However, I would like to see the office to be more responsive regarding calling back and updating me with any delays.

Hired John's Plumbing to install a water filtration system and faucet. Had to cut a hole in the countertop for the faucet, and many plumbers weren't able to do so. John did that and installed the system within a couple hours. Happy with the service!

I had a leak in the faucet in the tub. A friend of mine replaced the inner workings twice and it continued to leak. I called Shellback and they sent out 2 very nice, professional men who fixed the problem in about an hour. There was no up selling. They gave 2 quotes depending on what needed to be done and fortunately the lower quote was the only one we needed. I prefer to use companies based in SCV and I'm thrilled to have a reliable plumber who I feel comfortable with.

There was a misunderstanding of communication between Andy & andi (yes i am andi too); we have a small leakage on the garage ceiling where bathtub is directly above it. Andy cut small opening and found out no pipe leaks, and suspected it may come from the tub surround which clearly seen when he observed the edges of the tub. So i need to redo the caulking this weekend.
Andy is very nice person, knowledgeable, and most of all patient in explaining. And to top it all off, he waived the charge for the service he did, which i am very appreciated.

Called for a burnt out HVAC after a power surge on a Sunday and he took the time to explain how the transformer is probably blown in incredible detail. Helped us give our landlord all the right information and saved a lot of guessing. Thank you!

Serj was fantastic. I called him about a clogged sink and backed up dishwasher and he came by promptly. Fixed it in thirty minutes no problem. Very good prices and very friendly. I will defintely be using him again.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

If you're anything like me you probably don't like having strangers come to your house & work on a problem that you don't quite understand, all the while keeping your fingers crossed they don't make things worse, charge through the nose & have the problem persists once they've left & have gotten paid. * I thank my lucky stars to have found Allstar Rooter. They are reliable, friendly, reasonable & don't judge your plumbing hot mess which let's face it can be very embarrassing. They are true professionals. I trust them wholeheartedly & will continue to refer them to my family & friends.

Great service. I had a leaky faucet, the quote was reasonable. The work was top-notch (coming from an architect) and they charged the agreed amount. Pretty much a perfect outcome.

We had a unnoticeable water leak.  I called Sherlock Leak.  Josh and Ron were amazing.  The leak was found within 30 minutes!  The leak cannot hide from Ron!

Very responsive and quick turnaround time. We called in the morning around 11am due to our water heater going out. By about 1pm they were there with the new one to install. Simple as that and at what appeared to be a decent price.

Sunset West is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!  They are honest, efficient, pleasant -- Terrific!  The only bad reviews are by people who were not able to get an appointment with them.  I can understand how they may be too busy to take on new customers because once you use them on a job, you won't be happy with any other plumbing service.  And a special thanks to Sharon who, despite being terribly busy, is always pleasant and does her best to schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time.  Believe all the five-star reviews.  After twenty years in this house, working with several different plumbers, some inept and some downright dishonest, I am so happy to have found Sunset West.

Living in a house built in the 1920's, I see a lot of Greg and Daniel, brothers and owners of the business.

- They get the job done and for a fair price.
- When there is an emergency, sadly more often than I would like, they will drive right over and work late if needed.
- They talk to me about replacing parts vs. buying new, and don't pressure me to make a decision right away.
- I definitely trust them!
- Added bonus, they are very friendly with my kids and cat.

Extremely professional,  very prompt response- we were extremely thankful as we had a leak in the attic.  Gilbert was amazing at identifying and explaining the remediation of the leak.  I would highly recommend A1 Apex plumbing.
