We've been doing business with JB Plumbing and Rooting for a few years now and we are very happy with their work.

It all started when we were working on a DIY home project on a holiday weekend. We ran into a gas line and Jose came out and capped it for us that same day. Without his help, we wouldn't have finished our project on time.

Since then, we've had them install a whole house filter, a tankless water heater (with a bigger gas line), and a new water main. Again, we are very happy with their work. They also work neatly, are very courteous, and really go the extra mile when they work on projects at our place.

As in the past, Palisades Plumbing did a fantastic job.  Joe was great.  He installed new faucets.  He was very experienced,  worked carefully and skillfully.  He was friendly and the bathroom was spotless when he left.  I highly recommend Palisades Plumbing.

They claim to do emergency plumbing services however, when I called with a plumbing emergency, I was told that they couldn't get a hold of their night on-call plumber. He gave me the plumber's phone number and told me to contact him directly. I did, and no response, and mailbox full. I let him know, and he told me to text him instead, - the runaround was very disappointing. Chasing down your plumber is not my job, especially in an emergency situation.

Steve offered a solution that no other plumber suggested. Very punctual and professional. His work is top notch. If you need any plumbing work, Steve is the guy to call!

Ray has provided plumbing services, for both the condominium and my unit, for the last few years, and I highly recommend! Ray and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. The pricing is fair, and they always get the job done well!

Initial conversation was great. They sent someone out to the house ASAP which was awesome. My issue was the bathtub. Must have been a clog. The guy came and attempted to unclog the drain and wasn't able to. All that took 15min max. The fee was 75$ to unclog the drain. Couldn't do it and still charge me which was fine. I gave him a 100$ and he didn't have change. Gave himself a nice tip. I don't care about the fee, however, if you can't complete the service your charging for then lower the fee.

Decided to use Shellback Plumbing to replace my leaking water heater and fix an under-performing toilet.  Alex did a great job in accomplishing both jobs.  I used Shellback based on their high ratings and also being local to my home.  I recommend them.  They came out to access the job of fixing my situation, quoted me a price, and then did the work without a problem.  Use them!  Ask for Alex!

I have already utilized Peter Lai Plumbing three times so that already says a lot; and I have been happy with all three services.  Andy is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and will answer your questions over the phone and do the diagnosis in person.  Upon arrival, Andy wears a mask, gloves and shoe covers to ensure safety measures during COVID.

The first time he replaced my kitchen sink faucet which was 14+ years; the faucet was corroded due to hard water built up over the years.  Andy also helped me replace my toilet flush valve and flappers which was making leaking noises.

The second time, he replaced and installed a new toilet that was leaking water from the rim and from the back of the tank.  He gave me two options; one is to reset the toilet or two, replace a new one since both options would require removing the entire toilet so I decided to go with the latter.

The third time was when I had termite damages and the termite specialist suspected that there was a leak where the  damaged area was since there is a bathroom sink right behind that wall so I had Andy open up the dry wall and it turns out, there was a leak. Andy cut the old pipe and repaired it with a new Propress one.

I will be calling Peter Lai Pluming (Andy) in the future if I ever have issues with plumbing.

Papa's plumbing is awesome. Great service and great prices. I needed to run a water line for my new fridge I had put in so I can have filtered water and ice. I called couple places but the prices were ridiculous. I called and spoke to Serge and he gave me a pretty accurate estimate over the phone after I described in detail what needs to be done. I sent some pictures of my kitchen layout as well. He was able to give me a quote right away and the price was great so I scheduled a appointment right away. His crew came in the next day and did a very clean job. If you need plumbing help give papas plumbing a call!!

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

We have been using Santos for all our plumbing needs and he has been very
knowledgeable and reasonable. He has been able to repair any of the issues that have come up over the years. Our neighbors are now using him and they have been equally happy. We highly recommend Allstar Rooter for all your plumbing issues.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Aft first I was delighted to have this plumber agree to hook up a sink and run a water line behind my fridge last minute. I agreed to pay about $100 more than another quote I had received because I did not want to wait for the other company. However, we were left hanging after the contractor (Hugo) stated he would have to leave in order to get additional supplies. He never returned and made excuses why he could not return the next day, ignored calls and texts the day after that and then invoiced the incomplete job for the full price. Not only was my job left unfinished, the owner (ROBERT) had the audacity to state that completion of the job would be complimentary and her refused to discount the invoice he sent us after leaving us hanging for 3 days. A huge whole was left in my wall and an additional plumber had to be hired to finish his work. I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointed,worst customer service I have come across in a long time.When they do answer the phone,they do not follow up or return  call regarding a service call they already  came out for & said would let me know following  day if they can get the part,now 3 weeks later they are still not returning phone calls at all.
I will say the plumber who came out was nice & helpful at the time,so I'm guessing this is more a management fault.........

These guys are good.  Responsive, reasonably and transparently priced, and thorough.  More people should use them.

This is the second time Sagee has come out to unclog our kitchen sink and address a leak. He and his team are always so professional and kind when they arrive. They took the time to walk me through the process, potential options, and pricing as well as took the extra step to crawl under my home to assess any other potential issues we may be having. I absolutely recommend using them always!
