Oscar is the best! I called a bunch of plumbers before him and he was fair and honest with his pricing. Called him and he came in 20 mins. He was very honest with my water heater explained everything to me and even told me what parts to ask for to claim warranty from the water heater warranty. So happy to have hot water again and to work with such a knowledgeable and kind man! Highly recommend him!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Called Olson Plumbing for a routine rooter service. Marco was fast to reply, very courteous and on time for the work. I really appreciate a business that positions themselves to offer such great customer service, it's by no mistake this happens. Highly recommend.

I called Tony and Son on a Sunday morning, they were the 3rd company and the 1st to actually answer my call. I spoke to Fernando (son) and he said he was on his way to LA but he would come to my house right after, which was less than 2 hours. He jetted my main line and showed my everything before and after with the camera, explained everything in detail, & answered all my questions. His dad (Tony) came to give him a hand. Both were extremely respectable and very cordial. I will 100% use them EXCLUSIVELY and refer them to my family. Thank you Fernando and Tony.

I called Chris last week and had to cancel my appointment I thought I had handle my plumbing issues. Little did I know my bathroom sink was clogged again, so here I go again I called Chris today and he came over and handle my bathroom sink in 30 mins. Thanks Chris I would not hesitate to call you again.

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Harry was outstanding. He came here saw it was the mixer. Went to get the part total cost $258. One guy from Home Advisor wanted to break through walls and charge me $1800. Do not ever use Home Advisor for anything. Only use Harry for plumbing . He is nice and is honest. Just the truth Laurie!

Kenton did a very thorough job of investigating our pool for leaks.  He used a variety of tools and techniques, making sure to check every spot where leaks are possible.  He was happy to discuss his findings with me at length, answer any questions I had, and even make a few recommendations.  I hope that I don't need leak detection services again any time soon, but if I do, Aquaman would be the first place I would call.

Our water heater was old and located in an awkward location of the house. Leo came to provide a quick no-nonsense estimate. On the day of the replacement, he was polite and completed the job within the day. His performed quality work at a reasonable price, so I would recommend him for future work.

Jeremy is a good man and a great plumber. He worked with us when our 60 gallon water tank died and we had to use our homeowners warranty. He educated us about tankless water heaters and we ended up having him install the same unit he uses in his own home. He and his co-worker showed up on time and did a clean and professional job. Look no further for great, prompt service.  During a routine safety check by the Gas Co., a gas leak was found and a valve to our water heater needed to be replaced.  The Gas Co. turned off the gas to our house so time was of the essence.  I called SoCal Plumbing & Rooter and Derek was there in about an hour.  The job turned out to be more difficult than we originally thought but Derek did a great job.  Our gas was back on by 5:30 p.m. thanks to Derek and this company.  Plus, Derek is well-spoken, clean cut and easy to deal with.  I will definitely use this company more in the future. By the way, in comparison, I've used a couple other plumbing companies in the Brea area in the past and one of them I wouldn't even trust to have the employees in my house again.

My very handy, DIY husband used his super strength to remove a wall and accidentally cracked the water line in front of the house.  He called Matthew so he could continue to remodel the house and not have to deal with another project on top of everything else.  Matthew arrived before the ETA and his price was more than fair and reasonable.  He is professional, quick and trustworthy.  He will be our go to plumber for any big or small plumbing project/repair.  Highly recommend.

I have been a full time real realtor for 20+ years, I have worked with several inspectors and inspections companies and by far, John from Home Inspection Authority is the absolute best!  He is very thorough, always on time, respectful, knowledgeable and is very 'there' for the buyer.  He is willing to answer any questions and very honest, upfront yet does nothing to scare the buyer.  Buying a home is stressful so it's nice to be in a transaction with people that care.  On top of that, he provides an additional WARRANTY free of charge!  Whatever is warranted to be working at the time of his inspection is warranted after the buyer moves in!  That's true customer service!  He's the best, I would not recommend anyone else!

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors, and Riordan is by far the best experience I've had in LA. Not only are these guys on top of their work, they're as friendly, patient, and courteous as you can ask for. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
