Omg, what an incredible find!!!   After multiple plumbing companies, too many holes in my wall, somehow my angels pointed me in this direction.  Rigo and Omri quickly found the leak (two leaks) with some seriously impressive detective work!  They have an acoustic machine and an infrared camera--both things no plumber will have!  I urge you to use this company.  The disposition of these two guys was absolutely the best.  Nice gentlemen--would not let me carry the ladder and were friendly to my children.  Amazing service.  Two thumbs up!!!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Today I had Olson's plumbing come and clean out a drain that was backing up, they were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable as they did a good job explaining what was causing the issue and what needed to be done and fixed it. I appreciate their honesty and I feel I have a new go to plumber.

I contacted Luis through Yelp and he responded within minutes! Had something clogged up in the toilet and he was able to come in less than half an hour! Recommend 100%! He was able to unclog the toilet and clean some pipes since he was there. Went above and beyond!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Fernando and Jerez Plumbing. These guys not only perform stellar work but do so in a friendly and professional manner. I had them out due to a water heater with multiple issues. They were able to diagnose the issue and present me with all options and pricing so I could make the best decision for my home. Because my water heater had so many issues, some I already knew prior to them coming out, I had them install a new unit. They provided a same day install, updated some of the surrounding plumbing and made sure it was up to code, as the prior was not. The price was competitive and fair. Fernando also noted a small issue with one of the handles in my front bathroom and made time to come back and fix it at no cost. It was a quick repair, less than 5 minutes but he went out of his way to take care of my home, that is excellent customer service that you don't often find these days! Thank you Fernando and Jerez Plumbing...I would never hesitate to use them in the future!

I walked into my bathroom to find both the floor and the tub flooded with water.  The toilet would not flush and the tub would not drain, and it became clear that this was not a problem I would be able to solve by myself.  So, I hopped onto Yelp, found Roma Rooter, and gave them a call.  Extremely glad I did.

Chris was able to diagnose my problem over the phone.  Despite the fact that I called him at 6PM on a weekday, he drove out immediately to me, understanding that I did not have any availability the next day.  He fixed my plumbing issue within 30 minutes upon arrival.  Chris is pleasant and honest, and kept me thoroughly informed on the details of the problem, answering all my questions.  He gave me some preventative care tips, and even offered to help down the road if I had any questions, free of charge.

Chris has been in the business for 20 years and it shows.  Quality small business owners like him deserve more praise and visibility -- especially on a forum like Yelp -- so I'm more than happy to give Roma Rooter my ringing endorsement.

Wow. Quick, no fuss, give you the answers you need right over the phone service. Didn't give me the runaround and was able to advise me with pictures and a quick video I text messages to him. On Super Bowl Sunday no less! I will definitely be calling him for future work.

Exceptional service. Abi and his crew are very knowledgeable and reliable. They have worked on residential and commercial jobs; no job is too big or too small. I've had them sleeve pipes, unclogged drains, installed new toilets, repipes, the list goes on and on. They are my go to plumbers. They are professional, honest, and their prices are great. They take pride in their work and have always come through when I need them.

My biggest concern in addressing the leak in my pool was the cost. I feared that there was a broken pipe and that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix it.

I left a message with Aquaman Leaks Detection on a Friday and I received a return call from Steve the next day. We were able to set up an appointment for Tuesday. Jon(Steve's brother)came out to diagnose my pool. Within an hour he was able to pin point the source of the leak and fix it. Fortunately it was a common problem that he had experienced with other jobs and he spoke in detail about how he was able to locate it. He even told me how to fix it. I could have saved money by sealing the cracks myself but I told Jon, I would feel more assured and have greater peace of mind if he did it.

Had a sewage back up and needed same day service to snake the our line. Lio was available and showed up on time,. He verified the problem and got to work right away. Cleared the line and snaked the line an additional time for good measure. Check both toilets and drains after 5 flush runs and running the water. Even ran a camera to check the line since we were first time customers. No hidden costs or tried to sell us on additional work. Good honest plumber! High recommend!

Jeremy is a good man and a great plumber. He worked with us when our 60 gallon water tank died and we had to use our homeowners warranty. He educated us about tankless water heaters and we ended up having him install the same unit he uses in his own home. He and his co-worker showed up on time and did a clean and professional job. I appreciate work going to good people in the world like Jeremy.

This repair happened in Lake Forest, CA, not San Francisco.  I reached out to SoCal through Home Advisors for a toilet replacement.  It's a small job and I thought it would take a while to hire someone.  I was called within 15 minutes, and they had an opening the same day. 90 minutes later they were here.  Greg and Will were professional, considerate, and efficient.  I will use them for future work.

We just bought a condo and ordered and New Refrigerator with indoor Ice and Water. I noticed that there was no Ice or Water coming from the fridge. First I thought it might be broken, I checked the water connection behind the fridge and realized that there was not water. I called Matthew's plumber they came the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote to run a line from the sink around the cabinets to the fridge. They were on time for the appointment to do the work, they completed the work and you would never have know that anyone was there drilling holes in my cabinets and a tube to the fridge. I now have Ice and Water and I am very happy, if I ever have a plumbing issue I will call Matthew again.

I had the pleasant experience of using Home Inspection Authority.  John Laforme is the owner and was my inspector.  He was wonderful to deal with even from my first phone call to him.  He answered my call right away and gave a very reasonable quote for the inspection of my house.  He arrived early on inspection day and was extremely thorough.  He welcomed questions and encouraged me to follow and observe him on the inspection.  This great attitude led me to trust his work ethic along with his professionalism and attention to detail.  Everything he does is in full support of the buyer and he makes sure not to miss anything that will help keep you safe as well as save you money on future repairs.  I appreciated this, especially as I am a first time buyer.  Because of the great, detailed report of his findings, I was able to get a credit for repairs from the seller.  What a wonderful savings!  I highly recommend Home Inspection Authority.

11/3/2020   This is an update to my review of this fabulous company from last week.       We had a new issue come up at our house - our tankless water heater just stopped working mid dishwashing!  I called City Plumbing and Frances jumped right on getting Luis out to our house to look at the water heater.  It turned out to be a tripped breaker, and bless his heart, Luis did not look at me like I was a looney lady for calling him out for this simple fix.  He asked me about whether we had been instructed upon installation about maintenance and filters for the unit.  We had not, so I went ahead and authorized the service and installation of the filter system.  Everything was done by early evening.  The professionalism is tremendous.  Everyone from this company has taken care to be clean and clean up.  I really appreciate that.  Put City Plumbing and Rooter at the top of your plumbing list!

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

When you have an appointment for 1-3 pm and the plumber comes 15 min. early.
When you need the third of three estimates for a job estimated so far at $1900 and $1000 plus parts.
When your family members let the plumber in and he's gone in five minutes saying he'll do something for $250.  You're not sure what. No written estimate.
When you get home at 8 minutes before 1 pm and hear that the plumber has come and gone.
When you realize that some of the work asked for in the first two estimates was not mentioned by your family.
Really nice people answer the phone at John Riordan Plumbing and make the appointments, but I decided to give up on getting this estimate.
