We were in the process of preparing our home to go on the market, and I had several minor things that needed adjusting, repaired, or replaced. Over the course of a month's time, I worked with JB Plumbing and they were always communicative, prompt, and extremely professional. They helped me out immensely, and if I were staying in the area, they would be my go-to plumbers forever. I cannot recommend them more highly. They genuinely care about the quality of their work, and aren't like some other companies that want to up-sell or add charges that are unnecessary. 10 stars!

I have used Palisades Plumbing several time, most recently this past week.  They are always prompt and get the job done very professionally.

I asked John to give me an estimate for section of main line replacement. The price was fair. It took one day to  finish the job. John's Plumbing did a great job. 
I will call them again if I have other plumbing issues.

Steve responded quickly to my request and was very clear and helpful in his communications. He and his team showed up on time, were courteous, professional and thorough.

Luigi was fantastic coming out this weekend to assist with a leaking A/C system.  He took time to explain his diagnosis of the issue, help rework some plumbing to drain more efficiently from the evaporator unit and then double check other areas of concern.

We needed advice about a situation we were having with our condo drain lines.  We didn't end up needing the services of a plumber, but Serj spent time providing us with honest info and feedback knowing it might result in him not getting the job.  If and when we do need a plumbing company, we'll be calling Papa's and we'll be referring them to friends.  It's easy to get blindsided by people trying to make a quick buck these days.  Thank you Serj for your time and honesty.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

They are very responsive which is so important. In emergencies they've even done some troubleshooting with me over the phone/via text which I've appreciated. They do good work.

During heavy  rain they sent two guys to fix water heater which was making loud noise.   Next rain same thing happened so called again.  Then they  told me heater was sitting on ground needed to be lifted up on concrete, earthquake proofed and a new shed built.  Would take all day with two guys doing job. Cost $3,000.00.  Water  heater is only 5 years old.  Called another plumbing company and got a  quote for $850.00 . They did the same exact thing  but told me my shed was in good shape, did't need to be replaced.  Put it on concrete, added everything needed to come up to earthquake code and secured shed to wall so no rain gets in and it is working perfectly in the heavy rains.  Took one man about two hours to do entire job.   Be careful with being taken advantage of.

I have back to back showers in my house and I saw a wet spot outside the house in a dirt patch.  We have a slab foudation so I thought it might be running off from there.  

Ron came out and used scanners in both bathrooms but found not evidence of a leak. We ran water in both bathrooms and he checked outside, but no leak.  He dug into the ground a bit by the foundation and double checked that the foundation above was dry so we know it's not coming from the inside.  It could just be residual wetness from the rains or something else but not from plumbing.

He then turned the water off to the house but our meter kept running so we thought there might be another leak outside (our water bill has been high).  We discoverd the pool autofill was stuck in the fill position so it was over filling the pool and wasting water.  Very happy to get that corrected.

We needed some plumbing repairs and I decided to give DeVinney Plumbing a call based on the positive reviews. I spoke with Don and he was very down to earth and even willing to give me a rough idea on what it might cost, which several others I contacted were unwilling to do without booking an estimate, inspecting the work and charging a service call. On the day scheduled I received a call at the appointed time that they were on the way. When Sammy and Aaron arrived they inspected the projects and were able to confirm the prices as stated by Don before the work began. They completed all the items in no time and did fantastic work without any problems. There were no additional charges and they took our payment with a credit card device and went on their way. The work was top notch and the prices fair. Overall just super easy and professional, will definitely use again and expect the same results.

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. They are professionals, knowledgeable and the quality of the work done by Sunset West Plumbing is first rate.  Oliver was excellent.  The office staff is pleasant, efficient, and follows up regarding appointment scheduling.  Over the years and number of plumbers we have used while remodeling, we have been rather frustrated.  But not this time.  They are terrific.  Thank you.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

I am not easily impressed, but must post my accolades and recommendation for Apex Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I've used them. First to install a toilet and sink. This time to use camera and hydro jet a blocked drainage pipe. They were amazingly thorough and knowledgeable. Kept me informed along the way. They were persistent and did not up-sell me. If I need help again I definitely plan to call them.
