Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do.  Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done.  Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious.  Would definitely recommend to others.

Never again. Totally unethical. The new plumber we called said we should sue them they are liable for the work. Not going to do that but I am warning others not to use Palisades Plumbing.

John is an amazing plumber. We have used him numerous times for a large variety of plumbing issues and he has always saved the day!!! He even should up with short notice to fix a leak in our back house which was really awesome because the tenants had to leave for work and john arrived 20 minutes after we called!! I cant say enough about John, he is trustworthy, will offer you a great price, is always on time or early for the job and is clean and efficient!! Thanks John for saving us time and time again!! I wish there were 6 stars!!

We've used Steve a few times now, at our condo over the past few years. He fixed a leaking pipe last year, and when we bought our new house last month, we used him for inspection, and to help with fixes after moving in. Our house's water heater was new but for some reason the previous owners didn't install it to code. Steve came in and reinstalled everything. He even took the time to talk me through everything he did, what each part does, etc. His prices are super reasonable, and he's honest & reliable. We'll definitely be using him again!

Needed a quick save after our pipes clogged at night. Called them in the morning, and was able to obtain same day service. Andy showed up early, was knowledgeable about his craft, and was honest about what services were required. Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I didn't choose this company my management company chose this business. With that being said I would give them 3 out of 10 for services and customer service or lack there of.

Made an appointment for June 10 from 2-3pm and waited until 2:49 to call to see what was going on. The person Natalie Santos stated she didn't know why they hadn't gotten to my house and she would find out and call me back. When she calls back a few mins later she stated that the person van broke down and we can reschedule for tomorrow morning at 8am. After being inconvenienced I still agree to them coming out tomorrow to resolve the issue with my sink. The guy comes the next day at 8am as scheduled. He never stated his name but he looked over what needed to be done, left out to get his tools to complete the job. Once he was done he left without stating what the issue was but that the job was finished. He ask his what/why the sink was stopping up.

After he finished explaining I went back to the bathroom to make sure the sink was working properly and found that this guy had made a complete mess of my bathroom along with leaving water/hair/ whatever was in the drain all over the items in the bottom of the sink. Highly upset that I have damaged items that have to be thrown away and water all over everything including the toilet.

Nasty and careless worker !!! I would NEVER have chosen this company on my own. I spoke with Natalie Davila about the mess the worker left me to clean up and she tell me ITS JUST WATER as if water doesn't cause damage to stuff. Very clueless!!  Also spoke with the owner Santos Davila and he brushed it off like it was my fault his work was careless and nasty worker.

Our shower drain was backed up on a long weekend. I called 6-7 places and nobody could come out. Mario came by and fixed the clog. Reliable and great price.

Ron and Amid are awesome! My third time using them for a leak detection on my properties and their response time is outstanding. They were able to work around my schedule and came to my rescue as I had a full team waiting to know where the leak was so we can start the excavation. Saturday night - company coming over - Labor day weekend.  Kitchen sink stops up.  I called several companies - only two called back, one was charging outrageous prices for coming out on a Saturday.  Sunset West called and the price was right.  Juan (J)  took care of the problem.  Courteous and clean - definitely will use again.

Highly recommend! They came really quickly, gave a multi-tiered quote with various options to work within our budget, and then did a pipe + garbage disposal replacement for us in a couple of hours.  We haven't had any issues with the installation in the weeks since so I am confident that the work was done well.  All around this a good, reliable, and professional company that you can trust to get the job done for a fair price.
