Just a little project, but Mark responded promptly to my inquiry through Yelp and was able to give me an accurate estimate based on some pics I sent to him. We scheduled work for the following week. He showed up right on time and took care of it. I -- and my neighbors -- are grateful!

Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

If you ever need a plumber, please do yourself a favor & call Thousand Oaks Plumbing.  We discovered a leak in the wall behind the upstairs shower stall on Thanksgiving.   My son turned off the water for the day. I contacted Thousand Oaks Plumbing at 7:30 Black Friday morning and my call was answered & I explained why I was calling. The person who answered said someone would call me back within a half an hour.  I was pleasantly surprised when Danny called me 15 minutes later to let me know he would have one of the technicians come out and, as soon as he confirmed who would come, he would call back. He called back within 20 minutes to advise someone would be at my house within 30 minutes.  The technician, Chris, arrived on time and started looking for the cause of the leak. I was impressed that he checked all possible causes before isolating the problem:  a pinhole in the copper pipe.  He fixed it & also replaced a broken valve.  He stayed to test & be sure the problem was resolved.  Because it was technically a holiday weekend, I anticipated a large bill for the services, however, I was extremely grateful at the affordable cost. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I encountered with Danny & Chris.   I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue. I will tell all my family, friends & neighbors who to call when they need a plumber.   Thank you.

We had Marco come out to look at a job for our condo building and he said he would send us a quote.  We have followed up with him several times over a couple weeks, but have still heard back from him.  This is our first experience with Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating and it isn't positive.  We will move on and find another company.  Unfortunately, they lost a big job and future work for our building.

I had a plumbing issue my regular plumber said he could not fix because of his insurance.  UGH! I called Drains Unlimited because of their reviews.  I was still a little nervous as I always am when looking for a new contractor.  I left a message and my call was returned promptly.  Their customer service is really good and they were early for the scheduled appointment.  I am so happy to have found a new reliable plumber whose prices are also reasonable.  I will use them again.

Ruben and his team arrived on time @8 am to replace my 25 years old water heater tank in the center of the house,  installed a brand new Rinnai tankless water heater included a new gas line and new copper water line relocated to outside of the house in one day, actually finished before 2 pm. The crew is very polite, the whole team is very professional, work in fast pace. They make the working area neat and clean. I will recommended.
