Had a fantastic experience with Broc today. We live on the bottom 2 levels of a 4 story townhome building with pipes that run into the garage below. Our bathroom sink on the top floor was flooding from below when we had no water running (coming from the unit above). Broc came in and quickly cleared our lines all the way into the garage in about an hour leaving no mess behind for a very reasonable price. I enthusiastically recommend him! Thanks Broc!

This was, hands down, the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Paul was prompt in replying to my Yelp message and assured me that they could fit me in within just a few hours. The technician, David, was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained the repair clearly, and dispatched my stubborn kitchen clog quickly and mess-free. The price was very reasonable. Also, this was the first time I had ever used Yelp to message vendors directly. It worked great, and City Plumbing's use of the interface was perfect. So, hat tip to Yelp, too.

Had a leaky bathroom sink, and the response time was super fast!  Armando was quick to respond, and Dominic (who came to the house) is knowledgeable and professional.  Really impressed with these guys and they're now my first call for a great plumber!

Cesar Valencia was awesome. He arrived on-time, fixed my hot water heater in less than 30 minutes. The price of $185 was reasonable considering the speed, efficiency & professionalism. I highly recommend.

Good service as usual. Mike showed up and replaced Bath room's water faucets perfectly! I messed up mine then I picked a new Moen faucets from Home Depot. Don't try to do yourself, you will mess up like me :)

My garbage disposal wasn't working and BH called me within five minutes and -- before coming out -- asked me to try a quick fix that instantly fixed my garbage disposal free of charge. That sort of honest and integrity is rare, and made my entire day. Will definitely be using them in the future for more substantial problems.

I had plumbing issues in two separate locations that needed repair asap and Cali rooter had someone out to me within a few hours.  The tech they sent out to me, Carlos was AMAZING.  He was so polite and honest with what needed to be repaired, not pushing any extra unnecessary work.  Even though one job could not done by him as it was a specialty job, he took the time the explain everything (he really knows his stuff) so that I can understand the issue at hand and not go in blindly with whoever I worked with next.  Will always work with Cali Rooter now, cause he was that good.  ASK FOR CARLOS.  TRUST ME.

Dave came highly recommended by several people in our community. He was at our home within 24 hours and had the problem fixed immediately. He was even gracious enough to show us a few tips to resolve any future issues. All in all, very happy with the service and Dave is just a bloody nice guy! Thanks for your great work!

We just purchased a home and knew there was a lot of work that needed to be done after we received the inspection report. I contacted a few companies and Prodigy was one of the first to get back to me.  We had them come take a look and we're able to give a few quotes before scheduling. I shopped around and decided to go through them because they actually wore slip on shoe covers before entering my home!! Shoes in the house are a major pet peeve of mine.

So Ozzy quoted me and began work within a week. He was very thorough, professional, and even came out after the job for something else at no extra charge.

I will definitely use them again for the next big project. Their cleanliness and transparency means a lot.

I called on Thanksgiving and I thought I would leave a message but he answered! He came over but the power had just gone out. The work they did was great and affordable but it was SUCH a hassle to actually get them out to my boss's house. Would never give me a set time and when they did, wouldn't commit to it. Would say they'd call me right back, never did. When I called the lady out on it, she denied it, was rude, and then made excuses.  They obviously just didn't want our business very much and would make excuses for why it happened, countless times, and my boss is an extremely busy guy and needs a set time for everything and when they didn't get back to me, they called him directly which he did not want. He doesn't have time to deal with people in general not to mention unprofessional people and that's why I do it for him, haha, so then I was kept out of the loop by the plumbing company and it was all just a big mess.   Needless to say, we used them twice (2nd time was worse) so we will not be using them again and would advise you not to either!

I have used D&D plumbing twice for leaks on my very old home. They were quick to respond, on time and did a great job. It's hard to get someone to come out quickly that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Their pricing is very reasonable.

John helped us with an issue with our water pressure. He was timely, gave us lots of tips and not pushy. He diagnosed and fixed the job quickly. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to our neighbors/friends.

They charged my daughter, who lives in Hermosa Beach, $3000 for way less than two days work. She should've gotten more bids, but is crazy busy with an escrow to move out of HB  and preparing her HB place for sale and wangling a two year old. She'd just replaced the wood and baseboards in the affected bathroom, and Sal's guys got dirty black boot marks all over the brand new baseboards, which wouldn't come off with Magic Erase sponges, so now she has to re-paint the baseboards. And as she said in her review, they attempted to de-camp with their payment by leaving the big screws that bolt the toilet to the floor un -trimmed (they were sticking 4-5 inches up from the base of the toilet!!!) and without putting on the white caps that cover the screws. As I was there at the time, I said they needed to finish this part of the job, before they'd get the check. Very shoddy. She's notified her real estate agent not to recommend Sal's anymore.

We bought a house in January and the GC installed a low flow sink faucet for our beautiful standalone bathtub in the master bathroom instead of bathtub faucet. After 11 months of it taking 15 mins just to fill it up 6 inches for our toddler's nightly baths, we decided to call Rodrigo, who was referred to us by a friend. Rodrigo is kind, communicative, and thorough. He helped us select a new tub faucet and spent half a day going through our kitchen cabinet wall to replace it from the back. He did such an amazing job that you would never know the faucet had been replaced! I took my first bath in our house the next day and couldn't be happier. Who knew having a properly filling bathtub would be such a game changer? Thank you Rodrigo! We'll be calling him for all our plumbing needs moving forward.
