We had originally inquired with waterboy about a potential leak. They were honest and told us
on the phone what they thought it was, just from the verbal diagnosis. It happened to be just that. It is very rare to come across honest businesspeople. They really are out to help homeowners. Haven't met them but would recommend them.

My husband bought a cooktop but he couldn't replace the gas line valve. I called QP plumbing and Oscar answered the phone right away. He came to my house the next day morning to fix the problem. He is very profession and kind. I highly recommend him.

BEWARE of this plumber! ...We exchanged several posts about my two plumbing jobs. My home is in Redondo Beach and it is a very short drive from his Gardena location.  BUT...he gave me '3'different prices for the same job! And when I asked him if he does free estimates like his Yelp ad offers... he said 'YES.' ... A few minutes later I texted him a photo of a video inspection tool I have to simplify the diagnosis of the leaky toilet.....I asked him if he wanted to use my video inspection tool or if he had his own? He didn't reply to that. ... Then I ask him to come over for the free evaluation and ... suddenly... he's busy for the next two weeks. BUYER BEWARE!

We hired Jermey to clean up a mess made by another Plumber... not only did he fix there mess, he helped us get a refund from them, and installed the water softner system we had origionally wanted, gave us an extremely fair price, and even came back a few times just to check up on the system and make sure we were still happy with everything.

If you need any plumbing work done give these guys a call. They did an awesome job replacing my old shower faucet. I called them and they were at my house the next day which was awesome.

I called a couple of other places for prices but these guys gave me a good deal so definitely shop around if your not convinced but in my experience they did offer a better deal.

Requested a quote and within 5 minutes someone replied. Sent a technician out about 3 hours later. Derrick came, saw what I needed done, went to the store, replaced water valves for washer and dryer all in less than 2 hours.  Derrick was very knowledgeable and professional! Now to get my installers back to install my new washer and dryer. There is a Yelp 10% off! Highly recommend SoCal!

He did not return my phone calls. I've never met him or talked to him. There isn't more I can write so it should not count as a tip, except that people need exceptional service and when it comes to looking for a plumber if one does not answer the phone the first time they usually go on to the next one and never try again. Lost business. However I called multiple times since I was feeling desperate and he still did not answer or call back!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe how amazing John's work is. The report was so thorough and detailed. Honestly, my real estate agent said she has never seen a more robust and clearly laid out Inspection Report. She was so impressed with his work that she's going to be recommending all her future clients to work with John. I feel very lucky to have come across Home Inspection Authority. It has made this first time home buyer feel better about everything

I was able to schedule same day service and Victor Medina was great! He was professional, informative, and completed the job successfully. He went above what I expected.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

Do not use this company trust me this idiot bad attitude plumber could not fix the plunger in my parents bathroom sink because the moron used the wrong part so now I have to fix it.
