I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own. Oscar is the best! I called a bunch of plumbers before him and he was fair and honest with his pricing. Called him and he came in 20 mins. He was very honest with my water heater explained everything to me and even told me what parts to ask for to claim warranty from the water heater warranty. So happy to have hot water again and to work with such a knowledgeable and kind man! Highly recommend him!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

For awhile now, my kitchen sink water has been running very slow.  Garbage disposal grindings were backing up into the main sink. Yuk!

Very pleased with Chris Perri of Roma Rooter! Called him yesterday, scheduled for 10:00 a.m.  He showed up right at 10:00.  Asked some questions and determined the backup was in the main water line, not the sink plumbing.  The snake couldn't push the backup so he water jetted it.  The drain is clear now -- yay!

He suggested that once or twice a month fill  the main sink (not the disposal sink side), half-way with warm water  and two scoops of OxyClean.  This should keep the drains clean and running quickly.  Also, never use those drain cleaners -- that you're wasting your money and over time they corrode the pipes.

I have found our new plumber. His price was the best out of about 7 offers I got. Was here on time, was very professional, and within about 10 minutes fixed my clogged sink. Cleaned up after himself too. Overall very good experience with William. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the company. They had their compact 1600 gallon truck come out to pump our septic. Even though they had scheduled for Monday, they called on the Sunday before because they had an opening and swung by early. Guy got right to business and was very professional. Great service.

We noticed there was a possible leak above our garage. Within the same day, LC came to assess if it was a plumbing issue or structural. After determining it was indeed a plumbing issue, we had him go ahead to locate and repair the leak. He was very transparent about what he was doing and why. Because of wood beams obstructing the view from inside, he determined he would need to go outside through the stucco. Because we have an HOA, we asked if he could wait until we notified them and went ahead and made an appointment for him to come the next morning. He arrived right at the appointed time and found the leak right away. I was very satisfied with the work done and his price was very fair.

He was upfront from the beginning that he would only be able to identify and repair the leak and referred us to another company for the water damage repair and patching the stucco. I was happy for his honesty and the referral and I was glad he also notified us to check with our home insurance regarding the water damage.

I would recommend LC to anyone I know personally and would consider consulting them again for any future plumbing projects or issues.

Last month in mid November we had a sudden water heater incident in our garage. Our 50 gallon whirlpool water plastic heater drain valve failed and popped out of the tank. Thereby draining all of the water and silt out of the tank into our garage splashing onto both of our cars. This was our third water heater in 33 years.

We decided to call On Call Plumbing and Jeremy quickly answered the phone that same evening. Explaining our predicament and need for hot water. He set an appointment for late morning the following day. After some discussion we decided to install a Navien tankless water heater as recommended. The following day Jeremy and his assistant were at the house at 9:30 ready to remove the old water heater and install our new tankless Unit. Thank you Jeremy for your prompt response to our urgent need. Family owned and at your service.

A true example of an experienced and well equipped plumber. I've used him in the past and have never had any regrets. A problem solver and more than just a plumber. I highly recommend him as your first option you won't be disappointed. He even pointed out things that were wrong beforehand.

So glad we picked this plumbing company. We had a clogged kitchen sink and looked at different YELP reviews and saw that this company SoCal Plumbing and Rooter had great reviews. We called them yesterday and they answered right away and we made an appointment for today. They called us today as they were able to come earlier than the appointment time which was great. We had Derek as our plumber. He was so efficient, cordial, helpful and explained all of our options without any pressure. He analyzed the problem and after explaining  everything we chose the option which required less time and money. We never got any resitance or pressure to choose the more expensive option. He did unclog and fix our sink and infact fixed a pipe angle problem while he was doing the work. We may at some point have him come back for the bigger fix as we really appreciated his honesty and again,  the no pressure attitude. We liked him so much we had him look at our bathroom sink which sometimes had problems and again he explained solutions of what we could do and what they could do.
