BEETO's !!! WOW WOW WOW did he save us today! Our water heater is on the 3rd floor of our house  (i knw, makes no sense m, makes me cringe, but it is what it is) and it started to leak Sunday night. I gave him a call Monday morning and he was able to come out within hours. It's an old jumbo water heater and I figured we would have do something about it soon but didn't this soon... A good amount of water was coming out of it, it had a crack, long story short- he saved us from what could have been major water damage! Installed a new tankless water heater! We are beyond happy with him & his crew. So polite, clean & professional. I would truly recommend Beeto's Plumbing. Thank you again Humberto! No matter how great an inspector is, you will always inherit some hidden problems with a home. One of those problems in my case is a front door that lets in air, lots of air. After going online and seeing Youtube videos on how to repair my air issues, I felt I really needed help with this repair. I decided on General Building Contractor & Handyman Service base on the reviews and that he is licensed (Very important!)

Made a late Friday afternoon appointment with Raul to come look at the problem, he quoted me as estimate, I said yes. He came back early Saturday morning, measured the door, bought the material and started to fix it. While doing so, discovered past work done to the door was bad. The old sweep was installed wrong and the door was cut once, crooked.

Raul was able to re trim the bottom, straightening it out and install the new sweep. There is still a small gap at the bottom but it's due to bad construction. Raul concluded this can all be fixed with a new entry door, I totally agree.

For now though, there is far less air coming in, I really can feel a difference. I'll put a Frost King indoor sweep with a brush bottom in place for now and in the summer call Raul back to replace the door.

I think he's great! He knows what he's doing. Capable of fixing and correcting other contractors or previous home owners mistakes and doing so affordably. Looking forward to having him back and replacing the entire from door!

And very important to me, he's licensed!

I had a plumbing emergency today (a Saturday), and Bryan saved the day. He responded to my request for a quote in under 10 minutes and showed up around 30 minutes later the same day! I have been using the services of Extreme Plumbing And Rooter for many years now. Yes, I said many years! I have many rental properties throughout the San Fernando Valley as well as my own home, and my large office building too.
I do a lot of work myself alongside a few handyman that work for me and I know how to do many plumbing related repairs and upgrades but I simply do not have the extra time. I do double check everything and I'm very picky about getting things done. I'm with the motto to do it right once and then don't look back. If that means extra time is needed or I need to spend a little more money then so be it. I hate wasting time and money and doing things twice because of cutting corners. I ALWAYS use Abe and his crew of plumbers at Extreme Plumbing And Rooter for all of my plumbing needs. I have been referring them to family and friends and other property investors for years. Wether it's something small like a new toilet flapper or drain rooter / or something big like a new water heater or copper re pipe. Abe is very thorough as well as his crew. I like the fact that he'll give me options as far as upgrades go. A toilet, a sink, a water heater can vary in price and labor.
Most people do not realize this. I always get a fair price from Abe. Sometimes when a tenant calls me and I can't be at the property then Abe will send me some photos via text so I can get a visual on the problem at hand and give him the ok to proceed. I trust Abe and I do not trust many people! I always get a well written receipt with a breakdown of the work performed. If a tenant or myself find something that was not done to my liking all I have to do is call Abe and he'll come back out to take a look. Plumbing is a unique craft and sometimes when one item is fixed then something else can go wrong. There are many parts and connections involved with plumbing. I rest comfortably knowing that Abe double checks and makes any needed adjustments when doing a job. The trenchless sewer repair is awesome by the way! I've even had them do some landscaping drainage upgrades at a few properties too. Give them a call. They'll always return your call or message and take the time to talk to you about your plumbing needs. By the way if you look back at my photos and check ins you can see how many years I have stood by this company!!!

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.  

I 100% stand by my experience engaging with this business owner.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

I just realized that I never wrote a review for Doug. I don't have much to say except - FANTASTIC ALL AROUND.  Great service, fair price, realistic.  You would never go wrong with Doug.

Most recently we called Doug to unclog the drains in our backyard, after another plummer told us basically that we would have to follow the drains to the front of the house - that would require concrete to be broken up. The same plummer also said you cannot snake drains, and Doug of course did for us. In fact, the problem was minor and he finished the job quickly.

I highly recommend Doug and Clearwater.

Taylor and Mike set up a new water heater, and they did a great job. They are very professional and will go the distance to get you help in an emergency, on a long weekend, when the other guys don't wanna work. Will use for all my plumbing needs.

Deana was able to get someone over here within 45 minutes of my call Wednesday morning. Our toilet was backing up in the tub, not pretty! I tried to plunge, but Yelp and Mr Rooter came right to the rescue. Miguel snaked the main drain 72 feet to the obstruction. He took off the toilet, since no clean-out, and replaced the ring, re-caulked...can't tell any one was ever here. They also gave me a 10G $ estimate for replumb/pull in new pipe, incl concrete cut-rpr/clean-outs installed. Will check on that. VERY happy with the quick response and amiable worker and good price to get through this portion of the trouble.

We are very pleased with their service.  They are speedy, prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable.  They have helped us with several plumbing issues.  Highly recommend.

My water bill came in the mail and noticed I have a water bill  4 times higher than my previous 2 months. I walked the house and yard, I didn't notice any water anywhere so I called a plumber, he checked all around too and he said it's possibly a slab leak  and told me to call a leak detector so he didn't have to break open different areas to try and find leak. I didn't know that there was such thing as a leak detector. Anyway, I looked on Yelp and found a few companies and this guy was available the next morning.

Josh came out the next morning took out some inspection camera thing and scanned the floors and found a hot area in the kitchen under refrigerator. Once he figured out the area he tracked the pipes under the bathroom floor and then started listening to that area and brought out some tape and marked the spot. I didn't understand how he came for an hour used his equipment, marked the spot where the leak is. The next day plumber came and broke the floor where he marked and there was a pinhole in that exact spot. Amazing work . Blew me away. I couldn't. Highly recommend!!

This company is beyond great. The people on the phone were professional and straightforward, and had the best rates of any company I've called.

They called me a day before to verify my appointment which was great service, and Cameron gave me a very accurate ETA the day of.

Initial call: A live person picked up within one ring and set up an appointment for an estimate within 3 minutes
Estimate Appointment: Oscar came at the exact time of the appointment. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I got a detailed estimate on the spot! And the price is a lot less than all he estimates that I received so I accepted. The installation was scheduled the day after. This all happened in less than 20 minutes.
Installation: Oscar, Freddy and Samuel came right on time. They started the work immediately. My dad enjoyed watching them work because they were very pleasant and professional. When the installation was completed, Freddy explained everything to me included the warranty.
