They came within 2 hours of my request and on time as promised, which is very rare among other plumbing services. Very happy with their work.

Awesome and honest company.  We had issues with a damaged main line and My Drain Company really came through to help us with all the best cost options.  Very pleased with the work done.  Quick to respond and stuck to the quote given even though they had to do some extra unforeseen work.  Tony our tech was very knowledgeable and up front on what was going on and what need to be done.  Offered a great warranty and all around the best service I've ever seen from the plumbing companies we've used before.

Vince is one of those rare finds in a world of questionable service providers in this town.  I have been using Vince for nearly twenty years and he has always been reliable, honest, friendly and fair with his pricing.  It goes without saying that he knows his stuff.  From clearing plumbing back ups to installing fixtures, he has never failed to perform at the highest standards.  I know that I never need to worry about any plumbing problems as long as Vince is around.  The best!!!!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

I called Bryan due to a main line back up that  was causing leaking on the side of my house. He arrived at a reasonable time on a Saturday. He was honest and explained my different options. His price was very fair. He cleared out the main line and did a great job.  I will recommend Bryan anytime anyone needs a plumber and I will call again for any of our plumbing needs.

I had a kitchen sink clog that I could not clear at all. Called True Rooter and Plumbing. They said a tech would be at my house in 45 minutes. Miguel showed up right on time. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. He had everything working great in under an hour. He also recommended what I might need in the future but didn't try to push a sell on me. He was very professional!!! 5 stars and a local business in Wilmington too! Thank you!

Flash plumbing installed our new shower head.  They were fast, on time, and did a great job. They were very helpful finding a time slot that worked for me. I highly recommend them!

HEROES! Fast, Reliable, Fair, No Surprises!!!

We had a MAJOR blockage in our pipes causing sewage and feces to backup into our (rarely used) lower level toilet and bathtub. First thing in the morning, I posted on Yelp seeking quote requests. Abe from Extreme Plumbing & Rooter quickly replied and had someone at my door within 2.5 hours - Karin was great. He texted and called prior to showing up, he was courteous, respectful, and funny. He was also quick, unclogged the major blockage and got everything up and running for us.
Sadly, cleaning up sewage and poop is not in their scope, but we are incredibly grateful for the quick service and FAIR PRICE. They charged exactly what they quoted! No surprises = HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I will not post photos, because it is disgusting. LOL.

Trust me when I say they are the BEST plumbers I have ever dealt with. I recently had a small hidden water leak that turned into a big problem. Although I tried 2 other plumbing agencies in an emergency, they couldn't diagnose the issue. That's when All City Plumbing came to the rescue. The technician that came to my house was Joseph Rand. He was very nice, courteous, and respectful of my home. He asked all the right questions, was very patient and professional. He and his colleagues Matt Robbeloth and Ivan Gonzalez assisted with this issue and they were able to find out exactly what was going on. They were able to work fast and had great communication with me the entire time. They made sure I felt comfortable with all the decisions I needed to make and gave great options to fix the issue. At one point Joseph even took the time to video call me while I was on my break at work to show me an issue and was able to work towards a resolution. I highly recommend All City Plumbing. Called at 10am and Brian was here by 12. Did the job very quickly and effectively. Not to mention it was a Sunday and 104 degrees! Would highly recommend.

My main toilet was not draining even after using my auger in an attempt to clear it.  My neighbor highly recommended Jordan Cappello Plumbing.  I gave him a call and his answering service said he would call me back.  This was at 4:30 and they were getting ready to close.  I didn't hear back so I called the next morning.  He apologized for not getting back to me and I explained my problem to him.  Since his equipment was at another job site, he scheduled me an appointment for the next day.  Troy and his assistant Tony showed promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to do.  He was honest and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need.  Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

I was visiting my mom and due to Covid-19, I stayed in my trailer outside her house. I was looking for a place to dump the tank when I found that All In offers on-site service. I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean.

You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was.

Eco saved the day! Andrew fixed our broken toilet quickly and efficiently. He did a beautiful job on the caulking as well. He cleaned up and left no mess behind. I highly recommend Eco!

We had a simple shower cartridge swap that needed to be done and we got quoted $500-$1000 job for something that costs as little as $80 for parts. We had all parts available but the plumber took all the parts so we could no longer do the repair ourselves. I feel like he did nothing but attempt to scam my girlfriend who seemed like she was an easy target to markup. He made no attempt to look at the problem and tried to upcharge us to simply remove the shower plate on the wall. We cancelled and called another plumber who was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. He may have gotten away with it from other clients so be wary about the cost and ease of repair of your plumbing.
