Responsive fast accurate good photos and video. Mainly they found the long term leak that my plumbers and pool people could not. Excellent group I would recommend to any frustrated homeowner.

Called for a quote for my restroom and got a response great customer service very polite!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

We were very pleased with Olson's Plumbing and Paul. He came out promptly and did the
job that we wanted him to do. He installed approved earthquake straps on our water heater.
Because it was a very tight place in which to work, he had extra things to do in order to finish the job.  We are relieved to have this project finished and thank him for coming out so quickly.

My husband called Always Plumbing and spoke to Luis. He responded fast and came out the next morning. These guys are fair,  honest and thorough. Miguel and Christian explained everything they were doing. These guys i would recommend to anyone who has plumbing issues. They will be our plumbers from here on. Thank you guys!!

Fernando and his team have been my go to plumbers since I moved into the area 9 years ago. I live in Rowland Heights and have not used anyone else. He was referred to me by my neighbor Chada who has been in the community much longer than I have and has high expectations.

He has always been honest, on time, professional, and his prices have always been reasonable.

I found Chris from Yelp. From all 3 plumbers that I called that day, only Chris returned my call and showed up on time.
He is an honest plumber and gave suggestions to my plumbing problem.
He even put on shoes cover when entering my house, which is thoughtful. I'll surely call him again in the future!

I had a pool leak where I lost between 0.5-0.75 inch per day.

Unfortunately, I used a competitor first and they not only did not find the leak but stated I didn't have a leak (irritating).

Called Aquaman and they came out quickly, evaluated my pump system, etc then hopped in the pool for a very detailed and close up review. I learned three things from Aquaman:
1. My leak was around the Polaris connector (added to the pool 20 plus years ago) and was promptly and professionally sealed.
2. We have a fairy large structural crack in the deep end which is not leaking at this point.
3. The deep end inlet has deteriorated/crumbed to the point that if I ever find a leak in my 55 year old 1.5 inch copper line, it will be difficult to plug as the inlet is no longer round.

Aquaman's rate is now $600 but they are well worth it as they actually performed a professional, quality inspection, found the leak, patched the leak and the pool is now sealed up tight and good to go for another 55 years!

I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.  

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

Jeremy is a good man and a great plumber. He worked with us when our 60 gallon water tank died and we had to use our homeowners warranty. He educated us about tankless water heaters and we ended up having him install the same unit he uses in his own home. He and his co-worker showed up on time and did a clean and professional job. I appreciate work going to good people in the world like Jeremy.

I did my research looking for a professional plumber with good reviews and in the Compton area. I found This business here on yelp. I was a bit cautious because the reviews were dated, but I figured I give it a shot seeing as I needed plumbing service. I called and spoke with Ray the owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing. I was so pleased to find Ray. He was incredibly helpful and professional.

He was willing to work with me and my tenants schedule and came the next day and did a great job at fixing a clogged bathroom sink. Definitely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Was able to get SoCal Plumbing & Rooter out for an estimate the same day, and complete the needed repairs next day.

Matthew was excellent! He was easy to get hold of, available, on time, worked fast and was well priced. Matthew was recommended by a friend and had great Yelp reviews so I called him for an estimate on an upstairs master bath pipe/drain leak. It was leaking into the living room ceiling causing water damage and the pipe was in a difficult spot. Matthew's estimate came in at less than 2 other plumber's estimates and the final bill came in at the lower price of the price range he had quoted. We were very happy with Matthew and his work and would use him for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again Matthew!

We worked with John for two home inspections. We found him to be:

1) Candid and unbiased, which is RARE in the inspection business.
2) Knowledgeable and thorough.
3) Prompt and enthusiastic about his work.
4) Communicative and skillful at communicating complex home-related issues.

As he got busier this season, his report did not appear as thorough as the first one we engaged him to do, but overall it was still very informative. He was very accessible and there to pick up the phone even at odd hours, so we believe the service was A level overall. We're highly discriminating (but very fair) consumers and would definitely engage John again.

My garbage disposal was leaking and I called them. They came day of and Aj was my plumber. He was very quick and so nice and did the job in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited three and a half hours for an emergency and then got a call that the tech was too busy on another job. Told me if he did come out he wouldn't fix the problem just turn off the water. I don'tneed to pay $140 for that. I can do that. I need the problem fixed. I guess I should have figured out what I was in for because when I first called the receptionist told me that the plumbers don't like to make emergency calls. So beware of disgruntled lazy plumbers at Riordan plumbing!!!
