I found this company through yelp and requested a quote. Within minutes, Nadav reached out to me and was able to work around my schedule to get a technician over to determine if my master bedroom shower had a leak. I've contacted so many plumbers and they were unable to identify why there would leak from my second floor. Rigo, the technician was able to diagnosed our problem and provided knowledgeable advice on how to fix the issue.  He check all bathroom in our house to make sure there wasn't any leak and we also found out that our sprinkler system had a leak and needed replacement! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who   would like to know if there's a leak in your home. Best customer service and knowledgeable technicians!

Oscar is very responsive even after hours. His prices are fair and he is honest and hardworking. He was able to help me after hours when our pipe burst during the weekend. He responded within 10 minutes and was able to help assess the situation.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I called Olson's Plumbing because I had a blockage in my laundry room drainage pipe. I have had many plumbers come and fix the problem, so many in fact that I was beginning to think that it had to be that my washing machine was leaking. When the owner of Olson's Plumbing came over, he quickly realized what the problem was. He found roots that were several feet long in my main pipe that my kitchen and laundry room were draining to! These roots were so ridiculous that I am floored that the other plumbers never even detected them. They all did the same thing and snaked the drain in the laundry room (which was always only temporary relief!). Needless to say, Olson's Plumbing got EVERYTHING cleared out, cleaned up and done at an excellent price. This company is punctual, professional and I am relieved that I now have an honest and reliable company to call on in the future! Thanks a million!

Since purchasing my home in 2013 I've used Tony and Son plumbing for all my plumbing needs! They've replaced my water heater at an unbeatable price. They've also removed roots from some of my pipes, install pipes and drainage for my new laundry room, and repaired a leak or clog here and there.
Prior to me hiring Tony and Son, I've shopped around for prices and I have got to tell you that based on the work they do, how clean and efficient they work, there was no other plumbing service that came close.

Wow. Quick, no fuss, give you the answers you need right over the phone service. Didn't give me the runaround and was able to advise me with pictures and a quick video I text messages to him. On Super Bowl Sunday no less! I will definitely be calling him for future work.

Washer Machine drain was backed up. I called Abi at Jet Drain and he was able to send over Aramis and his partner that same day! They showed up with masks and gloves on (Covid Safe) they arrived Earlier than promised and were able to take care of our issue within an hour. They left the area cleaner than it was before they showed up and were very respectful and professional. Thanks Jet Drain!

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

These guy were great.  I own and run 3 corporations and I put a lot of value on professionalism and communications.  The guys from Aquaman, from start to finish, were perfect.  They initially responded to my request quickly as well as my follow up questions.  They set an appointment for the next day and texted me to let me know when they were 15 minutes from my home.  Their pool-side-manner was very good.  They got right to work, never looked for opportunities to attempt to claim additional costs and charged me the price that they provided in their initial communication to me.  They were pleasant, conscientious and explained things every step of the way.  It was just a really good experience.  There is nothing worse than feeling like you're being played by a contractor who is looking to add costs to their promise pricing when they feel like they've got you were they want you.  If you like getting what you're expecting from a company without surprises, give these guys a call.  I highly recommend this company.

When home disasters occur it can be unbelievably stressful, after all, few things are more important to us than where we live and are supposed to feel most comfortable. I've found that when these difficulties occur, one of the only silver linings can be if you're fortunate enough to find the right people to help you. Some people just do their jobs because they must in order to survive while others do it with the idea that it reflects who they are and their values. Jeremie and the entire team at On Call Plumbing are most certainly the latter. They are kind, knowledgeable and professional, fair, decent and honest. They helped me when I was at my wits end after a pipe break in my home - resulting water damage and the decision to do what I was hoping to avoid for the last several years - re-plumbing the entire house. This was the 6th time I've had a leak in recent years and I couldn't continue to live here waiting for the next one to inevitably occur. It was a huge job but they did it seemlessly and with as little disruption to my home and life as possible and with an integrity that I've rarely experienced. I would highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing. Our experience was great. We had some plumbing repairs that needed to be taken care of at our home and Matt was able to figure out the issues right away. He was able to make the repairs on the same day and everything has worked great ever since. The thing I appreciated most was that he didn't  recommend a bunch of things that weren't necessary or overcharge us for something we didn't need. He was able to fix the problems for a very fair price and was straightforward about the cost of the repairs.  Matthew is professional, pleasant to talk to and showed up on time which is also very important to me.

John was a fantastic home inspector! I have had home inspections in the past, however, John's report was so much more thorough. He took pictures of every problem in the house, as well as detailed descriptions. He was very punctual and took his time inspecting every aspect of the house.

Not only did he provide such a thorough inspection, he also encouraged me to call him with any questions I might have. He answers emails quickly, and picks up phone calls consistently, even on the weekends!

I will definitely be calling John for every inspection I have in the future. Thank you John!

11/3/2020   This is an update to my review of this fabulous company from last week.       We had a new issue come up at our house - our tankless water heater just stopped working mid dishwashing!  I called City Plumbing and Frances jumped right on getting Luis out to our house to look at the water heater.  It turned out to be a tripped breaker, and bless his heart, Luis did not look at me like I was a looney lady for calling him out for this simple fix.  He asked me about whether we had been instructed upon installation about maintenance and filters for the unit.  We had not, so I went ahead and authorized the service and installation of the filter system.  Everything was done by early evening.  The professionalism is tremendous.  Everyone from this company has taken care to be clean and clean up.  I really appreciate that.  Put City Plumbing and Rooter at the top of your plumbing list!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.
