Mr. Harris was wonderful. He has 30 years of experience and was able to fix our toilet water supply line fast and skillfully. He didn't overcharge and he was knowledgeable and showed us how the wrong valve had been used previously. Excellent work! Would definitely call again in the future :)

Dave is simply the best.  He is experienced, reliable and does high quality work.  We did a 1/2 bath remodel.  We were searching for a Dry Wall person as well a a plumber.  We were having a terrible time getting our contractor to provide us with an estimate - I guess the job was too small.  Dave and his contacts did the demo, then after the counter top was installed he did the plumbing.  The job was complete in 1 week - before we even got the estimate from our local contractor.  The icing on the cake - Dave's cost was 1/2 the estimate!

I had some problems with my plumbing so i looked on yelp and found oscar real nice guy told me he would be at my house at 3pm and sure enough made it on time thats a good sign when a contractor is punctual.after telling him my problem he gave me his opinion at no charge but i wanted more advise so he offered to go under the house for an inspection at a low cost.I was very impressed and satisfied with his services since its hard to find a reliable and honest person in this area. I would highly recommend Oscars to everyone looking for a plumber.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

I'd like to recognize Rob, at the Plumber for operating and upholding an exceptional establishment, providing quick & stellar service.  Through my experience with The Plumber, I was very well taken care of by Service Expert Mike, assisted by Paul,  who were dispatched to my call and went above and beyond on a water heater replacement with drywall damage. They quickly proceeded with R&R upon arrival and removed the old Water heater and prepped everything for repair within a matter of minutes, and further outsourced Jesse, with All Dry Water Clean up to make all necessary repairs. Within a matter of less than 48 hours of all removal, repair, and replacement, everything was smoothly dialed back in with hot running water amidst the cold nights and mornings. This is a very professional, no bullshit establishment, with exceptional service, and an exceptionally well managed operation via Robert of the Plumber. Robert provided oversight and ensured the staff exercised and provided clear, conscientious, quality work, with clear and constant communication and are very knowledgable about what they do. They are efficient, diligent, and get in and out within a timely manner with very reasonable cost.
My experience with Robert, Ashley who took care of and dispatched my call, Service expert Mike, and Paul, exceeded my expectations as they take tremendous pride in their work, and genuinely care about their services. Doing business like how business used to be done, with pride, integrity, and accountability; where your word and a handshake upholds its weight in execution.

I made a significant mistake in the morning time of 25 January while drilling through my floor, and hit a water line. An instant disaster, I sent a message on Yelp. MVP was the first to respond. At 10:30, Ignacio arrived. To his credit, he is a jack of all trades and did a fantastic job. He was a consummate professional. He was careful and methodical as he had to remove a section of flooring to uncover the damaged pipe. Nelson, one of the owners, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond with his transparency and ability to resolve any customer concerns.

They came out to diagnose a leak inside my house and were very friendly and relentless in finding the issue. Great communication, highly recommend them!

The good:  
Merco is quick to respond and follows through with what he says he will do.  I appreciate the fact that communication with him was consistent and he would answer any questions I had.  He was also extremely helpful with the whole insurance process.
The repairs for the broken pipes in my house were taken care of quickly, and I am happy with how my kitchen and bathroom look now.

The bad:
The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because of the extremely frustrating and drawn out process of dealing with the subcontractor workers.  They hardly ever showed up on time, being hours late, and there were some times where they did not show up at all.  To be fair, the reason for the delay was due to COVID-19 on two occasions, and I have absolutely no issue with that whatsoever; however, that was not the case every other time.

Recommendation:
Merco is great with the process and the job will get done, but if you notice inconsistencies with the subcontractor workers, be sure to contact Merco directly right away to let him know what is going on so that he can help resolve the issue.

Quick Service they came in for a burst water pipe (emergency) they came in assessed the situation and Resolved it right away also they did a re pipe of my house. Carlos is responsive, attentive and on top of the work.

He addressed my concerns and wanted to make sure i was a satisfied customer.

Very reasonably priced and above all customer oriented! He spends time listening to the customer and will walk you through any problem. Highly recommended.

I called today just before 5:00 PM after my neighbor alerted me that a pipe in front of my house unexpectedly burst causing water to pour onto the lawn and down the street. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I was concerned that my experience with whoever responded would be less than favorable. I could not have been more surprised/ wrong . Albert was responsive, had an easy disposition, was very professional, and very affordable.

Our drain got blocked late at night so we were not able to use our showers and toilets. My husband called A-1TSP the next morning. They came out within an hour or so as promised and called a head of time. Mario C., George C., and Jesse came out to access the situation. They were so nice and showed me the drain and roots in their camera monitor screen. They explained what the issue is and what the recommendation to solve the issue for the future. They offered a fair price and an interest-free plan also. They were not pushy at all.  They seemed to all care about fixing the issue for us, even in the rain. I highly recommend A-1TSP. What a great company. I can't recommend them highly enough. They show up on time at a fair price and do a great job.  They take pride in doing quality work and are careful about Covid precautions and cleaning up the work site when they are done.  I've hired them about 5-6 time for rental properties that I manage, and for my own home, and I am very happy to have found them.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Incredible plumber, The name speaks for it self! I had an issue with my toilet, i called them around 10pm and Chris came out 45 minutes later to unclog my toilet. He really is incredible. I highly recommend and i would use him as my plumber again.

Our bathtub had stopped draining and our toilet was flooding. I'm so happy we found american drain company! Tim and Cody came out and flushed our main line and solved the problem in 30 minutes. They arrived on time, they charged a fair price, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. We will definitely be calling them again. Thank you!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Die Hard Plumbing for a plumbing issue I was having with my upstairs shower not delivering any hot water, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jake, the plumber who was sent to assist me, was not only incredibly professional, but also very amicable and friendly.

Jake was prompt, arriving right on time as scheduled, and got right to work assessing the issue. He explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions with ease and expertise. His calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew that my plumbing problem was in great hands.

The best part of my experience was how great a job Jake did. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring that everything was done to the highest possible standard. He worked quickly and efficiently, leaving everything in perfect working order.
