Mr Harris is the most professional, honest and reasonably priced plumber I've ever had and I will only be using his services so long as I live in the this area. As soon as I called the number, Mr Harris personally answers and cheerfully asked what kind of plumbing I needed done. He was so knowledgeably and experienced that he was able to guess what the problem was over the phone just with the pictures I texted him. It was a small job that involved replacing the handle on a shower and even though I was pretty far away, he was happy to come down and give a free estimate. We agreed on a time for him to show up the next day and he was right on time, also gave multiple text updates to confirm how far away he was and to let me know exactly what time he would arrive.

When Mr Harris arrived he was very pleasant, quick and professional. He got straight to the bottom of the problem, gave me an extremely reasonable quote (must less than other plumbers had quoted) and explained to me in easy to understand details, what the problem was and what steps, parts and cost would be needed to fix the problem. I like that he explains things and is transparent with the cost of parts and labor. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with him right away, this is someone I trust to work in my house even if I had to leave for a while. He also had a wide range of tools to do the work, so he has the capability to do just about anything plumbing related (and was also able to do other kind of handy work as well). Therefore we decided to also have him work on the kitchen sink as well, which was completely broken, had leaks and a busted disposal unit as well. Mr Harris fixed that sink in no time, shiny and new. So we also had him repair our toilet which had multiple problems, again he fixed that in no time. He went to the hardware store and got ONLY the parts needed and presented all receipts and explained what each part was for. So I knew I wasn't overpaying for any unnecessary parts. In fact, he showed me that he was able to complete the work without using some of the parts, so he didn't charge me for those parts and he personally went back to the store and get his money back. That is A+ service.

A couple of days later, Mr Harris gave a follow up call to make sure everything was still working good and he wanted to make double sure that his work was holding up. Yes it was holding up great, but still I REALLY appreciated that he cared enough to call with a followup. That is something that stood out, that no other plumber has done for me. Usually other plumbers get the money and bolt outta there ASAP, never call you back for a followup and don't really wanna hear from you if their was any problems with the work. In summery Mr Harris is a 10/10 service handy man and I look forward to going with him any time I need a repair (and this old house will need MANY repairs).

Dave was very quick to respond.  He kept me apprised of his schedule and was at my home at the exact time promised.  The price was fair; even less than his initial estimate.  He was quick installing my kitchen faucet and cleaned everything perfectly before he left.  I am thrilled with my lovely, WORKING faucet.  I will definitely call Delta Bay Plumbing if I require any more plumbing help!

They showed up on a Saturday night on call and took care of the issue, we had a problem with the water heater. It got solved, no more spilling water

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

My kitchen sink clogged up. The Plumber guy came and fixed the clog in no time. Had him install a new garbage disposal, that had been broken in years. Fair price and good quality workmanship. Will continue to use them for future issues.

Owner was very sweet over the phone. Was able to answer my questions and explain next steps.

They came earlier than the schedule time frame. I didn't mind. I ended up finishing with my meetings sooner than anticipated.
Maybe would suggest doing a phone call or text if the plumber can go sooner.

Luckily our issue was something they were able to get done in a few minutes.

I would hire them again in the future.

This morning I called City plumbing due to the issue we had in our shower/bathtub that needed immediate attention. Gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and patient and took the time to fully understand my issue. I am working from home and I could only do late afternoon appointment. All other plumbers I called today couldn't accommodate my late appointment request but City Plumbing agreed to send technicians later in a day. I got a call from the office 25 mins before scheduled timeframe informing me that the technicians are on the way. David and Mikey arrived on time. They both were very courteous, professional and followed all the Covid related safety guidelines. They both wore masks, gloves and shoe covers. David is very approachable with a nice sense of humor which made the whole experience a bit less stressful. David explained every step in detail to both me and my husband to make sure we understood what the issues are, what his plan is to fix our issues, what parts he needs to purchase and what is the cost of service. I was impressed by their timing and efficiency. He answered all our questions and made sure we are happy with the result before they leave. Tonight I took a shower to make sure the problem is completely resolved and yes! No more shower issue for us!
Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received today. Thank you David, Mikey and City plumbing for your service today. I found you accidentally through Yelp search but I surely saved your number as my trusted plumber for any of our future plumbing needs.

So wonderful!!!!!  I called to request a service that I didn't know wasn't specific to what I needed (I needed to call plumber 1st I learned)  but he spent several minutes on the phone throughly walking me through the steps of who I needed to call and what I needed to do to repair my situation.  I couldn't believe it and he was so nice and tremendously helpful he sas.  I followed his advice to a T and problem solved!!!!  Thank you so much!!!

Carlos is the man and his service is amazing!  I called since our plumbing was backed up and he came in less than an hour and was really helpful explaining the problem and what possible ways we can do to fix our issue . He really knows what he's doing and he doesn't come to fix the small problem he wants to fix the whole problem which we needed done.  If you are ever having sewage problems call I love sewers for the best service!!!

We have a big ficus tree in our front yard and called a few rooter companies, one our neighbor happened to have over and another the prior owner had used to put lining in the sewer line.  

Long story short, after going with my gut, and not hiring Hero Rooter or Rapid Plumbing, I called Harry's based on Yelp reviews.  It turns out, Hero Rooter said we needed 20-30 feet of lining when we did not (Harry's plumbing had exact measurements and a sensor that could tell them exactly where the lining ended), and we didn't need hydrojetting.  They used a snake and blades to cut the root ball and everything is fine.

I called Harry's because Yelpers said they were honest.  I can vouch for that.  I think the guys were named Jarrod and Brandon, both highly recommended.  We would hire them again in a second for all of our plumbing and sewage needs.  

I definitely do my homework, but something told me that the other companies weren't people I could fully trust.  I definitely trust Harry's.

Robert and Andrew were my technicians today.  I was very happy with the service they provided, they both explained in detail everything they were doing and what could be done.... I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  Also the dispatchers keep me updated as to when the service techs would show up.  All the staff I was in contact with today were every professional and were very helpful!!!

What a great company. I can't recommend them highly enough. They show up on time at a fair price and do a great job.  They take pride in doing quality work and are careful about Covid precautions and cleaning up the work site when they are done.  I've hired them about 5-6 time for rental properties that I manage, and for my own home, and I am very happy to have found them.

My toilet was clogged, and when it happened in the last id plunge for a second and it'd get fixed. This time no such luck, I tried everything and no matter what I did it wouldn't go down. I put in a search on yelp and my message was sent to a bunch of local plumbers and these guys had the best price and were the most responsive. They showed up within an hour and had it fixed and running within a few mins. They were super friendly and up front about everything. Definitely saving their info in case it happens again!

I've known Matt since he worked for Paster plumbing and back then the service was great. Now that he has branched out on his own he holds his company and service to a high standard and it shows through his work done. Always my first choice in plumbing!

good service   came out in less than a hour for a emergency. the price  was  reasonable too.

We had a leaking spigot in the back of the house most likely due to age.  I tried a few amateur fixes that I saw on Youtube, but they weren't working and I was afraid I was going to break it worse.  We called Incredible Plumber and they were able to get us scheduled real quick.  They came..they saw...they fixed!  In and out within an hour, and that includes running out to get parts.  He showed me a few tips on how to change a spigot in the future, and also recommended I change my main water valve without being pushy on having him do it.  Just a friendly recommendation.

Super reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone.  A++

We had an outdoor drain (the one that collected all the down spout rain along with the drains in the tiled areas) stop working which resulted in 5 inches of water in the atrium area that drained out through the garage. Now there's going to be another storm tonight bringing much more rain than last night! We put in a call to ADC. Tim and Brandon returned my call in 20 minutes and showed up in 10 minutes and had the drain unplugged about another 10 minutes after that. When I asked about settling up, they were in a hurry to get to their next call and said, You know what? We'll call it good. Please tell your friends about us. Say what? What alternate universe am I suddenly in?! Anyway, thanks guys. We'll sleep better tonight and definitely tell our friend about ADC

I had water coming down from our bathroom ceiling and needed repair. Saw the good reviews and gave them a call. Sam came in and I saw that he was putting his shoe protectors before coming in the house. Right away a good sign that he will be thorough. He assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was done from getting in the house and writing the plumbers report in an hour. He cleaned up after his work, and gave us recommendations on what to proceed after.

Overall very satisfied with his work.
