Woke up this morning to no hot water and a blown water heater.  Joe was immediately on it and without my even being home, had the old one out, the new one in an hot water running before I got home - and he cleaned up the water on the garage floor!

We had a sewer problem and called John's plumbing. John came over and did a camera inspection by showing me the exact location that needed to be fixed. The camera inspection was the right tool for my issue; they knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job concisely. I am delighted.

Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! Dealing with unexpected plumbing issues under the home can prove challenging, to say the least! After seeking out a handful of other companies that danced around the problem and then wanted to charge me for their BS, Ser Plumbing stepped up! As noted with other reviews, Luis was proffessional in addressing and communicating the water leak issues, punctual along with a hard working respectful crew. The fact he did not charge for service call was big plus in my opinion.  It's only been a couple of weeks since repairs but so far all is working!! Luis came across as no non-sence, is licensed, knows his trade and because plumbing issues can prove costly, he also presented alternative solutions. In these trying times, I value his honesty in diagnosing my plumbing issues (old rotten galvenized pipes). It's these values that will keep his company at the top of my list. This was not a small job. I needed to replace 100 ft of natural gas pipeline, running from my meter to the backyard pool. It involved breaking concrete and lot of trench work. Shellback was prompt with their estimate, and offered me a few options at a reasonable cost. Chad and crew delivered just as promised and I would definitely use Shellback plumbing again.

Andy graciously took the time to assess my tankless water heater problems late in the day, despite his full workload. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and a good listener. The other major plus is this is a family-run business; Andy is a proud third-generation plumber (Peter Lai is his dad, he explained). It was evident that Andy genuinely cares about helping people.

When you read some of the reviews, and you see how good someone is, you just hope your experience comes somewhere close. We had a sudden outage in the middle of the night, and we needed to get our air conditioning finished quickly because we were leaving town. There same day and actually arrived earlier than promised. Got everything fixed in an hour and was on his way. I can't recommend this outfit enough and would provide a sixth star if the software would let me. Great experience top to bottom.

Richard came out quickly to help me with a water heating issue. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to fix it.

Overall he had very positive energy. He also took some time to let me know about another potential problem with my system, and said he could fix it but was very honest about the pros and cons.

We had leaking from our AC unit and when the AC company didn't fix it and told us to call a plumber, we called A-Team Plumbing. Phil came in and assessed the situation and even though it wasn't really a plumbing issue, he helped us install some pvc pipes to stop the leaking. He was fast and efficient. We'll definitely be calling back when we have actual plumbing issues.

We called the company on a Saturday for an emergency slab leak and left a message. Ron returned our call shortly after and made the first available appointment he had. He was very professional and detected the leak location quickly and referred us to a plumber to resolve the issue.

I liked everything price was right, I did add a sprayer connection to the back of the toilet. In addition to the removal of the toilet.
After fighting to get a decent quote I don't want to argue why was that not mentioned in the beginning when I was given a $200 quote over the phone..?
Why wouldn't that be included.?
The sprayer yea I get it I could do it myself that being said I basically showed them how to install.
They fixed a ring as well.
Surprise cost toilet removal over priced for sprayer install and they fixed the ring.
Total $300 versus the $200 quoted.
On time and clean COVID compliant and easy to work with.
***update*** they called and text me to and rectify the issue.
Which they didn't have to do switched to 5 stars.

I read on NextDoor Palisades really great reviews about this plumbing company so I decided to give them a try.  A hot water heater was leaking, so I gave a call and they sent someone to turn off the water on the same day because I was going out of town.  When i returned, they installed a new hot water tank for me.  While they were draining the old one of it's water, I told them I was baffled as to why my water bill was so high.  One of them went under the house to check for leaks.  There were none.  Then they checked the toilets in the house.  No leaks. Finally, they checked the toilet in the guest house and found the tiniest of leaks they felt could be the issue.  What great guys that went over and above the call of great service.  They will be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs in the future for sure.   Can't recommend highly enough!

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

The best plumbing business in the San Fernando Valley and beyond! 8 years ago, when we bought our new home we found sewer damage to the main sewer line. They were able to completely resolve our issues with trench-less piping. A year ago, we remodeled our home and brought A-1 Apex back.
They did an entire repipe from galvanized to PEX piping. They also upgraded our water heater from tank to tankless! In addition they just did a new earthquake valve. You won't regret choosing them for your needs!
