These guys came by at night for an emergency clog situation in our single toilet home. It turned out there was a root ball in the sewer right where it turns into the house. They couldn't get to it without a price bump I wasn't prepared for (for a more elaborate solution)... so I decided to wait til the morning and get another option. But these guys were honest and reliable, and didn't charge me anything for their time (even though I offered), which I really appreciated. And their option ended up being right in the ballpark of the other guys.  Thank you!

We used PP for about 3 years with no problems. But recently there was a problem with their work (the house had a terrible odor coming from the basement plumbing) and when we asked Ray to send someone out to check on it he totally blew us off. He said it wasnt related to his work. He didnt even want to check on it to find out. It started the day after they worked on our septic, and there is no way it could be related to their work? He didnt even know who he had sent out to do the work. Adios Palisades Plumbing.

John is wonderful....I've had him help me at home and at an apartment I manage.
At home: replace kitchen faucet, work sink handle needed fixing to stop leaky faucet, ghost flushing toilet, and he gave some suggestions for maintaining the external water heater and the water pressure in the house.  He came with his father who was very sweet.  I enjoyed chatting with him.
At the apartment: had a small leak, and eventhough I could not go there, I completely trusted him to go there to diagnose and fix the problem. If he can, he will help with emergencies.
I would recommend John. He is honest and kind, and will provide explanations of repairs as well (yes, I am one of those who likes to ask questions and be involved in house repairs:).

Steve went to my parents house to put 2 new toilets in.  I scheduled this with Steve and he was very professional and communicated with me the costs and time he would be at their home. My mom said it was a great experience and she would highly recommend him to her neighbors.

Ray is a really nice, laid back guy who knows his stuff. The gas company said we had a leak and shut off our gas, and he made time to get it found and fixed so we could go on with our lives. I trust him and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Bought an old house with lots of plumbing issues and Robert and his team have been an absolute dream to work with. All of the gentlemen are knowledgeable about older plumbing systems and upgrades, and how to prioritize what to tackle first to avoid disasters. Robert spent over an hour answering my questions and explaining things to my satisfaction. Exceeded my expectations by a mile.

Ron (owner) came out to the property to inspect for water leaks when his employee couldn't make it.
The appointment was scheduled promptly and Ron showed up timely.   He explained the process thoroughly and was very helpful.  Honest and reliable.

Don came out to repair a corrosive pipe under our kitchen sink and was fast and efficient getting it fixed. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends

Jimmy and his team are fast.  We had a leak of one of our copper pipes and they were able to pinpoint it and make the repair.  The area was left clean.  This is not the first time we hired Sunset West and if we have any other issues in our building we will be hiring them again.

Called them since our sink was leaking.  Found out it was the gasket.  Daniel called back; he was very responsive, professional.  The work was done and very happy with it, price reasonable, and would definitely call again for any future plumbing problems.

They were the first to get back to me after I put out my feelers on Yelp to have an issue with my hot water resolved. I have nothing but great things to say from start to finish. Jaime was amazing. He wasn't able to fix it that day, and had to order a part and come back. He was so good about communication and keeping me updated, and he did everything exactly on the timetable promised.
