I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco answered quickly and came by earlier than he originally estimated. He was prompt, professional, and was able to get the job done for what he estimated the cost to be.

Our kitchen sink had a very bad clog. It was unusable. I called Luis late at night and he answered immediately and came at 7am the next morning.

He was very thorough and after his first attempt to unclog didn't work, he tried multiple ways to get this unclogged. Ultimately he did. He saved me thousands from having to break open the wall and replace the pipe.

Had a problem with our toilet, it was leaking every time we flushed. Chris came out, told us that the guy who installed the toilet didn't seal it properly.  He used whatever he had to seal it for us and so far, so good.  No more complaints from the downstairs neighbors. I hope he fixed the problem permanently.  You never know with these things, especially when it's a sealing issue. Charged us $200

Highly recommend him.    Unlike American leak detection that charged me arm and a leg to fix my pool and still the problem was not solved, Ken from Aquaman came and fixed the small problem and showed me how to save money. He only charged what was quoted on the phone, fixed one of the leaks at included charge with the service call.

Bad things come in 3's, and yesterday our water heater decided to kick the bucket. Thanks to On Call Plumbing who saved the day. Jeremie was knowledgeable, honest, efficient and very thorough. I heard about Sonic Rooter and Plumbing from my buddy who had Ray over to fix a problem at his place.  He said Ray was knowledgeable, fair, and efficient so I gave him a call.  I thought I would get an answering service but Ray answered the phone personally and was able to work with my schedule to come and fix my stopped up kitchen sink.  I thought I would wait for hours for him to arrive.  He called before he came over and even arrived a little earlier than scheduled.  He knew exactly what to do and fixed the stoppage.  Very professional.  Very fair prices.  I am a happy customer.  Ray exceeded my expections!  I even forgot to ask for an invoice for my landlord and he emailed me a copy.  I would definitely call him again!

Matthew is a true professional! It's nice to find local tradesman who know their field and provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. I contacted Matthew to fix a huge leak underneath our kitchen sink, and he was very accommodating with his schedule. He was in and out in less than an hour, and had replaced a flange on the plumbing quickly. I would strongly recommend Matthew as your go-to plumber for all Santa Clarita residents.

Man oh man. Where to begin. I contacted a bunch of inspectors trying to get someone out to inspect a property I'm interested in. Got a response from everyone. What set John apart from the others was that he was the only one that did not care what city the house was located in. He did not ask for  the address until we agreed on a price. He instead asked me what the square footage was. Fathom that!!! A home inspector professional that cares about the size of the house vs the the city it is located in. That right there made me feel that I'm dealing with an honest person.the day came to inspect the house. John immediately started working. Started by flying his drone. Inspected the roof. After that he did the exterior of the house. Than the interior. Pointed out few things here and there. 3 hours later he was done. Gave us an out brief right then and told us to expect the full report in 24 hours. His report was extremely detailed. He was available after the report was issued to talk about the findings. My wife and I really liked him. A totally different experience from another inspector we dealt with 4 years ago. John is now part our Profesional contact rolodex. Highly recommended.

We needed a washer as well as a toilet valve replaced and All City was able to provide someone immediately! Michael Olivares came out, looked at the issue, explained it to me and my landlord very clearly. He was able to swap the valves, fix any leaks quickly and effectively. I can't recommend All City, specifically Michael enough!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
