This place is great - my first call if I ever have a plumbing issue!  

Even if they are unavailable immediately, they are helpful over the phone.  Recently, they guided me through a project I was doing myself.  When I thought I was over my head, they gave me a simple tip to finish my project.

Woke up this morning to no hot water and a blown water heater.  Joe was immediately on it and without my even being home, had the old one out, the new one in an hot water running before I got home - and he cleaned up the water on the garage floor!

I want to say that my experience with SER Plumbing was nothing short of EXCELLENT!  So my water heater went down and I needed to get it back up and running as soon as possible.  At 6:40am I came here on Yelp and sent out a request.  Within 20 minutes I got a message from Luis letting me know that he could help, but that he was booked for the day.  But that next day he would be available.  
    Next day came and Luis showed up right on time, with a helper, both very professional and courteous.  They took a look at my water heater, diagnosed the problem,  gave me a quote within minutes.  I gave the go ahead and they went, picked up the parts they needed and had my water heater back up and running within two hours of when they first showed up!  
    Needless to say, I have found the company I will call anytime I need plumbing service.  I wouldn't hesitate to have them come to my house and fix anything I need.  They were great and I am very happy with their service.    Thank you SER Plumbing.

I was able to setup an appointment for the next day to replace a sprinkler valve that was leaking before we left on vacation. He showed up on time and did a great job. He had to go get some fittings so the job took a bit longer, but he honored the original quote. Very happy with the work. I would call them again.

Hired Peter Lai Plumbing to replace faucets, toilet, pipes.  Got his reviews from Yelp. Yelp Reviews are awesome.  Andy did exactly what he quoted. Definitely desires 5 stars.  Very professional.  Left house cleaner than when he started.

Luigi is the best.. He is able to identify problem quickly and able to correct issue. I had no air conditioning and after getting Breaker issue resolved, he had part in his truck. He is dependable and reasonably priced for his services. Thank you Luigi !

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

This business took advantage of me. They overcharged me so much that another local plumbing company apologized to my wife and I.

When I decided to confront the A team plumbing service about the high price, they said Sir, the parts cost a lot of money and the cost of labor. I then asked for a list of the parts needed for the job along with the price for all parts then I did a price check with three big name vendors. My findings revealed that that they lied about the total cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job.

Next, I confronted them about cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job and they told me that the price quoted to me was the exact price they paid for it. Lol. That's Lie #2!

I asked where did you purchase the parts? The company representative replied with Home Depot. I smiled. And said, I actually checked the price for all of the parts with Home Depot. The price you said you paid for the parts are 3X times more than what is advertised on the Home Depot website and even on the Lowe's.com website. He then said I can give you a copy of the receipt. I said you don't need to do that but okay. I appreciate that. Then the company rep said I will send it to you via text message. I said thank you.

Well folks, I never got a text message. So I called the company office and asked for the owner to give me a call to discuss this matter amicably. The company rep in the office said no problem, we will have him call you. Again folks, I never received a call. I called the office again, same story. I waited for about a week. No call back. It's been over 4 weeks now.

Now I am telling you my story. I'm sure this company may do good work but their core values stinks. Integrity is a real issue at this company. I don't trust them after my experience to do any work for me. And I would not recommend them to my family or friends nor to YOU.

I can't believe they were that desperate for money to overcharge a customer. It says a lot about the company's leadership. Don't spend your money with these people.

One of the best leak detector around!! We had water issue near our Air conditioner condenser and thought we have problem with A/C, so called A/C people they came out and they had absolutely no idea where the leak was coming from!! Called Sherlock and Raanan came out on that day and found exactly where it was coming from and even found how it effected/ damaged the areas near the water leak! We are now underway with repairing. Thank you Raanan!!

Very pleased with the work and communication between DeVinney Plumbing and myself when I called for a drain to be cleared. I was contacted to schedule the work and was also contacted the day of work to inform me their time of arrival which was accurate. Don was very professional upon arrival and did a great job. Was very happy with the work. I highly recommend them.

Called Michael and literally heard back within under 10 minutes. He came the next morning - first thing - to fix my leaking disposal. His colleague called to confirm the payment terms once they were already in the building (it's a rental property so I was not there), sent before and after pictures, and followed up immediately with an invoice and payment instructions. I can't say enough about how friendly and responsive they were. Would 100% recommend!!!
