I called JB Plumbing for installation of the seismic natural gas shut off valve.

Gece is very friendly and responsive.  We immediately scheduled a diagnostic meeting.

Gece came to our house and explained clearly the process for installing the equipment, what equipment she is going to buy, and how the permit process works.  On the spot, she gave us an invoice with her quote and the price is reasonable.

We quickly scheduled the day for work.

On the installation day, Gece and her team came and installed the seismic shut off valve very quickly.  She showed us how to turn on the gas if it gets shut off.  She also helped us turn on the stove and water heater afterwards.  

Highly recommend JB Plumbing.  They are friendly, reliable, and professional.  They provide good quality service.  We will definitely be recommending others to her business.

We had some miscommunications between their office staff, their plumber, my tenant and myself -- too many people involved.  But at the end, Palisades Plumbing did what they could for us and our non-functioning dryer.  In the end, they weren't able to make the necessary repairs (they don't repair washer/dryers), but they were honest about their plumber's misdiagnosis of our issue and they didn't charge us.  Honesty counts for a lot!

John is an amazing plumber. We have used him numerous times for a large variety of plumbing issues and he has always saved the day!!! He even should up with short notice to fix a leak in our back house which was really awesome because the tenants had to leave for work and john arrived 20 minutes after we called!! I cant say enough about John, he is trustworthy, will offer you a great price, is always on time or early for the job and is clean and efficient!! Thanks John for saving us time and time again!! I wish there were 6 stars!!

Steve came out to look at our area drains in the yard and clear some back up we were dealing with during the heavy, recent rains. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose the issue, which wasn't a clog after all! His pricing was extremely fair and we're grateful for his help, time, and patience. Highly recommend his company for your plumbing needs.

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

These guys are honest and hardworking people.
I was originally quoted by another plumber with a ridiculous price for a dripping shower head and was told that my pipes(separate problem) needed to be replaced.
Spoke to Luis and he gave me a reasonable quote by phone & he was sure that it was not as big of a problem as the other plumber tried to make it seem to be.
They were very professional and answered my questions in a reassuring manner. They definitely know what they are doing.

We had a great experience today with Jesse. He came the same day my husband called. What we thought was a leaky pipe turned out to be something minimal. He was beyond kind. We are new to Castaic, we will stick with this company from here on out and if possible we will be requesting Jesse.

Andy came out to my house for what I thought was a pipe leak behind one of my walls.  He informed me that it was probably rain water coming down from a hole in my roof. He diagnosed my problem and gave me good advice on how to approach the HOA with this issue.  Even though I actually needed a roofer instead of a plumber, he didn't charge me for making the trip out. Very honest and helpful.  I would not hesitate to use them if I have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

Luigi helped me install a laundry outlet and some other fixtures when I was in a huge time crunch. I was having the tile redone in the kitchen and laundry room and decided at the last minute to redo the plumbing in the laundry room while all the fixtures were out. He made it so it had dedicated laundry outlets instead of stealing off the utility sink.  I'm so grateful I found him a few years back he has now done multiple projects for me and always gets the job done fast, with care and at a very fair price. Papa's was terrific once again! The owner is a hands-on guy with a ton of experience and know-how. He was super fast, responsive, and had great communication. We were also very pleased with the price. Highly recommended!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Santos did a great job!! Replaced our kitchen faucet with a sensor faucet.  Would recommend, very kind fast and through!

Responded to my request for a quote for a kitchen sink unclog. Came out and did a snake, that didn't work, then a hydrojet, and that worked partially. They charged me for both the snake and the hydrojet, even though the sink backed up 2 weeks later. Billed for over $900 for this service (to be fair $300 was for a minor repipe under the sink - which seems on the very high side). Ended up paying them $700 and still felt overcharged.
After sink backed up again, I went to Nextdoor App and found Big League Plumbing. They came and snaked the clog away for $225, and all is running well. Pipes will have to be redone at some point, but if you want to pay 3-4x, go with A Team.

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. Came the same day I called. The technician, Amit, was very courteous and tenacious in finding the source of my water leak. Then he hooked me up with a good restoration company. I would definitely recommend Sherlock.

Don and his team were great! I discovered a clogged sink this morning and they were able to come by this afternoon and clear the drain without any hassle and delay and a great price. Also, Don was great giving me advice on my water softener. I will be using Don again! Not to mention it feels great to support a local business.

I read on NextDoor Palisades really great reviews about this plumbing company so I decided to give them a try.  A hot water heater was leaking, so I gave a call and they sent someone to turn off the water on the same day because I was going out of town.  When i returned, they installed a new hot water tank for me.  While they were draining the old one of it's water, I told them I was baffled as to why my water bill was so high.  One of them went under the house to check for leaks.  There were none.  Then they checked the toilets in the house.  No leaks. Finally, they checked the toilet in the guest house and found the tiniest of leaks they felt could be the issue.  What great guys that went over and above the call of great service.  They will be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs in the future for sure.   Can't recommend highly enough!

These guys are good.  Responsive, reasonably and transparently priced, and thorough.  More people should use them.

The Team did a great job replacing my garbage disposable. They responded fast to my request and were able to change it without any difficulties. Would definitely recommend!
