We had a slow drain in both our kitchen and bathroom sink. I chose to call JB plumbing based on great previous ratings and they lived up to those ratings! They are a husband and wife team, professional, efficient and experts at what they do. I highly recommend them and will use them again the next time we need a plumber.

I've used Pacific Palisades for years. They just came out and changed my water heater to a tank less one based on the owner's recommendation, and let me tell you I love it. I was skeptical at first as I was worried that the hot water wouldn't last long enough but it's fantastic. The price wasn't bad and the installation was flawless. It's so great to know that there are still a few reliable 'Go to' businesses still out there.

total flakes. no showed on my tenant two days in a row.. they waited around for hours for them to show up and never did.  totally unacceptable. stay away from these guys

Ray is a really nice, laid back guy who knows his stuff. The gas company said we had a leak and shut off our gas, and he made time to get it found and fixed so we could go on with our lives. I trust him and I'd recommend him to anyone.

On Saturay evening, we discovered our water heater was leaking and immediately began researching the local DIY stores for prices and camparisons on new water heaters...Uugh! With my head spinning, we decided to search for a reliable plumber instead. After seeking advise from our friends and neighbors on Facebook, we yelped Shellback Plumbing. Wow, they had tons of 5-star recommnedations! There were also a couple of less favorable posts, but I so admired the professional manner in which the owner responded to the customer concerns and took every opportunity to make the situation right. Anyway, I called Shellback at about 6:00 P.M. or so and spoke with Gary (owner) to schedule an appointment. Just for my own peace of mind, I asked some questions about the DIY store products and Gary was super knowledgeable and helpful. We received a text message confirmation and Joseph arrived at about 7:30 P.M. and was so nice! He explained what was causing the leak, drained the water heater and then talked us thorugh our options. Since the water heater was 10+ years old, we figured it was time to replace it. Joseph ordered the water heater, hoses, pan, etc. and made an appointment with us for Monday morning at 8:00 A.M. We received another text letting us know that Joseph was on his way and he arrived right on time and got to work. In less than 3 hours he had removed the old equipment and installed the new water heater... all up to code! We are so pleased with the customer service and will certainly be using Shellback for our future plumbing needs. We believe in building life-long relationships with companies that prove they are reliable and fair. A big thank you to Gary and Joseph for a job well done!

Andy from Peter Lai plumbing did an excellent job replacing a faucet that was leaking and was really stuck, and he fixed my leaking shower faucet.  

He gave a great price, communicated well both before and during my repair.

He was willing to help me on the weekend but was also flexible enough to come mid week as well.  

Happy customer and I would definitely go with Andy again.

Luigi is punctual, fast and affordable. Toilet was making aggressive noises. Sink was leaking. Luigi came the same day I messaged him. And fixed both the next day in less than an hour. He's a super kind dude. Thank you bro!

We moved into our first house and called Papa's Plumbing to install a toilet, kitchen faucet, and a shower head.  There was some miscommunication and Serge thought they were just coming out for a quote, but he made it possible for all of the work to be completed same-day. He also found that our home had a malfunctioning pressure regulator and no pressure release valve. He was able make these repairs at the same visit, putting my husband and I at ease in the first days in our new home. Serge is a real professional, super polite and efficient, and his crew left everything absolutely spotless. Can't recommend this company more highly and will be using them for everything plumbing-related moving forward.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Had an emergency and Santos came to the rescue. My tub was leaking and since he was here he also took care of some old spigots.   I've had work done before and he also delivered results.  He was fast, professional, and got the job done.

Having a responsive and professional plumber is one of the necessities one will need when becoming a homeowner.
In addition to coming up on my contacts first (because they begin with an A), Robert would be the first person I'd call for plumbing needs.
He's responsive and offers good options. I had him provide an estimate / solution for a clean out - not only was his quote better than the other plumber, he was very specific in communicating what the work would entail and proposed a better solution than my the other guy.
Personality wise, easy going guy, great follow up - would definitely recommend.

DeVinney Plumbing was willing to dig up my backyard gas line to find the leak instead like other suggested put in a new gas line which probably cost me a ton of money.  Fortunately it was a minor issue.  Will definitely call again if I need help in the future.

Sunset West Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Needed help with a gas line for a manufactured home and of tons of places I've called, they knew and understood what was going on right away without seeing anything. Since then we have hired them to install new fixtures and will continue to work with them going forward. Thanks Sunset West!!

These guys are good.  Responsive, reasonably and transparently priced, and thorough.  More people should use them.

We had a leak on my tankless water heater today. I fill up request for repair on yelp, 6 companies reply in no time but A-1 Apex the only ones that send me rough prices and came in less then 1 hour to my house. Yaniv and sagee fix the problem with very fair price and did service for the heater as well.

3 hours after they left I realized that I don't have hot water around the house(after business hours), I called the company and explained that I have a baby and we need hot water tonight.
Guess what 15 minutes later knocked on the door yaniv showed up reset the system and confirmed that everything is working.

They deserve more then 5 stars
