Sink was backed up and I called the dynamic duo at JB Plumbing&Rooter. They came out and were punctual. Had my sink operating in no time. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks!

We have used Palisades Plumbing Inc. multiple times over the last 5 months. We recently purchased a town home that needed some work. They were quick to make an appointment and come fix not only my kitchen sink leak but they also have fixed 2 toilets that have given me issues.

Respectable, quick and friendly! Will always recommend them in the future.

On September 21st, I set an appointment for John to come fix my toilet. He was very friendly and prompt. He fixed my toilet. I paid him $70 and he left. The next day, the toilet was leaking from the same spot that he had attempted to fix the day before. I called them up and politely explained the situation (John didn't answer, it sounded like an older man). I basically said, Hey, no harm, no foul, I'm not mad, but the thing that I hired John to come fix hasn't been fixed, can he please come back and finish the job?

The man on the phone argued with me, telling me it had already been fixed (I guess he thought I was blind and/or messing with him). I said, I don't know what to tell you sir, I'm kneeling down here on the bathroom floor and it's continuing to leak from the exact spot I hired John to fix twenty four hours ago. The man said, John's not here, I'll have him call you back.

That was over a month ago. I called Plumbing Bros and they came and fixed it immediately.

So if you feel like giving a dude $70, having him NOT fix your toilet, and then having his phone guy argue and tell you that you're wrong, DEFINITELY call John!

OR, just give me the $70. I'll at least set us up a bar tab at the Village Tavern.

John, if you're reading this, feel free to respond. I'd love to hear it. (Seriously, I've been waiting over a month!).

Ser Plumbing is the best.  We've had 4 jobs completed by Ser.  They replaced our main water line, repaired a leaky toilet, relocated our washer hook-up to the opposite side of the room, and repaired a busted pipe.  

The prices are always reasonable, and the work is outstanding.   Whenever we have a plumbing problem, Ser Plumbing is the only company I call.

I wish I'd called them first! After runaround from another plumbing company, Byron came, on time, with knowledge, listened to me, and researched my problem. He quickly solved it and saved me money. I appreciate the good communication and reliability of this company and will use them again. Best experience I've had with a plumber in 15 years.

Absolutely fantastic. They fixed our backed up toilet quickly, their guy was super friendly, and their rates were fair. This was easily the best experience with a plumber I've ever had. Would definitely use them again if anything comes up in the future.

Second time I leave a Yelp review. In my experience, everyone always asks where did you hear about their business or to please leave a yelp review.
And that's perfectly OK, I get it.

BUT, Luigi did neither. What he did do was stop at nothing until he figured out what was wrong with our HVAC unit. After being told three times that it was fine by previous AC specialist even though it was not pumping cold air.
The AC seemed to work every time the other guy came out, so it was a bit frustrating communicating that it did not work when we wanted it to.
He found nothing wrong, and said it was fine.

After 4 months of it NOT being fine. During this weeks heatwave...
I called Luigi in the evening and he was out to our house the very next day.
Luigi got to the bottom of it and made sure it was working.

Straight-shooter, no nonsense, get the job done kind of guy.
Luigi was awesome and did a great job.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Anthony came in and addressed my toilet which has been clogged for two days now. The second he came through, he showed so much professionalism and kindness. He got the job done in under fifteen minutes. Would definitely use this company again!

Amazing!!  I have a device (Flume) that tells me if water is being used even thoughI don't actively have any water running inside or outside the house.  Looking at your water meter does the same thing, but this device actually gives you notifications on your phone.  Anyway, the device alerted me to a leak of about 13 gallons/hour.  I looked everywhere for the leak, inside and outside and couldn't find it.  Nothing was visible.  After calling Sherlock, Ron came out in an hour or so and found the leak within 30 minutes.  First, he narrowed the problem down to the outside, which was a big relief.  Then, after methodically evaluating various possibilities, he determined that the source of the leak was a faulty auto-fill device inside a pond skimmer.  He is an absolute pro.  He track leaks incredibly fast, is a genuinely nice guy, and has specialized equipment to assist in the investigation. I would absolutely call Ron again for a suspected leak. No way I'd call another tradesperson without special leak detection skills and experience.  Thanks Ron and Sherlock for great work!

DeVinney Plumbing is very responsive and they provide honest service.  They are very friendly and if they can fix your problem and avoid a higher cost solution they do it. This is the second tome that we used them. Don

I cannot say enough good things about Sunset West.  I had a water pipe on my side of the meter break.  LADWP never showed after many calls and LA Fire Dept came last night to shut it off. I talked to Sunset West's owner Jimmy Papik at 7:30 am and two of his people started work by 10:30 am. They had to cut out some brick.  They did an excellent job even putting in new brick.  Just an excellent job  - knew their job, courteous, neat and thorough.  FIVE stars plus.   Highly recommend.

We discovered a leak in our water heater and were about to leave on a vacation.  We called Pitman Plumbing and Dale was at our home in a flash.
He replaced the water heater without a hitch and within two and a half hours we had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. We were able top leave on our vacation without worry!
