They came as a referral -- JB Plumbing aka Jesse and Jose Armando. I realized that I had not done my usual price pre-negotiations over the phone before they came over, but it was evident from seeing this sweet husband and wife team that they were good, honest, people. And they delivered in a big way. My water filtration system that I was all set to install myself -- cause, you know, I'm a man -- was out of my league. They were a couple challenges that would have left me huddled in a corner crying, but they navigated through them with great temperament and a smile. I'm very happy to have them as my new official plumbers. I would've given them seven stars, but it only goes up to five :)

Woke up this morning to no hot water and a blown water heater.  Joe was immediately on it and without my even being home, had the old one out, the new one in an hot water running before I got home - and he cleaned up the water on the garage floor!

I asked John to give me an estimate for section of main line replacement. The price was fair. It took one day to  finish the job. John's Plumbing did a great job. 
I will call them again if I have other plumbing issues.

I was in a bind having our sewer line from our kitchen sink break under our house. I put out a request for a quote on Yelp and Clear Pipe was one that responded and was able to come out the same day. They were our second quote coming in less than half of the original quote. We decided to go with them as they were able to get in the very next day and complete the job. They  were very punctual and courteous and got the job done right. I would recommend them if anyone needed a plumbing job done.

Ray has provided plumbing services, for both the condominium and my unit, for the last few years, and I highly recommend! Ray and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. The pricing is fair, and they always get the job done well!

Trouble restarting our water heater and SER Plumbing was the best option. Within an hour, Jose showed up and knew the problem. Replaced the broken parts, checked it and the heater is working again. I'm very impressed with the quality of service specially during this Covid-19. Well recommended.

Amazing service! I had an emergency--sewage backed up in a downstairs shower!--and called Gary's company; he'd done a great job on a minor job some months before, and I trust him. But because he didn't pick up right away (it was a Sunday), and I was in a panic, I stupidly called another company. That Other Company came right out and then ran a camera down my sewer line. The guy diagnosed the problem as a broken sewer pipe, creating a joint where stuff was snagging and blocking the pipe--so he said. The cost he quoted me to dig up the driveway and fix it was $7,000!! I said I'd think about it. I paid him $250 for that catastrophic diagnosis and he left. Then Gary called!  He came out, ran the camera down the hole, and had me look at the monitor: absolutely no problem. He not only didn't charge me for that second opinion, he unclogged my shower drain for $75.00!!!! That's all I paid. Problem solved. The Other Company is crooked. Shellback is totally honest, fair, professional, smart, experienced. They've won me over as a lifetime customer.

I brought in Andy to investigate a long standing water leak and it turned out to be a very mysterious find.  At first it really appeared to be the old angled feed into the sewers, but upon further looking, my upstairs secondary sink waste pipe had a major leak.  I panicked and was so scared... This was a 3 part investigation and Andy was there holding my hand and explaining to be the constraints of each part... what it could be what it cannot be.   This definitely was one of the most stressful fixes to my house in my entire life.  So glad Andy was there.  He also did not charge me extra when a second crack was found despite them recutting the new connection and redoing the entire thing all over again.  Owning this kind of home is definitely one of life's challenges.  when explaining how pipes can be severed, he pointed out minute details that gave me final confidence in the fix.  They are also very skillful in fashioning custom fit for the pipes.  I will definitely ask for Andy again next time because Andy cares about his clients and their mental wellbeing.  Making this kind of repair is stressful enough... having experts like him takes the edge off for sure.

Fast, reasonably priced, professional. Luigi fixed my sink the day I called him and even checked in to make sure everything was working fine. Pleasant guy and he will explain the problem to you clearly and not give you a run-around like some other plumbers in the area I've dealt with. Highly recommended.

I just had Papa's Plumbing here to work on a leaking sink. I had a SMALL window of time I could be home. The technician Richard was GREAT! He arrived slightly early, dealt with a challenging situation and did a wonderful job in a prompt time. I am sold on Papa's Plumbing!

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

Inquired through Yelp and they responded quickly and were able to schedule us the next day.  Don (owner) and his assistant were professional, friendly, helpful.  Don explained what needed to be done, they were quick and thorough and did a great job.

These guys were extremely hard to get a hold of. Then when they did show up,while they did a good job of measuring the never provided the quote. Why do all the work and then not quote?

Greg Pitman tried to fix a simple issue under our sink.   Instead he made it worse which left us with significant WATER DAMAGE.     Did he offer or advise us of the problem or repair the damage.  NO.   He took off and left us with a very expensive repair.    Very DISHONEST and avoids helping after he made a very bad error.     That is the truth.

Friendly and very thorough, diagnosed my problem and took care of it promptly.  Faulty shower valve was replaced and they checked other parts of the water system to see if there was any other issues related.  Price was fair and matched the quote I was given.  Definitely would have them come back if I have future needs.
