I was trying to find a leak originated in one of my showers. I called Waterboy and spoke with Omer. He asked me some questions and determined that they were not able to help me and advised me to call a plumber. I asked him for a referral, which he provided. I was extremely impressed because, even though the company was not going to get any business from me at this time, he spent a significant amount of time explaining the situation to me, and I feel I got a lot of information from him. I would certainly recommend them.

Very pleased to add to their growing positive reviews. Needed my water main replaced after a rusty pipe sprung a leak (due to classic careless homeowner shoveling near said pipe!)... After checking it out in the afternoon, Oscar and team were ready for work 8am the next day, done by noon. Thorough cleanup too.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Unhappiness is showering in standing water and finding the other shower also full of water. Happiness is being able to reach a plumber at 6 in the morning and having him clear the main out before lunchtime! Reasonable price, quick service, and Paul is a really nice guy. I will definitely use Olson's Plumbing again!

Luis responded in less than 5 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment within a hour or so.  He is very personable and was able to fix my toilet quickly and efficiently.  He also gave me an honest quote on a kitchen faucet repair.  I will definitely be calling him again.

I am long overdue in writing this review for Jerez Plumbing. Fernando is so nice, professional, and friendly. From the moment I called to the moment he left, it was such a great experience. My husband and I had an issue with a gas valve that we thought we needed to relocate in order to fit our dryer machine and Fernando said he could take a look at. Thankfully, he was able to find a great solution that didn't require us to cut open the wall and move the gas valve. WHAT A WIN!!! I am so thankful to him for helping us and being honest throughout the process. I definitely will reach out again for any future plumbing needs. Customer service is top notch! I define good service from a service as one who doesn't try to sell his customers unnecessary services. Excellent service is what Chris Perri provides.

I called Chris up for a quote on running a camera into the sewer, as recommended by a representative from the city, to see what was causing our backup flow. I followed the camera recommendation, but Chris advised me to rooter (?) instead to find the root (haha) of our problem because it would be a more cheaper alternative. He was very patient and thorough with explaining the process to make sure my mother and I were well-informed.

Very friendly person, professional, and very honest. My mother cannot stop telling me how satisfied she is with his service. I think Chris will become our go-to guy for our problematic plumbing.

I knew I was in great hands when I spoke to Tiffany over then phone when placing my order, her professional over the phone with making sure that William arrived to my business promptly was impeccable. William came to my hair Salon to unstop my shampoo bowls dressed appropriately with both a mask and shield. I was a bit uneasy because all three of working shampoo bowls were clogged with hair, but William assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Not only did he unclog  my drains in a timely fashion but he was very neat and clean which is not alway the case with plumbers. I will definitely be calling back for frequent clean outs. Abi was great.  Fast, professional and reasonable.  Got a outside leak pipe fixed and didn't try to up sell.  Showed up on time.  Showed the issue at fault and fixed it.  Great person and great company overall.  Thank you.

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

John and Jeff came right on time, did a thorough quality inspection of our pool and spa, and found the leaks! It took about an hour and a half and they were able to locate 2 areas where it was leaking. We were losing about 500+ gallons of water every day.  As a temporary solution, they even applied epoxy to seal it. Now I just have to hire a contractor to permanently seal the pool & spa. Overall, they did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for leak detection.

Leo and team were very professional and courteous.  At first, I was little skeptical about the limited number of yelp reviews but quickly realized that this was a relatively new business and that Leo had 15+ years of experience under his belt. After the work, I can totally understand why the reviews have all been 5 stars!

Leo provided a free inspection of our pipes and sewage line. They were honest and took the time to explain the need to replace our sewer line before it became a major issue. At no point do I feel they were pushing us to do something beyond what was necessary. We had major tree root damage throughout our old pipes.

Leo explained they could use trenchless sewage line repair to keep the digging/unearthing and thus cost to a minimum. We did some comparison estimates and Leo's was very fair.  What stood out was the attention to the customer and willingness to work with us and around our schedule.

For the actual job, the work was done by a hardworking and polite crew and was completed in the time committed. For the 3 day job, they were always on time each day and were gladly willing to explain what they were doing and the next steps. Transparency is very important to me. His team also went above and beyond to ensure nothing was damaged, the work area was thoroughly cleaned and things were put back exactly how it was before.

Now I have peace of mind for many years to come as well as a trustworthy local plumber for any future plumbing related repairs! I was 110% satisfied with the experience in working with LC Doctor.  Thank you some much to Leo and team!

Life saver! Woke up to a really bad leak in our house with water all over my garage and within 3 hours they came out to fix it!

Ray wrote me back quickly to a last-minute need of repair for my shower in our granny flat, and was able to fix it so easily! Also, on his way out caught a gas smell and found a leak in our meter. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Ray is and how much he genuinely cares about seeing a problem through! Thank you a million times!!

My commercial electric water heater stopped working and I noticed it already started leaking. I called SoCal and they dispatched Shandy to come take a look. Immediately upon inspection, he already spotted numerous problems and the various remedies I could take.
Once deciding on the solution, he quickly went to work and removed the old heater so it wouldn't explode and flood my office. Shandy made sure everything was safe with electrical and plumbing until he returned with the new heater.
Shandy returned the next day with a replacement heater and installed it along with new plumbing to bring things up to standard. The work took a little longer than he expected but never once complained or said he needed to increase the price. He did amazing work and very professional. It was hotter than a camels butt crack in the location he had to work, I can't thank him enough. His professionalism and work ethics show what he's truely made of.

I recently moved to Valencia and called Matthew's Plumbing based on a referral from a contractor.  I've hired Matthew for three jobs and he is a dream to work with. He's a one-man shop, but answers your calls quickly, shows up on time, quickly figures out the problem and I never feel pressured to spend more than necessary.  He's always polite and cheerful.   Almost everything that requires a plumber is stressful, but it helps that I completely trust Matthew to give me an honest assessment of the problem, a fair quote, and do quality work.

John is very knowledgable and experienced with inspecting homes. He is really easy to talk to and he describes things as simply as possible. The report he provided us was detailed and well organized. Also, he works with some other guys who specialize in doing sewer pipe inspections. Everyone is a master at what they do. I will definitely be recommending Home Inspection Authority to any family or friends who will be looking to do an inspection!

Would not recommend this company, they are very expensive. Plumber arrived on time and was professional, but overall cost to replace a simple faucet was almost $350.
