This is not a lie and not a bogus review. Here's 3 calls from one of my phones right here. Posted an honest review because he didn't call back. He said my review was fake and a lie, so here's a screenshot of the 3 times I did call. Now he's mad because I was honest and he wasn't. So he's resorted now to name calling and lying. I guess I just made this screenshot up for him within seconds. My original review gave him 3 stars for being average, but his attitude, immaturity and response should be zero stars. So sad...

His responses just get sadder and sadder. Good thing for screenshots. Now he claims he blocked me somehow. He had no way of blocking me because he wouldn't have known my phone number. But remember, he first claimed I never called him that my review was fake and bogus till I posted the screenshot. Now he's calling me a coward, I must have triggered him... He's posting up phone numbers and addresses in an attempt to dox me, sending this to the police and yelp. I have captured the screenshots.

The customer service was great, both from Deborah on the phone and from Mike the plumber. I called to get repairs on a clogged drain and toilet flushing issue and they were able to send Mike to my apartment within 2 hours and fix it very quickly and professionally. The prices seemed very good relative to others I called. Very honest, nice, and efficient- would recommend!

Armando and Waldo came in today to fix my old water heater from 2003. They fixed it and did not push me to buy a new one. But I decided to do it as it's old and I asked them for recommendation! They replaced new water heater with all parts and labor included with no hidden fees. Great people, highly recommended!!!!!!

We had red Lilly come over and give us a proposal for installing the full house filtration system last week The proposal that I accepted was for $795. They were supposed to come over today and perform the installation.

They first said they will be here 8:00-10-00, then due to rain delays (I can understand it) they were delayed. At around 11::00 Ed stoped by.  He took another look at the project and told me they can't do it for anything less than $1200. A 50% increase in what was proposed and signed. His reasoning was that the initial estimate was for 3/4 inch piping but what should have been estimated was for 1 inch piping.
His argument was that the 1 inch piping and hardware would cost $300. Well 3/4 inch piping and hardware was not going be $0 either and I dont't accept that the difference would be $400.
Mistakes do happen, however we had a signed proposal... they backed off their proposal...
Not a very good way of starting a relationship if you ask me...

I called Sal's Plumbing for an emergency sewage back up. The plumber who came out was friendly, fast and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear about what had to be done. I could tell he was honest and sincere about the pricing.

It was a hard job, but after he cleared the line I was able to use everything in the house again. Also, the clean up was top notch. I would definitely recommend Sal's Plumbing for any plumbing repair you may have.

I had a repair needed on my shower faucet that was above my pay grade. Definitely not something that was simple enough for me to do on my own (I soon realized as I observed the work being done). Not only were they quick to respond to my request for a quote, but I found their rates to be fair without overpricing while completing the job quickly and excellently. They were on time and did an overall great job. I would definitely recommend this business. Will call on them again next time I need this kind of work done.

Simon was prompt and professional. He was able to come by the same day I called him, identified the problem immediately.  Many other plumbers had seen the same situation and offered only temporary fixes.

David rocks!

David continues to save my bacon.  I had a shower that wasn't working, and guests that were coming into town the next day.  David came, and problem solved a complex (old) shower valve, and got it working again in no time.  He is always very responsive and helpful.  I cannot recommend him enough.

We needed to fix a seriously leaky water supply line to our toilet on a Saturday; Ford's was the only place with a plumber available. Luis was here in less than half an hour and immediately saw the problem (I'd tried to replace a shut-off valve without knowing how compression nuts work). Not only did he fix it in 5 minutes, he also taught me every step of the process--including how to use a Pasco puller to remove the old compression sleeve. Price was reasonable for a plumber on a weekend on short notice (not *cheap*, but plumbing never is), and it's a relief to have my water turned back on.

Luis turned what could've been a big mistake into a small one. I would definitely recommend Ford's in the future!

Prodigy plumbing has excellent service. They deliver prompt customer care and provide expert, professional experience with a smile. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing issues. Kory was absolutely fantastic and is not hesitant to answer any and all concerns.

I can't say enough about Paxon.  We've had to call him twice.  Once because our kitchen drain was clogged and the second time because our garbage disposal was busted.

Both times, Paxon was clear  about what our options were and what the problems were.  He predicted that the kitchen sink was clogged due to buildup over time and not due to anything we did (our landlord accused us as such... another story altogether).  After trying to snake it, the old pipes started leaking.  As he was cutting open the pipes he showed us the buildup that was occurring... it was pretty gross.  He spent a good amount of time because it was just a lot of work taking out the pipes and replacing them.

With the garbage disposal he said it was just way past its last legs.  The flywheel inside was rusted and falling apart.  He did a quick replacement installation and we were good to go!

I should note that each time we called, he was there the same day to fix the issue.

Highly recommend him!

This was my first time using this service and they were very fast to respond with very reasonable prices!! He arrived right on time and got right to work!

My old faucet was super rusted on, but he got it off easily, without making a big mess.

I don't have a go-to plumber yet, but it's starting to look more and more like it'll be this one from now on. Very friendly and approachable service.

Update:
Called him again to have him help me fix my water heater.
All the other plumbers I spoke to only wanted to replace it but Ruben was down to fix it for me for a good price and got everything up and running again perfectly!

These guys know what they are doing! Ranelle diagnosed the problem over the phone! Had the problem fixed right away. Professional and prompt. Reasonably priced. The crew was efficient and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Called them on Thursday and they were here the next day on time and was able to fix my folks problem. Professional in all aspects. Will definitely refer them and call again if needed.

Called up RJ Plumbing and John was able to come next day. John swing by to inspect and fix the copper wire responsible for sustaining the pilot light on the water heater. He was very quick, professional, and honest! Good to have hit water back at home!

Alex was so incredibly helpful in diagnosing with the problem was with my toilet. He even showed me how to do some of the replacement so that I didn't have to spend a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise, his explanation, and his kindness. I would hire him immediately!

Really appreciate David from Sal's Plumbing for being available on a holiday. We had an unexpected leak and had to shut off the water. When I called, they were straightforward about cost, availability, and timing. David arrived well within the estimated window, assessed the situation, communicated the total cost, and made the needed repairs quickly & efficiently. A little follow-up work will be needed & I plan to call Sal's Plumbing to complete that work.

Quick and amazing work, knew what the problem was from the beginning and solved it with absolute confidence. Thank you, will be working with him from now on.
