Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

Ryan was great. He came out cleared my kitchen sink stoppage. He spent two hours working to get it cleared. It was not a easy job and he didnt give up. Ryan did not charge more due to being more complicated of a job. He kept to the price he quoted over the phone. Ryan is a great and works hard. Ryan is my go to guy now for plumbing and being in construction I will be giving his info out to every customer I deal with. Thank you Ryan for the great job..

Big thanks to the team at Velocity. My main water line shut off valve started to fail and it was leaking water from the connection. They replied to my inquiry within 24 hours to come look at the issue.  Gave me a fair price and scheduled their team to come out within a few days. The work looks great and no leaks. I will definitely use them again.

Had a leak in a pipe in my garage.  Called Bigos.  A real person picked up when I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (as I requested).  Junior came out as scheduled (even called and asked to arrive early!).  He took a look at the problem, was professional, and quickly fixed what looked like a bad leak.  He was professional and even took a look at some other issues that I had.  The price was great.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Will definitely use Bigos for any plumbing issues (hopefully none!).

David our technician came by late in the day to clear a clogged sink. Saved us at the last minute as we are having guests stay! The dispatcher on the phone was efficient and the service professional and effective.

Frank was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. Frank figured out the sink is fine and it's my dishwasher. He told me to get a new dishwasher and they'd come hook it up. He didn't charge me anything for the visit and was so nice and helpful. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what the issue was and took his time to be thorough. I will only use Pro Quality Plumbing from now on. Thank you so much.

We started having leak problems with bathroom faucets and called them and they came within one hour! Their price was most affordable compared with other competitors and George & John were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job installing a new faucets for us. I'm glad we found George & John and I would recommend them to my friends and HOA.

Saw the high reviews on yelp so i gave them a call.  The guys were prompt.  They said they would show up at 3:30 and they did. Aside from being on time they were working on a Sunday.

Hugo was able to diagnose the problem and was able to give me a temp fix. Now it's a matter of coming up with the cash to fix the problem.

Bottom line I'd definitely call them again.

I had a serious back up in both my bathroom. I had  no toilet for several days, so you can imagine the stress with a family of three and no toilet. to make things worse, I have old plumbing pipes, galvanized iron that were so dilapidated, we could not snake to open the drain. But, glory be to God I found Rooter Hero and Auturo, Omar, Kio (check spelling for Kio name) I called the office, and the same day they dispatched Arturo and Omar out to my house. These guys came out when they said they would come, they assessed the situation and began work right away to unclog my toilets and old pipes. They work into the night, and discovered it was more work than we had thought. They asked if they could come back the next day and gave me a discount for allowing them to finish out the next day. On the next day, they brought with them Kio who is a master at Hyro Jetting. They worked hours without complaint, but they are committed. knowledgeable in  their craft as plumbers. These guys went way beyond the call of duty to not leave until my drain was open. These guys posses a great attitude: professional, kind, caring, and great to work with. After working with these guys, I am convinced they will always, as the need arise to do all my plumbing work , and I highly recommend them to you for your plumbing needs. Remember these guys, AUTURO, OMAR, AND KIO FROM ROOTER HERO LAKEWOOD.  Awesome is only a hint at a word to describe their work!

My kitchen sink had the mother of all clogs. Other plumber failed to unclog it and said, he might have to open up ceiling in garage. Or I might need to find someone with a high water pressure rig, but this could damage my drain pipes. So i called Heflin, and he sent out a competent guy and cleared it, no complications.

Simple easily accessible clean out on the exterior of a building and technician says will charge $300 to snake it.  Highway robbery!  I had a $60 coupon from them bringing the price down to still a healthy rip-off level.  While gas is cheap and no traffic this company will be sure to take in every dollar they can and pass no savings to the customer.
