I've used Pacific Palisades for years. They just came out and changed my water heater to a tank less one based on the owner's recommendation, and let me tell you I love it. I was skeptical at first as I was worried that the hot water wouldn't last long enough but it's fantastic. The price wasn't bad and the installation was flawless. It's so great to know that there are still a few reliable 'Go to' businesses still out there.

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that there are no other plumbing companies in the world worth calling except Shellback. Today was the second time I've used them within the last six months. Last time, I had Eddy who was absolutely outstanding. I figured he was one of kind and even suggested cloning him as a way of solving all the plumbing problems of the world. This time the plumber's name was Julio and he was just as amazing a plumber as Eddy. These guys seem to roll out of Shellback's dispatch office like Seal Team Six ready to attack any plumbing problem with true grit and smile. A few months ago, I had to use a different plumber from my home warranty company because Shellback wasn't available at the time. OMG, I never thought I'd use the term drama queen to describe a plumber. This other plumber spent more time grunting and groaning about what he had to do than doing what he had to do. Each time I've used Shellback, the plumber came in clean, on time or conveniently early after calling first, put on shoe protectors so he wouldn't mark up my floor, had a great attitude and actually devised a plan to repair what was broken after diagnosing the problem. I just can't say enough good things about this company. I give them five stars only because I can't give them ten. You need a plumber, look no further then Shellback.

Had a backup on my main sewer line at my house. Spoke with Andy and he came over right away within the hour to fix the issue with a 125ft snake. The price was very reasonable compared to many other quotes that I received. Very professional and very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing services in the future.

Set appointment didn't bother to call or reschedule. Would not recommend. Try someone else.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

I definitely recommend A Team! Robert was awesome. He was very professional and kind. He and a crew member were fast and efficient. I'm glad I've found a plumber I can trust.

This company was really great. I needed a plumber ASAP and they were able to send someone within a couple of hours. The plumber was very professional and fixed all the issues properly. I would highly recommend them.

Pitman Plumbing has saved us on numerous occasions - most recently this past week when a major plumbing backup turned our bathrooms into a disaster area.  Dale showed up after 9:00 PM and spent about two hours restoring our plumbing inside and outside of the house.  They've done it before too with other pipe issues we've had and we also used them to install a new hot water heater.  We've had all three of the guys here Dale and his sons Greg and Daniel and all have been super friendly, professional and above all top-notch plumbers.  We like their old-school, customer comes first attitude too and that's why we've given them a top rating here and also to our neighborhood group.

The tech Sal was on time, has a great attitude, and did a thorough and thoughtful job. He made the extra effort to solve an unusual condition. He cleaned up the work area and was very careful with all the new surfaces in a brand new kitchen. A+++
