Extremely fast response on a quote.  Emailed me some details and a range to expect which was in line with other companies.  They certainly earn a 5 star.

They recently did a bunch of work for me at my home. They replaced a water heater, rebuilt my kitchen sink as well as a couple minor jobs. I've dealt with quite a few contractors since moving here and most were terrible. Did a half ass job, left a mess, argumentative. Andy and his team were the epitome of professional, friendly, clean and they did really good work. A huge relief for me. I would highly recommend them!

for the longest time I always thought my dishwasher had a problem. and I always wondered what was going on though it was barely even used. I then decided to buy a new one for our new kitchen look. Again, it had the same problem and was getting upset on why it's not working. I looked online to see who can help me with this situation at such a late time. I see al's plumbing company and gave them a quick call. I didn't have to wait for service. (: They came within minutes with such a low price. But that's not all. Al himself was super helpful and being able to not only do the work but showing us what was wrong and how to fix it for future mistakes. al was super generous And super professional. My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

Rocco was prompt and reliable.  After Rocco installed a new garbage disposal my husband asked him to look at a few other  plumbing issues that we had. He was helpful and informative. He even put caulk around a faucet, that was leaking, at no charge. He will be our go-to plumber for any issues that come up.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

Being an out-of-state landlord can be stressful when you get a random phone call from your tenant saying the garbage disposal is gushing water. I jumped on CraigsList and found ad ad for PlumbSmart and gave them a call. Usually I call a couple different places but they were very nice on the phone and their price to come and replace the disposal on that very same day was very good (granted its my first go-round with a disposal).

The technician was late for the appointment, but he did give my tenant a heads up so I won't take away a star for that. Communication is key. He fixed up the disposal quickly and my tenant said he was a very nice guy.

I'll keep their number handy for any future issues I may have with my rentals.

Had a visit from DJ on March 4th to discuss the various projects in our home. Nice guy. Seemed interested in the work. But I'm scratching my head as to why 20 days and one follow up phone call from me to him later I've still not received his estimate. DJ, if you don't want our project please just say so. Or at least reach out to me that you're behind and when you'll get it to me. No communication from you is not cool.

I did not initially contact DJ through Yelp. I called directly and set an appointment by phone. DJ came to my home on March 4th. Today is March 25th and still no estimate from DJ. I reached out to him last week and he didn't even seem to remember me. In 21 days he has not called, texted or emailed me. Which IMO is too long. I will not be emailing DJ as you requested. If he is this unresponsive over a quote I'd hate to see how things would go in the middle of my project. I'm moving on.

We are first time home buyers and didn't know about the maintenance on water heaters. Well our water heater needed to be replaced after only 2 years. I searched the internet and came across Sav On Plumbing. We decided to give them a try. We are very happy we did. They were able to come out the same day and was able to replace the water heater the next morning. Jesse was sent out on the service call both days. Jesse was great! He answered all my questions and explained my options. Gave me good advice on a traditional water heater vs a tank less one. On day two Jesse was back with help from Dan. Dan arrived first and got things started. I appreciated their professionalism and they made sure they cleaned up everything. Thank the Lord! No more cold showers!

This was my third time using Apache Plumbing services. I have all good things to say about them. Prices seem fair, service was prompt, and each of the technicians was helpful and polite in answering questions and giving suggestions. Very professional operation. From what I understand, they are also a family-owned small business. They returned a call after hours within 30 minutes and were able to advise us on whether or not we needed an emergency service at night or if it could wait until regular business hours.

Devin at Goldstar did a great job!! He was on time and very professional! Inspected the old disposal and explained the issue. He replaced quickly and efficiently! I'll hire this company again !

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!

horrible over prices kept changing the price stated they would move water line but didn't float was put too high and flooded. they wanted to get paid  for the job said they would come back sat never did.  they do not deserve even a one star
