We got notice about a high water bill. We called water boy and they were able to locate the broken pipe behind our tub. Professional and efficient team. Would refer them to anyone.

My parents let me know the bathroom pipe was broken in the evening. I created a search request and Oscar was very quick to respond. It was about 8:30pm and I asked him is there a different in price for fixing after hours and he said yes. He Recommended  to have him come the next day in the morning so that the prices wouldn't be so high.

He was very processional and kind on the phone. We booked him for a free estimate the next morning. He came promptly at the time, assessed the situation, explained to my parents what happened , and the estimate. His communication was on point.

He left to go get all the parts needed and arrived back to fix the issue. My family was so happy with the work. We definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I called Olson's Plumbing at 8 pm on Thursday night as I needed a main line cleanout done. First off, they answered the phone at that time, which was a pleasant surprise. They told me they would show up the next morning between 10 am and noon and sure enough, Alejandro pulled up at around 10:30.  Alejandro was professional and did a great job -- he double checked everything to make sure the problem was solved. Here's the other thing about Olson's: I've had plumbers who charge just to show up at my house! Olson's Plumbing doesn't do that. They are reliable, professional and always get the job done. I highly recommend Olson's Plumbing.

I was very happy to find All Ways on Yelp! I heard a strange slow dripping sound from the ceiling after using shower and had a concern of potential leaking. There was no visible sign or anything very noticeable. Another plumber came and told me to just ignore it and keep an eye on, but Luis and the team came 3 times to help me trouble shoot. They eventually found out that my pressure regulator needs to be replaced and fixed other plumbing things not done right around the house. They are responsive and reliable, good communication too. I'm saving their number for sure!

Fernando cleared two problems for me.  Very fast and professional.  Keeping his contact information in the future for more potential work on the old house!   Thanks for your help, even on a holiday!

I had Chris clean out my pipe.  It was a simple job but he was reliable and reasonable. He also seemed to know his job well. I'll try his service again!

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very happy with this experience. I called them for 2 issues:  bath tub drain stopper issue and shower valve replacement. They came out the next day and fixed the issues in a few hours. They were very professional and really went above and beyond to repair the issues.

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

Kenton knows what he's doing.  He might not be able to talk to fish, but he understands swimming pool leaks.  His advice solved my problem and saved me money.  I am a very happy customer.

I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.  

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

I called Jeremie and his crew a bit after 5:00PM when I had a toilet that stopped up hard. Within 45 minutes, Ryan came onsite and was taking care of business. He spent a good 2+ hours troubleshooting a tricky line issue - consulting with Jeremie as this clog was a real mess.

I really appreciate how quickly these guys came to my aid (and I live way out in the hills), how fair the price was, and how professional and courteous Ryan and Jeremie both were.  And, after everything was done, Ryan did a terrific job of cleaning up.

I have another job for them in the near future and would recommend them to my neighbors without a second though. Definitely a great group of folks!

I put in a request for an estimate at 10:40am.  I had a response by 10:45 and a technician at my house by 12.  And this was just standard service, not emergency.

I planned on getting multiple estimates but Mario was extremely knowledgeable and has a really great approach, plus the prices he gave were excellent.  I cancelled my other appointments and Mario and his team had a shower valve replaced and my tankless water heater serviced in just a couple hours.

All around great experience.  I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them going forward.

This was the most professional and thorough inspection we've ever had! The inspector treated us like family and helped us to understand the entire process. Also, The full report he sent was very easy to understand and navigate. I was worried I wouldn't know what the different technical terms meant, But it was all laid out in an easy format. I'm sure if I needed help, He would have been more than accommodating. I would honestly recommend this company to all!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors, and Riordan is by far the best experience I've had in LA. Not only are these guys on top of their work, they're as friendly, patient, and courteous as you can ask for. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
