Very professional, they actually couldn't help me but put me in touch with another company that could. I'm very grateful of their professionalism and responsiveness. Hopefully I never have another water leak, but they are my 1st call.

So why on earth, you ask, would I be in love with this Adonis from Aquaman Leak Detection? Because he not only FOUND the leaks in my pool, but successfully PLUGGED them as well!!!

Y'all just dont know!!! I have an above ground vinyl liner pool and for months and months, it's been leaking. I was losing almost an inch a day and that's absolutely CRAZY in this Cali drought. I assumed it was the plumbing (and it partially was). But after that had finally been fixed, the leaks continued, which meant it was something else. I HATE losing water, so after a bit of Sherlock work of my own, I was able to determine that the leak was likely from a hole in the liner somewhere. But then the issue boiled down to finding someone who could FIND it! I called EVERYWHERE!!! Even some places that are listed here on Yelp. First of all, not a lot of people do leak detection on pools I discovered. And the SECOND thing I discovered is those that DO, DON'T do leak detection on ABOVE-GROUND VINYL LINED POOLS. (I dont get why). Anyway, after pulling my hair out for MONTHS, enter the blonde Adonis BLAKE!!!

ALD actually told me they dont do the above-ground pools either, but if I were game they would be willing to try. OF COURSE I'm game! I had no other option than to drain the pool (not an option since it's 15ft by 30ft of water) and replace the liner! So here comes Blake in his spaceman outfit to go where no man has gone before... the bottom of my pool. After an hour and a half, not only did he figure out where the leaks (PLURAL!) were coming from, BUT HE FIXED IT!!! It's been almost a week and the area that had been wet for almost a year IS DRY. BONE FUCKING DRY!!!

So now you know why I'm in love with Blake and I thank you ALD for taking the chance. I'm very grateful to no longer be wasting water in Southern California!

I needed a rooter service quick and I am glad I found Ray, owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing here on Yelp. A professional local buisness here in Compton. Ray arrive early and diagnosed the problem. Stubborn toilet required for Ray to go up to the roof in the rain to snake the drain. He also snaked a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Overall I am very happy with the work. I will sure use him again if need plumbing work. So, if you're looking for a real good plumbing service with pro tools give Ray at Sonic Rooter and Plumbing a call.

This was our first time looking for plumbing assistance in this area and they were fast, affordable and friendly. We'll definitely be using them again any time we need similar assistance in the future!

Very professional and also helpful, the reports with lots of diagrams so make it easy read, it's my first time to choose home inspection authority but I highly recommend to my clients.

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
