Great response time. I had two burst pipes on two different occasions and came within an hour to fix up the issues quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend palisades plumbing. We replaced our kitchen island top and fixtures. An expert plumber was needed for installation.  Mario installed the new fixtures and replaced worn pipes and valves expertly at a reasonable price. We found our plumber.

John's plumbing company was so helpful. John came to my house immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Great prices and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Steve was very professional and straight forward. My garbage disposal wasn't working and a different plumbing company told me that we need a replacement. Steve came and took a look at it and fixed it on the spot. Not only did he help me save money, he also saved the trouble of finding a new one and getting the whole thing replaced. Thanks Steve!

Ray is a true professional.  Arrives on time and his fees are reasonable.  He is friendly and reliable.  I won't use anyone else.

Main water line broke, scheduled an appointment they came in and replaced the piping in one day. I also called them for a gas leak that I was having issues and Santos was able to locate the leak right away. Santos is always available and does great work!

Called Shellback at 8pm to see if they could send someone out to us. The couldn't that evening but said that someone could come out to us first thing the next morning. We had a backed up kitchen sink and Shellback sent Joseph to help us first thing in the morning. He helped us fix our sink in the kitchen and we also had him do the bathroom drain as well. Joseph was cool and helpful with great customer service. Joseph recommended a Hydro or Jet cleaning, not sure what it's called but we will definitely put that in the budget and give them a call in the future.

I had a minor shower drain problem. It drains fine with water but in the presence of shampoo or soap, it would slow down a little. At first Andy couldn't find the problem because when he inserted the snake gun 10 meters in, he couldn't find anything. He said the pipe is new and everything clean. So he inserted 40 meters in this time and was able to find some hair, amount to the size of a grape approximately. So that was the culprit!

I am very happy with Andy's service. He was pretty thorough. Where other plumbers probably would stop at 10 meters in, but Andy put in the extra miles and pumped 4X deeper, at 40 meters in. The service was comparably cheap, only $80, whereas another place quoted me about twice the price. I find Andy to be direct and honest. I will definitely use his service again should future plumbing issues arise. Highly recommended!

Years of issues with a gas wall heater corrected in one visit today from Luigi. First I was pleased that he answered my call right away.
I could tell Luigi was highly experienced with gas appliances when he took the time to explain the details of the repair. Luigi saved the day!

We moved into our first house and called Papa's Plumbing to install a toilet, kitchen faucet, and a shower head.  There was some miscommunication and Serge thought they were just coming out for a quote, but he made it possible for all of the work to be completed same-day. He also found that our home had a malfunctioning pressure regulator and no pressure release valve. He was able make these repairs at the same visit, putting my husband and I at ease in the first days in our new home. Serge is a real professional, super polite and efficient, and his crew left everything absolutely spotless. Can't recommend this company more highly and will be using them for everything plumbing-related moving forward.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Santos did a great job!! Replaced our kitchen faucet with a sensor faucet.  Would recommend, very kind fast and through!

Very professional service and dedicated to determining the cause of the leak. Love that they show up with a plumber who then can fix the leak immediately. They also recommended a great restoration company. I wish my insurance company would move as fast as Sherlock leak detection, the plumber and the restoration company. The whole process started November 23 and it's still not finished to this day on December 14. Highly recommend Sherlock leak detection services!

I liked everything price was right, I did add a sprayer connection to the back of the toilet. In addition to the removal of the toilet.
After fighting to get a decent quote I don't want to argue why was that not mentioned in the beginning when I was given a $200 quote over the phone..?
Why wouldn't that be included.?
The sprayer yea I get it I could do it myself that being said I basically showed them how to install.
They fixed a ring as well.
Surprise cost toilet removal over priced for sprayer install and they fixed the ring.
Total $300 versus the $200 quoted.
On time and clean COVID compliant and easy to work with.
***update*** they called and text me to and rectify the issue.
Which they didn't have to do switched to 5 stars.

Best plumber we've ever hired.  And reasonable, honest pricing.
We have Grohe fixtures in our master shower, in kind of a complicated arrangement, and after about 10 years, one by one, they froze up and stopped working.  I called a plumber I had used on easy jobs before (one I had highly rated on Yelp, actually), and he hemmed and hawed and futzed around; finally said he would price the replacement parts and call me back.  He didn't.  I kept calling him, and finally he said that the parts alone would run $1200, and he would have to cut a large hole through the tile wall to do the job.  I said fine, set a date, and he said he'd call me back when he had the parts.  He never called back.  I think he was afraid to try to do the job.  I got a referral to another plumber, who was supposed to be a cut above.  SAME THING -- he told me he'd have to cut into the wall; he'd call me when he had the parts -- then never called me again.  Weeks passed, and we needed to have our drain snaked, so I called Sunset West.  While Jim was here snaking the drain, I had him look at the shower situation, and Im sure glad I did.  He was familiar with the Grohe fixtures.  He got the parts right away, and called me back in a couple of days to come and replace them.  He did the whole job for less than the first plumber had quoted for parts alone, and he did NOT have to cut into the wall.  He had no trouble doing the job that the two other plumbing businesses were too scared to even try.

Pitman Plumbing has saved us on numerous occasions - most recently this past week when a major plumbing backup turned our bathrooms into a disaster area.  Dale showed up after 9:00 PM and spent about two hours restoring our plumbing inside and outside of the house.  They've done it before too with other pipe issues we've had and we also used them to install a new hot water heater.  We've had all three of the guys here Dale and his sons Greg and Daniel and all have been super friendly, professional and above all top-notch plumbers.  We like their old-school, customer comes first attitude too and that's why we've given them a top rating here and also to our neighborhood group.

This company was amazing they responded to my add in 5min had a guy out in 30 min, he was friendly, professional, took care of the issue quickly, gave me options! I'll be using them in the future always!
