Do not call this company, unless you want to be ripped off.
My husband called them last week to remove a sink from a vanity,  and replace a toilet with a new one. We remodeled the bathroom and the original toilet installed was defective. We also got some slightly different color sink so both the toilet and sink needed to be replaced. When the worked showed up, we showed him the work and he said this will take me 3-4 hours, and will cost $450. That's is insane!! What the worker did not realize (even though we told him) was that the toilet and sink were replaced just several days ealier and it took that plumber LESS than an hour to do both. These guys are ripoff artist, and while I can't speak to their work,  their pricing is shady at best. BEWARE.

John is wonderful....I've had him help me at home and at an apartment I manage.
At home: replace kitchen faucet, work sink handle needed fixing to stop leaky faucet, ghost flushing toilet, and he gave some suggestions for maintaining the external water heater and the water pressure in the house.  He came with his father who was very sweet.  I enjoyed chatting with him.
At the apartment: had a small leak, and eventhough I could not go there, I completely trusted him to go there to diagnose and fix the problem. If he can, he will help with emergencies.
I would recommend John. He is honest and kind, and will provide explanations of repairs as well (yes, I am one of those who likes to ask questions and be involved in house repairs:).

Steve is amazing. Honest, on time, very communicative, transparent, and most importantly, a great plumber. I had Steve install a set of toilets, update my kitchen faucets, install a new garbage disposal, and a few other small projects.

Steve did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself. He pays attention to the details which is rare.

I highly recommend. I've used multiple plumbers and I'm super happy that I came across Steve!

My hot water heater was failing so i reached out to Shellback Plumbing and they had a technician (Adan) at my house within an hour to look at the unit.  Adan confirmed that the aging hot water heater had internal damage that was causing it to leak water so he hauled the old unit away and returned the next morning with a brand new unit and stand.  Installation went very fast and i was up and running by lunchtime!  Very pleased with the fast turnaround time and Adan was a true professional.  Would highly recommend Shellback Plumbing for residential plumbing issues.

Andy was a great help!  Started off with a small leak and had him finish other plumbing tasks including clearing drain lines and replacing multiple faucets.  I DEFINITELY would use his services again!  Jobs were done clean and he even puts on booties without having to ask.  He also accepts Venmo!

Luigi is the best heater technician I have used in a long time.  I hired Luigi to replace a floor heater that was no longer working. Luigi provided great service, helped me secure a proper heater from a vendor, and finished the job on time.  Most importantly, Luigi was very responsive either over text or phone.  I look forward to working with Luigi again for my future heating or air conditioning needs.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

Water would deep through the grout when we pressed down. I called a plumber who hadn't a clue where the water came from. My sprinkler  PVC pipe connecting to the main split open and needed to be repaired as soon as possible since I could not water my yard during the current hot weather. As I have done in the past for any plumbing problems, I called called Sunset West Plumbing.
Justin set up an appointment with Oliver for next day. Oliver explained what needed to be done to make sure that I won't have a  repeat due to the high water pressure in my area. He replaced  the  pressure regulator for the sprinkler system, replaced  the sprinkler water turn-off lever and replaced the damaged PVC connection.
I will continue to call Sunset West Plumbing for any plumbing issues.  I highly recommend this business and its great staff.

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Our toilet was leaking and I reached out to A-1 Apex Plumbing.  There response was in seconds and they were at my door within an hour and a half.  Sagee and Junior were professional and went right to work to fix the problem.   Very reasonably priced and so kind.  I can say that Apex plumbing is our new plumbing company to call.
