Horrible service!

We had a  plumbing problem. Jose from JB Plumbing had to come 4 times to repair. He could not fix it completely and we still have the same problem. He did not show up for a scheduled day after numerous complain. He quoted different price for the same repair job every time we called. His price quote is very inconsistent. We got very frustrated and called a different plumber. He fixed it with a fraction of the price we had to pay to JB plumbing. JB Plumbing is very unreliable and their service sucks!

Installed filter faucet and got rid of unnecessary leaking pipes with an improved set up.

They provide excellent quality work for a fair porice.

We had two ENORMOUS water bills and could not figure out what the problem was.  We had called another leak detection company that only did detection, but not repair, and they said they would come the next day, but they never did.  I turned to Yelp, and put out a request for bids, and Steve at Clear Pipe got back to me immediately.  He made an appointment with me for the very next day and came at the exact time.  He diagnosed the problem after 3 hours of incredibly diligent effort and determined it was a problem with our pool auto fill float.  And once he diagnosed the problem, he told us the repair plan and executed it.  He had to do some digging and replaced some pipe and a valve.  Once he was completed, he had refilled all of the dirt, he made it look like no digging had happened at all.  He's very friendly, takes all of the necessary Covid requirements, and most importantly, his rates are VERY reasonable.  I HIGHLY recommend.  We will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.  Thank you Steve!

Ray was great - he came to our office space within 20 minutes of me calling him to unclog a toilet. Everything we could have asked for!

Awesome and clean installation of Aquasana whole house filter done by Joseph. He is very organized and meticulous.

Got a quote over the phone for a job I was looking to get done. Was quoted a minimum of $400.

After calling a few other places, determined this price quoted was much higher than all others (double in some cases).

Because of the outrageous rates and the extended time frame for availability, I ended up researching and figured out how to fix this on my own.

Total cost for parts used = $22 at home Depot
Labor costs = $0

Unfortunate that the plumbing professionals of the world seem to be taking advantage of the majority of folks who don't know how or are physically unable to fix issues on their own.

We had an issue we wanted checked out and they were able to squeeze us in same day.  I believe I spoke on the phone with Serge who was professional and friendly.  The tech, Richard, was also very friendly and knowledgeable.  Turns out we didn't need service, but Richard made sure to give me lots of information to alleviate the issue myself.   I would definitely recommend to others.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I was very pleased with the service from Allstar Rooter. Everything was completed promptly and they quoted me a fair price for the work. Much less than other quotes I received. What else can you ask for? I'll definitely call them next time I need help.

I originally hired a handyman on yelp (with lots of good ratings) to go out there. He charged me $120 for using draino. LOL. LOL. Didn't work. He still wanted the $120.  Dont hire handyman to do plumbing jobs.
So I called this company and they were quick to respond and they fixed it for $75!

Ron did a great job on locate the leak under the concrete slab. It was an emergency and had to be done on Sunday. He showed up time and worked with our plumber. Give 5 star.

We experienced a back up first thing in the morning, which ended up flooding (to a point) the bathroom in our bedroom. I couldn't try to fix myself anymore so I gave Don a text and he called me back with minutes. He had guys to my house very quickly and then himself came by once he was done on his call. They got me back up and running after a little hard work and some roots in our pipes. I will definitely be using Don and his guys for future needs. Thank you Don for taking care of us so quickly and making our stress go away!!
