JB Plumbing is the BEST! They came to our rescue twice in the last two months for 2 separate issues. One was for a toilet clog and the other was for a kitchen sink clog. Not only were they reliable, but they were extremely easy to work and explained thoroughly what the issues were. They were so fast and great to work with I will only work with them moving forward. I called at 9am.  The plumber arrived at 10am.  The problem was fixed by 10:30am.  Perfect.

We had a sewer problem and called John's plumbing. John came over and did a camera inspection by showing me the exact location that needed to be fixed. The camera inspection was the right tool for my issue; they knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job concisely. I am delighted.

Steve offered a solution that no other plumber suggested. Very punctual and professional. His work is top notch. If you need any plumbing work, Steve is the guy to call!

I've had experience with other plumbers and it was always horrible I always had to call them back I feel like I was doing their job Peter is amazing he alway remembers you he will go out of his way to make sure that you're happy  I feel so comfortable having him, he's a family man plus he's really fair! Luigi showed up on 2 different occasions for me-- always on time, super knowledgeable, and super honest. Before I called him for this recent job, I actually had to experience two other ac repair techs, both trying to rip me off. Its really disheartening when you just want someone to be upfront and honest.

Had my water heater burst at 8 pm.  I called Serj at Papas plumbing. He came at 9   Checked the pressure, checked the water heater and even told me to call the manufacturer since it's still under warranty.  Wow, Impressed with the honesty. They didn't try to just sell me a new one.  Fast and honest service.  Highly recommended!!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I didn't choose this company my management company chose this business. With that being said I would give them 3 out of 10 for services and customer service or lack there of.

Made an appointment for June 10 from 2-3pm and waited until 2:49 to call to see what was going on. The person Natalie Santos stated she didn't know why they hadn't gotten to my house and she would find out and call me back. When she calls back a few mins later she stated that the person van broke down and we can reschedule for tomorrow morning at 8am. After being inconvenienced I still agree to them coming out tomorrow to resolve the issue with my sink. The guy comes the next day at 8am as scheduled. He never stated his name but he looked over what needed to be done, left out to get his tools to complete the job. Once he was done he left without stating what the issue was but that the job was finished. He ask his what/why the sink was stopping up.

After he finished explaining I went back to the bathroom to make sure the sink was working properly and found that this guy had made a complete mess of my bathroom along with leaving water/hair/ whatever was in the drain all over the items in the bottom of the sink. Highly upset that I have damaged items that have to be thrown away and water all over everything including the toilet.

Nasty and careless worker !!! I would NEVER have chosen this company on my own. I spoke with Natalie Davila about the mess the worker left me to clean up and she tell me ITS JUST WATER as if water doesn't cause damage to stuff. Very clueless!!  Also spoke with the owner Santos Davila and he brushed it off like it was my fault his work was careless and nasty worker.

Called regarding a few jobs and he came the same day and got everything done within a few hours. Fast and efficient. Price was fair. I'd use him again for future work.

I am a do-it-myself homeowner.  When my sewer main backed up, I tried snaking it myself.  When that failed, I needed to call someone who would be fair and experts.  So, I called Sunset West.  

Oliver called back quickly and we went over the problem.  He went over pricing and things he would try.  Price seemed fair.

He arrived, diagnosed, and started snaking the pipe.  While we waited for it to do its work, we started talking.  And I learned that Oliver was not only an expert, but he was also a really great guy, like someone I would have over for a BBQ.

He finished the job, my main cleared, and he said they would send a bill.

Oliver knows about true, old school, customer service.  This is the way every company should be.

We discovered a leak in our water heater and were about to leave on a vacation.  We called Pitman Plumbing and Dale was at our home in a flash.
He replaced the water heater without a hitch and within two and a half hours we had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. We were able top leave on our vacation without worry!
