My husband found JB Plumbing & Rooter on Yelp.

They are fantastic, such nice people and so knowledgable. They followed COVID safe precautions, and even took off their shoes for our house (asian household :D )

Our master shower and bathroom sink were clogged. They fixed both at a VERY reasonable price, and gave me great advice on how to maintain it since we are new homeowners.

10/10, highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Against my better judgment I tried a local plumber. I have not had much success with plumbers in general. I told them that I knew the lines were plugged. They insisted it was water pressure, changed the connections on the toilets to get a better flush and charged $180.00. Needless to say the next day the lines backed up again and now I have to spend more money on another plumber to do what I wanted done the first time. Sometimes trade people just have to listen to what you want.

total flakes. no showed on my tenant two days in a row.. they waited around for hours for them to show up and never did.  totally unacceptable. stay away from these guys

I contacted Clear Pipe Plumbing and Rooter and got an immediate quote from Steve to snake two drains in my house. My husband and I were able to set up an appointment right away.

Steve was on time, friendly, and did a very good job. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us some good information on what to do with our plumbing needs for next time. I will definitely reach out again, next time I need something fixed in my house.

Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! Let me know about the appointment and that they were on their way. They accept Zelle or cash. Got my water back on. Courteous, professional.

Let me start off by saying this...if you're on yelp looking through reviews and trying to find a plumber whose honest, affordable, and does quality work the first time around...LOOK NO FURTHER AND GIVE GARY A CALL...TRUST ME! He had a guy out the very next morning, Rick, who took care of my toilet that was completely clogged and it was about 50-60 back in the main line. Rick was very polite, professional, efficient, great communication and customer service..everything was just spectacular and the price was right too! Check these guys out ASAP if you need a plumber! Years of issues with a gas wall heater corrected in one visit today from Luigi. First I was pleased that he answered my call right away.

Serj is not your ordinary plumber for several reasons.  First, unlike an ordinary plumber, Serj is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Upon assessing the situation, he is able to tell you right away what is wrong and what needs to be done.  Second, he has a lot of integrity:  if something doesn't need to be replaced, he will tell you upfront.  He doesn't waste your time or money.  Third, HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL!  He is a perfectionist and his work is clean.  Also, he does not linger so he can charge you more.  I recommend him with no hesitation.  Thank you Papas Plumbing.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Had an emergency and Santos came to the rescue. My tub was leaking and since he was here he also took care of some old spigots.   I've had work done before and he also delivered results.  He was fast, professional, and got the job done.

I've had multiple plumbing issues recently (they're bound to happen in an old building), and I'm so glad to have found the A-Team; they're incredibly responsive, reliable, friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. HUGE thanks to Mario who fixed my first emergency issue (a pinhole leak in a thin pipe that caused ceiling drywall to give way), and both Mario and Jose just dealt with another issue that required them to replace the laundry pan and some piping underneath it. They were fast, explained everything, and I hope I see them again when I decide to have the whole place repiped - the only team I'll call is A-Team!

I want to give a fair and honest review here. They were very responsive and efficient - I reached out at 7pm and they had someone on site at 9am the next day. Unfortunately the spot they marked was about 5 feet away from the leak and caused me to tear up a portion of my concrete that didn't need to be torn up, which then added to my repair costs afterward. My plumber dug 3 feet down from the spot and there were not even pipes under the marked location, then ended up finding the leak in a different location essentially right where the pipes left my house and went underground. The technician came back out to look at it and told me he just overthought it. The business owner was responsive and immediately refunded the cost of the inspection, which was appreciated. I found them to be honest and professional, and they did the right thing by refunding me. But I wouldn't feel comfortable hiring them again if I had another leak based on my first experience.

I called and they were at my home within the hour! They took the time to inspect what the issue was before just ripping in and charging me for it! I really appreciated Don giving me advice and recommendations as a solution and didn't pressure me to move forward with expensive (and nonessential) repairs. They were friendly, helpful and so kind! I'm really impressed and thankful for their help! Definitely recommend this business team!

Very disappointed,worst customer service I have come across in a long time.When they do answer the phone,they do not follow up or return  call regarding a service call they already  came out for & said would let me know following  day if they can get the part,now 3 weeks later they are still not returning phone calls at all.
I will say the plumber who came out was nice & helpful at the time,so I'm guessing this is more a management fault.........

Called them since our sink was leaking.  Found out it was the gasket.  Daniel called back; he was very responsive, professional.  The work was done and very happy with it, price reasonable, and would definitely call again for any future plumbing problems.

Very prompt and professional service. They were able to resolve the issue the same day for the price appraised. No upselling or gimmicks. Will use again if I need to.
