Thank you Waterboy for finding our leak. Our water bill was double this month and we had no clue why. Thankfully we were able to fix the slab leak that Omer found. They did it without damaging our home and were very clean and quick. Highly recommend.

I got the unfortunate knock on my door and news from SoCal Gas that I have a gas leak in my condo unit. After talking to several plumbers and getting a leak detection test, I found out the leak was underground by my meter. It was an expensive and difficult job and needless to say, the entire situation was stressful. Of the plumbers I talked to, Oscar was the one I trusted most and he made dealing with the gas leak a lot easier. He was timely with responding, honest about what needed to be done, and fair about the cost. He was also exactly on time when he came for inspection and the job.

I highly recommend Oscar. I'm thrilled to finally have gas, to take a hot shower, and to have a plumber I can rely on in the future.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Great experience from when I made the first contact with Richard.  He responded quickly with a quote after reviewing a photo and my description of the problem shower valve leaky joint.  He cautioned me that the quote may be revised if they see any other work needed.
He and his assistant Marco arrived on the day and within the time interval and quickly got to work.  Both men were professional, personable and careful to do a good job.  They were also agreeable to remove shoes upon entering the house and wore masks the entire time.  After a couple of hours, they fixed the issue and charged a fair price.  I will definitely call on them again if I need plumbing work done in the future.

Recently bought my home with a small leak in the shower. After about a month living here the leak was worse and we were wasting a lot of water. Called for service and Fernando (Tony's son) responded the very next morning. Turned out the stem was broken and Fernando was able to replace it that day. Great service, quality work.

Chris Perri answered his cell the first time I called him to help with a shower and toilet backup/bubbling. I called early in the morning and he accommodated me in the afternoon. I called him again in the afternoon for an update and despite him still finishing up the current job he kindly picked up his cell to let me know his ETA.  I asked for him to call me again when he was going to leave that place so I could leave early from work to meet him and indeed, he called me. This is great service that is so rare these days.

Once he was working on our sewer drain he was able to unearth wads of TP, few accidental baby wipes, and more that were causing the backup using a steel snake and hydro jet.  He kept at it until our problem was solved and kept a kind attitude through it all despite it pushing dinner time. I really appreciate his service, professionalism, and one-person business owner/employee model as I knew exactly who would be coming to our home that day.    The gentleman you see in the photos wearing the NY Yankees T is The Man himself.

He not only fixed the problem but gave us proactive recommendations of what more dissolvable toilet papers we should try in the future so this wouldn't happen as often (although I wouldn't mind giving Chris my business when needed).

I have found our new plumber. His price was the best out of about 7 offers I got. Was here on time, was very professional, and within about 10 minutes fixed my clogged sink. Cleaned up after himself too. Overall very good experience with William. Highly recommended!

We have quite a few plumbing problems in our old building, they show up on time, are professional and reasonably priced. Manuel has been our technician, he was great!

The dynamic duo, Jeff and John are the Kobe and Shaq of pool leak detection!

We had two different leak detection companies come down, two times each for an hour. Four times total and neither of them could find anything. They did all of the typical tests and nothing.

It is now an hour after they arrived and they are already gone and paid because they found the leak and fixed it in less than an hour!

For reference, the work done today was a replacement and cleaning of the kitchen sink overflow spigot that had broken. A complete replacement was offered along with a shiny new spigot head. Looks great, works great!

What a great experience! John came out to inspect a house that we made an offer on to buy, and he was absolutely wonderful. I requested his services for the home, pool, sewer, and termite inspections. He had fantastic subcontractors come out for the sewer and termite inspections (he coordinated them for us so everyone was there at the same time), and he performed the home and pool inspections himself. John was fantastic to work with, extremely thorough, and explained his findings in a way that was easy for us to understand. It turned out that he uncovered some significant areas of concern that we would not have been able to identify without his expertise. I have nothing but praise for John Laforme and Home Inspection Authority.

We called All City Plumbing  for an unknown water leak at our house.  Aaron responded quickly,  diagnosed and located the leak within 10 minutes.  Aaron was so professional and knowledgeable.  We suggest any of you need a professional plumbing company, CALL All City Plumbing , and hopefully you will get Aaron.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

When you have an appointment for 1-3 pm and the plumber comes 15 min. early.
When you need the third of three estimates for a job estimated so far at $1900 and $1000 plus parts.
When your family members let the plumber in and he's gone in five minutes saying he'll do something for $250.  You're not sure what. No written estimate.
When you get home at 8 minutes before 1 pm and hear that the plumber has come and gone.
When you realize that some of the work asked for in the first two estimates was not mentioned by your family.
Really nice people answer the phone at John Riordan Plumbing and make the appointments, but I decided to give up on getting this estimate.
