Ray has done multiple projects, both small and large, for our family over the last few years.  He is always professional, friendly, and honest.  His prices are fair, and most importantly, the quality of his work is fabulous.  If something does not need replacing, he will be the first to tell you.  Because he does great work, he has a long list of happy customers.

My family and I are so blessed to have been able to finally find a reputable license contractor who is honest, reliable and very responsible.  We were in need of a license contractor because of a unique situation we had with our homes. Jose the owner even took his time to go with my family and I to aid us with city permits. I loved the immediate communication and the prompt responses I received from Jose. That was key for me, as I dislike companies who take hours or days to respond. He kept his word and kept me updated through out the duration of the project. When he was done the city inspector even reviewed his work and comment by saying perfect job. Since then he continued to work on different projects and has always delivered in a timely manner and  quality work. I can't emphasize enough that he is very reasonable with his prices. He represents his company very well.  Kudos to Jose and look forward working with you on future assignments. My family and I are thankful!!!

Contacted Shellback to fix a pipe I broke on accident.  They were able to fit me in the same day and the plumber showed up during the time slot I was given.  He was nice, professional and explained everything he was doing so that I clearly understood.  For several hours labor and parts I feel the pricing was fair and competitive.  No gimmicks with these guys.

Got a quote over the phone for a job I was looking to get done. Was quoted a minimum of $400.

After calling a few other places, determined this price quoted was much higher than all others (double in some cases).

Because of the outrageous rates and the extended time frame for availability, I ended up researching and figured out how to fix this on my own.

Labor costs = $0

Unfortunate that the plumbing professionals of the world seem to be taking advantage of the majority of folks who don't know how or are physically unable to fix issues on their own.

Just as it was getting dark on a Friday night our HVAC suddenly stopped pumping cold air and the temperature started climbing. I called Luigi and he agreed to come take a look before he went home even though he was clearly tired from a long day. He was here within an hour and managed to get things back up and running in no time. Really grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Thanks Luigi!

Our hot water went out on a Friday night, and apparently our tankless water heater was a little long in the tooth (18 years old!) and not functioning properly. I Reached out to Papa's Plumbing early on Saturday morning, was able to get through to them and schedule an appointment and by noon we had hot water running perfectly. Great communication, quickly explained what was wrong with our unit and our options to fix it with the associated cost estimate, and was not trying to upsell or push to pay more than needed to fix the problem. We'll definitely be using Papa's next time we have a plumbing issue.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

Ron was awesome! He came quickly, had all kinds of detection equipment, and found the leak in no time. He was very helpful in referring a restoration company and plumber to handle the rest of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in case of another plumbing mystery. I've learned the leak is often in a completely different place than where you see it seeping out.

We had a gas leak in the outside wall according to the Gas Co. who came out and tested. He shut off our gas.
I called DeVinney Plumbing. Don came out the next day.  Found the leak. Turned out it was in the ground. The pipe had a large hole in it.  He replaced the piece of pipe.  Seems to have corrected the problem.

Don did a good job.  The cost was more than we had anticipated.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

They were responsive to our text, came on time, did a good job at a reasonable price.
Will use them again.
