While we were getting the insulation redone in our new home, the foreman pointed out a questionable, duct-taped repair on one of the vent pipes in the attic. Called Jose and he was able to come out that afternoon. After poking around for a couple of minutes, he assured me that the pipes just needed to be glued together, and that it was a simple fix that I could do myself for a few bucks. Covid safe, good communication, and punctual, too!

Thrilled with my service from Palisades Plumbing. I had a major leak in a pipe in the crawl space beneath my house. Ray, the owner, had someone out in a flash to check it out, diagnose the problem, let me know my options (including fair pricing) and fixed the issue right away. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of the plumber and his friendly nature was very refreshing considering the horrible experience I've had with several other Los Angeles based plumbing companies! The pricing was very reasonable - so I don't really understand why a few people have commented about it being expensive in their Yelp reviews. Do you expect good work to be done for free? No, I didn't think so. A good plumber is a must have for all home owners. I'm glad I've finally found mine!

Our water heater began spewing water this morning.  John was the first plumber in the area to answer my call, and was able to get to my house within 10 minutes of the call.  He fixed the problem promptly and for what seemed to be a reasonable price.  He was friendly and informative.  I will definitely call John again and will recommend him to neighbors.  Thanks, John!

Steve is amazing! We had a clog on our main line at 10:30 p.m. We were so concerned and did not want more sewage backing up into our bathtub! Steve came within 30 minutes and was kind, courteous and stayed until midnight to make sure everything worked correctly. He walked us through the whole process and really alleviated our stress. Ray is an honest, professional, personable plumber.  I had a horrible smell coming out of my kitchen sink and another company told me I needed to replace a lot of pipes under my house for $4,800!!!  Ray came in as a second opinion, assessed the situation and quickly concluded there was no need to replace any pipes -- he gave me a simple solution at no cost and I was literally all set; issue solved.   Needless to say we were thrilled and will call this trustworthy plumber for all our future needs!!!

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you Shellback for such prompt and amazing service. I know it was simple job (replacing kitchen faucet), but you certainly handled it like I was a valued customer!

Andy and his assistant came out to resolve a clog issue, that an another plumber failed to resolved on a previous day. Their service was very professional, and their charges are reasonable. I'm glad that I was able picked the right choice of plumbing service on Yelp. Too many choices.

Louis is probably the best plumber in Downtown LA area that i have came across.  Reliable, reasonable and helpful.  Highly recommend him.

Amazing people. I called on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect to get a real person on the line, but I did and they helped book one of their team for Tuesday after the holiday. Then, Monday morning one of their crew became available and was there that morning ( a day early!).  Texts from the home office kept me appraised of when they would arrive and the service tech was on time, super thorough, knowledgeable and polite.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

If i could i put a minus 5 stars, i started using it a while back and they were more friendly and affordable, no they have grow and their service is all about money, even thou i have used them more than 2 times, they keep on increasing their prices.
Simply STAY AWAY from this people.

A-Team helped us out in Tarzana last week with a clogged bathroom system.  They were everything good....on-time, Covid smart, functioned as a great team, prompt.  And the fee was fair.  Jason and Javier worked as a true A-Team with a supervisor, Robert I think.  Anyway, they are now my go to.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sherlock Leak Detectives.

Recently I heard water rushing inside one of our walls.  I called Hotline Plumbing (see separate review) and they called Sherlock to come out and find the problem.  Even though this was late afternoon/early evening on a Sunday, Sherlock Leak Detectives came out quickly and found the burst pipe right away.

I hope you never have to face a burst pipe, but if you do, I highly recommend Sherlock Leak Detectives!

I needed a new water heater and a couple of misc. items repaired and i couldn't be happier that I went with Don and DeVinney Plumbing. The work was reasonably priced, he and Sam were very thorough and professional. When the need arises in the future, DeVinney Plumbing will be my first call.

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. They are professionals, knowledgeable and the quality of the work done by Sunset West Plumbing is first rate.  Oliver was excellent.  The office staff is pleasant, efficient, and follows up regarding appointment scheduling.  Over the years and number of plumbers we have used while remodeling, we have been rather frustrated.  But not this time.  They are terrific.  Thank you.

I had a true emergency last night--a water heater on the second floor was leaking, and the leak was getting worse. Worst of all, it was Sunday night. When I called Pitman's number, Greg Pitman answered the phone right away. He was at my building within 30 minutes, and he diagnosed the problem quickly (not only was the water heater bad, but a shutoff valve wasn't working). Greg stopped the leak last night, and came by early this morning and replaced the water heater.

Although Greg is fairly young, he is definitely old school in his approach to his job. He's knowledgable, professional, and happy to explain everything he does. Pitman will now be my building's go to guys for any plumbing need we have.

Would highly recommend!! After a long weekend, had an emergency plumbing issue and A1 Apex responded quickly on Yelp and to my phone message as well. Got someone over within an hour. Jaime was super knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Courteous to wear shoe covers without being asked. They went the extra mile and pricing was fair.  Would use again!
