I searched and searched for a plumber when I came across Roma Rooter. The reviews were very good and I liked what they said about Chris. I requested a quote to clear two drains and Chris called back quickly and explained two different options. My husband and I liked the second one which was the Hydo jetting option. Although it was more expensive we felt that it was the best option for us. Chris came over and now we have nice clean drains that are working beautifully. The bathroom one was a little more of an issue since our house was built in 1940, Chris explained that there is corrosion inside of the pipes, but was able to clear them with a snake. After he finished we asked for a bid to put in our new bathroom faucet. It is so nice to have a plumber that we can trust. Chris is easy to speak with and explains everything to you before he starts. I myself appreciate that.

We have quite a few plumbing problems in our old building, they show up on time, are professional and reasonably priced. Manuel has been our technician, he was great!

I needed leak detection services and Aquaman was quick to respond and gave me the exact issues in a clear and honest way. I felt comfortable in how they clearly explained what was going on and how they would fix it. They did everything necessary to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. If you're looking for any help in finding a leak and don't want to waste your time, then look no further, Aquaman is the answer.

Our water heater was old and located in an awkward location of the house. Leo came to provide a quick no-nonsense estimate. On the day of the replacement, he was polite and completed the job within the day. His performed quality work at a reasonable price, so I would recommend him for future work.

Avoid at all costs.  We had a sewer main back up on a 100+ year old house and called On Call for help.  They were able to get there in a couple hours.  They replaced a clean out on our drain line, sent a water jet through the pipe and showed us a video afterward.  The bill was in excess of $1,000.  Called to complain, but to no avail.  I had someone come and look at the drain to have it replaced, they said they have never billed a customer more than $400 for the same work done by On Call.  Never again.

A true example of an experienced and well equipped plumber. I've used him in the past and have never had any regrets. A problem solver and more than just a plumber. I highly recommend him as your first option you won't be disappointed. He even pointed out things that were wrong beforehand.

Came back from a 10 day trip and found out our shower was leaking and then it started going crazy and had to shut off the water on Monday evening.  Emailed these guys on Monday night (a Holiday).  He emailed me back and had someone at my house the next day at 930am.  Thanks guys!

Matthew showed up on time as promised . He was very professional, courtesy, got right to work on the job . I would definitely use him again plus recommend him to anyone needing a plumber . He was extremely reliable . Not easy to find a good plumber these days , but he's one of the best plumbers I've ever used .

I needed an inspection for a small studio condo and also needed someone to take some measurments in 3 areas in the condo. Since measurements are not typically part of an inspection, I called around to a half dozen inspectors to get quotes and to see who would be willing to take measurements -  some didn't want to take the measurments but most did to earn the business, including John.

After some consideration I called John back to confirm that I would hire him as long as he took the measurments. He agreed, so I scheduled an appointment with the seller. I then emailed John to give him the date and time and confirmed for the third time that he would take measurments.

After the inspection was completed John emailed me letting me know but that he forgot to tell the inspector to take the measurements. He then proceeded to ask for payment. We then got into a long email and phone argument because I refused to pay him until he performed in full. Not only did he not apologize he asserted I was being difficult for not paying him. I cant say anything about his inspection skills but hes a very stubborn and obtuse fellow.

I was able to schedule same day service and Victor Medina was great! He was professional, informative, and completed the job successfully. He went above what I expected.

Do not use this company trust me this idiot bad attitude plumber could not fix the plunger in my parents bathroom sink because the moron used the wrong part so now I have to fix it.
