I called The Waterboy on a Sunday, fearing I had a potential plumbing leak in a hot water pipe somewhere due to drop in pressure. They were able to walk  me through trouble shooting over the phone to determine I did not have a leak and my issue was not as urgent as I thought. I could wait to call a plumber and not pay after hours prices.  What a relief!!

Oscar from QP was Godsent. He came to the house in his van packed with ALL the materials & tools. He fixed copper piping in a tight portion of the basement, replaced valves in the kitchen and the bathroom, and left. All this work was done for a very affordable price, with quality master craftsmanship. Oscar is the man, and he will take care of any of your plumbing needs. Don't call anyone else!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I called Olson's plumbing after spending 1 1/2 hrs plunging a clogged toilet. We tried every internet hack we could find....nothing worked. They gave me a window of 20-minutes to 2 hours from time of call to show up; they were there in less than 1 hour. They asked a few questions and quoted me a price. It took me longer for me to write the check than it did for them to unclog the toilet. Fast, super friendly. I can't express my happiness for my new found plumbing service.

Called All Ways to fix a clogged drain line that another company was unable to diagnose. Luis and Miguel responded quickly and professionally, and found the source of the problem which after much effort they were able to fix. I appreciated that they didn't give up and kept at it until they succeeded. I plan to use them for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a shower leak and called Jerez Plumbing to help diagnose/fix the problem.  Javier came out right away and was very thorough.  Explained pricing upfront, expectations, and spent a few hours figuring out different scenarios of what may be happening.  Our situation was a bit tricky and so Tony also came out to lend another set of eyes to figure out the issue.  Ultimately, we were able to rule out major plumbing issues and pinpoint where the source of the leaks were coming from - leaking through an area of tiles/grout rather than the drainage or pipes.  

It's a family run business which I always appreciate.  You are being helped by the people in charge of the business.  They are honest and definitely went above and beyond to make sure the problem was handled.  Highly recommend.

Chris is an excellent plumber.  He came to our house quickly and unclogged a bathroom sink that our handyman couldn't fix.  He just knew exactly what needed to be done.  He used his equipment and showed us the roots that were causing the clog.  He explained everything and instructed us on what we can do to prevent future clogs.  We were so happy with his expertise and now we know who to call for our plumbing needs.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

I've used Jet Drain twice now, once for a bathtub that wouldn't drain and once for a pinhole leak I had inside of my kitchen wall. Each time their team came out and they were timely, friendly, and really informative in letting me know what the issue was in my house, what they were going to do to solve it, and what the overall cost would be. The moment they got a customer for life was with my stopped up bathtub. I had a plumber come and take a look and he quoted me several thousand dollars as he said he would need to break up the concrete in my bathroom in order to get to the pipe. The team at Jet Drain was able to cut a small access hole in my kitchen behind my fridge, access the pipe and fix the issue for a fraction of the price, and to top it off they were able to utilize that same access panel when they were resolving the pinhole leak inside my kitchen wall. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Very happy with the company. They had their compact 1600 gallon truck come out to pump our septic. Even though they had scheduled for Monday, they called on the Sunday before because they had an opening and swung by early. Guy got right to business and was very professional. Great service.

I read all the good reviews and called this company because I wanted to support an independent company. I was quoted $700.00 !!! - just for an inspection for a small pool. Seems OUTRAGEOUS to me. I can't image how much they would charge to actually do the work. Make sure you ask the price before you make an appointment.

Leo and team were very professional and courteous.  At first, I was little skeptical about the limited number of yelp reviews but quickly realized that this was a relatively new business and that Leo had 15+ years of experience under his belt. After the work, I can totally understand why the reviews have all been 5 stars!

Leo provided a free inspection of our pipes and sewage line. They were honest and took the time to explain the need to replace our sewer line before it became a major issue. At no point do I feel they were pushing us to do something beyond what was necessary. We had major tree root damage throughout our old pipes.

Leo explained they could use trenchless sewage line repair to keep the digging/unearthing and thus cost to a minimum. We did some comparison estimates and Leo's was very fair.  What stood out was the attention to the customer and willingness to work with us and around our schedule.

For the actual job, the work was done by a hardworking and polite crew and was completed in the time committed. For the 3 day job, they were always on time each day and were gladly willing to explain what they were doing and the next steps. Transparency is very important to me. His team also went above and beyond to ensure nothing was damaged, the work area was thoroughly cleaned and things were put back exactly how it was before.

Now I have peace of mind for many years to come as well as a trustworthy local plumber for any future plumbing related repairs! I was 110% satisfied with the experience in working with LC Doctor.  Thank you some much to Leo and team!

Jeremy and crew assigned our house for warranty work unable to make it first day as expected. Lost in 1000 oaks traffic . Called twice to say be here for sure no matter what. Arrived at eight- thirty, assessed the problem and got is back into hot water(haha). Worked out the details with the warranty people, arriving following day to install new water heater.  Very personable and friendly. Honest and straightforward.  Took the time to explain what he had done, the why, etc. All qualities I admire and look for. Very easy to reccomend on time plumbing as your every needs plumbing plumber.
Overall craftsmen ship top notch.

Flushed my tankless hot water heater, I was a little nerves at first but they did a great job. I will call them again.

First, let me say, that I do not regularly do reviews. Things have to go horrible wrong or high praises need to be given. Two days before Christmas, our drains decided they no longer wanted to work in one of our bathrooms. We called our regular plumber who was too busy to assist. Other calls failed. Nightmare before Christmas in real life. My wife came across SoCal Plumbing, who was local and had great reviews. We called and were not only able to make an appointment, but they were over within 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. The technician, Mario, was very friendly, engaging, and polite. Within 45 minutes, the problem was fixed and Christmas crisis was adverted. My only criticism was that the payment app did allow for a tip. Their number is now in my phone; old plumber's number has now been deleted.

Upon recommendation from some friends and family, we were so glad we called Matthew instead of the usual plumbing company. Matthew was pleasant and professional. It was already mid afternoon when we called him for a copper pipe spewing water, so we were afraid we couldn't wait long. He came right away, which was by then almost his dinner time. After fixing it, we asked him about a drain in the house, and he readily agreed to take a look, and quickly fixed that as well. We didn't feel gouged like we always had in the past. Matthew has done much bigger jobs for our friends and family, also to great satisfaction, so we've found a new plumber for all of our plumbing problems!

We worked with John for two home inspections. We found him to be:

1) Candid and unbiased, which is RARE in the inspection business.
2) Knowledgeable and thorough.
3) Prompt and enthusiastic about his work.
4) Communicative and skillful at communicating complex home-related issues.

As he got busier this season, his report did not appear as thorough as the first one we engaged him to do, but overall it was still very informative. He was very accessible and there to pick up the phone even at odd hours, so we believe the service was A level overall. We're highly discriminating (but very fair) consumers and would definitely engage John again.

Tommy S. came out on Memorial Day and quickly located the issue that had led to water leaking into our wall and out into our daughter's room. While it means a large repair, I'm grateful for the prompt and thorough free evaluation! Great, will certainly use them again!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

They fixed the water line to my refrigerator. The whole process was simple, the office staff was friendly and quick to set up a time for the next morning. Warren the plumber was on time, professional, competent and worked quickly to fix the issue. Overall happy with the service and cost for the job, would use them again.
