We were having issues with water pressure and I messaged a few plumbers on yelp. Beeto responded quickly and was friendly and accommodating in setting up a free estimate. Esteban came out, assessed the problem quickly and showed me each step, and as soon as I gave him the go ahead to do the work he went and got the part and came back almost immediately to finish the work. He and his crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Would definitely call them again!!

I highly recommend My Drain Company for your sewer issues, Tony and Jose were right on time and made my main sewer line back up go away, they were well organized straight forward and very clean. Phenomenal job will definitely be using them again.

I have been searching for a plumber for a few months now. Finally found the perfect guy. Vince showed up ON time. Actually he called and asked if he could come a little early. Needed a garbage disposal fixed. He and his helper were very professional and nice. He said I needed another disposal that he did not have on his truck and that he would go to L.A. and pick it up and return later in the day. He even called me before he returned. His truck is nice and clean which says something about the guy. He called a few hours later and was on his way. Fixed it up FAST and charged very FAIR prices. I think I have found a new plumber for all my needs. My mom also will be using him as well. Great job Vince...Thanks.

He and my daughter even remember the same teacher from Middle School where they both went at different times. He is a local guy and grew up in Burbank. GREAT plumber. Wish he took credit cards but he does takes checks.

I rented a new apartment in West Hollywood and I needed to do some remodeling, installations, electrical work, new furniture assembly along with large mirrors and wall art hangings.  I wanted to hire a handyman that is a licensed building contractor for the work.  I spoke to the owner & contractor named Raul.  He had his Assistant named Jesus come out for an inspection to give a quote for all of the twenty various tasks to be done.  I received a fair quote from Raul and decided to proceed with them.  Jesus did all the work in a professional and efficient manner.  I was very impressed and I think Jesus is a great Handyman.  I will continue to use them for any future work that I need to be done and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a Handyman service.

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

I thought an honest hardworking plumber was an urban legend...but I finally managed to find one in LA!!  I coordinated with Miguel and Lupe did the work.  There was a bit of miscommunication in terms of the scope of work, but Miguel still honored the original estimate he gave me.  Lupe took the time to explain what was being done and didn't stop working from the time he arrived to the time he left.  DEFINITELY would hire these plumbers for future jobs.

These guys were so fast with their response and flexible in their arrival time, and when they showed up they were super professional and did awesome work. What we thought was a simple toilet handle issue actually required a totally new toilet, and they made quick, good looking work of it. We will absolutely be keeping their number handy for future projects

Had my kitchen flooding in the middle of the night, I had heard some good things about this particular company.. gave them a call they literally had everything fixed within a few hours. 10/10 in my book.

I woke up this morning to a backed up tub and toilet - not the best morning you can have.  However my morning started with me trying to find a plumber ASAP and cheap... I looked up elocalplumbers on the website which brings you to many local plumbers.  I entered a general description and had a few calls.  With the price of fuel, I was trying to get a quote first as I know what my plumbing problem is as I did not want any unwarranted trips.  Mr. Rooter was the third company to call.  They were here within 60 minutes to give me a free quote.  The field supervisor and plumber technician were extremely polite and presentable.  The access the situation and gave me a quote.. wow - a bit more than what I wanted but I knew this was going to be an expensive fix (being a homeowner for 17 years I knew what my major problem was).  They gave me a few minutes to think about this - I return back to them 10 minutes later and asked them to give me a discount and I was granted a nice discount.  The job was a tough one which took 2-3 hours but it was done.  I was extremely happy with the outcome of the job and the pleasant personality of both field supervisor and plumber technician.  I do plan to use the on other home projects that I just don't have time to do anymore.   They were quick, clean and very professional.  Thank you Mr. Rooter of Long Beach.

The best of service once again from the guys a Cappello Plumbing. Jordan responded quickly and Troy and Tony combined cleaning out our stopped drains and installing a new disposer in one visit. We will always call them first when we need plumbing services.

Rapid has been helping our Homeowners Association try to nail down the source of our irrigation leak.  The service has been fantastic.  The response time was quick and their rep was on the job within 24 hours.  He nailed down the general location and the plumbers came close (the leak is under concrete walkways and steps).  Rapid's Rep (Josh) came down again right away to double check and he pinpointed it better for the plumbers.  You don't want to have to cut out too much concrete! Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Rapid.

This company is very efficient and professional. We needed a septic tank pumped ASAP, we called every company around no one would come out same day and to make it worst I was getting quoted between $1500-$650! I was about to give but I came across All In Sanitation! I called and Louis answered he was very Pleasant and helpful even though he was very busy, but he understood the urgency of the situation and was able to send someone out that same day and to make things even better he was more than fair only charged me $350!!! All work was finished and he called to follow up and get feedback on how everything went. I would strongly recommend this company and Louis they are very fair and helpful!!

A few years ago Stephens Plumbing & Heating installed a new A/C central unit and furnace which has worked well. Someone from Stephens came to replace our filter. The person who came out had the wrong filter. The person had to leave to get the right filter and I was not given a quote for the price. He installed a filter that was 3 times the cost of the same filter on Amazon, plus the service cost was also expensive. I called two times to ask a manager to call me back to discuss this high cost. No one every called me back. I will never use Stephens again for plumping or heating.
