We called them for an urgent water leak at our office. They arrived same day and we're able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the prompt response and them sharing their knowledge.

Our toilet was leaking and we couldn't tell where the leak was as it was just a little bit of water. I called Palisades Plumbing and they sent Mario out the same afternoon.  He identified the problem, went out to get the part and had it repaired in about an hour.  He was very pleasant, left the room clean, and the bill was reasonable.

I have known John for almost 6 years. I once called him to fix couple plumbing fixtures in my house such as foucet, shower valve and water heater supply line. He not only came on time, did his job in such a professional way, and the price was too good to say no too!

Had a clogged sink and a slow draining tub. There prices are steep!  It would have been $440 for each service.   Unfortunately that was not in my budget.  The tech was very kind and offered a discount to do both for $600 but that was still a little crazy for me. Opted to just have the sink cleared.  They were doing a food drive so donating 2 cans of food reduced my bill by $75 to $365.  He was in and out in under 45 mins.

Ray is a true professional.  Arrives on time and his fees are reasonable.  He is friendly and reliable.  I won't use anyone else.

These guys are professionals.  They came and did everything possible to make sure my problem was solved with my tankless water heater.  Many plumbers wouldn't even come to my area.  I appreciate the help and ease with scheduling the appointment and then being on time.

Very happy with the prompt and friendly service to repair a clogged drain. Gary was scheduled to arrive between 1:00-3:00 and showed up at 1:00. He did a great job and I plan to call him for the next thing that I will be working on.

This review is for Andy Lai. Really appreciate the professional and Quick service he performed for our clogged kitchen sink. He also took time to explain to us what was happening (our sink was just the usual clogging from years of use). Total time took about 1 hour and his rate is very reasonable, with problem-fix guarantee and 1 month warranty. He also does commercial plumbing fyi. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Luigi was great to deal with, very friendly honest and reasonably priced. I had problems with my 10 year + water heater and he tried various solutions before we decided to replace the unit. He only charged for the installation of the new unit, even though he came back twice to try and fix the old one. Highly recommend!

Serge did a sewerline camera inspection when we were in escrow, found a crack in the main line and was able to service and replace the portion of the pipe on the spot which made the process seamless for everyone involved.  He is a true professional, very knowledgeable and extremely dependable.  I highly recommend Serge and Papa's Plumbing to anyone who has any type of plumbing needs!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

I didn't choose this company my management company chose this business. With that being said I would give them 3 out of 10 for services and customer service or lack there of.

Made an appointment for June 10 from 2-3pm and waited until 2:49 to call to see what was going on. The person Natalie Santos stated she didn't know why they hadn't gotten to my house and she would find out and call me back. When she calls back a few mins later she stated that the person van broke down and we can reschedule for tomorrow morning at 8am. After being inconvenienced I still agree to them coming out tomorrow to resolve the issue with my sink. The guy comes the next day at 8am as scheduled. He never stated his name but he looked over what needed to be done, left out to get his tools to complete the job. Once he was done he left without stating what the issue was but that the job was finished. He ask his what/why the sink was stopping up.

After he finished explaining I went back to the bathroom to make sure the sink was working properly and found that this guy had made a complete mess of my bathroom along with leaving water/hair/ whatever was in the drain all over the items in the bottom of the sink. Highly upset that I have damaged items that have to be thrown away and water all over everything including the toilet.

Nasty and careless worker !!! I would NEVER have chosen this company on my own. I spoke with Natalie Davila about the mess the worker left me to clean up and she tell me ITS JUST WATER as if water doesn't cause damage to stuff. Very clueless!!  Also spoke with the owner Santos Davila and he brushed it off like it was my fault his work was careless and nasty worker.

Brian came out and fixed our clogged drain the next day, a holiday. I would definitely recommend to anybody. Quick, reasonably priced, and super communicative.

I discovered I had a leak on 12-1-14.  Based on other reviews, I contacted Sherlock and Ron came out promptly.  He made quick work of locating the leak which allowed me to contact my plumber right away.  He also referred me to Voge Inc for water restoration services (I've also left a review for them).  He reassured me during a stressful time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

I needed a main drain clean out and called Devinny. Sammy and Aaron came over and were very professional and efficient. They took their time and explained what they were seeing in the video. I can't say enough about both of them and the company. I'll definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Saturday night - company coming over - Labor day weekend.  Kitchen sink stops up.  I called several companies - only two called back, one was charging outrageous prices for coming out on a Saturday.  Sunset West called and the price was right.  Juan (J)  took care of the problem.  Courteous and clean - definitely will use again.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

The Team did a great job replacing my garbage disposable. They responded fast to my request and were able to change it without any difficulties. Would definitely recommend!
