I had an emergency situation where one of the pipes connected to my water main had burst. John was able to come out that same day just a few hours later and had my water line repaired in a jiffy. I was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but John was honest about his rates and did the work for a very fair price. A total lifesaver!

I needed (4) things done - fixing outside pipe leaks and installing new faucets in the kitchen and guest bathroom- Steve diagnosed everything quickly and fixed all my issues - came on time and explained why things needed to be done. He was very professional and does great work.

Just wanted to say a few good words about this company.

I had 2 plumbing issues.  I made an appointment.  
As I was promised - I got a courtesy text 20 minutes when technicians were on their way.
2 very polite technicians came in a great looking and highly equipped van.
They figured out what the problems were and explained all to me in simple terms.
As was fixed in about an hour.
They left my place in a very clean condition, just like it was before their visit.
All works great.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

The customer service here at DeVinney was outstanding! We called to have a new shower fixture installed and received a response and in-home visit that day! I had Jay come and changed my faucets in kitchen and bathroom, he was really fast, and get everything done in two hours (one hour each time) And he also put grout on my sink, so it looks really nice. Great job, amazing guy, and will keep having him back!
