Tom came over this morning, showed up on time, worked quickly and fixed a lot of problems in my kitchen sink.  He did a fantastic job and the price was excellent.  I recommend him and Barrett Plumbing and Drain to everyone.  Thank you Tom and thank you Barrett.

Elias is a nice young man trained as a plumber in Greece 13 years ago. Responded quickly, did excellent work installing a garbage disposer. All on a Saturday afternoon.

Toilet was clogged with a toy from the kids. Phillips plumbing was quick to contact me and set up an appointment. I didn't experience any up-selling or anything like that. They were very professional and courteous.

So I did not have this company come out but I think had I been able to I would have been happy. When I called (on a Sunday) Rich let me know they would not be able yo handle an emergency call, due to just overload of demand. Despite this, he took the time to give me some estimates on the work so if we could wait or if we called another company we knew what to expect. THAT is above and beyond. He knew there was a chance of not making money from us but was still kind and informative. I'll definitely try again in the future

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

This compact is wonderful!  They came out quickly to replace our faucet and answered all my questions I had about my toilet as well!  No extra cost and they weren't pushy at all.  George was very professional and communicative!  You can't go wrong with this company!  Make sure to request George too!!!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

Arrived on time!  Completed a quick diagnosis of the issue. Replaced a corroded refridgerator waterline. Repair completed in under an hour. We will use again this company again.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Best service around here hands down! Original project I called for was installation of Reverse Osmosis(RO)system he knocked that out with no problem. I showed him a few more projects like remodeling my master bathroom(fully gutted)  installed plumbing for rain shower, shower wand regular shower head, and totally built and designed my standing shower. Also installed a free standing tub,and he gave me a quote and said he could start right away! I was left surprised how great of work he did by himself and how quick he finished the jobs! Rafael was amazing good spirit explained everything if you are interested in knowing. Great prices he's not in it to rip you off, you can tell he wants to leave you happy. He is my plumber for life should I need more plumbing or bathroom remodeling. Oh almost forgot he did the plumbing for my gas line for new stove and backsplash for kitchen! This guy is amazingly talented!!!!!!!!!

Brian helped us sort out our water softener issues quickly and professionally. From the time of our first call, to him showing up to diagnose the problem, was under an hour. He came highly recommended by the homebuilder who we bought our house from, and now I know why. He's a super honest and above-board individual, and didn't upsell us on anything. I hired this company over the phone at the urging of a local builder, Gary Anderson, and was quoted $550 to replace a leaking water main valve. I called Gary because the bid seemed really high, but he assured me it was fair. The work was performed for the most part, but then I checked out the pricing with another plumber and was quoted $215 for the same job. I asked Wayne for an itemized receipt detailing the cost of the parts and labor, and he replied that he doesn't do bookkeeping that way. Huh...I bet not - anyway - do your homework better than I did. I will be calling the ROC to see if there is anything that can be done.

Master toilet clogged, backed up to Master shower mid-Nov 2022. Caleb was tech. Friendly, very talkative, and did a pretty intense upscale pitch of VERY expensive services! Seemed to do an ok job. He did some sort of outside inspection before addressing the toilet which then took about 30 min. Today is 2/20 and the toilet is clogged again just 3 mos later. Requested return assessment/repair tomorrow w/different tech. When I Requested diff tech d/t Caleb's high pressure upscale technique her response was, Yes, I know. All make all our technicians do that. Huh......

I called Roto Rooter to snake my bathroom sink.  I have a regular plumber but thought this would be quicker.  Unfortunately, the Roto Rooter tech who came out  said he didn't need to snake the sink but
told me he needed to replace pipe, dig into the wall and the estimate
for services was $1,500.  I called my regular plumber and he completed
the service for $125.00.  BEWARE when calling these guys.  Not sure what their tech training includes but it doesn't seem like they know about plumbing issues...AT ALL!!!
