I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own. Thank you, Rigo!

Oscar is great. Always responsive and can accommodate urgent matters. Work is professionally done and clean. He's replaced a 5' segment of my sewer line that was 4' underground on a Sunday. He's replaced my hot water heater and fixed my parents plumbing issues.

I've recommended him to quite a few friends and family members. Oscar and his team will work late and get the job done right.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Tony and Sons came to our house to take care of a clogged main line. I even ended up recommending them to my neighbor for a similar problem. She was just as happy as we were. Completely professional I might add.

chris perri of roma rooter is the man.  he has been terrific in maintaining my sewer line, saving me a boatload of money.  he's not out to sell you a bill of goods.  just solid, honest service.  thank you to dave at litten plumbing for introducing me to chris.  i guess that the only negative comment about chris is that he's a yankee fan.

I knew I was in great hands when I spoke to Tiffany over then phone when placing my order, her professional over the phone with making sure that William arrived to my business promptly was impeccable. William came to my hair Salon to unstop my shampoo bowls dressed appropriately with both a mask and shield. I was a bit uneasy because all three of working shampoo bowls were clogged with hair, but William assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Not only did he unclog  my drains in a timely fashion but he was very neat and clean which is not alway the case with plumbers. I will definitely be calling back for frequent clean outs. So here we go again...same issue.  Bathrooms both flooded on Monday, President's day.  Called Jet Drain and they were able to send someone to snake the clean out late in the day.  Very pleased.

Fast forward to Thursday, and we get flooded again!  Same nice young man comes out to snake the clean out, and suggests we do a camera inspection.  Great!  Problem is a our clean out comes to a T and would not allow the camera to go through.  A clean out replacement was suggested, that will include a camera inspection and a credit for the service call on Monday.  We scheduled the clean out replacement for Saturday, and Jet Drain sends Gilbert and Raymond, who went above and beyond, and did an excellent job despite all the unforeseen challenges - they got the job done.  Again, I would highly recommend Jet Drain.

I own and operate my own plumbing company and am not equipped to handle septic tanks and systems. I called these guys in to help with a system and they were there in an hour and handled the job very professionally and very quickly!!

Even though I did not hire his service (because his availability is not sooner than I needed it to be), Kenton was very responsive and helpful.  He replied to all my emails and directed me to the right people that can help me with the needed repairs.  That's what you call customer service!

I just moved into my new house yesterday and there's already an issue with the toilet and water damage. The plumber (didn't catch his name -sorry!) referred me to my home warranty policy, potentially saving me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Really appreciated that!! The plumber came out to see if he could find a leak in my shower. He found the leak, it was the shower head dripping on the shower floor (upstairs). He tighten the fitting and the sound stopped down stairs. He checked the water pressure going to the house before leaving. He did this with no charge. I will be using them in the future. Thank you!!

On time, courteous, and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with an affordable solution within 30 minutes. Called him and he was willing to come same day, but I wasn't available until the next day and he was here ready and on time. Really enjoyed talking to him as he did the work. John is a Excellent Home Inspector!!  John performed an inspection for us on our new home. From A-Z he handled things with the utmost professionalism.  Scheduling the inspection with him was easy and convenient. When John showed up, he worked diligently for over three hours to turn over ever stone and inspect every inch of the home.  At the conclusion, he produced a comprehensive report, offered us a warranty, and showed us the utmost care.  Highly recommended!

I was in need of a plumber to replace my commercial water heater and all city plumbing came out during the 4th of July weekend and had it replaced and installed Monday on 4th of July. Mayans plumber's name was Paul very nice young man and pleasant and knew his stuff I would highly recommend this company for their diligence kindness and professionalism to anyone in need of any type of plumbing service. Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

They fixed the water line to my refrigerator. The whole process was simple, the office staff was friendly and quick to set up a time for the next morning. Warren the plumber was on time, professional, competent and worked quickly to fix the issue. Overall happy with the service and cost for the job, would use them again.
