Best company !! These are my go to guys whenever have a clogged drain or plumbing issue! Best prices around and such a great company that doesn't try to rip you off!! Highly recommend these guys to everyone !

I called at 9am.  The plumber arrived at 10am.  The problem was fixed by 10:30am.  Perfect.

Called them asking for help with a small domestic emergency: dropped a diamond tennis brand down my bathroom sink.

Great service! We had a leaky faucet and water pressure regulator that needed changing. I used Yelp to reach out to several companies for quotes, and Steve responded very quickly and set an appointment the next business day. He arrived on time, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. His prices were very fair compared to other estimates we've received, so we decided to go with his services. He was able fix our issues that same day. He also gave us advice on other plumbing issue questions that we had that we can fix on our own. We appreciate all the great advice and would definitely use his services again! Thank you Steve!

I am surprised that I never gave Ray a review, have been using him for years on both our condo and another rental condo. He is very professional, on time and fair prices.He can do drain clogs to replace a garbage disposal and every other plumbing need.,

Luis came out the very next day to help us clear our kitchen sink clog.

The status updates received letting us know when he was heading over perfectly aligned with his time-frame window.
It shows that the business is responsible and receptive when it comes to their time as well as their client's time.

We had a clog in our pipes roughly 20' into our pipes that was cleared within less then an hour.  He took the time to show us what the obstruction was and gave us suggestions on what our next steps would be. We had roots in our pipes...big uh oh.

He was clear,  and concise on what needed to be done and the price for services.

Contacted Shellback to fix a pipe I broke on accident.  They were able to fit me in the same day and the plumber showed up during the time slot I was given.  He was nice, professional and explained everything he was doing so that I clearly understood.  For several hours labor and parts I feel the pricing was fair and competitive.  No gimmicks with these guys.

Had an issue with toilets and tub backing up. Found Andy through a referral. He's upfront and works hard to get your pipes working. He comes in a professional vehicle, not your uncles pickup truck. I'd recommend him to friends any day.

Requested service on a Sunday morning and he came within an hour and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Also charged significantly less than other plumbers I've used, especially on a Sunday. Walked me through what went wrong and how to fix issue should it happen again. Great service!

Our house is a plumbing nightmare, but Papa's is a huge help. Their plumbers are always efficient and clean, and the back office is quick to respond to inquiries / for scheduling.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

If you're anything like me you probably don't like having strangers come to your house & work on a problem that you don't quite understand, all the while keeping your fingers crossed they don't make things worse, charge through the nose & have the problem persists once they've left & have gotten paid. * I thank my lucky stars to have found Allstar Rooter. They are reliable, friendly, reasonable & don't judge your plumbing hot mess which let's face it can be very embarrassing. They are true professionals. I trust them wholeheartedly & will continue to refer them to my family & friends.

This business took advantage of me. They overcharged me so much that another local plumbing company apologized to my wife and I.

When I decided to confront the A team plumbing service about the high price, they said Sir, the parts cost a lot of money and the cost of labor. I then asked for a list of the parts needed for the job along with the price for all parts then I did a price check with three big name vendors. My findings revealed that that they lied about the total cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job.

Next, I confronted them about cost of the parts needed for the plumbing job and they told me that the price quoted to me was the exact price they paid for it. Lol. That's Lie #2!

I asked where did you purchase the parts? The company representative replied with Home Depot. I smiled. And said, I actually checked the price for all of the parts with Home Depot. The price you said you paid for the parts are 3X times more than what is advertised on the Home Depot website and even on the Lowe's.com website. He then said I can give you a copy of the receipt. I said you don't need to do that but okay. I appreciate that. Then the company rep said I will send it to you via text message. I said thank you.

Well folks, I never got a text message. So I called the company office and asked for the owner to give me a call to discuss this matter amicably. The company rep in the office said no problem, we will have him call you. Again folks, I never received a call. I called the office again, same story. I waited for about a week. No call back. It's been over 4 weeks now.

Now I am telling you my story. I'm sure this company may do good work but their core values stinks. Integrity is a real issue at this company. I don't trust them after my experience to do any work for me. And I would not recommend them to my family or friends nor to YOU.

I can't believe they were that desperate for money to overcharge a customer. It says a lot about the company's leadership. Don't spend your money with these people.

Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.
Was able to detect leak location on a Saturday so my plumber could go through the slab to repair.  He also followed up to see if all went well.

In the middle of a remodel and a plumbing issue surfaced. I called DeVinney plumbing and just like other companies they were busy also. Don answered and said he would try to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Like he promised he came over assessed the problem and by the next day we are good as new. Thanks Don and team.

I freaked out on a Saturday afternoon when I noticed a drip coming from the ceiling on the first floor of our house. Called Sunset West Plumbing and phone was answered in two rings. (Had already called another place and left a voicemail for an emergency and  hadn't received a call back 20 min later.)  Jim called me within a few minutes and he was at our place within an hour.  

Jim helped find and fix the culprit: a split/leaking line to refrigerator under the sink. He also moved the direction of the line so that we won't bump it in the future and cause more damage. That kind of thoughtfulness is highly appreciated.

He also tried to fix our dripping shower head (cartridge replacement) while he was here, but didn't have the part bc our unit is old. Offered to come back on Monday. All of this within 20 minutes or so.

Overall:  Super friendly, kind, quick, professional, and personable. Seriously as good as it gets. (Have had poor and ok experiences with other plumbers in the area.)  

So grateful that we've found Sunset West Plumbing and will always call them first in the future!

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

Junior showed up on time and provided professional service. He was very communicative regarding the issue and the resolution of the problem. We were back up and running in no time. Very nice guy!
