Oscar did a great job replacing my sewer line. Very professional and thorough. They missed reinstalling something they took out during the replacement but  were very responsive and came back and fixed the issue. Highly recommend him.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco and Alejandro came by to install a new bath faucet and replace the galvanized pipe connection into the wall. They were friendly and worked efficiently. Appears to be a job well done. Would recommend.

Tony and Sons came to our house to take care of a clogged main line. I even ended up recommending them to my neighbor for a similar problem. She was just as happy as we were. Completely professional I might add.

Although I used Yelp a lot, thanks Yelper but I rarely write review BUT I have to this time as I used a few different plumber/rooter guys in the past and the results were no where close to Chris Perri. First time I have ever delt  with having our septic tank serviced and they made it simple. He arrived as promised. Professional, thorough, friendly and presented very neat. He explained everything he was doing and did and didn't leave our home until he showed us everything was complete. Cleared a bathroom sink clog and serviced our tankless water heater. Leo was knowledgeable and I would surely recommend this business and will use them again for our plumbing needs.

For months we've had a bathroom leak in our condo flowing into our first floor neighbors living room. For over a month we struggled to receive fair estimates and find a plumber that was available at the same time our tenants and neighbors were. Last week we reached out for a quote and Ray responded in under half an hour with a fair quote. He was even able to come out the exact SAME day to execute the repair of our P-Trap, P-trap arm, and waste overflow. It was quick, painless, and took under a day compared to the weeks of back-and-forth we experienced with other plumbing companies. Best part is, besides his competitive rates, is that he offered a 2yr warranty which was more than any other plumber offered. He has earned his place on our bookmark.

I messaged SoCal Plumbing on a Sunday evening through Yelp and received an almost immediate response. They came out Monday morning right at the time promised. The plumber was courteous, followed all safety/cleanliness protocols, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He provided a fair quote and got right to work. The job was challenging due to the age of our home and the fact it was an original faucet/hardware. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. SoCal Plumbing is my new go-to plumber!

Matthew was prompt, efficient and honest.  If we have any future issues he will be the plumber we call.  I recommend him without hesitation.

We hired John Laforme from the Home Inspection Authority to do an inspection for a home we ended up buying last spring.  He charged a little more than the last inspector we used but it was a quick escrow so we were glad to have someone come out last minute to inspect the home.  John showed up on time and the whole inspection was rather quick.  He showed us some issues at the house and later sent a thorough inspection report.

The reason for the bad review is that 8 months later we had a plumbing issue.  When running the kitchen sink, I heard what sounded like someone pouring a hose into a pool beneath the floor.  So I crawled into the crawlspace and found a severely eroded pipe.  By the severity of the pipe erosion, I figured this had to of been going on for several years, yet along during the inspection.  The plumber I hired to fix the pipe adamantly agreed that it would of been present during inspection and the inspector screwed up.

I contacted John about it and he said there weren't any leaks during inspection.  Take a look at the pictures I posted on their Google and Angie's List reviews.  If you think this pipe could of eroded this badly in only a few months, hire these people.  If you think this damage would take several years and this guy did a poor job, then look for another inspector.

We have a issue with leak in water pipe coming from the city. Pierre and his team quickly identify issues from the house without proper inspection and bad installation works.
Pierre work from morning to until late at night to ensure we have running water before leaving and continue work on the next day. Pierre even install a new kitchen faucet that we already have for free.

My family has used Keefe for decades and we have always been happy with their professional, knowledgeable and reliable service. They are not a discount service, but their prices are fair and competitive with comparable businesses.

They are responsive and have an after hours on-call plumber for weekend and evening calls, which cost more than scheduled weekday calls.  Seem knowledgeable about the issues.  Their work is good and prices reasonable.  Clean-up is ok.  You will need to ASK them to wipe off shoes or wear booties on a wood floor.  I would keep track of arrival and departure times since they appear to round up.  I would use them again.
