While we were getting the insulation redone in our new home, the foreman pointed out a questionable, duct-taped repair on one of the vent pipes in the attic. Called Jose and he was able to come out that afternoon. After poking around for a couple of minutes, he assured me that the pipes just needed to be glued together, and that it was a simple fix that I could do myself for a few bucks. Covid safe, good communication, and punctual, too!

We used PP for about 3 years with no problems. But recently there was a problem with their work (the house had a terrible odor coming from the basement plumbing) and when we asked Ray to send someone out to check on it he totally blew us off. He said it wasnt related to his work. He didnt even want to check on it to find out. It started the day after they worked on our septic, and there is no way it could be related to their work? He didnt even know who he had sent out to do the work. Adios Palisades Plumbing.

John is an amazing plumber. We have used him numerous times for a large variety of plumbing issues and he has always saved the day!!! He even should up with short notice to fix a leak in our back house which was really awesome because the tenants had to leave for work and john arrived 20 minutes after we called!! I cant say enough about John, he is trustworthy, will offer you a great price, is always on time or early for the job and is clean and efficient!! Thanks John for saving us time and time again!! I wish there were 6 stars!!

We had a leak from our tub that we learned was starting to come through the ceiling to the floor below.  I called in the morning and Danny arrived within a couple hours.  He was Covid cautious and careful to keep everything clean as he worked.  He was efficient and helpful.  The cost was very reasonable.  I would use them again and recommend

TL;DR they refused to work with me as a renter. Avoid.

If you are a renter, don't waste your time calling these folks as they will not work with you. Contacted them seeking an estimate on a job ($1800 estimate from other plumber) to get second estimate. They refused to even come out and do an estimate without the homeowner calling them first. Way to lose a job, Papa's. Seemed elitist; and calling me sweetie while telling me I'm not adult enough to schedule a plumber service is condescending and problematic. Guess Papa's is the Patriarchy!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

These guys are top notch. I've used them on several occasions and will continue using them. I've also recommended them to neighbors and friends who have had only positive things to say.

They are very responsive which is so important. In emergencies they've even done some troubleshooting with me over the phone/via text which I've appreciated. They do good work.

Ron is the best! He is professional and does excellent work. He has a job that is hard to do well and when you need the service your usually upset but I am so happy I had his number when facing another unknown water leak. I hope I won't have to use him a third time but I would not hesitate. Call him if you have a leak that only shows in your already high water bill. Thank you Ron!

Aaron and Sammy came out and took care of several issues we had with an older 1964 home. They were on time (actually early but called to ask permission to arrive early). They were very professional and pleasant.
I would recommend them all day long and would use them again.

Don't bother!  I wanted to try a local business so tried calling them 3 times today (Thursday) during work hours.  No one answers the phone and there is no answering machine.

Dale and his son Greg do a great job. When my sewer lateral got clogged and I couldn't bust it out with a snake, I called Dale and he helped get it jetted out. Very up-to-date on the latest plumbing technology, and very professional. Their website is pitmanplumbing.com

This company was amazing they responded to my add in 5min had a guy out in 30 min, he was friendly, professional, took care of the issue quickly, gave me options! I'll be using them in the future always!
