Nadav and Rigo did a great job! They had to come twice for my small leak and ID'd the location for my plumber. Detection is all the do so they wern't selling anything else.

Oscar did an amazing job unclogging our kitchen sink. When contacted, he was immediately available, and at a much lower rate than other plumbers that we priced. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend calling Oscar to take care of any plumbing issues you may have. My family and I will be using him from now on.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Today I had Olson's plumbing come and clean out a drain that was backing up, they were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable as they did a good job explaining what was causing the issue and what needed to be done and fixed it. I appreciate their honesty and I feel I have a new go to plumber.

Exceptional service by Luis. He got back to me immediately via phone call and text. He finished the quickly and efficiently. He fixed a leak in my shower going to the unit below me. Respond quickly, great customer service at each level and do a great job of communicating back to the customer what the issue is. The serviceman was friendly and knew his job well. We were glad to see him again.There will never be another company that I will call for my plumbing needs. Due to my crazy schedule, I am able to rely on them coming out within a day or two. The work they do is FANTASTIC & the staff are always nice. I also appreciate that they come out to see the situation before giving me a guess of price on the phone. Highly recommend this company!

We checked on several companies for estimates on our outdated, leaking kitchen plumbing. They kept me apprised of their arrival time and used not only face masks, but they covered their shoes as well, something very much appreciated.  Once they arrived they gave us a very competitive bid and got right to work. They were competent and quick and cleaned up when they were done.  We are completely happy with their work and would heartily recommend them! I'm so grateful to have our home in working order again, and so quickly and efficiently at that.  Thank you fellas!

I searched and searched for a plumber when I came across Roma Rooter. The reviews were very good and I liked what they said about Chris. I requested a quote to clear two drains and Chris called back quickly and explained two different options. My husband and I liked the second one which was the Hydo jetting option. Although it was more expensive we felt that it was the best option for us. Chris came over and now we have nice clean drains that are working beautifully. The bathroom one was a little more of an issue since our house was built in 1940, Chris explained that there is corrosion inside of the pipes, but was able to clear them with a snake. After he finished we asked for a bid to put in our new bathroom faucet. It is so nice to have a plumber that we can trust. Chris is easy to speak with and explains everything to you before he starts. I myself appreciate that.

I had a clogged bathroom sink and broken fixture and these guys were so great. I called and asked for a time and they came exactly at the time I said. Abi was super friendly and they did a very quick estimate which was reasonable and fixed the issue (which required him to go buy a part) within an hour and a half. They answered all my questions. This was such a painless experience unlike other similar companies I've dealt with. And they emailed me the invoice, which was great for my records. I highly recommend Jet Drain!

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

The guys from Aquaman were excellent! They came on time, thoroughly investigated possible causes of our pool leak, discovered the problem and then repaired it. All work was included in the originally quoted price. In addition, they found a spot that could give us problems down the line and repaired that too at no extra cost. They left a detailed diagram and description of their work with a guarantee to return if we were not satisfied. I highly recommend Aquaman if you have a pool or spa leak!

I had a pipe leak I was working on and finally got to a point where I needed a bit of assistance to finish the fix. Leo showed up to assess and help within an hour of my request and helped me work through the plumbing solution trying to boil down an estimate to get the job done as a final repair, not a bandaid. He and his team were here to finish the repair right when he said and completed nothing short of exactly what was needed to get water back to my house.  
Some key points I was impressed by were his promptness, attentiveness to the problem at hand, willingness to help, and generosity for information in long-term planning for my future projects.
Will definitely be my first call in any future problems and the big projects I have planned.

Our water heater died on late Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. I called On Call Plumbing and spoke to Jeremy. He came out right away and evaluated our issue. We ended up getting a new water heater, and they showed up on time, early the next day on Memorial Day to install it. They did a great job and were totally professional. The next evening, I smelled a whiff of gas and called Jeremy to see if that was normal for the new unit. He said no and came out right away, even though it was past 9pm. It turned out one of our original valves was leaking. Even though this valve had nothing to do with the new install, he changed it out and even gave me a warranty on the new valve at no extra charge. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend On Call Plumbing.

Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

Requested a quote through Yelp. Was messaged back within minutes. Let me know when they could make it out. Mario arrived on time, looked at the issue, gave me a quote I liked and immediately went to work. He was polite, professional and worked quickly! Very satisfied. 10/10 would use again.

(John, this review is long overdue and for that I apologize.)

John's name was on an inspector recommendation list my realtor provided to my boyfriend and I after our offer was accepted. After a quick Google search I felt confident this was the man for the job and didn't even call a second or third inspector to get pricing. That was probably stupid on my part considering how quickly these types of miscellaneous fees pile up, but it was not a choice I ended up regretting.

A couple of things you can expect from him:
1. Prompt communication:
John is great with all modes of communication and as someone who was swinging this purchase during business hours in between meetings and projects you have no idea how much I appreciated that.

2. Digital payment capability:
I appreciated being able to pay for the inspection at the time of my appointment booking because like I mentioned prior I was trying to pull this off during work hours. I wasn't even sure if I'd be able to make it with the realtor to open the house for him so being able to square the payment away ahead of time really put me at ease.

3. Thorough and meticulously written reports:
John's reports are written in such a way that they can easily be used as a guide (which is exactly what we're doing now). He groups his findings into three categories so it's written plain as day what is not acceptable, somewhat acceptable, and recommended to upgrade. Not only that but he also tells you the type of contractor to contact to complete the work he is pointing out is needed (which completely takes the guess work out for first time homeowners like myself).

John, thank you for being able to fit us in so quickly! We didn't end up closing in two weeks because the sellers didn't want to recognize the capital gains this tax season, but we still very much appreciate you having been able to squeeze us in as quickly as you did. I've got a best friend that will be in the market for a home in a few months and I've already let her know she has to look no further than you to get her home inspection done :)

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

Do not use this company trust me this idiot bad attitude plumber could not fix the plunger in my parents bathroom sink because the moron used the wrong part so now I have to fix it.
