We started seeing our floors buckle up. We found The Waterboy Leak Detection on yelp and they came out right away. They understood our sense of urgency and had crews out that same day afternoon. We are so happy with the work they did. They listened to our pipes and marked the area on the floor where it had burst. They even gave us a plumber and we had it fixed by the end of the week. Highly recommend them. Very professional and clean technicians.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Had problem with kitchen sink drain.  Called a couple of plumbers at first and got brief quote.  One of them said you can text me back to schedule appointment but when I did, this guy did not respond to my text all day.  I saw Roma Rooter on Yelp and read all the positive reviews before I called Chris.  Chris answered and gave me a good idea of the problem over the phone after I described to him our sink and gave me a very reasonable quote. Chris is very accommodating and came to our house the same day I called.  Chris has been doing plumbing work for almost 20 years, very experienced.  He did a great job in less than an hour and gave me tips on how to maintain sinks, tubs to a minimize clogging.  What and what not to use for cleaning.  I highly recommend Roma Rooter for any plumbing services.

Wow. Quick, no fuss, give you the answers you need right over the phone service. Didn't give me the runaround and was able to advise me with pictures and a quick video I text messages to him. On Super Bowl Sunday no less! I will definitely be calling him for future work.

Good communication from front office regarding timing. Aramis assessed the plumbing blockage issue and tried the low cost method. This worked so problem resolved in short time. Very professional, polite and maintained social  distancing. Would definitely use again.

Harry was outstanding. He came here saw it was the mixer. Went to get the part total cost $258. One guy from Home Advisor wanted to break through walls and charge me $1800. Do not ever use Home Advisor for anything. Only use Harry for plumbing . He is nice and is honest. Just the truth Laurie!

Highly recommend him.    Unlike American leak detection that charged me arm and a leg to fix my pool and still the problem was not solved, Ken from Aquaman came and fixed the small problem and showed me how to save money. He only charged what was quoted on the phone, fixed one of the leaks at included charge with the service call.

Leo and Sam are amazing! I would 100% recommend this company. I hired LC Doctor Plumer originally to inspect my leaking shower. They checked and found the problem is not plumbing. They gave me free advice on how to fix it and did not charge me. I hired them back to install the whole house water softener and filter. They provided a reasonable estimate and did the job PERFECTLY!! They did not mind taking time to make sure every aspect of the installation is correct. The work in my backyard looks very organized and pretty. They even guided me through the smart phone water softener app download and user instruction. The company is honest & professional. They know what they are doing and really took care of my house. I am grateful to have them. They will be the only plumber I call from now on.

Our toilet had broken and needed it replaced. Reached out to a few people for quotes and decided to go with Ray. He was responsive and pricing was fair.

I called regarding a sewer scope inspection and even though the house did not have the proper size vent for their camera, they decided to give it a try anyway rather than going the more expensive route of taking out the toilet and going through that drain. Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

Jessi arrived early. I explain to him the problems. He told me what my options are and what it would cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and it was obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. I felt the charges were very reasonable. This is the first time I've used John Riordan Plumbing and if I need a plumber again I'll call them and ask for Jesse. I highly recommend this company.
