Very professional, they actually couldn't help me but put me in touch with another company that could. I'm very grateful of their professionalism and responsiveness. Hopefully I never have another water leak, but they are my 1st call.

Oscar was quick to respond, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. He fixed a shower clog quickly and without issue. I've worked with many plumbers in the area, but QP Plumbing will be my first call from now on. Thanks, Oscar.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Olson's Plumbing has been a God send for us.  We have lived in our current house in Huntington Beach for eight years.  We have used him for every plumbing problem with complete satisfaction.  Olson's Plumbing has done everything from clearing out our sink after my wife put six cups of rice down the sink to replacing the gas line from the street to our house.  In the case of the clogged drain due to the rice, he came over right after I got home from work and spent 20 min snaking the drain to be sure it was cleared out and wouldn't get clogged again once he left.  When my wife suspected a natural gas leak (New Year's Eve), Olson's Plumbing came and worked on the gas line till late at night, even when it was raining, so my family could have hot water to bathe in.  I can't say enough good things about them.  He is extremely honest and I trust him thoroughly.  If you have any plumbing problems do yourself a favor and call him first.  You won't regret it.

Needed help with the installation of our toilet. Luis responded fast and scheduled the appointment the next day even if it was the weekend with a very reasonable price. Came right on time and made swift installation of the toilet. Made sure that everything was in order before heading out. Luis and Edwin are very friendly and came with masks and boot protection too. Hit this company up because I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. They arrived on time and got to work right away. Also wore face masks and shoe coverings to protect my floor which was appreciated. They also offered to discard of my old faucet for me. I appreciate the work they did and would hire them again.

Chris was prompt, priced fairly, and a solid professional in his work. He offered useful advice for our long term rooting plan, as well as valuable perspective on our overall property's infrastructure.  We also talked classic rock for some time, which is definitely welcome! I already have him in our calendar for the next appointment!

Very nice and professional staff . The operator was very friendly and made sure to get a technician out with in two hours . The technician James showed up early two thumbs up and he fixed the problem in no time. I am extremely impressed and thankful. Will use them again with out hesitation!

Harry was outstanding. He came here saw it was the mixer. Went to get the part total cost $258. One guy from Home Advisor wanted to break through walls and charge me $1800. Do not ever use Home Advisor for anything. Only use Harry for plumbing . He is nice and is honest. Just the truth Laurie!

I had a pool leak where I lost between 0.5-0.75 inch per day.

Unfortunately, I used a competitor first and they not only did not find the leak but stated I didn't have a leak (irritating).

Called Aquaman and they came out quickly, evaluated my pump system, etc then hopped in the pool for a very detailed and close up review. I learned three things from Aquaman:
1. My leak was around the Polaris connector (added to the pool 20 plus years ago) and was promptly and professionally sealed.
2. We have a fairy large structural crack in the deep end which is not leaking at this point.
3. The deep end inlet has deteriorated/crumbed to the point that if I ever find a leak in my 55 year old 1.5 inch copper line, it will be difficult to plug as the inlet is no longer round.

Aquaman's rate is now $600 but they are well worth it as they actually performed a professional, quality inspection, found the leak, patched the leak and the pool is now sealed up tight and good to go for another 55 years!

They are absolutely the best. My commercial water heater had a problem with the pilot lamp and most of other companies just recommended to get new water heater ($3500-4000), but Leo is very honest and fixed it very quick. Only $225. Such a help during this tough time. I was little nervous because they didn't have any review on Yelp, but he told me he has 15 years experience and just started his own company. I'm glad I can give them first 5 star review. Thanks Leo and his team. I definitely recommend them.

Our old water heater died and we called On Call to get info on a new tankless water heater. Jeremy was very informative/knowledgeable and gave us an estimate that we were happy with. He knew a lot about the system he installed, its reliability and construction. He even helped us apply for a rebate on the new system before he left. Highly recommended!!

The base of my toilet would leak substantially during the flush, after calling around getting prices from several different companies many of which overcharging, I found Ray, he came out, did a wonderful job replacing the wax ring and explained to me what caused the leakage, he also removed this 4 foot long 5 inch wide root buildup that was growing beneath my toilet, it was gross! He did a plumbing inspection on my kitchen and gave me an estimate which is a job I will have him do. Should you need any plumbing service Ray's knowledge and professionalism will leave you satisfied. I would highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing and will be using their services again.

Matthew was The best plummer I've ever hired. He was kind, friendly, honest (fair price) did a professional job and timely. He installed a new shower valve and handle and used quality parts by Moen. He used a very large oval shaped plate to cover any missing or cut tile from replacing the valve kit. Other plumbers quoted a much higher price that include tile repair. Thus, he saved me a lot if money. It looked great and works perfectly. I highly recommend his service.

John is a Excellent Home Inspector!!  John performed an inspection for us on our new home. From A-Z he handled things with the utmost professionalism.  Scheduling the inspection with him was easy and convenient. When John showed up, he worked diligently for over three hours to turn over ever stone and inspect every inch of the home.  At the conclusion, he produced a comprehensive report, offered us a warranty, and showed us the utmost care.  Highly recommended!

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

This firm is fantastic.  They are professional, accommodating, and empathetic.  I recently had two separate plumbing emergencies the day before Thanksgiving (we were hosting 15 people) and the evening of Thanksgiving.  They were overbooked but instead of just saying sorry, the person on the phone didn't blink.  She immediately assumed responsibility for getting the repairs done in time for our Holiday feast. by rapidly identifying one of their  back-up services who were able to come out within hours.   Both jobs were handled rapidly, efficiently, and with full contemporaneous explanations of what had to be done and what to expect.  Riordan handled all the arrangements and the billing.  The costs were extremely reasonable, especially considering the urgency and the holiday needs.  Based on the costs I have seen quoted in reviews of other companies, Riordan's charges were VERY reasonable.  I would strongly encourage using this firm.
