They were fast, helpful and kind when we had an after-hours emergency. They explained the problem, keeping our plumbing fears reasonable and showed our kid a lot of very cool tools - especially watching our sewer line get a colonoscopy, and what I'm pretty sure was a Ghostbusters tool for locating problematic roots in our yard. They helped us with a tough night!

I came home yesterday morning to find my water heater had sprung a leak.  I called Palisades Plumbing and got a real person on the line.  One of their plumbers who was heading to a nearby call stopped, shut off the water heater and attached a hose to drain it.  Within 2 hours a team lead by Mario was there with the new heater.  Everyone was super nice and efficient.  Great service.

We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor.  Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.

I am so glad I found Steve! He is extremely professional, honest, good at his craft, easy to communicate with and he kept me across his arrival time and went above and beyond for me while he was here. He followed COVID health guidelines without question - he remained properly masked and even covered his shoes. I appreciate his commitment to the health and safety of himself and my home. Will go back to Steve again!

Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! Will definitely recommend him to my friends. Thanks again Ray !!!!

Our boiler went out and we took the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and spoke Spanish. I received a quote and allot of information without any condescending speeches or pushy sales pitches. The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use the new equipment. We will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

Late night emergency and Shellback was able to be here at 8:00! Quick assessment of the the situation, higher than I would've liked but fair and I needed this done ASAP! After returning with a part, my neighborhood assured me to the tech that I had hired the best company around! The valve was fixed quickly and with no need to cut any drywall. We are very happy that Shellback was able to come so early! Their professionalism and speed forced me to cancel the other plumber I had coming out for a quote. No clue what the going rate is but I am not disappointed that I didn't wait for another quote!

We had an issue with our shower not draining. Peter's son Andy came out. He was very professional, came out quickly, and snaked the main drainage pipe, removing various tree roots.

Louis is probably the best plumber in Downtown LA area that i have came across.  Reliable, reasonable and helpful.  Highly recommend him.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

If i could i put a minus 5 stars, i started using it a while back and they were more friendly and affordable, no they have grow and their service is all about money, even thou i have used them more than 2 times, they keep on increasing their prices.

Ron was awesome.  I became aware of a leak during the weekend.  While other service providers often have answering services and are generally unavailable, Ron was prompt to take a weekend call, late into the evening.  He was good about responding and got out to my house in short order.   He took the time to explain the process and put me at ease by identifying the exact location and solution.  All is good now!

Aaron and Sammy came out to replace my water heater that was leaking and past it's prime. They were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. I'm extremely happy with the services DeVinney Plumbing provided and everyone I interacted with was top-notch. I'd definitely use them again.

Could Not Have Been More Pleased with Service

After evaluating many options we decided on Sunset West Plumbing to help with with two large projects.  One involved the replacement of the main line value and pressure regulator as well as replacing all of the supply lines in the house and a week later we had Jay and Garret install a new 75 gallon water heater.  They definitely delivered as promised at the price they quoted - no surprises.  

In the future Sharon at Sunset West Plumbing will be the first call I make.

Pitman Plumbing has saved us on numerous occasions - most recently this past week when a major plumbing backup turned our bathrooms into a disaster area.  Dale showed up after 9:00 PM and spent about two hours restoring our plumbing inside and outside of the house.  They've done it before too with other pipe issues we've had and we also used them to install a new hot water heater.  We've had all three of the guys here Dale and his sons Greg and Daniel and all have been super friendly, professional and above all top-notch plumbers.  We like their old-school, customer comes first attitude too and that's why we've given them a top rating here and also to our neighborhood group.

Had a really excellent experience with this business. Had a toilet that needed repair, they sent someone immediately, he was great- really nice and helpful and we decided to get a new toilet. He was able to go to Home Depot, text photos of the toilet we wanted, come back and install it- all within a few hours. Really just appreciate how easy this experience was. Thank you! Will def hire again!
