I found this company here on Yelp and was very happy with the result.  I needed a new shower for a rental property.  They worked directly with the tenant, showed up on time to do review the situation and provide me a quote.  They kept communicating with me every step of the way -- did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  Very easy company to work with.

If there is a price for honesty and good service (sans BS) then Dan Guerrero of Gateway Plumbing should be charging 7X more, as much as the some of the other plumbing companies out there that start with trying to sell you memberships and quote you a price based on your neighborhood.  I had a backed up kitchen sink with the problem being in the outlet to sewer.  Gateway was my second call from Yelp reviews after the first big time plumber a Mr. R....r came by and gave me an estimate that was clearly insane and based upon the houses and the neighborhood.  Dan came by performed the exact same service - snake, camera diagnosis and flush and was done in half an hour.  On top of his price - 1/7th of the other guys - he offered a 30 day warranty!  His card is now on my fridge magnet.  Skip the others call Gateway.

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. Getting someone to fix stuff in your house is not an easy thing , you never know if they try to push for more things to fix so they will get paid more or if they even knows what they are doing.
i called those guys and the owner responded immediately , he did a great job, one of those old school people with a lot of experience and integrity , price was reasonable not a sales person but a real pro.

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

We had a problem with our outdoor gas firepit.   We had to replace the burner a few months back but the fire was a lot lower than it used to be.  Enrique came out and installed another burner I  bought to see if the burner was the problem.  Not the case. There was a blockage in the gas line. Enrique tried one more thing before saying we need to replace the line. It's too long to explain but he cleared the blockage and saved up a bunch of money.  Enrique is the man and Willie's is the best!!!

Edgar was our technician with NexGen. He was prompt, honest and was here working diligently to fix our AC for over 3 hours! Yes, the repair was costly but so far worth it! We will see over the next few months, and with summer approaching, how our AC works during these hot summer days. I would absolutely recommend this company with Edgar as your tech.

David T, from NexGen serves the Orange County, southern CA region and I feel he exemplified the best customer service I have ever had from a service provider.

Dave is very personable and explained everything to me in detail and showed me before and after pictures of his work. He should be the standard that Nexgen should set for all of its service persons. While ALL my visits from the company have been very satisfying, he was the best yet.

I really enjoyed talking to him and he respected my home and even helped me reset my Nest thermostat for a new Google account.

I highly recommend NextGen for anyone and if you can get David T to your home, all the better.

I reviewed this company a few years ago. I had another positive experience this week (if plumbing can be positive). Michelle and Star work in the office and did a super job trying to keep me in the loop when communication was lacking a bit with scheduling. All who worked on this job were hard working, especially Pablo and Manuel. Thanks to Jimmy, Angel and others as well.
I have a slab floor and roots crushed my underground pipe in the kitchen . They had to jackhammer my kitchen floor. They have the equipment and skilled personnel to handle it. They found the crushed pipe, replaced it, and then were able to use the three large tiles I had left from the original floor to replace the hole they made to get to the pipe. They provided pictures and a video of the job that was completed. The price was fair and I am satisfied.

We had Manny service us and I have nothing but great feedback.

First, he came within an hour of our call requesting immediate service on our restrooms.
Next, he was able to detect the plumbing issue pretty quickly and got his crew on it right away.
He was efficient and thorough, but didn't over charge us.
I'm very happy with the work he did for us and will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future.

Tim arrived on time, was very professional, explained what the problem was with the stopped up drain and was finished In thirty five minutes. Tim tested the drain a couple of times, to make sure it was working.  I would differently recommend Drains Unlimited!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. We discovered we had a Slab Leak around March. We received three quotes. Repipe Expert (Ruben) was the most reasonable.
