Tommy has been great to deal with. He explains clearly all the benefits of solar and has extensive knowledge in this field. I would highly recommend him for your solar needs.

Put the panels up over a year ago and still haven't completed the job and cant get a straight answer as to when they will be completed.

System installed and activated a year ago.   From installation 2 panels have not worked.   They still refuse to come out and replace them even tho I have a 5 year workmanship warranty, 25 year manufacturer warranty, and they were installed dead on arrival.  They are the worst company to work with.  DO NOT USE THEM.   YOU MIGHT AS WELL DIG THROUGH THE DUMP FOR PANELS  and expect the same result.

I listened to the salesman and told him I'd think about it and he kept pressuring me then called his manager which when i told him respectfully decline he got even more iratated so i told i was done and he called me a nasty name and he hated dealing with (!@#$%^&*) old people so i asked the salesman to leave.
Very unprofessional and darn outright rude!!!

Never respond on time. Really terrible customer service. Never go with them you will regret. They don't provide services but they give you stress.

Instead of digging for new victims, better take care of your current customers who are stuck with payments for panels that don't even work!
Total SCAM. Stay away and don't trust them.

seriously.  the worst.  look at EVERY SINGLE REVIEW.   they lie, constantly.

my experience with them was much the same as others.   promised the world while sales team was here and ABSOLUTELY nothing committed to the contract.   fraudsters and cheats.   please close them down.

The sales person was amazing. we have had the solar panels on our house since the summer, but the installers did not do the panel correctly and it had to be rewired. We are STILL waiting for them to come rep the box so they can flip the switc. In the meantim, we have asked for superviser, who is never available. They were supposed to call us back by today and have not.
And we are paying for SRP and the panels.

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would.  We had panels on quickly in April 2021without permits then crickets from the company.   I would call their "concierge desk" several times a month then it turned to 1x a week then several times a week.  We kept getting the EXACT same run around answers every time.  Then the inspections failed for the simplest things.  Finallinaly in Nov21 we got solar on.  We were promised verbally that if it wasn't installed in timely we would get our electric bill paid.  Well that didn't happen.  So we paid for both solar payused. and SRP for months without getting solar used.  WE SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE REAEAR H

High Pressure to sign, 25% saving (so they tell you) if you sign the day they provide their pitch.  No chance to review docs.  My house has new windows, new A/C and is 10/10 for SRP score so I wasn't going to save much.  The sales guy showed me what the engineers had recommended for me and all the panels were on my north facing roof.  This company may have good intentions and have successful jobs, but I am not a sucker.

We have not done business with Vision Solar. The sales presentation was fine until the call at the end to a "quality manager". The quality manager would not agree to provide a written proposal substantiating the information provided in the sales presentation. There seemed to be an effort to pressure us to accept the sale on the spot.

Do not sign with this company, if they try to sell to you RUN! I've been scammed by them. After I purchased the solars they immediately rushed to install the panels. Which to be honest I was amazed on how fast they moved. But it's all apart of their plan so that you can't back out of the contract. The inspection failed and each time I call they give me the run around. It's frustrating, Im already making payments for something that's not even working! This company has been reported to the BBB already. All they care about is sales and will abandon the unfinished job!

We contracted with Vision Solar for their system in December of 2020. Panels and what I assume are the electrics for the system were installed in January of 2021. (Except the two way meter that controls the system.)
It is now November 5, 2021 and nothing, nothing has been finished. Weekly phone calls have been made, promised return calls from Vision never happen. I should note, we are just leasing the system, therefore no money has (or will) change hands. Makes one wonder how a company stays in business "loaning" out 36 panels, all the brackets, all the electrics, and labor they paid to the installers without realizing a return on their investment.
Next step is not one I want to take, but will be contacting legal advise early next week.
Wonder if I would get into trouble if I removed the stuff off my house and sold it? Maybe use the proceeds to repair our roof?

These people scammed my grandma! They called her out of the blue and convinced her to buy solar through them. She went along with it! She's too sweet for her own good.

They installed it within a couple weeks but have not connected it to the grid, so it's not actually being used, and "will call her when it's time to connect it." They didn't go through the electric company or get any permits.

She didn't even know what the contract says. She's a widow in her mid-80s on a fixed income and doesn't even know how much the system costs, if she bought it or leased it, or any of the details about the size of the system. Do not do business with this company!

In May we signed a contract. In June the panels were installed.  It is now September and the incompetent office staff cannot seem to complete the proper paperwork to satisfy the city.  Therefore we STILL do not have solar energy.. Only a monthly bill for energy and to pay for the panels.. I would be careful if you are looking at their product.

Worst company I have every worked with. Do not use them. The contract does not say what salesman is promising. They lie to get you to sign. Worst company in every way you can think of.

We got the solar installed back in June and we still have not been able to use it. We are making endless calls for whatever reason and it is always some it needs something else

This is a SCAM and they target elderly, vulnerable people. Please do not even talk to them or waste your time.

A rep came out 2 days before Christmas and expected us to plunk 23K on our solar and reroof project. Never left his estimate or design plan. Got a call this past Wed. from SolarX. I told them I already had a solar company out and got a rough estimate. SolarX said it wouldn't be a problem....Only a 20 min. estimate for Sat 9. Jan...Never called or showed up. On Mon. 11 Jan a sales rep from VisionSolar shows up unexpectedly at 1:15pm. The 20 min estimate took 2 hours and now cost $25k. The sales rep called her boss who tried to pressure us into a 25yr, 25k commitment. When my wife and I said no he swore at us...Many f-bombs. Then insulted us repeatedly. We asked the rep to leave. The guy continued to argue with us while his rep walked to and out of the front door. Never call or use this company ever!!!!

If you decide to think about their offer, they call their supervisor to speak with you. The beginning of the call was to convince me to buy today, which I declined numerous times with him. that's when the call went south. He started to guilt trip me into buying because I had the rep at my home and "wasted his time" when they called me to set up the consultation in the first place.  After the failed guilt trip, he (the supervisor on the phone) chose berate and personally attack me and scream obscenities over speaker phone. Long story short, over desperate and extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely disgusted with the service we have received! Solar panels went up 4 months ago.  Utility company has done their part... still waiting for system to produce 1 watt. Solar company says they will call us back to let us know when they will turn it on... NO call back.

Fascinating and upsetting business model. Initially received cold call from company that claimed to be assoc. with power co. Offered to send out someone to eval my solar options. When I specifically asked if they were affiliated with a solar company I was told no and that they would give me the names of several options. Instead salesmen from vision solar arrived at my door later that day. Very friendly but high-pressure tactics were used. I explicitly said I didn't want to make a decision until I had consulted with my husband. They offered a price drop and repeatedly assured me that I could cancel after talking to him. They literally stayed at my home for hours until I agreed. Despite multiple red flags and my better judgment I ultimately caved and signed up for a loan.
Once they left, my husband and I started to do research and much to my horror immediately found multiple bad reviews. We found we could purchase our own solar panels for literally half the price. The fine print of the loan went counter to the price structure outlined for me by the sales people.On every promise that they had made to me, people reported there was no follow through. Appropriate permits were not obtained in a timely manner forcing people to pay both the loan back and their power bill simultaneously. Workers trashed peoples yards and caused roof damage. "Concierge" customer service was rude or wasn't helpful or timely. I became very concerned that I had been scammed and immediately called to cancel. Luckily, my phone calls were returned but the process to cancel was not transparent and took hours and multiple phone calls and expensive certified letters to ensure that I wouldn't owe them a several thousand dollar fee or be stuck with their panels.
Do your own research before committing to this company.

Super cool site sales person (brian) but rotten manager named jayson. Was a Complete jerk and super pushy on trying to get the sale. Stay away as much as you can.

They have repeatedly violated the Federal and State Do Not Call lists by telemarketing consumers; cellphones. A complaint has been filed with the Arizona State Attorney General's Office, as well as the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, as the parent company headquarters is in New Jersey.

I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up for vision solar in August 2020. It is now April 2021 I still don't have solar. I should've read the review I'm kicking myself in the butt now!  Everybody I ever talked to said that they love their solar and it was the best thing that they ever did, solar is great I'm sure of it just make sure you choose the correct company, this isn't it!!!!

I had a Vision Solar presentation today.  The presenter was courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable.   Though he said there would be no pressure to buy, he mad repeated attempts to get me to sign up TODAY.  After telling him repeatedly that I would not sign today, that I would take time to research the company and their product, he got the message.  He then asked if I could talk to his manager and answer some questions about his presentation, to which I agreed.  The call with his manager started out very cordially, but then came the pressure to sign up today.  He tried to put words in my mouth to show me I was in agreement with what he was saying.  I told him multiple times, as I did the sales agent, that I would not sign without doing due diligence.  He got angry, raising his voice and telling me I really wasn't interested.  I had enough, and hung up on him.  He then called back, telling me I wasn't very nice for hanging up on him.  I refused to talk to him further, thanked the sales person for his time and ushered him out.

Daily auto-dialing calls trying to sell their service, even after I block their number (480) 439-1552 and other variations of (480) 439 - XXXX .

They used auto dial to call me on my cell phone. I am on the Do Not Call list and getting phone calls. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Do not answer their calls.

They tele market you they just hang up stay away from this kind of company how rude to call someone than just hang up.  Sorry vision solar better practice work ethnics

please stop calling me!!!!  i am not interested in anything your company sells.  please remove me from your call list.  they seriously call at least twice a day for 5 consecutive days.  horrible waste of my time and extremely annoying.
