We had originally inquired with waterboy about a potential leak. They were honest and told us
on the phone what they thought it was, just from the verbal diagnosis. It happened to be just that. It is very rare to come across honest businesspeople. They really are out to help homeowners. Haven't met them but would recommend them.

After experiencing reoccurring frustration with plumbing issues at home and with plumbers, I came across Oscar on Yelp and I am so happy I found him! He is such a sweet guy, super communicative and fixed our issues. His prices are reasonable and he will provide excellent service to make sure you are good afterwards as well. He is super knowledgeable and I am so glad I finally found my go-to plumber!  Thanks again Oscar :)

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I had a plumber who was suppose to install a drain in a bath tub. Took two trips and the drain leaked and tub did not drain. Was told he could not snake the drain, the plumbing needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,000 to $22,000. Would give a quote of cost as the project proceeded.
    I called Olson's to arrange a time for an estimate. He asked to come over right away as they had just finished a job nearby. He and his apprentice fixed the leaking drain, no plumber's putty by first plumber, and snaked the tub drain for ****$225.00**** They were professional and polite. Olson's will be the first plumber I call in the future.

I was very happy to find All Ways on Yelp! I heard a strange slow dripping sound from the ceiling after using shower and had a concern of potential leaking. There was no visible sign or anything very noticeable. Another plumber came and told me to just ignore it and keep an eye on, but Luis and the team came 3 times to help me trouble shoot. They eventually found out that my pressure regulator needs to be replaced and fixed other plumbing things not done right around the house. They are responsive and reliable, good communication too. I'm saving their number for sure!

Excellent service. Fernando came to my house (he is Tony's son) and he was a very pleasant guy.

He was on time and he was able to replace my shower head assembly (the whole thing) even though he ran into a few complications along the way.  He was very honest about the whole process and walked me through all the steps.

Yes, he wore a mask the whole time and he had covers on his boots inside the house.  

Given the fact that he took this task off my hands and I didn't have to worry about it, I would say the price was quite fair.  There was a certain component that he did not have to replace, but I opted to replace it anyways which drove the price slightly higher (that was on me). Other than that, it would have been the original price he quoted me for on the phone.

Send pics of what you need done to him - it helps a lot. He is a great communicator.

Had a problem with our toilet, it was leaking every time we flushed. Chris came out, told us that the guy who installed the toilet didn't seal it properly.  He used whatever he had to seal it for us and so far, so good.  No more complaints from the downstairs neighbors. I hope he fixed the problem permanently.  You never know with these things, especially when it's a sealing issue. Charged us $200

this month, i had an emergency flood situtaion in my home. it was bad. really, really, really bad. i just knew at this time of day it was going to be difficult and expensive to find service for the fix. after searching online for technicians in the area, one of the top choices and who were available, were speed rooter, in the los angeles 90008 area. immediately from dispatch to the performance of the work :) , it was absolutely a-1 !!!!!!!. now i see why they have been around for 45 years  way longer than i've been alive ! continue the great work speed rooter !!!

I requested this company to install a steam shower unit and controller in my shower. No build out was required because the shower was already setup with piping and wiring. This was only to install the replacement unit which involved connecting a few wires to the controller, placing the unit (2ft by2ft unit) in the attic, connecting to a few wires and plug in. No parts needed to be ordered and the labor time is about an hour. I know this because I had a plumber to do it a few years ago when the previous unit broke. This company quoted me $1650.00 for labor cost for an hour worth of work! Last time I paid to have this done it was $187.00. This company is a joke and has no idea what they are doing. When the guy came out to evaluate the work he said that he has never done it before so wasn't sure how much it would cost. They should have just told me they cannot do the work since they don't know how, instead of quoting me an absurd amount of money. Do not waste your time.

They were fast. They showed up as the promised and early. We all know that is a difficult task for lots of service workers these days with that awful 4 hour window. They were courteous and friendly. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive job. He knocked it out and charged me what was told to me on the phone, no surprises!

I read all the good reviews and called this company because I wanted to support an independent company. I was quoted $700.00 !!! - just for an inspection for a small pool. Seems OUTRAGEOUS to me. I can't image how much they would charge to actually do the work. Make sure you ask the price before you make an appointment.

Leo was punctual and professional when he arrived.  The service was quick and he did a great job.  This is the second time I've used LC Doctor and would not hesitate to use them again.

Called on a Saturday after the water heater burst.  

He met us at home depot, picked up the new water heater and then installed it.  

They were very nice, very knowledgeable and offered great service at a very reasonable price.  

He will be our go to plumber from now on.

I contacted SoCal Plumbing via Yelp messaging on a Sunday and they were ready to send someone out the next day to come check out my water heater issue. Paul showed up, identified the source of our leak and provided a couple options. I decided to try to work with my water heater company directly to see if I could get a replacement unit under warranty. After getting the runaround from the manufacturer, I called SoCal Plumbing back and they sent Paul back out to my house and he called the manufacturer directly. Even though replacement units were back ordered, Paul managed to replace my unit the next morning from a new one at their warehouse. Since he seemed knowledgeable, I decided to have another water heater tank flushed per his recommendation. I'm happy to have hot water again and thankful to Paul for handling the issue so quickly!

I had a water line that wouldn't shut off after being disconnected from my refrigerator.  I called and left a message on 12/12/17 and no one returned my call.

I tried using Mazza Inspections because they were the closest to where I am looking to buy. Part of my escrow counter offer was that the home inspection needed to be done within 10 days. After calling Mazza Ins. they told me they didn't have anything available until next week. I explained my situation and all they told me was, Sorry and made no effort to try and accommodate me. Well, I guess they didn't give a F$%K about my business. Then I saw Home Inspection Authority  had great reviews on Yelp. Needless to say, the house that I am purchasing is in a great condition and needs very very minor work. I would like to say that it is, Move in ready. This did not stop John and his partner from doing a half ass job. Although the house is in great shape, he still completed a very thorough job. After the home inspection was complete he took the time to explain every minor repair that needed to be done. He also walked around the house and explained what every box is used for. He was very professional and respectful. Also, they showed up in Uniforms which adds to their level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will use them for my next purchase. Lastly, you cannot beat their price. I never write reviews, this is my first one. Huge thumbs up!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

These guys are the best. Kind, respectful, efficient and always willing to answer questions. Not just the plumbers but the office staff as well! They worked with me to get my HOA all the documents needed prior to the work being done. Great customer service and top notch work -- Riordan will always be my first call!
