Our water bill tripled and we knew we had a leak. The pool detection company already ruled out the pool as the culprit so we told Schlomi that we were relying on him to find the leak elsewhere. Schlomi didn't disappoint and was able to pinpoint an underground pipe leak. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and explained the process and findings well. Would not hesitate to reach out to Waterboy Detection in the future should we need the help again. The residential fee paid was $350 which I thought was reasonable.

I contacted Oscar in the morning to assess my water heater issues and he was extremely responsive. He made time to come out with very short notice and was very efficient. I appreciate the fact that he reviewed my suspected issue, leaned in on his experience, and provided me a set of options around short term and long term solutions. This gave me flexibility on how much I was willing to spend.

We had him come out the next day to do a full water heater replacement and he was done with the job ahead of schedule, while lowering his initial quote since he felt like some of the additional things I wanted to do weren't absolutely needed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity from Oscar. Now I have hot water in the house again and it's all thanks to him and his work! I would recommend him and his team for any plumbing project.

Jerez Plumbing has a motto: Outstanding Quality through Expert Service. I'll just say this holds true in everything they did. When the original path of installing a tankless heater turned out to not be feasible (would have required way more work than I was ready to pay for), they helped exchange the tankless heater for a tank. These guys went above and beyond. I'll give them a call for anything plumbing related now.

Chris is the real deal. Whenever we ran our shower upstairs, water would leak from the ceiling HVAC vent (what a nightmare)! Spoke to 3 different plumbers and each one said they would need to break a hole in the ceiling to see what was wrong, likely a leak from the drain line. Fine, I came to terms this would be a big expensive project. Then I called up Chris and he asked very thoughtful questions, like how old is the plumbing, based on my answer, he concluded it should not be the drain line. He thought it might be something else, but gladly decided to stop by (very last minute) and take a look. Turns out it was something completely different and the fix was quite simple. What a relief! Through the whole ordeal Chris was super friendly, and honest. He charged me something completely reasonable and even gave me a discount. So glad I called him and he came to help. He will be my go to plumber for all future jobs. Very hard to find someone so honest/reasonable/likable these days, especially a contractor/plumber. Great work and great service.

We noticed our pool was losing quite a bit of water and our water bill was outrageous. We called Kenton and he came out and did a very thorough check of the entire pool. Come to find out we had a huge leak from right under the skimmer. Kenton is super professional and just an overall good guy! Definitely call him if you suspect a leak in your pool!

John is very detailed if you want to know the exact condition of you home I highly recommend him. As a realtor I have seen many inspection reports and met many home inspectors by far John is the most professional and most detailed report I have seen. He also offers additional sewers camera inspection;if that is something you would like to inspect not many inspectors have the equipment to offer that service.
