I needed 2 toilets installed after trying and failing to remove the first one myself. I gave them a call and Broc gave me a quote for a flat rate, at a very reasonable price, cheapest I was quoted by 50%. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and even told me what I had done wrong, in case I want to try it again myself next time.
Professional, great work, will absolutely call him again when needed.

So great ! Kevin and Dave were so kind and respectful. They also worked so fast. Issue resolved in an hour with a 4 month warranty.

In desperate need to stop a leak, I started calling around like crazy trying to get someone out as quickly as possible.

A few days ago, one of my dogs decided to use one of my pipes outside as his chew toy & ripped a hole through it -_-  to avoid a water bill that would cost me an arm and a leg, I shut down my water completely and started looking around in my area. Everywhere I called was charging me $50.00 or more JUST to come out. Being that it was just a small repair, I didn't want to bring someone out if the job was an easy fix.

Anyway, I called Fix It Quick and Armando came out in about a hour or so. He did the inspection, told me the price and got to work. It was a decent price considering he completely fixed and restored the pipe. He attached it to the wall so that my dogs can't get to it. We were happy about that.

If you are in the SFV and LA area, I'd recommend him. He's professional and easy to work with.

I had a really bad plumbing issue.Starting off with the customer service I talked to a young lady named Daniela.She was very professional and helpful.The quote she gave me was beyond reasonable.I would highly recommend them.The service was extremely good as well which fixed my issue.

I don't want to write a review based on personal thoughts so I will try to rely strictly on facts.

1. I got charged 600 bucks to snake a drain from sales
    I got quotes from 3 other plumbers ranging from 200-350.  (I eventually went with the 350 one who fixed the issue and really did a great job too.)
2.  Sals was going to charge me 250 bucks to use a camera to see the clog (the other plumber I went with did it for free and removed an item from the pipe)

Sals was telling me there is no set price and the plumber will charge whatever they think the job is worth.  Fair enough, but when I call 3 other plumbers and they are all 250 dollars less than what you're charging, are you just ripping people off because they have no idea how much things cost?

the 3rd plumber from sal's came out and quoted me 2100-1900 dollars to remove the clogged item.  Trust me bro, i've been doing this for 15 years, I'll take care of you!  .. this is a person whom i've never met before, so yeah why would i trust you blindly with 2100 bucks?  The plumber who charged me 350 was able to remove the pipe and the clog.  I wasn't about to let sals charge me another 2k just to remove an item that another plumber was able to do for 350.  

Have the receipts to prove how much I was charged from Sals, and how much I was charged from the other plumber PLUS the actual item that was removed.

So disappointing to happen but I thought people might want to hear about it and hopefully learn from it.  I have had identical experiences as the last few people this month.

EDIT:  Updating with an estimate that I got proving the 1900-2100 estimate that Sals' came out to do LAST YEAR... not YEARS ago.  It's insulting that you're confusing me with another customer, and making me realize that the way you worked with me is just another day to you.

Simon spent A LOT of effort removing a 30 year kitchen faucet that was totally calcified in place (all was completely frozen) which he managed to replace. He was most polite and hard working...so much so I actually paid him more than he charged! I totally recommend!

Dave recently helped us with a drainage issue with our dishwasher. Similar to others experience, he is EXCELLENT.  Here are the reasons why:
- He called me back promptly after I left a message.
- He helped me describe the problem by asking directed questions to help pin point possible sources.
- He was able to come to by my home quickly and arrived on time.
- He knows his stuff and explains what he is doing/trying so I was able to understand.
- He successfully fixed our issue.
- He is honest and on top of it all, a lovely person.

Had a stoppage on the top floor bathroom.  Called Ford's and they sent Scotty the plumber out ASAP.  He was incredibly thorough, not only fixing the problem but taking the time to explain the situation and the reasons for his approach to the fix.  He even adjusted my water volume for the toilet, which went above and beyond what was absolutely required to fix it.  They also honored my Angie's List coupon.  Thanks for a great job!

AL was super awesome and courteous.  The prices are awesome and the service was quick. I called for a stopped bathroon sink.  Problem fixed.  He came at the end of the 2 hour window so he was here on time.

After getting an $1,220 estimate from highly rated Angies List Plumber, Southland Plumbing (see my review there), I called Craig's Plumbing, also highly rated.
Craig was swamped, and referred me to Paxton at Carrerra's Plumbing.
What a GREAT referral, (thanks Craig!).
Paxton returned my voicemail promptly, and was available as early as 6 AM the next morning.
He arrived promptly at 6 AM, evaluated the situation, listened to my analysis, and after a few minutes of testing the water flow between toilet, sink, and tub, determined where the blockage was.
He used his heavy duty snake to unclog the blockage, through the sink, as the overflow drain design on the tub prevented using it.
Voila!  within two minutes, Paxton reeled in his snake with the guilty hairball, and testing the drain gave him the sound he said plumbers love to hear, the sucking sound of water going down the drain.

In addition, Pax, at no extra charge, checked my handiwork in the crawlspace, where I had detached the J-trap, and snaked myself, to no avail, to ensure there were no leaks.  (there weren't, but he pointed out that there was a gap in the tub overflow drain where water was dripping.

Finally, and also at no charge, Paxton investigated the leak on my hot water handle of my pedestal sink.  Unfortunately, the fixture had been attached to the sink prior to placing it against the wall, and Paxton was unable to remove it without taking the entire sink out.

BOTTOM LINE... I have a new plumber...

My experience of Non-Stop Plumbing is second to none. After a recurring problem other plumbers had been unable to resolve again surfaced while I had guests staying at my house, Ruben (and AJ) went above and beyond to solve the issue at my house for good, and on a holiday weekend to boot. They are Covid-safe and respectful, as well as responsive, communicative, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, tidy and highly-experienced problem-solvers. I've already recommended them to personal friends. 10 stars!

An actual honest plumber! I had been quoted by a different plumbing company and they told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done. Cesar from Mainline Plumbing came out and even though he could've told me the same thing he was actually honest and the job cost pennies in comparison. He showed up when he said he would, completed the job on time and at the original cost he had quoted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest plumber.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Dave saves the day! We woke up to water gushing from our water meter because our very old pipes had partially burst. Dave came out same day and finished in less than 2 hours. Not only that, but he actually ended up charging us $1000 LESS than originally quoted when he dug in and realized there was less pipe to replace than originally thought. He's quick, thorough, and HONEST. Highly recommend!

John was a super nice guy and I couldn't have wish for better plumber to work with. Came all the way out to Rancho Palos Verdes to run a snake 10 feet down a drain and cleared up the problem. The price he charged was more than reasonable and I won't hesitate in using him in future fore my plumbing needs!

By far the best plumbers I have ever hired for any of my properties. Going forward, I am only using Plumbing Works. Not only did they fix the problem, replacing the regulator and valve, but their price was unbeatable and the service was flawless - and I do mean flawless.
