Highly Recommend! Waterboy came out and found a slab leak under our wood floors. Thankfully we did not need to open it where we originally thought it was. Leak was within a few inches of their tape.

Thank you Oscar!! For your speedy service and responsiveness!  I was referred to someone else before calling Oscar, given a quote to diagnose the problem using a camera. But it will be tomorrow late afternoon, close to evening. So I did some looking around in Yelp, and on a hunch decided to call QP plumbing. There are many other big companies with lots and lots of 5 star reviews, but after checking out their 1 star review I decided to try QP plumbing. Being a small business owner myself, I wanted to support small local good businesses and even though Oscar doesn't have as many 5 stars, I know from reading some of the reviews I feel good about this business and called. Got an immediate response, his service charge to diagnose the problem was less than the other referral, but most important,  he could come out now he said. Well! I did call the right business! Lol. Toilet and bathroom were clogged. I prefer not to wait till tomorrow.........
After looking with a camera, the pipes were blocked due to tree roots and he could have it taken care of the same day! So, besides being responsive and professional, he can also provide immediate service! Oscar sent before and after pictures of the pipes. (I was not at the location).

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Used them last year, but 2 guys couldn't snake a drain out.
Had to call Paul, who taught them a lesson. Old Man knows.
Tried them again recently, but seriously...
Very minor plumbing work, and trying to get an estimate?
No matter how many pictures or texts, they just couldn't comprehend it.
A tub faucet. A showerhead. WTF. Estimate fail, no job.

I had a problem with a leaky faucet, and I called the number on their service van as it was driving through my neighborhood.  He was on his way to another appointment, but knew that he had time to take care of my problem.  He came over immediately and solved my problem and charged a fair price.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services!

We had a mess over at the house, backing up water in the kitchen, water leaking all over the garage.  We called Tony & Son and they were awesome.  They explained what needed to be done, were on time and fixed everything!  Our house is running smooth now.  I am so glad we called them.

The owner Chris responded to my request on yelp quickly w estimate, gave him my address got here in 30 mins to locate the leak in bathroom. After the job was done he asked for something that's lower than estimate, he could charge more in this case but he didn't, so give him a thumbs up for honesty. I will call for future plumbing issues.

I knew I was in great hands when I spoke to Tiffany over then phone when placing my order, her professional over the phone with making sure that William arrived to my business promptly was impeccable. William came to my hair Salon to unstop my shampoo bowls dressed appropriately with both a mask and shield. I was a bit uneasy because all three of working shampoo bowls were clogged with hair, but William assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Not only did he unclog  my drains in a timely fashion but he was very neat and clean which is not alway the case with plumbers. I will definitely be calling back for frequent clean outs. Thank you William and Tiffany.

Called Jet drain for a very slow kitchen sink. Roberto came out the next day and was fantastic. Excellent customer service. I was a little concerned about the quality since the pipes were leaking the day after but that has seemed to subside. I would definitely recommend for any roto rooting needs

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

The short version:

I had several leaks in my pool, John and Kenton came out probably 5 times until they found the biggest elusive leak inside the spa wall. Each time they picked up the phone when I called and came out with a smile to make sure they found the leak. John and Kenton are stand up guys, and I would definitely recommend their service!

The long version:

We purchased our new home in the Fall and my pool guy kept on telling me that I'm losing too much water and he has to add too many chemicals to keep it blue.

Come summer, I'm having to add water to my pool every other day to keep the pool pump from sucking in air and burning out and by the end of the week my pool is growing algae.

I called Aquaman and they told me to do a bucket test. I did the bucket test and in the bucket I lost 1/4 inch of water outside the bucket the water loss was 1 3/4 to 2 inches per day!

John from Aquaman came out and found a bunch of leaks, one near the skimmer, another set around the waterfall from the spa to the pool. John pointed out the leaks and patched what he could.

I got a handyman to come out and apply some hydraulic cement ($8 from Home Depot) to some spots over my waterfall that had cracks and the area near the skimmer.

I did the bucket test and I was still losing 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inch outside the bucket per day. I called John again, he came out again, and didn't have enough plugs to retest the spa (the spa has 10 jets). He ordered more plugs, came back again a few days later, and found no other leaks.

I was still losing water. I called again. John and Kenton came out; this time they found a leak inside the wall of the spa. They said because I have two different pumps, they didn't test it correctly the first time and could hear the whistling this time around.

I started getting quotes to open up the spa wall and was getting CRAZY bids, like $1200-$1700, my highest was $3600 to open up the spa wall and patch the jet.

Turns out my pool guy has a friend who gave me the lowest bid of $850. I went with him. He opened up the wall and the leak was not there.

I called Aquaman again, both John and Kenton came out again, they determined the leak was further down the line and assured me, it was there.

The contractor came back, we opened up more of the wall, and sure enough the leak was there. The ground was muddy probably 3 feet deep around that area. The surface was dry because I suppose the sun was drying it out, but once we started digging around that area, it was super wet.

Anyway, Aquaman found the leak, they came out multiple times to my property until the solved the issue at no extra cost, always answered when I called, and never gave up.

Definitely recommend.

LC doctor were professional and reliable.  They. assessed the problem and fixed the leak quickly.  We are very satisfied with the service they provided.

Started the morning off with a cold shower.... everybody's worst nightmare. My water tank is only a year old and after checking, noticed the pilot light was on but there was a blinking LED light coming from the water heater. I called around and today was a busy day for the plumbing industry and instead of telling me they were booked for the day on call plumbing was honest with me and told me they'd make room for me toward the end of the day. They stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know that one of their calls had run longer than expected but they would be sure to stop by my house as soon as they were finished. They came over and it ended up being a small fix,  something that had to do with an error on my end. They were very gracious, talked me through the entire inspection and let me know exactly what was wrong. It ended up being a possibility of two different things. After they had charged me for the visit they let me know that if tomorrow, I still didn't have any hot water they would be glad to come out, change my water heater considering it was still under warranty and only charge me for the labor and what I paid tonight for the visit, would go directly towards that. I'm so thankful that I found a plumber in this town that didn't try to overcharge me or oversell me. On call will forever have my business!

I did my research looking for a professional plumber with good reviews and in the Compton area. I found This business here on yelp. I was a bit cautious because the reviews were dated, but I figured I give it a shot seeing as I needed plumbing service. I called and spoke with Ray the owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing. I was so pleased to find Ray. He was incredibly helpful and professional.

He was willing to work with me and my tenants schedule and came the next day and did a great job at fixing a clogged bathroom sink. Definitely recommend.

When our 11 year old water heater started leaking, I called SoCal Plumbing based on Yelp reviews.  The gentleman on the phone quoted me a price and a time that someone would be out.   He called back shortly after and said someone would be coming over right now.  I wasn't expecting service that quickly so it was nice.

Mario and Ezekiel showed up and went to work immediately.  They were both very professional and did a great job.  Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing work.

Never returned calls or texts after coming out. Waited a week as was quoted, then another, tried leaving voicemails and texts. Very unprofessional and bad business ethics to not respond. If you can't or won't do the job, at least communicate! Just wasting our time.

Great guy and very knowledgeable. I didn't expect to learn so much from him regarding the home. There were so many things that he pointed out which now gave me a list of future projects. I highly recommend this company!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
