I was in search for someone to install my new kitchen sink and faucet, and I am glad that I found Mr. Harris. He was very responsive on the phone when I reached out to him and was able to provide same day installation.  His expertise showed throughout the installation process as he was quickly able to identify the installation steps and the necessary parts required.  Installation manuals for the sink and the faucet weren't necessary since this type of work is second nature to him.  Mr. Harris provided a competitive pricing and informed me that I can call him anytime if there are any issues.  The kitchen looks exponentially better with the new sink and faucet thanks to Mr. Harris, and I would highly recommend him for any handyman and plumbing work in the local area.

Dave is simply the best.  He is experienced, reliable and does high quality work.  We did a 1/2 bath remodel.  We were searching for a Dry Wall person as well a a plumber.  We were having a terrible time getting our contractor to provide us with an estimate - I guess the job was too small.  Dave and his contacts did the demo, then after the counter top was installed he did the plumbing.  The job was complete in 1 week - before we even got the estimate from our local contractor.  The icing on the cake - Dave's cost was 1/2 the estimate!

Oscar is super professional and awesome. We called him two hours ago to help us with our water heater. He told us he would be here at 830, and he was right on time.  He is a plumber that knows his stuff, and was able to identify the problem right away! We have hot water again because of him!!

I'd like to recognize Rob, at the Plumber for operating and upholding an exceptional establishment, providing quick & stellar service.  Through my experience with The Plumber, I was very well taken care of by Service Expert Mike, assisted by Paul,  who were dispatched to my call and went above and beyond on a water heater replacement with drywall damage. They quickly proceeded with R&R upon arrival and removed the old Water heater and prepped everything for repair within a matter of minutes, and further outsourced Jesse, with All Dry Water Clean up to make all necessary repairs. Within a matter of less than 48 hours of all removal, repair, and replacement, everything was smoothly dialed back in with hot running water amidst the cold nights and mornings. This is a very professional, no bullshit establishment, with exceptional service, and an exceptionally well managed operation via Robert of the Plumber. Robert provided oversight and ensured the staff exercised and provided clear, conscientious, quality work, with clear and constant communication and are very knowledgable about what they do. They are efficient, diligent, and get in and out within a timely manner with very reasonable cost.
My experience with Robert, Ashley who took care of and dispatched my call, Service expert Mike, and Paul, exceeded my expectations as they take tremendous pride in their work, and genuinely care about their services. Our water heater went out unexpectedly, no hot water, so I created a project on Yelp to get quotes and support. MVP was the first to respond, almost instantly, and considering it was around 10pm at night. Most other companies I reached out to responded the next day or even a few days later. They were able to come out the next morning and replace it same day. I appreciated their quick reply, quick appointment, and quick replacement. Very nice tech also. Thank you!

Amazing experience with this company! I called them concerning a clogged drain and they offered same day service at a ridiculously low price. I ended up scheduling for during the week. They were courteous with their updates on the technician's arrival and he showed exactly when he was suppose to. The technician was awesome and worked hard for 2 hours to clear out the trouble at the advertised rate. No up sells or add ons! I can't believe there are companies out there like this one still! I can't recommend them enough to family, friends and Yelpers.

My husband and I had an unfortunate incident of a water leak last week in our garage that was caused by an old dishwasher that had a specific part that wasn't replaced properly by the previous home owner.

We were very concerned about the damage and possible mold growth especially since we were expecting our first baby. My husband found Dry Pro on yelp which had impressive reviews.

I called and talked to Merco. He was able to come the next day for a free estimate. He was very professional, courteous, reliable, and punctual. He would always text when he's on his way. He explained the extent of the damage, assessed it by using thermal imaging camera, and told us the cost of water restoration and mold prevention. No hidden fees here! I liked the fact that he took off his shoes and brought booties since we have brand new carpet.

Merco and his staff returned the following day. They contained the area in the kitchen, sprayed the anti-mold product in the cabinet and used the dehumidifiers. It took 2.5 days to dry everything out.

After everything was done, he showed me the results by using the thermal imaging camera, the mold particulate sensor machine, and even checked for carbon monoxide since I expressed concern that one of our alarms were beeping. The area was dry and no mold or carbon monoxide detected :) Being an anxious mom-to-be he was very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns.  All in all I would definitely recommend Dry Pro! We were happy with their service!

This is about a week late, but I just want to note that if you need a plumber, the search stops here, these are the guys, hands down, I couldn't be happier. 
I searched yelp for plumbers to replace my kitchen faucet, and out of the 9 that answered me, Fearless Plumbing Service was not only the first but beat everyone else's rate by a long shot. 
Danny was my tech and arrived 20 minutes early first thing on Saturday morning, and even though my service resulted in having to send him to the hardware store for extra parts, he replaced my kitchen faucet, went to and from the store, all within an hour. 
He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Ask for Danny when you call! Thanks, Danny! Great job brother, much appreciated!

Guardian plumbers came to the rescue! I needed work completed asap to finish a remodel of a house. Original plumber let me down last minute with holiday weekend coming up. These guys understood my situation, took on a complicated job and completed a replumb for new laundry area in record time and on budget! When complications came up, as they always do, they did not complain just updated me and did the job as needed! That's so rare these days! These guys are definitely a find!

We had a small kitchen sink job, which was installing a new faucet and some work on the pipes under the sink so they didn't have to rest on a brick any more!!  The first plumbing company I called did not return the message that I left them during their business hours.  So, I remembered seeing the Highsmith & Daughters truck in various local neighborhoods.   I called them up, got a nice lady on the phone who told me to take a picture of the problem under the sink so she could show Matt for a quick quote.   This was all done in no time, and an appointment was made.

Matt and his assistant showed up within the time frame they said they would.  Both were super friendly and got right to work.  In the end, the job cost less than the quote given over the phone.   It was the best plumber in the house experience you could hope for.  I highly suggest you think of them first for your plumbing needs!!

Luis is great! I received a lot of quotes from plumbers for installing a new water heater and various other indoor plumbing items. Luis provided a fair price and outstanding service. He came out to my house and did a free inspection of the scope of work before providing a quote. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. I would recommend Barbosa Plumbing services to anyone! Job well done.

Initially, when Christian gave me a quote, he said he would be the only person doing all the work. After that, he returned with a different person and said only this other guy would be doing the work and he can't be there and has to leave to supervise another task. I politely asked him to please return and do the work himself as I don't know about the other guy. And also the positive reviews online were about him and not about the other guy. Finally, he came and replaced my toilet and faucet. From the beginning, I communicated with him to leave ALL old parts behind and I'll discard them on my own. He took my old faucet with him without communicating this to me. I texted him to look for it. He found it and I said to please return it when he can. I didn't hear from him for a while and I called him to ask for it back. I told him I wanted back as the new faucet doesn't have a flush fit with the rest of the components in my bathtub. Then he said he tossed it in the dumpster. How unprofessional! I have attached his text in this review.

It had been three years since we last cleaned our sewage clean-outs and the lines from our two bathrooms to the main sewage line at the street. Upon perusing reviews of plumbers on Angie's List and on Yelp to find a reputable plumber to do the work, we decided on American Drain Company based on great reviews. In fact I'm usually leery of  overly stellar reviews based on past experience purchasing products with bogus reviews on Amazon.  But this company passed the review reliability check using a couple of review reliability programs, Fakespot and Metareview.

Tim and Jessie did a great job cleaning the cleanouts and then addressing another problem with one of our toilets that was making harsh sounding rumbling noises when we flushed it.

Tim and Jessie did an excellent job on both tasks. In the process they discovered a more general problem with our pipe system, in particular with respect to our sprinkler system.

Upon addressing the sprinkler system issue effectively, they discovered that there was an ongoing leak from our main water line that went from the front of our house to the street; It turns out it was leaking for what could have been about several months because it was 30 years old, made of galvanized steel, and had holes in it. They recommended replacing it with new copper piping. We took their suggestion and they charged a very reasonable price to do the work

The bottom line is they did a great job on every piece of work that they did. They are top-notch! They're very knowledgeable, careful in diagnosing the problem, were very patient in determining the best way to deal with the problem and were very conscientious in completing the work. They also very quickly helped us to avert a more serious emergency by extemporaneously installing a stopgap-measure pipe to prevent more serious leaking, before deciding on a more permanent solution.

Everything was priced reasonably and they were patient and very accommodating in the way we wanted to manage the payment.

I highly recommend these guys! We feel lucky to have discovered such a respectable company to address our plumbing needs. We will go to them in the future!

Recently, our unusually strong 6 month old son decided to put his superhuman strength to the test--by knocking over a glass soap dispenser into our sink. The dispenser survived but our porcelain sink met a dreadful demise. The basin was cracked into several chunks and was completely irreparable. The baby is fine too, by the way. ;)

We needed a new sink, stat. But we also wanted someone to fix the shoddy work a contractor did on the vanity and poor choice of materials. Enter Sam. I contacted him directly via Yelp. After texting him some photos of the damage, he responded to my request for a price quote within minutes! He did need to assess the work in person, but the original quote pretty much stuck. He was able to get an upgraded make of sink and installed it within the hour--in addition to doing a far superior job than the original contractor did. He also managed this heroic feat without disturbing my napping super baby! Kudos!!
