We had a sewer problem and called John's plumbing. John came over and did a camera inspection by showing me the exact location that needed to be fixed. The camera inspection was the right tool for my issue; they knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job concisely. I am delighted.

Our toilet was clogged not only he came as soon as he can, he is very professional and exceptional service, he offered reasonable price and did an excellent job, I highly recommend Steve and his company. Thank you for your prompt and honest service.

Ray is an honest, professional, personable plumber.  I had a horrible smell coming out of my kitchen sink and another company told me I needed to replace a lot of pipes under my house for $4,800!!!  Ray came in as a second opinion, assessed the situation and quickly concluded there was no need to replace any pipes -- he gave me a simple solution at no cost and I was literally all set; issue solved.   Needless to say we were thrilled and will call this trustworthy plumber for all our future needs!!!

They came out right on the appointed time. Used mask and we're very efficient. The came to clear two side by side bathroom sinks and even after running snake the sinks were not draining to their liking and they snaked it again. Price was more than fair and what I really appreciate is that there was no hard up selling. They knew what they were there for and did a great job. They are going in my phone contacts to use again!

Thank you for another successful repair today!   We have been using Gary Borg/Shellback Plumbing for over a year now.   I have had Gary, Byron, and just today Jimmy came out to our house.  

Gary Borg, The owner of Shellback Plumbing  is easily accessible either by phone or text, so it's always relatively easy to schedule them if you have an urgent need.  

All their plumbers seem highly competent, professional, reliable, on time, fair & reasonably priced, clean, and very friendly.   Sometimes, they've even left to go get additional parts and then return ASAP to complete the job.   I have called them in urgent situations, and they come out as soon as they can.   I have found their work to be excellent.    They're also really nice people which is an added bonus!

Had a leaking toilet valve/hose and called Andy from Peter Lai Plumbing.  He was tied up on a job in the morning but manage to get come and fix the leak in the afternoon.  Very professional and explain what happen.  Fixed it within a reasonable time and his pricing are reasonable unlike most companies that charges an arm and an leg.  From now on, Andy's going to be my go to guy when I have any plumbing issues. Highly recommend them.

Just as it was getting dark on a Friday night our HVAC suddenly stopped pumping cold air and the temperature started climbing. I called Luigi and he agreed to come take a look before he went home even though he was clearly tired from a long day. He was here within an hour and managed to get things back up and running in no time. Really grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Thanks Luigi!

I called Papa's Plumbing and they responded right away.  I had an issue with my water heater and they were able to give me a diagnostic and explained the issue clearly.  They even fixed the problem temporarily without charging me.  If you need a plumber that would give you detailed description what needs to be done, call Papa's.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

We now know what the A stands for...hmmm...

Between the extreme gouging on labor, and the lack of communication with providing a timely quote, I'm not sure what's more disappointing with this B-Team. I work in the interior design business and deal with plumbers all the time, and the quote we received for changing out a toilet flapper, and other simple things is INSANE. It is clear that the reviews are rigged. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER hire them.

Update from today, 2/21/22: had a plumber do all the work that was previously quoted for $1400, for $416. I shared the previous quote with him, and he was as shocked as we were.

I would like to thank Ron.  It is so nice to find an honest person.  On mother's day, I saw water leaking in the garage which is adjacent to a downstairs shower.  
He listened and told me you need a plumber and only after the plumber cannot find the leak, which is probably the drain, then you call me.
Yes, it was the drain; took 2 experienced plumbers to get it and Ron saved me $$.
He could have just come and charged me but did not.

I contacted DeVinney Plumbing on a Thursday because of a leak coming from our main valve line.  This leak was extending out onto the street gutters. Don DeVinney responded to me the same day and came out to assess the situation.  Pete & Sammy come out to do the service request the day after.  The problem ended up being an unsoldered pipe between the shut off valve and the underground main (when the house was built 23 years ago!). I find DeVinney Plumbing very responsive, fair and honest.  This is the second time I've used DeVinney this year.  I will definitely use them again.

Another great job from Sunset West Plumbing!! Always professional, proficient and friendly! Oliver is the BEST!! Joy is so wonderful and accommodating... If the service person is ever running late, she calls and lets us know, and she always does her best to get someone there asap. Wonderful team! Thank you!!

Dale is the best.  3rd generation plumber with incredible knowledge.  He is also very friendly and extremely trustworthy.  And my wife appreciates that he is very clean.  When he had to go under the house through the bedroom he laid out drop cloths, put on a special suit, and even vacuumed up after himself.

Michel and his crew just replaced our sewer line. They were efficient, communicative, very professional and fast! My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the seamlessness of this job. Thank you Michel and crew for making what seemed like a daunting task so easy. Ten stars!
