Jose came within the hour as he stated. Repaired a pipe behind dryer . The Gas Co had detected a leak after street work and couldn't turn on service until it was repaired. José repaired it within the hour maybe less .
I didn't bother to negotiate a price because it needed to be fixed and it was evening . A check of problem was $80. The first quote was $200 then went to $400. He replaced the line and a pipe that had another pipe in the elbow that didn't fit correctly .
My gas is back on. Kids can shower, we can eat and all things are back to normal. He made a long night of repair and Gas Co people bearable .

I have used Palisades Plumbing for many years. They have always been professional and fair with me. I am grateful to have a trustworthy small business in Pacific Palisades that is working hard meet customer's demands. I have had work performed by Joe, Steve, the new Steve and Mario, and they have all been terrific.

John has done numerous plumbing projects around my house and has always done excellent work.  He's quick to respond to my inquiry's and even replaced my water heater on a Sunday.  Most recently, I had him install a water purification system and new faucet.  His prices are reasonable and he will continue to be my go-to plumber.

We had two ENORMOUS water bills and could not figure out what the problem was.  We had called another leak detection company that only did detection, but not repair, and they said they would come the next day, but they never did.  I turned to Yelp, and put out a request for bids, and Steve at Clear Pipe got back to me immediately.  He made an appointment with me for the very next day and came at the exact time.  He diagnosed the problem after 3 hours of incredibly diligent effort and determined it was a problem with our pool auto fill float.  And once he diagnosed the problem, he told us the repair plan and executed it.  He had to do some digging and replaced some pipe and a valve.  Once he was completed, he had refilled all of the dirt, he made it look like no digging had happened at all.  He's very friendly, takes all of the necessary Covid requirements, and most importantly, his rates are VERY reasonable.  I HIGHLY recommend.  We will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.  Thank you Steve!

Ray is a really nice, laid back guy who knows his stuff. The gas company said we had a leak and shut off our gas, and he made time to get it found and fixed so we could go on with our lives. I trust him and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Luis!!! He is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. I have had issues with other pulmbers in the past who say they know what they are doing, but leave a Mickey Mouse job done instead. Luis communicates will (Spanish and English), uses an online system to send invioces, appt reminders, and payment (if needed). Luis installed a new water heater in my home on one job and also redid my shower valve in another job. What impressed me most about Luis is his work ethic. I recently have a plug in my drain pipe in a new home I moved into and Luis came out IN THE RAIN to take a look and fix it. Other plummbers wouldn't even come out to take a look, but my guy Luis is a good honest guy. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. It is hard to find someone who will not overcharge you or rip you off. Luis is Honest and relaible. I promise you can find someone else on the street to do you the job cheaper, with cheap parts and with Mickey Mouse work. However, if you want honest and quality work at a resonable price. Luis is the guy to go with.

I don't usually spend my time rating businesses on this Yelp app. However, when I get excellent customer service oh, I like to let people know about it. First, let me say at this business provides extremely timely response for a non-emergency issue. I called him on a Monday, they came on Tuesday I did all the work. Plumber that came out with knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. The prices were reasonable. In fact, I recommended them to my neighbor and it came out the very next day to fix his problem. Whoever runs this company is skilled at promoting a culture of service and customer satisfaction. Well done. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service.  I call Mr Lai in the morning to come over check my toilet, I suspect a clog and caused bubbling every time I flush the toilet . Even he is busy, he comes afternoon. It is a simple problem and only takes a few second, he fixed it right away !! He even not charges me a penny, such a nice guy!!!! I highly recommend and give him a 5 Stars! Thanks!

We were more than satisfied with Luigi's services.  He came within
an hour on a holiday weekend when other services could not accommodate.  We had a very messy issue and Luigi fixed it right
away for a very fair price.  He also found another problem under
a sink which he fixed without charging us.  He was professional and timely.

Woke up and found out that our water heater was leaking. I called these guys and they were able to schedule us in the following day.

They went a bit above and beyond and investigated why it leaked in the first place. After a bit of looking, they identified the water regulator was the cause and offered to repair that was well so it wouldn't break the new water heater.

They were able to fix both on the same day within just a few hours, so we didn't have to go without hot water for any longer.

Excellent service and I'll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I see why this guy has all 5 stars! We used him yesterday after discovering an astronomical water bill. He found the leak and was so nice and gave very good advice about what I should be paying to get the leak repaired so I don't get taken advantage of. I really appreciated his kindness and expertise.

does an excellent job on Saturday noon when there are not much plumbing service open. Arrive on time quick efficient job, and Don also a good surfer!

Called a bunch of plumbers early on a Tuesday morning due to a leak in my rental unit that needed immediate attention. No one answered until I called sunset west which immediately answered.  They were able to arrange for a plumber to come that morning. When I needed to reach them to give them additional instructions for entering the unit, they were always available.

When the plumber was working there, he called me each time he had a question or wanted to know if I wanted him to do additional work. I appreciated this as it allowed me to stay involved and make the decisions necessary. The work was done timely and well so far.

We will definitely consider using sunset west for any of our future plumbing problems. But hopefully we won't have any any time soon! Lol. Hahaha. Thanks!

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
