They're my go to plumbers. Jesse and Jose are just the most trustworthy and honest plumbers I've ever worked with. I have many many problems with the pipes in my very old house and they're always very determined to get to the bottom of any problem-- they're almost like pipe detectives! Their prices are fair and they are really good people. Hire them!

My water heater was leaking so I called several different companies. Luis at Ser Plumbing went the extra mile to explain everything and gave me a quote over the phone. Because he was so kind and had the best pricing that I decided to go with his company. His work is clean and meticulous - even screwed in my water heater container to make sure the lid closed correctly. He is so kind and caring - I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

After 4 days with no hot water and after calling two local companies one which quoted us double the price and another that failed to show I stumbled upon this company. I contacted them today and within a few hours they were able to come on out to assess the problem with my water heater. I sent my project out for quotes in Yelp and Andy of Peter Lai Plumbing was one of the first responders. He was the only one who had a response that gave me a price range for the repair work I needed. It was a straight problem of 1 clogged  bathroom sink and I really like the direct and simple process with Andy compared to the other responses I got. After doing a bit of research, verified his license and his yelp reviews, I decided to go with him. We agreed to meet next day, he showed up on time, prepared and very courteous mannered. He was considerate in putting shoe covers when going inside the house, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, his work was excellent! He unclogged the drain in minutes and made us understand how far everything was! In our case, it went over 25ft. He said he went beyond that to make sure. He warrantied his work for 30 days. I am a happy customer and will definitely use him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you very much, Andy!

Luigi is the kindest plumber I have ever met, and having owned a house for 25 years, I have met many. It was easy to schedule with Luigi, and despite our house and plumbing being old and having unpredicted surprises which required delicate and extra expert work, Luigi patiently installed our kitchen faucet, doing whatever was needed carefully and neatly. His price was very fair and he even caulked around our sink explaining that it had to be done to protect the wood in the walls. I feel very lucky to have met Luigi.

They came out quickly, and diagnosed the problem efficiently. He used the camera to be sure what he was dealing with before wasting either of our time. They usually charge for it, but because it was his initiative to use it, seems like I got service above and beyond. The problem was solved and I was given prices and options on how to proceed. Had to opt for only the clearing, rather than the hydrojetting I DO understand I need from his showing me, simply a timely financial decision.  But great service with clarity of issue and options left me feeling great about their company.
Bonus points for their cool classic branding on the company van.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Our water heater leaked and Santos installed the new one.
He was very responsive through yelp messaging and gave a good price. He was upfront about the fees and explained the fees in detail. (which is good)

Jeremy came to inspect the leak at our pool earlier today.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He was able to determine that our plumbing is not the cause of our leak and he suspects that there is a leak at the plaster of our pool. He will be returning on Wednesday to dive in and locate our leak.
Overall, very happy with Jeremy. He was very kind and took his time to answer all of my que and concern.

I reached out to a few plumbers via the yelp app and DeVinney Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I text them my number and heard from the owner himself. Explained that I was looking to HydroJet to my sewer system and he asked a few questions about cleanout locations due to the wet nature of the job. Talked for a minute or two about coming out to view the project and provide a quote when he asked me where I was located. I stated that my house is in Santa Ana. He told me that he'll pass on the job due to being located in Santa Ana and we was worried about his tools being stolen. Hmm. Guess this guy's got plenty of business. Not mine...

The hot water in my bathroom kept dripping and it was driving me CRAZY, so a friend told me to reach out to Sunset West Plumbing and they were AWESOME.

Oliver came promptly between the 1 hour window I was promised (1 hour, what a wonderfully short window!), and worked quickly to solve the problem. Not only that, he walked me through the whole process, explained why I was having issues and gave me tips on how to handle some of the minor repairs myself in the future. Oliver was extremely professional, charming, knowledgeable and friendly!

I will definitely be recommending Sunset West Plumbing to friends and will continue to use them for any additional plumbing needs I have.

We had a faulty kitchen faucet. Junior came in on a weekend to check it out. As the faucet was faulty and there was nothing to fix, Junior did not charge us and checked the faucet and gave the diagnosis for free.
We got a replacement faucet and Junior came to install it the next day. He installed it and cleaned up after himself and everything was done quick and professionally. They also checked our water pressure.
Highly recommend!!
