Horrible customer service. We liked their product pictures online so we designed our cabinets around these shelves. We had a simple order for the company of 4 shelves. We sent a very detailed email to the company including pictures and measurements and asked very specifically How many spacers we would need and what kind as well as some questions about the opening. The company wrote back the same day and after some back and forth that was helpful, answered none of our questions about spacers, but instead simply said you can buy 3/8 and 1/8 spacers in the hardware section... Thanks, but we already knew that, what we still don't know is how many spacers are needed for each shelf? 1, 2, 4? We called several times and had several unanswered emails. This went on for a month. We sent them an email on Sunday asking for our questions to be answered, no reply at all... We called, the woman on the phone was helpful. She finally told us how many spacers would be needed, we were almost ready to make the order, but she had one more question about which spacers to use. She put me on hold and then apparently the manager or owner came on the phone and said the reason he did not reply to our email is because he doesn't like confrontation and he said we were rude and he hadn't sent one word responses... Apparently the fact that he had given us so little information that we were STILL unable to finalize the order after a month evaded him. He then told us because of our rude email he would not be willing to serve us... I'll leave the email here so Yelp customers can decide for themselves if my email was rude after getting ZERO questions answered after a MONTH of back and forth. Considering the inability to listen to their customers questions and answer them after a month of back and forth, I think our email asking for actual help that will actually enable us to finalize the order after a month was quite restrained. Sadly the owner is a very rude man always trying to prove a point that he is more right than you more than he's trying to serve his customers. I'll happily take my business everywhere which the company repeatedly stated to me. It was clear they would rather start a huge fight with me than to simply fill an order. Absolutely unbelievable way of running a business. The owner chose to fight with me and start an argument rather than make money. RUN! This guy is so incredibly frustrating you will just end up like us with over a month wasted and still no shelves. Here is the email I sent asking for help after a month of being ignored or receiving worthless answers that have nothing to do with the questions asked. This is the email that was apparently so incredibly rude that he was unable to do business with me because he doesn't like confrontation. If you don't like confrontation, I would assume you would be able to answer a simple question from your customer so they can place an order with you. The truth is the owner LOVES confrontation and went out of his way to be rude, hateful and pick a fight with me and refuse service to me. LOL Attached please find the email asking for service that was apparently so rude he couldn't work with us, reply to the email or anything besides pick a fight with his customer.
Please tell us how many spacers and of what size we need to add to the order so that we can place this order. Your two word responses are frustrating. We are consumers, not homebuilders. We need a little more help. We are trying to place an order and need to know how many spacers and of what size to put in the order or we cannot place the order.
Our clear opening for all shelves is 14.75. The space between the right side of each shelf and the right wall of the pantry is 2 1/16. The space between the left side of each shelf and the left wall of the pantry is 3/8. We will be ordering 4 slide out shelves. See attached picture for the exact order.
Please tell us how many spacers and of what size we need to add to the order so that we can place this order. If we don't get a clear helpful answer on this we will be forced to order from a competitor. We really like your products but since this is a custom non-returnable order, without clear detailed help with measurements and number of spacers we couldn't possibly order from you. Thank you so much for your help! We are excited about making this purchase with you!

As you can see there is nothing rude whatsoever about the email. It is a frustrated consumer still looking for simple answers after a month. It was extremely clear that from the top down, this company has NO CLUE what customer service is and they certainly do not care about anyone's business. They made it clear over and over that they don't enjoy what they do, have no ability or desire to help their customers, and if you try to get any help after a month they tell you you are rude and they just won't help you. Nasty, short-sighted, hate filled owner and company.
