For the longest time I could not understand why our we kept getting these crazy water bills. One month we were out of town most of the month and still got a crazy bill so I wanted to call a plumber. I'm not particularly handy, and I didn't even know where to begin or that I may have a water leak. Thankfully, my husband insisted on doing a little bit of research before we brought in the plumber. He found The Waterboy Leak Detection website and followed the suggested steps to test for a leak. Sure enough, after we turned off the appliances, our water meter was spinning like crazy! We immediately called The Waterboy and they were at our house in just a few hours. I can honestly say this team is fantastic to work with! Omer was knowledgeable and kind during the leak detection and he was able to get to the bottom of the problem (it was the shower). I'd estimate we saved at least a few hundred dollars in repair costs because we took the time for leak detection. I highly recommend this company!

QP plumbing was great! They took care of installing a new tankless water heater and walking me through the steps of what needed to be done, as well as making sure to answer all questions I had. They came the same day I called and a new tankless water heater was installed within a couple of hours. Thank you QP plumbing for taking care of our plumbing needs and being so polite and professional!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Sinks in both bathrooms started backing up all of a sudden. After a couple of DIY attempts to unclog, no results. Called the plumber my neighbor recommended, Olson's. Marco and his helper showed up in an hour and quickly got the water flowing again. Responsive, courteous, professional.

Luis and Miguel were the dream team.  Luis responded quickly and had Miguel on site the next day.  Miguel did a fantastic job getting to the bottom of the issue.  Fantastic on all counts: service, professional, quick, thorough, and best of all it was all resolved the same day!!

You looking for fast honest and affordable plumber, Tony and Son are the guys to call. I was looking around for a plumber to unclog sewer drain and they not only did the job but they did it in a timely manner. From the time I called to the time the job was done was under an hour and a half. They sure know what they are doing and even explain the process and inform you well of potential problems. I will be using them in the future if needed.

It's never good when you have to call a plumber but if you do, Chris is the guy to call. He got back to me right away, made his way over that day and took care of the problem in no time. He was knowledgeable, fairly priced and best of all a great guy! If you need a plumber, he's your guy!

Very nice and professional staff . The operator was very friendly and made sure to get a technician out with in two hours . The technician James showed up early two thumbs up and he fixed the problem in no time. I am extremely impressed and thankful. Will use them again with out hesitation!

Kenton is great! Was in town visiting family and took it upon myself to get someone out to fix the pool leak.  The reviews speak for themselves.  Kenton was very knowledgeable, priced fair, and did a great job.  He did exactly what he said he was going to do.  After working with Kenton, I can tell why all his reviews are 5 starts.  Excellent work with top-notch customer service. This is the guy to call if you need your pool fixed!!

Our water heater was old and located in an awkward location of the house. Leo came to provide a quick no-nonsense estimate. On the day of the replacement, he was polite and completed the job within the day. His performed quality work at a reasonable price, so I would recommend him for future work.

My elderly mother had a toilet that wouldn't flush. She had contacted a plumber who said he'd come out next week, and for a non-flushing toilet, that's just not good enough. I found On Call Plumbing on Yelp, and Jeremy came right out. He was clean, professional, and very kind and patient with my hard of hearing mom. I asked him to check the second toilet too, since that also had problems, as well as the shower. He resolved all three issues very efficiently, and suggested I contact the water softener company since it appeared the water softener wasn't doing it's job. I did, and the water softener guy said Jeremy was right, and replaced their equipment. (Thanks Jeremy!) This is now the only plumber we will ever use.

Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

Sent an email to get a few places to call/email me for an estimate. Joseph at Socal was the first to email. He sent out Johnny and Anthony. They looked under the house, inspected all the pipes, had pictures to show me everything under the house. Excellent price for sewer replacement, shower head repair, pipe replacement , and tub stopper replacement. Wow really nice plumbers who didn't charge for going under the house. Would definitely use again. No pressure sales pitch.

We had a clogged pipe in the kitchen so I called Matthew. As soon as he got done with the job he was on, he called me back and came right over. He was quick and efficient in snaking the pipe that went out to the street. He was so kind and patient as my 89 year old dad told him stories of his service in the marines. And, of course, we no longer have a clog. Matthew's a keeper!!

I had an inspection done by John recently on a house i am purchasing. As other reviewers have mentioned John is VERY thorough. The broker i am working with said that it is probably the most detailed inspection report he has seen so far. His prices are very fair and the inspection he does is worth every single penny in my opinion.

Jason and Michael were absolute rockstars at my place today. Very professional and friendly guys who clearly explained everything they were doing. They kept the house clean and were incredibly kind. This place is great. Highly recommend it!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I set up a service with Riordan Plumbing to help with a water shut off of a building in order to perform repairs inside a unit. The appointment was set up at 9 am to shut it off and at 1 pm to turn it back on. After the repairs were made it was barely around 10 am, so I called Riordan to see if they could come back early to turn it back on. Unfortunately, they technician was busy and couldn't come early, which is fine.

The problem occurred when the technician didn't show on time for turning the water back on. I called multiple times and either the technician was not reached or was told they were running late from another job. In the end, the technician arrived an hour late. This created an issue for me because the entire building had no water for an entire extra hour than needed and also I had to pay an extra hour to the contractor doing the repairs because Riordan didn't make it on time. On top of that, the technician was not able to turn the water heater back on (though he tried in multiple ways) and took approximately another 1.5 hours.

After all of this, I asked Riordan given the grievances particularly because of the late arrival of the technician, to help me at least offset the extra cost that I had to absorb by paying the other contractor for the extra hour he had to stay. Riordan Plumbing was unsympathetic and argued that they never give specific appointments (only time-frames), and it has been that way in their twenty-something years of experience in the industry, which that is not what I was told when I set up my appointment. Additionally, the technician told me that they were not even charging the extra 30 minutes he took trying to make the water heater run again, which he couldn't do (as if that should be my reward for the entire situation)... In the end, they only offered me a $20 discount on my bill which was not even 20% of what I had to pay for the extra hour to the other contractor.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Riordan Plumbing. They don't care enough about their customers and were condecending in their treatment.
