Fast professional service and fair prices, Daniel and his crew do excellent work. I had recurring backups into the basement of my business in North Beach and tried several plumbers before I found Gateway Rooter. Daniel returns our calls  promptly and shows up quickly. His response to emergency calls has been perfect. Daniel understands complex plumbing problems and has worked with us to upgrade our ancient pipes. I highly recommend this company.

Our toilet flooded on Sunday evening and we called pacific plumbing, they sent us a plumber within half an hour and fixed our toilet perfectly, their price is fair and plumbers are professional and caring. Thank you guys!

I have called twice in the past year, and instead of charging me an arm and leg to come to my place and fix something relatively simple, he guided me through solving the issues over the phone (and via texting photos). Both times, we fixed my problems without charge! I will continue to call if I need a plumber - without a doubt!

I had an excellent Expierence with the whole crew of Nexgen. They were always on time for appointments and very professional. I loved the fact that they worked together to get the job done. I had more than 1 team out to complete the job this included Manny,Waldo, Ben and their Supervisor Reuben.

We had a mild water heater-related leak in the house. Found Jose on Yelp and gave him a shot. Called on a Thursday afternoon and he was available and close by. Jose and another young gentleman showed up fairly quickly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast to diagnose our problem. Professional. Honest. Great impression. Would recommend. Thanks!

Today I had a preventive maintenance service on my HVAC system. The technician Manny was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked my systems and gave me recommendations. Manny was not pushy which I appreciated. He cleaned up after he was finished.  After my last experience with another company NexGen was refreshing.

Service man claimed that  I had, in addition to a common clog, a completely cracked pipe and major sewer spill under the house. He said everything was crumbling. The quote to repair only a section of piping was $3800. I didn't like his pressure tactics of the fast speaking technician and I just wanted him to leave the premises. To get him to leave cost me $504 (this included only clearing the pipe, when pipe clearing was advertised at $49!!!). I requested pictures and location of the crack, but never got them.  I brought two more plumbers in. Both confirmed there was no crack, no sewer spill (only slight moisture when clog created pressure) and no immediate need to do anything. Later I ended up replacing all outgoing pipes under the house just as an upgrade by a licensed plumber for $2800. (Their quote was $3800 just for a section!) I have requested a refund from the owner,  but to this date I have not received an apology or any money.

First time user of this company.  I selected it for the high rating and its proximity to my home.  Work was done timely and efficiently....however it is very pricey!  I think over the top....and it was quite the surprise,  

The bill was $480 after a $20 (Coupon-Senior citizen discount!!).  The service provided was 1) install customer supplied faucet and 2) replace and replace the MIXET shower/tub stem...

The charge for replacing the MIXET (parts and labor) was $260....which took about 20 minutes to replace.  I just saw the most expensive MIXET on the Internet $35 on the Internet....so it seems to me a charge of $260 is over the top and excessive.......

I am curious what others think.   Will think twice and thrice before calling again

Call Marco this morning (Saturday) with an emergency. He said he was swamped and could maybe get over between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. He called at 2:00 and said he was on his way. He figured that the main line and secondary line had to be snaked. Him and his guys spent about two hours taking care of things. Marco was very polite, kind and knew what he was doing. Really appreciate the efficient and quality service I received today, especially from the technician Tim. He snaked a tub and manually unplugged my garbage disposal with skill. Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with these guys. I called in for a 40ft gas line for a BBQ grill that was a bit complicated. They quickly came over and assessed the work. I received 3 bids on this project and only theirs was reasonable on the first try. Their work was clean, professional and they went over and beyond to fix a few other issues that were unrelated to their work. Highly  recommended!

Almost two years after my first experience I needed to relocate a gas line. I called them up and hey came right away and in three hours I was good as new. I made the cardinal mistake of not asking for a price before they started. After the work they gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job. It's such a pleasure to deal with good honest peoHighly recommended!

Used them again for a whirlpool filter Under sink. Reasonable price, no mess, and came the same day!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

This is a small operation, Ruben, who's charming, and a few coworkers. He knows what he's doing, makes an effort to understand your needs, and does things right. If they aren't right, he'll fix them without taking away from the initial impression that he's a good-natured person. He sticks to his word.

The price? Within the stratosphere of plumbers, he's very reasonable, maybe extremely reasonable. In other words, you'll spend a lot of money to repipe no matter who does it, but Repipe Expert will do it for less than most of the others and I suspect a whole lot better. He went beyond the call of duty and helped with a gas line problem and a sprinkler issue as a favor. I highly recommend the company.
