I've been using this company for years. They are always professional, reliable and fast. I had an issue with my shower drain and they sent Oscar out within an hour. He is friendly and promptly fixed it within a few minutes. Their rates are great as well as their service.

these guys are great! anthony & armando are very professional, and friendly. they call and let you know they are on their way, and are on time. they tell you step by step what the problem is. i had humming coming from our pipes. gladly it was a simple fix, apposed to breaking up pipes, our toilets were singing from being a bit old. i like that they give you options if its available. i truely found our future plumbers, and would highly recommend them. thanks again guys for all your help. paulina

Great service from Red Lilly on a difficult water-heater install.  We've relied upon Red Lilly for plumbing issues for 25 years and weren't disappointed this time.  David B. was our Red Lilly plumber and he provided outstanding service in every respect.  Friendly.  Smart.  Experienced.  Excellent  communicator.  Neatly dressed for work.  And strong!   Arrived at the appointed time with a phone confirmation beforehand.  I highly recommend Red Lilly.

Carlos is a miracle worker! He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and finished the work quickly and  thoroughly. Also had a great attitude the whole time, was really nice and thoughtful. I had a flight I had to get to later in the day, so the fact he was able to handle this emergency leak in time was frankly incredible!

David is the best! You can count on him to fix any plumbing issue and for an affordable price. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and it shows through his work. If you're trying to decide who to call, David's your guy. He brings genuine service and good energy all around!

Ryan J came first thing this morning. I had low pressure in my kitchen sink and explained to him what I knew. He explained some potential causes checking it out step by step. He ended up fixing a kink and changing out the angle stops and I was good to go. Awesome job and I was really pleased.

These guys are GREAT!!  Matt and Art showed up at the expected time, both wore masks and were super respectful & nice (they even wore booties to protect the floor). They asked great questions about the issues and offered a straightforward explanation of what could be causing the problem(s). They also provided a good overview of their pricing model as well as options to consider - including a terrific option to help save money. If you need service, ask them about their annual membership - it's an amazing deal and great value.

CALL MAINLINE BEFORE ANY OTHER PLUMBER!  I called with a water heater that wouldn't heat.  They were at my home 3 hours later. The problem with the heater?  The rain had flooded the basin causing the heater to shut off. Not only that, they Macgyvered the water heater cabinet that had a hole allowing water to enter the water heater cabinet!  I have hope in human kind once again.  Julie in North Hollywood.

Very reasonable, reliable, and straight-forward about what you need versus don't need. He is licensed and bonded. He is knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He and his front desk are good people.

My bathroom sink has been slow to drain for weeks. Plumbing Works did such a great job with my kitchen, I texted them and they responded right away and were at my home within 10min!!! The job was done under 30min and the price was reasonable. They are always so helpful and professional. Seriously, this business is a dime a dozen.

I highly recommend this company. Their response time was impressive and the quality of the work was outstanding. Sergio and JR were amazing! Tree roots blocked the main line which caused major damage to the line and sewage to back up into the house.  Sergio was so kind and patient with my elderly cousin who owns the home. He took the time to show us and explain what needed to be done and why. They made a horrible situation more bearable.

Although I am submitting this much later than I intended, I can share not only my positive experience working with Rodrigo and his team, but also that the work he completed continues to hold up very well.
In January 2022, I had several plumbing projects that needed to be addressed and I received quotes from several plumbers.  I was relieved to find Rodrigo after an unpleasant experience with one of the other plumbing companies.  During his review of my plumbing concerns, Rodrigo provided his professional assessment and identified which things should be considered priorities.  He patiently answered my many questions and provided a reasonable and detailed estimate.  I believe that Rodrigo is an honest person who provides quality work for his customers.
