They're my go to plumbers. Jesse and Jose are just the most trustworthy and honest plumbers I've ever worked with. I have many many problems with the pipes in my very old house and they're always very determined to get to the bottom of any problem-- they're almost like pipe detectives! Their prices are fair and they are really good people. Hire them!

When I moved to L.A. my home was in great shape but for plumbing issues: Water heater, pipes, two toilets.
You would think that on at least one repair I'd be less than 100% satisfied. NOPE. Palisades Plumbing---and the man who is now my go-to technician-- was prompt, completely competent, informative and reasonably priced.

In a nutshell, Raymond and Company are the best home repair people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Ray is an honest, professional, personable plumber.  I had a horrible smell coming out of my kitchen sink and another company told me I needed to replace a lot of pipes under my house for $4,800!!!  Ray came in as a second opinion, assessed the situation and quickly concluded there was no need to replace any pipes -- he gave me a simple solution at no cost and I was literally all set; issue solved.   Needless to say we were thrilled and will call this trustworthy plumber for all our future needs!!!

They came out right on the appointed time. Used mask and we're very efficient. The came to clear two side by side bathroom sinks and even after running snake the sinks were not draining to their liking and they snaked it again. Price was more than fair and what I really appreciate is that there was no hard up selling. They knew what they were there for and did a great job. They are going in my phone contacts to use again!

There is nothing more fearsome for a homeowner like me than the prospect of getting jabbed by sky-high quotes by less than honest service-providers which is what we exactly got from 3 other plumbing services that came by and wanted to do more than what we were asking (and we can afford) them to do.

Then came David from Shellback. He looked at the problem, told us what needed to be fixed with a quote that would not break our piggy bank. Without much ado, he jumped right into fixing the problem. What an ultimate professional - no nonsense, no shortcuts; just solid work - swift but meticulous! The end product/service was nothing short of exceptional.

While we were elated to have had David, we as most homeowners are saddened that the integrity and honest service that Shellback provides has become more a rarity than the standard. There are a lot of people hurting out here and we for one are thankful there is one godly company out there that is Shellback Plumbing.

Andy from Peter Lai plumbing did an excellent job replacing a faucet that was leaking and was really stuck, and he fixed my leaking shower faucet.  

He gave a great price, communicated well both before and during my repair.

He was willing to help me on the weekend but was also flexible enough to come mid week as well.  

Happy customer and I would definitely go with Andy again.

Luigi is awesome. I had frustrating conversations with a number of other folks. Luigi let me text him photos of my furnace to try to get an early read on the problem. He was responsive, timely, and honest about what it would take to fix the furnace. It was a pleasure working with him! (I also never write these things :) )

We moved into our first house and called Papa's Plumbing to install a toilet, kitchen faucet, and a shower head.  There was some miscommunication and Serge thought they were just coming out for a quote, but he made it possible for all of the work to be completed same-day. He also found that our home had a malfunctioning pressure regulator and no pressure release valve. He was able make these repairs at the same visit, putting my husband and I at ease in the first days in our new home. Serge is a real professional, super polite and efficient, and his crew left everything absolutely spotless. Can't recommend this company more highly and will be using them for everything plumbing-related moving forward.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Our water heater leaked and Santos installed the new one.
He was very responsive through yelp messaging and gave a good price. He was upfront about the fees and explained the fees in detail. (which is good)
He did a great, and a clean job at installing the new one, on top of that he is very friendly!

We're very happy with the service provided by A-Team and would definitely use them again. Our repair involved installing two new water regulators, pressure gauges, and pressure relief valves... one for the house and one for the irrigation system. The A-Team techs were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable... and fully COVID-19 compliant. The A-Team price was in the mid range of the other estimates I got, but I felt confident I was getting my money's worth in quality... both parts and installation. The parts needed for our repair were hard to find, but the A-Team techs put in the extra time and effort to get them. The final installation exceeded my expectations and is both attractive and ergonomic. And it all got done in one day, from estimate to completed repair.

Ron was awesome! Unfortunately leaks happen but my plumber couldn't find it.   Called Sherlock which came within 5 minutes and found my leak in 10.  Much appreciated.  5 star service.

Sunset West is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!  They are honest, efficient, pleasant -- Terrific!  The only bad reviews are by people who were not able to get an appointment with them.  I can understand how they may be too busy to take on new customers because once you use them on a job, you won't be happy with any other plumbing service.  And a special thanks to Sharon who, despite being terribly busy, is always pleasant and does her best to schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time.  Believe all the five-star reviews.  After twenty years in this house, working with several different plumbers, some inept and some downright dishonest, I am so happy to have found Sunset West.

Dale is the best.  3rd generation plumber with incredible knowledge.  He is also very friendly and extremely trustworthy.  And my wife appreciates that he is very clean.  When he had to go under the house through the bedroom he laid out drop cloths, put on a special suit, and even vacuumed up after himself.

Super fast response. Great rate. Very friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more.
