G We were able to use the services of The Waterboy during our insurance claim. The insurance
adjuster needed us to show where the leak was coming. We hired The Waterboy and they did a survey of our home and confirmed the leak was in our bathroom downstairs. We needed this report even though we already confirmed this to the adjuster. Thank you waterboy for helping our claim move forward.

Oscar of QP Plumbing was 100% professional, timely and reasonably priced. He came to my future home twice to help me with video inspections of my property in order to pass city inspection. He did a great job,  even went above and beyond to help us locate a problem area so it could be addressed. I would highly recommend QP Plumbing.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Paul repaired a leaking bathroom sink that had been jury rigged with a dishwasher hose by a previous plumber.  He replaced the faulty unit with the correct equipment and cleaned out the plugged-up drain.  Paul is a nice guy who arrived on time and left my sink cleaner than before he arrived.  The price was fair and the work well done.

This was my first experience with them and they were great. We'd broken our garbage disposal and Luis and Miguel came within a couple of days and had it up and running within an hour, without charging an arm and a leg.

I usually just read reviews never one to write them, but I just had to give Tony & Son 5 stars. I was blown away by their quick and efficient service. I had a leak in my upstairs restroom and they were able to find and fix the problem very quickly. If you need some plumbing done give them a call for fast and affordable service.

I chose Chris (Roma Rooter) because of all the positive reviews I read on Yelp.  Could not have been more pleased with the job he did.  On  time, professional,thorough, and more than reasonable.  He unclogged a nasty pipe in minutes.  Very, Very happy.

James and Richard came to my home to fix a drain issue.   They assessed the situation and explained every step.   Once they isolated the problem, they went to work and fixed it.   They also pointed out some other piping issues and are going to come back and fix.   Highly recommended and great people.   Thank you!

I Just purchased the home.  Had paperwork of the pool having a leak detection showing a leak, then repaired, and then leak detection done again by same company (AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION) showing no leaks.

4 months later, I own the home, haven't moved in yet.... THERE'S A LEAK!

Desperate and needed someone asap, I called the same company AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION.  Technician came out, did a pressure test on the plumbing.  Then went to the return port of the pool where it was obvious for a leak. He did the dye test, found the leak there, and wanted to call it a day!  What the heck!??  I insisted he check other areas like the light, skimmer, and drain.  He said I already checked it the last time I was here, it's not leaking  I've been doing this for 13 years, trust me.   Then he told me to patch the leak myself with epoxy because they will charge me $150 to do it, and no warranty.   The leak detection took 20 minutes of his time.  And... he didn't even get his elbows wet!!!

So I patched it myself, and sure enough, water level was still dropping daily.

AQUAMAN to the rescue!

Came the very next day that I called him.  Very nice guy name Kenton.  He spends about 2 hours at my place!!!  First he does the walk around and visual check.  And simply using a mirror, he finds a crack on the upper inside of my return port.  Then he went in the pool, full suite and oxygen tank and all.  He probably spent more time IN the pool testing than out.  Dye tested every port or crevice that showed crack or deterioration down to the very bottom main drain.  Thoroughly inspecting everything with flashlight. He finds a leak inside the light housing.  What does he do???  He goes and patches all... and I mean ALL of the cracked or nicked areas for me!!!!  DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK!  And then he rechecks with the dye test.  Keep in mind, that if you asked American Leak Detection to re-check your repaired work, it's another $150.

I got to know Kenton a little better in that 2 hours he spent at my pool.  Now this is a guy that actually likes his job.  You can tell with the time he spends looking at the details and going the extra mile while he's in the pool. He's very nice and easy to approach, unlike the other company.  I tipped him aside from his fee.  I've never done that for ANY service I've called upon.  This is LEGIT guys.  I will definitely refer him to everyone I know with a pool.  Thank you Kenton.

Leo was punctual and professional when he arrived.  The service was quick and he did a great job.  This is the second time I've used LC Doctor and would not hesitate to use them again.

Life saver! Woke up to a really bad leak in our house with water all over my garage and within 3 hours they came out to fix it!

Had a problem with my toilet and Ray came out and fixed it right away, now mind you the toilet was older than him (made parts hard to get) no problem for Sonic. If you live in the hub city I highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing no job to small or too hard for Ray.

This is the second time I used their services they were super helpful the first time and just as amazing this time around. Jayson arrived he was super friendly, answered all my questions and showed me his work and had me test everything before he left to be sure it was to my liking.

I booked through home advisor and was able to do it through their txt messaging. They were available immediately even tho it was not an emergency job which was even better for me.

August 5th I had a second issue with a pipe from my washer that was leaking into the wall Thomas and derek came fixed the broken pipes and set me up with a annual account for future clogs

Got my water heater replaced by Matthew a few months ago, who was referred to me by a friend... As promised, I was met with fast, friendly service and fair pricing. Having recently moved into my condo (and finding plumbing problems along the way.. Ugh) I have also been using him for the occasional small jobs and replacements. Very pleased to have found my goto plumber in the Santa Clarita valley.

(John, this review is long overdue and for that I apologize.)

John's name was on an inspector recommendation list my realtor provided to my boyfriend and I after our offer was accepted. After a quick Google search I felt confident this was the man for the job and didn't even call a second or third inspector to get pricing. That was probably stupid on my part considering how quickly these types of miscellaneous fees pile up, but it was not a choice I ended up regretting.

A couple of things you can expect from him:
1. Prompt communication:
John is great with all modes of communication and as someone who was swinging this purchase during business hours in between meetings and projects you have no idea how much I appreciated that.

2. Digital payment capability:
I appreciated being able to pay for the inspection at the time of my appointment booking because like I mentioned prior I was trying to pull this off during work hours. I wasn't even sure if I'd be able to make it with the realtor to open the house for him so being able to square the payment away ahead of time really put me at ease.

3. Thorough and meticulously written reports:
John's reports are written in such a way that they can easily be used as a guide (which is exactly what we're doing now). He groups his findings into three categories so it's written plain as day what is not acceptable, somewhat acceptable, and recommended to upgrade. Not only that but he also tells you the type of contractor to contact to complete the work he is pointing out is needed (which completely takes the guess work out for first time homeowners like myself).

John, thank you for being able to fit us in so quickly! We didn't end up closing in two weeks because the sellers didn't want to recognize the capital gains this tax season, but we still very much appreciate you having been able to squeeze us in as quickly as you did. I've got a best friend that will be in the market for a home in a few months and I've already let her know she has to look no further than you to get her home inspection done :)
