I needed 2 toilets installed after trying and failing to remove the first one myself. I gave them a call and Broc gave me a quote for a flat rate, at a very reasonable price, cheapest I was quoted by 50%. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and even told me what I had done wrong, in case I want to try it again myself next time.
Professional, great work, will absolutely call him again when needed.

I was helped by Miguel and he was very helpful and friendly. He helped me fix my water heater and didn't try and shake me down.

I waited a few months to write a review because I wanted to see how things held up and they have. Rufus came here in a very timely (non-emergency) manner, was super pleasant and informative, and I've had no problems with the regulator he replaced nor toilet he rebuilt. In the event I have any other issues, I'll certainly be calling Red Lilly and requesting Rufus.

Kitchen sink had a good clog I  took all the pipes  apart and tried to snake it myself, nothing worked. Thomas came over and was extremely polite and took care of the clog in no time. Thank you! Great work!

Shahar took a Facetime call within 10 minutes of my inquiry to diagnose and solve my problems right away! In fact, he walked me through how to fix a small problem myself. I was so moved by his authenticity, I went around the house looking for other problems for him to come fix while he stayed on the phone. In turn, he went through and helped me problem solve each issue I had. My biggest regret is not giving him more business!

I know it can be so challenging to find a trustworthy plumber. After this experience, I'll be using Shahar and BH Plumbing and referring him to friends in the area for any plumbing needs in the future.

Our toilet wouldn't flush and the water started flooding onto our floor. My husband was out of town and I was panicked. Ford's Plumbing came out right away. Riley was professional and prompt and he was even friendly to my kids who were curious what an augie (sp?) was. He fixed our toilet lickity split and saved the day!

My son moved into a townhome and upon replacing the kitchen sink discovered the shutoff valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and by 2 pm Paxton came to  the home and replaces all of the valves. He was extremely busy with other clients but communicated with me throughout the day to let me know he would come to fix the problem. He did a great job, and was very helpful.

We'd never had any plumbing issues before so when a toilet clogged up in our rental unit, I quickly searched online and called based on their availability and the great reviews -- and the reviews were not wrong! Ruben was prompt in scheduling to come the next day after I called, came during the agreed upon time frame, and unclogged the toilet incredibly fast! He didn't even charge us and I very much appreciate that kind of efficient service. For any future plumbing needs, we'll definitely reach out again. thanks again!

What an honest team. I got a quote from another plumber telling me my main line needs to be redone, trenchless, for about $3000 due to tree roots blockage!!!. By chance I called Mainline Plumbing and Ranelle answered the phone, she was thorough, compassionate and offered to examine the pipes as she was not sure about the previous assessment based on my explanation of the situation. Cesar (sp?) showed up as soon as he could and used a camera, inspected all the pipes all the way through and showed me on video that there is nothing wrong with the pipes and no roots blocking them. The problem turned out to be the normal blocage cleared out by snaking it. He was polite, professional and a great man while someone else was about to clean me out of $3k! I highly recommend Mainline Plumbing and already have told my friends about them. Thank you for once again showing me the courtesy and honesty that once was expected of professionals like you. You guys are awesome.

I haven't had much luck with plumbers but I had a plumbing issue and decided to give Dave a try. I called on a Saturday.  Diane was great and said Dave could stop by the same day. Dave showed up within an hour. He assessed the problem and said he could be back within a couple of weeks if I was willing to wait. Sure enough, Dave showed up on a Sunday and quickly resolved the problem. Dave was honest, knowledgable, and reasonable (especially since both appointments were on the weekend). It's hard to find a contractor that shows up when he says he will and does the job right. Dave definitely exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend him highly enough. Many thanks!!!
