They showed up when they said they would, provided a detailed estimate as well as possibilities of what they might find that could change the estimate, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and the final cost matched up. Couldn't ask for more.

I highly recommend palisades plumbing. We replaced our kitchen island top and fixtures. An expert plumber was needed for installation.  Mario installed the new fixtures and replaced worn pipes and valves expertly at a reasonable price. We found our plumber.

They claim to do emergency plumbing services however, when I called with a plumbing emergency, I was told that they couldn't get a hold of their night on-call plumber. He gave me the plumber's phone number and told me to contact him directly. I did, and no response, and mailbox full. I let him know, and he told me to text him instead, - the runaround was very disappointing. Chasing down your plumber is not my job, especially in an emergency situation.

Steve came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. I called Steve for a last minute job, he got it done efficiently and at a great price. I will be using him for another job shortly.

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

I had a problem installing two new Faucets in my main bathroom.  Called Shellback Plumbing at noon and was advised a technician would arrive between 3:00 PM and 5 PM the same day.  Technician Miguel S. responded well before the quoted time.  He was professional, efficient, and pleasant.  He advised me of what needed to be completed and the cost to make the fixes.  I am very happy with the installation of the Faucets and the ancillary work that was needed to hook them up.  All in All, Great Customer Service!  I will definitely use Shellback Plumbing in the future.

Richard came out quickly to help me with a water heating issue. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to fix it.

Overall he had very positive energy. He also took some time to let me know about another potential problem with my system, and said he could fix it but was very honest about the pros and cons.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Our water heater leaked and Santos installed the new one.
He was very responsive through yelp messaging and gave a good price. He was upfront about the fees and explained the fees in detail. (which is good)
He did a great, and a clean job at installing the new one, on top of that he is very friendly!

I gave A Team a call about a mainline blockage. They were very responsive and actually showed up early. The owner even came out to give his professional opinion about the issue. I was pleased because they were up front about my needs and what they would suggest either for the current job or future potential problems. They used cameras, which they let me view, that showed the exact issue. They then quickly did the repairs and the cost was reasonable compared to others I've called for similar issues. I'd highly recommend.

I called Ron last night based on referrals and reviews. He called back within hours and came out on a Sunday night.

We had hot kitchen tiles that had gotten warmer.  It was indicated that we had a slab leak.  Ron used high tech equipment to determine the general area of the leak. He was thorough and complete.  

We now have a plan to give our plumber to detect the exact place the leak is coming from.   He made himself available to further discuss options for repair with our plumber.  

I am hopeful that Ron's work will get the bottom of this to repair.

Just wanted to update my post with a few photos and add that Don was very patient with our long list of plumbing problems! Next on the list is the master bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub leak!

I was able to make a same day appointment and the service was impeccable, I would definitely use their service again.
Their rates were very reasonable and fair.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

We had an emergency sewage stoppage and A-1 Apex responded to our call immediately. They had to replace most of our (very old) sewer drains, a huge job, but they did it within two days and for a very reasonable cost. The workers were friendly and thorough and cleaned everything up afterward. I cannot praise them highly enough. I will use them from here on in for any plumbing problems that may arise.
