Amazing grew! Gece is a boss! The work done by her and her crew was top quality. It's a 100 year old house and she was able to problem solve a few quirks that look great. She was even able to provide me with additional workmen I needed for the place.

I had the pleaser of working with two of her kids, Josef and Sam, on a different portion of the project. Just like their mother, they did top work and were a pleasure to work with.

Would hire ANYONE from the family to help me with a home project.

Miguel came out addressed the issue, slow drains, worked on it and got to the bottom of it.

Disclaimer: I waited for the entire work to be done, giving John, the benefit of the doubt, before posting a review.

We removed 70% of my bathroom sink faucet and had the remaining 30% left when we called John's Plumbing to help finish the job.  We weren't able to remove one of the valves so I needed help. We had purchased the new faucet from OSH. When we called John he came with his father to finish the job. They came promptly, earlier than the time frame he had quoted. On the phone he quoted me 100-$200.

He installed the faucet, charged $260 and left. The justification was that $200 was for his labor and $60 for the additional parts he used. Mind you I had already purchased the plumber's putty, the water lines, and valves. The valves turned out to be the incorrect size so he used his own (those were some expensive $60 valves compared to the store bought ones I had). Don't forget I had also removed most of the faucet, saving him some time on the labor. As for the putty, he only used a quarter size.

Before they left, as I waited for John to write up the invoice I listened to his father give me a nice little lecture on society's morals and how people will try to gain from others instead of trying to help one another.  John said to contact him if there are any issues and even put on the invoice that his work is good for 1 year!

The reason for changing our bathroom faucet in the first place was because of the leaks from the valves. I came back inside to check on their work again and noticed they took my original faucet without even asking! It wasn't even an hour later I checked again and noticed that now, instead of the valves leaking there was a leak under neath the sink where the waterline connects to the faucet. We called John the next day and asked that he return to fix the new leak.

While on the phone, he gave me excuses as to why there was a leak and that he had noticed it was leaking before he left. Why didn't you tell us this? Instead he just left and said that we'll notice water seeping out from under the pedestal because of the extra water in the pipes. He dwelling on the manufacturer, it being a defective faucet, lower quality faucet and in his own words he couldn't do anything about the leak. Reluctantly he agreed to stop by Monday morning to see what he could do.

He stopped by Monday morning, again with his father. His father started lecturing about the quality of manufacturers, high end vs. low end products and how China made items are not the best in quality. John and his father both agreed that they did not recognize the brand of the faucet I had purchased. This is not appropriate customer service. You do not insult what a customer can afford and you definitely do not lecture your customer. I understood what they were saying about quality of products, but my concern is and was why would I be replacing a problem with a problem? If he noticed the product was defective why not tell your customer this as soon as you notice the issue? I would have gladly returned and replaced a broken or defective product!

When they finished checking and fixing the waterline leak, we checked their work again. He fixed the one waterline leak but now the side that didn't have an issue was now leaking. They again mentioned the manufacturer's defect. His father asked in a condescending tone, how difficult it would be to change the faucet. We advised John that it was not appropriate for them to take our original faucet, not offer a refund for work he was not able to appropriately complete and completely inappropriate to lecture customers about morals as if we had asked for free work! We asked them to leave and thanked them for their work. I give him 3 stars for trying...customer service needs work and would recommend not shying from speaking with your customers about issues that you observe as you are doing the work.

Steve was great! I sent a project request via Yelp and he immediately responded and was at my house the next day to asses. I needed the my dish washed drain unclogged, kitchen faucet replaced, and my bathroom sink and faucet replaced. He got it done in one day and was professional throughout our interaction. I'll 100% use him again. Thanks Steve!

I can't begin to write how pleased I am with Ser Plumbing! I recently had some work done by another plumber who left a mess of everything under my crawlspace. That plumber suggested I replace my main sewer line because of a leak. I thought it seemed odd so I told them to hold off on that repair. I contacted Ser Plumbing to give me an estimate of what the other plumber suggested. Not only did Luis from Ser Plumbing identify the correct repair, he also quoted me a price over half of what the other plumber wanted. Needless to say, Luis did an outstanding job with my repair and quick-fixed some leftover issues he noticed from the other plumber.

I can't recommend Ser Plumbing enough. The work fast, clean and will not take you for all you have monetarily.

I also must mention their 21st century way of doing business by emailing you electronic receipts, specifically detailing work done, communication and digital photos of work done. Simply the best!

Found Peter Lai Plumbing on Yelp since he got good ratings. My toilet clogged and I much needed the service asap for my business so I contacted Peter Lai Plumbing and spoke with Andy. He worked out his schedule to help me out right away and showed up very quickly. He was extremely professional and got the job done within 30 minutes.  I was very impressed by it all.

Andy knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it right away. He's consistently professional and trustworthy, always quick to respond, show up, and complete the job in a timely manner.  He communicates clearly when giving diagnosis on the issue and advice on how to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.

Amazing service! I called Luigi on a Sunday & he was there within an hour. He helped fix an a/c issue and even came back later when things still weren't working quite right.

I never had a favorite plumber before but now I do! I called Papa's Plumbing yesterday around 5pm as I was having problems with my water heater. Serge came out by 6pm. He gave me a verbal quote and emailed me one as well. He also followed up later that evening via text which I appreciated it. In the end he was able to work out a great deal and by noon the next day we had a new water heater, professionally installed and ready to go! Thank you Serge for a stress-free experience!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

If you need a professional without all the headaches, A Team is the only call to make. Robert did a fantastic job hydro jetting a kitchen sink that was severely clogged with a consistency of peanut butter.  He repiped the  under sink connections to create a better flow pattern to prevent future clogs. I highly recommend them.

Beyond helpful! Called them after getting a notice about a possible leak from the water dept. Not only was Ron helpful over the phone but he was able to have Amit at my house within 2 hours. Amit was able to isolate the leak pretty quickly and tell us what he thought the problem was. He gave us a referral for a great plumber and before I could even call the plumber, he called me having received a call and pictures from Amit. It's now 2 days later and the leaky pipe was found, cement jackhammered, repair made and cement replaced. Thank you Sherlock Leak Detective for saving us and finding the problem!!!!

I called DeVinney Plumbing last week when I noticed that there was a leak under the kitchen sink while our dishwasher was running through the rinse cycle. Don and one of his team members were able to come out the same day that I called, they assessed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes or so and the price was fair. I'm glad I found DeVinney and plan to use them for future plumbing related issues.

I called Greg to replace my kitchen faucet.  He was on time and brought all the necessary tools with him.  He took off his shoes prior to entering the house, he kept the area neat and clean and took the old faucet and box away to discard.  He charged me an hour even thou he spent a bit more time on the job.
I would use him again and I would recommend him. His estimate was accurate for the job, he quoted an hour and he charged an hour. I called yesterday and he came out today.  Quick, easy and reliable.  The new faucet looks great and works well with no leaks.

Called Michael and literally heard back within under 10 minutes. He came the next morning - first thing - to fix my leaking disposal. His colleague called to confirm the payment terms once they were already in the building (it's a rental property so I was not there), sent before and after pictures, and followed up immediately with an invoice and payment instructions. I can't say enough about how friendly and responsive they were. Would 100% recommend!!!
