The work that Mr. Harris completed was good.

However, we gave Mr. Harris a list of jobs around the house that needed to be completed. He gave us an estimate for the complete list (minus some outlet covers in the kitchen, a window lock and insulation, tub glazing - things he said we'd have to find someone else for, and that was fine).

The problem was that he did not complete the other items on the list. He didn't replace (one of the outlet covers - wires left without plates covering them).

He didn't grout and caulk in the kitchen.

He said the doors didn't fit and couldn't be hung. We had someone else go and hang them for us even though we paid Mr. Harris for the job.

Before I paid him, he told me that his work was guaranteed, and that I could call him to come back if there was any problem.

When I called, he was very defensive and told me he had finished the job.

We paid him too much for an incomplete job.

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

Had a kitchen sink disaster and Mr. Oscar was able to fix it in minutes.  Fast, reliable and affordable. Thank you so much.

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

I noticed water under my sink on Friday night.  There wasn't that much so I decided to wait until Saturday to check it out.  While I was checking , the valve controlling the hot water line exploded.    I called The Plumber around 8 AM.  He stated he could have someone over between 9am to 1pm.  His technician (Ralph) showed up at 10 am.    He saw the problem and had to go back to the shop to get the part.  When he got back, it took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem.   Ralph showed me the problem was the original builders used a cheap parts and it just wore out.  Ralph has a great attitude and  was very professional.  In the future, i will definitely call The Plumber for any  plumbing needs

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring through our ceiling and called several plumbers. MVP was the quickest to respond and had someone out early the next day. The first employee was really nice, but charged us $1800 to replace several pipes that he said were broken. After he replaced everything he said it was all good and left. The next day my daughter went to take a bath and water started pouring through the ceiling once again. We called them back and they came the next day. The plumber that showed up said the previous guy was unexperienced and didn't know what he was doing, but that he was a master plumber and would fix it and all it was was the tub overflow that needed to be switched out. After a bit he said it was all done. Well, a couple weeks later my daughter takes a bath and it starts leaking again, so we had to call for them to come out and fix it for the third time. This time the new plumber said both of the other guys did it wrong, but he'd fix it this time for good by simply putting silicone to seal the overflow connection. So, I was charged $1800 for a simple overflow connection.
Before we had to call the third plumber for the leak in the ceiling we also had a clogged pipe from our washing machine, so we thought we'd give MVP one more chance and have them fix that as well, but I should have known better. This plumber said that our pipes were old under the house and they needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. I asked several times if he guaranteed that was the problem and he said he was absolutely sure it was. So he changed out the pipes, but when he was all done the drain was still clogged. He then said the real problem was one clogged joint behind the washing machine and it needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 more. I said I would not pay that because he guaranteed me that changing the pipes would solve the problem. He then said he would just take care of the problem and not charge me any more, but I still ended up paying $2200 for a job that should've only cost $400.
Overall, I was clearly taken advantage of, charged way too much for relatively simple jobs, had 4 plumbers whom all didn't really know what they were doing, and I'm left wondering if the final work will actually hold up. Even though the employees seemed nice I cannot recommend MVP for any plumbing needs.

My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving! Called them that day and Thomas came out same day. He got a replacement water heater that day, and did a great job installing it. He was very good at installing my new brass pipe parts that had too much calcium build up to reinstall. a clean job. He swept up after the installation, and wore bootie covers when entering my home. A family owned business. I will call them again next time I need a plumber.

Merco and his team are trustworthy professionals. My husband and I had a leak behind our shower. When I explained the damage to him and the suggestions we got from a plumber, he said that we didn't have to do all the work we were recommended. He immediately made an appointment to scope out the damage and provided us a very reasonable quote the next day.

Surprisingly, the other companies I called did not rebuild the walls they break down, requiring a separate contractor, or they didn't even pick up the phone! Merco picked up my call immediately and was a one-stop shop for the leak and water damage in our home. He's also very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.

When we first called a plumber about our issue, my husband was ready to go forward with the referrals the plumber gave us. After I found Merco on Yelp (thank you, previous Yelpers!), he could not stop raving about Merco and how grateful he was that we found him. It's really no wonder why he has all of these 5-star reviews!

The leaking in our shower has stopped, the water damage has been tended to efficiently, and our wall looks like new! We cannot recommend Dry Pro Restoration enough. Thank you so much, Merco! You're the best!!

We unfortunately had a sewage backup at midnight. Found Carlos on Yelp and he picked up our call and was out at our house within an hour. Fixed our problem quickly and efficiently!

The best of the best.  Experienced, trained, common sense, courteous, clean and affordable priced.  I have experience working with dozens of plumbers in my property management trade.  Needing work for my own home I called several plumbers and fortunately came across Harry's Rooter & Plumbing available with short notice.  Usually I can dislodge our drain with a smaller hand held snake but this time the 15' out blockage in the secondary drain would not dislodge.  In about ten minutes from arrival the drain was cleared with their typical smaller motorized snake cable.  I was impressed how he insisted we run water down the drain as they continued to clear the obstruction area to reduce the chance of quick debris accumulation again.  When all done the price was very  fair and we are very pleased.  I will definitely call upon this firm again for upgrading several faucets, change our hot water heater and other plans for improving our home.  Thank you very much Jeff and Harry's Rooter & Plumbing team.

10 starts for Alberto!  I called him last night at 7 pm, he arrived an hour later.  He assessed the problem, and returned this morning with the part.  30 minutes later he was gone.  He initially quoted me a higher price and charged me $30 less!  

I observed he has a very strong work ethic, is honest and hard working.  
Thanks to all of the great reviews, I got a great plumber who I feel great about recommending.

Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

We recently had some plumbing issues and Guardian plumbing was responsive and came out on time and we were very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend their services if you have any issues. Easy communication as well.

TJ showed up on time, assessed the situation & thoroughly discussed options with me on how best to proceed with solving my plumbing issues. I never once felt like I was being oversold or pushed on a service option. TJ not only successfully fixed my problem but also cleaned up & asked me if I needed any further help putting my bathrooms back in order. I am a totally satisfied customer & will definitely call H & D again (but hopefully not too soon).

Luis is officially my personal plumber. Very reachable and available for emergencies. I think he's a one man show but he's the only man I need. Does it all. Installed an earthquake shut off valve for a reasonable price when other companies charged twice as much. He was not the cheapest quote I got but something inside me told me to stick w Luis. Just got him for another job so will update the review as needed but so far , I highly recommend Luis.

Christian was really nice and went above and beyond. I'm very appreciative. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the work and finished my problem. They were able to access and give me a fair price in advance.

ADC was called for a drain problem with my wash machine. They responded quickly. They snaked the drain pipe and discovered a sandy residue . They brought in the camera to look at the line and found that the galvanized drain pipe for the wash machine and kitchen sink/dishwasher was rusted through and corroded in several spots down the line. They did not use the hydro pressure as they thought this would only make the problem worse. Tim and Brandon, owners, sat down with me and explained the problem and the options available to me. After much discussion I asked the to provide me an estimate for a complete re-pipe, rerouting the line. They did. I told them I needed to think about it. I called other plumbers who came out. I was very concerned with several of them. Most were unwilling to provide me with options and only wanted to do it their way without discussion and provided an estimate. There was one who did have an option, but was unable to describe the work to me in layman terms.

I decide to go with ACI as I was comfortable with the options and estimate I received from Tim and Brandon. Work was scheduled and began on schedule. The installation foreman was Alex. He and his crew of 5-6 were very hard working and courteous. Alex was very professional and kept me informed of their work plan on a daily basis. He even changed his schedule for a day in the middle of the job to accommodate my need to use the house one day without plumbing activity.
The job was expanded to include a complete drain replacement as the bathrooms main drain was found to be in the same condition. Each day the house was picked up and cleared  ,leaving no mess to deal with each night.

All work was completed on schedule and on cost estimate.

I would recommend ACI to anyone. Really appreciated the professionalism and the ability to communicate.

Sam's a great plumber.  Super friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering my endless list of questions.  Sam not only gives competitive prices but will also let you know how you can save money or if you might be able to get a lower price elsewhere: who does that nowadays?  Very responsible in returning calls quickly, shows up on time and focuses 100% on the job when he's there.  He's also very concerned about leaving no mess anywhere when he is done.  I will for sure use Sam for all my plumbing needs in the future.
