Thank you Waterboy for finding our leak. Our water bill was double this month and we had no clue why. Thankfully we were able to fix the slab leak that Omer found. They did it without damaging our home and were very clean and quick. Highly recommend.

QP is our go to for our plumbing needs.  Oscar is professional, reasonable, and reliable.  He has gotten us out of a few jams with quick service and has made recommendations that have saved us money.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Our bathroom sink got clogged and foiled all the usual homeowner methods of fixing, so a professional was needed. I found Olson's here on Yelp and went with the good reviews so far. They are well deserved. They got me in on the same day, and Marco was able to come a couple of hours earlier which worked out great. He was friendly and got the sink unclogged fast. I'll definitely be using Olson's again when the need arises.

Excellent plumbing company. They have done several large jobs at my condo building, including replacing drain pipes in the parking garage, opening up walls on three floors to replace rusted supply lines, and replacing a pump on our water holding tanks. Very capable and high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Chris is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He answered his phone live within 3 rings. He was courteous and arranged his time to come on the same day. He did not up sale anything. Just came, looked at the problems, assessed the situation and went right back to work. He snaked an entire house and made sure to check all faucets, showers and toilets to ensure that they all work properly. I truly appreciate his work, particularly there was no up sale involved. I highly recommend his service

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called Jet Drain because I thought we had a clogged drain, after attempting to snake the drain they couldn't clear the drain, there was a blockage at the main sewer line in front of the house.

They are very good at explaining the procedure of the work being done. We called to clear a drain, next they were jackhammering the main sewer line and by the end of the day we're we're up and flowing.

Recently purchased a home in Solvang and had Aquaman come out to inspect the pool while in escrow. The owner was upfront about the pool leaking but I had Aquaman come out to inspect and diagnose the issue regardless. Super professional team an gave me a detailed write-up so it was clear for the contractor to fix. Couldn't be more happy and what a good group of guys on the Aquaman team.

The team came right away based on my need to repair a running toilet. They performed the service promptly and answered all of my questions. Much appreciated and would recommend!

I messaged this company through yelp and received a quick reply. We had a leaking bath tub that another company didn't even want to touch. Derek came and took the time to take everything apart and assess the situation. He explained what was happening and gave me various options of how we could resolve the problem. He tried multiple solutions and found one that worked! We are so thankful for his quick thinking that saved us thousands of dollars. Seeing how this company tried to see what was wrong before quoting me to fix it I can see that they really care about their customers and aren't just trying to make money. Matthew's Plumbing is our knight in shining armor!  This time our old noisy water heater decided to die on Sunday night and by mid-day Monday, Matthew had a new water heater installed and working perfectly.  Matthew is very professional, knowable, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.   We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found Matthew's Plumbing.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

When you have an appointment for 1-3 pm and the plumber comes 15 min. early.
When you need the third of three estimates for a job estimated so far at $1900 and $1000 plus parts.
When your family members let the plumber in and he's gone in five minutes saying he'll do something for $250.  You're not sure what. No written estimate.
When you get home at 8 minutes before 1 pm and hear that the plumber has come and gone.
When you realize that some of the work asked for in the first two estimates was not mentioned by your family.
Really nice people answer the phone at John Riordan Plumbing and make the appointments, but I decided to give up on getting this estimate.
