I called JB Plumbing for installation of the seismic natural gas shut off valve.

Gece is very friendly and responsive.  We immediately scheduled a diagnostic meeting.

Gece came to our house and explained clearly the process for installing the equipment, what equipment she is going to buy, and how the permit process works.  On the spot, she gave us an invoice with her quote and the price is reasonable.

We quickly scheduled the day for work.

On the installation day, Gece and her team came and installed the seismic shut off valve very quickly.  She showed us how to turn on the gas if it gets shut off.  She also helped us turn on the stove and water heater afterwards.

total flakes. no showed on my tenant two days in a row.. they waited around for hours for them to show up and never did.  totally unacceptable. stay away from these guys

Steve is awesome. He responds really fast and shows up on time (in fact he was even able to show up a little earlier than planned after running it by me). He replaced a disposal, fixed a leak and re sealed the sink for a really fair price. He shows up on time and is good with texting and calling. I'm really happy to have his info and know that I can use him in the future.

Ray has done multiple projects, both small and large, for our family over the last few years.  He is always professional, friendly, and honest.  His prices are fair, and most importantly, the quality of his work is fabulous.  If something does not need replacing, he will be the first to tell you.  Because he does great work, he has a long list of happy customers.

I used Shellback Plumbing for the second time and I can't tell you they do not disappoint!! I had a wonderful man by the name of Aden who came by to fix a clog and issues with the kitchen garbage disposal. Everything turned out great and I will be using Aden for other work in the future. Andy came out to my house for what I thought was a pipe leak behind one of my walls.  He informed me that it was probably rain water coming down from a hole in my roof. He diagnosed my problem and gave me good advice on how to approach the HOA with this issue.  Even though I actually needed a roofer instead of a plumber, he didn't charge me for making the trip out. Very honest and helpful.  I would not hesitate to use them if I have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

Luigi came to my apartment building in Chinatown / Lincoln Heights just 1 hour after my A/C broke. Amazing service! He replaced the fuses in the compressor unit on the roof and I was off and running again on this 97 degree day. Thank you Luigi!

Serj was fantastic. I called him about a clogged sink and backed up dishwasher and he came by promptly. Fixed it in thirty minutes no problem. Very good prices and very friendly. I will defintely be using him again.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

My wife and I have had very good experiences with A-Team Plumbing. Just recently our home needed several problems taken care of in the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen due to very old and corroded/leaking pipes under our house. It was a big 3-day job, and Mario and his team handled everything excellently. They even replaced and patched up the drywall they needed to cut into at no extra charge. Mario was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to communicate and work with. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns and gave us suggestions and solutions that looked out for our best interests. He also corrected a separate additional problem that wasn't part of the quote at no extra charge. We felt we were in great hands during the entire experience. They definitely earned the 5 stars, I'm highly recommending them.

As difficult as it is to have to call for leak detection, Ron makes the process much less frustrating and painful. He is extremely professional and efficient. For the second time this year, we had a leak in our house we've only lived in for a year. The first was a slab leak in the entry. Ron came the same day, found the leak in minutes, and gave me a great referral for a restoration company. This time there was water in our garage. I knew who to call and Ron was again available the same day. He came out, quickly found the leak and I'm now waiting for the plumber to come and fix the problem. I can't say enough great things about Ron and his company Sherlock Leak. Don't go anywhere else. If you have a leak and aren't sure where it is, Ron will find it, no questions asked.

These guys are awesome!  I called them, explained the problem, and they came and fixed the problem the same day.  Aaron (sp) and the gentleman that he came with were polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Aaron even cleaned up the disgusting grease and gunk on the kitchen sink. I told him I would clean it but he did it anyway.

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I recently contacted Michael at A-1 Apex to come to assess our water pressure regulator at our business and he was able to come out the same day and had his team show up a couple of hours later to take care of everything. Properly priced, extremely good quality work, and quick too. Our business is now using A-1 Apex as our go-to plumbers from here forward after having a lot of problems with other plumbers not showing up or arriving late and not prioritizing our requests.
