They responded promptly to a leaking garbage disposal and a couple toilets that needed some help, when other plumbers wouldn't work in condos, or had a crazy wait time.  They were professional and though I don't know very much about pricing, it seemed fair and they seemed very honest and explained the procedures and worked very quickly.  They guarantee their work too.  I will be calling them again, when needed. Thumbs up.

I would avoid these guys. Their work is inconsistent and subject to failure. Irrigation repairs did not last two years and it took them more than $1000 of work to figure out the solution to repeated back ups.

Victor came out and replaced a badly leaking 40 gallon water heater and installed the necessary pressure regulator to avoid the problem again and it was all done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. Thanks John's Plumbing!

Steve came by for an estimate to look at our sink that had an internal drip. He was very polite and thorough in his work. Would recommend to my neighbors and friends!!

On Monday of last week our hot water went out. I call Sears for the parts and received them that Thursday. I needed a plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Ray Mendoza. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I called him on Friday morning and he asked if I needed him that day. I explained my situation, Ray explained that he had a busy day but he would at my home around 4:30pm. He arrived around around 2:30pm, Ray was very pleasant and went straight to work. Ray installed the new part and lite the heater, but the heater would stay lite. So he took the lighten system apart, cleaned out the system and relighted the heater. Then he waited to make sure the heater continued to work, his prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ray to all my friends.

Gary made this right but he returned more than I would expect. To be fair, these sink faucets are new in design and I let the manufacturer know it was a bad design. That's not Shellbacks problem. That's the company that mades a new design and expect all plumbers to figure it out. I feel this is more on the manufacture of this faucets than on Shellback. Please support Shellback for employment of Vets. This is not all on them. Very good service and even with this issue , I don't blame them for a bad design. I would use them again 100%. I did call the manufacturer and let them know how disappointed I was in their design. Thank you Shellback, you are still our #1 go to plumber.

Second time using Shellback plumbing. Again, 5 star for great work, very fair pricing too. We unknowingly purchased faucets that are more complicated due to no lift stopper but a press sink stopper. Shellback was the only company that looked at my photo and let me know it's more expensive to install. Other plumbers gave estimates without looking and underbid. Once I pointed this out , the estimate almost doubled. Good job Shellback with your follow through in knowing how to estimate. Very happy. Thanks again !

One of the faucets had a leak under sink. Had to have them return on Thursday. Said good to go    
Nope. Called to return on Friday. Ok, good to go. Nope. Called and was told they would call us back. As of today, no call. We are now on hold for 11 minutes. Having to return 3 times after a job for the same issues is very frustrating for us not only the time out of our day for a time window of 2 hours each time.

I contacted Peter Lai Plumbing because my washing machine was leaking and two sinks were clogged.  Andy was quick to respond after contacting him and he came out soon after.  He was very professional and polite.  I especially appreciate how he wore booties over his shoes before entering the house.  Great job and would use him again.

I had Luigi com install my garbage disposal and take a look at my fireplace (gas) to see if he could get it functioning. Where 3 different tradesmen failed, Luigi was able to come through. Honestly, the best experience i've had with a tradesmen; which is refreshing because I'm a new homeowner so i've hired many. He shows up on time, does the job well for a reasonable price. What else could you ask for?

Had my water heater burst at 8 pm.  I called Serj at Papas plumbing. He came at 9   Checked the pressure, checked the water heater and even told me to call the manufacturer since it's still under warranty.  Wow, Impressed with the honesty. They didn't try to just sell me a new one.  Fast and honest service.  Highly recommended!!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

I was very pleased with the service from Allstar Rooter. Everything was completed promptly and they quoted me a fair price for the work. Much less than other quotes I received. What else can you ask for? I'll definitely call them next time I need help.

A Team provided me with a free consultation and took just one day to install a new tankless water heater.  It took a lot of work and they worked fast.  I recommend!

They came out right away and found my leaks within a few minutes. I highly recommend using them.

Contacted them to come out and check on a broken shower pipe. Came out next day, they were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Jay and Narciso came to my unit on Tuesday and helped me evaluate water that leaked from my upstairs to my downstairs, and the best way to approach a fix. The helped caulk all around the toilet, and the base of the toilet to prevent water from leaking in the future. They were both friendly, helpful and thorough, and I would definitely use them again.

My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents.  The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch.  There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again.  Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.
