Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

Needing to have plumbing fixed is scary enough on its own, having to trust the person fixing because you aren't available to assess the situation yourself is truly a leap of faith! Eddie showed up on time, sent me pictures, and repaired the problem perfectly! This work was for a rental and caring for my parents did not permit me to drive out to the property. Mr Plumber will have all our business from here on out for sure!

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

We had a slab leak and they did a re-pipe on our entire first floor. The work they did are exceptional and they cleaned the affected areas after.

Brad and his team did the repair in two days. They even recommended to move the pressure regulator inside the house and put a gate valve as well. The price was fair and reasonable.

Once again Mirko and his team came out last minute to fix my toilet Josue also noticed my sink was draining the water very slow so he took that apart and cleaned out all the hair that had got stuck in there.   He didn't need to do that but I am very happy he did my water is now running prefect

Harry's plumbing is wonderful! I've been having troubles with my toilet and they've been great to work with. Brandon always calls right back, he has someone out as soon as he can, all his guys are very professional, clean and nice, and he is very reasonably priced. He explained to me that was causing the drain to back up and how he was going to fix it. He was inexpensive and charged a fair price for the work he did. Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I'm big on punctuality so arriving on time was a good first impression.  The tech was very professional and friendly, made all the assessments and recommendations in a timely manner considering I have 4 kids and no time for anything. He was able to fix our problem and educate us to make sure we could avoid spending money on too many plumbing services. I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Just had a great experience with Incredible Plumber. Called late in the afternoon for a pressing issue that had left me unable to turn my water on. Chris was able to accommodate my needs and even communicated traffic updates on his drive over. He fixed my leaking shower and had the water back on in an hour. He proved knowledgeable, reliable and is friendly on top of it - truly a great asset to have if plumbing issues should arise.

Tim the owner and Alex and his crew did a magnificent job on rerouting my kitchen line and adding a clean out in front of my yard.  Unfortunately, Tim discovered my sewer line needed to be replaced as well.  He showed me with his camera how bad it was.  It was almost completely blocked, broken at some instances and saw root intrusions.  That was why my toilets where not flushing right. Although it ended up costing much more than we expected with the original job of rerouting the kitchen line, we were glad we did it with this company.  I originally contacted the plumbing company we usually goto, but we did not like how they would have done the job.  They would not have done trenchless pipes.  Instead would have to break my driveway to lay the pipes and break though my bathroom floors to install the new sewer line.  Alex the foreman, and his crew went the extra mile and dug at least a 5-6-foot hole and tunnel 7 feet under my concrete foundation to get to both of my bathrooms to install the trenchless sewer line underneath the foundation to the main sewer line in the street.  The only time they came into my house was to install 2 new toilets (thank you for both of them by the way :)).  After the job was done, they did an excellent job at making sure to leave my house looking like they were never there and providing us with as little of an inconvenience as possible.  They did great job of putting back the grass where they dug out the trench on my lawn in which Alex watered every day to keep it alive.  Tim thank you for giving us the confidence with choosing your company and Alex for going above and beyond what others would not do.  We will recommend this company to others.

So I use to work for a plumbing company, who still remains totally great but needed and wanted a 2nd opinion on something. I called Sam and he was super knowledgeable, offered me a free estimate and I didn't end up needing any plumbing services, but I truly appreciated his input, the education and his honesty. I had them come out fix a leak in the wall, which I had already removed all the drywall.  They are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They fixed the leak in reasonable amount of time. They are a bit pricey though, but they did a good job. This was the second time using them, same experience before very good quality job, but a little pricey.
