Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do.  Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done.  Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious.  Would definitely recommend to others.

With an unexpected plumbing issue, we found Ser Plumbing through yelp! We were most elated with the communication, updates, professionalism, attentiveness to detail and safety precautions taken by Luis, who was the technician who came out to our unit. Payment was contactless through Zelle so it was not strenuous at all.

Our kitchen sink was not draining/the garbage disposal was not working properly for a few days. When we sent a request through yelp, we were responded to promptly with an estimate and earliest available time slot to have it assessed and repaired. I really appreciated the communicativeness, organization, work ethic and detail. For any future plumbing related issues, we will be sure to contact them again! Would 10/10 recommend their services. Great service & pricing. Fast. And most of all, trustworthy.  Like anyone else, I'm always afraid of getting price gouged or trying to be sold on services I don't need.  My downstairs bathroom was pushing out water when my upstairs shower was running.  I called Shellback and Gary immediately responded to my voicemail (like within 10-15 min), scheduled me that morning and provided a price quote that he absolutely stuck to.  Chad, the plumber that arrived, quickly assessed the issue and snaked my drains within roughly an hour's timeframe getting my house up and running again!  He was so polite and friendly. I told him he was my hero!  Even my neighbor asked for his card.  Thank you so much for the great service and honesty.

Hired Peter Lai Plumbing to replace faucets, toilet, pipes.  Got his reviews from Yelp. Yelp Reviews are awesome.  Andy did exactly what he quoted. Definitely desires 5 stars.  Very professional.  Left house cleaner than when he started.

Luigi is the best heater technician I have used in a long time.  I hired Luigi to replace a floor heater that was no longer working. Luigi provided great service, helped me secure a proper heater from a vendor, and finished the job on time.  Most importantly, Luigi was very responsive either over text or phone.  I look forward to working with Luigi again for my future heating or air conditioning needs.

It is so hard to find a good plumber in Los Angeles. I am so happy I found Papa's Plumbing. Best plumber in town! Great customer service. They are very responsive and knew exactly what the problem was. I highly recommend them!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I had a kitchen sink blockage. Here's my feedback:

-Technicians Alexis and Daniel came out today to fix the problem and both were great. Fixed the problem and communicated some tips and info after the job was done.  5 stars to both these guys.
-Price was fair/competitive.

Not much else to say. I was about to go with another company and happy I chose this one.

I would much rather hire a Master of ONE trade than a Jack of all trades (like a handyman) and let me tell you something, if you think, feel or suspect that you have a leak anywhere in your house or pool it is pointless to call anyone else except Ron the Sherlock Holmes of leak detection! He came out within 24 hours, found the leak in about 10 minutes underground with his Spidey Senses and saved me a world of hurt! I highly recommend Ron both for his Skills and his professionalism!

I liked everything price was right, I did add a sprayer connection to the back of the toilet. In addition to the removal of the toilet.
After fighting to get a decent quote I don't want to argue why was that not mentioned in the beginning when I was given a $200 quote over the phone..?
Why wouldn't that be included.?
The sprayer yea I get it I could do it myself that being said I basically showed them how to install.
They fixed a ring as well.
Surprise cost toilet removal over priced for sprayer install and they fixed the ring.
Total $300 versus the $200 quoted.
On time and clean COVID compliant and easy to work with.
***update*** they called and text me to and rectify the issue.
Which they didn't have to do switched to 5 stars.

I will NEVER use any other plumber besides Jimmy and his crew. Long story short, my kitchen sink was backed up and I called a big name plumber out on a $69 Special (Won't mention the name, but it rhymed with Pescue Booter). A $69 quick fix turned into a 5 hour, $2,500 up sell.

Called Sunset West and Junior answered the phone within 3 rings and jimmy was at my house within 30 minutes. Half hour later he had my drain running clean as a whistle for $120.

Just a bunch of clean, honest, hard working guys that know what they're doing and know how to fix the problem the first time around. If you're looking for the best of the best, call them!

Dale and his son Greg do a great job. When my sewer lateral got clogged and I couldn't bust it out with a snake, I called Dale and he helped get it jetted out. Very up-to-date on the latest plumbing technology, and very professional. Their website is pitmanplumbing.com

A1 came out to diagnose a water heater issue and quickly determined it needed a new Thermocouple. They advised I contact the manufacturer to request the part as my unit was still under warranty which would ultimately save me money on the materials. Their pricing was very fair and they did not charge a fee to diagnose the issue which many other companies did. I will now have them come back out to replace the faulty parts and will happily pay them the labor owed which was also a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
