My house was clogged. Called Clean Out Kings. They came out right away. Needed to hydro jet to clear the main waste line. Daniel and Tyler cleared it up real quick. They were very professional and courteous. Pricing was great. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

I have been using Ilan for several years, he works a lot in the building that I live in it's a large condo 229 units and we've used him for a lot of our repairs.
  He just did a remodel in my bathroom he did a fabulous job I am so so happy! I highly recommend him to anybody that wants to do a bathroom remodel or kitchen I've seen his work there too. I never even knew he did remodeling I've been using him just her plumbing for several years. He's honest and reliable and his workers are very good.

Just want to give a quick review for Purdy Plumbing and Drain.  These guys are great!

I called on Friday because we were having some drainage issue and got set up for an appointment quick.  I got a courtesy call 30-mins before the actual appointment and the plumber came out on time!!!  The plumber was polite and really take the time to explain the issue and what the charge was.  Glad we went with Purdy.  Highly recommends these guys!

I called to make an appointment for some plumbing work. I was pleased to be able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a call stating that an emergency appointment would take priority over mine. That was understandable. If I were to have an emergency, I would hope for the same consideration. My appointment was rescheduled for the following morning at 9am. The following morning- no call/no show. Because of the good reviews, I called this company again the day after my missed appointment. The agent seemed perplexed, since the plumber said he had made the appointment and even provided services! A new appointment was made for 3pm the same day. The agent assured me that Vladimir, the well reviewed plumber, would be at my house. I requested a call if he would not be able to make the appointment since I had other plans starting at 4pm. At 3pm, no show. At 3:30p, a different plumber called me and stated that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. I told him not to bother since I would not be able to wait.

This company has great reviews for their work. However, they seem to be in need of better management and have at least one dishonest plumber in their midst.

If you want a headache, call this plumber. My experience was nothing like the reviews I've read. I called the owner and was quoted $99 for snake service. The technician came out within an hour, snaked the sewer line from the toilet. He then asked for $260. When I try to explain to him what his boss is quoted, he began to argue. He said, call my boss, and let's see what he said. Unfortunately, his boss would not answer his phone or text messages. it is now been four days, still no response. If you're looking for a bait and switch, give these guys a call.

We have used many plumbers over the past 30 plus years, and Michael Levey of LA Sustainable Plumbing is by far the best.

In the past few months, we've needed a toilet repaired and replaced, a faucet repaired, and most recently, during this stay-at-home situation, a tankless hot water heater repaired.  

He is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

If we could give him 10 stars, we would!

Ron did a great job checking on a leak in our upstairs bathroom. He made sure to follow up and make sure the project was fully completed. He was fast to respond to text and showed up when he said he would. I would recommend him to do your job.

I had a leaky bathtub faucet, and called JDR Plumbing. Yelp reviews drew me to Juan because he sounded honest and thoughtful and knowledgeable, everything you could want in a reliable plumber nearby. Juan did not disappoint! :)  He showed up on time, was polite and professional, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it like he had done it hundreds of times before (I'm sure that was the case, and then some). He even wore booties over his shoes so my floors wouldn't get dirty! He charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone, and I paid him via Zelle. I have a few other plumbing issues going on, and I think I will have him help me with those, too. I think I found my plumber! Thank you so much, Juan!

Called George around 10am and had a new water heater by 1pm. They are that fast and price was reasonable. I would happily use them again and recommend to my friends. Thanks guys.

Just had Nathan and his crew out for a full installation of a new sewer line under the driveway and out to the street.  We were thrilled by the professionalism of the crew.  They all wore masks the whole time (something of a rarity among many service providers during this pandemic) and worked quickly to complete a huge job.  Price quoted was more than fair, and there were no surprise expenses once work began.  Nathan was an absolute professional throughout, making sure to answer any questions either I or my wife had.  We cannot recommend Clean out more!

I have had an issue with a leaky shower knob. I took it apart and did what I could.  I found this company on google and they were actually open on Sunday! And... they didn't charge anything for an inspection.

If you are looking for shoddy work, ridiculous pricing and poor customer service - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

WITH THEM, you get just the opposite. I was in need of a plumber as I was not happy with two of my previous ones. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and the first name that always came up was Heflin & Son, and always with a happy look on their face when they suggested to use them.

Well, it ended up that I had a huge issue in my little five unit apartment building. And had to replace almost all of the plumbing.

Of course my issue started on a Saturday when you're going to be paying the highest rates for the weekend. But I had no choice.  Water was gushing out of my garage.

When I called Heflin & Son and left a message with my dilemma, within minutes Todd called me back. We made arrangements for him to send a crew. I was so desperate I didn't even ask him the cost. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept  Fixing them.

What impressed me the most about Todd and his crew,  was that I happened to walk in on his crew going over a game plan on how to resolve a  particular issue. And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my mind regarding this plumbing company.

I overheard him say - we have to accomplish this challenge as reasonable as we possibly can for the owner and yet still do it right.  You would expect one to hear the opposite - let's get what we can from these guys. Not so with Todd and his company.

When I finally received the final bill for everything I was very pleased with what I was charged for everything.  honest billing is what you get with this company.

I will forever be grateful to Heflin & Son Plumbing, and especially to Todd.   They are more than just plumbers. They are professional, ethical, a real pleasure to work with, absolutely do quality work and are very reasonable for what they do.

The best thing I got out of this deal was peace of mind.   When you trust somebody, it can take a lot of anxiety off your mind. And that's what Todd did for me.

I personally feel to give this particular company a five star rating is an insult. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc.

Before selling my house, my agent said to get the lines checked.  Roto-Rooter (RR) came, did an inspection, and charged me $20,000 to fix problems.  I told them I was selling the house and it needed to pass buyers inspections.
The buyer's inspector said the job was not done properly, finding 2 problems.  RR agreed they did the first part incorrectly.  They said I should have known the second issue, the slope of the pipes, would be a problem.  
They agreed to do the whole job again, first for $13,000 and then for free but the buyer did not trust them, so I had to credit the buyer $18,000 so they could fix the problem themselves.
Roto-Rooter admitted they did at least part of the job wrong.

I threatened to sue and we were able to settle the matter.

The other thing that got me mad was after the buyer's first inspector said there was a problem RR came out, inspected again, and denied there was a problem.  Only after the buyers hired a second inspector would Roto Rooter admit they goofed.
