They literally saved the day ...I was installing a toilet and found out all the pipes were outdated and unable to be screwed off , water was leaking everywhere and I was freaking out because it was already late.. But I found this company on Yelp and called them and they came out and installed my toilet and my sink perfectly! I was so happy and they were reasonably priced especially for such short notice .. Gecemia you are the best !

I've used these folks a few times for plumbing issues - dishwasher once and complex septic sump pump issue another time. Always very good service. Quick callbacks and availability. They showed up on time, even during a holiday week. No surprise costs, and prices are fair.

Steve was super nice and helpful! Responded right away and was able to schedule my sink plumbing problem ASAP, even squeezed in a new task between his other jobs. Gave me a fair quote based on my description and stuck to it. Will definitely use his services for any future plumbing issues!

I sent my project out for quotes in Yelp and Andy of Peter Lai Plumbing was one of the first responders. He was the only one who had a response that gave me a price range for the repair work I needed. It was a straight problem of 1 clogged  bathroom sink and I really like the direct and simple process with Andy compared to the other responses I got. After doing a bit of research, verified his license and his yelp reviews, I decided to go with him. We agreed to meet next day, he showed up on time, prepared and very courteous mannered. He was considerate in putting shoe covers when going inside the house, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, his work was excellent! He unclogged the drain in minutes and made us understand how far everything was! In our case, it went over 25ft. He said he went beyond that to make sure. He warrantied his work for 30 days. I am a happy customer and will definitely use him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you very much, Andy!

Couldn't have had a better experience with Papa's Plumbing! Excellent communication with Karen and they were able to send someone over and fix the problem within a couple hours and charged me a fair price. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you Papa's Plumbing!

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I didn't choose this company my management company chose this business. With that being said I would give them 3 out of 10 for services and customer service or lack there of.

Made an appointment for June 10 from 2-3pm and waited until 2:49 to call to see what was going on. The person Natalie Santos stated she didn't know why they hadn't gotten to my house and she would find out and call me back. When she calls back a few mins later she stated that the person van broke down and we can reschedule for tomorrow morning at 8am. After being inconvenienced I still agree to them coming out tomorrow to resolve the issue with my sink. The guy comes the next day at 8am as scheduled. He never stated his name but he looked over what needed to be done, left out to get his tools to complete the job. Once he was done he left without stating what the issue was but that the job was finished. He ask his what/why the sink was stopping up.

After he finished explaining I went back to the bathroom to make sure the sink was working properly and found that this guy had made a complete mess of my bathroom along with leaving water/hair/ whatever was in the drain all over the items in the bottom of the sink. Highly upset that I have damaged items that have to be thrown away and water all over everything including the toilet.

Nasty and careless worker !!! I would NEVER have chosen this company on my own. I spoke with Natalie Davila about the mess the worker left me to clean up and she tell me ITS JUST WATER as if water doesn't cause damage to stuff. Very clueless!!  Also spoke with the owner Santos Davila and he brushed it off like it was my fault his work was careless and nasty worker.

Smooth, incredible work by the A-Team. My wife found this company and the owner Rob online, by reading other great reviews and I am glad she did.

These guys are awesome and knowledgeable. They conquered multiple items at our house over several days and we were happy to have Rob and Hugo here. A great combination of good reasonable pricing and excellent work.

The A-Team put in a new drainage system in the back yard which was prone to flooding during rain storms and neglected by the previous owners. In the laundry room we wanted the washer and dryer to sit further back against the wall so Rob devised a plan to run the venting for the dryer in the wall and out. The plan was executed to perfection and special thanks to Hugo for his great work and expertise. They also installed our new kitchen faucet, air gap and pot filler which turned out great.

We highly recommend these guys you will not regret calling them out to your house. You will be very pleased.

We will definitely hire them for more future projects.

Appreciate that when they came to see me and realized that they could not help i.e. leak was not at a level where they could detect it, Ron graciously waived the fee after I had paid it and returned the check.  Only feedback would be that before they come to verify it is something that their services can help with. I do have a slight leak but it is not at a level where detection companies can help.  When that is the case I will certainly contact Sherlock Leak Detection.

We had a backed up main drain. Don came out promptly on a Friday evening. He was able to unclog the drain quickly and was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend DeVinney plumbing.

I am a do-it-myself homeowner.  When my sewer main backed up, I tried snaking it myself.  When that failed, I needed to call someone who would be fair and experts.  So, I called Sunset West.  

Oliver called back quickly and we went over the problem.  He went over pricing and things he would try.  Price seemed fair.

He arrived, diagnosed, and started snaking the pipe.  While we waited for it to do its work, we started talking.  And I learned that Oliver was not only an expert, but he was also a really great guy, like someone I would have over for a BBQ.

He finished the job, my main cleared, and he said they would send a bill.

Oliver knows about true, old school, customer service.  This is the way every company should be.

I had a true emergency last night--a water heater on the second floor was leaking, and the leak was getting worse. Worst of all, it was Sunday night. When I called Pitman's number, Greg Pitman answered the phone right away. He was at my building within 30 minutes, and he diagnosed the problem quickly (not only was the water heater bad, but a shutoff valve wasn't working). Greg stopped the leak last night, and came by early this morning and replaced the water heater.

Although Greg is fairly young, he is definitely old school in his approach to his job. He's knowledgable, professional, and happy to explain everything he does. Pitman will now be my building's go to guys for any plumbing need we have.

Poor customer service. I discussed my issue with them and they said they could help, they had an opening for the same day. I asked them to hold it and see if they could come down in price $25.00 to match another quote. They agreed to hold it and would try and price match, saying they would call right back. 15 minutes passed, I called them and they said they booked the appointment with someone else , couldn't price match and the soonest they could help was in a week.

Very silly method of helping a customer when I was standing by with a plumbing emergency.
