We had water coming down from our ceiling. The insurance company said we needed to find out what was causing the water to flow. We called Waterboy and they came out early the next day. Rigo had all kinds of equipment. He listened to the pipes as well as located them. He drew out the pipe and marked where it was burst. Were very happy with their service.

Oscar was very helpful in installing my water heater. Very reliable and showed up on time. This was a last minute thing and I'm glad they were there to help. Very professional will recommend their services to all my friends and family. Thank you Oscar!!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I had a different plumber, Seashore Plumbing (who somehow has great reviews on yelp), come out prior to that and that company told me that I needed a new drain pipe because mine was broken- that means digging into the ground and ripping up my whole shower and redoing it. The bids I got were from $8,000-$15,000. I was so stressed out for 1.5 weeks because of Seashore Plumbing being wrong and just not willing to do the work required to do the job right. In my eyes, he would rather me have to pay him the plumbing part of a shower remodel to get more $ from me.

I cant afford a shower remodel, so I went to a new company, Paul at Olsen Plumbing, and he offered to come snake my drain for free to see if he could get it snaked for me so that I didn't have to get a whole new drain pipe and shower. He said he would only charge me to snake it if he got it to work. What a great guy. Literally made my day, possibly my year, and definitely my wallet feel A LOT better.

Paul at Olson just put the snake farther in the pipe than the other guy did (my house plumbing pipes twist in weird directions, so I need someone determined like Paul), and Paul got the drain snaked!!!!

I paid $165 total for the snake and a new drain cover, and I DONT have to redo my shower for $8k-$15k.

Olson's Plumbing is a life saver and I will only go to this company for plumbing as long as it exists and I live in the area. Thanks so much Paul!!

Luis is great! He came out and solved the problem in 20 minutes after properly diagnosing the Tankless Water Hearer and other connections! He found out there was switch in the side circuit panel that had to be reset and hot water started working again!

Man oh man. Where do I begin. Abi and his crew have been nothing but some of the friendliest people I have met. My wife and I initially hired them for a tub drain issue we were having. Turned out. Our entire drain system was super clogged and cracked! They were able to replace everything from the main drain line to the smaller drains under the house. First time I have ever delt  with having our septic tank serviced and they made it simple. They  called to tell me there were on the way and text me me updated and gave me a  30 min window of arrival not hours like I had been told when calling other places. Jon and Jeff came out at the time we arranged.  Jon spent over an hour in our small spa (9x12) trying to find the leak.  He was underwater all that time, coming up just for air.  He finally located the leak and applied epoxy to seal it.  He checked everything: every vent, ithe filter area, around the light.  He was completely thorough.  Very pleased with the service and highly recommend.  A couple of years ago we had a leak in the spa and used another company.  Jon did a MUCH more thorough job checking everything.  Extremely pleased.

He arrived as promised. Professional, thorough, friendly and presented very neat. He explained everything he was doing and did and didn't leave our home until he showed us everything was complete. Cleared a bathroom sink clog and serviced our tankless water heater. Leo was knowledgeable and I would surely recommend this business and will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Contacted SoCal plumbing for a plumbing and reverse osmosis re hook up after new sink installation. They were at our home promptly the next morning. Shandy our plumber was courteous and involved us through the entire install process. He seemed very knowledgeable and well experienced. Would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Called Matt early at 8:00am and scheduled a visit for 10:00am. He was on-time and did the work for a fair price.  He seems to be a one man show and I like that. Highly recommended.

John sent his employee Aaron early to get started on outside of house.  Very thoughtful to expedite the process.  Once John arrived, the experience became even better.  They took their time to inspect everything accessible.  I was aware of many problems with house, but they gave insight to ones that I I didn't know existed.  The report was very clear and was complete with pictures.  The summary of Soon to Immediate was a real eye opener.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspection.  I did it for myself to make a decision to sell or keep my house. Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

They came on time, were polite and efficient and fair. Small jobs but they did them well.
