adjuster needed us to show where the leak was coming. We hired The Waterboy and they did a survey of our home and confirmed the leak was in our bathroom downstairs. We needed this report even though we already confirmed this to the adjuster. Thank you waterboy for helping our claim move forward.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Great price, friendly and actually showed up when they said every day (they replaced axwater heater andcre'piped the whole house)..  A minor incident with hardware in the shower was quickly remedied.  I highly recommend them.

I contacted Luis through Yelp and he responded within minutes! Had something clogged up in the toilet and he was able to come in less than half an hour! Recommend 100%! He was able to unclog the toilet and clean some pipes since he was there. Went above and beyond!

Fernando and his team have been my go to plumbers since I moved into the area 9 years ago. I live in Rowland Heights and have not used anyone else. He was referred to me by my neighbor Chada who has been in the community much longer than I have and has high expectations.

He has always been honest, on time, professional, and his prices have always been reasonable.

He came for several problems of my restrooms and toilets. He was honest, and the price was reasonable. It was pretty quick to fix everything. I will definitely contact him in the future for plumbing.

I have found our new plumber. His price was the best out of about 7 offers I got. Was here on time, was very professional, and within about 10 minutes fixed my clogged sink. Cleaned up after himself too. Overall very good experience with William. Highly recommended!

So here we go again...same issue.  Bathrooms both flooded on Monday, President's day.  Called Jet Drain and they were able to send someone to snake the clean out late in the day.  Very pleased.

Fast forward to Thursday, and we get flooded again!  Same nice young man comes out to snake the clean out, and suggests we do a camera inspection.  Great!  Problem is a our clean out comes to a T and would not allow the camera to go through.  A clean out replacement was suggested, that will include a camera inspection and a credit for the service call on Monday.  We scheduled the clean out replacement for Saturday, and Jet Drain sends Gilbert and Raymond, who went above and beyond, and did an excellent job despite all the unforeseen challenges - they got the job done.  Again, I would highly recommend Jet Drain.

We have quite a few plumbing problems in our old building, they show up on time, are professional and reasonably priced. Manuel has been our technician, he was great!

The pool level was going down in our pool and after calling a large leak company to come out and giving us a large bid to rip out some concrete to fix the problem and a large bill, we decided to get a second opinion. That's when we called Aquaman Leak Detection! Kenton came out the next day, ran some tests and found no leak! He saved us a ton of money! I trust this company!

I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.  

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

Our toilet had broken and needed it replaced. Reached out to a few people for quotes and decided to go with Ray. He was responsive and pricing was fair.

He was able to make it out the same day which was convenient. They hauled away the old toilet and cleaned up after themselves. New toilet works great!

The hot water valve was leaking in our upstairs bathroom, I had to shut off the water and call a plumber. So Cal Plumbing said they could send someone out by 5 pm. Johnny came right before 5 and couldn't be nicer. He was very professional and was about to change the valve in no time. We have found a new plumbing company. Thank you So Cal Plumbing!

We had a hot water heater go out and begin to leak and needed a plumber quickly. Matthew (who we had used before) came out quickly. We called at 10am and he was there with the new water heater and materials by 1:30.  He did a great job at a reasonable pricing and was professional.  He also diagnosed and handled another issue while he was there.  

He also takes Credit Cards.

Being a first time home buyer there is so many things you don't know that needs to be done. It can get very overwhelming.  JOHN Laforme is very detailed with his inspection and when he is done he walks you through what all needs to be fix from priority to maintenance. I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

I manage an apartment building in West LA and have probably had Riordan out (no exaggeration) a hundred times over the years. I swear the tenants must flush small animals down the toilet.
