We hired Mark to help us with a shower dam / ledge issue where the slope was positioned incorrectly so our floors would turn into puddles of water after showering. Right away I was impressed as Mark understood the issue and provided information on how to contact him. He built trust really quickly and provided me a quote and even offered to get all supplies before arriving. He was honest with what he knew and what we should leave to another contractor (the shower door). The work turned out fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the fair pricing, quick service, and honest work. Thank you!!

Avi is a really nice and honest guy. I'm coming off of having used a plumber a few years ago who was very interested in upselling. That plumber seemed to think solving a drip was going to cost over a thousand dollars. So I left the problem alone for years. I decided to have get another opinion and Avi said it could be done for way cheaper. He walked me through buying the part myself to save a little and then came over and installed it within a half hour. Problem solved. Saved myself a ton of money, and Avi did some extra work he didn't even charge me for. Avi is honest and good at his job and I'm grateful to have found him.

Great service, great people! Our home had very old duct work that needed replacing, it seemed like a very tedious job but Ashton and his team were able to work around my schedule and finished the job so quick! The technicians, Vladimir and Daniel, who initially came and inspected my unit, provided detailed information on what I needed to know. Ashton was very informative and very responsive to all our questions and even guided us through all the needed paper work. We're very thankful to him as he was able to give us such an incredible experience through his amazing customer service. Claudio handled communications with me while the team worked on our ductwork. Jorge, Christian, Edgar, and Memo were also very clean and respectful while working in my home. They were very efficient and were mindful of what needed to be protected while the work was being done. It was such a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend!

So grateful to have found a plumber! I feel like we have great support anytime we need it. The team of 3 (father and 2 sons) were responsive, transparent and just generally left me with a sense that I was in good hands. They worked on our sewer line and left the place better than they found it. Hope to never need them again and grateful to have them!

Our new A/C unit was installed less than 6 mo ago by NexGen. It just broke and they are hanging up on callers right now. Do not hire them.

Update: I reported an electrical clicking sound 3d after the install. They came over, looked at the unit said it was fine. No UV meter, no tests, nothing. They said it'll make a bit of noise, but it's working fine.  The error we got from the Nest says the power wiring is failing to the HVAC unit. So obviously the clicking was not fine. I'm under warrantee and the best they could do was send somebody tomorrow, which then got pushed to the next day. I fixed it myself the same day that I called them after this incompetence. I realize it's peak season, hire more people, you're bloody rich NexGen, but I suspect not for much longer at this sad pace.

Bill: It's too late for that, wanna change my mind? Action. Expand staff, stop lying about quotes, appt times, and equipment status; raise standards for training, fix phone system, improve employee reward system by giving great employees promotion/bonus opps and let go of employees that clearly don't want to work there. And stop spamming me to spend more money on more services, when my current service is terrible.

LSP Plumbers were great for my plumbing needs. I have to say that yes I was impressed with the plumbers but more importantly, I was overwhelmingly amazed by the customer service representative that actually set up the appointment. She was so kind and patient and a delight to converse with over the phone. She followed up with me even after the plumbing job was completed. This is what stuck out the most for me working with LSP plumbing. I have also recommended them to other friends and family members. Great company.

I had no time to price compare, but I believe they were on the high end side of things.  I had discovered a leak in my irrigation, water bubbling up from the ground against the house.  I probably should have called an irrigation specialist, but I had a shower issue as well so thought I'd knock out 2 birds with one stone.  My technician came and dug in the hot sun looking for the pipes.  Once discovered, we found the leak.  He had to get new PVC pipe and put it in.  It is fixed, but my yard has not settled back correctly.
He told me not to stomp down on the ground, let it settle naturally, but this is solid clayish soil, not crumbly, and now it sticks up where it was dug up.  It looks messy, my bad for not getting an irrigation specialist who would have probably done a neater job.
Inside the house, my shower handle had gotten to the point where the difference between hot and cold had gotten indecipherable, there was no happy spot I could find, it was either too hot or too cold.  And it started making a noise behind the wall of the shower, a heartbeat sound.  This I discovered is the beginning of the end for the valve that the faucet handle is plugged into.  I had an old fashioned white cross handle on there.  He said I needed a whole new setup, couldn't save the current handle because the screw was rusted into it, no way to get it out properly.  He bought me a plain standard uninteresting handle stating the one I had they no longer make. After the fact, I discovered that is not the case.  They had the exact same one at Home Depot where I thought he went to get my new handle as it's only five minutes from me.  I told him if they didn't have the exact one, to get something in a brushed nickel.  I had to get whatever he brought back, so now i have a boring single handle bright shiny metal Moen, $40 value new.  Had I known i would have to replace the handle ahead of time, i would have purchased something much nicer on my own and had it ready for install.
Install was fine and there are no more problems, but the total bill was $1100.00 Ugh.  I checked, they charged me $295 for the job (labor) of the faucet change and another $295 for the hardware!  I priced everything that went into it, and it comes to $60.00 tops. I called to ask to speak to management about why the 400% markup.  I had to talk to technician.
I did, and he said oops, he overcharged me, and they sent me $100 back. Still, that's $195.00 for $60.00 worth of new hardware.  Again, I had no time to cost compare, my bad, and I paid for it.  Never again.

This service provider lies. They don't show up. They call at the last minute to change an appointment to two days later than you agreed. When I tried to ask for management to discuss their customer service problems, I was hung up on twice.

We live in a 1947 house and although the plumbing was redone sometime in the 90's, it still has it's problems. These problems always seem to happen over a holiday or long weekend.

Thankfully I found Drains Unlimited a few years back and can always count on them to come out quickly without charging hundreds of dollars extra just for prompt emergency service. Gaby and Tim are the absolute sweetest most honest repairman ever. They actually take off their shoes when entering and are always great about cleaning up after the job is done. They have never suggested we do anything more that is necessary.

Another great plus is my boys love them and will watch patiently and quietly while they work. Hey, free babysitting thrown into the mix always works for me!

I have referred them to so many of my neighbors and they have never disappointed. They have been especially good with elderly neighbors who always get taken advantage of by less reputable companies.

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Ruben and his crew were fantastic. They were polite, respectful of my home, efficient, and very reasonably priced (I got several estimates). In addition, I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home.  If anyone needs a reference I would be glad to refer them to Ruben as well as any additional work I need in the future.
