Thank you Waterboy for finding our leak. Our water bill was double this month and we had no clue why. Thankfully we were able to fix the slab leak that Omer found. They did it without damaging our home and were very clean and quick. Highly recommend.

I had a major clogging today.  Found QP Plumbing on Yelp.  Called and spoke with Oscar and told him my situation.  He showed up to my house within 20 minutes.  He diagnosed the issue and took care of it diligently.   He was also very professional and reasonable with his prices. I would recommend Oscar to anyone who has Plumbing issues.  Thank you for saving my day, Oscar!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Olsen Plumbing is amazing!! My water heater quit over the weekend, plus I had a number of plumbing issues to deal. Marco called me right back, gave me accurate info and set up an appointment. He showed up on time and did a fabulous job. I would give him 10 stars

Chris Perri (Roma Rooter) was recommended to me by our regular plumber when he couldn't get rid of a clog with his hand-held snake. The clog was backing up both our bathrooms, most likely created by those flushable wipes which apparently are not that flushable. Anyway, Chris came by the next day and got the job done with his large motorized rooter. He even had to use a vent on our roof to get to the clog. Chris is friendly, professional and talks you through the process. No upselling or ridiculous recommendations like those folks at the larger companies.

Speed Rooter is a professional plumbing service oriented company that I would utilized for future services, there is no job too small or large that they have not been able for the persons that I have referred them to.

I can not recommend this company highly enough.  Five stars is too few.

Last week water started pouring out of the base of our toilet every time it was flushed.  Needless to say, we were pretty concerned.  We got in touch with our landlord who referred us to the plumber they typically use.  I won't name names, but this guy was... Not good.  He was supposed to come on Friday.  Bailed.  Came six hours late the next day and then didn't fix the problem.  The next day came nine hours late and said we needed a new toilet.  Installed the new toilet and within 8 hours it's backing up again.  Was supposed to come again the next day and bailed.  Then came 7 hours late the following day only to tell us that he couldn't determine the problem because he didn't have the proper equipment.  At this point we had been without a toilet for 6 days, which, if it's ever happened to you, you know is the absolute worst.  Thankfully, the one thing this guy did right was to call Jet Drain to come out and do a free camera inspection and diagnostic.

The guys came out promptly, sent down the camera, and within about twenty minutes determined the problem.  Warning: if you hate gross things, skip this next part.  It's heinous.  You've been warned.  Our sewage main had broken and cracked in several places, and, attracted by the scent, had been swarmed by hundreds of cockroaches.  The drain was clogged by hundreds of giant cockroaches.  It was insane.  I wanted to die.

They needed to do a complete overhaul of the plumbing under the house which was estimated to take about 3 days.  They left to get in contact with our landlord and after getting permission they were going to try to come back out that night to get started.  Unfortunately there next job took longer than they anticipated so they promptly got in touch to let us know.  The owner of the company Abi offered to put us up in a hotel for the night because they were unable to get started.  I was blown away by how friendly, professional, and accommodating both Abi as well as his employees Larry and Ray were.  

They came right on time the next morning and worked all day.  That evening as they were finishing up for the day they asked me to go inside and turn on all the faucets and continuously flush the toilet.  It turns out that although the job would take three days to complete they had worked all day in order to take care of the problems that directly affected us and had everything in perfect working order by the end of the first day.  It was such a huge, huge relief and I really couldn't believe it.

This whole situation was a total nightmare until these guys came along and they turned things around in less than 24 hours.  As I said previously, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.  Seriously, they are exceptional.  If you're looking for a plumber, stop looking and call Jet Drain.

It was the best experience I've had and the promptness as well as having a better solution to our problem was outstanding. Will use again and recommend them!!

Called this guy to inquire about getting my pool tested for leaks. Not only did he try to talk himself out of doing the job, but we he finally agreed to do it he quoted me $1,100 when his competitor (Red Rhino) quoted me $425. You now know who to call.

Leo and Sam are amazing! I would 100% recommend this company. I hired LC Doctor Plumer originally to inspect my leaking shower. They checked and found the problem is not plumbing. They gave me free advice on how to fix it and did not charge me. I hired them back to install the whole house water softener and filter. They provided a reasonable estimate and did the job PERFECTLY!! They did not mind taking time to make sure every aspect of the installation is correct. The work in my backyard looks very organized and pretty. They even guided me through the smart phone water softener app download and user instruction. The company is honest & professional. They know what they are doing and really took care of my house. I am grateful to have them. They will be the only plumber I call from now on.

Our toilet had broken and needed it replaced. Reached out to a few people for quotes and decided to go with Ray. He was responsive and pricing was fair.

He was able to make it out the same day which was convenient. They hauled away the old toilet and cleaned up after themselves. New toilet works great!

Small job, but Matt made it a priority.  Replaced supply valve next day (contacted him on Sunday, and he replied within 20 mins).  No complaints, job done right, nice guy, reasonable price; give Matt a call!

This firm is fantastic.  They are professional, accommodating, and empathetic.  I recently had two separate plumbing emergencies the day before Thanksgiving (we were hosting 15 people) and the evening of Thanksgiving.  They were overbooked but instead of just saying sorry, the person on the phone didn't blink.  She immediately assumed responsibility for getting the repairs done in time for our Holiday feast. by rapidly identifying one of their  back-up services who were able to come out within hours.   Both jobs were handled rapidly, efficiently, and with full contemporaneous explanations of what had to be done and what to expect.  Riordan handled all the arrangements and the billing.  The costs were extremely reasonable, especially considering the urgency and the holiday needs.  Based on the costs I have seen quoted in reviews of other companies, Riordan's charges were VERY reasonable.  I would strongly encourage using this firm.
