This review is a long time coming. My house is old - like 90 years old. It's been remodeled a few times, but things wear out and go bad. For the first couple of years I lived in my home I used the plumber recommended by the  previous owner. Every single thing those guys did would fall apart within a year. Then a colleague recommended I call Jose at JB Plumbing. He's been a godsend. He answers his phone. He shows up whenever I've had an urgent plumbing issue within an hour or two. He tells me what needs to happen and what it will cost, and he delivers. His work doesn't need to be fixed a year later.

This weekend when my main line was leaking, my first reaction was panic. Second reaction - call Jose. He was at my house within an hour, shut down the water and showed up the next day to fix the problem.

I've also had him work on the sewer line, my toilet and my water heater. Like I said - it's an old house.

I love that he works this as a family business too. Everyone at JB Plumbing is friendly and professional, and even my architect neighbor
said the work was amazing. Plus - there are women on this crew which is beyond awesome.

We've used Palisades Plumbing for years and the owner Ray and his staff have always been the very best.  Mario has been the service tech for many of our projects and problems, and he's the bomb!  Highly recommended!

I had an emergency situation where one of the pipes connected to my water main had burst. John was able to come out that same day just a few hours later and had my water line repaired in a jiffy. I was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but John was honest about his rates and did the work for a very fair price. A total lifesaver!

Steve did a great job.

He was professional, friendly and informative. He fixed our garbage disposal issue all in one morning. He even showed us how we can prevent future issues.

I will be calling on him again for my plumbing needs. In fact, as far as I'm concerned, he's our new plumber now.

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

I called Ser Plumbing today around 2pm, this is important because of the immediate urgency that was taken to service me, and spoke to Luis. I mentioned that I had an extreme leak in my kitchen sink faucet and how the severity of this matter required for me to shut down the main water valve. Once he heard this, he made sure to pencil me in right away. In about two hours of calling and inquiring his services, he and his brother Juan were at my door. They replaced the kitchen sink faucet and left work area immaculate. I am so pleased and grateful to both Luis and Juan. If I could give them more stars for the excellent service, I would! Shellback plumbing brings integrity and honesty to a higher level. We had a backed up sewer from tree roots.  I called to set up an appointment and the phone was answered promptly.  Byron had a sewer camera that showed the inside of the pipe and root bulb growing. The situation was assessed and blockage was temporarily cleared quickly and efficiently. The bad news was these roots were to re grow in 6-8 months and routine hydro Jetting was an bi annual option.  A new liner was suggested as a more durable option to keep the integrity of the line. I chose the more durable option. There were some unexpected underground issues that came up during the resolve. The Shellback team ended up adding a new lateral to the street.  They went over budget, however the price remained the same flat cost estimate to me. Truly gifted professionals that I can personally recommend.

I called Peter Lai plumbing about a clog in my shower, he was in the area & arrived about 15 minutes. He accessed the problem & about 15 minutes later I have a cleared drain for the price quoted. He arrived quickly was courteous & professional, & got the job done quickly & cleanly, I highly recommend Peter Lai Plumbing.

Needed a last minute heater replacement due to a crack in an existing heater . Luigi Heater was able to replace quickly and did not try to upsell or perform work that was not needed. Will hire again.

We had an issue we wanted checked out and they were able to squeeze us in same day.  I believe I spoke on the phone with Serge who was professional and friendly.  The tech, Richard, was also very friendly and knowledgeable.  Turns out we didn't need service, but Richard made sure to give me lots of information to alleviate the issue myself.   I would definitely recommend to others.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

Contacted Joe for a quote through yelp. He was the easiest and quickest plumber to respond and come out for an estimate. Gave us an honest estimate and honored the 5% discount on top of it for mentioning yelp. We were able to schedule the job within the week. Later, found out job (gas line) was not needed. Joe was professional in his response to us cancelling.

When you have a leak that goes from bad to worse on Christmas Eve and you need to find the source ASAP, call Ron!  Once Ron arrived on the scene, he quickly found the leak.  A huge relief.  Best Christmas present ever.  Thanks Ron.  5 stars across the board for knowledge, customer service, and professionalism.

We had a clogged  sink that we'd tried all of our regular strategies, with nothing working.  It was a Saturday and many plumbers weren't open.  I called DeVinney Plumbing and a very pleasant woman took my information telling me she'd get our request to her workers, but not sure whether their schedule would allow them to get there that day.  Within ten minutes Don DeVinney called, said he could absolutely be out within a couple of hours, he'd keep me posted. He texted me when he was on his way, an hour earlier than he thought he could arrive.  He came in masked, worked efficiently, solved our two issues in less than an hour.. very reasonable...we were thrilled.  He will always be who we call first.

Cannot sing their praises more. I have had a total-and I mean TOTAL-nightmare trying to find good plumbers. I have had a broken shower for 8 months that no one could figure out. These guys were able to fix it in no time at all! They think outside the box and really do stick to their tagline 'No problems, only solutions'. They were courteous, professional and even cleaned up after themselves! We will be using them again for sure. Thanks Sunset West-I wish I had found you guys months ago!!!

I needed a complete repipe of all water lines due to repeated water leaks. My plumbing co referred me to Michel and Avi who came in the same day. They have an excellent skilled team of young workers. The job was done in 3 days.
Michel and his brother Avi and all the workers were very friendly. I got impressed indeed with the quality of the job done in my house. I think they deserve more than 5 stars. I stayed home during those 3 days despite the inconvenience. My phobia of water leaks came to an end so now I am ready for new flooring of my house
