JB Plumbing and Rooter are knowledgeable, highly skilled and tenacious. Our crawl space is compact, and crowded with old pipes, new pipes, footings, and way too much stuff for such a small space. Jose and Jesse were undaunted and dug out earth to get our extensive job done. We had a shoddy repipe done by hacks and they came in to help us literally dig our way out. Gas line fixed , hot water restored , we booked them for more work before they even left.

Our water heater began spewing water this morning.  John was the first plumber in the area to answer my call, and was able to get to my house within 10 minutes of the call.  He fixed the problem promptly and for what seemed to be a reasonable price.  He was friendly and informative.  I will definitely call John again and will recommend him to neighbors.  Thanks, John!

We had two ENORMOUS water bills and could not figure out what the problem was.  We had called another leak detection company that only did detection, but not repair, and they said they would come the next day, but they never did.  I turned to Yelp, and put out a request for bids, and Steve at Clear Pipe got back to me immediately.  He made an appointment with me for the very next day and came at the exact time.  He diagnosed the problem after 3 hours of incredibly diligent effort and determined it was a problem with our pool auto fill float.  And once he diagnosed the problem, he told us the repair plan and executed it.  He had to do some digging and replaced some pipe and a valve.  Once he was completed, he had refilled all of the dirt, he made it look like no digging had happened at all.  He's very friendly, takes all of the necessary Covid requirements, and most importantly, his rates are VERY reasonable.  I HIGHLY recommend.  We will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.  Thank you Steve!

Came for 15 minutes and charged me 130 dollars. He also didn't return my calls. Had to try 3 times.

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

I called my Home warranty insurance company yesterday about my toilet tank not filling up after it was flushed.  After they told me that it was Shellback Plumbing that would be coming over to fix the issue, I was excited since I have worked with this company before.

A lady from Shellback Plumbing called to confirmed less than an hour after I placed my service call.   We confirmed appointment for Jimmy G, field technician, to come inspect.  They set a 2 hour window of 9am-11am for the following day, today.

I received a text from Shellback at 8:15am stating that Jimmy was on the way.  It is nice to know when they are coming especially at the beginning of the window.

When Jimmy arrived, he had a great attitude and very friendly.  My wife proceded to show him the issue of the valve not working.  He was able to understand exactly what needed to be done to correct the issue. After some diagnosis, he was able to determine that the water pressure from the main line was too strong and putting a lot of pressure on our toilets. The valves broke.  He checked the other toilets as well and realized that it was not only 1 toilet but both toilets were having the same issue.  He called to get approval from his supervisor to address not just both toilet but to change and put a high-quality copper/brass water adapter and installed it in the front of the house. It looked a lot more sturdier and solid than the plastic one we had before.     Jimmy didn't just do his job,  he really tried to find the root of the problem and find a long term solution.  I felt that Jimmy was instilling trust with us and we will definitely only use Shellback moving forward for all our plumbing needs.   Thank you Jimmy for helping us make our home whole again.

Peter Lai's son is Andy and he does the service calls.  This is a wonderful family business.  I have used Andy twice in the last 12 months, once for a toilet replacement and a shower repair.  Andy is professional and very prompt.  Their prices are fair and reasonable but for that you get professional work.

Called him on Saturday regarding heating issue. He returned call and he came next day.  Gave me a reasonable price for the work better than 3 others and performed the work exactly as I requested it. Work required  new heater to be installed.  Hecleaned up and Wore mask at all times. Called him as a result if other Yelps reviews. He is very dependable.

We've been super happy with them so far. They've done lots of inspections for us and have been super thorough. We're planning to use them for a full repipe soon and will report back, but I have a feeling we're going to be very statisfied.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

They offered a great price, communicated well and came out on a weekend to perform the work.  I'm very happy with the job and overall experience.  I hope to not need a plumber again soon but if I do I will call these guys first!  Thank you Allstar Rooter!

My wife and I have had very good experiences with A-Team Plumbing. Just recently our home needed several problems taken care of in the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen due to very old and corroded/leaking pipes under our house. It was a big 3-day job, and Mario and his team handled everything excellently. They even replaced and patched up the drywall they needed to cut into at no extra charge. Mario was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to communicate and work with. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns and gave us suggestions and solutions that looked out for our best interests. He also corrected a separate additional problem that wasn't part of the quote at no extra charge. We felt we were in great hands during the entire experience. They definitely earned the 5 stars, I'm highly recommending them.

So thankful for Raan's help in NOT detecting a leak but that it was a mistake in meter reading. YES, that can actually happen if you have LADWP. He is kind, helpful and end up not charging me. Thanks again Raan.

What a relief. I tried to install a kitchen faucet by myself and nearly broke my back just removing the old one. I also needed a new garbage disposal as well. I was in a pinch and called another company whose name rhymes with 'mutton'.

They quoted me $1500! It was outrageous and I didn't know any other plumbers.
I remembered years ago my parents used Jim Papik plumbing. I did a search and up came Sunset West because Jimmy Papik now runs the company.

My parents were on to something. Jimmy came over and handled the installation of the faucet and disposal easily and charged a fraction of the ridiculous quote from the other plumber. Service and price are excellent here.

Dale is the best.  3rd generation plumber with incredible knowledge.  He is also very friendly and extremely trustworthy.  And my wife appreciates that he is very clean.  When he had to go under the house through the bedroom he laid out drop cloths, put on a special suit, and even vacuumed up after himself.

Sagee came over to fix a shower leak.  He explained the process from the very beginning and the potential costs before starting.  Very professional and super friendly.
