Just had Cesar come out from Tip Top and help out on a water line emergency. Within a little bit of time, Cesar came from the other side of town, analyzed the problem and immediately went into work. Kept me updated on the process along the way and was a true pro. Water line bursts are something no home owner ever wants to go through but Cesar was a lifesaver. Thanks Tip Top for responding so quickly and big shout out to Cesar for coming through in the clutch. Highly recommend.

Andy is the BEST! Had a leaky pipe at work, the day before Labor Day weekend. If no one could fix it, I was going to have to come in, and dump it out. Andy saved our weekend! And he charges very reasonably. Also, he's a super nice guy that's just here to help people. I'm so glad to have met him, and I'll call him every time, commercial and residential. Thanks again Andy!

I was tracking hours and from what they charged me they were making $200 an hour.  I also calculated their travel time and supplies. On top of it they didn't clean up after themselves. Damaged property and refused to repair. Not a happy customer.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

I chose Lords of Plumbing due to their good yelp reviews, but unfortunately I could not have had a much worse experience with this company and their admin procedures.

The guy who I believe to be the owner, Manuel, came to our house to inspect a couple of toilets and promised a quote/estimate to be emailed the following day (with work completed at a later date as well). The invoice was never sent, and I even followed up 3x, speaking with him personally to get this quote, and each time he promised to send it the next day - failing to ever deliver.

Additionally, Manuel was rude, curt and unfriendly on these 3 follow up occasions over the phone. I needed the estimate to provide the city of Santa Monica proof of a leak so we could be reimbursed by them by a certain deadline. Thanks to the major Lords of Plumbing fail, I wasn't able to make this deadline and received no money back...and the work was never done. I really don't know why they didn't want this business. SMH

Oscar and Chemma came to the rescue for my family and I today! We were suffering plumbing problems that we couldn't fix ourselves but they found the problem and fixed it like magic. This company will be our go to guys from now on! Thanks again Oscar and Chemma!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Made an appointment with Reyes to come in to take a look at our sinks in our dental lab that needed a connection part. They were quick and efficient! Moreover, when we showed them our sinks that needed some unclogging in the patient rooms, they immediately suggested how to unclog the sinks using our normal household products. For one of the sinks that was in need of snaking, Reyes and his assistant fixed the problem in less than ten minutes-- he even offered to do it at no cost. I would highly recommend Reyes and his team, so happy we found them!

So where to start, we had a choice of different plumbers to come to our small business and unclog a drain, so I reached out to this supposed plumber Jaime. He told me originally that'll be $195 for three drains but when he came to our market he said it was for only one! Then on top of that he used just a little stick to take out the small top layer and said he was done but I asked him to snake it and he replied that it's fine. Then low and behold this morning I walked in and my drains were flooded again. I called him and he came in yelling at my wife saying that we intentionally flooded the drains because he didn't want to do the work of real plumber! This Jaime guy is definitely a ripoff! I definitely do not endorse this company!

George's approach saved me money and got to the root of the problem!   My hot water started cutting out inconsistently!  George patiently tested a few fixes when others would have gone right to replacing a 3 year old tankless heater.  Ultimately to find the problem was in my gas line and needed a fix by SoCalGas.  He's responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to problem solve to help people...such a good guy!
He and his crew wore masks, (and those booties inside the house to keep floors clean) kept their distance - and together we followed all COVID safety protocols.

Couple years back he installed my street to house gas line too!  Same excellent work and experience.

I needed the faucets for my washing machine replaced due to calcium build-up and called Western Rooter after reading Yelp reviews. They sent out a crew for a free estimate within a two-hour window. Albert showed up in less than an hour and gave a fair estimate. He had the faucets in his truck so he was able to replace them on the spot. The whole process took about an hour. He was very easy-going and professional and paid attention to details - making sure the faucets were lined up and cleaning up after. Overall, I'm happy with the service provided, and the cost was reasonable. I recommend them.

When it comes to plumbing, call the Plumbing Boys. They know how to get the job done in a professional matter. They are very friendly, professional, and available 24 hrs a day. They took  the time to explain the issues with my kitchen sink and fixed the problem right away! I would trust them with any of my plumbing needs.

Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, my disposal unit needed a replacement pretty quickly. An initial diagnosis over the phone and text with pics was quick and courteous and they were at my place within 2 hours. Within 35 minutes, the unit was replaced and everything was better than ever. On top of it all, an upgraded unit was installed for the same quote. All in all, amazing service by great, friendly people and all safety protocols were met. Highly recommended! Thank you Raul!

I needed an urgent service for my apartment main line that was clogged. All apartments were clogged  severely and decided to contact David. David answered the phone and was very professional and came in a timely manner. David and his partner were very helpful and provided several suggestions on how to fixed the problem with the main clogged line. The clog was worse  than expected but David made sure that the job got done to solve the issue. Both were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to complete the job. The issue has been finally solved!! Thank you David and team!
