We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.

WOW!!! QP Plumbing is outstanding. We recently had our shower cartridge and toilet flush valve replaced by Oscar and his assistant. He was able to give us a fair and reasonable quote over the phone. Oscar was also able to come out the very same day and performed the work flawlessly. He is reliable, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His communication skills are excellent. He responds to phone calls and texts extremely fast.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Great price, friendly and actually showed up when they said every day (they replaced axwater heater andcre'piped the whole house)..  A minor incident with hardware in the shower was quickly remedied.  I highly recommend them.

Garbage disposal was broken, I broke glass and when down the drain only to break the garbage dis.! Aaawee!! I called, they answered and same day they were here, less than 15 minutes they were done.

Great service for a great price! Fernando came to my restaurant and fixed my commercial sink and soap/sanitizer dispenser for very reasonable price. I've used Chris on jobs both big and small -- from installing a kitchen faucet, cleaning out a stoppage in my kitchen and doing multiple cleanouts of my main line to the street. After he put in an in-ground cleanout after scoping my main line we found out that it was roots, and he recommended that if I used Root-X it would make his visits less frequent.  Great job on all, and his recs saved me money.  He's a good guy, honest and will go the last mile for you -- for me he climbed up on my roof, in a huge downpour, and did a cleanout on a slick roof.  He's a good guy. Man oh man. Where do I begin. Abi and his crew have been nothing but some of the friendliest people I have met. My wife and I initially hired them for a tub drain issue we were having. Turned out. Our entire drain system was super clogged and cracked! They were able to replace everything from the main drain line to the smaller drains under the house. Their work is outstanding, clean,professional and HONEST. They're prices were unbeatable. These guys don't just come in and TRY then leave. They get to the bottom of the issue. I have a relatively large in-ground spa that was losing about an inch of water per day. I called Aquaman on a Friday and they were able to schedule some time to inspect it, and perhaps repair it, on the following Monday. Kenton was the guy who was going to do the work, and he called around mid-morning to say he would be a little early if that worked for us. It did, and he arrived around 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled window. He did what appeared to be a thorough inspection, found the leak at the very bottom of the spa around the piece where water is pulled to supply the spa jets, and was able to fix it within the pre-agreed to price. I was very happy with the service.

I've worked with Leo and Sam a couple times. They are honest, fix the problem quickly, and explain the issue well.  I recommend working with LC Doctor Plumber.

Jeremy is a good man and a great plumber. He worked with us when our 60 gallon water tank died and we had to use our homeowners warranty. He educated us about tankless water heaters and we ended up having him install the same unit he uses in his own home. He and his co-worker showed up on time and did a clean and professional job. I appreciate work going to good people in the world like Jeremy.

Long overdue review - Ray came to our house within an hour of our call, late at night, after the previous plumber refused to do any work on the pipe leaking under our house (long story there that I won't get into). Without any hesitation, Ray hopped under the house, sealed up the pipe, and unclogged our main line. He even gave us a great recommendation for a cleanup crew to take care of the soil under the house. He was very friendly and professional all around, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we have any more issues.

Our tub diverter broke and socal plumbing came to look at it, Derek got a new one and replaced it all within 1 hr.

Upon recommendation from some friends and family, we were so glad we called Matthew instead of the usual plumbing company. Matthew was pleasant and professional. It was already mid afternoon when we called him for a copper pipe spewing water, so we were afraid we couldn't wait long. He came right away, which was by then almost his dinner time. After fixing it, we asked him about a drain in the house, and he readily agreed to take a look, and quickly fixed that as well. We didn't feel gouged like we always had in the past. Matthew has done much bigger jobs for our friends and family, also to great satisfaction, so we've found a new plumber for all of our plumbing problems!

I was holding a open house in Thousand Oaks and I was visited by a home inspector named John, I really liked how he presented himself and what he had to say so I reffered him to my client for a home inspection. Both my client and I where very happy with the home inspection, the report was delivered the next morning and it was very easy to understand. I have been a realtor for several years and I have seen my share of inadequate home inspection reports, I recommend John's inspection service.

This is a company you need to steer clear of.  They quoted me between $3500 - $4500 to put a camera down the drain to see where the issue was and very emphatically told me I had a busted pipe.  They were wrong!  Another plumber came out and snaked the overflow and put a camera down their for $295.  I only worked with them because the home warranty company sent them; ditching them and the home warranty company.

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

Had a leak in my shower that was affecting my neighbors below me--they found all the cracks (and potential leaks) and sealed them up efficiently.  

Then a couple months later, my shower valve broke--they came in and replaced the valve, and also realized that my shower head was corroded on the inside, so they replaced that as well.  Now it's beautiful and works better than every.  

Only nitpicky thing is that they didn't really clean up well after they left.  But that's not a biggie.  I really appreciated the quality work they did.  2 months later, it's still working great!
