Our kitchen sink backed up and of course LiquidPlumbr did nothing. I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response from Plumer Pro. They had availability within the hour (major bonus for this issue) and a very reasonable price.

Guy was prompt to his time (10:30, and I reached out at 9:00), thorough in his job and left everything working and clean.

Highly recommend!

Our drain blockage was not cleared during our initial appointment with Jonathan, even though he worked very hard to try to resolve the issue.  We decided hydro jetting was needed, which Jonathan returned to do the next day, along with Ceasar.  They took the time to scope out the situation, used a camera to inspect and find the layout of all the pipes, before starting the hydro jet.  

Both Jonathan and Ceasar were very patient, they did not rush through the job.  They took time to explain each step to us, which we appreciated.  After the drain was cleared, a suggestion was made to add another clean out, which we are considering.

No one likes to deal with plumbing problems, but these guys made it less painful than it could have been.   While we have dealt with many plumbing companies which we felt were less than honest, we definitely feel comfortable to call on these guys again if needed, but hopefully not any time soon!

Andy responded to my text and told me not to run the garbage disposal until he could come so that it wouldn't burn out. He had to teach that day - which is a good sign - and came for a diagnostic the next day. When he saw what needed to be done, he went straight to the plumbing supply, bought the needed part, and installed it the same morning - all at half the charge quoted by a large company. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be more pleased!

Cole and Justin replaced our decade-old tankless water heater, and installed a new water filtration system for our home. Cole was the team leader, and handled the job extremely professionally. He explained in detail the options for either a fix or replacement, and provided pros and cons for various systems and manufacturers. He and Justin did the install with a high level of professionalism. They wore face masks, booties and made sure to cover the hardwood floors. All systems are working great. These guys know what they're doing, and take pride in their work.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

It's Sunday night and half way thru my shower the water goes cold then gets even colder - it's December .

I look at the Noritz tankless water heater temperature panel and it's flashing Error 14. Look up the error online and it's not good. Called Noritz Monday morning, who suggested a few local plumbers. Looked them up on Yelp and Water Heater Pros had many good reviews. They came on Monday afternoon, evaluated parts needed and of course Noritz warranty wouldn't cover the main expensive part. We had gotten a few extra years past the lifespan of the unit but everything is so much more expensive. Water heater Pros was able to rig it so we had hot water Monday nite! We bit the bullet and got a new tankless the next afternoon. They we're back on Tuesday and installed the new unit !
They were professional, prompt, very very neat and thorough. Definitely recommend them!!

I feel I should update the previous (below) review as today the company receptionist called me and said that the manager instructed her to refund all but the $45 I paid to Edmund yesterday. She was very apologetic and apparently the manager was concerned about what had transpired and wanted to make things right. I give the company credit for handling the matter in such a professional way. Perhaps it was only the one particular plumber (Edmund)  they sent to us who acted unprofessionally and tried to take advantage of me financially.  

Here's my original review from this morning:
I would absolutely not recommend this company. I had high hopes given all the positive reviews they received, but instead found them (or at least the guy they sent out) to be a rip-off artist.

We had a leak outside and because it occurred during the afternoon I wasn't able to get our regular plumber to come out (he comes from Orange County and always helps us with plumbing issues very early in the morning). Consequently, I googled local plumbers to find someone to come out immediately. Based on so many stellar reviews, I contacted Lords of Plumbing. Edmond came out a couple of hours after I called, which was great. I was told over the phone that I'd be charged $45 for the visit and that that amount would go towards the repair costs. Instead, after diagnosing the problem, Edmund charged me $123 just for coming out. He said he'd come by the next day with the parts and he'd do the repairs. When I asked for an estimate of what the repairs would cost, he told me it would take about 8 hours and that he'd only charge me for 7 hours of work plus the parts. The total would amount to about $1200. He made it sound as if he was doing me a favor, giving me some kind of a break in costs. He kept talking about how he'd love to help me out, but this is business and he can't do it for less.

As the estimate seemed completely unreasonable, I ended up calling our regular plumber, who came out at 5:30 this morning, did the repairs, replaced all the parts, finished the whole job in about 1 hour and charged me $750 in total.  It turns out my instincts were correct in not trusting Edmund!

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Great plumber. They did a great job. Showed up as promised. Fixed the clogged drain quickly and kept things as clean as reasonably possible. Professional and courteous. Even had a special screw on his truck which saved time. I would use them in the future and recommend to others.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

We have an elderly house that is slowly falling down around us... the team is super responsive and reliable and friendly and makes sure we keep the water flowing out to our old barn and equally aged pool!

Too expensive. Wanted to charge $690 to change my faucet and washer in the toilet. Had to find another plumber.

I called waterworks for a leak, Avi came out within a few hours and fixed the plumming problem. His work was great and affordable, Avis is amazing he explained the problem and why it happened. highly recommend, will be calling him for all our plumbing issue in the future.  The office receptionist, is also great, very courteous and kind.

I highly recommend Free Flo Rooter as we had an emergency and they were very quick and responsive. They came within the hour and Josh assessed the problem accurately. He was patient and took the time to explain the problem. After evaluation, he directed us to talk to the City and provided us a solution that did not cost us anything. I highly recommend Free Flo if you are unfamiliar with plumbing but need a true honest assessment. They are ethical and provide excellent customer service. My experience with this company was easy & effortless. From scheduling the appt. to meeting the tech. ,who showed up on schedule.
The young man who did the diagnostic service on my water heater was professional, informative, and an expert in his field. Within minutes, my hot water was back on. He made recommendations and gave me options. As a consumer, that was appreciated.
