We had a pipe burst and turned the water off for our whole house at 1030pm tonight. Jose came out and replaced the pipe quickly with no problem. Water is back on!

Called this co. to fix two running toliets and a shower with bad pressure. Guy said shower needed new cartridge $110,  While he fixed toliets I went to get cartridge.  After installing  and not working, he said whole valve has to be replaced.  
He gave me bill with total of $538 !   I asked hourly rate and he argued with me.  I called office and found out rate was $110 Hr.  He arrived at 9;10 am finished at 11;10 am.  
When I pointed out labor should be $220 not $440 he became abusive, called me a liar and stormed out of my house while I was on the phone with the office. ]
Don't hire a company that doesnt screen their employees better.

They claim to do emergency plumbing services however, when I called with a plumbing emergency, I was told that they couldn't get a hold of their night on-call plumber. He gave me the plumber's phone number and told me to contact him directly. I did, and no response, and mailbox full. I let him know, and he told me to text him instead, - the runaround was very disappointing. Chasing down your plumber is not my job, especially in an emergency situation.

Steve was the first to respond, and was very punctual and friendly! He did a thorough inspection, and was great communication-wise. While I didn't end up hiring him because my fix was timely, I would def call him in the future!

I Vernon was in need of a plumber do to the fact that I had a slab leak underneath my house. Well I heard good things about Shellback Plumbing. I had them come out and they recommended actually it was Gary recommended that I do a repipe, I thought about it and I thought they would have to jackhammer the house just to find the leak. After it was thoroughly explain to me the process I agreed to have the work done. Byron and Kevin arrived early the next day. I thought that I would have big holes in my walls and in my tile in the bathroom. I was kind of nervous! They cut small holes inside and outside the house. They were so well organized and they cleaned up when they finished, I was so impressed! It took only 2 days to complete the work. I would recommend Gary and his crew for any plumbing problem. Great service! My grandmothers water heater burst yesterday so I had to find a plumber quick. I called these guys and they were there and installing a new water heater in about an hour. Great customer service, I would highly recommend them.

Luigi took the time to come out to our home and explained that our lack of cooling wasn't an issue with the hvac system but the insulation and air leakage in the house itself. Very friendly and patient, I'll definitely reach out to Luigi when we have a real issue that needs fixing.

Great, fast, knowledgable, and super communicative. When I discovered an issue (not their fault, I had a weird dryer that needed to be set up to the gas line), they came back out and made adjustments to the initial work for free. Recommend these guys!

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

We don't know much about water heaters, so we had to learn real quick. Called to have 75 gallon water heater installed. Santos was AWESOME!! He recommended leading brand, let me pick install date and time. They were here before me and ready with equipment. I give credit where credit is due! Installed the heater in about 2hrs. Yes job was well executed and I would recommend them to anyone. Very dependable and honest. Their price was competitive and fair.

The Sherlock guys arrived at the house right on time and listened what I had to say.  They went right to work and did their due diligence of the house since I had no plumbing plans of the original buildout.  They started to field survey and was able to narrow down where the leak was within 30 minutes.  I highly recommend this group for any residential leak detection that you may need.
