Our laundry/kitchen drain was clogged deep under the house and this blockage would cause frequent backups. Clean-Out Kings arrived on-time and took care of the problem with ease in under and hour. Bobby was great to work with and provided great information about the cause of the issue. No question I will be using their service again in the future!

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

Wow! Andy was AWESOME. In and out in like 45 mins. We had a leaky toilet and knew the wax ring needed to be replaced. They quoted me over the phone prior to Andy's arrival. When he got here he was polite, quick, and best of all our toilet is leaky free! I was very scared about calling a plumber because I had heard so many horror stories. Do yourself a favor and call Purdy. 5 stars!!!

I reached out to Velocity Rooter due to one of our new tenants claiming they had an odor coming out from the tub.  They were able to coordinate a day and time with my tenant and diagnosed the problem.  Unfortunately our prior handyman who claimed he knew what he was doing installed the plumbing incorrectly.  Velocity rep explained the problem, provided the quote and coordinated the job quickly with our tenant.  Images of work was issued upon completion and the warranty was as expected.  Tenant was happy so I'm happy.  Thanks Velocity.

Super grateful to Matt for coming to my rescue last weekend! Called several plumbing companies in the area and most were booked or I had to leave a message. Matt answered right away and let me know he'd head over to fix my sink as soon as he was done with another job. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling him again!

Dave is quick, clean, and knowledgeable.  Other companies may advertise on the radio about service and taking care of the customer....Dave makes it a reality.  
Dave has installed faucets and a new toilet in my home.  He has managed a leak that was causing the stucco on the outside of my house to form mold.  Dave came in....did the work....was reasonably priced....and friendly.  Look, if you don't know anything about plumbing...when you have an issue...you would pay almost anything to get the issue solved and get back to normal.  Am I right?  Dave can do it.  His prices are reasonable....he knows his business...and I trust him.  Can you ask for more with an contractor?

I found Mike through the glowing Yelp reviews and can't emphasize enough how amazing he is. I have never had a plumber be so generous with his time and expertise. My tankless water heater suddenly stopped working. He talked with me and diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone, then helped me figure out where to order the part since the manufacturer wasn't answering their phones due to the huge East Coast storm. If it wasn't for Mike I would have spent much more money and time. Mike is hands down the nicest and most helpful plumber ever!!

please let me take a moment and tell you how Z saved the day.  I came home from vacation to a clogged kitchen sink.  I was trying to avoid an expensive plumbing call, so I tried drano, snaking the sink myself, etc. to no avail.  

I contacted Z through yelp and he was immediately responsive and straightforward.  he was also able to accommodate my evening availability due to my strict work schedule, without charging me an arm and a leg for an after hours appointment.  he was straightforward with his quote, and then when he arrived, he was honest with his assessment, and up front about his fees.  Z was also very clean,which was much appreciated! respectfully wore a mask, put on shoe covers without my prompting, and brought towels, trash bags, buckets, and cleaner to clean up all his work.  I would not hesitate at all to call Z again if I ever have another plumbing problem (but hopefully I won't)! Thanks again Z!

We've been living with a strong smell drifting into our house off and on for weeks now. It was only on the third inspection that the plumbers noticed the standing pool of water hidden in the labyrinth of our crawl space. Ron's team came in the next day to pump it out and sterilize the space! They were professional, responsive and got the job done quickly. And thankfully the house is now smell free!

Juan replied to my after hours request in a few minutes, was in time next morning and fixed my issue in an hour. Very professional and punctual - highly recommend!

Bryan and Steven came out did wonderful job on two properties. Both house was done by hydro jet and show me with camera that all roots has been cut down.  Price was very reasonable.  Thank you for awesome dirty job for me.

Pacoima, CA. I had service today, Saturday, September 22, 2018. Elizabeth and her assistant were both competent, friendly, and capable. They diagnosed the problem, and said it would necessarily be more expensive than just a drain cleaning, that I originally assumed it to be. When Elizabeth called Rooter Hero Office, she was informed what the total cost would be: $1200.00. Elizabeth reported it to me. I felt I was working with professionals. I accepted the amount. I watched Elizabeth and assistant successfully accomplish the task after they returned from obtaining the pipe from a supplier. But it was an easily accomplished task that a handyman could have done for far less. $1200.00 was exorbitant in the extreme. I WAS SCREWED !!!!!

Have to disagree with the previous reviewer.  That was not my experience with them at all.  We've had Heflin & Sons do repairs several times over the past few years.  The first was for a pinhole leak in one of our pipes in the bedroom wall.  They found it, fixed it and recommended a patch/wall repair company that came in and made the wall look just like before except for the paint.  The other two times were to replace parts in our toilets when the flappers gave out.  They've always been on time and professional and got the work done.  I recommend them for any plumbing issues you have.

This business is hot trash. I called two hours ago they said they would send someone out for an estimate for a $10,000 job to re-pipe the house and fix a flood that could affect the city. F Roto router for wasting my time. Have fun going out of business; 90293.
