This is our third time using JB plumbing.   Highly recommended.   We had toilets installed on their first visit, then we had a water heater installed.   On this last visit, I was awakened early in the morning by running water.   I discovered the leak was coming from the outside automatic sprinklers.   When I tried the shut off valve to stop the water, the plastic shutoff broke off.   I called Jose at JB and he offered to come out then, even though it was 4:30 in the morning!    He then returned later to install a brass shut off valve and repair what was needed.   Great to have a competent plumber if needed.   Thumbs up to this business.

On Sunday my garbage disposal broke.  On Monday morning I called Palisades Plumbing.  They said they could have a plumber at my house at 2:30 pm. but to call when I was close so they could coordinate his arrival with mine.  I called them at 2:30 and Steve arrived 2 minutes later.  He installed a new garbage disposal in about 45 minutes.  He did a great job.  No mess.  Nice guy.  Sang a little tune to himself while he worked.  Made sure all was working well before he left.  The price was exactly what was quoted.  Maybe it wasn't equivalent to fixing a nuclear submarine but I sure appreciated the good work, the ease of scheduling the appointment, the fact they showed up on time and charged me exactly what they said.  Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issue.

Ray has done multiple projects, both small and large, for our family over the last few years.  He is always professional, friendly, and honest.  His prices are fair, and most importantly, the quality of his work is fabulous.  If something does not need replacing, he will be the first to tell you.  Because he does great work, he has a long list of happy customers.

Punctual, responsive, and reasonably priced.  Hired these gentleman for two jobs and on both occasions did an exceptional job in a timely fashion.  They were honest, helpful and provided pointers to prevent future issues.  Will use on a regular basis

This was my first experience with Shellback and not my last.  We had a shower, toilet back up issue and needed help asap. I called Shellback and Eddie answered the phone.  He was so helpful and said he could have someone come out that same day. Thank goodness because we couldn't wait for the next day. Steve came and he was very polite and didn't rush through his job and was able to get us functioning through the evening.  He said there was a possible blockage and needed a camera to figure out the issue. He scheduled someone to return the following morning. Gary came out (didn't realize he was the owner until I wrote this) and he was also super nice. He was patient with me and showed me what he saw via his camera.  He answered all my questions and explained what future repairs would be.  He was not pushy and left us to make that decision. I asked for a estimate and he emailed me all the documents in minutes. What a positive experience with this company. I'm telling my friends about them. They excelled in customer service! I had a minor shower drain problem. It drains fine with water but in the presence of shampoo or soap, it would slow down a little. At first Andy couldn't find the problem because when he inserted the snake gun 10 meters in, he couldn't find anything. He said the pipe is new and everything clean. So he inserted 40 meters in this time and was able to find some hair, amount to the size of a grape approximately. So that was the culprit!

I am very happy with Andy's service. He was pretty thorough. Where other plumbers probably would stop at 10 meters in, but Andy put in the extra miles and pumped 4X deeper, at 40 meters in. The service was comparably cheap, only $80, whereas another place quoted me about twice the price. I find Andy to be direct and honest. I will definitely use his service again should future plumbing issues arise. Highly recommended!

Maybe the single best experience I've had with a plumber. Our toilet had been running slowly and clogged up late on a Saturday. I call Luigi early Sunday morning and he was able to come by within a couple hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was super friendly. Only charged us $75 (other plumbers were quoting $100+). Paid him $100 using a Yelp coupon because I was so happy with the service.

Solved my problem immediately. Prompt and clear communication. Great experience

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

Robert and his team came by to fix an array of plumbing issues. Everything from our hot water tank to our water pressure regulator. He did an amazing job and was highly professional. Will be going with A Team Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from now on.

Ron (owner) came out to the property to inspect for water leaks when his employee couldn't make it.
The appointment was scheduled promptly and Ron showed up timely.   He explained the process thoroughly and was very helpful.  Honest and reliable.

Don and his team were outstanding. Very responsive with returning calls and text, as well as getting out to diagnose and recommend. Our water heater had begun to fail, and Don tried to help us save $ by recommending various adjustments to the heater and pump. After none of these options worked, he got us a high quality water heater at a competitive price. Since the upgrade, our water temperature has been perfect throughout the house, which has also reduced the amount of water we use.  Thanks, Don!!

These guys were extremely hard to get a hold of. Then when they did show up,while they did a good job of measuring the never provided the quote. Why do all the work and then not quote?

I had a true emergency last night--a water heater on the second floor was leaking, and the leak was getting worse. Worst of all, it was Sunday night. When I called Pitman's number, Greg Pitman answered the phone right away. He was at my building within 30 minutes, and he diagnosed the problem quickly (not only was the water heater bad, but a shutoff valve wasn't working). Greg stopped the leak last night, and came by early this morning and replaced the water heater.

Although Greg is fairly young, he is definitely old school in his approach to his job. He's knowledgable, professional, and happy to explain everything he does. Pitman will now be my building's go to guys for any plumbing need we have.

I am not easily impressed, but must post my accolades and recommendation for Apex Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I've used them. First to install a toilet and sink. This time to use camera and hydro jet a blocked drainage pipe. They were amazingly thorough and knowledgeable. Kept me informed along the way. They were persistent and did not up-sell me. If I need help again I definitely plan to call them.
