I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own. Thank you, Rigo!

Oscar was great. Super quick and reliable and didn't leave a mess. Replaced the garbage disposal and some pipes in a short amount of time. Use these guys, they're great.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

We did not actually use Olson's, but will in the future.  Called with a Saturday emergency, he was not available until evening and referred me to another company.  Then he checked back later to make sure I found someone.  Nice!

Luis is great! He came out and solved the problem in 20 minutes after properly diagnosing the Tankless Water Hearer and other connections! He found out there was switch in the side circuit panel that had to be reset and hot water started working again!

I called Tony and Son on a Sunday morning, they were the 3rd company and the 1st to actually answer my call. I spoke to Fernando (son) and he said he was on his way to LA but he would come to my house right after, which was less than 2 hours. He jetted my main line and showed my everything before and after with the camera, explained everything in detail, & answered all my questions. His dad (Tony) came to give him a hand. Both were extremely respectable and very cordial. I will 100% use them EXCLUSIVELY and refer them to my family. Thank you Fernando and Tony.

I define good service from a service as one who doesn't try to sell his customers unnecessary services. Excellent service is what Chris Perri provides.

I called Chris up for a quote on running a camera into the sewer, as recommended by a representative from the city, to see what was causing our backup flow. I followed the camera recommendation, but Chris advised me to rooter (?) instead to find the root (haha) of our problem because it would be a more cheaper alternative. He was very patient and thorough with explaining the process to make sure my mother and I were well-informed.

Very friendly person, professional, and very honest. My mother cannot stop telling me how satisfied she is with his service. I think Chris will become our go-to guy for our problematic plumbing.

I have found our new plumber. His price was the best out of about 7 offers I got. Was here on time, was very professional, and within about 10 minutes fixed my clogged sink. Cleaned up after himself too. Overall very good experience with William. Highly recommended!

Ari and Abi were so nice to work with. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do, which seems to be rare these days. It's so nice to support  a family business. We will call them again for our next drain project.

So impressed with Kenton and his team. They came highly recommended and I'm grateful to work with them. They thoroughly assessed all of our pool and spa plumbing systems and found the leak. So glad. And, even more interesting is that I called another leak detection company and they referred me to Aquaman. Doesn't get any better in my opinion.

Jeremy with On call Plumbing was amazing!!!!!! I saw him doing work a couple houses down from me and asked if he would come by to look and see what the problem might be.. he was more than happy to do it.. this was after having 2 other plumbers come out with giving the incorrect plumbing issue.... he guided me through my process and made me feel so comfortable...... my leak is fixed and i more than extremely happy with his professionalism and how quick he came to help me... if you need a Plummer this is the guy to call!!!

The base of my toilet would leak substantially during the flush, after calling around getting prices from several different companies many of which overcharging, I found Ray, he came out, did a wonderful job replacing the wax ring and explained to me what caused the leakage, he also removed this 4 foot long 5 inch wide root buildup that was growing beneath my toilet, it was gross! He did a plumbing inspection on my kitchen and gave me an estimate which is a job I will have him do. Should you need any plumbing service Ray's knowledge and professionalism will leave you satisfied. I would highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing and will be using their services again.

I  was introduced to this company by a lovely girl at Serviz called Jasmine. She was so quick, efficient, and extra helpful, and I am very grateful to her. I had discovered early in the morning that our water heater was dripping LOTS of water, and needed some-one to come and assess  it ASAP. Within two hours of calling SoCal Plumbing Derek arrived and confirmed that our 15 year old heater needed replacing. He removed the old heater and cleaned up the area until Mario arrived with the new heater, and they very promptly installed it. Turns out the new heaters are much safer and easier to manage than our old one, great news. I also got a quick lesson on how and when to drain the heater to keep it working as efficiently as possible. The work was done in two hours, and the area in our garage was cleaned up and put to rights, which I was delighted with. These guys did such a good job, and were a pleasure to have in the house, very knowledgeable about the job, and so efficient. I will happily use them again for any other plumbing jobs that might come up for us. The price was very reasonable/competitive as well. I cannot fault their service and highly recommend them

Very pleased with the service from Matthew. Our water heater wouldn't fully ignite and after calling Matthew, he was able to make it out the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. Turns out the Thermocouple was defective and needed to be replaced. We are very pleased with how professional and quick Matthew was. Thank you again. Highly recommend. Price was right as well. Paid the normal service fee ($100) plus $10 for the part. Not often do you get food service and an honest price. Solid guy and company!

I have had the pleasure of working with John on three home purchases over the years and the reason that he is the first person I call in escrow is his professionalism and accuracy.  He is very thorough in reviewing all aspects of the home's condition and has the client's interests at heart. Tommy Serrato definitely gave fast and professional service. We had messed up pipes from roots and previous wanna be/poser plumbers in the past just patched up the symptoms.
Tommy and team provided the solution in a fast and professional manner. He even gave us a usb flashdrive for us to see the piping from a first view perspective(camera recording).
From then on, we'll never use poser cheap plumbers and will stick to licensed legitimate plumbers such as All City Plumbing!
