Our sewer line started back up into our shower and toilets on a Sunday afternoon.  We called JB that afternoon and they arrived on Monday morning.  They worked for a half day and diagnosed that there was a significant blockage in the sewer line which would require tackling it from outside the house.  They returned at 7:30am on Tuesday, dug up our yard, disassembled the deck and replaced about 20+ feet of sewer line that was completely eroded and impacted.  They then put the yard and deck back to exactly the same condition they found it, and by about 8:pm were done with the job.  They could not have worked more diligently or with better communication.  Pricing was entirely reasonable especially when you consider how thorough and professional they were.  I hope we never have to do this again, but you couldn't go wrong by calling them.  It was an amazing experience during such a difficult time.  Can't say enough good things.

I called them to repair a water heater.  They gouged me on price and werent quite up front on what work was done already.  If you are stuck, just know you will be paying a huge premium and dont get mad at it.  But it was tough for me to let it go.

We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor.  Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.

Steve was professional, responsive, courteous and reliable!  We will definitely call on him for our future plumbing issues (of which we always seem to have at the worst times)!

I had a major water issue in a tri-level condo.  Water was leaking out of a wall and down from 1st floor and 2nd floor ceilings.  Shellback showed up promptly, quickly identified the issue, fixed the problem with minimal damage to surrounding drywall, and charged a reasonable rate.  Gary was patient, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the issue to me.  It turned out there were two leaks around the shower valve inside the wall on the 3rd floor.  Shellback replaced a couple of parts and rough patched the drywall.  Shellback was actually the second plumber I called for the issue.  The first company I called was Payless Water Heaters because they had replace my water heater two days prior to the leak.  I asked them to come out to check if the leak was related to the water pressure associated with the new water heater or the way it was installed.  Payless showed up, told me the leak was not related to the water heater, and proceeded to persuade me to purchase a water conditioning system.  Without proper inspection, Payless concluded that the water issue must be because the water is too hard.  If I don't install a water conditioning system, more appliances will go out and I will have more water issues.  Also, they didn't even bother to inspect and pinpoint the leak because that's not what they specialize in, but they will have to charge the $85 service call anyway because they showed up.  I'm providing my experience with Payless as a point of reference.  Shellback was focused on my problem and took care in solving it as opposed to another company that was more focused on selling more equipment to make a profit.  Without a doubt, Shellback will definitely be the first company I call next time I have a plumbing issue.

After getting recommendations from family and friends who could handle surprise plumbing issues when our water heater had begun to leak, my wife and I took a quick look on Yelp to get an additional sense of who operates in our area, solely so we could compare quotes.

Then we found Peter Lai and it turned out they could get it done sooner for less. They got here on time and they were pretty confident about what the problem was. A dead pressure regulator. Before even making an estimate. They made a couple recommendations related to the regulator and to the water heater leak, and we agreed for them to come back in a couple days.  They even managed to come back a day early to do the job.  They did everything quickly and well. Now all the plumbing problems can be checked off of our list.  Don't let high pressure persist, it might make for a nice shower, but it also makes all kinds of things leak.

To his credit, Peter even tried to explain our home warranty provider should cover the repairs.

We're hoping we won't have to call back in the near future now that the main problem is fixed but we know who to turn to if we have any more plumbing issues.

I called Luigi to come inspect the building that I own and within 30 minutes he arrived. His price is reasonable and honest. He inspected one of my tenants plumbing line and quickly fixed the problem. I will continue using his service  and if you ever need a plumber call him right away!

All in all a very solid company. We had them do a relatively major repair job on the main sewer line by installing a non-invasive epoxy liner (after installing some drain clean outs). We were very happy start-to-finish with their process and they were a little cheaper than a competitor. My guess is that they're a bit more expensive than a mom and pop shop, but they have a pretty large staff with a variety of skill sets so you probably don't have to wait if something comes up in the middle of the job.

Only negative thing I can remember is that one of the days they asked us to not use the water and never let us know we could use it again. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Our water heater leaked and Santos installed the new one.
He was very responsive through yelp messaging and gave a good price. He was upfront about the fees and explained the fees in detail. (which is good)
He did a great, and a clean job at installing the new one, on top of that he is very friendly!

These guys are amazing. They showed up within a few hours to repair the water valve that hooks up to my washer. On a Saturday nonetheless. They are professional, do great work, and at a fair price. Will be calling them again for plumbing work in the future.

Came in a short notice, found the location of the leak, which was very accurate, will use them again.

Absolutely amazing service!! Don & Aaron go waaaay above board to make sure the job is done correctly and fairly.  When have you had a plumber, electrician, etc quote you a price and then tell you they OVER quoted you and that your final payment will be $1500 LESS?!!! That never happens. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.  Aaron was texting updates throughout the course of our repair.  Outstanding customer service!!!!

Booked them to the installation of sinks, toilets on a remodel with a deadline of next week move in.

They did not show up. Refused to answer their phones. We left a few messages and 24 hours later still nothing.

We even spend the time and confirmed that they were coming.

Would not recommend them. I would not use them again.

Completely irresponsible unprofessional behavior.

I called Greg to replace my kitchen faucet.  He was on time and brought all the necessary tools with him.  He took off his shoes prior to entering the house, he kept the area neat and clean and took the old faucet and box away to discard.  He charged me an hour even thou he spent a bit more time on the job.
I would use him again and I would recommend him. His estimate was accurate for the job, he quoted an hour and he charged an hour. I called yesterday and he came out today.  Quick, easy and reliable.  The new faucet looks great and works well with no leaks.

Apex Plumbing did an excellent job! They had a quick response to my call, scheduled an appointment in just a couple days, very timely and accurate diagnosis, and finished the job very efficiently and well!
