Great Service! I Had a leak in my irrigation system. I called them and they came the next day. They were able to find multiple leaks in less than an hour and I have a pretty big yard. They are fast, and efficient I would recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I highly recommend Olson's Plumbing and, in fact, wish I could give more than 5 stars!  Our water heater went out this morning, and our usual water, heating and air conditioning service told us it would be a week before they could come out.  I found Olson's Plumbing on Yelp and called.  They picked up immediately, asked me to text pictures and quickly diagnosed that we needed a new water heater.  Within a few hours Richard, Marco and his son had installed the new water heater and we were back up with hot water.  In addition to the quick turnaround, the customer service was great.  Both Richard and Marco wore masks, were friendly, and respectful.

Edwin and Luis are the best. They've helped us with multiple issues, both indoor and outdoor, and are great at diagnosing thorny problems.

I have a 7-Eleven in Long Beach and one of my sinks was clogged. I called them because I was referred to them. Fernando came today to check the problem and let me tell you he found the problem quickly, got right into action even while we were in his way. Got the sink unclogged explained to me thoroughly what had happened and what he did. Price was very reasonable for his work and customer service . We needed an emergency snaking when someone flushed baby wipes down our toilet and we lost flushing capability .

Even though it was a Friday afternoon Chris responded so quickly and was literally here in a matter of minutes. He was extremely professional and efficient. He was friendly and so helpful. My family is extremely grateful for having a working toilet!!

We were attracted to Jet Drain initially because of the great 5 star reviews. Many of the reviews referred to their tenacity in following through even if the problem is not totally straightforward.  Well, add ours to the other 5 star reviews! Abi and Aramis came to fix what we all thought was just a garden variety clogged kitchen sink drain.  After several attempts to snake through the clog and after much thought and investigation, Abi found the real problem--75 feet away-- a badly broken main drain line  requiring endoscopic exploration and heavy duty excavation all handled neatly and expertly. All's well that ends well.  Great job and we now have smooth flowing plumbing.  We recommend Jet Drain wholeheartedly for any drainage issues.

I own and operate my own plumbing company and am not equipped to handle septic tanks and systems. I called these guys in to help with a system and they were there in an hour and handled the job very professionally and very quickly!!

They get 5 stars because of their integrity and service. Kenton came and did his thing back in December. A leak wasn't found then on the pool but it became visible when it was drained yesterday. Kenton refunded me the whole amount due to him not finding the leak back then. It was an honest mistake but I'm amazed that he gave us our money back!!! I recommend his service and he even recommended me people to call for repairs. God bless you Kenton and other businesses should be like you!!!

Couple of years ago, on 10-14-2019, I had
an emergency gas leak at my rental. The city had turned off the gas because of a leak.  
My handyman and Plumber was not be available.  Out of desperation I had this company run by Lionel Castaneda. He wanted to charge me $2300 and I talked him down to $1600. He replaced one hose. I really thought that was excessive so after some time later I asked my plumber and he said...a job like that in an emergency case the normal charge is $500 at the most.
I will never use LC Doctor Plumbing again run by Lionel Castaneda.

John sent his employee Aaron early to get started on outside of house.  Very thoughtful to expedite the process.  Once John arrived, the experience became even better.  They took their time to inspect everything accessible.  I was aware of many problems with house, but they gave insight to ones that I I didn't know existed.  The report was very clear and was complete with pictures.  The summary of Soon to Immediate was a real eye opener.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspection.  I did it for myself to make a decision to sell or keep my house. Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

They are responsive and have an after hours on-call plumber for weekend and evening calls, which cost more than scheduled weekday calls.  Seem knowledgeable about the issues.  Their work is good and prices reasonable.  Clean-up is ok.  You will need to ASK them to wipe off shoes or wear booties on a wood floor.  I would keep track of arrival and departure times since they appear to round up.  I would use them again.
