Jose was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. I consulted Yelp and they were sure right about My Plumbing Doctor and Warren. He was everything the good reviews said. On time, immediate bid and immediate service. By reviewing good businesses like this one Yelp really helps the public, especially folks who are reluctant to call contractors because of earlier bad experiences and I'm one of those. The time is now to promote good businesses and let the shady ones struggle. There are way too many rip off operations out there.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

Sent flood brothers a yelp inquiry this morning. They literally got back to me within two minutes. They sent Jerry over in the afternoon, super nice guy. Very quick, professional and friendly. So grateful that he came out to our place to look at our broken toilet. DEF. will be using their services again for plumbing! Highly recommend.

We had a nice experience with Charlie owner and his assistant. They work fast and straight forward. Explains and showed the problem of our
sewer pipes. Now it is nice and clean no more roots trees. Definitely will call them back for their service.

I called Saucedo pluming this morning when I was unable to connect the gas line to a new stove/oven we purchased for our condo.  I received a call back within 20 minutes and Alberto Saucedo and his associate were there in a couple of hours as promised.  They hooked up my stove without problems and spent additional time helping place the unit back into the space which was a very challenging fit.  Finally they adjusted the legs and added a spacer I had so it was level.  I was so impressed by their amazing customer service that I will always use them for any future needs!

Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

Josh at Rockstar Plumbing is the best. He was professional, knowledgable and reliable. He would thoroughly explain what he was doing so we understood the process and helped us with a number of plumbing  issues. Miguel at New Pro Plumbing did a great job at a fair price.  He laid a new gas pipe to the spa area in the backyard and installed a shower in the same area.  I am very happy with the results.  I would definitely refer his services to friends, family and neighbors.  Thank you Miguel!!!

We had a pipe backup emergency at night and Victor was able to come out the very next morning. He provided very good customer service from the moment we called him and he was very knowledgable on the phone about what was going on with our pipes when we described our problem to him. He did the job himself and finished quickly. He was kind, professional and accommodating. He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to hydro jet the line. His prices were fair. Most importantly, he fixed our problem. It's been a few days and everything is in working order. I would 100% recommend him and hire him again.

Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

They responded right away to my emergency (plumbing overflow in master bedroom bathroom) but they had no availability today and there wasn't much proactive action on the part of the person who answered the phone. There was no maybe tonight maybe tomorrow just nothing available today....click....goodbye

I called around to get quotes to replace my broken water heater.  I left a message on their yelp page and Zorro texted me back within a few hours   He was able to get me a quote just by me sending pictures of my old one. This is something I really appreciated because it was a huge time-saver. He beat another company's bid by quite a bit so we went with him. He was able to come the very next day and get the entire thing done, including draining and hauling away my old one, in less than an hour. He was very courteous and they did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. Thanks Zorro!

I had a gas leak in my fireplace valve and after SoCalGas identified the issue and shut off my gas line, I called a number of plumbers looking for someone who could come out quickly and offer a free estimate. Flood Brothers had the earliest available appointment and Phillip came out the next afternoon to assess the valve. I was concerned because the valve was in the wall next to the fireplace, which is actually made of painted concrete blocks. It had seemed like a beautiful aesthetic when I bought the house but now the realization that we needed to repair something behind it was daunting.  Phillip got creative, took some measurements and figured out how to get to the right spot from the other side of the wall, carving out a small section in the wall of the powder room behind it. After offering a reasonable quote, he was able to squeeze me in that evening to complete the job.

He was able to disconnect the faulty valve from the bathroom as planned. Because SoCalGas had shut off my line, only they could turn it back on so he wasn't able to test it right away. I called them to come back out and Phillip offered to wait so he could make sure everything functioned properly before returning the next day to seal the wall opening. Well SoCalGas ended up being quite busy and I encouraged Phillip to go home; he left but asked that I keep him posted. Suddenly it's 11pm when the tech finally arrives to turn the gas back on. I sent Phillip a message just to let him know, but he volunteered to come back and worked with the tech to check all of my gas appliances and water heater! It was a cold night so I was grateful to have heat again. It's an older home, so there was also a funky set up with the lines that needed to be figured out as well; as a result, the oven was not working right away but he knew how to resolve that. He came back the next afternoon to finalize everything and double-checked to make sure all was working properly. On top of it all, he found the toilet in the powder room had an old flapper so he replaced that too. Above and beyond! I would highly recommend!

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

Genuine good guys.  I've worked with enough contractors to know ones that just want to make a quick buck.  Vic and Gago were quick and professional.  We have an old house and have had them out for various little problems in the last couple years. You won't go wrong.

Connie is a true LIFESAVER. If I could give her ten stars I would. My toilet at my office had some serious issues, and she was there within just a few hours of me calling. I had to close my business because we didn't have a toilet, and she just out the gate understood my situation and got to it in record speed. She vetted the situation, then had her team there in no time and got the whole issue resolved. Her knowledge and professionalism and timely manner was truly next level. Not only was she there in a jiff, she charged us fairly. It's sometimes very intimidating when you have an issue that is completely out of your wheelhouse, and it made me feel so relieved that she was so transparent and cool about it all. The two guys she brought with her were also great, super professional and nice. I'm never using another plumbing service again!!!! They know what's up!!! Thank you times a million!!!!
