It's rare to find a company that is honest, with great customer service and experienced service representatives. Water Boy fits the bill. I had a suspicious potential leak in a multi unit residence in WLA and they were able to come out the next morning as I requested.Their field manager Nadav was on time & spent two hours leaving no stone unturned. He verified there was no leak in any pressurized pipes, spent considerable time conferring with my A/C & plumbing specialist by phone regarding possible leak from an A/C unit and kept me informed at every turn. Nadav gave me recommendations on how to monitor the issue, inasmuch as everything appeared dry by the time he conducted his inspection. Then, he provided me with his cell phone number & told me to contact him immediately if we suspect the problem has returned so he can come right over to investigate. I received my written report that evening as well as follow-up email. Not only is Nadav lovely to deal with, he is extremely professional and diligent. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Water Boy !!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Paul and his team are top notch!! Always done right and have used him several times in my 31 years here in HB. Very responsive to my wife's call this am when the kitchen sink started leaking while I was away. Very fair value for the professional job done. Will use again in the future.

Choosing Jerez Plumbing is one the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, Fernando and his team did not disappoint. They are punctual, organized, knowledgeable with their line of work. Fernando, the owner is caring, honest, and sincere. He will do everything to address your needs. He is also very informative. He explains the process of the job that needs to be done clearly. I hired them when our sewer pipe broke and flooded our crawl space. Fernando immediately contacted a company who will remove the water in our crawl space asap. He had his team started early and finished late hours to finish the job in 2 days since he knew we were staying in the hotel while the repairs are being done. They also took care of some issues in our house for free; such as changing the drain in our bath tub, fixing the screw of our loose toilet bowl, turning our water heater on and making it functional (in which we had a plumber from a different company recommending to change it), and hydrojetting our pipe lines from in and out of the house to the sewer. Chris went above and beyond to help us diagnose a complex problem with our toilet. Unlike many of the larger companies that quoted us pricey projects without even clearly diagnosing the problem, Chris took the time to thoroughly understand the possible causes and help us try different troubleshooting methods even before we booked him for a house call. His explanations were detailed and helpful (we learned so much about toilets!) and you could tell how much he genuinely cares about what he does and helping others. Will definitely seek him out for our plumbing needs in the future and recommend him 100%.

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

I called Jet Drain to fix our main water shut off  valve and to install 2 shower heads with (handheld attachments). Abi came and gave me a free estimate and then completed the job a couple days later.   He not only finished the job in a timely, professional manner, but also gave me advice and patiently answered all my questions.  His price is very reasonable too.  I would definitely go to Jet Drain again for my future plumbing needs.

It was the best experience I've had and the promptness as well as having a better solution to our problem was outstanding. Will use again and recommend them!!

I usually don't write reviews but I just had Jeremie stop by to check up on my water heater that's been acting up.  He came before the appointment time and was very professional.  He did some troubleshooting and instead of trying to get me to spend tons of money he made a recommendation that would save me tons of money.  He is one of the most honest professionals I have come across and is definitely recommended.   He has my business in the future.

I did my research looking for a professional plumber with good reviews and in the Compton area. I found This business here on yelp. I was a bit cautious because the reviews were dated, but I figured I give it a shot seeing as I needed plumbing service. I called and spoke with Ray the owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing. I was so pleased to find Ray. He was incredibly helpful and professional.

He was willing to work with me and my tenants schedule and came the next day and did a great job at fixing a clogged bathroom sink. Definitely recommend.

Had a major gas leak went on yelp to find a plumber and I came across SoCal plumbing and a few other plumbers. SoCal offers free estimates and Shandy came out and gave me a very thorough break down and was very honest. They had the job done in a day and was very clean . If u need a good plumber that knows his work Shandy is the man! Thanks again So Cal for a great experience and reasonable price!

We called All City Plumbing  for an unknown water leak at our house.  Aaron responded quickly,  diagnosed and located the leak within 10 minutes.  Aaron was so professional and knowledgeable.  We suggest any of you need a professional plumbing company, CALL All City Plumbing , and hopefully you will get Aaron.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited three and a half hours for an emergency and then got a call that the tech was too busy on another job. Told me if he did come out he wouldn't fix the problem just turn off the water. I don'tneed to pay $140 for that. I can do that. I need the problem fixed. I guess I should have figured out what I was in for because when I first called the receptionist told me that the plumbers don't like to make emergency calls. So beware of disgruntled lazy plumbers at Riordan plumbing!!!
