We had water coming down from our ceiling. The insurance company said we needed to find out what was causing the water to flow. We called Waterboy and they came out early the next day. Rigo had all kinds of equipment. He listened to the pipes as well as located them. He drew out the pipe and marked where it was burst. Were very happy with their service.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I have been using this company for years, they do a great job, very professional and don't over charge you. Had a water heater put in a month ago and now had a major kitchen sink clog that couldn't be fixed with any home clog removal remedy. These guys snaked the drain 3 times to keep it running smooth.

My old water heater that I should of replaced sooner finally busted and leaked terribly. It was a terrible situation for me since it's upstairs in my townhouse on my upper patio closet, and it leaked down my chimney into some of my house. I should of called ALL WAYS PLUMBING sooner since it happened at 3am. I waited until 9am or so and called Luis with ALL WAYS PLUMBING. And they did the job. Got rid of the remaining water in the water heater tank, and took the water heater from my downstairs to first floor outside. They even replaced the hoses/ new connectors, etc. Since mine were older hoses/ connectors. Thanks again Luis and everyone at ALL WAYS PLUMBING!!!

They did a great job unclogging my drain and replacing a cracked tube. They were fast and efficient.

I have called Chris on multiple occasions and every single time he has gotten my pipes flowing again on top of giving me advice to help prevent future clogging. The city threatened to fine me if I didn't send video proof of my pipes cleared and Chris went ahead and did the video at no extra cost. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink so he went ahead and did that at no extra cost. He's quick to reply back and was able to show up within hours everytime I needed his help. Very nice and professional guy and I will be using him for all my plumbing issues from here on out!

I requested this company to install a steam shower unit and controller in my shower. No build out was required because the shower was already setup with piping and wiring. This was only to install the replacement unit which involved connecting a few wires to the controller, placing the unit (2ft by2ft unit) in the attic, connecting to a few wires and plug in. No parts needed to be ordered and the labor time is about an hour. I know this because I had a plumber to do it a few years ago when the previous unit broke. This company quoted me $1650.00 for labor cost for an hour worth of work! Last time I paid to have this done it was $187.00. This company is a joke and has no idea what they are doing. When the guy came out to evaluate the work he said that he has never done it before so wasn't sure how much it would cost. They should have just told me they cannot do the work since they don't know how, instead of quoting me an absurd amount of money. Do not waste your time.

They were fast. They showed up as the promised and early. We all know that is a difficult task for lots of service workers these days with that awful 4 hour window. They were courteous and friendly. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive job. He knocked it out and charged me what was told to me on the phone, no surprises!

I messaged Kenton on Yelp after noticing our water level was dropping substantially overnight. He responded within minutes and asked a few questions and we setup an appointment a few days out. He came right on time and was able to find a major leak by the pool auto fill area. He capped it quickly and also did a thorough check of the pool and spa. He also recommended a few things we should fix that he had noticed. Overall we are very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone that needs a pool repair.

I highly recommend LC Doctor Plumbers! I was extremely impressed from the very first text conversation over Yelp, to the moment they thoroughly cleaned up and left our kitchen spotless after completing the job. They scheduled us quickly, and showed up right on time. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing and treated our house as if it were their own. We initially reached out to LC Doctor Plumbers to replace a kitchen sink faucet, however they also noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking. Without even asking, they offered to run down to Home Depot to pick up the proper materials needed to fix it! These guys truly go above and beyond!!

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to initially go with LC Doctor Plumbers only for the fact that there were other plumbing companies on Yelp with a lot more reviews.. but I AM 100% GLAD I DID! I highly recommend LC Doctor Plumbers!

Jeremy came to hydro jet the main pipeline for my back yard.  He was very honest and did a great job! I felt very confident in his skills and ability to assess the problem.
It's very hard to find honest plumbers that don't overcharge you because they can.
Well, today I found On Call Plumbing and will be a continued customer.

Needed a service for clogged sink drains for a rental property we own. Could not get to the property but took a chance with Sonic Rooter in the Compton area where our property is located. Spoke with the company owner Ray who was nice enough to check out the problem in about an hour after we called. Came back with a very reasonable price for the drain cleaning and called me back with status update. He even did the work and billed me later so very convenient. Definitely will use his company again.

Awesome customer service. Joseph worked with me to find least expensive route to fix my broken diverter for the tub/shower. His staff are courteous and professional. Response time was terrific. Will definitely be my plumber of choice from now on.

Found Matthew's Plumbing on Yelp, hired him from the reviews written.  People ask where good service has gone?  Well, service is alive and well at Matthew's Plumbing.  I was satisfied with the work preformed, made me happy to see the water stains removed from my slate floor next to the toilet.  My bathroom is now back to show quality after a toilet leak and repair.  If you need household plumbing don't hesitate to call Matthew.

Honestly, I was a little apprehensive about using home services found via Yelp. Had a pretty bad experience with plumbers found on Yelp despite the glowing 5 stars. After my experience with Home Inspection Authority, I regain a little bit of confidence back regarding Yelp.

John and his assistant (or staff?) arrived promptly. He is professional & knowledgeable. Finished the job within 2 hrs like he said he would.  Price was the $$ he quoted me. Everything ran smoothly and the overall experience was pleasant.

Was able to use his home inspection report to negotiate (put in a RR - Request for Repairs). That was a huge help and sigh of relief.

All in all, 4.5 stars. It's be nice if he was even more detailed, but good enough. Bottomline, would consider using his service again.

Robert Truijllo was great. He came and fixed all my concerns and issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was very courteous, polite and very professional and wanted to make sure the job was done right. He had to come back a couple times to finish the work but was in contact with me the whole time making sure the job got done. I would highly recommend Robert for any of your plumbing needs as well as all city plumbing.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I have used this company for years, both for my business and personally. They are professional and prompt. Their work always passes inspections the first time. All employees that I have met in the 15 plus years I have used them are polite and competent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
