Oscar is very responsive even after hours. His prices are fair and he is honest and hardworking. He was able to help me after hours when our pipe burst during the weekend. He responded within 10 minutes and was able to help assess the situation.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco and Alex came out early and was able to unclog my kitchen sink. Very professional gentlemen, kind and answered my questions. It only took them with 20 minutes to unclog my kitchen sink. REMEMBER, DO NOT USE flushable toilet wipes!!! Didn't know that the kitchen sink drain ran into the main bathroom drain. Marco's told me how the drains are connected within my home. Anyways. Great guys and I will gladly use them again.  5 stars all the way. :)

Excellent plumbing company. They have done several large jobs at my condo building, including replacing drain pipes in the parking garage, opening up walls on three floors to replace rusted supply lines, and replacing a pump on our water holding tanks. Choosing Jerez Plumbing is one the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, Fernando and his team did not disappoint. They are punctual, organized, knowledgeable with their line of work. Fernando, the owner is caring, honest, and sincere. He will do everything to address your needs. He is also very informative. He explains the process of the job that needs to be done clearly. I hired them when our sewer pipe broke and flooded our crawl space. Fernando immediately contacted a company who will remove the water in our crawl space asap. He had his team started early and finished late hours to finish the job in 2 days since he knew we were staying in the hotel while the repairs are being done. They also took care of some issues in our house for free; such as changing the drain in our bath tub, fixing the screw of our loose toilet bowl, turning our water heater on and making it functional (in which we had a plumber from a different company recommending to change it), and hydrojetting our pipe lines from in and out of the house to the sewer. I liked their service and courtesy. They did a clean speedy job clearing my clogged bathroom sink. I think it took Mike 5 to 10 minutes from start to finish. When you was done he cleaned the sink so I didn't have to clean it. Everything was the way it should be when he finished.
In my opinion, the price was fair and I have no complaints. William, the owner,  kept me in the loop so I knew when to expect the technician. It was all very professional and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They do more than clearing clogged drains. They do other plumbing services like servicing tankless water heaters. I will be giving them a call when it's time to do the maintenance service for my water heater. I was very happy with their work.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I have had this same problem before and the last guy told me that he had to maneuver the snake down a branch of a T that goes down to the sewer drain.  He had to try a bunch of times but got it done in an hour and charged me $100. This time we called Jet Drain. Abi said that he wanted to open up the wall and replace the T for $500 not including repair of the drywall. I said no way, just snake the pipe. Well he did just snake the pipe and charged me $275. He said that his guy spent a lot of time out there. I believe that. They just don't know how to do tricky pipes. Inexperience, maybe, just trying to rip me off, maybe. Either way I will not be using Jet Drain again. Beware and get an estimate up front and make sure they stick to it.

First time I have ever delt  with having our septic tank serviced and they made it simple. They  called to tell me there were on the way and text me me updated and gave me a  30 min window of arrival not hours like I had been told when calling other places. My septic tank was serviced quickly and I am very happy with the whole experience. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for septic tank service

This company is great! I am all about honesty and they were super honest. Showed me where the leaks were. We are going to resurface the pool in 2 months so they did some patch work to save me all the water I was and would continue to lose.  Highly recommend.

LC Doctor plumber is awesome. Leo is a total professional. I gave him a call at he was at my doorstep within 45 min. My plumbing was backed up and he snaked and cleared my drain. Leo was able to give me a quote over the phone before coming out. His prices are really fair and Leo was very thorough and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using LC Doctor Plumber again.

I just moved into my new house yesterday and there's already an issue with the toilet and water damage. The plumber (didn't catch his name -sorry!) referred me to my home warranty policy, potentially saving me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Really appreciated that!! I will definitely be using On Call Plumbing after my warranty expires.

These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Sure enough they came that day and within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me. It is so hard to find honest plumbers who won't rip you off for every single thing. We will definitely be contacting them for any and all future plumbing issues!

I am old school I find a good vendor and I am loyal and always honest with them. I expect no less. If you make a honest mistake fix it. But, if you even stretch the truth. Never come back.

Robert Truijllo was great. He came and fixed all my concerns and issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was very courteous, polite and very professional and wanted to make sure the job was done right. He had to come back a couple times to finish the work but was in contact with me the whole time making sure the job got done. I would highly recommend Robert for any of your plumbing needs as well as all city plumbing.
