We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.

Very pleased to add to their growing positive reviews. Needed my water main replaced after a rusty pipe sprung a leak (due to classic careless homeowner shoveling near said pipe!)... After checking it out in the afternoon, Oscar and team were ready for work 8am the next day, done by noon. Thorough cleanup too.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

They came over last minute in a Saturday for a clogged sink. They noticed an issue with a pipe and strapped it down at no extra cost.

They were amazing and helped us on a Saturday night after our water heater burst and flooded our garage. Luis Mercado came back on Sunday and installed a new water heater. I highly recommend them.

No one likes to call a plumber as you know it will surely be costly!! We've had an issue with our bathroom's backing up. Fernando came out one evening and almost last minute, my husband called him at about 7 pm and he was out in no time!! He was the least expensive of all the plumbers my husband called. He was able to clear our main line rather quickly and the price in my opinion was reasonable. Within 10 days we had the same issue, he told us he would bring out a camera to see what the problem was, again, given past plumbing issues, the price was very reasonable with a camera involved. He showed me the issue on the screen and gave me his opinion, eventually the pipe will have to be replaced, but in the meantime we can make do. He didn't charge me to clear out the pipe only for the use of the camera, who does that??? I cannot recommend Fernando and Tony & Son Plumbing enough. Their honesty and integrity are beyond impressive. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good and honest plumber and will only use them in the future.

I'm a new homeowner and just tried to get the gas turned on when the gas co man flagged 4 items, 2 as plumbing. Since it was deemed a safety issue I needed to find an honest yet reasonable plumber preferably close to home in the SGV.

Chris didn't disappoint as he came as he said he would today, a Sat shortly after the 1 PM time. He was a little confused at why there was a write up so after some investigation, he explained what must be what the gas co was looking for.

For all practical purposes, there really was no safety issue and this was independently corroborated by the worker at Smith's Hardware we went to looking for this uncommon valve that would have to be special ordered.

So though nothing physically was changed except putting back the original hose and adapter to fit the 1/2 pipe as it should, he only charged me for an hour's time although when it was all said and done including taking time to educate me about different things around the house and even advising about getting a filter to ensure a long life for my newly installed tankless water heater which he happened to notice, a $2400 job no less, he didn't leave until 4 PM, or 3 hours later!

Chris is definitely the honest, down to earth, local plumber that I was looking for and definitely won't nickel and dime for his time to explain, the way it should be. I won't be going anywhere else for my plumbing needs that's for sure.  And if you get a chance to chat a little more with him you'll find out about his very unique and interesting life journey that led him to be a plumber... which explains in part why he is the way he is!

They are fantastic, professional, and clean.  The technician walked me through the clean-out process. I have used Speed Rooter for all my plumbing problems on the old house.

So here we go again...same issue.  Bathrooms both flooded on Monday, President's day.  Called Jet Drain and they were able to send someone to snake the clean out late in the day.  Very pleased.

Fast forward to Thursday, and we get flooded again!  Same nice young man comes out to snake the clean out, and suggests we do a camera inspection.  Great!  Problem is a our clean out comes to a T and would not allow the camera to go through.  A clean out replacement was suggested, that will include a camera inspection and a credit for the service call on Monday.  We scheduled the clean out replacement for Saturday, and Jet Drain sends Gilbert and Raymond, who went above and beyond, and did an excellent job despite all the unforeseen challenges - they got the job done.  Again, I would highly recommend Jet Drain.

Last thing someone wants to deal with when they're having emergency plumbing issues is a horrible plumber and I can tell you right now that if you call sewer man he is the opposite of that. He will be there quick and he will have your problem fixed quickly and is very helpful and respectful of your home. I 100% percent recommend him and will be saving his business card for future issues.

Living in Southern California I believe it smart to know an honest leak detection company if you own a pool.  I have used these guys before; several years ago, for a separate leak. So, I called on Aquaman Leak Detection again to help me since I was impressed back then with their work ethic, professionalism, as well as easily explaining what was going on the last time I needed their assistance.  
Fast forward to present day..new leak, new location..
Different guy from my first leak detection came out to do the job.  Initially I was skeptical since it wasn't the same technician as previous.. BUT I still recieved the same great top notch service as before. Mutliple leaks were found and most of them fixed during the service. Couldn't be happier! Thank you team Aquaman Leak Detection

Leo and Sam are amazing! I would 100% recommend this company. I hired LC Doctor Plumer originally to inspect my leaking shower. They checked and found the problem is not plumbing. They gave me free advice on how to fix it and did not charge me. I hired them back to install the whole house water softener and filter. They provided a reasonable estimate and did the job PERFECTLY!! They did not mind taking time to make sure every aspect of the installation is correct. The work in my backyard looks very organized and pretty. They even guided me through the smart phone water softener app download and user instruction. The company is honest & professional. They know what they are doing and really took care of my house. I am grateful to have them. They will be the only plumber I call from now on.

I contacted Jeremie regarding the pilot light going out on our water heater. He was honest from the beginning. He said our water heater is must likely still under warranty and encouraged us to contact the installer so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. We ended up contacting our home warranty company. When their technician wasn't able to fix the problem ( he actually made it worse ), we contacted  Jeremie again. He was so helpful. He came by the same day and was able to give a temporary fix until our home warranty accepts the claim. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Paul Muro came out was professional and Knew what he was doing. Had  question later and owner himself called me personally offered them to come by saturday look at it. We hired John Laforme from the Home Inspection Authority to do an inspection for a home we ended up buying last spring.  He charged a little more than the last inspector we used but it was a quick escrow so we were glad to have someone come out last minute to inspect the home.  John showed up on time and the whole inspection was rather quick.  He showed us some issues at the house and later sent a thorough inspection report.

The reason for the bad review is that 8 months later we had a plumbing issue.  When running the kitchen sink, I heard what sounded like someone pouring a hose into a pool beneath the floor.  So I crawled into the crawlspace and found a severely eroded pipe.  By the severity of the pipe erosion, I figured this had to of been going on for several years, yet along during the inspection.  The plumber I hired to fix the pipe adamantly agreed that it would of been present during inspection and the inspector screwed up.

I contacted John about it and he said there weren't any leaks during inspection.  Take a look at the pictures I posted on their Google and Angie's List reviews.  If you think this pipe could of eroded this badly in only a few months, hire these people.  If you think this damage would take several years and this guy did a poor job, then look for another inspector.

I was able to schedule same day service and Victor Medina was great! He was professional, informative, and completed the job successfully. He went above what I expected.

This firm is fantastic.  They are professional, accommodating, and empathetic.  I recently had two separate plumbing emergencies the day before Thanksgiving (we were hosting 15 people) and the evening of Thanksgiving.  They were overbooked but instead of just saying sorry, the person on the phone didn't blink.  She immediately assumed responsibility for getting the repairs done in time for our Holiday feast. by rapidly identifying one of their  back-up services who were able to come out within hours.   Both jobs were handled rapidly, efficiently, and with full contemporaneous explanations of what had to be done and what to expect.  Riordan handled all the arrangements and the billing.  The costs were extremely reasonable, especially considering the urgency and the holiday needs.  Based on the costs I have seen quoted in reviews of other companies, Riordan's charges were VERY reasonable.  I would strongly encourage using this firm.
