The units we manage starting backing up and exploded out into the backyard. We called JB on a Tuesday and they came out on the next morning at 9:30. They snaked the line and looked into the pipe with a camera. They identifed the problem in the line and provided options and two estimates to fix it. We intend to use them often! Wonderful customer service. Extremely professional and reasonable!

This is the first time I'm actually taking the time to write a review. It was Saturday, memorial weekend and I had no warm water for my morning shower. Although their office was closed for the long weekend, Ray took the time to swing by my place to take a look at the water heater. I'm so thankful he did, because one of my friends might have attempted to relight the pilot light, which it turned out, would not have been a good idea... I needed a new water heater. Ray came on Memorial day and installed it! Both Ray and his wife, Mandy, were extremely helpful and professional. I will never use anyone but Palisades Plumbing. Fantastic service!

John did some work on installing a washer hookup. After searching many plumbers, he was the only one who gave me an honest quote. He was professional and the work was done as I needed it! I could not wait to use my washer! Thanks John!

I needed (4) things done - fixing outside pipe leaks and installing new faucets in the kitchen and guest bathroom- Steve diagnosed everything quickly and fixed all my issues - came on time and explained why things needed to be done. He was very professional and does great work.

I am surprised that I never gave Ray a review, have been using him for years on both our condo and another rental condo. He is very professional, on time and fair prices.He can do drain clogs to replace a garbage disposal and every other plumbing need.,

Main water line broke, scheduled an appointment they came in and replaced the piping in one day. I also called them for a gas leak that I was having issues and Santos was able to locate the leak right away. Santos is always available and does great work!

By far the best plumbing businesses I have ever delt with since moving to the Santa Clarita Valley. I have had several other big name plumbing operations come perform repairs over the past seventeen years but they were not as efficient as Shellback Plumbing. I received a text message letting me know that they were on their way and Joseph the technician who performed the repair cleaning the main sewage line took the time going over the images from the bore scope camera pointing out the root ball that had penetrated the line and was quick to head back to the shop to get the Hydrojet. He provided me with a quote on the spot and there were no surprises and he spent the necessary time needed to clear the pipe and was not going to leave until I was happy with the job. I'm never going to go with another plumbing operation, I know that the line will need to be lined in the future and I will be calling Shellback Plumbing to perform the repairs but for now I know I'll be safe to get through the Christmas Holiday.

If I could give better than 5 stars I would. Needed work at 2 different locations in Monterey Park, turns out both were easy fixes. Total charge?  $0. Not even a trip charge. I tried, but he wouldn't accept anything. Count me as a customer for life. Andy was great, professional, and HONEST.

Luigi showed up on 2 different occasions for me-- always on time, super knowledgeable, and super honest. Before I called him for this recent job, I actually had to experience two other ac repair techs, both trying to rip me off. Its really disheartening when you just want someone to be upfront and honest.
I will definitely call Luigi again, and will refer him to anyone with total confidence! Thank you Luigi!!!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

We don't know much about water heaters, so we had to learn real quick. Called to have 75 gallon water heater installed. Santos was AWESOME!! He recommended leading brand, let me pick install date and time. They were here before me and ready with equipment. I give credit where credit is due! Installed the heater in about 2hrs. Yes job was well executed and I would recommend them to anyone. Very dependable and honest. Their price was competitive and fair.

Quick response to my inquiry, great communication, reasonable quote, and swift resolution. I had a fantastic experience with Robert and A-Team Plumbing. I reached out Sunday night to replace a cracked p-trap under my kitchen sink. Robert responded within 15 minutes and the issue was resolved the next day. High recommend. I will be calling A-Team for future plumbing issues!

So he came out when he said he would and like a ghostbuster had all his equipment. That said he destroyed my sprinklers, used all of his equipment including the precious hydrogen but never found the leak. He ended up charging me half price. All would have been fine had he not destroyed my sprinklers in an attempt the find the leak.

Had a terrible recurring plumbing problem; line to septic system kept clogging. They came out and did extensive repairs quickly. Showed me what was the problem,  and how they were fixing it along the way. Even charged me a good deal LESS than they quoted me.

Excellent service by this company to assist with plugged up drain and plumbing issues. Serviceman was terrific, knowledgable and the staff was very helpful when I first called seeking assistance. They are definitely my go to plumbers now. Hopefully I won't need to see them for awhile. Thank you sunset West!

My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents.  The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch.  There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again.  Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.

We had a leak on my tankless water heater today. I fill up request for repair on yelp, 6 companies reply in no time but A-1 Apex the only ones that send me rough prices and came in less then 1 hour to my house. Yaniv and sagee fix the problem with very fair price and did service for the heater as well.

3 hours after they left I realized that I don't have hot water around the house(after business hours), I called the company and explained that I have a baby and we need hot water tonight.
Guess what 15 minutes later knocked on the door yaniv showed up reset the system and confirmed that everything is working.

They deserve more then 5 stars
