I called for a completely blocked toilet by roots on a Tuesday.
Said they could not come until Monday. Seriously!
I should have known better, we had used him to replace a garbage disposal a few months back, he needed to call for help for a cheap replacement.

John is an amazing plumber. We have used him numerous times for a large variety of plumbing issues and he has always saved the day!!! He even should up with short notice to fix a leak in our back house which was really awesome because the tenants had to leave for work and john arrived 20 minutes after we called!! I cant say enough about John, he is trustworthy, will offer you a great price, is always on time or early for the job and is clean and efficient!! Thanks John for saving us time and time again!! I wish there were 6 stars!!

On Monday of last week our hot water went out. I call Sears for the parts and received them that Thursday. I needed a plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Ray Mendoza. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I called him on Friday morning and he asked if I needed him that day. I explained my situation, Ray explained that he had a busy day but he would at my home around 4:30pm. He arrived around around 2:30pm, Ray was very pleasant and went straight to work. Ray installed the new part and lite the heater, but the heater would stay lite. So he took the lighten system apart, cleaned out the system and relighted the heater. Then he waited to make sure the heater continued to work, his prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ray to all my friends.

It was a pleasure working with luis. Fast clean and got the job done right. Will definitely be calling him back for any future plumbing issues. Thank you guys.

While looking for a plumber in Yelp I found that PL Plumbing has many good reviews. I was desperate with the previous plumber so I  decided to search for second opinion. Andy responded right away. He came, inspected the issue & brought his team to fix the real problem & even cleaned all the mess. They are great, honest, responsive, knowledgeable & professional Thanks Andy, till next time.

Sounds like a scam.  Called them because they were in my area.  It sounded like a call center.  Got cut off.  Never returned my call.  Apparently don't have a Papa in my area.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Santos did a great job!! Replaced our kitchen faucet with a sensor faucet.  Would recommend, very kind fast and through!

Robert came out and told me exactly what was going on with my plumbing. He used a camera so there was nothing left to the imagination.

Ron came out within the hour on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend with a minimal emergency surcharge that was well worth the extra cost.  He was knowledgeable all-around, thorough, reassuring and didn't tack on any unnecessary services.  I was following up from a slab leak that had occurred five months earlier and appreciated the quick peace of mind Ron gave me that the problem had not returned.  Knowing now the difference between Ron's customer service and the first company I used back in March -- I will make Sherlock Leak Detection my one and only call in the future if I should ever need their services again.

Don and his team were outstanding. Very responsive with returning calls and text, as well as getting out to diagnose and recommend. Our water heater had begun to fail, and Don tried to help us save $ by recommending various adjustments to the heater and pump. After none of these options worked, he got us a high quality water heater at a competitive price. Since the upgrade, our water temperature has been perfect throughout the house, which has also reduced the amount of water we use.  Thanks, Don!!

Oliver was on the job today! Showed up at the right time and worked efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and a wealth of information. Fixed one problem on the spot and ruled out all but one solution for the second problem. Accomplished a lot for a reasonable rate!
