The Waterboy Leak Detection was great. Completely professional. Omer scheduled a Leak detection technician to come out for our emergency Leak and when that had to be canceled due to rain, he rescheduled for the next earliest time. The technician arrived on time, found our Leak within 20 minutes and again was totally professional. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Oscar of QP Plumbing was referred by my good friend who is a real estates broker.  He is my go-to-person at all times when it comes to professional plumbing problems.  Oscar is younger than most but he is very responsible, punctual, and professional with many years of experiences in his field.  I was so impressed of his specialized white van which is full of all those functional tools and accessories.  In this case, he is very effective in the work and does not have to run back and forth to stores for supplies.  

I highly recommend his professional first-class service to all my friends and families!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

These guys are awesome. Luis and his team helped me with two different issues in my house. The first was changing the whole shower setup for one of the bathrooms. The other was an emergency kitchen clogged than got out of control.

They do remarkable work, they are friendly, clean, efficient and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed how meticulous they are doing any task, and how quickly they get it done.

I've used Jet Drain twice now, once for a bathtub that wouldn't drain and once for a pinhole leak I had inside of my kitchen wall. Each time their team came out and they were timely, friendly, and really informative in letting me know what the issue was in my house, what they were going to do to solve it, and what the overall cost would be. The moment they got a customer for life was with my stopped up bathtub. I had a plumber come and take a look and he quoted me several thousand dollars as he said he would need to break up the concrete in my bathroom in order to get to the pipe. The team at Jet Drain was able to cut a small access hole in my kitchen behind my fridge, access the pipe and fix the issue for a fraction of the price, and to top it off they were able to utilize that same access panel when they were resolving the pinhole leak inside my kitchen wall. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Last thing someone wants to deal with when they're having emergency plumbing issues is a horrible plumber and I can tell you right now that if you call sewer man he is the opposite of that. He will be there quick and he will have your problem fixed quickly and is very helpful and respectful of your home. I 100% percent recommend him and will be saving his business card for future issues.

Called them to detect a leak.  They came out on time and tried to find the leak, however we have a 6 jet pipe that they were not aware about and didn't have the right plug for it but somehow managed to plug the pipe.  They looked for the leak for 2 hours and no luck.  They were apologetic and didn't charge for the service.

LC Doctor plumber is awesome. Leo is a total professional. I gave him a call at he was at my doorstep within 45 min. My plumbing was backed up and he snaked and cleared my drain. Leo was able to give me a quote over the phone before coming out. His prices are really fair and Leo was very thorough and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using LC Doctor Plumber again.

Great experience with Company. They were upfront and service was very professional. My plumbing issue had me stressing out because I had to shut down the whole water supply going into my house! So I was so thankful that they were able to fit me into their schedule on such short notice! Also very thankful to have had Jeremy work on my plumbing. He is just a straight up nice guy! He also was very generous with his time. My father in law was at my home when Jeremy was fixing my plumbing issue, and he was just asking Jeremy questions and asking for advise on plumbing work at his own home and Jeremy was answering,  recommending, and giving advice. And I thought that was very awesome. We need more plumbers like Jeremy in this world.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. I called for an estimate to replace our old tank water heater with a new tankless system. Mario arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection before putting together a detailed estimate with a few options to choose from.

As a young woman, I truly appreciated the customer service and how Mario treated me with respect. He was happy to explain the work to be done and answered all of my questions.

I have been a customer of Matthews Plumbing since 2010, for both commercial and residential repairs. He is responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable; even when I refer to items as that thingy where the water goes and connects to that other thing, LOL. He always gets it taken care of. So, when I became a first-time homeowner this year, it was a no brainer that I would call on Matt.

John sent his employee Aaron early to get started on outside of house.  Very thoughtful to expedite the process.  Once John arrived, the experience became even better.  They took their time to inspect everything accessible.  I was aware of many problems with house, but they gave insight to ones that I I didn't know existed.  The report was very clear and was complete with pictures.  The summary of Soon to Immediate was a real eye opener.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspection.  I did it for myself to make a decision to sell or keep my house. Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
