These guys gave us really good service. They were able to come the same day we called. Fast and efficient. They came and listened to the pipes in the house and marked our slab leak. We are finally able to get rid of this huge water bill. Thank you Waterboy. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

WIth a few plumbing issues to be fixed in our house, Yelp led us to Paul from Olson's Plumbing and Rooter.  All the great reviews seemed too good to be true but were true indeed!  And now I'm writing to add another!  

Paul arrived on-time, polite and determined to do the jobs correctly.  I appreciated that he told us the work that needed to be done and the cost BEFORE he started the work.  He even gave us the option to run to Home Depot to get a part to save us some money.  After the work was done, he explained and showed us what he had done.  Don't bother searching for a plumber...call Paul!

Five Star Plumbing!!! I had an emergency with a toilet over flow and they came quickly and the plumbers were very clean and efficient. They even wore shoe covers so they wouldn't dirty the floor. Very courteous and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I've called them back for other repairs and happy with the work every time. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

My main water pipe broke going into my home.  Leaving my family without any water.  The pipe went right under my cement driveway.  Fernando came out immediately and TOOK CARE of business, he found a great solution instead of cracking and cutting my driveway open.  He troubleshoot the issue and had the water and even better pressure up and running the same day.  Thanks Tony & Son.  Great Family owned business.  Would recommend to anyone and have already.

Had problem with kitchen sink drain.  Called a couple of plumbers at first and got brief quote.  One of them said you can text me back to schedule appointment but when I did, this guy did not respond to my text all day.  I saw Roma Rooter on Yelp and read all the positive reviews before I called Chris.  Chris answered and gave me a good idea of the problem over the phone after I described to him our sink and gave me a very reasonable quote. Chris is very accommodating and came to our house the same day I called.  Chris has been doing plumbing work for almost 20 years, very experienced.  He did a great job in less than an hour and gave me tips on how to maintain sinks, tubs to a minimize clogging.  What and what not to use for cleaning.  I highly recommend Roma Rooter for any plumbing services.

We have a large pool and spa that was losing water badly. Kenton came out and was very professional in his explanation of services, plus our our Doberman liked him immediately! He detected a leak in our spa and repaired it for no additional cost. After a week or so we felt the leak had improved but was still a problem. I called Kenton and he scheduled a day to come back. He returned and made an additional repair. Its been about 3 months since the repair and there is no leaking. 5 stars! Thank you.

Great experience with Company. They were upfront and service was very professional. My plumbing issue had me stressing out because I had to shut down the whole water supply going into my house! So I was so thankful that they were able to fit me into their schedule on such short notice! Also very thankful to have had Jeremy work on my plumbing. He is just a straight up nice guy! He also was very generous with his time. My father in law was at my home when Jeremy was fixing my plumbing issue, and he was just asking Jeremy questions and asking for advise on plumbing work at his own home and Jeremy was answering,  recommending, and giving advice. And I thought that was very awesome. We need more plumbers like Jeremy in this world.

If you're in need of a plumber, look no further...Ray is your man. He quoted me a reasonable and fair price to unclog my bathroom sink, replaced parts and also fixed our leaking shower valves. He was on time and was very professional. He answered questions we had and gave helpful information. We very pleased with the work. We'll definitely be calling him back in the future for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend him to family and friends!

I would like to thank Joseph for being so caring and coming to our house at the end of day.  Especially. Woke up to a heavily leaking water heater!  After shutting off the water and minimizing the mess, I went straight to Lowe's for a replacement.  Sadly, their sole plumbing specialist was out to lunch, and I was left alone to figure this out.  A quick Yelp search for Water Heater Installation/Repair led me directly to a five star hit for Matthew's plumbing.  One no-nonsense phone call and 45 minutes later, Matthew himself appeared and started to get to work!  The job was finished within a few hours, and I can continue with life as usual.  Thanks Matthew for making this the easiest major appliance repair possible, and I appreciate all the advice on deciding to stick with a traditional tank heater.  Matthew will now be on speed dial for any and all of our professional plumbing needs.

I chose Home Inspection Authority after reading the many excellent reviews on Yelp. I have a landlord who has neglected to maintain his house and I needed to know exactly what was going on with all the serious problems he has refused to fix.
John was prompt, polite and professional. He was extremely thorough, but also efficient and was out of the house in about 3 hours. I got both the house inspection and sewer line inspection. I felt the quote was quite reasonable.

The report was very detailed with photos and diagrams and things explained for laypeople.

I would use John again when I am ready to buy a property, because with this report, you know exactly what you are in for.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to this company and Mr. Joseph Rand who's a quality control supervisor.  This is my second time to use this company within the last two years for my two different properties. I could get a same day appointment when I called. When they found out my pluming problem was not completely solved by routine skill, they sent Joseph to my property right away even though it was late Saturday afternoon 6pm.  By the time he finished his work it was 8pm already.  He did a such great job.  I was so impressive. I highly recommend this company to people who has plumbing problems. I trust this company.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

These guys are the best. Kind, respectful, efficient and always willing to answer questions. Not just the plumbers but the office staff as well! They worked with me to get my HOA all the documents needed prior to the work being done. Great customer service and top notch work -- Riordan will always be my first call!
