JB has previously done a great job of installing a water line for our fridge, dishwasher and repairing broken pipes, we recently called them because our property was experiencing flooding due to the heavy rains. JB Plumbing was able to customize drainage solutions for our 1920's craftsman home in Highland Park. After the latest round of heavy storms, thanks to the work of JB Plumbing, we no longer have flooded muddy areas.

We used PP for about 3 years with no problems. But recently there was a problem with their work (the house had a terrible odor coming from the basement plumbing) and when we asked Ray to send someone out to check on it he totally blew us off. He said it wasnt related to his work. He didnt even want to check on it to find out. It started the day after they worked on our septic, and there is no way it could be related to their work? He didnt even know who he had sent out to do the work. Adios Palisades Plumbing.

We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor.  Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.

Steve is awesome. He responds really fast and shows up on time (in fact he was even able to show up a little earlier than planned after running it by me). He replaced a disposal, fixed a leak and re sealed the sink for a really fair price. He shows up on time and is good with texting and calling. I'm really happy to have his info and know that I can use him in the future.

Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! My family and I are so blessed to have been able to finally find a reputable license contractor who is honest, reliable and very responsible.  We were in need of a license contractor because of a unique situation we had with our homes. Jose the owner even took his time to go with my family and I to aid us with city permits. I loved the immediate communication and the prompt responses I received from Jose. That was key for me, as I dislike companies who take hours or days to respond. He kept his word and kept me updated through out the duration of the project. When he was done the city inspector even reviewed his work and comment by saying perfect job. Since then he continued to work on different projects and has always delivered in a timely manner and  quality work. I can't emphasize enough that he is very reasonable with his prices. He represents his company very well.  Kudos to Jose and look forward working with you on future assignments. My family and I are thankful!!!

I had a leaking kitchen faucet. He told me I needed a new faucet There were honest and reliable, and they did a perfect job. They don't charge to come and look at your issue. Their prices are great compared to other companies and their employees are nice especially Jesse and Chris. Chris is a very honest guy. Very honest employees who dont try to rip you off. They have earned my trust.

Peter has been out a few times for our kitchen pipes clogging...we have an old house so it's expected... He showed up on time (early!) and did the job professionally (affordable also!).   You can't go wrong using him.

Luigi has been our go to with ac mini split issues at a building. He's always busy, but always makes time for our small jobs. Would recommend.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

We don't know much about water heaters, so we had to learn real quick. Called to have 75 gallon water heater installed. Santos was AWESOME!! He recommended leading brand, let me pick install date and time. They were here before me and ready with equipment. I give credit where credit is due! Installed the heater in about 2hrs. Yes job was well executed and I would recommend them to anyone. Very dependable and honest. Their price was competitive and fair.

AMAZING!!! They were able to help me right away with my clogged kitchen sink. Clean courtesy and professional, I was so impressed I booked a second appointment to do a different plumbing project that I need a install of a new water spigot. This is my plumber for all future projects!!!!

Sunset West will be my go-to plumber from now on.  Their scheduler stayed in touch to let me know exactly when to expect the plumbers, and they were right on time.  They promptly solved the problem I had called about and also solved a problem I hadn't thought to ask about when I called to schedule.  The plumbers were professional and personable.

Long over due review. I called late one afternoon and was told a technician could come out the next morning. I have had a horrible time with water bugs terrorizing my bathroom! Jaime arrived on time, assessed the issue, gave me 2 solutions and recommended what to try first. Not only did he perform the work, but came back 2 days later to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend and they will be my go to for any additional plumbing needs.
