My parents have been putting up with a clogged sink and bathtub for the past year, why? God knows. I finally convinced them, more like forced them to allow me to help. That's when I found Maikel, not only did he reply in a prompt manner but he was ready to take on the job ASAP. This man had good manners from start to finish. Got the job done in a timely manner for a more than reasonable price! Needless to say, it's probably the best investment my parents made. $100 to shower and use the sink comfortably. Don't know what took them so long! Anyways, it was also nice that he spoke Spanish!

My water heater went out and I was desperate for a quick, trustworthy, and quality technician to come diagnose the issue and determine the best course of action. This was one of the first times I ever had to deal with a major home repair issue and I was lucky enough to have Min assigned. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and a true pleasure to work with. He explained everything to me in step by step detail, so I understood exactly what was happening and he was so patient with all of my questions. Of course, all his work was thorough and well done. Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

We started getting only lukewarm water in the middle of the day. I checked our gas water heater and everything seemed ok. Confused, I called Water Heater Pros. Jose answered and he walked me through a series of checks on the phone. He correctly deduced that the issue was a leak in a pipe under the house. Sure enough, when I walked around, I could hear water leaking from one side of the house. He advised me to turn the heater to the lowest setting possible, shut off hot water inlet and call a plumber. His timely help avoided any more water leaking into my crawl space and damage to my boiler.
Its rare to see customer service and values in a business like this nowadays.

we had a problem with our Kitchen sink.  Ralph came over, he was very punctual, professional and very easy going. He gave us a great price and  he was able to fix it whitin few minute. I could't be more happier  with his services. Highly recommend  them!!!!!!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I contacted Plumbing Dudes in a pinch. My bathroom sink was backed up and leaking, making the bathroom pretty much unusable. They came out quickly, assessed the issue, and were back the next day to repair the pipes and replace my sink. All in all, they were punctual, professional, and quick. Highly recommend.

Too expensive. Wanted to charge $690 to change my faucet and washer in the toilet. Had to find another plumber.

I had 2 faucets and a drain repaired.  Harrison was knowledgeable, punctual, very friendly and had all of the problems fixed quickly.  He also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.  I highly recommend him and AA Twin Brothers Plumbing, and I certainly will use them again when a need arises!

Mark and his team were amazing and we knew were in great hands. Arrived on time and got straight to examining the area  and gave us options on the best solution. He avoided cutting out our cement which were scared they had to do in order to get into the sewer line.  The damage to our sewer line was more extensive that we initially thought but after speaking to Mark, it was a better option to do a complete replacement to avoid future costly problems. His team worked fast and managed to get this all done in 1 day within business hours. He gave us tips on how to maintain common sewer line issues, which was helpful since things like this never crossed our mind. They replaced everything back to the best that could be done.

I can't say enough about Tony (owner) and Daniel, and Rick as plumbers and honest brokers.

Warning  - if you live in a nice neighborhood these guys will overcharge you. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had to get more work done on my house and hired another plumber for similar work that was half the cost.  Not only that, the work they did was NOT properly done. I was told by a contractor and an inspector (two guys coming from two different companies) that on one of the jobs Properly Done Rooter did,  dirt was not filled back in to support a  pipe that they had replaced, and without the support of the dirt underneath,  the pipe would sag over time and cause a ton of damage and would ultimately be extremely costly to fix. Don't be deceived by the other great reviews, these guys will not always get it properly done.

David was awesome. He arrived quickly and had my garden hose spigot and garbage disposal/dishwasher up and running within 20 minutes. I can't thank him enough for the quick, yet detailed work. Thanks again David. We will have you back for other work in the house soon.

Avi is a Great person to work with, straight shooter,  doesn't waste time, and all work he has done for me I have not had any more issues with he never over charged me and I know because I'm a bargain hunter and I never write reviews much but he really deserves an opportunity this company has always been good with me and my family's plumbing issues

Super professional and great service. No more water leaking in the bathroom. I call free flo rooter & plumbing, they came super fast and did a quick check on the leaking area and realized we needed to change the old valves and the faucet. They came in the next day, did their job fast and professional. Instead of replacing the whole faucet, they suggest me to only change the faucet aerator, which help me save a lot of money.
Super great experience, and I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! I called in with an emergency situation and they were very helpful over the phone, talking me through the possible problem while I panicked and struggled with plumbing vernacular. The technician offered to go right over to the property and he did, faster than I could get there myself. He was very honest and I could tell he wanted to make sure the job was fixed for an appropriate price. I will definitely call back in the future when I need help.
