We received a notice from the DWP that we might have a leak. We found waterboy online and they answered right away. They sent a technician the next day. He was able to use a special camera to locate a broken pipe in the concrete. It was a hot water line and it was very clear using the technology. he even gave us a plumber to help fix it. The plumber did an amazing job. Both companies are very professional.

We were very pleased with QP Plumbing. We called asking for help with replacing a faucet, and Oscar from QP offered to come out the same afternoon. Oscar was super understanding when we said we wanted to call around to get other quotes first. When we called back to schedule something, Oscar and another worker were able to come out within 90 minutes. The faucet replacement was done well and efficiently. Oscar also kindly cleaned up the space before he left, even after I told him that was not necessary. Was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Honestly, dont bother to call any other plumber.  Best price, best service and above all honest!  The owner is the plumber and he has a helper. Anytime the owner is on a jobsite, u know u are going to get excellent service.  Do not hesitate to call them!

These guys are great! Luis came immediately and showed me how badly my sewer line is clogged up with tree roots. It looked hopeless but they didn't stop until Hydro Jetting finally cleared the clog, saved me a lot of money. Plus, they even helped me trace the line so i can install a new clean out for future maintenance. Highly Recommended!

I've used Chris on jobs both big and small -- from installing a kitchen faucet, cleaning out a stoppage in my kitchen and doing multiple cleanouts of my main line to the street. After he put in an in-ground cleanout after scoping my main line we found out that it was roots, and he recommended that if I used Root-X it would make his visits less frequent.  Great job on all, and his recs saved me money.  He's a good guy, honest and will go the last mile for you -- for me he climbed up on my roof, in a huge downpour, and did a cleanout on a slick roof.  He's a good guy. Shows up quick.

Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

Abi came and was able to provide a lot of solutions to the roadblocks we encountered from both building conditions (multi-unit which makes new plumbing work harder), and from the City. He also is extremely detailed and meticulous in his work, and we passed our City inspections the first time round without any hiccups. Abi also offered to provide some extra work that wasn't included in his contracted scope. All with a smile. Can't say that you see that work ethic and attitude often these days.

I originally made an appointment with someone else. For some reason, I wasn't feeling that fuzzy feeling after making the appointment so I called Aquaman. Not the cheapest but knew how to look for my leaks. Turned out that it wasn't a plumbing leak at all, There was a crack below the skimmer that was just draining the water out of my pool about 1/2 inch per day. They even caulked the crack at no additional charge.

For months we've had a bathroom leak in our condo flowing into our first floor neighbors living room. For over a month we struggled to receive fair estimates and find a plumber that was available at the same time our tenants and neighbors were. He was even able to come out the exact SAME day to execute the repair of our P-Trap, P-trap arm, and waste overflow. Yep, came home to water seeping out of my water heater.  What to do?  Read yelp and try to find a plumber, of course.  Luckily, Matthew's name was at the top with many positive reviews.  He is worth every one of them. I contacted him in the morning and he was there within a few hours.  He showed up on time, quoted me a fair price, listened carefully to all my questions and patiently answered them and I became the happy owner of a new water heater.  He's a professional, courteous and nice guy.   Looks like a found a plumber!

Very friendly, comprehensive, knowledgeable and attentive to all details;took the time to explain his findings with us in detail and answered the 100 questions I had. He was flexible with our schedules and available when needed. He is very professional and was fun to be with for appx. 3 hours or so. John definitely provided us with the piece of mind we needed. Robert Truijllo was great. He came and fixed all my concerns and issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was very courteous, polite and very professional and wanted to make sure the job was done right. He had to come back a couple times to finish the work but was in contact with me the whole time making sure the job got done. I would highly recommend Robert for any of your plumbing needs as well as all city plumbing.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.
