Omg, what an incredible find!!!   After multiple plumbing companies, too many holes in my wall, somehow my angels pointed me in this direction.  Rigo and Omri quickly found the leak (two leaks) with some seriously impressive detective work!  They have an acoustic machine and an infrared camera--both things no plumber will have!  I urge you to use this company.  The disposition of these two guys was absolutely the best.  Nice gentlemen--would not let me carry the ladder and were friendly to my children.  Amazing service.  Two thumbs up!!!

My parents let me know the bathroom pipe was broken in the evening. I created a search request and Oscar was very quick to respond. It was about 8:30pm and I asked him is there a different in price for fixing after hours and he said yes. He Recommended  to have him come the next day in the morning so that the prices wouldn't be so high.

He was very processional and kind on the phone. We booked him for a free estimate the next morning. He came promptly at the time, assessed the situation, explained to my parents what happened , and the estimate. His communication was on point.

He left to go get all the parts needed and arrived back to fix the issue. My family was so happy with the work. We definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco and Alex (?) provided quick and efficient service in a timely manner. They arrived on time, accessed the situation, and patiently talked me through my options for what to fix and the cost/time involved. I appreciated the honest expertise. They were done with replacing the drain assembly for my garage sink, removing a clog through the clean out, and fixing the washer drain pipe in no time. Will definitely hire again the next time I need a plumber.

We had a small gas leak in our outdoor bbq and contacted Luis. He was very responsive, gave us an estimate based off of our pictures we provided him, and scheduled to come the next day. Luis arrived on time with his worker and they were able fix our leak. They were on time, quick, and reliable.

Will certainly be calling them if we have any more plumbing needs in  the future.

Like most people I hate having to deal with plumbing issues and plumbers.  You just never know if the plumber that shows up to your house is more interested in fixing your issues, or more interested in overcharging and building up the sales commission. In my experience most plumbers are more interested in the up-sale and not fixing the issues.

Tony and Son's is different. I had stinky poo water backing up into my kitchen sink, toilets and bathtub. My house smelled like a sewer and my wife was about to kill me because we just had a plumber out for the same issue just 2 months earlier. Obviously I wasn't going to call the same company again because they didn't get it right the first time.

A friend of mine told me to call Tony & Son. They were life savers.

Setting up an appointment was easy. They got to my place on time and got to work. Unlike the last plumber that came to my house, Fernando and his crew carefully assessed my problem before telling me the problem. Apparently the last plumber that I called only scratched the surface of my issues. Fernando explained to me the issues, the options and the cost. I never felt like he was hiding something or being shady. Fernando and his crew got to work to fix the issues. I'm happy to say that more than 1 year later I have no issues with my plumbing, and my wife didn't kill me. I can't thank these guys enough.

Chris Peri is gracious and honest. Did the rooter work efficiently. Costs a little more than some and less than others, but I will return to him next time.

Last thing someone wants to deal with when they're having emergency plumbing issues is a horrible plumber and I can tell you right now that if you call sewer man he is the opposite of that. He will be there quick and he will have your problem fixed quickly and is very helpful and respectful of your home. I 100% percent recommend him and will be saving his business card for future issues.

AquaMan quoted us a price over the phone and said they would FIND THE LEAK and fix it however if there was a leak in the pipes that would require cutting into our brick decking it would be likely $1-2K - if that was the case they would recommend a couple of folks that we could get quotes from.  They showed up on time, were so professional and explained all they were doing! They did a complete inspection including donning a wetsuit and getting into the spa and found 2 small leaks (on in the skimmer - where a majority of leaks are - good to know) and a hairline leak at one of the drains.  Both fixed and done with in 1 1/2 hours! Our cost $400. We were quoted by another company $6-7K to fix a leak in our in-ground jacuzzi! The folks that gave the quote barely even looked at our spa and said that there were leaks in the pipes that would require them to cut into our brick decking to find it - LIES!!

Our water heater pilot kept turning off today, so I requested a few quotes on Yelp. Leonel was the first to respond with an offer to come the same day with a free estimate of my issue. He and his son Carlos arrived at the time he said he would and spent a full hour assessing the problem. My water heater started working normally without any issues once they arrived (of course!), so there was nothing to really fix tonight, however he offered to follow up with me in the event the tank caused us issues again. So although I can't review any work actually done, my review is based more on the responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism and knowledge, all which made me feel like I could really trust them in the event we needed repair in the future. We talked about possible ways to fix the issue if it happened again, including how to best maintain your water heater and other best practices. I really appreciated his knowledge, patience and explaining possible causes and solutions.

Leo and Carlos are super friendly and if I need plumbing or heater repair in the future I am definitely going to call them.

These guys are the best plumbers in the business. We had 3 different plumbing services come out to do inspections, all of them missed what Jeremie and his crew found. If you want the job done right, talk to Jeremie!

Great start to the weekend- a pipe broke on the side of my house. I turned the water off and called my plumber.  They couldn't make for a few days so I started calling around.

I spoke with the guys are SoCal Plumbing & Rooter and they said they could have someone out later that same day so I went for it.  And man, I'm glad I did.  They arrived within the provided timeframe, quickly assessed the issue, and went to work to fix the break.  The price was fair and they got the job done. No nonsense, just nice dudes helping me out with a problem.  I know same day service isn't always possible but I really appreciated that they made it work.

I'll absolutely call SoCal Plumbing & Rooter again when I have another plumbing issue.

Your plumber Aaron was sent to unclog my kitchen sink. 3/2/22  He was very professional and explained to us the problem thoroughly. Hopefully he's sent again to complete the job.

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

I set up a service with Riordan Plumbing to help with a water shut off of a building in order to perform repairs inside a unit. The appointment was set up at 9 am to shut it off and at 1 pm to turn it back on. After the repairs were made it was barely around 10 am, so I called Riordan to see if they could come back early to turn it back on. Unfortunately, they technician was busy and couldn't come early, which is fine.

The problem occurred when the technician didn't show on time for turning the water back on. I called multiple times and either the technician was not reached or was told they were running late from another job. In the end, the technician arrived an hour late. This created an issue for me because the entire building had no water for an entire extra hour than needed and also I had to pay an extra hour to the contractor doing the repairs because Riordan didn't make it on time. On top of that, the technician was not able to turn the water heater back on (though he tried in multiple ways) and took approximately another 1.5 hours.

After all of this, I asked Riordan given the grievances particularly because of the late arrival of the technician, to help me at least offset the extra cost that I had to absorb by paying the other contractor for the extra hour he had to stay. Riordan Plumbing was unsympathetic and argued that they never give specific appointments (only time-frames), and it has been that way in their twenty-something years of experience in the industry, which that is not what I was told when I set up my appointment. Additionally, the technician told me that they were not even charging the extra 30 minutes he took trying to make the water heater run again, which he couldn't do (as if that should be my reward for the entire situation)... In the end, they only offered me a $20 discount on my bill which was not even 20% of what I had to pay for the extra hour to the other contractor.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Riordan Plumbing. They don't care enough about their customers and were condecending in their treatment.
