Great company and great service. After making one call the night before, they were able to come the next day. Nadav and Rigo were terrific. Professional, nice to deal with, knowledgeable, thorough. They checked inside the house and all around the yard. Identified leaks, faulty sprinklers etc, marked everthing and provided recommendations and quick follow-up. Highly recommended!

We woke up to a lack of hot water. As I was walking out to check the water heater, I noticed a pool of water. Obviously, not a good sign and a terrible way to start the day. I called QP Plumbing and was assisted by Oscar. Oscar was very pleasant over the phone and assured me that he would be able to help us. He was upfront in stating that it was unlikely to salvage the existing unit, which was my thought; I appreciated his honesty very much.

Oscar was as pleasant in person as he was over the phone. Once Oscar finished his initial inspection, he provided me options and I decided how to move forward. My cousin recently had a tankless water heater installed, so I was already doing research on those units. Oscar gave me his personal opinion on tankless water heaters. He provided the pros & cons and recommended his favorite brand. Oscar explained how the unit had to make since for the home, you can't just install any tankless water heater. Oscar even explained the recommended maintenance in order to prolong the life and efficiency of the unit.

As I mentioned in the beginning of my review; what a wonderful experience during such an unpleasant time! I feel that my experience would have not been the same if I had selected another company. Oscar is a professional and a true expert! You can see and feel the passion that he has for his work. I have already recommended Oscar and QP Plumbing. I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I have had this same problem before and the last guy told me that he had to maneuver the snake down a branch of a T that goes down to the sewer drain.  He had to try a bunch of times but got it done in an hour and charged me $100. This time we called Jet Drain. Abi said that he wanted to open up the wall and replace the T for $500 not including repair of the drywall. I said no way, just snake the pipe. Well he did just snake the pipe and charged me $275. He said that his guy spent a lot of time out there. I believe that. They just don't know how to do tricky pipes. Inexperience, maybe, just trying to rip me off, maybe. Either way I will not be using Jet Drain again. Beware and get an estimate up front and make sure they stick to it.

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

Our in ground jacuzzi was losing about 2 inches of water a day. I emailed Aquaman Pool Leak Detection and they called me within 15 minutes. They came out the next day and got right to work. After checking out all of the filters, valves and jets, they determined where the leakage was and fixed it on the spot!! I am so excited that we no longer need to add water on a daily basis! These guys are reliable, quick and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Leo and Sam are amazing! I would 100% recommend this company. I hired LC Doctor Plumer originally to inspect my leaking shower. They checked and found the problem is not plumbing. They gave me free advice on how to fix it and did not charge me. I hired them back to install the whole house water softener and filter. They provided a reasonable estimate and did the job PERFECTLY!! They did not mind taking time to make sure every aspect of the installation is correct. The work in my backyard looks very organized and pretty. They even guided me through the smart phone water softener app download and user instruction. The company is honest & professional. They know what they are doing and really took care of my house. I am grateful to have them. They will be the only plumber I call from now on.

We just used On Call Plumbing to fix a leak at our water meter lots of digging  and repiping
And while they were here we had them put in a new faucet in our kitchen sink
Jeremy was extremely helpful  and shared a lot of info with us.  He had two other guys with him   They were all very efficient polite and clean

Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!! He got there on time, looked everything over and went to work. He snaked it, and he was sure he got it. So he reassembled my pipes...that I took apart. Ran the water and everything was just perfect!! Mind you, I've been trying to fix this on my own for 2 days. So I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will be calling again, for future work. Thx Ray

At the time I contacted Joseph at SoCal Plumbing & Rooter I was highly annoyed and frustrated with the shoddy work done at my home from a previous licensed plumber.  Joseph arrived at my home the same day and assessed the problem.  Since it was a Friday, and I had a significant leak Joseph set forth a plan of action which included shutting off the water supply to my home, and installed a temporary hookup to allow us to have water supply until his crew could commence work the following Monday.  SoCal Plumbing replaced my water service line.  Joseph and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  Upon completion of the job the crew made sure that the area was left clean.  I'm very grateful to Joseph and his crew for immediately helping in easing my stress and anxiety levels.  I've since have had SoCal Plumbing & Rooter at my home for 3 additional unrelated plumbing issues which have all been resolved quickly and satisfactorily.  SoCal Plumbing & Rooter has become my go to company for plumbing problems at my home.  I highly recommend this company for fair pricing, quick response time, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service.

I am so glad I found Matthew's Plumbing here on Yelp.  I had a multi-step project to do and Matthew handled it extremely well even though it required three visits to complete the job (as we originally planned for).  I REALLY like that when you call Matthew's Plumbing it is Matthew that shows-up to do the work; first time, every time.  I found him to be professional, personable, knowledgeable and prompt (he actually shows-up when he says he will).  He did not blindly do what I asked of him but offered other suggestions to prevent a reoccurrence of my plumbing problem.  I felt that his pricing was fair for the work performed especially when you consider the quality of his work and his professionalism.  I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew's plumbing to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Home Inspection Authority enough! John is the absolute best!  He brought one of his associates along which made the inspection go by so much faster.  They were INCREDIBLY thorough and checked everything.  The condo we were considering happened to have radiant heating in the ceilings and I really wanted to install recessed lighting.  John brought a special heat measuring laser device and diligently checked the ceilings in every room.  He took the time to show me and my husband everything and his report was ready in UNDER 24 hours.  

Seriously, I don't have one single bad thing to say.  I can't recommend Home Inspection Authority and John enough.  His price was so reasonable compared to the other inspection companies, and his work is truly top notch.  He accommodated my schedule, answered our questions, and was so responsive.  I would hire him again in an instant!

We had a leak causing the toilet to constantly refill and it was wasting water so I called All City. This is the second time I called them because they made a great impression on me the last time. I saved their number on my phone. This company is very professional and responses to calls and texts right away. I like how All City sent us a text of the plumber coming to our house with a little backyard info and a picture. Micheal came to our house this time. He is a very polite and hard working young man. I felt like he was very honest with us and was very accommodating. Ultimately, Michael helped to install a new toilet in our bathroom. He also took pictures of the corroded pipes under our house that also needed to be replaced. He took pictures and video of the problem and showed us exactly what was wrong and spent all day fixing it. He didn't leave until it was done. We are very satisfied with his work and we would call All City again. Thank you Michael!

I've dealt with a lot of contractors, and Riordan is by far the best experience I've had in LA. Not only are these guys on top of their work, they're as friendly, patient, and courteous as you can ask for. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
