Mark did an amazing job tiling my bathroom floor with 2 black hexagon tiles. He also did excellent work tiling 1 white hexagon tiles onto my kitchen backsplash. I would definitely hire him again!

Of all the vendors I messaged asking for quotes on Yelp Gateway was the best by quite a bit. Daniel responded very quickly and with an extremely competitive quote ($160 to fix a shower that wouldn't drain, parts and labor included). He was able to commit to a next morning appointment via Yelp messaging, which was really important to me. When compared to other plumbers who required phone calls, back and forth without actually providing quotes, and in some cases did not call back at all, choosing Gateway was easy.

This is a business type where the service provider needs to be willing to get their hands dirty. Like really dirty. Daniel and his associate did a great job with my place, unafraid to get to the root of the issue. They take cash, check and credit card, and in my case were completely done with the job in just twenty minutes. (While some point to a short appointment as a negative, I say, it's a job I'm not doing myself and the faster you can do it, the better)

They were late, but also proactive about taking corrective action. I appreciate this in a service provider.

Gateway also offers a 30 day warranty on their work, so while I certainly hope I don't need to take advantage of it, I feel confident the problem will actually get solved in the unlikely case it isn't already.

Paul was on time and very professional. He helped me fix my washing machine situation which I've been dealing with for a while. Now everything works beautifully. I recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

I called Affordable on a Sunday. Avi told me how to turn the main water off and he was here right on time Monday. He fixed the problem. He was very very nice and fair.  Im glad i found him on Google. I wouldn't call anyone else from now on!  5 stars!!

I had a follow up appointment with Teshawn for a pressure check on my AC system.  He actually showed up earlier than expected, which was great.  He was very professional and listened to what the issues were.  He explained every step of the way of what he was doing when performing his checks.  Once completed with his checks, he provided me with a detailed description and quote to resolve the problem we're having.  I would gladly welcome Teshawn back to our property for future appointments.

Our AC unit would not turn on at all and we called NexGen. They were able to be at our home the following morning. German provided excellent service and had our AC unit working within minutes. He also completed a full AC service. We are very pleased with the customer service and we will definitely continue to refer them to all friends and family. I'm a property manager and had an emergency for one of my units on super bowl Sunday! Called Local Service Pro Plumbing mad they sent out Jerome, he was so helpful and kind even tho he was missing the game lol. He was very patient and made sure to take care of everything before leaving. Would highly recommend or call them again for any plumbing needs.

My experience was excellent.  Why?  Professional and attentive people from the office staff that listened to my plumbing need (a slab leak), to scheduling a qualified plumber to come to verify it and give me an estimate, to referring a leak-detection company to locate the pipe (there are 3 within inches of each other), to promptly scheduling the time to do the repair.
I also appreciated the quick turnaround for all the steps this job required because we needed to shut off the water for several days (over a weekend) before this work could be completed.   Finally, TO Plumbing saved even more time (and expense) by suggesting to re-route the leaking line, avoiding a costly removal of our furnace to search for the leak under the slab.   The re-routing was finished in about 3 hours with two teams of workmen.  I will recommend this company highly

I contacted Santa Monica Plumbing for a serious and messy plumbing problem with our bathroom. Manny and Armando showed up promptly and professionally took care of the problem. They were very courteous and took great care to minimize the mess. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was complete and that the issue was completely resolved. These guys are amazing. We had a small leak that was quickly getting bigger. I called Drains Unlimited and they were there in 30 min and repaired the pipe quickly and affordably. I would recommend Drains Unlimited for all of your plumbing needs!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

Ruben is the man!!  He truly cares about his work and his prices are more than fair. He has helped us out a bunch of times with our new 75-year old house.
