid precautions and cleaning up the work site when they are done.  I've hired them about 5-6 time for rental properties that I manage, and for my own home, and I am very happy to have found them.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

We had an emergency- obstruction in our sewage line. Called Christian first thing in am and his team was able to come out within a few hours. Hydro Jet & camera was able to detect a much bigger issue which he showed us. Turned out to be a much bigger job needed but saved us from a massive issue down the road. Was able to fix and solve issue the next day. Cleaned up the massive hole & put back our paver driver way good as new once done. Great job. Friendly. Small business. Up & coming company. Glad I found them! We needed a complete drain replacement in our 1960s home in Thousand Oaks. The project required trenchless / pipe bursting drain replacement. I called Tim and he answered right away. We had a brief chat, he came out to the house, looked at the project and gave me a verbal bid followed up with a written estimate. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the scope of the work. We scheduled a start date and the work began. Their crew is extremely professional, neat and clean. I have got to say that I am really happy I called Valley United Plumbing first. I talked to Sam this morning around 7:30am and told him my situation. He told me he'd be here around 9am and showed up right on time.   He told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were very fast and efficient and very clean. From my call to set the appointment to the guys arriving, my experience exceeded expectations. They could have left me in the same situation with a leaky tankless water heater while I waited for a part from the manufacture, but Mike put on his MacGyver hat and resolved the issue.  I felt fairly treated without any fast talk and up sales.  Fingers crossed I don't have any plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do I know exactly who to call.
