We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.

Oscar was so helpful! Our kitchen sink was clogged and flooding murky water, we called so many plumbers and everyone was booked. Oscar went out of his way to come and fix the situation. Will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing issues in the future!

Recently, I've been having problems with my dishwasher and I called them for some answers to the questions I have. I realized it is better off getting a new dishwasher since it's old and problematic. I called and set up an appointment and they gave me a reasonable price and did the job quickly and neatly. If I have anymore questions, I'll be sure to let them know!

Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!! He got there on time, looked everything over and went to work. He snaked it, and he was sure he got it. So he reassembled my pipes...that I took apart. Ran the water and everything was just perfect!! Mind you, I've been trying to fix this on my own for 2 days. So I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will be calling again, for future work. Thx Ray

Shandy responded to my house to repair a leaking and slowly dying tankless water heater. I have a plumbing background, but played dumb. Shandy meticulously and honestly explained all my options. No up sell, no double speak, no pressure and no tricks. Had him install a new top tier heater. It was one of the most professional installs I have ever seen, and I've seen many. Highly recommend this company!

Wow!! On time, on budget, and on schedule! Can't say enough about his amazing work. I have two dogs and they wouldn't leave him alone! He patiently worked away!! Every question I asked, he answered with complete kindness. There is nothing left to say!

John is punctual, efficient, and honest. He showed up on time for the appointment and got right to work. He answered my questions and provided honest feedback. His inspection report arrived within 24 hours of the inspection. The best part was that John wasn't condescending. I'm a first time home buyer and I'm on the younger side of the spectrum; many people I've been dealing with (mortgage officers, realtors) have spoken to me like I'm a little kid. John didn't treat me like that at all.

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

They are responsive and have an after hours on-call plumber for weekend and evening calls, which cost more than scheduled weekday calls.  Seem knowledgeable about the issues.  Their work is good and prices reasonable.  Clean-up is ok.  You will need to ASK them to wipe off shoes or wear booties on a wood floor.  I would keep track of arrival and departure times since they appear to round up.  I would use them again.
