Best Plumbing Services in California
I called around on a Saturday morning to get some quotes on a toilet that had sprung a major leak the night before. Everyone was quoting $150-200 just to come out for a quote, not including the cost of the actual repair. Then I called these guys and got Broc. He gave me a very precise window of time that he would be at my place, and actually was there EARLY, which never happens. Most places require you wait around all day, and they show up whenever they want. Not Broc.
He was professional, clean, courteous, and efficient in his work. I don't think it took him more than 10-15 minutes to fix the problem. And he charged me $65, probably 1/3 to 1/4th the price that everyone else quoted. I will definitely call him again should another problem arise and recommend him highly to anyone reading this review.

I called to get a quick inspection of my home to get quotes and general information for various projects. I received a call back quickly and the phone representative was very helpful. I was able to setup an appointment for the same week and was kept informed promptly of changes to my time frame. The plumber that came to do the inspection, George was prompt, considerate, helpful and respectful of the property and my health considerations. I will be following up for work to be done in the near future.

After having the plumber we have been using for years come out and having a failed attempt at unblocking our kitchen sink, he mentioned that we had no choice but to put a clean out in the front of our house. Putting a clean out at our house means taking off siding and needing to replace them and repaint the whole section of our house to make sure the paint matched. It's a big ordeal. Because of that, we decided to get a second opinion. I went on Yelp and called 4 other companies before Fix It Quick to see about appointments and they were the only company that could come out quick. I am so happy the other companies said they were busy. Armando from Fox It Quick came out and gave different options to try to get the blockage. As we were cleaning out the underneath part of the sink, he spotted the clean out inside our house. The clean out is not easily accessible due to cabinets being placed around it, so he tried other options first and his plan worked. He got the pipe cleaned and now our kitchen sink works. When the other plumber we used to use had first come, he mentioned that if he did the same thing Armando did, there would be a huge mess and grease would get everywhere including our white cabinets which could get stained. We don't throw grease down our sink at all so it didn't make sense. When Armando opened it up and snaked it, not one drop of anything was under the sink. Not only did he save us a lot of money but he was really helpful, honest and clean. We will definitely be using them from now on. I highly recommend them!

John and his team are phenomenal. As a rental property owner, I need someone dependable and fast; someone I can trust, someone willing to come out at a moment's notice, and great at communicating with myself and the tenants. And most of all, someone who knows exactly what he's doing. He has saved my butt several times over, and I highly recommend him especially for the most complicated jobs.
Take for example two weeks ago. On a Friday evening, I received a text from a tenant saying there was raw sewage coming out from one of the clean-outs. I called John and described the situation. It looked really bad ... sewage everywhere on the driveway. He gave me a prognosis of best and worst case scenarios, and told me that everything would be ok ... nothing that he's not done before. Within an hour, John was at the property doing an inspection even though it was already dark out. From the initial inspection, he said he'd need to return the next day to do a hydrojet and sewer cam to see where the back-up was, and then he could tell me what needed to be done. The next day, bright and early, he hydrojetted the sewer line and discovered that it was broken in several place and sent me several photos. The sewer cam photos looked really bad, and there was now even more sewage everywhere on the driveway from the hydrojetting. I wasn't sure how I'd clean up the mess. What should I wear? However, I was extremely grateful that John's team cleaned up the sewage after doing the inspection and leaving for the day.
John recommended underground sewer replacement, which would save us from from tearing up landscaping including most of the driveway, a deck and new privacy fence. It also saved on manual labor, and enabled him to complete the job in 1 day. John arrived with his crew on a Sunday, with 7 or 8 people and two vans! I was a bit shocked by the manpower. The crew spent most of the day digging through concrete to make 3 huge trenches to access and replace the old ceramic sewer line. They then pulled through modern plastic pipe underground. By early evening, I had a new sewer line, and I was relieved to see the team busy patching up the trenches with new concrete. I was really impressed by their quality of work, the fact I didn't have to deal with any BS, and how quickly they could get things done.
John will always be the first guy I call if I have another plumbing problem. I've used other plumbers before: what has often been the case is that they give you a prognosis of the situation, they start to do work, and then the problem quickly escalates into something much bigger than what was anticipated. John will tell you how it is in the beginning so you know what you're getting into, and if a hiccup does come along, he will take care of it. I feel extremely grateful that I found him.

I needed to get a new toilet installed and saw all the great reviews that Wallace Plumbing got so I gave them a call. David was really pleasant over the phone and reworked his schedule to accommodate my schedule. When he arrived to our Asian household he even asked if we wanted him to put on shoe covers... so great! Anyway, he prepped for the toilet and when he was ready to put the new toilet on, we found out that the toilet I had bought was cracked! No problem though because David waited for me to get another one at Lowe's without charging me extra! After he got the toilet on, he triple and quadruple checked his work to make sure it was all good.
This guy is the real deal. He prides himself on his work and charging a fair price.
He's definitely going on my speed dial.

RIPOFF! When they installed a new heater, they put in a thermostat that is impossible to program, without my consent, refuse to change it with put charging me more to buy another one, broke my door ($275! )and refused to pay for it. I called them for help recently with the heat and they never returned my call. STAY AWAY.

Highly recommended! Great service from Jerry. He was kind and very informative from start to finish. We had a quote from another company who didn't even seem to want our business, the guy said it was gonna be expensive without even diagnosing the situation. But Jerry was awesome. I appreciated his integrity, never made us feel like we had to pay for something we didn't need like the other company did. He also gave us several options for our needs, which I rarely see anyone do. If you're looking for great service, reasonable prices and great, quality work, I'd definitely recommend Prodigy Plumbing. Thanks!

Looked for a plumber on Yelp and arranged for one to come out for a suspected leak. The other company promised to come but didn't, and after calling them several times hours after they had promised to arrive, I chose a different plumber -- Carrera's Plumbing. When I called, Dax was just finishing with another customer but was coming within 30 minutes. He arrived promptly with his guys, and looked at my issue (water pooled outside the house and not going down) and found the problem (broken pipe) and fixed it. I found the rate to be very reasonable -- I was actually expecting them to charge more. Then I asked them to fix my kitchen sink, where the cold water was barely coming out. This was more challenging, but they managed to fix it without breaking through the outside wall of the house, which I was concerned about. They had to replace part of the old vertical pipe and go under the house and it was more difficult than it looked. This was also a reasonable rate, considering the time it took and what was involved. All of this to say, Pax was very knowledgable, PATIENT, friendly, considerate, and also has a sense of humor. Very pleased with the work, rate, and service!

Finding a good plumber has been quite frustrating. We have scheduled various plumbers to come and fix a few plumbing issues. However, each time one of them came the issues were not fixed or got worse! Hoping to eventually find a good plumber I then reached out to Ruben. He was very responsive and arrived at the scheduled time. I showed him the various items that needed to be addressed - he thoroughly explained what needed to be done for each one and fixed the items that could be fixed during his visit. He was so nice and professional and knowledgeable - and honest about the pricing and urgency of the items. We will definitely go back to him for all of our plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone who needs a great plumber. Thank you!

Crazy to use anyone else! I first hired Cesar last year for a leak in my old house in WeHo based on Yelp reviews and he is the only plumber I have used since. Totally trustworthy, works like a mad dog day and night. Reasonably priced. And his wife Ranelle who takes the calls, schedules and bills, etc couldn't be sweeter and more responsive. Glad I'm even closer to his HQ now that I've moved to Studio City because the only problem is he's super busy but at least now I'm close by for urgent needs.

I rarely write a review but the experience with Dave was so good that I want everyone to know a plumbing problem does not have to be a disaster and not necessary cost a huge. Dave installed a new shower flange and drain pipe with a very reasonable price (I compared with a couple of estimates from other contractors). He also helped me clean the mess in the drain. Very fast response, clean and professional work!!

Rodrigo was very easy to work with, quick to respond to messages, great communicator when his schedule changed, and he was very transparent when it comes to work that was done and what the issue was. I also love the theme of his company; we're both Dodgers fans!! I highly recommend Major League Plumbing and wish Rodrigo much success, he's a very hard working and dedicated individual.
