Woke up to water dripping from our ceiling. We had many suspicions about where it was coming from like the shower or sinks.  We called water boy and Rigo found the broken pipe in our downstairs ceiling. He gave us an amazing plumber who came quickly and fixed it. Great People.

Oscar did a great job replacing my sewer line. Very professional and thorough. They missed reinstalling something they took out during the replacement but  were very responsive and came back and fixed the issue. Highly recommend him.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

They were punctual, did an incredible job efficiently and at a fair cost. I feel comfortable and confident. Very trustworthy. I will most certainly be using again!!

Luis and Miguel were the dream team.  Luis responded quickly and had Miguel on site the next day.  Miguel did a fantastic job getting to the bottom of the issue.  Fantastic on all counts: service, professional, quick, thorough, and best of all it was all resolved the same day!!

With this company, when you call for help they always willing to come and help, we had multiple jobs done by them and I have not been disappointed, they are great they get the job done you will be very satisfied with their great quality work.

Asked for a quote on yelp for our leaking washer hose and received many responses from a lot of businesses the same night.
But Chris from Roma Rooter was straight forward with his price and very professional and fit us in his schedule right away!

When he arrived (right on time) was friendly,professional and also knowledgeable and gave us a ton of helpful tips to keep our water hose from getting clogged again.

Abi is great! He fixed my clog, and also provided an elegant solution seal the main drain out. He also provided some common sense but seasoned advice on a faucet problem, and a bad odor coming from the children's bathroom. He is polite, professional, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Now I now where to turn to when I have plumbing problems especially in a house built in the 60's!!!

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

This is the Best & Most Accurate Pool Leak Detection Company Ever!!! After experiencing a major leak for over a month at a rental property that I manage in orange, and having had the worst experience with 2 different leak detection companies who diagnosed the wrong area for the leak and destroyed my concrete in 2 several areas. I finally saw this company on yelp after a contractor highly recommended me to him. I called & scheduled an appt & also spoke directly w/the owner-Kenton who was super kind, honest, seemed to be super confident in his experience & expertise in leak detection and said he would make it out as soon as possible, especially being that the leak was severe & neither of the other companies had been successful. Kenton came out about 4days later, w/his his employee-John, & worked for over 2 hours to pinpoint the mysterious leak, until it was finally located. The leak happened to be underground, beneath concrete, in the completely opposite site of the yard then the other 2 companies had falsely diagnosed.  I was soo thankful and relieved that the leak was finally pinpointed, these guys were the Absolute Best & I would NEVER use anyone else. For those of you who want a piece of mind and an honest company who will find your leak, I would highly recommend them and beware of the other companies out there who are not qualified nor have the proper equipment to succesfully find your leak. Kenton & John are Awesome; thanks again guys!!!

I had a pipe leak I was working on and finally got to a point where I needed a bit of assistance to finish the fix. Leo showed up to assess and help within an hour of my request and helped me work through the plumbing solution trying to boil down an estimate to get the job done as a final repair, not a bandaid. He and his team were here to finish the repair right when he said and completed nothing short of exactly what was needed to get water back to my house.  
Some key points I was impressed by were his promptness, attentiveness to the problem at hand, willingness to help, and generosity for information in long-term planning for my future projects.
Will definitely be my first call in any future problems and the big projects I have planned.

I had a plumbing issue that I needed to get taken care of and after calling a few other companies and getting quoted ridiculous prices, I found On Call Plumbing to be priced right and much more transparent through the process. I would highly recommend them because they were a pleasure to deal with.

Ray was quick and courteous even though we had to call him on an extremely hot Labor Day. He's a nice guy; it was a pleasure doing business. Will definitely make Sonic our go-to next time we have issues.

Derek and Thomas showed up on time and fixed our shut off valve that snapped off. They were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!!

Called Matt early at 8:00am and scheduled a visit for 10:00am. He was on-time and did the work for a fair price.  He seems to be a one man show and I like that. Highly recommended.

Here's a 30 day update to the review I wrote for Home Inspection Authority,( 5 stars for his service, 1 star for giving out my personal contact information = 3 stars).  Since I wrote my 7/15/2015 review, I've received phone calls/emails from alarm companies and other 3rd party vendors like 'sewer guard' which offers coverage for my Water and Sewer Lines.  Apparently John uses the personal contact information you give him (cell phone and email address) to allow other companies to solicit you into buying 3rd party services.  It's in his contract, so if you don't want to get unsolicited calls and emails (at 12:31am?) from other businesses trying to sell you things, ask John to delete it from the agreement, or just use another 5 star Home Inspection company.  I will from now on.

Literally with in 2 hours of discovering a leak in our water main in the front yard, Tommy and Jesse from All City Plumbing came and repaired the leak! They did a fantastic job and left the job site Spock and span! Thank you guys!

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

So here's the update. . . a few weeks ago I had problems with a leaky faucet.  Since the kitchen facet was old and finding the replacement stem was impossible I decided the simple solution was to call a plumber and have it done by the professionals.  

So I called up John Riordan.   Scheduled an appointment day for two days later.  They were really busy, apparently.  On the day of the appointment a very nice guy shows up.  He takes apart the kitchen faucet and examines  the plumbing nipples.  The nipples were clogged and had to be replaced.   New plumbing nipples were installed and kitchen faucet was replaced.  The bill was a little over two hundred dollars.   Less than twenty four hours later the  brand new kitchen faucet starts dripping.   I called up John Riordan plumbing.  Because it was a holiday weekend they were short staffed and I would have to wait until the following Tuesday.

On the day of the appointment the same plumber shows up and shuts down the water and checks the stem valves for possible debris.     Bingo, bunch of small pebbles.  He cleans out the aerator, and then explains that debris from the pipes caused the faucet to drip.  His advice to me was if the leak occurs again, simply shut down the water to the house and check the stem valves for debris as well as the aerator.  

A couple of days later the gas to the house was shut off because of a leak.  I called John Riordan Plumbing and informed them I had a gas leak.  The dispatcher asked me specific questions about where the leak might be and I cooperated with her. The earliest I could schedule the appointment was for two days later.  

On the day of the appointment the plumber shows up and asks me  what am I here to fix?  So I showed him the paperwork from the Gas Company he looks at it and indicates that he will go outside to look for the leak.   As he is exiting the house he stops and then starts giving me the statistics as to where the leak might be and then proceeds to try to talk me into  just replacing the gas pipes, getting new heaters, etc.    He didn't even want to try to find the leak.   At one point I followed him to the gas meter at the curb whereupon he lifts up the gas meter lid and shines his flashlight into the container box.   With the light from his flashlight  he points to a silver oval object and says indicates that the silver oval object is against code regulations and that it needed to be updated.   He then proceeds to hand me an estimate of approximately $3, 9000.00 to replace then entire gas piping to the house.  He then informs me  it will take about two to three days to replace the whole system.  It was at this point where he hands me another bill of $99.00 for the service call to the house.   He then indicates that the $99.00 service charge will be deducted from the bill if I use the John Riordan company  to do the work.   Suffice it to say I called up another plumbing company for a second opinion.  I ended hiring the other company.
