Our new go to plumbers. Absolutely fantastic work. Called and they came later on the same day! Covid safe, extremely clear in their communication, knowledgeable and more than reasonable in price. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for fixing our plumbing problems!

I had an awful leak on a Sunday and I was so thankful John's plumbing was my first call. I was flustered about not knowing exactly how to turn off my water and immediately was told a representative would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. I was pretty panicked with everything and was asked if I wanted to use FaceTime with directions on finding the outside lever to turn my water off until my service technician arrived! How thoughtful!! I am so thankful for the amazing service given and I look forward to getting additional piping work done here! :)

Fantastic service from Steve. I had a clogged drain, and he was able to fit me into his schedule within a few hours of my call. He came over, immediately diagnosed the issue, and then confirmed that the clog had been cleared. It was fast, painless, and the prices were very reasonable.

I kept his card and will call him again if I have any issues, and will recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Ray was great - he came to our office space within 20 minutes of me calling him to unclog a toilet. Everything we could have asked for!

Our boiler went out and we took the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and spoke Spanish. I received a quote and allot of information without any condescending speeches or pushy sales pitches. The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use the new equipment. We will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

on 10-28-20190, i phoned shellback plumbing and drain at 661-367-8889 and spoke with a man i think named edgar.  my reason for the call was to unplug/snake my kitchen sinks.  i was quoted a price over the phone of $99.  an appointment was made to come to my house on 10-29-2019 between 12 pm to 2 pm. i requested a call prior before the repair person arrived.  a man named adrian came right after 12 pm without calling first.  when he arrived and i brought him to my kitchen sinks to show him the backup, the first question he asked was, what price were you quoted?  i responded $99.  he pursued to inform me that the usual cost for the job is $189.  i repeated the quote and he proceeded to inform me the same as he was trying to up price me.  adrian's next question was who quoted you that price but i could not recall the man i initially spoke to until adrian named edgar and i stated that sounds familiar.  then adrian then goes into the speel that edgar only anwers phones and does not know the charges for the different work to be done.
i stated he looked it up while i waited on the phone and why would shellback company allow edgar to have the responsibility of the job if he did not know what charges to quote.  adrian just kept repeating the same.  moving on....adrian used a blow somewhat of a small pressure tool the size smaller than a canister vaccuum for a few seconds.  then he followed with a small snake for a few seconds and called me over to show me th sludge he wiped from the snake.  he then informs me that i need to have a hydro-jetting machine to push the sludge and debri out to the main line.  i asked how much that would cost and was told up to $200 to $400.   i told adrian that i thought the price was steep.  then i asked him what would the guarantee on the work be?  adrian responded 4 years.  i told him i would want the price and warranty in writing if i have it done, and he stated yes.  then i asked adrian, will i be able to pay full amount within 3 months without interest?  i also told him my credit was excellent which is true.
adrian tells me he has to speak with his boss to see if it is possible.  after a few minutes outdoors speaking to his boss, adrian returns and states his boss is willing to work with me but the terms have now changed to $475 for the hydro-jetting to be paid  1/2 today and  1/2 in 30 days.  i told adrian that the price keeps going up and it seems like the situation is a bait and switch.  adrian kept trying to convince me that my suspicion was not true even though he did initially quote me $400 for the pressure push through the pipes.  i told him that i was a college graduate and am not stupid and i am angry that i am being treated as if i am stupid.
i told him that i would not pay the $475 bait & switch price and paid him by check for $99 for the little basic snake job.
upon paying the check, adrian asked for the check number and asked me to sign the work order.  i asked him if i would have a copy of the work order.  adrian responded that i will receive a work order through the office via e-mail.  i supplied my e-mail.
it is now 24 hours since adrian left and i have not received a copy of the work order.  furthermore, adrian did not even check to see if the snaking worked because after he left, i ran one of the facets in the kitchen sink and water in both sinks backed up again showing sludge that would not drain at all.  prior to adrian coming to my house, the back up was almost clear water and did recede after a while.   the problem was not corrected by adrian or even close to fixing the problem.  he only did minimal to nothing and was not in my house for even 25 minutes.   i am out of $99 due to a bait and switch and do not want anyone else be fooled by the five stars on yelp because obviously they are either friends, relatives or gullible.  since the issue was not fixed by shellback, i should receive my money back.
it is ironic that shellback advertises on the side of their vans honesty & integrity
due to the above stress and now having to find another plumber who really is honest and has integrity to fix the prolem and must pay for another house call.
i had jr rooter( (818-419-9917) come to my house today and cleared the kitchen sinks in less than 15 minutes by only snaking and only charged $89 and now both since are clear water and no sludge

This was actually the 2nd time I used Peter Lai plumbing.  The first time, Andy showed up at 930pm and replaced a section of piping that had a pin hole leak.  
Yesterday, I called Andy because of a clog that was causing a back up.  We were supposed to meet at 5pm, but he got caught up at an emergency call.  He called me in advance to let me know so I didn't waste my time meeting at our original time.  He gave an accurate estimate on when he would be able to arrive.  He even gave me a call as a heads up when he was on the way. Not sure about the rest of you, but time is important to me.  Clearly communicating arrival times for appointments allows me to plan my day/night.  Problem was fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you, Andy.

Great very understated guy - he fixed three small problems at my house for a very fair price.  I am glad I have his number for future jobs!

My oak tree decided to tear up my sewer lines.  Papa's came in and saved the day!  They were prompt, courteous and professional.  They kept me closely advised of their progress.  I will definitely use them again.  Serge was particularly helpful and attentive.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Santos did a great job!! Replaced our kitchen faucet with a sensor faucet.  Would recommend, very kind fast and through!

I have used A team plumbing 2 times in our new home. I usually always appreaciate their quick response, knowledge and quality work. There technician Mario was helpful and answered all my questions.

I spoke to Ron and he really knows his stuff.  They used a non evasion method to detect the leaks in my ceiling.  It had been dripping for a long time and they came to the rescue.

Don answered my Yelp inquiry quickly and came out to fix our clogged drain within an hour of my call.  He was pleasant to work with and quick to get the job done.  I will call him in the future for our plumbing needs.

After our longtime plumber retired, we  were in the market for a new one, but of course failed to do the research before it was an emergency! We called Sunset West to clear a blocked sewer line that was causing a back-up into our tub. They came out the same day and cleared the line in less than a half hour. They also consulted with us on an ongoing (less than urgent) problem with a bathroom fixture, and cleaned out the sink trap at no extra charge. We've found our plumber: we will definitely rely on them in the future for all our plumbing issues.

Called them since our sink was leaking.  Found out it was the gasket.  Daniel called back; he was very responsive, professional.  The work was done and very happy with it, price reasonable, and would definitely call again for any future plumbing problems.

A pleasure to work with! I called as a new customer in the morning and two plumbers were at my door within hours. Sagee clearly explained the problems (I had multiple leaks and valve issues) and completed the work same day. They were extremely professional and fairly priced.
