Good and fast job done after hours by Bobby for the main drain clog. Recommended and thanks Ron and Bobby for a fast and efficient service  in the city of Orange last night.

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

Last Sunday we experienced a clogged toilet and shower drain in one of our bathrooms.  We called Calif. High-Tech Plumbing.  We explained our problem and they came out right away.  And on a Sunday.  We were quoted one price if the problem could be fixed without taking out the toilet, and a higher price if the toilet had to be removed. After about one hour, we were advised that the toilet would have to come out.  It was late into evening and they had to come back the next day.  They did so and fixed the problem perfectly.  They only charged us for taking out the toilet and not for the time they spent the day before.  Excellent.  We can recommend California High-Tech and Ilan 100%.  They saved the day.

Great service all around. Got same day appointment, on time arrival, much care and concern for not only work but keeping everything clean. Super pleasant experience with reasonable price.

They were quick to respond and be on site within 30 mins to fix a punctured pipe. I'll definitely be keeping their business card for future references.

This is the second time I have used Arlan Plumbing services. My kitchen sink faucet was leaking and as a Californian during this terrible drought I can't afford to waste water or money for that mater. Leaks cost home owners and California! I called Arlan Plumbing and Mitch from Arlan arrived with in the hr. Mitch first fixed the leak, then installed a new faucet since my wife wanted an upgrade for some time now. The job took about 2hrs. Mitch was very helpful, he even gave us tips on keeping our drains clogged free.

He showed up at our front door 20 minutes after the call.  He was polite and walked through with me to diagnose issue.  While working, he gave me a few tips to avoid future plumbing issues which were very helpful.  Final price was less than he originally told me on the phone.

Michael and his team installed a water softener and RO system for me. They were on-time and did excellent work. Everything looks so clean and professional.

Frank came to the rescue when my salons sinks started to back up. He was there right away knowing we're a busy salon the needs the problem solved as soon as possible. Wow, these guys are great!   I called Saturday morning at 7am.  By 1 pm Donald was at my house.  He never gave up locating the clog.  Donald was friendly, very clean and professional.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again  I highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing.

Although Heflin may have been in business since 1950, it's clear time has eroded their sense of customer service.

As other's have pointed out -- Todd has an attitude and can easily lose his cool. This happened repeatedly when following-up on items promised that he failed to deliver.

Before work began we requested the quote to include a breakout of labor, materials, and tax. Todd was pushy to rush the job, insisting on a flat project fee -- which led to being significantly overcharged.

Todd frequently ghosted via all communication channels and became extremely defensive vs attempting to reach a resolution (check out the hidden one-star reviews below).

Despite our HOA using Heflin for the past 15 years, we won't be working with the company going forward.

Scheduled an appointment for a drain cleaning. They never showed up, and never called. When I called them, didn't get any apology. They said a plumber would come within 1 hour. Then... they still never showed up!
