I had a persistent leak, I thought it was the pool, but when LVMWD put in a smart meter, we concluded it was not a pool leak.  I called another company and they couldn't come for two weeks, but Waterboy was able to come in 48 hours.  The located the leak in the main supply line accurately and precisely.  Very good value for the service, no upselling etc.  Omer and Shlomi are smart and professional.  They take a thorough and comprehensive approach, they listened to my hunch but ruled out other possibilities.  Highly recommend!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

A+ Service. Marco and Richard have both worked on my house resolving a blocked drain in my master and today cleaning out the main line. They are so  friendly, polite and provide great customer service. They stand behind their work.

We have an old house, a lot of trees, and a lot of plumbing issues! I contacted Chris at Roma Rooter, and he quickly replied and was able to help us out with our drainage problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us guidance about how to resolve the issue (roots mostly!) and gave us pointers about how to maintain our plumbing to avoid issues in the future. He was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be keeping his phone number!!!

Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

Last thing someone wants to deal with when they're having emergency plumbing issues is a horrible plumber and I can tell you right now that if you call sewer man he is the opposite of that. He will be there quick and he will have your problem fixed quickly and is very helpful and respectful of your home. So why on earth, you ask, would I be in love with this Adonis from Aquaman Leak Detection? Because he not only FOUND the leaks in my pool, but successfully PLUGGED them as well!!!

Y'all just dont know!!! I have an above ground vinyl liner pool and for months and months, it's been leaking. I was losing almost an inch a day and that's absolutely CRAZY in this Cali drought. I assumed it was the plumbing (and it partially was). But after that had finally been fixed, the leaks continued, which meant it was something else. I HATE losing water, so after a bit of Sherlock work of my own, I was able to determine that the leak was likely from a hole in the liner somewhere. But then the issue boiled down to finding someone who could FIND it! I called EVERYWHERE!!! Even some places that are listed here on Yelp. First of all, not a lot of people do leak detection on pools I discovered. And the SECOND thing I discovered is those that DO, DON'T do leak detection on ABOVE-GROUND VINYL LINED POOLS. (I dont get why). Anyway, after pulling my hair out for MONTHS, enter the blonde Adonis BLAKE!!!

ALD actually told me they dont do the above-ground pools either, but if I were game they would be willing to try. OF COURSE I'm game! I had no other option than to drain the pool (not an option since it's 15ft by 30ft of water) and replace the liner! So here comes Blake in his spaceman outfit to go where no man has gone before... the bottom of my pool. After an hour and a half, not only did he figure out where the leaks (PLURAL!) were coming from, BUT HE FIXED IT!!! It's been almost a week and the area that had been wet for almost a year IS DRY. BONE FUCKING DRY!!!

So now you know why I'm in love with Blake and I thank you ALD for taking the chance. I'm very grateful to no longer be wasting water in Southern California!

LC Doctor is the primary plumber for our rental properties. I say primary because they are highly sought after so on occasion I've had to call  elsewhere but LC Doctor is always our first call. They operate with integrity are knowledgeable and congenial. They make it a point to educate us on the work that is being done by explaining the what and the why to insure we have a clear understanding. The only problem is I need the team to be cloned for our LA & Inland Empire properties. Thank for always providing us with five star service LC Doctor.

My grandmother's swamp cooler broke yesterday  on a 100° day. I called around to several local and non-local companies and not one returned my call. I got on yelp, found On call Plumbing, called and got a hold of Jeremy and he came within an hour because he knew my grandmother needed air. Not only was he professional, but he didn't drive up the price in a time of need. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain the issues we were having. He gave thorough instructions on the work to be done and completed it in a timely manner. Jeremy and On call plumbing deserve a five star rating.

Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

I had a clogged sewer that seems pretty straightforward  until Dave at SoCal Plumbing came tried to unclogged it. Dave worked on unclogging our sewer for a couple of hours until passed 730pm, but was unsuccessful. He came back the next morning with 2 other guys and after some ingenuity tricks, they were able to unclog our sewer line. These guys were honest and persistent that I would highly recommend SoCal Plumbing if you're in the Brea, Fullerton, La Habra and Placentia area.

Found Matthew's Plumbing on Yelp, hired him from the reviews written.  People ask where good service has gone?  Well, service is alive and well at Matthew's Plumbing.  I was satisfied with the work preformed, made me happy to see the water stains removed from my slate floor next to the toilet.  My bathroom is now back to show quality after a toilet leak and repair.  If you need household plumbing don't hesitate to call Matthew.

I used Home Inspection Authority when purchasing a condo for my dad.  John was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.  I would definitely recommend his services.

I highly recommend All City Plumbing especially Zachary Talbot who is quick, honest, and an expert in what he does. He came due to a leak issue and was very prompt and professional and was able to pinpoint the root cause. Overall I had a 5 star experience with this gentleman so I highly advocate for him and his professionalism.

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
